Help, please, with sugar on top, and a cherry, a sugar coated cherry

...So....


It takes a lot to run a league, and honestly right now we're running at about half speed. Some problems of the past are fixed now, booking can be done in 30 minutes or less, which just two months ago was unheard of....but workload wise, help wise, having enough people around wise...we're struggling. Kyle's awesome for discussions and while he's not around 24/7 when he is around you know shit will get done and he'll put in serious input when it's needed. Gaz has always been one of my favorite people to be admins because he's usually around a good bit, doesn't hold back his opinion, and shit gets done.


But it takes more than three people to run a league, there's the organization factor, having enough heads around at any given time to solve any woes or discuss things. Well, three kind of isn't enough, really four is pushing it but we did okay. Basically this ship needs some more hands to make it move like the well oiled machine it should be, and so this is me asking for help.


Whether it's helping with roster pictures because if there's enough switches....which happens about once a month, and that's if we're lucky...it can be difficult to get all of those done in time for the new card, so having more people that are able to do them is a big help.

We need people to help keep things updated, we've got a spreadsheet that is pretty damn handy for tracking who has promo'd who hasn't who was picked up, when they were...etc and with a lack of numbers that can sometimes become a lot less current than it could be. Available lists, title history, it's small things that sometimes go unnoticed or you just plain old forget and then you find out the list is so outdated and you wonder how the hell that happened.

We also need people that will be both around, and involved in daily discussions whether it's discussing title stuff, ideas for the future, situations that might come about.


Basically...we just plain out need help. We don't know who to ask, who is willing, so a long time ago when I needed help the league as a whole just said if you need help just ask, so....this is me asking.
