Runners Up: Johnny Gargano, Chris JerichoSome time ago, one wouldn't even imagine that Matt Sydal would be competing on a show overseen by John Bradshaw Layfield, much less stealing the show while doing such. In an intense match, over coming the odds of Eli Drake, the wheel spin of Drew McIntyre and his Undisputed Era partner in the name of Pete Dunne. Matt Sydal stood tall as the new Intercontinental Champion. Will this be long lived or will JBL attempt to squander this chance as he has many times before for Sydal?Female Competitor of the PPV: Winner: Toni Storm
Runners Up: No OneThere are few moments such as this one that without a doubt, one person stands above all the others. Toni Storm stole the show tonight for the Women's Division, becoming the innaugural North American Champion, in her debut no less. Over a month of wait, several wheel spins later, and a girl with determination above all else, Roulette saw us crown Toni Storm as North American Champ, and female competitor of the night. Runners Up: Alexa Bliss and Kairi Sane Spin the Wheel, NatalyaWhat a mess of things to tie. On one hand you have the return of AJ Styles, the man who once carried XWL on his back with a chip on his shoulder and everything at his fingertips. He poured his heart out into the mic and sold the world on his return. Then, on the other hand, you have.... Well, TCSI. The duo of quirky and fun stunts had a swell time. From chicken chasing, running with bulls and tic tac toe, these two caught the attention of the locker room in a fun yet interesting way.OMG of the PPV: Winner: The Return Of AJ Styles
Runners Up: Chris Jericho Intentionally DQs Himself, Drew McIntyre Is The Chosen One For The I.C Match, Ruby Riott's Disorderly Conduct, Matt Sydal Wins The Intercontinental Championship, Toni Storm becomes North American ChampionBack to AJ Styles, he finds himself having shocked the world more than anyone with his return. No spoiler rooms broke the news before he himself did as he came out to Roulette, informing the locker room that he was back and to be ready. The future is bright for the Phenomenal One and one can only hope 2019 will be halfway as good as his past few years in the company.Match of the PPV:  Winner: I.C. Title Match
Runners Up: The North American Championship MatchWhat started as a triple threat that turned into a fatal four way thanks to JBL, the match of the night goes to the IC bout which featured Dunne, Sydal, McIntyre and Drake. In what was essentially a tag match, we saw McIntyre and Drake attempt to work together to dispatch of Undisputed Era. When this fell through due to ego, all bets were off until Matt Sydal walked out, the title held high over his head.Feud of the PPV:    Winners: Finn Balor Vs Bray Wyatt, Chris Jericho Vs Johnny Gargano
Runners Up: Cody Vs Jimmy Havoc, Kairi Sane Vs Alexa Bliss, The Tag-Team Championship, Liv Morgan Vs Ronda RouseyWhat is a Demon to a Non-Believer? What is an executioner to a king? Balor and Wyatt answered that question this show. Tying with the World Champions as to what feud stole the show, this dark horse snuck out with a victory of their own as their poetic and dark rivalry seemed to reach a climax at Roulette as they disappeared into the darkness. Jericho and Gargano however, obviously have to deal with each other a while longer as they are both, world Champion. Not Tag Team, but World. Like, the face of the company. But there can only be one. Who will that be? Time will tell. | |

| So I'm somehow just seeing this now, and I want to say that's both really shocked and really appreciative that you all voted Balor vs. Wyatt as feud of the PPV. You all rock. | |
