*Breakdown returns back from a brief commercial break and we see Michelle McCool mic in hand. The expression on her face says it all. Her minds so full of many thoughts. Namely that of fear for the safety of her former "partner" Evan. Michelle sighs and looks around at the crowd who sits silent before slowly raising her microphone to speak.*



Michelle
As y’all can plainly see I’m not in the best of moods. Why? Well it’s quite simple. Last week I was supposed to face off against Sean Vincent in a match of MsChif’s choice and MsChif was supposed to face Evan in one of my own. For a while I thought I had ultimately one-upped her y’all. But, sadly, I was wrong. Little did I know MsChif would decide to torment and tease me throughout all the match. What happened in the end? Little ole MsChif was up to her nasty little tricks. Just like what happened to me many months ago, the man I once loved had vanished into thin air, no thanks to this crazy woman. Look, I know y’all are out there somewhere MsChif and I know you’re watching this but, Hun please, don’t hurt him. He didn’t do any of this to you. It was me. It’s me you want. I’m the one who hired Sean Vincent. I’m the reason you’ve been tormenting Vickie. It was all me MsChif. I know y’all don’t think I’ve changed but, please, MsChif don’t do anything y’all are gonna regret. As even though I don’t want to have to harm you. I’ll do so if it means keeping the ones I love safe.

*Michelle goes to speak again when suddenly...*

Darkness.

*Suddenly the whole room has been covered in a thick sheet of black and people can barely see their hands in front of their faces much less Michelle McCool inside of the ring. Soon the blackness is replaced by a green that illuminates the arena and Michelle can be seen in the ring in the same spot she was in before the lights went out. For now she remains unharmed and for now MsChif remains unseen… but how long will either last? The people are cheering for MsChif though the sound isn’t as loud as it usually is. They loved the way MsChif goes after the “queen bees” of the company, but Michelle isn’t like the rest, and the rivalry between the two has split the crowd because they both have done some bad things, Michelle in hiring Sean Vincent and MsChif in using Evan Bourne to taunt Michelle emotionally.*

*Michelle stands frozen lifeless in the ring not moving one inch. Not speaking one word. She knows what’s about to happen. Which, for her sake, she hopes it’s the farthest thing from what she’s thinking. Michelle goes to speak another time when suddenly loud music fills through the arena.*



MsChif
Onto your parade the torrential downpour refuses to cease,
the days are now everlasting as your life becomes a tragedy.
A woman whose nights no longer bring a feeling of peace,
while her prince is dangled now in the face of peril helplessly.

*The music fades away and although the green still covers the arena, Michelle raises her microphone back up to her mouth and gets ready to speak until she’s cut off by a sound.*



*Suddenly MsChif appears on the titantron and it’s a gruesome scene as she’s seated on the ground with an unconscious Evan Bourne in her lap. He’s a complete and bloody mess and the camera cuts back over to Michelle and even though her face is distorted a bit by the green lighting, you can still make out the look of horror on her face. MsChif looks down at Bourne in her lap and strokes his hair that had been matted down by his blood. She finally looks up and stares right at Michelle and when MsChif sees the look on her rival’s face a smirk appears on her own. When MsChif begins to speak the camera zooms in on her face so that the people are not forced to stare at Bourne throughout the duration of the segment.*



MsChif
Look at him Michelle, it’s almost like he’s sleeping. Do you blame yourself for what happened to him, Michelle? Do you blame yourself for letting things escalate to the point where he had to get dragged into this? Do you regret ever thinking that you could play the game of revenge better than I can? From the moment you sent Sean Vincent after me, from the moment you thought you could intimidate me you sentenced your life to a downfall and now I’m going to sentence your soul to an eternity or torment of torture. You may think that you don’t deserve this, but people don’t just change their ways just because they say that they do. When I look at you I don’t see the sweet and innocent Michelle McCool that you’ve tried to get these people to see you as. When I take a look at you I see the woman who plagued this league with Layla making everyone’s life miserable and now it’s time for the comeuppance you should have had months ago.



MsChif
And don’t worry, I’m not singling you out, Michelle. You didn’t act alone and you won’t have to suffer alone. It’s only a matter of time before I set my sights on your flawless other half and when that game begins I hope it’s as fun as this one has been. But I handle things one person at a time. That way I can savor each individual scream, beg for mercy and drop of blood for as long as I desire. There’s no time for you to feel sorry for Evan because in due time you’ll be in his shoes and you don’t deserve anything less. When I sent you away in the darkness I gave you the chance to prove to me that you changed your ways, but just like Paige, you regressed back to your old ways, just for a second… but it was more than enough to see that lurking beneath that fake smile is the woman who doesn’t care about anybody but herself.

*MsChif finishes speaking and the camera darts to Michelle whom on the verge of tears tries to calm herself and hesitantly raises her microphone only to speak ever so quietly.*



Michelle
MsChif, y… y… you got it all wrong Hun. Evan had nothing to do with this. Do you hear me?! NOTHING. I know how hard this is going to be for you to believe, seeing that what I did to you was wrong but, MsChif I honestly wasn‘t thinking. I was angry and upset that I was the one assaulted even if by accident. So when you cut the lights off I did the only thing I thought I could do. Run. I know that may be hard for y‘all to hear but, for once in my life, I just had to get away. I see the type of person you are Hun. I see reflections of myself in you. So yes, I have said I‘ve changed and I may have had a small slip up but, that‘s all it ever was. If y‘all really want to torture me then go right ahead but leave them out of it. Whether that be Evan, Vickie, or even my former BFF Lay. Who, quite frankly, I never gave enough credit to the amazing things she‘s done. It‘s my fault and mine alone. If you want to really get your hands on me and make me suffer how about we do this in the Money In The Bank match. I know what y‘all are thinking. The object of that match is to get the briefcase. That‘s just it y‘all, I don‘t even care anymore, you want a fight and I‘m gonna give you one and that.. That‘s real talk!

*Michelle lowers her microphone and stares intensely into MsChif’s eyes eager to see what she has to say.*



MsChif
That would be great, Michelle, but it’s never that simple. This money in the bank match is much bigger than our rivalry and it’s bigger than the egos of Madison Eagles and Brie Bella, who have both fallen victim to me. It’s about that case hanging high above the ring and inside it lies the opportunity of a lifetime, at least for the three of you. If Vickie wasn’t afraid of what I’d do to her champion, I’d be competing against her at Final Stand. Instead I’m in this match where I’ll do everything in my power to ensure that your dreams don’t come true. For the rest of your lives after your careers spiral downwards you’ll be tormented by the question : “What if I had won?” Sure our paths will cross during the match, Michelle, and with so many weapons within arm’s reach you will get hurt, there’s no doubt about that. But my goal is to make sure that the other two don’t feel left out. There will be enough pain for all to agonize through, your screams will provide the soundtrack for the night and your blood will stain the canvas. Final Stand will be a failure if everyone doesn’t resemble this…

*The camera zooms out to show the bloodied Evan Bourne still being pet by MsChif who looks down at him and smiles. Then her head jerks upwards and she locks eyes with Michelle who gasped seeing Evan like that again, but then the anger at what MsChif has done returns, and the frustration that there’s nothing she can do for Evan right now. All Michelle can do now is channel all her emotions at Final Stand and focus on giving MsChif what she feels she deserves. MsChif picks up Bourne’s limp arm and uses his hand to wave goodbye to Michelle and the titantron fades to black and that may be the last time the two see each other before the big match.*

*However, they won’t be alone in a ring that will also be occupied by Madison Eagles and Brie Bella. The four women will go to war to win the right to challenge for the Divas Championship whenever they please. They’ll be willing to give it their all, and utilize everything at their disposal to incapacitate their competition so they can make the climb to glory. There can only be one winner, one woman who will be poised to shake things up in the divas division, while the other three will be forced to figure out where they’ll take their career after a disappointing showing.*

*That woman could very well be Michelle McCool who somberly trudges up the ramp after that emotional confrontation with her tormentor. Her mind has to be filled with nothing but images of Bourne laying helplessly like that in the clutches of MsChif as The Soul’s Tormentor took mind games to a new level. Michelle could stick it to MsChif and win that Money in the Bank match and become MsChif’s champion somewhere down the road, or she can be overwrought by her emotions and end up clawing her way back up from the bottom after Final Stand.*

*For both women, this rivalry could lead to their downfall allowing Eagles or Brie to walk away with the win. MsChif and Michelle will no doubt be constantly looking over their shoulders to watch the movement of the other, and such distractions will hurt more than help. Brie will be eager to become champion for the second time after a reign that ended sooner than she would have liked, while Eagles will seek to prove why she considers herself to be number one in the world.*

*The case will be anyone’s to win, and looking at Michelle McCool standing on the stage as some people cheer for her, Final Stand could be the night that rejuvenates her career.*

Kaitlyn vs. Madison Rayne

Back and forth match between Madison Rayne and Kaitlyn, each Diva managing to get a good bit of offense in. Madison Rayne comes close to putting the Divas Champion away a few time but in the end, Kaitlyn manages to set Madison Rayne in position for her Reverse DDT. Kaitlyn drops her and connects! She goes for the pin. 1...2....3....

Winner:

[Samoa Joe] AJ, you really don't know what you're getting yourself into, do you? You seem like you're unaware of what exactly is going to be hitting you at Final Stand, what's going to be hitting you at Final Stand is a little thing called reality. You said that I've set myself up with the dream debut match right? Well you're wrong. My dream debut match in XWL would be against someone I respect, this isn't just a match for me AJ. This is a statement that I'm going to make at your expense and nothing more. XWL needs to see what Samoa Joe is made of and they will, when your blood hits the mat that is the sign that Samoa Joe has arrived. You're trying to tell me that Final Stand will be a nightmare? The real nightmare in XWL is AJ Styles thinking he can push people around when the fact is he can't survive on his own.



[Samoa Joe] You've been around the block here before, won a title or two, then just disappeared as always because you're not deserving of it. You think you do, you think you're wrestling royalty! When the truth is you need to rely on someone like Dean Ambrose causing a stir to get people to notice AJ Styles for once. You use Dean Ambrose as a platform to gain attention but you use him as a shield, he's your backup because when you're on your own you're harmless. And I'm going to prove all of this at Final Stand. You're ungrateful, AJ. You've been given opportunity after opportunity and dropped the ball time and time again! And how many opportunities have I been given in XWL? One. That's all I need because I'm not a choke artist like AJ Styles.



[Samoa Joe] I hope you're 100% come Final Stand, I know I'll be. I'm as focused as ever and I hope you are too or else you're a deer in the headlights. At Final Stand Samoa Joe is going to solidify his spot in XWL. AJ, at Final Stand Joe is going to hurt you, Joe is going to break you.. and at Final Stand, Joe is gonna KILL YOU!



*Joe smirks and glares into the camera as the screen fades out to a commercial.*

[Jr]: Well king what an interesting night we’ve had tonight. We heard from Velvet sky twice and Madison Rayne. What do you think about what those two had to say to Mickie James.

[King]: Well Jr it was very interesting. I don’t think Madison stands a chance against Mickie but what Madison said tonight she is right. Mickie has a lot put on the line. Her career could be ended and if that is so she won’t be able to put that Velvet sky in her place. And I think that Velvet might go all the way because she is more aggressive then she was before.

[Jr]: Speaking of Velvet and Madison it looks like they are getting ready to leave the arena.



Cameras go backstage and shows Velvet and Madison getting on a bike and taking off.



CRASH!!!!!!!

Cameras rush to the scene to come across Velvet and Madison hitting Mickie James with the bike and taking off.



[Backstage Worker]: Mickie!!! Mickie!!!!!! Are you ok? Can you hear me? Help someone call the medics.

Fades to commercial.

Divas Match


Nikki Bella vs. Layla

And the music of the Bella Twins play much to Layla's dismay. Nikki Bella rolls into the ring as the referee lifts the arm of Brie Bella, who he mistakens for Nikki Bella. Nikki Bella jumps up on Brie and they hug each other in the ring as Layla watches in the other corner, with her hand placed on her head.



[Jerry "The King" Lawler]: Oh the trickery!

[Jim Ross]: Those darn Bellas, switched right behind the back of the referee.

[Michael Cole]: You two act like you've never seen Brie and Nikki switch before. I like Layla but she should've been smarter.

[Jim Ross]: Layla practically had the victory, I feel sorry for her.

[Michael Cole]: You two make the biggest deal out of everything, it's just a singles match with no stings attached.

[Jerry "The King" Lawler]: Oh shut Cole. The point is Brie never had to intefere in this match, it was a singles match, not a handicap. Rules are rules.

The referee raises the hand of both Brie and Nikki this time and after a while Nikki snatches her hand from the referee and she runs over to the corner Layla is still in and imitates her. She screams out "FLAWLESS!" and proceeds to bow gracefully, as Layla would do.



Nikki Bella turns her back and Layla, fuming from the loss, runs and pounces on Nikki Bella. She starts to hit Nikki with a series of punches and slaps obviously angry at the loss and this might have not been the best thing to do as Brie immeadiately goes to work on Layla. Brie kicks Layla in the back and drags her off Nikki by the hair. Brie continues to hold her but Layla kicks Briea in the gut. Layla goes for a crossbody but before she can actually jump off, Nikki grabs her down by the hair and slams her down into the mat.

[Jim Ross]: What a vicious move by Nikki Bella!

[Jerry "The King" Lawler]: Layla is going to need a lot of asprin tonight.

Brie and Nikki both pick Layla's lifeless body up and Brie locks her arms from the back. Nikki attempts to hit a spinning back kick on Layla, which she hits at a much slower rate than Layla, but it's still a bit effective. Nikki then waits a minute and tell Brie to watch this. Nikki says "Look at me, I'm the two time Diva Of The Year", runs to the ropes and attempts to do the springboard crossbody that Layla usually does, but suddenly, Layla pushes Brie away and shoves Nikki out of the ring and she takes a big splash to outside. Despite not being a fan favorite, Layla certainly gets a minor pop from the fans.

[Michael Cole]: And it looks like Layla might be back in this.

[Jim Ross]: What a tenacious showing from Layla.

Layla turns around to deal with Brie however, Brie Bella hits Layla with a gut kick and she holds Layla in a DDT hold. She twist her around into a neckbreaker hold and screams "FLAWLESS!" before dropping down and hitting Layla with her own Layout. Brie Bella drops to the ground and put a L sign by her foreheads, obviously directing it towards Layla. She rolls out the ring and picks Nikki up off the ground. She makes sure her twin sister is alright and both Brie and Nikki begin to walk backwards, smiling, up the ramp as they watch Layla's body on the canvas. Nikki bows yet again as Brie claps at the damage they've done, they don't even show the slightest ounce of remorse. Their smiles get even bigger when they hear the theme of. . .








"The Glamazon" Beth Phoenix's music begins to play. Sure enough, on cue, Phoenix herself appears at the top of the ramp. Layla who has just started to slowly rise to her feet freezes in pure fear. A feeling of dejavu clearly runs through her mind as she observes the towering figure of Phoenix getting ever nearer. No doubt images of Beth's attack a few weeks ago are running through her head. Her eyes widen and the colour drains from her face as her hated rival edges closer and closer. The contrast between the two is great. Phoenix looks as menacing as ever with a fire of intent burning in her eyes, and appears to be full of confidence as she eyes up her prey. Layla on the other hand, appears to be almost shaking in fright.

[Jim Ross]: It's Beth Phoenix! As if this night couldn't get any worse for Layla!

[Jerry "The King" Lawler]: First the Bellas now Beth, it's a terrible night to be the two time Diva of the Year!

[Michael Cole]: What's she doing out here?! How can someone allow this woman to come out here like this?!

As Beth climbs on the ring apron, Layla screams out and starts to scarper towards the ring ropes to make a quick exit. Beth notices this and quickly enters the ring and dives for Layla's leg. She just about misses it, and Layla slumps to the mats on the outside before moving faster than anyone has ever seen away from the ring.

[Jerry "The King" Lawler]: She got out of there quicker than comes up with excuses!

[Michael Cole]: Hey!

[Jim Ross]: Here comes security, and not a second late!

Suddenly, dozens of security guards appear and rush towards the ring. They pass the British minx who stops her abrupt exit to watch them as they swarm around Phoenix and prevent her from leaving the ring. Layla reacts to his by breaking into a wide grin. She starts to mock Beth, knowing that The Glamazon is in no position to get to her now.



Beth is clearly angered and calls for a microphone.



[Beth Phoenix]
What the hell is this huh Layla? Is this your fan club? You actually have fans? Are you afraid of me Layla? You think these guys are going to stop me? They can't follow you everywhere, 24 hours a day. I will get you Layla. I won't be happy until I see you laid up in a hospital bed, the very same way you left me. But trust me, you'll be a WHOLE lot worse...

Infuriated by this whole situation Layla shoves the security behind her aside, snatches Justin's microphone from his hands, then pushes back through them taking her position near the barricade, but with a good position to address Beth.



[Layla]
Shut up! Just shut up already! You know you've got a lot of nerve coming after me, for months it's been the same story, you wanting to take me out, but how has that turned out for you, huh? Answer that, Beth! You can't, can you? Because the very thing you promised to do to me, I did to you. I bet that angers you, doesn't it? To know that Uprising wasn't the end for me, but it ALMOST was for you...which begs the question, are you just stupid, or do you secretly want me to end what you've called a "career." That's it isn't it, you know just like all of these people know deep down, that you'll never have that defining moment that truly makes it all worth while, and so you want a way out, you want a way to call it quits without having to say those very words...just admit it!



[Beth Phoenix]
You know what Layla? You're right. I actually agree with you for once. I haven't had a defining moment in XWL... YET. It's funny that you're standing there trying to make me feel small and insignificant, when my defining moment will come at your expense... because you see... my defining moment will take place when you're no longer in XWL after I injure you and hurt you in ways you never thought possible. People will look back on our little rivalry and remember the dominance and ruthlessness of the Glamazon as she ended the career of the spoilt little bitch who has ruined the Divas division for years. With justice finally served and with you out of the picture, people will remember how I then went on to be the longest reigning and most successful Divas Champion in XWL history. That's right Layla. I'll better your record, and there won't be anything you can do about it. You'll be too busy nursing your injuries or trying to stay comfortable in your wheelchair.

Instead of getting annoyed at Beth's threat, she just arrogantly grins as her microphone raises up.

[Layla]
You? Better my reign? LET ALONE, actually beat it? Beth, really it's cute seeing you "reach" for the stars, but it's time you come to the realization, that me? I'm a star, the biggest star this division has EVER and WILL ever see...and you? You're lucky to actually be in the books as a former champion, because that's the only way anyone will ever remember your name.



[Beth Phoenix]
We'll see about that. Why don't you call off your lapdogs and get in this ring right now and we'll see who's name these fans remember after tonight...

The crowd roar in approval of Beth's challenge.



[Layla]
Not so fast Beth, you're not getting off that easy...I know what'll happen if I so much as put one foot in that ring, you'll attack me before I even get a chance to properly enter, unlike your previous foes? I'm not stupid. You stand there inviting me in the ring, these people lap it up because they buy into your little act, but not me. I see right through you...oh sure you look big, you act tough, you try to prove you're this threat to me, but there isn't a single woman in this division that could follow through with the bold statements you've made. I'm not just starting out, I've been here since the very beginning, and when you got here and won the Women's Championship at Final Stand months after my arrival, you actually had me fooled.



[Layla]
You dethroned Melina, you made a statement that didn't have to be explained through words...but the real Beth Phoenix, the same one standing in that ring showed up just weeks after, when you LOST that title to the biggest disgrace of them all, Kelly Kelly...How does it feel knowing you were the reason for the decline of the division? While I'm XWL's original diva, you're XWL's original failure, and that's as REAL as Real Talk gets.



[Beth Phoenix]
So what? I'll be the first to admit I'm not perfect. Neither are you. I've made mistakes. But unlike you Layla, I've learnt from them. When was the last time I was on the receiving end of an embarrassing upset? But you on the other hand, just a few short months ago... you lost your precious Divas title and had your "historic" reign cut short by Kana... Kana, of all people! Someone who has barely uttered a word and wrestled a handful of times in XWL... your reign was ended in the most embarrassing way which is fitting because that's what you are. You're an embarrassment to hard working women like me who try their hardest to make a name for themselves in this business, while you come in, dressed up all nice and pretty on the back of a failed cheerleading and modeling career and think you own the place? Then you lie and cheat your way to capturing the title that means so much to women like me, and you retain it time and time again with your scheming ways. You're a disgrace Layla. You always have been, and you always will be. It's about time someone stood up to you and put an end to it. And that someone, is me.


[Layla]
Isn't that the pot calling the kettle black...I'm a disgrace? No Beth, it's you that's the disgrace. Because you've waltzed around here on and off for four years now, claiming to be this "dominant" force that no one stands a chance against, and yet there's A LOT of people that have not only stood a chance against you, but have flat out embarrassed you. If you're so hard working then how come after all of this "hard work" you're still exactly where you were the day you got here. Sure, you've racked up a few title reigns, but a reign of mediocrity is nothing to toot your horn about.





[Layla]
In fact it says a lot about you, if someone of my size, and my background can bust my ass for four years to be the very best thing going even without the Divas Championship, then what's your excuse for being nowhere NEAR my level? Need another four years? Eight? Twelve? See Beth, you've either got IT or you don't, so stop acting like you're going to turn things around at my expense after all this time, because if you haven't been able to do a single noteworthy thing in four years, then how in the hell do you expect to now?



[Beth Phoenix]
I don't expect to Layla... I KNOW I have what it takes to finally do something memorable! If you're so confident that I'm just mediocre and a waste of your time, then how about you put your money where your mouth is and prove it! You and I at Final Stand!

The crowd goes crazy as Beth lays down the gauntlet. Layla appears taken aback by the sudden challenge.

[Beth Phoenix]
What do you say? You finally get the chance to put me in my place if you're as good as you say you are...

[Layla]
Why should I face you, huh? What's in it for me? I already proved everything that needed to be proven at Uprising. Because in case you've forgotten, I not only beat you, I humiliated you! You of all people, the woman that claims she's going to do what everyone has FAILED to do and take me out, met a harsh reality when it wasn't me who tapped out to you, but you who tapped out to me! My first ever submission victory, and it was FLAWLESS! The looks of disappointment all around the arena, oh it was just marvelous. But you're used to those looks aren't you? I mean when you fail as much as you do you either get used to it, or you call it quits....and for some strange reason despite being a HUGE flop, you refuse to quit. Which, let me clear things up for you, that might be seen as commendable to a lot of people, but after like the dozenth time, it's time to face facts, stop delaying the inevitable, just quit already. Instead of losing to me in your last match, just spend Final Stand saying farewell to what few fans you have left, I'm sure they'll get over it. Not like you've given them much to miss anyways!



[Beth Phoenix]
Unlike you Layla, I'm never going to quit. I'm not a quitter, and unlike you, I don't back down from any kind of challenge. If you want to play the coward's game, fine, go ahead. Everyone knows that your win at Uprising was a fluke. I've shown I can beat you in the past... I beat you at Xtreme Xmas in a tables match. Our scores are tied 1-1... if you don't want to settle this... if you want to run away instead of facing up to the fact that you can't match up to me when I am at my best... and trust me, I'm at my best right now... that's fine. The fans know who is better. So does everyone else in the back. The only one living in a fantasy, is you Layla. If you won't face me in a match at Final Stand, I'll still get you eventually. I'll tell ya' what Beth, you want me in a match at the fifth anniversary of Final Stand? You think you've got what it takes to follow through with your silly revenge? Do you REALLY think it'll be that easy? See if I waste my Final Stand moment this year on someone as uninspiring as you, I want something out of it. Since you refuse to call it quits, I want the next best thing.


As Layla pauses for a moment, the fans boo, confused by where she's going with this, but knowing that because it's Layla they know her intentions can't be good.

[Layla]
I wanna give you a chance to be remembered, it's Final Stand after all, the night where memories are made, unforgettable moments take place, and I wanna create one for you. Not just any moment, THE moment. The moment you say the words that have been on the tip of your tongue with every failed comeback you've made.....I.....Quit! That's right, you, me, in an I Quit match. I've already made you give up once, but to actually force you to say those words? Oh that's a moment that'll last a lifetime, and it's one I just can't pass up.

[Jim Ross]: Did I just hear her correctly, did she just challenge Beth to an I Quit Match?!

Beth ponders her answer for barely a second before responding in complete and utter confidence...



[Beth Phoenix]
You're on!

The crowd goes crazy at the match finally being made. Beth Phoenix vs Layla at Final Stand V... in an I QUIT MATCH!

[Jerry "The King" Lawler]: What a match! I hope Layla knows what she's doing.

[Michael Cole]: She always knows what she's doing!

[Layla]
Great, enjoy this moment while it lasts Beth, because it all ends for you this Sunday.

Layla walks away from the security that was in between them and begins to make rounds around the ring, done with Beth for tonight, she'll face her at Final Stand but until then she's tired of dealing with her for the rest of the night.



[Beth Phoenix]
But don't get ahead of yourself, because you've just made the biggest mistake of your life!

With that, Beth drops her mic and focuses a steely glare upon Layla, who had stopped and turned around just as she reached the ramp upon hearing Beth's last remark. She still had a microphone in her hand, and so she didn't hesitate to raise it back up and address Beth one last time.

[Layla]
It's funny you should say that, cause the night you attacked me backstage, because you were looking for someone to blame for yet another failure on your behalf, that was the night you ended your career without even knowing it. You've set your sights on ending mine, but in the process, you've lead to your own demise, Final Stand isn't the end for me, but I'll make sure it is for you.


The fans boo Layla's arrogant threat aimed solely at the woman she's been dealing with for many a months now, but she doesn't appeared finished. She smirks then raises the mic up just once more.

[Layla]
Actually, Real Talk? Why wait till Sunday?

With that Layla drops her microphone and slides right into the ring charging at a ready Beth, the two begin firing away one another with furious strikes, Beth's obviously the stronger of the two in this exchange, and much fresher than Layla, but they're both fueled by a burning hatred for one another, so it doesn't matter what condition either woman is in right now, neither is about to show any signs of weakness at a time like this.

[Jim Ross]: Good lord these two women are out of control!

[Jerry "The King" Lawler]: Talk about an understatement, hurry up and do something security, don't just stand there!

[Michael Cole]: Do your damn jobs! Get that no good Beth Phoenix away from Layla!

[Jim Ross]:
Cole, Layla initiated the attack, at this point, Beth's fighting out of self defense!

[Michael Cole]: Self defense? She's bigger than her, Layla clearly knew Beth would try to attack her from behind, she's the one simply defending herself, Beth's the no good attacker.

[Jerry "The King" Lawler]: You've gotta be kidding me, I like Layla, I'm a very big fan, but she's the one in the wrong here.

[Jim Ross]:Oh my god look at what's happening!


JR's sudden shocks sends the cameras back to the action in the ring where Beth has Layla lifted up high in the air for a Military Press! The fans are going insane, thousands screaming for her to do it, Beth takes a few steps closer to the ropes, then throws Layla to her ultimate doom out of the ring, but luckily for her she lands on the swarm of security taking them out in the process!

[Jim Ross]: Good god in heaven! What the hell did we just see?!

[Michael Cole]: Who the hell does Beth thin she is? She could've seriously injured Layla had it not been for the alert team of security breaking her fall!

[Jerry "The King" Lawler]: I'm pretty sure that was the plan, Cole.

A very loud and fitting "Holy shit!" chant echos throughout the building, that was an unbelievable sight and the fans just can't believe it. They loved every single second of it, but it even caught them by surprise just how brutal Beth is being to Layla. She takes a moment to proudly smirk at the reaction from the fans, while we cut over quickly to Layla, who looks as if she's just seen a ghost. She's backed up against the announce table, scared for her very life, if those men hadn't been in her way she'd be done for. However Beth isn't about to give her a moment of peace, she's vowed to take her out, and it looks like this rivalry won't even make it to Sunday. She steps out of the ring, Layla stands as fast as she can, backed against the table, looking like a horror movie victim just about to be meet her maker, suddenly she grabs Michael Cole's cup of soda and throws it at Beth who swipes it away, barely being doused by the contents. Even if she had been it doesn't look like that would've helped Layla at all, but she's desperate right now.

[Michael Cole]: Someone's gotta do something!

[Jim Ross]: It looks like Beth's sure about to!

[Jerry "The King" Lawler]: Run Layla!


Beth begins to crack her knuckles, with a devious smile on her face, the fear Layla's giving off is very satisfying to her. Layla makes one last ditch effort by grabbing the cover off the announce table, trying to swing it at Beth, but she catches it in both hands, shakes her head with a smile on her face, then throws it to the ground before grabbing Layla by her hair, she screams and she screams, but it's no use, Layla then gets her skull bounced off the announce table, slumps across it after Beth let's go, then looks to the fans, they cheer out because they know what's on her mind.

[Jerry "The King" Lawler]: Oh no, we better get out of the way!

[Michael Cole]: Why?

[Jim Ross]: That's why!


Layla's arms have been pulled behind her, tightly gripped by the ruthless Glamazon, then with her screams, her begging, her pleading all falling on dear ears, she's lifted up in the air, the cheers getting louder, the roofs liable to blow off the building if they get any louder! Beth holds the position, savoring every last second of Layla's suffering, then when it looks like she's done for, Layla shows just how gutsy she is by squirming repeatedly, kicking her legs back, and it pays off because she gets one good shot in on Beth's still tender knee, her grip over Layla is broken and like a bat out of hell Layla stumbles climbing over the announce table shoving the commentary team aside, trying to make a grand escape from this situation.

[Michael Cole]: Yes! Run Layla! Get away from that lousy, no good....

But suddenly he shuts up, as Beth's heard him, and has given him one very dirty look, it's a look that's caused him to gulp, and she then jumps onto the announce table as Layla had just done, Cole starts to make a run for it thinking she's going after him, but she stops just as she lands on the table, looking right at her prey....not Michael Cole, but a foolishly stopped Layla near the barricade.





[Jim Ross]: What's she doing? She's just standing there!

[Jerry "The King" Lawler]: I think she's frozen in fear! I also think Michael Cole might have just had an accident!

[Michael Cole]: Shut up! I'm not scared of her, I just don't wanna be responsible for what I could do.


Beth looks directly at Cole, who immediately regrets his words, but she's not after him, she's after Layla, and she soon jumps off on the other side, slowly walking to the absolutely frozen Brit. As soon as she's inches from her, Layla finally snaps out of it and tries to hop over the barricade yelling for everyone to get out of her way, but as she's almost over, Beth grabs her foot, preventing her from getting away! She screams even louder than she was before, the fans around them are going crazy by this front sight they've got. Layla tries to hobble over on one foot, but she's still caught, until Beth lets go and Layla tumbles to the floor her face bouncing off the cement. A grin forms on the face of Beth Phoenix as she watches Layla crawl away from her, she turns around, no longer able to put on a tough face for the cameras, she's without a doubt terrified of Beth, there's no doubt about it.



Phoenix stands atop of the barricade, confidently staring down at her prey this Sunday, it all ends in the first ever I Quit match in the divas division, and right now it looks like things could all come to an end for Layla, it could poetically be, her Final Stand.

[Jim Ross]: Bah gawd, if I was a betting man I usually would bet on Layla given her history in this company, but Beth Phoenix is unlike anyone she's ever been matched up with before, she's a force that Layla just can't get the better of no matter what she does, and despite trying to hide, she's terrified of that woman.

[Michael Cole]: She just tried to slam her through this table, she's entitled to be a little distraught after that!

[Jerry "The King" Lawler]: It's not just tonight, over the last several months since Layla was first targeted by Beth Phoenix, she's shown flashes of fear, sometimes its faint, though you could tell it was there, other times it was far too clear that she was just putting on an act when it came to dealing with The Glamazon.


Layla keeps backing away as she's seated on the floor, scared more than she's ever been, you have to think that she might be regretting challenging Beth to an I Quit match at Final Stand, because there won't be a way for her to escape Beth this Sunday, she might have gotten away now, but only because Beth let her. We cut back over to Beth who thrusts her arms above her head, firing up the fans as well as herself, she turns to look all around the arena, to truly take this moment in before she heads into Final Stand where the reaction will surely be just the same, but once her eyes are off Layla, in the background we can see her standing up slowly, making sure she's not looking....and then she runs over to Beth, grabbing her leg before her she even notices, then pulls on it with all of her force, tripping Phoenix up and her knee then buckles under her bouncing off the barricade, and she screams out, its a mix of shock and pain as she lies on the other side of the barricade holding her knee. The tide has turned, in an instant Layla is now the one standing over Beth, and the fear has faded, and a devious look has appeared in it's place.


[Jerry "The King" Lawler]: Oh my god! Did you just see that? Beth's knee that left her out of action for three weeks just landed in the worst way on the barricade!

[Jim Ross]: I saw it, King...but I can't believe it...Layla might have just saved herself from meeting an embarrassing defeat at Final Stand. That was a helluva ugly landing, we need a medic right now, someone get Layla away from her before things get worse.

[Michael Cole]: Oh Beth deserves a medic, but Layla didn't when she was being assaulted? Get her Layla!


Knowing it's now or never, Layla exits the angry gathering of fans, looks down at Beth again before pulling her up by her hair, she tries to fight it but her knee keeps buckling out from under her, leaving her no way of fighting back. Layla drags her over to the ring post, then despite trying to stop it, Beth's skull flies off the ring post with a sickening sound echoing throughout the building, she's out like a light, and becomes dead weight for Layla who after a struggle rolls her under bottom rope and into the ring. But instead of following in after her she makes her way over to the time keepers area where Lillian Garcia sits concerned for Beth, Layla then snatches her purse out from under her seat, opens it up emptying the contents all over the floor much to her dismay, then something catches her eye as she bends down, and grabs Lillian's lipstick. She combs her hair back revealing a huge grin on her face, then she raises the lipstick up causing the fans to boo much louder, as she slides into the ring, and drags Beth by her hair to the middle of it.

[Jim Ross]: What in the hell is she doing?

[Jerry "The King" Lawler]: I think we're about to find out.

Layla's knelt down on the mat, has pulled Beth up against her knee, and first moves her hair away from her face, caressing her cheek for a moment before looking into the camera with a frowny face, then pops the top off the lipstick, and begins to write on Beth's forehead!




The boos get louder and louder at this display of humiliation. A second later she pulls it away revealing a single "I" in the middle. Then she laughs before lowering her arm beginning to write on Beth's stomach now! The reaction gets more and more negative with each passing moment, until she mouths "Done!" in full view of the camera as she flings the lipstick to the mat, revealing "Quit!" across Beth's body!

[Jim Ross]: Oh come on, what does this prove?!

[Michael Cole]: Who said it had to prove anything? Beth's done nothing but try to humiliate the greatest diva to step foot in this company, it's about time she gets some humiliation of her own.

[Jerry "The King" Lawler]: I think you've got Beth and Layla confused, Cole. Layla's always one for trying to stick it to everyone she comes across, Beth's just not stood for it unlike the rest.

[Michael Cole]: Well she's not standing now is she?!


The flawless one shows her artwork to the cameras, making sure they get a good look at what she's done to her opponent in just a few short days. She's quite proud of it, then soon shouts "She's got quitter written all over her!" before laughing again, rising to her feet, and strutting out of the ring, the message she's sent has been received loud and clear, but you have to believe what Layla's done will only anger the already vicious Beth Phoenix to a level she's never been previously. Layla might have had the last laugh tonight in spite of everything, but this Sunday may be a whole nother story.


[Jerry "The King" Lawler]: I don't like it, but Layla defiantly left a mark on Beth tonight, no pun intended. Beth was supposed to face Melina later on tonight, but she's obviously in no condition to compete after this...


[Michael Cole]: I love it! She wrote I Quit on Beth because that's what she'll make her do this Sunday, brilliant!

[Jim Ross]: Brilliant, or stupid? We'll find out when these two collide, putting their rivalry to an end, in the very first I Quit match to feature the lovely ladies of this company. Two incredibly different women, one unpredictable match, you don't wanna miss it folks.


Layla mocks Beth's signature pose as she stands on top of the ramp, adding insult to injury one last time before we fade away to a commercial break.

Following a short commercial break, the Executive Vice President Of Talent Relations, John Laurinaitis' music can be heard playing. Inside the ring a table has been set up with the World Heavyweight Championship placed neatly upon it.





On cue, the man himself makes his way out on to the top of the ramp sporting a cheesy grin and waving to his adoring fans - if you define adoring as a baying mob booing the hell out of you. While Johnny Ace hasn't been as ruthless or sinister as he can be as of late, the XWL Universe know that leopards don't change their spots, and they give Laurinaitis the reception they feel he deserves.



Laurinaitis enters the ring after grabbing a conveniently placed microphone from the top of the ring steps, and looks around at the audience with a glimmering smile, rebuffing their negative outbursts. After his music dies down, he begins to speak over the roar of the fans.



[John Laurinaitis]
My name, is John Laurinaitis, and I am the Executive Vice President Of Talent Relations. I am here tonight on behalf of the Board Of Directors to oversee a contract signing. And not just any contract signing. I have been tasked with making sure that both Chris Jericho and Joey Ryan put pen to paper and seal the deal for their main event match for the World Heavyweight Championship which is due to take place at Final Stand V.



[John Laurinaitis]
Why do I have to oversee the proceedings? It's quite simple. You see, everyone expects fireworks this Sunday at Final Stand between Jericho and Ryan. We've all seen the hatred between them, and it's one of the most highly anticipated matches in history between two amazing athletes. So it's simple... I don't think we should allow physical contact between Ryan and Jericho on free national television. It gives all of you cheapskates a reason to order Final Stand and make XWL and myself more money.

The crowd lets out a huge roar of disapproval. Laurinaitis grins wildly as chants of "You suck!" begin to rise up.



[John Laurinaitis]
You boo me, but you know what I say is true. You all want to see this match and every last one of you will be ordering Final Stand. We don't give out freebies here in XWL, so if you want to see Joey Ryan and Chris Jericho go at it, you'll need to order the Pay-Per-View.



[John Laurinaitis]
So let's get right down to it. Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome first of all, the World Heavyweight Champion.... CHRIS JERICHO!

The arena is plunged into darkness. After a few seconds, a number of small round lights appear at the top of the ramp, outlining the champion's silhouette.



A brilliant flash of light and several booming explosions are heard as the stage erupts into pyro.



Jericho's music plays as he spins around with a look of pure confidence and swagger on his face. The crowd boo him ferociously as he begins his descent down the entrance ramp. John Laurinaitis claps him onwards.



Jericho enters the ring and stares lovingly at his title for a few moments, before turning his attention to the hostile XWL Universe. He gazes around at them from his left to his right with a cold stare.



Eventually, his music dies down and he is handed a microphone by Big Johnny, who continues to clap for Jericho after handing over the mic.



[Chris Jericho]
Thank you John. Thank you for showing me the respect that I deserve, unlike these ungrateful parasites who continue to boo me every single night despite my obvious and undeniable greatness. But let's get down to business because it's clear to me that Greenville, South Carolina is just as unappreciative of my talents as every other city we visit. Final Stand V. Chris Jericho vs Joey Ryan for the World Heavyweight Championship. The mismatch of mismatches. The most one-sided main event in Final Stand history. For those of you who don't understand what I am saying, or need an explanation - and let's face it that's all of you - it's time to get your heads out of the sand and listen to what I am saying. Unlike Joey Ryan, I show up to every Breakdown, every Redemption and every Pay-Per-View, and I prove that I deserve to be the World Heavyweight Champion. Joey Ryan, has no distinguishing characteristics at all and quite honestly I am amazed that he has come as far in this business as he has based off of lies and deceit and flukes. The fact that he is a former World Heavyweight Champion is a slap in the face to someone as talented as me. I am the definition of what a champion should be, and Joey Ryan has forever stained the history book with his own forgettable and embarrassing reign. I won't allow the greasy, disgusting, vile fingertips of a man more interested in getting laid or pretending to be a larger than life character get his hands on MY title ever again. I shudder to think of the horrors and the places it witnessed the last time it was around his waist...



Joey Ryan’s theme hits the P.A and Jericho slowly turns towards the stage where Joey wastes no time in stumbling out onto the stage. He looks on towards John Laurinaitis and Chris Jericho as both men who will be competing for the world heavyweight title lock eyes and begin a stare down. Although it is hard to see Joey’s eyes through the sunglasses

Joey staggers down to the ring as some small portions of the crowd cheer but the majority boo the sleazy one. As he gets half way down he does a little spin before flattening his moustache with this fingers.

Chris doesn’t show any facial expression as Joey heads around to the side of the ring where he jumps on the ring apron and leans against the ropes, extending his leg on the second rope where he proceeds to rub his thigh and gloat to the fans in the front. After a few moments he heads into the ring where he is met with appreciation from John and a cold stare from Chris.

Thank you John for been out here tonight. It must be a great moment for you to see Joey Ryan out in this ring, preparing to have a one on one match for the world heavyweight title on the biggest stage of them all. It must be a great moment to realise that Joey Ryan, the man that you brought to this company, is now the biggest thing on TV and it must be a great moment to know that all of my success comes down to you signing my contract last January and giving me a chance. So thank you John!

So Joey Ryan finally proved to the world he can hang with the big guns. Joey Ryan finally proved that the corporation can be beaten. Joey Ryan finally proved he deserves to be known as a main eventer and Joey Ryan finally proved he deserves to be in the main event at Final Stand. So for those of you who may be a little confused here allow me to let you in on what happened…Last week in the main event, the closing act of the show, the grand finale, the match which would leave everyone talking…Joey Ryan vs Triple H. I think we all knew what was going on, everyone clearly doubted me, knowing Triple H had beaten me twice. Last week we all saw two men but it all on the line, take the biggest gamble of their lives and risk it all for all the glory at Final Stand. Now Joey Ryan did what noone thought would be done. The man who spent his days fighting in halls and for just a few people at a time is now on his way to the main event of Final Stand V for a one on one match against Chris Jericho.

Joey Ryan has beaten the odds time after time and this is no exception. I took out Triple H, a man who was brought here by the suits in the back, they saw a big man with no talent and just pushed him straight to the top. He got a taste of what it’s like to have your hopes and dreams crushed. His time fighting for the world heavyweight title is over, you are not going to see him fighting for the title again because this is Joey Ryan’s time to shine. This is my time to prepare myself for the biggest match of my career. Joey Ryan is the man who is making a stand at Final Stand and the man who will be going on to beat Chris Jericho and take the World Heavyweight title.

Chris, you did the rude thing of just walking away, as the referee of the match I fully expected you to raise my arm and help Joey Ryan celebrate the monumental victory. Now I know at some point when we are in the ring my arm will be raised in victory, cause at final Stand it’s all over for you Chris. Who do you think you’re kidding, you’re a big man who’s got everything to lose. You have your title, your reputation and all your sayings on the line. What are you going to do? You’re not going to do anything stupid and risk it all. That’s where we are different. I’m going for it all at Final Stand. I don’t care what I have to do if there is a way to win I’ll win and I will be a 2x world heavyweight champion. It’s just a matter of time before that title is back where it belongs, around my waist. No Ryan, you're wrong! You see, I don't have anything to lose this Sunday at Final Stand, because the word "lose" does not come into my vocabulary. Right now, I am writing the history books as the greatest World Heavyweight Champion that this company has ever seen. Our match at Final Stand is just another chapter. An insignificant chapter. You know what Chris, I do understand what you’re saying. You’re right, back when I was fighting in the indies I looked up to guy s like you. I respected what you were doing but now I’m here. Now Joey Ryan is up here in this ring, out here talking to these peseants and beating former champions such as Triple H and I have realised something, people take Joey Ryan for granted. Just look at you, you’ve had a good career but this is a new era. This is the sleazy era. We’re looking at a younger, more confident, more talented superstar in Joey Ryan. We’re looking at a superstar who unlike you is not just a man who walks around in a suit and complains about the same thing again and again.. Joey Ryan is a unique man who brings everything to the table. Chris you will see just what Joey Ryan is all about next week at Final Stand.

Now can you remember what Joey Ryan did at the end of your match against Triple H? If I recall I superkicked both of you and left you out cold. I took your moment and everyone was talking about me. Joey Ryan was the man who everyone was talking about. I stole your moment Chris, how does that make you feel? How does it feel to know this entire title reign so far has been in Joey Ryan’s shadow. You’re getting too old now Chris, why don’t you do the decent thing and just allow me to have that title. That way you don’t have to embarrass yourself and you don’t need to put yourself through the torture of going one on one against me. Do you understand what I am saying to you?

No Ryan, I don't understand. I don't understand how you can buy into your own lies as much as you have. You actually believe you have a chance this Sunday don't you? You say that you stole my moment at Uprising, but I am the one standing here as the World Heavyweight Champion. The spotlight is on me. It's not on you Ryan. I am the face of this company and I will continue to be the figurehead of this business for years to come. You on the other hand, after this Sunday, you will wither away and fade into the abyss of mediocrity where you belong. All of this cheap talk and all of these barriers you've built up over the weeks, behind this mask of this larger than life character will all mean nothing come Final Stand. It will all come down to who is the better man, and that man, is me.

Chris, this is all about confidence. You are never going to get anywhere without the confidence and talent. Now Joey Ryan has proven I have both of those. I had beaten the odds time and time again and this is really no different. I walked into the Elimination Chamber against 5 other guys, 5 guys who all wanted that world title. I was the first man in the chamber and the last one out. I ended the dream for 3 men and then beat Michael McGillicutty and ended his dreams of holding the championship when he came and cashed in his Money in the bank contract. Chris, Joey Ryan is not making plans anytime soon to fade into the distance, I am just getting started here and I made a promise that I would be BRINGING SLEAZY BACK to XWL. When everyone realises and accepts Joey Ryan as the greatest superstar in this company then I will leave, until then I have my sights set on getting that title wrapped around my sleazy waist once again.

There's a difference between confidence and over-confidence Ryan. Your over-confidence will be your downfall, because right up to this point you have accomplished nothing. Where is Michael McGillicutty these days? I'm surprised you even remember who he is with how insignificant he was. Actually, no. I'm not surprised. Because you would hold on to the memory of a dominating victory, because you don't have many of those under your belt do you?... kid...

Ryan pulls down his sunglasses and looks at Chris before letting out a smirk and then picking up the contract off the table before asking for a pen from Mr Laurinaitis. As he gets the pen he goes over to the side of the ring and rests the contract on the corner before signing and handing it over to a happy Mr Laurinaitis.

This week, it is Joey Ryan that leaves Jericho in the ring, as he begins his exit without even looking back at his opponent.



Jericho mouths "You don't know what you've just done" as Ryan leaves. Laurinaitis clutches the contract lovingly knowing that what he has in his possession is something that will make him and XWL a a lot of money. The last image we see before the screen fades to black for a commercial break is Chris Jericho smirking, as the realization sets in that in just 6 short days he will get the chance to put Joey Ryan in his place once and for all...

[Brie Bella]: Just a couple of months ago, you and I, collectively known as The Bella Twins, came back into this company, hungrier than ever. In our previous runs in this company, we haven't gotten were we've wanted to be. A couple of matches later, a gauntlet, a title run later, look where we are now, on the top of the Divas Division. Yes you stupid people, you don't exactly have to be the champ to be at the top of your division, I mean, just look at Kaitlyn.

[Nikki Bella]: Right Brie, you and I, we've done whatever it took to get to the very top, we've defeated the likes of Layla, Kaitlyn, Beth, Kharma, Alicia Fox, Mickie James, Kelly Kelly, well just about every diva there is in this company, we've proven that no diva in this company can step to us. I mean did you just see what we did to AJ backstage?

[Brie Bella]: How could it slip the minds of anyone? Brie and I slammed AJ's face right into that mirror, it shattered into a million pieces, and AJ, let's just say she won't be around for a while, well, she shouldn't be. We left AJ on the ground, we took away every amount of life she had left in her body. We finally did it, we finished the job for Vickie, no longer will we have to worry about the likes of AJ.



[Nikki Bella]: Now that AJ has been dealt with, there is more important business to attend to, and that is Brie's Money In The Bank Ladder Match.

[Brie Bella]: In just one week, I put my precious body on the line when I compete in the Money In The Bank match against four other divas. When, not if, I win this match, I will be guaranteed a contract that will allow me to cash-in on whoever the Divas Champion will be, could be Alicia Fox, Kaitlyn, Paige, someone else, you never know when I'll cash in when I do secure the briefcase. You see, I'm not even worried about this match and I'll tell you why. I am the most qualified diva in this match up. Has Madison Eagles or MsChif won a Divas Title? When is the last time Michelle McCool actually won a match? I'd like to know, might involve some time-consuming research that I don't have time for.

[Nikki Bella]: I'll answer those questions for you, no, MsChif and Madison Eagles have yet to win titles and no, Michelle McCool hasn't won a match in years.

Brie and Nikki make their way to end of the ramp and walk up the steel steps. They enter through the middle rope and continue speaking.



[Brie Bella]: Thank you Nikki. Tonight, I turn my attention to Madison Eagles, ME, blah best in the world. You want to attack my sister just like that? You think you can get away with it?

[Nikki Bella]: You think your so tough Madison, you walk around her like your the hottest thing around and it's really sad to see you lie to yourself, I mean come on, let's be truthful, who in this company has been more consistent than Brie and I? Umm, no one.

[Brie Bella]: Madison, since you seem to want to get your hands on Nikki and I, why don't you come out here and show us that you're the best in the world, or are you too scared? Come on out, we don't bite or scratch.

Brie and Nikki Bella turn around and stare towards the titantron, expecting Madison Eagles to come out and answer their call. They wait and tap their feet as they wait, however, Madison Eagles doesn't come out.

[Brie Bella]: Just like I thought. Anyways, how about I give you guys a preview of how exactly I plan on winning this match? Nikki, get the ladder.

Nikki Bella heads to the outside of the ring to look under the ring for the ladder. She searches at the side closest to the commentator's table but sees it's at the other side. She heads to the side closest to the ring and pulls out a large ladder, one that can definitely help Brie get the job done at Final Stand. Nikki pushes the ladder into the ring with the help of Brie and they lay it down on the mat. They both pick it up and open it so it stands right in the center of the ring. Above, a briefcase hangs, the Miss Money In The Bank briefcase, the one that will ensure Brie a chance to cash-in on whoever the champ will be when she decides to cash in. Brie checks if the ladder is sturdy before taking the first step.

[Brie Bella]: First, I'm going to do this then I'm going to take. . .

As Brie is mid-sentence she's cut off by the new theme of one of her opponents at Final Stand, Madison Eagles



As Eagles walks out onto the stage with a microphone in her hands she starts to walk down the ramp and raises the microphone up to her mouth as her theme slowly fades out

Madison Eagles: Just hold on a second Brie, make sure you watch your step. See, here's the thing about THIS whole situation going on here, you might climb a ladder at Final Stand but every time you do that briefcase won't be coming down with you. No, not even almost. The way I see it is every rung you climb up, it's just another for you fall back down.

As Eagles walks down the ramp, she starts to circle the ring looking up at the Bella Twins in the ring as she talks

Madison Eagles: So in case anyone was wondering, here's how the Miss Money in the Bank ladder match is going to go. I, Madison Eagles is going to walk down the ramp, and enter the ring, then you, MsChif and Michelle McCool will do the exact same thing and when the bell rings to start the match, MsChif and Michelle will take care of themselves, so really at least to begin with I've only got you to worry about. And really judging from last week, if you're anything like your sister it shouldn't be too much of a problem for me. See you two talk about being consistent, but I don't see it. See are you consistently annoying? Well yeah, you are. Are you consistently bitchy? Again you are. Are you consistently scheming, conniving tramps? That pretty much sums you two up doesn't it. And are you going to go consistently kicked in the head at Final Stand by ME? Well yeah, that's what I do.

Eagles slowly walks up the steps and enters the ring

Madison Eagles: I'm going to knock you down and I'm going to knock you out, and I'll do the same thing to Nikki, MsChif and Michelle as well, and I'm going to be the one that climbs the ladder, all the way to the top and then I'm going to pull down that briefcase and become Miss Money in the Bank.



[Brie Bella]: Correction, Eagles, if I'm anything like my sister, I must be that great. The way I see it is that I honestly don't care about how you think Money In The Bank is going to go, everything you just said is filled with lies, lies, and more lies. You aren't going to walk down the ramp and climb the ladder to retrieve the briefcase, it's just not going to happen.

[Nikki Bella]: You're a bit too cocky for someone who isn't even good.

[Brie Bella]: I agree. You been here for how many months now and you still haven't proven yourself worthy of being in this ring with the Bella Twins. Now like I was saying, let me show how I'm going to win this match. But before, I do that, I want to show you something. . .

With that Brie gives Nikki a look and Nikki walks up to Madison Eagles. She gives Eagles a vicious slap to the face before putting up the L sign to her forehead. Madison Eagles stares at Nikki for a while as she does and before you know it, Nikki is on the shoulders of Eagles. Brie runs towards Eagles and kicks her in the gut. She takes her by the hair and slams her into the standing ladder face first. Nikki takes the ladder out of standing position and picks up it. She runs towards Eagles and hits her right in the gut with it. Nikki Bella then drops the ladder on the ground while Brie goes for Eagles who is on the ground. She drags her over by the ladder and passes her to Nikki by the hair and says finish her. Nikki looks like she's about to go for the Bella Buster on the ladder but Eagles pushes off her and hits her with a vicious kick to the head.

Madison Eagles then turns to Brie Bella and they stare each other down and then look at the briefcase above. Brie grabs the arms of Nikki and drags her out the ring and rolls out herself. Eagles then picks up the ladder and positions it right under the briefcase. She climbs each rung one step at a time before reaching to the top. Brie looks on as Eagles starts to unhook the briefcase as Madison begins to point to herself saying ME. The cameras fade to black as the last thing we see is Madison Eagles at the top of the ladder with the briefcase held high, could this be the future?

As Breakdown returns from a commercial break, the ring is covered in a black carpet with a table set up in the middle of it, as Vickie Guerrero is standing in the ring

Vickie Guerrero: EXCUSE ME!

As she shrieks the crowd boo prompting Vickie to shout again

The boos from the crowd only grow louder as Vickie looks unimpressed by the crowds reaction to her

Vickie Guerrero: I'd like welcome you to the official contract signing to the Hell in a Cell match next week at Final Stand! Between the Heartbreak Kid Shawn Michaels!

The crowd boo as Vickie emphatically mentions Shawn's name

Vickie Guerrero: ... and Ted DiBiase.

Then as she announces DiBiase the crowd let out an audible cheer to the displeasure of Vickie Guerrero

Vickie Guerrero: And first I'd like to introduce to all of you, the man who will WIN that match, Shawn Michaels!

Following the introduction the theme of Shawn Michaels starts to play throughout the arena to boos from the crowd as Vickie Guerrero applauds her accomplices arrival



After a few seconds Shawn Michaels walks out onto the stage, and without his standard expected showmanship he starts to walk down to the ring



Michael Cole: There he is, the Heartbreak Kid himself, Shawn Michaels! And you just know he's not happy about this situation right here, it's a travisity, there's no way this match should be happening, DiBiase is a damn criminal and he's strong-holded Vickie Guerrero into making this match, how is that fair?

Jim Ross: Fair? How can you say this isn't fair? After everything these two have put Ted through he deserves this match, and Michaels deserves everything he's got coming to him.

Michael Cole: Oh please, you're deluded you know that JR? Michaels has done nothing wrong.

As Michaels gets to ringside, he walks up the steel steps and enters the ring, and walks around the table and takes a seat as his music fades out prompting Vickie Guerrero to introduce his opponent

Vickie Guerrero: And his opponent at Final Stand, the man who will once again fail to get an XWL contract in the very match he lost it to begin with, Ted DiBiase.




Ted's theme sounds and he wastes no time heading down the ramp to get this over with, he's sick of waiting for the match he wanted four months ago, and he wants to hurry up and make this official already. As he enters the ring his determined look fades for a moment as he picks a microphone up.

Where's your excitement, Vickie?! We're just days away from the fifth anniversary of Final Stand!

The fans cheer loudly.

{Ted DiBiase}
Don't tell me you're still pissed about last week? Really? It's been seven days though, you think you're pissed now? Try seven months, then you stand there with your sourpuss and act like you don't wanna be here right now, but if you think you're pissed now? Think again! Because I promise you Vickie, it only gets worse. Now had you just given me the match I've asked for since I returned four months ago, none of this would have happened, but that would've been too easy, right?


Ted flips pages of the contract over with peculiar look on his face.

So should I read this thing to find out you tried to sneak in another one of your adorable stipulations to spite me, or will you just save us the five minutes and tell me now so we can get on with things?





Shawn Michaels: Well Teddy, if you actually read contracts then you wouldn't be in this situation now would you?



Shawn Michaels: No, just stop, there's nothing unexpected hidden away in the contract, nothing like that. It's just what you wanted, Shawn Michaels vs Ted DiBiase in a Hell in a Cell match next week at Final Stand, no special referee, no guest timekeepers, nothing like that. You won't have one arm tied behind you back, just don't worry about it. Just sign the damn contract so we can get this over and done with already.



Shawn Michaels: You know what Teddy, you should consider yourself damn lucky. Not just because you got yet ANOTHER shot at a XWL contract, which yet again you don't deserve, let's put that to one side for a moment. Let's put a side that we both know that you're lucky not to be in prison right now ten times over for what you've done over the past few months. But after next week this will all finally be over, I'll go one way, you'll go another, all the way back home to Mississippi yet again unsuccessful in getting a job here, but you'll always have the memories won't you. You'll always be able to tell your children. Little Tate, you'll be able to put him on your lap a few years from now and tell him the stories of when his Daddy got to face the greatest wrestler that ever lived, the Heartbreak Kid himself Shawn Michaels, not just once in a Street Fight at X-Treme X-mas, not twice at Uprising in a Ladder Match, but three times, the third being next week at Final Stand in a twenty foot high Hell in a Cell match, and even though you'll lose AGAIN, you'll see able to tell him just how much of an honor it was to face THE MAN around here was. You got to witness first hand the Showstopper plying his trade at the biggest stage of them all, in front of over 70,000 as well as the millions watching around the entire world, and you'll be able to tell Tate that when you had everything on the line... You lost.



Shawn Michaels: You lost because that's what DiBiase's do, they lose. Just like you lost last year at Final Stand 4, just like you lost to at X-Treme X-Mas, just like you lost to Vickie Guerrero here at November to Remember, just like when you just the World title AND your job at Supremacy Edge, and just like when Daddy Warbucks paid off Andre The Giant to help him win the title twenty five years ago and still LOST. And don't even get me started on your grandparents. You might well be a third generation superstar Teddy, but you're also a third generation loser and there's not a thing that will ever change that. You're stepping into the Cell with the man known best for out performing everybody else on the big stage, you're going up against the longest reigning United States champion in this companies history and the Superstar of the Year! The Showstopper, The Icon, The Mainevent himself, you're going up against me, Shawn Michaels.



Shawn Michaels: And next week when the ink on this contract is long dried and they lock the cell door behind you, you'll know there's nothing you can do anymore, you've sealed your own fate. That's on you, nobody else. And when it's all over, nothing would of changed. You still WON'T work here, you'll still be a LOSER, and you'll get to finally go home and look your son in the eyes and tell him that you... failed.


Instead of Ted becoming angered by Shawn's mention Tate in such a disrespectful way, Ted actually just stands there nodding over and over, slightly biting his lower lip, then flashing a slight, but quickly fading grin as he raises his microphone.

OR, EVERYTHING will have changed, I'll be back in XWL, and all while you lie in a hospital bed with little Cameron and Cheyenne at your bedside, trying to be good little ones and tell you over and over that they're still proud of you, but you won't buy into it....because you know deep down, while they love their daddy, they're secretly cheering me on this Sunday because they don't like what you've become. They don't like having other children at school tell them much their father sucks, how they hate him, how he's a disgrace to the the Shawn Michaels that they all used to know. Ever think of that, Shawn? That your actions might not effect you in this company, but they effect your very children's lives? You think they like having to defend the person you've become, as opposed to the one you used to be? Is it fair for them to go through life always defending you, instead of praising you like they used to be able to do? See you've not only let your fans down by becoming this sorry excuse of a legend that has a major entitlement problem, but you've let your kids down, and that's the worst thing you can do as a man.



Shawn Michaels: Here's the thing about that Teddy, while you may live through idiots like these people and you may live through your son at home, I don't. I do what I want, when I want and my kids get that. They understand that you've got to do whatever it takes to get ahead in life, a chip off the old block. They get that... and you don't. You never have got that have you Teddy? Or do you just not have the guts to do it? God forbid the fans, the DiBiase Posse don't like what you do, because it's so easy for a bunch of loser to sit down and pass judgement living their lives through you, and when the show ends they go back be McDonalds and work for minimum wage, they go back to the unemployment line, they're just like you, they're losers, and that Teddy will be a lesson you find out the hard way next week.

Shawn grabs the contract on the middle of the table, opening it and flipping through the pages, before taking a pen out of the folder holding the contract and signing on the dotted line, he then drops the contract on the table facing DiBiase as he leans back on his chair

You think it's as simple as that? See, what you don't get, what A LOT of people don't seem to understand, this is my career at stake, all I've wanted for the last four months is just one fair opportunity at reclaiming what should have never been taken from me in the first place. One match, I win I'm back, I lose I'm not, but you two have refused to make it that simple. No instead you'd rather screw me every step of the way, and for what? No really, what did it accomplish at the end of the day? Because from where I stand? All it's done is make more hungry than I've ever been to be back, and wanna kick your ass more than I've wanted to anyone's ass before. Sunday's just around the corner, and I promise you this, you have no idea what's waiting for you when you step inside that cell...everyone thinks they know me, but oh boy, when that door slams shut, and it's locked tight, the REAL Ted DiBiase will be let loose, and while I've known for cracking a few too many jokes in the past, this Ted DiBiase? He just cracks skulls.

With that Ted scans the contract for a few seconds and signs his name, making this match official. After seven long months Ted finally gets a legitimate opportunity at regaining his job, who will win? Will he finally do it? Will Shawn put the final nail in coffin that is Ted DiBiase's career, only one way to find out, it all happens at Final Stand, the fifth anniversary, this rivalry finally concludes on the grandest stage of them all. The two stare idly at one another, not saying a single word, as Vickie stands in the background, she's been the cause for this bitter rivalry, and it's out of her hands, it's up to Shawn to keep Ted out of XWL, and it's up to Ted to prove he deserves to be back by finally getting the match he's been after.

Where not only is everything on the line but the potential chance to make a name for yourself means more than it ever could. One things for sure this night’s sure been one hell of a ride already.

That’s for sure JR. Things can only get even more exciting as the night goes on. What an amazing road it’s been and it’s had to believe Final Stand is less than a day away. Are you as excited as we are Michael?

*Cole lightly laughs and speaks in a sarcastic tone*

Am I excited? What’s there to be excited for Jerry? It is only the biggest show of the year after all. If anyone has a reason to get excited for the pay-per-view, it’s not because of the world title match, the money in the bank matches, or anything even remotely involving people who don’t deserve to still be here. The reason everyone should be excited is because I, Michael Cole the VOICE of this company, will be broadcasting myself all over the world and in high-definition too. These people don’t care about Divas. They don’t care about titles and they sure as hell don’t care about people who are still trying to show they’ve got something. When in fact they never had anything to begin with. If they did they lost it long ago and they should just hang up their boots.

*JR leans forward in a puzzled manner and interrupts Cole to speak*

Who on earth could that be Michael? Oh wait, if I know you like I say you do, you’re only talking about one person. One person that just so happens to be one of my closest friends. Michael, I know you may not like the man but please, do us all a favor and stop while you’re ahead or you’ll find yourself in one hell of a slobber knocker that I sure as hell won’t help you get out of.

*Michael rolls his eyes and stands up and grabs a microphone. He looks around as all the fans in attendance begin to boo at his actions. He shrugs them off and laughs. He clears his throat and speaks*

Oh and I suppose if I don’t stop he’s going to come out right now. Look me in my “beady little eyes” and “stomp a mudhole” in me isn’t he Jim? Well, I’ve got news for ya “partner”, Steve’s a washed-up hack and he always will be. Why do I single him out? Because I’m sick of all the attention he gets! He does nothing but run his mouth. He doesn’t give a damn about anyone but himself and honestly Jim? I’m not surprised you’d align yourself with someone like that. I mean look at you. You got your fancy little cowboy hat. You’re all dressed up. What for Jim? Do you think these people care what you say? No. They don’t give a damn about you and that’s the bottom…

*Cole goes to finish mocking Austin when suddenly*



*The all to familiar music of the Texas Rattlesnake begins to blare throughout the arena’s speakers. The crowd begins to rise up off their feet. Cole simply rolls his eyes and can be seen mouthing “of course.. This always happens..” before sitting back down in his seat.

In that instance the camera cuts to the stage. After a few moments Stone Cold Steve Austin makes his way through the curtain to a chorus of cheers. As he begins walking down the ramp several fans begin to pat him on the back. He gazes over towards the commentators and smirks at Cole who simply rolls his eyes.*



*A few minutes later he walks up the steps and into the ring. He pauses and makes a be-line for the corner. He asks for a microphone and paces around for a few minutes. The camera closes in on him as he raises the mic to his mouth and speaks*

If y’all are sick of hearing this mealy-mouthed bastard run his mouth gimme a hell yeah!

Now, speaking of kicking asses, ole Stone Cold was supposed to have a little match last week. With a big ole man named Cactus Jack. For one reason or another. Unknown to Stone Cold. That match did not happen. So to be honest Michael that put me in a bad mood. So here’s what we’re gonna do. Ole Stone Cold Steve Austin is going to grab a chair.

Sit my ass down on this chair right here. Have the ring announcer toss me a beer. Then another and another and we’re gonna have ourselves a good ole fashioned sit in.

Why? Because I’m Stone Cold Steve Austin. You can run your mouth all day son but there is one thing you’re wrong about when it comes to me. I DO NOT back down from a fight. I never have and I never will. Do you hear me clearly Michael? I said.. Do you… Hear me clearly Michael?!

*The camera quickly pans to Cole who slightly shakes his head yes out of fear before quickly cutting back to Austin*

I’ll tell ya what. Ole Stone Cold Steve Austin could do this all night. But, the longer I wait, the more of a bad mood I’m gonna be in and when I’m in a bad mood heads are gonna start rolling. So I’m gonna give Mr. Cactus till the count of five to come out here and face me man to man or else I’m gonna get up out of this chair..

Then proceed to tear the backstage area apart until I find that little mealy-mouthed bastard. I ain’t got time for being given the run around son. I got places to go. Then look me in the eye and give me one good reason why you decided to no-show our match last week.

*Austin then proceeds to unfold the chair and he places it square in the center of the ring. As the crowd begins to cheer he looks around before taking a seat in the chair. He asks for a beer and a ringside worker tosses two to Austin. He cracks one open and takes a few sips. He looks around before speaking again*

Alright folks. I’m gonna give this jackass to the count of five. At the end of that there count. I’m gonna get my ass up out of this chair right here. Walk through these here ropes. Then roll on up that ramp way to the backstage area. Once I find that some bitch. I’m gonna drag him by the skin of his teeth. Roll his carcass on into this ring. Then proceed to beat the high hell out of it until ole Stone Cold gets what he came here for and that’s all I got to say about that!

*Austin takes another sip of beer and sets the can down. He slowly raises the mic to his mouth and begins counting.*

*The crowd begins to chant along with Austin. He looks around and smirks but doesn’t take his eyes off of the stage. He takes another sip of beer and raises his mic yet again*

*The camera pans closer to Austin who’s expression changes to an irritated one now. He raises the mic again and speaks*

*The crowd begins to cheer loudly. Austin gets visibly frustrated and pauses for a minute takes a deep breath and speaks*

If y’all want ole Stone Cold to find that some bitch backstage, roll him on down to this ring, and then beat him within an inch of his life gimme a hell yeah

*Austin smirks and tosses his microphone to the floor. A man on a mission he tosses aside the chair and makes a be-line for the ropes. He gets halfway through the ropes when suddenly*



As Austin awaits Cactus Jack to come out, his voice starts to play through the PA system, as he appears on the titantron, somewhere backstage



Cactus Jack: Steve, Steve just hold on a damn second. I get that you're angry, I get that maybe you're a little bit frustrated. But you'll have to wait... See Steve-o, Cactus Jack isn't just going to go on out there and hand deliver himself to you so you can open up a can of whoop ass on to me. No, no, no keep that can in the chiller for next week because right now Cactus Jack is telling you no way. No way will you get your hands on me tonight.

Cactus turns away from the camera briefly as he sweeps his hair out of his face

Cactus Jack: All the pain and all the violence and all the fun that comes with it will have to wait for Final Stand. Austin you've made your bed of nails, and now I get to be the one that Powerbombs you onto it! Everyone loves you Austin, don't you forget that, the entire world is well and truly sipping on your coolaid, but I'm not one of them. Cactus Jack is against the curve, Cactus Jack is a little bit twisted, in fact people have be known to say, Cactus Jack, he's a sick son of a bitch, but I say that I'm hardcore!

Getting angrier and angrier each time he says it, Cactus starts to shout "I'm hardcore" over and over again



Cactus Jack: I'm hardcore! I'm hardcore! I'M HARDCORE! Cactus Jack is a tough son of a gun, I'm the king of the death match, and I'm the King of hardcore.

The crowd start to boo Cactus as he continues on with his crazed rant, causing him to look down to lens of the camera and utter one simple word

The crowd boo more as the camera show Austin is the ring getting more and more impatient, just wanting to get his hands on Cactus Jack



Cactus Jack: What's the Steve? You don't get it do you? Pain and suffering won't just be headed your way, it's coming to Cactus Jack as well. I'll do what it takes to put you away Steve, I'll wrap my damn body in Barbed Wire, Piercing my skin and I'll drive it into your damn skull and rip away at your flesh as our blood collectively pools in the middle of the ring, I'll get a bag of thumb tacks...

Cactus smirks a euphoric grin at the mere mention of thumb tacks, pausing himself for a moment

Cactus Jack: Damn thumb tacks Steve and I'll layer the ring with them and Piledrive you onto them. Why would I do that Steve? Why would anyone do that? Surely these things will hurt me just as much as they hurt you. Maybe I'm not not thinking straight, maybe I'm just a little bit crazy. WHO'S TO SAY STEVE? Who's to say! Maybe I'm a little bitter, maybe I'm jealous! Maybe I can't stand to see what I held dearly to my heart ripped away from me and pissed on by an idiot who doesn't know what he's doing!

Cactus looks down at the floor as he hair falls down over a side of his face



Cactus Jack: If you ask me it's fucking disgusting how I've been treated and I refuse to accept it any more. This place used to be Extreme, the land of extreme and things got a little bit out of hand. And now look at it, the X in the initials don't mean a damn thing, it's just a shell of a place that I made it become.

Cactus looks back up at the camera an he keeps speaking

Cactus Jack: And as for you Steve, you messed with the wrong guy and at Final Stand, you just like Rocky did will find out exactly why you don't mess with me. You want a piece of me so badly Steve? Some might see it as bravery, but to me you're just plain stupid. But we both know this won't be staying in the confinements of a twenty by twenty ring, so what I'm suggesting to you is, Steve Austin vs. Cactus Jack in a Falls Count Anywhere match. That way we can fight all over Atlanta is we want to. Think of the toys Steve, think of the pain, it damn near makes me giddy just thinking about it. Think about it Steve, I know I will...

Cactus walks out of camera shot as the camera cuts back to Austin in the ring looking a mixture of confusion and annoyance at Cactus Jack's refusal to fight him as Breakdown heads to a commercial break

And the final Breakdown before Final Stand comes back from break where we are greeted by the music of the Intercontinental Champion, John Morrison and a load ovation from the fans. The champ steps out from the back with his finest strut, his finest robe, and finest glasses.



Morrison continues to strut down the ramp and goes to each side, giving fans a high five. He walks up the steel steeps and into the ring where he spins around before reaching over to time keeper's area for a microphone.



Morrison takes a moment to sink in the cheers before beginning to speak.



[John Morrison]: One week. Seven days. One hundred and sixty-eight hours. Ladies and gentlemen, in just one week, the show we've all been waiting for, some call it the showcase of the immortals, some call it the most important show of their careers, but I. . .I call it Final Stand. Ever since I returned to XWL almost 6 months ago, I've been looking to do whatever I could do to make sure I left a mark on this company and indeed, I've made a mark in such a limited amount of time. I've become X-Treme Champion and the Intercontinental Champion, I've become successful in this company and it all paid off.

[John Morrison]: My hard work in this company has led me to this title right here, the Intercontinental Championship. Ever since the break-up of SoS, I can say I've been on the right path to righteousness, I have made mistakes and have only bettered myself. That's why in just one week, I will be competing in not one, but two matches. In my first match up, I defend my prized possesion, my Intercontinental Championship, in a triple threat elimination match against the likes of the Miz and Austin Aries. I haven't been more confident in a match than I've been for this match before. Austin Aries, as much as some of you may think he has what it takes to become the next Intercontinental Championship, the closest he'll ever reach to my title is the one time he stole it and even then, it didn't stay in his possession. Let's not forget about Mike Mizanin, or should we call him The Miz, Mr. IChokeOnBigTitleMatches, well, let's forget about him, he doesn't even pose a threat.



[John Morrison]: Not only do I compete in my title defense match but I compete in one of the most grueling, physical matches human beings can compete in, that match is the Money In The Bank Ladder Match, an opportunity to make it to the top, this match could be the difference between being remembered as one of the greatest or just being another faded memory. I think I finally know why XWL calls it the Final Stand, this PPV could be the final stand for many of the men and even women competing in this match, it's broken and made careers. Even though I'm competing against Miz and Aries earlier on, I'd like to think I can beat the odds because. . .




The titantron starts playing and the song echoes through the arena alerting everyone in attendance that Austin Aries is on his way. Aries struts out to the arena through the backstage curtains, his microphone already in his grasp.



He wastes no time as his music comes to an abrupt stop and he lifts the microphone to his lips before slowly squaring down to the ring.

{Austin Aries}
Woah, woah, woah! Slow down there JoMo. I can understand that you have to come on out here and feed your ego by pandering around to these people. You have to dance around and do all that you can to not only convince them, but to convince yourself that you have what it takes to retain your title, that you have what it takes to defy the odds and become Mr.Money in the Bank, but deep down these people know, and most of all YOU know that´s just not going to happen.

A smirk appears across his face as he lifts himself onto the apron and takes a moment to bask in the heat radiating from the crowd. He waits a couple seconds before sliding into the ring and turning his attention to Morrison, getting right up into his face.



{Austin Aries}
You don´t deserve to hold onto that title anymore Morrison.You don´t show it the respect that it deserves, you allowed it to be taken from right under your nose and you didn´t even bother to try and get it back. When I grabbed that title I hardly had hold of it for 10 seconds before you gave up your chase and decided that losing to CM Punk was oh so much more important. What kind of champion, what kind of respectable superstar treats their championship belt like that? It´s beyond disgraceful that Hogan hasn´t stripped you of that title after the way you´ve treated it this past month, you are not the role model that you believe you are Morrison, you´re anything but. You´ve taken something which had prestige and honour and you´ve stained it with hair gel and beauty products. You aren´t fit to be the face representing this company and it´s up to me to make sure that after Final Stand, you won´t be representing anything.

Morrison rolls his eyes at Aries who clearly isn´t paying any attention to anyone other than himself.



{Austin Aries}
I have to give you credit though you were right about one thing, and that´s that the Miz is absolutely no threat at all to that title.. at least to me anyway. See I have actually defeated him, no let me rephrase that, I didn´t defeat him, I destroyed him, I dominated him and made him look like the fool that he is. Back at Uprising, the Miz couldn´t even get out of the starting gate against me. The pressure that I brought to that ring was far too much for his tiny mind to handle. You however, you lost to him.You lost a match against a man who can barely even work out how to tie his own shoelaces. Now if you take those two matches into account it only stands to reason that I am the best out of the three of us because I am the Greatest man that ever...!

Before Aries can finnish his sentence..



[John Morrison]: Thanks for the interruption, I so wasn't expecting this, but no problem. Oh and thank you for your opinion, it matters dearly to me. Aries, you got me, I don't care for this title, me coming out here each and every night and defending my title to show I'm a fighting champion, clearly I don't care. I certainly don't deserve to be champion. Oh will you give it a rest Aries? Your words mean exactly nothing to me and I'll tell you why. Ever since being champion way back in November, I've done nothing but continue to preserve this prestigious title, I've embraced it and certainly, I've shown the people why I will go down in the history books as one of the greatest Intercontinental Champions. You say I show the title no respect for allowing it to be taken, but where's the respect from you, where's the honor in actually allowing a champion to actually compete in his matches and allowing yourself to actually win the title without having to steal it on your own? Come on Austin, you have to do way better than that.

[John Morrison]: Come Final Stand, nothing will change. Sure this is the cliche thing to say, but I'll say it with pride. At Final Stand, I will walk in as championn and when the night is over, not only will I be walking out with the Money In The Bank briefcase, I'll also be walking out with MY Intercontinental Championship. The difference you and the Miz and me, I really worked hard for to prove I'm championship material, I've been the best I can be, I'm willing to do whatever it takes to get the next level, you and Miz don't appreciate the title for it's actual worth, you see it as an opportunity to be called better than others and it's sad. That's why I have to do whatever it takes to keep the title out of both you guys hands. And if you have something to say to Miz. . .



John Morrison is cut off as The Miz comes out right on cue.



He poses as he cockily struts down to the ring with a mic at hand and slowly makes his way into the ring eyeing both Aries and Morrison as he does so.

The Miz
Woah woah woah. I was happily sat in the back watching you two argue like two little spoilt girls, but then I picked up on a few things I can’t let slide I’m afraid. First of all, JOHN don’t talk about how I’m not a threat when I beat you around a month ago. I’m most defiantly the biggest threat, no actually scratch that, there is no threats in this match, there is simply one outcome. Which is me walking out of this arena with that title over my shoulder just where it belongs. Also, you talked about me being Mr IChokeInBigTitleMatches, how many World Heavyweight Championship matches have you been in John? Tell me. How many John? Oh yeah thats right. None. And if your forgetting I’m also a former United States champion or does that not account to anything now?



The Miz
It does make me laugh to think just how bad of night you’re going to have come Final Stand. Why would you make the mistake of counting down how long it will be for your career to reach its lowest point. Your going to come crashing down from being the Intercontinental Champion and Money In The Bank contestant to absolutely nothing. When I’m done with you I would be surprised if you could even walk! As you Aries, your just a laughing stock in my eyes. You’re a thief, nothing but a no good low life yet you find yourself in a title opportunity when you’ve been back five minutes. In my eyes you’ve not done anywhere near enough to deserve this shot as much as I do. And for anybody with a memory like a fish I still remain undefeated by pinfall or submission since November and tonight when I beat Seth Rollins that will be no different. And the inevitable factor of me winning again in 7 short days will continue that reign as it gives birth to another. My championship reign as the Intercontinental champion and most must see superstar in wrestling history.



The Miz
John, I thank you greatly for keeping the title warm for me but it’s now time for a new champion to take your place, a more deserving one, somebody who never stops putting in 100% and somebody who will do and has done everything they can to receive the spotlight they deserve. What’ve you done Austin since coming back eh? You like to brag about how good your climbing skills are but I don’t think I’ve seen anything worth remembering. I think your debut return was your highlight when you ending a hot winning streak from Carlito but the very next week you tapped out like a bitch to MVP. Which has made my decision easy. Due to obvious circumstances I being not only the better athlete of us 3 but also the better wrestler, I’ve decided I’m going to eliminate you first Austin by making you tap out to the figure 4 leg lock! Just to remind you who’s the boss around here. And John, don’t think I’ve forgotten about you, your gonna have your face smashed into the mat so hard your gonna wish you’d been eliminated first.

The Miz looks at both Austin and John you look anything but impressed from what he’s had to say. With both looking on at him as if there about to burst The Miz exits the ring and carries on to talk to them both as he walks up the ramp.

The Miz
You see, there it is, I saw how you two were about to throw your toys outta your pram and start having a little tantrum so I thought I’d leave the ring before things get ugly. Because I’m smart like that remember, I have a match tonight and I don’t need any roadblocks like you two stopping me. And with that being said I have a present in my pocket for each of you before I leave.

The Miz slowly reaches into his right pocket as he stands at the top of the ramp and when he pulls out his hand he has his two fingers stuck up to John Morrison and Austin Aries then bursts out laughing to himself as he exits the arena.

XWL cuts to an advertisement and during this short break Austin Aries runs up the ramp in pursuit of The Miz and John Morrison is left to exit slowly as he receives a good reaction from the crowd.

Christian and John Morrison vs. Dolph Ziggler and Dean Ambrose

And 20 minutes later into the match. . .

Christian and Dolph Ziggler are now the legal men in the match. Dolph has Christian on the ground, he hits him with elbow after elbow after elbow before slicking back his hair and dropping Christian with a big elbow that probably sucked almost all the life out of his body. Dolph goes for the pin but Christian kicks out at the 2. Dolph applies a headlock onto Captain Charisma and proceeds to head into a headstand as he shouts "I'm just that damn good!" before dropping down and applying more force to the headlock. At this time, John Morrison is stomping his feet on the mat, trying to get the support of the fans on his side despite Christian not being a fan favorite. While all of this is going on, Deam Ambrose looks on, unimpressed by his nemessis, Dolph Ziggler.
Christian and Dolph Ziggler slowly rise as both men are on their feet now, Christian elbows Ziggler in the abdomen multiple times and finally breaks free from his grasps. Christian runs to the turnbuckle adjacent to John Morrison and goes to the top to hit a axe handle as Dolph Ziggler is hunched over. He jumps but out of nowhere, Dolph Ziggler hits Christian with a dropkick to the stomach and Christian rolls around in pain while Dolph is laid out on the ground. The referee begins to start the count as Morrison and Ambrose are itching to be tagged in. The refree reaches the 7 count and Christian gets into the turnbuckle corner and Dolph has already rised. Dolph charges at Christian but he moves out the way and kicks him in the head leaving Dolph dazed, jumps up on the turnbuckle yet again and this time, connects with a dropkick.
Christian crawls over to get the cover however Ziggler kicks out at 2.5. Christian picks Ziggler up and drags him over to the middle rope near Ambrose. Christian turns his back for just a second to look at Morrison and Ambrose is able to get tag, Christian turns around to a huge lariat by Dean Ambrose. Ambrose goes for the cover but Christian kicks out right after the 2 count. Dean drags Christian to his feet and hits Christian with a powerbomb. He quickly then runs over to Morrison and knocks him off the apron in which Morrison crashes to the ground. Ambrose turns his attention to Christian and he locks on a crossface on Christian, will he tap out? Dean pulls back on the crossface and despite the pressure, Christian has yet to tap out, and with Morrison on the outside, no one can break it up.
Christian seems to be losing it and just before he's about to pass out, unexpectedly, Dolph Ziggler actually distracts the referee when Christian seems to give up. As Dean seems confused to as to why the referee hasn't rung the bell, he turns around and sees Dolph Ziggler making trouble with the referee. When Ambrose walks over, Dolph tags himself back in and the referee sends Dean to the outside despite his protests. Dolph runs over to get the pin on the lifeless Christian but before the referee can count 3, Ambrose breaks the pin up and drags Ziggler off Christian. The referee forcefully gets Dean Ambrose to come out the ring and as Dolph turns around, Morrison hits him with a flying chuck kick to the face. Morrison then drags Christian's body over to his side of the turnbuckle and tags himself in after he calls for the referee's attention.
Dolph gets up and Morrison hits him with 2 clothesline in a row. He irish whips Ziggler into the rope and he runs back into a calf kick by Morrison. Morrison picks Dolph up and irish whips him into the ropes but Dolph kicks him in the gut. He hops up onto the second rope and hits a jumping leg drop bulldog. Dolph goes for the cover and Morrison kicks out at the 2.

Commercial break

Christian is now back on the apron and Ambrose and John Morrison are the legal men in the ring, during the break, Ambrose slapped Dolph's back while he was irish whipped into the ropes. Ambrose and Morrison are trading shots back and forth, the crowd can be heard saying YAY! BOO! Ambrose finally gets the upper hand. . .

Ambrose begins to lay it into Jomo, backing him up into the corner where Christian stands, not so worried about Christian tagging himself in as he stands there, pretty happy about the beating JoMo is getting. Christian looks out to the crowd at some kids who are cheering on Morrison, turning his attention away from the match. Ambrose steps back a little bit as he looks to wind up a punch and as he begins to swing but Morrison ducks the punch and Ambrose connects with Christian! Ambrose turns around and now Jomo is in control! The crowd goes wild as Christian regains himself, looking back into the ring as from the looks of things, it looks like Morrison was the one who hit him. Christian gets into the ring and goes right at Morrison and the two begin to throw left and rights at each other as Ambrose looks on. Ziggler steps into the ring and Ambrose begins to charge at Ziggler Ziggler takes Ambrose down with a strong tackle, right as the referee was about to disqualify Christian. The referee tries to stop the fights but he has no choice but to call for a double disqualification!

The Fans In Attendance!

The brawl continues, it's unable to tell who is getting the upper hand before Ambrose knees Ziggler in the gut and throws him over the top rope and to the outside of the ring! Ziggler manages to land on his feet and tuck and roll his way back onto his feet again, not taking too much damage from the fall. Before going back into the fight, he runs his fingers through his hair and once again shouts "I'm just that damn good!" Ambrose doesn't notice Ziggler as Ziggler walks up to the apron, tripping Ambrose and pulling him to the outside and they begin to fight on the outside. We head back into the ring to focus on the Christian and Morrison fight which as turned in the favor of Morrison as he has Christian backed into the corner, not letting up on him until Christian manages to kick Jomo in the gut with his boot, getting him away and giving him time to get up. Christian goes to clothesline Jomo but Jomo does some matrix type evasion, sending Christian over him and as Christian turns around he is connected with a pele kick from Jomo! Morrison is about to go back on the attack when a loud crash is heard from the outside. He looks to the outside and he realizes he's in trouble now.

Dolph Ziggler is laying against some Steel Steps, hurt and nearly out cold as Ambrose stands there with AJ Styles next time him! AJ takes the body of Ziggler and throws the dead weight body of Ziggler into the ring and Ambrose and AJ begin to slowly creep up onto the apron as Morrison looks on. Ambrose and AJ step into the ring and begin to look on at Morrison, waiting for the time to strike. But they aren't able to strike as Morrison is the first to strike, going after Ambrose then then AJ! He's trying to fend them off but he is soon stopped as he is clubbed in the back of the head by Christian! The crowd boos as the three men begin to stomp on Morrison, making sure he stays down. Ambrose begins to give a direction to AJ and Christian but Christian doesn't seem to like it too much as he stomps on Morrison once more before locking eyes with Ambrose. Something big could be about to go down when...

It's Samoa Joe!!



Joe darts through the curtain as the fans go nuts, AJ's jaw drops as Joe runs down the ramp at full pace. He slides into the ring but AJ and Dean start to stomp Joe, Joe ducks back out of the ring and grabs AJ by the leg and drags him out of the ring and takes him by the head.



He throws AJ full force into the steel ring post knocking him down, Joe runs into the ring as he and Dean trade punches back and forth. Christian keeps to himself as he stomps Morrison in the corner, AJ gets back into the ring now as the numbers game comes into play, or does it? AJ goes to clothesline Joe but Joe ducks it causing AJ to knock into Dean sending him out of the ring. Joe starts to jab AJ over and over as the fans chant "Joe!" with each hit.



As he's hitting AJ, Christian turns his attention to Joe and low blows him causing Joe to drop to his knees. Dean gets back into the ring to check on AJ, Christian pats both men on the back and says "We got this." Christian stands in front of Joe as AJ and Dean are behind, he slaps Joe in the face and shouts "You think you can mess with us?!" Dean and AJ look at eachother and roll out of the ring leaving Christian on his own. Christian's confidence is through the roof as he smirks and looks back noticing Dean and AJ halfway up the ramp looking at him. The camera shows Joe slowly getting up behind Christian with a look that could kill, Christian sights and slowly turns around right into a huge enziguri from Joe! He drops to the mat like a sack of potatoes, Joe stacks Christian up in the corner and slaps him right in the face shouting "This is for you AJ!" and sets Christian up for a Muscle Buster and drops him with it! He drags Christian's motionless body over to the corner and leans against the ropes as John Morrison gets into the ring and does a starship pain on Christian! Dolph is seen outside on his own not wanting anything to do with Morrison and Joe.



Morrison's theme hits as the fans cheer. The camera pans around this hectic scene. Dean and AJ are shown on the top of the ramp as AJ glares at Joe and Dean glares at Morrison. Dolph Ziggler on the outside looking furious at what just went down and lastly Christian down on the mat while Samoa Joe and John Morrison occupy the ring. Joe nods at Morrison before stepping out of the ring leaving the scene for Morrison to pose on his own as the last show before Final Stand V ends!
