XWL Anarchy: 5/2/16 - 5/9/16

Baron Corbin: I've finally made it! I've made it too XWL, the greatest wrestling company in the world. And what a better place to make a debut then in New Orleans!



*Corbin gets a cheap pop*

Baron Corbin: But sadly my debut has been ruined by the higher ups. Out of all the superstars I could have faced like Sheamus, The Rock or even Dean Ambrose. I have to pair with the fat old Raven. I doubt most of you even know who he is. Because he’s the type of wrestler I hate, he appeals only to Internet wrestling fans because no one with a bit of decency would actually watch his fat-ass bleed for $2.00 an hour.



Baron Corbin: I'll let the higher ups off this one time, Next week I better be booked against someone actually worth fighting.

*Corbin drops his mic as the crowd boos as gets ready for his match with raven*

Finn, can we get a word with you about tonights match with The Rock.

Well Devin, I have tons of respect for the Peoples Champ but tonight is my return and I am gonna give the people what they want to see a hardcore Irish fighter who is not afraid to kick someone arse.

[Devin Taylor]
Is there a strategy stepping into the ring with the great one.

Heavy fists and a undying will to succeed. All im gonna say sweat and tears will be shed tonight as me the great one step into the ring together.

Back to you Cole.

We come back from commercial and we are taken backstage. We find none other than the brand new number one contender for the XWL World Heavyweight Championship Roman Reigns backstage, warming up. The second he appears he is given a mixed reaction from the crowd. He was pacing a little bit as he moves forward, heading towards a door. He stops and stands outside of it and looks down at the ground for a brief moment as he does not even bother to knock, instead he turns the door handle and walks into the room, revealing this locker room to belong to the XWL World Heavyweight Champion, Dean Ambrose. The crowd goo nuts for his appearance as he was sitting down. Roman Reigns looks at him and Dean Ambrose looks up at him. Roman Reigns then walks forward and sits down before Dean Ambrose and just looks at him and smirks.



ROMAN REIGNS | LEADER OF AN EMPIRE
"Listen, before you say anything, I have something I want to say to you. You have nothing to fear from me. I am not going to come after you like The Authority did, I am not going to stab you in the back, you have nothing to fear from me, you have and you always will be my brother and nothing will ever change that."

Roman Reigns nods at Dean Ambrose as he reaches his arm out and he pats Dean Ambrose gently on the shoulder, to show him that he was serious about this, championship match or not, they were still friends, they were still brothers.

"I know you think that no one ever had your back when you went up against The Authority, but I had my own problems to deal with, but now it is all sorted, me and you, we are on the same page, I have your back and you have mine. I would wish you luck tonight in your match, but I know you got it, just like I have got mine. I just want you to know, I got your back man."



[Dean Ambrose]
Oh, that so? I mean, I'm pretty sure having my back isn't exactly how this goes from here on out my brotha. Ya kinda got a one way ticket into Downpour for this.

Dean holds the belt up, looking at Roman with a cocked eyebrow.

[Dean Ambrose]
But I mean, I guess there are some points ya made. You were busy. And I know better than you being an Authority guy. You've never exactly been one for teams have you? But you're definitely better than most guys who could be coming after me. You are far from that sniffling spineless weasel Rollins or any of the other copeouts on the roster. You always were honest with me. Whatever. I want to extend the same amount of respect to you tonight. Good luck and all that jazz. Considering Owens is who you got, it'll be a hell of a lot of fun for you tonight. Aries is going to be fun too, considering the condition I'm in after that freaking cell match. I guess uh...

Dean kind of squints, looking confused.

[Dean Ambrose]
Guess I'm suppose to wish you luck for Downpour too or something? Don't really know how this goes.

Dean kind of moves his hands, not sure what to do with them either it would seem. He's just awkward currently, and it is pretty obvious why after having went through months on end of hell thanks to the Authroity. His friendly interactions aren't exactly up to date.

"Listen man, you come around in your own time, I understand you got some trust issues after all you been through."

Roman Reigns would then remove his hand from the shoulder of Dean Ambrose as he glances down at the XWL World Heavyweight Championship and then back up at his friend. That championship is what it was all about, but it was clear from Roman coming here tonight that he did not want the championship to destroy a friendship that has lasted years.

ROMAN REIGNS | LEADER OF AN EMPIRE
"Owens is as tough as they come, he will be looking to put me down, try to take my spot, but I welcome his challenge. I will knock him right back down to the bottom just like I have knocked everyone who has ever stood in my way here. His overconfidence will he his undoing and for Aries, hell man, I put him down in under three minutes without ever breaking a sweet, you're the champion, you're the top dog around here, I am sure Aries will bite the dust once again to another hound of justice."

Roman Reigns then pushes himself up as he stands over Dean Ambrose, towering over him as he just looks down at the man he calls brother.

"Downpour is a month away Dean, there is going to be a big line of people looking to either take me out or you out, make a name for themselves at our expense. This match between me and you, it has been on the cards for a very long time, you know it and so do I. We are going to have one hell of a battle come Downpour, but I want you to understand one thing, ain't no one cutting in front of me, so if things go wrong for you, if The Authority want another piece of you or any other stupid son of a bitch comes at you, you got me fighting at your side."

Dean stands, title in his hands. He drapes it over his shoulder, and looks to Roman, eye to eye now.

[Dean Ambrose]
Let me just put this out there, that I appreciate the gesture, but I really don't need the help. I've been busting my ass since returning and didn't have any help then, and I don't need it now. So, you just go on doing you and I'll go on doing me until Downpour. I don't really care what you do until then, and I don't care if you care about what I do till then. I also don't care, if you don't care, that I don't care, about you....

Dean pauses, lost in the moment, confused as to what was to happen.

[Dean Ambrose]
Yeah, so, have fun, brotha.

Dean walks forward, bumping shoulders with Roman, heading out of frame. Reigns stands there, looking off to where Dean left, almost smirking.

The camera crew shifts to the commentator's to clue others in on what's in store for those tuning into the show.

Michael Cole: We’ve got exciting things to come here on this episode of Anarchy, so don’t go away. . A day removed from our most illustrious event of the year, Final Stand!

Jerry “The King” Lawler: You’ve said it best, after the interesting turn of events we’re now up against a new era in XWL. That era starts tonight, boy this has been a fantastic show and anything and everything will happen.

Michael Cole: One of those surprises being the return of a former XWL Superstar. With the long list of legend’s running their careers in and out of this place, there is absolutely zero speculation on who this person is.

Jerry “The King” Lawler: Stop it Michael! You’re already getting me hot and bothered with the possibilities.


A hush comes over the crowd and you can hear “SHSHSHSHSHSHSH” fill the speakers. Everybody in the arena catches a glimpse after directing their attention to the sound.

Michael Cole: No way.. Can it be?!”

Jerry "The King" Lawler: I think it is, quick I’ll pinch you to check if we’re dreaming. *Jerry pinches Cole*
Michael Cole: OW, what was that for.. WE’RE NOT DREAMING FOLKS.. YOUR EYES ARE NOT DECEIVING YOU.

Jerry "The King" Lawler: What, I still can’t believe what I’m seeing.

A man bursts through the curtain as the music gets louder with an embracive smile, the smile is revealed to belong to the owner of the Cenation. John Cena.

Michael Cole: John Cena was the superstar returning here on Anarchy, what a shocker to everyone here and watching at home.

Cena walks up to the camera after taking in the crowd split down the middle with “LET’S GO CENA” “CENA SUCKS” in unison with the theme song.. Holding his “Never Give Up” Towel tightly in his fingertips.

“This is what it’s all about, we’re live and in the most beautiful color possible. This is getting hot, I’m only just getting started. I made sure this was a well kept secret, have to give me credit guys c’mon.” Putting his hand in a full salute and tossing it to the side again while jogging down the ramp. Picking up speed and slides right under the ropes without any rust. The former champ is back and he’s back with a warm welcome from most of the people in attendance.

Once getting to his feet he’s running back and forth springing off each opposite end of the ropes. Stopping at the middle. Both of his hands are in the air and he forms an “okay” symbol after putting his towel in his back pocket. Checking both sides and asks a stagehand to give him a microphone. Taking it with authority, he’s lighting up the room with another smirk. Lifting the mic reaching the highest he can on his tippy toes. Listens in to the array of cheers and boos.

“WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, LET’S GO CENA” WE LOVE YOU CENA. The few screaming girls and told by Cena to settle down. After everyone mellows down he stands in the center of the ring and begins his monologue.

John Cena: You guys are committed, I give you that.. If you have something to share.. You say it loud and proud. You’re not stopping the amount of energy these people have. I’m honored and I’m humbled, you’ve shown me nothing but respect and that’s all I’ve earned from all of you. Tonight is a night that’ll change the face of this company forever. Now now, that may get thrown around a lot but this is different and here’s why. The biggest, most watched, most seen PPV of all time Final Stand was able to make me a fan again.

A “We want wrestling” chant is heard gaining steam as Cena finishes his sentence.

John Cena: Many of you know, I was off doing what I do best.. Lending my time and granting wishes to many boys and girls who wanted to see their role model. It’s a tough break to not show up to work these past months. To be real with you, I wasn’t myself and I didn’t want to come out here and talk about my shortcomings. I wanted to get my head on straight, my ass in gear and I wanted to come back for a specific reason. I got the call at about 2AM while I was on a flight back home. I got to admit I wasn’t expecting to be back so soon, after that call.. We had come to a proposal being given to me. There was an incident not too long ago, I will never forget it. I brought dishonor to the country of Japan. I brought turmoil upon myself and I made the wrong decision. I let my own greed, my own passion get in the way of what was right. I shamed myself as a competitor, and for that reason.. For that reason alone. I wanted to make amends, I wanted to take myself out of these sneakers and into another. I’m to bring this man out and we’re to bury the hatchet. Carry the burden no longer, I won’t pander to you no longer. I’m not going to put on a front, quite frankly.. I’m scared out of my mind. What’s behind door number one, aside me soiling myself. Ladies and Gentleman, I give to you. The most charismatic professional wrestler on this green and blue earth. It’s my privilege to announce this individual with my head held high.



Turning the mic to the stage and the titantron for a couple seconds.

The lights dim with a strange sound toppling over the speakers. A deep violin strum plays smoothly. A jagged green frequency bar goes along with this intro.



After the song builds, red dots flash long enough to make the human eye go blurry.









The dots fade away and only a couple letter’s are shown “S H I N” the capacity crowd freaks out and become engaged much more than they were for Cena. It continues. SUKE NAKAMURA in red bold letters. The mini-tron and arena lights illuminating the jacket of Nakamura as he walks casually onto the middle of the stage. “HOLY SHIT” “HOLY SHIT” the crowd erupts.  A huge return, CENA WHO?! This is all about Nakamura and he’s making his presence known.




Twisting his hands over one another, swaying around with his head tilting side to side. The slow motion sensor picking up his movements slightly. Touching his chest with the back of his palm, the other hand raised in the air swung to the sky. The sensor stops and the urge to shake himself around starts to take control. He’s got a pep in his step, whimsically down the ramp. Striking a pose, flashing his mouthpiece smirking because he can. Shaking his hands to the beat, losing himself in the moment. Both hands over the top of one another, sending signals to every single person in the arena.



The curve in the theme allows him to almost have a seizure in his rock out moment. Clashing with dizziness, pulls himself together still acting wild. In a crazy fashion going up the apron and walking cleanly along the outer skirts. Bouncing with his shoulders and his eyes widened. Under the 2nd rope he goes and greets the middle of the ring. Covering his mouth with his hand, The sound of the music suddenly meets a drop, along with Nakamura as he bursts to the side of the rope.



Holding onto it with the mightiest grip of all time. Throwing his right arm carelessly into the wind. Stretching backwards to meet his head to the 2nd rope. Launching his right arm down to the mat as he bends his knees completely until he’s touching the mat. The pose causes hundreds of cameras to flash and leaves tingling sensations through everyone’s heart.




Feeling the energy pulse through him, Nakamura rises up from his glorious position and to the turnbuckle. Having some pre-match stretches in case Swagsuke has to Kinshasha a bitch if they get out of line. His jacket taking shape after putting some wear and tear on it. Standing approx 10 feet away from Cena as they are starting to inch closer, the theme stops. The overload of cheers for both of these don’t become shy anymore. The rumbling of the barricades can be heard. John Cena and Shinsuke Nakamura are once more together again in an XWL ring. Shinsuke squints over at Cena who still has mic ready for use.

Nakamura breaks the silence and puts his hand out for his signature “Come get some” taunt with his right hand. Arching his back obviously telling Cena to pass him the mic. Cena complies and releases it into the palms of Nakamura who takes it gracefully. ‘NAKAMURA!’ NAKAMURA!’ before he can even say anything. The fans jokingly say “Promo of the year” over and over again. He smiles and takes the microphone by it’s lower part.
                                                         
You. John Cena. Had.. your time. In the sun. Now, it’s my time because yours *twirling his pointer finger* is done. We, are fed up.. With your less swag. You know, you couldn’t.. Beat me. You couldn’t.. Be me. You couldn’t even, see me. Because I, beat you so badly you could only see, your title at International Incident slip uh way. I’m here to bring, Strong Style back to Ex.. double youh ehl. Keep your apology, to yuh self. I do not care much about what you say. John Cena is loser, John Cena is a fraud, John Cena is.. King Of Wrong Style.


Cena keeps himself at bay and decides to not make matters worse for himself. For pride will only give him an ass beating at the hands of the martial artist master in Nakamura. This wouldn’t be a wise decision if Cena were to fight back in an exchange of any sorts. His hands up and a smirk to go along with it. Not wanting to make Nakamura any more annoyed than he is. Tips his cap and speaks into the microphone that Nakamura is currently holding in his grasp.

John Cena: Welp, that leaves out our handshake. You got me there, I didn’t plan on you saying those mean. Hurtful. Words to me. You hurt my feelings and alright.. I may have deserved a couple of those. But. Wrong Style? Don’t get me wrong, since apparently it’s what I do best. That was a bit over the top, what the hey I say. It’s your moment, I’m not here to rain on your parade. It was all in good fun, It was nice seeing you too. Let’s do this again sometime, you taught me a lot about myself today. I will put it into my everyday living experience. Good Ol’ Suke, you always were quick with your jokes. See you. Holding his shoulder tightly after having a good laugh. Naka shrugging him off and giving a coy smirk back.

Leaving the ring to let Nakamura do his thing. Cena adjusts his shirt and walks up the ramp not in an act of cowardice but an act of respect and only respect.

Shinsuke hears the crowd pop to disabling Cena in only a matter of minutes. The mic still close to him, he proceeds to wipe it off with his jacket. The fans in the front row can be heard having a hearty laugh over it. Back to the middle of the ring he goes and assumes the position he had before. As soon as he looks around the ring after circling and stamping his feet. He goes to throw his hand down for a most famous YEAHOH! And is stopped in his tracks.





The boos are instantaneous as Matt Sydal's music fills the arena. We're not sure what to think, and we're not left with much time to think because almost immediately he steps out from the back, wearing a jacket of his own with a mic locked, loaded, and ready to go in his hand.

So, let me get this straight...you're supposed to be some kind of a "big deal?"


His music cuts off as he takes a few steps forward closer to the end of the ramp now. Boos continue to pour in from the crowd, as Shinsuke just stands there with a slight smirk across his face.


[Matt Sydal]
Yeah, sorry....not sorry, I'm not buying it. You can have whoever reintroduce you, it doesn't matter. Because if you were REALLY a "huge star" you'd need no introduction...and yet we had to suffer through exactly that. John Cena, another supposed "big star" making his bimonthly return to add hype where there was none, and still is...none.


Matt's words are doing him no favors with the reaction, the boos just keep coming, as does he, heading further down the ramp. Either he's just taking a casual stroll as he picks on the "fresh meat" or he's clearly avoiding getting in the ring, we'll let you be the judge on that.



[Matt Sydal]
So apparently you once headlined an XWL Pay-Per-View in Japan, where you lost a World Heavyweight Championship Match by count-out, to hands down the WORST XWL World Heavyweight Champion of all time, and Brian Kendrick once carried that title for all of three weeks before vanishing in a puff of smoke, quite literally...so that's saying something. But good for you, you failed your home country, and then did what "superstars" like you do, you left. Left to restore honor to your name, which...you'll have to forgive me...I seem to have ALREADY forgotten...something Nakanobodywantedyoubacka? Nakaneverwas-ah? Really, it doesn't matter what your name is, where you're form, or what little you've done in MY company...what matters is the fact that you're standing in MY ring, parading yourself out to be the second coming of some "sensation" when in reality, let's face it...you'll be gone by this time next month...so enjoy yourself, not too much though, you are only a visitor after all..and have a night flight back to Japan.



Outright disrespect, so much so that Matt's not even going to stick around for a response, he walked all the way down the the end of the ramp, just to promptly turn back around and start walking up the ramp, as the boos are vicious at this point.

Running his hands through his hair, Nakamura shakes his head and turns himself away from Sydal with his hand up.“Talk to the hand, Nakasan is more prestigious than Matt Sycan’twrestal.” he says referring to the dig Sydal had earlier.

Pouting his lips, he grins to secure his mouthpiece. The crowd reacts as if Shinsuke burned him badly with a one liner.

His back still turned to him, you can feel the disrespect returned from Nakamura and this doesn’t sit well with Matt who chokes up from Swagsuke saying the simplest of insults that he wasn’t prepared for. He stops in his track, turning his head around his shoulder with a look that doesn't show anger, but instead, almost amusement.



[Matt Sydal]
Wow, what a sick burn, said no one...EVER.


Fully facing Nakamura again, Matt takes a few steps back down the ramp.

For your information Mr. waltz back in here like he owns the place, I ACTUALLY OWN THIS PLACE! I am the most accomplished Superstar in this whole damn company! The longest Reigning World Heavyweight Champion for the last FIVE YEARS, you know, that title you MISERABLY FAILED to win in your first, and ONLY opportunity at? Remember that? When you wrestled so "great" and then greatly disappointed an entire country, let alone the ENTIRE world, when your "wrestling" wasn't enough to defeat the man I once defeated in my EASIEST title defense? Sounds to me like you're the one that REALLY "can't wrestle," now doesn't it?



Messing with the cuffs of his jacket barely having his attention on Sydal talking out of his ass, or at least giving the impression he is.

You're funny, I don't like you.. buht you're funny. We've got problem.. you I? We should trade shot? Or did Shea-mus teach you a valuable lesson in humili-tay. I once lost, yes. I took a tough defeat by cheap tactic. We, are here in two towsand and sixteen. Mr.Sydal, is only relevant in past. As far as I concern, you're not accomplished e..nough. World champ-yun, long reign.. and a hard fall to tough losses. No longer can secure a career high..light. Off your game homeboi??

Nakamura holds his mic to his side and raises his eyebrows to see what Sydal has left in the word tank.

At least I've ACTUALLY had a career highlight.


With a quick witted response, Matt gets even closer to the ring, still keeping his distance, again causing speculation as to why.



[Matt Sydal]
Many of them in fact, have you? You know, something that anyone outside of Japan would give a damn about? No? Nothing? Not a single thing? I thought so. So how about instead of standing there like you're hot stuff because you're some "big deal" all the way back home, you take value in your own "lesson" of humility. At this very moment, you ARE a nobody! You are merely like the many men and women that have stepped through those ropes, acted like they were somebody...and then when an ACTUAL somebody put them in their place, they did what you my special little friend will do AGAIN very soon, flee. Flee from the truth, flee from the reality that you are nothing here and you will always be nothing, flee...back to where you came from, and the only place that you could actually be..."somebody."

Not giving him the satisfaction Nakamura retaliates with only a wink to rev up Sydal. Although Nakamura is taking in each word spoken, he's not phased or vulnerable.

Shoo fly, don't bother me. Shoo fly, don't bother me. Are you.. done yet?
Stealing your spotlight, Matty scared of taking 2nd place to STRRRONG STYLE. King, you commoner. Untouchable is, break you in. We show, who can back up the talk and walk with confidence. Take a breath, recount ya blessing'a. I stay, I bring Swag back, you're mad I do it better than you evuh can. Tell you what, who style is better.. mine or his.

Putting the mic to the crowd lazily over his wrist, and gets a resounding "SHINSUKE'S BETTER" "SHINSUKE'S BETTER"

See, this MY ring.. I PERFORM.. I make Sydal-san look weak and.. feeble nothing. Keep you wishing for a way out-ah. Run home, my kingdom of win is EX DOUBLEE YOU EL.


As the audience's chant continues, attempting to irritate Sydal...Matt just seems again, only amused. He's chuckling a little under his breath, because when has he EVER cared what they think?

[Matt Sydal]
Your style being pandering to a bunch of morons that live vicariously through us? Their lives suck so much that they literally pay to come here just to escape their wretched existence and pretend they could actually one day be us, which kind of sounds familiar doesn't it? You coming out here, acting like a star, wishing you were one, when you exist for one reason, and one really only, because I allow it. Your "strong" style, yeah...it's weak, weak in comparison to mine. Because I don't need to have a flashy entrance to be seen, I don't have to have cute little phrases for these losers to chant...I don't have to have ANY of that, because what I do have? Is undeniable, proven god given talent that outmatches you, and every other superstar that steps in a ring with me. The only thing strong about you, is your desperation to be, seen. Well I see you, sir....I see you for who you are under all that flashy substance, and it's a man with no substance whatsoever, a man that is getting in WAY over his head right now by trying to spar with the likes of ME.



John Bradshaw Layfield: Not this guy too.

But sure enough, a beareded fellow comes out onto the ring, head banging to the beat. Eric Young, who gets a huge pop, pauses on the stage, a mic in hand. He holds it up slowly, hushing the cheering crowd and his theme song. He looks around first, smiling.

[Eric Young]
Don't get me wrong, I really want you guys to keep cheering but just currently hold on to that. Shinsuke Nakamura. A man who is reknowned around the world. The entire reason we went to Japan. The main event from Japan, and one of the best wrestlers around the world. Let me proudly welcome you back to XWL. It's bittersweet really, because you would of filled the card for Final Stand perfectly, giving us yet another amazing match. But it can't be perfect.

Young has begun walking down the ramp, talking the entire way.

[Eric Young]
Nothing can be. If the world was perfect and these fans got what they wanted, I'd be the Intercontinental Champion right now. I'd be singing in the back, getting caught by Matt Striker. But we can't do all of that. We have to make statements and play the hand we're dealt. And tonight, I can see you got dealt the perfect hand.

Eric has made it to where Sydal stands. Sydal pulls up his mic, feeling frustrated that Eric hasn't even looked at him. Immediately, EY throws a hand up, stopping him. Young doesn't look at him still, and proceeds to roll into the ring, coming to find Nakamura standing in it. EY has officially met Nakamura, never letting his eyes stray from the King of Strong Style.



[Eric Young]
You've had one big star from XWL's past come out and you scared him off. You've had another hide outside of this ring for the past few minutes, babbling on about something that absolutely no one cares about. And then you have me. I'm not much of a big star, but I am in fact the longest tenured superstar on the roster. Two years straight, without the hiatis like someone who is still sat outside of the ring. I've been busting my ass to become the face of this company and some would argue I have. I would argue they don't know what I look like, but that's just me.



[Eric Young]
Now I know who you are, and that's sure as hell not someone with a lack of substance. It's definitely someone who says Strong Style, and means it. And I know who I am. I'm not going to stand and talk to you from outside of the ring. I'm going to come in here like a MAN and tell you what I want... No, what I need, to tell you. Now I realize I'm not the IC Champ. And I'm sure as hell not the world champion. But I someone who is willing to fight until his last breath, for each and everyone of these fans, and someone who loves putting on a show everyone wants to see and I'm sure as hell willing to prove it, if you know what I mean.

Young lowers the mic, smiling at Nakamura as the crowd explodes with cheers, very excited for the challenge just laid down. This excitement doesn't last long as another, less liked man butts in.

Yeah because THAT'S what EVERYONE wants to see, two LOSERS going at it to find out who the bigger loser is, yawn....


Sydal feints a yawn that elicits even more boos of disagreement from the audience. He stops mid yawn, looking around before raising his mic back up.

Oh, so you REALLY wanna see Eric Young, the guy that couldn't win a high stakes match if his sad little life depended on it, compete against Shinsuke Nakamura, the guy that failed his home country, IN his home country, when he had the biggest match of his entire career, and lost because he wasn't "strong" enough to make it back in the ring before a count of ten?


A massive cheer follows, prompting both Eric, and Shinsuke to flash their own unique grins in response.

Who the hell asked you, Matt?

The crowd pops yet again as EY turns to Matt finally, giving him the attention he so desperately craves.

[Eric Young]
It kills me, you know, that we have young guys in the back trying their best to get their big break just to have them talked down to by guys like you. I was even an example of this. When I was going through my own personal issues, you talked to me like I was nothing more than the dirt beneath your feet, and that's fine if you've earned your spot, but what have you done lately?

Young takes a step forward, getting into the things he's saying. Sydal is not impressed yet, seeming bored still.

[Eric Young]
I don't know if you know this Matt but claiming to accomplishments from five years ago is sadder than Lil Bow Wow still thinking he's famous. And yes, I know who that is. I don't mind knowing who he is, but I do have a problem knowing who you are. Because Matt, you're a prompus little prick who does nothing but run their mouth and do nothing to back it up. At Final Stand, it wasn't just EY who choked in that match, it was you too. I respect each and every fan here unlike you, and that's why you're so bitter and angry inside.

The crowd can be heard going, "OHHHHH" over everything else, causing Eric to pause. Sydal's jaw has dropped, shocked at the insults being thrown his way.

[Eric Young]
Because Sydal, despite how good you "pretend" to be, you still aren't as good as you once was, but even then, that was pretty average at best. So let the big boys play while you go and pout about not being paid attention to somewhere else because we have enough drama queen hanging around in the back, and we sure don't need one out here.

Eric turns to Nakamura, shutting Sydal out once more. The former champion doesn't seem to be able to handle what just happened, taken back at how rude Eric Young just was to him. He goes to raise his mic but in a fit of rage he drops it, unable to say anything.

What do you say Shinsuke? The King of Strong Style versus Showtime Eric Young? A match for the ages?


Shinsuke holds the mic in his hand, playing with the switch a few times. He doesn't need it because the crowd is silent in anticipation. *Dropping the mic to the ground beside him* You can hear the static cancel out Sydal attempting to comment again off mic.

Eric Young, Shinsuke?

Walking around him shaking his arms and taking long strides, checking out the competition inside the squared circle with him. Tapping his fingertips to his cheek coming to a decision.

You.. have lot passion. A lot of guts, all glory. An undying desire to be..best of every style in entire world. Pro Wrestling respect you, I see a lot in you. Eric Young, more class than Sydal ever had. I accept.. your challenge as an honorable gesture, appreciation.

Taking Eric's hand and shakes it involuntarily.  Bowing next to the mic Eric is holding. Any time you want, we'll put on show. Smiling to Sydal still on the ramp. Nakamura and Young showing each other respect. The fans are loving it, only one person in particular is not. Matt's gripping his microphone tightly, choking the life out of it...as the audience goes nuts for "two losers" agreeing to have a match. He raises his mic up, furious at what the two have recently said, then as his mouth opens, he stops as a "Match of The Year" chant breaks out. That, that breaks him...he looks around disgusted, then throws the microphone down in a huff, and starts heading up the ramp! This leads to the audience cheering and chanting even louder, as he storms off to the back leaving us to focus back on the handshake between Eric and Shinsuke, which is still in tact. They stare at one another, smiling, as the feed cuts and we fade to commercial.
