Just as soon as Redemption goes on the air, we immediately head to a video package recapping last night's events. Digital Decision was the night that the fans had the final say in every match, and it didn't disappoint. But one match in particular left the fans amazed at the outcome, they had three choices, would the champion, the challenger, or the special guest referee get to decide what type of match the Main-Event for the World Heavyweight Championship match would be. Amazingly enough the power was put into the champion's hands by just a few votes, votes that proved detrimental to the end of the Show Off's reign. He chose a two out of three falls match, and unfortunately for him it spelled the end of what was a long journey to finally reach the top. Of course that wasn't all, because while Ted DiBiase counted the pin, and did not screw Cody as expected, when Cody began to rub in the fact that he had finally become champion, and demanded he raise his hand....he did more than that. He raised Cody high in the air before slamming him down, silencing him with The Silencer, and stood tall above them all, the World title in his hands after nearly a year, the look in his eye as he held the title up, told us that things are sure to heat up tonight on Redemption. As the video ends with a still image of Ted holding the World title, with a determined gleam in his eyes, the show officially kicks off with the usual yet always extravagant display of pyrotechnics at the top of the stage.
[Michael Cole] Good evening ladies and gentlemen, welcome to tonight's edition of Redemption, where the aftermath of Digital Decision is sure to bring about a can't miss evening.
[JR] We're live in Jacksonville, Florida not far off from the location of last night's show, and the momentum will no doubt carry over as we begin the road to Supremacy.
[King] And what a journey it'll be, the start of The King of the Ring, as well as the Queen of the Ring tournaments will take place, it's first round action. The first of many hard battles await twelve superstars, and eight divas, who will overcome, who will rise to the top, and who will get the title shots at Eye For An Eye? The deck is stacked, incredible challenges await those hoping to be named the victor of each tournament, but only one will reign supreme.
[Michael Cole] Speaking of reigning supreme, last night The United States Champion Alex Shelley put on another thrilling showing when he defeated another challenger, an equally as exciting individual in Kofi Kingston. With tremendous victories racking up, you have to believe this man has a very bright year ahead of him.
[JR] Another champion shared the same success as well by continuing his impressive seven month plus reign by overcoming the challenger that was voted in by the fans. John Morrison has defeated many men as Intercontinental Champion, never shying away from a challenge, and that did not change last night. Daniel Bryan was chosen out of Chris Sabin, The Miz, and himself, and while he proved to be a worthy challenge. Ultimately John Morrison proved why he's been champion so long by pulling off another victory.
[King] Unfortunately not everyone was so successful last night. It was a tough month for Divas Champion Kaitlyn, she seemed to have more trouble than she used, whether her time as champion was catching up to her, and the injuries were becoming too much...she wasn't as dominant as she had been. While she did break Layla's record and now reigns as the longest reigning Divas Champion, her reign as champion however has come to an end. Mschif won the Divas Championship for the first time in her career last night, avoiding being fired by Vickie Guerrero....however her wrath was turned over to another diva, the former champion, Kaitlyn. She was suspended by recommendation of one of her fellow yet tenured divas...and a lot of people have been pointing the finger at Layla, Kaitlyn especially made that clear before making her exit last night.
[Michael Cole] I don't see how it could be anyone else, but Kaitlyn wasn't the only champion that saw her reign come to an end.
[JR] That's right, Dolph Ziggler's hard work paid off last month at Unforgiven when he knocked off the then champion Chris Jericho in triple threat action when he pinned Dean Ambrose, and it looked to be the start off a long awaited moment. But Cody Rhodes and Vickie Guerrero had other plans. Cody wanted the World title, Vickie was bitter that Dolph had ditched her to find success on his own, and that did not sit well with the General Manager.
[King] It did not indeed, Cody was granted a shot at the title a number of weeks ago, but was distracted by the appearance of his rival Ted DiBiase, and Ziggler managed to retain. But as we know now, the same could not be said of last night. Dolph was chosen by the fans to choose the type of match he'd like to defend his title in, and surprisingly enough it wasn't a ridiculous choice that favored him over Cody, he chose a two out of three falls match.
[Michael Cole] A gutsy choice, that didn't have a reward. Cody Rhodes did in fact become The World Heavyweight Champion last night, much to the surprise of everyone. We all expected Ted to do anything but count the pin that would mark the beginning of Cody's World Heavyweight Championship reign, myself especially....but he....he...
[JR] He did his job, Cole. Just as Ted promised, he called that match honorably and fought the urge to take from Cody what Cody took from him.
[King] While overjoyed as his new found accomplishment, Cody's arrogance lead him to be laid out by the referee after demanding he raised his hand. While he complied, he suddenly pulled Cody in and dropped him right on the mat much to the delight of about everyone in the building. But what was most interesting about that, was what happened after.
[Michael Cole] You mean Ted picking up Cody's title and acting like it's his own? You have to win that to call it your own, something Cody did last night, and Ted didn't.
[JR] While Ted's eyes have been on Cody since Rhodes made his return months ago, it now looks like his targets have become on. He's been adamant about wanting the World Heavyweight Championship back, as well as wanting one final match with Cody, and now that Cody holds that title, he could theoretically kill two birds with one stone.
[Michael Cole] Are we forgetting the former champion? The man that has a rightful rematch? Dolph Ziggler deserves it, and he will get it, it's not a question of who will be Cody's first challenger, because the answer will always be Dolph Ziggler.
Just as quickly as Cole finishes, an annoyed sigh follows once the sound of Ted DiBiase's theme hits the speakers and a loud pop echos throughout the building as the fans rise to their feet and turn their attention to the stage, eagerly awaiting his arrival.
[JR] Looks like someone might suggest otherwise, Cole.
It's not long before Ted jumps out from behind the curtain, smiling as he looks left to the right, in amazement at the feeling he got when he stepped out onto the stage. It's a feel he gets every night, but it always feels like it's the first time. DiBiase's eyes light up, and he rubs his hands together before shouting out "Let's do this!" jumping up and down suddenly, he skips forward enthusiastically which looks a little humorous given how nicely he's dressed.
[King] Ted of course was the official for last night's World Heavyweight Championship match where he ended up crowning his rival as the new champion, obviously he's got something to say about that.
[Michael Cole] How about he explains why he attacked the enthusiastic new champion last night, huh? Because I find that to be incredibly disrespectful to the man that reached a milestone in his career.
[JR] You act as if Cody's never disrespected Ted. He's made an annoying habit of it and last night you could say he got what he had coming to him in more ways than one.
Theatrically skipping down the ramp he high fives fans, in a very good mood, which has become a rare occurrence since the events of last year. Once he reaches the edge of the entrance way, he looks around, takes a deep breath, then snaps out of his sudden trance to pat a kid on the head and proceed onward to the ring. Ted hops up onto the apron knee first as usual, steps through the ropes, and heads over to the far side of the ring to retrieve a waiting microphone in the hands of Lillian Garcia. He thanks her verbally and with a nod until he centers himself in the middle of the ring, twirling the mic in his hand.
[Ted DiBiase] For those of you that know me and my story, you know that we're just a month away from the night that forever changed me....the night that filled me with bitterness, the night that took my innocence and carefree joy....the night that everything was taken away from me, and a gaping hole was left inside of me....empty, confused, angry, sad, a mix of emotions, a combination that proved deadly to my very being. I was joyous no more, I was passionate no longer, and the fire that had roared inside of me since the beginning of time...had since been extinguished. You could say I hated to the point that I was nothing but a self incarnate of everything that was negativity. It was a dark time, a time of my life that I could not move past.... no matter my effort, despite that small shred of hope that slowly lingered inside of me, growing smaller with each passing second, I was no longer of this world.
[Ted DiBiase] I was trapped in a self made prison where I was made to re-watch it all over and over, the pain I felt was never ending, the torment ceased to stop, I couldn't escape....my cries for help went unanswered, and I soon fell into a deep pit that had no end. My suffering, my anguish, it had all consumed me.
[Ted DiBiase] I had become a stranger to everyone around me, to my fans, to my family, but most of all, myself. They say our experiences in life are what shape us into the human beings that we are. In my case, everything that had gone wrong in my once bright and sunny world, had transformed me into....a lifeless being that had no hope, no dreams, no aspirations, no emotions, I was but a shell of who I was, on the outside I was the man you fell in love with, but the same could not be said for deep within. It's a struggle I've had to deal with since that cold Sunday night....this business means more to me than just a paycheck, it means more to me than just being an outlet to anger, during my childhood it's all I ever saw myself doing, and when I finally had stepped into the ring for the first time, I knew there was nothing else that would ever compare.
[Ted DiBiase] Which is why when my world all came crash down around me, I didn't know how to act, what to think, or where to go. I had devoted my life to this, dreamed my way to the top when it was filled with nothing but people telling me I wasn't good enough! But I proved them wrong in one simple moment, the moment that I became The World Heavyweight Champion. I may have failed one too many times along the way, but none of that mattered when I finally held that title in my hands, and realized it was my own. The same feeling came over me last night, after I laid out the new champion....and felt the belt's warmth in my hands.
[Ted DiBiase] I was at home....what belong to me was once again within my grasp, but it wouldn't last. Because I wasn't the one that left last night with The World Heavyweight Championship, that honor went to another man...a man of which I have a rich history with. It's the same man that many thought I would put personal matters ahead of me and screw him out of his chance to make something of himself, but that's the opposite of what I wanted. You see, I wanted him to realized that dream that seemed to be too far out of reach, just I once had too. So that I could take that all away from him, exactly as he had done to me....to give him the feeling of joy and pride, only to strip it all away and leave him shattered into pieces, never to be the same. Bruises go away, wounds mend themselves over time, but the sting of losing everything, haunts you no matter what you do! Take it from me, it destroyed me, it broke my spirit, and I promise you right now, I WILL return the favor!
[Ted DiBiase] I realize Dolph Ziggler is supposed to have a rematch, and normally I’d respect that…but considering he took mine last year, I'm out here to announce that I'm going to be taking his. So Cody, you've ran, you've cheated, and you've done everything you could to avoid facing me, to delay the inevitable that is the end of you. But now that you're officially World Heavyweight Champion, now that your restraining order has been revoked due to your actions last week, there's nothing stopping me from challenging you right now for your World Heavyweight Championship, tonight!
Ted anxiously looks to the stage awaiting the arrival of the new World Champion but he's cut off by someone else!
[Dolph Ziggler] Stop it.. Stop it.. STOP IT.
The fans give a mixed reaction as Dolph Ziggler walks onto the stage, he has a microphone in hand as he pauses on the ramp looking out with a look of disappointment on his face. He begins to walk down the ramp while talking in a stern tone.
[Dolph Ziggler] Just stop, Ted. Seriously. This isn't storytime with Ted DiBiase where you tell everybody your life story and wrap it up by getting a World Title shot no problem. That isn't how life works kid. Yeah yeah, we get it, you were at rock bottom but you came scraping back up and here you are today nearly a year later. Please just spare us the torment of you continuing to talk. I know you want this to be perfect for your little DiBiase Posse but the fact is I deserve a rematch. It's in my contract and there's nothing you can do about it. I was literally robbed last night. I should have called the police for burglary because that title is still as good as MINE!
Ted watches on with an intent look as Dolph slowly makes his way up the steps.
[Dolph Ziggler] You can go back to your self made prison for all I care, get comfy! If it wasn't for you as referee I guaran-damn-tee that I'd still be holding MY World Title right now. I was set to come out here and open the show first but you decided to storm out ahead of me a do a whole monologue of your life and couldn't take it.. You drag on about how all you wanted to do was be a wrestler when you were younger and how this means more to you than a paycheck. If your daddy wasn't a famous wrestler you wouldn't have even made it with the rest of us.
Dolph climbs into the ring now.
[Dolph Ziggler] That's right Ted, the rest of us! The real wrestlers who actually had to work their way up from the bottom with no experience and no knowledge of anyone in the business. You had everything handed to you, you act like this man of the people but you were born with a silver spoon in your mouth. I'm the kinda guy who actually worked his way up from nothing. But enough of that, I don't care what's going on between you and Cody. All that matters is I have a rightful rematch and there's not a hope in hell that you're going to get the first swing at Cody because I need to reclaim the title that is rightfully mine! You said it yourself, I'm supposed to have a rematch but you think you can throw the rulebook out the window because you're pissy of something that happened nearly a year ago? Get a grip, Ted. Just face the facts that Cody won that little war between you two and let me finish MY business with him.
[Ted DiBiase] So let me get this straight, because you're apparently not as damn good as you claim to be, it's my fault that you're standing here right now without The World Heavyweight Championship? All I did was do my job, a job that you didn't seem to have a problem with when it was unnerving Cody every single second of every single day, I bet you expected an easy defense, huh? But now that you've lost, the first thing you do is point the blame at me. How typical, instead of taking responsibility, you blame everyone but yourself...you know, the guy that allowed himself to get pinned last night?
[Ted DiBiase] Last year you stood by and accepted what wasn't yours. Now I'm not saying it's right to rob you of your rematch clause, but you didn't care then, so why should I now? Why should the situation be any more different than then? I don't have an issue with you Dolph, let's not go and change that, okay?
[Dolph Ziggler] Alright, if you were this nice guy that you make yourself out to be, a man of the people and a hero to the kids. You would do the right thing and not interrupt the process of my contract given rematch! What kind of message are you sending to all of the kids in the arena now huh? Oh, it's not right to rob me but I'm gonna do it anyway, right? If you didn't have an issue with me you'd stand back and wait your damn turn. I am as good as I say am and I need that one shot to get my title back and there's no doubt in the fact that I'll get it back. But you're gonna be that guy and get in my way! I don't really have an issue with you either Ted, but the longer you stand in this ring right now. The quicker that's gonna go out the window.
[Ted DiBiase] Why? Because I want to face Cody? Because I NEED to face Cody? He's got it in his head that he's better than me....that he's better than you....that he's better than everyone, and I think it's time someone puts him in his place, and that is going to be me whether you like it or not. It's nothing personal Dolph, but I can't sit back and let this opportunity pass me by. I've waited too long for that to happen, I'm sorry you lost your title, and I'm even sorrier that you won't be getting your rematch tonight, maybe next week, maybe the week after that, but tonight you're going to have to just sit this one one out buddy boy, 'cause his ass is mine.
[Dolph Ziggler] Listen, I don't care what you and Cody do with eachother behind closed doors. I'm not gonna say that Cody's ass is mine, because Cody's World Title is what should be mine. And it WILL be mine because I want to evoke my contract given rematch right here tonight. That's legally binded Ted, there's not a damn thing you can do to change that so you can quit complaining now and getting your fans' hopes up. Just because you want a match with Cody tonight doesn't mean you're definitely gonna get it, you've had many opportunities to face him but you wanna pick the night I'm using my rematch clause? You've got it all wrong. I don't know why you're feeling sorry for me because you think I'm not getting my rematch tonight, you should feel sorry for yourself for making a fool out of yourself in front of everyone tonight..
[Ted DiBiase] But the only fool would be you when you once again lost to Cody....that's why I'm getting my match tonight, to spare you the embarrassment again. You don't have to thank me, beating Cody will be thanks enough.
[Dolph Ziggler] Really now? You're going to chalk this one loss to Cody Rhodes against me? How many times have you lost to Cody? I mean didn't you lose to him in the two pay per views before Digital Decision, correct me if I'm wrong? Sure they may have been by DQ and first blood but if you look that bad boy up in the history books and you'll see Cody Rhodes defeating Ted DiBiase two pay per views in a row and yet you want another shot? You best give up Ted, honestly. You're grasping at straws and quite frankly you're embarrassing yourself out here, the man of the people is turning into the man who is desperate so for the final time, do the right thing and leave the ring...
[Ted DiBiase] Shall we turn to the newly printed page of the history books where Dolph Ziggler was pinned by Cody Rhodes twice in one night? That's right folks, whereas I, Ted DiBiase have never been pinned by our new World Heavyweight Champion....Dolph Ziggler however has not only been pinned by him once, but twice! Just last night in fact, so I implore you, should the guy that's been pinned already get the shot, or should I Ted DiBiase get the shot. You know, the guy that not only wasn't just pinned twice twenty four hours ago, but has never been pinned by Cody Rhodes? Statistically alone, the numbers are against you, you just lost, again, not once....but, TWICE! That's two times, where as on my end....there's nothing but a big fat zero on the pin column, and so the choice is clear. I should be the one to face Cody tonight, because unlike you, I won't fall so easily. You know, no offence and all, but I was there, and for being "THAT DAMN good" the only thing you seemed to be damn good at, was getting pinned.
[Dolph Ziggler] Alright, Ted. I'm trying not to lose my cool with you. Believe me I really am. If you wanna talk about fresh pages and wins and losses the only loss I see in your future is against me. So for the very last time, get out of the ring and let me settle my business with Cody or else I'm going to-
[Vickie Guerrero] EXCUSE ME!!!
*The fans break out into boos as Vickie Guerrero's voice screeches across the arena, Ted and Dolph share a glare as they both turn to the stage as one of the most hated women in XWL history walks out.*
[Vickie Guerrero] Dolph, Ted. I've had enough of the both of you! The show has just started and you're both ruining the night which rightfully belongs to our NEW World Heavyweight Champion, Cody Rhodes!!
*Vickie smiles as she begins to clap as no-one else does.*
[Vickie Guerrero] By the way Dolph, congratulations on your one month reign, you did so great without me right?! But I need to settle this before one of you ladies begin to cry over a title match. The simple fact is that tonight, or any other night.. NEITHER of you are getting a shot against Cody Rhodes! As for tonight, this is Cody's night so he can do what he wants. Ted, Dolph has a point when he brings up your past losses to Cody, but Ted also has a point when he brings up his loss to Cody. So obviously the best solution is to give neither of you a shot because you're both equal losers! Now if you'd please get out of the ring and head to the back, I have a show to run and I need to-
*The fans pop huge now as Vickie is cut off yet again by The Hulkster himself, Hulk Hogan! He walks onto the stage shaking his head and wagging his finger. Dolph and Ted are shown in the ring unsure what to think. Hulk's music dies down as he stands beside Vickie.*
[Hulk Hogan] Now wait just a minute there, Vickie. Do you really expect me to sit back and let you screw my Hulkamaniacs out of a match that they want to see? That's now how it works in XWL brother.
*Vickie is panicking as she tries to explain herself.*
[Hulk Hogan] No Vickie, now's now the time for you to try and defend yourself because the damage is already done. What you need to do is be quiet and watch how it's supposed to be done, jack!
*The fans cheer as Vickie glares at Hogan with a look that could kill, Hogan steps forward looking at Ted and Dolph.*
[Hulk Hogan] Ted, Dolph. I've got to say you are two of the very finest athletes in XWL today and I'd love to give you both a shot but I just can't. Now I know Dolph has it in his contract that he gets a rematch with Cody but I do feel like Ted has waited long enough for a swing at Cody man to man. So what I'm going to do is put on a little treat for you Hulkamaniacs here in Jacksonville, brother. And this is final, Vickie. Live tonight, in the main event of this show it's going to be Ted DiBiase vs Dolph Ziggler and the winner WILL go on to face Cody Rhodes for his World Heavyweight Title at Supremacy!! Best of luck to the both of you brothers.
*The fans pop again at the announcement of the main event, Hogan poses with a smirk before walking through the curtain as Vickie angrily follows.*
[JR] Bah gawd what an announcement! Ted and Dolph were just about to come to blows, you know their match later tonight is going to be heated knowing everything at stake. And you just know that Cody Rhodes is going to be watching with a smirk on his face.
*The camera pans back to Ted and Dolph in the ring, Ted shrugs his shoulders and extends his hand for Dolph to shake. Dolph looks out to the crowd not sure what to do as they're cheering him on. Dolph goes to accept the handshake but then pulls his hand back, slicks his hair back and then flicks it toward Ted. The fans boo as Dolph rolls out of the ring with a smirk as he walks up the ramp. Ted shakes his head and watches Dolph as we head off to a video package for our NEW World Heavyweight Champion. Cody Rhodes.*

Kurt Angle's theme song plays over the PA system and he walks out onto stage. He raises his arms in the air as the screaming pyro goes off behind him. He walks down the ramp with a look of determination on his face. He gets inside the ring and prepares for his opponent. The fans are anxious for Mysterio's long awaited arrival in XWL.
The fans jump out of their seats as Rey's theme song hits. Mysterio pops out onto the stage hyped up and ready for action. He walks over to both sides of the stage as his pyro goes off. He walks down the ramp shaking fans' hands and nodding heads with kids wearing his mask. He then steps into the ring and both competitors wait for the bell to ring. The match is wrestling at its finest to start out. Kurt starts to gain the upper hand with belly to bellies and german suplexes. Angle hits a neck breaker on Mysterio and goes up to the top rope.
[Michael Cole] Wait a minute, I think he's going to try and hit a moonsault on Rey!
Angle goes for a moonsault but Rey is quick to move out of the way.
[Joey Styles] Oh my god! Angles stomach must be on fire right now!
Mysterio starts to gain some momentum and dropkicks Angle onto the second rope. Rey calls out, "619!" then runs toward Angle, hitting a 619 with so much force that Angle's mouthguard flies out of his mouth. Angle gets to his feet and Mysterio goes for a springboard dive.
Mysterio hits it and goes for the cover. 1...2... and Angle barely kicks out before the ref's hand hit the mat for a 3rd time. Angle stands up and Rey goes for a clothesline. Kurt catches him for a german suplex.
[Michael Cole] Angle just threw Rey across the ring! Rey might have a broken neck!
[Joey Styles] Kurt guaranteed an ass kicking, and it's been nothing less.
Angle takes the straps off of his shoulders and begins to stalk Rey. Rey stands up and Kurt goes for an Angle slam. Rey somehow reverses it into a hurricanrana and goes for a second 619. This time Angle catches Rey's legs and drags him out into the middle of the ring. Angle locks in the ankle lock and starts screaming, "Tap you son of a bitch! Tap!"
[Michael Cole] Mysterio is in a world of trouble right now! There's nowhere to go, in the center of the ring.
[Joey Styles] If Rey doesn't tap Kurt is going to snap that ankle!
With no other choice, Mysterio starts to tap!
[Joey Styles] Kurt has done it! He did what he said he was going to do, and that was beat Rey Mysterio!
[Michael Cole] That might be true, but Rey has nothing to be ashamed of. He put up an amazing fight.
Kurt demands a mic from the bell keeper. Once he gets it, he begins to speak.
[Kurt Angle] What did I say at Digital Decision?! I told all of you I was going to beat Rey Mysterio! I don't know why this comes as a shock to you. When I say something, it's true, it's DAMN true!
Rey is crawling towards the ropes, trying to escape the ring while Angle is talking. Angle quickly spots him and shouts, "Where do you think you're going?!" He drags him to the center of the ring and starts to speak again.
[Kurt Angle] I've been waiting to do this all night! Kids, you might want to close your eyes, his face will be horrifying.
Kurt removes the mask and holds it in the air with pride. Rey is squirming around the ring while covering his face, trying to keep his dignity. Kurt exits the ring and heads backstage with both arms raised. One with his gold medals, the other with Rey's mask.
The camera then fades to an advertisement for XWL's upcoming PPV, Supremacy.

They want you to waste your very soul and being away in front of your modern day technology so they can brainwash you and turn you into just another sheep in the herd. *Vickie makes her way out to the stage, and she actually has a giant smirk on her face. Of course, it doesn’t last long as she quickly gets annoyed with the crowd.*
[Vickie Guerrero] I SAID EXCUSE ME!
*She waits it out for a moment, letting the crowd boo all they want. Finally, she begins to speak.*
[Vickie Guerrero] Last night we all got the chance to experience one of the most magical nights in XWL history. After years and years of fighting his way to the top, Cody Rhodes finally captured the World Heavyweight Championship for the first time in his career! I can not remember the last somebody more deserving had the right to call themselves the World Heavyweight Champion. Cody has had to fight his way through everything imaginable in order to get where he is today. He has suffered injuries, been lied to by corrupt General Managers, and has been directly robbed out of the championship by outside parties. Yet, despite everything he has been through, he always did what he thought was right. What was right for the greater good and all of you people, whether you liked it or not! You should all be thankful someone such as Cody Rhodes is your World Champion, and not ingrates like Dolph Ziggler or maniacs like Ted DiBiase! Now will you all please join in welcoming the Savior of XWL, Redemption’s Finest, the Dashingly Insane... the NEW World Heavyweight Champion Cody Rhodes!
*At the sound of Cody’s theme, the crowd turns into a frenzy of jeers of hate. Vickie Guerrero stands on the stage, clapping, welcoming her new World Heavyweight Champion. Cody steps out onto the stage, holding on his hood. When he gets to the center, he pulls it back, revealing a great big smile on his face and the World Championship around his waist.*
Michael Cole: There he is! Our NEW World Heavyweight Champion, Cody Rhodes! If one man had to beat Dolph Ziggler, it had to be Cody Rhodes! The Savior of XWL!
Jim Ross: Well, you can’t argue the fact that Cody is our new World Champion.
*Cody walks over to Vickie and the two shake hands. Vickie smiles and gives him a nod before walking off the stage. Cody turns back to the crowd, showing off his title for the whole world to see.*
Jerry Lawler: I think I’m going to be sick.
*As Cody struts down the ramp, the camera pans over to multiple shots of signs made by the fans in attendance tonight. There’s some of the generic “Cody Sux!” out there, a “The Mustachingly Mustache” sign, and even a “Show Off” sign. Cody continues to make his way down to the ring, ignoring all of the heckling from the XWL Universe. Nothing can shake his smile tonight as long as he stills hold onto that World Heavyweight Championship.*
Michael Cole: I don’t know why you guys can’t at least be happy for Cody, he deserves this!
Jerry Lawler: Deserves? What did he do to get the title shot? Vickie Guerrero handed it to him!
Michael Cole: He beat Ted DiBiase at Unforgiven, and he got the title shot Vickie promised him. He saved us all from another Ted DiBiase title reign, that’s what he did.
Jim Ross: What a load of crap, that wasn’t a number one contenders match. He didn’t even pin Ted, he won by DQ after he made Ted snap.
Michael Cole: So? That’s not Cody’s problem, and you can’t argue with the way he won last night! He won fair and square, it’s Ted who attacked him after the match.
Jerry Lawler: Oh, I’ve been rewatching that all day!
*Cody steps into the ring and takes a microphone from Lillian Garcia. He unstraps the title from his waist and slings it over his shoulder, smirking again. Meanwhile, a firm “Cody Sucks!” chant has broken out in the arena, annoying the “Dashingly Insane One”.*
[Cody Rhodes] ATTENTION PLEASE.
*The response gets even more heat out of the XWL Universe, but Cody continues on anyway.*
[Cody Rhodes] You know, I can’t let you people ruin this night for me. I can’t let you people take this away from me. I am in too much of a good mood to let that happen. For the first time in a very long time, I’m actually happy. I was excited to come into work today, believe it or not. I was excited to be in front of all of you people. I finally had a reason, I finally had what I deserved. I have the World Heavyweight Championship, and I won’t anybody take it away from. I have fought too hard and for too long to just let this go. For the past two years I’ve been fed nothing but lies and I’ve been screwed over at every turn. That all changed last night when I beat Dolph Ziggler not once, but twice in one match. That will all change is now the Cody Rhodes Era is in full effect. I have more power than any other superstar in this company. I can do what I want, say what I want, and act how I want. There is nobody who can do anything about it, and anyone who dares oppose me will learn first hand about the consequences that the Cody Rhodes Era delivers. The golden age in XWL has arrived, and I’m sitting right at the top.
[Cody Rhodes] Now, the Cody Rhodes Era got off to a bit of a rough start last night. All thanks to one man, Ted DiBiase. *The fans cheer as Ted’s name is mentioned.* Ted took away my moment. He took away the thing I have worked my entire life for. All I ever dreamed about was the day I won the World Championship and I could stand in the center of ring, holding it high above my head, and proclaiming myself the best in the world. That dream almost became a reality last night. I beat Dolph fair and square, and Ted counted the pin. Ted was the one who hand delivered me the World Heavyweight Championship as I promised, but he couldn’t live it. He couldn’t live with the fact that I was in the spotlight, and I he couldn’t live in my moment. He had to take it all for himself. His ego wouldn’t allow someone else to take center stage and he laid me out from behind like the coward he is, showing his true colors. Ted DiBiase proved the kind of man he is last night, and I will have my revenge on him.
[Cody Rhodes] Thanks in part to the fact that my restraining order against him was revoked, due to my actions as of last week. What a load of crap! I had that restraining order for my own personal safety. Ted is a loose cannon and nobody is off limits to his violence. I did what I had to do for my best interests, but now because I got a little angry due to my enmity for him, it got revoked. Now Ted is unhinged and more dangerous than ever. Unfortunately for him, so am I. What was once there to protect me, has become something to protect Ted. Now that is has been taken away, I can finally get my revenge on Ted. I get my revenge on him for everything he’s done in the past month to me, and I will finally get to finish what I started a year ago at Supremacy. By the time I’m done, he’ll wish the restraining order was still in effect just so I can’t hurt him anymore. Hell, he is going to regret the day he crossed Cross Rhodes, and he is going to rue the day he even met me. I promise you, Ted, I will have vindication for everything you’ve done, and the clock is ticking.
[Cody Rhodes] Oh, and get a load of Hulk Hogan. He decided to make tonight’s main event Ted DiBiase vs Dolph Ziggler for the number one contendership to MY title. Even after everything Ted has done to me, he still might get the title shot at Supremacy. Key word, might. Not only am I confident in Dolph Ziggler’s ability to defeat him, but I will personally ensure Ted never gets a shot at this championship. If he wants to come pick a fight with me, fine, I’ll knock him down. If he wants a shot at this, that’s too damn bad. Over my dead body will he ever get another shot at my championship. He didn’t deserve this in the first place, and he definitely doesn’t deserve this now. I promise, no I guarantee that you people will never get to see your hero Ted DiBiase as the World Champion. In fact, you better get use to this image right here. The image of me, standing tall in the center of the ring my title. This belongs to me now, and I will be damned if someone else takes it from me, especially Ted.
[Cody Rhodes] I’d rather defend it against the man I’ve beaten twice in one night, Dolph Ziggler! Dolph was an old friend of mine, he even vouched for me to become Breakdown General Manager, but over the past month our relationship has strained. Why? Well, it’s for the most prestigious championship in this business, the very same title that is over my shoulder. I am deplored over the fact that our relationship is not what is once was, but I am not the one to blame. I had all the respect in the world for Dolph after what he’s accomplished, I wasn’t the one who cheated in our first encounter of this title. He was the one who took the coward’s way out and stole the win after Ted interfered in our match. I put him in his place last night when I proved I was the better man by beating him twice. I honestly think Dolph has changed for the worse, and if he wants to keep going down the same path he’s chosen, I’ll be forced to put him down as well. That is the brand of justice I’ll be serving in the Cody Rhodes Era, so don’t disappoint me, Dolph. I expect much more out of someone such as yourself.
[Cody Rhodes] And you want to talk about being robbed? We battled back and forth for nearly forty minutes last night, and you’re not even man enough anymore to admit I beat you? Not only did I just beat you, I beat you twice. If you can’t live what that, too bad, because I’m the World Champion now and there is nothing you can do. You can cry and complain all you want, it doesn’t make a difference. You talked and talked all month long about how you were going to beat me no problem at Digital Decision. Yet, when the time came to put up, you didn’t shut me up as you promised. Rather than that, I shut you up. Yes, I, Cody Rhodes, was actually able to shut up the Show Off himself. The fact is when the time came you choked and you couldn’t beat me. You cracked all the jokes you wanted about me, but in the end it didn’t matter because I have you title, and now it’s MY title. And it is going to be my title for a very long time, Dolph, even if you do end up with the shot at Supremacy. I’ve already proven twice I can beat you, and I am more than ready to prove it for a third time.
[Cody Rhodes] Enough about the future, let’s talk about tonight. My night. Because tonight I go one on one with my old friend the Rock. *The fans nearly explode at the sound of the Rock’s name.* Ah yes, the People’s Champion. I remember when the Rock was better than that, better than all of you people. The Rock actually use to be a very good friend of mine just like Dolph and Ted. Like the both of them, of course, he changed. He left my hung out to dry because he only gave a damn about himself. I am sick and tired of people using me, so it couldn’t be any more appropriate for me to face the Rock on my first night as World Heavyweight Champion. The very same night Dolph and Ted are in the main event, fighting out for a shot at my championship. The very same night I finish what Chris Jericho started at Digital Decision. Because tonight we will see the first victim of the Cody Rhodes Era... the Rock!
[Cody Rhodes] The Rock will just be the start... the start of this company’s salvation. Now that I’m World Heavyweight Champion, I once again have the power to change things around here. I have all the power in the world and I will start by knocking down your false idols. People such as Ted DiBiase, Dolph Ziggler, and the Rock. *Redemption returns from a short commercial break as the main camera pans around the arena, spotting various signs and XWL apparel scattered across the masses. The cheers are moderate, clearly content with the show thus far and it's only just begun. Almost instantly, a voice is heard as a video begins to play on the Titantron. The cameraman scrambles to the sound of the voice.*
{???} Fox!
*After a few moments, the sound of the voice becomes clear, it's coming from none other than the Anti-Diva, Paige. She's still clearly angered by the events that transpired just twenty four hours ago at Digital Decision, being attacked from behind after her Last Woman Standing match against The Bella Twins by her former Foxy rival in Alicia Fox, who made her return with a new attitude at her expense.*
{Paige} Where are you, Fox?
*Shouting as loud as she can, hoping to catch the attention of the diva that attacked her after her match. Paige continues down the empty corridor, anger radiating off of her. She's stopped in her tracks as she is now at a fork in the road, does she go left or right? Before she could make her decision, a familiar voice echos off the deserted corridor.*
{????} Paige! Wait up! Paige!
*She turns towards them as she instantly recognizes the tone of the person's voice, and after a few seconds of Paige waiting, somewhat confused, we find out who it is. Dressed in casual clothing, due to the fact that she won't be competing tonight, Layla's shown walking up to Paige greeting her with a smile, before leaning forward and hugging Paige, a somewhat one sided hug at that.*
{Layla} Hey, do you wanna get a bite at catering before your match? Maybe we can talk about last night, since you've been sort of distant since then....I know I sort of failed my end of the match, I tried to get up...but it just wasn't possible. I just want you to know how sorry I am for that, and not being out there when you know who decided to make an example of you....
*Layla immediately regrets her choice of words as Paige's eyes slowly grow with intensity at that last bit.*
{Layla} Not that she made an example out of you, I mean all she did is attack you from behind, talk about uncalled for...but how about that food? After all, you can't very well become Queen of the Ring on an empty stomach now can you?
{Paige} It may have looked like an uncalled attack to you, Layla, but in hindsight, I should have seen it coming. I was too preoccupied with The Bellas to see that the foxy thorn was still at my side. I thought I got rid of it at Final Stand but I couldn't be more wrong. She may have made an impactful return at my expense, putting me through a table, but she doesn't know what she's has just brought upon herself. When I get my hands on her, she's going to wish she stayed away from that ring.
{Layla} Listen, I know you're upset and all, but you can't lose sight of what's important. You proved you were better than Alicia before, I don't know why she attacked you and frankly I don't care, and neither should you. You've been working so hard for this Paige, tonight is your night, not only can you beat Nikki again, like that'll be a problem, am i right? But, you could win this whole tournament and finally have your one on one Divas Championship match. I realize you're wanting to get your hands on Alicia after what she did, but think about this Paige, what will it really do? If anything she's trying to sabotage you. The second you get thrown into Queen of the Ring, she suddenly returns? She knew you were on your way to becoming Divas Champion, and she attacked you for that very reason. This is your time Paige, this is our time, don't let Alicia ruin that. Just focus sweetie, ignore that little girl's attempt at making herself relevant and show everyone, including her, what you're made of by winning this whole damn thing.
{Paige} Fox's relevancy, or lack thereof, means nothing to me, she tried to make an example out of me and for that, I will make her pay. Even after all this time, she fails to realize that I will always be one step ahead of her. She got the upper hand on me one night with a cheap shot and now she thinks that she's better than me. The Bellas tried to take me out two months ago and they failed, MsChif tried to take me out and she failed, Fox tried to make an example out of me last night and she failed too. This is something much bigger than a tournament or the Divas Championship, Layla, it's now a matter of revenge and I refuse to let Fox walk around thinking that she's bested me.
{Layla} Bested you? Who cares what she thinks? Everyone, including her knows that she didn't, she got lucky, that's all it was, luck. I just think you need to calm down and clear your head, Alicia isn't worth your time, do you really wanna go backwards instead of forward? You know you care about this tournament, just last night you spoke of wanting the Divas Championship and to win this tournament, now all of sudden that doesn't matter? Because someone took a cheap shot against you? She's not worth it, Paige.
{Paige} It doesn't matter if she's worth it or not, she attacked me from behind and now it's time for me to return the favor. She could have easily cost us the Last Woman Standing match, but she didn't. Fox knew what she was doing and couldn't have picked her time to strike any more perfectly. She made one mistake though, she didn't finish the job. That, and that alone, will be her undoing. This entire thing started between us eight months ago, and tonight, I finish it. Then I will refocus on winning this tournament and becoming the Divas Champion. But until then, Alicia Fox is my top priority.
{Layla} Just be careful, okay? Tonight is so important for you, and I'd hate for Nikki to take advantage of you if you're not all there in the ring. I'm going to be out there with you, just take it easy, settle whatever it is you have to with Alicia, and then be ready to kick some Bella butt when that bell rings.
{Paige} Nikki couldn't beat me on her best day, let alone on a normal one, so as far as tonight is concerned, I've already won and moved on to the second round. And that leaves one final order of business to attend to.
*Paige turns around and looks to either end of the empty corridor, deciding with path to take on her quest for revenge. She goes to the right and disappears from sight as her footsteps begin echo less with every passing second until they can't be heard.*
*Layla's left alone with her thoughts, she's obviously concerned for Paige, is just looking out for her well being, but it doesn't seem to have done any good. All she can do now is hope that everything works out and that Paige will be able to focus in her match against Nikki later. She remains standing there, looking off into the distance where Paige went, alone with her thoughts....or so she thought. One of the crew members was stocking up the area nearby and seems to have overheard everything. He walks over closer to Layla, looking where Paige left to and then startles her when he begins to speak.*
{Random Guy} You know, you're one to talk, instead of focusing on being there for your partner last night you were too busy ruining Kaitlyn's life.
*Layla turns to him, confused by his sudden involvement in her matters, but then is reminded by how she felt last night when she was blamed for something she claims to have had no part in.*
{Random Guy} Kaitlyn was a far better champion than you, but you just couldn't leave well enough alone, could you? You had to be back in the spotlight, you couldn't face facts that maybe your time is up, and hers was now, no....you had to do what you do best, and that's manipulate whoever you have to so that you can get what you want.
{Layla} Please, stop.
{Random Guy} I just want you to admit it, admit that you tried to pull the wool over Kaitlyn's eyes, you tried to "befriend" her so that she wouldn't see it coming, but that didn't work, did it?
{Layla} I had nothing to do with it....I told Kaitlyn that last night, it wasn't me!
{Random Guy} Do you think anyone believes you? Do you think Paige believes you? You're lucky she's so focused on Alicia Fox, or else she'd be calling you out on it too.
*Layla's eyes lower to the ground, it hurts to be accused like this, does Paige even believe that she did it? She didn't say anything about it, but maybe that's more of a bad sign, than a good one...*
{Layla} I wouldn't do that to Kaitlyn...
{Random Guy} You would, and you did, and sooner or later, you're going to have to face the consequences.
*Immediately after that he walks away, leaving her in the beginning stages of an emotional breakdown as we fade out to a commercial break.*

A replay of the Diva’s championship match at Digital Decision is shown and thanks to the wonders of special effects, a little extra something is included to help accentuate the jaw-dropping, career threatening, you-just-had-to-be-there moments that made the battle between Kaitlyn and MsChif.
From Mschif’s huge crossbody to the outside of the ring, to Kaitlyn driving her through the announce table with an inverted DDT, to MsChif going for a spear, to Kaitlyn damn near breaking her opponent in half with one, the match for the championship was one for the ages and one that showed the kind of competitor both women are, but unfortunately only one woman could walk away with the championship.
When the bell rang the woman who rose up through the rubble and was deemed victorious was none other than The Tormentor of Soul’s MsChif, albeit in a controversial manner. After the referee was inadvertently knocked down, Kaitlyn sought to take advantage with a timely spear, but MsChif was one step ahead and before she knew it Kaitlyn’s face was covered in that disgusting green mist… and just like that Kaitlyn’s historic championship reign came to a sudden end at 224 days… just as MsChif said it would.
MsChif Tonight a celebration was to be held inside of that ring, also known as my unhallowed playground where many of my victims experience never-ending nightmares that wound them physically and scar them mentally. It would have been a celebration where sweet cries for mercy and forgiveness would replace a joyful tune…. it would have been a celebration where the trickling of blood down a face frozen in agony would replace the raining of streamers from the ceiling… it would have been a celebration were the only gift exchanged would have come from me… a single message… a warning… as all the women in the back would watch in awe as an example was made out of one their own so they could see with their very own eyes what they’re in store for now that I’m leading the pack.
MsChif But they were robbed of the gift of the foreshadowing of their own soul’s torment when Vickie Guerrero took it upon herself to take the women's wellbeing into consideration and keep me away from my playground but I’ll find a way to humor myself and it may just be at her expense. These women aren't fans of engaging in battles they can't win and Vickie running scared and trying to get them as far away from me as possible is all the proof I need to show that the landscape of the division here has dramatically changed, and things no longer favor the meek. It would have been just me, one of them and enough weapons to arm a militia, but they weren’t willing to play that game. I don’t blame you, them, few women would be able to last with someone like me in such an environment and I’m glad a few realized they aren’t one of those women. Many are just another liar who claims to be brave until fear seizes control and exposes them for the fraud they are. The women who were once hailed as the ones to watch for and be wary of no longer matter. All eyes should be on me as I show these women, one by one, what it truly means to be afraid.
MsChif Holding this championship belt doesn’t make me a diva, it doesn’t change who I am, it’s just a useful tool to have to keep the victims in the form of challengers marching one by one to my doorstep in the hopes that they’ll be the ones to topple me. Me being champion means that each and every woman with dreams of immortality will now need to think twice before using this belt to take them one step further to their goal because the risk may not be worth the reward, and becoming champion isn’t as easy as it sounds anymore. It may not be worth winning this championship if you’ve been so physically decimated that a simple act such as getting out of bed is out of the question. It may not be worth winning this championship if you spend the rest of your career looking over your shoulder waiting for me to strike back. It may not be worth winning this championship if you lose your soul in the process.
MsChif And I don’t regret how I won the championship, because it was always clear who would be walking out with that belt and sometimes the ends justify the means and the inevitable finds way to rear its ugly head even against seemingly insurmountable odds. Kaitlyn threw everything she had at me, refusing to accept that on that night her best wouldn’t be good enough, and still I stood tall because I am not a stranger to pain, but until that match she had yet to know how dangerous pain could be when wielded by a monster that possesses no remorse. She got desperate, and tried to spear me while I had my attention elsewhere and for that she paid the ultimate price. The stinging in her eyes from the mist may have subsided, but the stinging of the tears welling up in her eyes over losing her most prized possession will never go away. That night will eat at her from the inside out and whether or not she will come back the same person as she was before remains to be seen, but the effects of the trauma were already demonstrated and it can only escalate from there.
MsChif Whoever finds themselves standing across the ring from me over the weeks will see the shifting dynamics at play because every match will be contested under my rules: no rope-breaks, no count-outs, no disqualifications, no excuses. Every match now has the potential to be so violent and so dangerous that it could be the last for many of my opponents, and it’s under those pretenses I love to operate under. This could be the shortest reign or the longest, but you better believe that I will have my fun at everyone else’s expense.
MsChif Don’t forget where you were when you were watching Digital Decision because that was the night everything here changed forever for it was on that night the true queen was crowed and the winner of that tournament will quickly realize that their efforts were futile because the only victory that matters will be the one they’re not good enough to secure. All of these women are fighting not for the opportunity to be champion, but for the grand pleasure of becoming just another tormented soul. And I do plan on meeting them there at Eye for an Eye… whoever is thrown into the lion’s den at Supremacy might was well show up if they value their lives. This championship has made life easier… because now the prey comes to me.

XWL rolls on and the camera cuts backstage to where superstar the Miz is making his way into the arena carrying a suitcase.
As the Miz carries on walking the cameraman stops him so he puts down his suitcase and walks over to the camera.
Cameraman Hi Miz, can I just ask what you have in the suitcase?
Miz What do you mean what’s in the suitcase? What reason is that to stop me on my way into the arena? I obviously have my ring gear in here and all the important stuff that a great superstar like myself carries with him. Of course that includes my new fake championship belt the Ersatz tag belt Vickie gave me yesterday.
Cameraman My congratulations on your victory Miz, if I do say you pulled out a big upset last night at what was a great pay-per-view.
Miz Really? I mean c’mon really? An upset? Maybe you’re deluded or maybe your just not very good at your job. But if you’ve been following anything I’ve saying for this past month then you would of realised how I have been telling everyone how Sabin’s first victory of me was a fluke. I told everybody just how far out of his league I was and when it really mattered, when something more than pride was on the line who was the one standing victorious? Me, not to mention the added stipulation of the match being a number one contenders match for the United States championship we now gives me a more valid reason to get my hands on Sabin’s partner Alex Shelley. He already tasted defeat against me when his title wasn’t on the line and if he’s anything like his partner then, well, I think you know that this story has already been written and when something valuable is on the line then I’ll be taking that title too. So not only by next month will I have won my second United States championship in this company but I would off managed to single handily take out the Motor City Machine Guns. Oh wait that’s not quite right now anymore is it. Because I have with me the half of the fake tag titles that Sabin usually carries. I think from now on me and my partner Shelley should be addressed as the Miz City Machine Guns. I like the ring it has to it.
Cameraman So are you saying that you and Shelley are now partners?
Miz Of course we are don’t be an idiot. We both have these titles now, what else can that possibly mean? I hope you’re excited to see the next edition of the MCMG diaries because I sure am. Maybe next week, maybe the week after, we will have to wait and see won’t we.
Cameraman Well more on the events of last night, you did beat Sabin taking the Ersatz title and earning a shot against his partner, but apart from that turn of events can I get your thoughts on the attack from your good friend Austin Aries and the shield?
Miz Well what can I say, the shield are cowards. They had Aries do their dirty work and I had a word with Austin telling him what he needed to do to ensure the victory. He’s going week, but I’ll stick by him to make sure he grows his backbone back. But no, I’ll be having words with Austin today when I see him. When has he ever listened to authorities so it didn’t make sense that he decided to start last night when he lost to Seth Rollins. I thought he came out to congratulate me, I’d be lying if I said it was a shock, but not only that, I’d been in one hell of a match up until that point and my body was close to bearing as much as it possibly could. So that shield attack sent me over the edge. I mean XWL are lucky I’m even competing tonight.
Cameraman Well I guess you’re going to be more than a little sore and maybe a bit stiff, but nevertheless you have a match booked against Brain Kendrick tonight. How do you plan to attack this match up considering the condition you’re in?
Miz We have a Brain Kendrick on the roster?
Cameraman Yes.
Miz Well I guess that’s another thanks I have to send in Vickie’s way, not only did she give me the number one contender spot to go after Shelley next month after already dismantling his partnership with Sabin, but she realised that I’m going to be extremely beat up after yesterday so she’s given me an easy match tonight that I won’t have to work so hard in.
Cameraman Well, another announcement was your entry in the King Of The Ring. However, you won’t know your opponent until next week, does that at all effect your mindset into such a big match?
Miz Not at all, whoever comes up into that ring with me knows that I’m going to make sure I win through any means necessary. So next week in my King Of The Ring match, whoever is unlucky enough to face me, will only be another face of disappointment caused at the hands of the Miz. You see, this is a great opportunity for me, because I had one shot at the big time before when I wasn’t ready, but as of late, I’ve been in great form and great condition so I know I can get the job done given that second chance I deserve. And if that fails of course, I have my match with Shelley, I’ve been without any gold at all recently I’ll take whatever comes my way. And trust me, given these next couple of months I can promise you I will have a real championship around my waist and not that fake trash Sabin and Shelley treasure so much that’s in my suitcase.
Cameraman Ok one last quick thing, can I just get an overview of what you’re going to say to Austin Aries later when you see him?
Miz Well you're quite the interfering camera man aren’t you, stick to your real job. But if you must know, I’m going to tell him that I told you so, that I told him that nice guys finish last. Austin Aries is going to get a few stern words and hopefully a wakeup call, coming from a friend, giving some advice on how he needs to alter himself if he’s going to get anywhere now when this company is in a more dangerous state than it ever has been. He needs to know that he can’t trust anybody out there but me. And when that’s clear, maybe a friendly head check is in order too, because if he doesn’t see sense soon he knows his good pal Miz will knock some into him.
Before the cameraman has a chance to ask his next question the Miz just smirks and collects his things and carries on down the corridor.

Torrie Wilson’s theme blasts throughout the arena and she receives a warm welcome and she looks more than happy as she struts down to the ring.
She continues to the ring where she stands overwhelmed by the reception she is receiving as everybody here seems to be happy with how she overcame the odds to pick up the victory last night over the current miss money in the bank Madison Eagles. Soaking in the atmosphere Torrie is taken aback and just stands in the center of the ring before continuing with what she wants to say.
Torrie Wilson I did it everyone!
The crowd erupts into a frenzy of cheers.
Torrie Wilson You don’t understand what a pleasure it is to stand in this ring the day after one of the matches of my life and say that to all of you. I have been saying for way to long that I need to prove myself and finally, finally last night was the night when I stepped up to the challenge. Not only did take an impressive win over my rival, one of the most dangerous diva’s on the roster, I overcame a huge obstacle I’ve been facing recently. I’ve been down on the fact that I’m not up to par with the diva’s on the roster when I’ve always believed I am. Last night I proved to myself and everyone in attendance that I can beat those at the top of the table and not only that, I won in a match that most of the male superstars would struggle to compete in.
Torrie Wilson A hangman’s horror match, a match stipulation in where I hung up Madison Eagles on the outside of the ropes off the apron. Now anybody who knows me on a personal level will know without a doubt that I’m not the aggressive kind. Even my wrestling style isn’t aggressive, whereas Madison’s is. The match stipulation suited her down to the ground and she was at home when the weapons came into play. But I showed everybody that once I have my game head on that I can go to places nobody thought I could. I’m going to be honest with you all and say that when I had that steal chair in my hands, and striking it across the defenceless body of my opponent. I like how it felt. I went to a place inside my head to where I would do anything to get the job done, go as far as I needed to go. And it worked. So I hope that’s a message sent to everybody backstage who may see me as a push over.
Torrie Wilson But that wasn’t the only good news taken from last night, it was to be announced that I will be also competing in this year’s Queen Of The Ring. So first up I’d like to thank everybody for this opportunity and I hope my win last night will give me the momentum needed to ensure a victory over Aj Lee here tonight. Aj is a dangerous and unpredictable opponent just like Madison, I’d be lying if I was to say that this match will be a walk in the park. All the diva’s in this tournament have earned their spot in it and every match would be a tough one. But I’m not going to come out here and tell you all that I’m going to win the whole thing because that would be getting ahead of myself, I’m just going to take it one match at a time but when I’m feeling this good and I have each and every one of you behind me. Let me just say that it seems like anything is possible.
Torrie takes a bow and blows a few kisses into the audience as they cheer and chant her name as her theme blast throughout the arena and she leaves up the ramp and back into the locker room.

The crowd boos as the ever familiar voice of Redemption's General Manager Vickie Guerrero is heard over a microphone as she walks through the curtains onto the stage to a standing boo from the crowd as she seems somewhat unphased.
[Vickie Guerrero] Hello, XWL Universe! I...I SAID EXCUSE ME!
The crowd boos even louder as Vickie tries to keep her composure.
[Vickie Guerrero] First of all, I'd like to congratulate all of our champions in XWL for tremendous nights, including...our new Divas Champion MsChif...
The crowd cheers for MsChif as Vickie frowns for a small second before continuing.
[Vickie Guerrero] And our new World Champion Cody Rhodes!
The crowd boos almost as loud as they did for Vickie for the Dashingly Insane champion.
[Vickie Guerrero] And speaking of MsChif...I suppose since Supremacy is coming up, that I will name the next contender to her title RI...
The crowd goes into a loud cheer for Maryse Ouellet as she makes her way out onto the stage, interrupting Vickie Guerrero's announcement. This of course, causes Vickie to become extremely upset due to her hatred of Maryse. Maryse has a mic in her hand, but doesn't say a word, simply gesturing to the stage.
The crowd cheers even louder as Vickie's frown sinks lower and lower as the Breakdown General Manager steps onto the stage, cupping a hand to his ear to soak in the cheers from the XWL Universe and all his Hulkamaniacs as he begins to speak.
[Hulk Hogan] Sorry to kinda...steal your thunder, Vic, but I figured since the next challenger to the Divas title is a Breakdown diva, that I'd make the announcement. Ladies and gentlemen, the lovely Diva that will face MsChif at the second biggest pay-per-view of the year, Supremacy, in August, is....MARYSE OUELLET!
Maryse smirks in Vickie's direction as Vickie completely loses it.
[Vickie Guerrero] ARE YOU SERIOUS!? ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? SHE ISN'T THE CONTENDER! NO! No she is NOT!
[Hulk Hogan] You wanted The Bella Twins to face MsChif in a handicap match for the title, and Vickie, that's just not gonna fly, jack! Maryse Ouellet and MsChif will compete at Supremacy under MsChif's rules for the Divas Championship, it's been approved by the XWL Owner, which means you have no more say in this, Vickie. And to all my Hulkamaniacs and the rest of the XWL Universe, enjoy the rest of your night, guys!
Hulk walks backstage as the crowd chants "Thank you Hulk!". Vickie waits until the theme stops as Maryse Ouellet is still on the stage, violently grabbing her arm and pulling her around.
[Vickie Guerrero] YOU! You did this! You're trying to sabotage my job, aren't you! ADMIT IT!
Vickie shakes Maryse with her arms as Maryse just arches an eyebrow and smirks. Finally, Vickie has had enough and shoves Maryse! Maryse looks down and laughs before shoving Vickie back, causing her to fall down on the stage as the crowd goes wild! Vickie shakes for a moment before erupting in a childlike temper tantrum, fists shaking, legs kicking as Maryse just shakes her head before walking to the back, as Vickie continues to throw a fit as we cut to a commercial.

*As the XWL Redemption Supershow returns from a commercial break the cameras backstage pan to a interviewer outside of the XWL locker room. He then knocks but before he could walk into the locker room, the fiery Sheamus storms out of the locker room and almost knocks the interviewer down*.
[Sheamus]: WHAT DO YOU WANT?!
*Sheamus, filled with rage and inner-anger screams at the interviewer as he shakes uncontrollably until he literally picks the interviewer up*
[Interviewer:] I am sorry to interrupt you Mr. Sheamus, I just wanted to see what you are up to. The XWL Universe has wondered for weeks on where you have been and what you are currently doing. I mean, nobody has really said anything to you and you don't seem to come out into the ring as much as you used to. What can we expect from you in the future and what are your plans for your title hunt?
*Sheamus out of nowhere then picks the interviewer up holding his left hand onto the interviewer's neck as he slams him into a nearby wall, still clutching his hand onto the interviewer's throat as he yells into the microphone...*
[Sheamus:] What have I been doing? Hmmmmmm..... What have I been doing? Well, WHAT DO YOU THINK I HAVE BEEN DOING?! Do you think this entire time I've been in the locker room listening to One Direction, and watching My Little Pony, all day?! Seriously, if it's not from you it's form what you call the "XWL Universe". A universe? This isn't astronomy class, it's wrestling. Those people you call fans are a bunch of back-stabbing, no good, low-income families who watch me like a lion in a cage. Constantly they're wanting me to sign autographs, take pictures with them so that they feel better about themselves and post it on they're "social media" websites. Growing up in Ireland, I never had that. All I had for amusement was beating the arse out of random people who messed with me. And trust me a bunch of people have messed with me and have gotten they're teeth kicked in. You see the kids today don't realize how tough I had it growing up. They think that I had family connections in the wrestling industry and they assume that I just magically appeared here and didn't have to work for anything. But those people are totally wrong and they're idiots. I had to wrestle the tough streets of Ireland, from the time I was 15, to when I was 24 and then, after almost 10 years of fighting my way to the top I got into XWL. At first I was really enjoying myself meeting the other wrestlers but ever since I lost that #1 contenders match for the United States, title I have been angry. I have been angry for a very long time at not just who I lost that match to but with the whole show and business. Ranging from management to the pathetic fans. And now the only way I feel amusement is kicking someone's skull in until they bleed and drinking a pint of beer.
[Interviewer:] What are your title hopes for this year? Are you specifically going after one person or one title, or are you just going to randomly start fights with people?
[Sheamus:] Have you even watched me compete in the ring before? That's the question I want to ask YOU! Seriously what do you think I'm going to do. Oh, yeah I'm totally going to do things the "fair way and respectfully wait for an opportunity at a title. Hell, no I'm going to do whatever it takes to take a title away from a guy who doesn't deserve it. I don't care who it is, when people see me they better see a tough hard-nosed aggressive man ready to brawl his way to victory, ya feel me fella? You see when people look at me they often judge and assume things. When these people do that they jump to conclusions that I'm just a pissed-off old, red-haired ginger who drinks beer out of sorrow. No that is further from the truth my friend. What I am about, hell what my culture is about is not taking crap from anybody and sticking to your word. So to stick to my word I am going to become the best fighter in this company and when somebody looks at me the wrong way, oh boy they are in for a grave 6 feet under. I AM the best competitor and to all who are watching this right now if you don't believe me watch this...
*Sheamus then pushes the camera out of his face as the cameraman falls down and the camera breaks, Sheamus picks up the interviewer and throws him into the locker room crashing into shelf-cases and a brick wall. Following a brief commercial break, ending in a graphic hyping the #1 contenders Main-Event match featuring Ted DiBiase and former World Champion Dolph Ziggler, we switch gears and head backstage. Upon first glance we see one of XWL's most noteworthy divas, Layla standing by a few crates, taking her photo in a cutesy pose, she's one of XWL's most socially active divas as well and it appears we've caught her in the midst of interacting with the fans via a spree of photos. She notices us and smiles putting away her phone after typing a message to include with her pictures.
[Cameraman] Layla? We were wondering if we could get a word from you about last night.
[Layla] Last night? I....I really don't wanna talk about last night, I'm sorry, it's just, I'm trying to clear my head, you know like I told Paige to do earlier, and it's kind of hard to when everyone keeps bringing that up.
[Cameraman] It's just, you have to see why everyone is blaming you, right?
[Layla] Yes, I understand fully why they're pointing the finger at me, the problem is, it's just not true.
[Cameraman] But suddenly when Kaitlyn's nearing your record for longest reigning Divas Champion, you all of sudden are "reformed" and immediately try to get close to her.
[Layla] I said I don't wanna talk about this, I told Kaitlyn it wasn't me, and I told Hulk Hogan it wasn't me when he threatened to remove me from the Queen of the Ring tournament for being so devious and cruel. He didn't want someone like that to be anywhere near the Divas Championship, much less a tournament that would allow the winner to get a title shot.
[Cameraman] So you've been removed?
[Layla] No, Vickie came in at the end and vouched for me, telling Hulk it'd be wrong of him to take such extreme action with only hearsay as evidence.
[Cameraman] Vickie, the same Vickie that you supposedly got to suspend Kaitlyn? That doesn't really help your plea of innocence.
[Layla] You're right, it doesn't, but everyone's been so skeptical of me over the last few months anyways so it's not like it's anything new. I know my past has brought about all of this, and if I could change it I would, but I can't, so what am I supposed to do? I can't say I'm sorry enough. But I can say I didn't get Kaitlyn suspended, no matter who wants to believe me or not, it's the truth.
Just before the cameraman is able to respond to the question, the voices of two familiar divas can be heard laughing at Layla's previous statement. The divas walk over to the cameraman and Layla before clearing their throats and the camera finally reveals it to be Brie and Nikki, The Bella Twins, who are still laughing at Layla.
[Brie Bella]: It wasn't me Kaitlyn, it wasn't me, you just have to believe me.
[Nikki Bella]: I would never do anything to jeopardize your job, I would never do such a thing.
[Brie Bella]: Kaitlyn, please don't believe the rumors, I would never tell Vickie to suspend you, you're my friend. I was there for you when you faced Natalya.
[Nikki Bella]: I had your back no matter what and still do. . .
Nikki Bella then grabs the neck of Brie Bella, jokingly choking her, making fun of the situation that occured at Digital Decision after Kaitlyn's loss to MsChif.
[Brie Bella]:Stop Kaitlyn, stop!
[Nikki Bella]: Shut up! I know it was you telling Vickie that I was off my game, that I needed some time off, you're so deceiving! You probably made fun at how fat and ugly I was, even though it's true.
[Brie Bella]: Please, believe me Kaitlyn. I can't help but be so pathetic all the time.
After that small skit, Nikki lets go of her grip on Brie Bella and they look at Layla who is not amused at all.
[Nikki Bella]: Cut the crap Layla, we know it was you.
[Brie Bella]: Just tell the truth, we won't tell anyone.
[Nikki Bella]: Go on, let it out, tell the world it was you, tell them.
Layla's annoyance is more evident than ever, she didn't find that funny in the least bit, and it's only lead her to just roll her eyes and stare at them for a moment or two.
[Layla] You know it was me? I'm sorry I didn't realize you had any evidence, by all means, let's see it. Oh, wait, you don't, do you? Do you know why there isn't any evidence, because there is none. Because in spite of every single person that's accused me since last night, there has not been one single shred of proof that I was the one behind this.
[Layla] Furthermore, instead of stirring the pot, and trying to jump on the "Let's blame Layla for everything" bandwagon, you should be focusing on not being destroyed by Paige for the second night in a row, Nikki. Real talk, it doesn't matter what you do out there, the result will always be the same, us, being better than you. Because at the end of the day, talent trumps twits like you every time.
[Brie Bella]: You want to know why there is no evidence, Layla? Maybe it's because you hid all the evidence. All the video tapes from the cameras, you probably have them stashed somewhere, you're just that devious, it's pathetic.
[Nikki Bella]: And Layla, I have nothing to be worried about out there, Paige isn't a match for me. So what? I got counted out. Your point? Doesn't mean she's better than me, in fact, she's not better than me, I'm way better than her.
[Brie Bella]: I never agree with you, but talent, us, The Bella Twins, always trumps twits, you guys, The United Queendom. But anyways, stop trying to get off topic. We know what you did, trust me, we know everything that goes on in the back. You think there's no evidence? Well, I might bring to light, Nikki might do the same, you never know.
[Layla] Really now? You mean like that stunt you pulled with Kelly Kelly? Do you know she STILL won't talk to me after that. And you wanna call me devious, really? Because to me, that was a pretty downright pathetic in itself.
[Layla] So pathetic in fact that it pretty much says that you're capable of doing the same thing again, like say last night? How do I know it wasn't you two that were behind this whole thing? Now trying to pin it off on me because that's what people wanna believe, isn't it? That this is all an act, that I haven't changed, right? Sorry girls, but you're not going to put this on me, I'll tell you that much right now. So save your stupid mean girl tactics for someone that didn't practically write the whole damn book.
[Brie Bella]: Wait, so let me get this straight, we're the pathetic ones for giving someone what they deserve? I'm sorry but Kelly had it coming, I mean she's disrespected us in the past, it was only right that she got a taste of her own medicine. And don't blame us that she won't talk to you, trust me, it hurts me to talk to you now, you're so hideous and have bad taste in clothing and. . . let me take a breather. *Brie takes a deep breathe* I needed to calm myself down before I made you cry.
[Nikki Bella]: It's not our fault people see you as the devious Layla, you did just switch up your act out of nowhere, you can't be trusted.
[Brie Bella]: And as much as we don't like Kaitlyn, we wouldn't do that, we don't have time for her, and now that she's not champion anymore, we really don't care about her enough to do something like that.
[Nikki Bella]: You shouldn't be the one to call people pathetic, instead of fighting back, you got your ass handed to you, I'm sure everyone laughed, I know I did. You're quick to fight Brie and I but when Kaitlyn lays a hand on you, suddenly, you don't know how to fight back. Pathetic.
[Layla] She didn't know what she was doing....
[Brie Bella]: It sure looked like she did.
[Layla] Just like it sure looks like Nikki had one too many trips to the plastic surgeon's office, but she's "natural" right?
Layla's mood changes in an instant as she smirks while leaning forward and winking at Brie.
[Layla] The fact of the matter is ladies, I responded to Kaitlyn's breakdown the way a real friend would. She may not have noticed it at the time, but I know when she's back she'll appreciate that. And if I find out it was you, or that you put someone else up to it, I will make you pay, and that's a promise.
Brie and Nikki Bella look at one another wit a disappointed look and then look back at Layla.
[Brie Bella]: Layla, how old are you? Do you know what the real definition of a real friend is? Someone who looks out for you, someone who makes sure you're at your best, someone you can gossip with, real friends don't get their friends suspended at their jobs.
[Nikki Bella]: What don't you get? No one likes you. Kaitlyn has never liked you, that attack was inevitable. And while you're at it, get off my case about my breast, they're obviously real, you couldn't tell the difference between a real and fake friend, so how would you know the difference between real or fake breast?
[Brie Bella]: I'm not scared of you. . .
[Nikki Bella]: And I'm not scared of you. . .
[Brie Bella]: You're not going to make anyone pay. Trust me.
[Layla] Is that so? Because I haven't forgotten what happened on Breakdown, you think you can just humiliate me like that and get away with it? As far as I'm concerned, last night was only just the beginning, we made you suffer, and we left our mark in the form of bruises that even the best make up can't conceal. You're playing with fire girls, and if you're not careful, everything you hold dear, will go up in smoke. That includes your hopes of becoming Queen of the Ring Nikki, I wouldn't get so attached to the idea of it if I were you. It's cute to aspire to be something other than just a fake bitch, but at the end of it all, that's all you'll EVER be. It's like I said, you've messed with the wrong person, you think I'm not capable of making your lives hell just like I made so many others in the past? I might have seen the error of my ways, but that doesn't mean I can't tap into who I used to be to show you how it's done.
[Brie Bella]: So basically you're telling me that you can go back to your old ways at anytime?
[Nikki Bella]: And that you'll show us how to really be a bitch?
[Brie Bella]: You just proved that you're the fakest bitch out there Layla, there's no one that can top you and I'd like to compliment you on this act that you've tried to keep up for so long. Everything is the dark must come to the light.
[Nikki Bella]: We aren't fake bitches Layla, we're the realest, no one can be a bigger bitch than us. If anyone is messing with fire, it's you. It's like you enjoy the burning sensation.
[Brie Bella]: But look here Layla, I think I've had enough "fake" for the day, Brie and I better get going. Unfortunately, this isn't the last of you I'm guessing, but you know the deal, don't get in my way if you love those extensions of yours.
Brie and Nikki Bella are just about to walk off when they stop for a moment. . .
[Brie Bella]: I'm your friend Kaitlyn, why are you doing this?
[Nikki Bella]: You were never my friend, shut up.
[Brie Bella]: I was, I really was. I still am, believe me. Beat me up if you want, I'll still be your friend, I need one right now.
[Nikki Bella]: Layla, you're just a deceiving bitch, I know no one would want to be my friend.
Nikki Bella again starts to jokingly hit Brie as Brie yells "Ouch!" playfully as they walk off the scene and Layla doesn't look amused at all. She continues to glare into the direction they left in, but is soon snapped out of her almost trance like moment when the cameraman starts to speak.
[Cameraman] Uh, Layla? Care to comment?
[Layla] I've held my composure with those two long enough, if they wanna battle of the bitches, I'll give them just that. If anyone deserves to be added to my list of victims over the years, it's them. I regret everything of course, but they're so conceited, so arrogant, that the only thing that will get through their thick skulls, is if they find out what it's like on the other side of things.
[Cameraman] What does that mean?
[Layla] It means, it looks like I'm going to be digging back into my old bag of tricks, one last time.
She looks at the camera with gleam in her eye and a sudden smile before strutting away, leaving us to wonder what the former "bad girl" has in mind for her devious rivals

Our camera crew lead us backstage via the tron, where they seemed to have stumbled across a conversation between Alicia Fox and the Bella Twins.
[Alicia Fox]: I never thought I could be so sick of the color black in my entire life! But, I guess when somebody wears it out as much as she does.. You know? I mean really, she makes the Addams Family look like the Teletubbies.
Alicia shrugs and begins to laugh with the Bella Twins, Nikki and Brie, obviously poking fun at Alicia's heated rival Paige, and her slightly monotone wardrobe.
[Brie Bella]: I know right! It's bad enough that looking at her face might just kill you but you add on the fact that she loves wearing that same black attire, she's definitely a killer.
[Nikki Bella]: But I hope she doesn't think she's going to stop me from wearing my Louis Vuitton black-fitted dresses and clothing at XWL events because she's wearing it.
[Brie Bella]: Her clothes isn't even the worst part, I know you have seen her skin.
[Nikki Bella]: She's extremely pale. Some call her the female Sheamus but I like to call her Casper. Not only does she look like one but when people see her face, they scream and run.
[Brie Bella]: Either she needs to get a real tan instead of a cheap one at the tanning salon or maybe she needs to lay off the baby powder.
[Alicia Fox]: And she calls herself, the "Anti-Diva?" The only reason she would even be considered an Anti-Diva is because she couldn't qualify to be a real one in the first place. And don't even get me started on that Layla, talk about complete opposites. If I saw another ounce of spray tan on her, I think I just might have to call in the paparazzi and report a Snooki sighting!
[Nikki Bella]: You're so right, she couldn't even make the cut to be a real diva so many times, that's why you, Brie, and I have been here for a while.
[Brie Bella]: Layla's spray tan is atrocious, I've never seen something look so bad. I mean, if you wanted to be an oompa-loompa, she could have tried out to be one for Willy Wonka. Just saying. Why she even in this company? She can't even wrestle, the crowd doesn't even react to her, she's basically invisible to the people. But we have a good eye for ugly.
[Nikki Bella]:That's right, when we see ugly, we call people out on it. There's no way she thinks she can get away with those cheap extensions. I'm glad I was able to rip some out last night.
[Alicia Fox]: Unfortunately, I think any eye would be able to see all of that ugly. Speaking of which, I meant to congratulate the two of you last night!
[Brie andNikki Bella]: For what?
[Alicia Fox]: For being infinitely better than that sad excuse for a team, the "United Queendom!" Whatever that's all about. I'm just glad you two put her back in her place while I was gone. But now that I am back, they don't even stand a fraction of the chance. And as if my attack last night wasn't enough to put her away for good, I'm sure you two will finish the job tonight. Which reminds me, good luck Nikki, not that you're going to need it.
[Nikki Bella]: I'm glad someone realizes that our loss wasn't really a loss, we never lose in the end. Paige got what she deserved after that match, I'm glad you put her through that table. She walks around here like she's untouchable, unbeatable, she has some nerve to think that I don't stand a chance tonight. But guess what Paige? Wrong. I always win, The Bella Twins always win in the end.
[Brie Bella]: You're so right Alicia, we are infinitely better than those two jokes. First of all, what kind of name is that? The United Queendom? HA! Little girls, well little girl and an elderly lady like that, put the United Kingdom to shame. I would be so embarrassed to see these two represent my country.
[Alicia Fox]: Are you kidding? I'd rather be represented by Pee Wee Herman! Those two are a joke, they were a joke when they were "bad girls," and they're nothing more than a punchline now. They want us to believe they have changed? If you ask me, they're even more annoying now than they were before!
[Brie Bella]: I'm so glad we have so much in common. Layla and Paige can never be taken serious, they're complete jokes. But to be honest, Layla is the bigger joke in my opinion. Trying to be friends with just about anyone and that's why she got what she deserved at Digital Decision.
[Nikki Bella]: I'm kind of leaning more towards Paige being the bigger joke, probably because she's doesn't know what she's doing in that wrestling ring. I cringe every time I see her wrestle, tell me I'm not the only one?
[Alicia Fox]: Personally, I think they're equally horrible, but that's just me. You know, I even heard that Paige-
{???} Fox!
Suddenly, after being so rudely and abruptly interrupted, Alicia turns her head at the sound of her name, attempting to make out the spiteful and infuriated sounding yell
As Fox looks off camera in the direction of the voice, a very vengeful Anti-Diva known as Paige flies into the shot, taking down her Foxy rival. The cameraman staggers backwards, almost not expecting Paige to locate Fox this quickly. The Bellas look on, almost not sure if to intervene or if to let Fox fight her own battles. The seem to be conversing amongst themselves as Paige takes a hold of Fox's hair and slams her head on the floor. Fox holds the back of her head with her hands, in an attempt to cushion the blow. Just when it seemed like the Bellas would make their presence felt in this cat fight, obviously to aid Fox, Layla walks into the shot and tries to pull Paige off of Fox. She's seemingly unsuccessful, that is, until the Bellas enter the fray and simultaneously kick either of Paige's hands, forcing her to break her grip, and pull Fox to safety. Layla holds Paige back as a couple of security guards arrive on the scene, helping Layla hold Paige back as the Bellas hold back Fox. Paige is dragged backwards, shouting, “This isn't over, Fox!” A foxy smirk appears on the face of Alicia Fox, who mouths back, “Not by a long shot,” as she holds the back of her head before Redemption fades to a commercial break on that image.
*Redemption's returns to where we see the camera being handled in an abnormal way, with the scenery and the sleeve of the person holding it, the crowd immediately recognizes what we're about to see.*
*Right as the camera pans to his comrades we see Seth Rollins steps in front of the camera and begins to speak rather angrily.*
[Seth Rollins] Do you believe in us now? DO YOU? We did what we all said we were gonna do, at Digital Decision we told you that I was going to destroy Austin Aries, and not only did I destroy him physically, I destroyed him mentally. For now, he is our little bitch and that's not going to change now isn't it Austin?
Austin Aries ..............
[Seth Rollins] Answer me when I talk to you, boy!
Austin Aries Yes...
[Seth Rollins] Yes what?
Austin Aries Yes... Sir...
[Seth Rollins] Good. And as for the rest of the XWL "Universe" and roster, you better start believing or else we just might have to make you. We are the true brand of Justice, Honor, and courage and you worthless sheep are too absent minded to see it. For to long has this company been tainted with false campaigns of awakening when the only true revolution is in front of your eyes right now. Now open those eyes, we're not asking, we're telling you. Last year, I shocked the world by winning the King Of The Ring, and with Dean in the tournament as well, there is no reason for there not to be a King who wears our badge of honor. Believe That!
The three members of the shield walk away into the distance as the camera starts to lower towards the floor, another camera now pans over to show Aries holding the camera, looking into the lens. Aries closes the shutter on the camera before turning around, startled by who he sees.
Austin Aries … How long have you been standing there?
The camera pans over to show The Miz standing in front of Aries, blocking his way, his title draped over his shoulder.
Miz Long enough. Long enough to see how much you've changed since you came back. Not only did the attack they had you do on me prove it, but not taking my advice proved it aswell. I told you from the very start to do whatever it takes to win. I said don't respect your opponent because he sure as hell won't respect you. And what do you know. He didn't and neither did those cowards known as the shield as they held you down and allowed you to get pinned. When have you, Austin Aries, ever respected the authorities? And rules? Answer me that, not only was a disappointed when I saw you lose but I was shocked when you actually followed their orders and came out and attacked me. After you blatantly saw what I had gone through just minutes before.
Austin Aries Look, I'm not stupid, I knew that those three were going to pull something at Digital Decision, but after the year I've had, I told myself, I promised myself along with every member of the XWL Universe that I wasn't going to stoop down to their level... and even though I lost the match the way that I did, they forced me to break my promise... So you might have a point, I should have fought fire with fire. I regret it, I wish I could go back and do it again, but I can't and now those three have me at their every beck and call. Mike I know that you're angry wtih me and you have every right to be, but I can't get out of this, there's just no way, if I didn't do what they told me to last night, I would be in breach of contract and I'd lose my job. As much as you mean to me, this job means a hell of a lot more and I just can't afford to lose it again. I'm sorry that I had to do what I did, I really am, but I didn't have a choice.
Miz I do know what you mean and I believe you when you say you would change the way you approached that match if you could. But it's not to late to change your approach to this situation now. You say you wanted to be friends with the XWL universe, but you have to think, what good comes from that? What have they ever done for you and what has ever been a benefit because of them? Nothing, in this company you have to be out for yourself or you won't be successful. If you're not given what you want you take it. Look at me for example. I have this worthless title over my shoulder and come Supremacy I'll have the United States title on my other shoulder. Throughout that match Sabin risked his health and took chances to put on a good show to the XWL universe when he could of used that time to try and win. And look just what happened there. I may of received some stick for claiming the X with the use of a ladder but people can complain all they want, because I got what I wanted and I have my title shot next month. That's how you get the job done Austin.
Austin Aries I almost ruined my career making those kind of decisions. You might be able to go out there, kick someone in the nuts while the referee's distracted and then rob the victory away from them, but I'm just not comfortable with that, even if there is a title at stake. Like tonight, I have the opportunity of a lifetime in the King of the Ring, I have the chance to become the number one contender to the World Championship, I see that as my only option to get out of the situation I'm in right now, but I'm not about to go and screw Amazing Red out of the victory with cheap tactics because I simply don't need to. I know that I have the ability to get to the end of this tournament, and I can see myself sitting on that throne at the end of the stage. That's why I don't need to play dirty, I believe in myself and clearly the XWL Universe believe in me too.
Miz Well Austin it's funny, because we all go through similar phases, but it won't be long until you realize the truth. Sometimes it's harder to see whats right in front of you. And lucky for you, you know that when you soon realize that what I've been saying is true, I'll still be here waiting to accept your apology so we can move on and take this company by storm like we were meant to.
Miz taps Aries on the shoulder before walking away down the hall. The Camera focuses in on Aries as he mulls over Miz's words. The segment comes to an end, heading to a commercial break.

{Brian Kendrick's new theme song hits the stage as the fans boo. They remember what he did just twenty four hours ago, but for those of you who don't, we'll give you a quick refresher. About a month ago this all began with TBK taking Yoshi's beloved action figure. There's been some encounters since then and some action between the two, but last night Yoshi had his shot to retrieve his action figure from Kendrick. It was going to be a pole match where Tatsu would ascend to the top of the turnbuckle, grab the figure, and be reunited with his best friend. But that simple plan didn't go over as well as Tatsu would have liked when it was Brian Kendrick who walked away from last night with the action figure.}
{Now that we've had ourselves some history, we zoom back to the present time. Kendrick is walking through the curtains wearing what appears to be some pretty casual attire. Guess he's not in a very serious mood at the moment, but either way, he's got on himself a long sleeve shirt with some funky little designs on it accompanied with some jeans; not too shabby. Brian walks down the ramp and it appears he's pretty pleased with what he's been doing lately. Kendrick reaches himself to the bottom of the ramp and takes a nice little slide right into the ring. Of course he came prepared, as always, with a microphone and is ready to speak his wisdom.}
{{Brian Kendrick}} As you see, I stand before all of you, not in shame, as if shame exists in my realm, but in what the common people would call righteousness. What do I call it? I call it justice being served. Yoshi Tatsu is an ignorant man who fails to enlarge his wisdom of the true ongoings of society and would rather associate himself with an action figure than transform himself into a worthy asset of society. Unfortunately for all of us, I wasn't able to send this man away from the company to continue spreading my justice, but I do still have the key to having him in my control.
{{Brian Kendrick}} That's right, I beat Yoshi Tatsu last night and I kept his action figure in my possession. With this, a fool like Yoshi would bow down to any command I gave him to get it back. And not only do I have this action figure to show you all, but an impressive resume as well. I have two victories over Yoshi Tatsu and one over Seth Rollins. Now, may I remind you of this month's theme? The King of the Ring tournament. Seth Rollins and Yoshi Tatsu, both of whom I've defeated and one of whom I've defeated twice, have been considered by the higher-ups to be worthy of an appearance in this "prestigious" tournament. However, the man who seeks and desires nothing but justice has been left out. Is this justice?
{{Brian Kendrick}} It was not justice at all. But there was a reason and I will tell you that reason. The superiors know that I am onto them because although they're evil, they are intelligent men. They know that myself and Paul London have seen all that is dark and all that is light, we have separated the both and brought ourselves to terms with their respective meanings. The management seeks for us to have a setback, they seek for my mouth to cease running, but my mouth won't allow itself to stop. I have long since stopped controlling my own mouth, but the outer forces have taken control, giving out the information that is needed to be given out rather than my personal desires.
{{Brian Kendrick}} I preach only good morals yet I'm portrayed as a villain. I provide only quality matches yet I'm portrayed as a man who is supposed to be losing. I win all of my matches yet I'm not given deserved opportunities. The man certainly has set out to destroy me and I will not stand by and allow for it to take place. Men like Yoshi Tatsu, these company men who only fill the role that they're asked to, they're the reason for these crimes. They're the reason that none of these unjust acts are ever justified and it is for that reason that I've decided to put a stop to the man that is Yoshi Tatsu. I'm only a sole man and I'm taking on an army of men. I'm taking on the whole corporation. And to do so, I must start from the bottom and work my way up to battle the head of this industry. And if you ask me, I've certainly started at the bottom by choosing Yoshi Tatsu. So Yoshi, why don't you come on out here and defend yourself, but do not worry, I am a peace loving man, so unlike the common portrayal of my character, I won't ambush you, I don't have something up my sleeve, I just want to talk.
{After a few seconds Yoshi Tatsu's theme begins to play and the crowd starts to cheer for him. Yoshi Tatsu eventually walks out from the back and he doesn't have any emotion on his face. You can almost compare the look Yoshi has on his face to the look a zombie has on it's face. He has a microphone in his hand and he stops walking on the ramp. He turns around so that his back faces Brian Kendrick and he stays that way. He waits a few seconds before raising the microphone to his mouth and to begin talking.}
Yoshi Tatsu: At Digital Decision, early in the match I had the chance to win and get back my best friend Yoshi Tatsu. But I decided that I would be able to make Brian Kendrick pay for what he has done to both of us over the past month. I thought I would be able to kick him in the head a few more times for Yoshi and then be able to get back my best friend, and for that Yoshi I want to say that I'm sorry. I know that you're somewhere watching this right now and I just want you to know that I was just angry, and that fighting Brian wasn't more important to me, but I just wanted to fight him first, then come and get you down so that we could both enjoy it later in the night.
{Yoshi Tatsu then turns around so that he is facing Brian Kendrick and then he goes down to the ring. He walks to the steel steps and then he walks up them. He goes in between the top and middle ropes and then he stops there on the opposite side of the ring as Brian Kendrick.}
Yoshi Tatsu: You callled me out here for what Brian Kendrick? I was back there getting ready for my King of The Ring match and you decided you wanted to talk to me. Did you want to rub it into my face that you beat me at Digital Decision? Did you want to get into my head before my match tonight because I can promise you that it's not going to happen. Maybe you even decided to bring me out here to give me another shot at getting my best friend back but I highly doubt that. So please Kendrick, explain yourself.
{Yoshi Tatsu lowers the microphone as he waits for Brian Kendrick to respond.}
{{Brian Kendrick}} No explanation is needed. Your feeble attempt at regaining your friend last night amused me enough that, indeed, I do want to give you another chance. I'm ahead of you in the mental game right now because, as you can see, all I had to do was ask and you complied with my wishes. You didn't have to come out here, you're in the King of the Ring tournament, Yoshi, you've got bigger and better things to do. I'm just lonely little Brian Kendrick standing out into the ring. If you were any bit as much of a great man as you'd like these people to be, then I doubt you'd have even been listening to me out here. You do know the store sells tons of action figures, right? There's more than one.
{{Brian Kendrick}} You know as well as I do why you're out here; you're out here, because I want you to be out here. And Yoshi, one final thing if I may, you may have thought that you had the match won, but you never did. You see, you lack the ability to see clearly through both the past, present, and future. My plan was well thought out. I ensured that you wouldn't have it in you to end the match, I ignited the desire within you to hunger and thirst for revenge; you wanted to destroy me to quench your own desire. I set you into that trap, you were nothing more than a piece in the game of checkers to me, and you never will be. You are my stepping stone towards the corporations, and that is all that you are. To reach them, I must first destroy you. And I'm pretty confident when I say this, but last night I took a large chunk out of your spirits by defeating you and keeping your friend hostage... in a match that you never could have won. From the moment the bell rang, you were just going to keep on fighting, and never once would you have pulled down the action figure. In essence, Yoshi, I defeated you before I even lifted a finger to you.
{It's now Kendrick's turn to lower his mic down and allow Yoshi to speak on his behalf.}
Yoshi Tatsu: No Kendrick, the store does not sell Yoshi Tatsu's. The thing that you took from me is a person, he is not a piece of plastic. What if I took Paul London? You can't just go to the store and buy a new Paul London because they don't sell best friends at the store. You might just see the thing that you stole as an action figure but I can promise you that it isn't an action figure. The talks that me and Yoshi Tatsu have had during my time here can confirm that he is not an action figure and that he is a real person. I came out here because while the King of The Ring is important, getting my best friend back is even more important. Don't get me wrong, it's the chance of a lifetime but a best friend will stay with me even when this part of life is over. I didn't come out here because you told me to come out here, I came out here to get another shot at getting Yoshi Tatsu back. If you didn't offer to give me another chance at my friend, I would have made you give me another shot at my friend.
Yoshi Tatsu: If you had me beat in the last match, then you're not going to have me beat in the next match. I'm learning your tricks Brian, and I'm not going to fall for it again. While you may have got in my head during the pole match, I'm not going to let you get in my head during the next match we have. I'm going to get my best friend back no matter what it takes the next time that I have the opportunity. So Brian, what did you have in mind for our next match since it seems like you already had this planned?
]{Yoshi Tatsu once again lowers his mic as he waits for Brian Kendrick's response.}
{{Brian Kendrick}} Yoshi, I hate to tell you, but once I'm in your head, I don't leave. I've gotten in their once and if you were a wise man you'd realize it'll be no issue for me to get in there again. However, you're right, the store doesn't sell Yoshi Tatsu's. Stores want to make a profit so why would they ever sell a Yoshi Tatsu? They actually sell things that people will buy. And Yoshi, you can learn my tricks all that you want, you can study me, you can think that you know what I'm doing next, but that won't help you. Because you see, I don't act in my own, I'm one who has synchronized his efforts with all that is. I've never beaten you, I've allowed you to beat yourself. Not once have I made a mistake against you, not once have you had me in fear of the possibility I may lose, but each time you look at me you see a man who you can't defeat. Yoshi, you say that this action figure is more important than the King of the Ring to you?
{Yoshi nods and Kendrick pauses another second before leaning into the mic for dramatic effect.}
{{Brian Kendrick}} Well, haven't I got the proposition just for you then! If you lose to Daniel Bryan tonight, then next week live on Breakdown I'll give you Yoshi Tatsu back. I'm giving you the chance to get your "best friend" back that you wanted, so why don't you take it? The choice is yours.
{Yoshi Tatsu looks at Brian Kendrick and his zombie like face turns into a combination of sadness and anger.}
Yoshi Tatsu: You mean... I have to give up the chance of becoming the King of The Ring? I can't say no to you because I have to get my best friend back. But I can't just let Daniel Bryan have the win without even trying to win the match. This is a once in a lifetime chance that I'm getting and you want to just take it away from me. I'm sure Yoshi Tatsu would want me to at least try to beat Daniel Bryan and try to make it to the King of The Ring Finals. But I don't want him to be stuck with you if I do beat Daniel tonight. I don't know what to do. I just wish that Yoshi was out here so he could tell me what to do.
{Yoshi Tatsu puts his hands up to his face and covers his eyes for a few seconds while he thinks. Then he removes his hands from his face.}
Yoshi Tatsu: I don't think that Yoshi would want me to give up a chance at being King of The Ring to get him back, and I don't think I would ever be able to forgive myself if I just give up the opportunity that might change my career in XWL forever. There has to be some other way that I can get him back Brian.
{Yoshi Tatsu starts to show that he's nervous seeing as how he may have just given up the chance to get his best friend back.}
{{Brian Kendrick}} Well Yoshi, you just proved everything I've said right. You told the people that your "best friend" meant more to you than the King of the Ring ever could; you did. But now that you had the chance to choose between the two it was clear where your allegiance was held. You're not devoted to that action figure; you're just as selfish as I've said you are. You only play with that action figure to try and gain the fan's approval and try to further yourself within this company, but now that you think you can do it without that as your leverage, you've abandoned it. Yoshi, you're not getting another shot at your action figure because you've proved you don't really want it. Would you care to rethink your decision to try and defeat Daniel Bryan?
Yoshi Tatsu: If I have to give up my King of The Ring match to get Yoshi Tatsu back, then that's what's going to have to happen. I said that Yoshi Tatsu was more important to me than the King of The Ring match because he is more important. If this is what you wanted, then you win. You didn't get the chance in the King of The Ring tournament, and I'm not getting the chance either. But Brian, I know things that you might do, and if you don't give Yoshi Tatsu back to me if I lose tonight, then you're going to regret ever trying to do this to me.
{Yoshi Tatsu drops lowers the microphone as he waits for a response from Brian Kendrick.}
{{Brian Kendrick}} Hold on a second there Yoshi, I already know you're not good enough to beat Daniel Bryan on your own. So the only way that you're getting your action figure back is if I judge that you weren't trying in your match. And Yoshi Tatsu? Yoshi Tatsu will be in a very safe place until next week... I can assure you of that.

Just let Yoshi Tatsu know for me, that next week he's finally coming back home to where he belongs.
