BreakDown opens with it's regular pyro, but instead of being sent to the commentator the camera goes on the ring which is set up for Pipers Pit. There is a red ring mat and two stools in the center of the ring. The fans go silent until a theme is heard, a theme that is known worldwide.





[Justin Roberts] Ladies and Gentlemen, please welcome to XWL.. The one and only.. “Rowdy” Roddy Piperrrrr!



Piper walks onto the stage to an enormous reaction, he has his hands on his hips as he walks out. He soaks in the ovation from the crowd and mouths the words “Thank you!”



He stands on top of the stage for a few seconds until he opens up his arms and yells which gets a big pop from the crowd. He walks down to the ramp as the commentators speak.

[Jim Ross] It really is an honour to have someone like Roddy Piper in XWL, King. He's been at his own work in many fields such as acting and promoting and he's well overdue for an appearance in wrestling. I highly respect Roddy and I'm glad he's here!

[Jerry Lawler] This is such a big moment for XWL, he has never set foot in an XWL Ring before but tonight he's back to host a very special Pipers Pit. I honestly believe he's the best man for this job to interview both Christian and Orton.

[Jim Ross] Randy Orton and Christian are due to go into battle next week in a Steel Cage match, this long rivalry has to come to an end and it's going to end in the most brutal way possible.



Piper walks up the steps and gets into the ring, once he's in he blows a kiss to the fans and opens his arms yet again. The continuous cheers bring a big smile to his face, he grabs a microphone from one of the stools and his music stops playing.



Chants of “Roddy! Roddy!” are heard, he laughs and begins to speak.



[Roddy Piper] You know, as the saying goes. There's no place like home. It's been a very long time since ol' Hot Rod has been in a wrestling ring and now seems like the right time, and with a crowd as electric as all of you it's just making things even better! I've had many amazing experiences with wrestling and I can honestly say tonight is one of them, I've never felt this good in a long time and it's all thanks to you. But for now I think we've all had enough of me gushing, let's get to the real business. I watch XWL weekly, I keep a close eye and I know talent when I see it. I watch every week and see people like Ted DiBiase, CM Punk and John Cena showcase their talent for the world. That's the wonderful thing about the world of wrestling, with hard work and dedication you can build a career of iconic status, I know from personal experience. But when I watch every week I don't always see the good guys like Punk and Ted, I see some of the people who are too far up their own behinds to know the line between good or bad! A prime example of this is one of my guests tonight, Christian.

[Jim Ross] It's so good to see Roddy back, he always knows the business inside and out. He has a great mind for XWL.

[Jerry Lawler] I can't believe it's took him this long to appear in XWL! But better late then never is what I always say.



[Roddy Piper] If there's one thing I hate in this business it's got to be cowards. I know, I know. I was never a saint in my career but the last thing I was going to do was tuck my tail between my legs and run away. You can ask Mr. T all about that when I took it to him in a boxing match and won! Well, the results say Mr. T won by DQ but we all know who really won. *Piper laughs.* It takes a lot to get someone like me ticked off, especially in my retired life I tend to take things in stride. But a few weeks ago I saw something that I will never forget, Randy Orton and Christian fighting in the parking lot area. And then Christian approached Randy's tour bus and tried to harrass his wife. As I said, one thing I hate is a coward. If someone like him is going to go around saying things about another mans family and harrassing his wife, and think he is going to get away with it? He's got another thing coming! The hate I see him get from the fans weekly is well deserved, but the thing I don't understand is why he turned his back on you. Believe me I've had my fair share of boo's in my career but when I finally started getting cheered it made me feel oh so good! It takes a lot of pent up anger to do what Christian has done and I want to know what turned it to this, it could be jealousy, or greed. Or both. While he may be very talented, it's his attitude that gets me.

[Jerry Lawler] Christian sure could learn a thing or two from Piper..

[Jim Ross] Christian taking advice from a legend? That'll be a cold day in hell!



[Roddy Piper] But on the other end of the spectrum we have a changed man! A man who I pride myself on knowing well. As a matter of fact, this mans father and I were in the Main Event of the very first WrestleMania. But that was back in the Stone Age, it's safe to say that Randy Orton has come into his own the past year. He's come full circle from the person he was a few years ago and much like myself before he's learned to embrace the fans for the better. As of late he's had a lot of family issues getting in the way. Whether it be the situation with Christian or Bob Orton being attacked by Wade Barrett, the guy just can't catch a break. Which is why I'm looking forward to X-Treme X-Mas so he can put this all behind him and finally go for his dreams of becoming a World Champion yet again. This anger has been building up in him and it all came out last week when he punted Kane right in the head. Now, this may not look good on his part but I honestly find it brave. It shows he has the heart for this business, he shouldn't be here to make friends. Especially when he was in the ring with someone like The Big Red Machine, and I can safely say he shut that Machine down! Why don't we bring him out first, eh? Ladies and Gentlemen, please welcome to Pipers Pit. “The Viper” Randy Orton!!





Randy Orton's theme hits as the fans give a big cheer, he walks out on the stage wearing ring attire with a T-Shirt of his. When he makes it to ringside he turns to the fans and does his signature pose as they give a bigger pop.



[Jerry Lawler] Randy Orton punted Kane in the skull last week, it was brutal! Has there been any sign of Kane since then?

[Jim Ross] Kane is always lurking backstage in the arena, but since Kane was carted out last week nobody has seen him. I wonder if he'll be back at all?!

He gets into the ring and shakes Piper's hand, he picks up a microphone and waits for his music to stop.

[Randy Orton] First off I'd like to thank you for inviting me onto your show. I know you have a lot of history with my father, this is an honour to be here.

[Roddy Piper] I'm glad to see that you're happy to be on my show, even with the idea behind it that's lead up to it. But for now before we start the real stuff, it's time to bring out your opponent for X-Treme X-Mas inside of a Steel Cage... Ladies and Gentlemen, it's Christian!



*Christian's Theme plays while Christian enters the arena as the crowd with loud heat towards Christian.*



[Jim Ross] This one ought to be interesting, whenever Christian and Orton are near each other things never work out well.

*He walks down the ramp and stares at both Piper and Orton who are waiting for him in the ring.*



*He picks up a mic that lays on the steps and climbs the ring as his Theme stops. Then he goes on to talk.*



[Christian]
First of all, before you ask your first question, Roddy, I would like to thank you. I wanna thank you for inviting me to the Piper's Pit. I wanna thank you for letting me stand here in the ring with a legend such as you are. But there's just one thing I don't understand... why do I have to share the ring with that egotistical, pathetic little Viper, right there!

[Jerry Lawler] Uh Oh...

*Christian points at Orton as the crowd gives Christian alot of heat chanting "You suck".*



[Christian]
See, that man is not in my league. Randy may have beaten me at November to Remember, but I was the one leaving the arena on my own two feet! Now, I don't know why you invited that guy, and I also don't know why we didn't have this segment in the greatest show of all time, my show, The Peep Show!!!



[Jim Ross] Did he just compare Pipers Pit to The Peep Show? In all honesty there's no doubt that Pipers Pit is the best wrestling talk show ever! It's historic!

[Christian]
This time, at X-Treme X-Mas, I will defeat Randy Orton inside of that steel cage and I will prove to each and everyone of you including you, Piper, that I deserve One More Ma...

[Roddy Piper] You hold it right there! Don't you think for a second that you're going to come onto my show and take it over! This isn't The Peep Show, this is Pipers Pit for crying out loud. If you want to go on and on about Randy Orton then do it in your own time, this isn't what I'm here for. First off; I'd like to ask you both about your steel cage match at X-Treme X-Mas, Randy. How do you feel about stepping into that demonic structure with the man you despise?



[Randy Orton] I gotta be honest, Roddy. I'm looking forward to it. Ever since early October Christian and I have been at each others throats and you don't know how happy I will be to put this all behind me once and for all. You know what it's like to have that one rival that just wouldn't go away, let's compare this. Christian to me is, what Hulk Hogan was to you. That thorn in your side, constantly everywhere you were. You were at each other so much you just wanted to explode. That's exactly what this is, even standing in the same ring as him makes my skin crawl. At X-Treme X-Mas there will be no excuses, no running or no hiding. And when I enter that Steel Cage, you better believe that I'm not going to hold back. You all saw what I did to Kane last week, I had the anger built up that was towards Christian and put Kane out of action to send a message. That punt kick to Kane's skull was just a message, just a taste, a sample of things to come next week. Christian would be lucky to get off that lightly.

[Roddy Piper] Wow! Now that's intensity, I like it Mr. Orton! Christian, how the hell are you feeling right now after what he just said?!



[Christian]
How should I feel, Roddy? I am extremely happy! I am happy that I can end Randy Orton's career once and for all, next week! I am happy because I know I will kill the very career of that man. He has accomplished so much here in XWL, and all I can say is that he deserved none of those accomplishments! He has always been the undeserving, overrated Viper that he is, right now, but those times will be over! I'm gonna make these people realize that I am the real deal and that you're just gonna be an afterthought after I put you on the shelf at X-Treme X-Mas! I'll prove to each and everyone of those people that I am superior than you in every single way you can think of, Randy. I'm gonna beat you, and I'm gonna punish you for everything you did in the past. You costed me my Intercontinental Championship, you kicked several people in the skull who didn't even deserve it. After the show you should go back home to St. Louis, then sit your wife and your daughter down and tell them not to watch the Pay-Per-View, because you wouldn't want them to watch what I am gonna do to you, Orton. After the cage match you will be nothing more than a bloody mess that's getting escorted out of the arena on a stretcher!

[Jerry Lawler] I think Christian is dedicated to give the Orton family a bad Christmas..

[Jim Ross] He's one hell of a scrooge if I've ever saw one!

Orton leans his arm on Roddy's shoulder, they look at each other and begin to talk.

[Randy Orton] Roddy, you've had a long career. I'm sure you've heard your fair share of empty promises haven't you?

[Roddy Piper] Of course!

[Randy Orton] Tell me, do you see anybody in this arena who is dishing out plenty of empty promises?

Roddy laughs and points at Christian.

[Roddy Piper] I see him right there!

[Christian]
Wait a damn minute-



[Randy Orton] What are you gonna say, Christian? Are you going to threaten me and my family again? Are you going to say the same things over and over, just like you've been doing these last few months? Is that it? Every week it feels like you're giving out these empty threats, because whenever it's you and I in the ring you're the one who is always flat on the mat as the loser. Now it's time for an actual promise, and believe me. This one is far from an empty promise. You go on and on about how you're going to put me in the hospital.. How you're going to send me packing out of XWL and for me to never return. I'm still here. You're still going on about your Intercontinental Championship match, you might have had another one by now but all of your constant bickering for your title shot has just given you a bad reputation. I promise to beat you at X-Treme X-Mas, I promise to beat you within an inch of your life in that steel cage. I will use that cage as a weapon, I will grind your flesh across the cage. You can beg for mercy all you want but you're far past the point of redemption. Nobody will be there to save you and believe me nobody would want to save you in that match. I am going to leave you in a pool of your own blood, in the center of that ring as I climb out of the cage.

[Jim Ross] That match is not for the weak at heart, that'll be one where the kids will have to be put out of the room!

[Jerry Lawler] You can say that again.

Orton lowers his microphone as the fans give a big pop. Christian stares at Orton for a few seconds and then goes on to talk.



[Christian]
What the hell is this supossed to be? You're supossed to be god damn neutral, Piper! What kind of a host are you? That's why you will never get close to my Peep Show! I am a natural born host and I am a natural born champion. I deserve to get as much respect as possible! And if you think just for one second that I am afraid of Randy Orton, think again! As far as I'm concerned I have been the last man standing in every single week, Randy. Remember when I first came out to tell the truth about you to all these people? You tried to cowardly attack me, but you were hurt and I used the advantage to take you down with a steel chair. A few weeks later Mark Henry took you out in my Peep Show and I ended that show hitting my Killswitch on your lifeless body! Then I had to take out Mark Henry because the Problem Solver turned into another problem which I had to solve on my own, so I took him out with a con-chair-to. Then I took out the only man who helped you in this war, Randy, your "friend" "The Animal" Dave Batista. And at November to Remember I nearly ended your career. I was so close to ending it, but somehow you managed to get back up again. But trust me, this time I will destroy you untill your heart stops beating. I was a second away from taking you out at November to Remember, but this time I'm gonna make sure that you're out forever. My peeps have been waiting long enough, they want to get rid of you, Randy. They are screaming and begging me to do that final move that puts you out of this ring permanently. You will be locked inside that cage like an animal and like an animal you will never ever leave that cage ever again!

All of a sudden, Orton goes to speak but Roddy Piper walks right up to Christian and stares him in the eyes.

[Roddy Piper] You're telling me that you're going to leave him in the cage, like an animal? Let me tell you something, ya' creepy little bastard! The only animal in this ring is you! For all you've done you don't have the right to be called a man, what you call Randy Orton cowardly attacking you is him confronting you like a man trying to defend his own honour! There's a fine line in this business and believe me, you've crossed it. You're nothing more then a spineless worm, you may say that I need to be a fair show host. But I will never like someone like you. You've harrased this mans family and made his life hell for so long now. For no good damn reason, I swear to god just looking at your smug face right now makes me want to punch it in!

[Jim Ross] Come on Roddy! You're a 57 year old man, it's not worth it!

[Jerry Lawler] Piper has NEVER been one to back down a fight, but I don't think he'd be able to handle an angered Christian!

Christian and Roddy go nose to nose, the fans cheer “Roddy!” over and over which hypes him up, he looks as if he's going to explode but Randy Orton steps in and stares at Christian.



[Randy Orton] Roddy, we all know that you could beat Christian's ass all over this arena. But if you don't mind I think he'd be better off at 100% at X-Treme X-Mas, I want you to be at your very best next week. So when I beat you, not if, but when. You will have no excuses for your loss other than I am better than you. I'd personally like to dedicate the upcoming cage match to three people. Dave Batista, a man who you put on the shelf, he's recovering and he will be back and better before any of you know it. Don't think you're going to get away scot free from that, either. The other two people I'd like to dedicate the match to is my wife and daugther, they've put up with your crap for far too long and I'm going to put an end to it next week. Christian, I'm at my very best. I'm in the best shape of my life and I truly believe that there is nothing you can do to beat me at X-Treme X-Mas.

Christian stares at both Piper and Orton while backing up and rising the mic back to his mouth.



[Christian]
Alright, I've had enough of this! Everyone in this arena is picking on me! You are all flashed by Randy Orton's ego! Somebody should make sure that you never appear here again, Piper! If I wanted I could take you out like I took out Henry and Batista, but you're not even worth it. You're just someone who wishes to be back in the 90s having the time of your life, but it's a new world, a new era, it's my era! And I'm not letting anyone interrupt my era, not you and not you, Orton! The fact of the matter is that you're just an old, frail, little man with a loud mouth, but maybe you should just shut that before somebody makes you. Orton, you wanna know who I'd like to dedicate this match to? I dedicate this match to all my Peeps who are sick of seeing your stupid face week after week! I am dedicating this match to all the people who want to see something fresh, something exciting, and that clearly doesn't involve you! I am the best Superstar on this roster and you know that's the truth! I am the man who teaches those Superstars in the back who are waiting for their time to shine! Without me they would be nothing! All you people have to thank me for everything! You have to thank me for having this great show tonight, because if it wasn't for me being here these seats would stay empty! I deserve to be the damn Intercontinental Champion, but that son of a bitch right there cost me my match and look at me now! I have nothing, the only thing that I have left is the will to make you pay. And after that I get what belongs to me, the Intercontinental Championship!

[Jerry Lawler] Christian sure loves playing the victim, doesn't he?

[Jim Ross] As much as I hate to admit it, he's a hell of a talent. But with that attitude of his he's the last person I'd want to see with some gold.

[Roddy Piper] You think these people are sick of seeing Orton's face? I'm sick of seeing your face and I've only been talking to you for 10 minutes!



[Randy Orton] If you wanna try and talk about my ego? Look in the mirror, you won't only see the creepiest looking person in wrestling history. You'll see one of the most self centered, egotistical people to ever step in an XWL ring. You say I have an ego yet you go on and on about how you deserve an Intercontinental Title match.. I cost you your Intercontinental Title match because it's plain and simple, you didn't deserve it. You have nothing, you deserve nothing! After you get what belongs to you, you'll be in the hospital with a broken neck. Do you understand that much? What goes aroumd comes around, and once you get what's coming to you, you will never be the same again. As much as I'm looking forward to next week, I'd love to kick your head in right now..

[Jim Ross] Piper better take control of this!

[Roddy Piper] Alright, Alright! I know that this is about to get out of control, I expected this. So please do your ol' pal Roddy and save it for the Pay Per View. I've stood back and let you two have this verbal war but save the fists for Christmas! Before we sign off on the show, I want to thank you both for being on the show. Even though I would've preferred that Christian stayed off of it. *Piper laughs.* I've had a lot of hectic episodes of Pipers Pit and it feels so great to be back in the swing of things. But next-

[Jim Ross] OH MY GOD!

[Jerry Lawler] Get some help now!!

Roddy goes to talk but all of a sudden Christian hits Piper right in the head with his microphone! Piper hits the ground, the fans go silent. Christian goes to tackle Orton but Orton manages to stay on his feet, Orton begins to club Christian in the back but Christian grabs his feet and tackles him down. He begins to hit Orton repeatedly, Orton is stuck in the bottom of the corner as Christian stands up and begins to stomp him. But a huge pop is heard from the crowd as Roddy Piper stands up! He rolls up the sleeves of his shirt and grabs one of the stools that was situated in the ring, he lifts it up and smashes the stool off of Christian's back! Christian grimaces in pain but it doesn't do much damage, he turns around and hits Piper yet again. He mounts Piper and lays in even more punches to him, trickles of blood come down on Piper's forehead. Orton gets back up and turns Christian around but he is low blowed. Both men are down now, Christian takes off his jacket and throws one of the stools out of the ring. He raises his arm in the air as a huge uproar of boo's rain down from the fans.

[Jerry Lawler] This is disgusting.

[Jim Ross] I didn't think Christian would stoop this low, he makes me sick.

Christian rolls out of the ring and grabs a steel chair, he takes a second one out from under the ring and throws it in. Christian gets onto the apron but Orton springs to his feet and pulls Christian in for a rope hung DDT! The fans cheer as Orton goes to hit it but Christian pulls himself back and chucks Orton over the ropes, he crumples to the ground with a loud thud. Christian gets into the ground, Roddy Piper is on his knee's getting up but Christian sickly kicks him in the gut. He shouts such things to him as “YOU'RE WASHED UP” “A HAS-BEEN” “YOU'RE NOTHING!” Roddy holds his stomach, he places one of the chairs under Piper's head. The boo's are deafening at this point, Christian places his foot on Piper's head and raises the other chair. But in the knick of time, Orton runs into the ring and tackles Christian to the ground! Christian tries to get up but Orton knee's Christian in the gut. Christian falls onto his stomach.

[Jim Ross] Oh my, we've seen this before. Orton's going to that place in his mind!

[Jerry Lawler] If Orton does what he did to Kane last week, we won't have a cage match next week.

[Jim Ross] Here he goes!

Roddy gets up and holds his bloody head, he staggers into the ropes and holds himself up. Orton stalks to the back of the ring, the opposite side from Christian. Christian is on his knee's, the fans cheer majorly now. Orton hypes himself up in the corner, we all know what's coming next. The Punt Kick. He sprints across the ring with horrible intentions but as he goes to swing for the kick Christian rolls out of the ring! He staggers up the ramp, Orton punches the air multiple times in frustration. Roddy Piper is heard shouting “Get him, get that son of a bitch!” Orton gets out of the ring and sprints up the ramp but security comes out from the side of the ramp to stop him! He tries to break through them but they push him back and restrain him.



[Jim Ross] It's about damn time we got some security!

[Jerry Lawler] Lord knows what would've happened if Orton got to him.

[Jim Ross] I don't even want to imagine it.

Orton gets back into the ring to check on Piper, he gets up to his feet. He makes sure that Piper is okay and he nods back, Piper gets up and raises Orton's hand. Piper's theme plays yet again.



The fans give a big cheer as Orton and Piper are standing in the ring together, Christian is shown shaking his head and walking to the back.

[Jim Ross] I'll be damned, that was one of the most heart-stopping Pipers Pit's I've ever witnessed! Christian vs Randy Orton next week in a Steel Cage, I honestly can't wait. It's going to be an all out Slobber Knocker.

[Jerry Lawler] The last time I saw a hatred this strong was Ted DiBiase and Wade Barrett, and we all know how devastating that feud was. When Orton and Christian are locked together in a Steel Cage all hell is going to break loose.

[Jim Ross] That's just one of the top matches coming to you next week on X-Treme X-Mas! We'll be back right after these commercials.

*We go backstage to the interview area where Edge is seen sitting down, waiting for his interview to begin.*

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen and allow me to introduce to you a Breakdown Superstar who has been in the center of controversy as of lately. At the last XWL Pay-Per-View, he interfered in what was possibly one of the most important matches in the history of XWL and two weeks ago, he competed against two Resistance members who go by the name of Tyson Kidd and The Brian Kendrick! Please welcome my guest at this time, Edge!

[[Edge]]
Thank you, Nick.

[[Nick Jacobs]]
Okay, Edge, first of all I want to get your opinions and thoughts on members of the Resistance. I am going to say a name of a member and give me your opinion. First of all, Chris Hero.



[[Edge]]
Honestly Nick, I never really liked that guy. He looks to have potential if he was just to break away from the Resistance because Rhodes is holding them all down if you ask me. Hero expected to get instant fame by signing a contract to XWL just because he was big in the independent wrestling federations but that isn't how things work. Chris, I speared you and injured you which I am glad I did that because I want you to think. Is being held down by Rhodes doing anything for your career? So far, you've got a contract back but you got injured because of him. Am I the only one seeing that?

[[Nick Jacobs]]
Good point, Edge. Moving onto the next member. Please give your thoughts and opinions on The Brian Kendrick!

[[Edge]]
A few weeks before Rhodes versus Foley I actually encountered this man. Looking back on this moment, I gave my opinions on it and how I feel about the entire Resistance. I don't like them, I've never liked them and I never will like them. Kendrick is apparently the "Man with a Plan" to revive the X-Treme Division. He's the rebel of the whole group. Kendrick seems to be the man who is either going to leave or be kicked out first because Kendrick took advantage of the Resistance for his success. He's X-Treme Champion now and he's focused on that more then the Resistance. He's 7-0 and one of those wins was against me but Kendrick, I'd like to just make it clear that the next time we face off. I'm going to hit you... With a Spear!

[[Nick Jacobs]]
True, Kendrick hasn't been too involved with the Resistance lately. Now moving on, Tyson Kidd.

[[Edge]]
Who?

[[Nick Jacobs]]
Tyson Kidd, the guy who defeated you two weeks ago.

[[Edge]]
Oh, that guy. Well, I don't really know what to say considering I didn't even know who he was at first. Just Kidding, Tyson. He's got a Intercontinental Championship match against Wade Barrett so he must be doing something right.



[[Nick Jacobs]]
Next up, Layla.

[[Edge]]
Ummm... Well... Layla Is.... Can I use a pass or something? I don't think I should say what I'm thinking.

[[Nick Jacobs]]
Sure? Okay, now onto the last member who is also the leader of this stable. Cody Rhodes...

[[Edge]]
I've been waiting for this name to pop up the entire interview because I have a lot to say about Mr. Rhodes. One thing I can say about Rhodes is that I congratulate him for doing something that no other XWL Superstar has done before and that was defeat Mick Foley for some power in XWL. If I was the same person I was a long time ago who was lude, crude and tattooed I would've loved to do that but now, I just don't like the whole idea of this taking over Breakdown idea. Only reason I don't like it now because Cody is basically using others to solidify himself at the top. As long as he has his little teammates, he knows that the chances of him being same of higher. But if I can take one down at a time, then I'll be at Cody soon enough. Others are helping without helping because Tyson is facing Wade Barrett which means Tyson is going to be to distracted going for the Intercontinental Title to possibly help Rhodes and if he does do that, he's already going to be fatigued. Hero is basically out so screw him and Kendrick most likely is going to defend his title at the Pay-Per-View so in conclusion, if I have to get my hands on Rhodes even though we don't have a match... Trust me, I'll make it happen.

But enough about you, nobody watches this show for you. Not gonna lie, before you came over to talk to me, I forgot you even worked here.. and you talk to me every week or two. Nah, this is about me, of course. You want me to talk about.. well, me. About how damn good I am. Or atleast, that's what I'm GOING to talk about, it doesn't matter what you want. And my god.. just how good am I? Of course, there's no answer to that question. There's no words suitable for an explanation. Last week I did what I claimed I would do, I got back into track and won once again. Myself and Alberto Del Rio defeated Eddie Guerrero in a two on one handicap match. Actually, let me rephrase that. Myslf and Alberto Del Rio faced off against Eddie Guerrero in a two on one handicap match, but I beat him. I made that son of a bitch tap out, and I loved it. There's nothing more satisfying than watching the displeasure on all of your faces when your hero not only loses, but taps out. You all expected the generic good guy ending, didn't you? Well this isn't a fairytale, this is the real world, this is called reality. You thought we were gonna beat Eddie down until he had barely any energy left, then out of nowhere he'd jump to his feet and beat us up before ending the match with his famous frogsplash, right?! Well too bad, this isn't some sorta dream world, this is XWL. And in XWL's history, you may have gotten to the top by how well you were liked, but not anymore. You guys HATE me, and I wouldn't have it any other way. But does that mean I'm not going to make it? HELL NO.

Have I ever cared what you think of me? Of course not, you know that! Will I ever care? Again, of course not! I'm going to the top, and I'm going there fast. Once I get there, I'm going absolutely nowhere. People say that the sky is the limit, well not for Dolph Ziggler. Because you see there is no limit when you're as damn good as I am. Hell, I'm so far ahead of the other guys here that I'd tell them all to kiss my ass but they couldn't reach it. You see there's the standard that professional wrestlers are expected to compete at, then there's a higher standard, then there's the legend standard, and then there's me. All alone, sitting on my pedastal, just how I like it. Not only would I have it no other way, but there's no physically possible chance that it COULD be any other way! I didn't ask to be the way I am, but I got it anyway, and not one of the guys in the locker room could hold a candle to me.

Now, who's my opponent this week? It doesn't matter, and why should it? I mean the poor guy isn't gonna stand a chance anyway, he's just gonna march down to the ring all pumped up, get beaten in mere minutes, and make the embarrassing walk of shame back to the locker room. Except this week I'm in such a good mood, I'm not just gonna beat you, I'm gonna rub it right in your face. I'm gonna be the in-your-face asshole that we all know I am. Maybe I won't even pin or submit you when I've got the chance, maybe I'll keep you writhing in pain on the ground while I.. I dunno, run around the ring, do jumping jacks, do a handstand maybe.. whatever I want, that's the point. I'm not gonna be worn out, I'm not even gonna break a sweat. It's all in a days work, and at the end of that day, all I need is some cash in my pocket, a woman on my arm, and the mental image of the opponent tapping out to my sleeperhold.

As it turns out, my opponent this week is none other than Samoa Joe. What a contrast.. In one corner, you've got the definition of perfection. A young, talented, good looking, superstar. Aaaaaand in the other, you've got what appears to be an angry, sweaty, out of shape samoan fatass. Need I ask you who you expect to win this match? Is that even a real question? If you can squeeze yourself into this ring fatboy, I'll gladly teach you what it is to face a real wrestler. You can finally square up against a man who isn't intimidated by your weight. You can call it muscle or height, but don't kid yourself. What it'll be by the end of tonight, is battered, bruised, and bloody.

Placed on top of the table covering a golden Slammy Award, and the Miss Money In The Bank briefcase separated by a fair amount of space and none other than the hold of those two items, Layla, dressed flawlessly as usual with a bedazzled white tank top on that says "100% Real Talk." *

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to more of tonight's dashing episode of Breakdown! I'm your 2011 diva of the year, and your miss money in the bank, Layla. And I'm joined by the always adorable Jerry "The King" Lawler, and Good Ol' JR!

[[JR]]
Wow Layla, I must admit you did a pretty good job at that, have you ever considered a career as a color commentator?

[[Layla]]
Oh of course, perhaps once I'm done saving the divas division I'll start joining you two regularly.

[[King]]
Don't tease me like that Layla, my old heart can't take it!

[[Layla]]
No teasing, King. I'm actually looking forward to this fresh change of pace. I've defeated the so called "best" of this division, minus the champion of course, that will come when I cash this baby in. But like I was saying, after weeks of embarrassing and quite frankly far too easy victories, I just had to take the night off. It's almost becoming sad how no one can match my talent.

[[JR]]
Aren't you perhaps coming off a little strong? I mean no doubt you have been impressive, but you're not unbeatable.

[[King]]
JR! How dare you speak to Layla like that, she's flawless!

[[Layla]]
It's quite alright, King. The old age blinds JR from seeing what's right in front of him, the future of this division in flawless form. But enough about me, we've got a match up next boys! The amazing Trish Stratus makes her annual grand return to the ring against one of our newer divas, Rosita!

[[JR]]
That's right, Rosita is currently in the ring, she looks fired up and she's got a tough match ahead of her.

[[Layla]]
But of course, Trish has a lot of accomplishments while Rosita is just starting out. A victory here could really kick start the young Latina beaut's career here in XWL.



The sound of Trish Stratus's theme gets the crowd up on their feet cheering



Trish comes walking out with the crowd still cheering with her arm in the air*



Trish spins around to reveal the name 'Brunette Mafia' on the back*

Would you look at that new attire, Brunette Mafia, how catchy of her. It's so nice to see the same old Trish Stratus just with a new accessory! It's like the Barbie collection, they're always the same doll, sometimes even the same outfits, but throw in a nifty hat and we've got ourselves the next Holiday season must for every little girl!

[[JR]]
What exactly is your problem with Trish?

[[Layla]]
Problem? Whatever do you mean?

[[JR]]
Oh come on, you clearly have some sort of resentment towards her, is it because she beat you in that Divas Championship match over seven months ago?

[[Layla]]
For your information she did not beat me! I was screwed by Angelina Love, that's common knowledge. Everyone knows I would've walked out Divas Champion that night, and deep down Trish does too.

[[JR]]
Maybe.

[[King]]
Trish is now entering the ring, this match is about to be underway, I'm excited!



*Trish gets into the ring and runs over to the ropes throwing her hands to her sides*

[[Layla]]
As am I, King. I mean you only see Trish Stratus return once every six months, it's a once in a lifetime opportunity to witness such a grand occasion.

The ref calls for the bell to ring and both Trish & Rosita come towards each other locking up. Trish puts Rosita in a headlock, but Rosita pushes her and Trish goes running at the ropes. She bounces off the ropes and comes back running into a dropkick quickly dropping Trish to the mat and Rosita going for a cover.

And this match is already off to a quick start with that near fall!

[[Layla]]
It's such a rookie mistake for Rosita to go for a pin after one move. But she made several of those mistakes in our match weeks ago so I can't say I'm surprised.

[[JR]]
It only takes three seconds though, bigger surprises have happened early in matches before.

[[King]]
That's right you just never know when your opponent has the wind knocked out of them long enough to secure that coveted three count.

Trish kicks out and Rosita seems a little ticked. She picks Trish up by the hair and Trish hits her with a few elbows to the gut before grabbing her head and delivering a hard elbow knocking Rosita to the ground who gets up and is hit by a dropkick from Trish. Rosita is holding her nose from the impact and Trish lifts Rosita up who punches Trish and Irish whips her into the corner turnbuckle. Rosita then walks over to Trish and steps over her delivering a few punches.

Trish pushes her off and Rosita does a flip getting back to her feet and charges at Trish, but Trish moves out of the way and Rosita hits the pad becoming dazed. Trish runs at her and hits a clothesline, then lifting her in the air and hitting a scoop slam. As Rosita hits the mat Trish walks over to the corner for Rosita to get up. Rosita begins to get up, Trish looks over at Layla and says "Watch this honey!" and charges at Rosita who just made it to her feet, but quickly ducks and rolls Trish up with a School Girl.

Trish kicks out, which gets Rosita mad.

[[King]]
And another quick nearfall! Rosita's impressing me, perhaps Trish has a little more rust than we thought.

[[Layla]]
Trish? Ring rust? Oh come on, King. Trish doesn't get ring rust, she's one of the most influential women's wrestlers ever! Or at least that's what all her fans say.

[[JR]]
I can't help but detect a bit of jealousy from you, Layla.

[[Layla]]
Jealous? Me? Don't be ridiculous, JR. What have I got to be jealous about? I'm the top diva in this division, if anyone has anything to be jealous about, it's Trish.


Rosita grabs Trish and lifts her up, then whips her hard sending her out of the ring and crashing down to the concrete floor.

*The crowd begins to boo as Rosita gets out of the ring while smiling*

[[Layla]]
Oh that's going to leave a mark. Come on Trish! Your fans are counting on you!

We're seeing a vicious side of this woman here tonight, I'm actually surprised.

Trish is dazed and try's to get up, but is unable to. Then Rosita gets back out of the ring to get Trish back into the ring.

Trish is sent back into the ring still dazed. Rosita proceeds to pin Trish.

The resilience of Trish Stratus is something extraordinary, wouldn't you both agree?

Of course I am, I carry myself with class and that's reflected in my commentary. You see my shirt?

Yes, an attempt at mocking Trish's famous phrase, we're familiar with how you and Michelle have acted before.

[[Layla]]
I don't know whatever you mean...This shirt means that 100% of what I say, is exactly as it reads, real talk!

[[King]]
And we'd expect nothing less.

[[JR]]
Oh sure, I totally agree...


Trish gets to her feet using the ropes and Rosita goes to grab her, but Trish reverses and send Rosita to the corner. Trish grabs her head raises her arm in the air and runs at the ropes jumping off them and Rosita throws her off with Trish hitting the mat hard. Rosita then drags her over to the corner, climbs to the top and hits her finisher Moonsault. She then drags Trish over a little and pins her once more.

[[Layla]]
What a moonsault! Trish could be done for here!

Trish is able to kick out with the 3 count almost counted. Rosita becomes enraged and starts hitting Trish with a few mounted punches.

Wow! Yet again Trish just will not give up, I'm completely impressed.

[[JR]]
That was really close, King!

Rosita is proving that she can hang with the likes of Trish Stratus, but Trish is also proving why she's revered as one of the best.

[[Layla]]
Completely agree, I had my doubts about Trish, but she's really sold on just how impressive she is here! I mean I'm just amazed at her brilliant performance so far! She hasn't skipped a beat since the last time we saw her, she's definitely going to be our next Divas Champion!

[[JR]]
I'm not sure if you're serious...

[[Layla]]
Of course I am, JR! What's not to be serious about? Trish has really taken it to Rosita here tonight.

Rosita lifts Trish up, who kicks Rosita in the gut and hits her with a DDT. Trish goes for the cover, but Rosita kick out before the ref counts 1. Trish goes to lift Rosita up, but Rosita counters into a pin.

Yet again Trish kicks out. Rosita still enraged argues with the ref giving Trish time to get up. Trish pulls Rosita around, hits her with a right hand and puts her in the Sharpshooter. The ref runs over to ask Rosita if she gives up, but Rosita says no and tries to grab the ropes for a rope break, however Trish pulls her away and puts Rosita back in the hold. Not long after Rosita flips over on her back and pushes Trish away with her feat. Trish is sent into the turnbuckle again and Rosita hits her with a running dropkick. She sees Trish is in position and head to the top. She turns around and dives once again, but with luck Trish moves out of the way in time with Rosita crashing to the mat hard. Trish crawls over to the corner and uses the rope to help herself up and sees Rosita back to her feet. Rosita runs at Trish who dodges and then hits her finisher The Chick Kick.

[[JR]]
Bah gawd, chick kick! Trish has done it! It's gotta be over right there.

Trish flips Rosita over and goes for the pin

I'm not sure, King. I mean they're both exceptional athletes, I'm almost jealous of how impressive they are tonight!

Trish shocked goes to the corner to catch her breath. Rosita makes it back to her feet and both lock up once again. Rosita this time puts Trish in a headlock, but soon after Trish hits her with an elbow puts her arm around Rosita's head and runs and bounces off the top rope nailing Rosita's head on the mat.

OW! She just hit the Stratusfaction!

[[King]]
This has got to be it JR! I can't imagine Rosita kicking out of this.

These fans certainly are going crazy for Trish, I think I might go congratulate her myself.

*She then removes her headset, pulls out her compact out of her pocket then fixes her hair for a moment while Trish makes her way onto the second rope closest to Layla posing for the fans and also giving Layla a very Trish like stare. Layla then begins to obviously applaud Trish in a sarcastic manner, then holds up her finger at her telling her to wait as Trish looks confused. Layla grabs a microphone from the timekeeper and smiles as the fans boo not wanting to hear a word from Layla.*

[[Layla]]
Bravo Trish, bravo! That was a regular five star classic you two just put on, it so puts all my matches to shame!

*She smirks obviously not being a bit sincere in her comment, while Trish just rolls her eyes.*

[[Layla]]
But seriously, you impressed me. I had it all wrong, maybe you do deserve your accolades...I mean being a 9 time champion is a pretty big deal, you should stand proud knowing that you lost championship after championship so many times so that it became a legendary record that has not been broken! I didn't stop your celebration just to compliment you though, I actually had an announcement. You see I may not be as highly regarded as the great Trish Stratus, but somehow I had enough pull to get you a match at X-treme X-mas this Sunday!

*The fans cheer at the fact Trish will be in action, while Trish just stares wondering what this all is leading to.*

[[Layla]]
Yes, you, on the last payperview event of the 2011 year, will go one on one with one of the best current divas in XWL! If not the very best to ever step foot in an XWL ring. She's beautiful, she's talented, and oh my, her accomplishments might not stack up to your "impressive" resume, but they are quite the accolades.

*She pauses letting the boos die down with a smirk before raising her microphone back up.*

[[Layla]]
And according to the rules of every X-treme X-mas match, it will be under an extreme rules stipulation! Yay!

*Layla excitedly claps with the microphone inebtween her arm and the side of her waist.*

[[Layla]]
Trish Stratus, making her PPV return to the ring, at the very last PPV of the year, and it will be in an Extreme Rules match?! Does it get any better?! But wait, it does! Because, your opponent is....

*She pauses for obvious dramatic effect*


[[Layla]]

*Trish seems none to surprised and responds with a simple wink and a smile while the fans boo Layla's long drawn out announcement. After smiling at Trish, Layla's demeanor suddenly changes as she raises the microphone up with intensity in her eyes.*

You're gonna regret coming back to my division when I'm done with you. You may have been on top for most of your career, but as long as I have anything to say about it, you'll be as low as I want you to be! You see Rosita over there? She'll get a title shot before you ever will! You see that fat fan marking out for you right over there? He'll get a Divas title shot before you ever will again! You've held back so many divas in your career, and for what? To have the same old reigns, with the same old speeches, followed by more of the same old story?! You're not impressive, that weak, pathetic, and undeserving of a wrestling contract, diva, over there, the one you just beat, barely I'll add, nearly defeated the great Trish Stratus! Oh you may have come out on top tonight, but at X-treme X-mas, I'll put you in your place once and for all! This is my division sweetie, and you simply don't make the cut anymore.



*She smiles as her theme sounds, Trish places her hands on the ropes just begging Layla to say that to her face, but Layla just laughs lightly and yells "Just wait until Sunday, Trish!" as the two share a staredown once again before Breakdown heads out to a commercial break.*

Breakdown returns from commercials and we’re taken to ringside

King: Welcome back to Breakdown ladies and Gentleman and what a night we’ve had so far.

JR: That’s right King. I’m sure plenty more big things are going to happen tonight. I’m especially concerned with what’s going to happen when the Texas Rattlesnake himself Stone Cold Steve Austin faces off against a newcomer in Eric Young.

King: That’s right JR. One can only imagine the mood Austin’s in after last weeks episode of Breakdown. If you don’t remember I’ll remind you now. It was probably one of the biggest matches in Breakdown’s history. Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. Dwayne The Rock Johnson. After a very heated battle Austin walked away with a loss. Little did we know, he wouldn’t be walking after that. As just a few minutes later, Austin was viciously assaulted by some masked assailant. One things for sure JR, I wouldn’t wanna be Austin’s opponent here tonight.

JR: That’s for sure King. If I know Steve like I do, he’s going to be in a foul mood tonight and only have one thing on his mind. Stomping a mudhole in his opponent and walking it dry. Then, not stopping until he finds out just who assaulted him last week. To tell you the truth partner, I don’t blame him. Austin always says to not trust anyone, and did that ring true last week.

As King goes to speak he’s cut off by Steve Austin’s theme and the crowd goes insane





After a few minutes Austin walks through the curtain and makes his way down to the ring.

Austin looks around again and then goes to each turnbuckle and raises his arms in the air as the crowd cheers

: So I looked around for someone at ringside. I use my lungs and I shouted “Hey, Jackass turn on the lights.” He looked at me and said “What?”

: So I looked at him and I said “What?!” I said turn on the lights you stupid son of a bitch. So, he looked at me, and I looked at him. Then, he got scared and turned his head. I said.. “What’s the matter son?!”

Crowd: What?!



: I grabbed him by his little collar of his shirt and I said “Are you hard of hearing or something son?!” and he didn’t say anything. So, I got a few inches from his face and I said again.. “Are you hard of hearing or something son?!” He shook his head no. So, I let the little guy go. Then, he looked at me, and I looked at him. He smile and then ole Stone Cold smiled too.

Crowd: What?!

: So, then I looked at him in his beady little eyes. & I laughed.

Crowd: What?!

: Then he laughed and ole Stone Cold continued laughing for a few minutes.

: So, I thought to myself “Steve this isn’t accomplishing anything.” Before the little sorry son of a bitched knew it, I kicked him in his little gut, grabbed that some bitch by the head and delivered a Stone Cold Stunner. That little guy rolled around the ring like a fish out of water!

: So then, I looked around again and I yelled for them to turn the damn lights on in this arena. Some jackass in the back must’ve known to not make me angry because next thing I knew, blam!, the lights were back on and they were brighter than my bald head! : The next thing I knew, wham!, pow! Someone hit me on the back of the head and I fell quicker than a hiccup. Right then, the lights were on in Stone Cold’s arena but nobody was home. At that minute some big..

: Sorry son of a bitch began unleashing shot after shot on ole Stone Cold Steve Austin’s head!

: From that point on, ole Stone Cold doesn’t remember much of that day. So, as I woke up at the ranch this morning, I got a call and I was told I had a match tonight.

: So I got dressed.

: So then I hopped in my truck and I made my way to this arena. As I got to the lockeroom I thought to myself.. “Dammit you’re Stone Cold Steve Austin. You don’t let little mealy mouthed jackasses jump you from behind.” I said to myself “’m gonna go out there tonight in the middle of that ring. Look that little punk Eric Young in the eyes and proceed to give him the biggest ass whoopin’ of his entire measly life and that’s all I got to say about that!

: Which brings me back to why I’m out here. What kind of jackass parades around in dark clothes attacking a man from behind? I don’t know if you’re watching this you sorry son of a bitch, but if you are, my name is Stone Cold Steve Austin and I was raised in the good old state of Texas. Now, in Texas we do things big. : Pissed-off son of a bitch. So, son if you know what’s good for you, you’ll do the smart thing and get your scrawny little ass out here right now. & you and ole Stone Cold will settle this man to man and that’s all I got to say about that!

Austin lowers the mic as the crowd cheers loudly. He leans against the ropes and begins to wait. After several minutes nobody comes out. The silence in the arena is deafening but the anger in the ring is felt throughout the entire arena.

The camera cuts back to Austin who doesn’t look pleased. He paces around the ring for a few minutes and before gritting his teeth he speaks yet again



: Do you think you’re funny son?!

Crowd: What?!

: Jumpin the toughest S.O.B in XWL’s history and now that I’m standing here you’ve got the nerve to not come out and face me like a man? Instead, you’re probably sitting back there twiddling your thumbs and playing tidily winks. I’ll say this again. Are you gonna come out here or are you scared?

Make a be-line for the stage and tear apart this arena till I fined you cowering in the corner of a hallway like some kind of scaredy-cat?! Well, I tell you what I’m gonna do. Instead of coming back to the back, and depriving these people of the BIGGEST ass-kicking of a lifetime, Ole Stone Cold is going to lay down a little challenge.

: This Sunday is our Annual Holiday special. So, what I’m gonna do is this. I’m inviting you to get off your sorry little ass, stop being a jackass and meet me in this ring, one on one in a match. If you want to prove to everyone here including ole Stone Cold that you should be taken seriously, then you’ll show your sorry face in this ring this Sunday and that’s all I got to say about that. If you know what’s good for you son, you’ll do the smart thing and accept this match.

: If you know what’s good for you son, you’ll meet me in this ring. Or so help me, I will find you and stomp the BIGGEST mudhole in your ass the size of Texas that even Michael Cole will piss his pants and that’s the bottom line, ‘Cause Stone Cold said so!

Austin throws down the mic and rolls out of the ring as his music hits. He begins making his way up the stage and we fade to commercials
