HONESTLY IT DID HAPPEN . . . . . . . . . . . . . . *At a crucial point in this match, Toni Storm hits a suicide dive onto The Boss on the outside of the ring. A "This is awesome!" chant begins and the place is electric! The referee begins his count as both female gladiators are down on the outside. Storm begins to stir first, shortly followed by Banks.*
*The referee reaches a count of five but both women are still out of it. The fatigue and strain of this match etched into their faces.*
*He reaches a count of eight and you can tell panic starts to set in. Both women beg for their second wind to kick in but they've both been through a huge amount of punishment in this match - Toni showing why she's the first NA champ and Sasha showing why she's been such a force to be reckoned with over the years.*
*A count of nine! Both women scramble frantically to reach the ring in time.*
*BUT IT'S TOO LATE! THIS MATCH IS A DRAW VIA DOUBLE COUNTOUT!*
*As boos ring out around the arena in response to the draw, Storm offers a handshake to The Boss in a show of sportsmanship. Both women left it all in the ring but on this night there would be no victor or conclusion to this epic match. Sasha looks around at the fans for a moment, considering the offer... but she instead turns her back on the NA Champion and leaves. Storm shrugs off the show of disrespect and instead collects and raises her title up high, allowing the XWL Universe to grab a photo opportunity.*
*The theme of the co-World Heavyweight Champion hits to a wholly negative reaction. Jericho rises to his feet holding his jaw, clearly feeling the effects of the match, but he still manages the same sly smirk he's made famous over the many years of being the scheming, conniving snake that he is.*
[Jojo] The winner of this match... the Co-World Heavyweight Champion.... CHRIS JERICHO!
*The match official approaches Jericho and grabs his arm in an attempt to raise it, but Jericho pulls away and screams obscenities at him. He shouts for his title and the now cowering official quickly obliges his request. Jericho aggressively snatches the title from his grasp and raises it up high for all to see, as the boos continue to shower down upon him like a downpour from the live audience in attendance.*
*The mood suddenly changes as unbeknownst to Jericho, a hooded individual has hopped the barricade. Is this some crazed fan? Or is this yet another masked individual to make their presence known on XWL programming (as there's been a few of those lately)? The answer is none of the above, as the individual unhoods standing right behind Jericho, revealing... JOHNNY GARGANO!*
*Gargano crouches down while Jericho is none the wiser and nails him from behind with a low blow! The crowd goes crazy at this action, as even though Gargano himself has toed the fine line between light and dark in recent times, Jericho is easily the one they dislike more of the two.*
*Jericho hunches over in agony, releasing his hold on his title and it hits the canvas. He wails in pain as Gargano looks down at him with a look of disgust. They say what goes around comes around right*
*Gargano turns his attention to the championship. Not his own title, his is likely in the back somewhere safe and sound, but Jericho's. He picks it up, stares at it intently for a few moments, seemingly taking in the nameplate engraved "Chris Jericho" more than anything else... before raising it upwards while standing over Jericho who remains in a fetal position, still in some clear discomfort. This was a statement. A statement that he believed he was the rightful champion.*
*At Breakthrough, there will be one true World Heavyweight Champion. Will it be Johnny Gargano who will seemingly do whatever it takes to hold on to what he calls his "life's work"? Will it be Chris Jericho, the multi-time most decorated champion in XWL's history who has no moral compass? Or will it be the outsider in all of this, the wild card and the former best friend of Johnny Gargano - The Psycho Killer, Tommaso Ciampa?*
*The camera focuses in on the icy expression of Gargano, still with the title raised high as Anarchy comes to a close, bringing an end to yet another memorable and historic episode.*
