Now, I could be you my dashing face that I won't be given that championship match I deserve after doing all of you a favor and riding XWL of Shawn Michaels. No, I bet they will pass it on to someone like Daniel Bryan. So, I want all of my adoring fans to remember I am the REAL Number One Contender. Also, Randy, I hope you don't think you've ended my streak. I was INJURED last week. That makes your victory null, and I am still undefeated since my "Dashing" return. Now, this week, I planning on continuing my streak, but who am I facing? Cameraman, who am I facing this week?

Cody smirks before beginning to speak again.
[Cody Rhodes] Now, listen, Heath Slater. For your first night on the job you sound pretty cocky. Now, I have the right to be cocky. You don't. Are you going around thinking that I am going to be your first "victim"? Well, if you are, and if you don't mind by being the first to suffer from looking at your stupid haircut? Then yes, if not, then you are dead wrong. You see, not only am I the most dashing superstar in this company, but I am also the most talented! I am more electrifying than The Rock! I am way more "Awesome" than The Miz, I am more charismatic than CM Punk, I'm a better monopoly player than Ted DiBiase, and I sure can call someone out better than Lucky Cannon. The fact is, I'm just better than everyone else! Now, that includes you, Heath Slater. You're a no body! I don't even know how XWL even found you. Well, I guess when Mick stopped by at Wendy's, he saw you everywhere!
[Cody Rhodes] Heath, you might think that you are the best. Fact is, you think! In reality, I am the best. You can even ask Shawn Michaels. Now, realistically, you don't even look like a wrestler. With your stupid red hair, your goofy face, your goofy tights, your goofy nickname, and even your goofy nickname! Heath, I bet you could really use a lot of me help. And you know what? I would LOVE to help you, but it is a shame you are as ignorant as all of these fans! Tonight, when I am finished beating you, there is NO WAY, I could even think of how to help you. It will just be too late, just like the chance of you achieving anything in this company. I personally think you need to ride Christian's jock strap to get anywhere!

[Cody Rhodes] Alright, so after I'm through with Heath Slater, I have a King of the Ring Qualifying match against John Morrison. Well, well, well. I don't even know why we are having a King of the Ring anyway, never mind qualifying matches. We all know that XWL's Dashing Undefeated Superstar is going to win anyway. So it makes me sick to my stomach that I have to beat some wannabe rock-star in John Morrison to get into it! It is a crying shame! I just plan on breezing through John Morrison next week, I guess. Now, I know everyone is predicting CM Punk or Daniels to win it all. What a DISGRACE! Do they forget what I've been doing for the past two months? CM Punk refused to compete last night, and he is in this thing? It is a disgrace that people like him are in even considered in the same field as me.
[Cody Rhodes] Oh look, my bath is ready! I'm Dashing Cody Rhodes, signing off.
[[Jim Ross:]] That was certainly an interesting promo by the Dashing One, but now I hear we are being joined by XWL's newest superstar via satellite. He's yet to reveal who he is, but I've heard he's been signed since last week's episode of Breakdown.
[[Jerry Lawler:]] I hope it's not Mantaur!
*The screen stays black for a few seconds before this man appears on the screen:
[[Chris Hero:]] Yes it is I, the Young Knockout Kid, the King of Wrestling, the superhero of XWL because the Hurricane is nothing but dog piss, Chris Hero. I have indeed made my return to XWL!
[[Jim Ross:]] Mr. Hero, it is shocking to see you back in XWL. What are your intentions now that you've returned?
[[Chris Hero:]] Isn't it obvious Ross? I'm here to be successful! I'm here to win championships! And with no morons like Claudio Castagnoli or Shane Hagadorn bringing me down, I'm sure to win every title this place has to offer!
[[Jerry Lawler:]] Yes, well. What title are you planning on capturing first?
[[Chris Hero:]] Well, because I'm Breakdown's hero, I'll go after any villain standing in my way. I'm going to start out slow, I'm going to mow through Randy Orton for the Intercontinental Championship before encountering my arch-nemesis, the evil and repulsive super-villain known as The Rock.
[[Jim Ross:]] Super villain!? The Rock is the real hero of XWL, not you.
[[Chris Hero:]] I suggest I shut your fat hillbilly mouth before I have to come to Savannah, Georgia and shut it for you, Ross. People like you make me sick. You all believe in losers and peasants like The Rock, like Randy Orton who are talentless hacks, and clearly inferior to both my intelligence and wrestling ability. I'm Chris FUCKING Hero! I won a title in some pisshole called the European title and held it for half a year. I was fucking unstoppable! They had to retire the belt after I left because no one could measure up to my abilities!
[[Jim Ross:]] We prefer you don't mention "that" company here in XWL. So, the question on all our minds is, when do we expect to see you in a ring backing up your words and not via satellite?

XWL Breakdown returns from a commercial break and then we cut to a video package replaying last month's X-treme Championship match involving R-Truth and the defending champion Evan Bourne. Numerous close falls follow with both men showing off many of their signature maneuvers. Then as Evan Bourne starts to the climb the ladder for a shooting star press he stops, the fans are cheering and numerous signs are shown by the cameras. He shakes his head looking down at his ribs, then takes to the top rope instead. He seems to hesitate, unsure of if his ribs can take such a high risk move after what had happened the night before between he and RVD. Evan then looks around at the screaming fans of his, and leaps off with a perfect shooting star press! But the impact damaged him more than it did to Truth. He finally after a minute crawls to cover but Truth had recovered and trapped Bourne in a small package! A black and white effect starts as the pin is counted... The numbers 1.....2....and finally a 3 appear on the screen one by one. The video concludes and we then switch backstage to the superstars locker room and Josh Matthews is standing by.
Josh Matthews: Ladies and gentlemen my guest at this time is the former X-treme Champion, and one of the men involved in tonight's King of The Ring qualifying matches, Evan Bourne!
We then zoom out showing a blank expression Evan as he stares at the monitor on the wall behind Josh that had just finished showing that replay of last month in dramatic effect.
Josh Matthews: Evan I know it's been a hard month for you, being scheduled in matches despite your internal rib damage, your recent losing streak. Management losing hope in you, it's all a major difference from your career this time last year. You went from World Heavyweight Champion to not even on last night's Digital Decision PPV. Which is the event you last faced Jack Swagger at in the main-event. It's all different, very different. How does all of this feel? Surely it's got to annoy you to go downhill like this.
Evan Bourne: Gee Josh way to make a guy feel so much better about himself. Just blast my recent failure to the world why don't ya? Oh wait, you just did!
Josh Matthews: My apologies Evan it's just unexpected for such a fast rising superstar accomplishing EVERYTHING there is to do here, to just turn into one of "those guys"
Evan Bourne: And the compliments just keep on coming. Wow who pissed in your coffee this morning? I don't know what you mean by "those guys" but I certainly am not whatever you're meaning with that little remark. Now yes I've had some failure as of late, and has one superstar ever gone their careers without a bump in the road? A temporary road block? Let's use CM Punk as an example here, he started off big with that Straight Edge RKO group, he eventually become the third XWL World Heavyweight Champion, his reign was quickly ended and he became just another guy. But then after months of nothing he once again was back on top and proving why he is one of the best. Now after another slump in his career has finally passed he is back on his game and better than ever! He's being praised by numerous people including myself. A superstar's career is never perfect, as much as it pains me to admit that it's true.
Josh Matthews: I guess I never thought of it that way.
Evan Bourne: It's easy to say oh he's done for, he's lost the past month, he'failed to defeat Rob Van Dam. He's lost to The Rock for the past couple of months whenever they've met. He's "pandering" to the fans to get "sympathy" I've read it all online, people love to bitch and that's just what they do! Hell I'm an expert at bitching. How many times have I yelled through an XWL microphone regarding a loss or something I didn't like? I've just realized that lately, my opinions aren't so different from a lot of others. This includes the fans. They could relate to my problem about Mick Foley trying to strip me of my title. It's as if they saw that situation as an employer trying to keep them down with a removed promotion or something. I've realized the people that watch XWL aren't as bad as they seem. Because in reality, we've all got a little bit of a bitch inside of us. We get pissed off, I'm a classic example of that. The only superstars that go around with a smile on their face 100% of the time never letting anything get them down are the real "panderers" Because they hide their emotions just because they think the classic cookie cutter mold of a "good guy" is someone who's got a smile surgically frozen on their face.
Josh Matthews: Another interesting outlook on things, does this mean you're a changed man?
Evan Bourne: Define changed?
Josh Matthews: Well are you going to "bitch" should Batista defeat you tonight in your match?
Evan Bourne: You bet your ass I will!
Josh Matthews: Um okay, so what exactly has "changed" about you?
Evan Bourne: Really I'm just going to be honest 100% of the time. I'll admit I got carried away with my attitude. When I was trying to court Michelle McCool two years ago I got annoyed at being rejected. She liked a "bad boy" so that's exactly what I aimed to become. I wanted to be that guy she wanted, and well after a little bit of change I became exactly what I wanted to be all along! A new personality, or rather my first personality ever! Was just what I needed to jump start my career and become a champion finally! All because of one girl I changed myself so much that because of that changed I defined a "superstar" I had the girl men wanted, I had the accomplishments my co-workers envied, and I was named superstar of the year of 2010! But I also got carried away, while some of that was all me, some of it was just a wee bit of getting caught up in my "new" me. I've found a medium, a place in the middle between this personality. I've looked deep down in my being and found the person I was all along but just didn't know it. I love the fans, the adrenaline when they cheer gets me pumped, but I'm also not going to go around with a fake smile ALL the time. I've done it all, but did I enjoy it all? Acting out and like a complete douche bag during some of the great moments of my career wasn't exactly how I always imagined it would be. I guess what I'm trying to say through all this babbling is that I'm going to FINALLY enjoy my career. I've done all I can here, do I plan on doing it all over again? Hell yeah! But I want to take things slow, I want to wrestle more of the best, I want to have fun, and that's exactly what I aim to do starting tonight.
Josh Matthews: Wow...I honestly don't know what to say.
Evan Bourne: I can't blame ya there Josh, it practically took me an entire month to figure out how to explain all of this and not sound like a complete fake. Sure others will just say it's all an act and I'll bitch when the first chance arrives, and they're half right. I'm still going to voice my opinion whenever something I dislike happens. If I lose to Batista tonight then you better believe I'll be out here at the start of next weeks show tearing him a new one vocally. I'm not going to be one of those saps that smiles and keeps their opinions to themselves. I'll express my feelings, some will like it, some will hate it, and that's how it's going to be.
Josh Matthews: It's a lot to take in but I think I understand, I understand your match is up next so I have one last question for you. You and Rob Van Dam had quite the rivalry some short time ago and in your final match together you failed to become the Mr. Money In The Bank as you so valiantly claimed you would. Earlier tonight we witnessed Batista issue the same challenge and his result was much different. He became the new Mr. Money In The Bank and what do you think of all of this? You're facing the man that did what you couldn't, surely there will be some bitterness going into your match.
Evan Bourne: Do I look like the type of person that would be bitter?
He grins for a moment
Evan Bourne: Sure it sucks a lot, but I'm not going to harp over the past, it's not about what I failed to do last month, it's not even about what Batista did tonight! It's all about the present and the right now, and right now I'm prepared to go out to that ring, give it my all, put on a show and defeat the new Mr. Money In The Bank. He can be proud of that briefcase, he can parade around with it all he likes, because I'm aiming to be King Of The Ring! Keep your briefcase Batista, because I'm aiming for my "crowning" accomplishment. Now if you'll excuse me I've got a match up next, and a crown fitting later!
We then fade away to a match graphic hyping the match between Evan Bourne and Batista that will take place after the commercial break.

Now Batista first off congratulations over winning the briefcase you now can have a guaranteed title shot at any XWL live event you choose. Now earlier tonight you went out and called out RVD, did you know that this would be the outcome?
Batista No course I didn’t know. It wasn’t my decision for him to give me a match, he was the one who asked for it and I accepted. But I wasn’t going to bust my ass off twice for no extra money if there wasn’t something in it for me. I knew RVD was a fighting champion and would be willing to put the briefcase on the line, but this is where me and RVD are different. He was stupid to throw away this opportunity. I am not so stupid, I am a smart man Josh. I am not going to give anyone a shot at this briefcase not Christian or anyone else...fella! I won this on my own and I intend to get a title shot and become the new world heavyweight champion!
Josh Matthews Do you have any idea as to when you will be cashing in the Money in the bank?
Batista I’m not going to rush in at the first opportunity I get; I’m going to play this smart and certainly not risk losing my chance at what I was born to become, World Heavyweight Champion. I’m going to wait till I find the perfect moment, one where the champion won’t see me coming so I can just walk in and get the 1,2,3 easy as that.
Josh Matthews Ok Batista well lets talk about when happened moments ago in that king of the ring qualifier where you and Evan fought it out for an hour and a half. That’s gotta’ be one of the longest matches we’ve ever had on Breakdown.
Batista Look I gotta’ give Evan credit he did well. He’s tougher than I thought but the thing is I don’t care about King of the Ring anymore, thanks to RVD I’m Mr.Money in the Bank!. I now have the chance to become champion whenever I want while he has to fight in 3 more matches just to get to play dress up and act like a King for a few weeks.
Josh Matthews Ok, let’s go on to the main event where MVP will take on Christian. Now as of late you and Christian have had some major differences and are booked to compete against each other at Supremacy. What are your thoughts on the main event tonight?
Batista Look Josh I think we all know who is going to win that match. MVP is better in the ring and will rip him apart. Look don’t get me wrong Christian has had a few good matches here but that’s it. Now he wants to look good for all these fans at my expense, that’s not ok with me and I have to teach him a lesson that when he messes with something that’s to far over his head. Lemme’ put it like this Josh, there is kind of a pecking order here on Breakdown. Me and MVP are waaaaaaaaaaaaay at the top here and Christian is all the way at the bottom. He shouldn’t even have the balls to step in the ring with me or MVP. After tonight I hope MVP is able to knock some sense into the man before I get my hands on him at Supremacy.
Now if you excuse me, I’m goin’ to try my luck with a few divas and maybe put a few bucks on my man MVP for this main event.

-Maryse's theme song began and the crowd arose in a chorus of boos, with the few usual cheers and fan signs as she walked out onto the stage, not doing her usual hand gestures, just walking arrogantly with a stern look on her face as she reached the bottom of the ramp. Obviously still scorned from her loss to Trish Stratus 2 weeks ago-
King: This should be interesting, I wonder what Maryse has to say now after that big loss at the hands of our Divas Champion, Trish Stratus.
JR: Well whatever it is, it can't be good. Just look at that expression on her face. Whatever she's about to say, probably isn't going to be very "pleasing" to all the ears listening
King: I guess we'll find out in a minute here.
-After getting onto the back corner of the ring apron, and slipping through the second rope, Maryse flipped her hair and winked at the cameras as many men in the crowd cheered and blew whistles, apparently not to bummed out by her loss, to show herself off-
-She walked over to the ring announcer and grabbed him by the head pulling him down to her where she whispered in his ear and laughed, as she snatched his mic away from him-
-Maryse then walked over and leaned against the ropes as she shh'ed the crowd with her free hand, pausing until the crowd had shut up, before lifting her mic up to her mouth and beginning her speech-

Well Trish, I honestly think you're nothing more than a pathetic soccer mom who needs to learn her place in this world. You may have been.. "hot" back in your day, but if anyone knows hot, it's me, and it's time for you to step down and move on with whatever small piece of life you have left. You say I need to earn my title shot well, I'm going to do just that tonight in the ring against Gail Kim. Which brings me to another point. Gail, I already beat you at Final Stand, do you honestly think you have any chance in our match tonight?
-she draped her jacket over her shoulder and continued-
Tu n'es rien Gail, vous n'êtes rien. And after I beat you tonight, Gail. I will get another shot at MY Divas Title, Trish. Now Trish, Gail, don't get the wrong impression, I'm actually a really big fan of both of you. You are both very talented women, but both of you combined is not even close to me. So don't feel bad when you look in the mirror and wish you had a body or a face like mine. Or that you had my hair or, sexy, accent. And don't get upset when I get my Divas Title back, we all know it's going to happen sooner or later, just be happy you held onto it this long. The Title will look so much better on me. Trish, you'll never have this, -references her body with her open hand- and soon, you won't have that Divas Title either.
JR: Well, Maryse, obviously not any less cocky or arrogant from the last time we saw her.
King: I don't think anything can convince this girl that anybody, or anything, is better than she is.
JR: Hey, I'm not gonna argue with her.
King: JR, that may be the smartest thing you've said in your entire career.
-they both laugh together as the focus goes back to Maryse who was pacing slightly in the ring, biting down on her tongue and resting her hand on the belt of her shorts-
I just walk down the street and constantly, people want to take my picture, get my autograph. People dream to be me, and that's what happens when you look, and act, like I do. Like a star.. A champion. They wish they could be in this ring and flip their hair like me, and they would love, to do it, like I do it. Unfortunately, no one but myself can possibly do that, not Trish, not Gail, not any other diva in that locker room, or anybody watching this. There is none better, and it's as simple as that. So Gail, obviously, we have a match tonight. And I think you, myself, and all of these people watching already know the outcome. I mean, isn't it obvious? Anyway, I'll see you later tonight for our match. Oh and, good luck girl, may the best diva win.
-she smirked and her theme song hit as the crowd sent a mixed reaction, but with a majority of boos, and she rolled out under the bottom rope dropping the mic on the ring mat, and walked up the ramp backstage as the screen went dark and we go to commercial break-

All my hard work since losing this title paid off,But something is different this time... I'm no longer willing to just hold onto this title and hide in shadows whilst other XWL Superstars continue to rise. This time, I'm going to be a fighting champion and I'm going to continue building my success. My aim is to become the World Champ once again, but all that is in the future...
[Randy Orton] Now, With Wade Barrett gone from XWL. I'm just going to focus on defending this title, whoever steps up for a shot. It Could be Cody Rhodes, Daniel Bryan or Evan Bourne. It doesn't matter who steps up, because I'm confident that I'd still walk out Intercontinental Champion. Every superstar want's a shot at this title, I know that I'm going to be a targeted man whilst I keep this title, but I plan on keeping this title for a long time. I plan on becoming one of the best Intercontinental Champions this company has ever seen. Just like I've proved over the past few month, I'm willing to do whatever It takes to get a victory. Wade put me through hell, he put my father in hospital, he put me in the hospital but I still came out every week, fighting. and That's exactly what I'll continue to do... because that's what a champion does.

[Randy Orton] Lucky Cannon? He's just some kid looking to make a name for himself at my expense. He thinks if he throws my name around with a few threats, people will take notice. These fans aren't interested in all the talk. They care about the action, and so far Lucky has done nothing to prove himself in this company. We all know, that if I stepped in the ring with Lucky Cannon, I'd shut his mouth with a simple..R..K..O. But Now... it's time to say thank you to these fans.
