Slater not so much, but still back then we let anyone be anyone... Which ruined allot of characters. Slater used to be a decent superstar in XWL, so it'd be hard to follow up on that if he isn't active.

Del Rio is a defiant No, imo. but Not so sure on Slater.

Slater can be approved, but like others have said Del Rio needs to be taken by someone who is active and judging by your last stint you're not. Perhaps in the future should you stick around this time then we can see about it then. Just read over all of the rules and apply the stats to Slater that Red has posted.
