*XWL Breakdown returns from commercial break with there cameras on the announcers table. Jim Ross looks to the camera and begins to speak.*

[Jim Ross]
"Hello Everyone And Welcome Back To XWL Breakdown! Coming up next is an encounter between two former, XWL Divas Champion. That's right folk, Natalya vs Beth Phoenix is coming up next. But first, we have a exclusive interview with Natalya from earlier tonight. Enjoy."

*Cameras fade to black. After a few seconds, a video begins to play where Natalya and Backstage worker, Ash Taylor, are standing by. Natalya fixes her hair as Ash begins to speak.*



[Ash Taylor]
"Hello everyone and welcome to an exclusive Breakdown Pre-Show Interview with a former Divas Champion! Natalya! So Natalya, a few weeks ago you cam back after being injured by the hands of Layla. Unfortunatly, you lost to Layla in your return. But on the positive side, the next week you did beat Layla! What are your thoughts on the past two weeks since you returned?"

[Natalya]
"Well Ash, I might have just beat Layla once but, no matter what she says, I haven't got my revenge yet. I'm not usually he type of person who likes to get revenge, but I've had enough of Layla and Michelle McCool running their mouthes here in XWL. But Michelle is on Redemption and I am on Breakdown, so that means it would be a little bit harder to get revenge on her. But on the other hand, I will be seeing Layla here on Breakdown which puts a smile on my face because I know she doesn't have Michelle to back her up now. So Layla has to fend for herself. Now the week after my loss, I did team with the current XWL Divas Champion Trish Stratus! Which the team of Natalya and Trish turned out to be succesful after Layla was pinned. Sure, I did notice Maryse not try and help Layla so Trish and I can't take full credit for that victory, but knowing I got a defeat over Layla was good enough for me."

[Ash Taylor]
"Strong words from Natalya. Now Natalya, tonight you go one on one with Beth Phoenix. You and Beth have little history against each other in XWL. But in you XWL Debut, you defeated Beth via Submission. But that was 1 year and 7 months ago, Does this worry you a little bit considering you haven't faced her much since then?"



[Natalya]
"I wouldn't say I'm too worried about what Beth is capable of, but it will be hard to expect what's coming because Beth isn't like most divas. Most divas just have the looks, but Beth on the other hand, she has looks and the strength to dominate the XWL Divas. So I look forward to see what she is going to bring to the ring because I know I will be bringing my A-Game. And Beth, one last thing, don't slip up because your going one on one with the diva, who has the sharp shooter in her arsenal and trust me Beth, if I get the chance, I will make you tap out tonight."

[Ash Taylor]
"Interesting, now one last question. Will we see you carrying the Divas Title around in the near future?"



[Natalya]
"Of course we will Ash, because I'm a third-generation Diva who is actually history in the making, but my family didn’t make me who I am today. Don’t compare me to my dad, my uncles, or my grandfather. Everything I’ve earned is on my own. I am the only Diva who’s blazing her own trail. The other Divas may say that I’m cocky and arrogant, but I’m not. I am confident in my abilities. I’ve done my homework and am ready to spread my wings. I’m proud of what my family has accomplished, and I will make history like they have."

*Natalya walks off the screen as the video comes to a close. We return to ringside where the match is getting ready to take place.*

J.R: Ladies and Gentlemen I have just recieved word that we will be joined here on commentary tonight by Batista's good friend MVP



King: See J.R! This is why i love MVP! He is out here tonight to support his great friend!

Styles: I'm sure he has some different motives after what happened earlier with The Rock

King: AND WHO COULD BLAME HIM?! He was Rock Bottom'd for no reason what so ever!

J.R: Well that is just bullshit King! You know fine well MVP and Batista were the ones who started the attack, The Rock was just defending himself

Styles: And did an excellent job in my opinion!

During all the bickering MVP makes his way to the announce table and puts on his headset..



J.R.: Thanks for joining us out here Montel, can I get your thoughts on this match that is about to go down?

Montel: My thoughts? You want my thoughts? Well, since you asked so nicely. I’ll give them to you. First and foremost, I STILL don’t see what all the fuss is about with Rock to be completely honest with you Jim.. The last time he was here.. He was gone for Seven years.. What exactly does that say about him?

King: To be fair Mvp, him doing movies shouldn’t be your concern…

Montel: Not my concern.. Not my concern? Well, let me tell you something King. The minute he stuck his nose in my business and insulted my good friend Batista.. THAT King, that is when it became MY business!

Styles: Pardon me gentleman , I’d hate to bring up this lovely argument but, can we please get back to focusing on this tremendous main event?

Montel smirks

Montel: Gladly.. Now if you’ll kindly be quiet King, I’m trying to keep a close eye on the action.. You can’t trust someone like Rock



Batistas theme blares through the arena in sync with the boo's from the crowd almost like they belong together, Batista makes his way down the ramp ignoring what few fans he has and gets in the ring to await the arrival of his opponent.

Montel: Now this man.. THIS man right here right now, is a man you want to keep a close eye on. Especially, because at ANY moment he could snap and believe you me, you do NOT want this man on your bad side. Which, is exactly I, the Mvp of this place.. Have an alliance with him. As when you look at the two of us.. There ain’t no stopping us.. We can do what we want, say what we want.. And there’s nothing Rock can do because Rock, we are.. Better than you!

King laughs

King: Oh, okay if you say so Montel.

Montel looks over at King

Montel: Man.. SHUT.. UP! nobody wants to hear your annoying voice.. Now either be quiet or.. I’ll make you.. Ya feel me homie?!

J.R.: Montel, please calm yourself and try and stay focused on the action.



The Rock blasts through the curtain to the resounding roar of approval from the XWL crowd, not one person is left sitting as the Rock gets on the turnbuckle and taunts for them.



Montel: Action? What action are y’all seeing? All I see right here right now, is a washed-up.. Over-rated.. Self-righteous HACK who does’t know when to quit!

The Rock jumps down from the turnbuckle and into the middle of the ring where he meets Batista eye to eye, both men exchange insults and pushes before Batista puts up both his arms and gives The Rock two thumbs up but in a heartbeat switches them down and glares at The Rock with unmatched intensity, The Rock responds by simply putting his right arm up in typical fashion and telling Batista to Bring It!

Montel laughs

Montel: .. Umm guys.. What exactly is that supposed to do? Is Batista supposed to feel threatened or scared.. Because I don’t know about him but, I sure don’t. IN FACT.. I actually feel quite tired now that you mention it.. I think I may just take a nap.. Will one of y’all wake me up when Batista’s done destroying this clown?!

King: I’ll give you a reason to..

Montel turns his head, takes off his headset and stands just inches from King as mouths a few words before turning back near his chair to sit down

The bell rings and The Rock tries to lock up but Batista fires right out of the starting gate with a viscous clothesline! Right around now is probably when The Rock regrets telling The Animal to Bring It. Batista lets out a smirk as he goes to pick up The Rock by the head but the smirk is wiped off via a big right hand from Rock, Batista stumbles back as The Rock gets to his feet and both men start exchanging blows, each with the force of a freight train and backed by a loud cheer and boo from the audience. The cheers get louder and louder with each punch The Rock delivers and he begins to take the upper hand and backs Batista into a corner unloading on him with rapid punches.


Montel: Ya see King? That.. THAT is how you make an impact.. That right there is how you go to WORK and take it to your opponent.. One thing I love about Dave.. Is when he’s in that ring he.. Is an ANIMAL. He knows just when and where to target on an opponent to gain the advantage..

J.R.: Montel, you’ve got to admit Rock is doing a great job on keeping up with Batista just as much

Montel scoffs

Montel: Man.. I don’t got to admit NOTHING.. everyone watching here in the arena tonight and everyone watching at home.. Can CLEARLY see who the better man in the ring is tonight.. And it’s clearly not your buddy The Rock!

The Rock stops to take a breather and in the blink of an eye, almost unaffected Batista spins Rock round and throws him into the corner, now it's Batista turn, hammering back with big punches and kicks. Batista grabs the middle ropes and drops the one knee driving his big shoulders into the ribs of The Rock, each turn met with a scream of pain from The Peoples Champion. Batista lets up for a moment and picks the Rock up and hoists him over his shoulders, just before Batista can run across the ring and drive him into the mat, The Rock wriggles free and hits a quick neckbreaker, Both men get to there feet quickly but Batista charges at The Rock right away, Rock ducks and pulls the rope down sending Batista crashing to the floor near the commentator table and giving himself some time to catch his breath

King: You were saying Montel?

Montel glares and throws his headset on the table.. He stands up for a moment

Montel: Come on Dave.. You’re better than this man! Get yo ass up?!!!

Styles: I don’t think he can hear you Montel..

Montel glares at Joey and sits back down placing the headset on his head

The Rock rolls out of the ring after a moment and grabs Batista by the head before slamming him off the announce table right in front of MVP, he does this 3 times not once taking eye contact from MVP.



Montel begins to exhange a few words with Rock out of the distance of the commentators while staring directly at him

Montel: Oh.. I’m scared? I’m the one who’s scared. Man, you’re the one who’s out here threatening me when you should be in the ring.. Then again what am I saying.. Batista will kill you either way.. & if you think you’re gonna do something you better think twice homie..

Rock begins to smirk

Montel: Man.. Wipe that smile of yo face before I wipe it off for you?! You think I’m scared of you? Hell naw Homie.. I’ve fought things twice your size and came out on top!!

He goes for a fourth but MVP throws his glass of water into The Rocks face, Rock gets taken aback for a second and lets go of Batista and moves towards MVP. Batista takes the opportunity and he picks up Rock in a spinebuster position and runs him straight into the ring post! Steel meets flesh as The Rock tumbles to the mat in a heap.

Batista, now filled with rage picks up The Rock effortlessly and tosses him into the barricade like he was a candy wrapper. The Rock smashes off it hard and lets out a huge groan in agony but has zero time to compose himself as Batista gives him no time and gets on top of him instantly smashing his face in with huge right hands, he picks The Rock up again and whacks his head of the apron before rolling him inside.

Montel: That’s it Dave.. Tear his head OFF Show him the animal you are man.. DON’T let up Dave.. Get on him!!

The Rock begins to pull himself up using the ropes as the camera zooms in to show that he is now busted open and has a far away look in his eyes, all the while Batista is standing behind him laughing. Just before he can get fully to his feet Batista puts his forearms over the back of The Rocks head and uses his other arm to pull the rope up and choke him! The referee can only stand and watch as this animal chokes The Rock, blood spurting from his mouth but just before he passes out Batista lets go of the rope. The Ref sighs prematurely as Batista wraps his two huge hands around the throat of The Rock and lifts him high over his head holding him for a while, toying with him before slamming him hard down to the canvas.

J.R.: Bah gawd.. Someone stop this.. This is pure hell being unleashed onto Rock.. He’s defensless.. Someone come out here dammit and stop this!!!

Montel laughs

Montel: Stop what Jim? Aren’t you forgetting it’s no disqualification. If my memory serves me correctly.. Rock here is the one who asked for this match. So as far as I can see.. He’s getting EXACTLY what he deserves!!

Styles: But Montel.. Isn’t there a limit here.. Isn’t there a proverbial line that dave could cross? I mean.. if I didn’t know any better… I’d say he’s trying to kill him!!!

Montel laughs

Montel: I care why? Tell me Joey.. Tell me RIGHT NOW exactly why should I.. Montel Vontavious Porter care about this man.. What exactly has he done for me? Oh.. Right.. NOTHING!!

J.R.: But Montel, no matter the hatred you have for him, you can’t wish this kind of hatred on someone.. This.. This is just un-human!!

Montel: I can.. And I just DID

Batista goes for the cover but before the ref can count to one he stands back up with a sadistic grin and heads outside, he makes his way round to the steel steps and dismantles them easily with brute strength, he tosses them in the ring no problem and slides in after them. He sets them in the middle and picks up a lifeless Rock, the arena erupts into boo's as Batista signals The Batista Bomb! He gets The Rock up high over his head but out of what can only be called instinct The Rock jumps over the top of Batistas head and lands on his feet, Batista turns quickly but The Rock boots him hard in the gut and hits the Rock DDT with lightning quick speed laying out Batista

King: That’s a boy Rock.. I knew you had it in you!!

J.R.: You gotta love that type of heart King.. That will, that desire to be the very best in this business and it shows with the rock..

Montel glares before speaking

Montel: Oh and I’m not the very best this business has to offer? What about Dave, Huh Jim? Dammit Dave.. Get up man.. GET UP!

None surprisingly Batista gets to his feet while The Rock still lays motionless, Batista takes a moment to shake out the cobwebs and turns to MVP who gives him a thumbs down signalling him to end it. Batista turns back around once he hears the crowd blow up in a frenzy of cheers as the impossible happens, The Rock kips up!! Batista charges at him with a clothesline but The Rock ducks it and bounces of the ropes, he comes back and jumps hitting Batista with a huge flying clothesline! The Momentum is swinging in favor of The Rock now as he runs on sheer adrenaline. Batista gets up and runs back at The Rock in rage but runs straight into a mat shattering SPINEBUSTER! The Rock feeds of the massive crowd in attendance and jumps up to Batistas head, he takes off an armband and runs off the ropes, jumps over batista and hits the other ropes but when he comes back Batista is already up and grabs The Rock! He carries him halfway across the ring and delivers a spinebuster of his own RIGHT ON THE STEEL STEPS!!!

Batista goes for the cover

NO! The Rock kicks out!!!

Styles: Normally I’m not one to agree with King Montel but, you’ve got to admit Rock sure has tremendous fight in him.. Look at all he’s been put through and he’s still not giving up.. What exactly does that tell you, that tells me he’s a fighter and he won’t quit until he wins..

Montel: Alright.. Alright FINE.. I’ll admit it.. Rock has heart. He’s got more heart than anyone I’ve ever seen in this business.. That is of course, if we’re talking about the old Rock. The Rock I see before me now.. Is a worn out, broken down.. Piece of TRASH.. he can come out here and tell these fan’s he’ll always be there for them but.. Dave and I.. we know that just like us.. Before too long.. He’ll realize that these fans were holding him back from his true potential and the possibility to be THE top dogg in XWL

King: But Montel.. Who’s to say he isn’t there right now? Especially after that..

Montel rolls his eyes and continues to watch the match

In utter disbelief and anger Batista goes back outside and grabs a steel chair from the bell keeper, he slides back in the ring steel chair in hand and waits for a dizzy Rock to get back to his feet, he swings the chair full force but The Rock quickly ducks under it and Batista smacks the ropes, the chair bounces back and nails him square in the face, he drops the chair and spins round right into a samoan drop! The Rock gets right back up and lifts up the chair, with no hesitation he begins to drive the chair into Batistas ribs multiple times.

J.R.: Oh MAN Batista with a thunderous chair shot.. Only for it to backfire and have him be on the receiving end.. What a match this is folks..

King: That’s for sure J.R.. Man.. This match is insane!!

Montel: I’d hardly call this the match of the century. If anything, the ONLY reason it’s this amazing.. Is simply because of that man right there… Dave Batista.. So, he missed one little chair shot and it back fired.. Before you know it.. He’ll be back on top again.. You just watch!

The Rock throws the chair away and picks up Batista, he throws his arm over his shoulder and goes to hit The Rock Bottom but Batista elbows him across the side of the head several times and irish whips him, The Rock bounces off the ropes and comes back to a HUGE powerslam! The Rock sits up to try and compose himself but Batista runs off the ropes and comes back with a massive boot square in the face! You could almost hear his skull crush under the impact!

Batista goes for another cover!

NO! Somehow The Rock gets a shoulder up!

Montel: Dammit.. Stay down Rock!!! Why won’t you quit!!

King: Because he’s The Peoples champion and he never gives up?

Montel: Never gives up? Never gives up?! Someone alert the presses.. It seems that Rocky doesn’t just make fun of peoples gimmicks.. He steals them too.. Someone better call Cena quick.

Livid Batista picks up The Rock and screams into his face, "WHY WON'T YOU STAY DOWN!" before delivering a huge blow to the head and tossing him over the top rope near the announce table. Batista begins to work at a slower pace, each shot he takes is calculated, a punch to the head, followed by a kick to the gut, each hit damaging The Rock more. Batista picks him up and drags him over to the commentators table, he smacks The Rocks head of it, much like The Rock had done to him earlier. MVP smirks and insults The Rock as his blood begins to soak the table.

J.R.: What a vicious blow to Rock here right in front of us folks. For you watching at home I wish you could be here to feel the heat between these two men!! This match is definitely going down in the record books.

Montel: Now.. THAT is what I’m talking about.. Someone should really smack Rock upside the head.. Come to think of it.. What better way than with a chair.. Dave.. Dave.. GET A CHAIR MAN!!!

Batista follows MVP's orders and gets a chair from under the ring but when he gets back The Rock kicks him in the gut forcing him to drop the chair, The Rock then grabs Batista by the head and launches him over the table straight into MVP! Batistas head hits the table on the way over and he is lying motionless on top of MVP! Rather than capitalize The Rock takes MVP's headset and puts on...

The Rock: J.R would you look at this? In all of your years as a professional broadcaster have you ever seen such a big lazy son of a bitch! Come on! The Rock knows these two love each other with all their hearts but he had no idea that they couldn't contain themselves and had to have a little cuddle during the middle of a match up!

J.R: Well Rock this match tonight has been shocking! Don't you think you should be using this time to game plan?

The Rock: Shocking?! The only thing shocking we have seen tonight is that Batista is on top of MVP! The Rock could have sworn that Batista was the receiver, since he receives the orders and in about 10 seconds after The Rock drinks Kings water, Batista will receive the ass whooping of a lifetime!!!

King: HEY! What are you doing thats mine! stop it!

True to his word The Rock takes off his headset and gulps down Kings water, The Rock grabs the chair previously dropped at the front of the announce table and when Batista finally gets up he stumbles out from behind the table but is cracked across the head with the steel chair! Batista falls back and lands lying down on the table, The Rock jumps up and joins him on the table before he pulls Batista up to his level and goes for The Rock Bottom! Just when he is about to deliver it he hunches over in pain as MVP nails him with a low blow from behind! Batista capitalizes quickly and lifts The Rock high over his head and drives him down through the table with an arena shattering BATISTA BOMB!!!!

Montel: You see what I mean King? That.. THAT is how you dominate someone and take control in a match. That right there… is why that man.. Should be your NEXT world champion. That is, unless I get in line for the title anytime soon.

Batista eventually gets back to his feet, now busted open from that chair shot but not worse for wear by a long shot. He drags The Rock over and rolls him in the ring, he slowly climbs in after him and goes for the cover!

NO! SOMEHOW! SOMEWAY! THE ROCK KICKS OUT!

King: Oh and Rock isn’t Mvp.. Don’t you see that heart and that will to fight? After taking all of this punishment by Batista and yourself I might add.. That’s kind of impressive..

Montel glares and grits his teeth

Montel: By me? Are you kidding.. As far as I’m concerned.. Rock threw the first shot at me.. All I was doing was offering a little pay-back.. There’s nothing wrong with that now is there man?!

Batista falls back in denial, almost ready to have a tantrum Batista can't fathom how The Rock kicked out. He argues with the ref momentarily before picking The Rock back up and resting him on the top turnbuckle, he tries to go up and hit a superplex but The Rock pushes him off and he hits the mat hard. The Rock stands up on the top rope and out of desperation nails Batista with a Missle dropkick!

Both men with all they have left rise to their feet as the fans spur The Rock on, Batista runs at The Rock but he ducks and nails Batista with another SPINEBUSTER!!! He wastes to time in following up and runs off the ropes twice before dropping a huge PEOPLES ELBOW!!! He goes for the cover instantly

Montel: Atta boy Dave.. That’s how you show him you mean business man.. It’s time to end it.. Get up and take him out.. TAKE.. HIM.. OUT

The Rock curses a few times before picking Batista up and with no delay hammering him into the mat with a ROCK BOTTOM!!!!

NO! BATISTA KICKS OUT! AGAIN!

In shock The Rock quickly gets back up and begins to stalk Batista, waiting on his prey to rise to his feet patiently....

Suddenly Mvp throws off his headset and gets up from the announce table

King: Where on earth does he think he’s going? Doesn’t he know this isn’t his match to fight in?!

Styles: But King, as you said earlier.. This is a no-disqualification match afer all.

King: DQ or no DQ.. This isn’t fair.. He’s outnumbered.. These two guys are crazy.. Something needs to be done

Out of the corner of his eye The Rock see's MVP get up onto the apron, he stops stalking Batista and makes his way over to the side where the ref is trying to break it up, MVP spits right in The Rocks face!! The Rock looks to the side and wipes the spit out of his face before retaliating with a huge right hook! MVP falls off the apron but lands semi on his feet as The Rock gives chase.

MVP runs away from The Rock but he chases him all the way around the ring until MVP gets to the other side and slides back in, The Rock slides back in after him but is snapped in half with a SPEAR BY THE ANIMAL!!!! Batista goes to cover but MVP pulls him off and demands that he Batista Bombs The Rock, Batista lets an evil grin spread across his face as he does exactly what MVP asks and picks up The Rock DESTROYING HIM WITH A MASSIVE BATISTA BOMB!!!!!!!

Winner of the match:

J.R.: Well, something was done alright King. Sadly, it looks like it wasn’t what everyone wanted. Well, everyone except maybe Montel and Batista..

Batista’s music blares through the arena as he slowly gets to his feet, he hops on the turnbuckle and poses and quickly hops down. Rolling out of the ring.. He quickly look around for Montel. Batista shrugs and continues to walk up the ramp. A second later, the camera quickly cuts to the ring..

As Rock begins to stir Montel is shown slowly sneaking into the ring. Smirking he signals for Rock to get up and turn.



King: He better not do what I think he’s gonna do.. Someone better get in there and stop this.. SECURITY..

J.R.: Well King, it sadly looks like you’re not gonna get what you want.

As they stop talking the camera quickly cuts back to the ring and Montel.

Rock slowly begins to stir when Montel rushes forward delivering a devastating drive-by directly into Rock’s skull



As the crowd begins to boo loudly.. Montel look down at a fallen Rock. Smirking he taunts one final time



before rolling out of the ring to join Batista. As he does Batista smirks and they walk up the ramp as Breakdown fades off the air
