*As Breakdown returns, Shawn Michaels music begins blasting through the PA system, as the Canadian crowd stand upon their feet and begin booing*



*As Shawn Michaels walks out onto the stage and begins heading down to the ring as crowd's boos intensify*



Jim Ross: And there he is ladies and gentlemen, the United States champion Shawn Michaels! And I'm sure you can hear what we're hearing, this certainly is enemy territory for the Heartbreak Kid.

Michael Cole: You know, I'm starting to warm up to Canada, first they boo Kevin Steen and now Shawn Michaels? I love this place!

Jerry "The King" Lawler: I'm sure Shawn has been expecting this reaction here tonight, he's far from Canada's favourite.

*As Shawn stops half way down the ramp, he raises his arms up into the air as his pyro begins to go off behind him, the cameras switch to a variety of anti-Michaels signs in the crowd, then switches to the single pro-Michaels sign in the crowd*



Michael Cole: That fan could very well be the only one who feels that way here tonight that supports the Heartbreak Kid.

Jim Ross: Well he's got all the reason to be a fan, Shawn Michaels is capable of the unthinkable and he proved just that at X-Treme X-Mas.

*As HBK approaches ringside he turns to his left and walks over to the ring steps, as a fan in the front row holds out a pink sign with thick black writing saying "You screwed Bret" on it, as it catches Shawn's attention he simply just smirks at the guy holding it and enters the ring*



Jerry "The King" Lawler: You can say again JR, it was a magnificent night for him, competing in a brutal three stages of hell match against Triple H and then later on defeating Kevin Steen in a ladder match to retain the United States championship.

Michael Cole: You can't deny it was a great night for Michaels, but you've got to wonder if he's got anything left in the tank for his opponent tonight, R-Truth.

*As Shawn approaches the camera side of the ring he takes his cowboy hat off and whips it into the crowd, then is handed a microphone by Justin Roberts*



Jim Ross: Well Cole, I'm sure Michaels isn't concerned about that right now as usual, no matter how beaten up Shawn is right now you know that he won't be taking the easy way out tonight.

*As Shawn's music fades out, the boo's from the red hot crowd continue for the Heartbreak Kid, as a "You Screwed Bret" chants begins, before Shawn quickly cuts them off*



Shawn Michaels: You're damn right I did, and I'd do it again.

*As soon as Shawn starts to speak the boo's start up again, and when he finishes chants of "Asshole" begin in their place*

Shawn Michaels: Well thank you, Canada so much for the warm reception. Now just before we get down to business, I just need to address something. Now recently a lot of old DX crew have been jumping on to the old XWL bandwagon. First with the Road Dogg, oh guy guys didn't know? Well apparently XWL now has it's very own Snoop Doggy Dogg Dog, I figure I should respond in the only way he understands, so if you'll give me just one moment I'm gonna kick it, freestyle.

*As Shawn turns to face the camera's he clears his throat to make sure he's rapping in the right tune*

Shawn Michaels: Me, me, meeeeee.

*Shawn then takes in a large breath, then goes to start "kicking this shiznit Doggy style", but then stops before he even gets started, then raises the microphone back up to his mouth and begins talking*

Shawn Michaels: Ok, so it just so happens that I don't know how to rap, but what I do know how to do is show a display of national pride, so for all of your pleasure I'd like treat you all with the Canadian national anthem, feel free to join in.

*As Shawn faces the cameras the boo's grow louder and louder as Shawn tries to rile up the crowd*



Shawn Michaels: O Canada! Oh How I hate this place!

*As Shawn pauses his mockery of the Canadian National Anthem and boo's continue still, and a few members of the audience decide to throw their soda's and confectionary at Michaels, narrowly missing him*

Shawn Michaels: O Canada! I wish I could kick all of you in the face!

*As Shawn finishes his version of the anthem, the volume of the boo's increase to fever pitch*

Shawn Michaels: Alright, you got me, I don't know the words to that either I'm just not that musically talented, eve though I did sing my own theme song, and you're welcome for that by the way.



Shawn Michaels: So I'm just going to have to do this the Old School way. Ladies and Gentlemen, boys and and girl, children of all ages, D-Generation X proudly brings to you host of the most BORING and REPEATITIVIVE segment in the Wooooooooorrrrlllldddddd The Road Dogg Jesse James! Now the Road Dogg if you haven't been watching, and honestly I don't really blame you if you haven't nobody else has been either, but he's been coming out here every week since he debuted which was about two weeks ago saying he's going to get a title shot, AND not just my title, he wants a World title shot, a United States title shot, an Intercontinental title shot, an X-Treme title shot, he even wanted a Diva's title shot, but he ain't getting a damn thing. Now you've got to admire the persistence, but "Dawg" it pains me to say this that's not how it works around here, try getting a job in a Burger Shack or something. Somewhere where your skills are more suited.

*As Shawn lowers his microphone he gives a cocky smile to the camera as the crowd begin a short lived "We want Road Dogg" chant*

Shawn Michaels: Then at X-Treme X-Mas The Kid made his debut, and then tonight we even saw Chyna. And then when I got to the arena tonight I heard whispers about a "reunion", a reunion that lasted all but thirty seconds, but it was a reunion nonetheless. Now here's what gets me how exactly can you have a DX reunion without inviting the guy who was DX before DX was even cool, but instead of the reunion, Kid stabs Chyna in the back and leaves her face down in this ring and says DX is dead? Like that's never happened before. You know I'm starting to think maybe there's just too many egos or something, but D-Generation X shouldn't do reunions anymore. And on a side note, and by the way this is just between me and you guys over on TV land and all of these idiots here in Canada, about X-Pac and Chyna, I was never quite sure who wore the trousers out of those two guys.



Shawn Michaels: But on to more serious business, last week at X-Treme X-Mas, Shawn Michaels versus Triple H one last time, three stages of hell if you haven't saw it yet then you should. And the key word in that match is hell and you can trust me on that one, whatever we could of done to each other trust me we did it. And as much as I want to say that this is time it's over for good, and I know what you guys are thinking, yeah it's over between those two, they'll just bring back DX in like a week. Lets not pretend it hasn't happened before. Enemies one second, Best friends the next, and it's happened so many times I don't know how many anymore. But I swear this time it's over, we're done. And now that I've got that out of the way, I want to talk about what happened last night, and I don't mean a pain staking detailed play by play of the entire match what I want to talk about is how it ended, I want to talk about to moment of when I had Triple H on his knee's in the middle of this ring begging for mercy as a brought the hammer down on him and beat him once and for all. With that one shot I took the last three months of my life, three months of sneak attacks and over night stays in hospitals. Three months of not being able to be myself, three months of wanting nothing more then revenge and retribution, and that's finally what I got. And as the referee counted Hunter down for the count, and that bell rung for the very last time I could feel all of that all of the built up anger, the betrayal, all of the good times and the bad, I was finally able to get the closure I needed. And trust me when I say nothing feels better then being able to put everything we went through together in the last twenty years behind me.



Shawn Michaels: And for most guys that would be more then enough for one night, BUT then again and I've said this time and time again, I'm not just an ordinary guy, I then had to come out to this very ring one more time to defend this very championship belt *Shawn raises his United States championship above his head causing to Toronto crowd to boo him* against Canada's very own "Mr. Wrestling" Kevin Steen. Now I'm never one to brag, but once again, just like the against Triple H, the good old HB Kid walked out as the winner. And I know that it seems like Shawn Michaels is starting to make a habit of ruining Canadian homecoming parties, however this time the only screwing involved wasn't fit for TV. But let me assure you, it's definitely a habit that I intend on continuing.

*As Shawn comes to a natural pause in his speech, the crowd begin to chant "We want Steen"*



Shawn Michaels: You want Steen? Well you're not gonna get him! Now as I was saying before I was so rudely interrupted I'm not gonna lie, it wasn't easy, it wasn't. And honestly there were times even I doubted that I could get the job done. I could of came out here and told you all that when Shawn Michaels faced Kevin Steen, it was a timeless classic, I could of said it was one of those infamous five star performances by the Heartbreak Kid, the truth is though, it was far FAR from that. It was nothing more then an almost broken man who could barely stand against a man best known for trying to cripple his opponents and eating a KFC bargain bucket whilst in the process. But all I needed was one chance, and that's all I got, and I'm delighted to say that I took it and Kevin Steen couldn't, nothing more and nothing less. And that Canada, is why Shawn Michaels can stand here and tell you exactly how it is. Last night I proved to the ENTIRE WORLD, that I am exactly what I say I am, The best there is!

*As Shawn bring up Bret Hart's name the crowd's boo's hit a new high, and Shawn seemingly unfazed by it, just smirks at the camera's*

Shawn Michaels: The best there was!

And the very BEST United States champion there EVER will be!

*Shawn lowers the microphone and is about to raise his title in celebration but he interrupted by the theme song of Curt Hawkins.*



*Shawn turns his attention to the stage where Curt Hawkins is seen walking out from the back. His smug looks goes away as he stops at the top of the stage. His theme stops playing and Hawkins lets the fans let out some boos before raising his to speak.*

[[Curt Hawkins]] Oh shut up already Shawn, it's the same thing week after week with you and Kevin Steen. You thinking your the best wrestler in XWL when your not. I'm the best, Shawn. I am the best wrestler on Redemption and I'm probably the best wrestler in all of XWL but my talent is sealed away because people like you hog the spot light.

*Hawkins stops speaking for a second and stares at Shawn. After a few seconds he begins to speak again.*

[[Curt Hawkins]] You know what, Shawn? It's time I rise out of the shadows and make a bigger name for myself. I'm done having to deal with people like you, Wade Barrett and CM Punk stealing the show just because all of you apparently have "talent." I have talent too, I provide Entertainment to all the fans watching at home and all the fans sitting here live tonight. I provide entertainment that's ignored. Ratings would be higher then they already are if I could actually represent the ignored, pushed aside and the lower names. Actually screw them, I want to represent the United States of America, Shawn. Screw Canada, Mexico, Spain and all those other country's. I want to represent the USA.

*The crowd boos Hawkins at the negativity thrown at Canadians*

[[Curt Hawkins]] Only one thing is stopping me from getting that, Shawn. That one thing is you. You have what I want and just, won't stop. I won't stop till that title is around my waste and I guaren-DAMN-tee that it will be around my waste sooner then later.

Shawn Michaels: Let me get this straight you want a match against me, Shawn Michaels for the United States championship? So, the Heartbreak Kid Shawn Michaels goes one on one against...I'm sorry what's your name again?

*As Shawn claims to not know who Hawkins‘, the camera's switch to him on the stage, clearly not impressed at Shawn's child-like antics*

[[Curt Hawkins]] Maybe you've been hit over the head one too many times Shawn, because everyone knows my name. And everyone knows the I am the absolute best this company has to offer.

Shawn Michaels: Of course who doesn't know who are you, you're...

*Shawn pauses seemingly still in the dark as to who Curt Hawkins’ is, as he exhales a deep breathe, as Hawkins’ then cuts him off*

[[Curt Hawkins]] You think you're funny don't you Shawn? Well I've got news for you, nothing you've ever done has been funny, but Curt Hawkins is here to change that for you, because Shawn after I beat you and take your title because that's exactly what you'll be.

*As Curt Hawkins finishes talking the cameras switch over to Michaels who raises the microphone staring blankly up to Curt Hawkins on the stage, then lowers his microphone, then looks around the arena as the Toronto crowd boo him, then Shawn turns back to face Curt Hawkins and raises his microphone to his mouth again as the boo's begin to get louder and louder, then Shawn bursts out in a way over the top laugh as he falls to the floor hitting the mat repeatedly with his arms and feet as the camera switches back to a livid Curt Hawkins on the stage*

[[Curt Hawkins]] I'm not kidding Shawn! You think this is funny don't you? I'm not a joke!

*As Curt Hawkins stops yelling, Shawn gets back to his feet and picks up his microphone as he finishes laughing he raises his microphone to his mouth again*

Shawn Michaels: Of course you're not, everyone knows you're a big deaa...HAHAHAHAHAHA!

*Shawn throws himself back to the floor with the same over the top laugh causing the crowd to boo him again as he continues to kick and punch the mat as he keeps laughing then as he sits up he repeatedly crotch chops in Curt Hawkins direction forcing him to throw his microphone down and storms off the stage to the back, as Shawn slowly stands back up and picks his microphone back up again as the crowd continue to boo Michaels*

Shawn Michaels: This public service broadcast was brought to you by the Heartbreak Kid, Shawn Michaels who would like to remind you Canada, that if you're not down with that, I got two words for ya!

*As Shawn quickly raises his microphone above his head, the crowds boo's quickly grow louder and louder, then he lowers his microphone down to his mouth*

Shawn Michaels: Canada SUCKS!

*As Shawn finishes speaking, he drops his microphone to the mat, as his music begins to play amongst the boo's of the incensed Canadian crowd*



*As Shawn's music continues to play, he stares out into the incensed crowd as Breakdown heads to a commercial break*

I'm not sure about the last part, Cole, but he sure is the man who likes to talk the most on your brand and maybe in this whole company.

*After the highlights of the match are shown, Jericho stays in the ring and has a microphone in his hand as the audience loudly chants "Y2J".*

Is that all this division has to offer? Some old washed up has-been? Really? This was my opponent for tonight? This was my opponent for the New Year's episode of Breakdown here in my city, in Toronto? Well, let me tell you something. I am not going to leave this ring before I get to face a real competitor. I demand respect from the XWL management and that also includes that I am allowed to compeat against the bests of the best that this division has to offer. Now, I know you're watching this in your production truck sitting in your seats doing absolutely nothing except for putting on those stupid looks on your faces, so I'm gonna handle things myself and want a Superstar to come out here to face me like a man. Come on, this could be the greatest chance of your life. Whoever thinks he has got what it takes to share the ring with the legend that is Chris Jericho should come out here, right now!

{Jim Ross}
Does Chris Jericho really want to compeat in two matches in a row here?

{Jerry Lawler}
It looks like that, but that proves once again that he's just full of himself thinking that he can beat everybody here in Toronto.

*Jericho stares at the stage and waits for someone to come out to face him. Meanwhile the audience keeps chanting "Y2J" while they wait for another Superstar to face their hero, but nothing happens.*

Come on! Walk out and come to this ring, right now!

*Jericho lowers the mic and waits for a few moments, but once again nothing happens as the crowd boos loudly in disappointment. Jericho shakes his head and slowly raises the mic again.*

That's exactly what I thought. Ladies and Gentlemen here in Toronto, and of course the liars and cheaters watching infront of their TV's, it's now official. This division is afraid of Chris Jericho. This division is afraid that I am going to do the same thing to them as I did to Booker T a few moments ago. This divison can not handle the situation of standing in the same ring as I am standing in. This divison fears me for what I truely am, the best in the world at what I do! None of them can match with my perfect abilities. None of them can compare with the greatest Superstar that ever stepped foot inside an XWL ring. This division wishes and dreams to once become and once achieve what Chris Jericho has become and achieved. And that no one showed up here to face me just proves my and the management's point that this division has to be saved. It has to be saved from the weak and cowardly Superstars who are hiding in their closet, right now. It has to be saved from parasites like Kevin Steen or Shawn Michaels who were undeservingly given the United States Championship. With each weakling getting that Title in their hands, this division gets worse and worse, but I'm gonna make sure that no pathetic little tapeworm touches that Title ever again. Do you understand what I am saying to you, right now?!

*The crowd cheers loudly as Chris Jericho continues.*

You people didn't get to see another historic match of Chris Jericho, but what you are all witnessing right now is change. The change to a better Redemption, a better company. Every week I'm gonna walk into this ring and beat one of those nobodies that this division offers me and that means that I get one step closer from facing Shawn Michaels to become the greatest United States Champion of all time and the very savior of this division. You people are proud of me for what I have become and I am proud to be here tonight in this very arena, because this is the only arena in the world where no hypocrites or parasites are filling the seats, this is the arena that Chris Jericho loves. I am an honest man surrounded by an honest crowd here tonight and next week when we are going back to Redemption I will be the only honest man surrounded by mendacious parasitic tapeworms and that makes me sick to my stomach. I am Chris Jericho and I am the best in the world today and I demand to be treated with respect! I am the most valuable Superstar in this industry and I want my rightful respect from the management and every single one of those hy...



Chris Jericho is interrupted by the theme music of the "Prince of Air", Evan Bourne.......



The crowd is chanting "Evan Bourne" over and over again while Bourne absorbs the enviroment......


Evan Bourne: Yo tech guy, cut my music! Hey Jericho, I was just sitting in the back watching your match, and I'm gonna be brutally honest with you........... you've lost a step. I mean, aren't you the guy who debuted by interrupting THE ROCK?


Evan Bourne: HELL, you're the guy who beat The Rock AND Stone Cold in ONE night! Now you're trying to build yourself back up in my division. You should have stayed in the World championship division cause now you're just a shell of your former self. One thing though, I can relate. It seems like lately people have been telling me that I'm a shell, that I'm washed-up and nothing better than a deluded man that should have quit while he was ahead. Well I'm out here to give you some advice. Don't listen to those skeptics. I was wrestling in the indies for years before I made it big, and I'll continue wrestling because I LOVE WRESTLING. It's what I know and it's what I'm good at. Same with you.


Evan Bourne: So here's what I'm proposing Jericho. Next week........ you and me....... one-on-one. Two wrestlers that are seen as past their prime, showing these young guns how two GREATS wrestle a match. So, what do ya say?



{Chris Jericho}
How dare you?! How dare you interrupt me in my very own homecountry! You should be treating me with respect! And who are you to call me a shell of my former self? I was the most dangerous man in the Main Event and I am the most dangerous man this division right here has ever seen. I can understand when people call you washed up, though. Nobody cares about Evan Bourne any longer. After you lost the World Championship these fans didn't give a damn about you. On the other hand I have always been the highlight of this show. Chris Jericho has always been the best, no matter in what division I am. But you, Bourne, you get worse and worse with every week that goes by. You want a match with me? You want your spotlight back? Bourne, it's gonna be an honour to beat you and prove to the entire planet that you should have never been the World Heavyweight Champion in the first place! You're on!

Jericho lowers the mic as Evan Bourne extends his hand so Jericho can accept the match............ and Jericho accepts the hand. The crowd are going at the thought of Jericho vs Evan. Evan and Jericho say a few word to each other before Evan turns to leave but Jericho doesn't let go of the hand. Evan looks at Jericho with a confused look while Jericho looks at Evan with a grin that can only mean one thing. And sure enough, Jericho hits Evan with a low blow! As Bourne is holding his crotch, Jericho trys to apply the Walls of Jericho, but as he's turn Evan around, Bourne kicks him in the face which cause Jericho to back up. While Jericho is holding his nose to feel if it's broken, Evan runs and hits a jumping knee, and heads up to the top for a shooting star press. Just as Evan leaves the top-rope, Jericho jump up and hit's a MASSIVE codebreaker in mid-air! Jericho leaves the ring quickly to lots of cheers and "Y2J" chants. As Jericho stands at the top of the stage, he mouths "YOU'RE ON", and stays on the stage with a smile on his face while Bourne lays motionless in the ring.

**Breakdown returns from commercials and we are straight into a video package of Davey Richards.



The video package fades to black then we are now backstage with none other than Davey Richards. Davey is sat down and it looks like the interviewer is ready to start the interview. The Interviewer for today's interview is John Jones. John nods to the camera to reply that we are now live and ready.**

John Jones: Welcome back ladies and gentlemen to XWL Breakdown. I am John Jones also know as Jiggas, and I have got an exclusive interview for you all today. The man to my left is the man who was seen in the video package to welcome back the show. That man is a world traveler, that man has won many titles, championships, trophies all around the world. That man is the American Wolf, Davey Richards. Davey thank you for giving us the time for this interview. So let's get to the questions. Davey you have been in XWL for a short time but have made a immediate reaction when you showed up at Eye for an Eye to set up a rivalry with Bryan Danielson. You then went on to have a heated rivalry with him. Could you tell me and the XWL audience, what are you thoughts on your short time in XWL?



Davey Richards: Well John, firstly I would like to thank you for having me and thank the fans tuning in to listen to what I have to say. I have only been here a short time, about 3 months ore something. I remember it was the beginning of September when I was taking a medical and going over some contracts with the XWL management, when I thought, is Davey Richards right for XWL?? I mean this is the biggest company in the wrestling world, this company has a roster of great "superstars" and this company has a worldwide audience. I was having doubts on what to do. I remember thinking will XWL know who Davey Richards is. But I was pulled aside by Mick, and he said to me not to worry. He didn't BS me, he said there is a good chance that a lot XWL fans may not know me compared to the John Cena's, The CM Punk's, The Rock's etc. He said to me that, this company isn't just about the big superstars, it is about the wrestling, he said it wasn't just about the entertainment, it was about the wrestling ability to put on a great match. He also said that, I will soon put an impression on the fans who don't know me when I step foot in that ring for my first match. At that point, I was thinking, damn this legend of the business is actually giving me some advice. I am also one for taking advice when it comes and it was an honor to take some from Mick. My confidence grew as I traveled to my first ever XWL Pay-Per-View, "Eye for an Eye". I knew what I was going to do, I knew that this was it, shine or go back into the shadows. I stepped out in front of all them fans at the PPV and there were quite a number of fans who knew who I was. and I will always thank them for making my XWL debut a one that I will always remember.

John Jones: Davey, you did make quite an impact when you interrupted a man also known for his great past on the independent scene, Bryan Danielson. That move was one that many could say you either could regret or relish, what's your thoughts?



Davey Richards: Regret? Never, I never regret any of my moves that I make in the wrestling business. I knew what I did was to introduce myself to the XWL fans, I knew that Bryan Danielson is one of the best wrestlers in the business. I took Mick's words of advice and ran with them. I sat down and thought who is someone that I could have a great match with, who is there who is a great wrestler, who on the roster could I have a great program with that man was Bryan, but well the lights and the pressure of being here in XWL must of got to him. I know where you maybe coming from when you say regret, I mean if I didn't take the light away from Bryan, if I didn't show up that night, just maybe this actions over recent months wouldn't of happened. But if I didn't show up, maybe I held back and waited to see who I was booked against on Breakdown, what would of happened?Would I still got the big reaction I got from showing up to challenge Bryan?If I showed up for a match on the card, yeah I would of showed the fans what I am capable of but the reaction wouldn't of been the same. I agree that I took it upon myself to take Bryan's limelight and help propel myself into the XWL light with these fans. But like I said, I will never regret what I did. Bryan is the one who let the fame, who let the pressure of not being the top star in the business get to him. I thought we had a great match on the Breakdown but it didn't end well for any of us but I went on to compete in my first PPV at Monsters Bash. We competed in a great match in which I won. I felt many great things in my career. From winning titles in Japan, Europe and even here on US soil, but I felt that I finally made it when my arm was lifted in victory. I don't know what happened to Bryan from that moment but I know after weeks and weeks of back and forth actions and reactions, He wanted that one last match at November to Remember.

John Jones: If I come just interrupt you there Davey. November to Remember was a very interesting moment for you and Bryan. This was announced that it would be the final match between you two. Davey Richards vs Bryan Danielson III was meant to end at November to Remember but I felt that we still, actually I know we didn't end the rivalry, what are your thoughts to what many people agree with my statement I just made?



Davey Richards: John, at November to Remember it was suppose to end, it was going to be me and Bryan in a 3 Stages of Hell match. We went down to the wire, we both didn't want to quit, we both didn't want to leave the PPV with a loss on our record and steps back in our XWL career. We knew that whomever wins that last match would not only have the bragging right, would not only know who finally was the best, but the sure as hell would of been propelled to be a serious contender for Championships in XWL. The end was a sour taste in the mouth, it ended the way it begun, A DRAW! We both came crashing down on top of that table, we both took a serious beating which took both of us many weeks to really recover. When I returned to Breakdown after a few weeks, I had fans asking me on the meet and greet what I was going to do, I even had people asking me on twitter and facebook. I knew that the fans wanted to see an end. I was hoping to have, not to sound like a broken record, one last match. But Bryan was not seen, He never replied and well I have not heard from him since. That ending may have taken not only one of us but both of us a step back here in XWL. I said that I wanted to rise the ranks, I told you all that the "Hunt" is simple, the hunt is for the World Championship, the hunt, the goal, the dream is to hold that World Championship above my head and have the XWL fans cheer my name, not until then, not until that moment can I say that I am the best in the world. I know that I am one of the best wrestlers int he business, I know that I am damn good, but I am not the best in the world. The likes of The Rock, CM Punk, Chris Jericho, Wade Barrett can all say that they are the best because they have held the World Championship. But I know that I am at the bottom of a very long ladder which I intended to fight, scrap, crawl and climb my way to the top of. It could take me the whole 2012, it could take me until 2013, 2014, but that is the hunt, that is the dream.

John Jones: Before we get out of here, I just a couple more questions. Davey I agree that the end to the rivalry was not eh highlight in XWL, it did indeed leave a bitter taste in fans mouths, but after listening to what you had to say, I know that what your doing next. I know that you intend to leave it behind you and start to climb that ladder. Tonight Davey you face one, Mr Anderson, a man who is seen as bit of a, hmm an asshole, a man who does what he wants, when he wants as long as he gets where he wants. What are your thoughts about your opponent?



Davey Richards: Mr Anderson, is a very interesting opponent, I mean I have seen him here in XWL, I watched what he was done in XWL, but I haven't seen anything special, I haven't seen much but talk from this man. But I am not interested in what he has done in XWL, I am interested what he brings to the table tonight, because I know that I will bring all my chips and I will lay them down, I will go out there tonight and I will show the likes of Mr Anderson that I am not just some Indy wrestler, that I am not some wannabe "superstar". I will go out there and if I have to kick the hell out of him or anyone to show what I mean, then I will.

John Jones: Before I let you go back to your preparations for tonight's match, The World Championship may seem a long way up the ladder, but I am sure that the Intercontinental Championship title is your first stop on the ladder. The champion funny enough is actually the World Champion also. Wade Barrett is a tough competitor who seems to be beating anyone who crosses his path and he intends to keep both championship, what you like to say about that?



Davey Richards: Wade Barrett, you may be at the top of the ladder, you may be looking down upon all of us, but just remember that you have a target on your back, but not just one target, but many, many targets. Wade not only do you have the World Championship to defend but you have to watch out for all the others who want that Intercontinental Championship. So to answer your question John, I do intend to stop and take that title for myself, It may not be Wade as champion when I get there but I don't care who it is, because I will beat you and I will win to become champion. The reason why that is because, THE HUNT IS ON!!!!!!!

Davey Richards slides out of the ring following his match with Mr. Anderson, and starts walking around the ring corner to head up the ramp as he does a fan jumps the ring barrier! Richards turns around and the fan SPEARS HIM!! The fan backs away and pulls his hood off his head and it reveals to be....RHINO! Rhino squats down in Richards face and starts screaming "GORE! GORE! GORE!" Rhino slowly back towards the barrier and steps over it and leaves the arena through the crowd.

{J.R.}
What the hell just happened?!

{King}
Davey just got gore'd JR! I don't know why, heck I didn't even know Rhino was in XWL or on the roster?!

{J.R.}
Well whether he is or isn't he just reminded the wrestling community that he's still here!

*The referee continues to count as Barrett slowly makes his way to the backstage area. The fans instantly know what is happening and begin to boo the World Champion.*

[Referee] 3...

*Barrett continues to slowly make his exit, clearly feeling the effects of the punishment he has been put through as he clutches his side.*

[Referee] 4...

[JR] What's Wade doing?! This match isn't over yet.

[Michael Cole] Well the World Heavyweight Champion disagrees.

[King] This doesn't make any sense though, if he's such a respectable champion why is he walking out on this match, huh? Answer me that.

*Gabriel looks bemused by this and looks towards his partner Dibiase. Dibiase just shrugs his shoulders.*

[Referee] 5...

[Michael Cole] It's quite obvious. Wade Barrett picked up three title match victories this past Sunday. This match is meaningless to him, why should he have to waste his time with these two goofballs that refuse to give up? It's pointless, he has better things to be doing with his time.

[JR] Seems to me he's realized that he can't win this match and he's taking the cowards way out.


*Barrett passes a group of fans who shout obscenities at him and tell him to get back to the ring. He responds by shouting back them something about how he's worth more than this.*

[Referee] 6...

[Michael Cole] He most certainly is not! Wade Barrett is a lot of things, talented, intelligent, dominant, and respected. But by no means is he a coward. This man has faced challenges in his career here and overcome them all, how's that the resume of a coward?

*Gabriel is shown in his corner speaking to Dibiase. It's inaudible but they're deep in conversation.*

[Referee] 7...

[King] Because he's walking up the ramp right now instead of continuing this match, that's how.

[Michael Cole] What's the point in Wade continuing with this match? His titles are not on the line, he's not facing competent opponents that match his skill on any level, it's like a never ending warm up and he's decided he's had enough.

*Barrett is almost at the top of the ramp now and a 3 count away from achieving what he wanted. A count-out loss.*

[Referee] 8...

[JR] If they don't match his skill then how come he hasn't been able to put away either man in the past twelve or so minutes? I think Wade met his match with these two young men and that's why he's fleeing.

*Gabriel and Dibiase are now both in the ring, leaning on the ropes beckoning for Barrett to return to the ring. Barrett is now at the top of the ramp and looks back shaking his head.*

[Referee] 9...

[King] I can't believe this is actually happening.

[Michael Cole] Well believe it. Wade clearly is in a league of his own, that's why he's got two championships in his possession, so why compete in meaningless matches such as this?

*Major heat continues to rain down on Barrett as he looks back with an icy stare...*

[Referee] 10... RING THE BELL!

[JR] Well there you have it, folks. Wade Barrett has intentionally gotten himself counted out in this match.

[Justin Roberts] Ladies and gentlemen, the winners of this match as a result of a count-out, the team of John Cena, Ted Dibiase and Justin Gabriel!

[King] Such an absolute shame that a match as big as this has now ended on an extremely sour note.



*As Gabriel's music begins to play, suppressed cheers from the fans begin to rise up. The fans know they were screwed out of a proper finish to this match, and despite the team the majority of them wanted to win walked out victorious, they're not happy at all.*

[Michael Cole] How has it ended on a sour note? Wade Barrett wasn't savagely double teamed until one of those two got the biggest fluke victory in history.

[JR] Savagely double teamed? Are you kidding me? You can't say that if put in the same position Wade wouldn't have done far worse. It's just a shame that instead of seeing more of this exciting match, we're sitting here disappointed in it's result.

*Heat continues to be directed Barrett's way who just looks back at the ring at Gabriel and Dibiase.*



[Michael Cole] Well that's how the cookie crumbles, JR.

[King] It really is a shame that a match like this has been ended this way. The fans are absolutely stunned and livid at Wade Barrett right now.

[JR] That they are, that they are, King.

*The referee tries to raise Ted and Justin's hands, but they just like the crowd seem annoyed at the outcome and instead keep mouthing many inaudible things in Wade's direction.*

[JR] Both Justin and Ted know they had Wade beat you can just see the look of disbelief on their faces.

[Michael Cole] They knew they had him beat? Do you even listen to the crap that comes out of your mouth?

[King] Do you?

*Ted continues staring at Wade and shouts out "Some champion you are!" in his direction. While DiBiase is busy exchanging cold stares at Barrett, Justin rolls under the bottom rope and makes his way over to the time keeper's position. Cole stands up from the table and looks right at Gabriel as he asks the keeper for something.*

[Michael Cole] Hey! What are you doing!?

*Gabriel turns around with a smirk holding the World Heavyweight Championship in his hand. Cole seems livid and continues shouting at Gabriel who just ignores him and slides back into the ring with the title.*

[Michael Cole] That's not your title! Put it back!

[King] Pipe down, Cole.

*Justin steps back over next to Ted, and raises the World Heavyweight Championship up in the air to a decent pop from the disappointed crowd. Wade begins shouting to get his hands off his title but Gabriel responds with a sly smirk continuing to hold up what he hopes to soon be his.*

[Michael Cole] Pipe down? He's got his grubby hands on Wade's World title! That's not his, nor will it ever be! He can hold it up all he likes but the fact remains that he'll never be called World Champion and that's a fact!

[JR] Never be his? He's pinned Wade before, he almost pinned him tonight, I think his chances are mighty high at this point.

[Michael Cole] Oh please, he almost beat him tonight? And it doesn't matter if he's got a pinfall victory over Wade. Because their match at Over The Limit is a Last Man Standing match! Pinfalls do no matter and that is why Wade will destroy this wanna be superstar.

[King] What is it about you that makes you hate talented superstars like Justin Gabriel and Ted DiBiase? They're two talented young men that never use underhanded tactics and give the crowd their money's worth every night.

*We switch back to the ring where Gabriel's still holding Wade's World Heavyweight Championship up high in the air. Ted's shown pointing to Gabriel with a smile on his face and he yells out "This is what you'll see after Over The Limit!" in Wade's direction. *


[JR] Well folks it's been an exciting show, a great way to bring in the new year here in XWL. And even though the main-event ended under the means that it did, I thoroughly enjoyed tonight's show.

[King] I feel the exact same way, JR. We saw some incredible matches and we really kicked off this year with a bang!

[Michael Cole] This year can only get better and better, we've got a respectable and extremely well rounded World Heavyweight Champion, and that's how you know it's going to be a great year.

[JR] While I have no doubts of this being an amazing year, I'm still left disappointed at Wade's actions tonight. I take nothing away from him, he's still a force to be reckoned with, he is after all the Intercontinental and World Heavyweight Champion, I just didn't like him walking away from a challenge in the form of these two men tonight.

*The XWL logo appear on the bottom right corner of the screen as we see one last view of Justin holding the World Heavyweight Championship up as Wade stares back at him with a scowling glare. The picture of both Ted DiBiase and Justin Gabriel staring down with Wade Barrett is the last we see before we fade out concluding the show.*
