AVAILABILITY PERIOD DETAILS:
For the next seventy-two hours (three days), there will be a holding period. During this holding period, anyone will be allowed to express interest in a newly available superstar.
If no one else expresses interest within twenty-four hours of the first person to express interest, that superstar will be theirs.
If more than one person expresses interest, then it will go to a promo battle that will be unbiasedly judged by a random panel of current XWL members.
To ensure no bias, your promos will be messaged to the panel anonymously, which means that they will not know which promo is written by whom. To ensure that there will be no ties, the panels will always consist of an odd number of members.
The person who receives the most votes will obtain that superstar.
If the seventy-two hour holding period ends without anyone expressing interest, it will become first come first serve and whoever is first to claim the superstar will automatically be given that superstar.
