Attention All Members: IT'S FINALLY HAPPENING, THIS IS NOT A DRILL, IT'S HAPPENING!

ACTIVITY IS BEING TRACKED AGAIN !

This is something the administration team hasn’t done a good job at maintaining as of late. We’ve allowed people to go weeks without promoting. We’ve allowed people to go weeks without doing their matches. We’ve allowed people to go weeks without even logging onto the website. This is our fault for letting it get as bad as it has because this is something we should’ve upheld better. We need activity because it is what keeps the league running. There would be no league if there wasn’t activity. Therefore, the admin team has agreed that it’s time we start cracking down on activity and taking it more serious. No more letting people get away with weeks or nothing.

To those superstars who currently hold championships. We are going to start with you. You are our champions. You are held to a higher degree. This can be said about people who hold a Money in the Bank briefcase since you are in line to be champion. We, the admin team, are going to expect more out of you.

Superstars holding a championship or a Money in the Bank briefcase cannot go more than two weeks without doing a match or writing a promo. If you miss two weeks worth of promos or matches then you will be stripped of your championship. To the superstars who are not holding a championship. We are going to make sure you stay active as well. We are not going to hold you to the same degree that we would a champion. That’s a little unfair. Don’t you think? This doesn’t mean we expect any less than you guys but we will give you guys a little slack.

Superstars who are not champion or a Money in the Bank briefcase holder cannot go more than four weeks without doing a promo or a match. If you miss a months worth of matches or promos in a row then you will be stripped of your superstar. Everyone will get ONE warning. If you get warned and still don't become active then you will be stripped of that character. However, we understand that life isn’t always easy and sometimes things going in the way. I am going to put a lot of emphasis on this next statement so everyone understands:

THE ADMINISTRATION TEAM IS AN UNDERSTANDING GROUP OF PEOPLE.

Has work been busy because of the season?

LET US KNOW AND WE CAN GIVE YOU A WEEK OR TWO LONG EXTENSION.

Is school tough right now and you have tests to study for?

LET US KNOW AND WE CAN GIVE YOU A WEEK OR TWO LONG EXTENSION.

Has something personal happened? Perhaps you lost a family member, are going through a break-up, or something similar?

LET US KNOW AND WE CAN GIVE YOU A WEEK OR TWO LONG EXTENSION.

As said before, we are an understanding bunch who suffers from our own issues every now and then. We have work. We have school. We go through life. We get it. We need you to communicate with us and be open with us so that we can avoid problems. In order for us to be lenient with you, we need one thing: COMMUNICATION. If you say nothing, we'll see nothing, and we'll see someone wasting a spot that someone else would do more with. Promos DO NOT have to be super long. We ask for something that keeps your character relevant. Not having a feud is not an acceptable reason to be inactive.

If you need more than a week or two extension than that is what a BREAK is for.

TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIPS !



That's right. After Final Stand, we are introducing tag team championships into the league.

Ten years in the making and they are finally here. The first champions will be crowned at...



In memory to the Motorcity Machine Guns, the tag-team that fought for a tag division for years Chris Sabin has been given the poster for this event. Warzone will be the first-ever pre-booked event and the first-ever tag team championships will be crownd in the main event of that show.

To go along with the arrival of a tag division, we've tweaked the current tag rule regarding illegal breakups. Tag matches are sometimes a chore as it is and with everyone on that team having resiliency, we've lowered the allowed illegal pin breakups (after a finisher) to ONE per team. This new rule has already been utilized with Final Stand's Winners take all match, and the Alexa Bliss & Nia Jax Vs  Kaitlyn & April and the matches went very well. So we're confident that this is a good change.

Now I'm sure you're reading this and wondering how the champions will be crowned. Well, here's how...




































THE MOTOR CITY CUP !

These are the teams currently lined up for the event:

Alpha Club will be represented by Chris Jericho and Kevin Owens
Bullet Club will be represented by AJ Styles and Finn Balor
Kyohi will be represented by Shinsuke Nakamura and Kenny Omega
Undisputed Era will be represented by Matt Sydal and Roderick Strong

and there are four other unannounced teams which will be announced after Final Stand.


DO NOT mention the tournament or the tag team championships in your promo. They will not be officially announced by Layla until after Final Stand. The bracket will be revealed after Final Stand as well. We cannot mention some of the teams to everyone because it might spoil the result of some things on Final Stand.


We admins are so incredibly excited to finally open this chapter of XWL, we've all wanted a tag division but the stars just never seemed to align. However through the hard work of every team that's formed in the last year we've found belief that this can work. If anyone has any questions please ask away and we'll happily fill in any blanks you may have.
