If I'm allowed I will be picking up my second character Bram is it a go?

You can be two just keep in mind you'll be required to promo at least once every two weeks as every charter you pick up. Bram is also newly free which means that if you'd like him you need to express interest. Once you do then a 24 hour clock starts and all others will be able to register their interest during that time if there is any. If not then he'll be yours, but if someone does apply we'll require test promos from everyone interested. With someone like Bram it's rare that someone else would, but just so you know the possible scenarios. So would you like to express interest in him?
