Justin Gabriel & Ted DiBiase Vs Wade Barrett & The Rock

**Breakdown returns from commercials and we are ringside with Jim Ross and Jerry "The King" Lawler.**

Jim Ross: Welcome back to this action packed edition of Breakdown. Earlier in the night we announced that there would be a contract signing between "The American Wolf" Davey Richards and "The Man-Beast" Rhino. Well if you look in the ring at this moment in time, we have XWL employees setting up a table and chair ready for the signing which is next.

Jerry "The King" Lawler: That's Right, its going to go ahead in a matter of moments and JR I am kinda afraid for the safety of not only ourselves but Mick and dare I say it Vickie tonight. These two have being causing havoc over the past couple of weeks with their brawls.

Jim Ross: I understand King that there will be plenty of security in and around ringside tonight for this contract signing. Wait a minute King if you look at the titantron which has been split in two, we can see both Rhino and Davey waiting to come to the ring and they are both surrounded by security so thats a good sign hopefully.



**There is a big pop from the crowd as Mick Foley appears on top of the entrance ramp



Mick Foley starts making his way to ringside and even handclaps a few fans on the way down. Foley gets in the ring and has a microphone in hand ready to talk to the XWL fans. Mick Foley goes to speak in the mic but the fans start chanting his name so he drops the mic to his side and soaks up the chants and cheers. Mick then lifts the mic up once again when the chants die down.



Mick Foley: Ladies and Gentlemen, it's always good to be here in Worcester, Massachusetts.

**The crowd goes crazy as Foley uses the vintage cheap pop material.**

Mick Foley: Anyway I will get straight to the point of why I am........

Vickie Guerrero: EXCUSE ME!!!!! I SAID EXCUSE ME!!!!! What do you think you are doing Mick, I mean this is a cross brand match that is being signed tonight and you was just going to go ahead and do this without me. I sent you a email Mick saying that I would be coming to Breakdown to oversee the contract signing.



Mick Foley: Well, you know me and technology, I am useless when it comes to e-letters. Should of sent me a tweet that's something I could of read and replied to. Vickie, anyway welcome to the little shindig we have right here. Anyway Vickie, I will get back to the point at hand. Tonight we have....

Vickie Guerrero: We are going to have a contract signing involving "The American Wolf" Davey Richards and "The Man-Beast" Rhino. To make sure that this is a smooth running operation, I have brought more secuirty from Redemption to make sure that no trouble happen. Without further ado here is.....

Mick Foley: Davey Richards!!!!!



**As Mick Foley butted in Vickie gave him a evil look that he had interrupted her. But the fans are cheering as Davey Richards appears on the ramp. The fans are chanting his name as he stands there on the ramp.



Davey makes his way to the ring but he is surrounded by security as they escort him to the ring. Davey makes it to ringside as teh security are even stopping him from interacting with his fans. Davey enters the ring followed by a couple secuirty. Davey circles the ring and climbs the turnbuckle which gets a pop from the crowd. Davey gets down and makes his way over to the table.



The whole arena fills with boos are jeers as Rhino's entrance music starts and it isn't long before the boos get louder as Rhino appears on top of the ramp. Rhino also has security surrounding him and Rhino looks less than happy that he has secuirty with him. Rhino makes his way down to ringside and fans are shouting all sorts of abuse as he makes his way down. Rhino is not bothered at all as he makes it to the ring. Rhino enters the ring followed by more secuirty as Davey stares on standing on the other side of the table. Rhino turns and stands on the other side of the table. Both are staring each other down but security are in close making sure nothing happens. Mick lifts his microphone and starts to talk.**



Mick Foley: Davey, Rhino if you could try to settle down and maybe even take a seat so we can get this show on the road. I know how much you want to go and beat the hell out of each, I know how much these fans want to see an early preview of Final Stand, but I unsure you that this is not going to happen. We have extra security in the ring and outside of the ring so take the thoughts out of your head. We are going to go over the contract with you both. This will include the the stipulations that are in place.

Vickie Guerrero: As you may have heard earlier, Davey you made a request, a challenge which is why there is two contracts on the table. Davey you challenged Rhino to put this career on the line. If Rhino agrees the match will be a Loser Leaves XWL match.



Mick Foley: Vickie, if I may I would like to go over the match that will take place at Final Stand. Davey Richards, Rhino, you both will be on the card at Final Stand 4 one of the biggest events in XWL. You wiill be competing in a No Holds Barred Match. There will no Disqualifications, there will be on countouts, there is only two ways to win this match, Pinfall or Submission. Also if Rhino agrees there is the added stipulation that Vickie mentioned. IF either of you lose the match you will have your contract with XWL terminated and you are out on your ear. Do you both understand?If so Rhino what is your answer to Davey's challenge?

**Rhino is still staring at Davey but slowly takes his eyes off him for a few moments before reaching for the mic and lifting it to his mouth. Rhino fixes his gaze back to Davey as he goes to talk. Davey quickly grabs the mic that is on the table and cuts Rhino before he can talk.**



Davey Richards: That's right how about that challenge huh? I mean I thought I might of heard something before now, but you holding out are you Rhino maybe your scared to put your career on the line? Maybe...

Rhino: Davey, what you don't get is that I only want to hurt you....I don't give a DAMN if I lose my job here, if I get to hurt you, if I get to break you in half. Even if you do win this match, I'll hurt you so bad you won't be able to wrestle again. These people have seen what I've done to you over the course of my time here, now imagine what would happen if I Gore'd you two time, even three, you'd never walk again. I'll gladly leave this company if it means I get to put you and you're career in the ground!

**Rhino throws the mic to the ground and scribbles his signature onto the contract, he then throws the pen at Richards and slides the contract to him. The pen bounces off Richards head onto the table. Rhino stares down Richards waiting for him to sign the contract. Richards smirks and begins speaking again.**



Davey Richards: Rhino that is what your gunna have to do to win this match, that is what your gunna have to do from stopping me from soaring through the ranks in XWL. The thing is Rhino, I am not going to let this happen, your threats are as empty as your bank account will be when you ass is tossed aside, but you say that it will be worth it when you end my wrestling career by injurying me. Well if you think your going to put me on the shelf, if you think that I am going to let a asshole like you end my career your dead wrong. I will kick the shit out of and I will beat the living daylights out of your sorry ass and when I have finished I will cover you for the 1....2....3, and when you look up and see my hand raised, you will see that your career is over and you can go back trying to make money off ECW reunions BITCH!!!

**Davey signs the contract and meets Rhino's stare with one of his own. Both men start talking smack back and forth. Eventually Rhino shoves Davey who tries charging back in but the security grabs him as well as Rhino. Both men are straining to reach each other and are screaming at the top of their lungs threatening one another. After several seconds Davey seemingly calms down and then turns to the security guards......HE STARTS DECKING THEM! Davey Richards begins knocking out the guards one by one and Rhino sees this and begins doing the same! Rhino and Davey are taking on all of security?! They toss out most of the unconscious bodies as the camera cuts to the ramp where we see Foley and Guerrero that just avoided getting caught up in the brawl. There are 2 security guards left in the ring and they both start getting up after getting decked they both turn separate ways, one facing Rhino the other facing Davey, Davey tosses the security guard into the air and as he falls kicks him in the head!!! Alarm Clock!!! At the same time the other security guard gets nailed with a GORE!!!!!!!!!

Both men turn to each other and after a couple seconds of staring the charge in towards each other and start throwing fists! They are pounding each other right in the head! They fight back towards the rope and without even stopping fighting flip over the top rope and land on their feet! They continue fighting all around the ring! Rhino gains the edge and throws Davey spine first into the barricade! but Davey immediately recovers and does the same to him! Rhino recovers quickly as well! They continue trading fists until we see Vickie Guerrero reemerge at the top of the ramp followed by a group of police officers! She orders the officers to apprehend the two! The cops run down the ramp and try intervening in the brawl but it's harder than it appears and a couple get knocked around! The cops manage to subdue Rhino and Richards and cuff them behind their backs, both men continue yelling at each other and almost growl as they're dragged out. Davey attempts kicking Rhino but his leg is caught by another officer and Davey is carried to the back by all-fours while Rhino is almost dragged out by four different officers.**

Jim Ross: Damn, King that was an all out brawl we just witness, not even the security could hold these two back. the hatred between these two is intense and I for sure will be watching this one at Final Stand.

Jerry "The King" Lawler: JR, I 100% agree with you oo that. These two guys have showed how much they hate each other. I mean look we have had to get the authorities involved to get this under control. I will be looking forward to this match but I think I might suggest a commentary table in a sky box, because we could find ourselves involved in this match.


**We then fade to a video package of the Intercontinental Champion Dolph Ziggler**

Kurt Angle vs Mr Anderson

The Bell rings and both men lockup. Anderson quickly moves putting Kurt in a headlock, then using a headlock takedown bringing Kurt to the mat and Kurt then rolls out. Alberto Del Rio's theme hits, but he doesn't comeout. Anderson then turns around and is knocked to the mat from a shot to the head with a Steel Chair and the ref signals for the bell to be rung.

[Announcer]
Due to a disqualification, your winner.... MR ANDERSON

Winner:

As Anderson is announced the winner Kurt smiles and exits the ring. Seconds later anderson slowely gets up holding his head from the chair shot, but to be knocked down again by Del Rio who appeared from the crowed. The fans begin to boo and Del Rio stands over a bloody knocked out Anderson And pointing to the big Final Stand sign that hangs over the fans

Justin Gabriel & Ted DiBiase Vs Wade Barrett & The Rock

*As the bell rings signalling the end of the match, all hell breaks loose. Rock and Barrett divert their attention to Dibiase and begin a two on one assault, backing the fan favourite into the corner and each landing huge right hands and several kicks to his gut. As Dibiase slumps to the mat under the onslaught, Justin Gabriel recovers and comes flying in with a jumping forearm to the back of Wade Barrett's head. Barrett is stunned for a moment, before he turns into a big clothesline from Gabriel which sends them both over the top rope to the outside. Rock continues to stomp away at the downed Dibiase, before he realises his ally Barrett has vanished from his side. As he turns to find out where Barrett has gone to, Dibiase recovers and takes Rock down to the mat, landing big shots to Brahma Bull. The crowd are going insane. On the outside, Gabriel is on the offense and inside the ring Dibiase is in control. The fans chant their names over and over until suddenly, almost simultaneously both heels recover and turn the tables. Rock throws Dibiase over the top rope to the outside, and Barrett throws Gabriel straight into the steel steps with a sickening thud. Wade Barrett stands over Gabriel and smirks. The Rock and Ted DiBiase continue their brawl on the outside, Ted now in control slam The Rock face first into the announce table. With Ted beginning to show the vicious side that he's shown in recent recent The Rock tries to escape, but Ted throws the Rock over the crowd barrier! The Rock rushes to his feet and begins to stagger away through the crowd.. Ted DiBiase looks around at the audience who are all on their feet, Ted then jump the crowd barrier and chases after The Rock. The camera then cuts back to ringside, where Wade Barrett is continuing his assault on a now bloodied Gabriel. Wade Barrett picks up a chair from ringside, and delivers a huge shot around the head of Gabriel. Gabriel looks over at the steel steps that he threw Gabriel into moments ago. Wade drags them closer to where Gabriel is laid out, obviously with a sick idea in mind. He drags the bloodied and beaten Gabriel to his feet and Wade lifts him up on his shoulders and delivers a sickening Wasteland onto the steps! Reefers and a medical team rush to ringside to help Gabriel who could have a broken back! Wade Barrett shows no remorse as he walks over to the time keepers Table and grabs The World Heavyweight Championship. Wade Barrett holds the title up high and smirks as Breakdown fades off the air.*
