*The camera cuts to the backstage area where Divas Champion Kaitlyn is shown. Also present is an off-screen interviewer, who begins to question the Chickbuster...*

[Interviewer] Kaitlyn, congratulations on earning your biggest victory to date by somehow retaining your Divas Championship against three of the top competitors in the divas division this past Sunday at X-Treme Xmas and extending your ongoing unbeaten steak. Now a lot of people have been wondering...



[Kaitlyn] Before you say anything else... yes AJ and I are fine! The Chickbusters are as tight as we've ever been. We're the best of friends and nothing will change that. Not your conspiracy theories, not you wishing that we'd turn on each other for the sake of good television and not the Divas Title! I think you interviewer guys need to stop harassing us every single week and actually do your job properly. You're supposed to interview people by asking meaningful questions, not try and stir trouble. Just leave us alone okay?

[Interviewer] Calm down there Kaitlyn! I was only going to ask...



[Kaitlyn] You know what? I don't care anymore. I've had enough of your "interviews". It's the same thing week after week after week! Until XWL hires someone competent enough to ask questions properly, I refuse to take part in these anymore. I'll do my talking in the ring to my fans who actually don't want the Chickbusters to break up. Imagine that! They actually like AJ and I. Did you see the reaction AJ got earlier when she became #1 contender again? The fans love her and they love US. That's why at Over The Limit we'll give them the match that they deserve to see. Now this "interview" is over...

*Kaitlyn walks out of view, clearly flustered and upset.*

[Interviewer] Okay...

*The screen fades to black for a commercial break.*

[The cameras here in Toronto, Canada head backstage where we see Kurt Angle walking backstage. Cameras are following Angle down the hallway where he seems to have somewhere to go and is obviously happy about earlier when Shelley got arrested. Suddenly Angle opens the door to a room and heads inside, out of sight momentarily. When cameras return to a view that shows Angle inside the room, we see many friends & family of Kurt Angle inside. Apparently, Angle is throwing a party in celebration of Shelley being arrested! We can see a table with all sorts of drinks placed on it; including alcoholic ones, of course . It's too loud inside the room to pick up any specific audio from any specific conversations, but the camera stays focused on Angle who we can see having conversations with various members of his family and friends. Eventually, the people begin to sit down for a dinner and food is distributed among the people. We can see Angle has a glass of whine, and what we can assume to either be chicken or turkey and of course, a glass of milk as well on the side. Before anyone can eat, the screen fades away into a subway ad.]





[We return after a few minutes of all subway commercials, and Angle reappears on the screen, holding a small bottle of whine in his hands. Angle doesn't appear drunk; but we know he has had a few drinks from the scenes we have witnessed so far. Kurt Angle walks through the hallway and into the XWL Superstar's special parking lot here in Toronto, Canada. We see many nice cars owned by the superstars before Angle walks up to his own car.]



[Angle reaches in his pants pocket and pulls out a fancy set of silver keys for his car. Angle hits the button on the keys to pop open the trunk before placing the bottle of whine inside, but within his trunk we see a gallon if milk which he decides to take out. Angle grabs the milk and opens the front door of his car and sits in, placing the milk on the other seat and buckling the seat belt around it. Kurt Angle starts the car, and is about to drive but suddenly...]

[A police car pulls up next to Angle! The officer rolls down his window and asks Angle to step outside the car because he had been a fan in attendance tonight and knew Angle was drinking and about to drive!]

[[Kurt Angle]]
I didn't do it! I'm a citizen of America, you don't have the right to question me unless I've committed a crime, it's a free country!

[Police Man]
Eh, we're in Canada. So you have the right to remain silent and I'll test to see if you're drunk driving!

[Angle silently agrees and steps out of the car. The police man first asks Angle to walk on the straight line, which he does up until the end until he purposely loses balance and goes off the line. The cop writes down something on the paper, thinking it wasn't intentional.]

[Police Man]
Now for test number 2, so now I have to ask you to say the ABC's without singing.

[[Kurt Angle]]
Why the hell would I do that? I'm an Olympic Gold Medalist and a future Intercontinental Champion, I don't need to listen to you! I-

[The cop cuts him off.]

[Police Man]
Shutup and do it now.

[Angle begins to sing the ABC's intentionally, trying to piss the cop off. But instead, the cop takes it as he is really drunk.]

[Police Man]
Place your hands behind your back.

[[Kurt Angle]]
No, I'm not even drunk! You can't arrest me, It's true, it's damn true!

[The cop tries to put handcuffs on Angle, but Angle doesn't let him. Kurt Angle and the cop struggle to put handcuffs on Angle until Angle has had enough of the cop and kicks him in the gut. Kurt throws the cop into his own cop car and then on top of the car. Angle climbs to the top of the car and lifts the cop up, but just as he's doing so another cop car shows up. Angle hits the Angle Slam quickly on the top of the car, but the cops in the other car get out of their car and point a gun at Angle.]

[Police Men]
This is the Toronto police department, get off of the car right now or we'll shoot.

[Angle, knowing that he can no longer evade the police, gives himself in. Handcuffs are slapped on the wrists of Kurt Angle and he sits in the back of the police car and they drive to the station as the fans in attendance laugh at Angle, now being taken out of the arena not by his own luxury car, but in a police car!]

XWL Breakdown New Years Special returns from the short commercial break and goes backstage again with Josh matthews

[Josh Matthews]
Ladies and Gentlemen! I have here with me tonight, the woman who successfully defeated Layla at Xtreme Xmas and who will be facing Laylas friend Michelle McCool later on tonight, Trish Stratus!

As Trish is shown on camera the cheers of fans could be heard

[Josh Matthews]
Now Trish, last week you faced Layla and tonight you face McCool. Any thoughts?



[Trish Stratus]
Well first Josh, I just want to say thats its great to be back in my home of Toronto. Anywho on to your question. Michelle McCool in my books has to be the most athletic person ever in the Divas division. She's a former teacher, so she is someone you should not take lightely or else you'll have your head kicked in. But my thoughts are that this match isn't going to be a walk in the park. I'm still sore from going through the table from last week, but that isn't going to stop me from delivering some Stratusfaction tonight.

[Josh Matthews]
Well Trish thank you for your quick thoughts on McCool. Now not sure if you saw earlier, but I interviewd Layla and she said that your win last week and the other times you beat her were "Flukes."



[Trish Stratus]
Well Josh, what do you expect from Layla? No doubt shes very talented and gifted, but she has the type of attitude of someone who can't admit when their beat. She can make all the excuses she wants, but the matter of the fact is that I beat her. She needs to get that through that thick skull of hers. And this past Sunday she showed why she is currently the most dominent Diva in XWL. Granted she lost, she took me to my limits. I thought she was done for when we both went through that table. And I do have to admit that I was extremely rusty in that match. However I still tried my best to make sure that, that match was at its best. I'm just suprised that after all the Chick Kicks and Stratusfactions I hit, she was still able to walk out. So in my eyes I won the match, but she won the fight.

[Josh Matthews]
Ok, Trish final question. Will we se Trish and Layla continue to go at it?



[Trish Straus]
I honestly can't say. What I can say though, its not the end. Because Layla did say she would have the last laugh, right? So that says that her business with me is far from over. And hey if Layla still wants to come after me, then by god let her. Because I'll just do what I do everytime we come face to face. And thats giver her Stratusfaction. I can GARUNTEE 100%!!!

[Josh Matthews]
Well Trish, thank you for your time and good luck in your match.

As Trish dissapears of camera a strange promo begins

[[Punk]]:: It safe to assume that I am not in the greatest of moods tonight, as a lot of things have took place over the past week. Firstly, I was reacquainted with a man who I have a burning hatred for, a man that has ruined so many peoples lives in this industry and he talked to me the other week assuming everything was fine and dandy between us. For those of you who watched X-treme X-mas know who I speak of, for those of you didn't please allow me to enlighten you. It seems the snake in the grass himself, Johnny Ace has found his way over to this company, a supposed reformed man. I for one refuse to buy into his crap, everyone else seems to be fine with it which does make me wonder if they posses the memory of a goldfish. Why anybody would that coward to be here is beyond me and I know very well how it's going to end, bad decisions, loss of ratings and of course people losing their jobs.



[[Punk]]:: But nobody wants to listen to what I have to say, they want to give the Funk Man a second chance. Well I don't believe in second chances, if a person screws up and you blindly give them a second chance because of some sob story, then all you're doing is enabling them to screw up again, only this time it's on a larger scale. There are people backstage who have been fired by this man, there are people backstage when trying desperatly to get a job who were told "I just don't think you're WWE material", yet not a peep has been heard from any of these people. But not me, not the man they labelled "The King of the Indies" to try and hold me down, I do not forget and more importantly I will not forgive the cruel acts by John Laurinaitus. You have the Resistance fighting Mick Foley every step of the way, well that's how you can see me now. A one man crusade against all that Johnny Ace stands for and I will not stop until he is removed from this company.



[[Punk]]:: The second thing I'm less than happy about, is if you have noticed I am no longer the World Heavyweight Champion. Due to Wade Barrett, I am no longer the guiding light, leading this company towards bigger and better things. Now we have to entrust the fate of this company in the hands of one of the most boring "Superstars" there have ever been. Wade Barrett has no "It" factor if you will, there is nothing about him that makes people stand up and pay attention. Sure, you've been able to defend you Intercontinental Championship in a gauntlet match, congratulations on holding onto that achievement for so long. But apart from that dear old Wade, you're as dull as a dishwasher. Your one true talent in this World is not being a good wrestler, nor is it being entertaining on the microphone. It is in fact to help those insomniacs, to get a good night sleep they have been longing for.



[[Punk]]:: But fear not, as I intend to relieve you of your duties as World Champion. But not in the way that most people would, I do not wish to be granted a match via rematch clause, I intend to earn my match. I will achieve this the only way I know how and that is by being the best. I refuse to become what I hate and that is these people who are just handed their oppertunities, I'd rather prove to everybody in management and everyone in the back that I am deserving of World Championship match. Unlike so many others before me, I will not take the shortcut, I will not take the easy route back to the top of the mountain. So you hold onto that Championship as long as you can Wade, but always keep in the back of your mind that I am coming to get the World Title back and there is nothing that you, or anybody else can do about it.



[[Punk]]:: Lastly, it seems there is a certain somebody who used to a member of this fine company, who has found his way back to whence he came. We here at XWL cannot be more happy for this person, as he is now nestled safely in the arms of his Mommy & Daddy. It's a beautiful family reunion, one that could bring a tear to the eye. The reason, we at XWL are over the moon for this person, is now no longer do we have to hear to the attention grabbing, cry baby whining of an over-compensating little child. No longer in the halls of the backstage, will we hear the echos of his dates or what said date was wearing, no more will we have to stand his lectures on technique and most of all, we will never have to hear about a certain time of month again.



[[Punk]]:: We are finally free of this annoyance that has plagued XWL for too long nowand we cannot be happier. But there is one thing I want to pick up on, it appears this person has had some less than pleasant things to say about us here. While he states time after time that he doesn't care, but then renders that redundant by burying his face deep into the chest of his management and crying his little eyes out. I find it rather hilarious, because during your tenure here you had nothing but bad things to say about those people, but now you're accepted once again you fall back into the role of little pet. You must have a secret talent, because I can so no qualitites in you what so ever. Maybe that's just it, maybe you just drop your drawers and allow them to have their way with you because that's the only way I can see you being able to stick around. So you continue to claim you don't care, you continue to cry about how big bullies we are, we could care less because we at XWL will do what we always do and that is give everyone the very best... Now if you would excuse me, I have an entertaining promo to get back to, one that your lover boy could only dream of.



[[Punk]]:: So there you have it, an insight into my week and as anybody else would be, I'm quite pissed off. But I intend to put all of that behind me starting tonight, because tonight I get the ball rolling again. Tonight I start building the momentum needed to be able to take me back to the top, sadly for my opponent that does not mean good things for them. As nobody will stop me from getting where I need to be, nobody will stop me from taking this company to where it needs to be and that is in the biggest spotlight there is. I'm not saying am I the only person who is capable of doing this, because I'm not. But in this roster right now, I am the wisest option and that comes down to one thing that I hold higher than anybody else and that is entertainment. I am entertaining, I can make you love me or I could make you hate me with the simplest of ease and I have displayed this talent countless times. You people deserve an entertaining Champion and I will give you one. Because I am CM Punk and I am the very best in the Wor...

[Lauinaitus]: Punk, hey Punk....

*Thunderous boos slowly fill the arena as the realisation set in that John Lauinaitus is still in the arena, but what's worse is that he still has access toa microphone. The camera points towards the ramp, but Laurinaitus does not walk out.*

[Laurinaitus]: Due to your threats the other week CM Punk, I will not be coming out there to face you inside the ring. For my own personal safety, I will address you from inside my office which is guarded by a vast security team. I understand that the XWL fans love to see me personally, so just for you I have instructed a camera team to film this so I can be seen live around the World via the titantron.



*As soon as it's stated, John Laurinaitus appears on the titantron with a huge cheesy smirk plastered across his face. Johnny Ace's arrogance towards the XWL fans hate simply makes the reaction worse, as the volume of the boos continue to get louder as every second passes.*



[Laurinaitus]: Punk, I couldn't help but overhear your comments a few moments ago.



[[Punk]]:: Gee, maybe that's because my comments are being broadcasted all over the World you moron.



[Laurinaitus]: It's that kind of attitude that has got you in this situation Punk. I heard your comments, that nobody can stop you from getting where you need to be. I have bad news for you Punk, but I have recieved orders from the Board of Directors that you will in fact not be granted your rematch clause against Wade Barrett. I understand that this falls under exactly what you wanted, but here is the part that you're not going to like. I have been ordered to inform you that you will not now, nor ever be able to take part in a #1 Contenders match for the World Heavyweight Championship. So If I were you Punk, I would not make promises to the XWL fans that you're not able to complete.



[[Punk]]:: And it begins, this is exactly what I was talking about yet nobody chose to listen to me. It didn't actually take you as long as I thought it would for you to show your true colours, so I must give you propts for that. A mere week you have been here and already you're taking it upon yourself to decide these huge decisions. Firstly you decide that the fate of Breakdown is left into a match and now you're letting me know that not only will I never be able to challenge for the World Heavyweight Championship but on top of that I'm never going to be considered for a #1 Contenders match? Are you kidding me? Who do you think you are? You believe yourself to be this almighty figure, when in actuality you're nothing more than a failure as a Wrestler, who happened to move onto bigger and better things without earning or having the talent to do so. You're nothing more than an empty suit and that's how you got to where you are today, a simple yes man who went along with the top dog's requests no matter how ridiculous they actually were. That Johnny, is why you will never have my respect and now you don't have the balls to come out here and say this to my face. So on top of being an empty suit, a weasel and a moron you're also a coward. It appears you have the whole set Funk Man.



[Laurinaitus]: Look, don't shoot the messenger Punk. You got yourself into this situation in the first place, my appearance at X-treme X-mas was simply a test that was set out for you and you failed that test. Your reaction and your threats to me showed the Board of Directors that you're the same person you were back in WWE, you are not a company guy and they can simply not run the risk of having you as the World Heavyweight Champion or the face of their company. So you cannot possibly pass the blame onto anybody else Punk, you're your own worst enemy. Your pipebomb has blown up in your face and for that you have nobody else to blame but yourself. Now I will bid you a good Day...

*Lauriaitus disappears from the titantron as it turns black. The camera then returns to show CM Punk's rage filled face, he looks around the arena at the XWL fans and recieves huge support as they begin to chant "CM Punk, CM Punk". Punk then returns the microphone to his mouth.*



[[Punk]]:: You better hope for your sake Johnny, that you have a really good security team guarding your door, because when I ge....

*Suddenly Punk's microphone cuts off mid sentance. He begins tapping it and trying his best to get it to work, until he realises what has happened. Punk then throws the microphone to the ground and quickly darts out of the ring and heads straight up the ramp and backstage. Leaving the camera to pan around the arena to get the reactions of the fans before fading into a hype package for XWL Superstar: R-truth.*
















*The cameras return and show the camera man running down the halls of the backstage area, obviously in a rush to find something. The camera man then quickly come to a stop and raises the camera to show CM Punk tangled up with a security team, desperately trying to get his hands on Laurinaitus.*

[Laurinaitus]: Seeming as CM Punk refuses to calm down and is threatening my person, I would like you to escort CM Punk out of the arena and to not let him back insided the premesis. Thanks to your actions Punk, not only are you removed from the building, but you have also lost your match to Steve Austin, who I am awarding the win via your forfeit. Now you have a good one... Champ.

*Laurinaitus begins laughing to himself due to his joke and to the site of CM Punk being dragged backwards, towards the arena entrance. CM Punk who is fighting the security team every step of the way is having very little success, until he manages to break himself free and manages to slip past the team and like a rocket charges for Laurinaitus, who for some reason is no longer laughing. He realises the danger he is in so he quickly gets inside his office and slams the door closed as soon as Punk reaches it. Punk begins furiously kicking the office door until the security team finally catch up and drag Punk to the floor. This time the team lift Punk off of his feet before carrying him towards the exit and literally throwing him out of the building. The team stand guard by the entrances to not allow CM Punk back inside the arena and despite Punk's efforts they are successful in doing so. One of the members of security pushes the camera man back into the backstage area and while he does the camera cuts back inside the ring for more XWL action.*
