*As Breakdown continues the cameras cut backstage as Madison Eagles is standing by*



Madison Eagles: Well, well, well look who it is again, it's ME, Madison Eagles, back once again in an XWL arena. I guess the last time you saw me was two weeks ago when I had my debut match, which I won, of course, it's what I do. Don't get me wrong it was a close match, Kana did give it her all, but I pulled it out in the end like I knew I would, that's what happens when you're the best in the world, you get the job done.

*Madison wipes her hair away from her face*

Madison Eagles: But since then things have been a little quiet on the Madison Eagles front, I didn't have a match last week, well I did, it just didn't happen for whatever reason. But don't worry, this week Madison Eagles does have a match, and like they say good things come to those who wait. And trust me tonight is going to be a very good thing because when I go out there I go one on one with the Diva's champion, Kaitlyn, congrats on that by the way, I guess. But we both know that the only reason you won that belt is because I wasn't around to win it myself.



Madison Eagles: That's the only logical explanation right? How else would you actually be champion right now? It doesn't make any sense to me, this shouldn't of happened. How on earth can the best in the world be down at the bottom of the ladder, I might be climbing up it really quickly but still, how can the best in the world be down there and anybody else be on the top rung? It just shouldn't be happening. This never should of happened, tonight I'm going to prove that. Tonight I prove to everyone why Madison Eagles should be the one on the top rung of the ladder. It's nothing personal Kaitlyn, it's just business, I wish you the best of luck after tonight, but that's then and this is now. And right now I'm going to beat her up, and I'm going to beat her up bad. I'm going to hurt her and I'm going to pin her.



*Eagles dismisses Kaitlyn's accreditation with a simple "pfft"*

Madison Eagles: It's all about ME! And the sooner people accept that the easier it will be for them, I'm not going to kick and screaming and moan and complain about not getting a title shot, I've been here for about a month and only had one match to date, I'll get my shot when I'm ready for one and believe when I say I'm going to be taking that shot and winning that belt on attempt number one. But that's a conversation for another time, probably not for months from now.

*She pauses for a moment, thinking before talking again*

Madison Eagles: Actually it's even a conversation, it's just the obvious even to the oblivious, it's all about ME for a reason, and it's because I'm the best in the world, and every woman and in some of these diva's case every girl knows that they aren't on the same level as Madison Eagles.



Madison Eagles: The world needs to realise that Madison Eagles isn't anybody stepping stone and I see no better opportunity to prove that then tonight against their champion, I'm not going to show her any respect, you show your opponent respect and you get beat it's as simple as that. The only thing I'm going to show Kaitlyn and any other Diva is my boot as it cracks them around the skull before I hoist them up and hit them with the Hellbound. Then when I've done that, whether it's tonight to Kaitlyn or some other day with some other girl, it doesn't matter who it is the outcome will always be the same. And that continues tonight with the girl at the top of this food chain, and I'm going to show the world how the best in the world gets things done.

*Eagles walks out of camera shot as the screen slowly fades out*

*Cameras return and we head backstage where we are standing by with the Divas Champion, Kaitlyn.*



[Interviewer]
Last week we saw you take on Brie and Nikki, the Bella twins, and a mystery partner who was later revealed to be MsChif! What made you choose her as your partner and would you say things went better then expected?



[Kaitlyn]
Oh yeah, things went much better then expected. No offense to Mschif, but I was a bit unsure of her at first even though she was the best choice. She is dark and mysterious, only thing I know about her is that she is a heck of a competitor. She has tensions with Nikki Bella right now so she was really the only one who would've wanted to go out there and fight then for real. I could've got anyone but most of them, I'd be worried most of them would just go out there to get involved with my championship. Luckily Mschif accepted my offer and we went out there and we fought. We can out on to... Well, MsChif did. I was attacked by Brie after the match so that should be fun when I get some revenge against her at X-Treme X-Mas but first I gotta get through a newer diva who seems to have a pretty big ego, Madison Eagles.

[Interviewer]
And what do you think of this match with Madison Eagles?



[Kaitlyn]
Well, obviously it should be interesting. Really a chance for Madison Eagles to prove herself for possibly a shot at my title in the future. But for now, she can talk all she wants but that won't just get her the win. Even if she is the BEST in the WORLD, that really doesn't matter because anyone can say they are the best but until she beats me and every other women wrestler in the world. Then she can call herself the best. For now, she is just another diva in my path. It won't be easy, I'm not gonna doubt her, but I'm the champion for a reason, right?

[Interviewer]
Right! And now back to last week, Brie Bella attacking you to be exact. Why do you think she did this attack and what point was she trying to get across?



[Kaitlyn]
She attacked me because that is the only way she can come out on top. Any time she hasn't attacked me from behind it double teamed me, I was the one who walked out on top. I walked out with the win because unlike Brie, I've learnt to win without cheating or using dirty tactics. I know how to win fairly and I've used that in every match I've had against Brie. Slammy Award Show, I beat her fairly. November to Remember, I beat her and Layla fairly. Come X-Treme X-Mas, I will beat Brie Bella fairly again. The point she tried to make was that she was the true champion but all she did was prove how scared she is that she needs me to be distracted to take the title and if that's how she wants to play then we won't play like that because may I remind you, I have the choice of which match type we will compete in at the pay-per-view. You have any idea on what match I've been thinking of? Want to take a guess?

[Interviewer]
I have no idea. Are you going to tell us?



[Kaitlyn]
Of course I am. At first, I was thinking about choosing a two out of three falls match. I was pretty positive with that match and I knew it would be about durability and endurance. But then I realized, couldn't Nikki get herself involved in the match? All the matches at the show are no disqualification which means Nikki could do whatever she wants in the match. So I changed my mind from a two out of three falls to a STEEL CAGE Match! I would've loved to compete in a two out of three falls but I'm risking the chance of Nikki getting involved with that. The steel cage would at least hold her back for a little bit longer.



[Kaitlyn]
We can only win by escape. Pinfalls and submissions are things we see every week so why don't we just throw them out the window? Pinning Brie and tapping her out means nothing to me. I've beat her that way before so why do it again? Let's spice things up a bit.

*Kaitlyn smiles as we fade to a commercial break.*



*Cameras head back to the ring where Madison Eagles and Kaitlyn make there entrances before the match.*

Back and forth match, each diva giving it all but neither Diva would stay down.

*As the match goes on, Kaitlyn begins to get the upper hand but Madison Eagles begins to fight back. Madison gets Kaitlyn in position for her finisher, Hellbound, but Kaitlyn elbows Madison in the head twice, forcing her to let go of the move. Kaitlyn runs against the ropes and as Madison turns around to attack, Kaitlyn charges at her and both divas go down as Kaitlyn connects with a huge spear. The crowd cheers as both divas lie on the ground, both fatigued after this match. Kaitlyn begins to crawl over for the pin until a theme begins to play throughout the arena which distracts Kaitlyn as the crowd boos.*



*Shortly after, Brie makes her way out to the stage and begins to make her way down the ramp. She has a sly little smirk on her face as she gets closer and closer to the ring, eyes locked on Kaitlyn and Kaitlyn has her eyes locked on her. Brie stops at the edge of the ramp and crosses her arms, standing there looking up at Kaitlyn who has got to there feet after that Spear. Kaitlyn doesn't realize that Madison has struggled to get to her feet but she has got there. Kaitlyn slowly begins to turn around and as she does, Madison lifts her up and quickly connects with Hellbound! The fans boo as Madison goes for the pin! 1.....2......3......*

Winner:




*Madison Eagles gets to her feet and shouts "BEST in the WORLD" as she begins to celebrate her win over the Divas Champion. Brie smiles as she begins to walk around to the time keepers area. Madison climbs one of the turnbuckles as she continues to shout things like "BEST in the WORLD" and "Number 1" to the dismay of the fans. Brie grabs the championship from the time keepers are and slides into the ring as Madison exits it. Brie stands above Kaitlyn and raises the championship and that is the late image we see before we fade to another commercial break.*

Shawn Michaels vs Christian

*As Breakdown continues the theme of the deluded Mankind begins to play through the PA system as the crowd boo waiting for his arrival*



*As Mankind walks out onto the stage the crowd boo again as he slowly makes his way down to the ring*

Jim Ross: And here comes the man who will be taking on The Rock next week at X-Treme X-Mas in one of the most brutal matches XWL has to offer, an I Quit match.

Michael Cole: I can't say I agree with whoever decided to book that match, but maybe it is the only way that this issue will come to a close. One thing we know for sure is Mankind has been on a war path since returning and the only thing he wants is The Rock to suffer.

*As Mankind walks down the ramp a front row fan holds a sign out into the aisle reading "11 shots wasn't enough" which catches Mankind's attention who stares a deep stare at the sign as he walks over to the fan to snatch the sign and rip it into dozens of pieces throwing them on the floor*

Jim Ross: You might be right, Cole, but it's just a damn shame, it's going to be bowling shoe ugly that's for sure at X-Treme X-Mas and I pray The Rock knows what he's getting himself into.

Jerry "the King" Lawler: How can you possibly prepare for a match like this, this is a match where you've got a beat your opponent so badly that he verbally admits he can't take enough, this isn't just about beating them physically it's about breaking them mentally, and let me tell you Mankind is mental.

*Mankind rolls into the ring under the bottom rope and walks over to the other side of the ring to get a microphone*

Michael Cole: That's a good point King, how can you get a guy like Mankind to admit he's had enough, this guy mutilates himself for fun, how can anything The Rock does to him make him say those words?

Jerry "the King" Lawler: But The Rock isn't exactly going to lay over and quit either. You can look at all of your cage matches, your Hell in a Cell matches, you win those by pinning your opponent or they have no choice but to tap out, you can only win when your opponent can't stand to walk, or you've knocked them out, in an I Quit the match keeps going until they say those words.

*As he's handed a microphone, Mankind walks back over to the middle of the ring and kneels down as his theme fades out slowly and the arena lighting turns a dark blue*



Mankind: Rocky! Rocky! Where are you Rocky?

*The crowd boo as Mankind calls out for The Rock and Mankind begins to talk again in a more sombre tone*

Mankind: In case you weren't watching last week, the Rock and myself will be having a match next week at X-Treme X-mas and in this kind of match, some kind of people are keen to say that there are no real winners, just man with broken spirits, broken minds and broken bodies... What I say to them is what's the problem? What's the problem with being able to witness that kind of destruction? Who are you to say what is right and what is wrong when it comes to me? How can you say it's wrong when it's what I want, it's what I deserve and it's just what The Rock deserves...

*Mankind begins to tug on a tuft of his hair pulling out a few strands of hair before feathering them on the ground*



*As Mankind talks again he speaks it a more passionate angry tone*

Mankind: The little matter of reality is you don't care about me... you never have and you probably never will. You only care about the guy I plan on doing these so call unspeakable things too. People like Jim Ross, Jerry Lawler and Michael Cole over there as the announcers booth so eloquently try and clearly have succeeded in alienating me and brainwashing all of you into making I'm some kind of monster, nothing more than a mere rabid animal that doesn't feel pain. I feel more pain than all of you feel in a year in one damn day! How dare you look down at me? Like I'm less than you people. I hear every damn thing you say and it makes me sick!

*Mankind starts the rock back and forth on the ring mat as the crowd jeer him*



*When he stops rocking Mankind starts to talk to a sombre tone again*

Mankind: I hear you say things like "Hey, remember Dude Love, do you remember Cactus Jack? They were cool. This Mankind guy is just weird", if that's what you people want well then...

*Mankind stands up and shouts in an excited Dude Love-esque voice*

Mankind: Yippee Daddy-o! Owwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww! Have Mercy!

*The crowd boo as Mankind mocks their intelligence, then he stands there looking out into the crowd for a few seconds, before returning to a kneeling position*



*When he talks again Mankind starts to look down at the floor almost as if he's talking to himself*

Mankind: If that's what it takes to be accepted by you people, The Rock's people, then that's something I do not want. I will not cater to a less mind, I will not play by your rules to be accepted by you, I will only play by my own rules and make you people love me for exactly who I am. You can call it tough love, you can call it whatever you damn well please, it won't make a difference, because no matter what it's still going to happen. One day soon you people will no longer be The Rock's people, you will be my people.

*The crowd continue to boo Mankind as he strikes himself over the head a few times with his forearm*

Mankind: People just like myself will no longer have to hide ourselves away from the public eye, you will embrace us and not the people who caused us such misery. One day you'll understand our pain because I'm going to make you understand it when your hero utters those oh so sweet words, I Quit... I can hear it now...








Jim Ross: It's The Rock! My god things are about to get messy guys!

Michael Cole: Oh no, when these two are in the same ring as one another it never ends well...



*Suddenly The Rock bursts out from behind the curtain looking more determined than ever as he takes a pause at the top of the stage, soaking in the electric crowd and then taking a moment to stare down Mankind before storming down the ramp towards the ring...*



*The Rock bounds up the stairs and wanders along the apron before climbing the turnbuckle and throwing his arm into the air to a huge cheer from the sold out crowd, Mankind watches on intently with a tilted head as The Rock smells the atmosphere in the air....The calm before the storm...*

Jerry "the King" Lawler: I have goosebumps JR! I have absolutely no idea what's going to happen between these two men and the excitement is killing me!

Jim Ross: Well The Rock's not out here to give Mankind a Christmas card that's for sure...



The Rock: Gather round, come one, come all and listen up because....Finally! The Rock! Has come back...To Seattle! Seattle, a city that is already alive with excitement for old Saint Nick coming to town, you can't turn around outside without seeing a new set of lights or a brand new Christmas tree...The children run around the streets without a care in the world, dancing to the sound of music so terrible, The Rock is glad we only hear it once a year...They make snow angels on the ground, not worried about school work, family problems or the future. It truly is the most wonderful time of the year but Mankind, with the smell of the gravy as it gets poured over that succulent turkey! The unwrapped presents under the glorious pine tree! The prizes in those crackers that you just can't seem to win! What The Rock wants to know is this...Are you looking forward to Christmas?

Mankind: I...



The Rock: IT DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU'RE LOOKING FORWARD TO CHRISTMAS!

*The crowd let out a huge laugh as The Rock owns Mankind who starts to pace around the ring, getting rather pissed off at the Peoples Champion!*

Mankind: Do you think this is funny!? Is this a game to y--

The Rock: Shut your mouth Jabroni! The Rock wasn't finished speaking! The reason it doesn't matter if you're looking forward to Christmas is pure and simple, December twenty third, two days before it, you opted to go ONE on ONE with the Great One in a match that he will not lose, you went ahead and threw yourself in a match that you have no chance of winning! A match so brutal that The Rock can guaran-damn-tee that you won't be spending Christmas with your family, oh no! You'll be spending Christmas lying on a hospital bed in the closest nut house that they can find to dump you in! You won't be gobbling up those little pigs in blankets Mick! You will be the pig in the blanket and you won't be able to move a muscle in your body but don't worry...



The Rock: The Rock is not completely heartless...The Rock remembers a time when we were the very best of friends, trailblazing together in the middle of this ring! The most electrifying tag team in all of entertainment! Oh yeah The Rock remembers all of that so regardless of whether or not your unconscious he's going to get you a little present...The Rock is going to get in his car...The Rock is gonna drive all the way to the looney bin and The Rock is gonna come over to your bed...Then, with whatever strength and dignity you have left you're going to sit up, slobbering out of one side of your mouth but The Rock can see it in your eyes you're excited, because you notice the present in The Rocks hands, The Rock hands you the present....You grab that son of a bitch with all eight of your fingers that you'll have left and you tear it open quicker than a hiccup, then, in a dramatic turn of events your eyes stop glowing and your world crashes as you notice a freshly polished size fourteen boot....



The Rock: The Rock grabs the boot from the box as you start to realize what is going on, but wait, you're too tired to move, there's not a damn thing you can do about it as The Rock slips on that leather boot! The Rock pulls over a chair and takes a seat as he begins to lace that ol' boot up one bit at a time, The Rock grabs the laces and pulls them in a knot real tight! Stands back up...Turns that sum'bitch sideways and shoves it so far up your candy ass that the noise you make will be so horrible that you're going to thank the sweet lord above that you only have one ear to hear it with! So Mick, when your lying there with a brand new boot lodged in your anus The Rock wants you to think to yourself, think to yourself really, really hard! Was it worth taking off the Santa suit for? Was it worth not writing those children’s books anymore? Was it worth not watching your family open their presents on Christmas day, Mick?



The Rock: Because like it or not if you go ahead with this match up like The Rock knows you will, you are sealing your own fate and leaving him with no choice but to give your candy ass a reality check and see what's important! No The Rock isn't the ghost of Christmas past, he's not the ghost of Christmas future either, he's quite simply the Peoples Champion of the present and you can bet your little five dollar mask straight for the local joke shop that come hell or high water The Rock will do whatever it takes, as long as there's still a breathe in his body, to win this Sunday at X-treme Xmas!



Mankind: Well I'm not going to hide it Rocky, I'm pretty damn impressed that even though you're just a few days away from the biggest ass kicking in your career that you're still able to make jokes and have fun, and how typical is it that it's at my expense. Well that all ends at X-Treme X-Mas Rocky, THAT ALL ENDS! There will be no more laughing at me, no more sophomoric jokes! No more anything, but your pain and suffering! That's all you deserve Rock, that's the only thing you damn well deserve, and it's all you're going to get!

*Mankind starts to talk in his sombre voice looking down at the ring mat when he does so, refusing to look The Rock in the eye*

Mankind: You've ruined my life Rocky, how can't you see that, how can you bare to stand in the same ring as me, and look me in the eyes knowing that everything bad that's ever happened to me is all on your shoulders.

*He then looks up and starts screaming at The Great One*

Mankind: Every single damn thing! Rocky! All of it! It's all on you! Not me, you!

*He stops screaming and talks in his normal voice looking directly at The Rock*



Mankind: You might look back at our time as the Rock and Sock Connection and think of it as a good time, but I don't. I see it for what it really was... a joke. More aptly put, I was the joke wasn't I? I was the laughing stock of the company and you were the star. I was the guy who gave the world the highest rated segment in wrestling history and made a damn fool out of myself in doing so and all you did was stand there and reject all the hard work I put into it. Just like you're standing here right now with these people still blinded by your Brahma BS just like they were back then. And all you have to do is rise your silly little eyebrow and they'll go crazy for you.

*The crowd burst out in a "Rocky, Rocky, Rocky" chant causing Mankind to freak out, screaming at The Rock*

Mankind: Make them stop that, MAKE THEM STOP IT! I will not stand here and listen to a bunch of mindless sheep chant your name, of all names. You stand there and you say you're going to kick my ass in I Quit, but I've got news for you Rocky, just like 1997 I will not say those two words, NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO TO ME! I will never say those words, they're simply not in my vocabulary. Need I remind you how many times I've left you a beaten bloodied mess in the last two months Rocky? Because I don't think you'll want to know, and I've lost count of how many times I've done that. Even at The Monster Bash you may of got the last shot in, but you certainly did not look like a winner. Just think about that night Rocky, I did not quit that night even after you Rock Bottomed me onto the concrete, I wasn't even close to doing that, and at the same time you had to be carried away by officials because you couldn't stand on your two feet. If you want to beat me Rocky, if you really want to beat me, it's going to take a whole lot more than that.

*Mankind points over to the timekeepers area*



Mankind: You can take one of those chairs by the timekeepers area and hit me over the head with it however many times you like, you can throw me off the titantron again, you can handcuff me and knock out my teeth, you can break my bones but you will never break my spirit. Win or lose Rocky, we're going to hell together at X-Treme X-Mas, that's one thing I can guarantee. And we will do unspeakable things to each other, things that will shock and disgust the millions. And they will see you, The People's champion, The Great One, The almighty Rock as what you really are, a man who's just as sick and just as twisted as I am, and when they realise that, they won't be chanting your name anymore.

*He begins striking himself over the forehead with the microphone repeatedly until a trickle of blood comes out which he mops up with his hand, showing it to The Rock then talking to him like a man possessed*

Mankind: Do you see what that is Rocky? That's my blood. A tiny amount of crimson elixir, just like the stuff that flows through your veins. And if you thought it was easy for me to cut myself open, just imagine what I've got in store for you! Tis the season Rocky! Deck the halls with the blood of Rocky! And that's exactly what I'll do until there's not a single drop of blood left. I will make sure you leave that arena a broken man, and come the week after you'll be viewed just like I am. You can think about that all week long, but when I'm finished with you, you'll wish you were wearing a mask just like mine. You won't want to go outside anymore, you won't be able to handle the looks and stares from everybody else! You'll be just as outcast, just as rejected, just as shunned by society as I am. Finally Rocky, you will reap the seeds that you have sown...



The Rock:
Do you even listen to yourself when you speak, Mick? The only truth in anything you just said was that you were the joke of our tag team! But oh no, nobody here feels sorry for you, you're not gonna get any sympathy from the people and you wanna know why? It's because you're absolutely pathetic! Bitching and moaning about how you where the punchline of some cruel joke when in reality everyone was laughing just because you sucked! You're right, The Rock was the star of our team and that's because he spent each and every night of his life training to become the absolute best! He wasn't picking up your sunglasses, he wasn't trying to talk to you while you were on the phone and he sure as hell wasn't wasting his precious time digging through your high school year book and calling up your old math teachers uncle's turtle's brothers great gran Janice because quite frankly The Rock didn't give a damn about how you felt, as long as you got the job done!



The Rock:
So think about it Mick, think long and hard, if that's how The Rock felt when we were friends Then how do you think he feels now? How do you think he feels after you stabbed him in the back out of the blue and beat him within an inch of his life not once but twice, then, then after we went through the most brutal war this company has ever seen and The Rock took your broken ass and Rock Bottom'd it on the concrete without a shed of remorse! This time Mick, The Rock won't get up and walk away with the blood pouring down his face, leaving you there, no, this time The Rock will pick you right back up and do it again! And again! And again! And again! And again! Aaaaaaand as many times as it takes to keep you from ever and The Rock means....



Crowd:

The Rock:
Walking again, do you understand just how personal you've made this? Do you even comprehend the magnitude of the situation that you're in Mick? Or is that little monkey whacking the symbols around in your head? Because that's the difference between The Rock and yourself Mick, as much as The Rock knows that you're a joke, a pathetic waste of skin, The Rock doesn't ever, ever underestimate how dangerous you are! The Rock knows that you would just as quickly throw him off a damn bridge than shake his hand, but here's where our fork in the road splits, you look at The Rock and you can already see the blood trickle down his face, you're planning your revenge but you don't know, nobody knows the depths that The Rock can and will go to! You think you scare The Rock because you sit there and you hit yourself with that microphone? You think you scare The Rock because you slow...down...your...speaking...and...screw...your...eyes...up?



The Rock:
The Rock can do all of that and more!

The Rock steps towards Mankind with his eyes screwed up and to the surprise of everyone he cracks himself over the head with the microphone! But continues talking...

The Rock:
But you see, The Rock doesn't use that as a threat like you do...Because that's absolutely nothing to be scared of, do you know what you should be scared of Mick? You should be scared of lying in the parking lot, on top of a car, the pain running through your spine as The Rock climbs over the top of you as a bloody mess and shoves this very microphone in your face, and he tells you, point blank, "QUIT MICK! GIVE IT UP!" You should be scared of the capacity crowds booming voice in unison filling the arena as you lie on your back ready to quit, you try to concentrate, you try to drag that one bit of life you have left to the surface but there's only one name that you can hear and it drives you to the pits of insanity in the back of your mind, it terrifies you when you hear the name....

Crowd:

Mankind:

The Rock:
What's the matter Mick?

Crowd:

Mankind:
Stop chanting his name!

The Rock:
Do you want them to stop? The won't stop Mick...Team Bring It never stops...

Crowd:
Rocky! Rocky! Rock!

Mankind begins to pull on his hair ripping it right out of his head, throwing it to the mat, he then picks up the mic for a second time and begins to drive it into his skull once more, opening up the previous cut even wider!

Mankind:
I HATE YOU! IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT! YOU DID THIS TO ME!

Crowd:
Rocky! Rocky! Rocky!

Mankind:
ENOUGH!

The Rock:
The people are always gonna chant for The Peoples Champion Mick! As long as you're here in this company, the sound of every man woman and child in the XWL universe chanting his name will haunt you Mick...There is a way out...



Crowd:
Rocky! Rocky! Rocky!

Mankind has stopped screaming at the crowd and instead is now curled up in a ball, rocking back and forth in the middle of the ring...

The Rock:
All you have to do Mick...All you have to do is say it...say you quit!

*At that moment Mankind suddenly stops rocking back and forth and slowly gets to his feet*

Mankind: Is that what you want Rocky?! Is that what these people want?!

*The crowd boo Mankind as he stands in the ring staring directly at The Rock*

Mankind: Well here's what I think about what these people want!

*Mankind sucker punches The Rock and drops his microphone, going after The Great One, punching away making him back up to the corner*

Jim Ross: We knew this was coming, folks. And I'm not so sure these two will leave anything for each other for X-Treme X-Mas!

Jerry "the King" Lawler: They're going to rip each other apart, this isn't about winning a match, it's never been about that for them, they just want to hurt each other!

*As he continues to punch away at The Rock making him fall back into a seated position in the corner, the fans start to chant "Rocky, Rocky, Rocky" forcing Mankind to stop attacking him and pick his microphone back up*

Mankind: Chant his name all you want... There's not a damn thing you can do to help him...

*Mankind drops the microphone and turns back around to The Rock who takes him down with a tackle and starts pounding away with a flurry of punches to Mankind's head until he rolls free and both men get back to their feet, where The Rock continues the attack, punching away at Mankind with a series to right handed punches then raising his arm above his head then bringing it down hitting Mankind with one final punch sending him to the mat, as the fans cheer him on*

Michael Cole: The Rock is taking it to Mankind! And they have come unglued here tonight, just willing The Rock on!

*The Rock lays in wait as Mankind slowly gets to his feet, then as he turns around Rock places Mankind’s arm over his shoulder*

Jim Ross: He's going for the Rock Bottom, could this be a little preview for I Quit?

*Mankind starts to elbow Rock in the side of the head wriggling free from The Rock's hold and rolling out of the ring to retreat up the ramp*

Mankind: I'll see you next week Rocky, say goodbye Rocky, say goodbye!

*As Mankind walks backwards up the ramp the camera cuts back to The Rock who's still in the ring now with a microphone in his hand*

The Rock: Mankind, you can run away all you want, but this Sunday there will be no escaping, there will be no running, it will just be the Jabroni beating, Pie eating, Trial Blazing, Eyebrow raising, Making Christmas go without a hitch, Making you his Brahma Bitch, Doesn't matter if your personalities split, gonna make your monkey ass say I Quit!

*The crowd cheer as Mankind tries to cover his ears, not wanting to hear the crowd under The Rock's spell*

The Rock: IF YA SMELLLLLLLL!!!!

*Rock pauses as Mankind freaks out on the ramp*

The Rock: What The Rock!..

*As he says the final line the crowd join in*

The Rock and crowd:... Is cooking!

*The Rock gives The People's eyebrow to the camera as his theme starts the play through the PA system*



*As his music plays Mankind still on the ramp and The Rock inside the ring stare each other down as Breakdown heads to a commercial break*

Eve Torres vs Lita

The crowd boo's as the theme of Eve Torres hits, she walks onto the stage with a smirk on her face as she does her signature pose.



She walks down the ramp oozing with confidence as always as she slides in the ring, the negative reaction quickly switches as the theme song as a constant fan favourite hits as Eve groans in the ring.



After a few seconds there's still no sign of Lita, nearly a minute passes as her theme stops playing as everyone is confused. Eve shrugs her shoulders and orders the referee to count out Lita, the referee starts to count as Eve leans against the turnbuckle looking cocky that she's got a win in the bag but as she's leaning against the turnbuckle all of a sudden she is pulled down to her stomach from the outside, and it's AJ! AJ drags Eve out of the ring as the ref stops the count, AJ starts to attack Eve with everything she has! Punches, slaps, kicks, scratches everywhere as Eve is down on the ground until the referee pulls AJ off of Eve. As the ref holds her up AJ is kicking her feet trying to get back at Eve but Eve uses it to her advantage as she pulls AJ from the ref and slams her back first into the hard ring apron.



Eve shouts "You wanna sneak attack me? You little girl!" and stomps her, the referee tries to restrain Eve but Eve shoves him down and then rolls AJ into the ring. AJ slowly gets to her feet as Eve slaps her right in the face sending her back against the ropes as the fans let out a big "Ohhh!" Eve opens her arms as if to say "What now?!" as AJ holds her cheek after the vicious slap, she regains her composure and then turns to Eve with a sadistic smile.



Eve starts to look uncomfortable as her rival starts to walk towards her, AJ goes for her own slap but Eve blocks it and goes for another slap which AJ then ducks. AJ runs off the ropes and dropkicks Eve in the stomach but she doesn't fall so AJ runs off the ropes again and on the rebound she dropkicks Eve in the knee and then for a third time AJ runs to the ropes and back before hitting her with a shining wizard nearly sending Eve out of the ring! AJ gets up to her feet as Eve is down on the ground, AJ starts to run her hands through her own hair laughing at what she just did.



Once her theme hits she snaps out of her trance. She looks down at Eve and then begins to skip around the ring with a cheery smile on her face before rolling out of the ring, she skips up the ramp without a care in the world. Eve is seen in the ring glaring up at AJ, still feeling the effects of the shining wizard. AJ turns back to Eve and falls to her knees on the ramp staring at Eve.



The last sight before we head off to a video package is an eerie sight of AJ sitting on the stage staring at Eve with an emotionless look.

As Breakdown returns it is live backstage when one of the XWL Interviewers had caught up with XWL superstar Ezekiel Jackson.

Interviewer:
Welcome back to Breakdown we are here with the personification of domination himself Ezekiel Jackson. My first question for you Zeke is what happened out there between you, Jeff Hardy, Wade Barrett and Alberto Del Rio earlier on? Surely you would want Hardy weakened for your title match on Sunday.

Ezekiel Jackson:
That is the thing I would never do that. Jeff Hardy has proved so far to be a worthy champion. He has offered open challenges, he has respected the name of the late X-Treme Championship a championship I once previously held. Last week the Book of Ezekiel was filled after I defeated Evan Bourne and became 1# contender for Hardys United States title. Not only did that make me a worthy challenger but what I showed earlier on tonight shows my good sportsmanship even with the title on the line. I had to help him it seemed like a setup from the beginning there way of screwing both me and Hardy our match on Sunday at X-Treme X-Mas.

Interviewer:
So you finally now have a chance at a title after what seemed your downfall a few months ago. Did you expect to get your shot this fast?

Ezekiel Jackson:
Well to be quite honesty no. From the speed it has happened most likely someone backstage can see my future potential for the XWL and has decided to test me. As I have said before I may be a big guy with tree trunks for arms but I really cant stress this enough but I think the fans have helped me on my road to recovery and I would like to thank them for that.

Interviewer:
Finally what do you think is going to go down at X-Treme X-Mas when you face Hardy?

Ezekiel Jackson:
Well Hardy is a tough competitor I got to have to give him that. Although I have defeated him in the past but that was before my downfall. I expect hell to the X-Treme to go down on Sunday. Its going to take a lot but the personification of domination will keeping on going till he is victor and the new US Champion.

*The World Heavyweight Champion is handed his title by the official and poses triumphantly. A combined look of fatigue, relief and pride etched on his face as he is showered in adoration from the XWL Universe.*

[Jerry "The King" Lawler]
What a matchup! Mankind gave it his all and showed that he has what it takes to hang with the best of them by taking the World Champion to his limit, but when it was all said and done, The Cerebral Assassin prevailed and showed us exactly why he is the best at what he does.

[Michael Cole]
I think you're getting a bit ahead of yourself there JR... I mean, Chris Jericho is the XWL Champion. You can't really call Triple H the best until this Sunday when the two World Champions collide to crown the first ever XWL Undisputed Champion.

[Jim Ross]
This is something of a rarity, but I have to agree with Cole here King. Jericho has shown time and time again that he too is at the very top level. Sure his methods may be questionable at times, but he is one heck of a competitor with a bonafide mean streak. We've all seen what he is capable of and he's shrugged challenger after challenger aside as though they were nothing. Not to take anything away from The Game, but Jericho has proven he is a certifiable champion, while Triple H has taken years to reach the level of World Champion in XWL and has yet to defend said title in a championship match situation. One can only speculate at this point how the match will end up this Sunday, but it sure to be a slobber knocker between two of the very best in the world today.

[Jerry "The King" Lawler]
Well, I guess you're right...

[Michael Cole]
And let's not forget that Chris Jericho isn't here tonight. He's had a whole week to rest and prepare for the upcoming match, while Triple H was pushed to his limit here tonight. That alone will give Jericho a significant advantage this Sunday.

[Jim Ross]
You may have a point there Cole, but it could also swing things the other way. Triple H is already warmed up for Sunday with a huge victory over an opponent who is as tough as a $2 steak here tonight. He's put on an epic match in our main event while Jericho has been away from in-ring competition. He may be rusty, or he may be rested. Either way, things will come to a head this Sunday. Enjoy it while you can Hunter, because you know just as well as I do that this Sunday that I will bring your championship reign to an abrupt and sudden end. Don't try to deny it because you know that what I am saying is the truth. Tonight you struggled to beat an overweight man with psychosis who many consider to be nothing more than a glorified stuntman. Mick Foley is known purely for his ability to absorb punishment... he's a human punching bag. A test dummy. Yet you had to reach down into the depths of your abilities to put him away.



[Chris Jericho]
I actually pity you Hunter, for being proud of your victory here tonight. Do you honestly think you stand a chance against me this Sunday? I'm not mentally ill, overweight or a punching bag... I am simply the best in the world at everything that I do and I am in the prime of my career. And look at you. The contrast between us is clear. You're the exact opposite. Your body is broken... you're washed-up... clinging onto your past glories and living off the name you made yourself over 10 years ago... and pretending that that World Championship actually means something.



[Chris Jericho]
It's about time you faced reality and accepted the fact that the title around your waist right now means nothing. It has meant nothing ever since I was robbed of it a little over a year ago. Since then it has declined into irrelevance and been tarnished forever by the likes of Ted Dibiase... Joey Ryan... and now you. Nobody cares about the World title anymore Hunter. It's only fitting that this Sunday it's laid to rest along with your embarrassing claim at being the best.



[Chris Jericho]
I will walk out of Xtreme Xmas as the first ever XWL Undisputed World Champion just as I did back in the WWE. My name will be forever etched into the history books and I will further cement the immortality that I deserve in this business by defeating you and proving to the world once and for all that I am the greatest professional wrestler to ever lace up a pair of boots. It's a formality. Despite what everybody else says or thinks, deep down they know what's going to happen. Deep down, even YOU know it. You know that you will pale in comparison to my greatness when you and I face off this Sunday.
