-If more than one person is interested then test promos will be required two full days after the 24 hours is up
-After two weeks it's first come first served

If I remember correctly, they can express interest in one, and plan to drop the character they have now if they get them.

But they can't express interest in two and say they'll drop the one they have.

Jimmy, Here's an idea before you start putting interest in for everyone like you usually do, stick with who you have and build them up and be active.

You've yet to prove you can do that, until then..Interest Denied.
