XWL's Breakdown cuts backstage to the interview area where Randy Orton is waiting with Matt Striker....

Randy Orton, last week you made quite the statement, you along with John Cena got the better of four money in the bank participants, but even more important than that, you got a place in the match yourself!

[Randy Orton]
Well Matt, I've always been a firm believer that actions speak louder than words, I could have stood back here last week and spoke to you or anybody that would listen about how I deserve this and I deserve that, but I didn't, because that gets you nowhere, no, I went out and I proved that I should be in that match at Final Stand and guess what? Now I am. Concrete proof that nothing is handed to you in life, you have to take it.



[Matt Striker]
Very, very true, now I was wondering, could I get your thoughts on each of your now opponents for Final Stand four?

[Randy Orton]
No problem.

[Matt Striker]
Great, first up we have the Intercontinental Champion and your opponent for later on tonight Dolph Ziggler, he's been on quite the roll as of late, what do you make of him?

[Randy Orton]
He likes to call himself the Showoff, the Heel, Hashtag Heel, well as far as I'm concerned he can shove his little Hashtag up his ass and run back to Twitter, this is a wrestling company, not a dirt sheet, he runs around backstage with his gums flapping about how he's the best but every time he steps in the ring he either cheats to win or loses miserably. His heart isn't in the game, one fall off of a ladder and he'll run back to Mommy. When I face him tonight, it'll be nothing but a harsh realization that he doesn't deserve to be Champion, hell, he doesn't even deserve to be in this business, he isn't in my league and I'll back up my words with a devastating, R....K....O!



[Matt Striker]
Ouch, what about the other champion in the match, Michael McGillicutty?

[Randy Orton]
I'm sorry, who?

[Matt Striker]
Michael McGillicutty...

[Randy Orton]
Doesn't ring a bell.

[Matt Striker]
Surely you're joking?

[Randy Orton]
Do I look like a man who has time to make jokes?

[Matt Striker]
Well.....No.....No you don't.

[Randy Orton]
Well you're wrong. Knock knock.

[Matt Striker]

Exactly.



The crowd laughs along with Matt Striker as Randy Orton mocks McGillicutty, Striker can still be heard snickering as he asks his next question....

[Matt Striker]
What about James Storm?

[Randy Orton]
Okay Matt, I'm gonna level with you, I had no idea who this guy was, a few people now have asked me my opinion on him and I don't know much about James Storm but I know two things, number one, he packs a hell of a super kick, my jaws still a little fuzzy and number two, he seems to have a superiority complex, he acts like his shit don't stink and that's something that annoys me, I've been in that place, I've been that arrogant little son of a bitch who would get in the face of legends such as Stone Cold Steve Austin and I'll be the first to warn him that it doesn't end the way you think it will. It's a long slippery slope that's hard to climb back up, my word of advice? Change your tune now because back when it was me acting like the toughest man alive I had veterans willing to give me a chance, but read my lips, you step in my way? I won't hesitate to punt you into next decade!



[Matt Striker]
What about Kevin Steen?

[Randy Orton]
Now this man, this man is my biggest threat heading into this match.

[Matt Striker]
Really?

[Randy Orton]
Literally. But actually? He doesn't worry me at all, if he tries to climb that ladder he's either going to snap the step or tire himself out, people call him the most sick and twisted, sadistic man in this company. Well guess what? I'm back. Which means no longer is Kevin Steen the most cold blooded man on Redemption and if he wants to challenge me to that claim he'll find out why he should never have left his little halls in front of fifty people, because back then, no one could see him cry like a little bitch when he's called out on his little nickname, I am the real deal, he is nothing but a phony, hiding behind about five hundred cheeseburgers and an extra extra extra large T-Shirt.



[Matt Striker]
Now last but not least we have the man who defeated you last week in a grueling match up and the man who many see as the favorite heading into Final Stand, John Cena!

[Randy Orton]
Most people would probably brush off their loss and say, Oh well it was a hard fight, it was John Cena. Well I say screw that, I've watched last weeks match up countless times and yeah he's good, but deep down, deep down I know I'm better, no excuses, he beat me fair and square, but now, now I'm going to train until I'm blue in the face to ensure that no one on this planet can touch me! Last week John Cena got the better of me but I will get revenge, I will prove that I'm the better man, might not be tonight, might not be tomorrow but it'll come. Trust me.



[Matt Striker]
Now that we know what you think of each of your competitors, I just have one final question, what does the Money in the bank ladder match mean to you?

[Randy Orton]
This is a match, this is an event, that will forever be remembered in the minds of our fans, I don't just plan to win, I don't just want to win, I NEED to win! When it's all said and done, when the bodies and ladders are scattered around the ring I could be one of two things. I could either be a casualty, second best, another name in the history books with the word loser next to it, or, I could be Randy Orton! Mr Money in the bank two thousand and twelve! I'm already on my way to the top of this mountain, but that briefcase, that briefcase speeds the process up! It's time to put up or shut up! It's all or nothing! That is why Final Stand is so important! This is a once in a lifetime opportunity. This isn't some little game, this is destiny! This is MY destiny! The only person in control is me, and believe it when I tell you that by the end of March twenty fifth, I will be, Mr. Money in the bank. Through any means necessary.

Breakdown zooms in on Ortons face as it fades to the next segment

*We cut Backstage to see Justin Gabriel standing by with Matt Striker*

[Matt Striker]
Justin, Last week you gained your first victory after a few week losing streak. How does it feel to get back on track?


[Justin Gabriel]
It's always nice to get a win, especially so close to Final Stand. I'm back on track to where I used to be. I need to do my best to continue it beyond Final Stand now, I've worked hard for the last few week to try get back to where I wanted to be. So When I finally got the win over Mark Henry all the hard work paid off.

[Matt Striker]
Tonight you team with Ted DiBiase to take on The Rock and the man you challenge for the World Title at Final stand..Wade Barrett. A huge match just a week before You and Wade meet at Final Stand.


[Justin Gabriel]
Well, It's great to be teaming with Ted again, It's like begin back to when I first came to XWL. We made a pretty good team, so It'll be good to carry our team work onto night. The Rock and Wade have never got along, so I doubt they will tonight, so that gives me and Ted an advantage. Rock and Wade's egos are too big to work together. I've beaten both men in the past, so I'm sure I could do it again tonight. It'll be great if I can pin Wade just one week before Final Stand and show him that I have the advantage going into Final Stand.

[Matt Striker]
As mentioned, It's just one week before Final Stand. You're heading into Final Stand to Face Wade Barrett who is also on a losing streak in recent weeks, which continued last week when yours ended. Do you believe this gives you a mental advantage over Wade?



[Justin Gabriel]
I think the losing streak with effect Wade more than It did me. Wade isn't used to losing like he is after dominating his way through XWL for the past year. Where I was on the biggest losing streak in the whole of XWL just a year ago, so I know how to deal with the loses more than Wade does. So It puts that doubt in Wades mind that at Final Stand he won't be able to beat me. I know I have what it takes to beat Wade at capture the World Heavyweight Championship, and tonight I prove it by pinning Wade once again.


*Breakdown fades to a Video Package for John Cena*

Jim Ross: Welcome Back folks, we have already heard from Randy Orton about his intentions in the Money in the Bank match at Final Stand. We have also just heard from our Number 1 Contender Justin Gabriel. We still have alot of action for you in our final stop before Final Stand 4. The road to Final Stand has been heating up between some of the rivalries that have been building up over the last couple of months or so, but one that has caught the eye of many is the Davey Richards vs Rhino situation. Both men have nothing but pure hatred for one another and are going to be looking to go on to Final Stand and not only win but end the others career.

Jerry "The King" Lawler: That's right J.R, Rhino since arriving in XWL has been a thorn in the side of Davey after constant attacks and putting Davey out of action for many weeks. Both have ended up being banned from Redemption and Breakdown. But tonight they meet in the center of that ring surrounded by XWL security and both Breakdown Co-GM Mick Foley and Redemption GM Vickie Guerrero.

Jim Ross: I am sure looking forward to seeing what happens, will he have a formal contract signing or will Davey and Rhino ignore security and go to war tonight. We will find out later tonight.

The camera cuts away from King and JR as they finish discussing the Davey Richards and Rhino contract signing and we see the tron light up as a familiar theme begins to play



The crowd goes wild as Santino Marella marches out to the stage yelling "Cobra!"



{JR}: Look King! It's Santino!

{King}: That's right ladies and gentleman Santino Marella is back on Breakdown!

Santino marches down the ramp with his head forward and a half serious half comical expression on his face as he extends his hand to high five the passing fans.



He circles the ring not once but twice before climbing up the stairs and entering through the ropes

{JR}: I wonder where he's been all this time King.

Santino shouts "I'm back!" before performing his trombone taunt as the crowd is seen doing the same, he then leaps onto the corner ropes and raises his hand in the air basking in the crowd's cheers



Finally Santino asks for a mic and begins to speak

{Santino}: Finally! Finally The Santinooo has come back to Break-a-down!

The crowd laughs as Santino's impression of The Rock

{Santino}: But I have not come ill prepared! I have been training in the gym!

Santino points to the tron



{Santino}:I have been eating right!



{Santino}: I have even been practicing my trash talking!



{Santino}: Even though the trash-talkee did not trash talk back. But I wasn't the only one training, my cobra has been training too!



{Santino}: So as you can see Santino Marella is ready to live up to his destiny! And what better state to do it in then Massachusetts! You're known for your Red Sox, your Tea Parties, and soon you will be known for being the state that Santino Marella turned it all around! The state that Santino Marella defeats that son of a gun Goldust and goes on to prove that he is a worthy X-Treme Title Contender!



{Santino}: So Michael McGillicutty if that is your real name, you better watch your back, you better watch your right, you better sleep with one eye open tonight! Because me and my cobra will be hunting for your title sooner or later! And believe me, the cobra always catches his prey!



Santino whips out the cobra sleeve and puts it on his hand.

{Santino}: All it takes is one false step and...

Santino puts the cobra into position to strike

{Santino}: BAM! BAM! BAM!

Santino cobra's the air a couple times

{Santino}: COBRA!!!!



Santino hops up the corner turnbuckle and raises his fist in the air before sliding out of the ring and marching back up the ramp before we go to a commercial break

*As Breakdown returns from commercial break the theme of Edge begins to play throughout the arena and the fans jump to their feet.*

[[JR:]]
Welcome back folks and it's pretty obvious that coming to the ring now is The Rated R Superstar Edge! And after Spearing Cody again last week, he must be happy.

[[Jerry Lawler:]]
Who wouldn't be JR? I would love to Spear Cody myself.



[[JR:]]
I'm with you there, King. Cody has been running his mouth for weeks and there's a chance it could come to an end next week at Final Stand 4.

*Edge continues to make his way down the ramp and midway through, he stops walking. He raises his arms and looks up as his fireworks go off on thr stage behind him. The fireworks continue until they come to a stop and Edge side steps to his left before making his way down the ramp once more.*

[[Jerry Lawler:]]
Tables, Ladders, and Chairs! It's going to be great and I match to remember but first, Edge has to get through Joey Ryan who has been on a pretty good roll sense moving to the main XWL Roster.

[[JR:]]
Yep, and the way I see it. We have a future World Heavyweight Champion in Edge versus a Future Intercontinental Champion in Joey Ryan, it could happen, right?

[[Jerry Lawler:]]
It could, Joey has his match for the title at Final Stand and I honestly, I wouldn't mind seeing Mr. Joey Ryan as Intercontinental Champion.

*Edge is now standing in the ring with a microphone in hand, his theme has died down and now Edge is waiting for the crowd to settle. As seconds pass the volume as the crowd lowers and eventually Edge begins to speak.*


[[Edge]]
So, who's ready for Final Stand next week? *The crowd cheers loudly as Edge mentions Final Stand which is next week.* Oh boy, is it gonna be good or what? We've got some amazing matches confirmed for the show so far and the show can only get better. I've walked around the back some and I've seen some faces that haven't been here for a while and we've been seeing those Triple H return videos for the past few weeks. One match that isn't mine that I'm looking forward too is Ted DiBiase versus The Rock! It's been an intense feud and it's been a blast watching them week after week. Hell, even last week we got a little taste of Grand Theft Auto: People's Edition which is going to be released in two thousand and never. But back to my match with Mr. Cody Rhodes. It's been a long journey filled with ups and downs, handicap matches, screw jobs and everything in between. Boy, I've loved having a challenge and I'm going to miss having to deal with Cody because after I beat him, I'll be finished with him. I won't go easy. I won't just let him walk out unharmed. He's going to walk out injured and in pain because if you look at everything he's done the past few months, I feel that Cody deserves what he has coming. It all started back at November to Remember when Cody faced Mick Foley in a Extreme Rules match and Cody knew he couldn't win on his own so he had his "friends" known as The Resistance interfere and help him win. I myself tried to help Foley but I didn't get the job done.

[[Edge]]
Then came X-Treme X-Mas where I tried to face Cody one on one. We went to hell and back and by the time the match came to an end, I know I had the win but Cody managed to grab the handcuffs and use them to his advantage. Hit me over the head and got the win, I must say I was a little mad. His weaseled his way into getting another win and when Over The Limit came around, Me and Mick tried our best not to let it happen again but guess what. Cody did it again, even after Chris Hero betrayed him. And from November to Remember till now there has been a whole bunch of screw jobs, handicap matches and many many many attempts to make me lose a match. Spear was banned, put me against the world champion, and everything in between. But I survived and here I stand before you.... About 168 hours away from steeping into the ring with Cody Rhodes for one last time. Tables, Ladders, and Chairs with anything and everything on the line.



[[Edge]]
I promise that Cody isn't getting away this time and only one man stands between Me and Cody Rhodes is "Hollywood's Own" Joey "I'm an Edge wannabe" Ryan. Just look at him, says that he is "Sleazy" and if anyone remembers a certain shirt I had a few years ago, you'd remember that on the back it said "It Ain't Easy Being Sleazy." Earlier tonight, I looked at Joey Ryan's Wikipedia page and under signature moves I saw the word "Spear," any coincidence? There is tons of other things that I could easily match up but he wants to grow up and be like Me. Too bad he won't ever reach the fame level that I've reached. After tonight, he's going to wish he never used "Sleazy" because I've seen people wanting to be other wrestlers come through here and they have all failed and Joey could just be next. And as a matter of fact...



Edge turns around to face the stage as Joey Ryans theme hits around the arena to a siren of boos from the audience. After a few moments he walks out with a cocky smirk on his face before walking down the ramp pointing and laughing at Edge before making his way near the steel steps. He notices one fan with a joey ryan headband on and throws his towel he was carrying over towards him before walking up the steps and going into the ring. As he heads into the ring he grabs a mic and walks over towards Edge before talking..

Finally Joey Ryan has come out to this ring and for the first time in XWL you are all going to see a real promo, a sleazy promo like no other man can dream off. Especially you Edge….Do you really think I copied you? An Edge wannabe? People don’t even know who you are where I am from, people in Hollywood only care for Joey Ryan, a man who worked his way up through small town companies wrestling in back alleys for nothing more than a little self respect to get to where I am today. I am a man who next week will be the fastest man to ever get a title in XWL when I become the Intercontinental champion and you…you my friend are a Joey Ryan wannabe. Who can blame you? I have the looks, the personality, the women, the championship drive…and what do you have exactly Edge? A nice 5 bucks hair cut and some career threatening injuries?

And you know what, I did parody the spear, it wasn’t something I invented but I sure as hell didn’t take it from a guy like you. But its what I’m known for, I mean the superkick, the pedigree, the spear. Hell those are the moves where now Joey Ryan is credited for and people are now copying those moves from ME! Not you, not triple H and not Shawn Michaels. I am the man who is an icon and an actual trendsetter, people look at me and see a man who can and will change this business for the better. Do you know what I’m all about Edge? I’m the definition of sleazy, look it up in the dictionary, you’ll see a big cheesy grin of this superstars face directly underneath it! Now I smoke, do you smoke Edge? Do you get the amount of women like I do? Do you even know what it’s like to see a woman naked? Well except from maybe your mother….But I am a man of class, I want the company to be sleazy and I want the company to give free damn strawberry shakes Hollywood style…

So you're from Hollywood... How's it going Goldust? Just kidding, I know you're Joey Ryan and you're out he to cut a real promo and so far, it's been pretty dull. The only thing you have talked about is how many women you've got and how you like to mock people like Me, Triple H and Shawn. It's true you may get more women then me but that doesn't mean your more sleazy. Get me a bed and bring Lita out here and I'll s.how you what being sleazy is all about. But that isn't me anymore, that's the old me. I ditched that gimmick a while back and then that's where you came in Mr. Joey Ryan. The fans hated me and you used that to get yourself over and I must say, you are doing a great job. But wait, what was that about my mom? I would appreciate it if you didn't say derogatory things about my mom and you're are lucky we have a match because if we didn't, then I'd just have to hurt you. Why? Cause nobody disrespects my mom.



[[Edge]]
If that's the way you're going to act Joey, then our match has just got better and will continue to get better. And when I say better, I mean me winning after spearing you and then after that, I'll celebrate my big win with Final Stand a week away by going to the nearest place that sells milkshakes. Buy a nice, cold, big chocolate milkshake. Why? Cause Chocolate is better then Strawberry just like "The Rated R Superstar" Edge is better then Mr.... "Whatever nickname you've come up with" Joey Ryan!

Make up my own nicknames? I don’t need to make up my own because Hollywood created my names; I am The Technical Wizard, Hollywood’s own! Joey Ryan! And I am the man who is going to be the one to knock you off this high run you are going on at the minute. I am the man who is the definition of sleazy and the stuff you do out in this ring, what you did with Lita you think that is sleazy? I was doing stuff like that back in high school now you need to know just who I am, my name is Joey Ryan. I am the man who is personally going to take you on your very own….moustache ride. Now you probably just look at me like im a nobody, hell I haven’t done anything to make myself that popular around here but lets face it, when I become Intercontinental champion things are gonna be a little different around here and one of those things is with you Edge, people like you aren’t going to be high and mighty. I’m undeafeated here Edge, do you think you’re the only person who is on a hot streak at the moment, no.

Edge I’ve been in the ring with indy performers for years and half of those guys could whoop your ass in an instant and I’ve beaten the best they could throw at me. I am a man who is the best and who everyone looks at while I sit at the top of the food chain smoking and being the god damn sleazy ball that I am. Do you know what entrance music to come out too? That was a modified version of Magnum P.I. Not only one of hollywoods greatest shows but the definition of sleaze. It ain’t easy been sleazy. And as the former intercontinental champion Dolph Ziggler would say it ain’t all about hashtag HEEL. Personally I think Hashtag SLEAZE would be much better trending worldwide. Now why don’t you just walk on to the back and go prepare for tonight because you are going to need it, and let me just lay down and have a nice cigarette right out here in my ring…



[[Edge]]
Whatever you say Joey... Whatever you say... All I know is that you won't be saying anything after you get Speared. Sound good? I think so. See you later tonight, Joey.



*Edge walks past Joey Ryan and drops the mic as his theme begins to play. Edge exits the ring, leaving Ryan standing in it alone. Edge doesn't look back as he begins to walk up the ramp and Breakdown fades to commercial break.*

Once again Layla picks up another victory on the road to her one on one match with AJ this Sunday.

I've been an avid Layla supporter for a while, she's really honed her craft, proven she's a force to be reckoned with despite her size and sweet looks, she really is keeping her momentum strong for Final Stand.

*She's all smiles as the cameras zoom in on her celebration, much to the fan's dismay.*



[King]
You gotta wonder what the champion is thinking, she's been a tough cookie to crack herself, so you have to wonder about just what will happen when these two ladies collide for the biggest prize for women in this company.

[JR]
It certainly is a must see, Layla's been Miss Money In The Bank since she defeated Angelina Love at Digital Decision in a Stretcher match, and after making history, after defeating countless diva after diva, she finally cashes that briefcase in on the grandest stage of them all.

[King]
But will she be victorious? I'm fans of both AJ and Layla, and I honestly don't know who I want to win more!

[JR]
I'm in the same boat, either lady would do a fine job as champion, it's just a question of which of the two want it more.















[JR]
Bah gawd, can it be?!

[King]
Is it...Is it really her?!

*The crowd cheers as the theme of the returning “diva,” Kharma, plays throughout the arena. Layla's celebration swiftly comes to an end and her expression quickly changes as she recognizes the theme. She looks at the stage, awaiting the inevitable return of Kharma.*





*Kharma emerges from behind the curtain and stands on top of the ramp, staring at both the divas in the ring. *

[JR]
Would you look at Layla, King! She's frightened as can be!

[King]
Can you blame her?! Just look at the size of Kharma! She could tear her in half without breaking a sweat! Run Layla, run!



*Layla is seemingly paralyzed with fear as Rosa is slowly making it to her feet, unaware of what's going on around her.*



*Kharma starts walking down the ramp, slowly but surely, inching closer and closer to the ring. She walks down the ramp as the fans on both sides of Kharma are in awe of the presence of the “diva.”*



[JR]
I think she's too intimidated to do anything!

[King]
Run! Get out of there, Layla! She's coming for you!

[JR]
I'm just stunned, Kharma's returned just days before our biggest pay-per-view event of the year, what has caused this mad woman to be unleashed in XWL?!

*She reaches the bottom of the ramp and glares at both divas in the ring. Rosa is now on her feet; she notices Kharma and is quickly frozen in fear, just like Layla a few steps away from her. *



*Kharma looks at Rosa first for a few seconds then shifts her attention to Layla for the same amount of time before climbing up on the apron.*

[King]
Get out of there! She'll eat you and spit out your flawless bones!

[JR]
She's not a giant, King.

[King]
She might as well be!



She repeats the procedure, only this time she glares at Layla first then glares at Rosa right after. Kharma enters the ring, which causes Layla, who quickly reacts, to push Rosa into harms way. As she herself falls back against the ropes gripping them.*



*Layla then without any hesitation scurries out of the ring and near the barrier with her Miss Money in the Bank briefcase. Rosa is left alone in the ring, face to face with Kharma, who, at the moment, has an expressionless face. Rosa is unsure of what's to come next so out of desperation, and a bit of stupidity, she slaps Kharma across the face.*

[JR]
Oh that's not wise at all!

[King]
Run Rosa!

[JR]
You didn't seem to care about her before.

[King]
I did....I just wanted to make sure Layla was safe!

[JR]
Oh would you just look at Kharma, Rosa just made a grave mistake...


*The crowd boos at the actions of Rosa, in which she responds with incoherent Spanish-sounding words. Kharma's expression doesn't seem to change but as Rosa is about to walk away from her, she lets out a sadistic laugh, which is quickly replaced by anger and Rosa is left frozen in fear yet again. Kharma grabs Rosa by the head and puts her in position for what looks like an Implant Buster. Kharma looks at Layla, who is standing by the barricade;



raises Rosa up and hits a devastating Implant Buster on Rosa, who is now semi-conscience on the mat. Kharma lets out a sadistic laugh before turning serious again. She rises to her feet and surveys the damage she just caused.*



*She looks at Rosa, who she just planted on the mat, and then she looks over to Layla, who just stands overwhelmed with a series of emotions running between fear, shock, and astonishment at what she just saw her do to Rosa which could've very well been her had she not gotten away in time.*



[JR]
A destructive force has arrived in XWL, but we're left with a lot of unanswered questions...Like why is she here? Why now? And how can the ladies in the divas division possibly cope with this new and powerful threat?

I don't know, JR...I just know Kharma's here, and if I were a diva I'd be saying my prayers that I don't become her next victim!


*Kharma inches closer to the ropes, placing her gloved hands on them, then stares right at Layla.*



*Layla gulps, then quickly turns and runs up the ramp frantically trying to get as far away from Kharma as humanly possible. Kharma then exits the ring just staring at the empty ramp.*



*She looks at the ring one last time before walking up the ramp. Breakdown goes to a commercial break as Kharma makes her way to the back.*

**Breakdown returns from commercials and we are backstage with Davey Richards who is standing waiting to talk to the XWL fans in attendance and fans watching at home. Davey Richards stands there for a few moments just staring into the camera, he then begins to talk.**



Davey Richards: Rhino, Rhino last week was quiet, last week was peaceful, last week was well great. Last week Rhino, there was no mention of you appearing, there was no sign of your appearence here on Breakdown and I did not have to watch my back. Yes that it probable due to the ban that Mick put on you 3 weeks ago. But Rhino your lucky that evening last week was quiet, because if Vickie didn't ban me from Redemption 2 weeks ago I would of been there last week and do what you have been doing for the last couple of months since you arrived in XWL. Rhino last week, I meant to compete but it didn't happen but that's a different story, I also don't have a match this week, but don't mistake that for me preparing myself, don't mistake it for some nerves you think I have and sure as hell don't mistake it for some injury or weakness that I have. What you need to realise Rhino is that I am ready, I am the cliche 110% if not more and I am ready to unleah the anger on you.



Davey Richards: Final Stand 4 is in sight, the biggest event in XWL, one of if not the biggest event in the wrestling calender and its ironic how the event is called Final Stand. The reason being because I will be taking my final stand against you Rhino, I have stood up to you, I have not backed down and I have never gave up because I will not be bullied into stepping aside so someone like you. I will take this final stand because I came to a conclusion earlier and that whatever happens at Final Stand will it really be FINAL?? Will you just crawl under the rock you came from or will the next time on Breakdown after I beat you in front of the millions of XWL fans at Final Stand will you come back and beat me in bitterness?Well that where my conclusion came to me when I thought about everything you have done to me, every gore I've taken, every bump backstage, from chairs to table to trash cans I have come to see that this can only end one way. You know what that means??



Davey Richards: That means Rhino that XWL is not bigger enough for the two of us, separate brands isn't good enough, bans from shows aren't good enough, even a hundred security holding us back tonight will never be enough. So what this means, one of us has to have our Finale tonight, someone will leave XWL, our careers will be on the line Rhino, I have already spoken to Mick and I have agreed to put my XWL career on the line are you willing to do the same??Because Rhino that is the only way I will get rid of you and in all honesty it is the only way I will ever step aside to your bullying. Tonight when we both in that ring, when we sit down to sign our contract for Final Stand, just realise that we could be signing our last contract, this could be the last time one of us is on Breakdown, this will one of the last moments of our XWL career. But Rhino, I say one of us and I am sure as hell that that one will not be me. Rhino I will see you out there, be there a handful of security or hundreds of them, I will not be scared, this WOLF will not be afraid to face you and sign that contract. Rhino, tonight is the prologue to the Final Stand and my hunt will ALWAYS LIVE ON!!!!!

**Davey does a slow cut throat taunt to the camera then points as we fade to a commercial.**

[As Breakdown returns from a commercial break, Alex Shelley’s theme blasts through the speakers and a jolt is sent through the crowd as they begin to cheer as one of their favorites step through the curtains and walks onto the stage. ]



[But the fans find themselves a little taken aback when Shelley isn’t all smiles as he usually is, but he doesn’t seem to be angry either. Alex Shelley’s expression is almost that of… somberness. Despite how hard he tried to hide his true feelings over the past few weeks with comedic interviews and impromptu games of tic-tac-toe, his recent conflict with Kurt Angle has been steadily taking on a toll and that showed when he finally snapped last week.]



[As he begins to make his way down the ramp, Shelley gives the people a weak smile to try and make them believe he’s okay, but his attempt at reassurance fails as the people begin to chant Shelley’s name to raise his spirits. The chants do the trick as a more genuine smile finds its way onto Shelley’s face and to show his appreciation he does the signature gun point which many in attendance mimic.]



[Shelley’s in the ring now and he paces back and forth in the ring until his music fades out and just when he’s about to speak another round of chants begin and he has to pause.]

Last week I snapped, and for that… for that I apologize.

[Right off the bat it’s noticeable how weak Shelley’s voice is and it’s even clearer that Angle has succeeded in getting under his skin. But Shelley doesn’t let that deter him and he continues saying what he came out here to say.]

Firstly I apologize to all of you, because I promised that I wouldn’t let Angle drag me down to his level and last week I broke that promise when I put him in the Border City Stretch with no intentions of letting go. Last week I broke a promise to myself that I made after Over the Limit to never bother with Angle again… I promised that I would move on and worry more about getting my career on track than getting even with Angle.

And that’s where the problem lies…it lies in the fact that we’re even at 1-1. And that’s a fact that Kurt just can’t handle. He can’t handle the idea that he may not be as dominate, as great as he once was… or at least believed he was. He can’t wrap his, mind around the idea that there’s someone out there younger, more talented, better looking and a damn better tic-tac-toe player than he could ever hope to be!

[The camera cuts to a fan made sign being held high in the air.]



[The camera cuts back to Shelley who’s deep in thought searching for his next words. ]

Last week should never have happened, I’m not Ted DiBiase, I can control my anger, I can carry myself with respect, dignity and class despite have the like of Kurt Angle breathing down my neck begging for a rematch even though I’ve told him no time and time again. So what if it means I won’t have a match at Final Stand? If wrestling Kurt Angle is my only option, then maybe I’m better off having the night off. Maybe I’m better off not even showing up at Final Stand so I won’t have to worry about him doing something out of desperation to get me to agree to that match.

I know you people don’t like the idea of me missing the biggest pay per view of the year, but I don’t like the idea of Kurt Angle waiting for me the moment I step into the arena. You give a man like that what he wants and he’ll never stop coming back for more. He’ll just keep asking for rematches again and again and before you know it it’s November to Remember again and you realize that you wasted an entire year of your career with Kurt Angle breathing in your ear.

And I know exactly what you’re going to come out here and say: “Durr, Alex Shelley doesn’t want to wrestle me because he’s scared.” Well newsflash Angle I wasn’t scared to face you the last three times and you damn sure better believe that I wouldn’t be afraid to beat you at Final Stand, but you don’t deserve that match. And I know what Angle’s gonna say in response to that: “Durr, you only beat me because you got lucky.” Well it wasn’t luck that made you tap out to the Border City Stretch at Over the Limit, Angle. That was you realizing that you got your ass kicked enough and you just couldn’t take it anymore. But then Angle’s gonna say: “Dur, Shelley didn’t make me tap, there was a snake on the mat and I was trying to kill it.” Nice try Angle but I watched the replay of the match and Stone Cold was nowhere near that ring. But Angle won’t give up there he’ll just ignore everything and say: “Dur, Just shut up and accept my match Shelley so I can break your freaking ankle, oh it’s true it’s true. And I’ll just laugh and respond with a big: NO! So you know what you can do Angle? You can…



[Shelley stops after realizing that he just had a conversation with himself, and that’s when Kurt Angle’s theme hits.]



[Angle suddenly appears on the ramp, mic already in hand.]

Honestly Shelley, I could care less about what you have to say. Everything I say and do you just insult it when you should be respecting me because I'm an Olympic Gold Medalist. Shelley, you have to accept the match, me against you for Final Stand because I'm not going to give you a choice. You can deny it again and again like the coward you are, but I'm going to force you to face me any way I can. I will stoop to lower places than you thought existed. I'll find a way to make it unbearable for you to not accept the match. But be warned, when you do accept it I'll break your freaking ankle.

[[Kurt Angle]]
I'm Kurt Angle, a 1996 Olympic Gold Medalist, Shelley, you're just a kid from Detroit, and I’m going to break you Shelley. You're standing in the ring, mocking me, you embarrassed me when you shaved my hair off, everything that you've done has just led up to this point where I am angry enough to punch a whole straight through you... But you're denying me that opportunity. Rather than allowed me inflict the kind of hurt I'd like to on you, you're cowering out of any type of conflict you could get into with me. Man up, Shelley. These aren't little kid games, you owe me a match. And if you don't choose to pay me back, I won't give you a choice any longer.

[[Kurt Angle]]
You come out here trying to make the fans hate me, but in reality, they see right through you. They see me for the glorified human being I am and see you as the awful person you are. I want you at Final Stand, Shelley, for it all, for everything. Winner walks away with these months and months behind them, but in a positive way. The loser walks away from these last quite a few months in an even lower position than when they started. It's true, Shelley, it's damn true.

The only thing you need, Kurt, and the only thing I owe you is a solid kick right to the jaw to shut you up once and for all. That way you won’t be able to come out here and keep asking for things you aren’t entitled to. That way you can’t ruin another man’s Christmas by eating the cookies he set out for Santa and not for you. You can’t force me to do something I don’t want to do and I’m not avoiding a match at Final Stand because I don’t want to do it because I do want to do it but I’m not going to do it because you don’t want me to do it because I know deep down in that black pit you call a soul you’re only doing this to put on a show… it’s all a façade to make you feel better about Over the Limit.... You following me right now?

[The crowd cheers in support even if they didn’t quite catch what he said.]

I don’t understand how a man with three eyes can be so blind… Why can’t you see that I want nothing to do with you? Why can’t you see that nothing good can come from us wrestling each other at Final Stand? Why can’t you see clearly now that the rain is gone? These are the questions that you should be asking yourself Angle, instead of stressing out as yourself thinking of way to get me to accept this match. If you keep it up you’ll stress yourself out to the point where you hair will start turning gray. So why don’t you do us all a favor and head backstage? Go find someone else to bother.

[[Kurt Angle]]
Shelley, it's taken me quite awhile to try and convince you to accept the match and you still haven't. You know what, I think I'm just wasting my time. You're not a real man, you don't even deserve to fight me. It should be an honor to go one on one with me, but instead, you'd rather deny the opportunity so unless you change your mind by the end of tonight, I'm out of here and your career will be forgotten without me in it, because the only reason anyone pays attention to you is because I'm here. Oh it's true, it's damn true.



[Kurt Angle's theme song hits signalling the exit of The Olympian. Kurt Angle leaves from behind the curtain and several seconds later his theme turns off. Alex Shelley is seen in the ring, seemingly pleased that he's finally gotten Kurt Angle to buzz off and mind his own business, as do the fans. Alex Shelley raises the microphone to his face to begin speaking, but just as he does...]



[Kurt Angle's theme song goes off again! The theme of Kurt is heard and the fans are in dismay about the possibility of seeing Kurt Angle again. Kurt Angle, however, is nowhere to be seen and Shelley hops on the second rope and begins to yell inaudible things down the ramp. The theme song continues, still seeing no sight of the Olympic Champion, but just as it seems he's not going to be coming back out and this is all a head game...]



[It's the return of the Milk Truck! Kurt Angle can be seen driving the milk truck down the ramp just one week before Final Stand and Alex Shelley now more than ever seems angry, staring and shouting down the ramp at Kurt Angle. The fans boo Angle for the mimmickry of the beloved, Stone Cold Steve Austin, but Angle continues to drive.]



[The Milk Truck pulls up just short of the ring, and Kurt Angle stays inside. Angle can be heard yelling things like "Just accept the damn match" as Alex Shelley declines again and again. Angle hops out of the truck screaming towards Shelley, "if you don't accept the match, you'll make me do it" while Shelley can be heard saying "I dare you", or something close to that as it's hard to tell with all the crowd noise and etc, Kurt Angle finally pulls out the milk cannon from the side of the milk truck before pointing it at Shelley before asking him one final time. Shelley responds no and...]



[Angle begins to fire at Shelley who is inside the ring as soon as he responds no. Angle is screaming for Alex Shelley to accept the match, but he just won't do it. Kurt becomes so frustrated as he bombards Shelley with milk straight from the cannon. Shelley can't get away from the milk he is being shot at with the cannon and is now fallen to the ground, Angle continues the firing of the milk as much as he can. Kurt Angle asks Alex Shelley once more if he'd like to accept the match, but Shelley won't give Angle the answer he wants to hear. Kurt Angle finally decides that he can't get Shelley to accept the match; at least tonight, so he gets in the car and grabs a bunch of milk cartons.]



[Angle hops out of the truck, milk cartons in hand, throwing them down at Alex Shelley who has been smothered in milk. Angle nails Alex Shelley each time with the ferocious impact of a milk carton. Alex Shelley is barely moving in the ring and Kurt Angle has now run out of milk cartons to throw. Angle quickly decides to hop into the ring to find Shelley for himself and he places an Ankle Lock on him. Alex Shelley taps the floor, but Kurt Angle won't let go until he decides to. Following Angle letting go, Angle picks up the microphone which Shelley dropped earlier.]

[[Kurt Angle]]
Alex Shelley, I know you're not ready to make the right decision now, but at Final Stand, I give you one last chance to accept the match... And when you accept the match, I want it to be an Ultimate Submissions match so I can make you tap out like I did just a second ago.

[Kurt Angle drops the mic, satisfied with what has gone down here, Angle returns to his milk truck and hops in the driver’s seat. Kurt drives it around the ring area and then back up and out the ramp to behind the curtain where it came. Shelley is left behind and the fans are only left to wonder, will Shelley accept the match?]

I’m not sure what to make of what we just saw…

It’s Shelley and Angle, King. Sometimes there just isn’t anything to get.

Kurt Angle has been getting desperate, this was all or nothing in his attempt to get Shelley to wrestle him at Final Stand.

No, I mean Shelley… why would he just stand there and let Angle do that to him?

{Jim Ross}
It would be futile to try and understand what goes on in Alex Shelley’s head. But maybe… just maybe he did actually want to wrestle Angle at Final Stand and was simply just looking for a good reason to do so.

{Jerry Lawler}
Well he certainly has a good reason now, if I were him I’d be steaming!

{Jim Ross}
Only time will tell how Shelley will respond to this incident. We’ll just have to wait until Final Stand to see what decision he makes.

[As XWL heads to a commercial break, an advertisement begins to play for a match that may or may not happen at Final Stand.]
