*It is then followed by the usual Breakdown opening and pyro display.*



Jim Ross: Well, folks, welcome to Breakdown! And I'm not too sure what that video was about.

Jerry "The King" Lawler: I have a feeling it has something to do with Co.....

[???]
ATTENTION PLEASE.

Jerry "The King" Lawler: Right on cue.



*The crowd boos wildly as the theme song of "Dashing" Cody Rhodes hits. He comes out onto the stage with a microphone in hand, the Co-GM ready to speak.*


[Cody Rhodes]
Ladies and gentlemen, let me explain that video package. Last week, my Co-GM, Mick Foley was in a horrible accident. Because of that, Mick can not be out here tonight to run the show alongside me. Therefore, I am dedicating this night to my fallen business associate. I know we've had some problems in the past, but now, now it is time to run Breakdown the right way. To ease our problems over, I will be highlighting some of Mick's greatest moments in his career. Let's start with our first clip while I make my way back to my office.....

*The theme of Dolph Ziggler hits and the crowd erupts into boo's. Dolph's arm reaches through the curtain and he shoves it open, as he powers himself out onto the stange and comes to a hault.*



*Dolph stands in the center of the stage and does his signature hair-flick taunt, before storming towards the ring, ignoring all of the fans, looking more irritated than usual.*



*Dolph approaches the ring and slows down, looking around the crowd to see the reactions on the fans' faces. He stares back at the ring and instead of doing his signature ring entrance, simply runs and slides in, under the bottom rope. He grabs a mic and begins to speak.*



[Dolph Ziggler]
Each and every one of you; Shut your damn mouths before I walk around and PERSONALLY jam each one of them with my fist. I'm out here for a solid reason and I'm not gonna' beat around the bush. Wade Barrett, you son of a bitch. I talked on camera last week about many things, including yourself, but in my description of you.. I was wrong. You're not at all how I described you, because I actually gave you some credit. Credit that you don't deserve. I'll be honest, I respected you a tiny bit. I mean, you were still a douche, but you could tear through the roster like not many others could. But after what happened last week, I noticed something. You're not as complex as I thought.. nah. Dude, you're a moron.



[Dolph Ziggler]
Here we were, this very ring, only a week ago. 5 established, successful superstars, and Ted DiBiase. A huge match was to take place, Dolph Ziggler was gonna' get the win that everybody was expecting anyway.. and what happened? Well it wasn't exactly what I'd planned on.. you could say that. I made my way down to the ring, lookin' great as hell, pumped, ready to kick some ass, y'know whatevs. So I get in the ring, do what I do better than any of those losers back there, and better than any of YOU losers could ever wish to accomplish. Here's the part where most would say that I "worked my ass off" but I didn't. I was calm, I was cool, I got in the ring and I beat the crap out of Ted Dibiase, out of John Cena, and out of Justin Gabriel. Until that very thing happened, Wade Barrett made a huge mistake.



[Dolph Ziggler]
Yeah, yeah I'll admit it. I was infact eliminated from the match.. technically. You see I wasn't tapping out to John Cena's submission hold, nah. I was tapping out to his lack of talent. I mean really, that colourful steroid monster gets cheered for running down to the ring and hitting his couple of signature moves every night? Well, when I say signature.. I mean the only few moves he's actually able to do. Man, my dog's got better wrestling training than John Cena has. And don't for a second begin to judge me ANY of you. Because you see I lasted longer in the ring longer than your precious "Rock" did. I'm a young guy, some would argue that I should have more energy and power, but as true as that is, I don't see that as any reason for The Rock to have been eliminated. Dwayne, you've been in the business.. what.. like, a thousand years? I don't actually know, I'm just guessing by the amount of actual black hairs that are in your beard.. none. If you've been so great for so long like you claim to be, you'd have lasted more than five minutes in that match. But I guess that's what posing for your entire career can do to you.



[Dolph Ziggler]
Now whether you'd like to blame your anger on that, your impatience, or your blatant lack of ACTUAL ring ability, well that's up to you. But what I don't appreciate, is what you did to me. You left me in the ring with only one man in my corner, against three damn men. And the man in my corner, Wade Barrett, well he didn't exactly end the match in the way a REAL man would, did he? Wade, you're a coward. People can say what they like about me, their uneducated opinions don't mean squat to me, but one thing you can't call me is a letdown. A word that describes you perfectly. Me, I'm not only great, I'm perfection. And on that note, I'm a showoff. I'm THE showoff. As you know, as everyone knows.. you're soon losing that Intercontinental Championship that you for some reason hold. I guess you made a smart decision last week though, you're gonna need all your strength for our match. 'Cause I'm bringin' it all, and I'm leaving that arena with a title wrapped around my waist.



[Dolph Ziggler]
Actually, I'm not out here to talk about our championship match, although I won't lie.. I love bringing it up. After all that you went through to get that title and to hold onto it, in a flash, there'll be a new champion. A WORTHY champion. Nah, I wanna talk about tonight. More specifically, what I'm going to do later tonight. Y'know me, I tell you what I'm going to do, and then I do it, that's how it goes. So tonight, I'm going to head into that main event, guns blazing, and I'm going to leave just like I will at the pay per view. Except I won't be leaving with a belt in my grasp tonight, I'll be leaving with your careers in my hands. 'Cause after tonight, nobody’s gonna give a damn about the lower card talent, and that's just what you'll both be. When I'm done with you, I'll be main eventing, not you. Hell, maybe I'll pull double duty again, maybe I'll take up the whole damn card! Because that's the thing, nobody wants to see you! But me.. I've gotta swat the women off me like flies. The guys may hate me, the kids may hate me, but ya' know what that tells me? It tells me that I'm doing things right. If people can't contain their own jealousy, if they feel the need to hide it behind boos and jeers, well that's their own problem, NOT mine.



[Dolph Ziggler]
Dwayne and Wade, two ridiculous names, two ridiculous careers. Don't worry, you'll never be the same after tonight's main event. Maybe I'll submit one of you, maybe I'll submit both. But one things certain, I'm going to embarrass you both. You can ignore me all you want, as usual. You can look the other way. Hell maybe I'm being judgmental, maybe it's not your fault! I'm sure it's hard to see from your high-horse! But not to worry gentlemen, all will be revealed later tonight. I hope you've enjoyed your runs so far, 'cause it's all downhill from here. Just like Zack Ryder, you're gonna be nothing. Just like Ted DiBiase, you're gonna fail at your attempts to stardom. But it's not only you that's gonna be effected, it's all of Breakdown.



[Dolph Ziggler]
Y'see, last night.. you two chickened out. I was the only man to make a difference in that tag match. "Team Breakdown" wasn't a team at all, it was a moving target. What chance did we stand? You two losers couldn't put your egos aside for ONE match. Now don't get me wrong, I've got a huge ego. But I don't care about attention, I don't NEED attention. I need success, and I take it, by force. The irony is, that technically.. we were fighting for Breakdown. And now, Breakdown is going to lose the use of two of its FORMER biggest stars. A new era has already started, the career of Dolph Ziggler has already taken the world by storm, and now.. I take what's rightfully mine, the spot that the likes of you guys wasted all this time. The main event is MINE, the intercontinental title is MINE, and soon enough that World title will be.. oh yeah, MINE.



[Dolph Ziggler]
You've been warned, all of you. So you either get on board with the idea, or you feel the pain dispersed to those who disagree with me. 'Cause it's inevitable, I WILL be this show. And when I am, things will be different. Verrry different. 'Cause I'm the showoff, the HEEL.. The BEST. I'm.. Dolph.. Ziggler, and Breakdown, you can kiss my ass.



*Dolph throws his microphone into the air and watches it land to the floor. He looks back up to see the audience boo'ing and shouting at him. Noticing this, a smirk appears across his face. Ziggler's theme hits from the speakers once more and the crowd breaks into an even louder burst of displeasure.*



* He looks on at the crowd for a few seconds, smiling, before walking to the edge of the ring, climbing out, and walking backstage, appearing as cocky as ever. XWL fades to commercial break.*

as we return to the show , Alex Riley's music hits. After a second , Riley appears . He is sitting down. Riley Greets The interviewer. he then begins to interview A-ry.

{Interviewer}
So Alex. Last week you picked up a huge win. Yourself , and James Storm had a great match , but in the end just when it seemed you were about to finish it. Storm DQ's himself! Not to harp on last week , but is it something you still think about?

{Alex Riley}
Atually , no. I dont think about it at all. Do you know why? Because if they get in your head that much. It will carry over , and will affect other matches. Storm gets way to wrapped up in Stone Cold Steve Austin. Also wrapped up in the fans screaming Austin. He forgot about "Rare Breed" Alex Riley. Thats okay , But you won't be someone you will forget so easily after i capture the Xtreme Championship.


{Interviewer}
Hold on a second. Is that Alex Riley telling us that he wants a Title shot?

{Alex Riley}
No. It's Alex Riley telling you that i will Earn a shot at the X-Division champion. Whether its Michael or Sin Cara . Whether its next week , next month , or whether its a year and a month. I will be X-Division champion. We have alot of good talent in this division , And i do believe that we have the future of XWL here. I also believe that i can be one of the biggest names in this division , and XWL as a whole.

{Interviewer}
Speaking of the X-Division. You mentioned earlier the match between Sin Cara , And Michael McGillicutty. Who do you think will leave with the Championship tonight?

{Alex Riley}
Who knows? I mean , i've trained with Sin Cara before. Had a few Indie matches. Which were Great matches , But all i remember is me getting the win. Nah , but putting everything out on the table. It could go either way. Im going to take Sin Cara in a close win. Dont forget about Michael though. He had some of the best training in the world. With a dad like Mr. Perfect you're born to be a Champion!

{Interviewer}
And finally , Alex tonight you face another tuff test in Zack Ryder. Ryder has proven he's a threat here in the XWL. What are your thoughts on tonights match?



{Alex Riley}

Well. Zack Ryder is someone i respect alot. He worked for everything he has. No one knew Zack Ryder until Zack put himself out there , and he forced everyone to take a second look. I have been passed over by everyone my whole life. Always the same excuse. Everyone telling me , "You got the look" , but "you don't have the heart , or determination , or whatever lame excuse they felt like giving me. Guess what?? To all those who rejected me , or did'nt think i had it in me. Im here in XWL , And im staying. I started with a big win in my return. That is the Alex Riley you can expect to be seeing every time i step in this ring. I want to do it the hard way this time. I need it to be the tuffest challenge of my life. That way the day I do win that X-Division Championship. It will be

THE GREATEST DAY OF MY LIFE!





**Riley looks into the camera with a crooked smile , and says.

" I see it as my duty , to represent for all of the X-Division . So tonight Zack.

LET'S TEAR THE HOUSE DOWN , and GIVE THE FANS IN PEARL CITY A SHOW!!!!





** The camera fades out. The screen then cuts to a Highligh package video for Alex Riley. Hyping up tonight's match.

As much as I hate his attitude, Dolph Ziggler is a very impressive young man. Who no doubt has a bright future here in XWL

But one person, Dolph Ziggler has had a problem with in recent weeks, was the returning Zack Ryder. and earlier this week, Zack Ryder took to YouTube, with his very own show to get his message to Dolph Ziggler!

Well, Lets take a look at what he had to say.

Welcome to the very first episode of Z! True Long Island Story! I am your host.. The Internet Champion! Zack Ryder! Now,ever since my return to XWL, theres one superstar who's been trying to ruin my chance and my dreams. I still don't get what your problem is Dolph, But I told you last week that you better be prepared. This year was meant to be the year of Zack Ryder, It's meant to be the year Z012,bro. And, Theres no way I'm going to let you, or anybody else for that matter ruin it. I came back to XWL to make a name for myself, so at first I was pissed when you decied to interupt me,bro. But now, I realise... that there's really no better way to make a name for myself, than defeating a fast rising superstar like you. And, Don't Worry Dolph,I'm not going to attack you from behind, I'm going to do it to your face,bro.

That's why, I'm issuing you a challenge. Me vs You, one on one at Over The Limit. And if you're as good as you say, then I guess someone like me won't be a problem for you right,Dolph? Well you're wrong bro, You see when you mess with Zack Ryder, you're messing with the entire Zack Pack. And The Zack Pack is stronger than ever. I mean, for someone who started out as a Caddy to Chavo Guerrero, then went on to be a Male Cheerleader, You've got pretty cocky. But I promise you that at Over The Limit, I'm going to be the one that finally shuts that mouth of yours, and It's going to be siiick!

It's not just me that you've pissed off Dolph, It's all my broskis. But two of my closest Brokis, are more pissed off than anyone. and That's my dad and my friend The Big O. And, Dolph you don't know who your messing with when you mess with My Dad and The Big O. They both wanted to come to Breakdown with me last week, and help me take you out. But, I told them that I don't need their help to defeat you, I can do it all by myself, with the support of the thousands of Zack Pack members. But, My Dad and The Big O do have a message for you Dolph.



[Zack's Dad]
All Zack's life all he ever wanted to be was a XWL Superstar. You're messing with dreams,Dolph. And You are messing with my son. But Dolph, You are going to get what is coming to you, nobody messes with my son and get's away with it! Zack told me he doesn't need your help, but Maybe I need to pay you a little visit myself! Because Zack isn't the only one who knows how to fist pump someones face!

Yo,Ziggler! You're messing with my Broski! I don't take too lightly to people messing with my Broksi. You should have thought twice, before you started to mess with Zack Ryder! He's like family to me! So when I get my hands on you, I'm going to crush every bone in your body! And Trust me, Ziggler! I'm going to enjoy it! #You're Dead!

You see,Dolph. All my broskis are standing up for Zack Ryder! I've had to talk them both out of coming to kick your ass. You might have tried to ruin things for me,Dolph but your plan isn't working. Last week, I finally made my return to action in an XWL Ring.. and I won! I beat Santino Marella and this upcoming week, I take on Alex Riley. Riley is only step two in the Ryder Revolution. I'm going to go 2 and 0 since my XWL return.. I can feel it. Imagine it... Zack Ryder undefeated in Z012! The Ryder Revolution won't stop until I become the Intercontinental Champion,bro. I don't care who is the champion at that time, Dolph Ziggler or Wade Barrett. All I know is, whoever it is... I'm going to fist pump their face!

JB: Ladies and Gentlemen, my guest at this time “The Phenomenal” AJ Styles. Now AJ, we saw you return last week to face Alberto Del Rio in what was said to be a phenomenal match. Your thoughts on the match.

AJ Styles: My thoughts? The only thing I could say is that Alberto was the better man that night and I'll give him credit where credit is due, the second he locks in that cross armbreaker there is nothing you can do but tap. If last week showed anything, it's that I still have a little ring rust and I plan on taking care of that this week. You would think that losing my return match would infuriate me but all it has done is fuel me to do better.

JB: Tonight you will team up with a long time friend of yours in a tag match, your partner is none other than the debuting Kazarian. What are your thoughts going into this match against such a cohesive unit in Carlito and Hunico?

*Before AJ can answer the question, he notices someone in the distance.*

AJ Styles: Sorry JB, I got to go do something right now.

*AJ stands up from his seat and walks off camera. The cameraman tries to keep up with Styles but is slowed down by the wires on his camera. While the audience can't see what's going on, the can hear it.*

AJ Styles: Hey, wait up.

*The camera manages to finally catch up as the mystery man turns around and is revealed to be Kazarian, AJ's tag team partner tonight.*

Kazarian: Hey what's up?

AJ Styles: You know you're not the easiest person to find, I've been looking for you all day.

*Before Kazarian can respond to AJ, he gets cut off by JB, who followed behind AJ Styles.*

JB: Kazarian may I get your take on how you think your guys tag match might go.

*Kazarian looks towards the ceiling and back at JB.*

Kazarian: Well I think that this should be an interesting match and I’m pretty sure Carlito and Hunico are on the same page. AJ and I are on the same page as well and we will surely be ready for anything that they throw at us.

JB: So do you think you guys can win tonight or do you think that you and your partner Styles will fail to defeat your opponents.

Kazarian: Well I think we may stand a chance but who knows what will happen in the match but the on thing that AJ and myself do know is that we will not go down without a fight and you bet your ass we will be bringing the fight to them.

AJ Styles: Well considering tonight marks the debut of both teams in this match, it should be interesting to see what their team brings to the table. You've seen Kazarian and myself team in the past, successfully might I add, but this is our first time in XWL.

JB: So your basically saying you will win?

Kazarian: I never said we would lose. Now if you excuse us, we've got to get ready for our match tonight.

*Kazarian and AJ walk away talking about something the camera can't pick up, while JB tells them, “Thank you for your time.” They seemingly ignore it and keep walking as Breakdown goes to a commercial break.*
