[Interviewer]: Two weeks ago you triumphed in the Elimination Chamber, winning the World Heavyweight Championship. We would like to know if your opinion on any of the other competitors in that match has changed.
[[Punk]]:: This question is thrown at me allot and most commonly with Ted DiBiase. So I think I shall start with him, I read the newsletter last week and apparently he had allot of nice things to say about me, but I admit I do struggle to take this “Nice guy” façade seriously. In my personal opinion, there is no such thing as gimmicks in the modern day. Nowadays a gimmick is nothing more than a play on yourself, on your own personal traits so to speak. When I came out here week after week, preaching about being Straight Edge, that was not a gimmick, that was CM Punk through and through. Now we get Ted DiBiase coming out here playing the nice guy card and I don’t believe it for a second. I called something out like this a few months ago with Jeff Hardy and I was right all along.
[[Punk]]:: Now in the match, sure Ted did well against me. He even went one on one with me for over a few minutes, he made it to the last two, impressive I will give him that. But it would be that bit more impressive if Teddy wasn’t one of the last two people out of their pods. If myself & Dwayne made it to the end, that would have been impressive, the first two in and the first two out. But I get it, that’s Teddy’s claim to fame and I will allow him to have it. He did make it to the end and did take allot of punishment from me, but just like I said would happen going into the Elimination Chamber, I would walk out World Heavyweight Champion and that’s exactly what I did. My opinion on Ted has not changed, I still see him as a Daddy’s boy who was born with a Silver spoon in his mouth. Sure he may have gained some more confidence now that Maryse is by his side again, but all that really takes is a slight peek at a paycheck and her knickers will be around her ankles.
[[Punk]]:: I know that some of you are thinking that referring to Maryse as a whore may seem a tad harsh, but it’s not as bad as it seems. I at least realise that she’s getting paid up front, so at least she isn’t a dumb whore… Now I know that one isn’t going to sit well with her, but hey if she comes looking for me I’ll just flash MY pay cheque and she will forget all about my little comments…. And Teddy for that matter. I mean let’s face it, the money is the only reason she is with him. She can claim it’s not but we all know it’s not what he calls a personality that keeps her around, who in their right would want to associate themselves with a person who makes terrible Monopoly remarks and calls his fan base the “DiBiase Posse”? That’s not catchy; at least Dwayne got it right in that department. Would you personally rather be referred to as one of the Millions… Or one of the DiBiase Posse? Dwayne wins that battle every time. Like I was saying, it’s all about the Benjamin’s. But if Teddy is that deluded enough that he truly believes somebody like Maryse could be interested in a person that may have a slight board game fetish, than that is his deal. I feel I should move on, last time I ranted on Teddy his world came to a stop and he became obsessed and paranoid about my words.
[[Punk]]:: So I think I shall move onto Chris Jericho. Now Chris is a man that I have always had allot of respect for, until recently that is. Unlike everybody else it wasn’t the change in attitude that made me lose respect for Chris, the man simply states his opinion about the people and it would be hypocritical of me to condemn his for that as I have done the same in the past. What made me lose respect for Chris Jericho was his whining and complaining about never receiving his rematch for the World Heavyweight Championship. Instead of proving why he deserved a Championship match, he simply stated why and was then placed in the Elimination Chamber. Now that type of thing is not going to happen during my reign as Champion. Like I have said last week, if you want a shot at CM Punk then you’re going to have to earn it. Why is that? Because I know how it feels to be overlooked. All while I was making myself heard around the World, interrupting Dwayne and busting my ass off to get the Championship match I deserved, Alberto Del Rio was gift wrapped his opportunity. So I know first hand, the effects of that tactic. I know first hand how it feels to be pushed aside for somebody who has yet to earn his shot.
[[Punk]]:: That is why I lost respect for Chris Jericho and it was all not necessary. As Chris Jericho has all of the talent in the World, if he chose to do so he could’ve earned his rematch in a few weeks. But no, instead he bitch and moaned until he suckered Mick Foley into a match. Congratulations Chris, you beat a man that hasn’t been an active Wrestler in years. Bravo, I can see you are putting your God given talents to use. Part of me feels that you’re past it; you’re past your prime. But every time I doubt you, you put on a great match in the ring and I have to wonder why you chose to complain. But I choose not to concern myself with your pain in the ass problems, if you happen to ever earn the right to face me, then I will concern myself with you. Until then, you’re not even a blip on my radar, as I am completely focused on Dwayne Johnson. Now I know you all want me to talk a bit more about Dwayne, I just know you’re all itching for it but I shall leave that for a little later on. For now, I want to talk about Justin Gabriel.
[[Punk]]:: Now I’ve let my feelings about Gabriel be known in the past few weeks, I do feel that he is the dark horse in this company. Not many people take him “Seriously” as a main-event competitor. But unlike allot of people in this company, he has proven himself over the past few weeks and the ironic part is that the people who doubt him, are the ones who have yet to prove themselves. Guys like Alberto Del Rio, people who haven’t earned a damn thing in this company. As far as I’m concerned, Justin Gabriel deserves his spot and who knows, maybe somewhere down the line he will be granted a Championship match. If that is ever the case, I would gladly welcome the match. Why? Not only because I intend to take on every and any challenger, but it is always nice to get an easy win under your belt. Awww, did you think I only had nice things to say? It’s like some of you don’t even know me. Making a name for yourself is one thing but unless you have the skills in the ring to back up your claims, you’re never going to be the Best. That is your downfall Justin, last week I found that out first hand. But at least you can get some comfort in knowing you would do allot better than Alberto Del Rio.
[[Punk]]:: Who by the way I have so many issues with. I have stated many times my opinion on Alberto Del Rio; ranging from his tactics to that Frankenberry look a like that he calls an announcer. Finally this company has seen some sense and banished him to the bottom of the pile, which is still too high for him but it is a vast improvement I suppose. Not that I expect him to be there for long, I mean let’s face it this company has a history of handing him chances and I don’t expect that to change any time soon. I can only hope that the people that run this company realise that Alberto is not worth all the time and effort that they pointless put into him. You think this would be obvious to them, but apparently they don’t notice anything until it is slapping them in the face and by that time it is too late. I can see it now, instead of having to earn anything. Alberto will miraculously make his way to the top of the Title rankings within a few weeks, an impressive feat to those who actually earn it, but I just know that will not be the case. But I feel I have said enough on Alberto, I can’t think of anything else to say. All I know is that I am happy this man will not be receiving another World Championship match in the near future.
[Interviewer]: Now the only person left for you to discuss is The Rock. I can only assume that your feeling towards The Rock has never changed?
[[Punk]]:: Thank you for interrupting me. I said I would get to Dwayne and I intended to, did you really think I had forgotten about him? Now to intentionally annoy you, I am going to avoid that subject for a few more minutes and instead talk about the Tag Team main event tonight on Breakdown. Where I get the chance to team up with the Intercontinental Champion: Wade Barrett, to take on Dwayne Johnson and Kurt Angle. I personally have mixed opinions about Kurt Angle, I acknowledge his talents in the ring, and there is no doubt that he is one of the best of all time. But I can’t help but feel the man has ruined his image with his countless DUI charges. You all know my Straight Edge beliefs and for a man that literally had to it all to ruin it in such a fashion that he did is just a disgrace. You can say the man had his demons; he did after all just go through a divorce with his Wife. Great, that resolves ONE of the DUI charges. To all of you smart guys out there, what are your excuses for the rest of them? The fact that this man has made the same mistakes time after time is inexcusable in my opinion and I always wonder why people have never questioned it.
[[Punk]]:: Maybe Kurt can’t handle answering these types of questions, we all know he has a bit of a tempter on him and he can throw a class A hissy fit. Maybe this company doesn’t want to twist his panties and make him leave. Who knows? Certainly not I. Now we look across the ring to my partner for this evening, Wade Barrett. I actually have allot of respect for Wade, as I see allot of myself in him. He tells it like it is and he has the skills to back it up in the ring. It’s people like him that show me there is still hope for this industry, with people that actually practise their craft at every opportunity. Both Wade and I are on the biggest roles of our careers and toghether we shall be unstoppable. Sadly for our opponents, they will be finding that out first hand. I know it’s one thing to claim that and another to prove it, but is there really any point in questioning me anymore? Every time I state something I prove it to be correct and that is what I intend to do tonight and at the Monster Bash.
[[Punk]]:: Now for the part you have all been waiting for. Dwayne truly believes that he will be the guy to finally shut the mouth of CM Punk. He believes that he will be the guy that will do the impossible, he certainly is determined enough to achieve that feet. It’s a great feeling to have a belief in something, but following that belief blindly can cause huge problems. As Dwayne will find out come Monster Bash, don’t get me wrong, I am counting every second until the moment where Dwayne and I look across the ring at one another. As it is long overdue, this is a match that should’ve happened months ago, but instead we had to wait. Well the waiting is over, CM Punk Vs The Rock is scheduled and just like I wanted it is a one on one match, for the grandest prize of them all, the World Heavyweight Championship. At Monster bash, I will once again do, what I do every time I get into the ring and that is prove… Why I am in fact the Best In The World!.... Now if you would excuse me, I have a match to prepare for.
Great stuff and once again showing that Punk is willing to tell it how it is because he is that damn good. I really enjoyed reading punks views on the topics that most avoid.

[Interviewer] Hello XWL Universe, and at this time I'd like to welcome you to my special guest, Velvet Sky! And Velvet, I've got quite a few questions I'd like to ask you.
[[Velvet Sky]] Okay, make it quick as quick as you can though.
[Interviewer] Alright, what do you think about Angelina Love's recent silence? Do you think she's trying to mess with your mind, or do you just think she's lost all of her nerve after you've beaten her repeatedly?
[[Velvet Sky]] Tom, I think she's lost her balls... No, not literally, but she used to challenge anyone who she thought was going to give her a fight. Now she's got the fight of her life, in me of course, and she's backing down. No one's heard her talk for the last few weeks, and we all know why. It's because she's afraid of me, and she's afraid that I'll seriously hurt her. All of the fans of XWL know it, I'm just simply BETTER than she is. We can go back to my first match back in XWL, we can go back to Eye for an Eye, or we can skip ahead to Monster Bash, the results are all the same. The result of course, being Velvet Sky walking out of the arena with a victory over her former best friend, Angelina Love. She doesn't have what it takes to be a divas champion. She doesn't even have what it takes to be a diva! She should go move to some second-hand show we're the rejects who aren't wanted in XWL go, somewhere like TNA.
[Interviewer] As always, we all know you have your sights set on the divas championship, so, what would you like to tell us this time about that goal?
[[Velvet Sky]] As always, I think, no, I know that I could be a divas champion. All I need is that shot. The opportunity, AJ Lee would obviously lose to me. She's smaller than I am, uglier, and not as good of a wrestler. AJ should consider herself lucky management doesn't want me fighting her, or I would be walking around here divas champion already. And as for her challenger, oh who am I kidding, I've been too busy with my own business to care who her challenger is. And quite honestly it doesn't matter, because whoever it is will eventually fall victim to Velvet Sky if I get my chance.
[Interviewer] Alright Velvet, you seem to be in sort of a rush, so I'll let you go after this last question. As many of us saw, you beat Lita pretty easily, what drove you to perform the way you did today?
[[Velvet Sky]] Well, it was a match I knew I needed to win, against an opponent I knew may be a challenge. So I pushed myself to perform as well as I could, and hey, look at that, I won, but not only did I win, I squashed my opponent. I beat Lita in one of the fastest matches so far this week... THE fastest match this week. In fact, Lita didn't connect successfully with one move during the entire match. And as we all know, Lita was in high contention for a Divas Championship opportunity before, so if that's not reason enough why I'm good enough, I'm not sure what is. I want the Divas Championship, and I'm just trying to prove that when I'm put in a match that I need the win, hell I'll get the win. And I'll get it done as quick as possible.
[Interviewer] Alright, thanks for your time Velvet.
[[Velvet Sky]] Welcome.
*We fade away from the backstage scene and go into a video that's hyping up XWL's next Pay Per View, Monster Bash.*

Layla's theme sounds and the arena roars with boos for this very dislike diva, she doesn't seem happy about her victory, she doesn't seem cocky in the least, she seems more pissed off than anything. The referee tries to grab her arm to raise it up, she shoves him away and says "Get your grubby hands off me!" she rolls under the bottom rope and to the outside, and grabs her Money In The Bank briefcase off the table. She then walks over to Justin Roberts as he was about to announce her the winner, then snatches his microphone out of his hands and raises it up to her face with the same annoyed expression on her face.
Layla: You think I don't know what this was Mick Foley? I'm stirring up trouble, and you can't handle it...Your poor management skills are becoming very well known, some superstars and divas get away with unbelievable things, while other superstars or divas such as myself get unjustly punished in cruel and unusual, not to mention downright idiotic ways! Do you honestly think my example I put out last week warranted a two hundred and fifty thousand dollar fine?! While Mickie's hung a woman by her ankle, had at her with a cane, and got no repercussions! But I throw coffee in her swine like face, and you dare force me to pay something like that?!
A "Shut up Layla" chant begins but she wastes no time addressing that.
Layla: I will not shut up, because I am being so poorly treated that I refuse to remain silent and simply act as if it doesn't bother me. Mick, you made me face Mickie at Eye For An Eye, you then make me face her in two weeks at The Monster Bash, in the first ever divas Hell In A Cell match, where not only is my money in the bank contract on the line, not only is my brand spot on the line, but to make matters oh so much "fairer" you've named yourself the special guest referee! AND! You've frozen my contract that I earned, where a rule that says I'm allowed to cash in ANYTIME is now apparently just a load of bull! How dare you ruin my cash in last week, how dare you fine me what you did, and how dare you think you can get away with this!
She takes a few steps then breathes heavily exhausted from the match she just had.
Layla: Then I arrive at the arena tonight, you have your assistant inform me of my match, and the stipulations that are put into place. What's wrong boss, afraid to tell me yourself? You've got no problem screwing me in every way lately, but you can't do it to my face, can you? So I can't destroy Beth like I did several weeks ago, I followed that here tonight, no weapons were used by me, not in any way, didn't throw her into the steps, didn't bash her face on the announcer's table, didn't slam her ugly mug on the steps like before, but apparently for whatever reason, Beth can?! Don't even play dumb, you're probably watching on the monitor in your cushy little office laughing aren't you? Well I'd stop right now if I were you, she not only put me through that damn table! She threw me into the steps, she bashed my face in with a chair, and attacked the referee before doing that! So what's going to be done about that? Is she being fined a hundred thousand dollars like I would've been? Is she going to be punished in any way? No, I know she won't and do you people, and do you Mick Foley know why? It's because this was Mick Foley's plan all along! That's right, he told Beth Phoenix I couldn't do any of that stuff, but I bet just like a cheerleader he was rooting her on to do everything he told me I wasn't allowed to do.
She walks away from ringside for a moment getting closer to the ramp area.
Layla: Deny it all you want, we both know that was your plan, why else make me face a women I decimated weeks ago? This is becoming a running gag with you isn't it? I beat Kelly, you make me face her one on one the next week, beat her again, you make me face Beth, I beat her, and tonight you make me face her AGAIN! Do you enjoy toying with me? Because trust me, I can play games of my own...
Layla reaches the ramp looking down at her money in the bank briefcase in her other hand.
Layla: And before you say anything to that last thing "boss" That is a threat! Anyways...I heard from your assistant that Mickie's in the hospital from second degree burns on her face, maybe I'll go pay her a visit...It's the least I can do...I just feel so bad...I think that's what I'll do right now...So Mickie, if you're watching from your hospital room right now, rest assured, your best friend Layla is on her way!
She smiles with a devilish smirk in the end then begins to casually walk up the ramp as Breakdown heads to a commercial break.

{Beth} I did you a favor three weeks ago on Redemption by attempting to end your career Lita, why did you have to ruin a good thing by coming back? I saw that your time in the XWL was coming to a close, I noticed that you were slowing down and decided to end the embarrassment for you but noooo, you just had to come back to try to prove a point didn't you? Well judging by the ease that Velvet Sky defeated you it seems like it was my point which was proven tonight!
{JR} Beth doesn't look amused!
*Lita rushes to get her clothes back on hiding herself from the camera with her hand.*
{Lita} Oh yeah Beth???? So what, I’m not going win every match, especially when I still had nagging injuries, and by the way who the hell are you to talk???? I mean you lost five times in a row, and still claim to be a dominant diva.. FIVE TIMES?????
*Lita then gets in a Booker T pose and the crowd laughs and cheers*
{Lita} FIVE TIMES! FIVE TIMES! FIVE TIMES!... you listen and you listen well Beth, because I’m challenging you to a match at Monster Bash, you versus me, “has been” versus “the dominant diva”! Then we’ll see how “washed up” I really am, and how dominant you really are not!!
*Beth smiles, trying to hide back her anger*
{Beth} You try beating Layla, you try facing AJ Lee and putting up the fight that I was able to, you try defeating the undefeated Kaitlyn, you try...
*Beth stops herself turning her back on Lita for a moment as the crowd begins to chant Lita’s name*
{King} It looks like The Glamazon might be unsure of herself here! You think she might back down from Lita’s challenge?
*Beth quickly turns back around getting right in Lita’s face in the process.*
{Beth} At Monster Bash I’ll prove you and everybody else wrong. I’m going to beat you and prove that I am as dominant as I say, at Monster Bash… you’re on!
