Bah gawd, that was a close one!

You're not kidding, JR...Eddie was nearly pinned right there but this resilient man just will not quit.

{JR}
Eddie's arm has been dissected so much this entire match, how he's yet to tap out amazes me.

{King}
Alberto's done everything he can to physically destroy every ligament in Eddie's arm, yet he refuses to tap out.


Alberto shouts "Just give up already!" at him, then as Eddie staggers to his feet, Alberto backs up then comes charging right an enzuigiri in sight, but Eddie drops down his knees, then begins pleasing with Del Rio. He holds his hands in front of himself, asking him to please stop, Alberto stares at him with a devious glare, then suddenly smiles, winks at Eddie, turns around walking away, but then comes charging right back around at him, leaps off the mat for an enzuigiri, but Eddie rolls under Alberto and referee gets hit instead! The shot sends the official over the top rope and crashing to the floor.

What a shot! My god that referee's head was nearly knocked straight off his neck with that one.

{King}
Eddie better be thanking his lucky stars that he avoided that one, that would've been it!


Alberto stares in a state of shock that that just happened, meanwhile Eddie tells the crowd to "Shh" and runs up behind Alberto, rolling him up with a deep cover! The fans count 1!! 2!! 3!! 4!! 5!! 6!! But Eddie finally lets go, and Alberto shouts at him in anger, then charges with a clothesline, but Eddie leapfrogs over him, but little did Eddie know, Alberto stopped before he reached the ropes, so as soon as Eddie landed back to his feet, Alberto connects with a sickening backstabber! Del Rio covers quickly, hooking both legs in the process, the fans count along again 1!! 2!!! 3!!! 4!!! 5!!! Alberto breaks his cover, then walks over to the ropes shouting at unconscious referee, then suddenly he stops, and cracks a smile, before exiting the ring and lifting up the ring skirt, and pulling out a steel chair much to the dismay of the arena.

What's Alberto doing, this isn't a no disqualification match!

{King}
It sure isn't but with that referee out cold, anything goes, JR!


Alberto then slides into the ring, bangs the chair against the mat several times with great force, stalking Eddie, and awaiting him to get off his feet. Guerrero staggers to his feet, slowly turning around until....Ricardo shouts at Alberto, informing him the referee is coming to, Del Rio then winks at the dazed Eddie, and strikes the mat one last time, tosses the chair at Eddie, who catches it, then Alberto drops to the mat like he had been knocked out!

That's exactly what Eddie did this past Sunday!

Turnabout is fairplay, Eddie's about to get beat with his own tricks!

But Eddie smirks for a second, tosses the chair out of the ring, then as the unknowing Alberto Del Rio lies on the mat, with his eyes closed, Eddie hatches an idea, he leaps up to the top rope, the arena erupts in cheers, Alberto's eyes can be seen opening, and it's too late because Eddie hits the frog splash on Alberto Del Rio! The referee's up and Eddie's hooking the leg, he counts from the outside

Eddie Guerrero's theme sounds and the fans excitedly cheer as his hand is raised by the official, all while sporting a vintage Eddie grin.

Alberto's plan at revenge backfired in a big way here tonight!

I'll say! What a wise response by Eddie, and now he's two for two against Alberto Del Rio, he can't make any excuses now, because Eddie pinned him!

Another great match by these two though, but Eddie's resilience posed too much for Alberto to handle.


Eddie continues celebrating by posing on the second ropes for his fans. Ricardo is seen tending to Alberto as Breakdown heads to a commercial break.

*Wade Barrett's music begins to play as his arm is raised in victory after defeating the World Heavyweight Champion. *



[Justin Roberts] Ladies and gentlemen... the winner of this match... WADE BARRETT!

[Jerry "The King" Lawler] Wow what a match! Wade Barrett definitely showed he's worthy of the World Championship tonight by dominating CM Punk!

[Jim Ross] You're right King. I may not approve of Barrett's methods at times, but he's toppled the World Champion tonight with no foul play involved. It's something of a rarity these days to see the ever dominant Punk suffer a loss, and one can only wonder what is going through his mind right now.

*A huge roar of boos are directed at Barrett. He responds by approaching the ring ropes and taunting the fans, infuriating them even more.*



*A broken and beaten CM Punk is shown on the canvas as Barrett begins to make his exit with a huge grin on his face. His expression is in stark contrast to the one on Punk's face.*



[Jerry "The King" Lawler] This match has gotten me even more excited for X-treme Xmas. I can't wait!
