As The 2019 Slammy Awards officially go live, the first thing we see is far from the normal extravagant display of pyrotechnics at ringside with the echo of fans excitedly cheering. No, instead before us is none other than The NEW General Managers of Anarchy as announced a few weeks ago Ric Flair and Paige. Flair as true to form is wearing a suit with shades over his eyes and a huge grin. While Paige is wearing a suede brown jacket and black pants with her hair up slightly. The two look to one another as if to see who is going to speak first, but when no cue is given, they both start to speak up, at the same time.

[Paige]
Ladies and-

[Ric Flair]
WELCOME TO-

They again look at one another, this time with an "I thought you were letting me go first?" Ric flashes a bit of a "whatever" frown then motions for Paige to go ahead.

[Paige]
Sorry about that, we're still adjusting to our new roles...but you know live television and all what are you gonna do? WELCOME to tonight's show the first show in the era of TWO General Managers...myself and The WOOOO! Nature boy Ri-

Ric interjects, not liking her "woo" judging by the "what is wrong with you" look on his face as soon as she does it.

[Ric Flair]
Save the woos for me little lady.

[Paige]
That's Paige, not "little lady."

[Ric Flair]
I like 'em feisty so fair play...but remember who was here when you were busy swimming in your daddy's pants.

[Paige]
And remember who will be here when you're no longer six feet above this ground. Now as I was saying...tonight is the 2019 Slammy Awards and we are proud to present you our baby a show taking a collection of everything great this past year and celebrating it as you look to another great year ahead.

[Ric Flair]
What she means is thanks to my genius of being a LEGEND in this business, the limosine riding, jet flying, kiss stealing SON OF A GUN that I am...and her helpful ammenities...we are excited for tonight and every week to come.

[Paige]
Did you suggest that Daniel Bryan defend his World Heavyweight Championship due to the travesty that took place at Cyberslam.

[Ric Flair]
No because he did nothing wrong.

[Paige]
I'd say conspiring with the crowd favorite, to mislead the people into voting him in, only to have him lay down via a finger poke...robbing them of the title match they were promised is pretty wrong. Which is why I arranged for the three Superstars not voted in at Cyberslam to compete in a Triple Threat Match tonight where the winner moves onto The Main-Event of this evening to challenge Daniel Bryan for The World Heavyweight Championship.

[Ric Flair]
Looks to me like you were one of the fans upset by their genius and you're just placating to what you want...but hey I can't say I expect anything less from a millenial like you.

[Paige]
XWL defrauded the people, and I...am simply making it right.

[Ric Flair]
Well speaking of doing what's right...my daughter Charlotte was supposed to face Bianca Belair at Cyberslam but someone decided to bump her match, so The QUEEN Charlotte Flair will have a front and center spot on tonight's card when she faces Bianca Belair in the match they were supposed to have.

[Paige]
A bit of clarity, since he mentioned my "amenities" earlier...I had to approve that because we don't want another Mr. McMahon type of deal going on so any decisions pertaining to Charlotte Flair require my authorization as well.

[Ric Flair]
Are you insinuating my daughter isn't deserving of competing tonight?

[Paige]
I'm stating that if you try to bend the rules for her, I will step in as I have been instructed and empowered to do so...and ensure that everything remains fair and that bias doesn't get in the way.

[Ric Flair]
You know you need to respect your elders missy, I don't need someone babysitting my decisions.

[Paige]
I'm not, I'm simply saving you from yourself, and Charlotte from going down the same road as a certain Mandy Rose. All respect in the world but we're equal here...so my decision matters as much as yours...and rather than putting on a scene here you could back me up in my decisions, especially if we're not going anywhere anytime soon.

[Ric Flair]
Then take what you said about my daughter back.

[Paige]
Take the fact that I want her to stand on her own merits rather than ones you bestow unto her?

[Ric Flair]
You know what I mean.

[Paige]
Moving on, we will also crown the winners of The 2019 Slammys. Who will be named your Champion Of The Year? The Male and Female respective Superstars of The Year? What match takes home The Slammy for Match Of The Year? What moment made you say OH MY GOD....the most out of any other this year? What rivalry captivated you from beginning to end? And who had a voice that you couldn't help but hang onto every word from? Tonight is our celebration of those who achieved such feats this year...and it is my, it is...our honor to be your New General Managers ushering in this show and every other to come.

[Ric Flair]
Right you are, sweetie! It is an honor to be side by side The WOO! Nature Boy Ric Flair...and under my wing we will provide you PURE ANARCHY just as we always have.

[Paige]
Well, not exactly as we always have...after all, we can't support ourselves off of the past forever. There has to be a growth mindset between us.

[Ric Flair]
What she means is thanks to her youth, and my endless experience XWL is in very good hands.

[Paige]
I don't think I needed clarifying, but thank you Ric. It is indeed an honor to work with someone of your accomplishment...but it is equally your honor to work with someone who from the womb to now has been breathing wrestling. And I've never just been one to sit quietly, so believe me when I say that won't be changing.

[Ric Flair]
Now you're just rambling on, you know this was supposed to just be a minute of us introducing them to the show, and you had to get all yappy.

[Paige]
Yes of course, that was MY fault...nonetheless...we will be working tirelessly to make Anarchy and XWL in its entirety the best it can be from champions to matches to the events themselves. Tonight is but a start of a brilliant partnership between myself and one of the greats to ever step foot in this business.

[Ric Flair]
My brilliance, her beauty...A TRUE COMBINATION!

Paige bites her tongue, not wanting to continue this pissing contest with him, she lets him get that last remark out before she smiles and nods as the camera fades and Anarchy officialy goes live.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 7f09cdf3897d84c4-600x338

From the fireworks backstage between the two polar opposite General Managers on their first day on the job, to the fireworks on the stage as Anarchy goes live from the sold out Staples Center. A stage that is specially designed for the occasion with two large Slammy statues on both the left and right sides of the stage, and a red carpet lined ramp that leads all the way to the ring. Fans are on their feet full of excitement as we prepare for XWL's very own award show spectacular to officially begin.

[Mauro Ranallo]
Well, talk about an interesting first address from The NEW General Managers of Anarchy, Paige and Ric Flair!

[Renee Young]
Hopefully they can get a long a bit better as they get adjusted to their new roles...

[Corey Graves]
I understand Paige is very outspoken, from her time as a Superstar and Manager...but she could show a bit more respect to the legend she shares that office with.

[Renee Young]
I'd argue that notion for more respect could go both ways.

[Mauro Ranallo]
But moving on Ladies and Gentlemen I'm Mauro Ranallo as always joined by Corey Graves and Renee Young and welcome to The 2019 Slammy Awards!

[Renee Young]
A night that rivals Final Stand as the most exciting evening in all of wrestling because it encapsulates everything we've witnessed within the past calendar year and we celebrate it as we ready for the year to come.

[Corey Graves]
A year to come that might see NEW Champions crowned right here tonight.

[Mauro Ranallo]
Intercontinental Champion Chris Sabin will defend his title against the man who lost The Intercontinental Championship 2 years ago at this very event to the man that Chris Sabin also reigns as Tag-Team Champion with, Chad Gable. Robert Roode has had his eyes set on revenge, and tonight his moment has arrived. Will he reclaim what in his words was stolen from him? Or will The Enterprise's dominant "Roode" boy feel the dominance that has been TCSI since their formation?

[Renee Young]
Coincidentally enough The Enterprise's own World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan will be defending his title in tonight's Main-Event as a make good for the...

[Corey Graves]
Go on Renee, call it a travesty that your husband lied down for Daniel Bryan after being voted in as his challenger by The XWL Universe.

[Renee Young]
Can we not drag my personal life into this?

[Corey Graves]
I'm saying you have no problem pointing out everyone else's problems but you seem to have difficulty in admitting that your husband, the damn near unanimous favorite to challenge Daniel Bryan used that position to screw The XWL Universe out of their promised World Heavyweight Championship Match.

[Mauro Ranallo]
Corey this is for Jon Moxley to address this doesn't have anything to do with Renee.

[Renee Young]
What my husband...as you are insistent on referring to him as...did is his decision and I do not, nor shall I be the type of wife who tells him how to act or proceed in his career. I may have my opinions on the matter, but ultimately they are not relevant to the discussion which is tonight's make good match as announced moments ago by Paige.

[Corey Graves]
As determined by a Triple Threat Match involving the three men not voted in by The XWL Universe. For one man they will look to prove why the fans SHOULD have voted them instead, and perhaps by the time tonight comes to an end, that man may indeed be The NEW World Heavyweight Champion.

The arena lets out a huge "pop!" as Man, Woman, and Child...some decked out in their Twisted Bliss Coffee merchandise, or other various shirts of her rise to their feet celebrating the arrival of The NEW North American Champion. Five Feet Of Fury herself who truly had a career defining moment at Cyberslam when she stepped into Hell itself and emerged with The North American Championship leaving her rival to burn for the sins she put her through for a long and dramatic 6 months.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 Tumblr_pyprx7rf5W1rkcev7o4_500

As the beat "drops" in her theme, a new array of pyrotechnics blast down over the stage proving that she's not only just arriving with a new accessory around her waist, but putting that new Champion check to use with the addition of pyro to her entrance.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 HaHh4dd

A victorious Alexa Bliss steps out onto the stage, raising the back of both hands up as she strikes her signature pose, her eyes looking down at The North American Championship proudly on display around her waist. She had to go to hell and back LITERALLY, but after all the drama, the bitterness, and the controversy...she has emerged from it all a Champion that proved it may have taken her a while to be taken seriously...but now that she has our attention? We won't dare look away because what we see before us is a capable competitor that will stop at nothing to achieve whatever her heart desires.

[Mauro Ranallo]
Speaking of NEW Champions, there she is Little Miss CHAMPION Alexa Bliss...hot off the heels of her victory at Cyberslam against Mandy Rose in a match that has been wildly touted as a breakout performance for both Women.

[Renee Young]
They had all eyes on them and they delivered and then some...I still cannot get over Mandy Rose crashing at our feet from the top of The Cell.

[Corey Graves]
I have night terrors every night about that exact moment...

[Mauro Ranallo]
But in the end there is only one victor and that victory was claimed by Five Feet Of FURIOUS Fury Alexa Bliss.

[Renee Young]
I've talked to Alexa since that night, and she is just so relieved all of this is finally behind her. That she won, and even more than that...what her victory meant thanks to The XWL Universe.

[Mauro Ranallo]
Talking of course about the added stipulation voted in by the fans that if Alexa Bliss won...Kairi Sane would be REINSTATED as an XWL Superstar.

[Corey Graves]
Can we not talk about that please...I'm still in mourning.

[Renee Young]
It's been 3 weeks...

[Corey Graves]
I'm sorry DO I NEED TO TALK ABOUT HOW THE XWL UNIVERSE CAN GRIEVE OVER NOT GETTING A WORLD TITLE MATCH BECAUSE OF YOUR HUSBAND BUT I CAN'T GRIEVE OVER THE LONGEST REIGNING NORTH AMERICAN CHAMPION IN XWL HISTORY LOSING HER TITLE?

[Mauro Ranallo]
Back to Kairi, yes after being fired in the 3 stages of hell match where Alexa Bliss lost The North American Championship back to Mandy...Alexa was granted the opportunity to bring the world back into alignment and win the job back of her best friend Kairi Sane.

[Renee Young]
Literally the first thing she did after coming through the curtain when the show went off the air was face-time Kairi to celebrate the good news.

[Corey Graves]
Ugh...

Alexa's hands lower to the side of her North Championship, proudly touching it as her smile lights up the room. While this is technically her second reign as Champion in XWL...her first was rather short lived due to the actions of Mr. McMahon and his alleged "mistress" that she took the title from. So now tonight it's as if it's truly her first reign because there isn't a corrupt official that's going to come out here and make her defend it. I mean, probably not...anything can happen but we'd say it's unlikely to happen. That's why she's just beaming from ear to ear, she's able to relish in the bliss that is being Champion and making her victory lap down the ramp as she passes by fans congratulating her and sharing in her achievement. It was at this very event last year where The North American Championship was introduced, and now here she is representing it proudly after being left out of the conversation when it came to determining it's inaugural champion.

[Renee Young]
Of course while she's all smiles right now, we also learned at Cyberslam who the first challenger to her reign will be.

[Mauro Ranallo]
Unfortunately sometimes the rivalries we think are behind us have a way of leading all roads back to where we once were...and that is now the fate of Alexa Bliss. Ruby Riott made a massive splash at Alexa Bliss' expense nearly a year ago when she made a very public and personal attack on her.

[Corey Graves]
She took her best friend, she took her dignity, the strong reputation she had began to build for herself and reduced her to a charity case that The XWL Universe began to rally around.

[Renee Young]
I wouldn't say a charity case...but if someone exposes your deep dark secret, a secret that you literally became the most rude and disgusting person on purpose to conceal that past...we're going to find it difficult to not support her because what she experienced was very real and what Ruby did...was disgusting.

[Mauro Ranallo]
Alexa this time last year was quite the hated Superstar, her personality was very jarring to a lot of people...but what a difference a year makes. She's now one of the more beloved Superstars and she's really overcome a lot in that time. Which is what makes it so difficult to see her now having to reopen those old wounds and deal with Ruby Riott again.

[Corey Graves]
Ironically enough Ruby won that opportunity to meet Bliss for The North American Championship by defeating the former best friend she stole from Alexa in perhaps one of the more terrifying displays we've seen from a Female Superstar.

[Renee Young]
She tried to set her on fire...I literally have no words for that. You think Ruby Riott has topped herself, then she finds new days to up the level the vile character that she is.

Bliss turns the corner as she reached the bottom of the ramp and begins to make her way up onto the apron, popping up against the ropes with another not so subtle glance down at The North American Championship around her waist. Soon she steps through the ropes then mounts the second rope removing her title from around her waist and thrusting it into the air with both hands before lowering it down behind her shoulder with her signature pose with the title. The fans continue to give her a warm ovation until she lowers back down to the mat and places the title back around her waist and retrieves a microphone from one of the ringside attendants.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 Ia9dZLu

Her theme comes to an end, preparing to lift the mic up to address the fans here in California...but as she stands there the cheers just get louder and it seems to overwhelm her for a moment. After all, it's pretty different from the reaction she got when standing in this exact ring, at this very event in this exact arena one year ago. No one could have predicted the year she would have leaving that night, but now she returns one year later a more confident competitor, a more evolved competitor, someone that finally ditched the "act" and showed the world more of herself even if it was due to Ruby Riott forcing her to have to. She's lost a best friend, but gained an even better friend...she's overcome the first true bully she's ever experienced, and finally overcome the "machine" that held her back even if she never will understand why Mr. McMahon never provided her any opportunities none of that matters now because she overcame his chosen star and in effect led to him being ousted from any position of power in his own company.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 QYCk14a

[Alexa Bliss]
Ladies and Gentlemen, I present to you...The NEW "Goddess" in these parts...who claimed her crown at Cyberslam and RECLAIMED The North American Championship that was stolen from her...I am ALEXA BLISS...and my reign? Will be one never-ending Moment of BLISS!

As she pauses for a moment to allow the applause to echo, in the midst of the cheers begin an all too classic "You Deserve It!" chant that just makes her smile become even brighter than it already was. She soaks it in for a few seconds then raises his mic back up.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 GrQtHt3

[Alexa Bliss]
Because THAT is what I deserve, as you chant it, as you have tweeted it, as you plaster it on a poster held above your heads right now...I DO deserve it, and this is normally where someone is humble, someone is exuding humility...but after the year I've had? I damn well DO deserve it, and I proved that when I walked into hell and emerged with THIS!

Her hand lowers to the side of her title as she strikes a "pose."

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 CRnWW0Z

[Alexa Bliss]
There isn't another Woman on this roster that deserves this more than me because no one on this roster has had to endure what I have to endure. Last year I stood in this ring upset that I was yet again excluded from a conversation I believed I DESERVED to be apart of. Well, this year I stand here with the very title in question...and there is no question that I deserve it. Because unlike the inaugural Champion? I'm still here, and she packed her begs and left the second her month in the spotlight came to an end. And don't even get me started on the Woman that took it from her and thought she could just carry the title forever without actually making it mean something.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 6B7LEhh

[Alexa Bliss]
I have had to have my past struggles literally shoved down my throat, I have had my best friend leave me in my hour of need and side with the person who almost made me throw in the towel and never show my face here again. And after putting that behind me, after being the last woman standing...for the next 6 months, I had to deal with some daddy's girl parading around with this title when the entire world knew it belonged to me! The rule book was rewritten, the clause of morality was broken over and over, and the owner of this company tipped a ladder I was on robbing me of this title. Literally one year ago all of this began, but I stand here tonight...in spite of it all, your NEW North American Champion...and I am not a Natalya, I am not a Tessa Blanchard...I was not born to do this, I am not this gushy "hero" I am The Wicked Witch turned Wicked GODDESS...and it's time I get back to being myself. To competing, to defeating anyone in my path, to representing THIS to the best of my ability because that is what this title deserves.

As her words echo through the ears of each and every fan in attendance and at home you can feel the edge of "confidence" she once had finally returning. As we heard it straight from her own mouth she's not exactly being "humble" but when you've had a year like hers...full of so many downs and so few ups? Being able to stand here tonight rising above it all? You feed off of her every word and feel the passion, excitement, and overall pride within her.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 IdNfMB8

[Alexa Bliss]
Because I deserve it, it deserves it, YOU deserve it...this division deserves it. Wicked has never been this good, and if you think this last year was my "coming out" you haven't seen anything yet. 4 years ago I was a nobody, I was gutsy, I was my own biggest fan...but beneath that all I was determined. I had a lot to prove, I had a tall hill to climb but look at me now. I am one of the nominees in perhaps the strongest pool of candidates for Female Superstar Of The Year, ever. Win or lose, that is a victory in itself. And rather than waste my time talking about Mandy, or my Hell in a Cell Match with her...I more than anything want to talk about what my victory means. Yes, it means this title now belongs to me, as it should have the first time I met her at Downpour...but it more than anything means something else because of all of you.

As if right on cue, a growing "KAIRI!" chant makes it way through The Staples Center as Alexa smiles with a nod, extending her microphone out so that it can pick up how loud the chant is for her best friend.

[Alexa Bliss]
That's right, LET YOUR VOICES BE HEARD! You had a choice, four options, one of which...would bring the opportunity for JUSTICE for Kairi Sane, my best friend who was fired trying to stop the screwjob we all knew Warzone was destined to be.  Thanks to you, my finale with God's "Greatest Creation" had an added stipulation. If I won, Kairi Sane would be reinstated...well, as we've established...as your eyes can see, I WON! Which means one thing, MY BEST FRIEND IS BACK!

Cheers ensue as she pauses, sharing in their excitement that her Pirate Pal has returned to The XWL Roster after the travesty that her firing was.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 9OT7KPJ

[Alexa Bliss]
However unfortunately as much as I'd love to be able to bring her out here....her visa wasn't able to be reinstated in time and she's not here tonight. I know, disappointing considering this is where she made her debut literally one year ago...but trust me when I say WHEN she is able to return I will personally see to it that she gets the celebration she deserves. I'm talking the entire roster out here in pirate garb, the stage decked out like a ship, and for one night only my talk show will be renamed to a A MOMENT OF KAIRI where we take a look back on the year she's had, and the amazing things she's done...and will surely do again in the year to come.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 NUZUHeZ

[Alexa Bliss]
Now as much as I'd love to keep the energy high, and celebrate all the good in my life now...as North American Champion I do have a duty to uphold...and that duty entails defending this title against whomever is deemed worthy of such. Even if that person is literally the walking talking scum of the Earth that deserves nothing. Not acknowledgement of their existence, not the breath that it takes to speak of them, not even so much as a glance in their direction because they do not deserve to be treated as a human being not when they behave as anything but. This person will not live rent free inside my head, this person who STILL shall not be named may have earned The Number One Contendership to my title...but that is where our interaction begins, and it ends. I have nothing to say to this person, I owe nothing to this person other than the match they earned the right to, and the defeat that they will suffer at my hands just like they did before. I am a professional, unlike her...and so I will be at Breakthrough, waiting to face her in this ring, and just like Final Stand? When the dust settles I will once again be The Last Woman Standing. Thank you, next...that is all.

Alexa may have to come face to face with The Woman who reared her ugly head in her existence one year ago again at Breakthrough but she's just emphatically delivered a message that says everything she has to say on the matter. She will be in this ring, she will defend her title, and when she wins just as she did at Final Stand when their rivalry previously came to an end? She will move on with her life just as she did once before, and intends to again. She starts to walk to the ropes as if that was all she had to say on the matter, but both she and The XWL Universe share a united front "groan" when the theme belonging to "she who shall not be named" starts to play.

Alexa stands with her arms folded over her chest as Ruby Riott makes her way out onto the stage, accompanied by her best friend Sarah Logan. Sarah grabs Ruby's shoulders as Ruby twirls a microphone in her right hand, the oft silver-tongued Superstar smirking as she stares down towards the ring. Ruby turns to Sarah, motioning her head back towards Gorilla. Sarah curtly nods her head and walks back to the back as Ruby starts to make her way down the ramp, stopping halfway.

[Ruby Riott]
Well, well, well...here we are again. Alexa Bliss and Ruby Riott once again ready to do battle, his time for the North American Championship. I have to say...congrats. You went through hell three weeks ago and you actually managed to come out relatively unscathed! So you know what, for that? I applaud you, champ!

Ruby tucks the microphone under her right arm and begins to clap, hamming it up as Alexa rolls her eyes in annoyance that this problem has once again returned into her life. The new North American Champion clearly showing she wants to be anywhere else in the world but within spitting distance of Ruby Riott as the controversial #1 Contender climbs into the ring, sharing a ring with her most heated rival for the first time since Final Stand.

[Ruby Riott]
I appreciated watching you beat the life out of Vince's favorite blonde bimbo. In fact...it seems like someone learned a few tricks from yours truly with just how...how ruthless and merciless you were when you stomped Mandy's head through that mirror. Maybe you and I aren't so different after all, Alexa...maybe we're starting to become one in the same. Doing whatever it takes to get what we want.

[Ruby Riott]
After all...you sent Mandy Rose straight to hell to get what you wanted...and I almost set our mutual ex-bestie Nia Jax on fire to get what I wanted. I bet it eats you alive just thinking that two people as opposite as us would go to the same lengths to reach similar goals, doesn't it? It's fitting that you've gone on to try to show that you're not a manipulative, vindictive, lying little bitch anymore...and yet you brought that side back out to get the championship that's currently around your waist.

Ruby's tongue glides across her top row of teeth as she stifles a soft chuckle at the paths they've begun to cross yet again. Alexa shows nothing but pure loathing and disgust for Ruby while the crimson-haired rebel simply smirks, eyeing the North American Champion up and down.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 LhXb7uV

[Ruby Riott]
You know...I'm almost impressed. And for that...I think we deserve a clean slate. No more mind games. No more bullying. No more bullshit. So you know what...I want to start fresh. So, you're the North American Champion Alexa Bliss...my name is Ruby Riott...your #1 Contender, and soon to be XWL North American Champion.

Surprising pretty much everyone in the building, Ruby Riott almost seems...sincere? And...sticks her right hand out for Alexa Bliss to shake!? Alexa herself seems incredibly confused and taken aback by this, looking down at the outstretched hand of her rival almost dumbfounded. Alexa looks to the crowd who adamantly show their disdain for the mere thought of Alexa shaking Ruby's hand. Alexa finally stares Ruby in the eyes for the first time this evening, slowly shaking her head before walking past Ruby, exiting the ring and walking up the ramp. Ruby looks down at her outstretched hand, smirking slyly before turning to face the retreating champion who has exited the stage at this point.

[Ruby Riott]
You know...I knew that trying to be nice wouldn't work. I knew that actually trying to not make this personal again wouldn't work. See, Alexa, as much as you hate to admit it...you're still afraid of what I can do to you. You're afraid of just how much dirt I have on you. Afraid that one wrong move will have you right back in that same hospital bed you spent months in as a teenager, nearly starving yourself to death. And now that you've gone from starving your body to starving for attention, you really expect my sympathy for all the sins you've committed? Hell. No.

She who Alexa refuses to acknowledge by name keeps talking, but The North American Champion certainly isn't sticking around to listen to it. She hasn't turned around, she hasn't slowed down in her trek back up to the stage she's just over it and she refuses to allow Ruby to spoil tonight for her.

[Ruby Riott]
See, I know you want to channel your inner Disney Princess and just poof the big, bad witch away. But unfortunately for you? This big, bad witch is coming for your title, and there's not a damn thing you can do about it, Princess. I know how much you love to call me "She Who Shall Not Be Named" like you're the high school cheerleading captain all over again and I'm just a stain on your fancy cocktail dress, but try as you might, unlike Harry Potter? You can't just wave your little magic wand, shout "Avada Kedavra" and poof me out of existence, Alexa. This is no fairytale, and the good guy doesn't always win. And I'll prove that when I take your title at Breakthrough

The crowd boos and attempts to drown out Ruby's gloating with loud chants for the new North American Champion, the cries of "A-LE-XA!" filling the arena to the sheer amusement of Ruby Riott, who just shrugs before addressing the crowd booing her out of the building.

[Ruby Riott]
But hey...it's still a celebration, right!? I mean, Alexa Bliss is the new champion! Mr. McMahon has been removed from power over the company he created! We have two new stooges in power as co-General Managers! Hell, Kairi Sane even got off the unemployment line! Where's the confetti!? Where's the parade!? Where's the real party!? Actually...I have a better idea. Yeah, now that I think about it, that actually sounds pretty good!

[Ruby Riott]
Next week, live on Anarchy, yours truly and my best friend Sarah Logan are going to throw another party! A party to celebrate the life and career achievements of Alexa Bliss right here in the middle of this ring! And trust me when I say...every party I throw...is an absolute riott.

Ruby tosses the mic behind her, cackling to herself as we cut to a shot backstage of Sarah Logan looking on via a monitor, her eyes averting from the screen in time to see Alexa walking her way. The Viking brute sidesteps to get into Alexa's path, who doesn't seem thrilled to be in the presence of someone who would be "best friends" with a person like Ruby Riott. Sarah sighs before making an address of her own, one that Alexa is forced to listen to even if it most likely goes in one ear and out the other.

[Sarah Logan]
Look...for what it's worth? I'm sorry for how Rubes treated you in the past. I know, it's better to hear that coming from her...but I just don't know if that'll ever happen. You and I both know Ruby's very much that "stick to your guns" type...hell, I am too. I know that you and I ain't ever gonna see eye to eye or anything. But...as a co-worker, I'm gonna give you a lil' advice. No matter what she tries to pull next week? If she does follow through on this "party" she's planning? Don't come out to the ring. It ain't gonna end well for you, champ.

Patting Alexa on the shoulder, Sarah quickly walks off, leaving the North American Champion alone backstage as she tugs her title off her waist, looking down at it in her arms before watching as her rival's best friend walks off. The more things change like Alexa's rise to the top of the women's division...the more they stay the same like Ruby Riott yet again being apart of her life. It may be one year later, but for the newly crowned North American Champion? It's nothing but a rotten case of dejavu.

[Mauro Ranallo]
Did Sarah Logan warn Alexa Bliss about what her best friend may or may not have up her sleeve next week?

[Renee Young]
While Sarah herself isn't exactly a tame animal...she does seem to be the more compassionate of the two...and if she's telling Alexa not to show up to a party held in her "honor" as Ruby paints it to be...there's certainly more to this celebration than meets the eye.

[Corey Graves]
Can't a #1 contender just want to pay tribute to the Champion she hopes to dethrone?

[Renee Young]
Corey I was there the night Ruby Riott did the absolute unthinkable last year. She's not going to pop bottles and shoot streamers...there is no good that can come from next week.

[Mauro Ranallo]
Certainly not...but we've got an entire show still ahead before we can begin to speculate what may or may not happen next week. One thing we forgot to mention earlier was that after Jon Moxley's shocking defeat via a "finger poke" he's since been very active with little videos during our time off issuing challenges to the roster, and being very...unhinged. Well given his ties now to The Enterprise, we do have one more big match ahead tonight and that will be Moxley going one on one with Chad Gable in a No Holds Barred Match.

[Corey Graves]
Chad according to The Enterprise committed a robbery against Robert Roode at The Slammy Awards 2 years ago...and given Moxley's very aggressive tone right now? It appears he's about to finally be brought to justice for his crime via Jon Moxley's fists...and whatever he can get his hands on.

[Mauro Ranallo]
We've got a blockbuster night ahead and it continues right after this word from our sponsors. This is The Season Premiere of Anarchy, The 2019 Slammy Awards...and we'll be right back!

PostSubject: Re: XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019   XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 Icon_minitimeWed Nov 20, 2019 9:42 pm

We return from a brief commercial break highlighting one of the many Slammy Awards sponsors as a panning shot of the sold out Staples Center sweeps across the screen, showing dozens upon dozens of XWL merchandise scattered across the live audience in attendance. Those that didn't shill out for the overpriced shirts opt to participate in the form of handcrafted signs scribbled with various witty one liners or their favorite Superstar's name etched upon the square shaped view blocker. Before we can fully engulf ourselves with the atmosphere, a video begins to play on the Titantron, causing both the camera and the crowd's attention to shift towards the big screen. We're immediately greeted by the appearance of the World Heavyweight Champion in Daniel Bryan, who is seemingly in a room by himself as neither Bobby Roode nor Jon Moxley are in the immediate vicinity, a rare form for the Corporate Dragon. Bryan's eyes don't meet the camera's gaze right away, he seems to be contemplating exactly how he wants to address the XWL Universe following the reveal that he'll defending his World Heavyweight Championship here tonight against the winner of a Triple Threat earlier in the evening. We don't know what's going through his mind, or if this is live or prerecorded, but we know one thing for certain: Daniel Bryan is on the screen so you best shut your mouth and listen.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 CWkek6h

Daniel Bryan
As I ponder here in my solitude while Bobby Roode prepares to avenge his past failures in the form of forcefully removing the Intercontinental Championship from Chris Sabin's unworthy grasp and while the rebirth of Jon Moxley will be on display when he eviscerates the man that took Bobby's Intercontinental Championship two years ago in a No Holds Barred Match, I couldn't think of a more fitting way to bring an end to the reign that Sabin waited six years to attain. With Bobby Roode taking one of the things he holds dear while Jon Moxley violently dissects Chad Gable, the only thing he will have left are the XWL Tag Team Championships, and soon, he won't even have that because after we claim what is rightfully ours, we will come for those Championships as well. And after The Enterprise has all the gold in our possession, no one will be able to deny that we are the ones that have the true power.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 GGDJRob

Daniel Bryan
And while on the subject of power, it's fitting, isn't it? The McMahon family is no longer in charge and instead we're given not one but two General Managers. One had a failed return not too long ago with a failed tag team that went nowhere while the other is the father of another XWL “Superstar” and is known to be swayed by money. Interesting indeed. The thing about power is that no one wants to give it up willingly, no one in their right mind would give that up without a fight, no one would allow it to be taken from them so easily. Especially when that person is a McMahon. I want to believe the McMahon family is actually gone, I want to believe that we're done putting individuals on pedestals they don't deserve, I want to believe that but the fact is, I can't. There's someone that I rubbed the wrong way after Cyberslam, there's someone that I'm just going to assume is named McMahon that isn't too happy at me saying that The Enterprise are the ones that are truly in control because we have the World Heavyweight Championship and we're on the precipice of adding another Championship to our collection.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 ZJRIZpL

Daniel Bryan
Let's look at the current XWL landscape, shall we? We have Daniel Bryan, the most naturally gifted and technically sound wrestler on the face of the earth, as the World Heavyweight Champion. He will lead this company to heights it has yet to see and will never see again when he decides he doesn't want to be Champion anymore. Then we have Chris Sabin, the most undeserving Intercontinental Champion we've ever seen... well, second, there was Buddy Murphy. This is someone who wasn't content having the Tag Team Championships for a year, he had to become a dual Champion to make up for his eight year dry spell, and make up for it he did. Unfortunately for him, his reign comes to an end tonight at the hands of the man that should have never lost the Intercontinental Championship in Bobby Roode. The North American Champion, Alexa Bliss. The six month rollercoaster and the obvious favoritism aside, Bliss proved that she deserved to be a Champion and in the process, she got her best friends job back, a job that was lost because of her but I digress. But her dream is on the verge of becoming a nightmare because her number one contender is the woman that she has had well documented history with, a contender that was decided by a match on the same show she won the Championship, it's quite the concept, isn't it?

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 YqxpyBs

Daniel Bryan
Next are the longest reigning Tag Team Champions in history, if you forget the fact that there's only two teams that can say they've been XWL Tag Team Champions but they've held those Championships for over a year so that is slightly negated. That is, until The Enterprise turns our attention to them but that's not a priority currently. Anybody that has stepped up, they have knocked down, the definition of Fighting Champions to say the least. And finally, the Women's Championship. The most sought after Championship in the women's division, until Cyberslam where the North American Championship stole the show, a match that allowed a returning “Superstar” to gain a Championship match for no reason other than deciding to show up on that specific night.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 PKcKVyx

Daniel Bryan
So let's see if I understand this correctly. Sasha Banks disqualifies herself and gets another shot at the Women's Championship. I poke Moxley's chest and “pin” him, I “retain,” and now, I have to defend my World Heavyweight Championship here tonight? Not only that, the person I'm facing is the winner of a triple threat involving the three other voting options that lost in a landslide to Moxley. So compared to Mox, they aren't even in the same league as him but they face each other for a match against me tonight? Something doesn't seem to quite add up, does it? I didn't realize we were handing out participation awards as if this were a little league game. Bobby Roode EARNED his Intercontinental Championship match, I EARNED this World Heavyweight Championship, Alexa Bliss EARNED the North American Championship, Ruby Riott EARNED her match against Bliss, and as much as it pains me to say, TCSI EARNED their year long reign as XWL Tag Team Champions.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 GnadD7Z

Daniel Bryan
It's clear to me that someone has it out for The Enterprise, whether it's because they don't like the truths I speak, the words Bobby has to say, the way he carries himself or the new found wealth he likes to flaunt. Or maybe they don't like Moxley's demeanor, they don't like the words he chooses to elaborate with his diverse vocabulary of profanity, they don't like that he goes out of his way to physically, mentally and emotionally hurt those that stand across the ring from him and we're just guilty by association. Whatever the reason may be, we have EARNED every single thing we have. Every single time we step into a room, we command respect, we demand your attention because for as long as we've done this, for as long as we've put our bodies on the line, we haven't gotten the respect we deserve. And it wasn't until we unified under a single banner that we've decided to take it for ourselves. You don't have to like the way we do things, the only thing you have to do is respect us.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 WQgl9d9

Daniel Bryan
And respect us they don't. Instead of giving me the night off so I can support Bobby and Mox in their respective matches tonight, I have to defend my World Heavyweight Championship because our new “esteemed” General Manager Paige decided that it wasn't fair to the XWL Universe that they were denied a proper match at Cyberslam. You want to talk about fair? Fair is giving the best wrestler on your roster one night off so he can enjoy the fruits of his labor and watch The Enterprise do what they do best: Win Championships and destroy anybody that stands in their way. Instead, I have to prepare for a match that shouldn't be happening to begin with, all three of them lost a vote that was done by those ingrates known as the fans. How many times does Finn Balor have to lose before he realizes that he isn't worthy of being in the Main Event? How many times does Joey Janela have to lose before he realizes that he doesn't belong in a wrestling ring? How many times does Keith Lee have to lose before he realizes that his five star quality beef is two stars at best? What's “best” for the fans is showcasing your Women's Champion but instead, she gets the night off while The Enterprise has to carry this sinking ship week in and week out like every other week. You may not be a McMahon by name, but you sure as hell act like one.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 WGb9dYw

With that said, Bryan's looks directly into the camera, almost as if he's looking through space and time and locking eyes with Paige directly, the woman that decided to put him in this situation to begin with. The intensity in his eyes is visibly subtle but if history has taught us anything, it's that Bryan is a master of subtly and while he may not be able to directly deal with this specific problem, that doesn't prevent him from dealing with the next best thing: The man unlucky enough to stand across the ring from him later tonight.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 CGQPK72

Feeling like his message has been sent, Bryan turns away from the camera and begins to walk off screen, causing a short video package to begin playing in the previous video's place. It highlights not only the events that transpired at Cyberslam but also the events that led to his World Heavyweight Championship defense in the Main Event of tonight's show, as well as highlighting the participants of the aforementioned Triple Threat as they look to become a Champion before the night is over.

This is suppose to be the premier wrestling association. I see the best you have to offer. I've beaten the best. I've stomped mudholes in sumbitches from here ta Kalamazoo and back. I see alot of talkers. But what ole stone cold dont see is a whole lot of ass kickers. That's why I'm here. I'm here to whip ass and drink beer. I was sitting at the house watching this shit, drinking some steveweisers, I thought hell why not go whip some asses. So I'm here to put the whole locker room on notice. Imma whip all you sumbitches one at a time or all at once I dont give a damn. And that's the bottom line because stone cold said so. music hits again as stone cold leaves and walks up the ramp at the top of the ramp he sticks both his middle fingers high in the air

The 2019 Slammy Awards return to the sight of a pair of eyes that appear to be in deep thought as a certain Superstar with a big night ahead has secluded himself somewhere backstage. The Superstar in question is a man that two years ago had perhaps the worst night of his career when he was named The 2017 Breakout Star Of The Year...and the high of feeling the adoration from The XWL Universe...led him to defend his Intercontinental Championship in an impromptu match, a match he would lose. He's gone on record many times through the past several months blaming the fans for that, saying he felt pressured, then later abandoned because the man that beat him Chad Gable...was their "shiny new toy."

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 UGftCPc

But now on this night, two years later...he has his chance to rewrite his disastrous Slammy Award history by avenging that night. Since he returned to XWL almost 3 months ago Robert Roode...or Bobby as his friends of The Enterprise can call him...has been on an absolute roll. Delivering a stinging speech to The XWL Universe as he effectively ended their friendship...standing alongside his new friends after walking up the ramp. It was a statement, one that could have easily lost merit when he stepped back into the ring the following week. But instead, what he did is double down on his blame directed at the fans and prove that without them...he would live a GLORIOUS life.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 TMP5t9F

He won, and then the week after he won that match too...and he kept winning. And he wasn't just VICTORIOUS in a one on one scenario...no, he stood tall in a Fatal Four Way that involved the very Champion he faces tonight. And his last match held at Cyberslam was an ELIMINATION Match...where he had to defeat both potential challengers to The Intercontinental Championship, and he did. He eliminated both threats to his quest for REDEMPTION...and now tonight? It has all led up to one final match.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 Tkz5SZ9

But this match is the biggest of them all because the man he challenges? Is the best friend of the man that bested him two years ago. Tonight he goes one on one with The DUAL Champion known as Chris Sabin. One half of the LONGEST REIGNING DEFENDING TAG-TEAM CHAMPIONS OF THE WORLD...and The Intercontinental Champion. A title that forged the ties that would eventually lead to the creation of TCSI. When Chris Sabin returned almost 2 years ago he did so at the expense of Gable, the then Intercontinental Champion...a title he was in possession of because Roode issued an open challenge and Chad entered his name into the conversation. The pieces that lined up, and that have still perfectly put themselves into place since all of that is why tonight is truly a must watch. Because when you look back, when Roode sits here silently lost in his thoughts...you know that this is it. Every possible scenario that happened since The 2017 Slammy Awards...all ends here. The title that led to a rivalry between Chad Gable & Chris Sabin, that forged a respect that created TCSI, it now sees Chris Sabin fighting a fight that Chad Gable started.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 J3VvAml

Robert Roode wants to achieve his revenge in the most poetic sense, by defeating Chris Sabin on the stage he lost it all, because of his best friend. He wants Chad Gable to feel the guilt that comes with knowing ALL of this happened because of HIM. Because he chose to allow The XWL Universe to shove their hands up his ass and be their new puppet to rob him of what he worked so hard for. Tonight Roode heads into his one on one with Chris Sabin hell bent on leaving with the title that left him two years ago. And when you look at his performance since returning? You could say he might have a very good chance of that. He hasn't lost, he's overcome odds, and he's proven his quest to regain his prize will not end in any other way than reclaiming what was stolen in his words from him. The camera pans out as we see Roode's eyes now drift down away from the camera.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 GRgZj5x

You could say he's staring at his waist, a waist that hasn't had a title around it since that fateful night it all went horribly wrong. While he may have been on a winning streak since telling off the people he deemed responsible for his downfall...ultimately that means nothing if he loses tonight. All the effort to rebuild his reputation, to solidify himself as more than a beer drinking novelty act...it could all be in vain if he cannot leave tonight as The NEW Intercontinental Champion. And a weight like that, the self induced pressure that comes with it...could very well cause him to let this slip through his fingers. It only takes 3 seconds for him to either win or lose, and while he'd love to discount his opposition this evening...he knows he can't. Because Chris Sabin is a Champion that will not go down so easily, especially not when he's apart of the tandem that has DOMINATED for over the past year. That domination isn't achieved by one carrying the other, it's built by having two individuals that are capable on their own, and become even more capable together. Not to mention Chris Sabin's reign as Intercontinental Champion began by doing something no other man for a year was able to do. Defeat Matt Sydal The Iron Man Of XWL...in a 60 Minute Iron Man Match. Tonight may be about receiving awards for Superstar Of The Year or Champion Of The Year...but for Robert Roode? Tonight is about taking the trophy that he holds most dear, The Intercontinental Championship. Can he? Or will history unfortunately repeat itself again tonight?  He remains sitting there in silence as the screen goes black, and the show continues.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 NO1ew4u

[Ric Flair]
Y'know...over the many, many years that I have been in this industry, I've become known for many things. The ability to put on an all-time classic with legends in this sport like Dusty Rhodes...The Macho Man...Sting...Ricky Steamboat. I've been known for the ability to provide all of your wives and all of your girlfriends...and maybe some of your daughters with tickets to ride the legendary Space Mountain...but another thing I'm recognized for, is the ability to not just walk the walk...but talk the talk.

[Ric Flair]
So therefore...without further adieu...allow me to present the first award of the evening. The winner of the Promo of The Year Award is...

Nikki Cross's "The Purge"-inspired intro to XWL Breakthrough!

Almost as soon as her entrance music plays, Nikki Cross sprints out onto the stage, grinning ear-to-ear as she runs back and forth across the stage, causing Ric Flair to give a look that says even a womanizer like "The Nature Boy" knows to stay as far away as possible from the unhinged Scot.

[Corey Graves]
BATTEN DOWN THE HATCHES!

[Renee Young]
The Twisted Sister is in the building!

Nikki immediately yanks off her leather jacket, slamming and bashing it repeatedly against the ramp as Ric Flair quickly makes his exit from the stage, clearly getting the hell out of dodge before the psychotic Scot approaches the stage.

Nikki simply stares at the gleaming, golden award with a fixated grin on her face, a gleam in her eyes matching the gleam of the Slammy as she slowly reaches forwards, poking her right index finger against the golden award. Giving it a few more pokes, her eyes light up before quickly snatching the award, cradling it in her arms like a small child.

[Nikki Cross]
It's okay...it's okay...now you can come and play...play with Nikki...let's play...let's play...LET'S GO PLAY! Hehehehehehe!

Nikki smiles wide as she bounces up and down, clutching the Slammy Award to her chest, truly treating it like a prized possession as she scampers down the stairs off-stage that lead to the floor, even going so far as to let some fans in the front row touch with her newest toy to "play" with before quickly snatching it back, shaking her head.

Soon after, Nikki is audibly giggling into the camera following her as the unhinged Twisted Sister of XWL climbs up onto the ramp, holding the award high above her head as if it was the XWL Women's Championship, giddy as a schoolgirl before scampering backstage, as we cut to a commercial break.

appreciate the votes, guys <3

Returning from commercial break, where Nikki Cross received the first Slammy of the night for Promo Of The Year...the cameras cut back to the stage where XWL commentators Renee Young and Corey Graves are sharing the podium. to present the next award. On either side of the stage stand tall golden statues that reflect the likeness of the Slammy trophy placed on the surface between them. As the audience dies down slightly and the cameras reel in, the commentators smile and lean in towards the mic to speak.

[Renee Young]
Welcome back to the Slammy Awards, ladies and gentlemen, where it is time to take a look at the next category, and announce the winners for Match of the Year.

[Corey Graves]
That’s right Renee. The list of nominees is a long and impressive one, but there is NONE MORE IMPRESSIVE THAN THE ONE, TRUE, RIGHTFUL NORTH AMERICAN CHAMPION, GOD’S GREATEST—

Just before Graves can finish allowing the Mandy Rose propaganda fall out of his mouth, Renee yanks the microphone over in her direction and forces a smile.

[Renee Young]
Not tonight and not ever, Graves. Save it for your cult meeting later. Without further a due, in the category of Match of the Year, here are your nominees!

Corey wears a disgruntled expression while Renee extends her arm up towards the titantron. On the tron, we see an HD image of each match, one by one, with their respective participants and special event titles beneath them. The nominees are as follows:

Eli Drake Vs Drew McIntyre Vs Matt Sydal:  Triple Threat 60 Min Iron Man Intercontinental Championship Match - Breakthrough PPV Award Nominee

Ruby Riott & Nia Jax Vs Alexa Bliss & Kairi Sane: Last Team Standing Match  -  Final Stand XI PPV Award Nominee

Buddy Murphy Vs Matt Sydal: TLC Intercontinental Championship Match -  International Incident PPV Award Nominee

Alexa Bliss Vs Kairi Sane:  XWL Anarchy 7/1/2019 - 7/82019

Kairi Sane Vs Tessa Blanchard: 2/3 Falls Women's Championship Match  -   Coronation PPV Award Nominee

Alexa Bliss Vs Mandy Rose: Falls Count Anywhere North American Championship Match -   Coronation PPV Award Nominee

Chris Sabin Vs Matt Sydal: 60 Minute Iron Man Intercontinental Championship Match  -  XWL Anarchy  7/22/2019 - 7/29/2019

R-Truth vs Walter:  I.C #1 Contenders Ladder Match  -  XWL Anarchy 7/29/19 - 8/5/10

Keith Lee Vs Dean Ambrose Vs Joey Janela: Triple Threat Falls Count Anywhere Match -  Warzone PPV Award Nominee

Mandy Rose Vs Alexa Bliss: 3 Stages Of Hell North American Championship Match -  Warzone PPV Award Nominee

Alexa Bliss Vs Mandy Rose: Hell In A Cell North American Championship Match -  Cyberslam PPV Award Nominee

As the video concludes, the camera returns to Corey and Renee.

[Renee Young]
And the 2019 Match of the Year Slammy Award goes to....

Corey is holding the Slammy Award while Renee begins to pry open the black envelope. A hush of silence falls over the crowd, with a few hecklers screaming out for their favorites in the category. After a few seconds pass, Renee unfolds the envelope and takes a look inside. Her eyes widen for a brief second, before she nods her head and shrugs her shoulders slightly, clearly not all that surprised at the result. Graves attempts to peek over her shoulder at the winner, but Young quickly gives him a shunning step away to conceal it long enough to lean down towards the microphone and make the announcement.

[Renee Young]
Cyberslam: Alexa Bliss and M—

Corey promptly shoves Renee a few feet to the left and fully takes control of the microphone to finish the announcement:

[Corey Graves]
THE GOLDEN GODDESS, MANDY ROSE, in a HELL IN A CELL MATCH! Which she should have won and was blatantly wronged and robbed in, by the way ladies and gentlemen! Regardless of the clearly fixed outcome, as the longest reigning North American Champion in history, her legacy lives on through this award as representation of the adversity she so boldly overcame in order to grace us undeserving mere mortals with her unparalleled and immeasurable—

Corey's rambling is immediately brought to a halt as the theme belonging to the WINNER of the newly announced 2019 MATCH OF THE YEAR sounds to a massive cheer! The North American Champion steps out from behind the curtain, smiling despite Corey's words...and with good reason because this marks the first time she has won a Slammy Award, and when you add in the fact that this is a match she won, a match that earned her the title that's on her shoulder, the match that won the job back of her best friend....and of course her first ever appearance in The Main-Event of an XWL Pay-Per-View. She walks over to the podium, collecting the award out of Corey's prying hand, and sets it down in front of her.

[Alexa Bliss]
Wow, it's my first time winning one of these...thank you, thank all of you...even you Corey for this award. Because every single person in that audience, watching at home, or at the commentary booth helped Mandy and I make an instant classic that officially elevated THIS title...into The Main-Event...into the MATCH OF THE YEAR! You know I have to say Corey you say she was blatantly wronged, yet forget how many times she wronged me, huh? How many times I was robbed? Yet it's funny, the one match where it was just she and I? Where the powers that be couldn't get involved...not only did I win? But we both proved we're more than meets the eye. See, I could take this moment to trash Mandy, to revel in my victory...or even to belittle her loyal cheerleader that had to watch her fall from grace, not so gracefully from the top Hell in a Cell...to his feet. But unlike Mandy, unlike Mr. McMahon, unlike you Corey...I choose to celebrate this award by commending not only my efforts, but hers.

Corey pouts in the corner, crossing his arms as Renee smiles and claps.

[Alexa Bliss]
A match is not made by the efforts of one person, it is made by the efforts of all who are involved. Before Cyberslam, Mandy was just...a Prima Donna that didn't fight her own battles, that never really proved she even could. But beneath her prissy demeanor, I always took exception to her actions, and decisions because of one underlying reason...I knew she didn't have to do any of that. Because I'm someone that in my past relied on things that didn't exactly fit the "fair" mold. I never had a special "relationship" with my boss...but that's in the past now. And at Cyberslam while I was victorious, as I knew I would be...she proved that God's Greatest Creation isn't such a farce after all. Together we made this championship matter, together in that one night...we rose to the occasion and captivated all of XWL. Together we are Match Of The Year....and before I continue any further I would like to take a moment to extend my thanks to her for bringing her A Game that night. For showing us the type of competitor she really is, and while I do not like her...and the feeling is rather mutual still I'm sure....a part of me has to respect the fight she brought, and the things she did that helped solidify us winning this award. So Mandy, wherever you are...this award is just as much yours as it is mine...and I hope that when you come back you bring more of that to the table. Now, as for myself...winning an award like this is, truly-

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 BU3XBop

Corey's shriek is heard piercing through the theme song playing over the PA system, and even the boos of the crowd. After a moment, a figure emerges from the curtain, but it isn't Mandy Rose. A model-looking young man in a tuxedo and white gloves hurries out with a handkerchief. He approaches Bliss and whispers into her ear with an apologetic look on his face. Once his message has been delivered, Alexa can be seen mouthing the words: "Is she serious?" With a strong roll of the eyes, Alexa hands the Slammy Award to the man, who begins to wipe it down and sanitize it. As he does, the spotlight shifts off of the podium where Bliss is standing and shines towards the backstage doorway, where two more attractive men in matching tuxedos are holding back each black curtain open. Out from them emerges an absolute vision. Mandy Rose steps forth in a shimmering golden evening gown with a neckline that plunges even farther than she did from the top of the cell, and a slit so far up her toned and tanned thigh that Angelina Jolie herself is at home hanging her head in shame.

As Mandy struts across the stage, the spotlight follows. Once she reaches the podium, Rose is presented with the freshly cleaned and polished Slammy Award from one of her henchman. The Golden Goddess receives the trophy and effectively bumps Alexa Bliss out of her spotlight with a less than subtle elbow. As she leans in to speak, Rose runs her fingernails through the ends of her platinum hair.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 ABnv2Oo
Wow.... I am so honored and so deserving of this Slammy Award tonight. As my first of many, many awards to come, this Match of the Year Award will forever hold a special place in my heart.... I'd like to thank God for creating me, and myself for achieving greatness yet again. As always, XWL Universe... You're welcome.

Mandy flashes a Colgate smile towards the camera, holding 'her' Award as another sharply-dressed young man runs out, drops onto his knee, and begins snapping multiple pictures of Rose with the Slammy Award in hand. Mandy switches between a few brief poses before waving the cameraman off. She then, Award in hand, makes her exit like a true Miss America pageant winner. Rose waves by rotating her hand back and forth, walking back through the pulled open curtains.

Leaving Alexa Bliss with a bit of a sour taste in her mouth as she stands there audibly saying "Um, that's my award too...where is she going?" She looks to the camera as if they might have the answer, then at Corey Graves and Renee "I'm the one who won the match...is she serious right now?" But she is indeed serious, Mandy Rose has left the stage...and ultimately left Alexa Bliss without possession of The Slammy Award. The scene fades out from Alexa just standing at the podium as she looks to the curtain Rose went through as if she can't believe she just walked off with their award like that.

Three fucking days.. I had to live off of concession stand hotdogs and expired ice cream for three damn days. I sat in that Barclay’s Center for three whole days straight waiting for someone to come knocking on those doors.. The sun rose three times, and it set three times, yet no one had the balls to do it, no one had it in them to answer Jon Moxley’s open challenge.. Hell my ass got sore waiting around, sure I got up to piss, shit, and eat, but for the majority of those three days I was just sitting around, talking shit on XWL.com Exclusives, and hoping that someone was stupid enough to volunteer themselves to be the first example of why you don’t fuck with The Enterprise..

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 B52e1610

So.. The rest of the roster proved themselves to be two things these past three days; cowards and smart… Sure it might be the cowardly thing, sitting at home watching me talk shit about them and deciding not to accept the challenge.. But as far as their career longevity is concerned, hell as far as their self preservation is concerned, deciding not to accept my open challenge might just have been the smartest decision that all of my tiny-nutsack having co-workers ever made in their entire lives.. Even if it proves that they’re all a bunch of dickless cowards..

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 E960c810

So that brings us to tonight… And that brings me to Chad Gable.. You unlucky son of a bitch.. Seeing as no one accepted my open challenge to an Unsanctioned Match, it looks like I’m going to have to prove my point tonight on XWL television. And that point, in case I haven’t made myself clear yet, is that You Don’t Fuck With The Enterprise.. And tonight you will all be able to see first hand what will happen to anyone who does.. This isn’t personal Chad, but I have to show the rest of the locker room that this new Jon Moxley, The Enterprise’s Jon Moxley, is not to be fucked with, is not to be taken lightly, and sure as hell is not going to show any mercy… That’s why I requested a No Holds Barred Match..

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 A12fbc10

I can do what I want in that ring tonight, anything goes.. I used to have to “follow the rules”. I used to have to put some of my more barbaric ideas on the shelf so that I wouldn’t get fined for being too dangero- well, too ME.. But I don’t have to worry about that anymore. The Enterprise has my back, and there is no fine that we can’t afford to pay.. So tonight I’m going to do all the shit that I was told not to do in the past, and sure I’ll probably get fined for it, and hell Chad Gable might even sue me after it’s all said and done.. But it’s going to be so worth it.. I’m going to use all of my ideas that were looked upon as “too Indy” or “too violent” by Vince. I’m going to show you a side of me that you were never allowed to see.. I’m going to show you what I’m truly capable of.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 169d8510

The Enterprise just took the leash off of this pit bull, and Chad Gable, you’re about to get ripped to shreds.. One layer of skin at a time until there’s nothing left to keep your blood from painting the canvas.. And if anyone has a problem with what I do out there tonight, then too fucking bad…

As we return to the ring, the cameras slowly pan around the well-lit crowd. The crowd is cheering in anticipation of the next segment or match, excited to be back from commercial break. As the camera motion finally slows to a stop on the stage, all of the lights cut out in the arena. A loud power surge can be heard as the equipment shuts down. The crowd begins to scream, snapping pictures with their camera phones which to try and see what is going on. The flashes and flickers pop up like little fireflies in the stands as we all are caught wondering. Is it the Undertaker? The Fiend? Something completely different? What's going on?.... Then....

A soft music box begins to echo around the facility before being abruptly interrupted by a distorted, harlequin laugh. A laugh that we all know in our guts can only belong to one individual. The stage comes back to life with the assistance of multiple strobes of blue and pink lights, flashing brightly and abruptly in a chaotic manner. They finally settle into a consistently on state, and reveal the name of our current Women's Champion. "LIV MORGAN," which flashes across the screen of the titantron. Welcomed with a mixed, but mostly negative reaction, XWL's Problem Child. The Brat of the Women's Division, the Juvenile Delinquent, call her whatever you want, but for the time being you must also call her Champion. Young Liv Morgan returns to the show, still holding her Championship that she won off of Tessa Blanchard months ago. The question now is, are her days numbered? With the unexpected return of the Boss, Sasha Banks, could Liv's reign be coming to a close?... During XWL's hiatus, we got an insight to Sasha's mind and how she currently feels about her relationship (or lack thereof) with Liv, as well as a little peak inside of the mind of Morgan herself following that interview. Not a place you'd want to spend your vacation, by any stretch.

[Mauro Ranallo]
Talk about an eerie re-introduction. Welcome back to the show, ladies and gentlemen. As you can see, not much has changed, with the exception of a new theme song and a continuously deteriorating mental state of our Women's Champion, Liv Morgan.

[Renee Young]
I mean, I've gotta say, Liv just seems to be in a constant downward spiral that just gets scarier and scarier to watch with each passing week. We saw that over the last few months since she managed to capture the Women's Championship, but the return of Sasha Banks has clearly pushed her over the edge tremendously.

[Corey Graves]
For once I agree with you, Renee, but I can't say that this isn't possibly going to turn out in the favor of Liv Morgan. Yes, she may be a complete basket case, but how do you prepare for somebody who is THAT unpredictable? Sasha may know Liv better and more personally than anyone else, as we learned from her interview on XWL.com last week, but the woman carrying that title right now is not the same naive, starry-eyed girl with dreams of becoming a Champion one day. That is a woman completely unhinged, who has been damaged beyond the point of repair, and is poised to strike at anyone, for any reason, at any given time. Add in the immense and messy history between herself and the Boss? And you've got a recipe for absolute disaster.

The Champion finally spins out onto the stage, but her typical high-energy twirl is replaced by a slow, unsettling version. With a strand of her faded pink her twirled around her index finger, Liv spins around on the heel of her sneakers before flashing the camera a grin with the most disturbing set of eyes imaginable. On her cheekbone, where she has been known to sport tiny beauty marks from time to time, is not a heart or a star, but a broken heart split in half. Liv puffs her cheeks out and blows a bubble out of her lips, letting it expand and expand until it finally pops which sends her into a small fit of laughter. She sucks the remnants of the deflated bubble back into her mouth and flicks her hair back over her shoulder with one big swipe of her hand. From there, she clasps her hands together behind her back. Around her waist is the securely fastened XWL Women's Championship. Morgan begins to head down the ramp, her jaw moving up and down while she chews and skips in sync with her new theme song.

Liv skips around ringside before grabbing her title and sliding it around until the face was over her back. She hops up onto the ring apron, laying down on her front, and kicks her legs back and forth in a childlike manner. While she does this, she perches her chin on the top of her hands, allowing her twisted, baby doll eyes to survey the audience in front of her. As she does this, she allows her blue raspberry tongue to hang out of her mouth. As she rolls under the bottom rope into the ring, she grabs hold of a microphone that was placed by the ring post nearest to her. Once she climbs up to her feet, Morgan shifts the face of her title back around to her front and continues to twirl a strand of her hair around her finger while chewing on her gum and lifting the microphone up in order to speak.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 ZallQtv
SoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOo...
Last week my ol' buddy ol' pal Sasha "Blueprint" Banks went on the record saying that I have a couple of screws loose... ME! Can you believe that?!

Morgan begins pacing around the ring, seeming to be in a state of disbelief while the crowd heckle and boo her. She pays them no mind, however, as her stream of consciousness is currently too flooded with thoughts of the Boss.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 ZallQtv
You have the nerve to show your face in my ring, on MY night at Cyberslam, and the first thing you gotta say in an interview is that I have a couple of screws loose... In case you forgot, Boss, if any of my screws are loose, YOU'RE the one who loosened 'em, so you've got nobody to blame for that but yourself. Just like you got nobody to blame for lying down on your back in the ring and letting me pin you at Coronation. I didn't have to try and force you into that position, you GLADLY put yourself in it 'cause you wanted to make things right again between us, didn't you?... Well Boss, if ya really wanted to make things right, then ya should've just STAYED GONE. I'm FINALLY making up for lost time, time that YOU costed me. People used to say that I was the one hitchin' a free ride on the "legendary" Sasha Banks... but if ya think about it, things didn't start workin' out for me until I got rid of you.

The Women's Champion flares up her nostrils in a disgusted snarl as she continues to pace back and forth while speaking to the camera. Her crazy eyes seem oddly honed in on the lens, as though she was speaking through it right at Sasha Banks, who was undoubtedly watching in the backstage area.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 ZallQtv
But you were right about one thing in that interview, I'll give ya that much... You're NOT the Boss you used to be. No no no, you're MUCH weaker than that now. You say you know me better than anyone? Well guess what, Banksy? That one goes both ways, 'cause I know you better than any woman on this roster, and if there's one thing I know for a fact it's that you're not the same Boss who changed women's wrestling with Natalya. You're not the same Boss who knew her worth, and would punch out anybody who questioned it. You're not even the same Boss who would lie, cheat, and steal like your big hero Eddie Guerreo in order to get what you wanted. I mean, let's just face facts here. You've gone totally soft... You're a phony, Sash. That's all you've been since the day I met you, and I see that so clearly now. The truth of it all is, you're not a "Legit Boss" anymore.... As far as I can tell? You're just a lil' BITCH.

The crowd lets out a distinct "OOOOHHH" into the air as it becomes painfully obvious that there is no love lost between these former partners. Liv simply shrugs her shoulders and snickers to herself as she slips her hand behind her neck and flicks her cotton candy hair back over her shoulder.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 ZallQtv
It's time for a new era of wrestling, and for new faces to take over the spotlight. This isn't the Sasha Banks and Natalya show that it used to be, and things aren't about to go down on YOUR terms anymore. Why? 'Cause I'M the Champ now! ME! I did this, and I did it without YOU!

Liv unfastens her Women's Championship from around her waist and raises it up in one hand, sticking her bright blue tongue out beside it. As she keeps it raised, she begins to trot and skip around the ring. With a sudden pep in her step, clearly very pleased with herself, Morgan flaunts her Championship to the audience by taking her time around each side of the ring, chanting:

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 ZallQtv
LONG LIV THE CHAMP! LONG LIV THE CHAMP!

Morgan's charade goes on and on while she tries to rally the crowd behind her in a chant. Some members of the XWL Universe catch on, as not all are completely opposed to the Wild Child's reign, but for the most part the fans proceed to boo her. All of the booing rolls right off her shoulder, however, as she continues to prance around the ring proclaiming her chant to the masses until....

You could say IT'S BOSS TIME as the theme of Sasha Banks is played to interrupt Liv Morgan and her obnoxious chant. The crowd welcomes the interruption. Some members of the crowd still aren't convinced to cheer for the Boss. Some members are only cheering given the circumstances. The Boss is here, regardless, and she walks out onto the stage with a microphone held in her hand. She doesn't even consider walking down that ramp and entering the room. Is it for her own health and safety? Or is it for the health and safety of Liv Morgan? Either way, the blue-haired female plants her feet on the stage.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 LZg8c15
Do you want to know what I think about everything you said?

Sasha is silent for a second to give Liv a chance to answer. The champion nods from the ring and the Boss flashes a grin before the brings the microphone back up to her lips to speak.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 LZg8c15
I think you're right. Liv Morgan, you're damn right I'm a phony and I'm not even going to stand here and lie to you and everyone else and say I'm not one. I'm a phony because I pretended to be something I'm not for years. I'm a phony because I came out here acting like a stuck-up bitch who has no heart. Truth is, I have a heart. I have a heart that aches for this business and I'm so tired of being a phony. I'm sick and tired of being something I'm not. I laid it all out on the table in my interview because I wanted to be open and honest from here on out.

The Boss takes a deep breath before continuing.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 LZg8c15
The truth is you're right. This isn't the Sasha Banks-Natalya show anymore. It's worse than the Sasha Banks-Natalya show because we've got someone like you leading the charge. You're terrible. You're impulsive. You're dangerous. You're out of your mind. When Natalya was champion, we at least had a leader that we could look up to and respect... but with you? Ha. You wish we had a reason to respect you. Natalya and I didn't bust our ass for women like you to come here and ruin all the work we've put into this division. We main-evented Final Stand inside of Hell in a Cell... but you? Liv, you're such a second-rate champion that you let the North American Championship main-event over you. If you're supposedly the woman then why is Alexa Bliss the one main-eventing pay-per-views and having a match of the year performance? Maybe you're the one in need of a Moment of Bliss.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 ZallQtv
Woah woah woah woah, Boss!? Listen, I’m SO sorry that you worked SO hard breaking your back for this business, only to lay down on it for me. What I wanna know is: if I’m so second-rate, why am I the one that the almighty Sasha Banks took that infamous an L for? Huh?!... C'mon Sash, you’re still the same old Boss. You’re only here right now for one reason, and that’s because of this:

The Problem Child starts stroking the Women's Championship around her waist in circular motions as if it were a full belly.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 ZallQtv
But I really don't wanna be a “second-rate Champion,” so what should I do? Should I-.... Should I follow in the footsteps of YOUR title reign? Would that be better?

Morgan lowers her mic for a brief moment, covering her mouth with a balled up fist as she makes a poor attempt at concealing her hysterical laughter.

Y'see, I would, but that means I would've needed to lose this like-

Liv holds up her free hand, counting through her fingers one by one as she works out the mathematics inside of her quirky little head.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 ZallQtv
An entire month ago!... Let’s just keep things real for a sec. You, Sasha Banks, were destined to be a bridesmaid. Your legacy is a supporting role in NATALYA'S story. And now? You're a stepping stone in MINE. So you can talk and talk and talk down my reign all you want, but the truth is that it’s already off to a greater start than yours ever was, and that cuts you REAL deep don't it? You can't sit with the fact that your helpless little sidekick has kicked YOU to the side.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 LZg8c15
You kicked me to the side but here I am. Here I am. Still standing. Still ready to fight. Ready to come down to that ring and finished what I started at Cyberslam which means YOU must not have kicked me that hard. I suggest you kick me a little harder next time, boo, because I'm stubborn as hell. I'm gonna keep coming back for more.

Sasha Banks ends her statement with a smirk as she then flashes a grin at her Breakthrough challenger. She keeps the mic up and begins to speak..

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 LZg8c15
I'm going to write a new story starting at Breakthrough because I am going to drag you around that arena and I am going to beat and hurt you until I feel like pinning you. It's going to be the "Sasha Banks story: rewritten" and it's going to start with me being the brand new Woman's Champion. I talk a big game and I might not be able to back it up a lot of the time but does it look like I give a damn? Hell no. I'd rather stand here confident than let someone like you damper my mood. Hell. Now that I think about it, I don't know if I wanna wait until Breakthrough. I'm kind of feeling like walking down there and making you my bitch.

The crowd are fully behind the Blueprint in this moment, screaming in support and leaning over the barricades to hype up the Boss as she chucks the microphone onto the stage, marking the end of her talk with a loud "BOOM" from the drop. Sasha struts down to the ring with purpose, exuding the swagger that only she can on her way. One by one she pulls the signature Legit Boss rings off of her rings and removes her coat while the Women's Champion is backed into the ropes. The look on the face of the Problem Child definitely shows us that she's feeling the heat. Sasha gives Liv one last look that reads as clear as day that she means nothing but business before rolling into the ring. Before she can escape, Liv drops down to her knees across the ring as the Boss closes in. Morgan raises her mic and holds up one open hand to beg for mercy.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 ZallQtv
WAAAAAIIIIIIIIT!

The shrieking voice of the Delinquent echo and ring through the ears of every man, woman, and child in the building as Liv breathes heavily in a state of panic to get her point across before it's too late.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 ZallQtv
Let's think about this for a sec, Boss! The history books show that I am prone to a little injury from time to time, and you're not really the best at holdin' back, so.... What I'm trynna get at here is, don't do anything you're gonna regret. If you hurt me tonight, I might not be cleared to compete against you at Breakthrough...! Is that what you really want, Boss? Just-... Just prove to us all that you really have changed, that you're not the Boss of yesterday. You've grown, you-... You've gained some self control! Right?.... B-... Boss?...

Liv lowers her microphone and raises both hands in a plea of prayer, pleading with Banks to spare her. The crowd are having none of it, and continue to egg on the returning former Champion who continues to close in on the current Champ. Sasha wears a smirk on her face, noticing just how much the tables have turned since Coronation, and how weak her little "protege" looks in this moment. Step by grueling step, the Boss finally arrives directly in front of Morgan, who is still bent over on her knees in an effort to receive some amount of grace from Banks...

[Renee Young]
I have a feeling that Banks isn't in the merciful mood tonight, she's here for some much overdue payback! If there's one thing the Boss does consistently, it's collect her debts.

[Corey Graves]
Is Sasha Banks EVER in a merciful mood? Take it back to how we all got here, when Banks injured a hopeful upstart in Liv Morgan, and proceeded to take advantage of her injured and vulnerable state in order to have someone to carry out her dirty work. Sasha Banks doesn't even know what mercy is!

[Mauro Ranallo]
Regardless of how you feel about either of these women and their complex history, one thing is for certain. Regardless of her Champion status, I think you'd be hard-pressed to find ANYBODY envious of Liv Morgan's position in this very moment!

Sasha shakes her head, not about to let Liv weasel her way out of her penance this time. Banks leans down and grabs a fistful of Morgan's pink hair, and just as she begins to wrench back on it and lift Liv's head up....

LIV GRABS THE MICROPHONE OFF OF THE MAT AND BLASTS IT RIGHT INTO THE SIDE OF SASHA'S FACE! The Boss falls back with an even louder "POW" than the one that carried across the arena from her previous mic drop. The Boss is instantly rocked by the shot, allowing the professional player of possum, Liv Morgan, to pounce. Liv mounts Sasha, mic still in hand, and proceeds to hammer away with repeated rights until she sees almost as much red as she sees blue.

[Mauro Ranallo]
WHAT A TURN OF EVENTS!

[Corey Graves]
That's why you never turn your back on a Delinquent! Sasha Banks made a legacy in this business of only caring about herself, and walking over anybody she had to in order to get to where she wanted. What goes around comes around, Sasha, and your karma just so happens to have pink hair, a blue tongue, and a Women's Championship.

[Renee Young]
How can you say that, Graves? Sasha Banks by all accounts is a changed woman. This isn't the same Boss who did all of those things and put Liv Morgan on this path a year and a half ago! This is the BLUEPRINT!

[Corey Graves]
So tell me this, Renee. If I plot and murder an entire family, but before my sentencing I have a change of heart, am I exempt from being prosecuted for my actions? I THINK NOT! Sasha's been back in XWL for all of 2 seconds and you're taking her word for gold. The fact is, we have no idea who this "Blueprint" is, and neither does Liv!

[Renee Young]
So you support what we're seeing right now?! This outright attack on Banks?

[Corey Graves]
I didn't say that either... We all know Liv can be a little bit-....

[Mauro Ranallo]
A little bit what, Graves?

[Renee Young]
Go on, say it.

[Corey Graves]
Crazy! That's no secret, so is EVERYONE from New Jersey.

The crowd are split as half fall silent in shock, covering the eyes of their children from the slaughter while the other half boo the actions of our unpredictable Women's Champion. Morgan sits up, still straddling the body of Banks. Her chest rises and falls, trying to catch her breath after the ungodly and unexpected assault that just took place. Liv's eyes shift back and forth around the crowd. She sticks her blue tongue out and drags it across her lips all while cracking a sickening grin. Just when we think it's over, Morgan places her hands on Banks's shoulders and begins to lean down in what appears to be a repeat performance of their kiss at Coronation. Just before Liv's lips connect with the unconscious ones of Sasha, the lights in the arena cut out to a pitch black state. Fans quickly grab their phones and flash pictures to try and catch a glimpse of what is taking place in the darkness, but to no avail, the range of the flash is just out of reach of the ring. The only thing heard is the same laugh from Liv Morgan's theme song, haunting us over the PA system as it fades in and fades out.

After roughly 20-30 seconds, the lights flicker back to life. The ring, however, is now completely vacant. The only remnant of the spectacle we just witnessed is the lone, bloody microphone on the mat where Banks laid unconscious with Morgan on top of her.

We aren't allowed a second to process our new surroundings when the theme of the XWL Tag Team Champions and the Co-Intercontinental Champions begins to play, sending the crowd into a sea of cheers for the “Stupid Idiots” from “Trash City.” The Golden Duo walks out from behind the curtain, Gable wearing his half of the Tag Team Championships proudly around his waist while Sabin, following shortly behind, mirrors Gable's position of the Tag Team Championships while also having the International Championship wrapped diagonally across his chest. There are no theatrics for TCSI here tonight as Sabin looks to defend the International Championship against The Enterprise's own, Robert Roode, Bobby to those within his circle. Both men make it to the podium a handful of moments later as Sabin immediately wraps his hand around the awaiting Slammy on said podium, taking a look at it before beginning to speak.

Chris Sabin
I would like to thank a very specific list of people for making this moment possible. So it is with great honor that Chad and myself graciously accept the first ever Slammy for Tag Team of the Year and this moment couldn't have been possible without-

[Chad Gable]
What are you doing?

Chris Sabin
Accepting our Slammy.

[Chad Gable]
We're presenting, not accepting.

Sabin, realizing the situation he's now found himself in, places the Slammy down on its previous resting place and clears his throat, wanting to move on from this as quickly as possible.

Chris Sabin
Over the past year, we were lucky enough to witness the birth some of the greatest rivalries this company has ever seen. From humble beginnings to earth shattering debuts, from forming alliances to ending said alliance because of the World Heavyweight Championship, from rivals becoming unlikely allies in the form of adversity, we are proud to present the Slammy for Rivalry of the Year.

[Chad Gable]
Our first nominee comes courtesy of Breakthrough, which also happens to be our next Pay-Per-View, in the form of a Triple Threat Match involving Ruby Riott, Kairi Sane and our NEW North American Champion, Alexa Bliss.

Chris Sabin
While I don't agree with her tactics, Ruby Riott made an impact in this match, being victorious after Nia Jax turned on her former best friend and laid her and her “Pirate Pal” out in the match.

[Chad Gable]
The only downside is that there wasn't a Championship on the line, maybe one day.

Chris Sabin
Our second nomination is from the show of shows, Final Stand XI, and involves the former General Manager JBL and his former protege in Aiden English. Wait, that was this year? What were we doing?

[Chad Gable]
Stealing the show at Final Stand with The Golden Lovers.

Chris Sabin
Why isn't that a voting option?

[Chad Gable]
That's a good question. Our third nomination takes us back to International Incident where we were treated to an incredibly hellacious Tables, Ladders and Chairs Match for the International Championship involving the former International Champion Matt Sydal and the freshly debuted Buddy Murphy.

Chris Sabin
Wait a minute, hold on. Buddy freaking Murphy!? His match with IronMatt is on this but mine isn't? This is rigged!

[Chad Gable]
Well, he was in a TLC match against him and won.

Chris Sabin
I was in a sixty minute Ironman Match against him and won this International Championship, I beat him in his own match! It's fine. He can have his fifteen minutes of fame because not everybody can be the Longest...

[Chad Gable]
Reigning!

Chris Sabin
Defending!

[Chad Gable]
XWL Tag Team Champions!

Chris Sabin
Of the World! Our next nomination is quite the doozy, so if you're not seated already, you should be. An unprecedented three Pay-Per-View streak, Coronation, Warzone and Cyberslam, saw the North American Championship be defended in a trifecta of matches that include a Falls Count Anywhere match, Three Stages of Hell and finally, a Hell in a Cell match. And on top of that, their Hell in a Cell contest was Match of the Year, as we found out earlier in the evening. Remember our Three Stages of Hell, Chadsworth?

[Chad Gable]
Yeah, that was when I beat you at Final Stand last year.

Chris Sabin
You... You beat me? That's funny, I remember quite the opposite. My hand may not have been raised seeing as how that ended but I clearly won that match.

[Chad Gable]
Nope.

Chris Sabin
I did!

[Chad Gable]
Nope.

Chris Sabin
You know what, since you're my best friend, this one, singular time, I'll say you won that match.

[Chad Gable]
That's because I did.

Chris Sabin
Motherfu-

[Chad Gable]
Our next nomination...

Gable looks down towards the index card in his hand to read the next nomination but before he could, he flips the card still in his hand, perhaps the rest were written on the back? Nothing. A confused expression begins to appear on his face as he isn't sure how to proceed.

Chris Sabin
There were only four?

[Chad Gable]
It seems that way.

Chris Sabin
They really could have added my match with Sydal on there.

[Chad Gable]
Let it go. And the winner for Rivalry of the year is...

The duo pick up the envelope that was resting on the podium, each having a hand on either side before they each move their free hands towards the enclosed flap, each doing an internal countdown before they each nod and attempt to rip the envelope open. A worthy adversary for their Tag Team Championships is soon found in the form of this mighty envelope. Gable takes control of the entirety of the envelope as Sabin's eyes begin to wonder for anything on the podium to assist them to no avail. Done dealing with this, Gable simply rips it in half without a second thought, retrieving the paper and hastily putting both halves together before he and Sabin reveal the winner of the Slammy.

[Chad Gable]/Chris Sabin
Alexa Bliss Vs Mandy Rose!

And without so much as a moment's hesitation....

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 BU3XBop

God's Greatest Creation is first to appear on the stage for the acceptance of this award. With her Match of the Year Award firmly in her hand, Rose struts out onto the stage with her cupped hand slowly waving back and forth, a repeated vision of how she exited the stage earlier in the show after accepting her first trophy. The crowd, while appreciating the intensity and importance of this rivalry, still cannot manage to put their negative feelings towards the Golden Goddess aside as they join in an uproar of boos. Like the true Regina George of the women's division, Mandy bumps right passed the longest reigning Tag Team Champions on her way to the podium. She takes the trophy into the grasp of her free hand, now clinging to both the Match of the Year and Rivalry of the Year awards, while effectively elbowing Chad and Chris out of "her" spotlight. This action leaves a sour taste in the mouth of Sabin, while Gable is still far too heart-eye emoji to see anything wrong with it.

Mandy looks out into the bright lights and the sea of fans, and feels right at home. She leans forward and inhales, opening her lips to speak when-

The boos turn right into cheers the instant Little Miss Bliss' tune sounds throughout the arena, cutting off The Golden Goddess. The newly crowned Wicked Goddess Alexa Bliss steps out from the back, fake smile and all as she waves at Mandy and makes her way over to the podium.

[Alexa Bliss]
You weren't going to celebrate this award without me, were you? After all, you ran off earlier when we...I'll say it again, WE...I'll say it louder for the people in the back, and even those that might be beside me...WE....won Match Of The Year! A group effort, and now...here we are bestowed the honor of being named 2019's RIVALRY OF THE YEAR! WE...again, WE...seem to have outdone ourselves this year haven't we?

The Golden Goddess sucks on her teeth, eyeing Little Miss Bliss in disbelief as she turns her head back towards the microphone extending out from the surface of the podium.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 ABnv2Oo
Alexa!... So glad you could join us. As I was just about to say, I could not have done this without the—... individual, standing here next to me. Every Ariel needs an Ursula. I mean, what would Cinderella be without an ugly step sister to make her look even greater in comparison? My point is, as great as I am on my own.... My light truly shined just a little brighter over the dull, bland, and lackluster qualities of my opponent. So let’s give it up for the wicked hag to my Snow White, Alexa Bliss ladies and gentlemen!

Mandy takes a step back and leads the crowd (unsuccessfully) in a round of applause. The only pair of hands that seem to join her are the hands of Chad Gable, who is standing in the background and far too entranced to realize what he’s even clapping for. His keeper, Chris Sabin, quickly notices this and places his hand over the pair of Gable’s, lowering them and giving him a subtle shake of the head.

[Alexa Bliss]
A little mixed up on the roles there, but the fact is Mandy...despite our differences, despite the many issues we have had with one another both inside and outside of that ring. This award, nor this title that I took from you, TWICE...to become the historically documented FIRST PERSON EVER TO DEFEAT MANDY ROSE FOR THE NORTH AMERICAN CHAMPIONSHIP TWICE...would be what it is without the combined efforts of you and me. Every rivalry has a winner, and a loser...and you have graciously served your role exceptionally. If anyone deserves a round of a applause....my dear humble being, it is you.

With that, Alexa takes a step back herself, then proceeds with the most sarcastic and slow applause we've ever seen on this stage, as a genuine smile beams on her face. But unlike Mandy, The XWL Universe joins in...and their applause as the cameras scan around the loudly booming arena, is exactly like hers. Men, Women, and their children all clap along with the biggest grins on their faces. The North American Champion looks down at the title around her waist, then back up into the eyes of Rose and mouths "Ugh, your impact, way to go Cham-" Alexa stops herself and just bats her eyes with a devilish smile. Mandy’s jaw drops at the audacity of the XWL Universe that they’d join in on this charade. She glances back and forth before she narrows her heavenly eyes straight at Alexa, refusing to let this display get the best of her.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 ABnv2Oo
I’m going to give you simple-minded mortals a pass, being as you’ve never had the capacity to think for yourselves anyway, but make no mistake about it... Mandy Rose, is a WINNER. I conquered XWL, I broke the internet, I became the hottest cover girl in the world and I am the most talked about Superstar in the business. Whether you like me or not I demand the attention when I walk into a room, and I get that attention every single time. The numbers don’t lie. This individual may be holding the title that I made famous, but once her flash in the greasy pan is over, you’ll all be reminiscing about the Renaissance of Women’s Wrestling, the era of Mandy Rose!

In a completely typical display by God’s Greatest Creation, Mandy extends her arms out wide, fully expecting to receive the praise of her people. Of course, as any mere mortal could have predicted, she did not get it. The crowd boo her relentlessly, but Mandy let’s it roll right off of her toned shoulder. She smiles and uses both her hands to collect the Match of the Year Award that she brought out with her, as well as the Rivalry of the Year Award. With a hollow, homecoming smile, the Golden Goddess mouths the words: “THANK YOU” as she attempts to exit the stage passed Alexa Bliss with both Slammies in hand. That didn’t sit too well with Little Miss Champion however, especially not after a loaded BUMP to the shoulder by Rose as she pushes passed her on her way off stage. Alexa spins right around and lunges forward grabbing The Slammys with both of her hands as Rose clutches onto them and the microphone picks up Bliss' objections.

[Alexa Bliss]
Excuse me, where do you think you're going? These are every bit as much mine as they are yours!

The camera pans out showing Bliss, with the trophy they fought over for 6 months...The North American Championship around her waist as they now fight over another, well, two more trophies that they collectively won tonight. They were named The 2019 Match AND Rivalry Of The Year...and clearly judging by their strangle hold tug of war playing out before us on the stage old habits are hard to break. Just as the mic picked up Alexa’s vernal aggressions, they now pick up Mandy’s.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 ABnv2Oo
I’m sorry, was MY title not enough to satisfy your greed, Little Miss Sticky Fingers?!

Both women continue to engage in a series of grunts and gasps as they aggressively tousle in front of the podium with both Slammy Awards in their collective grasps. The tug of war display goes on for a few moments until these two natural rivals are forced to cease the battle.

The music starts, causing the two women to stop, looking up to the heavens fairly confused. Eyes then shift upstage, where we find Chris Sabin and Chad Gable stood. Sabin staring down Gable, confused as can be while Gable holds a mic in his hands, pulling it to his lips. Then, he begins to sing.

"You're just too good to be true."

Chris Sabin
What are you-

[Chad Gable]
Can't take my eyes off of you.

He moves closer, locking eyes with Mandy who has returned the gaze, her's being of shock and surprise.

[Chad Gable]
You'd be like heaven, to touch. I wanna hold you so much. At long last love has arrived, and I thank god I'm alive. You're just too good to be true. Can't take my eyes, off of you.

Then on cue, out comes a marching band, playing the chorus of the song as Chad breaks out into full performance.

"I LOVE YOU BABY! AND IF IT'S QUITE ALRIGHT, I NEED YOU BABY!"

The crowd has joined in. Alexa has started to smile. Mandy, has not.

"TO WARM A LONELY NIGHT, I LOVE YOU BABY! TRUST IN ME WHEN I SAYYYYY!"

In the background Sabin has started nodding to the beat, unable to stop his tag partner from making a complete ass out of himself.

"OH PRETTY BABY, DON'T BRING ME DOWN I PRAY, OH PRETTY BABY! NOW THAT I'VE FOUND YOU STAY. AND LET ME LOVE, YOU, BABY!"

In one fluid motion Chad Gable drops to his knee. That's right, his one singular knee while the other is up, his eyes locked with Mandy Rose's while her hand is in his. He holds up a ring with his other hand, the mic having hit the stage as the crowd erupts in a mixture of "awwww" and cheering. Gable reaches down and grabs the mic bringing it to his lips, breathing heavily. The music stops abruptly.

"Mandy Rose..... Will you marry me?"

Mandy looks down in utter shock at the kneeling Gable right before her eyes. Her jaw is dropped, her eyes are wide, and her heart is quite literally stopped. Little by little, an air of disgust reaches across her face. It was like she had to close her mouth to prevent the celestial vomit from escaping it. Mandy looks around at the fans who are absolutely eating this moment up, she then takes a look over at her arch nemesis, Alexa Bliss, who is having no shortage of glee at seeing Rose squirm, and finally back down to the sappiest one of them all, Chad Gable.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 ABnv2Oo
.... You know what...?

For once in her life, Mandy Rose appears to be speechless. She looks back to Alexa Bliss and releases her grip on both trophies.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 ABnv2Oo
This isn't worth it. You can have them.

Rose flicks her golden blonde hair back over her shoulder and carefully steps around Chad Gable as she makes a slightly hurried effort to get off the stage. The crowd were perhaps just about to forgive Mandy of all of her scandals had she said yes, and created one of the most heartwarming displays in live television history. However, because of her rejection, not even paying Chad Gable the respect of politely declining, the crowd proceed to boo the fleeing Golden Goddess mercilessly. Leaving Alexa with both trophies in hand, and an awkward pull of her nonexistent collar. Chad rests on his knee, almost in shock as Sabin shakes his head wondering what he was even thinking in trying to do that live on television like this. Alexa simply leans in toward the mic back at the podium and tries to cut the tension in the room after Rose broke Gable's heart.

[Alexa Bliss]
Well, that was easy...thanks, Chad! And thank you XWL Universe for naming US...because I'm not as self centered as my fellow Goddess...your 2019 Match AND Rivalry Of The Year! It's incredible, and it's a testament to the hard work we both put into every second of it. Whether it was truly disgusting moments, or the moments that made us all believe we could overcome anything...it is something I will never forget, for very many reasons...specifically office related reasons...but thank you!

Bliss raises a Slammy up into the air in each hand to a rousing applause from the audience, and Chris Sabin...who nudges a still kneeling Gable with heartache all over his face, who then joins in the applause albeit, you know...with a somber look on his face as the scene fades to a commercial break.

What a round of applause when Alex Shelley steps through the curtain and onto the stage, absolutely decked out in the finest rental suit Chris Sabin’s money can get you. His hair is slicked back, his shoes are polished, his teeth were likely brushed sometime this week--here is a man who knows how to clean up well and present himself for an occasion that demands professional finesse.

The chants from the adoring crowd bounce between “Welcome back!” and “One more match!” with a sprinkle of “Alex Shelley!” thrown into the mix. The man of the minute, smirks and takes a bow, soaking in all that he can, knowing that it may be another couple of months before XWL hauls him out of his hibernation to save their show.

Word of mouth and social media are working their magic. Within seconds, Shelley’s return spreads like wildfire as hashtags trend worldwide and XWL’s stock market value gets a cheeky bump.

One woman tweets, “I knew years of watching XWL would pay off at some point! I finally get to see the man of my dreams in person on TV!” Some angsty teen tweets, “Who cares about this has been? We all know Sabin was the star of the Motor City Machine Guns….” The Shelley fanbase descends on the particular tweet to defend their idol, lashing out with jokes and insults at the poor kid’s expense--many of them not fit for repeating here. One of the few replies not rife with profanity or insulting the teen’s bowl cut in his profile pic reads, “Sabin could only dream of having Shelley’s torso to hip ratio.”

All of that happened in the time it took Shelley to bend over then straighten up to complete his bow. He blows a kiss at a woman three rows deep to his left. However, when the kiss gets close to her, it notices she has a wedding band on. The kiss, swerves around her and aims for an equally attractive single lady two rows behind her, but the kiss loses control and smacks into the cheek of an unsuspecting man who lost track of where he was thanks to his tweeting. Shelley’s eyes open wide, the strange man looking equally surprised. Thinking quickly, Shelley makes a gun with his fingers and shoots it in the man’s direction. He drops to the ground on contact, medical officials rush to the scene of the accident.

Shelley laughs nervously, making his way to the lectern in two quick strides. He drums with his fingers as he waits for the crowd to settle down.

Alex Shelley
Ya know, I told Chris we were playing with fire, and that it was only a matter of time something like that happened. Luckily, I had a special clause written into my contracts for situations just like this. I could get into the legal nitty gritty of it all, but let’s face it folks, you’re not here for any of that--what you wanna know is just who is your XWL Champion of the Year.

Shelley casually leans against the lectern.

Alex Shelley
Frankly, it’s fitting that they asked me to come out here and do the honors. After all, when you think of Alex Shelley, you think of one of the most decorated champions in XWL’s history. For the young bucks out there who may have forgotten, I’ll break it down for you. Ersatz Tag Team Champion. Intercontinental Champion.

Shelley’s smirks slowly fades as he realizes he’s run out of things to count.

Alex Shelley
But most importantly, I was your champion, guys. A title I wore, and still wear, with pride with every second that I live and breath. The moments we shared, the memories we’ve forever hold--like that one time where I wrestled a match, and you cheered my name--I’ll cherish that. But I digress. This isn’t about me, or my laundry list of professional accolades, this is about the men and women who you voted for to be crowned Champion of the Year.

He picks up a piece of paper, then pulls out a pair of glasses from his pocket.

Alex Shelley
Here are your nominations who I was told were alphabetized for my convenience by intern Gaz.

He dramatically clears his throat.

Alex Shelley
Matt Sydal!
Tessa Blanchard!
Daniel Bryan!
Mandy Rose!
Trash City Stupid Idiots!
Liv Morgan!
And your winner...is….coming right after this short break!

The crowd groans, the suspense eating away at them from the inside. Shelley chuckles before pressing his finger up against his earpiece.

Alex Shelley
Oh, we’re not running an ad? I see. We’re kinda in an awkward spot then, aren’t we? Do you want me to advertise something, I actually have a--right. Right. Of Course.

Shelley opens up envelope, takes off his glasses and reads what’s on it.

Alex Shelley
Your winner...or rather winners, for 2019 Champion of the Year…..

TRASH CITY STUPID IDIOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOTS!!!

As the returning Alex Shelley announces the victors of the prestigious Slammy, a video begins to play on the Titantron. The scene opens with the view of an alarm clock sitting on a bedside the table. Reading on it "6:59" as the time, presumably morning as the light creeps in from the nearby window. The alarm clock flickers as the time jumps to "7:00" and the buzzer begins to go off. As it does, a hand emerges into frame, clicking it off and a song begins to play.

The camera swiftly zooms out to reveal a bunk bed in which two figures lay. The covers are thrown back simultaneously and they sit up, both swinging their feet off the side of the bed. Chad Gable and Chris Sabin both sit in their respective beds, Chad being on the top bunk and Sabin on the lower. They both yawn in sequence and go to get up from the bed. Gable falls face first from the top bunk, a loud crash emerging from the room as Sabin just carries on leaving the room.

The scene swiftly changes to both of them inside of the bathroom, tooth brushes in their mouths. Each having their own sinks. They brush to the beat for a minute before spitting. Chad takes a cup, taking a sip and swishing then passing it to Chris who does the same. One after the other they spit that into the sink as well before turning their backs on the mirrors and sinks.

The scene changes again to show them both sitting in their kitchen at the table. Bowls in front of them, the camera pans over to Clucksworth who has a carton of milk attached to his back. He spills it as he's running but keeps majority in it. As he comes by the table a hand swoops down, scooping up the carton and with it the chicken. Turning both upside down, Sabin fills his bowl with milk, presumably for cereal. Then passes it to Chad. Chad does the same but Clucksworth spazzes, breaking free from the carton and taking off. Both men jump up, rushing after the chicken. The camera follows but can't keep up as you hear plates crash, cabinets can be heard being ran into all the while, Cardboard Shelley has made his way to the table as the camera pans back. A bowl in front of him, he seems happy as ever.

The music and shenanigans seem to have stoped as the frame is cut to the three "men" sitting at the table eating breakfast. They both seem to be enjoying themselves. Each having an icepack on a part of their body from the chicken fight they were just in. Simultaneously they both look up at each other, the look of shock on their faces.

"WE GO BACK TO WORK TODAY!"

They both jump up, realizing their very late as they rush out of frame, practically knocking the table over in the process. We fast forward into the future a handful of hours to save you the grueling wait of the duo waiting and boarding their plane to them being seated in the appropriate row and already on their way towards the arena for the Slammy Award Edition of Anarchy. After receiving an award the year prior for the formation of the Tag Team Division, a division they're still on the top of after a year since becoming Tag Team Champions, they look to add to their Slammy collection tonight. As the plane tears through the air, maintaining a steady speed as it soars above the giant land mass known as North America, we're taken to the interior of said plane, where we're greeted to a shot of the Tag Team and the Co-Intercontinental Champions, collectively known as TCSI.

Chris Sabin
So you brought the Tag Team and Intercontinental Championships, right?

Sabin looks towards his tag team partner and best friend, who doesn't seem to hear the other half of the Tag Team Champions due to the comically large headphones on his head.

Chris Sabin
Chad?

Sabin taps Gable's shoulder to gain his attention but it seems to have no effect as Gable's too into what we can only assume is music.

[Chad Gable]
TAKE ON ME!

Gable shouts into the heavens, or at least the ceiling of the plane, clearly making it apparent what he's listening to. Sabin's taken aback by the sheer volume of Gable's... let's call it angelic voice, although, his music choice isn't a surprise. However, those that aren't accustomed to the exposure of the duo known as The Trash City Stupid Idiots can see this as noise pollution as the beloved duo has now seemingly become a menace on this flight, something we can assume isn't a first in any medium of transport. The other passengers stop what they're doing and begin to passive aggressively shift their focus towards the Tag Team Champions, doing anything from being less than subtle with their body motions to holding an extended index finger up to their lips in the direction of the noise.

Chris Sabin
Chad!

[Chad Gable]
TAKE ME ON!

Sabin, in an attempt to not have Gable become public enemy number one on this fight, places his hands on his partner's head and turns it towards himself.

[Chad Gable]
OH HEY, WHAT'S GOING ON?

Chris Sabin
Did you bring our Championships?

[Chad Gable]
I CAN'T HEAR YOU!

Chris Sabin
That's because you're wearing headphones.

[Chad Gable]
WHAT!?

Chris Sabin
I said, you're wearing headphones.

[Chad Gable]
WHAT!?

Chris Sabin
YOU'RE WEARING HEADPHONES!

[Chad Gable]
I'LL BE GONE!

With his attempt being foiled by the noise canceling headphones, an affect that isn't a two way street, Sabin's anger with this technology begins to build, how dare these dastardly headphones prevent him from having a civil conversation with his best friend, he prepares to fight fire with fire and unleashes a yell that will surely pierce this evil villain. Unfortunately for Stupid Idiot number one, Stupid Idiot number two has removed his headphones moments beforehand, causing Sabin to shout into Gable's unprotected ears.

Chris Sabin
REMOVE YOUR HEADPHONES!

[Chad Gable]
Why are you yelling?

Chris Sabin
WHY AREN'T YOU!?

[Chad Gable]
You're causing a scene.

Sabin looks at the rest of the plane, mob mentality slowly but surely beginning to take over with a common goal in mind: Eliminate the noise pollution known as The Trash City Stupid Idiots.

Chris Sabin
What? You've never seen the longest...

[Chad Gable]
Reigning

Chris Sabin
Defending

[Chad Gable]
XWL Tag Team Champions

Chris Sabin
Of the world! argue before?

With the beast known as Gable's angelic voice being tamed for the time being, a sense of peace begins to be restored onto the plane, for the most part. After Sabin confirms that their lives are no longer in danger, he shifts his focus towards his best friend.

Chris Sabin
As I was saying before-

In the short window that Sabin was assessing the situation they found themselves in, Gable has readjusted the headphones onto his head, picking up where he left off previously.

[Chad Gable]
TAKE ON-

Sabin removes the headphones from Gable's head and tosses them to the floor below them.

Chris Sabin
No. We're not doing this again.

[Chad Gable]
Doing what again?

Chris Sabin
This.

[Chad Gable]
Fly on a plane?

Chris Sabin
No. You know what, forget it, it's not important. What is important, however, is what I was saying before: Did you pack our Tag Team and Intercontinental Championships?

[Chad Gable]
I thought you did?

Chris Sabin

[Chad Gable]

Cardboard Shelley
TAKE ON ME!

Gable and Sabin look over their shoulders, revealing that Cardboard Shelley has joined them on their Slammy endeavor, being seated on the row directly behind them and having said row all to himself. Atop his cardboard head sits the cardboard version of Gable's headphones as the duo exchange a look with one another.

[Chad Gable]
You think he packed them?

Chris Sabin
Alex doesn't pack, he has people for that.

[Chad Gable]
So if you didn't pack them and I didn't pack them and he clearly didn't pack them, that means...

Sabin's head drops into his waiting hands, letting out a muffled scream into them for a few moments before throwing his full weight onto the back of his seat, letting out a single word in the frustration.

Chris Sabin
Motherfu-

Drifting under the censorship radar, the camera cuts towards an exterior view of the plane, a much lower angle than we've grown accustomed to at this point but in the distance, we see two dots jump out of the plane, could it be TCSI? The dots descend at a seemingly rapid pace from our vantage point before the silhouettes of parachutes appear above them, slowing their fall drastically as the duo learned a very important lesson about packing on this day.

The camera shoots to what appears to be the outside of the arena. Where we find Cardboard Shelley and Clucksworth. Shelley is strapped to the top of Cluckworth and in his clutches, the titles. All three of them, in the flesh. Which begs the question, how strong is this damn chicken? They appear to be strolling towards the entrance when suddenly.

???
AHEM!

The camera pans over to find Chris Sabin and Chad Gable, beaten and covered in leaves, very irritated as they look to their friends. Chad reaches up, grabbing hold of the twig from Chris Sabin's hair, who swats away Gable's hand.

Chris Sabin
Focus, Chad.

[Chad Gable]
I was just trying to-

Chris Sabin
Zip it.

[Chad Gable]
Zip it, lock it, put it in my-

Chris Sabin
So you two, took the titles huh? And didn't think we'd notice?

[Chad Gable]
Well we didn't. That's why we jumped out of a-

Chris Sabin
You're really not helping me out here.

[Chad Gable]
Yes I am. I'm getting the facts right.

Chris Sabin
We're supposed to be intimidating.

[Chad Gable]
You can't be intimidating with that twig in your hair.

Chris Sabin
LOOK! THEY'RE MAKING A BREAK!

The camera shoots back over to the theives who have taken off running with the belts. And by running, I mean Clucksworth has started running, hauling every belt and Shelley with him. The tag team champions take off in hot pursuit, determined to get back what was stolen from them.

After some intense running and chasing, it would appear our heroes have regained the titles. Chad sits on the ground, breathing heavy while Sabin is doubled over, hands on his knees, title around his neck and waist. The two take a moment to catch their breath before Chad breaks the silence.

[Chad Gable]
Okay, so we have the titles. We made it to the arena. I still feel like we are forgetting something.

Chris Sabin
We have to accept the award. When is that?

[Chad Gable]
I think it's happening right now.

Sabin, for the second time in this day looks down in frustration, exhaling loudly into the world. Then looks up, muttering one single word.

Chris Sabin
Motherfu-

The theme of the longest, reigning, defending XWL Tag Team Champions of the World begins to play throughout the arena as a wave of cheers and adulation are justifiably sent towards the direction of The Trash City Stupid Idiots, the duo in question walking out from behind the curtain and out onto the stage shorty after. Draped in gold, Sabin is the first that emerges, followed by Gable shortly after, the pair wasting little time closing the distance between themselves and Shelley, Sabin embracing his former tag team partner and best friend as Gable follows suit, joining in on the embrace, a lovely moment that illustrates Sabin's past and his present. The trio breaks apart as Shelley takes his leave while TCSI make their way towards the lectern, where their award awaits them.

Chris Sabin
For over one year, Chad Gable and myself have been THE team to beat, we have been not only the cornerstone of this division but we ARE this division. For over one year, we have accepted and defeated every single challenge and challenger that thought they had what it took to remove these XWL Tag Team Championships from our possession, and along the way, I managed to fulfill a life long dream of mine when I defeated Matt Sydal for the Intercontinental Championship. And tonight, a ghost from Chad's past has decided to rear its Gloriously ugly head in the form of Robert Roode. For those that don't know or have just muted their televisions whenever Roode is on screen, two years ago, The Glorious One issued an open challenge for his then Intercontinental Championship, a challenge that was accepted by Chad Gable, who went on to beat him. That victory would set up the domino effect that eventually led to the birth of the Greatest Tag Team in the World but for Robert Roode, it set his path in stone. Two years removed from that failure and Roode is now challenging me for the Intercontinental Championship in an attempt to right that injustice as he calls it. Tonight will be nothing more than a repeat of his match two years ago. Your road to regain the Intercontinental Championship has been impressive to say the least but tonight, that road ends when I pin you in the center of that ring again and it will be Glorious!

[Chad Gable]
But tonight is about more than Roode as Chris pointed out at first. These awards, they prove to us that not only did we set the standard in XWL. Not only ARE we the standard. Not only did we prove week in and week out that we are hands down the best tag team in the business today. It also proves that we made history. For years, hell since the beginning of this company one after another has come to try and make tag team wrestling a staple of this federation. Everyone failed, until us. Until us, tag team wrestling never happened inside of an XWL ring, at least not how it should of been. We made history, thanks to all of you, to management and to the hard work of the other teams. This isn't just for us, it's for that monumental accomplishment. We changed XWL forever and did it, kicking ass and taking names. Thank you to everyone. From the bottom of our hearts, and Clucksworth's and Cardboard Shelley's. We are,

Anarchy returns and we are shown the ring, where the set for Miz TV can be seen.. The crowd is cheering, hopeful that The Miz will be bringing some of the legends that he aligned with at Cyberslam on as guests

The crowd gives off a confused buzz at the sound of the unfamiliar theme. After a few moments a man comes out, wearing flashy ring gear, as well as Panda headwear complete with the fangs and claws.

Renee Young
Who is that? And what is on his head??

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 C9964310

Corey Graves
That’s Indy sensation Sammy Guevara!! He’s a youtube vlogger as well as a wrestler. And his videos actually get a lot of views!! And that’s a Panda on his head! It’s his favorite animal, and he calls his youtube fans “The Panda Fam”

Sammy makes his way down the ramp, pretending to high five fans along the way, but pulling his hand back last minute and laughing.

Renee Young
Well he doesn’t seem like a nice guy!!

Sammy slides into the ring and kicks over the “Miz TV” sign.

Corey Graves
Well you know what they say about nice guys!! They finish last!!

The crowd boos as Sammy tosses out the stools from the ring, as well as the rest of the “Miz TV” set. He the paces back and forth admiring his work before requesting a mic

Sammy Guevara
Awww, were you expecting someone else? Did you people want The Miz to come down to the ring? Did you want him to bring all his legend friends from Cyberslam? Hulk Hogan? Scott Hall? Rikishi? The Godfather? Goldust? Did you want to see them?

The crowd cheers

Sammy Guevara
Well too damn bad!! They’re yesterday’s news, wait no, they are yesterday’s trash!! Why would you want to see a bunch of old farts pull out their backs on live TV, when instead you can be graced with the presence of Sammy Guevara!!!

Renee Young
No thanks..

Sammy Guevara
The Miz might be a Hollywood star, but let’s be honest, who cares? Batista’s a Hollywood star, The Rock is a Hollywood star, John Cena’s a Hollywood star, and the list goes on and on of XWL wrestlers who’ve starred in movies.. But there is only one man in XWL who’s a top trending vlogger!! It’s 2019, no one cares about Hollywood anymore. This is the era of social media clout!! And I’ve got more of that then The Miz, The Rock, or any of those has beens have combined!!

Sammy shouts over the crowd’s boos

Sammy Guevara
I am single handedly changing the landscape of professional wrestling one vlog at a time!! And if you want to be a part of it, then go on YouTube and subscribe to my channel!! Sammy Guevara vlogs!! Anyone can be a part of The Pamda Fam!! Even you all sitting here today!! You see, when you join the Panda Fam all your worries go away!! Your shitty job, your ugly wife, your oversized belly, all of these things disappear when you become a part of The Panda Fam!! Because when you watch my vlogs, you can live through me!! You can see all the sights that you can’t afford to see. You can look at all the food that your 9-5 doesn’t make enough to buy. You can live out your dreams through me!! I am graciously giving you the opportunity to leave your pathetic lives behind and experience what it’s like to be a Spanish God!!

Renee Young
More like a Spanish Jerk!!

Sammy Guevara
That’s right, you heard correctly, Spanish God. I mean, just look at me…

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 70ce7f10

Sammy poses for the booing crowd.

Sammy Guevara
I have the type of body that your wife would leave you for. I have the skill set inside and outside of this ring that people pay thousands of dollars and spend years upon years to obtain. I am The Best Ever, facts. And that’s why I’m the one standing in the ring, and you all are the ones sitting on your fat lumpy asses thinking that your boos effect The Spanish God!!!

The crowd starts to chant “Asshole”

Sammy Guevara
My name is Sammy Guevara. And one day that name will be the most talked about name in Sports Entertainment. But for now, I’ll settle for having the most talked about vlog in sports entertainment. So remember, look up my channel, like, subscribe, and become a part of The Panda Fam. Because we all know that you people will never be able to live the life that I live, so the best option you’ve got is to watch me live it!!

And with that Sammy drops the mic and climbs the turnbuckle, taunting the booing crowd as we go to commercial.

[Renee Young]
Is that who I think it is?

[Corey Graves]
This night just can't get any worse

A man not seen for months! The crowd comes alive as the lyrics of Rebel Heart blare out through the arena. Johnny Gargano doesn't run out immediately. He walks slowly out to the cheering crowd as he takes it all in. His theme song, the roaring of the crowd in his ears, the sight of so many people in attendance. This...This is what he's missed about XWL. This is what he's missed about wrestling!

[Mauro Ranallo]
No one has seen Johnny Gargano since Aiden English cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase before last year's Final Stand! The crowd sounds like they're happy to see him back!

Johnny smiles a big wide smile before making his way down to the ring. The feeling of sliding under the ropes is something he can't explain why, but he's happy to be doing it again. Johnny is quickly given a microphone and he wants to talk but the crowd's chanting of 'Johnny Wrestling! Johnny Wrestling!'. He smiles happily again and begins to bow before the crowd. Finally the chanting begins to die down and he has a chance to speak

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 Johnny-Gargano-Returns-to-EVOLVE-in-2019
[Johnny Gargano]
I honestly can't tell you...put into words how great it feels to stand in the middle of an XWL ring again. To feel that electricity when I come out on that stage. Hear a crowd just like this one...to be called Johnny Wrestling again! Oh man I've missed this. Because like some many in the back, and some in the crowd, and thousands of people watching at home...this is always what I've wanted. This right here. To be a professional wrestler. It was difficult to achieve of course but it was simple at first. Grind. Persevere. Prove that you had what it takes. That was the whole goal and I think I proved that right?

The crowd cheers signifying that they agree with him. Johnny nods his head in agreement with them

]Johnny Gargano]
It was so simple at first. But eventually life gets complicated. It takes you through many twist and turns and it can change you. That's what happened to me. It wasn't good enough to be guy who made it in this tough business. It wasn't enough to be a star. No no, I needed, I wanted more! More and more. I wanted to be the man!

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 Gargano-nxt-4-18-696x392
]Johnny Gargano]
I wanted to be the man, the World Heavyweight Champion, so bad that it became an obsession. What should have been just competition with Dean Ambrose and Chris Jericho turned into a personal war. One that looking back on it...I'm not very proud of it. I lost what made me Johnny Wrestling and became someone entirely different. I turned my back on a lot of my morals and in a way turned my back on everyone of you. Almost as if to make me pay for my sins I wasn't even a real champion. A co champion with Chris Jericho and then We got cashed in on by Aiden English. I needed time at home. Time to evaluate what was really important to me. Who I wanted to be. Where I was going in life. I did a lot of soul searching and at the end of that soul searching I find myself standing in the middle of the ring. The only question I still have is where to go now? Even though i know the answer is having to start over. So what does that mean for Johnny Wrestling? Well -

Everyone's attention turns to the stage in shock as the theme of Tommaso Ciampa begins to play throughout the arena. They erupt in cheers as the Blackheart steps out from behind the curtain wearing a pair of camouflage pants and a black shirt that was cut at the sleeves.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 Giphy

Ciampa doesn't proceed down the ramp. He plants his feet at the top of the stage and twirls the microphone that he holds in his hand. Tommaso's theme music begins to die down which follows into him lifting his microphone to speak.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 VpNP6tg
Johnny freaking Wrestling. You remember me, don't you? Because I remember you. I remember you very clearly. I remember what you did and I've waited a long, long time for this moment.

A smirk teases his features as he licks his lips and continues his speech.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 VpNP6tg
You're quite the storyteller and I appreciate a good story but I feel like there's a critical detail that you've neglected to mention. You have neglected to mention the part where you attacked your best friend and stole his moment from him. I don't care about what you did to these people. I care about what you did to me. I care about how you cared more about the World Heavyweight Championship than your own best friend. Hell. We weren't best friends. We were family and you... Johnny Gargano, you were so much more than being my very best friend. You were my brother.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 Giphy

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 VpNP6tg
What's next for Johnny Gargano? Well, let me start off by saying this: You are sadly mistaken if you think that's the only question that needs to be answered because I have a question for you. A question that has been eating at me for months. A question that I have asked myself every morning since the incident. Every time I wake up I look at my cellphone expecting there to be a phone call or a text message with your name on it... and there never has been... but now? I have you exactly where I want you. This is my moment and this is my chance to ask you what I've been wanting to ask you for months. Johnny Gargano... where is MY apology? Because you didn't just take away my brother but you took away my chance at becoming the XWL World Heavyweight Champion!

Johnny stands and stares at his former best friend, no brother. The crowd has gone silent at the appearance of Ciampa. Johnny like them is at a loss of words and clearly is trying to put his thoughts into words

]Johnny Gargano]
Look man...there is a lot to be ashamed for. I am ashamed of a lot of things in my life. Especially recently in my wrestling career. Crossing you, betraying you, that's not a moment I'm proud of. You want to know why I haven't called you? The reason you haven't seen me with an explanation? It's because I didn't have a good one alright! How could I let you know the drive I had to want to be champion so bad and stop anybody else from getting that title? What answer could I give you that would be good enough for you to forgive me?!

Gargano huffs and puffs at the end of his rant. He runs his hand through his hair, clearly frustrated. This wasn't how he planned on returning and being put on the spot is obviously stressing him out a lot

]Johnny Gargano]
There is no excuse that I can give. I can only give you honesty. You were a threat. I know you better than anyone and vice versa. I know the things you're capable of inside this ring and it wasn't something I felt confident enough to go up against. I was weak of heart. I was weak of character. And I hid away from the world because of that cowardice. I can't give you a great explanation. The only thing I can really give you is an apology. And man...I'm sorry. I'm sorry I stuck a knife in your back. D.I.Y. has never been about that and I never want to be that person again

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 VpNP6tg
I want you to take that apology... and shove it right up your ass!

The crowd boos the Blackheart after hearing his remark. Ciampa laughs at them and he shakes his head as he continues.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 VpNP6tg
Your words mean nothing to me because I don't give a damn about anything a coward has to say. I care about his actions. I care about the way he presents himself. I want to know he's sorry. Johnny, are you sorry? Are you really sorry? Do you regret your actions? You are going to have to make this up to me, pal, and I know exactly how you can do that. You see, you took a championship from me. As I said, it was the XWL World Heavyweight Championship. The most prestigious championship in this business. I want gold, Johnny, but as of right now, I don't want the World Heavyweight Championship. I see a more prestigious championship on the horizon held by two men who look unstoppable. Johnny Gargano, you are either with me or against me. You are either going to be my tag team partner and we are going to challenge for the XWL World Tag Team Championships or I am going to march down to that ring, yank the knife from my back, and I am going to show you just how painful it is to have a knife shoved into your spine!

Johnny looks taken aback. Rather it's from the dismissal of his apology, being told that someone wants to challenge with him for the tag titles, or the threat is anyone's guess. Johnny looks hesitant to reply

]Johnny Gargano]
After everything that's happened...you want to put your trust in me? You want to try and do what nobody has been able to do for a year...with me? And on that note you want me to put my trust in you? Clearly you don't have to accept my apology and you haven't. You haven't and that's fine. But you know what it means to be a team. We have to be on the same page and you and I old friend, we are not on the same page. I'm sure these people would love to see D.I.Y. unite and take on those two but we're not ready for that. I'm not ready for that. I don't know...

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 VpNP6tg
You don't know? Johnny, that's not an acceptable answer but I can understand that this was sprung on you last minute so I'll give you some time to think this offer over. You have one week to make your decision. One week to decide if you want to be my tag team partner... or my next victim. Hit my music and cut his microphone. Johnny boy needs time to think; not speak.

Tommaso Ciampa's theme begins to play again.

And he holds up one finger in the direction of Johnny Gargano to indicate the one week he has to make his decision. We then fade away to commercial break.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 Greg-Hamilton-2017

[Greg Hamilton]
Ladies and Gentlemen, here to present the award for The 2019 Female Superstar Of The Year...please welcome to the stage a woman that was among the first group of women signed to XWL. She is a multi-time Champion, and will forever be known as one of the first women to compete inside Hell in a Cell...Mickie James!

The fans cheer as one of XWL's trailblazing Women of the past steps out from the back and walks over to the podium overwhelmed at first by the out pour of love from the fans.

[Mickie James]
Wow, first of all, it feels incredible to be out here again in front of all of you. But I think what's even more incredible is the feeling I get when I'm at home with my son and my husband and we're watching Anarchy, we're tuning in for The Pay-Per-Views...and what do we see? We see WOMEN. We see the talent on display, we see the fire in the eyes of those competing. We see the future that women like myself dreamed this division could be one day. I was ahead of my time, I may have accomplished incredible feats, like being apart of the FIRST Hell in a Cell Match to feature Women...but it was never about the first it was about every single one thereafter. Because when we did it? It was a novelty act and Layla will tell you that herself too. We were apart of a very brutal and highly touted rivalry...but all anyone could talk about was how "historic" it was.

She sighs, before continuing with her train of thought

[Mickie James]
History is nice, but what is better? Is when your achievements don't begin with "LOOK AT HOW GROUNDBREAKING THIS IS" Our fight as a division wasn't about being special, it was about being NORMAL. The same way a man could compete in any type of match on any night, we wanted that. Even in our moment of "history", they had to throw a man in there to be the referee, they had to add a stipulation that the loser would leave...and do you know, even with all of that...we weren't The Main-Event. This division 8 years ago was changing and I bring up that moment because look at where it is now. Look at this year alone, and the women nominated for Female Superstar Of The Year.

For someone like Mickie that has been away for quite a bit and only sporadically made an appearance here and there it's clear she's speaking from the heart and is so proud of the progress that has been made, and every way it has been.

[Mickie James]
I am proud to stand here to celebrate their success because that is why we fought so hard. Our work, our stories...our matches are finally being viewed through the lens of any man's. This division is no longer a victim of being a novelty act because it is now...THE act. Look at women this year and what they've done. A historic title reign ended, a rivalry built off of COMPETITION ALONE...sparked from that fire and led to an incredible Main-Event rubber match that wasn't about hatred...it was about the ability both women possessed and the magic they made together. Seeing what Kairi Sane and Tessa Blanchard accomplished was everything someone like myself ever wanted.

The fans applaud the mention of Tessa and Kairi, two Women that really elevated the division this year with their rivalry and matches.

[Mickie James]
But it can't always be about respect, and when it's not? The story not only needs to be good...it needs to be real. Look at the likes of Liv Morgan The Women's Champion. Her year? Didn't start out so great, but like many great Women before her? She didn't let that define her, she persevered, she carved her lane, she set her stage, and she made her moment come whether it was frowned upon or not. Queen Of The Ring, for the first time a crown that meant more than just some gimmick change. They could cash that crown in for a title match...and again say what you will about her methods but they worked. She cashed it in and beat the woman who ended the longest reign of a Women's Champion ever.

While Liv Morgan is far from anyone's favorite person after her actions this year, including taking out Tessa Blanchard and removing her from the division for the time being...Mickie still feels it's only right to commend The Current Women's Champion even if the fans aren't allowing themselves to do the same.

[Mickie James]
This year though, it wasn't just about who was fighting over The Women's Championship...this year was the first year where this division had two prizes at stake. The North American Championship again, was a dream. A dream that unfortunately looked to be a colossal nightmare in reality because it became a flop. And what two of the nominees tonight did is make you care, make you care A LOT. Again say what you will about Mandy Rose...and what she may or may not have done to get to where she was...but when she showed up? You paid attention, you were invested, and every title defense she had? You cared. Because every great Champion needs that rival that brings something special out of them, and that was Alexa Bliss. Together they stole the show, and when they're supposedly clashing over the "mid-card" title of a division? That speaks volumes to their star power.

The audience having named the pair as Rivalry Of The Year, and their finale Hell in a Cell at Cyberslam as The Match Of The Year clearly have a lot of love between the two Women Mickie mentions. Although in Mandy's case it's more of a "love to hate you" sort of deal.

[Mickie James]
As I speak of the women nominated tonight, I ask you who wins? Because as for myself? There is no clear answer. Every single woman BROUGHT IT! They owned their worth, they fought tooth and nail, and that is what makes this year's award so prestigious. There isn't a clear favorite, they were all incredible...and narrowing that list down to one woman doesn't diminish what they achieved. 2019 was their year, and now with the reading of this envelope...it's time to see which woman will receive the honor of being named your Superstar Of The Year...drum roll, please.

Mickie pauses, then an audible rolling of the drums follows as she begins to open up the envelope with the winner's name within it.

[Mickie James]
The 2019 Female Superstar Of The Year, is...

ALEXA BLISS!

The arena erupts with cheers as Alexa's theme sounds for the third time tonight following a Slammy reading as she is now about to receive another honor following on the heels of being the winner of Rivalry and Match Of The Year.

Alexa steps out, both Slammys in hand, as well as her North American Championship wrapped around her waist, jaw dropped and eyes, widened. "Me?" Alexa mouths as she walks over to the podium staring out at the fans who voted her The 2019 Female Superstar Of The Year. Mickie smiles grabbing The Slammy and extending it to Little Miss Bliss who just can't seem to process this moment even if her life depended on it. She thanks Mickie and the two hug for a moment before Mickie pulls away and takes a step to the side, motioning to Alexa and joining in the applause.

[Alexa Bliss]
Um, what?

She looks down at The Slammy as the fans start to chant "ALEXA!" in support of the newly named Female Superstar Of The Year who just stands there having trouble finding the words when it normally seems so easy for her.

[Alexa Bliss]
First of all, Mickie, you are an absolute inspiration to me and I don't know what your status is as an in-ring competitor...but I want a match like, yesterday...and given that I'm kind of this division's new IT girl...judging by this award, and whatnot...I'd say if I challenged you right now this entire arena would be chanting ONE MORE MATCH...and you'd basically be forced to because you can't disappoint them...right? But I won't use my newfound "Wicked Goddess" status for evil, I'll simply say when you're ready, come find me, cause I'll be waiting.

Mickie flashes a grin, almost as if she's tempted to take her up on that offer which the fans despite not being led to do so begin a small "ONE MORE MATCH" chant that Alexa quickly continues her speech to stifle a bit.

[Alexa Bliss]
Second, what the hell you guys? Like I know I started the show like screw being humble I deserve this blah blah blah...but FEMALE SUPERSTAR OF THE YEAR? That's a pretty big freaking deal, and I honestly don't know how I'm supposed to stand here and make a speech when I legitimately never expected to win. This year was awful, it was far from a pun on my last name, it was just...the opposite of Bliss. Every corner was a new twist to ruin my day and the fact that I can go through all of that, come out on top of it...and receive this honor tonight? It's the most humbling thing ever...

She's speaking from the heart, and while this may be her third speech of the evening, it's as if the concept of making a speech is now completely foreign to her due to the fact that she literally never expected to win in this category, not with the company she shared the nominee list with.

[Alexa Bliss]
I don't claim to be the best ever, or even the best currently...but I have worked for 4 very long years to be where I am now. When opportunity never came knocking, when I had little spats with someone random just to get my name out there. When I could barely apply a proper submission...but as my trainer down at the performance center Sara Amato always told me, it's not a sprint it's a marathon. That is something I've carried with me from day one to every day forward. I wasn't the instant sensation that caught this division by storm, and in the moment that can ruin you. You can feel as if your time will never come, that all these new faces can show up, and you'll just be forgotten before anyone even knows who you are. But as time goes on, you realize the true success stories in this business? Aren't the ones that attain instant success. It's those who truly keep pushing even when it feels like you aren't making any progress.

It's no secret she's been far from an instant sensation. She's been present sure, but for a while she was merely just a cast member as opposed to a leading role in any regard. But this year, she catapulted into a new status, a status that through her continued hard work...has now named her The 2019 Female Superstar Of The Year.

[Alexa Bliss]
Standing here as North American Champion, one year after it was introduced, already made tonight so great. But to receive this award on top of that? There just are no words that do this moment justice. I do want to thank one person specifically for this though...while of course I'm grateful for your votes...I have to be honest there's no way I would be here tonight, or have had the year I have without the support and love of my best friend Kairi Sane!

Little Miss Bliss kicked off tonight's episode announcing that unfortunately Kairi wasn't back from Japan yet but that they would celebrate together once she arrived back in the states. And now they have even more to celebrate. The XWL Universe as we know voted to add the stipulation that if Alexa Bliss won at Cyberslam and defeated Mandy in the now newly crowned 2019 Match Of The Year? Kairi Sane would be reinstated after she was caught in the cross-fire of Bliss' rivalry with Rose and fired by Mr. McMahon for intervening on her behalf. But now Alexa's won THREE Slammies tonight and no doubt Alexa will share those with her because for the last 365 days they have been in each other's lives at first as rivals for their first month but soon into the best of friends. Kairi saw someone in need, and Bliss has been indebted to her kind heart every since, trying to be as good as her even if it doesn't come naturally someone so naturally wicked. But their friendship has been a thing of greatness. Despite people trying to drive a wedge between them, despite having battles they've had to overcome together, they TOGETHER have overcome it all. So when it comes to Bliss being named Superstar Of The Year within The Women's Division? It's no surprise she would take this opportunity to directly thank her best friend for the role she played in it.

[Alexa Bliss]
When I look back at the last year...I can't believe there was a time where we weren't on the same page. While our rivalry was very short-lived, some might even say as short as we are...our friendship has risen to new heights for both of us...and it's taught me what true friendship is. A friend is someone who is there for you when you feel like you are all alone in this world. A friend will do anything within their power to help you with whatever problem you have. A friend will put their own needs to the side in the name of uplifting you. A friend is honest, a friend is true, and a friend never lets you down. Defeating Mandy at Cyberslam for this North American Championship of course was a goal of mine, but when you voted and determined that if I won? My best friend would be reinstated after she was wrongfully fired? I knew losing wasn't an option for me, because it was my turn to save her after the many times she has saved me...and honestly as great of an award as this is...I just wish she had been able to get here tonight so we could share this moment together. Because without her support? I wouldn't have gotten through this year, and I wouldn't have built up a resume worthy of this award. Kairi, I may be their Superstar Of The Year...but you're my Superstar Of The Year. Then, now, and forever...we're Five Feet Of Friendship...and this one's for you!

Alexa with the sweetest and softest smile takes The Female Superstar Of The Year Slammy into her hand, and lifts it up into the sky. The fans loved her sentimental speech and this moment is truly heartwarming. 2019 could have been a terrible year, but thanks to Alexa's Pirate Pal and their friendship? She has been named the ultimate honor a Woman can receive at The Slammy Awards.

The all too familiar start of a theme that hasn't been heard in quite some time due to her firing a handful of months ago, the live audience in attendance lets out a roar of cheers directed at the returning Pirate Princess, a woman that they were told wouldn't be here tonight but much to their delight, it turns out she is. Alongside the crowd, Bliss' neck turns so quickly from looking out at the XWL Universe to the stage behind her that it almost borderline snaps on the spot, despite her diminutive stature, she endures this like a literal Champ, awaiting the arrival of her Pirate Pal. Anticipation builds not only within Alexa, but also the live audience in attendance before the returning Kairi Sane emerges from behind the curtain, causing the cheers to elevate in volume and intensity. Alexa's eyes light up as the most sincere smile you've ever seen appears on her face, a subtle but justified single tear rolling down her cheek as the reunion between friends is imminent. The former Women's Champion makes her way towards the current North American Champion, who by this point has placed her small army of Slammy's on the podium, awaiting her best friend to close the distance between them because she's clearly frozen not from fear but from this emotional reunion. After Kairi put everything on the line to ensure that Alexa wasn't screwed out of the North American Championship, losing her job just to keep the odds from being stacked against Bliss, she's now back and that's thanks to Alexa, a three pronged victory to say the least. Not only did she finally vanquish the tyrannical Vince McMahon and his Golden Mistress in Mandy Rose, but she also regained the North American Championship and most importantly, her best friend's job.

With the distance between them effectively closed, neither woman hesitates to wrap their arms around the other, a warm feeling in the hearts of the live audience in attendance begins to rear its head at this emotional yet triumphant reunion of best friends takes place before their very eyes.

[Renee Young]
You know, typically we would stay quiet during a moment like this and just let it play out...but I cannot tell you how touching it is to see Kairi surprise Alexa here tonight. She wished Kairi would have made it back from Japan in time, and little did she know she did. It's just so gosh darn cute.

[Mauro Ranallo]
A bond like theirs doesn't come around often in a business like this, but when it does it just restores your faith that it doesn't always have to be so cutthroat.

[Corey Graves]
Ugh, can we bring Mandy back out, please?

Words are visibly exchanged as the pair are unable to stop smiling at the scene they've more than deserved seeing as how the past couple of months have gone for both of them. Just when you think that things couldn't get better, the equally sized women begin to show a subtle but growing size difference. What's going on, I thought they were practically the same height? Kairi remains unfazed by this as Bliss begins to slide down Kairi's body, the only thing keeping her from crashing into the ground seemingly is Kairi herself. She stops at Kairi's stomach, causing the XWL Universe to realize what's going on as they spot one of Alexa's Slammys in her hand. She ever so slightly readjusts her body, causing gravity to take over and send a motionless Bliss crashing into the floor below.

[Renee Young]
Wh-wha...what just happened?

[Mauro Ranallo]
Uh...

[Corey Graves]
Well? Go on then, talk more about how great their friendship is...

As Kairi looks down at the woman that got her job back, despite her being the reason she lost it in the first place but we're not here to push that narrative, any semblance of emotion is gone from Kairi's face. She's uncharacteristically stoic as she looks down at the lifeless North American Champion lying on the cold, unforgiving steel, the only question that unanimously remains in the minds of the XWL Universe... is why?

[Renee Young]
I...I can't even process what my eyes just saw...tell me they're playing tricks on me or something because...I honestly don't believe it. That didn't just happen, there is no possible way that REALLY just happened!

[Mauro Ranallo]
They're trying to get footage from one of the other cameras ready, but...it looks like Kairi...hit Alexa in the back of the head with one her Slammy Awards...

[Corey Graves]
BUT MAURO, FRIENDSHIP! FRIENDSHIP, MAURO! THEY'RE A REMINDER THAT THERE IS GOOD IN THIS WORLD, RIGHT?

[Renee Young]
Can we please get that replay? I need clarity, like...right now because after EVERYTHING they've been through together, after Alexa Bliss went to hell and back to win Kairi's job back...that seriously cannot be what just happened, I refuse to believe that is what happened. So hurry it up, because I can't even right now...I literally cannot even process this.

Seemingly content with her decision, or so we assume, we can't really tell because stoic, Kairi begins to leave the scene, the live audience in attendance still unsure how to react to the whole thing. For the past year, these two women have gone from rivals to allies to best friends, doing everything they could do to ensure that the other is successful in their endeavors, whether it be through moral support or literally losing their job to keep the odds from being stacked against them. As an air of uncertainty and somberness fills the arena, we're taken to a replay of what just happened so we can try to make some sense of this. A different angle shows Kairi subtly finding herself in possession of one of Alexa's many Slammys, slowly raising it into the air as to not alert Bliss to her imminent doom before driving it into the back of her skull and knocking her out in an instant. As we exit the replay and return back to the present day, Bliss is being attended to by a handful of medical personnel as an unresponsive North American Champion remains motionless on the ground.

[Renee Young]
Okay I'm about to lose it, what the hell has gotten into Kairi Sane?! Hugging Alexa, then bashing her in the back of her head with a Slammy? That is nowhere near within the realm of her character...how could she do something like this?

[Corey Graves]
I mean, let's not forget...it's Alexa's fault why she was fired to begin with. Even if she won her job back, she essentially caused her to miss valuable time in the division, time that Alexa had, time that solidified Alexa as The Superstar Of The Year...maybe she's tired of always being the one making the sacrifices.

[Mauro Ranallo]
But it wasn't Alexa's fault, Kairi was escorted out of the building...she broke back into the arena under her own sound mind and body and chose to interfere after Mr. McMahon warned them of such. How can you sit there and say it's Alexa's fault...she never stopped protesting her firing from the moment it happened until the very end of the Cyberslam as she secured the victory that won her job back.

[Renee Young]
I don't care how you justify it, what tells you try to pick out of this travesty...nothing makes sense to me right now, and given that the fans rather than booing...are simply silent? Speaks volumes to the shock-wave that has rendered the entire Staples Center virtually stunned.

Just when you think this moment can't possibly get any worse...the theme belonging to the absolute last person anyone wants to come out right now Alexa's #1 Contender to her North American Championship. They had a run-in at the beginning of tonight's show where Alexa basically expressed zero interest in entertaining her beyond her contractually obligated defense at Breakthrough against her...but Ruby despite that announced she would be hosting a celebration for Bliss' accomplishment in Hell in a Cell next week...but in light of what just happened...one can only wonder what she's got going through her mind after seeing Alexa's best friend, the woman who helped her survive their war together last year...betray her. She steps out with a swagger in her step, then feints astonishment as her hands cover her hung jaw and she steps over the still unconscious Bliss and walks over to the podium where the horrific demise of Alexa and Kairi's friendship took place. She grabs The Slammy in question, then inspects it for a moment before lifting it up and shouting into the mic.

[Ruby Riott]
LET'S HEAR IT ONE MORE TIME FOR THE 2019 FEMALE SUPERSTAR OF THE YEAR, ALEXA BLISS!

She sets The Slammy down beside Alexa as medical staff tend to her, then begins to excitedly "applaud" her long time rival in a stunt that makes the silent crowd rile up with boos at the absolute arrogance and nerve of Ruby to come out here and pull something like this after what just happened. But she's very proud of herself, and she keeps clapping her hands together as a grin covers her face, and she looks down at Bliss. After all, regardless of what Kairi Sane just did? Regardless of the betrayal and the dominoes that no doubt have fallen at the result of it? Ruby's still first in line for a title match...and with Kairi Sane no longer around to play hero to the damsel in distress? This story may very well have an unhappy ending after all. And Ruby seems quite sure of it. The screen fades to a commercial break as as we try to pick our jaw up from the floor and process the end of a friendship that felt like it was unbreakable...but now it has been shattered, and all we can ask, is WHY? A question we hope will be answered sooner rather than later. It was set to be the greatest night in Bliss' career, THREE Slammy Awards, in her first official night as North American Champion...but now, it's just ended in heartache at the result of a stinging betrayal.

The crowd erupts into a frenzy of cheers as Shawn Michaels stands over his fallen opponent in BPJ. He wastes no time, skipping right over the celebration and requesting a microphone which is quickly presented.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 927c3c10
Ladies and gentlemen, the Show Stopper is BACK !

The crowd begins to cheer even louder than before.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 927c3c10
Now I know what you all are thinking. its only been a couple of months since the last time ole Shawn Michaels laced up his boots, and stepped into the squared circle, and you'd be right, HOWEVER that was a broken, confused, sorry excuse for the man you all once knew. that wasn't The Heartbreak Kid. That wasn't the longest reigning Intercontinental Champion in XWL history at four hundred and sixteen days. that wasn't the greatest United States champion in XWL history for two hundred and sixty six days. I hold the record for not one, BUT two championships rich with history here in XWL. And yet for the past couple of years what have I really done worth noting? sure ive had opportunities presented to me, but every time I make it to the "Big One" I fall short. well that ends NOW. Starting tonight, as you all have witnessed I am taking back my rightful place at the head of this roster. I am putting the entire locker room on notice, that no longer will I stand aside and watch as the best years of my career pass me by. The old Shawn Michaels is back, and he is hungry. he is hungry for coemption. He is hungry for opportunity. But most of all, he is hungry for each and every one of you pretty blondes standing in the front row drooling and throwing yourselves at me week after week, because as you all know I think im cute, I know im sexy, and ive got the looks that drives the girls wild! so get ready XWL universe, because were on a one way trip to cloud nine.

All the women in the arena can be heard screaming in excitement as they fantasize about having just five minutes alone with The Heartbreak Kid. his music once again plays as BPJ now begins to get back to his feet. HBK walks towards him before helping him up, and hugging him in a show of good sportsmanship. after a few moments of the embrace BPJ raises Shawn's arm into the air in victory as Anarchy fades to commercial break.

Tonight's stacked show resumes to the sound of Robert Roode's "GLORIOUS" anthem signaling his arrival to a battle that has been 2 years in the making. And while typically a match of this build, with this backstory, with all of the combustible elements attached would be reserved for a Pay-Per-View showdown...this match is different than your average match of its type. Because where better for the clash to go down than the very namesake where the seeds were first rooted into the ground and have been festering into what it is today? The 2019 Slammy Awards are a celebration of what the last year has brought, but tonight? For Roode's Intercontinental Championship Match with Chris Sabin...it is a reminder of the night Roode got a sour taste in his mouth that to this very day, still remains. This night is not a cause for celebration for The Enterprise's resident "Roode Boy" but if he can regain the title tonight that in his words was "stolen" from him? Then there will be cause for celebration. As his theme blasts through the arena, an arena that years prior would have sung along, the only audience participation tonight are the boos attempting to drown out the infectious tune. But it's not The #1 Contender who steps out from behind the curtain, instead...it's... 8 women dressed in sparkling purple long gowns as if they were dressed to present an award at your average award show.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 2fhJY1u

To go along with the "big fight feel" Robert Roode is looking to make quite the entrance as the women split off into fours on each side of the stage, leaving a gap of course for the prize they're about to "present" to The XWL Universe. In unison their arms open out to the side motioning toward the curtain where The #1 Contender himself backs out facing away from the camera where a Purple Robe to match perfectly with the women joining him on the stage.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 AWUXOc5

[Mauro Ranallo]
Talk about making a GLORIOUS entrance!

[Corey Graves]
I hope his wife is okay with him being surrounded by 8 gorgeous women...

[Renee Young]
This coming from the guy that gawks over Mandy Rose for every second she's around. As the broadcast journalist I am I had a word with Bobby before the match and his wife being the supportive and non-jealous woman she is encouraged him to go all out for his big night. Both she and their kids are watching at home right now and they're rooting daddy on.

[Corey Graves]
Did you just, call him Bobby?

[Renee Young]
Slip of the tongue.

The Glorious One spins around, flashing a huge smile before linking arms with his escorts to the ring as they all collectively begin to descend down the ramp.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 EyL8Wzl

Robert Roode could be nervous about a night such as this, after all...every road has led him to where he is right now. Every victory since returning with a new attitude, since aligning with The Enterprise...it has all been about reaching this moment. Revenge, redemption, RIGHTING the wrong of his past that has been holding him back every since it happened. The 2017 Breakout Star Of The Year within minutes of winning his award had his star burn out, and he is here seeking that flame to be reignited. Sure he's been unbeatable since coming back, but that fire while blazing...could go out if it isn't properly stoked...and the only thing that will ensure it lasts? Is if he does what he has set out to do. Win The Intercontinental Championship against the best friend and Co-Tag-Team Champion of the man who caused all of this, Chad Gable. Chris Sabin is guilty by association, and Roode wants to ensure that justice is served.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 BmriFZT

Like a perfect gentleman, as they reach the end of the ramp he stops and turns to the women allowing them to go first. One by one they walk up the stairs making their way onto the apron and eventually into the ring until all 8 have done so. Once they've all entered the ring he walks up the steps himself, stopping along the edge of the apron where he turns to face the booing crowd completely unbothered by it.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 VamirXK

It's a stark difference from where he was two years ago when he was motivated by their love and support, support that led him to issue the fateful open challenge that would bring his world as he knew it crashing down. But now? Now he looks at all of them, he hears their boos, sees their raised thumbs pointing down, sees the signs calling for his impending "failure" even a sign that's showing a screengrab of the moment Chad Gable stood over him 2 years ago with The I.C title in hand. But it brings no shift in emotion to him. He sees them, he hears them, and feels NOTHING. Because that power they once held over him? Is now gone, and in spite of them? He is going to prove tonight he never needed them then, and he doesn't need them now to achieve his goals.

[Renee Young]
They say what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, and for Roode? Tonight it is his every intent to prove that what happened at The Slammy Awards back in 2017 did NOT kill him, or his career.

[Corey Graves]
But is that self imposed pressure such a good idea?

[Mauro Ranallo]
For most it can be a self destructive tactic...but for a lucky few, it leads to incredible things. Roode hopes to be in that category of that few after tonight.

[Renee Young]
When I look at Roode, I see a man that thus far since his return nearly 3 months ago? He hasn't been beaten, and in that time? He hasn't exactly faced scrubs along the way, and two of those matches are perhaps the most challenging kind to win. A Fatal Four Way is about as unpredictable as it gets, while an Elimination Triple Threat Match, with the stake of The Number One Contendership attached? Is truly a new level of difficulty because he not only has to beat one man he has to beat two, and he did just that. He eliminated both, and that is what makes his challenge tonight so threatening for The Intercontinental Champion Chris Sabin.

[Mauro Ranallo]
A man who he himself is no slouch either.

[Corey Graves]
Dual Champion, he's held The Tag-Team Championships as of tonight longer than ANY CHAMPION HAS EVER HELD A TITLE IN XWL! A record that began what, ten years ago by Shawn Michaels during his reign as Intercontinental Champion has now been broken after all these years by The Tag-Team Champions that have beaten every team that comes for their crowns.

[Renee Young]
Which is insanity, considering how many Champions have come close to that number, and then not reached it before their reign came to an end. One was even drawn to madness over his obsession to break it. So Chris Sabin? He's at the top of his game, he's delivering, and he's beaten a lot of great men, including defeating Matt Sydal to start this reign as Intercontinental Champion.

[Mauro Ranallo]
What it boils down to tonight is that we have two Men at the top of their professional wrestling game, and only one of them can walk away with The Intercontinental Championship tonight. A title they've both shared an obsession with winning at one point.

Robert Roode steps into the ring, then throws both arms out as the women stand behind him. "GLORIOUS! NO I WON'T GIVE IN, I WON'T GIVE IN TILL I'M VICTORIOUS!" Roode shouts along with his theme music, before staring closing his eyes and allowing his music to serenade him, as well as the boos that continue pouring in.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 9WmS10Z

He's got a lot riding on this match, but he's a cool as a cumber right now. He was accompanied out by 8 lovely ladies and his family is rooting him on back at home. He is at ease, he is ready...and he as he just shouted out...will not give in, until he IS...victorious. However we're sure the defending champion also shares that sentiment about himself.

HAIL SABIN!

Wait a minute, that isn't TCSI's theme, nor is it Sabin's. The sound of a machine gun firing causes a surge of electricity to go through every single member of the live audience in attendance, or those that remember the iconic team that was The Motor City Machine Guns. As the theme kicks in following the gun firing, the pair of Alex Shelley, who decided to get more bang for his buck by accompanying his former tag team partner out for his Intercontinental Championship match tonight, and Chris Sabin, XWL's dual Champion and Slammy winner of Champion of the Year alongside Chad Gable, walk out onto the stage, taking their positions as the duo stands back to back with one another, once more for old times sake. Shelley has both halves of the Ersatz Tag Team Champions, one wrapped around his waist and the other diagonally wrapped across his chest while Sabin has his half of the XWL Tag Team Championships wrapped around his waist while having the Intercontinental Championship wrapped diagonally across his chest, a sight that has become commonplace after he attained the Championship that has eluded him for six years, as well as having the Slammy for Champion of the Year in his left hand.

Both Shelley and Sabin extend their arms forward, the former extending his left while the latter extends his right, both in the form of a gun and both taking aim at the ring, or more specifically, Robert Roode standing inside it. The Machine Guns fire off, a wall of pyrotechnics going of on either side of them in time to the motion, causing the duo to exchange one final gaze before Shelley returns to his hibernation until the next time he's needed, leaving Sabin on the stage, locking eyes with the man that looks to end his long awaited reign as Intercontinental Champion, something Sabin plans on preventing from becoming a reality. The dual Champion makes his descent down the entrance ramp, his eyes remaining locked with Roode's, who is patiently waiting for his date with destiny and undoing a wrong that he has had to endure for two years, this is his night and it's time for the world to know it, but standing in his way is someone who is at the top of their game, someone who done something only a handful of people have done: Be a Dual Champion. On top of that, he and Chad Gable are now the longest reigning Champions in the history of XWL, something we never thought we'd see when he made his return almost two years ago.

Sabin makes it to the bottom of the ramp and without hesitation, easily climbs onto the apron before following through with the momentum he's given himself and scales the outside of the middle turnbuckle, extending the palm of his right hand to the crowd before placing the index finger of his right hand on it while still gripping the Slammy, the familiar gesture of The Motor City Machine Guns on full display. Sabin hops into the ring and places the Slammy on the apron near the bottom turnbuckle before he undoes his half of the XWL Tag Team Championship from around his waist and holds it in his hand. He uses his other hand to undo the Intercontinental Championship from around his chest, and looks at it for a moment. This is the Championship he spent six years in pursuit of, this is the Championship that eluded him and now it's in his possession, but will it still be after this match? No, he can't be thinking those thoughts. He won't lose it without a fight, especially not tonight to the man that has held a grudge for two years against his tag team partner and best friend. He endured not only a sixty minute Iron Man match but that match against the man that made that his entire gimmick, the Iron Man of XWL, Matt Sydal himself. A war where he would hand “IronMatt” his first loss in that match type to win the Championship. Sabin's eyes rise from the Intercontinental Champion to the hopeful Challenger, any hint of doubt erased from his eyes and mind and replaced with concentration and intent. MCMG's theme begins to die down as both men are on opposite ends of the ring and between them stands the referee and the ring announcer, both ready to get this match underway.

The audience rises up out of their seats, ready to see what trick The Defending Champion is about to pull out of his high-risk bag after tossing Roode back into the ring and ascending to the top rope. He starts to take this moment to play to the audience, riling up their cheers louder to make the anticipation for the moment he dives to be that much more exciting...however in doing so, he allows Robert Roode the time to pop up to his feet and immediately charge at Chris Sabin. Sabin while making a slight mistake in hamming it up too much, is still able to correct his actions and prevent things from going awry. Roode runs to him, but Sabin leaps off the turnbuckle, flying over his challenger's head, landing onto the mat in a flashy evasion spot that makes the fans "pop!" again. But as he lands, his foot plants to the side, and he halfway collapses down onto his knee as if something went wrong with his landing.

It's an unfortunate twist of fate considering the man he previously dethroned Matt Sydal had an awkward landing himself that in result led to him to now be out 6-9 months from an ACL injury. While this thought may cross our minds, considering Sabin's had his own issues with both his ACL and MCL...he cannot afford to lick his wounds and think about the what-ifs right now. Because like a shark in water drawn to blood...Roode turns around and sees Sabin a little worse for wear and smiles. "AW, DID YOU HURT YOUR KNEE!" He laughs at Sabin's pain, and we mean REALLY laughs at it. Rib clutch, hunched forward, finger point and all. After getting his fill of laughter The Glorious One looks to take advantage of Sabin's perilous predicament, walks right at him...AND GETS DROPPED IMMEDIATELY AS SABIN POPS UP OFF OF THE MAT AND DELIVERS A CUTTER TO THE ABSOLUTE INSANE DELIGHT OF THE ENTIRE STAPLES CENTER!

[Corey Graves]
Was he playing possum?

[Mauro Ranallo]
I'm not sure, I don't think so...Sabin's still clutching his knee I think he just dug deep to deliver something to render his challenger ineffective for the moment.

[Renee Young]
Sabin's a proud wrestler, while he's been bitten a bit too many times by the injury bug one thing he refuses to do every time is allow it to interfere with finishing the match. I'm not sure how hurt he is...but that landing looked rough when he leaped off the top rope.

[Mauro Ranallo]
Not the level of Sid Vicious...but still vicious in its own right.

[Corey Graves]
Luckily for him, that cutter seemed to do the trick, at least for the time being. But as we previously mentioned Roode's on a streak right now, and that streak won't be ended off just that. He's gotta try to finish him off before the pendulum swings back his way.

Sabin slaps his knee a good few times as he sits there, then looks at the crowd throwing up the universal "I'm okay" gesture with his hand and slowly rises to his feet shaking his leg for good measure. Maybe it's adrenaline or maybe the landing looked worse than it actually was. Whatever the case maybe he's back on his feet and seemingly is looking to take Corey's advice and finish this match. He leans over grabbing Robert by his wrist, and slowly starts to try and lift him up off of the mat. His knee quivers at first, but with a little bit of grin and bearing it he successfully pulls his challenger not only up to his feet, but onto his shoulders in PRIME position for The Cradle Shock.

[Corey Graves]
For the record I'm going say he must've heard me and taken my advice so when he retains I better get my due credit for assisting him in another successful defense.

[Renee Young]
Corey, all you did is literally state the obvious.

[Mauro Ranallo]
Nonetheless, if Sabin can cross his legs and drive him into the mat this match may very well be over!

One half of The Tag-Team Champions, and the currently DUAL Champion fighting to retain not only his dual status but The Intercontinental Championship that goes along with it starts to grab at Roode's feet in an attempt to cross them...but Roode's not going down without a fight. Any state of unawareness he may have suffered at the result of the cutter has faded and now Roode is flailing. He's kicking, he's screaming, he's wiggling all over the place, and as his boot tries to kick Sabin's hands away from completing the necessary motions...that boot swings a little too far left and kicks the referee SQUARE IN HIS JAW! Unlike your average official though, he isn't a lightweight that suddenly dies the second he's touched. No, this official just got kicked in his jaw and he spins around away from the action, slightly falling to his knee as he grabs at his jaw, BUT HE'S STILL CONCIOUS! Clearly this official is worthy of Referee Of The Year because man, if he went down, and rolled to the outside you just know that Daniel Bryan or Jon Moxley would slide in out of nowhere and DELIVER A CODEBREAKER TO CHRIS SABIN AS HE FINALLY GRABBED A HOLD OF ROODE'S FOOT AND BEGAN TO CROSS THE-

WAIT WHAT?! The arena goes silent for all of five seconds as a man with shoulder length hair decked out in leather spiked pants slides into the ring and collides into Sabin with Roode on his shoulders and does a move that IMMEDIATELY tells us who they are. Chris Jericho just stunned Los Angeles, AND Chris Sabin who has been dropped to the mat, and in effect...Roode has landed on top of him! Jericho flashes a grin then sees the referee starting to turn around and dips out of the ring falling out of sight like a child that's just stolen a cookie out of the jar when their mom wasn't looking.

[Mauro Ranallo]
WHAT ON EARTH IS GOING ON?! WHY DID CHRIS JERICHO JUST CODEBREAKER CHRIS SABIN!?!

[Corey Graves]
Where did he even come from?!?

[Renee Young]
Roode's on top of Sabin...Sabin's out cold, is...is this it?

[Corey Graves]
THAT'S ALL YOU HAVE TO SAY? WHAT ABOUT HOW IN THE HELL DID THIS HAPPEN? Why did Chris Jericho just return after a lengthy absence, and drop The Intercontinental Champion at the absolute most opportune time...aiding The Enterprise's Robert Roode?

With no idea what's happened in the brief time his view was obstructed, the official turns to see the challenger lying on top of the champion and drops down to make the count as the boos just begin to rein in louder and louder and LOUDER.

"ONE!!"

As he makes a one count, the boos greatly intensify, all while the camera is angled so that you see Chris Jericho with the smuggest of smiles across his face as he sits against the bottom of the ring holding up a singular finger to go along with the count.

"TWO!"

Jericho's devious glow gets that much brighter as now two fingers extend out, and the boos just keep growing as The Staples Center voices their absolute displeasure with what just happened.

"THREE!"

Chris Jericho, the man that swooped in as Sabin was seconds away from delivering The Cradle Shock to potentially retain his title...sits against the apron with three fingers wiggling back and forth as as Robert Roode is declared THE NEW INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPION! Fans to the left, the right, the front, the back, and surely at home all seethe at the LITERAL highway robbery that we have just witnessed here at The 2019 Slammy Awards. Chris Sabin's reign was just stole out from under him by a man that NO ONE expected to show up tonight, certainly not in the final moments of The Intercontinental Championship Match that going into it...had no purpose in showing up to. What happened is shocking, it's baffling, and it's infuriating.

"GLORIOUS! NO I WON'T GIVE IN, I WON'T GIVE IN...TILL I'M VICTORIOUS!" Those words echo as Robert Roode's theme sounds in VICTORY as the official retrieves his prize from the time keeper, unaware of the shenanigans that took place in the final moments of the match. The NEW Intercontinental Champion sits on his knees, jerking the belt out of the official's hands as he lets out an emotional scream as every bit of emotion carried with him from The 2017 Slammy Awards until this moment right now are released in one wave of relief and satisfaction. The official seeing Sabin still out kneels down to check on him as we just see Roode continually screaming out.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 3geuCUZ

[Mauro Ranallo]
That is a man that has waited a very long time to have The Intercontinental Championship back in his hands...and while I'm far from a fan of HOW it came about...you can tell how much this moment means to him.

[Renee Young]
Every second, minute, hour, day, week, month, YEAR since that fateful night has been about reaching this night. Where he rights all of it, where he re-writes his story...and to echo your sentiments while it's far from the preferred methodology...he doesn't care because in his eyes he was robbed 2 years ago, and it seems he believes that two wrongs make all of this right.

[Corey Graves]
With this victory The Enterprise now claim a second Championship within XWL. Daniel Bryan of course The World Heavyweight Champion, set to defend his title in tonight's Main-Event...but now Robert Roode brings The Intercontinental Championship to their group, solidifying that he indeed was a wise investment on behalf of Bryan.

Having screamed his lungs out, Roode finally brings himself back to his feet and grabs the official by his shirt yanking him up to his feet ordering him to raise his hand. This picture perfect vision that he foresaw in his head every since it all went wrong for him had the referee raising his hand as he raised his REGAINED title into the air and that is what he wants. Albeit with a slight hesitation the official grabs Roode by his wrist and raises his arm as again Robert Roode lets out an emotional cry as he screams "I DID IT! I TOLD ALL OF YOU! I DID IT! SCREW YOU, SCREW YOU AND SCREW YOU TOO I NEVER NEEDED YOU I'LL NEVER BE YOUR PUPPET AGAIN!"

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 YFEUDXy

Those are far from the words this audience wants to hear, after all the only reason he won tonight is the assist by Chris Jericho who now after hiding out of view for long enough for the official to be none the wiser to the hit and run of his...rises up to his feet looks to the ring at Roode raising both of his thumbs up with a smile and then begins to clap. Clearly there's a lot more to this story, but from the pieces we're able to put together we'd say it looks like The Enterprise just invested in another new addition to their coalition...and it's the man that interestingly enough...was the first ever Intercontinental Champion in XWL...the man that has held The World Heavyweight Championship more than any other Superstar in XWL history. And...one half of the first team to hold Tag-Team Championship in XWL. He's got a stacked resume and he had a vendetta of his own against Chris Sabin...after all, TCSI ended The Alpha Club's reign...and it looks like Jericho's come to collect that debt incurred over a year ago, and make right of his own. Roode pulls away from the referee then runs over to corner, climbing onto the second rope before burying his face into The Intercontinental Championship as muffled cries come from him as he still is releasing every bit of emotion that he's had buried down deep within.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 CoxwKzs

[Renee Young]
When it boils down to it, a lot of pieces on the board had to align for this night. Robert Roode had a vendetta, he had an end goal to right everything in his words...but achieving it required him to be better than he has ever been. And even though his tactics were frowned upon...every match before this night he proved one very simple thing. He is not one half of a novelty act that runs down a beer case Zamboni and is just simply happy to be here. He is an elite athlete, he is determined, and that determination has led him back to The Intercontinental Championship.

[Mauro Ranallo]
I just wish Chris Jericho wasn't involved, Roode was completely capable of winning this on his own...

[Corey Graves]
That's one thing I'll say, maybe he is...but do you want a maybe, or do you want a sure thing? For a man as desperate as Roode was to leave that night in the past? He had to pull out all the stops, and I'm not sure where Chris Jericho was brought into the plan but much like every plan concocted by The Enterprise? It was a rousing success, and further proof of their genius. Love 'em or hate 'em, they are here to takeover...and they're damn well close to doing so.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 GGrZGaN

With pure joy all over his face, Robert Roode raises The Intercontinental Championship into the air as he stands in the corner and while for him and The Enterprise this is a "feel good" moment. The audience's reaction is the polar opposite. Boos, boos, and more boos. Roode broke up with The XWL Universe, blamed them for everything that went wrong for him, and now before them just screwed one of their most beloved Superstars out of The Intercontinental Championship that he literally went to war to win in the first place. But their anger, their jeers fall on his deaf ears as the only thing that matters in this moment in his own joy and happiness at the fact that he no matter how he did it, he did it.

He jumps off the second rope and walks over to the middle of the ring, seeing the referee tending to the vanquished Champion on the outside, then looks to the other side of the ring and sees Chris Jericho. Obviously he is fully aware of the role he played, and we're very sure this was premeditated and all apart of a scheme they worked up heading into tonight. He gives him a nod, then raises The Intercontinental Championship back up into the air and shouts "DADDY'S COMING HOME A CHAMPION TONIGHT BOYS!"

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 0SYEIYS

Chris Jericho having stayed outside for the duration of Roode's celebration now enters the ring and walks over to Roode. He gives him a nod, then slaps him on his shoulder and shouts "I TOLD YOU! I TOLD YOU THIS NIGHT WOULD NOT PASS YOU BY! CONGRATULATIONS BUDDY!" If there needed to be any clarity, we have just achieved it. Jericho grabs The Intercontinental Championship out of Roode's hand, then walks around him and starts to wrap it around his waist. While Jericho is seemingly the newest addition to the powerful assembly that is The Enterprise...the honor is all Roode's right now because he's having The Intercontinental Championship wrapped around his waist by the first man to ever hold this title in XWL. After it's snugly put into place, a perfect fit one might say...Jericho extends his fist up with his thumb extended out toward Roode, the very gesture that signified Roode's joining of The Enterprise almost 3 months ago. Roode now finding himself on the other end of this gesture...smiles and mirrors Jericho's motion as their thumbs align to form a "bar." After completing the "ritual" of sorts...Jericho backs up and again gives Roode a round of applause, as the audience do anything but join in.

XWL Anarchy: The 2019 Slammy Award Edition: 11/18/2019 - 12/2/2019 XeZ144s

[Mauro Ranallo]
The Enterprise has raised the "bar" in XWL in recent months...and with the new addition of one of the most decorated Superstars in XWL history in Chris Jericho? There stock is on the never ending rise.

[Corey Graves]
There's a whole lot of ego between Daniel Bryan, Robert Roode, Jon Moxley, and...Chris Jericho...but with a universal stance in their feeling in regards to the fans? That very well may be the glue that holds them together into perhaps the greatest faction in this company's history. A bit early to make that claim, but they're getting damn close to doing so.

[Renee Young]
Chris Jericho is a major get, he's always reinventing himself, always outdoing himself, and always doing it for himself rather than the love of the fans. And as we've seen that is exactly what the other three men are all about as of late. I'm sure we'll hear it from him in his own words next week no doubt...but Chris Jericho has made a shocking return tonight, and he's ready to begin the next great era of his long standing career. And he's certainly picked great company to surround himself with as he looks to do so.

[Mauro Ranallo]
What will Chris Jericho's entry into The Enterprise mean for the future of XWL? If tonight is anything to go by, I'd say it means they're getting down to business more than ever before...and when they say they are here to be the top of the food chain, they are indeed here to eat rather than be eaten like they have in the past.

Chris Jericho and Robert Roode stand in the ring, arms outstretched as they soak in the boos that just keep getting louder as they celebrate their victory they achieved together, and the many victories that they no doubt plan to achieve every night going forward. Their own individual vendettas collectively led to the demise of Chris Sabin's reign as Intercontinental Champion...and all we have to say to anyone that thinks about wronging either them or anyone within The Enterprise? Think twice, because while they've got the talent to get it done on their own? They're not looking to win any morality competitions anytime soon, and they're not afraid to do whatever it takes by any means necessary, to be the ones left standing tall when the dust settles. The camera focuses in on Robert Roode as he shouts "WE'RE NOT THE FRANCHISE..." before he looks to his right and gives a nod Jericho who steps closer into the frame and shouts "WE'RE THE ENTERPRISE BABY!" With that, the scene fades to our next commercial break.

As we return to this very special edition of XWL Anarchy, we are immediately greeted with a theme that makes almost every fan in the arena being cheering like crazy. Yes, it’s none other than the hardcore legend himself, Mick Foley. And with the podium on stage, it’s clear he’s here to present another one of tonight’s prestigious awards. He comes out on stage wearing, is that a t-shirt with a tuxedo design on it? But the fans in attendance obviously don’t care about his wardrobe choices as their cheering only gets louder once they see the legend in person. Foley gives himself some time to soak in all the cheers before his music stops and he begins to speak.

[Mick Foley]
Ladies and gentlemen, thank you for that warm welcome, right here, in Los Angeles, California!

The famous Foley cheap pops have stood the test of time, as the Staples Center once again erupts in cheers, laughs, and applause.

[Mick Foley]
But on a serious note, I have always been known for my association with some of the most shocking and extreme moments in professional wrestling history. Which is why tonight I am here to present the Slammy Award for OMG Moment of the Year!

[Mick Foley]
And the winner is….

As Foley begins to open up the envelope, the Staples Center is deep in anticipation to see which of the many shocking moments of 2019 was voted on as the one more shocking than the rest. What could it possibly be?

[Mick Foley]
Aiden English cashing in Money in the Bank to become World Heavyweight Champion!

The Drama King himself, Aiden Engllish, makes his way on stage, ready to accept his award. The fans in attendance, like most of the times Aiden English has appeared in the past few months, have a mixed reaction. Aiden has been a hard person to pinpoint recently, especially considering how many different attitudes and opportunities he has. Nonetheless, Aiden comes on stage looking as happy as someone coming out to a sea of adoring fans, ready to take the award from Mick Foley.

{Aiden English}
Ladies and gentlemen, thank you so much for this award, my goodness, I don’t even know what to say,

{Aiden English}
Of course in this industry the thing we strive to do more than anything is to leave you all, the fans, at the edge of their seats. To keep you guessing, keep you waiting. Leave you not knowing what’s going to happen next. And to receive this award means I was the best at doing that this year, which is just, oh. Thank you to all the fans in attendance and to everyone who voted for me.

{Aiden English}
I also have some other people I’d like to thank for this award. First of all I’d like to thank both Johnny Gargano and Chris Jericho, because if those two hadn’t beaten the hell out of each other so much back in January, I wouldn’t be here right now accepting this award.

{Aiden English}
Secondly, of course I want to give a shoutout to my good, dear friend Tyler Breeze, who unfortunately is on a sabbatical from competition and so is not here tonight. My thoughts and heart are with you tonight Tyler, know that I and many others are thinking of you.

{Aiden English}
And lastly, I want to give a shout-out to one “man” who supposedly orchestrated this moment to happen. John Bradhsaw Layfield, former XWL superstar and leader of the Cabinet. The coward who thought the best way to obtain the world championship was to have his lackey win it, and then turn on his lackey in dramatic fashion and win the title from him. Well, looking at which of the nominees actually won this award, which moment would you say was overall more successful, hm?

{Aiden English}
But I digress. Thank you to everyone who chose me to win this award, and please look forward to an amazing future of even more moments such as this from the Drama King, Aiden Engli…..

The crowd erupts into a frenzy of boo's as the classic bell rings signaling the return of a former World Champion. the return of a former leader of one of the greatest factions in XWL history. the return of.....

{Corey Graves}
Oh my god I cant believe it, The Wrestling God himself JBL has returned to grace us once again with his presence!

{Mauro Ranallo}
we haven't seen him in months since his disappearance after failing to beat Aiden English to qualify for the Elimination Chamber at Downpour.

{Corey Graves}
well it seems he has finally returned to RIGHT the wrongs from his past. he has finally returned to punish the man responsible, and that man is Aiden English!

The theme continues as the classic pearl white limousine with the extravagant longhorns upon the hood wheel out onto the stage. the crowd continues to boo for the man who was once their GM. A man who is a singles grand slam champion. A man who is simply a Wrestling God. as the limousine comes to a halt Aiden English watches on with a look of pure annoyance upon his face. He wish he could have been surprised with the return of his former "teacher" but he simply cannot. this is in true JBL fashion. the door to the limousine quickly pops open before the one and only John Bradshaw Layfield steps out with a smile reaching from ear to ear. He scans the crowd and waves as if being cheered by his adoring fans. however this doesn't last. he turns his attention to his former prodigy, the man who just won a slammy for OMG moment of the year. he makes his way to the podium as he pulls a microphone from his jacket, before tipping his hat to his former rival.

$JBL$
Happy to see me SON?

the crowd is in pure disbelief JBL can have this tone with Aiden English after attempting to murder his at Final Stand for the World Heavyweight Championship. Aiden looks to JBL in disgust, shooting daggers into his soul, obviously not happy with his choice of words.

$JBL$
What's wrong boy? have you still not forgiven me for "turning my back" on you? you still hate me with every fiber of your being don't you? all because I had the balls to do what any member of this god damn roster would have done in my situation. I saw my opportunity to claim the one thing that has slipped through my grasp through my tenure here in this company. I spent years worth of blood, sweat, and tears busting my ass to get the World Heavyweight Championship around my waist. yet I get surpassed by punks with a couple of months under there belt here. I get looked over by XWL management because I was their "Golden Boy'. I wouldn't be a yes man. I went into business for myself. was I angry that you, my prodigy won the very thing that I hadn't? Your damn right I was. but truth be told, the whole situation was personal. it was just good business.

$JBL$
But I don't think that's it. i don't think that's why your truly angry. I think it may be that you still blame ole JBL for all your shortcomings? even now that I've been gone for months, you still blame me that you haven't been able to do a single thing worth mentioning since I left. you've had chance after chance, opportunity after opportunity yet here you are. still hanging on to my coattails. still hanging on to the past glory. still celebrating an achievement that I, John Bradshaw Layfield set at you feet. yet you come out here and act like you deserve that award. like I wasn't giving you everything you needed to succeed. you tell these people I'm the devil, but without me you'd be nothing. you would have never been champion. you'd never have won a slammy. you'd be a jobber at the bottom of the barrel scratching and clawing just to keep your job. I gave you a chance. I gave you the opportunity. I let you win the Money In The Bank contract. I set you up to win the World Heavyweight Championship. what have you successfully done besides those two career changing factors? ill answer it for you son, and that's not a god damn thing!

$JBL$
Or you know, maybe its none of those things. maybe its the fact that you know you will NEVER be as good as I was on my WORST night. Im a Wrestling God, while you've never been anything more than a order following, failure of a little BITCH! And I think its about time to take this ole dog behind the shed and PUT.....HIM.....DOWN!

As soon as he's done talking, JBL throws down his microphone and begins laying into Aiden. Mick Foley quickly evacuates the scene, as the podium is knocked over immediately. Aiden manages to get in some hits of his own however, and the two men ends up brawling on the stage floor, neither men seeming to make any real headway toward victory.

{Mauro Ranallo}
Leave it to JBL to ruin an acceptance of a prestigious award like this! What a disgrace.

{Corey Graves}
No Mauro, JBL is simply here to let the XWL Universe in on the truth. That without him, Aiden English is nothing!

The two men are still brawling, although they both have made it back to their feet. Fist after first, it's clear that these two men have just as much hatred for each other as ever. Finally, Aiden delivers a blow that sends JBL straight to the ground, but rather than continuing the assault, Aiden seems to have a better idea while looking down at him in rage.

Aiden begins to match his way across the stage, over to the location of JBL's trademark limousine that he made his entrance in. Making his way to the driver's side, it takes little convincing for JBL's person driver to hop out of the cars and hand Aiden his keys.

{Corey Graves}
What the hell is Aiden English doing?

Corey’s question is answered soon enough, as while JBL begins to once again make his way slowly back up to his feet, Aiden steps inside the limo and turns the key, starting the car back up. Looking straight ahead JBL, Aiden can be seen mouthing “Put Him Down” before…..

[Renee Young]
OH MY GOD!

Driving straight ahead, Aiden crashes the limo right into the body of JBL, sending him right back down, unconscious or worse, before he even had a chance to understand what was going on. The fans in attendance seem to be unsure of whether to be simply shocked or happy at the sight of JBL run down in the very vehicle that he himself is so proud of, so it sounds like a mixture of both. Aiden steps out of the var and looks at the limp body of JBL, clearly proud of himself. So proud, in fact, that he turns around to the fans in attendance and gives a little bow before departing.

{Corey Graves}
You wanna talk about “disgrace” Mauro? How about almost killing a man like Aiden English just did?

{Mauro Ranallo}
While Aiden may have been a little intense here tonight, this is aggression that has been building up for literally years now. And are you sure you want to talk about almost killing a scenario involving these two men? Either way, congratulations to Aiden english on winning OMG Moment of the Year.

Medical staff comes out to check on JBL, as Anarchy goes to a commercial break.

Thanks for the votes everyone!

As the establishing shot opens up, we spot the podium in the far corner of the stage, the final Slammy to be awarded resting atop, the anticipation building as we await for it to be handed to the most deserving Superstar on the roster, someone who has been at the top of their game, someone who has been nigh untouchable when it comes to both to talent in the ring and on the mic, or maybe it's just a popularity contest, let's find out! The shot begins to zoom in and tighten on the stage as a disembodied voice is heard.

Disembodied Voice
Without further ado, the man that will present nominees for Superstar of the Year-

Disembodied Voice
Well, wasn't that rude.

The theme of the World Heavyweight Champion begins to play much to a chorus of boos and negativity, his thoughts on having to defend his Championship tonight becoming very clear earlier in the evening. Bryan, dressed in his wrestling gear due to the rapidly impending match where he must defend against the man that won the Triple Threat Contenders Match earlier in the evening in Keith Lee, walks out onto the stage, the World Heavyweight Championship not wrapped around his waist, his chest nor tossed over his shoulder as if it were some prop like other “Champions” in the company, no, his Championship, the most prestigious one, is neatly folded up, resting in his left hand and forearm for the world to see it's brilliance. Bryan walks towards the podium and not wasting a single second, wraps his arm around the Slammy that he believes rightfully belongs to him and him alone. Upon seeing this, the live audience in attendance boos The Corporate Dragon, who doesn't care in the slightest and begins his walk back to the center of the stage so that he can walk down the ramp and defend his Championship against his will. Before he can leave the stage, the man we assume was meant to be the presenter in Michael Cole storms out from behind the curtain and sneakily snatches the Slammy out of Bryan's light grip on the object, quickly creating distance between them and attempts to find solace in the podium.

Michael Cole
You can do what you want after this but you are not denying me the privilege of presenting this Slammy!

An almost jarring sight is upon us as Michael Cole of all people is being cheered by the XWL Universe as Bryan looks like he's on the verge of driving his knee into Cole's face. Instead he decides against it, opting to save his anger and hatred for Keith Lee and shouts towards the man that robbed him of his Slammy.

That's my Slammy, Cole, and you know it!

Michael Cole
Guess we'll see how true that is after this, won't we? And now, your nominations for Superstar of the Year!

Aiden English - Breakthrough PPV Award Nominee

Matt Sydal - Final Stand XI PPV Award Nominee

Drew McIntyre - International Incident PPV Award Nominee

Daniel Bryan - Coronation and Warzone PPV Award Nominee

Robert Roode - Cyberslam PPV Award Nominee

TCSI

After a brief build of anticipation, Cole opens up the envelope as the smile on his face quickly fades and the pit in his stomach becomes apparent. He nods to himself before lowering the envelope onto the podium and taking hold of the Slammy in his hand, mouthing something he didn't think he had to do here tonight.

Michael Cole
Daniel Bryan.

Boos once again rain down as Cole is shown mouthing, “Sorry” towards the live audience in attendance before doing the same to Bryan as he extends the Slammy towards the Corporate Dragon. Bryan takes a few steps forward and snatches it out of his hands without a second thought, shouting “I TOLD YOU SO” directly into Cole's face before walking past him, driving his shoulder into Cole's in the process, and taking his place on the podium.

Daniel Bryan
As my friend and your NEW Intercontinental Champion, Bobby Roode, said earlier tonight after he regained the Championship he never should have lost: Screw all of you!

With that being said, he turns around and makes his way down the ramp, the final commercial break of the evening not coming soon enough. When we return, we see both Champion and Challenger within the confines of the ring, the referee calling for the bell as this World Heavyweight Championship match is now underway.

For the second time in the evening, the theme of the World Heavyweight Champion plays throughout the arena much to the chagrin of the XWL Universe. Inside the ring, both Keith Lee and Daniel Bryan remain on their backs, this hotly contested match between both men could have easily ended in either man walking away with the victory and the Championship but on this night, Bryan was the one that managed to pull off that feat. Bryan slowly pulls himself into a seated position as the referee walks up to him to hand him his prize: The World Heavyweight Championship. With that victory now in the books, The Enterprise have not only gained the Intercontinental Championship but also still have the World Heavyweight  Championship in their possession. What was meant to be a punishment masquerading as giving the fans what they were denied has turned into nothing more than ammunition for Daniel Bryan and The Enterprise, not only having to defend the World Heavyweight Championship with minimal notice but being successful despite it. Granted, this was Keith Lee's second match of the night, so take nothing away from the feat he was seconds away from accomplishing. Bryan pulls himself to a vertical base, slowly but surely thanks to the assistance from the ring ropes and raises the World Heavyweight Championship high into the air, boos raining down into the ring despite his impressive showing here tonight.

Behind the Champion slowly rises his Challenger, taking a few steps towards the man that was able to pin him here tonight in their first match against one another. Bryan feels a presence approaching him and looks over his shoulder, spotting the impressive looking Keith Lee standing in the center of the ring, not looking at The Corporate Dragon with anger or hatred following his loss, but a measure of respect. A single nod from the larger man is quickly followed by him extending his arm out towards the successful Champion, causing a hint of confusion to appear on Bryan's face for all of a single moment before taking a couple of steps forward. “Is this a ruse?” Bryan thinks to himself, unsure of Keith Lee's intentions. He looks into the eyes of the man he just defeated, reaching the result that if he was going to attack him, he would have done so when his back was turned. Bryan extends his arm out towards his Challenger, the two interlocking in the center of the ring as a show of respect. Unsure how to react to this side of Bryan, the crowd is broken up into various states of mind, a portion of them booing because this is clearly a trap set up by the World Heavyweight Champion, another portion is cheering because they see the best in everything and hope that Bryan is done with his dastardly ways while the final and smallest portion is on their phones tweeting about this moment because why experience it to its fullest when you can tweet about it?

From our view, we can see Bryan's eyes quickly dart away from Keith to spot something behind him before returning to their former location, causing The Corporate Dragon to mouth “Well, it was nice while it lasted.” to which Keith Lee responds simply with “What?” His question quickly finds its answer as the remainder of The Enterprise storm the ring, the new Intercontinental Champion Bobby Roode and Jon Moxley enter from the left while the newest addition in Chris Jericho enters from the right. The two men quickly enter the ring and immediately target the larger man's legs in an attempt to chop Keith Lee down to size. This tactic proves fruitful as an unsuspecting Lee is sent forward due to his knees giving out and directly into an awaiting Codebreaker, courtesy of Jericho. With the tree that is known as Keith Lee chopped down for the time being, The Enterprise pounce on him like Hounds of Injustice, delivering stomps to any and every vital exposed part of Keith's body. We see Jericho targeting the top half of the upper body while Roode is targeting the lower half of it and Mox is viciously going after the legs. While The Enterprise are going to town on the unsuccessful Challenger, we see Roode get a little too into this beatdown, using both his hands to prevent his newly won Intercontinental Championship from falling off his waist in the ruckus and to ensure that it stays right where it truly belongs.

All the while, we notice that The Enterprise is only seventy five percent invested in this beatdown, Daniel Bryan opting to stay out of this particular adventure, instead deciding to recapture his breath and look on as his friends dissect the man that tried to take what is his. The two thousand and nineteen Superstar of the Year drops down to a knee and rolls out of the ring while the beatdown ensues and begins to make his way towards the timekeeper's area, motioning for a microphone to be handed to him. The microphone in question is in the process of being exchanged when...

The theme of the XWL Tag Team Champions begins to play, causing The Enterprise to shift their attention towards the stage while Bryan stops himself from obtaining the microphone, thinking better of it now that an impending conflict is on the horizon. Out from behind the curtain bursts out Chris Sabin, the former Intercontinental Champion that experienced highway robbery firsthand earlier in the evening when Chris Jericho was revealed to be the latest addition to The Enterprise at the cost of his reign as Champion. Behind him is Chad Gable as the duo run down the ramp at breakneck pace, causing The Enterprise within the ring to begin egging on the Tag Team Champions, almost begging them to enter the ring. The second that they do, Roode exits the ring through the left side, Jericho through the right and Mox through the side closest to the announcer tables, the three men regrouping at Bryan's location while Gable checks on Keith Lee and Sabin keeps one eye on Roode and the other on Jericho while standing on the middle turnbuckle.

The Enterprise, not having any interest in embarrassing TCSI or Keith Lee any more than they already have, decide to make their way around the ring and up the ramp. Along the way, Roode takes the time to shout out one final thing before they go their separate ways: “WE DON'T ASSOCIATE OURSELVES WITH LOSERS!” Keith Lee is helped up to his feet by the Tag Team Champions as The Enterprise made it to the stage, where both Bobby Roode and Daniel Bryan, the Intercontinental and World Heavyweight Champions respectfully, raise their Championships high into the air to close out one hell of a night for The Enterprise. Not only did they obtain the Intercontinental Championship, not only did they gain a fourth member, but they did both of those things while also keeping the World Heavyweight Championship in their possession. Seeing as how this calendar year has started, I think it's safe to say that this is The Year of The Enterprise.
