*After Edge taps out, The Resistance theme song begins to play as Cody shows his pleased demeanor.*

[Cody Rhodes]
That is how you get the job done! Way to go guys!

[Jerry Lawler]
Oh, come on! It was a handicap match, I'd hardly call that a victory.

[Cody Rhodes]
Excuse me? Tyson Kidd just made Edge tap out to the sharpshooter, just like Triple H and everyone else before him!

[Jim Ross]
Handicap or not, that was a huge win for Tyson and Kendrick.

[Jerry Lawler]
Look, it was impressive that Tyson made Edge tap, but let's see him do that again while it's a one on one match!

[Cody Rhodes]
When did you get so soft, King? The fact is Tyson Kidd just made Edge tap. I wouldn't expect any less from my fellow Resistance members. Now, I am going to congratulate them on a job well done.

*Cody takes off his headsets and puts them down on the table. He asks for a microphone before sliding into the ring, having the music cut off. He shakes the hands of both Tyson and Kendrick as the ref hands Brian his championship. Cody begins to talk.*



[Cody Rhodes]
And your winners of the match.... the X-treme Champion... "The" Brian Kendrick and Tyson Kidd... The Resistance!

*The crowd boos as the GM raises the hands of both Tyson Kidd and Brian Kendrick. He pats them on the back before they leave the ring. Cody goes over to Edge, who his now on his knees. Cody smirks as he slaps Edge square in the face! The crowd boos as Edge holds his jaw in shock.*

[Jerry Lawler]
Oh come on! Is Cody going to turn this into a three on one handicap match?

[Jim Ross]
King, I hope you didn't expect anything else from Rhodes.

[Jerry Lawler]
Oh believe me, I didn't.

*With the crowd still booing, Cody hulks over Edge. He goes for another slap, but Edge pushes him right off! Cody is stunned and he charges, but "The Rated R" Superstar catches him with a spear!*

[Jerry Lawler]
AAAHHH!

[Jim Ross]
Spear! What a spear by Edge! Right to the Interim Breakdown General Manger!



*On this day... Edge's theme song hits the PA System as the crowd roars with approval. Cody is left on the mat holding his stomach as Edge stands tall in the ring, with him now having the smirk on his face.*

[Jerry Lawler]
Don't poke the bear, Cody!

*Edges does his "Rock star" taunt with the crowd cheering for him. Edge points to his brain smirking as he exits the ring. As he is walking up the ramp, he throws the taunt again to another round of approval.*

[Jim Ross]
I can only think this will hurt Edge's future on Breakdown, King.

[Jerry Lawler]
Well right now, it is only hurting Cody's gut! Ha!

*Cody uses the ropes to help him get up, fueled with anger. Edge stands on the ramp, smirking and waving at Cody before leaving to go backstage. Rhodes flips out in the ring with Edge's theme song still blasting off.*

[Jim Ross]

A special Ask The Divas logo appears on the screen following a commercial break.



As it slowly fades away, we're taken to a nicely decorated room, where a table is shown with a Slammy Award on top of it, and The Miss Money In The Bank briefcase as well. The cameras pan around the room until none other than Resistance's own, Layla, is shown sitting in a director's style chair next to the table displaying her objects of success.




{Interviewer}
Welcome everyone to a special edition of Ask The Divas, our guest tonight is XWL's one to watch, the 2011 Diva of the year, and the Miss Money In The Bank, Layla!

{Layla}
Thank you for the very fitting introduction.

{Interviewer}
You're very welcome Layla, you've risen up in XWL in the past year in ways no one ever saw coming. You went from a "sidekick" to once top diva Michelle McCool, to possibly one of the most impactful divas in XWL history. Not even a year has passed since you made your return to the ring, yet you've come out on top of everyone of your rivalries, defeated countless top names that couldn't previously be defeated, and went on to be named the 2011 diva of the year. How does it all feel?

{Layla}
It's all so surreal, when XWL first began, I was their very first signed diva...And that's not because of my stunning looks, it's because they knew the division had to be built around someone as amazing as I am. I went on to become the very first Women's champion but sadly they just couldn't find any competition for me, then once they finally could, an inexperienced, and thoughtless woman injured me in a match causing me over a year of hard work and anguish. Which by the way I never lost my title, which makes me the only diva that can actually say that. I never lost, no one ever beat me for it, look in the record books, that's why when I become Divas Champion finally, it's going to be a grand occasion. It's been a long road of struggles and triumph, and I sit here before you as the future of the divas division.


{Interviewer}
Many divas of course might disagree with that statement, any response to that?



{Layla}
Show me a diva that's done as much as I have? Go ahead, do it, because you can't. I haven't had meaningless short lived title reigns, I've had only one, and that never even ended...Yet divas like Trish Stratus take pride in knowing that they've held a title 9 times, and lost it, 9 times...If you're not good enough to keep it the first time, then what's the use in bragging about losing and the winning it back for a ridiculous amount of times?

{Interviewer}
Well your best friend Michelle McCool held the Divas Championship 5 times, are you saying she wasn't good enough too?

{Layla}
Not at all, Michelle's reigns always ended under poor circumstances, she didn't lose, she was always cheated...Her last reign was ended because Natalya Neidhart, the supposed "dominant" diva, lost to Maryse in a tag-team match! Show me how that could possibly be at Michelle's own fault?

{Interviewer}
True true, so let's talk about Kaitlyn, the current Divas Champion, and the only undefeated diva in XWL today.



{Layla}
Okay first, how is that something that she can brag about? She's beaten a bunch of nobodies, while I have beaten the best XWL has to offer, on a weekly basis, for months now.

{Interviewer}
Haven't you lost to Kaitlyn? Twice to be exact...

{Layla}
And? Both were fluke victories obviously, the first time was when she debuted here in XWL, as AJ Lee's mystery partner, I had no idea who she was, and honestly I was so used to facing fit in shape wrestlers, that facing such a chunky monkey like her, well it caught me off guard. You try kicking out when you've got ten tons of cellulite covering you.

{Interviewer}
And your second match? Which was one on one...



{Layla}
Again, yet another fluke victory, I had the match won, but then AJ Lee stuck her little nose in the match and broke up my pin when the referee was down! I had the victory, but then Kaitlyn snuck out with yet another FLUKE. But that's why I'm glad she's champion right now, because the odds of cashing in on her, are great in numbers...And that's what's poetic justice, she's the only diva I haven't beaten! But when I cash this briefcase in, and if she's still the Divas Champion, I'll write the wrong in the history books in XWL, by not only pinning the seemingly unpinnable, but ending the era of boring reigns that no one cares about.

{Interviewer}
How are you so confident though? She's not undefeated for no reason, she's a tough threat in the divas division, what makes you so sure that you can beat her?

{Layla}
Allow me to take you back to a time where the self named "Beautiful People" roamed in XWL with a dominant presence. They were undefeated, no one could beat them, no one could even come close...Yet they messed with me, they thought that they could assert themselves against me, but this briefcase right here, shows that didn't work out too well, now did it?

{Interviewer}
No, because you were able to defeat her in a stretcher match in which her briefcase was on the line.

{Layla}
Exactly! And it wasn't just any stretcher match, it was historic, the first ever in XWL period! And for divas nonetheless, but it was also a handicap match...Velvet Sky tried to help her friend sneak away with a victory, but I not only kicked her so hard she fell off the stage, I snapped Angelina's neck so hard that pushing her up the ramp was no challenge. Then when Angelina tried to return months later, I faced her in a one on one match, her undefeated streak was officially ended! That is why I will end Kaitlyn's, not because I think it, but because history shows that I can do the impossible, and believe me I will.


{Interviewer}
What exactly is your problem with Kaitlyn though? She works hard, she's liked by the fans, and she goes about her career in a respectable way, how is she not a good Representative of the divas division?



{Layla}
Because no one can take her seriously, she's like the female version of Ted DiBiase! That alone is a reason not to want her representing me or any other diva! This a serious thing, how can we as women be taken seriously when we've got Kaitlyn cracking all these humorless jokes? Women already have to work fives times harder than the men just to be seen as equals, having someone that acts and talks like Kaitlyn just sets this division back more so than it already was. I can't take her seriously, and anyone that says they can, is lying.


{Interviewer}
Moving on from the subject of Kaitlyn, since it seems to be annoying you, let's talk about The Resistance. Cody Rhodes is currently the interim general manager right now after defeating Mick Foley a few weeks ago, what exactly is The Resistance doing to make Breakdown better?

{Layla}
You really have to ask? Look at the opportunities that are being given, Wade Barrett, a very impressive man has taken the mid-card by storm since his debut last year, yet not once has Mick Foley given him an opportunity to surpass that placement. Or how about John Morrison, on Redemption he was a lost cause, Cody signed him to Breakdown, and he's currently on quite the hot streak, we know talent, because we are talent. Our doubters can say what they want about us, but we've proven that change is possible, and we've also proven that hard work will be rewarded. Tyson Kidd is the most impressive superstar not to hold a title on Breakdown, defeated some of the biggest names in this industry, yet not once was he ever granted a title match, or even a chance at getting a title match. We righted that wrong as soon as power fell into our hands, he got an opportunity, he made the most of it and now he's got an Intercontinental Championship title shot. Or what about The Brian Kendrick, this man fought harder than anyone else to make something that had been treated like an objectified hot potato, into something that matters again! He got the shot he so desperately craved, and he made the most of it by walking the new X-treme Champion. The Resistance didn't get involved in either matches, we just gave opportunity, that's all anyone asks for, a chance, one shot to make or break them, if you're not even going to grant opportunity, then what's the point in all of these amazing superstars putting in hard work when nothing is rewarded in return?

{Interviewer}
Those are all actually very fair points, I will agree that The Resistance has surprised people by not being abusive of their power thus far, you just gave opportunity, and left it up to those that have these opportunities, into making it into something more.


{Layla}
Exactly, we're not trying to make our careers any easier, no, our message that we've been trying to spread, is that we put in hours of agonizing training to make it to this point in our careers, so we deserve to be given equal opportunity. Every single superstar and diva alike, they deserve a chance, chances that aren't given by the likes of Mick Foley. Let's go back to Wade Barrett again, the guy defeats not one, not two, not three, not four, but five challengers, back to back, no time outs, no breaks of any kind, and what happens? He just gets another challenger, another pointless "challenge" a guy like Wade Barrett won't be challenged by the likes of those that he's had to face. A challenge for him at this point, is exactly what he's got. It's up to him to make it happen, we granted an opportunity that Mick Foley foolishly chose not to, it's honestly as simple as that. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but we've handled our control over Breakdown in the most dignified way that Breakdown has ran in a very long time.


{Interviewer}
So you've obviously succeeded in bringing about change, that's why you all formed, to bring about something that alone you could not...So what's next for The Resistance?


{Layla}
Rebuilding and creating a product that not only our superstars and divas can be proud of, but our viewers as well. Mick Foley ran things in a terrible fashion, I mean he made me compete in a hell in a cell match, me, a woman, in a match that was designed for barbarians basically! Then he puts my Money In The Bank contract on the line, my contract as a Breakdown diva, and he appoints himself as the special referee, tell me how that under any circumstances was acceptable?

{Interviewer}
Many did roll their eyes about that quite a bit...

{Layla}
Or who can forget how he prevented me from cashing this contract in! How he went against the wording in this contract, and froze it preventing me from being able to take advantage of the opportunity that this case permits. Obviously those actions alone should bring about questioning of his authority. But it wasn't only that, every superstar in Resistance, and others that weren't, all had things happen, things that if Resistance were in control like we are now, would never have happened. Look at Curt Hawkins, fired, for what? The abundance of "loser leaves" or "loser is fired" matches, it's as if he got some sick pleasure out of toying with not only our careers, but our livelihood.

{Interviewer}
I can agree with you on that, we've seen far too many men and women fired for inexcusable reasons as of late.

{Layla}
That is why we all owe Cody Rhodes a great debt, he had the opportunity to end this era of injustice, and with us by his side, he did it...We're rid of Mick Foley, and Breakdown is saved.

{Interviewer}
Perhaps, although it seems as if one superstar isn't so cooperative with this "change"

{Layla}
Ah, Edge, Mick Foley's last signing, he's proven to be quite the nuisance, he tried to prevent Resistance's rise to power, but he failed, and he won't accept the change...He's brainwashed by Mick Foley, he thinks what we're doing is wrong, that the "Mick Foley" way, was better. So we're dealing with that problem, we refuse to let one bad apple ruin the bunch, and one way or another this problem will be expunged.

{Interviewer}
Well it's been lovely chatting with you, you're very wise and I can understand why you've progressed so much, you're obviously a hard worker, and I wish you the best. Do you have any final comments to leave us?

{Layla}
My words against Kaitlyn might have come across as harsh, but I truly believe that someone like her should not be leading the divas. The divas division has fallen on hard times, it needs a courageous leader, one that's not afraid of breaking that wall down that's been placed in front of us, and bringing the divas to a new height. Which is why I'm perfect for that, I've already made history, I've competed in two historic matches this year, matches divas had never been in before. I can lead the divas of XWL into a new era, an era where we all can be proud to call ourselves divas...Smart, Sexy, and Powerful. On the night that I cash this briecase in, the divas division will never be the same, it will bigger, it will be better, and it will be soon!


She grabs her briefcase off the table, places it in her lap, and then places her palm over it rubbing it in an up and down motion as she stares intensely into the cameras before we fade away to a commercial break.

The camera quickly begins to pan over this sold out crowd here tonight with few fans holding up their signs to the camera! After a few moments we go to the back where Eve Torres is shown in her locker room preparing for her match.

Woo check this out King it looks as if we are going to have some more diva action up soon enough! Eve Torres is set to tonight go one on one against the champ herself, Kaitlyn.

Jim Ross
Yes King and what a match up between the two this could be with both divas wanting to gain the momentum or bragging rights so to speak heading into Xtreme Xmas with the Divas Title in their sights.

Jerry “The King” Lawler
Well we know one thing for sure and that is any one of those 4 divas could walk out champion but with Kaitlyn still undefeated here you would have to think she may be the one who has the more momentum riding into this match

Jim Ross
Well maybe King but Eve and Maryse over the past few months have shown they are both fighters and want that gold around their waists.

Jerry “The King” Lawler
Oh boy I really hope one of them would like me around their waists!

That’s just disgusting let’s just quickly move on before you start getting all worked up. Now last week Eve spoke directly to the crowd from her locker room after the show had ended via the titantron, and we have now been told we are able to show the footage to all of you here tonight and watching at home…

Hello everybody and I have just been checking out my facebook and twitter and I thought I would just address everyone publically aswell as recording this so you may all want to scream and shout a little bit because you will all be going to be added to my exclusive fan page and youtube channel. Now I’ve just checked and there has been a lot of questions regarding the match which took place earlier this evening regarding two sets of best friends going against each other. Now all four of us divas have no problem with each other and infact I’m happy to say and I hope AJ and Kaitlyn feel the same but they are also my friends and very good ones. Now in the match I feel it was quite even and well in the end I did end up getting pinned so first things first I’m sorry Kelly I know how much we both wanted to win but well I guess we’ll have to have another shot in the future.



[Eve Torres]
Now a lot of you people have just been sending me messages and just blowing up my news feed about me being added into the divas title match at xtreme xmas and I know a lot of you have been wanting to hear my thoughts on it all. Well I think it’s fair to say I am overwhelmed to have a title match and I mean all this hard work looks to be finally paying off. Now I’ve been in the gym and training for months and months and well I think I am more than ready and I think I do chance of becoming champion. Last week I hope I proved to both AJ and Kaitlyn that hopefully I do deserve a shot at the title and well Maryse has known from past experiences that I can beat her and hopefully when it comes around to Xtreme Xmas that I can pin her again to become the Divas Champion!



[Eve Torres]
Now I think I am going to need to prepare because this is definitely without a doubt one of the toughest matches I am going to be going into and I mean I’ve never held the divas or the old womens title here in XWL and I mean it would just be amazing to be the champion. Now I’ve just been looking in and my twitter feed is blowing up so I just thought before I said anything else I would just begin to answer a few questions and give you my thoughts on a few things.



[Eve Torres]
Well let’s get started shall we, now this just came in and I think it’s a pretty important question, if I win the divas title will I be a fighting champion and how long do I see myself being in the title picture? Well I think if I was champion I would be a fighting champion and I mean I think that of course I would love to stick around in the title picture a long time but I think it’s nice to let new fresh faces get a chance to become champion but well if I do become champion I will more than happily go against anybody in that ring. Now TomMoore wants to know what are my feelings towards Maryse? Well Tom have you just being like asleep for the past few months? I think I have shown my feelings clearly to Maryse, she dosen’t like me and I do not like her.
She is just so far stuck up her own ass and I mean her attitude really is just awful. Now I know she has beaten me in the past and well she did beat me in our last match so I respect some of the stuff she can do in that ring. What I do not respect is when blonde bimbos who just stroll in thinking they can just get what they want. News flash this is not you’re home and daddy isn’t going to just come in with a load of money and give you everything. People aren’t afraid to fight here and if they were then they are in the wrong industry. So there you go, there are my thoughts on Maryse once again.



[Eve Torres]
Now @TheBigO wants to ask….wait isn’t that one of Zack Ryders little friends? Well he just tweeted me asking to go out around long island with him well i would but I have to wash my hair that night so sorry about that. Quickly moving on someone asks about how I feel over Maryse moving to Redemption. Well obviously I’m not too pleased with the decision but I mean Vickie is a smart woman and even if she may be a little arrogant she can make some good business decisions and I think she thinks with the whole love story with Ted and Maryse that it would be good for business with her being over here and just one thing while I’m on the point Ted what exactly is making you fall for Maryse? She probably would sell you down the river just for a new diamond necklace…
Now guys this is just crazy I love you all but I mean I’m sorry I cannot answer each and every question. My twitter has actually just crashed so I think I’ll check my facebook which hopefully people have been leaving comments on. Oh there is one! One guy wants to know am I going to answer questions like this more regularly because he feels it’s a good way to connect with the fans. Well I am really having fun doing this so yes definitely expect more of these in the future. This originally was just going to be me giving my thoughts on the basic points such as being in the title match and basically what happened last week but I mean it has blown up into this whole thing which I am really enjoying and I love the support from all of you.

Now next week I have been told who I am going to be facing so I feel I can give you all a little sneak peak… I am going to be going over onto Breakdown and I am going to be going one on one against the Divas Champion herself Kaitlyn! Now Kaitlyn is undefeated and I mean I don’t want to sound mean because I love her to bits but I really want to get a victory and I am hoping I can get it done. Kaitlyn is one of the toughest divas we have here right now so I really cannot wait to see how far I’ve come and just how well I can go with her in the ring. Hopefully I can help prove to myself I have a serious shot and I can beat any of the 3 other divas in the match. Now I think I have to go because Vickie booked me in to do another short Q & A with the fans! I really hope you had fun watching as I had doing it! Expect another Ask Eve in a few weeks!

The camera fades out off Eve and goes directly into a short video package for the XWL Divas!

Breakdown returns from a short commercial break and none other than The Brian Kendrick's theme begins to blast from the PA system as the thousands in attendance boo his arrival.

Earlier tonight TBK and Tyson Kidd proved to The Rated-R Superstar that there is strength in numbers as Kendrick picked up his sixth consecutive win!

On my very first Breakdown upon my return to the XWL I spoke the truth up in those rafters, I stated that it was my destiny to become the X-Treme Champion and each and every week I proved why as my undefeated streak kept becoming more and more impressive. For months I came out here and spoke about the X-Treme Title and why I deserved a shot at it yet the weeks went by and unworthy excuses for champions came and went, week after week after week I watched on as Mick Foley prevented my destiny, it was then that I realized what my true path was. I saw the X-Treme Title not for what it was but for what it could one day be, a title fought over by the truly courageous who were never given a chance to be noticed. Everyone said that Foley would never let my dream for an X-Treme Division become a reality, but thanks to Cody Rhodes' giving me the chance I not only deserved, not only earned, but the chance that I needed... I am standing in front of you all as The X-Treme Champion of the X-Treme Division!

But there are still doubters out there, people who don't believe in the potential of the X-Treme Division Wrestlers but are foolish in doing so. I know that each and every one of those men backstage has what it takes to prove you all wrong, all they need is chance to see that they now have something worth fighting for..

How about Kofi Kingston and all of the others that have been buried to the point of being forgotten.. Or Goldust and all of you newcomers who haven't been given a chance to let your voice be heard.. I was able to overcome the challenge of defeating Christian and becoming the new X-Treme Champion, now I'm challenging any of you to come out here and challenge me for my title face to face!

How about Drew McIntyre? Two weeks ago in the BK Lounge you proved to me that you have the potential to do great things in the X-Treme Division, now's your chance to come out here and tell everyone just who Drew McIntyre really is.

What about you Mr. Fn? The Monster of XWL or whatever you call yourself now, why don't you come down here and we put on a modern day show of David versus Goliath? You're size gives you the capability to bring the X-Treme Division to heights unimaginable by most but instead you choose to seclude yourself in silence. If you and I were to face off in this very ring for my title you would witness your intimidation meeting it's end at the hands of courage and I am the hands of courage! I know why you hind behind your mask, I can see that you're trying to mask your pain, and I'm not talking about the pain of a steel chair crushing into your ribs or a ring bell busting open your temple you don't feel that pain, the pain you feel is coming from your belly formulating into an Abyss of misery, that pain is the real you pleading for you to shed that which holds you down, to shed your mask and reach your full potential. Now I would love to help you become a man but that is not my mission, my purpose is to revive the X-Treme Title's prestige, recover the fame which Mick Foley stole from me all those months ago, and most importantly to become the greatest X-Treme Champion in the history of the XWL, that is my purpose Mr. Fn, what's yours? Are you man enough to come out to his ring or will you continue sulking in the shadows?

Or what about Jack Swagger? The All American, American? Do you think that you're wrestling background is enough to thwart Justice? Do you think that you have proven that you deserve a shot at my X-Treme Title? Well if so then I dare you to come out to this ring and challenge me face to face! Or are the rumors true? Is the All American-American a quitter... a loser?

Or Sin Cara. The Mysterious Mexican High Flyer. Do you think that you have what it takes to defeat me? Do you have the guts to get up after being put through a table? Do you have it in you to kick out after being smashed in the temple with a chair? Are you X-Treme enough to look pain right in the face and laugh because you know it's all worth it, because you know that this title is worth more then anyone believes? Or are you just another one trick pony who's spark will soon fizzle out?

It is about damn time! It is about time somebody on this god forsaken show finally serves justice. For too long, XWL Has treated its great talent such as myself like we are nothing. They keep us down and leave us to rot away at the bottom of the card! Not anymore. You see now that Brian Kendrick here has taken his title responsibility into his own hands, He has very generously decided to give us well deserving, young, inspirational, athletic and amazing talent our rightful shot at fame and fortune!

But Brian, this is a very, very serious matter. Opening up this challenge to unused talent is risky. We can do things no one else can do. We can hurt people, destroy people, Crush people. You don't know our background. I want to give you a fair warning Kendrick, because believe me, I don't want to see a kind generous man like you get hurt! Now I have not been in XWL a lot. I have come and gone. I have been forgotten and left behind but now the likes of me and all the great talent of XWL will rise above! No longer will we stand in the shadow of the likes of CM Punk, Ted DiBiase and Shawn Michaels!

Kendrick let me tell you something. You and I both know that XWL is run by a bunch of big shots who think there all that, with their big world titles and crap. But Kendrick you and I are going to start the new generation! Where talent like us is used correctly! Where everyone gets their rightfully chance! Brian, I know you have been through a lot for that title. You have fought and won your war and triumphed to prove who you are and why you deserve to be where you are today! But let me tell you something......While this may have been your'e greatest decision of all time!

I don't hate you Brian, as a matter of fact you're one of the few guys I respect but your out here with the title that I seek so unfortunately I'm gonna have to beat both you and Bobby to prove a point, won't I? Now Brian this is quite the conundrum you've got here, you laid down a challenge and two people accepted so instead of you just defending your belt against one of us… I'm saying make it a three way bout for your title!



Kendrick begins to smile and nod his head as he raises the mic, but instead of Kendrick’s voice we instead hear Sin Cara’s theme!

Cara sprints down the ramp and slides into the ring, he requests a mic and begins to speak

Mi Amigos, stop all this debating about who's deserves what and who's gonna take the X-Treme Title from Kendrick, it's giving me a dolor de cabeza, or for you Americano fans out there, a HEADACHE! But lets talk about the X-Treme Championship, for those people that are slow its the title that Kendrick is holding right now, but that title is mine he’s just holding it for me, it’s not his, it’s not Roodes, Cara’s, or McIntyre’s, its mine. If anyone should get a match for that Title, it's me! I defended that very Title against Mr. Money in the Bank himself, Dave Batista!!!

*The crowd boos loudly as Christian mentions his victory over The Animal.*

I brought prestige to that Championship and I'm not gonna watch you ruin everything I build up, Kendrick! I'm not letting you defend this Championship against these bunch of nobodies! I demand a re-match for my Championship and I want it before these nobodies have their chance to face you! I mean who in the hell is Bobby Roode? Are you supposed to be some poor mans cowboy? This is just awful. I've never heard of you before and I'm glad I never did. You're just another waste of space like the Champion himself. This is not Justice. This is another mistake of the management and the first mistake of our new General Manager Cody Rhodes.

Both these Titles are around wrong waists! They should be around my waist. I've reached so much in such a short time and I deserve more than everyone in this ring combined! I nearly became the Intercontinental Champion, you people can only dream of that! You people won't even get close to a Intercontinental Championship match and you won't get close to an X-Treme Title match, either. I want my re-match, Kendrick, and I want it as soon as possible!

Bobby Roode may have not made an impact here on Breakdown in the past but tonight he saw something worth coming out here for, my X-Treme Title, and that's all it takes to go from a man with no voice to Bobby Roode; a possible contender for my X-Treme Title. Sin Cara is now more than just a masked mexican high flyer, he's now Sin Cara; a possible contender for my X-Treme Title. John Morrison knows what success feels like but as of late has done nothing to prove that he wants to achieve it once more, but tonight he has proven that he is more then just a thing of the past, he is now John Morrison; possible contender for my X-Treme Title. Drew McIntyre has been buried to the point of being forgotten as of late, he hasn't been given the opportunity to shine but tonight he was, tonight he is now Drew McIntyre, possible contender for my X-Treme Title. But as much as I love finding and facing unseen competition and unused talent the one thing I love more then any of this is hearing The Brian Kendrick announced as The X-Treme Champion and just because I am a true fighting champion doesn't mean that my time as champion is temporary. I will face each and every wrestler who hasn't been given a chance to shine, I will step in this ring every other week with no complaints because I love competition, I will accept all challengers and defeat them all! Christian points and shouts something that the camera isn't able to pick up at Kendrick. Roode, McIntyre, and TBK begin getting into what looks like a heated shouting contest with Christian while Morrison and Cara look to be arguing in the ring as well. All of a sudden they are all cut off by an all too familiar voice....

An over flowing reject bin standing in the middle of the ring on his show?! You people don't even realize that you are on The Rocks show?! Ruining The Rocks show with your nonsensical crap! News flash, NOBODY GIVES A DAMN ABOUT THE X-TREME TITLE! It's not relevant! Any one in this industry with even an ounce of real talent wouldn't give that strap a second look! The Rock came into this company and within four short months, he was the fastest XWL World Champion in history! That is what people tune in to see! The Rock whooping John Cenas candy ass and pinning him slap bang in the middle of the ring at November to Remember? THAT is what gets this company ratings! What gets this company money! And nothing and The Rock means NOTHING! Is more important than money. No one tunes in each and every week to see Christian standing in the middle of the ring with tears rolling down his face and piss streaming down his legs while he cries about having one more match for a title with less worth than Mick Foleys suit collection!

And he took on four of the best this company had to offer, plus Justin Gabriel. Lets take a look at just who you thought would be acceptable challengers to your prestigious championship. First off, you got Bobby Rhoode, now The Rock is just going to be straight up with you here, he has never heard of this man in his life! Off to a flying start aren't we Brian?

I’m more X-Treme then anyone in that ring or in the locker room, so Kendrick you poser, forget them, you know who is truly worthy to face you for that title and that’s me, Bully Ray!

You call me a poser yet unlike so many of the wrestlers backstage I stand in front of these people as who I really am, I refuse to put on a mask every week and I don't mean a physical mask like Mr. Fn or Sin Cara wears to hide their true identity I'm talking about the mask that wrestlers like you wear Bully Ray. Boldness is a mask for fear and you wear it everyday you compete in this ring, I see the fear in your eyes when you enter, the fear of losing, the fear of not being good enough.. fear.. My zero point is a great distance from fear, you thrive off of intimidation but my vibrational frequencies are too high for that! What you are is a low vibrational reptilian with no purpose, what I am is a descendant god who's purpose, path, and calling is to make this title, my title, worth fighting for once again. As Fn enters the ring Roode, McIntyre, and Kendrick immediately begin to kick at the monster but Fn is able to throw Kendrick off of him and clutches Roode and McIntyre and hits a double chokeslam!! Cara jumps from the top rope at Fn but is caught in mid air and slammed to the floor! Morrison takes one look at Fn, holds his arms in the air, and throws himself out of the ring to the crowds laughter. Fn then glares down at The Brian Kendrick who is just getting back to his feet. Kendrick smirks, closes his eyes, and holds out his arms as if saying “Do your worst” but after a few moments he opens his eyes and realizes that Fn is looking up at the tron where none other than Vickie Guerrero is looking down at the scene

EXCUSE ME!!... EXCUSE ME!! Brian I think that it’s lovely that you took it upon yourself to make this open challenge but Roode, McIntyre, Fn, and the rest will just have to wait because I have already selected an opponent for you next week!

Vickie fades from the tron and we see Fn, Cara, Morrison, McIntyre and Roode all in the ring glaring at The Brian Kendrick clearly upset that they didn’t get their shot at the title. Kendrick throws his arms up as if saying “It wasn’t my choice” before pointing at something behind the rest of the wrestlers causing them to look away as he quickly dashes out of the ring with his title! We go to commercial to Kendrick retreating up the ramp title in hand as the rest of the X-Treme Division Wrestlers look on in anger!

*As Breakdown returns from a commercial break, the camera's show a series of shots showing the crowd in attendance, as Redemption superstar and United States champion Shawn Michaels' theme hits the arena causing the crowd stand on their feet and cheer for the Heartbreak Kid*



*As the crowd continue to cheer for Michaels, HBK walks out onto the stage as the cheers increase for the champion*



Jim Ross: And there he is, ladies and gentlemen, Redemption's Shawn Michaels!

Jerry "The King" Lawler: It's always great to see HBK, it's just a shame we don't get to see him every week on Breakdown.

Jim Ross: Well his last stint on the show didn't end very well as he feel victim to our now General Manager Cody Rhodes, but since the move to Redemption Shawn's put that all behind him, and is back to doing what he does best.

*As Shawn walks down the ramp, he stops half way, and get's down to his knee's and point's to the heaven's as his pyro explodes behind him at the top of the ramp, left to right, right to left, then the same again*



*As the pyro finishes, Shawn jumps back onto his feet, and begins to progress down to the ring again*

Jerry "The King" Lawler: You can say that again, the Shawn Michaels that last appeared on Breakdown was nothing compared to the one we all know and love, and now he's back to his old Show stopping self.

Jim Ross: And he's got the gold to prove it, he's the current United States champion, and he's not settling for that, he only just came up short in his first Main Event match on Redemption against another revitalised star in John Cena.

Jerry "The King" Lawler: That certainly was a close match to call, both men showed a great account of themselves it was back and forth all match until Cena pulled an Attitude Adjustment out of the hat, just after we all thought it was over with the Sweet Chin Music.

Jim Ross: And tonight Shawn has the opportunity to put it behind him with a match against the Mexican Aristocrat, Alberto Del Rio. Who will be looking to get back on track himself after another loss to his rival Eddie Guerrero.

*As Shawn enters the ring he spins around a few times until he reaches the center, then performs his signature pose for the camera, as flashes of the members of the crowd's go off*



Jerry "The King" Lawler: Both men need to win tonight, and without the distractions of Kevin Steen or Triple H for Michaels that could just give him the edge.

Jim Ross: Yes, but the three stages of hell match must be on his mind, and he'll need all the momentum he can get going into that match at X-Treme X-Mas if he's going to beat The Game again.

Jerry "The King" Lawler: And there's the little matter of when Kevin Steen will get his rematch for the United States championship, will that be at X-Treme X-Mas too? Could you imagine goings through an Extreme Rules match, a Cage match and a Last Man Standing match and then win or lose having to defend your championship against Kevin Steen? Shawn has a lot of heart there's no doubting that, but everyone has a breaking point, and I'm not sure he can pull it off.

Jim Ross: If anyone can do it, it's that man, he held the Intercontinental championship for nearly fourteen months, he's the Heartbreak Kid, and whilst there's still a breath in his body you know he won't quit, he won't give up and he will keep on fighting until the very end.

*As Shawn's theme fades out he stands in the middle of the ring with a microphone in his hand as he raises it to his mouth*

*Before Shawn can finish his sentence, Alberto Del Rio's theme blasts throughout the arena, garnering a mild reception of boo's*

Jerry "The King" Lawler: Oh boy, this will not end well, I can already see it...

Jim Ross: Alberto Del Rio has got to be in the worst possible mood, not once, but twice Eddie Guerrero has embarrassed him.

Jerry "The King" Lawler: I heard that he was beyond livid at anyone who mentioned Eddie's name earlier today.

Jim Ross: Well Alberto isn't the type that's used to being made a mockery of, and despite his efforts, Eddie Guerrero just will not tap out, it's all got to driving him crazy.



*The cameras show us a view of the ring, where Shawn Michaels stands just staring at the stage, as a suited up Alberto Del Rio makes his way out from the back.*



Alberto Del Rio: Forgive me "Icon" but I just couldn't sit back there any longer and listen to you suck up to these perdedores.

*He takes a few steps forward, as his theme ceases and he raises his microphone back up*



Alberto Del Rio: You see, I know what you're doing, and I don't care if the entire arena shouts your name to the rooftops...Because it won't change your destiny, Shawn Michaels.

*He takes a few more steps forward.*

Alberto Del Rio: It won't change the fact that you Mr. "Showstopper" will have your arm torn apart ligament by ligament, by yours truly. Es cierto, y es tu destino! You can go on and on about how you're this, and you're that, but at the end of the night, none of that will matter, not your fans, not your fancy little championship, because you're going to tap out. It's not a choice you'll make, it will be your only option! Eddie Guerrero for two weeks has managed to use every trick he has just to escape that harsh reality that's waiting for him. But you won't be so fortunate, and neither will he in two weeks time. Because after a very helpful meeting with Cody Rhodes earlier today, I've been granted a well deserved rematch against Eddie, and it will take place at X-treme X-mas. And just like you'll tap out later tonight, he'll tap out then too, because it's not just any match, no, Eddie will finally come face to face with the cruel fate that awaits him, in a match that will punish him, in a match that will prevent any disqualifications, or trickery. At X-treme X-mas, Eddie and myself will meet in a Submissions Count Anywhere match!

Jim Ross: Wow, now that's a huge announcement, a Submissions Count Anywhere match?

Jerry "The King" Lawler: Eddie's managed to pin Alberto, and get a victory by disqualification, but he has not made him tap out, can he do so at X-treme X-mas?

*After a slight grin fades away from his face, he walks further down the ramp and approaches the ring.*

Alberto Del Rio: Deep down you know you're past your prime, that's why you're stuck in a state of silence, isn't it? There you stand the United States Champion, yet it doesn't make a bit of difference, you know I'm stronger, faster, and better than you, you know you can't compare, just like you can't compare to Kevin Steen. Even someone as Brobdingnagian as Kevin Steen is faster than you. You're just not cut out for this business any longer, and tonight's match will prove that.

*He lightly laughs, then takes a few more steps forward as he nears the ring steps.*

Alberto Del Rio: What's wrong Shawn, has the cat got your tongue? Or are you just imagining all of the painful things I'm going to do to that precious arm of yours later tonight?

Shawn Michaels: Just hold on a second Pepe. Is that supposed to impress me or something? Ladies and Gentlemen Alberto Del Rio vs. Eddie Guerrero in a Submissions Count Anywhere match, no no no that's real impressive Alberto, what are you now? 0 and 2 against him? So what? Is this supposed to make a difference. You're not facing some kind of Vanilla Midget, you're facing Eddie Guerrero. He lies, he steals, he cheats, and Bertie whether it's by pin, DQ or soon to be submission, you just just can't beat La-tino Heat!

*Upon the reference to Eddie Guerrero the crowd begin to chant "Eddie, Eddie, Eddie" for a few seconds, visibly angering Alberto Del Rio as he stares at Michaels' muttering something in Spanish*

Shawn Michaels: And as far as tonight goes, well we'll just have to wait and find out won't we. The Armbar or Sweet Chin Music. Alberto Del Rio or Shawn Michaels. The former World champion, Intercontinental champion and current United States champion or Alberto Del Rio. You see Alberto, you talk a big game, and I get that, heck if anyone knows how to talk a big game then it's Shawn Michaels, but the difference is, every time I do so, and get into this ring and I prove myself time and time again. I guess that goes shows just how much of a no brainier this really is, when I was sat at home and my phone rang, and Vickie Guerrero...

Alberto Del Rio: Don't you dare mention that wretched woman's name! Vickie Guerrero is the slime of the earth, and her husband is even worse...But I didn't come out here to talk about Eddie, or his perra!



*Alberto then walks up the steel steps, makes his way over the middle of the apron then leans in with a smile.*



Alberto Del Rio: I came out here to shut you up, no one gives a damn about what you have to say, you're old, you're decrepit, and no matter how much you try, you're also irrelevant. Sure you've got that fancy title with you now, but what happens when Kevin Steen defeats you and sends you to the retirement home where you belong? What then, Shawn, huh? What then?

*Del Rio finally enters the ring as Shawn stares at him with his microphone lowered.*



Alberto Del Rio: Will you make yet another failed return in another couple of months? Fight tooth and nail just to barely float above obscurity? That's the problem with "legends" like you and Eddie Guerrero, they don't know when to call it a day, and pick up a new hobby of shuffleboard. They just keep taking and taking away from new and more exciting superstars such as myself, until eventually everyone turns on them because they're sick of the same old tired act! How many times have we seen you and Triple H at each other's throats? And how many times have you come out months later, skipping with each other and acting as if nothing happened? You're just like a once popular movie, everyone's seen it, and no matter how many times you watch it, it's not going to get any better!

*He grins as the audience boo his words towards the United States Champion..*



Alberto Del Rio: Face it, Shawn, no matter how hard you try, you're just stuck on repeat, following the same formula every single time...Legends like Eddie and yourself, you're the problem in professional wrestling, clinging to every single thing that your once "famous" name can get you. Tonight, I'm going to destroy that precious arm of yours, I'll twist it, I'll snap it, and tear it apart until you're forced to give up...But you already know that, don't you Shawn? I can see it in your eyes, you haven't the slight bit of confidence, you know everything I say is the absolute truth, and nothing you could say, nor nothing you could do, will prove otherwise!

*As Alberto finishes speaking he turns away from Michaels teasing the crowd about the aging Heartbreak Kid, signifying that he is the future of XWL not Shawn or Eddie causing the crowd to boo him, before turning around the taunting the other side of the crowd as the boos continue, as the Essence of Excellence looks clearly very smug with himself then turns around to facing Shawn Michaels taunting him as well as the boos continue, and Shawn just stands there staring at Alberto. As the taunting continues for a few seconds with Shawn still starring to Alberto with as expressionless look on his face, slowly turns away from Del Rio, then swiftly turns around Super kicking Alberto Del Rio square in the jaw, sending him crashing to the mat as the crowd explode in a huge cheer*



*As Alberto crashes to the mat, Shawn stands near his body, raising both his arms above his head and performs a Crotch chop telling Del Rio to sock it to the crowd's approval, as Shawn's music begins to play*



*As Shawn's music plays he walks over to the turnbuckle, and climbs up to the second turnbuckle starring out into the crowd for a few seconds before raises his arms in an X shape above his head as the crowd cheer for him*

Jim Ross: Michaels with the Superkick, what lightning fast speed and precision. Del Rio is out!

Jerry "The King" Lawler: Alberto should of known better then to give Shawn an opening. He's as wily as ever, and Del Rio just paid the price for his cockiness there.

Jim Ross: And you can't say he didn't have it coming either, what Del Rio said about Shawn was flat out disrespectful, the man has accomplished pretty much everything there is to accomplish in this company.

*As Shawn climbs down the turnbuckle he begins exiting the ring, then decides to get back in the ring and walks over the Del Rio who's still on the floor and picks up a microphone as his theme fades out*

Shawn Michaels: And if you're not down with that, I got two words for ya!

*As soon as Shawn finishes speaking he throwing his arm up into the air, microphone in hand, as the crowd shout "SUCK IT!"*

Shawn Michaels: But you Alberto, aha...you already know that! Now hit MY music.

*As Shawn drops the microphone in the ring, the DX theme begins to play*





*As Alberto remains laying back down in the ring, Shawn kneels over his body, grabbing his scarf around Alberto's neck and slowly removes it, before putting it around his neck, and rolling out of the ring*

Jerry "The King" Lawler: Well this match just got a lot more interesting.

Jim Ross: Alberto clearly has a problem with the legends around here taking up the top spots in this company, and he has the chance to get one over on Michaels tonight, and that Superkick would of given him even more motivation to do that.



*As Shawn walks up the ramp the fans both sides of him are sticking their hands out trying to get a high five from HBK, which he complies to doing so first on the cameras left going back down to ringside, then back up the ramp on the camera's right*

Jerry "The King" Lawler: As if that wasn't enough already but Del Rio will be keen to show the world exactly what we plans on doing to Eddie Guerrero at X-Treme X-Mas with the Cross Armbar of his. However after what just happened I'm sure he'll be paying just as close attention of Shawn's feet as his arms.

Jim Ross: It should be a great competitive match up between those two, and I for one can't wait for it to happen later tonight!



*As Shawn reaches the top of the ramp, he turns around looking at his opponent tonight Alberto Del Rio, who's staring up to the roof of the arena holding his jaw still hurting from the Superkick as Breakdown heads to a commercial*

Yes, yes I do, Josh. I'm all about giving people fair opportunities. For example, I am giving Wade Barrett a chance at the World Heavyweight Champion at the pay per view, but the fact remains he is still the Intercontinental Champion. Not for long, of course. Now, Tyson Kidd beat both Alex Shelley and Kurt Angle at November to Remember to earn a title shot. So, at X-Treme X-Mas Wade Barrett will pull a double duty and he will defend his Intercontinental Championship against Tyson Kidd. Also, Alberto Del Rio had announce this earlier, but in case you didn't hear, he will be facing Eddie Guerrero at the event; in a submissions count anywhere match.

Two matches? How is that fair for Wade Barrett?

*Cody takes off his hood.*

Attention please! Didn't Wade Barrett defeat five men in a row at Unforgiven? I'm pretty sure he can wrestle twice in one night. Not to mention, he didn't even defend the title at November to Remember, so in my opinion, he's got to make up for it. Wade Barrett versus Tyson Kidd is final. Also, I'd like to take a moment to say something to Edge. Earlier tonight you crossed the boss and you hit with a spear right in the center of the ring. Edge, I can guarantee there will be hell to pay for that. Guys like you and Eddie Guerrero think you can run around here and do whatever you want like you own the place! Well, guess what, you don't, but I do. Eddie, I will deal with you properly at a later time, even though I know Alberto will make you tap next Sunday. As for Edge, next week he will actually have to listen for once and shut his mouth. I am going to give him some news next week that he, and the entire world will need to know. Now, now that's "Dashing!"

*Cody smiles and laughs to himself as he walks off the set. Todd stands there silent as Breakdown fades out to a black screen.*
