XWL Emergence: 9/4/2017 - 9/18/2017

Emergence open's on an image of the Earth spinning; this image captured at night showing how bright the man made lights truly shine to the rest of space. People don't know what is truly lies beyond, what is supernatural and what is only a figment of their imagination, and as this Earth turns life goes on. And as this feed of Earth turns, a voice-- one that can be described as whole, familiar, low begins to narrate the sight that is seen.

[Voice]
7.4 billion, the current population of this planet called Earth. Seven billion people call this home... Humans, would be the better word to describe that number, as I only look from a far.. How far it has come.

The screen seems to blink before arriving at different cities and watching them progress to their current state before the narrator begins to speak again.



Voice
From the beginning of their existence the Humans have rapidly evolved, and doing such they have built civilizations that are a marvel to the eye. They have discovered new sciences, calculations and technologies, but most importantly they have evolved and differences aside they have coexisted to build nations and empires as time passes... But sadly, they haven't always had peace..

Symbols of past and present dictatorships, communist countries, and marches, displays of power, slaughters, concentration camps. This struck a cord in the heart, as it was hard to see, but alas a part of human history.



Voice
From the ashes of such innocent ambitions of being a unified people, regimes dedicated to slaughtering their own rose to power, terrifying the pure at their Emergence. And with such ill intentions, these people had to be stopped, their evil could not be allowed to spread through such an amazing species.

Images of wars from the past begin flash across the screen, pictures of planes dropping bombs, tanks moving in formations with ground soldiers and bodies flying follow. This almost as a reminder of the shock and pain these disagreements bring to the people. The images almost hard to look at, but they were a true representation of what truly happens and then...



Voice
Wars broke out, millions were killed and when it finally ended the evil was wiped out. But at what cost? Billions more may have been traumatized, but from this moment a majority decided now was time to put differences aside and act as a species not a break down of so called ethnicity... If their was a fight, it was to be determined in one way...

The screen flashes again to show an empty wrestling ring in an arena that held not a single individual. The camera snaps and coasts past the ring at different angles both outside and inside and getting angles under the ropes as well. The narrator continues afterward.



Voice
Four sides, twenty feet by twenty feet, the people turned to an art style named wrestling... Champions from every nation across the world would battle it out for their nation sake for some. Others for fame. Some for the fortune that was made. But whatever the reason, through this fighting style, the people were at peace and free to evolve their species even more. And with it, so did the wrestlers and their stories.



An old time like ring announcer can be heard announcing Bruno Sanmartino.

Voice
Legends emerged and their impact on the world will be felt forever. Their style will be recognized and admired and will be engraved in history.



The sound of glass can be heard followed by a rush of screams for the Texas Rattle Snake in one his most iconic entrances. These videos pulling the heart strings as they were very dear to the viewers.

Voice
Their voices will hold sound in their mind until generations to come, and the memories these warriors created, remembered and held dear.



The Rock can be heard shouting "If you smell what the Rock is cooking" in front of a multitude of fans, as he eyeballs around the arena afterwards to all the fans in the arena before cracking a smile and raising an eyebrow. The camera then flashes again..

Voice
They were the ones who evolved the craft from a substitute of destruction among their own kind, to an event any human can enjoy.



Voice
And now a new style has emerged from this art form, but now it's impact has seismic effects among the people. The people, viewers breathless as to what could happen.



Voice
A new generation of competitors has come with it as well. These new fighters hungry to prove their worth to the people and themselves their potential of being the next legend to be spoke of down the line.

Chad Gable is seen using his skill as an grappling artist to work his opponents to the mat; the camera then cuts to various moments in his fights to where he uses his strength to lift and slam opponents, followed by suplexes and submission clips. Finally there was an image of him taunting before cutting to an image of his next opponent.



Voice
New superstars full of charisma take the stage and listen for the thousands and millions to chant their name.

Shinsuke Nakamura stands on the ramp as he flicks his wrists in a classic taunt as the fans scream his name and sing his entrance song. "Na-ka-mura" chants could be heard above all else and then the camera cuts to Nakamura displaying his strong style fighting, kicking fighters on the chest until a bright red shows on the location of the kick. Multiple clips of elbows to the head are shown, followed by frequency vibrations. Finally as Nakamura charges for a Kinshasa and connects the camera shifts.



Voice
Men battle and reach for the heavens in desperation to reap the ultimate success and for a chance to be called the best. And now women get the opportunity as well to reach for greatness and glory.



Voice
Battles between bitter rivals to determine the better man seem to have emerged at a final destination.



Clips of JBL running through Wade Barret with a Clothesline from Hell begin to play, this is followed by him letting out moments of his greatness on the mic, and him declaring himself as a deity in the ring, followed by him screaming at a fallen Barrett, but it was in this moment that the sleeve was changing sides



Bull Hammer! BNB had arrived and he was not going to be over looked. Devastating Bull Hammer after Bull Hammer, followed by war statement after war statement sounded from Bad New Barrett. A photo of him and JBL was the last image before switching things up.

Voice
A brotherhood is on a mission to conquer the entire business, and be the one and only elite competition around. But they won't achieve that goal without a fight to the end. And this war they will experience will be on multiple fronts.




The Bullet Club begins to take the screen, showing their dominant moments in XWL thus far, taking down the Undertaker and countless others since arriving. It was clip after clip of utter domination, and the voice of AJ Styles could be heard yelling over each and every picture and video of the destruction to come if the Bullet Club was provoked. But then.. another voice is heard yelling "ENOUGH"



John Cena stands in front of AJ Styles, representing one of the many people resisting the uprising of the Bullet Club. John and Styles begin an intense staredown and it was in this moment that this screen melts away and shows the Executioner of the Bullet Club Finn Balor.  

Voice
This war will involve the supernatural colliding once more, and it will rock the company to it's very core.

Finn Balor stands in the middle of the ring, and as he stands tall the lights fall to absolute darkness. A gong sounds. When the lights come back up the Undertaker is standing in the ring with Finn Balor. A brawl takes place before the Undertaker tossing Balor out of the ring. The two lock eyes before the Undertaker...



Following this image, the final front of this war is shown with the Switchblade members of the Bullet Club, Dean and Sami standing in the ring surrounding the Golden Ticket, Matt Sydal who at this moment is hurt. In this moment, the screen cuts and scratches for a second before a snip audio clip of "Cult of Personality" blasts through and CM Punk rushes down to the ring. Matt and Punk work together to get the Club out of the ring, and as Dean and Sami look back, CM Punk gives a smug grin at Sydal and Matt just stands in the ring looking at Punk. From this moment the camera cuts again.

Voice
A woman thought to be impossible to beat now has a new foe to push her limits. This adversary is not normal though, This Sister-- or Black Widow must be cautious around this Venus Fly-trap, nature's wrath will destroy all signs of life. And it only takes one mistake to get caught.



The camera cuts to clips of Peyton Royce unloading her arsenal of devastating moves. Using her arms and legs to both destroy, lock up and trap her opponents into submission. Following the videos, the shows her with an intense look in her eye, but a smile across her face; she is waiting for Sister April, then all of a sudden the screen blacks out and slowly fading in was a dark laugh from a woman. When the screen cut back on, Sister April was revealed to be the laughing person, and her presence almost made a person's skin crawl. The camera skips...



Sister April, once laughing and taking this as a joke, now has a serious look on her face meaning to establish fear into any woman that dares to think they can stop her. Video begins playing showing how April decimates her victims, and tortures them into giving up. Stretching their bodies, breaking their bones with punches and kicks and then it faded back into a picture of April sitting on the ropes, admiring her work.



Such a destructive force she was, but even still every person has their demons. The camera begins to focus in on a psychological battle in her mind with the camera showing her in a backbend. As she crawls forward, the camera scratches and fades in and out replacing Sister April with Bray Wyatt every now and again. A black widow begins to crawl on the screen in the background while Sister April screams over and over again. Then at once she begins to laugh to herself again. The camera moves on, flashing an image of a city all in front of a magnificent castle.



The camera then zooms into the top of the castle to show a man with his arms open wide, viewing his kingdom down below. This man, turned out to be a king as a woman holding a child walks out onto the platform and a servant places a crown on his head. This King turns out to be Broken Matt Hardy.



Voice
A king sets out to defend his kingdom once again, against an old foe. This foe being a notorious public enemy. For years they have clashed, this could potentially be their last duel.



The camera shines to see a picture of Edge, who is on the middle rope and all the audience is booing to their heart's content. The camera then switches to video and audio of Edge can be heard saying he is the Best DAMN Wrestler in XWL and how he is going to achieve what others think is impossible and claim the World Heavyweight Championship and end this kingdom. As this video shows Edge running through name after name with a spear, eventually a voice calls out saying "BOW DOWN TO YOUR KING"



Feed cuts back to Broken Matt Hardy showing his story of success and conquest to reach gold. Broken Matt is very irritated and has lost his impatience with this invasion by Edge, the video cuts to Cyberslam where the Broken King pinned and defeated Edge and how the Royal Family has continued to grow in power in XWL. The feed cuts to a defeated Edge, then to Brother Nero's ladder match for the Money in the Bank qualifiers. The commentary team is screaming about Lita being back in the ring, but then out of no where...



Spear to Brother Nero, and Edge is standing tall over a Royal Family member and he expresses his desire to kill the king. The footage shows Edge's upbringing to this moment before one final photo is shown before cutting to something else.



This image fades into an image of Shawn Michaels, he is showing off the Intercontinental title.



Voice
And a Legendary champion being honored once again with a conclusion of a tournament in his name.. for a prize he made special. Monsters will collide to see who dominates the continents.



We begin to see footage of these two men dominate competitor after competitor and it locks on an image of the two staring down each other one last time. The Monster among men, Braun Strowman lifts up his arms high and Samoa Joe keeps an angry, aggressive look on his face. Clips shows wins the two got over, Brother Nero, Bobby Roode, and others to name. This is all finished off by an image of the Intercontinental Championship fading into the camera.



After all this preview, the mysterious voice continues to speak with a dark screen.

A time dedicated for the emergence of new champions, faces and a new world and every time it arrives, the earth is turned upside down for all 7.4 billion. And so it goes; it will continue to happen for the rest of time, and as I continue to watch from a far... Or so they think.

The video returns to a dark room, in the center of the room was a throne and a familiar insignia was on the back. The things we just saw were rolling over and over again on the wall in front of the throne. Then a figure stands up that resembles a man.



Voice
These humans will continue to fight for fame and fortune and for a chance to see the top of the mountain in the emergence of this new era...



This tall figure continues to walk forward into view, getting larger as he does. It is obvious he is wearing a hat and coat and it appears it has the same voice as the narrator. Before stepping into the light, he says something.

Voice
Little did they know, a god has emerged among them as well...



The Undertaker
And I hold all 7.4 billion souls in my hand.

The screen cuts to pitch black.

Great job man! Truly a great opener

With electricity in the air following that incredible intro, we head backstage where our broadcast colleague Renee Young is standing by, ready to keep things rolling with an exclusive interview, but with who?



[Renee Young]
On this night, The Superstars of XWL look to emerge victorious, and from each other. In this business, there's only so many spots to go around, so many championships, so many that can challenge for them at one time, and critical victories at events such as this one can change their careers in an instant. Need proof? Look no further than The Money In The Bank Ladder Match. A championship match at any time of your choosing from now until next year's Emergence. And this year the women are included in that conversation, for last month 4 of the division's most hungry competitors marched out to the ring one by one, and declared they wanted THEIR Money In The Bank too. Layla being the type of General Manager, and pioneer for the division as a former competitor herself, made it official and tonight Ruby Riot, Natalya Neidhart, Charlotte Flair, and Asuka...will all battle it out for that all important contract. So please help me welcome at this time, Canada's own...Natalya!

Glowing brighter than we've seen her in a long time, smiling so joyously, proudly wearing the Pink & Black that her family is famous for, is, of course, The Anvilette herself, Natalya. She greets Renee with a warmth that almost has defrosted the coldness she was made to feel several months ago when embroiled in a rivalry with recently reformed "April."  



[Renee Young]
Natalya, first of all, how great does it feel to be here tonight in Canada, battling it out for the opportunity that could truly change your career?



[Natalya]
I...I can't even put it into words, you know when you're going through a rough patch, or in my case, dragging yourself through a seemingly endless desert with no hope in sight...this is what you imagine. It's the mirage that keeps you going despite everything telling you that all hope is lost. When you're starving, when you're dying of thirst when that last bit of energy is fading...you look off in the distance, and you see it. It's blurry, you think your mind is playing tricks on you, that can't be real, can it? But as you shake your head, and you reopen your eyes, it's even clearer...it's you, it's you standing on top of that ladder, with The Miss Money In The Bank Briefcase in your hands. It's the thousands upon thousands of Natty Cats that have stuck by you all these years, through all the failures, finally seeing their dreams, as well as yours, come to fruition. It's staring up at the sky and seeing your uncle Owen, and grandfather smiling from above as tears fill your eyes...knowing that at long last you finally made them proud. Suddenly it's not so unreachable, suddenly you're able to dig your claws into the sand crawl...crawl until you're even closer now, until you rise up to your feet, standing in front of the gateway to your future.

[Renee Young]
Wow...that gave me chills.

Nattie laughs gleefully as she throws her hand up, the light in her eyes getting even brighter. 



[Natalya]
How do you think I feel? I can't stop smiling...just being in this match, knowing what it means for me, what it means for the entire division. I mean last year when The Men's Money In The Bank Ladder Match returned, we were left standing there like, you know...that's great and all, but...what about us? We've fought so much over the years to be equals, to be referred to as Superstars, not Divas. To fight in matches that aren't "pretty" to make history over and over until it becomes NORMAL. And this division has a long way to go until it's built on sheer empowerment in one another until we're lifting each other up rather than tearing each other down...but the fact that united, Charlotte, Asuka, Ruby, and myself marched out to the ring and made this match possible, it proves the day we become more like a sisterhood may not be as far away as I might think.

[Renee Young]
That's actually what I wanted to ask you about...now at Downpour, you were forced by stipulation to join April's Sisterhood, and of course, time has passed, she's turned over a new leaf, you've found yourself again, what's the current relationship between you and The Women's Champion? Especially due to the potential wedge between you should you win Money In The Bank tonight?

[Natalya]
It's complicated, to go from bitter enemies, to...friends? It's not exactly realistic, emotions were incredibly high throughout the 9 months of our rivalry, it built up to a point in my career that I'm not entirely proud of. I almost lost myself during it, so just being around her is a bit of a trigger. But at the same time, she had remorse, and does that make everything she put me through better? No, but I believe everyone is capable of change, I did, Sasha did, it's not fair to condemn her and say oh you can't change. So I'm not avoiding her or anything, but I have had my plate a little full the last month, tonight is a huge night for me, I can't risk getting distracted...I know she's had a rough few weeks and I have spoken to her, I've given her a bit of a pep talk since this situation with Peyton is something she's not used to. She's used to being the aggressor, and everyone else her victim, so it's uncharted territory, it's almost hard to know what to do because here she is, recently reformed, and now there's a new threat ready to fill the spot she once did.



[Renee Young]
I'll be the first to admit I didn't believe she really could change, but you did, and I think it's fair to say having at least one person somewhat on her side has really helped her keep going during everything since the day she expressed her desire to leave her wicked days behind her. But back to tonight...if she retains, and you win that contract, does the dynamic between you change?

[Natalya]
At the end of the day, it's nothing personal. But there is a part of me that not necessarily wants "revenge" but more so wants the chance to prove I CAN beat her, that I am the one that will end her record setting reign. Whether it's her, or Peyton, tonight is my night, and if she's truly a friend, albeit one that I have an awkward relationship with, then she'll be happy for me, just as I've been happy for everyone else for the last 7 years. So now I think it's time I find a little bit of happiness of my own.

[Renee Young]
Well Nattie, I'm so happy for you, I know it's not been easy to reach this point, but I wish you all the luck in the world tonight.



[Natalya]
I really appreciate it, and I just wanna say to all my friends, family and the fans have stuck by me through everything...I'm gonna make you proud tonight, I'm done disappointing you, it's taken this long but tonight? Is OUR night!

Renee was about to insert one last response, but she stopped as she looked at Natalya. Actually, she wasn't looking at Natalya. She was looking past Natalya to behind her. Natalya caught on to the gaze Renee held and both of them looked back. A positive response was given, but we still didn't know who it was. Not until the camera moved to reveal the woman who hasn't been seen on XWL TV for a couple of weeks now... It was the former Woman's Champion, the Legit Boss, Sasha Banks! And the crowd popped for her, though some didn't feel that way as the treatment she gave towards April still hung over her like a dark cloud.



[SASHA BANKS]
I hope you don't mind me butting in, but...

Sasha scooted in, a little closer to the two woman so she was basically inserting herself into the conversation the two Canadians were having. To be exact, she walked and moved herself to the other side of Renee so Sasha stood on one side and Natalya stood on the other. The Boss spoke up again.

[SASHA BANKS]
With all due respect Renee, I think that if there was anyone who was the first to admit their thoughts when it came to April and her quest to change... I think we all know that I was the first one to really speak up. You can take second if you want, but I was the first person who took a stand against her... and we all saw how that went. I stepped into this ring with an April who has supposedly changed and I took her lightly. I took her for granted. I thought it was going to be a walk in the park because April could NEVER beat me in a wrestling match. A fight was different but a wrestler match? My worst day was still better than her best day... but she proved me wrong. She proved a lot of people wrong. She stepped in that ring and she made a statement whether she's good or whether she's the evil April we all know and don't love, she's here to stay as OUR champion. And you know what? I think it's fair to say that we can bank on that.

Sasha Banks turned her attention away from Renee and focused on Natalya.

[SASHA BANKS]
First off, I want to let you know that you have my support going into the Money in the Bank Ladder match. I wish I could be in the match with you but I had my chance and I failed to take advantage of it. I want you to go out there and show everyone why this is your time. We are in Canada! This is your land. Those are your people. Show them why you are their Queen who always stands tall through thick and thin. Legit? I think this is your time... and secondly, I wanted to say I'm sorry for slapping you. I'm sorry for using you to make a statement. You're my friend, Nat, and friends don't do that to each other. You know what friends do? Friends build each other up. Friends support each other. I wasn't your friend then. I don't know what I was, but I want to change things and go back to how we were. The Boss n' Hart Connection? The Legit Harts? I don't even know, but you get what I'm saying, right?

[Natalya]
I'd prefer the best friends there is, was, and ever will be.

Sasha flashes a grin and nods her head.

[Natalya]
Honestly, it means the world to see you here tonight, Sasha. From experience I know how crushing a loss like that can be, I've been worried about you. I mean when I was going through my dark days after Downpour, you were there for me...I may not have been all that receptive to your encouragement, and your compassion...but through the haze of doubt, having someone that still believed in...I honestly think it's what helped me see that it wasn't the end. If it weren't for you, who knows if I'd even be here tonight, performing in front of my family with such an incredible opportunity ahead of me. Everyone else...they gave up on me, and I'm not proud to admit it, but it hurt...it still does. Knowing that I couldn't live up to their expectations, that I let them down one too many times...but not you. So from the bottom of my heart, I just want to say thank you, Sasha. Thank you for all the kind words, your unwavering support, and just...being there for me, especially now. Tonight's scary, things have been going so well, and I worry...I worry that tonight will go like every other opportunity I've had the last 7 years always seem to go. No matter what I do, how hard I fight....how much I believe, it never seems to be enough. But it's like you said, it's my time, right?

[SASHA BANKS]
I believe it is. Without a shadow of a doubt. You're the biggest threat going into this match. You're the woman who has beaten the other three. You're the woman who is going to climb that ladder and grab the briefcase. You're going to shut up all those people who constantly claim that you don't have what it takes anymore. The people who think it's time for you to take a step back. This is your chance to prove them wrong and once again begin your climb back up to the top of this division. The throne is waiting for you, Nat. It's waiting for it's Queen to come back from war. It's all on you to make the journey back to the top of the division and reclaim it.

Sasha pauses and that grin turns into more of a smirk. A little chuckle slipped over her breath and she looked out to the distance as she seemingly turned the conversation to be about herelf from a moment. Typical Sasha Banks after all. Could never fully shake that selfish behavior.

[SASHA BANKS]
And as for me, well, I've got a couple ideas up my sleeve. I don't really want to go and spoil them because that ruins the fun, you know? But, you never know what I might have planned. After all, I still know that I can beat April and I might want another shot against her - or I can prove a point against whoever wins Money in the Bank that the only reason they won is that I wasn't I the match. I just know that once Emergence is all said and done, I am starting a new chapter in my storybook career. I've had a lot of ups and downs the past couple of months. My head hasn't really been in the game as much as it should've because I've been worrying too much about trivial things like trying to expose April when I should've worried about the championship. I need to focus on what really matters. Focus on why I signed a contract with this company. I've got my eyes on the prize, my targets are locked, and there's not going to be anyone who can stop me from doing what I do best.

[Natalya]
I couldn't agree more, instead of centering yourself on all the drama that takes place in this division, keep your eyes on what matters most. The success of this division, the success you aspire to have, honestly too many people forget that this is a WRESTLING business first and foremost. The only thing that should matter to you, me, anyone? Is what goes down in that ring, the magic that happens, the hard fought victories, the respect that's soaked up into the soil of that canvas, and sprouts a division we ALL can be proud of. There's nothing better than stepping through those ropes and setting forth a new standard. Giving the women of the future that may be watching right now, another choice. You don't have to be self-centered, cut-throat, or friendless. We're all in this together, individually yes we want to be successful, to be Women's Champion, but that shouldn't come at the expense of basic human decency, you know? I wish others saw it that way, but we ourselves didn't at first, so I know one day they will too. It just takes time, anything worth having is worth fighting for, no matter how long it takes. People just need a reason to believe there's another way, and hopefully tonight I can be that reason.

[SASHA BANKS]
I know tonight you WILL be that reason because NOBODY in that match deserves this more than you. I don't care who Charlotte is, I don't care what Asuka has done in other companies and I certainly don't care about the impact that Ruby Riot has made in a short time that she is in this company. What matters is you making a statement and capturing that briefcase. I can bank on that. You can bank on that. All of Canada can certainly bank on that because quite frankly, the rest of them don't have what it takes. You are going to be our next Money in the Bank holder. Legit. I guarantee it.

With Sasha's motivational words of support, Natalya's nerves almost completely dissipate. Tonight is huge, and her track record isn't the greatest on nights like this, but to be here in Canada, to have The XWL Universe behind her, and her best friend returning to support her...it lets her know she's not alone, she's not fighting for just herself, but for everyone that still stands by her.

[Natalya]
It feels like I've been climbing the ladder of success for the last 7 years, but tonight...I ascend that final rung and take what's mine. Thanks again for everything Sasha, I need to go get ready. Wish me luck.

Sasha smiles, shaking her head.

[SASHA BANKS]
You don't need it, Nat.

That last bit of confidence from Sasha makes Natalya's smile get brighter as she waves and heads off, ready to prepare for the match that could finally change her career for the better.

As the arena darkens in preparation for the Women's Money in the Bank Match, a video starts to play on the titantron. The video shows the night sky as the camera whizzes through the clouds which are illuminated by the moonlight. As this happens, the sound of a guitar riff starts to play, building up in speed before drums start to pulse behind it. At its peak, a male voice screams out.




GO!

At this cue, the camera speeds up drastically and starts to dive towards a city lit up in the night. It is recognizable as being Toronto, the location for Emergence. Once the scene hits the city it begins to zoom thorughout the streets.



The camera begins to dart through allies, maneuvering around corners at high speeds. The camera flashes to a group of very similar looking children standing at attention in a classroom, all wearing matching uniforms. One little black haired girl stands out from the rest, looking around in confusion at the rest of her motionless classmates.

The classroom scene crumbles apart on the screen and we are once again flying through downtown Toronto. After rounding a corner, the scene jolts to a stop outside of a seedy looking building with a plethora of pinned up signs plastered all over it. The door opens outward, but before we see inside, the scene changes again. This time we are in a little girls bedroom, decorated with pink furniture and other girly designs. The same girl from the classroom is standing in the center of the room, tears in her eyes and with clenched fists.

Cut the lights, do you feel in control?

The little girl's face contorts in a scream before the bedroom crumbles away as well, revealing the inside of the building in the city. There is a pulsating crowd of rough looking people moving in a chaotic manner as they dance to a band playing the song that has been surging over the video. The room is dark but briefly lit by flashing strobe lights as the camera moves throughout the thrashing crowd.

The camera stops behind a woman who stands motionless front and center. All the movement around her stops as the camera slowly pans around to her face revealing it to be none other than Ruby Riot, a confident grin spread across her face. She turns away from the stage and begins to walk through the crowd before exiting onto the streets.
Ruby starts walking down the streets of Toronto, cars zooming past in rhythm with the pounding music. The scene starts to shake before we again cut to a scene at a school yard. The camera is low to the ground, seemingly sitting on blacktop with a playground in the distance. Suddenly the little girls face comes crashing down to the asphalt. She slowly lifts her face up, grimacing in pain as she does so. There is blood all over the side of her face with gravel embedded into it.

Dreams die, you wake up in the end

The camera backs out and up, showing her laying on the ground with a group of kids pointing and laughing at her. The scene falls away and Ruby is seen walking down the street and approaching the Air Canada Center. She walks through the side lot before entering through a door and emerging into the backstage area. As this scene transitions, we now see what appears to be a locker room. We  see a small hand carrying a schhol uniform, which is then thrown into a trash can. As the camera pans out we see the little girl, now dressed in Ruby's ring gear.

The scene does not crumble away this time. The little girl begins walking through the backstage area before she approaches the curtains leading to the stage. She stands in front of it as the lights from the other side start to get brighter and brighter, leading to a lens flare that obscures the entire screen with a white light. As it fades away, Ruby Riot is now standing where the the girl was, rolling her head side to side.

As the last words bellow out, Ruby bursts through the curtain onto the stage.





Ruby Riot runs down the ramp, invigorated with the energy that has driven her to this point in her career. She runs in circles around the ring, tongue sticking out of her mouth and high-fiving fans before jumps up onto the apron. She throws herself into the ring and quickly climbs a turnbuckle, pointing to various fans in the audience and nodding enthusiastically. As her entrance music fades away, she stands in the center of the ring and looks up at the briefcase, awaiting her chance at changing her destiny.

Now the arena light turn completely off. The crowd begins to simmer down in anticipation for what's to come next. The only light in the arena now shines from the titantron. It shows a throne made of gold. Above the throne is a banner with the words "Miss Money In The Bank". A light shine down in front of the throne but not bright enough to show who is sitting in the throne. A few moments pass before a new voice can be heard from the person sitting in the throne. It's the voice of a woman. You can tell there is elegance and power in her voice.

What makes a great.....Queen?
Is it ones strength and power?
Is it ones Elegance and grace?
Or is it ones patience and intelligence?
It's none yet all of these things.
Alone these qualities mean nothing,

The figure sitting in the throne leans forward to show just their face shining in the light revealing

{Charlotte Flair}
A champion.....



The crowd explodes for their Queen as Charlottes theme begins to Blare through the arena. A few moments pass before a group of four men are seen wearing Roman Empire gear and upon their shoulders is the throne from the video. And sitting in that throne is none other than Charlotte Flair herself.



The men begin to make their way down the ramp. As they make it to the bottom close to the ring they all stop and kneel. Charlotte stands, unbuttons her robe placing it upon the throne, and steps off the pedestal. She climbs onto the apron and slides back into the ring before rolling back and doing a handstand as she gets to her feet. She turns and looks at Ruby, and smirks ready for this match.

A mask appears on the screen, sending a ripple through the crowd.



As the theme rears up, the lights begin to flash, colors spinning around the arena as the curtain parts, a mask wearing woman stepping out from the back. Dressed in outlandish colors, much like a peacock strutting along, Asuka comes out from the back, swaying with the music. Asuka sways, the crowd chating to her "Asuka's gonna kill you!" to which she seems pleased to hear.

[Corey Graves]
That is a scary woman Mauro.

[Mauro Ranallo]
I know what you mean Graves. She is one of the best strikers in the world, gender barrier be darned!

[Corey Graves]
I wouldn't be caught fighting her.

Asuka comes down the ramp, rocking to the music as she does. In the ring, Ruby Riot and Charlotte stand. Charlotte, nose stuck in the air while Ruby is stretching, rearing to go. Asuka pays them no attention has she sways to the music all the way down the ramp. The biggest event of the summer is another day for Asuka as everyday is a day for her to kick some heads in.

[Corey Graves]
Look at the calmness on Asuka here tonight.

[Mauro Ranallo]
This is the biggest match of her time here in XWL, yet the stress has not and more than likely will not set in!

Asuka rounds the ring, avoiding the stairs completely and instead finds herself at a ladder. She looks around for a moment, still bobbing with the music then grabs hold of a rung, stepping up onto it.

[Corey Graves]
Uh, Asuka! That isn't going to help you win!

Asuka doesn't seem to care as she climbs the ladder, each move going with a piece of the music. She climbs, rung for rung until she stands high above the rest of the women currently out at the ring. She reaches up, grabbing hold of her mask and rips it off, revealing her sly grin for the world to see. She looks around for a moment as the crowd pops before making her way back down the ladder.

[Corey Graves]
She is one odd superstar Ranallo.

[Mauro Ranallo]
She is a cooky cat, that is for sure!

[Corey Graves]
Don't ever say that again.

Asuka hits the floor and slides into the ring, strutting right past Charlotte and mounts the turnbuckle behind her, sending a statement to the "Queen" that she is not to be messed with. Asuka pauses on the top rope, looking at to the crowd as her theme dies out.



The lighting turns pink, as Natalya's theme blares throughout the building, fans on every side rise to their feet, cheering and raising up signs in support of Natalya and the family she represents in this match tonight. The angle of the camera is almost too perfect, a view of The Money In The Bank briefcase hanging above the ring, as we see the stage lit up with a pink maple leaf.




You can feel the energy in the room, this is a crowd that through thick and thin has been by Natalya's side from the beginning, she may be from Canada, and usually, the hometown "heroes" get a great reaction by proxy, but it goes deeper than that. This is a woman who comes from a bloodline that is legendary in these parts, they've seen her grow from a local competitor to a huge star in her own right, and they want nothing more than to see her finally get her moment tonight. Charlotte's shown scoffing at the cheers, Asuka's simply smirking, and Ruby almost feels overwhelmed knowing that while she herself is a favorite, this is on an entirely different level. All eyes are watching the stage, ready for The Queen Of Harts to appear...and this is a little unlike her, she's usually out within the first couple of seconds but as her theme continues to play, nothing happens.

[Mauro Ranallo]
This is quite strange, where's Natalya?

[Corey Graves]
Perhaps her nerves got the better of her. She's in the best position out of anyone in this match, she's beaten them all, she's got all of Canada behind her, hell even Sasha Banks returned to root her on tonight. Maybe it's all too much, knowing that she'll disappoint everyone again.

[Mauro Ranallo]
That's a bit much of an assumption to make, don't you think?

[Corey Graves]
I mean if I'm wrong, then why isn't she out here right now?

[Mauro Ranallo]
I'm not sure myself, but she wouldn't miss this match for the world, you saw how happy she was earlier, she was beaming.

[Corey Graves]
But do I see her now? No.

As confusion spreads through The Air Canada Centre a lot of possibilities begin to run through our minds, did something happen to her? Is she just too much of a nervous wreck to come out? But before our imaginations run too wild, her theme abruptly stops, and the tron stops playing her entrance video and instead shows us Natalya's whereabouts, she's not laid out somewhere thankfully, nor is she fleeing the building...no, she's standing directly in front of the curtain, a hand on her shoulders as she's slightly turned to face it. Natalya is spun around to find herself face to face with none other than the Women's Champ. April smiles big towards Natalya as she stares at her mentor.

[April]
You've been my only supporter through these last two rocky months. The only one who believed in what I had to say. After the things I've done...the hell I've created...You reached inside yourself and believed in me. Tonight, all this with Peyton Royce, I don't need your guidance. Because tonight isn't my night. It's yours Natalya. Tonight is your night to finally take an opportunity that you so desperately deserve

April's eyes cast down to the floor

[April]
If I'm honest...the division deserves someone strong like you to lead. Not a reformed monster like me. You can inspire. You can build up. And more importantly you can lead. So, I know my time is burrowed. Everyone is gonna come at me full force to take...

April stares at her Women's title around her shoulder. One of the only thing she takes true pride in and values

[April]
...My title. My baby here. When that happens because you ARE going to win tonight...I want you to cash in and lead this division down a good road. And when you sit upon top of the mountain I'll be the first in line to congratulate you. Because I can't think of many more women who deserve it more than you. So as someone I consider a mentor...a friend...and...and a sister I want you to go out and bring back that briefcase! Even if it means you have to use it against me!.

[Natalya]
I don't really know what to say...I have to be honest, this is still a little weird for me, after everything we've been through...it's an adjustment to have you here, smiling...and not in a way that sends chills down my spine. I thought Downpour was the end for me, I honestly did...but I've come to learn now after time to reflect on it, and everything you've done since, it wasn't my story, it was yours. Your story of redemption, even if everyone thought you were beyond it, you've seen the light so to speak. While it showed me how unbreakable I truly am, it's not just a phrase I've coined, it's real. It's picking yourself up after the most heart crushing defeat of your entire career, and beating every single woman that has stepped up to you since, including every woman that will fight for that contract alongside me tonight. Now if I'm honest, I hope you retain tonight...because, in the past, we've pushed each other to the limit, but there was always something more to it, right? Emotions were mixed, and that spider crawl thing really got me due to my irrational fear of spiders...but what I'm trying to say is, it wasn't just a straight up wrestling match. But with Money in The Bank, it can be. I want to prove, to you, to everyone that abandoned me when I didn't beat you, that I CAN beat you. That I am the one that will end your record setting reign, that after 7 long years of watching women like you be where I want to be, I'm finally ready to be there.

[April]
I know you are. I think you've been ready for a long time. It's only a matter of time. I really can't express how sorry I am. I've done some horrible things. I thought they were right at the time...I was wrong. So wrong. I don't like to think of what we had going as my time. Because without you that story doesn't come to an end. Without you I don't pull back out of the dark place my mind and emotions were born in. Without you I'm still Rosemary or Peyton Royce. But worse. You did something great for the division without even touching the title. I can just imagine all the good you'll do when you actually do hold this. I really do support you...but at the same time...I can't just let this go. I didn't do it for Sasha. I won't do it for Peyton. And I sadly can't do it for you either. A true wrestling match with no side motives...it sounds nice. To Main-Event with you again would be an honor Natalya

[Natalya]
After everything I've been through, I'd never want anything to be handed to me. It's been a long journey up until this point, I questioned whether or not I'd get here, but because of women like you, and Sasha, who have pushed me further than I thought I could go, I'm here. I'm moment away from stepping through that curtain, and fighting for the opportunity that tonight? Can prove once and for all, that I am the best there is, was, and EVER WILL BE! So thank you April, thank you for challenging me in a way no one ever would have challenged me, thank you for further proving that anything CAN happen, if "evil" can turn good, then maybe a "failure" like me...can finally succeed.

Without warning April steals a quick hug from a surprised Natalya. The Women's Champ pulls back and smiles gleefully before nodding at Natalya and spinning on her heel, walking off. Natalya takes a deep breath, knowing the pressure she faces in just a moment, then exhales as she pushes through the curtain, and her theme starts back up.





The camera shifts back to the stage where Natalya has made her way out after a last minute pep talk from The Women's Champion, and easily Natalya's greatest rival. All of Canada has once again started cheering as loud as possible, as The Anvilette stares down at the ring with pure determination in her eyes.

[Mauro Ranallo]
We would never pick favorites in an unpredictable match like this, but with this reaction, and the conversations we've seen tonight between Natalya and 2 of the division's finest, Sasha Banks & The Women's Champion April, it's safe to say she's the top pick on most people's list.

[Corey Graves]
Oh easily, look Natalya is incredible, I know she can dominate everyone in this match, and pull that contract down, everyone does. The issue isn't her ability, or how great she is, the issue is unapologetically making that known. She's the biggest threat in this match, which left unknown is a great recipe for success...however, given the fact that Charlotte Flair, Ruby Riot, and Asuka all KNOW that...that's a recipe for an entirely different thing.


[Mauro Ranallo]
You think that will work against her?

[Corey Graves]
I think when it comes down to it, THEY'LL work against her. When you have a competitor with her background, and the fight that's in her? You don't try to get on that leve, you do whatever you can to neutralize that threat, even if it means working with your fellow opponents for that one moment. I mean look at Asuka, at Cyberslam she made a huge impact, instantly a threat...because she's so cunning...she's since downplayed that target...she's become a bit more human, a bit more flawed...you think that's because she is? No, it's because she knows that's how you succeed in a match like this.

As Natalya made her way down the ramp, she finds herself stopping halfway down it, where many ladders were positioned on all sides. Her hand gravitates towards it, staring at it with focus before her eyes direct their gaze to the ring at her opponents.



Her hand slides off the ladder, then she continues walking toward the ring, stepping up onto the apron, and surveying her surroundings, Charlotte Flair on the left closest to her, stretching out, Asuka furthest from her striking the air, and Ruby Riot on her right staring up at the case. Natalya's eyes lift up to the case as well, it's what it's all about. Soon she steps into the ring, and her eyes lower back down, as does Ruby's and their eyes meet. They've shown respect toward one another through the build of this match unlike their opponents, but friends and respect are thrown out in a match like this, it's win or lose. And neither of them want to lose, as evidenced when Ruby super kicked Natalya following their victory as a team several weeks ago. Natalya's theme dies out but in its place a massive "NATALYA! NATALYA! NATALYA!" chant can be heard, as everyone takes these final seconds to prepare for the unpreparable.

We go backstage where we see Renee Young.

Renee Young
"Ladies and gentlemen, my guest at this time... Tetsuya Naito."

Tetsuya Naito walks onto the interview set. He his followed by a short, scrawny man in a suit. The small man appear to be a translator hired by XWL for Naito. Renee begins her interview. While she speaks, the translator translates her words in Naito's ear.

Renee Young
"First off Tetsuya, welcome to the United States. Have you enjoyed your time here so far."

As the translator finishes translating Renee's words,
Naito begins speaking. In English, the translator now translates Naito's words.



Tetsuya Naito
"先週私が言ったように、これは世界で二番目に優れた国です...そして正当な理由があります。ここの女性のほとんどは肥満の生き物です。食べ物は汚れていて、まるでゴミ箱から引っ張られて、皿の上に置かれたかのようです。ここのホテルは汚れている。多分数週間で徹底的に洗われていない汚れた枕に誰が頭を上げたいのですか？この国の唯一の良いことはナイトライフです。内気ではない少数のアメリカ人女性、内藤哲也が大好きです。私が後でやりたいのなら、私は後で解放します、ルネー。"
("As I said last week, this is the second best country in the world... and for good reason. Most of the women here are obese creatures. The food is dirty... almost as if it were pulled from a trash can and served on a plate. The hotels here are filthy... unkempt. Who would want to lay their head on a dirty pillow that probably hasn't been thoroughly washed in weeks? The only good thing about this country is the night life. The few American women that aren't disgusting, love Tetsuya Naito. Speaking of which... I'm free later if you want to hang out, Renee.")

Renee looks at the ground with wide eyes, disturbed by Naito's intentions.

Renee Young
"Well... uh... I'm Canadian, so that probably wouldn't work out. Anyway.. moving on. For the last couple weeks, you've been claiming that you're the best in the world... that no one in XWL has ever seen anything like you before, yet you were defeated in your very first match by Eli Drake. What happened?"



Tetsuya Naito
"Eli Drakeは素晴らしいライバルだが、私は彼にそれを与えるだろう...しかし、私は明らかにボトムロープの下に足を持っていた。したがって、私は試合を失ったことはありません。その損失は私の記録から抹消されるべきです。非常に不公平。"
("Eli Drake is a great competitor, I'll give him that... but I clearly had my foot under the bottom rope. Therefore, I never lost the match. That loss should be wiped from my record. Very unfair.")

Renee Young
"I'm getting word now that we actually have footage from last week's Anarchy. Let's take a look."

"What do you say to that? Clearly, you were pinned in the middle of the ring."

Naito looks annoyed as a stares at something or someone off screen. He turns back to Renee.



Tetsuya Naito
"それは北アメリカ人が世界の誰もが悩ますようなことです。あなたはすべて過去に住んでいます。先週、それが起こった、ルネー。まだそれは私を悩ませると思う？確かに少し、しかし私は移動しました！それは彼が私より約300ポンド重いことをそのビデオによって明らかです。それが彼が私を抑えることができた唯一の理由です。エリ・ドレイクのような男のマンモスを追い払おうとしている、普通のヘビー級の私のような人はどうですか？"

"If I'm not mistaken, I'm pretty sure you guys were announced near the same weight last week."

Tetsuya Naito
"そこにもう一度行く。過去に住んでいる典型的なアメリカ人。"
("There you go again. Dwelling on the past.. typical American.")

Renee Young
"Like I said before, I'm Canadian."

Tetsuya Naito
"...彼女の仕事にうまくいかないカナダ人。このインタビューはどこにもない。あなたは私の時間を無駄にしてい..."
("...a Canadian that isn't good at her job. This interview is going no where. You're just wasting my ti...")

Suddenly, someone passes closely in front on the camera, interrupting Tetsuya Naito.

Tetsuya Naito
"ねえ！そこに止めろ！"
("Hey you! Stop right there!")

The camera pans over to see none other than Shinsuke Nakamura, already victorious in his match with Chad Gable, passing through the shot. The Naito's yelling get his attention and he raises an eyebrow as he now strides right into the shot with all his Nakamura charm


Nani? Anata no Naitō intabyū o chūdan suru tsumori wa arimasendeshita. Mōshiwakearimasen

Renee turns to Naito's translator

Renee Young
Well? What's he saying?


Kikoete īdesu ne. Watashi ga nyūpurojapan o satte kara sunen ga tachimashita. Anata ga saishūtekini sore o tsukutta no o mite ureshīdesu!

(Good to see you hear. It's been years since I left New Pro Japan and I'm glad to see you finally made it!)

Nakamura bows slowly to Naito as a show of respect. He can't see that Naito isn't doing the same. Nor the annoyed look on his face


Erī doreiku to no kōun. Watashi wa anata ga kare o nagutta kanōsei ga aru koto o shitte iru anata wa Nihon de erakatta! Watashi wa anata ga koko demo subarashī koto o kakushin shite imasu. Shikashi, ā, watashi wa chōdo koko ni bangō to shite shira reru yō ni suru koto ga dekimasu shitte iru? Watashi ga koko ni iru made wa arimasen!

(Tough luck against Eli Drake. I know you could have beaten him. You were great in Japan! I'm sure you'll be great here too. But ya know I can just let you be known as number here right? Not while I'm here)

There is obviously a joking tone to Nakamura's voice as he converses with Naito. But then why does the atmosphere still feel so tense? FOr a moment, Naito stares at the ground between he and Nakamura. He grins for a moment, until he looks up at the man standing in front of him. Naito's facial expression turns to a scowl as he begins to speak.

Tetsuya Naito
"私はすでに素晴らしいです..私はどこでもすばらしいです。あなたがチャド・ゲーブルとの今夜は幸運な夜を過ごしたように、エリー・ドレイクは幸運な夜を過ごしました。私の面接を妨害して、私を尊敬しないためにここにあなたを屈辱させないのも幸運です！"
("I'm already great.. I'm great everywhere. Eli Drake had a lucky night, just like you had a lucky night tonight against Chad Gable. You're also lucky that I don't humiliate you right here for disrespecting me, interrupting my interview!")

Naito steps closer to Nakamura. The men are face to face now. Naito begins talking in a lower, more peaceful tone, but his scowl remains.

Tetsuya Naito
"私は日本の真の顔になった。私は全国を征服しました...そして、私は愚かなキャッチフレーズを必要としなかったし、それをするために私の頭の側面を削っていませんでした。先週私に起こったことがあなたをばかにすることを許さないでください、私は最高です..."
("A lot has changed since you left Japan, Shinsuke Nakamura. I've made Japanese wrestling greater than ever before. I became the true face of Japan. I conquered the entire country... and I didn't even need a stupid catchphrase or shave the sides of my head to do it. Don't let what happened to me last week fool you, I am the best in...")

Before Naito can finish his statement, he is interrupted.


Kimi wa? Watashi yori mo ī?

(You? Better than me?)

It's Nakamura's turn to laugh a little before looking back up to Naito with a look of intensity


Watashi wa Nihon no resuringu o chizu ni nosemashita. Watashi wa soko o shihai shi, anata no yōna otoko no tame no michi o aita!

(I put Japanese wrestling on the map. I dominated there and paved the way for guys like you!)


But...this Amewica. I say it words eryone understand....I was best there...I am bess hur. You tall too much...I like action better

It's obvious that Nakamura would rather fight than exchange insults back and forth with Naito. Considering the war he went through with Chad Gable he clearly doesn't have to warm up.

Tetsuya Naito
"あなたは誰のために道を開いた！何かあれば、あなたは日本のレスリングを真の可能性に到達することから戻した。今日はとても人気があります！"
("You paved the way for no one! If anything, you held Japanese wrestling back from reaching it's true potential. I am the reason it is so popular today!")

Naito begins to speak louder and louder, almost yelling now.

Tetsuya Naito
"あなたは恥です！"
("You are a disgrace!")

Naito spits at the ground in front of Nakamura, disrespecting his fellow countryman. Nakamura waste no time in shoving Naito with all his might, knocking the translator and Renee out of the way. Luckily security after hearing the angry talking an shouting were already converging on the two. Before anything can come of the shove security is already holding them back and pulling them apart as they shout angrily in their native tongue. Both men have staked their claim and brought a rivalry halfway across the world to XWL.
And from the look of it, it's not over

As we fade away from the previous segment, there is suddenly nothing on screen but complete darkness. After what seems like an eternity of no audio or video, an incredibly deep voice booms to life.

Voice Over:
“Ladies and gentlemen, please put your hands together, for the Drama King, Aiden English!”

As an obviously edited in applause sound effect plays, lights turn on, revealing that this is actually a theater stage, although there is no one in attendance. A man steps through the curtain who must be Aiden English, wearing what appears to be a mask based on the one from Phantom from the Opera, and gripping a microphone.

Aiden English:
“Thank you, thank you all, you are all far too kind!”

He spends a long amount of time playing up to the nonexist “crowd”, before eventually finding himself to the center of the stage and raising a microphone to his lips.

Aiden English:
“And now, without further ado…..”

However, he stops for a moment, before dropping the mic and sighing, suddenly showing a strong sense of annoyance.

Aiden English:
“No no no, it’s not right! This performance has to be perfect for its big debut!”

He storms around the stage for a bit, before suddenly stopping in his place, and beginning to yell.

Aiden English:
“I’ve got it!”

He quickly runs back behind the curtain, still yelling.

Aiden English:
“Restart the sound effects, turn the lights back off, I finally know what it needs to make it work!”

Soon, the screen is once again in the complete darkness and silence, as the voice over starts up once again.

Voice Over:
“Ladies and gentlemen, please put your hands together for……”

However, this time the voice is cut off as the screen cuts to a graphic that read ”The Drama King Aiden English, making his XWL debut on the next episode of Anarchy.”

The arena goes dark as the arena begins to fill with smoke. A video begins playing on the titantron as the crowd begins to watch closely.




As the video ends a voice is heard throughout the arena.

???:
He has arrived… The balance between good and evil. The one who has come to punish. The beginning and the end. This is not The Punisher…

Heartbeats begin to fill the arena as the crowd begin to boo and the Bullet Club fans begin to cheer. The heartbeats continue for a moment as the anonymous voice says one last thing.

???:
The executioner has arrived.



Finn Balor rises from the smoke with a leather trench coat and a shotgun in his hand. He stands at the top of the ramp looking down at the ring. Finn smirks as he lifts the shotgun up and points it at the roof, firing a blank as pyro explodes throughout the arena. Balor throws the shotgun down as he walks toward the ring. Balor holds up his “too sweet” as he finally makes it to the bottom of the ramp. Balor stands for a moment looking up at the ring with a slight smirk on his face and then begins to walk up the steps. Balor climbs the turnbuckle and extends his arms as the crowd boos the Bullet Club member. Balor drops from the turnbuckle and stands in his corner as he takes his entrance gear off.


The lights go out as a gong echoes around the arena. The fans hop out of their seats as The Deadman makes his arrival. Nothing in the arena can be seen as the gong continues to to play. The gong is heard one last time as the lights come back on and aker is seen standing right in front of Balor. Balor jumps in fright as Taker smirks and takes his Elite title off his shoulder and the ref rings the bell for the match to start.

After 15 minutes of back and forth action, both competitors are laying on the ground with two tables set up, one in the corner and one outside the ring. Taker then sits up as he looks down at Balor as he also begins to stir. Balor makes his way to the ropes as Taker begins to stand up. As both competitors make it to their feet, they stare down. Taker then slides his thumb across his throat as Balor laughs. Balor throws a forearm hitting Taker square in the cheek. Taker then retaliates with a strong right hand knocking Balor to his knee. Balor stands back up and the two begin to go back and forth with punches.

Corey Graves:
This is a war between these two long time rivals. There is barely any gas left in the tank of either competitor and they continue to give it their all.

Taker throws one last punch knocking Balor towards the ropes as a table is set up right under him. Taker sees his moment as he attempts to clothesline Balor over the ropes and onto the table. As Taker runs to the ropes, Balor grabs the top rope and pulls it down forcing Taker to hop over onto the apron. Balor then immediately leans back and hits Taker with a pele kick. Taker staggers for a moment against the ropes and then out of nowhere… falls back onto the table.

DING DING DING!!

Mauro Ranallo:
Oh my Corey!Finn Balor gets to choose the next challenger for the title! I didn’t think it would end like this but it did!

After the match, Balor rises to his feet. He looks down at the broken body of the Undertaker as his theme as Finn’s theme sounds throughout the arena. A smile crosses the face of Balor as he motions toward the ramp.



The Bullet Club Theme echoes through the arena as members begin coming out one by one clapping their hands for Finn Balor’s victory over The Deadman. The members then rush toward The Deadman and begin ganging up on the beaten Taker. Aj Styles throws Taker in the ring and gets in as the rest of the members follow him. Finn grabs a mic and begins to speak.

Finn Balor:
This is what happens to so called gods that think they can run over the Bullet Club! You end up with a bullet right between your eyes. Everyone in the back! Look at this! (Balor kneels over Taker holding his head up by his hair) This is what happens when you cross the Club! Now… I have important matters to discuss. The stipulation was that whoever wins gets to pick your opponent for your next Elite Title Match. Hmmm… should it be… Sami Callihan!? (The crowd boos as Sami puts up a middle finger to them all) Or maybe it can be, Dean Ambrose!? (The crowd continues to boo as Dean brushes them off and laughs) How about, The Phenomenal One, AJ STYLES!? (Some of the crowd cheer at the dream match but most continue to boo) Hmmm… decisions, decisions.

The Bullet Club gather in a circle for a moment and begin to plan their next move. As the circle breaks up, Balor turns back toward the camera smiling.

Finn Balor:
We have come to a decision… The next contender for your title Taker… IS ME!

The crowd boos heavily at Finn as he holds his arms out embracing the hate.

Finn Balor:
I have even better news for you Taker… Layla told me that whoever accepts the match can have it whenever they want. SO WHAT DO YOU SAY ONTARIO!? DO YOU WANNA SEE A NEW ELITE CHAMPION!?

Taker rises from the ground into a sitting position, scaring the members of The Bullet Club. With one move of his hand he moves his thumb across his throat. Balor smirks as he begins stomping a mudhole into Taker. The other members of The Bullet Club leave the ring as the ref rings the bell. Balor continues stomping as Taker lies on the ground. Balor gets on his knee over taker and grabs him by the hair mouthing words inaudible to the camera. As he finishes speaking, he picks Taker off the ground and hits him with a Bloody Sunday. Balor then pins The Phenom.

Taker kicks out last second as the crowd rises to their feet in celebration. As he gets his shoulder off the mat, Balor wastes no time jumping back on the attack with punches to the face. Balor yells at him ”STAY DOWN!”

Mauro Ranallo:
There is no quit in The Undertaker. Even after being beaten like this… he still continues to give it his all.

Corey Graves:
But is it enough to beat Finn? No sadly… It wont be. Taker has already been through too much.
Balor then climbs the ropes and as he looks down at the broken body of Taker, he points his finger gun at him and pulls the trigger before hitting him with a Coup De Grace. Balor then pins Taker once again.

The crowd begins to boo and throw their trash into the ring as Balor rises to his feet. He is met by the referee holding the Elite Title. Balor grabs the title as the ref raises his hand in victory.



Lillian Garcia:
Here is your winner… AND NEW ELITE CHAMPION, FINN BALOR!

Corey Graves:
Finn has finally done it. He has achieved his dream and finally placed The Undertaker in his final resting place and taken the gold. Rest. In. Peace.

Balor falls to his knees in joy as the Bullet Club join him in the ring. The members lift him up as he holds the title up.

Out of nowhere the screen goes static and the arena goes dark. The lights stay out for a few moments as a heartbeat is heard around the arena. As the lights come back on, Balor is nowhere to be seen. The Bullet Club look around for him but Finn has vanished. The members run to the back looking for him as the camera cuts to Taker laying in the ring. The arena the fills with cheers as they chant, “THANK YOU TAKER!”

Taker sits up as he looks out at the crowd. The chants continue as the lights suddenly go out. The crowd then goes silent as the the lights come back on and Taker is nowhere to be seen.

Corey Graves:
Both Taker and Balor vanish and apparently are nowhere to be seen… what’s going on here in XWL?
The camera cuts to the next segment.

With an advertisement promoting Roulette coming to an end, we find ourselves staring at a black screen for a couple of seconds, and while we don't see anything...we can, however, hear something very telling. It's the sound anyone could recognize, no matter who it's coming from, it's the loud sniffling, the faint yet unmissable sigh that comes from crying. Soon the temporary blindness is lifted, and what we see is almost difficult to keep looking at, it's Canada's own Natalya, having come up short, as she always does...failing to win The Miss Money In The Bank, while Ruby Riot who had been here not even 4 months, did. She's dressed down in a simple black tank and jeans, her gear is shoved into her bag but in a way where it looks like it was just thrown in there, just to get packed and out of here as quick as possible. After tieing her sneakers up, her eyes briefly look up, where a mirror was mounted in front of her, and you can see her red swelled eyes, the remnants of smeared mascara, even a tiny tear of what's left of what she could cry after all the tears that have obviously streamed down her face. It's not a pretty sight, but it does remind us of how much this night meant to her. She had all of Canada behind her, she had her best friend Sasha, and her greatest rival The Women's Champion April supporting her...she had defeated everyone in her path for months...and still, it wasn't enough. With her bag all packed, she wipes her eyes with the back of her hand, trying to not let anyone see her like this, but we, of course, saw her after the match was over, already a mess as she did what she always does, and congratulated the winner, who had done what she wanted to do, it was nothing new unfortunately for her.


As she heads out the door, she pulls her suitcase behind her just wanting to get to her hotel and try to forget this night even happened. You know she doesn't feel like being filmed, she deep down wishes the cameras weren't following her, it's like pouring salt in the wound almost...but at this point it's the least of her worries. She hasn't given up by any means, but this was a hard loss to swallow, so she just needs a good night's rest to start fresh in the morning for Anarchy. As she walks down the hall she passes by many people, Renee Young for example who had interviewed her earlier, and might want a follow up right now...but one look from Nat and she knows this isn't a good time, she's left to continue her conversation with one of the crew members as Natalya turns the corner, and stops in her tracks. The camera catches up with her, and near the exit is none other than The General Manager Layla, in the middle of a conversation with Sasha Banks. She doesn't want to face either of them after the events of tonight, but simply sighs and pushes forward, walking up to them, and without giving them a chance to pity her, or express how "great" she did. She speaks up, trying to get this over with.

[Natalya]
Layla, I just wanted to thank you for the opportunity, and also apologize for wasting your time. I honestly thought tonight would be different, but...maybe I'm fooling myself at this point.

Sasha's taken a back by Natalya's words, she definitely can tell Nattie's taking this hard, and she feels bad...especially given the fact she guaranteed to her earlier that she would win. Natalya's gaze shifts to Sasha, she can barely look at her, but she maintains eye contact even if it hurts too.

[Natalya]
And Sasha, I'm sorry you came all this way just to see me lose like always. You deserve better than a friend like me who always disappoints you.

She fights to hold back the tears, getting choked up with her last few words, turning to walk away seeing the door just a few steps away. With a look of disappointment still spread across the Boss' face, Sasha watches as Natalya turns and moves away from them. Disappoint wouldn't have been the word that Sasha would have used since Natalya put up a strong fight and in the end, she wasn't pinned or anything along those lines. If anything, she had the match in the palms of her hands until Charlotte thought it was a wonderful idea to take the both of them out of the match with a neckbreaker from the top of the ladder for Ruby to win. A sigh passes from her mouth before she excuses herself away from Layla and moves to catch up with Natalya, stepping in front of her once she did so she couldn't walk away from her more than she already did.

[SASHA BANKS]
Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Now wait a second.

Sasha stood her ground and refused to move, even if Nattie was to try and force her out of the way.

[SASHA BANKS]
Where in the hell do you think you're going, huh? Because if you're going to be moping around the arena with talk like that, saying how you are a disappointment... I hate to say it, but I'm not letting you go anywhere at all.

[Natalya]
Sasha, please...

Natalya's tone says she just wants to leave, to get away from the cameras and everyone that believed she'd win tonight. The light you'd usually find in her eyes is dim, the cheery smile isn't there, she's just defeated and wants to be left alone.

[Natalya]
I just wanna forget this night ever happened...it was stupid of me to get my hopes up, to let you, and everyone here gets their hopes up that tonight would go any differently than how it always does.

Sasha was refusing to accept the loss like Natalya was. She approached it differently and that had been made clear. The roll of her eyes showed just how little she wanted to hear Nattie say those words to her yet again. Words that were not true in her mind or the minds of the fans.

[SASHA BANKS]
Where's the Nattie everyone knows and loves, huh? Where's the Nattie who would've found Ruby Riot backstage, shook her hand and made sure to congratulate her on her win? All I see in front of me is someone who's acting like a loser because she didn't win one little match. You, as said by many, are the beacon of light in this division and do you know what I see? A light bulb that's been burnt out and is accepting defeat. That's kind of lame. I'm sure your friends and family wouldn't want to see you like this. They wanna see the Nattie they all know in love. The one who is the front-runner of this division, regardless of if she holds a championship tonight.

The Boss reached out and swiped Nattie's suitcase from her side.

[SASHA BANKS]
You're not done here tonight anyways. You've got one last thing to take care of.

[Natalya]
It's not just one little match, Sasha. It's every match that has any sort of significance, I'm not giving up...but I'm allowed to be a little upset with myself, I got so enamored with this idea that everything was finally falling together so perfectly...that here in my homeland of Canada, I'd finally make everyone proud. But in the end, it just went how it always does, no matter how much I prepare, how hard I fight, how much I want it...it's never enough. And at this point, I don't know if it ever will be. I hate talking like this, you know me...this isn't how I like to feel, but...I'm finding it difficult to see the light at the end of the tunnel right now. And I know, I should stick around to support April like she supported me tonight, but it hurts just being here knowing I let down everyone out there.

[SASHA BANKS]
You might have let them down, but you are going to pick them right back up. WE are going to pick them right back up because you know what? I already ran the idea by our General Manager and I am challenging YOU to a match on Anarchy. The main event of the show. Sasha Banks going one-on-one against Natalya. That's right. You and I? We have had our fair share of downs lately and I think it's about time we have a little friendly match to get ourselves back into the groove. Find our rhythm. Put on a show that no one will wanna miss because, of course, it's you and I. Why on earth would anyone want to miss that? We're kinda like the best technical wrestlers this division offers.

The Boss extends her arm and points out, back in the direction of the arena.

[SASHA BANKS]
I want you to go tell Layla that you accept my challenge. I want you to accept my challenge so that we can put on our most memorable match to date. No stipulations. No championship implications. Just two people who need to find their groove again. It's not about who comes up on top. Win or lose, it's going to be something no one will want to miss because so much has happened and changed since the last time the two of us went one on one with each other... or you can walk away and leave me here. You can decline my challenge and walk away with little tears rolling down your cheek. Because let me tell you, there's one person in this damn arena who you haven't let down and that's me because I know the struggle yet if you walk away... then good luck trying to pick me up.

Down in the dumps or not, Natalya never backs down from a challenge, and given that this one is made by her best friend, the one that stuck by her through all the chaos with April, and helped her find herself again after her loss at Downpour, she can't just walk away. Sasha's trying to help her, she's trying to lift her spirits with a friendly competitive match, and hey maybe that's just what the doctor ordered. She sighs, nodding, turning to her right where she sees Layla standing there, and walks over to her.  

[Natalya]
Hey, Layla, as we close out our stay in Canada, I'd be honored and it'd make me very happy if Sasha and I could have that match she was talking to you about. If there's one thing I know about Canada, it's that they appreciate wrestling in its purest form, no drama, no shenanigans, just two of the best squaring off in a good old fashioned wrestling contest.

[Layla]
Hey you two have stolen the show before, I've been trying to setup an incredible Main-Event since we don't come here but once or twice a year, so that sounds perfect to me. End the night with a classic, you've got it.

[Natalya]
Awesome, we won't let you down.

Nattie turns back around with a faint smile as she stares at an elated Sahsa and starts to walk back over. Sasha's relieved that Natalya may be a little disappointed after failing to win tonight's Money In The Bank Ladder Match,but she's still very much the beacon of hope in the division. As Natalya approaches Sasha she quickly embraces her in a hug.

[Natalya]
Thank you, Sasha, I don't know what I'd do without you, you're such a good friend to me.

They pull apart and the two friends stare at one another.

[SASHA BANKS]
Always.

And with that, Natalya grabs her bag, and waves good bye to Sasha, saying she'll see her tomorrow, the cameras follow Natalya to the exit before we fade away, anticipation immediately building for The Main-Event on the next Anarchy.

After the following segment closes, we head backstage and the camera focuses on one of the many doors in the long hallway. On the front of the door, a little above the midway point was a sign that read: 'Layla El' with the words 'Anarchy General Manager' written below it in a smaller sized text. We can hear some muffled voices coming from inside of the room, but we are unable to make them out. Suddenly they go silent and after a couple of seconds pass, a man emerges from the office and the crowd pops as they witness a Canadian grace the titantron of the Emergence arena. A GLORIOUS Canadian who previously claimed that he would not be here, but there he was. Live and in the flesh. Bobby Roode shuts the door behind him and as he turns to face the camera, we see a wide smile across the Glorious one's face. His hands lifted to adjust the suit he wore before he began to walk down the hall. No man nor woman interrupted him the entire time he walked until Renee Young approached the Glorious One and already in her hand was a microphone.

[RENEE YOUNG]
Excuse me, Bobby? If you don't mind me asking... why are you here?

[BOBBY ROODE]
Why am I here? Why wouldn't I be here, Renee? This is Emergence. This is our second biggest pay-per-view of the year and anyone who is anyone is here to make a name for themselves. This is where we find out who will be our brand new Mister and Misses Money in the Bank. This is where Bobby Roode climbs the ladder and he...

Roode went silent and the smile dropped from his face. The excitement in his voice left but he continued.

[BOBBY ROODE]
Oh, that's right. I am not apart of the Money in the Bank ladder match. Go figure. But here's the thing, I can look past that. I can look past Layla excluding myself from the Money in the Bank ladder match because tonight, the GLORIOUS Bobby Roode is going to step in that ring and go one on one with none other than...

Once again, Bobby Roode goes into a dead silent and doesn't finish his sentence. The excitement that was in his voice returned, but then it vanished just as fast as it arrived. The pause he took this time lasted a little longer than the previous one, but just like before, he eventually spoke up again.

[BOBBY ROODE]
I don't have a match, so why exactly am I here? Because I didn't plan on showing up to this show. I planned on sitting back at my luxurious home. I planned on enjoying my night off. I planned on working on my tan. As much as I wanted to be live and in front of my fellow Canadians, I was thinking about my next course of action... until I received a phone call from our General Manager and she brought up a proposition to me that I couldn't refuse, so that's what brought me here. Our General Manager presented to me an offer that I could not refuse. She heard what I had to say in regards to my thoughts on the Shawn Michaels Classic and she brought to my attention a second chance for me... and others, but let's forget about them because this is all about me. I'll say it again. This is all about ME and ONLY ME. It's going to be ME who steps in the ring with Cody, Baron Corbin, and Brother Nero on Anarchy to crown the new number one contender for the Intercontinental Championship! This happens on the very next Anarchy after Emergence once again in the greatest country this world has to offer, in front of a crowd of my people!

The Canadian crowd could be heard popping for Roode.

[BOBBY ROODE]
And once I defeat the three of them, I will go on to win the Intercontinental Championship. I don't care if the champion is Samoa Joe or Braun Strowman because mark my words, in the end, it's not going to matter for I, Bobby Roode, will defeat them! I will defeat either one of them and I will become your new Intercontinental Champion and once the dust settles and one man stands tall... only then will you realize that your Intercontinental Champion is finally...

The Glorious One didn't even need to finish his sentence. He simply stops, shuts his eyes and raises his arms. The Canadian crowd does the rest for him as they shout a loud 'GLORIOUS!' that Roode mouthed with them. The shit eating grin was spread across his face as Bobby Roode regained his composure and then proceeded to exit the scene, then letting us fade away to the next segment.

With the highly anticipated Mr. Money in the Bank Ladder Match just moments away, the cameras pan around the live audience in attendance, showcasing the various purchasable merchandise and handcrafted signs scattered throughout the crowd in support of their favorite Superstars. While the camera does its best to capture the obscene amount of said items to put on display for the people watching at home, the lull in the Pay-Per-View comes to an abrupt end when darkness falls upon the arena.

Sheer panic fills the arena, undecided between attempting to find a way out of the darkness or to just wait it out, some members of the XWL Universe take it upon themselves to pull their phones, or any other light source they are in possession of, to pierce through the darkness that plagues them, to no avail. A video begins to play on the dimly lit Titantron, the camera being in an angle that shows an unknown man sitting in a chair looking towards a wall of screens, the only thing of note being that he's in what appears to be an expensive suit.



The identity of the man remains unclear as he raises his hand up a few inches in front of him before bringing it down, using his index finger to press a button sitting on the table in front of him and causing a series of images to flash across the screens, a different one in each being interwoven with clips inbetween them. The second the first image comes across the screen, the mystery comes to an end, revealing the unknown man to be none other than The Miz.



A video begins to play on every screen simultaneously, the words “Digital Decision 2011” coming across the screen for a moment before a series of clips begin to play, a highlight reel of sorts showing The Miz going after his first championship, his opponent in the video? Then United States Champion, Justin Gabriel. After around forty five seconds of highlighting the best moments of the match in one quick recap, The Miz ultimately is shown with one hand raised while the other proudly holds the championship in his grasp.



Various pictures of The Miz proudly displaying the United States Championship hanging over his shoulder quickly follow before another video begins to play. The words “Digital Decision 2013” fill the screen before they fade into a small montage of clips showing The Miz facing his then rival in Chris Sabin, one half of the prestigious Ersatz Tag Team Championships, unbeknownst to both competitors, being on the line this time around in an Ultimate X Match: The first and only in The Miz's career.



Just like the clips before it, the video closes with The Miz managing to emerge victorious after a hard fought match and walking away with Sabin's half of the tag team championships, an array of images with The Miz holding the championship flashing in quick succession just like the end of the first clip. A third video follows right after, the words “Breakdown, October 27th” of the same year fill the screen and shows The Miz fighting for the World Heavyweight Championship against the then champion, Alberto Del Rio.



After a brief showcase of the match, it ends with The Miz holding the championship high above his head, a number of images following suit as the two times beforehand. Another video takes its place, this time, it's one of John Cena, who's standing on the stage, ready to make his way towards the ring. He does his usual theatrics before beginning his trademark sprint down the entrance ramp, being stopped in his tracks when he reaches the vicinity of the ring by a sickening chair shot, courtesy of The Miz.



Images of the events that transpired shorty after follow, ending with The Miz standing above the fallen John Cena, leading into yet another video. This one also involves Cena, however, it shows them going to war with The Bullet Club, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson specifically. A few moments of the match are highlighted before it cuts to The Miz and Cena holding their newly won IGWP Tag Team Championships above their heads. Almost as if it's some sort of glitch in the video, static fills the screen for all of a single moment, cutting back to The Miz hitting John Cena with a Skull Crushing Finale in their four on two handicap match at Cyberslam earlier this year.



The final video begins to play, showcasing the Main Event worthy Money in the Bank Qualifying Ladder Match between John Cena, AJ Styles and The Miz. Various moments of the match begin to cycle through, showing that either man could have won this at any point before it ends with The Miz sneaking his way up the ladder and pulling down the briefcase, locking in his spot in this match, holding the mock Mr. Money in the Bank briefcase high above his head. The journey reaches its end, causing the video to replay from the beginning before The Miz once again presses the button, the screens and lights in the room turn off, cutting back to the nearly pitch black arena. Just when it seemed all hope was lost...


AWESOME!




As if some act of god, the lights come back on, showing a giant and inflated plastic “Awesome” on the stage, which could only mean the arrival of one man: XWL's resident Most Must See Superstar, The Miz. Seemingly on cue, The Miz bursts out from behind his signature phrase with his wife, Maryse, in tow. The “It” Couple stands side by side, Maryse doing her signature pose on the stage while The Miz does his usual spin, pointing out towards a section of the live audience in attendance.

After they engage in a kiss, they break away, Maryse mouthing something to her husband, which could only be assumed to inspire him to walk out of this match with the Money in the Bank briefcase before she makes her way backstage, disappearing behind the curtain as The Miz makes his descent down the entrance ramp with purpose. Ignoring the members of the XWL Universe on either side of him, The Miz only has one thing on his mind: Becoming Mr. Money in the bank.

Everything he has done until this point has led him to this specific moment, from his return at John Cena's expense to qualifying for this match just a handful of weeks ago. And with the moment of truth being so close, one has to wonder if the pressure of this match will get to him. With The Miz now in the ring, he places a foot on the bottom rope before throwing his other leg over the top one, resting it on the middle rope and extending his arms outward in his usual pose. A few moments pass before he hops off the ropes, shifting his attention to the virtual finish line in the Money in the Bank briefcase.



Cactus Jacks theme blasts throughout the arena, Cactus comes out on the stage wielding Barbie in his hands, He throws his hand holding Barbie in the air as fireworks set off to the cheers of the XWL crowd, not necessarily for Cactus but for what an amazing match this will be, Cactus walks down the ramp still holding Barbie in the air, he gets into the ring as Miz exits quite fast. Cactus looks at Miz and tosses Barbie at him as a almost I don't need her tonight, Miz dodges and looks in horror.



The fans go absolutely crazy for Sami Zayn as he skips onto the stage, He smiles straightens his jacket and hat, then in one powerful motion he swings his arm forward and with all the fans in attendance screams...



LETS GO!

Sami skips down the ramp and nods his head to his music, He runs and slides into the ring staring down Miz who is still on the outside. Sami tips his cap to Cactus who simple finger guns towards him as all three men await the arrival of the fourth...

The arena goes dark as heartbeats fill the arena. The crowd goes electric as the have figured out that the Demon has returned. The heartbeats stop as music begins

The music continues as a video begins to play on the titantron...



An empty room is shown, burnt to the ground. The camera begins to slowly turn around toward the door. Standing in the door is the unknown shadow. The figure lets his arms out as it begins to speak.

???:
Freedom waits beyond this door. Finn Balor has opened the door to our salvation. Come with me as we march into battle.

Hooded figures begin marching out of the abyss one by one. The lost souls pour out of the dark as the unknown figure laughs out loudly. As the last of the souls exit the dark, the shadow begins to speak.

???:
Do you know the terror of he who falls asleep? To the very toes he is terrified, because the ground gives way under him, and the dream begins… Prepare for the beginning of the end. The Dark Ages are coming to XWL. You can’t run from… The Nightmare.

The camera zooms closer to the unknown figure… As the camera gets closer the shadow looks up. A painted demon can be seen. The Soul of the Demon is free.




As the Avenged Sevenfold song begins to play, smoke begins to fill the arena. The crowd goes wild at the fact that the Demon is back in XWL. As the music continues, two lines of hooded figures begin to walk out from the curtain in two lines.



Corey Graves:
The many souls that the Undertaker have taken over the years are making their way out for none other than The Demon King himself, the Elite Champion, Finn Balor.

As the music continues, the arena goes dark once again. A single spotlight is shined at the top of the stage. The ground opens as The Demon King rises from the stage, sitting on his scorched throne. The throne continues to rise as the smoke starts to build around the throne and hooded souls. Balor stands from his throne with his Elite title around his waist, ready to head into battle for the briefcase.

Mauro Ranallo:
The Demon has found his way back into the body of Finn Balor. This is truly a dark day for every competitor in that ring. This is a side of Balor I have never seen before and I’m shaking in my seat.



Balor begins crawling on the ground slowly. Through the smoke, The Demon makes his way to the ring. As Balor finally makes it to the ring, he rolls in and kneels facing his opponents.



[b]He slowly looks up at the briefcase with a demonic smirk on his face. Balor is ready to do battle as he slowly takes his entrance gear off along with his title belt and crawls into his corner, using the ropes to pull himself up to his feet. The other three men look in what can only be called curiosity, except Sami Zayn seems to geek out a little in what he just witnessed that in his eyes was truly awesome. Miz slides back into the ring slowly as Sami stares him down. All four men get to their respective

The camera cuts to a locker room. Not just any locker room, but the locker room of the Royal Family. As the camera moves throughout the room, luxuries such as fine jeweled framed photos and stuffed and mounted animals gracing the walls can be seen. The camera moves past a beautiful banquet table covered in delicacies such as green beans. Seated at the end of the table, in a magnificent royal throne, is The Broken King Matt Hardy.

What a beautiful feast we have here before us! I would like to take this moment, and thank The Seven Deities for making all of this possible. You have given my family, and myself plentiful, and I am forever grateful for your kindness. May our bond never break!

The Broken King raises his glass of what it appears to be wine, and holds it proudly above his head. As he does so, a crash echoes throughout the room from somewhere off camera. Broken Matt stops for a second to listen for further noise, but starts to speak as nothing else happens.

Right as he utters the first word, another sound blasts through the room, even louder than before. This time, however, it is not a crash but a scream. A scream of pure anger.

The Broken King slowly turns his head into the direction he hears the voice. Queen Rebecca seems a little freaked out that seems like someone without their knowledge has entered their locker room. The Broken King stands up, and begins slowly walking toward the sound.

Suddenly, Brother Nero quickly paces across the room, entering and exiting the frame in a matter of seconds. As he moved, his arms were shaking angrily in the air as he continued to scream.

-Brother Nero-
WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS! BRAUN STROWMAN? SAMOA JOE??!! WHO AUTHORIZED THIS BLATANT DISREGARD OF THE WORDS OF THE ROYAL FAMILY?!

The Broken King follows as does the camera.

Brother Nero goes pacing across the frame again, causing Broken Matt to turn around to keep eyes on him.

NO! NO NONONONO! This is NOT what was supposed to happen! I am the Intercontinental champion! NOT those two gigantic oafs! WHAT GIVES THEM THE RIGHT TO DEFY THE ROYAL DECREE!

Brother Nero again crosses the room, and Matt again spins around to watch. Brother Nero stops in front of the table and grabs the crystal bowl full of green beans and holds it in the air, about to throw them at the wall.

Brother Nero don’t! Those are a delicacy that our bodies crave. You must not destroy those my dear brother. You shall get another chance at the Intercontinental title I promise we are shall not be denied. The Royal Family is something to not be overlooked as I am the current World Heavyweight Champion, and that is the way it is going to stay! Soon my brother champions we will both be.

Brother Nero looks at his brother before setting the beans of green back down on the table.

-Brother Nero-
You’re right. My victory will be all the more impressive when I rip the championship out of the grasp of someone instead of simply having it handed to me. The Royal Family does not accept handouts! We take what we want! XWL IS ON NOTICE!

A smile forms on the face of The Broken King as he looks upon his brother

AHAHAHA YES! No we do not! We overcome the PEASANTS that stand in our way, and beat them senseless. Don’t worry my brother. Together we shall conquer the world in the name of The Royal Family, and it starts after tonight. Since you can not fight for what you desire.

Brother Nero grabs a handful of green beans and stuffs them into his mouth before quickly walking off towards a door. He yells back, muffled because of the delicacy currently being chewed.

They begin eating as the camera fades to black
