-Express interest if you want this superstar then wait until 24 hours pass
-If more than one person is interested then test promos will be required two full days after the 24 hours is up
-After two weeks it's first come first served
-Realize that Dolph is admin approved, and you'll be required to promo consistently as him | |

Not 100% sure if this is legit interest, but since it's posted we'll treat it as such. Everyone else now has twenty four hours, that means 5:15 AM EST tomorrow to throw their name in the hat now. If anyone else does then we'll require all applicants to submit test promos within 48 hours after the interest period passes. | |

| As of now no one else may express interest, all applicants have forty eight hours exactly from this time to submit their test promos in to the admins. Failure to do so will immediately take you out of the running. | |
