*As the Redemption opening finishes, XWL is brought onto your screens with a huge bang as pyro goes off all around the stage. As soon as the last firework has exploded, the roar of the audience in attendance can be heard as they're very excited for what this week's edition shall bring them.*
[Styles]: Good evening everyone and Welcome to XWL Redemption! Tonight we are coming to you live from Columbia, Soulth Carolina. As always we have a great show for you tonight with amazing matches on the card. Tonight we will bring you two of the Quater Finals of the King Of The Ring Tournement. We will see Drew McIntyre Vs CM Punk and in the main event, we will see Justin Gabriel vs Chris Jericho.
[Cole]: How about you let me get a word in Joey? Or is that too much to ask? That's right folks, it's Michael Cole to once again be the best commentator that this company has to offer. Not only will we see KOTR action, but we will also see Ted Dibiase, taking on Kane. Not only that but we....
[Cole]: I never like to be interupted, but because it is CM Punk I will make an exception. What a great man and a great role model this guy is.
[Styles]: Are you kidding me? Folks, let's go back to last week where CM Punk no showed his Main event match and instead turned up on Breakdown. Only to later on, come out from the crowd and cost The Rock the match.
[Cole]: How did he cost The Rock the match? CM Punk was apart of that match, he was just securing the win for himself with his genius plan.
As Cole & Styles continue to bicker, CM Punk climbs on top of the turnbuckle, which is met by furrious boo's from tonights audience.
[Cole]: You know I have a lot in common with CM Punk. I'm outspoken, I too don't like The Rock and I'm the Best in the World at commentating. You know, I've even heard that the "CM" stands for Cole Miner. Can you believe that?
[Styles]: Cole, nobody can believe that...
*By the time the camera is back on CM Punk, he is once again sat in the middle of the ring with a microphone in hand.*
[[Punk]]: Ohh. let's get right down to it shall we. You people are mad and annoyed with me, because not only did I deliver the ever so devastating GTS to your hero Dwayne. But at the same time, I yet again got one over every single one of you. I did that by using the oldest trick in the book, a trick you will see when you go see a magician or some similar form of stage show. That trick, is of course Sleight Of Hand. See while you're watching over here... Something is really going on, over here. That's all it was, see I really was at Breakdown last week. But you were watching was not in fact live, no it was a recording.
[[Punk]]: Now I know some of you want to know why I did it and as per usual I will provide you with the answer you seek. There are two reasons as to why I GTS'd Dwayne last week. One, as all of you know, I base everything I do on facts and for months I have had this theory, a theory that involves all of you people. Now I finally have the answer I have been looking for and just as I expected, you all passed with flying colours. My result? Well I really hate to quote Chris Jericho, I really do. But you all are the biggest bunch of hypocrites I have ever seen, in my entire life.
[[Punk]]: Thanks to what I did to Dwayne last week, all of you people have despised me. I have had all of you shout abuse at me, call me a coward for attacking Dwayne from behind. You all even boo'd me here tonight. Strange though isn't it, when I do that you people all hate me. Yet when Dwayne did the exact same thing to Alberto Del Rio two weeks ago, you all couldn't get enough of it. You called it a genius idea, you all gave Dwayne a standing ovation. Yet when Dwayne is on the other end of the situation, you think it's a heinous and disgusting act.
[[Punk]]: At the end of the day it all comes down to you guys being hypocrites. But you don't think of it that way, do you? You think when it happens to guys like Alberto Del Rio that's ok, because he's the "bad guy", so he deserves these kind of things to happen to him. But riddle me this, how can you label him the "bad guy" when it was the supposed "good guy" interfering in his match and costing him the win? Yet when I do the exact same thing, it's not ok because I'm a big ol' bully and I should get punished for doing what I did.
[[Punk]]: I'm not going to get punished, if anything all of you get punished week after week. Look at the people you actually cheer, Ted Dibiase. Believe it or not, somebody out there does have worse jokes than Dwayne. I was watching last week, you idiots are cheering for the moron that was making jokes about a chess board. My, how far has this industry fallen from entertaining good guys. In actuality you should be cheering for the bad guys. Correction, you should be cheering me, why? Because unlike the majority of these roster I am actually entertaining. Now onto that other reason I promised you all.
[[Punk]]: The second reason, well the second reason is easy enough. You see Dwayne forgot the Golden Rule. "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."... That's right, CM Punk is quoting the Bible. If Dwayne wants to go around and attacking people from behind, then that is all well and dandy. But he should always know that what goes around, comes around and every action he makes will eventually bite him in the ass. Last week was just merely one of those things, that was only just the beginning for your buddy Dwayne.
[[Punk]]: Sadly enough for Dwayne, one of his biggest problems would be having me as an enemy. In a few weeks, I will be crowned King of the Ring and rightfully so. Nobody deserves it more so than me. I have been on the biggest roll of my career as of late and what do I get for it? Squat, zip, nothing. Then you get people like Edge, who hasn't won a match since god knows when, who getting a Championship match this week. It makes no sense to me what so ever, but hey, all of that will be coming to an end real soon.
[[Punk]]: Because when I win the King of the Ring tournement, I can no longer be ignored. No longer will my little rants fall on deaf ears. Unlike everyone else on this roster, I could actually say that I have earned my spot, I deserve to be where I am. Nobody will be able to just jump ahead of me anymore. Not Alberto Del Rio, not Jericho, nobody. It will finally be my time, it will be CM Punk's time. Then and only then will I get what I rightfully deserve. You people will all get the match that you all are itching to see so badly. But more importantly, that is when I, CM Punk will finally return to the mountain top. All hail, CM Punk!

CM Punk Opens the show
Take notes Ladies and Gentlemen, boys and girls because this is how you open a show, this is a solid promo that does everything it has to. Good commentary at the start, very in character for both people and almost right off the bat while they are recapping we get interrupted by the voice of the voiceless More great commentary here recapping the events of last week with The Rock being screwed out of the match via GTS. Michael Cole also made me want to punch my laptop screen which means you done well.
Now we get to the good stuff, you're one of the very few people in this league who can promo and make me hear the character speak every word you write, you play CM Punk perfect and i'm betting that isn't an easy task. You went the right way with CM Punk explaining his actions and you done a better job than I thought by once again bringing the audience into the fray by tricking them again. You then bring up a solid point about "Dwayne" doing the same thing as you and getting away with it, vintage Punk mindsex.
All in all there's not a lot I can say other than perfect writing as Punk, making the whole promo enjoyable to read, my personal favorite part was, "Now I finally have the answer I have been looking for and just as I expected, you all passed with flying colours. My result? Well I really hate to quote Chris Jericho, I really do. But you all are the biggest bunch of hypocrites I have ever seen, in my entire life. It just flowed well and seemed like something Punk would say on TV
Overall it's a perfect start to the show, keep up the work dude
Right off the bat I like how you had Punk admit to pulling the wool over the eyes of the fans, also how you made the strong point on the fans hypocrisy. The promo as a whole was of course fantastic, it's safe to say your current promos as Shelley and Punk are the best you've done. You play Punk's character to the core and they're always fun to read, the Rock/Punk stuff has been so interesting recently I keep forgetting that Alberto Del Rio is the one facing Rock at Supremacy, sad but true. Great promo as usual, Shuggz. Covered all the points needed especially King of the Ring.
Great intro with the commentary, Cole cracked me up during the whole promo, especially when he informed us all that CM stands for Cole Miner ... Like Zander said, it felt like I could hear Punk's voice during the parts where he was speaking in the promo. I liked the Sleight Of Hand metaphor a lot and how it lead to you calling the fans hypocrites and giving a valid explanation why. You were so convincing that now I agree with Punk about how the fans boo you for what they cheered Rock for. Overall amazing promo 5/5 Stars

*Some lights come back on, and we see Rey Mysterio at the top of the ramp, with a microphone in his hand*
{Mysterio} It's been two long months.. and boy, am I glad to be back?
*The crowd erupts in cheering and chants for him*
*Rey takes his jacket off and starts to walk to the ring*
*Rey slides into the ring, drops his mic on the floor for the time being and jumps on the turnbuckle*
*He then jumps down, and grabs his mic again*
{Mysterio} Wow... you haven't changed a bit.. and I'm glad of that. You've all still got my back.. I've been here for long enough now, to know that I can trust you, and you can trust me to win championship gold.. this time next month, and that's exactly what you'll see.
*The crowd cheers louder*
{Mysterio} You know.. I've realised that us all backstage.. everyone that works for XWL puts their heart and soul into the business... sometimes it pretty much amounts to nothing. We all try our hardest out there, and sometimes you just jeer us off the stage. I'd like to see all you work your butts off in this ring. Maybe we'll let you get squashed by the greatest in the business? And when I say that, I mean me... well, not just me.. many of the other greats, such as my uncle, Rey Misterio, Sr. and others.. like The Rock, Undertaker, Legion of Doom.. the list goes on. We made the business what it is today, don't just deny it.. think about it, you know it's true... I've been in this business since I was a kid.. it's been 22 long years, and I don't regret a single second of it.
*The crowd quietens down*
{Mysterio} You see.. back in WWE, I felt I was.. misused, a wasted talent. I might have been a 3-time world champion, but 2 out of 3 of those reigns didn't even last a day! and then, before that was WCW, well.. that was one of the worst, I'll be honest. They unmasked me.. humiliating me in front of the millions at home and everyone in the arena at the time... and Eric Bischoff's stuck up attitude didn't help.. the cruiserweight division was refused a chance to ever win a world title.. we were undercard material, as it was known.. I wasn't the only victim.. there was also Chris Jericho, Eddie Guerrero, Chris Benoit.. we were never allowed to see a world title around our waste. We were treated like crap.
*The crowd boos at the mention of Bischoff*
{Mysterio} I've come to realise.. that if I don't step up, here.. then I won't get anywhere. My goody-two-shoes self hasn't got me anywhere in the past.. I need a new attitude and outlook to life, don't come crying to me if you don't like it... because if you don't.. well, tough luck, I won't be changing anytime soon. I know now to believe in myself and I need to know that I am better than my opponent, and that I can defeat them.. you can call me ...The Giant Killer.
*Mysterio drops the mic on the floor and Redemption cuts to an commercial break.*

It's been a while since we've had a Rey that's promo'd here so this should be interesting even though I despise Rey Mysterio. It's safe to say I didn't expect Rey to have a heel turn when he came back, bringing up Hornswoggle was pretty random because I don't recall him being used ever here. It was definitely, well, a different approach to Rey Mysterio. I'm honestly stumped.
***As XWL returns from commercial, Jack Swagger is in the ring***
Jack Swagger: For those of you who don't Know who I am, I am the All-American American Jack Swagger.
***The crowd starts to boo***
Jack Swagger: Before I get to why I'm out here , I just want to talk about my opponent tonight, Alex Riley. Its been a rough few weeks for "A-ry." First getting left high and dry by his so called "partner" last week and taking a loss to Carlito the week before that... and it looks like he's taking another loss this week as well.
Jack Swagger: Now to why I'm out here, if you missed Redemption last week or are living under a rock, you didn't miss much. It's a pretty predictable show nowadays... with one exception...
***As Swagger looks to the Tron, a recap is shown of the attacks on Sin Cara and Kofi Kingston***
***The camera returns to a shot of Swagger with a smirk on his face as the arena is filled with boos***
Jack Swagger: The reason for completely obliterating Sin Cara last week is simple, he was at the wrong place at the wrong time. However, the reason for Kofi feeling the wrath of Jack Swagger is a little more complex. I have many reasons for the attack, but the main one is that Kofi took my spot in the King of the Ring tournament, and to add insult to injury, he lost in the first round. If I was in the tournament, I would be the future King of the Ring. Kofi, you and I are complete polar opposites... unlike you, I don't care what these ungrateful, uneducated, incompetant fools known as the XWL "fans" think of me.
***Before Swagger can get another word in, the audience start a "Shut The F*ck Up" chant***
***As an angered Jack Swagger is about to talk into the mic, a familiar theme plays***
***The once hostile crowd erupts into a frenzy. As Kofi enters the ring, he begins to speak***
Kofi Kingston: Swagger, Swagger, Swagger... What you did to me is unacceptable, catching me off guard after my match. I guess it's understandable since you can't beat anybody without some cheap tactic.
Jack Swagger: Cheap? What you call cheap, I call "Taking advantage of a situation." No one told Sin Cara to jump over the top rope via a small trampoline and no one told you to stay in the ring after your match last week. Both you and Sin Cara made a mistake and paid for it.
Kofi Kingston: I made a mistake? Why, because unlike you, these people like me? Because they respect me? And after that epic match I had with Justin Gabriel, not only did they cheer the winner of the match, they also cheered the loser. If that's not respect, I don't know what is.
Jack Swagger: It's not respect, It's pity. These people felt sorry for you because you lost in the first round... they would've done the same thing to Justin Gabriel if he had lost.
Kofi Kingston: So that's why you attacked me, because I took "your spot."
Jack Swagger: And because you didn't deserve it. You were the least deserving person in that tournament and my only regret is that I didn't attack you sooner.
Kofi Kingston: The only thing you have done since returning is attack your opponent before the match and attacking me after mine. If anything, I deserved it more than you. And while I'm at it, I've noticed you haven't been able to beat anybody straight up, let alone me.
Jack Swagger: I can't beat you? Where were you when I destroyed Sin Cara last week, getting ready to lose to Justin Gabriel? I'm determined to prove you wrong and show you I can beat someone "straight up," just watch my match against Alex Riley later tonight and A-Ry is going to have you to thank for the beating he's going to recieve at the hands of the All-American American.
Kofi Kingston: If you can't beat Alex Riley tonight, what makes you think you can beat me?
Jack Swagger: I know I can beat you in a match, even these stupid people know it and most importantly Kofi, (woo woo woo) you know it.
Kofi Kingston: Prove it then. At Supremacy, you and me, one on one... in an no holds barred match... and if you lose, your gone from XWL.
Jack Swagger: Why would I put my contract on the line? Do I look like some kind of idiot?
***Before kofi can answer the question, he gets cut off by Swagger***
Jack Swagger: Don't answer that.
Kofi Kingston: If your so confident you can beat me, then put your contract on the line and prove it.
Jack Swagger: Fine then... Your on!
***The two men have an intense staredown***
Kofi Kingston: Oh yeah, one more thing...
***Kofi drops Swagger with a takedown and begins unloading on him. Swagger tries to escape the onslaught only to get caught every time. Kofi begins to setup the Trouble in paradise only for Swagger to counter it in mid air and try to lock in the devastating ankle lock, but before Swagger can lock it in, Kofi reverses it into an ankle lock of his own. Swagger manages to escape the ring before Kofi locks it in. Kofi, who is being cheered by the fans, taunts Swagger by saying he was "this close." An angered Jack Swagger, who doesn't take his eyes off Kofi, makes his way to the back to prepare for his match against Alex Riley.***
***Redemption goes to a commercial break***

{Cole} Oh my god... Bateman actually was stupid enough to show up tonight! I thought for sure he would be running back to Cleveland with his tail between his legs seeing as he has to face The Miz tonight!
{Styles} Bateman might be out-skilled and out-experienced but he sure has a lot of determination that's for sure.
{Cole} Determination? What Bateman is showing is stupidity not Determination. Any other superstar fresh out of XWL's developmental system with half a brain would be too scared to show their face here tonight. Bateman has been in the XWL for what.. three weeks? The Miz has true Determination, he's been fighting his way to the top for a long time and look where he is now! He is the most must see United States Champion, and not only that.. he also has his own Slurpee cup!
*Bateman begins to speak to Carlito*
{Bateman} Okay Carlito, now I know that you were just trying to help last week by interfering in my match with Roderick.. And I did win..
*Bateman looks like he is thinking to himself*
{Cole} You see that! Bateman might think he is all "honorable" but he knows that the only way he can come close to defeating The Miz is with Carlito's assistance!
*Bateman shakes his head as if shaking off the idea*
{Bateman} But I need to do this on my own to prove to myself, to prove to these people, to prove to the superstars in the locker room, and of course.. to prove to Chicks and America.. that Derrick Bateman is capable of defeating The Miz on my own.
[Carlito] Last week, I spit in Roderick Strong's face because it was the coolest thing to do. And well Roderick Strong, he is not cool at all. Me, Carlito, now I'm cool. Tonight, you say you want Miz on your own? Well that's fine because I've got to face Rey Mysterio as well, so while you're having your match, I'll be in the back preparing to face Rey.
{Bateman} Roderick isn't uncool, we put up a great match until you ruined it by losing your temper and getting involved. Didn't you learn anything from the anger management seminar!! Spitting in peoples faces is not cool, not to mention unsanitary. Alpaca's spit, wrestlers don't. You won your match against Alex Riley fair and square, and didn't that feel great? The rush of winning on your own without having to reduce yourself to spitting? We are the Kings of Cool but the only way to prove that is in the ring, fair and square...
[Carlito] Roderick was the one who hit me first, you might think that was an accident, but he clearly could've fallen a different way and not directly on me. He deserved it, and now he knows not to mess with Carlito, just like Alex Riley and soon Rey Mysterio too. Tonight Derrick, you'll have your chance to win on your own. But I'll still be in the backstage, cheering you on. No matter what! Because I am a man of my word, after all lying, that's not cool. Derrick, I'll be watching.
{Bateman} Regardless of whether or not Roderick meant to hit you it doesn't matter, he's busy dealing with Turd Furgis- I mean Dolph Ziggler now... And neither of them are relevant anymore anyways. Because the Kings of Cool are going to amaze the XWL universe by defeating The United States Champion, The Miz... and the high flying Rey Mysterio. And once we pull off those upsets we will go on to become the most charismatic and talented duo in the XWL. Rey might have said he has a new mental mindset but I guarantee Rey's new attitude will be uncool and not good enough to defeat you. Tonight I need to prove to myself that I can put up a match worth remembering against The Miz, but next week? Next week we will focus on showing the XWL Universe why we are called The Kings of Cool.
*Bateman and Carlito pound fists before Carlito leaves to get ready for his match against Rey Mysterio. The camera is still on Bateman as Matt Striker enters the camera angle and begins to speak*
{Striker} Hey Derrick Bateman, glad I found you I wanted to be the first to interview you on your thoughts about taking on the United States Champion, The Miz. You mind if I ask you a few questions?
{Bateman} Not a problem Matt, and I heard what happened last week with yourself and Lucky Cannon, how you feeling?
{Striker} I’m fine, but my interview equipment has been severely damaged. The XWL is working on a law suit now for destruction of property… but I’m not here to speak about that… Derrick, why did you call out The Miz of all people? After all he’s a lot more experienced than you in the ring and is, from what I hear, a lot more talented than you as well.
{Bateman} Well I may dislike The Miz but I respect him. After all we are both from Cleveland, we get nothing handed to us. The Miz had to compete on a Reality Show in order to make it to the XWL, and then had to work his ass off to get to where he is today.. The United States Champion… When I first came to the XWL I was a nobody, just another face without a name. But after gaining the attention of the “most must see” champion I have become someone worth talking about, worth interviewing. When I walk backstage now people greet me by name unlike the rest of the newcomers that haven’t made an impact like I have. Now initially my goal was to call out Kevin Steen to get my name out there. I figured that he had a short fuse and wouldn’t think twice before charging into the ring and trying to rip my head off. But then The Miz decided to have a go at Captain Chicks and America, The Cadillac of a Man, Derrick Bateman…
{Striker} How significant is this match for the future of your career?
{Bateman} If I can pull off the huge upset by defeating The United States Champion in a non title match, then the XWL would have no choice but to acknowledge me. I created this opportunity, this match, by being my charismatic self and earning the attention of The Miz. Even if it was negative attention it was still attention. Now I need to act on it by putting up the fight of my life against The Miz. This is a make or break it match for me, I either defeat The Miz and make a name for myself, or be beaten and join the ranks of the nobodies who bit off more then they could chew. This is why I made sure that Carlito wouldn’t pull a repeat of last week and interfere in the match. I need this match more than a fat kid needs cake, and I will not let The Miz pin me no matter how hurt I am or how much abuse I’ve taken I will show you all just what I’m capable of.
{Striker} Well Derrick it’s been a pleasure speaking with you, good luck in your match tonight.
{Bateman} Thanks but I don’t need luck. I just need the support of the XWL Universe, Chicks and America.. and of course... Freedom *Bateman holds up his right fist*
{Bateman} ... And Justice! *Bateman holds out his left fist. We then cut to the next scene on Redemption.
*We return from commercial break as the new comer Carlito's theme hits.*
*After the interview by Derrick Bateman, Carlito's theme hits and he begins to walk towards the ring.*
*Carlito walks down the ramp with a mixed reaction despite him costing Roderick Strong the match last week and helping his friend Bateman win it.*
*Carlito walks the rest of the way down the ramp and up the steel steps. He pauses for a ssecond at the top of the steel steps for the boos to drowned out the cheers for once. They do, and he smiles and walks out to the middle of the apron and hops into the ring.*
[Carlito] ...... Last week Roderick Strong, I spit in your face to show the world how uncool you really are. And, to prove how cool I was, because, when I spit in your face, everyone must've been saying, now that was cool. But, but, that wasn't even my own match. So to Derrick Bateman, I apologize.
[Carlito] But tonight, it's about another man. And that man is, the mexican Rey Mysterio. Now Rey, I know you came out here earlier tonight and he didn't even mention my name..... Rey Mysterio you've made a big mistake not fearing me and what I can do. Rey, all I saw you do tonight was do some bitching about how you've never been used right, well the truth of why you've never been used right is well, you've never deserved it or worked hard enough Rey. You've never deserved it, you should be greatful for what you got because you're not getting any more. Here, you'll never win the Internet Championship, never mind the XWL World Heavyweight Championship.
[Carlito] People like you Rey, they just don't have what it takes because they aren't willing to put in that last effort towards the win, but people like me are. And it's people like me, who will walk around wearing a title belt. John Cena Well, just look at him he’s what nearly 300 pounds and just looks like a monkey on steroids so my first thought is to run like hell and buy me some new pants but nah seriously Zeke may have a hell of a strength advantage but I mean I’ve beaten guys who are bigger, badder and better than him and tonight I’m going to beat him too. I got a little trick up my sleeve for this match you see there is always on secret behind every great man lets take popeye for example now spinach was the key for popeye to suddenly go crazy and start kicking everyones ass within a 10 mile radius and now I too have my own little secret which I’m going to try, now this may not be as healthy as spinach but they sure as hell match my shirts, before I go out imma’ take a big bowl of fruity pepples and then tonight bam! Zeke won’t know what hit him. You got any other questions for me Joshy boy?
Josh Matthews Umm yeah, what are your plans, I mean are you going to be at supremacy? Are you going to try get a shot at Miz’s gold?
John Cena Josh, even though I have only just come back I intend to go to every show each and every week, it dosent matter if I am booked or not I go out to the ring to show the fans the appreciation they deserve! People like the Miz, Alberto Del Rio even Chris Jericho and CM Punk show those people no respect. I mean its people like me and Ted and hell even though he’s got the charisma of a goat I’ve even seen Tyson Kidd showing a little love back to the fans, jokes aside its people like them who think they can just walk on by and just take whatever they want. Now do I want a shot at Miz’s title the simple answer is yes. I mean who dosen’t want a shot at the united states championship but I don’t want a shot yet, you see I’m not like the majority of this roster, I can wait and I want to feel like I have earned a shot before I actually go out to that ring and win a title. Now as for whats going to be going down at Supremacy, I will be there, if I’m having a match that night or not well you never know, I mean one week I could be just having a night off and the week after getting caught up in a heated rivalry, this business is unpredictable so if anyone out there is really wanting to see me perform at supremacy don’t think its all over yet, we got another two weeks before Supremacy and a lot can happen in that time we’ll just have to wait and see..
Suddenly, a loud thud is heard as Cena drops to the floor. The camera pans up as Cody Rhodes is standing above Cena with a lead pipe in hand.
Josh Matthews Cody Rhodes? What are you doing here? You're on Breakdown!
Cody turns his attention to Josh with a "Dashing" smile on his face.

I certain man named Derrick Bateman has done nothing but talk about me in his promos and interviews and honestly, I am tired of it. He's nothing but a scared bitch who'd rather talk behind my back rather then to my face. Now Bateman, talking behind my back is easy to accomplish and I could easily talk behind your back as well.
But the fact is Derrick, I don't hide behind someone who's hair is bigger then their brain. That's why I want you to have a chance to prove yourself Derrick. As you would say, let's have a submission exhibition... with pin falls included next week. Now Derrick, this could be your chance to prove your a good wrestler, or it could prove the only thing your good at is having a loud mouth and being a good Master Bateman. I only know that because Carlito has told me, you know.
Now Roderick, my actions might seem unclear to most people but they are crystal clear to me. I saw your matches against Tyler Black in your feud with him and I must say, I was impressed and thought you were a good wrestler. But that's the reason why I took you out Strong. I see you as a possible threat to me and I don't like it when all the money is placed on Ziggler. When I say money, I mean real money. Not that Monapoly money Ted Dibiase has. Now moving back onto subject.
Strong, I hope your ready for our match tonight because of your little accident last weak I don't expect you to be fully recovered. But then again, that only benefits me. But you could be fully healed or have a broken leg because there is no chance of you beating me because I am... PERFECTION...

We come back from an advertisement hyping up the match between Justin Gabriel and Chris Jericho later on in the main-event. Cameras take us outside Vickie Guerrero's office where she's heard yelling at the top of her lungs. We peak through the cracked door and she's seen berating one of her assistants.
Vickie Guerrero: How in the hell is it possible to screw up something so simple?!
Vickie's Assistant: I...I didn't mea...
Vickie Guerrero: Spit it out! I don't have all day, I have a show to run but I guess you just don't care do you? This show comes secondary to you right Rachael?
Rachael: No Ms.Guerrero...I'm sorry it's just you said...
Vickie Guerrero: Oh so you're blaming me?! Because I hired you to tell me everything is my fault right? Isn't that why I hired you Rachael? Because I need you to blame me for everything I'm supposed to be doing on my own! That's why I pay you, right???
Rachael: No ma'am it's not that at all!
Vickie Guerrero: Don't you take that tone with me!
Just then we hear an "excuse me" beside the camera and it isn't Vickie Guerrero?! The shoulder blade of a male superstar passes by the lens opening the door and we see that it's none other than Ted Dibiase with a bandage wrapped around his forehead.
Ted Dibiase: Geez Louise what is up with all the yelling?
Vickie Guerrero: Excuse me?
Ted Dibiase: I said why are you yelling?
Vickie Guerrero: EXCUSE ME?
Ted Dibiase: Vickie I'm really not in the mood to deal with this excuse me bit. My head hurts, I'm booked in a match against Kane even though I repeatedly told you not to book me in a match because I have a concussion! I accidentally had a fender bender with my rental car when parking so now I have to go to some woman's son's friend's uncle's nephews's Birthday party! AND..... The worst thing of all, I forgot to bring my phone charger with me so no mobile monopoly....AND the airlines lost one of my suitcases so I'm without my monopoly board! I feel naked Vickie...I'm in pain, I'm naked, I'm saying things that don't really make sense, It's like some really bad adult movie!
Vickie Guerrero: Are you kidding me?
Ted Dibiase: Does it sound like I'm joking?
Vickie Guerrero: Honestly how am I supposed to know? Ted you're really making me regret selecting you for my brand. Vickie Guerrero: You claim to be this resilient warrior, this never quitting man, yet you're in my office cowering at the thought of facing Kane. How you think you have a chance at beating The Undertaker at Supremacy baffles me.
Ted Dibiase: Vickie I know I may come to the arena in a jacket with the superman logo on it, but that doesn't mean I'm actually some superman!
Vickie Guerrero: The match is staying...You're not injured so put an end to this little stunt you're trying to pull.
Ted Dibiase: Hey Vickie I want you to bounce your head off the steel steps and then tell me it doesn't hurt...
Vickie Guerrero: You came to work the next day after being slammed through the roof of the hell in a cell. That right there proves even if you were injured, you can a match.
Ted Dibiase: But the difference between that is it was an ouchy, but this right here…Is like an owie and an ouchy had a romantic evening together and then gave birth to several little owies and ouchies
Vickie Guerrero: Get out of my office…
Ted Dibiase: What’d I say?
Vickie Guerrero: I don’t have the time nor patience to listen to you. You’re in a match tonight, go get ready and stop faking a stupid concussion
Ted Dibiase: But I asked for ONE night off….
Vickie Guerrero: And I gave you ONE answer, no!
She then rips off his bandage that his forehead was covered with and tosses it to the ground.
Vickie Guerrero: Keep that stupid thing off of your head and go get ready for your match!
He tries to say something but he’s forced out by her continuously moving towards him until finally she shuts the door in his face. He sighs then the camera zooms in on his noticeable cut on his forehead before heading to a commercial break.
Swagger brushing off Riley as no threat seems like something he'd do, having Swagger use KOTR as a way to have his problems with Kofi evolve is an interesting way to go. The back and forth talk with Kofi and Swagger was good, leading to Swagger putting his XWL contract on the line against Kofi at Supremacy. The brawl at the end was expected, should be cool to see if Swagger can pull off the win and keep his contract or not. I find it's too early in the feud to go for that though.
Bateman/Carlito promo
Having Bateman ask Carlito to stay in the back was the right way to go in way for Bateman wanting to prove himself as a singles competitor. Putting the focus on how big his match with The Miz is to him is realistic. I like how you had him talk about how it was a make or break match for him, seeing as it could slingshot him into the top of the US Title Ranks or down to the bottom. We'll just have to see if Freedom and Justice are too much for The Miz to handle
Carlito promo
One of those promos that is straight to the point, Carlito talking about Rey Mysterio and how he doesn't respect him. I liked the line saying that Rey couldn't win the Internet Title, let alone the World Title. So Carlito is gunning for the United States Championship too I wonder if that'll cause any friction between Bateman and Carlito since they both have their eyes on the same prize. Not a bad promo at all.
John Cena promo
You seem to know Cena's character very well, you have his cheesyness down. The comparison to popeye was funny especially when tying in his lethal weapon of Fruity Pebbles too. I lol'd when you said Tyson Kidd has the charisma of the goat, what's this, another person who is gunning for The Miz' United States Championship? Boy, I'd hate to be him. But I like how you had Cena note that he's willing to earn it and not be handed a shot. Then all of a sudden Cody Rhodes like the boss he is takes out Cena, looking forward to seeing what Cody has to say about that. Great Cena promo, glad we have a promo'ing Cena now.
Dolph Ziggler promo
Maybe I'm just a harsh douche or maybe I'm just cranky because I've been reviewing for over an hour now but I wasn't a big fan of this promo. When I read it I just thought you could've done better, I remember an Edge promo you did in SOOL where you told me you did it over the span of a few days and it turned out awesome. This just seemed rushed, and I don't really understand the reasoning for Dolph attacking Strong. Just being honest.
Ted/Vickie promo
Vintage Vickie being a bitch at the start of the promo, only to be interrupted by Ted. I really lol'd at Ted calling Vickie sister, and the jab at her weight and age. The promo as a whole was good which got across the severity of what happened to Ted and how much of a bitch Vickie is, and it puts an emphasis on Ted's match with Kane and how he'll be affected during it. A nice back and forth promo that was fun to read, Ted's light hearted attitude mixing with Vickie's bitchyness worked well.
Zander Main Eventer

What just happened? This promo is kinda all over the place, I was kinda happy to see a Rey promo because no ones done much as him since Vee. But off the bat you talk about how the fans still love you, yeah that's great, then talk about WWE even though Rey has been in XWL for a while now, that would be like me promoing as The Rock and mentioning my match with Cena at Wrestlemania, kinda pointless. Anyway, I look forward to seeing where you go with this.

Jack Swagger/Kofi promo
This promo starts off solid with great cocky writing from Swagger, my only problem is the pic to writing ratio, kinda annoying having two lines then a massive picture, not a big problem exactly, just throwing it out there. Nice reasoning by Swagger mentioning the KOTR and how it should have been his place and then out comes Kofi, vintage face lines by Kofi but Jack Swagger stood out for me here, everything Kofi says is threw back in his face by a better line.
Bit of a random stipulation for Supremacy if i'm honest, seems like the kind of thing that would happen after a long built feud. But none the less it was a solid promo.
Favorite line - Jack Swagger: And because you didn't deserve it. You were the least deserving person in that tournament and my only regret is that I didn't attack you sooner.

Bateman/Carlito promo
Great commentary to start with here which is always great to see, i've said it before and i'll say it again, if you make me want to punch my laptop when I read Coles lines then you've done a good job and you have. The bit with Bateman and Carlito was good, had a nice dynamic to it, good cop/bad cop kinda deal.
From this point the solo interview with Striker and Bateman was well written and there was nothing wrong with it, just needs that extra something.
favorite line - "He is the most must see United States Champion, and not only that.. he also has his own Slurpee cup!" Made me laugh so yeah.

Carlito promo
This promo pretty much does it's job and hypes up the match with Rey Mysterio, you done a good job in referencing his earlier promo and pretty much slinging verbal abuse his way. This promo was good but like the last one it doesn't stand out, it needs that extra something.
Favorite line - "you'll never win the Internet Championship, never mind the XWL World Heavyweight Championship."

Finally we have a Cena who promos again and it's a damn good promo, the character is bang on what we see with Cena in real life, everything from the cheesey jokes to saying that he will fight for his shot in this company. Good to see that we got another face to combat the overflowing heel roster as well.
Looking forward to seeing what you do as Cena Ash and a match with Adam for the US title would be a great one to see. Just as long as you don't get side track............HOLY SHIT IT'S CODY RHODES, A possible feud? I'll be keeping an eye on this one very closely, liked the unexpected attack here.
Favorite line - "Hey, good looks can get you anywhere. Even Redemption!" Such a CSI style kill line and I loved it haha

Unfortunately I gotta agree with almost everything Adam said here, you are much better than this as we have seen in the past multiple times, just seems rushed to me, everyone has their bad days I suppose. Just seems a bit all over the place and the lines are a bit random throughout, not trying to be a douche but reviews go both ways (yes like a bisexual)

Finally someone reminds me that there's general managers on these shows seems like some shit just happens and people get away with it, anyway on to the promo. This was a fun read from start to finish and it had me laughing a couple of times, the mix of Vickie and Teds personalities makes the promo awesome.
Top notch promo here as come to expect from you with no complaints from me what so ever, also nice work mentioning how you got KTFO'd last week. Now go out there and fight that monster, soldier.

[Joey Styles] You're right, Jericho has a great chance of going on and becoming the King Of The Ring. He's been unstoppable ever since his recent attitude change... it's just a shame his attitude stinks. But let's not underestimate Justin Gabriel. Even with The Corre being broken up now that Wade Barrett was fired at Digital Decision, he too has been on something as a roll as of late aside from the mishap in his United States title defense against Miz.
[Michael Cole] Mishap? The Miz is pound for pound the best competitor on this roster! There's no way Gabriel could beat Miz even if Miz was at 50%... no make that 1%! Miz could beat Gabriel and anyone on this roster blindfolded and with both arms tied behind his back!
[Joey Styles] A moment ago you were praising Jericho and now you're back on the Miz-love again? You're obsessed! Get a life!

*Jericho passes a fan holding up a creative sign with a drawing of The Rock on it. The eyebrow moves up and down with a handmade contraption on the back which controls it. Jericho grabs the sign and tears it cleanly in two before continuing on his path to the ring after tossing the halves to the ground. He climbs the ringsteps as heat continues to rain down upon him from the fans.*
[Joey Styles] Well that was just disgusting behaviour by Jericho! That poor kid must've spent hours on that sign!

[Chris Jericho] And when I am crowned King Jericho at Supremacy, my first act will be to demand the World title match I have been wronged out of time and time again since Unforgiven. The conspiracies against me and the Jericho embargo will finally come to an end. Whether it be against The Rock or Alberto Del Rio... it doesn't matter. They will have no choice but to bow down and hail King Jericho when I defeat them and once again become XWL World Heavyweight Champion for the fifth time.
*Jericho's music hits once again and he drops his mic before gazing once more from one side of the arena to the other. The crowd is infuriated.*
[Michael Cole] And that ladies and gentlemen is why this man will go on to become King Of The Ring and will eventually be our World Heavyweight Champion once again!
[Joey Styles] Why exactly?
[Michael Cole] You just don't get it do you Joey? You heard Jericho. He always does exactly what he says he will AND he is the best in the world at what he does AND he is the most charismatic man on this roster... well next to The Miz... AND he...
[Joey Styles] Ok ok I get the picture! But that's just your opinion and if you listen to this crowd reaction, they have a much different opinion than yours and I'm pretty sure theirs is the one that truly matters.
[Michael Cole] Who cares what a bunch of hillbillies think!

{Alex Riley} I damn well know that my start here in XWL wasn't that good, yet all of you are still giving me your support and I wanna thank each and everyone of you for that!
*The crowd chants "A-Ry" as Riley continues to speak.*
{Alex Riley} Last week I was compeating in a Tag Team match against Goldberg and Drew McIntyre. I was teaming with the man who I thought he was my friend. But that turned out to be wrong when he left me alone in that ring leaving the arena like the coward that he is. Believe me or not but I'm glad he did that. It kinda opened my eyes. I thought I needed Lucky Cannon to become a star. But why would I need Cannon if I have the support of all of you? Lucky, you say that I'm gonna be one of the Superstars who will never be remembered once they leave? Well, you're wrong because thats you. You're so pathetic... did you actually look into a mirror? Looks like you're trying to be Ric Flair with that coat you're wearing. Maybe you stole it out of his closet, who knows? Even though I'm glad that I got rid of you I still need to get my revenge. I mean no one leaves Alex Riley alone in that ring without getting punished!!!
*The crowd cheers loudly as Riley smiles and goes on.*
{Alex Riley} Lucky, I'm challenging you to a match at Supremacy! I hope you have the guts to accept my challenge but I doubt that after I watched the replay of last weeks tag match. But if you really have the guts to accept that challenge I'm personally gonna show you who the better man between us two is. And that's not Ric Flair's long lost son! When you step into the ring with me you're gonna leave the arena as nothing more but a loser.
*Riley slowly walks down the ramp.*
{Alex Riley} I know I never won a match since I joined but I will beat Lucky Cannon. I have to shut his mouth and I have to prove to myself that I'm better than him. I need to do this for each and everyone of you because I damn well know you're all sick of Lucky Cannon running his mouth in XWL!
*The crowd gives Riley lots of positive reaction as he slowly walks up the steps and gets in ring.*
{Alex Riley} But Lucky Cannon won't be the first man that I'm gonna defeat because later on I will have a match. Later on I'm gonna step into the ring with Jack Swagger.
*The crowd boos loudly.*
{Alex Riley} Jack, I see you're trying to make an impact. You attacked Sin Cara and Kofi Kingston like a coward. Tonight you're gonna step into the ring with me and I will put a smile on Kingston's and Cara's face when I beat you up so badly that you won't even make it out of this arena using your own two feet. I will defeat you, Jack. I don't have an annoying Lucky Cannon by my side anymore. He was the one who stole my spotlight. Now it's just me, I'm going my own way by myself. I will never trust people like Lucky Cannon ever again. From now on it's all about me and about my career. But the same goes for Lucky Cannon but the only difference between us is that I actually am talented. Jack sure as hell is talented too. He's the All American American! But there's one thing that Swagger doesn't have and that's the support by the fans. I'm gonna defeat Swagger for my fans, for the people that support me. And this time I won't disappoint you. This time I'm gonna step into this ring and make an impact. Cannon, you better watch this match because that's gonna show you what I'm gonna do to you at Supremacy. After Supremacy you won't be feeling lucky anymore. After Supremacy, the only thing you're gonna feel is the pain in your bones that I'm gonna break one by one!!
*Riley drops the mic as his theme hits and the crowd cheers.*
{Joey Styles} Now that's what I call a statement, Cole!
{Michael Cole} You call that a statement? Riley won't be able to back up anything he said! He's gonna disappoint his fans again.
{Joey Styles} I don't think Riley will disappoint them. The people are sick of hearing Lucky Cannons voice and A-Ry is now going to shut him up.
{Michael Cole} Alex Riley wasn't able to win one match and you wanna know why? Because he's a loser!
{Joey Styles} We'll see who's gonna be the loser at Supremacy, Cole.
{Michael Cole} Oh, we will, Joey! It's time for some commercial, folks! We will be back in a few minutes!
From this point the solo interview with Striker and Bateman was well written and there was nothing wrong with it, just needs that extra something.
Carlito promo
This promo was good but like the last one it doesn't stand out, it needs that extra something.
We agree and think that extra something we need is someone to feud with!!!

*Bateman is down after The Miz nails him with a diving axe handle, all of a sudden the fans begin cheering so loud. The Miz isn't sure what's going on as the fans are all looking towards a certain area of the crowd, Kevin Steen is shown walking through the crowd towards the ring as the fans love it. He stands on a chair at the barricade, about to get over when the referee walks up to him.*
*Steen looks around then a smile comes across his face, he then decks the referee with a punch! Steen laughs and jumps over the barricade, Miz isn't sure what to think as he's standing in the ring. Derrick Bateman is in the corner holding his head, Steen gets into the ring and walks towards The Miz. Miz is backing up, not wanting anything to do with Mr. Wrestling. Miz is in the other corner now as Steen gets up to Miz, he looks as if he's going to hit him but all of a sudden Derrick Bateman comes out of nowhere and jumps on Steen's back! Steen moves back trying to get Bateman off his back as Miz rolls under the ropes, Steen flips Bateman over and kicks him square in the nuts. He then grabs him for the package piledriver, but as he has him held up about to drop him The Miz runs into the ring. He goes behind Steen and sets up to hit the Skull Crushing Finale, Steen lets go of Bateman who then gets out of the ring. Miz has Steen's arms hooked for the move but as he goes to sweep his leg infront of Steen's, he overpowers it and turns around. Steen then picks up Miz for the package piledriver, he holds him up for a few seconds as the fans cheer him on to do it. But he lets go of Miz as he squirms away and gets out of the ring, Miz picks up his title and retreats far up the ramp as Kevin Steen leans against the ropes laughing at Miz. Knowing that his mindgames are well in place, we then head to a video package for Breakdown's Alex Shelley, who defends his X-Treme title tonight!*

More great commentary here recapping the events of last week with The Rock being screwed out of the match via GTS. Michael Cole also made me want to punch my laptop screen which means you done well.
... Like Zander said, it felt like I could hear Punk's voice during the parts where he was speaking in the promo. I liked the Sleight Of Hand metaphor a lot and how it lead to you calling the fans hypocrites and giving a valid explanation why. You were so convincing that now I agree with Punk about how the fans boo you for what they cheered Rock for. Overall amazing promo
I wonder if that'll cause any friction between Bateman and Carlito since they both have their eyes on the same prize. Not a bad promo at all.
What just happened? This promo is kinda all over the place, I was kinda happy to see a Rey promo because no ones done much as him since Vee. But off the bat you talk about how the fans still love you, yeah that's great, then talk about WWE even though Rey has been in XWL for a while now, that would be like me promoing as The Rock and mentioning my match with Cena at Wrestlemania, kinda pointless. Anyway, I look forward to seeing where you go with this.
