SUPER BUMMED that it happened but let's be honest, it was only a matter of time. The Shield will go down as one the greatest factions in WWE history. They all held gold together for months, they took out literally anyone and everyone who was bigtime in WWE, and they just had 2 amazing 6 man tag matches in a row against Evolution, I dare say the one they had this past Sunday was the greatest 6 man tag match I've ever seen. I just don't think they could've topped what they've already done, I think they made there impact and lasted almost 2 years together, THAT'S HUGE!!! I just think they ran out of GOOD ideas for them and felt it was time to break them up before they give them a shit storyline and they lose there popularity. I don't know what happens from here but it should be interesting, maybe a 6 man tag match as Summerslam where Shield's mystery partner is Batista, who knows. I will personally miss The Shield as I have been a fan of theirs since day one, but all I can do is hope and prey the WWE doesn't ruin them in there singles careers.
