Bobby Lashley is newly available, so for people that have been free less than two weeks we have what is called an "interest" period. This allows newly free people to not be snatched up the second they become free by allowing people to throw their name into things and then if nobody else does the same that character goes to the person. But should anybody else want Bobby Lashley, which he's not a hugely popular character so I wouldn't get to worried about that, then you and the other/s will be required to submit test promos to the admins.
