1.) This Here Cowboy Has Got Himself A New Strap..


Last week on Anarchy JBL went one on one with Sami Zayn with the Intercontinental on the line. After a long fierce battle between the two competitors it was JBL who stood tall after everything was said, and done. All of JBL's hard work has finally paid off, but for how long will he shine with Bad News Barrett getting his guaranteed shot at Downpour, but let us not forget Sami Zayn also has a title rematch clause, but when will he invoke it? Stay tuned to find out!

2.) The Women's Title Scene Starting To Flair up!

During the Women's tag match last week Charlotte sent a direct message to the women fighting for a chance to be next in line for a title shot. With her proving her dominance. She was not impressed by what she saw from the competitors. With this epic display of dominance has The Queen asserted herself to the front of the line? She now has all eyes on her, but is it the the wrong kind of attention. We shall soon find out!

3.) A Hunter emerges

Since Final Stand Leo Kruger retreated back to his native land to reclaim his roots, but it seems he finally saw he was ready to come back. After finding the strength within him to bring down a lion. He knew he was ready. He declared he had a target in mind, but little did we know that target would be The Man with a Golden OPPORTUNITY. He waited for the right moment, and striked. Kruger left everyone speechless by his act. How will Matt Sydal react this week

4.) An AWESOME Return

A shocking moment as John Cena made his way down the ramp. He was attacked from behind by none other than The Miz. It has been three years since we last saw The Miz in a XWL arena. What better place to make his return than his wife's hometown, but why would he attack John Cena? What lead up to these events? All questions hope to be answered this week on Anarchy

Edge leans on top of Sheamus for more leverage, the fans are on the edge of their seats, bubbling with excitement.

Edge was flat on his back and Sheamus this time went for the cover.

Edge's hand grabbed the rope, but the ref didn't see from that angle.

At the count of two, Edge's hand was still on the rope until someone removed his hand from the rope.

Instantly, with fresh anger and adrenaline Edge begins to chase forgetting about the entire match...While this happens back inside the ring Sheamus would push himself up and off of the man he had just pinned. He had gained another victory and the grin on his face was one of pride as his theme music would blast out of the sound system. He would pace the ring a little bit as the crowd would jeer him as he walks to the side of the ring -- leaning down over the ropes as he snaps his fingers as one of the ringside crew would run towards him and hand him a microphone as he snatches it from him and walks back into the middle of the ring as he would then begin to speak.

"Yet again I slay your heroes. Yet again I demand a challenge and you send boys instead of men. Yet again I have shown each and every single one of you why I was the greatest superstar to ever step into this ring a year ago -- time has not changed -- I have not grown weaker like so many who step away -- NO -- I have only gotten better and I am back to retake my kingdom. I am back to pick up from where I left off. I am back to finish what I started. No one is going to be save from me. I will not stop until I am right back at the top where I belong -- and fellas -- I only have one more thing to add to that."

"ARE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED?"

With those words he would throw the microphone down onto the matt below him as it would bounce out of the ring. He stretches his arms outwards and slants his head backwards as he screams at the top of his lungs as he would hit his chest several times. His music would pick up from where it left off from as he would slip out of the ring and make his way back up the ramp.

"GOD SAVE OUR QUEEN!"





The atmosphere in the Anarchy arena takes a turn, erupting with boos all around the arena as Wade Barret comes stepping out from behind the curtain. He takes a few strides forward, poking out his bottom lip, building with the music. His cape gracing his shoulders up until the intro halts and the music kicks in causing him to toss it off, bursting out of the entry way.

[Corey Graves]
Ladies and gentlemen, what you are about to witness here is what some would call, "Bad News" for the non believers of Bad News Barret.

[Mauro Ranallo]
One has to wonder as Barret comes down the ramp just where his head is at? Surely it has to be focused on Downpour where quite possibly the biggest match of his career lies for the Intercontinental Championship.

[Corey Graves]
Look Ranallo, Barret is smart enough to realize what to focus on and when. He has this match in the bag just like he has Downpour in the bag. I'm sure of it!

Barret rounds the ring, heading up the stairs and entering the ring. He crosses it, smirking out at the crowd as he slowly raises his right arm, taunting them. His head bobs with the arrogance leaking from his ego as the crowd continues to boo him.



Barret's gaze slides to the stage as does the audience who burst with a response for the theme that just came across the airwaves. The camera spins to the stage where John Cena emerges to a huge response. He throws his hands up soaking in the love and hate from the crowd, loving the emotion in the air. He takes off to the top of the stage, turning to the camera and speaking.

"Looks like I got a fan."

That is obviously in reference to AJ Styles who sits in the front row just a few feet away from the ring. Cena takes his infamous pose at the top of the ramp saluting the ring and the people surrounding it before taking off in a sprint.

[Corey Graves]
What about this guy Ranallo!? He has been attacked almost every week since returning. Surely his head isn't in the game tonight!

[Mauro Ranallo]
You may have a point Corey especially with one of his attackers in the front row and the other somewhere backstage. Surely only time will tell if Cena is truly here with us tonight or looking to the future, or past.

Cena slides into the ring, jumping to his feet as he looks around at the crowd, he smirks and the begins to the run the ropes, finishing his cardio with a tossing of the hat to the crowd. He turns around back to the side where AJ is sat, removing his shirt and throwing it right at him. AJ doesn't seem pleased as he tosses the short back onto the other side of the barricade, spitting on it. Cena nods, smirking at him, knowing he just got under the skin of the phenomenal one.

DING. DING. DING.

Cena turns away from AJ, turning his focus on Barret who has stanced up on the opposite side of the ring. The duo meet in the middle, locking up. Cena takes the offense, locking Barret in a headlock holding him in place.

[Mauro Ranallo]
Cena with a classic headlock here, halting Barret in place.

Barret builds up his strength for a moment then backs Cena up, pushing him against the ropes. Cena bounces off of them, releasing Barret and heading to the opposite side. He darts back, ducking a closethesline from Barret. He comes running back right into Barret who helps Cena with the stride, tossing Cena right through the ropes to the outside.

[Corey Graves]
Cena just hit that ground like it was a brick wall!

[Mauro Ranallo]
That was a rough fall for John Cena but if I know him he will be back in this match in just a few moments.

Sure enough Cena climbs to his feet, taking a moment to let what just happen sink in. He turns around to see AJ Styles sat in the front row. AJ raises his hand, waving it in front of his face. Cena nods, smirking again, turning away from AJ who then turns to laugh with a fan. As soon as he does Cena turns back around, grabbing AJ and snatching him over the barricade.

DING. DING. DING.

[Mauro Ranallo]
Cena is unloading here on AJ!

Cena has become a man possessed as he unloads into AJ Styles, clobbering him with huge punches from above. He pulls AJ to his feet, pulling his shirt over his head, hitting him like they're playing hockey. He then grabs AJ by the scruff of his neck and his jeans, taking off and tossing him into the barricade. AJ's face becomes free but he arches his back in pain, obviously hurt.

[Corey Graves]
Someone stop this! This is uncalled for!

[Mauro Ranallo]
I bet John disagrees with you there Corey!

Cena stomps AJ a few times then picks him up, throwing him into the ring. Cena slides in right after him, snatching AJ up off the mat, holding him for a minute then tossing him back outside of the ring, hard. Styles collides with the ground, rolling with the force of the hit towards the announcer's table. Cena slides out of the ring, heading past AJ who isn't up for a fight at the moment, grabbing a mic.

[Corey Graves]
Oh what on earth is he doing?

Cena takes the mic rolling back into the ring, raising it to his lips immediately.

[John Cena]
Well, that's one down. One to go. Miz, come on out here so I can kick your ass just like I did AJ's.

Cena flips the mic, allowing it to hit the mat as he throws out his arms, staring at the entry way.











Not wasting any time, the theme of the man that attacked him just seven days ago begins to play throughout the arena to a mixed reaction, some cheering him for attacking Cena while others booing him for assaulting their hero for no apparent reason. Cena stands firmly in the center of the ring, patently awaiting for The Miz to walk out from behind the curtain to return the favor from last week.



A few moments pass before The Miz emerges from the backstage area, a microphone in hand and his wife standing at his side. The duo looks out towards the crowd being seemingly split down the middle, before Maryse does her signature hand pose as The Miz doesn't take his eyes off of Cena.



The Miz continues looking at the man he brutally assaulted the previous week with a smug look on his face as Cena is practically chomping at the bit to get his hands on him. After a brief staredown, The Miz begins to motion towards the crowd, telling them to simmer down as he has some things to say.



The Miz
Three years. It's been three long years since the last time I held a microphone in my hand. It's been three long years since I've heard my entrance music. And it's been three long years since I've been contracted to this company. The same can't be said for you, Cena, seeing as you've been in and out of this company more times than you have shirts. The last time I was here, I was the World Heavyweight Champion. How long has it been since you've been near it, much less held it?



The Miz
Ever since I showed to the world the real John Cena last week, i've received constant tweets and emails all asking the same question: Why did you attack Cena? The real question should have been why didn't I do it sooner. You are what's wrong with this business, you claim to care about these people but you turn your back on them when things don't go your way. You throw a tantrum and leave, only to return three weeks later “a new man.” In all honesty, I'm surprised you haven't already left.



The Miz
In my absence, I starred in blockbuster movie after movie, I made The Miz a household name, I even got married to this beautiful woman at my side but what have you done? You know, besides the constant and predictable returns. Nothing, that's what. You want to come out here and call me out, but in reality, you should be calling yourself out. You preach “Hustle, Loyalty and Respect,” you act like these three words are the be all end all of John Cena but they are nothing more than a lie, like you.



The Miz
Let's start with “Hustle,” shall we. I suppose “Hustle” is fitting, seeing as you're a fraud. You “Hustle” these people with the amount of shirts you pump out on a weekly basis that it's become a poor man's version of Pokemon. Gotta buy 'em all, right John? And the second they spend all their money, they “can't see you” because you're long gone. Then three weeks later, you return with another shirt and the cycle repeats itself.



The Miz
Next is “Loyalty.” If that meant what you preached it meant, then you wouldn't be trying to claim the “top spot” you never had to begin with, much less deserve. You would have gotten in line like the rest of the people in the back and fought to earn that spot instead of coming out here and giving yourself a Main Event match you have no business being in. The only loyalty you have is to your bank account because that's all these people that call themselves your “fans” are to you, a source of income.



The Miz
And finally, “Respect.” This one's the easiest, you have none. You try to hide your lack of respect with bad jokes and terrible one liners because that's all you have. You rubbed a lot of people the wrong way when your return match was the Main Event but everybody just shook your hand and sang your praises because they're afraid of angering the “Great” John Cena since it might cost them their job. I am not one of those people, I tell it like it is, I call it like I see it.



The Miz
And what I see is that you're ready for a fight, so I'll tell you what...

Just like Cena before him, The Miz also tosses the microphone aside, removes his shades and begins undoing his sleeveless jacket, folding it up and handing it to Maryse. Cena stands his ground, motioning towards The Miz to bring it, who begins making is way up the ring steps before making it up onto the apron. They exchange a few words, leading to The Miz slowly entering the ring, waiting for a cheap shot from Cena.

When it's apparent that Cena has no intention of attacking him as he's entering the ring, The Miz moves back onto the apron, shaking his head before jumping off onto the floor and making his way back to Maryse. The live audience in attendance rains boos down onto The Miz, who has already begun to put his jacket and shades back on. They make their way up the ramp as The Miz is heard shouting, “Not tonight.” Now on the stage, The Miz and Maryse look towards the ring then look at one another before looking back towards the ring and pointing towards Cena, who slowly turns around, not trusting either Maryse or The Miz.

As soon as Cena turns around he is greeted by the sight of AJ Styles already flying through the air, there's nothing the leader of the Cenation can do at this point to stop the inevitable from happening, and the inevitable is the brutal Phenomenal Forearm that just dropped John Cena and knocked him out cold in the center of the ring. AJ kneels above Cena whilst a good chunk of the XWL universe shower AJ with boo's, there's a small majority out there that's cheering the Phenomenal One on due to their dislike towards John Cena, it's no secret that the leader of the Cenation has his haters out there, but the support from the Cenation here tonight seems to be as strong as ever with about 90% of this crowd disapproving of AJ Styles actions here tonight.



AJ rises to his feet and mocks John Cena by performing his "U Can't See Me" taunt to his face. AJ gets a nice laugh out of that one before instantly shifting back to a serious face and raising his hands above his head to form the P1 logo with his gloves. Security begin to rush out from the back and AJ opts to exit the ring and hop the barricade that leads towards the front row seat in which he's been sitting for most of this show tonight, however it appears as though the Phenomenal One has decided to leave the arena rather then take his seat once again, AJ forms the P1 logo with his gloves once again in the midst of the mostly hostile crowd before proceeding to walk through the exit tunnel that leads to the arena exit.

As we fade back from a commercial the camera switches to Rosemary, Abyss, and Crazzy Steve who are smiling looking crazily into the camera.

.: Rosemary :.
Hugs, and Guns you have asked for a merciless beating at Downpour as you have chosen your own death sentence, but who are we to deny your wish. If it is death you desire then who better than the death dealers to bestow the never ending sickness to put you all out of your misery..

A slight giggles arises from Rosemary at the idea destroying Hugs, and Guns. She pauses for a moment as Abyss steps into view for the first time in several weeks. He lowers his hood and speaks

Abyss
Normally the death dealers find a lot of pleasure in going out and finding the next set of souls to torment. One would assume that after everything that happened at Final Stand. The agony you went through that you would learn when to lay down and surrender when you've simply got no chance of surviving...but.. that would be too easy now wouldn't it? You walk around here you claim you shall lay waste to Decay? Oh my poor, precious, delusional little friends how naive your minds are to play such tricks on you. For you see the only ones who will be put to rest will be you and it.. will be... beautiful

.: Rosemary :.
Abyss It is quite simple those three have no brains, because if they had the ability to process thoughts. They would have learned their lesson at Final Stand, but it seems we will have to resort to our darker ways in order to clear our path to the very top of XWL. Speaking of being at the very top it is only a matter of time before the XWL's Women's title is in the possession of the Demon Assassin Rosemary. All those other woman stand no chance against me. It shall be I who prevails at Downpour, and I will face the winner of Natalya vs Sister... April. They don't understand what's heading there way. WE will pick them apart. Ripping them limb by limb until there is nothing but a rotting torso...



Steve steps up to the camera grinning and laughing at the fact  Hugs and Guns would even bother attempting to do such a suicidal thing as call out Decay to a match knowing what they are capable of.

Crazzy Steve

The rotting torsos of the once human beings who decided to mess with the death dealers hahahahaha. Hugs and Guns you don't stand a chance against Decay because you see not only are we the death dealers of XWL, at Downpour we are YOUR death dealers. Scott Steiner you will finally learn not to stick your nose in someones business. Strowman you may be a "Monster" but you are no monster compared to Abyss, he is more of a monster than you will ever be. Last but not least little miss Bayley, your barking up the wrong tree when it comes to the darling Rosemary eheheheheheh, did you not see what she did to Alexa Bliss? She was shown just how sadistic and evil Rosemary can be but that was just the icing on the cake. Before Downpour comes you better kiss and hug your loved ones goodbye so they can be prepared for whats to come.

.: Rosemary :.
We have advice to your loved ones. For this one night they should revert their eyes, because they shall see the tremendous amounts of pain you shall be put through, and trust me when I say this it shall not be for the faint of heart.

The three begin laughing madly as they begin walking closer to the camera second by second then abruptly the camera cuts to pitch black then out of no where it clicks back on, and Decay is nowhere in sight after a brief moment of looking around the camera fades to black.

[Mauro Ranallo]
And now here come a match months in the making. Seth Rollins takes on Matt Sydal

[Corey Graves]
I don't see why it's so important

[Mauro Ranallo]
These two faced off in a great match over a year ago. Rollins picked up the win but he did so while Matt's foot was on the bottom rope. For Rollins, this is about getting a clean win. For Sydal, this is about proving he's just out of Rollins league



The strong instrumental gets the crowd off their feet. Rollins comes out, but he looks badly injured. He moves with a slight limp and his chest and shoulder are heavily bandaged. Seth throws his arms up for the crowd but you can see a grimace on his face as he does. Seth shakes it off and descends down the ramp

[Mauro Ranallo]
What a talented young man here. Seth was featured in Match of the Year. He has defeated the former Intercontinental champion Sami Zayn, he defeated former Money in the Bank holder R-Truth, and at Final Stand he put away his crazy former Shield mate Dean Ambrose

[Corey Graves]
And what has all that got him? Nothing but the attention on The Destroyer Samoa Joe. And he has been a nightmare Rollins can't seem to wake up from

Rollins slowly slides into the ring and climbs the turnbuckle. The crowd loves him and Rollins soaks in their approval! Finally, Rollins leaps down and faces the ramp, awaiting his opponent, the Golden Standard, Matt Sydal. His wait isn't long though, because that very next instance...the lights shut off, the arena goes wild! Phones light up the pitch black ringside area, until the all too familiar graphic lights up the tron, simply saying "The Best" in silver text.





Two words that normally could be argued heavily by someone who claims such, but when referring to The Superstar of The Year, and The Multiple Time World Heavyweight Champion, a man that has a list of accomplishments anyone would kill to have, you can't really deny it, now can you? No, we can't, and we don't, because that arrogance, that brash behavior is what sets Matt apart from your traditional fan favorite. He's honest, to a fault, but we respect that about him. He doesn't hold back, he doesn't try to play "nice" he's what we wish we could be in life. Maybe not to the extreme degree he goes, but everyone wishes they could walk into the room and be so good, that everyone had to take notice, that even if someone doesn't like you, they have no choice but to respect you. But as those words fade, new words take their place, this time, in gold lettering.





As "366 Days A Year" appears in gold, we once again are reminded that Matt is not just any old Superstar of The Year, no...he is Superstar of a LEAP Year. We the fans voted him as such because while he wasn't until recent memory, a favorite of ours, he's one of the best superstars to set foot in this company, and he keeps getting better. Once the graphic fades, the all too infectious theme of our champion blares throughout the building, bringing the cheers back up to an extremely high tone.





[Mauro Ranallo]
One has to wonder what type of condition this man is in after what took place in our Main-Event last week. Matt Sydal utilized his rematch clause to try and reclaim his spot at the top of the mountain, but then someone returned to literally knock him off.

[Corey Graves]
I'm not a fan of Matt ever since he became a "good" guy but that, that was rough...Kruger came out of nowhere, like a hunter watching it's target until they were most vulnerable, and he struck....in a BIG way.


[Mauro Ranallo]
Being pushed off the top rope, with such force he came crashing down in front of us, through our announce table...the medical crew were working on him well after the show came in, and he was rushed to a nearby medical facility for evaluation.


[Corey Graves]
One has to wonder if he's even here, we haven't heard a word from him tonight, which is unusual.


[Mauro Ranallo]
I have no doubt he's here, I think he's just trying to process everything, he went from expecting to become champion once again, after a brutal match with R-Truth, to thrown into a completely different direction. Matt rose to the occasion after AJ Styles nearly ended his career, he's too prideful to miss a match or give anyone any reason to doubt him, even after all he's done. Seth wanted this match, he wanted this match, and they may both be far from 100%, but he's going to walk down that ramp any minute now, and give it all he's got, because he doesn't give anything less.


A golden spotlight casts down on the stage, and much like Mauro believed, Matt Sydal IS here tonight. Bandages wound around most of his upper body, gleaming in the golden light, no theatrics, just our Golden Ticket standing there, worse for wear, but here to do what he does, in spite of Leo Kruger's actions last week. We can only begin to understand what must be running through his mind right now, or what type of condition he's in. But as he takes his first step, much like Seth...that grimace, that limp, it tells us a story. He grits through the pain and peers down the ramp at Seth, giving him a look of "We're both beat to hell, this is a bad idea, but let's do it anyways."


[Corey Graves]
I know Layla promised this match to take place tonight, but surely given what both men have gone through, a delay would have been understood?


[Mauro Ranallo]
With two stubborn individuals such as Seth Rollins and Matt Sydal, that was never an option. They may be in no condition to put on an instant classic tonight, but that's not going to stop them from trying.


The camera focuses in on Sydal as he makes his way down to the ring, but suddenly, out of nowhere the fans begin to boo tremendously, and within seconds it's abundantly clear why they're showering the the arena with boo's, it's because none other than "The Destroyer" Samoa Joe has snuck his way into the ring and blindsided "The Architect" from behind!


[Mauro Ranallo]
OH COME ON SERIOUSLY?

[Corey Graves]
With a name like The Destroyer, did you expect anything less? Samoa Joe's doing Seth a favor, he's got no business competing after what he's done to him, and if he's so confident he can compete, then obviously he's got to fix that.



Joe begins to stomp the life out of Seth Rollins mercilessly, the look on Joe's face is sadistic, it's that of an uncontrollable monster unleashing his pent up rage on his prey, and Joe's prey of choice tonight appears to be Seth Rollins once again. Joe grabs Rollins by the neck and slowly hoists him back up to his knees before grabbing him with both hands and tossing him halfway across the ring full force into the turnbuckle. Joe charges at Seth and connects with a fierce back elbow before instantly following up with his CCS Enzuigiri.

Rollins is damn near knocked out cold at this point but Joe is showing no signs of stopping, it seems that the Destroyer is hell bent on destroying Seth Rollins once and for all,right here, right now as he grabs Seth off the mat and shoves him into the corner. Sydal's hand grabs the back of his neck, he's already got a monster of his own to contend with, despite the fans trying to rally him to go to Seth's aid, is it really the wisest thing to do? Joe unleashes a quick cutthroat taunt signaling the potential end of Seth's existence as we know it, we all know what's coming next, Joe hoists Seth up to the top rope and prepares to hook him up for the Muscle Buster when all of a sudden.....the building erupts with loud cheers as Sydal can be heard shouting "HEY UGLY, WHY DON'T YOU TRY THAT WITH ME!"


[Corey Graves]
IS HE INSANE?! Why wouldn't he just leave Rollins to fend for himself, he can't really be about to head down to the ring, SURELY NOT?

[Mauro Ranallo]
Seth's in need, and given Matt was the victim of a similar attack last week, maybe he wants to do his part to stop it? He's not your typical "hero" but he can't let Seth be destroyed and not do anything to stop it.


[Corey Graves]
Sure he can, THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT HE COULD DO!



With all logic thrown out the window, Matt takes a deep breath and makes a beeline for the ring. Joe's attention is captured, and he almost salivates at the idea of having another victim willingly join in the fray. He backs up from Seth, leaving him slumped on the top rope for now, barely conscious, barely in any condition to escape if he tried, and Joe stands firmly in the center of the ring motioning for Sydal to bring it. Rushing down as a fast as a man in Sydal's condition could be, he reaches the tail end of the ramp, the fans still rallying at a loud tone for Sydal's daring rescue...

Large amount of booing start building up from the floor seats to Matt's left he turns, and looks to get hit with a SLICE from Leo Kruger.

[Corey Graves]
IT'S KRUGER!

[Mauro Ranallo]
He came right out of the crowd, and pick Matt Sydal off before he could even get to Seth Rollins for the save..

The camera switch to show Samoa Joe, who has a smug smile, as he has noticed what has happened on the outside. Joe shrugs, and hits Seth Rollins with the Muscle Buster. Samoa Joe stands up quickly, and stands over Seth Rollins looking down upon him.

The camera again switches over to show Kruger, who is laughing to himself as if he is proud of his handywork, as he is squatting by the body of Matt Sydal. He begins speaking.

.:Leo Kruger:.
You asked for this... You asked for all of it..

Kruger stands up, and puts his foot on the chest of Matt Sydal then puts one arm into the air showing in fact that he is the alpha male. Samoa Joe taunts over Seth Rollins body. The two monsters eyes meet, and the both give nod as if this may have been possibly planned.

[Mauro Ranallo]
Wait.. wait a second... Whats happening here? Did these two work together? Did Joe help out Kruger draw out Matt Sydal?

[Corey Graves]
I am not sure Mauro, but one thing is for certain these attacks from Kruger have been calculative. I think we can confirm after tonight that Leo Kruger has pinned Matt Sydal as his next prey...

The camera now zooms out showing both men in the show both looking satisfied with their work as the camera fades to black to a commercial break.
