1. One Man's Pain is Another Man's Title Reign
While this year's annual Final Stand saw some legacies come to a close, it also hosted the introduction of two new Champions. On the women's front, Tessa Blanchard proved herself to be as tough as a diamond when she managed to eliminate the Unpredictable threat of Liv Morgan after things got nasty following an attempt at an aerial attack off the top of a ladder, spearheaded by a sledgehammer, went terribly wrong. With the blue-tongued brat out of the picture, Tessa moved on to do the unthinkable by pinning the previously thought to be Unbreakable Natalya after she spiked the former Champion’s skull off of the ladder with her trademarked Buzzsaw DDT, ending the career-defining reign of the Queen of Harts while securing her spot as your new Undeniable Women's Champion. On the men's side of the coin, JBL faced off against the now former World Heavyweight Champion, Aiden English. The crafty corporate snake was able to procure the victory after using English’s own rope against him, and practically tempting his former Cabinet member to “go towards the light.” These near-homicidal means leave us wondering if there’s anything JBL wouldn’t do to secure, and going forward, retain his gold. Although his methods may have been difficult to watch, they were effective and granted JBL his first ever XWL World Heavyweight Championship, while simultaneously condemning us all to the seemingly endless hell that is trying to succeed in a world with John Bradshaw Layfield. In a stunning and welcomed turn of events after the match, JBL would soon find himself out cold on the floor when the Scottish Psychopath, Drew McIntyre, manifested all the desires of the people when he connected a boot to the pompous jaw of Layfield. With a threat to the throne already arising, is JBL capable of keeping the Scotsman at bay so soon after the aforementioned "I Quit" match?

2. Fresh Meat on the Street
This year's Final Stand brought us several surprises that extended beyond its previously scheduled and highly anticipated card. The returns of Roman Reigns, Dolph Ziggler, Dean Ambrose, Rey Mysterio, and Cesaro left the XWL Universe in attendance and at home presumably elated. The question now is: will these superstars manage to capitalize on their momentum coming off the heels of Final Stand? Or were these appearances on the grandest stage of them all just minor flashes in the pan? Stay tuned this week to discover who rises to the top, and who succumbs to the pressure, and flops.

3. Some Things Never Change (Hands)
Despite two new Champions being crowned at Final Stand, other Champions endured and walked out of biggest event of the year with their gold still in tact. Speaking of gold, Matt Sydal defended his Intercontinental Championship when he overcame the staggering odds and completed his tallest order yet by defeating Ricochet, Jimmy Havoc, Daniel Bryan, and Tyler Breeze all in one sitting in a Fatal 5-Way, Falls Count Anywhere, Elimination match. Andrade "Cien" Almas and Curt Hawkins may have wrapped up the Best of 7 Series for the World Television Championship, but at the end of the sequence, it was Almas who bested Hawkins and retained his title. North American Champion Shayna Baszler had an unexpected guest answer the call to her open challenge when the Chairman of XWL, Vince McMahon, made his presence known in New Jersey. The surprise of the fans was short-lived, however, when he revealed Baszler's contender to be God's Greatest Creation (and Vince's personal favorite), Mandy Rose. Unfortunately for the Golden Goddess, Vince's favor was not enough to seal the victory, and in the end it was the Submission Magician who retained. Lastly, the longest reigning Tag Team Champions in Chris Sabin and Chad Gable, collectively known as the Trash City Stupid Idiots, faced off against the dynamic duo who gained their fame while competing in Japan, Kenny Omega and Kota Ibushi, the Golden Lovers. While the Golden Star and the Best Bout Machine put on an impressive showing, it was TCSI who retained their championships, and will continue to expand upon their history-making reign.

4. Ladies' Night
Even though the following women weren't involved in a championship opportunity this time around, the performances they gave were sure to earn them notice in the following weeks as we look towards International Incident. Following a couple of conspiratorial no-shows, it seemed like it was fate that Rosemary and Ember Moon would clashed this year in the Metlife Stadium. After Rosemary secured the win for herself with the Red Wedding, one has to wonder if this is the last these two will see of each other? After an overtly personal rivalry that found its roots between Five Feet of Fury and the Resident Anarchist, the team of Nia Jax and Ruby Riott took on the dynamic duo of Alexa Bliss and Kairi Sane in a unbelievably long-winded Last Team Standing Match. It was the Irresistible Force Nia Jax who was first eliminated, when Kairi Sane took a questionable leap of faith off of a ladder, which ended up paying off when it eliminated the most physically dominant threat in the contest. However, Sane's victory was cut short when she found herself in a sacrificial position to save her partner and friend from the destructive Riott Kick. In the end, it was Alexa who managed to avenge her partner through some poetic justice and eradicate her long-standing bully in Ruby Riott. The Empress of Tomorrow and the Irish Lass-Kicker met in the ring at Final Stand to settle their vast differences in a grueling Submission Match. At the end of the night, the Empress bowed to Straight Fire as Becky Lynch was able force Asuka into submission by practically ripping her arm right out of its socket. But to the surprise of many, it was Asuka who got the last laugh when she turned the stomachs of everyone watching by popping her own arm back into place, and catching Lynch off guard with the Asuka Lock. Becky inevitably faded while the Empress, even though coming up short, walked out of Final Stand with her head held high.

5. Boys Will Be Boys
The Demon King Finn Balor made a notable impact last week with a triumphant return of the Demon and victory over the writer-of-names Chris Jericho off the 1916. The mullet-wielding Brian Pillman Jr. looked to land his first victory over Eli Drake last week, but unfortunately for Pillman Jr., the odds were in the Elite One's favor at Final Stand. To a double showing of misfortune, after the match Drake crassly rejected a show of sportsmanship from his opponent, and sent him walking out of Metlife Stadium with an L and a serious case of (black and) blue balls. Speaking of balls, during a vomit-inducing Last Man Standing match between Sami Zayn and Pete Dunne, Dunne found himself on the sore end of a 2 on 1 predicament when the unexpected (at least to Pete Dunne) third party of Jay White entered the equation off of a masked attack from behind, giving Sami the opening he so desperately needed in order to bust out his inner Negan and introduce a new weapon into the bloody fray. A barb wire baseball bat was intended to put Dunne away, but perhaps ended up causing Zayn more harm than good when the Bruiserweight got his hands on the piece and used it to scrape away several layers of Sami Zayn’s mug. But in the end, the numbers game got the best of Pete Dunne, and it was Sami Zayn and his cutthroat companion who triumphantly walked out of New Jersey. With a few too many shots to the family jewels over the course of this contest, Pete Dunne came up short and was down for the 10 count. Meanwhile, the Dream became extreme when Velveteen Dream conquered the veteran Heartbreak Kid, Shawn Michaels, and delivered on his promise to treat the world to the true "Velveteen Dream Experience." All the way over on the darkest corner of the card, we witnessed 385 pounds of Braun Strowman willfully lay down onto the mat and hand the victory to the team of the Undertaker and Aleister Black. After the match, Strowman's partner Bray Wyatt re-entered the squared circle where he and Braun participated in a rather grimy and bizarre exchange with the unofficial fifth member of this match, Rosemary. Following the spread of some foul green mist and mucus, the five joined in unison to stand tall in the center of the ring. Is Rosemary the second-coming of Charles Manson? Or is this band of cult-like misfits something even more blatantly sinister? Grab hold of your rosaries and crucifixes, as we look to find out this week on Anarchy.

*BONUS* 6. Daddy's Home
In a stunning turn of events revealed via XWL.com last week, the XWL Universe and roster discovered that the Chairman of XWL himself, Vince McMahon, was returning to Anarchy to address the current status of the company he founded. After the tyrannical and self-promoting time in the General Manager office by (you know who), and the sporadic rotating guest GMs we've been subjected to over the past number of weeks, Anarchy has truly been living up to its name as of late. Will Mr. McMahon be the unexpected voice of reason that the company is dying for, or will he only further turn the foundation of Anarchy onto its head?

Intercontinental Championship Open Challenge

As Anarchy begins, we don't go to a video highlighting what we witnessed at Final Stand XI, we don't see a typical show intro, no we go live from the jump. And there's no extravagant display of pyrotechnics to get the entire audience pumped, because as announced heading into tonight's show, Mr. McMahon is going to issue a State Of XWL Address...and attention from the entire roster is mandatory. So the very first thing we see? Is all of our Champions lined up in the ring. On the far left is The NEW World Heavyweight Champion John Bradshaw Layfield, beside him is The NEW Women's Champion Tessa Blanchard. Beside her stand STILL as Tag-Team Champions Chad Gable & Chris Sabin otherwise known as TCSI. To their left is Matt Sydal STILL standing with an iron clad grip of his Intercontinental Championship. Beside him is Shayna Baszler successfully still able to carry The North American Championship. Lastly on the far right of this line is Andrade Cien Almas proudly displaying his World Television Championship. But while all of them are gathered in the ring, surrounding the ring is the ENTIRE XWL Roster.


From Aiden English, to Zelina Vega every active Male & Female Superstar per orders of Mr. McMahon have gathered around all four sides of the ring all likely wondering what Vince has in store for them tonight as never before has the entire roster been gathered together like this. You see Natalya somehow able to stand here after the war she went through last night. Mandy Rose pouting in the corner as she has to look at Shayna holding the title she came within seconds of claiming at Final Stand. There's Men & Women that appeared at Final Stand in some capacity and others that sat it out likely hoping tonight's address is something that can help them get into the fold of things in XWL. And in a rather unexpected twist, it's not just Superstars around the ring but we notice the commentary table is also empty, for in the midst of the sea of Superstars is Renee Young, Corey Graves, and Mauro Ranallo perhaps given the order to be apart of this moment rather than trying to do their job as the announcers. There's no need for commentary to promote this moment because it truly speaks for itself. And as fans on all sides of the arena cheer excited for what might be about to come...suddenly everything stops as the sound of Mr. McMahon's theme rings through our ears.



All eyes from The Superstars around the ring, and The Champions inside the ring turn to the stage, some taking a deep breath, other more bold names impatiently tapping their feet as if this is an inconvenience to them. But once Mr. McMahon steps out from behind the curtain with his famous strut, we know that business is about to pick up in a big way because he's here, we're live, and every Superstar has been assembled here per his orders. Whatever he has to say is going to effect everyone, but what is it? He wastes no time strutting down the ramp, as the sea of Superstars on the ramp side of the ring begin to part like the red sea. Names like Alexa Bliss & Kairi Sane waste little time in scurrying out of the way. Others like Braun Strowman, The Undertaker, Aleister Black, and Rosemary are less enthusiastic about moving but ultimately they follow suit as well as Mr. McMahon moves towards the steps, where more Superstars like Kenny Omega & Kota Ibushi The Golden Lovers make sure to steer clear of his path as he starts to walk up the steps and walk along the apron as the camera pans out to show alternate angles of outside of the ring and The Superstars inhabiting it. Focus returns back to the ring where Mr. McMahon soon enters and begins to pull a mic out from within his coat as he throws his empty hand into the air to silence his theme.

I'm sure you're all dying to know why you've been gathered here tonight, and to that I say you'll find out when I'm good and ready. Last I checked, I sign all of your checks, and if I ask you to gather around this ring and listen to me speak for the entirety of this show? You do so with a smile on your face and your lips zipped, or else you can run your mouth in another line, the unemployment line.

He wastes no time in asserting himself, making it very clear that they all need to be on their best behavior in his presence because they are here to listen and that is it. No comments from the peanut gallery, no interruptions, just Mr. McMahon with a microphone.

Before I get started, I'd like to take this time to congratulate all of our Champions that after competing on the grandest stage of them all, stand here in this ring with the rewards of their own efforts. Shayna Baszler, Andrade Cien Almas, Matt Sydal, and TCSI all RETAINED their titles and proved what they were made of. Others like Tessa Blanchard and JBL brought about the end of the previous Champion's reigns and now stand here bright shiny and new ready to live out their dream as Champions.

All of them flash a version of a smile of some kind, proud of themselves for being Champion no doubt.

[Mr. McMahon]
But I'm not here to recall all the incredible things we witnessed...I'm here to call upon the incredible things that are to come. This is the time of year where we "reset" and begin a journey all over again until next year's Final Stand. The year ahead is riddled with endless possibilities...and that all starts right here, right NOW. A show, a BRAND can only run with leadership, and currently due to how things played out, which I'm not going to get into again because it's a new day, a new era and harping off things like that are not productive. But due to those factors, we've been without a full-time General Manager.

He makes a point to look over his shoulder at JBL, who infamously used his position to get a World Title Match against his former protege in The Main-Event of Final Stand, which as we can see went all according to plan as he now stands here The NEW World Heavyweight Champion. But after this brief exchange, he refocuses back on the audience.  

[Mr. McMahon]
A commander and chief to oversee the day to day, to make the tough choices, to provide opportunities, to be here night in and night out to run "Anarchy" as best it can be. I tried entertaining the idea of a "Guest General Manager" concept. It was suggested by the board of directors, they saw great promise in fresh faces and also familiar ones taking the helm given the amazing work achieved by similar names in the past, namely one of our former top Female Superstars. Now before I go any further I did reach out to Layla and ultimately she's moved on, so, for now, that door is closed. But back to this "concept", we allowed to play out on the road to Final Stand. It was interesting, it allowed the likes of Alexa Bliss & TCSI our Tag-Team Champions to captain the show and they did well. But then you had the likes of Dario Cueto who quite frankly was more hassle than he was worth...then Paul Heyman, granting a title match to Ronda Rousey, that she didn't even show up for, making his week a massive failure...and don't even get me started on that convoluted Main-Event. THEN...THE ROCK & STONE COLD STEVE AUSTIN DON'T EVEN BOTHER SHOWING UP BECAUSE OF CONFLICTING SCHEDULES...AND IT MAKES ME LOOK LIKE A DAMN FOOL!

You see the signs of immediate frustration on his face, if we know one crucial detail about the inner-workings of Mr. McMahon it's that he doesn't like to be embarrassed.

[Mr. McMahon]
So I fired every last one of them for that terrible idea, and decided that if you want something done right? You sometimes have to do it yourself. So effective immediately, I Vincent Kennedy McMahon...AM THE NEW GENERAL MANAGER OF ANARCHY!

With that sudden bombshell announcement, The Champions and The Superstars all visibly show their reactions, some going back to the time where they themselves were fans watching and can't help but get excited by the idea of Mr. McMahon being the big boss in charge every week now. Others that haven't exactly had the best history with him don't seem so thrilled but you best believe if he looks in their direction and immediate smile and applause will follow suit.  The audience itself is excited because we know Mr. McMahon is a leader unlike any other, and his appearances in XWL have been so sporadic that it's like the chains have been taken off and now he's here full time every single week.

[Mr. McMahon]
That's right, the boss is here tonight, and I will be here each and every single week to run things MY way. No more entrusting this position to someone else, no...we've done that, I've even allowed my own family to run it...and they ran it into the damn ground because they put themselves ahead of everything that makes a brand like this successful. I may think I know best, and I do...but what makes XWL into the giant it's become is the fact that ANYONE can succeed here if they work their ass off to get there. The likes of Evan Bourne, or Matt Sydal as he's now known by...was nothing but a curtain jerking loser in WWE...but in XWL? He proved someone like me wrong and has become one of the most successful Superstars in XWL history. He is the epitome of a guy I wouldn't even look twice at, but dammit he proved ANYONE can be a big deal if given the chance. I mean look at what he did last night at Final Stand. He signed himself up for a 5 MAN ELIMINATION, FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE MATCH...where he was set to defend his Intercontinental Championship...I believe it was Chad Gable who told him it was a bad idea? Yet, he succeeded. Because what makes Superstars like him successful is they believe they are more, and some...not all of them, but some prove they ARE.

With that direct acknowledgment Matt can't help but pat his title with a proud grin, looking at one half of The Tag-Team Champions Chad Gable with the most "I told you so" expression that there is.

[Mr. McMahon]
He even has the stones to issue an OPEN CHALLENGE...in tonight's Main-Event where despite JUST defending his title, he is already challenging himself AGAIN!

The audience lets out a louder wave of cheers upon the news of tonight's Main-Event being revealed, that Matt Sydal is issuing an Open Challenge the night after his successful Pay-Per-View defense on the grand stage. You see many Superstars outside the ring raise an eyebrow upon hearing that news, perhaps considering accepting it themselves.

[Mr. McMahon]
So I wouldn't be a Billionaire genius if I ignored that, I wouldn't be doing this brand, this company...justice if I tried to shy away from that. No, what makes me that is I can stand here tonight and say that we will not shy away from the essence of XWL, but instead EMBRACE IT! I've got a lot of announcements tonight and I'll start with you, Andrade. Now I'll give credit where it's due you survived The Best Of 7 with Curt Hawkins to retain your title...but if you think you'll be able to rest on your laurels you're mistaken. No, your true test as Champion comes NEXT WEEK. Because you will be defending your title against not one, not two...but THREE other Men in a Fatal Four Way Match!

No one is ever exactly "elated" to find out news like that, but given the serious nature of dealing with Mr. McMahon Andrade tries to bite his tongue and not react to the news in a way that'll call attention upon himself.  

[Mr. McMahon]
Who will be in that match you ask? Well, one of the main criticisms at times is that we don't do enough Number One Contender Matches. So tonight? We're going to have THREE of them. The winners of those matches will move onto next week's Fatal Four Way where they will battle you for The World Television Championship. Who are in those matches? Chris Jericho will be going one on one with Rey Mysterio!

Despite coming up short at Final Stand against The Demon Finn Balor Jericho is being rewarded for his efforts as of late and he seems quite pleased as he finds out he'll be facing the newly returned Rey Mysterio a man who hasn't exactly had his best success in XWL and is looking to change that with this return. Both eye each other from opposite ends of the ringside area ready for their clash.

[Mr. McMahon]
Dolph Ziggler will be facing off with The Miz as two recently returned veterans collide for an opportunity at breaking back into things.

Dolph Ziggler, of course, was very outspoken at Final Stand in being left off the show so no doubt he looks ready to seize the opportunity before him tonight. While The Miz sporting one of his fashion-forward suits looks unbothered by the prospects of facing and is ready to advance to next week's title match.

Lastly it'll be Roman Reigns against Roderick Strong!

Matt flashes a smile as he looks over at Roderick Strong his fellow Undisputed Era brother who seems very happy to get this opportunity tonight given the fact he's been unsuccessful in truly getting into the fold as of late. While his opponent Roman Reigns has been very vocal about how he believes this run is going to go now that he's back and a match like this is par the course for him. After all, it is ONE versus ALL.

[Mr. McMahon]
Next on the agenda, you Shayna Baszler. Now you did well last night, some might even say exceptional. But can you combat your next challenge? We'll find out at International Incident when you defend against the winner of tonight's Triple Threat Match where we'll determine your #1 contender. It's going to be Ember Moon versus Alexa Bliss versus...MANDY ROSE!

As evidenced by his previous history with Mandy Rose, despite coming up short twice now against Shayna...she's yet again being presented with an opportunity to get gold around her waist. Alexa Bliss who just scored a HUGE victory in a Last Team Standing Match when she defeated her very personal rival Ruby Riott seems thrilled as Kairi hugs her because this is the first Number One Contender Match Alexa has had in a year. So no doubt she wants to make the most of this opportunity. While Ember Moon stands at the corner near the barricade, surrounded by a veil and a hood, her eyes only exposed as you see a burning intensity coming from them. She's a new Woman, a "Shenom" and tonight she's ready to put all of that into becoming Number One Contender for the title that she fell short at winning before in its inaugural match.

But I've saved my best announcement for last. For what I am about to say doesn't affect tonight, or next week...or even International Incident. No, what I am about to say is a promise of a future opportunity that I'm sure all of you have been waiting for. Now the richest prize in this industry is The World Heavyweight Championship, and respectively as well The Women's Championship it is the thing of dreams, the pinnacle, the one thing that every Man or Woman when they aspire to get into this business to one day become. And while yes it will be defended at International Incident, and I'll get into the specifics of that later. There's an event that we all know too well right after it. Downpour is the night where THE ELIMINATION CHAMBER is unleashed upon our Men & Women here in XWL...and this year, we're going to be doing things a little bit differently.

You see a lot of The Superstars, and Champion's ears perk up as Mr. McMahon makes mention of The Elimination Chamber.

[Mr. McMahon]
Whoever is World Heavyweight Champion after International Incident, whether that's John Bradshaw Layfield or not...will be defending that title against five other men inside the dreaded ELIMINATION CHAMBER! But instead of "handpicking" those challengers as we always do...instead of putting my choices at the forefront and everyone else be damned like every other General Manager. I'm looking out into the masses, at every Male Superstar and Female Superstar surrounding this ring and I'm telling you what is coming up because no matter who you are, no matter how long you've been here, no matter your "history" or lack thereof. I am giving you this platform to step up. I am informing you of this knowledge because instead those 5 Superstars will be determined via QUALIFYING MATCHES!

While his announcement currently addresses The World Title, even The Women around the ring such as Becky Lynch or Asuka also seem quite excited by this, because likely this means the same for them as well. You see The Men all looking at one another like "Hey this is what I've been waiting for."

And listen up because this is the real deal...if you want to be apart of those qualifying matches? You better buckle down and bust your ass to impress me, and to impress The XWL Universe. Because The Superstars who compete in those matches, who WIN those matches and qualify? They will have the opportunity that could change their entire careers. You want in that match? You want the opportunity to qualify for that match? Voice yourself, PROVE IT IN THIS RING, let this ignite a fire within you to stand out above everyone else and catch my eye. You have until the end of International Incident to make your case, and show me you want this. So, gentlemen, and ladies I'll be watching...the question is...will you be watching The Elimination Chamber Match? Or will YOU be one of the lucky Men or Women to QUALIFY for that match?  

With the audience roaring with immediate excitement over what's to come in just over a month from now the cameras to reactions from superstars like Finn Balor who has been dying to get back into The World Title hunt since he lost his "Crown Jewel" of The Authority status many years ago. You see Velveteen Dream, who although he's newer he's wasted zero time in making an immediate impact, and scoring a big win at his first outing on the grand stage. You see Eli Drake who has had a rough couple of months since losing The Intercontinental Championship and desperately needs something like this to be able to prove why he is "The Elite Superstar Of XWL."  

[Mr. McMahon]
Starting tonight I want each and every last one of you to show me how hungry you are, how determined you are, how undeniable YOU are! This isn't a new "era" that term gets thrown around so much it's lost its meaning. This is the dawn of your takeover, it is the first day of the rest of your careers...and if you want to make a name for yourself? You start by letting me know WHO you are! Show me WHAT you can do! And above all else? TELL ME WHAT YOU WANT! I want to feel your passion burning through every word you ever utter into a microphone. I want to see your desire to be the best inside and outside of this ring! Do I make myself clear, dammit?! YOU WANT WHAT THESE SUPERSTARS HAVE IN THIS RING? THEN YOU BETTER LEAVE YOUR MARK ON THIS SHOW EACH AND EVERY WEEK! Now quit standing around daydreaming and SHOW ME YOU WANT THIS!

Following his impassioned address to the locker room that surrounds the ring, you see a fire ignite in each of their eyes. You see the realization that everything they've ever wanted is within reach, they just have to spend the next month giving it all they've got to impress Mr. McMahon. The cameras remain focused on all The Superstars staring intently at The Champions in the ring. They have what they want, and now thanks to Mr. McMahon's words...they know how to get it. Some Superstars start to take their leave, ready to get prepared to start their case why it should be them tonight, others seem frozen in desire as they stare at The World Heavyweight Champion. Mr. McMahon lowers his mic and gives a glance to all The Champions that they better be ready because he's just unleashed the beast within every potential challenger. Anarchy then begins to fade out as we go to our first commercial break of the evening, knowing that once we resume the broadcast, a truly game-changing show awaits us.

There he is ladies, and gentlemen! The Elite Superstar of XWL Eli Drake! I am being told that he asked for this time to come out here, and explain his actions last night!

[Renee Young]
That was really out of character for Eli last night. I am still at a loss on why he did what he did last night.

[Mauro Ranallo]
I guess you could say it was the kick that shocked the XWL Universe.

He looks to his left, and his right gauging the XWL Universe. He laughs, and shakes his head then continues walking down the ramp.

[Renee Young]
This doesn't seem like the Eli Drake we are used to seeing at all.

[Mauro Ranallo]
No it doesn't. I mean look at him he isn't living it up with the XWL Universe like he normally does.

Fans lean forward trying to high five Eli, but he walks pass them without even acknowledging them. Eli now at the end of the ramp turns right, and walks out toward the ring announcer. He extends his mic, and Lilian looks at him confused.

["The Elite Superstar of XWL" Eli Drake]
Come on dummy! I don't got all day!

He snatches the microphone from Lilian's hands.

[Renee Young]
Did Eli just call Lilian Garcia a dummy?

[Mauro Ranallo]
Yes he did. It seems he may be in a bad mood?

The fans that hear Eli begin to boo upon hearing that Eli rolls his eyes, and turns around then begins walking toward the ring. Eli then slides into the the ring, and quickly gets up to his feet. He stands in the middle of the ring with a mic in hand. He raises it to chest level then looks to his left then to his right. The boos begin to slowly build. Eli raises up the mic up to his lips, and finally begins to talk.

Pipe down! This is my time to talk not yours! I am here to answer all of your social media questions. Oh yeah I saw them.

Eli pretends to cry mocking the XWL Universe.

How could you do that to your friend Brian Pillman Jr? He was there for you, and you turned your back on him!

The crowd booing continues building. He stops the fake crying abruptly, and continues talking.

[Renee Young]

Oh, and before I forget Brian I heard what you had to say after our match last night. You say this isn't the end? I think last night was the end Brian as I kicked your kister in, and laid you flat in the middle of this ring. What is there to be done Brian? Obviously you don't have the skills to hang with the big boys in the business, and well neither did your farther so I guess you could say being pathetic runs in the family.

I mean come on people I got this kid his very first victory! He hasn't won a single match on his own. Did any of you think he stood a chance against me?

Eli looks around at the crowd disgusted by that idea.

Eli begins walking towards the ropes excited, and leans his chest on the ropes while looking directly in the direction of the hardcam. The camera focuses in on Eli.

THE ELITE SUPERSTAR OF XWL, and there is no one on my level...

Eli then backs up to the middle of the ring, but doesn't look away from the camera. The crowd hits a peak in booing him.

["The Elite Superstar of XWL" Eli Drake]
Oh you don't like that? Well lemme tell ya dummies something I don't like. Aiden English. I wasted my breath on you last night. I tried to bestow courage in you to beat JBL, and what did you do? What did you do Aiden?

Eli looks as angry as can be.

["The Elite Superstar of XWL" Eli Drake]
YOU QUIT! YOU LET EVERY ONE OF US DOWN! EVERY PERSON WHO HAS BEEN EFFECTED BY THAT FLUBBERY OLD MAN LENT YOU OUR ENERGY, BUT WHAT DID YOU DO WITH ALL THAT POWER?!

We switch camera views as a cameraman moves in closer, and Eli looks into that camera.

You went, and threw it all down the shitter..

The camera zooms out to show Renee Young standing up with a microphone looking angry, and annoyed.

[Renee Young]
Eli that is enough! Didn't you see that Aiden was be hung! HE HAD NO CHOICE!

Eli whips his head over to Renee, and he quickly exits the ring the gets right into the face of Renee Young.

[Mauro Ranallo]
Eli you need to calm down!

Eli leans his head a little to left to stare at Mauro, and Eli has a stern look on his face. Mauro sinks down in his chair as he doesn't want to mess with Eli.

Quite down dummy this doesn't involve you..

Eli turns his attention back to Renee. Then raises his microphone back up to his mouth.

What..did...you..say..to..me...?

Renee baffled by Eli's current actions stutters on the microphone.

[Renee Young]
Ai....Aiden was being... hhhh... hung. Hhhhhhe had no chhhh... choice, but to quit...

No Renee... He chose to go out being what he came in as JBL's bitch. If that had been me I would hung that ole man in less than thirty seconds.

Renee's jaw drops for what Eli just said, and if you didn't think the boos could grow any louder. You were sadly mistaken.

Eli smirks as he turns away from Renee back toward the ring. He slides back in the ring, and gets to his feet. He looks out into the sea of the XWL Universe.

When Anarchy returns, we see Aiden English backstage being helped by two doctors out of the arena. It is clear that these are not XWL doctors, rather doctors working at a very high-level facility, showing just how severe Aiden’s injuries are. It is clear that other than the order to attend Vince Mcmahon’s address, there’s no reason for Aiden to be here considering his physical state, especially considering the camera can now see that Aiden is sporting a neck brace.

[Doctor]
When we’ll get back we’ll run a few more tests and then you’ll get some rest, alright?

{Aiden English}
Alright.

Aiden continues down the hallway accompanied by the doctor, toward the parking lot. Along the way, they pass by several XWL employees, and even a few superstars. While none of them say anything when Aiden passes by, the look on all of their faces say the same thing. Disappointment. Everyone had hopes for Aiden, everyone believed in him. And even though he gave it his all last night, it just wasn’t enough. Some of the looks are those of empathy, some of disdain, a few even still show hope. But they all share the element disappointment. Even though it’s non-verbal, Aiden English is no fool. He notices all of them. Every last one. As the camera gets a little closer to Aiden, it’s clear that his face is the one with the most disappointment of all. Everyone may have been let down, but he was the one who let them down. Everything JBL said about him this whole time, every insult, every accusation of how he was only successful because of riding his coattails, every dismissal, it all might as well be the truth, For the past month all Aiden has cared about, what he based his entire worth on, is beating JBL, and he didn’t. He couldn’t. As they enter the parking lot, Aiden asks the doctors to let him walk to the car by himself, at least allowing him some measure of honor to remain. The doctor seems reluctant at first, but they oblige, following close behind Aiden. As Aiden struggles to make his way to the car, each step and grunt seems to tell the story of a different man.

{Aiden English}
Ah!

An upstart, trying to take the world of XWL by storm using his antics of theater and make himself known throughout the entire world.

{Aiden English}
Eugh!

A man offered the secret to success, a key to all the riches and fame he wants. Willing to do whatever it takes to make his name.

{Aiden English}
Argh.

A loyal soldier, willing to carry out and execute any order his master assigns to him, no matter how dirty it may be.

{Aiden English}
Ugh.

A confident superstar, trying to prove himself as the future of the company with the help of his best friend and at the expense of others.

A paranoid, out of control wash-up, who doesn’t know his place in the world and isn’t sure of the man he once thought as his savior.

A hero with a newfound purpose, hell bent on proving himself no matter what, giving the audience what they deserve, and washing himself clean of his former sins.

[Doctor]
It’s this one.

Perhaps what we see now is all of these things at once. Aiden English has allowed each of his identities to push each other out for so longer, that maybe this is the end result. Does anyone know who he is anymore. Does he know who he is now? He leans against the car for a few moments, catching his breath, thinking about the events of his career. What is he? Who is he? What caused all this? How does he move on?

[Doctor]
You need me to open the door for you?

Aiden continues leaning against the car, not giving an answer to the doctor’s question. In response, the doctor simply shrugs and opens the door, assuming the answer to be yes. But it seems the sound of the car door opening, of someone having to do something so mundane as opening a car door for him, sparks something in Aiden English. Out of nowhere, Aiden jolts up from the car, and begins walking in the opposite direction, away from the car, toward the exit of the parking lot, probably back to the arena.

[Doctor]
Aiden, no, we have to go!

But he refuses to listen. While his walk is still clearly slower than usual, complete with limp, it seems that he is no longer grunting after every step, allowing the pain to control him. As Aiden makes his way out of the parking garage, it seems the doctors have given up on convincing him to go back to the hospital tonight. Not like they would be able to anyway. As Aiden makes his way through the hallway, the same faces that look at him in disappointment earlier now look on in shock. But this time Aiden pays them no mind as he makes his way up toward the locker room. Because there’s a lot of things he has been, is, and might be in the future. But no matter any of that, the thing he is most of all, is Aiden English. And right now he’s decided, if there’s one thing Aiden English is not, it’s pathetic.

It's the night after Final Stand XI, where many Superstars had moments that will be immortalized for years to come. And tonight, the momentum gained on the grandest stage of them all is followed up as the journey to next year's event begins right now. As we return from a commercial break, we head ringside where Mauro Ranallo, Corey Graves, and Renee Young are seated at their positions at the announce table.

[Mauro Ranallo]
Welcome back to tonight's broadcast, of course, the buzz around all of social media currently, the number one trending top worldwide is Vince McMahon. Because as Anarchy went on the air, all of us and every Superstar on the roster were gathered around that ring as he announced he would be our NEW General Manager.

[Renee Young]
He didn't want us potentially talking over the moment so we were apart of that crowd, and you just felt the energy coming from The Superstars. All fired up by the potential that awaits after International Incident when we host qualifying matches for The Elimination Chamber.

[Corey Graves]
You start talking about Championships and the entire room stops, because it's a tough business nowadays, everyone wants that spot but there are so few to go around. Him coming out here tonight was his message that essentially said...if you want it? Step up, or else step aside for whoever is willing to put in the hard work to impress him.

[Mauro Ranallo]
Tonight there is a stacked card, Number One Contender Matches for The North American Championship, and The World Television Championship. And then, as if that's not big enough, Matt Sydal wants to defend his Intercontinental Championship AGAIN in tonight's Main-Event when he issues an Open Challenge.

[Corey Graves]
I'm sorry, like...I get he's good...and what he accomplished at Final Stand was nothing short of phenomenal...BUT YOU JUST DEFENDED YOUR TITLE AGAINST 4 MEN IN A FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE ELIMINATION MATCH...and your first thought is, gee...lemme go offer to defend that THE VERY NEXT SHOW AGAINST ANYONE IN THE BACK!

[Renee Young]
He's a fighting Champion, Corey.

[Corey Graves]
I get that, I get he believes he can overcome anyone on any night, and defend his title more often than any other Champion currently does. That's all fine and dandy but you have to know your limits. This is the second Pay-Per-View in a row that he's defended his title on, and then just casually defended it the very next show.

[Mauro Ranallo]
Is it traditional? No, but look back at his very first reign in XWL? He as United States Champion achieved 13 defenses in his 5-month reign. Defending it sometimes TWICE a week. He may be older now, but at his core, he is that same rookie that wanted everyone to know his name, and to never be foolish enough to doubt what he could do or accomplish. So yes, it's not what I would do, or what most people would do. But I think it proves his worthiness of being Champion.

[Renee Young]
Not only that he's so far succeeding where others have failed. An Open Challenge concept has been thrown around but he's really rising to the challenge.

[Corey Graves]
So far, as you said...but tonight could be a different story. It's the night after Final Stand, this is where you make your mark so that by this time next year? You can see your name in lights, and maybe a title around your waist. So tonight especially...the idea of there being a Champion that comes out to that ring and says "Who wants it?" You know there's gonna be a race to that curtain, especially after Mr. McMahon's announcement.

[Mauro Ranallo]
That is coming up later tonight in The Main-Event when The Iron Man of XWL looks to dust his armor off from his incredible defense at Final Stand for another one.

[Renee Young]
Well, I think we've talked enough, it's time for some action. So coming up in our opening contest we're going to se-

Renee suddenly presses her hand against her ear, as if she's perplexed by something that just was fed to her headset.

[Corey Graves]
As she was saying it's gonna b-

Corey who had tried to make up for Renee's abrupt stop, suddenly finds himself with a similar expression.  He blinks several times, his jaw hanging open...as Mauro looks absolutely pale in the face. The three members of the announce team let out slight gasps, they stammer, no words actually leaving their mouths for a good 15 seconds of pure confusion for us the viewers who are wondering what they just heard over their headsets, and when they're going to pull it together to tell us.

[Mauro Ranallo]
Um, ladies and gentlemen...we apologize for leaving you hanging but...we weren't expecting to hear that...and...I don't even know how to process it.

[Renee Young]
This has to be a mistake...it just, it has to be...TELL ME IT'S A MISTAKE!

Renee's outburst shows her growingly emotional state, a feeling that starts to seep out of her fellow announcers who still struggle to even put things into perspective for us. What happened? What has to be a mistake? We ask ourselves, what would catch this team so off their guard that they can't even formulate thoughts?

[Mauro Ranallo]
We'll go live now to the scene, as...Natalya has been found unconscious backstage.

Renee takes off her headset tossing it onto the table as the focus shifts from our commentary team to the titantron, which lights up with an image that immediately unsettles the once excited crowd.



The cameras fully transition to the backstage feed, showing one of the backstage workers over Natalya as she shouts for help. Natalya doesn't move, or show any signs that she's responsive. The man gets louder in his tone "TELL THE MEDIC TO GET OFF THEIR ASS AND GET HERE RIGHT NOW!!" He shouts to someone off camera who presumably runs off in a hurry. It's a chilling sight, one that brings us even more concern as the camera pans out and shows the surrounding environment. We're just off the side of an interview backdrop, something that's barely recognizable due to the fallen monitor that hangs in a slanted position, a noticeable section of cracks.

There's a mangled steel chair on the floor not far from it, various items on the floor that depict a struggle as if Natalya tried to fight off whoever attacked her, a bottle of water half spilled on the floor that leads up to an even more difficult sight. A table, or what used to be a table as it's split in half, as if whoever did this put Natalya through the table. We can't really believe what we're seeing, this is a Woman that for over a year has been the most dominant force in this division, but also it's most positive inhabitant. She built up her fellow Woman, supported them, motivated them, how could someone commit such an atrocity? There's still even more evidence lying around, but suddenly we hear a cough, and the camera turns back to focus in as Natalya seems to have regained consciousness.  



"Natalya, can you hear me? What happened?" The man by her side inquires, but no answer comes. All that follows is a loud groan as she cries out, her face tenses up as if a rush of pain just surged through her. "Hang on, we're getting help." He tries to reassure her, but he knows the situation looks bad, so he turns again to yell as The Former Women's Champion starts to grab the back of her neck screaming out in anguish.




"WHAT PART OF RIGHT NOW DIDN'T THEY UNDERSTAND! SHE'S HURT, SHE NEEDS ATTENTION, GO SEE WHAT'S HOLDING THEM UP!" Once again very assertive, you can tell being as he seems to be the one who found her, he's very worried about her. We don't know how long she's been here, it couldn't have been that long given she was just ringside at the start of tonight's show like everyone. So what happened? Who did this? WHY did they do this? It looks bad, it's a Woman that's been a driving force of this division left lying here as the result of someone's destructive behavior. She just left it all on the line at Final Stand, she wasn't one hundred percent heading into tonight's show, so for someone to capitalize on that? That's despicable, that is kicking someone when they are down, and the worst thing right now apart from the uncertainty of her condition...is that whoever did this? Didn't stick around for the cameras to see them, they aren't here gloating about what they did, they did this in secret, and you just can't help but ask WHY? He hears her cries get louder and turns back to face her. Trying to comfort her as best he can placing his hand on her to show her that she's not alone, that help is coming. 



"OH MY GOD NATALYA!" is shouted as someone bursts onto the scene, it's Renee Young who is a long time friend of Natalya's and one of her biggest supporters. She's in tears as she sees The Queen of Harts, as she looks around to see all the chaos around her. Who would do this? The man that's been by Natalya's side informs her he's gonna go see what's taking so long as Renee takes his place by her side. This is the most beloved Woman in all of XWL. She clawed her way out of the gutter and proved that you could be nice and get ahead in this business. And now, the night after her historic reign came to an end, after being destroyed physically to the point that she couldn't fight for a second longer...she no doubt came here tonight to congratulate Tessa, to enact her rematch at a later date...but instead...someone saw their opportunity to try and take her out. And Renee, all of us at home, everyone in the audience and those around the scene right now are speechless. We want answers, we want to know that she's going to be okay...but her cries of agony, the tears falling from her eyes as she struggles to move...it's not the most inspiring thing to see. Renee kneels against her trying to comfort her, as FINALLY medics arrive on the scene wheeling in a stretcher taking immediate action to get her out of here. A man escorts Renee back so that they can carefully start to wrap a protective brace around her neck. Renee stands there, as many Superstars and workers backstage have formed a crowd, all concerned by what's happening. The cameras finally cut away as they bring a backboard into frame to assist them in getting her out of here as quickly and safely as possible. We can only hope we get an update on things as the night goes on.

Anarchy continues as cameras cut to the ring for the first match since the Main Event "I Quit" match at Final Stand between JBL and Aiden English.

After the opening contest headed to a commercial break we return to tonight's episode as the arena erupts with loud cheers as the theme belonging to Little Miss Bliss herself echoes throughout the arena. But tonight they're extra loud, more than normal because as we saw whether it was in person or on our television screens? Alexa Bliss had a star making performance at Final Stand when she was The Last Woman Standing and was victorious over the vile bully that had plagued her life for the past 3 months. It doesn't take long before Alexa steps out from the back, noticeably slower than normal, bruises visible on her arm from that daring "Insane Elbow" that ended it all. But despite being sore, despite probably not being one hundred percent you see a smile on her face, as a weight has been lifted off of her shoulders, and she is free to be here tonight without the fear of someone trying to shove their fingers down her throat as if that's ever something any normal person would think of doing.  

The stage is already setup for her third installment of "A Moment Of Bliss." She steps out in front of her set, she may not have been able to have a victory lap last night, but she's taking it right now. Turning to her side, placing her hand on her hip, and flashing that winner's smile for all to see.



[Renee Young]
There she is, all Five Feet Of Fury of herself, Alexa Bliss looking absolutely stunning as she has that glow that can only come from a big victory like she had at Final Stand.

[Mauro Ranallo]
She fought like hell mentally and physically, but in the end you know what they say...bullies NEVER win.

[Corey Graves]
Ruby Riott pushed Alexa to her breaking point, and while Alexa may not be as wicked as she once was...Ruby saw The Wicked Witch of XWL in full force last night.

Alexa reveling in her moment for a few more seconds simply mouths "Thank you" with a genuine smile on her face. After milking it a little longer she heads to her seat, grabbing her custom bedazzled microphone off her end table and raises it up.

I bring Bliss to you each and every week, but tonight I bring to you our FOURTH episode of A Moment Of Bliss!

The fans let out cheers in response as she sits there taking it all in. To reflect on where she was this time last year, to where she is tonight is just something no one could have seen coming. She's been on the roster for nearly 4 years, and after painstaking work to hone her craft, to establish a name for herself...she is finally coming into her own and seeing her bring forth the first female hosted talk show in XWL history has given her another layer to her star power.

[Alexa Bliss]
Gosh, where do I even begin? My awesome best friend Kairi Sane being The MVP of our Last Team Standing Match? The news that kicked off Anarchy which saw Mr. McMahon declare himself The New General Manager? MY NUMBER ONE CONTENDERS MATCH TONIGHT WHICH COULD FINALLY EARN ME A NORTH AMERICAN CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH?!



[Alexa Bliss]
It's like, I went through pure unbridled hell...and now I'm out of the other side of it, living my best life. First and foremost, I want to give a shout out to my Pirate Pal Kairi Sane. I said this to you in The ER last night when we were getting our elbows checked out after The Blissfully Insane Elbow Drops we delivered. But I want to say it for the entire world to hear right now. You didn't have to come to my rescue, you didn't have to stand by my side as things got truly out of control with my former back stabbing best friend...and you didn't have to sacrifice yourself in that match so that I could fight on and get the victory I needed to finally put that vile bitch down for the count and out of my life. But your unselfishness has truly opened my eyes over these past 3 months, and I don't know if I deserved your friendship...but I am forever grateful that I didn't have go through all of this alone. I am proud of our victory at Final Stand, and I may have been The Last Woman Standing...but I did so because of you, and in your honor. So whatever comes our way next? Just know that I will have your back every step of the way just like you have had mine. You're the best friend that truly showed me what a best friend actually is, and from the bottom of my heart I love you.

We've seen their friendship develop over these past 3 months, but at Final Stand we saw how strong their bond truly was. They are quickly becoming friendship goals as stated by Renee after the match ended and the fans can't help but cheer this admission by Alexa.

But can we please talk about Mr. McMahon's State of XWL Address? Like, a bit of insider information for you. So we're all back there doing our thing during Final Stand, and suddenly our phones go off and there's this MASS text to every single Superstar that essentially echoed the announcement on XWL.Com. He said everyone is to be at ringside or they better not bother showing up at this show? Or any other one ever again. So when I tell you the traffic pile up today as everyone of us showed up extra early so we could make sure we weren't late for this? It was unreal, pushing, kicking, clawing, some even abandoned their rental cars because they were panicking so much. And I mean, with good reason, right? Mr. McMahon has been this scary, monster that only comes around once every blue moon, you know with all due respect...and for him to order us around that ring? There was no ifs ands or buts about it.

Mr. McMahon being our NEW General Manager is not only a game changer, it's kind of exciting. I mean, The Owner of this company is going to be here each and every week, making matches, settling disputes, and interacting with the roster like never before. Needless to say, Anarchy is in good hands...and while I enjoyed my one week stint as The Guest General Manager? I think Final Stand proved that I've got more to bring as an in-ring competitor. Which, to seamlessly transition like the pro I am...OH MY GOD I'M IN A NUMBER ONE CONTENDERS MATCH FOR THE NORTH AMERICAN CHAMPIONSHIP! IS THIS REAL LIFE? DID I GET KNOCKED OUT AFTER I LEAPED OFF THAT LADDER THROUGH THAT STEEL MONSTROSITY AND GO TO HEAVEN?

Her excitement is clearly through the roof as she speaks on the huge opportunity she has tonight when she faces Mandy Rose and Ember Moon in a Triple Threat Match where if she wins, she'll secure a one on one title match at International Incident.

I am literally shaking just thinking about the possibility of facing Shayna Baszler at International Incident for The North American Championship. And that's not fear, that's excitement...that's an ENTIRE YEAR...of waiting for some kind of opportunity, some number one contenders match, some spot in some match with some type of championship implications. That is A YEAR of watching literally every other Woman on this roster get presented these opportunities wondering why it was never me? Was I not good enough? I felt like it was never going to happen. So I am both grateful to Mr. McMahon for this opportunity, and I am also fired up because who knows when my next one will come. So there's no messing around tonight, I fought Shayna before...and she saw that I didn't go down easy. Well, Champ...let's just say that after I win tonight and go on to face you for The North American Championship in Scotland? I'll be THE LAST WOMAN STANDING...as your NEW North American Champion!

But enough about me, and my spectacular opportunity later tonight, because here on A Moment Of Bliss we live in the moment and as of this moment it's time we get into my guests tonight. He is among the list of Champions who were successful in their efforts of retaining their titles at Final Stand, hot off a successful best of 7 series...which truly put him on the map he's your reigning World Television Champion...The FACE Of Anarchy, and he's joined by his lovely manager otherwise known as The Temper Temptress.

A low guitar strum covers the arena, the lighting changes abruptly to a deep blue with flashes of gold, only fitting for our World Television Champion fresh off the heels of Final Stand. Andrade appears from the curtains and is accompanied by Vega as advertised. Both of them dressing for the occasion. Almas shielding his eyes from the disbelievers with expensive shades. Zelina smiling at the sight of him and they are interlocking arms.

The loud cheers and boo’s are intensified when the camera switches over to Bliss and them in the same general distance. Vega pointing to the title, celebrating the fact that he bested Curt Hawkins all in all. Andrade fixing his Armani suede suits tie, doesn’t really make much a deal out of Alexa Bliss quite yet. He knows who she is, he’s just not adding to the hype of her ego, he has his own one to fixate on.

Speaking of fixating, Cien taking the championship belt that was on his shoulder, down to his waist as he sits on a stool. He looks at Bliss and then back to Zelina, hoping she catches the hint that Zelina needs one too. A brief nod, and she gets the crew to sort that out and Zelina takes her seat comfortably.

Andrade lounges back, eased shoulders and peaks down the brim of his fashionable glasses.

Thank you both for joining me, first of all congratulations to you Andrade on your successful title defense at Final Stand. Why don't you start by telling us how it felt to defend The World Television Championship on the grandest stage of them all?

Pondering on how to put it into words, Zelina hands him a microphone and he raises his eyebrow almost laughing at the question.

Much thanks, much thanks. I told everyone that I would show why i’m numero uno of Anarchy and Be honest, are you surprised? The grandest stage of them all, the pressure, the energy, the people.. It was all perfectly aligned, and the insanely sexy, smart, talented beautiful woman next to me made it all possible, we were destined to have that moment together.

He shares a smile with her and then continues on with what he was saying.

Well, to that point we did find out what lies next for you as The World Television Champion at the start of tonight's broadcast, which I'll get into more shortly. But first I wanted to take this opportunity to ask you how you felt about Mr. McMahon's State Of XWL Address? Taking yourself out of it and what he said pertaining specifically to you, what about the news that he is our NEW General Manager? That pretty much seems to have caught the entire locker room by surprise given that he's been so hands off the past couple of years. So what did you think?

Almas looks down at his title and repositions it, so it doesn’t fall off his lap and shakes his head. Zelina wanting to interject but he decides to not let her yet, and casually speaks.

What we found out is what I have already prepared myself for, any second of day it can change. Your whole career here in XWL, can change. You either adapt or you fail, but Andrade doesn’t fail. Mr.McMahon did what Mr.McMahon did best, he wants the power in his hands so that he doesn’t lose grip of control, eh. I see, I see.. Which means that we won’t have undeservings getting chances. More room for opportunity for me, I say. Shocking? Yes. Good decision? Also yes, i’m ready for the new present and future always. Much better than inconsistency of someone leading the charge for the Era Of Almas, no no.. but I kind of liked that Dario Cueto guy.

Speaking of The Era of Almas, Mr. McMahon wasted absolutely no time in getting right down to business. He of course announced my fantastic opportunity still to come later tonight...but, he also had an announcement that affected you, and essentially the fate of your title. Next week you will be defending The World Television Championship in a Fatal 4 Way Match, not exactly ideal...but hey The Intercontinental Champion fought off 4 Men to keep his title, so it's not at all impossible or a "death sentence" for your reign. It could even be the very catalyst that catapults you into greater things. But before we get into who could be in that match, what was your reaction to that news? Are you excited? Nervous? Angry? Or does it just not really matter because as you said you can adapt to any situation?

Andrade looks at Bliss as if she’s giving him backhanded compliments, yet plays along.

The only way I don’t remain your World Television Champion, is by being cheated and it stolen from me, I WON’T BE BEATEN FOR I AM CIEN, ONE HUNDREDDD. Lucha Dos Tres, this gold belongs to me, do I look nervous to you? Do I look like I lack the confidence within myself? No, I look like I am a champion and a champion prevails beyond his doubters, si?

Okay so let's look at the potential challengers you'll meet next week. You have Roderick Strong of The Undisputed Era, there's the likes of Rey Mysterio, even Roman Reigns, The Miz, Chris Jericho, and Dolph Ziggler who mind you are all former World Heavyweight Champions. It's full of stars with potential, and those that have proven they have what it takes when Championships are involved. So my question to you is, any preference on who wins tonight's number one contender matches and move on to face you in The Fatal 4 Way next week?

He takes a deep breath and has a few facial expressions, whispering into the ear of Zelina who giggles snidely.

Make me a star, Make me test myself and watch as all of these names of the past fall to the one and only true champion of this brand. Anarchy has a face, it's mine. You know it, and I know it.. it doesn't matter if we have A rockstar, an A-Lister or a guy who used to date a comedian. You can break backs, but you can't break Andrade, either and spearing your way through me is going to get you hurt. There is no mystery that can make me question how i'll beat the legend of Mysterio. They might have been champions but they aren't now, for a reason. Whoever gets those wins, is one step closer to going down in history by being put down by Andrade.. "Cien" Almas.

Being that you are The Face of this brand, and providing you overcome next week's challenge. What would you like to say to our viewers and your fellow Superstars as essentially the poster boy of this show? Any words of wisdom? Anyone you'd like to call out? Stay tuned later tonight as yours truly becomes The Number One Contender to The North American Championship!

Andrade & Zelina get up from their seat, taking one last moment to parade their prized possession for all to see. Alexa however has brought an end to her hosting gig for the evening, and readies to shift gears as she heads into competition later. She nods at her two guests with a smile thanking them, then looks directly into the camera and brings both hands to each side of her waist which she begins to make a motion that essentially says she's ready to become a Champion. The scene closes out as we wonder if Little Miss Bliss can indeed overcome Mandy Rose and Ember Moon later on in their Triple Threat Match to move onto International Incident against Shayna Baszler.

The camera cuts to Finn Balor sitting in the locker room getting ready for his upcoming match with the World Television Champion, Andrade. As Balor continues to prepare himself, he is met by none other than JoJo looking for an interview with Balor.

JoJo:
Hey, Finn! I want to start by saying congrats on your victory last night at the biggest event of the year! How do you feel after your big win?

Finn Balor:
JoJo, last night I did exactly what I said I was going to do for weeks. I went out there and I delivered a beat down. Now I’m going to tell you exactly how I feel tonight. Mr. McMahon came out here earlier and gave the man that I beaten an opportunity for a title shot. That doesn’t sit well in my stomach JoJo, but that just makes me want to work harder. I have my eyes on a bigger prize. The biggest prize to be exact. I want that World Heavyweight Championship.

Jojo:
Earlier tonight though, Mr. McMahon did say he’s looking for the next possible World Champion. Does that give you more motivation to earn that spot?

Finn Balor:
Jojo, I have been busting my ass for years for that opportunity. He said he’s looking for someone who will pour their heart and soul into this company to earn that spot. News flash Vince, I’ve been right here this entire time. I have put my blood sweat and tears into this company and for those fans out there. They know that I deserve a shot at the big leagues but apparently Vince thinks I’m just a B+ player. How many people do I have to go through before I’m recognized around here?

Finn pauses a moment before collecting himself and begins speaking again.

Finn Balor:
I can sit here and complain all day but that changes nothing. Instead I’m going to do what I do every week and that’s give the fans exactly what they want to see. Tonight for the first time in forever I get a match against a champion. I just might beat him tonight. That’s my key to getting a chance to fight for gold again. I’m a whole lot different than the last time I held that world title. I’m not riding the coattails of the authority anymore. I’m doing my own thing and that’s bringing destruction to XWL. Whoever is holding that title when I finally get my shot better watch out. There is absolutely nothing stopping me from being a champion again. Absolutely nothing.

Jojo:
Tonight you go up against Andrade, our World Television Champion. What will a win here tonight mean for you Finn?

Finn Balor:
I give Andrade his props. He’s an amazing champion, but he’s no Finn Balor. He’s just another stepping stone on my path to greatness. I feel bad for him that he’s in my way, but just because he’s a champion doesn’t mean that he stands the slightest chance. I’m here to prove that I am the best in this company. So back to your question. A win against Andrade will be another milestone to prove to Vince that I am the one who deserves that world title.  My mind is set on winning the World Heavyweight Championship. I don’t care who I have to go through to win it. Andrade, Aiden English, JBL, Eli Drake. I don’t care. I have my eyes set on my prize and I’m going after it. Simple as that, and if anyone has a problem with that... well, I guess they’ll just have to get out of my way or face the wrath of The Demon King.

Jojo slowly walks out of the room as Finn Balor continues to prepare for his upcoming match. The camera then cuts to commercial.

I’m sorry to interrupt you, Dream, but I just wanted to get your thoughts on your incredible Extreme Rules, No Holds Barred Match with The Heartbreak Kid Shawn Michaels on Sunday at Final Stand.

Charly please, if you had just let me finish my thought, and not do that cutting the REAL superstars off thing that you usually do, then you would have not even have had to ask that question. Last night at Final Stand, it felt amazing to break the heart of Shawn Michaels. These fans got to witness the debut of greatness here in XWL. Last night I got to finally show that I did not need a mask or a sneak-attack to get the better of a crippled man, an aging “legend.” It felt great to put Michaels through the table. It felt better to smash him over the head with a steel chair. And when I got my hands on my trusty lead pipe… oh man it was the best feeling in the world.. Actually scratch that, Charly. Go ahead and ask me what the best feeling was.

Okay Velveteen, what was the be-

The best feeling at Final Stand last night, was after I got my hand raised in victory, after I drove my elbow through Shawn Michaels’ chest, proving that my elbow drop is much, much better than his, was looking out into the crowd. I got to look into the eyes of all the fans that doubted me going into the match. I got to see the tears fill up in their eyes as their hero had fallen victim to The Dream. I could see.. no, I could feel their heartache, I really could. But it didn’t mean a damn thing to me.

Well Velveteen, moving away from what happened last night, to how Anarchy started tonight. Tonight, Mr. McMahon named himself as the new General Manager of XWL, and he said that everybody is going to be starting with a clean slate. Everyone is going to get opportunities for different titles, starting with the XWL World Heavyweight Championship Elimination Chamber at Downpour. He said there will be chances for 10, maybe more superstars will earn the right to try and qualify for the Elimination Chamber to face JBL for his XWL World Heavyweight Title, assuming he still holds the belt. What are your thoughts about that?



{Velveteen Dream}
How do I feel about that you ask? Did you not see Vince point me out, Charly? We very clearly had a moment at ringside tonight? When he said it is time for somebody new to step up, and that everybody will be given the chance to make an impact, he was clearly looking, and talking about me. I mean, he winked at me when he said it.

{Charly Caruso}
Well how confident do you feel that you will qualify for the Elimination Chamber at Downpour? Tonight you face Dean Ambrose, do you consider this to be your Qualifying match?

{Velveteen Dream}
Charly, Charly, Charly. No, tonight is very obviously not my Qualifying match. You think somebody like Dean Ambrose deserves to be in the Elimination Chamber for the World Heavyweight Championship? No, no he does not. So I am not worried about my match tonight. I am already looking forward to the match I will have at International Incident, because my matches on Anarchy do not concern me. I am a Main Event caliber guy, and my time to shine is on the biggest stages of them all. Pay-Per-Views, Charly. That is when you’ll see me shine. Now Charly, if you’ll excuse me, The Dream’s Entourage needs him back in his locker room.

[/i]The Velveteen Dream gets up out of his chair, folds it up and begins to walk away. He quickly stops on a dime, and turns back around. He points right at Charly and motions for her to come towards him.[/i]

The Dream grabs the chair Charly was sitting in and walks away, as she looks disgusted by his absolute rudeness.

As Anarchy resumes, we immediately head backstage where Renee Young is standing by outside The NEW General Manager's door, The Owner of XWL Mr. McMahon.



[Renee Young]
I'm outside the office of Mr. McMahon per his request, as he feels obligated to address the heinous assault of Former Women's Champion Natalya. For those of you that missed it by chance, as we prepared for the opening contest of tonight's show...suddenly we at the commentary table got a very unexpected and quite honestly heart shattering piece of information fed through our headsets. Natalya had been attacked backstage, no one knew by who, or the extent of her injuries, but she was unconscious...and for someone to have the nerve to target her right now of all times, the culprit is clearly a jealous coward that on behalf of myself and this entire locker room? I'd like to take this final moment to tell you how small and insignificant you are. You attacked a Woman that literally left every piece of herself in that ring at Final Stand, as she did FOR THE PAST 11 PAY-PER-VIEWS...and to assault her like this? Rather than stepping up like our New Women's Champion Tessa Blanchard did? Truly tells us all we need to know about you. We may not know who you are right now, but the truth always comes out...and for your sake? Whoever you are? I hope it was worth whatever this brought to you.

As one of Natalya's closest friends you see the vitriol in her eyes as she addresses the coward who forced Natalya to have to be stretchered out of the arena and taken to the nearest medical facility due to the severity of her injuries. Renee rushed from her position at the commentary table to Natalya's side, and you know seeing her friend like that makes it hard to just move on and act like it didn't happen. She's a professional at the end of the day so she's done her best, but given this is the topic right now it's understandable that she'd let her own emotions be involved.

[Renee Young]
Mr. McMahon has been behind closed doors with members of his team since Natalya was transported out of the arena via ambulance as while this situation needs resolution...because this type of behavior isn't okay...it also poses a new problem in itself. Natalya as the now former Women's Champion is owed a contractual rematch...one that as her friend I can confirm she planned to meet Tessa in that ring later tonight to both congratulate her and give her the heads up that her rematch will be at International Incident. However, given...the very serious nature of Natalya's injuries...it's likely that that no longer can happen. So what does this mean for The Women's Champion Tessa Blanchard? Let's hope Mr. McMahon has some clarity for us.

She knocks on the door for a moment then takes a step back as it starts to open and out steps The General Manager.

[Renee Young]
Mr. McMahon, if we can just skip the formalities and jump right into things. Do you have any update on the condition of Natalya after being taken to the nearest medical facility following the attack she suffered at the hands of a mystery assailant?



[Mr. McMahon]
They're still currently working on her, but preliminary tests show that...unfortunately at the bare minimum she won't be anywhere near the idea of clearance for at best three, maybe six...and possibly even nine months. There's a lot of wear and tear, that completely became a number of serious issues. She's a very tough Woman, very valiant as we saw for over the last year...but at the end of the day we're all human...and the well being of our Superstars beyond their careers is the utmost priority. I just spoke briefly to her over the phone just 5 minutes ago, and understandably so she isn't in the best shape emotionally...so I tried to stress that right now her job is to get better, to listen to her doctors, to wait this out as long as it takes because her stock in this division rose to previously unbelievable heights...and I know as well as she knows that her career is far from over.

[Renee Young]
I'm sure she really appreciated hearing that...it's a very rough situation...um, is there any leads into WHO was responsible? I know it's been very chaotic since the moment she was found but what do we know about her assault?



[Mr. McMahon]
Unfortunately as typical with cases like this, the attack is believed to be premeditated, they ensured no cameras were in the vicinity. We're following up with representatives of The KeyBank Center in case there may be any cameras we didn't know about...but right now it's really too early to determine what led, nor who was responsible for the assault. We of course can use our eyes and see that the entire area in which she was found depicted a great struggle, and a vicious attack. The last thing I asked Natalya before we go off the phone was if she remembered anything at all, but she's having issues remembering anything after she headed backstage with the rest of the talent following my announcement.

[Renee Young]
I hate that we have to move on and address this next topic...but with Natalya's condition so severe, with no line of sight in being able to compete, much less enact her rematch...what does this mean for The New Women's Champion Tessa Blanchard?



[Mr. McMahon]
While this is very upsetting for all of us, the truth is we do have to move on, the show must go on no matter what happens...and so tonight we will have a Number One Contenders Match to determine Tessa's opponent at International Incident. Of course tonight's show was already finalized so it's been a matter of trying to move things around and ultimately see who is deserving of this opportunity. Natalya was a brilliant Champion, Tessa certainly started off her reign with a tremendous victory that sets the tone for the kind of Champion she may be. So we don't want to just throw together some match and disrespect all the hard work that's gone into making The Women's Championship so prestigious. So I evaluated what happened at Final Stand, and I believe I've come to a solid back up plan. Rosemary of course has been making a name for herself not just in the ring but with the company she keeps, and following her big win against Ember Moon who previously had beaten her...I see a lot of fire and desire within her. So I quickly came to the conclusion that she may be that next great challenge for The Women's Champion. She has all the tools both in her ability, and everything she is to really be a strong contender.



[Mr. McMahon]
When it came to determining her opponent, I looked at The Match that stole the show at Final Stand. The Last Team Standing Match between Ruby Riott and Nia Jax, and Alexa Bliss and Kairi Sane. A phenomenal effort from all four Women, a bit of a dark horse contender that exceeded expectations. But one of the things I took away the most from it was a quality that the former Women's Champion embodied and had such strive to normalize. I think in this business you need that drama, the controversy, but then you also need the other side of that. You need that empowerment, that respect...and when it comes to empowering performances? Look no further than The Pirate Princess Kairi Sane. She fought not for herself, but for her team, she had that inspiring and heartwarming moment when she sacrificed herself in that match for her friend. So while she was eliminated, she really may be the entire reason they ultimately won. So tonight Kairi Sane will face off against Rosemary to determine The Number One Contender to Tessa Blanchard's Women's Championship.

With that, he looks to head back inside his office...but stops himself as Renee leans in assuming he has something else he'd like to say.

There is one more thing I'd like to get off my chest if I may. Earlier tonight I told The Superstars to step up, and thus far I've seen a lot of great effort that hopefully in the weeks to come can continue. But unfortunately I've also seen some buckle under that pressure. I had a couple conversations that quite honestly I wasn't a fan of. The days of General Managers just sitting around and letting you raise your voice to them? They're over. So effective immediately, Roman Reigns, and Rey Mysterio? Are terminated from this company and given I can't exactly be expected to change around tonight's card even more than I have had to. Next week's Fatal 4 Way for The World Television Championship is being changed into a Triple Threat. Roderick Strong will now face Chris Jericho given the vacancy of their opponents. Let this be a message to everyone, I'm The Boss around here...and I can be your friend, or I can show you the door. Thank you, Renee.

Following that final announcement, Mr. McMahon steps inside his office as the camera zooms in on the name on the door, emphasizing that it truly is a new day in XWL, and Mr. McMahon won't put up with any insubordinate behavior.

With a HUGE defense under his belt on the grandest stage of them all, we see The Intercontinental Champion inside The Undisputed Era's locker room mentally and physically preparing himself for the obstacle in his way in tonight's Main-Event. He's arrogant, maybe a little too cocky, but dammit if we don't respect the hell and love the hell out of that. This man five times now has successfully retained his title through his 114 day reign, and despite JUST defending it in a 5 Man ELIMINATION FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE MATCH at Final Stand? He's already looking to his next defense, which per his request IS TONIGHT IN AN OPEN CHALLENGE THAT IS OPEN TO ANYONE. He calls himself The Iron Man of XWL, and there's no denying the merit that moniker holds. He may be bruised and sore from that match, but he wants to make his title into the most prestigious prize around today, so he constantly challenges himself. He sits there lost in his thoughts, perhaps wondering who will accept his challenge when suddenly he hears a knock at the door, and turns as the door slowly opens to reveal Roderick Strong in the threshold.

First of all, good luck out there tonight, you’ve survived that 5-man hell at Final Stand. Now granted it's an open challenge so anyone can accept it but you got this regardless of who it is.

Sydal continues warming up taking in what Roderick has to say.

Now I know we’re both down about Pete out and putting us down two, but that’s not to worry because I have a surprise for you.

The camera pans back to the door way as in the threshold now stands Adam Cole. The first member of The Undisputed Era to unexpectedly go down last year with an injury that's had him on the shelf for nearly 8 months. Matt's face lights up jumping to his feet to greet his returning brother.

Well aren't you a sight for sore eyes, I didn't know you were back! God, it feels like just yesterday I had to deliver the sad news to the guys...how are you man?

Adam Cole lets out a huge smile on his face as he sits next to the champ.

Adam Cole:
I feel better than ever man. I’ve been down at the Performance Center pushing myself harder than ever and now I’m healed, but most importantly I’m cleared and ready to fight.

You know, it’s perfect timing that your back. TCSI have a death grip on those tag titles it seems like, so with Pete being out and Matty boy here burning up the scene with his IC title reign, maybe uh we could show the world just how much of a threat we could be. I mean just think about it, the band back together in full swing who could stop us?

[[Matt Sydal]]
We've been trying to bring those Tag Titles to The Undisputed Era since they came to fruition, and I'm not gonna lie the two of you could prove the third time is indeed the charm for us. The dream has always been for us to claim every piece of gold in this company, and I've had a death grip over this Intercontinental Championship. Now we just need to strap the two of you up and our era together will be unquestionably UNDISPUTED!

They all smile and nod as Matt continues, shifting his gaze to his returning pal Adam Cole.

So the first question obviously is this, what do you think we should do Adam? Roddy and I have been holding things down, but now that you're back? You might be the jolt this group needs to overcome the slump we've been trying to get over.

A smirk comes across the face of Cole as he turns his attention toward Sydal.

Vince said it himself, it’s a new era here in XWL. This is our era boys. It’s time to do some spring cleaning. It’s time to rid this place of the filth that has been building up ever since I left. I’ve been watching every week. I’ve seen what’s been going on around here and it leaves a really bad taste in my mouth. I got tired of sitting and watching. It’s time to leave our mark tonight. Tonight, we’re going to shock the system.

Adam is right, tonight is the night we shock the system, in more ways than one. I'm in a match that could earn me a spot in next week's World Television Championship match. Then Matty boy over here has put himself in an open challenge one night after beating 5 other men to keep his Intercontinental Championship. And hey, now that you're back who knows what opportunities await you.

Exactly, all it takes is one opportunity to change both of your careers, and whenever that comes? Our era will be in full force. I know some people might think it's foolish to voluntarily defend my title tonight, because hey...Final Stand was rough...but that defines our era, it's what makes us different from everyone else. The referee calls for the bell, signaling the end of this extraordinary contest and the crowning of Tessa Blanchard's first challenger for her newly won Women's Championship. As both women lay on the canvas, the theme of The Pirate Princess begins to play throughout the arena causing a wave of cheers filling the New York air. Kairi, still feeling the effects of the Last Team Standing match the night prior, slowly pulls herself up from the canvas to a seated position, the realization of her momentous victory not yet sinking in. She transitions towards a kneeling position, looking down at the woman besides her, almost admiring her tenacity and inability to accept defeat, which was matched by her persistence and desire to win. On this night, Kairi would emerge victorious but had this been any other night, the result could have easily been different. She would eventually, slowly but surely, make it to her feet, allowing the referee to raise her arm into the air, announcing her as the victor of this heated contest, if her theme playing wasn't indicator enough. This view lasts for a few moments before Kairi is blindsided by the woman she teamed with just twenty four hours ago in Alexa Bliss, the latter wrapping her arms around the former in absolute joy. The Pirate Princess' momentary confusion is replaced with happiness when she realizes who the culprit is, completing the hug shortly after.

The duo break apart, allowing Alexa to take a hold of Kairi's wrist and raises it into the air, reinforcing the idea of Kairi's impending Championship Match at International Incident. With one half of the successful Last Team Standing punching their ticket for an opportunity at Championship gold, the other looks to do the same later on in the evening when Alexa Bliss takes on Mandy Rose and Ember Moon in a Triple Threat match to crown Shayna Baszler's next challenger for her North American Championship at the aforementioned Pay-Per-View. With the momentum clearly in their corner following Kairi's victory, one would have to believe that Bliss is the favorite going into that match, being the only one to win their respective match at Final Stand, but the dynamic of a Triple Threat match throws that completely out the window. Will Alexa follow in her friend's footsteps and secure a Moment of Bliss by earning a Championship Match following her impressive showing at Final Stand, or perhaps Mandy Rose will prove that she is the thorn at Baszler's side by gaining another opportunity to remove the Championship from her grasp, or maybe Ember Moon will Eclipse her competition and prove that her defeat at Final Stand was a one time deal? That question will find its answer later on in the evening, for now, the final shot shown is that of Bliss holding Kairi's arm up into the air as the cameras fade out into a commercial break.

The bell chimes, finalizing the contest as Mandy catches her breath and pulls herself up to her feet. The Golden Goddess places her hand over her heart, almost laughing in relief of her victory, and renewed contendership for Shayna Baszler's North American Championship.

Mandy was so elated by her win and by discrediting all of her doubters who claimed she was only handed her title matches, that on her way out of the ring she stops on the steel stairs and holds her hands out in glory.

Regardless of how you feel about her Renee, Mandy Rose definitely silenced more than a few of her doubters tonight with this win, proving that her opportunities in XWL are not purely just results of her questionable relationship with Vince McMahon.

[Renee Young]
Of course, and I'll give credit where credit is due. Mandy Rose was extremely impressive tonight and I'd think that Ember Moon and Alexa Bliss have no choice but to agree with that statement, but we can't forget that Mandy has already had a shot at Shayna's North American Championship two times in a row now, which have both resulted in a disqualification or a loss on the Golden Goddess's end. Although Mandy came out on top here tonight, I think that Shayna has shown us time and time again that she's consistently dominant, and I don't see it going any other way at International Incident.



[Mauro Ranallo]
I'd argue that perhaps Rose will manage to use her experience in the ring with Baszler to her advantage at International Incident, and possibly secure her first Championship in XWL. Her victory tonight in this battle of the Goddesses could be the much needed momentum that she's been missing all along.

[Corey Graves]
The only thing Mandy is missing is that North American Championship, and sooner rather than later, it'll be resting on her beautiful shoulder! Are your minds even capable of fathoming how exquisite that title is going to look on God's Greatest Creation, Mandy Rose? Personally I don't think I've ever been jealous of a belt before, until now!

We haven't seen Dixie Carter in quite some time!

She begins her walk down the ramp as the commentary team continues their conversation.

We heard rumbles that she was in the building tonight, but we aren't quite sure why she is here.

it is at this time Dixie is at the end of the ramp, and turns left. She then walks the stairs up onto the apron. She steps between the ropes, and walks over to Lilian Garcia, who is standing in the ring, then snatches the mic out of her hands. She stands in the middle of the ring with a great big smile on her face, but the fans within the arena boo as they can not stand this women.

[Dixie Carter]
Oh thank you ladies, and gentlemen so much for that warm welcome! It is a pleasure to be back in front of all of you, and back in XWL! As we have come to know that XWL is the land of opportunity. Once you fail you can pick yourself up, and strive as hard as you can to get to the top, but that did n't happen to my nephew... he was attacked from behind by some rabid man.

Dixie carter seems a little flustered thinking back to that moment.

Which might I add! We could have sued XWL for a pretty penny, because nothing was done about it.Then on top of all of that he was allowed to compete here! But as a business person I understand if we did take such a great measure to do that I would or my dear nephew would not be welcomed back. Speaking of my nephew...



Ethan Carter III walks out onto the stage, and takes his place at the top of the ramp, but places his back to the crowd.

Oh my goodness it is Ethan Carter The Third! He is back! This is incredible! WELCOME BACK! He is the top one percent!

[Mauro Ranallo]
Last time we saw EC3 he was attacked from behind by Leo Kruger, which is the rabid man that Dixie Carter mentioned.

Ethan slowly raises his left hand as an E appears on the titantron. Ethan points with both of his hands in the middle of the titantron as a C pops up on there. Then finally he leans over to his left as he again uses both fingers to point at the far right of the titantron as 3 pops up.



Ethan then backs up a tiny bit, and looks over his right shoulder. He gives a sly smile to the camera.



He turns around, and begins walking down the ramp with a huge grin on his face. Ethan looks directly into the camera and yells.

I AM BACK!!

He looks excited to be back!

Yeah, but he still has his aunt with him. Something tells me he is the same guy we saw last year.

[Renee Young]
I remember interviewing him in the back and he is insufferable to be around.

Ethan now stands in front of the ring, and he hops onto the apron. He stands there for a second, and rolls his eyes then looks at the ref in the ring.

Hey idiot these ropes are gonna open themselves! Get over here!

The ref grits his teeth, and walks over. He then sits on the middle rope, and pushes up on the top rope. Ethan smiles, and taps head of the ref. He then steps between the ropes, and gets into the ring. He walks over to his aunt, and extends his hand for the microphone. Dixie smiles as she hands the microphone to her nephew. He takes the microphone, and looks down at The XWL logo on the microphone, and a slight smile crosses the face across the face of Ethan Carter The Third. He slowly raises the mic up to his mouth, and begins to speak.

You know it's been a while since I have been here, and all I could think about is getting back to this ring. So I can go back to making that green so I can live the lifestyle that I deserve to live, and the best way I am gonna do that is I am gonna get victory after victory after victory after victory after victory. That is because I am the Top One Percent of XWL. I am the best guy here, the best guy there, the best guy anywhere! You all thought you know who the best is currently well...

Ethan chuckles to himself as he looks down, and then he looks directly into the nearest camera to him.

The XWL Universe begins pour boos upon Ethan which causes a smile to break from him.

Oh you boo me? Right. Right. I am out here living my dream while you sit there stuffing your fat mouth with popcorn, and swallowing down with soda getting you one step closer to breaking scale. While I stand here in the best psychical shape I have ever been in my entire life. Which you all are gonna witness next week as I return to competition. Then you'll see why exactly I am The Top One Percent! Later losers...

Ethan drops the mic, and then turns towards the ropes, but seems a bit triggered. He turns back at the ref.

Are you serious? You should be over here doing your damn job. I am not leaving this ring until you do what you are paid to do!

The ref hurries over to get Ethan out, and sits on the bottom rope then pushes up on the top rope giving Ethan more than enough space to step through. Dixie Carter exits the ring first then followed by Ethan. The camera fades out to black as they walk up the ramp.

Becky Lynch walks out onto the stage to a chorus of cheers from the fans in attendance, last night she did what she said she would do, she tapped out Asuka and nearly ripped her arm off. but, she doesn't look happy, no. Last night after Becky Lynch dislocated Asuka's arm and made her submit she popped that MF back in and locked in the Asuka lock on an unsuspecting Becky, she faded into a deep slumber as Asuka had the last laugh.

Renee Young
Becky looks annoyed here tonight, I don't think this thing between her and Asuka is finished.

Corey Graves
She should be happy, she won last night. She turned her back on Asuka which she now learned is something you never do, even if you've just bested her Asuka is always prepared for a fight!

Becky walks down the ramp, the determination in her eyes and mic in hand. She knows what she's out here to do and she's going to damn well do it. She walks up the stairs and into the ring. The fans build with excitement ready to hear what she has to say, she keeps them waiting no more as she brings the mic up to her mouth.

Last night I did what I said I was going to do, I ripped Asuka's arm outta her socket and made her tap out but then. Then she had the moxie to pop it back in and wrap his greasy little arms around my throat and make me pass out. So a night that was supposed to be great for me just turned into more frustration, more anger.

You think you're the best, you even call yourself "The Empress of Tomorrow" when you're pretty much 50 and I hate to bust your balls, honey, but you're more like "The Empress of The Retirement Home", you also say you're the woman "No one is ready for" you seem to like these little names you give yourself so I went ahead and gave myself one as well, because the one person "WHO WAS READY FOR ASUKA(Mocking Asuka's voice)" was THE MAN!

The fans break into a cheer and chant Becky's new found name "The Man, The Man, The Man"

I realized, calling myself "Straight Fire" or "Irish   going to cut it anymore, I needed something new, something I felt deep inside me that I felt I embodied. I'm not saying I'm a man, I'm saying I'm THE MAN! You see, a MAN fights the "toughest" person not because they believe they're better, but because they love to see the look on those mook's faces when they beat them. A MAN comes around only once in a blue moon in a business like this and takes charge because no one can STEP to "The Man." And at Final Stand when I ripped Asuka's arm off? You can best believe she learned first hand what The Man is capable of!

Everyone looks up to see on the titantron to see Asuka on it, grimacing in pain. As the camera pans out you can see Asuka's arm being help out by one person while another person is wrapping her arm up with bandages

Hello Becky. I wanted to be first to congratulate you over ripping my arm out of socket and winning at Final Stand. You train really really hard for that match and that was maybe biggest moment in your XWL career. Except...At end of night...you not look like winner. No...At end of night you look asleep in the middle of ring. I learn exactly what you, Becky, are capable of. You-OW!

Asuka's cry of pain reaches the ears of the medical staff that are working on her arm. The woman wrapping her arm flinches under the harden gaze of Asuka who slowly turns her head back towards the camera

I learned first hand what you can do when you ripped my arm out of socket! The pain...I will remember it always. But I show you what I capable of when I pop it back in place and choked life out of you in front of everyone! You took your eyes off prize like always. You let your arrogance and need to be center of attention realize you may have wounded me but you not finish the job. Because as long as I breathe, as long as I can move Becky, I will always be a threat. I will always be dangerous. I will always be Empress! So I hope you enjoy your tainted win because that's what it always will be, tainted. Now...If you were to want revenge...maybe...re-match-me...There might be chance to redeem yourself

The fans seem to like the idea of seeing Asuka and Becky Lynch duke it out once more, they enjoyed the show at Final Stand and are now hoping for a another, if not better match at International Incident.

But don't you worry Asuka, I'm not going to make the mistake I did at Final Stand, I won't turn my back on you again, because I'll make sure that International Incident will be the final time you can stand on your own two feet. At International Incident I'll make sure I put an end to "The Empress of Tomorrow" and without the Empress to rule the Kingdom, The Man can step up and take what is rightfully hers...

Asuka's eyes narrow at the notion of her being permanently taken out of action

Asuka slowly licks her lips as she processes the information and before smiling

It will be your funeral. Because unlike here in America there will be no one pulling for you. All that negative energy will come crashing upon you while I shall feed off of it. At International Incident it will not be the end of Asuka, the Empress. It will be the rebirth of the Empress! You've written your death certificate because my turf means I will pick the match. Asuka is cut off but none other than the new general manager of XWL and owner, Vince McMahon himself! The crowd cheer meanwhile Becky raises her eyebrow and Asuka looks more than lost. Vince walks out onto stage with a swagger that only he has. Of course he has a microphone as he gestures for the crowd to calm down and allow him to speak

Now hold on just a minute Asuka and Becky. You two did have a very good match at Final Stand and clearly this thing between you two isn't done. But you don't just get to go create matches. Cause that's MY job. I do in fact like the venue, International Incident! But the match itself...well that will be decided differently

Asuka looks like she wants to interrupt but she's knows better to show disrespect to Vince and instead keeps her mouth shut

Next week both of you will be in action. Not with each other of course. Gonna save that for International Incident. The winner of their match will get to choose the match type. It seems Asuka and Becky are on another collision course right towards International Incident. It will be a wild ride and next week we'll see who gets a leg up on their adversary. The following contest is set for one fall! Introducing first, already in the ring, from Elmwood Park, New Jersey... Liv, MORGAN!

Hot off her big loss at Final Stand, once again losing out on an opportunity for the Women’s Championship due to someone else, there’s no question in our minds that Liv is here to seek redemption and get herself back into that title scene as quickly as possible. After all, third time’s the charm, right? Liv’s legs are crossed as she wobbles her foot back and forth anxiously, ready to get a piece of the returning newcomer that she’s scheduled to face here tonight.





As the Fans in attendance as settling down the lights in the arena turn pitch black as Allies theme blasts through the PA System Allie steps out onto the stage snifficky looking at all the fans booing her not worried about the Reaction Allies makes her way down the ramp and slides into the ring and approaches the corner side of the ring and poses in a very sadistic way.

[Jojo]
And her opponent, from Toronto, Ontario, Canada... ALLIE!

Liv hops off of the ropes, sizing her opponent up as she steps towards her, eyeballing her up and down before laughing to herself and sticking her bright blue raspberry tongue out at Allie. Allie, unamused, remains unfazed by the banter of the blue-tongued brat.

Allie remains still, the only thing moving are her eyes as the trail Liv’s sporadic and jester-like movements from side to side. After a few moments, Liv stops and raises a brow at her opponent, seemingly offended that she isn’t playing back. The Problem Child finally steps into the vicinity of Demon Allie, only to shove her face back with a nasty smack! Without hesitation, Allie goes onto the offensive and charges at Morgan, but Liv was expecting that kind of retaliation and instantly drops to the mat and rolls out of the ring! Allie leans over the ropes, furious at the squirmy delinquent by the looks of it. Liv, however, couldn’t be more proud of herself. She flicks her cotton candy colored hair back over her shoulder and prances around the ring, laughing like a hyena and holding her hand up to Allie and the ref collectively.



The ref stands between Allie and Liv, not giving the XWL rookie room to go and collect the resident brat herself. Meanwhile, he tells Morgan to knock it off and get back in the ring before proceeding with a count.

Liv finally surrenders, tossing her hands up in the air “innocently” as she hops onto the apron. Morgan keeps her eyes locked onto Allie while she grins devilishly, slowly and cautiously ducking under the rope in effort to re-enter the ring and break the referees count. As much as she loves to play games, she isn't about to lose a match over it. Not again, that is.



Liv seems to have her game face on and is finally ready to rumble while Allie is still visibly fuming on the other side of the ref, prepped and ready to tear every last strand of hair from Liv's pretty pink head. Morgan walks up to her opponent, still slow and careful before she suddenly juts her hand forward, extending it for a shake. The Juvenile Delinquent cocks her head to the side curiously as she waits to see if this new, darker side of Allie would take her up on her offer. Allie however, was wise enough not to take the bait. With the ref finally taking a step back from previously being between the two, Allie wastes not a second more grabbing Liv by her extended wrist and pulling her into her opposite arm with a stiff clothesline! Liv falls flat on her back, grabbing at her neck and collarbone as she cough and tries to reclaim the wind she just had knocked out of her. Allie bends down in front of the veteran of this match and screams in her face like a wild and untamed banshee, causing Liv's crazy eyes to widen and prompting her to scramble back into the corner to gain some distance before picking herself up again.

The crowd, albeit not in great support of either of these two competitors, finds some joy in Allie turning Liv into a deer in headlights. It was a welcome change to see the Problem Child on the opposite end of some scare tactics this time around. Liv shakes it off and as the two circle around the ring before finally locking up. As the two collide, Liv manages to get her arm around the neck of Allie, wrenching her into a rowdy headlock. Allie struggles, but Liv is able to hip toss Allie over and down onto the mat. As soon as she does this, Liv releases the hold and rolls over beside Allie, who quickly stands to her feet and is back on guard. Morgan, however, takes time to showboat and remain on the mat, sticking her tongue out up at her opponent playfully to mock her.



The Problem Child kicks her feet back and forth in the air and wriggles her fingers at Allie in a sarcastic wave. Allie, however, once again was absolutely not amused. As a result, Liv's childish behavior gets the best of her as Allie is not having any of it. Allie darts at Liv before she has the chance get away once again. Despite the referees orders to let Liv get up first, Allie kicks the Blue-Tongued Brat while she's still down on the ground. Liv rolls over, trying to shield herself from the shots as the ref attempts to pull Allie off of Morgan, but Allie is not entertaining any more of Liv's games tonight. Not in her big return. Allie shoves passed the referee and finally manages to get her hands on Liv Morgan. Liv screams out and squirms as Allie drags her up to her feet by her pigtails. The Dark Allie shows no hesitation as she begins hammering away at the kooky skull of Liv Morgan. Countless right after right leaves the Delinquent dazed and confused until she's finally backed into the corner. Allie gains some distance, walking across the ring and screaming out at the top of her lungs, causing the crowd in the front few rows to fall silent in awe. With her back turned to Liv, however, Liv quickly gathers her wits and runs at the presumably unsuspecting Allie. Allie, however, already had Liv's fiendish ways scouted, fully expecting her to make a move while her back was turned, so she turns back and knocks Liv flat onto her back with an echoing spinning roundhouse kick! Dark Allie falls into the pin on the Problem Child.

KICKOUT!

Liv uses her reflexes to force her shoulder up off of the mat. Allie groans from frustration as she stands back up to her feet, dragging to flopping Liv Morgan with her. Allie takes a few deep breaths before slingshotting Liv into the ropes. As Liv ricochets off and comes right back at Allie, Allie goes for the Superkick! Allie's boot is mere inches away from connecting with Liv's jaw when Liv reverses back into the matrix! The Juvenile Delinquent's body bends all the way back onto the mat in a perfect arch, catching Allie off guard as she stumbles to her feet, trying to regain her balance after the missed Superkick. Liv uses this opportunity to spring herself back up just as Allie turns around and grabs Dark Allie by the back of her head. Liv jumps up and raises both knees into the air, snapping Allie's faces right off of her knees as she falls back down to the mat with the 201 Facebreaker! Allie lands on her back, seemingly out cold for the count as Liv scrambles over into the pin, hooking both legs!

Here is your winner... Liv, MORGAN!

Liv seems to huff and puff, visibly wiping her bro with a "phew" as she stands to her feet. But that face of relief quickly evolves into one of disdain as Liv seems Allie showing mild signs of life on the mat. Morgan thinks to herself for a brief second before marching over to the corner and undoing the turnbuckle pad! As she fiddles with the strings and tosses it outside of the ring, she can be heard mumbling to herself angrily. Even though she had come out victorious in this contest, perhaps her rage and anger from last week's events of Final Stand were still seeping over into her behavior this week. With the exposed metal turnbuckle on display, Liv turns around to find Allie powering herself up onto her knees after the 201 Facebreaker that had her down for the count just moments before. Liv crinkles her nose up, practically snarling as she sprints towards the still and yet dazed Dark Allie, stepping up off of her readily available knee and knocking the life back out of her with a Step-Up Enziguri!

The crowd rains down on Morgan with a relentless amount of boos. Even though they don't harbor much love in their hearts for Dark Allie, Liv was still crossing several major lines with this completely unprovoked and unjustified attacked. Such is the life of a Delinquent, as Liv stays on top of Allie this time and drags her up to her feet, pointing at the exposed turnbuckle as she holds Dark Allie up by the hair, prepared to run her face first into the metal!

You wanna play in MY ring Allie? HUH?! Lemme show them why you're still nothing but a STUPID BUNNY!

With Liv's screeching voice letting out those hateful words, she begins to dash towards the corner with Allie's head as the basketball, and the metal turnbuckle as the net, looking to make a slam dunk at the expense of Dark Allie! Just two feet away from the turnbuckle, Liv is stopped dead in her tracks when...




Rosemary walks out onto the stage breathing heavy, and looks angry as can be.



The camera pans to Dark Allie who now lies on the ground, and doesn't know awaits her. The camera pans back to Rosemary who is bent down grabbing her hair, and then abruptly stands back up.



She the makes a full out sprint to the ring, and slides into the ring.

The Problem Child suddenly doesn't want any trouble as she drops Allie to the mat and holds her hands up innocently. With a hollow smile, Liv slowly backs away, letting Rosemary have at it.

[LIV Morgan]
Woah, woah, woah..! I didn't do nothin', I don't want no trouble, honest!

Once she maintained a reasonable distance, the Blue-Tongued Brat drops down and rolls out of the ring in a hurry as she scurries along up the ramp, taking her W and letting Rosemary presumably have her "scraps." With one final spin on the heels of her Air Jordans and a flick of her hair with a haughty blue tongue and a cackle, Liv disappears backstage, leaving only the wounded Dark Allie and Rosemary in the ring together.

Rosemary takes her eyes of of Liv Morgan, and then turns her attention to Dark Allie who is starting to show signs of life. She looks up, and sees Rosemary. She slightly jumps, because she is caught off guard. Rosemary head turns, and the two lock eyes.



Rosemary steps closer to Dark Allie as the two continue to stare each other. Dark Allie watches her every movement, because no one exactly know what Rosemary is thinking. Rosemary's left hand raises high into the air, and then slightly curls her hand as it begins to shake as she touches her forehead. Then Rosemary extends her hand outward towards Dark Allie.



Rosemary turns her hand over, and now it appears that Rosemary is now offering to help Dark Allie up to her feet. Dark Allie appears to be shocked by her offer.She now gazes upon Rosemary hand. Rosemary nods with an eager smile on her face. Dark Allie takes her hand, and at that moment Rosemary pulls Dark Allie up to her feet. The two smile at each other as it appears that now both Rosemary, and Dark Allie are now on the same page. The last thing we see is Rosemary, and Dark Allie exiting the ring together then walking up the ramp as we go to commercial break.

Ziggler: Absolutely not Rene, I mean I am one of the, if not the best superstar in the world, I can take on anybody, anywhere at any time and I'll come out on top. I'm always ready for anything. Adam Cole was a tough opponent but the result of the match was never in doubt as far as I'm concerned, I knew I'd be victorious and that's how I always feel.

The beginning notes sends a shockwave through the crowd and the arena into darkness. As the next few hits spotlights drop on either side of the stage to reveal two figues, pointing guns at the ring, holding titles high above their head. TCSI has finally appeared on Anarchy after their clash against Golden Lovers at Final Stand. The full music hits sending the arena into complete light, the two moving towards each other, clanking the belts together. The crowd is erupting by this point, the tag team champions smiling around at the crowd before heading for the ring.

The next few moments are spent with them high fiving fans, migrating around the ring as they do so. Eventually they move to the announcer's table which they jump on, holding their titles high. They are obviously pleased with themselves for their defense. The two move from there, heading into the ring, taking mics with them as they go. The excitement calms as the music does, Chris Sabin taking point.

We have taken the paradigm that you tried to pass off as the tag team division and shattered it into a million unrecognizable pieces because we are the trendsetters, we are the trailblazers, we are the difference makers, we are the mold breakers, we are the constant this company needs for a thriving division. And for one hundred and seventy eight days, we have stood atop the mountain that is the Tag Team Division and made people see that what was once thought to be a pipe dream, has now become a reality.

At Final Stand, we stood across the ring from the biggest challenge we've ever had the pleasure of facing since becoming Champions. Leading up to that legendary encounter, Chad and myself made a decision that impacted the challenge that stood in front of us: We decided to train the week before the event. Shocking, I know. When you have someone as technically sound as Chad Gable and someone as naturally gifted as Chris Sabin, what's the point of training? And trust me, we thought the same thing but this was a special occasion after all: The first time the XWL Tag Team Championships were defended on the grandest stage of them all in Final Stand. At last years event, Chad and myself stood across the ring as enemies, ready to systematically eradicate the other from this company in a Three Stages of Hell match, a match that I technically won might I add, and now here we stand, as your XWL Tag Team Champions.

After winning last year at Final Stand, I was asked what it takes to make it in this business. After winning this year, I was asked what does it take to be champion. After wrestling in the olympics I was asked what it took to be an olympian. My answer has never changed for any of these. It isn't the training, it isn't the gifts, it isn't the flashy effects. It's heart. Heart is what seperates Chad Gable from the rest. Heart is what seperates Chris Sabin from the rest. Heart, is what makes TCSI not only Tag Team Champions but the best tag team in the world!

Gable lets the crowd pop, looking over at his best friend before extending a hand, gesturing to him.

At Final Stand, I agree with Chris, we stood across from our greatest challenge yet. It took a lot for us to go into that match and even more for us to walk out the champions. Our teamwork, our skill, our training and our hearts were pulled into question. But let me ask you this: who walked out the tag team champions? I am taking nothing, and I do mean nothing away from the two men we clashed with. But tonight, you are watching THE tag team champions. THE tag team to beat. Which leaves us with the question of what is next for TCSI? Who is going to climb the mountain? Who is going to try and shake this division to it's core? Who wants to dethrone the kings? You have lined them up and we have knocked them down so, who is next for TC-



The crowd pops heavily for the theme they heard for the 1st time ever at Final Stand, the theme of the Golden Lovers. Within moments, Ibushi and Omega had made their way out onto the stage much to the delight of the fans here in attendance this evening along with those watching around the world.

The two men proceeded to high five every fan who had their hand stuck out along the ramp on their way down to the ring, they walked around the ring and to the timekeepers area to grab some mics before entering the ring and standing across from the two men who bested them at Final Stand, the World Tag Team Champions, TCSI.

You know, I don't know about you Kenny, but as I stand here across from these two, I feel something special in the air, I feel electricity flowing through my veins, I feel magic!

Kenny smiles and nods in agreement.

Final Stand in some ways, didn't go as planned for Me and Kenny, but in other ways we achieved what we set out to achieve, we changed the wrestling world as Kenny likes to say. The four of us? we were the first match on the show at Final Stand, and we went out there and fought till our last breaths, not just Me and Kenny, but the two of you as well. We put on a show that showcased strong style, TCSI style, and everything between, and at the end of that match, when the bell sounded, yes, there was disappointment on our end, there was some sadness, but there was no bitterness whatsoever, in defeat, it's not about dwelling on the loss, it's about focusing on improvement and finding the shining light that illuminates the past through the darkness. We will improve, that was only our third match back as team, and our shining light is that all four of us put tag team wrestling back on the map, don't get me wrong, you two have done a fine job as champions, but that magical match we had at Final Stand put this division back on everyone's radar and created a buzz that tag team wrestling deserves.

The crowd cheers and delivers a round of applause directed at the two teams who stand in the ring right now, and it's without question that all four of these men deserve it for that performance at Final Stand.

I'm gonna let Kenny get some things off his chest in a moment, but in closing for me, I'd like to just say two things to the both of you, first off, thank you, it takes two teams to tango as they say and without you guys there is no explosive tag team battle kicking off the biggest show of the year in style and raising the bar for tag team wrestling to new heights. Secondly, the last thing I wanna say is simply, I want more. I wanna feel that buzz in the air when I step through that curtain like I did at Final Stand and like I do tonight, I wanna feel that electricity pulsating throughout the building and I want Golden Lovers vs TCSI for those Tag Team Titles once again!!! I wanna set the bar even higher the second time out and show the world that TCSI and Golden Lovers? are without a doubt the best tag team wrestlers in the world!!! But I don't wanna stop there, Me and Kenny? we're never gonna settle for being just second best, our fighting spirit won't allow it. We're gonna keep fighting until we have the gold that proves who the best team in the world is, the very gold in which you hold, we will IMPROVE, we will TRANSCEND, and we will become the tag team champions of the world.

Kenny nods his head as he rolls his mic around in his hand momentarily before bringing it to his lips

Ibushi is right. I'm not someone who will make excuses to try and save face. We lost in a fair fight. But like Ibushi, I felt something special. Something I haven't felt in a while wrestling in XWL. There was pride I put into that match at Final Stand with you two. Of course it was about the Tag titles, that's no doubt. But it also felt there was something underneath it all. A need for us to prove that tag wrestling has a right to be noticed in XWL. That it's not the lesser division in this company ad that we are capable of making classics which if you ask me, is exactly what we did at Final Stand. Maybe someone else would be okay with just leaving it there. But I don't think I've ever been satisfied with anything. I always want to improve and go beyond. To rise up and step forward!

Kenny's passion seeps into the crowd who cheer him as he takes a breath to gather himself

On one knee I dragged myself into Final Stand and gave it all I had but...but it wasn't enough. A lesser man would have given in much sooner but I kept on and we came this close to sealing the deal and walking out the new Tag Team, Champions. I questioned if I was good enough to win being injured. But there answers where answered last week when I went one on one with Bray and I stood victorious on one leg! That proved me right that I don't need to be one hundred percent to still be the Best Bout Machine! You guys do in fact have heart but no one and I mean absolutely no one has more heart than the Golden Lovers! And if you put that title up for grabs one more time against Ibushi and I, we will not only give you another classic but we will walk out the champions this time. There are no other teams in the back that can provide the challenge, that can match your intensity, your will to win than the two of us so don't even bother looking! The question isn't whether you will accept our challenge but rather when will you accept our challenge?

I know for a fact I speak for both Chad Gable and myself when I say this. There is another pay per view coming up in a few weeks called International Incident. Why don't we give these people what they want? Why don't we give ourselves what we want? Why don't we share another classic with each other in this ring? International Incident, TCSI taking on Golden Lovers, for the Tag Team Titles, one, more, time! If you want to take on the best, then do it!

TCSI raise their belts in the faces of Golden Lovers, smiling as they do so. The crowd is exploding, the moment almost freezing as we set up for another clash at International Incident. That is until....




The music barely even gets a start to it before Vince has already started speaking to the members in the ring. He walks out, mic to his lips, holding the moment from progressing.

Hold on, hold on! Before we get ahead of ourselves, allow me to put a stop to this party.

The crowd boos but Vince shakes his head, waving them off as he continues, smiling.

[Vince McMahon]
Not, because I don't want to see this match takes place. Quite the contrary, I do actually want to see a rematch between TCSI and Golden Lovers. I believe that you four are some of the best wrestlers in the world and the match at Final Stand, though not deemed match of the show, was in fact one of the best matches XWL and myself, have ever seen.

However, this match will not be taking place at International Incident. There is already a plan in place for that which I'll get to in a minute. No instead I want to take a moment and congratulate you men on really getting the tag division the fire it needs. For lighting the fuel that has sent tag team wrestling into a Renaissance here in XWL, and something we've needed for a long time.

[Vince McMahon]
Honestly, I never believed in the tag division. For years, people didn't believe it could ever happen in XWL. Just the chaos and the selfishness of people really undermined the idea before it ever got off the ground. Then, TCSI was born. And yes, I do feel giving credit to you two men is necessary. Your bond and overcoming of obstacles gave us this division. However, what is Stone Cold without The Rock? Still people that don't show up, but my feelings about that aside, every good wrestler needs an even better rival. Golden Lovers came in here.

[Vince McMahon]
So no, I don't think you guys should face at International Incident. Instead, you men should fight next week in a rematch for the Tag Team Championships!

The crowd explodes for Vince's announcement as the four in the ring square off once more, coming eye to eye and smiling, excited for the competition to come.

However, there is another team that needs to be mentioned. Because at International Incident, the winner of that match next week, will face these men:

Vince turns pointing to the entryway, his smile gone.



The duo of Braun Strowman and Bray Wyatt appear, coming from behind the curtain and out onto the stage. The crowd is erupting in excitement, fear and frustration. The four men in the ring turn to the stage, making eye contact with their potential new foes. The tension in the room is high as the two on the stage smile widely, the fear sinking into those in the ring who turn back to each other, realizing where the immediate issue lies. But the bigger issue is now lurking. What will happen next week? Who will go on to International Incident? Who will be Tag Team Champions?

A un familiar theme echoes throughout the arena leaving fans puzzled as to who exactly it is. Is it one of the returning members that showed their face at Final Stand XI or is it one of the members looking at a change in scenery? A few seconds pass as the crowd erupts in boos as we see none other than Cody walking out from gorilla on to the XWL stage. Cody stops not bearing a smile looking out to the crowd as they all boo him, some of them even flipping him off.

The XWL Universe is not happy as The American Nightmare is making his presence and after Final Stand frustrations known as well.

Cody continues to walk down the ramp laughing off the thumbs down and middle fingers from the fans as he approaches the ring walks up on to the apron wiping his feet with cowboy boots with his suit rather than dress shoes this time. Cody steps through the ropes into the ring. Once in the ring Cody is handed a microphone all over while getting continuously boo’d.

Go ahead keep it up, the longer you sit here and boo me the longer I’m gonna take.

The crowd dies down enough for Cody to begin speaking.

Ever since Final Stand I have got nothing but calls text tweets and etc. asking about my actions “Cody why?” “How dare you Cody” “You should be punished, that was an innocent camera man” That last part was right, he was just an innocent camera man and I’ve done my diligent duty of apologizing and paying my fines for it. But for those asking why. “Why Cody, why would you do such a thing? Before I even bother giving you the answer you DON’T deserve, I want to show you something.

Five minutes later Cody and Dolph are fighting on the outside, Dolph has just broken Ted's ten count. He picks up Cody but Cody pushes him harshly into the steps. Cody then does a dastardly move as he pulls the padding off of the outside floor exposing concrete! Cody rolls in and out of the ring to break the count as he smirks at Ted. Cody pulls Dolph by the hair over to the concrete floor and it looks like he's going for a powerbomb onto the concrete which would surely be the end of Dolph. But as Cody goes to lift him Dolph stops it and then flips Cody over! Cody lands flat back first on the concrete as he sits up in agony. Dolph feels the momentum as he quickly throws Cody into the ring as he rolls in. Cody staggers to his feet as Dolph jumps on Cody's back for a Zig Zag but as Cody feels Dolph about to catch him, Cody ducks and manages to get behind Dolph! He hooks Dolph from behind and then as quick as a flash he drills him with a Cross Rhodes! The fans gasp as Cody hooks both legs and yells at Ted to count it. Ted reluctantly gets down.

Cody and Ted's eyes meet as Cody can be seen mouthing the words "Do it." as Ted shakes his head and counts..

*The arena has fallen silent, as the crowd is in pure shock. Nobody can believe the day has finally come where Cody Rhodes is the World Heavyweight Champion. Nobody can believe Ted DiBiase actually just counted the three and has awarded his rival the richest prize in the business. Everybody thought this entire time Cody was nothing more than talk. They all thought he was delusional and he would never accomplish a damn thing in this business. A lot of people thought he would never shake the names of his father and brother and would forever be known as the Rhodes who tarnished the family legacy. Nobody expected this to happen. Nobody could have seen this coming. Cody Rhodes is the XWL World Heavyweight Champion. He has finally done it. After all of his efforts he has finally reached the mountaintop In the ring, Cody is ecstatic as he literally jumps up and down with excitement.*

The year was 2013, and I had just won my first ever XWL World Heavyweight Championship. It was the greatest moment of my career at the time. It was a wonderful thing, my hard work had finally paid off at that point. Unfortunately a little over a month later, 36 days to be exact I lost the title and never won it again. I left sometime later to perfect my craft in other areas. So fast forward a couple of years later, here I am returning. Why? I was ready to win back the World Heavyweight Championship. That very Championship JBL is holding to this day. Now I’ve fought and fought since I’ve been back and every time I seem to be ready to grab that brass ring, I’m booted out, to the back of the line. I’ve been content with pulling my weight and then some until I found out I was not going to be a part of Final Stand XI. That’s when I snapped, I knew right then and there what I needed to do, from now on I’m going to take what I want. No more earning it, I have earned everything around this place and I’ve been treated like garbage ever since.

Surprising everyone, none other than John Cena makes his way from out behind the curtain into the KeyBank Center! The crowd immediately roars in surprise and joy, obviously excited to see Cena. Cena soaks in every moment as he poses at the top of the ramp, and walks directly into the camera to deliver some words to the folks at home.

I couldn’t stay away!

john Cena makes his way back to the center of the ramp, continuing to relish in the cheers of the XWL Universe. He begins his trademark dash into the ring, looking like he hasn’t missed a day. As he rebounds between the ropes, Cody looks on, almost offended that Cena would come out here and interrupt him. Cena, meanwhile, asks for a microphone, which is promptly handed to the leader of the Cenation.

Did ya miss me?

The crowd in attendance lets out a huge cheer, showing how much they’ve missed Cena, who chuckles at the reaction.

[John Cena]
Now there’s a lot of reasons I’m back, a lot of things I want to settle. And the plan was for me to come out here and address all of that. But something a little more pressing just came up.

Cena turns to face Cody before continuing to speak, much of the joy that was present on his face just moments before fading away.

[John Cena]
Cody, I was standing there in the back, listening to you try to justify attacking XWL crew members, turning your back on all these people, and to be honest, it made me sick. And trust the man who has not held a championship in this company for almost ten years, I know what it’s like to feel like your best years are a distant memory, to become so desperate for anything close to your glory days that you’ll do whatever it takes to try and get back there.

[John Cena]
But think about this Cody. Think about what you’re doing. These people cheered for you. They loved you. Sure you weren’t at Final Stand, but that’s nothing somebody can’t bounce back from. With all the talent you have, all the moments you’ve shone brightly in, there’s so much better you could be doing.

Cena looks down at his feet for a few moments, before looking back up at Cody.

Cody looks down at the mat seemingly frustrated, once again someone has hit the sore spot mentioning his family.

Cody brings the mic up beginning to speak but decides against it. He ponders for a moment and then suddenly

Cody drops Cena with a sucker punch with the microphone. Cody drops the mic and rolls out of the ring headed to the back as the medical team tends to Cena.

The feed cuts to commercial.

A resounding barrage of “Yes!” chants fill the air as the theme of XWL's resident Goat Faced Hero begins to play throughout the arena. A few moments pass before the man in question emerges out from behind the curtain and stands on the stage, his physical demeanor betraying his intentions and showing that he's still feeling the effects of brutal encounter he had at Final Stand just twenty four hours ago when he was driven through the table courtesy of a Shooting Star Press by the defending Champion in Matt Sydal. Not wanting his current condition be a detriment to the members of the XWL Universe that bought tickets to attend the show live, Bryan powers through the pain and throws his arms into the air, making his way towards the ring the only way Daniel Bryan can, the live audience in attendance “Yes!”-ing along to every stride. He would eventually reach the ringside area, stopping in his tracks to avoid blindly running into the ring apron, and begins making his way up the steps, ultimately standing on the apron before entering the ring. Bryan backs himself towards the opposite corner, keeping his eyes on the stage as he awaits the arrival of his opponent for the evening in the debuting Ultimo Dragon. Every passing second, the anticipation for the debuting Superstar's arrival grows at a quickening pace. After about the forty fifth second, the anticipation shifts to confusion, surely this isn't part of his mind games, right? A few more moments pass before Bryan decides to take matters into his own hands, signaling for a microphone in an attempt to address the situation he has found himself in.

Daniel Bryan is interrupted by music we heard tonight.



Brian Pillman Jr walks out with a mic and stops at the top of the ramp and raise the mic to his mouth.

Pillman Jr
Daniel I think your opponent tonight the legendary Ultimo Dragon has no showed his debut. Is this a joke? Maybe its a rib on Vince. Who knows? But you know what? Let me show Vince my passion and hunger some more. How about I fill in for Ultimo Dragon in his absence?

Daniel Bryan shakes his head in agreement as Pillman Jr walks down the ramp and makes his way to the ring.

It looks like Daniel Bryan will indeed have a match here tonight ladies and gentlemen!

Graves
Yeah against a kid way in over his head.  He got his first win on his own tonight against Cesaro and he thinks he will be able to hang with a contender like Daniel Bryan. Give me a break Mauro.

Brian Pillman Jr goes to celebrate on the top turnbuckle, raising both arms in the air.

He has done it again here tonight! Victorious in 2 great matches against 2 formidable opponents.

As Pillman Jr celebrates on one end of the ring, on the opposite end, Bryan begins pulling himself up to a knee using the turnbuckle and the ring ropes to his advantage. The victorious combatant in tonight's impromptu contest hops off the turnbuckle and lands in the ring, shifting his attention towards the slowly rising Daniel Bryan across the ring from him and begins walking forward, stopping a few feet away and extending his arm in a show of sportsmanship. His pride not allowing him to accept help making it to his feet, Bryan uses the remainder of his strength to make it to a vertical base, now standing face to face with the man that defeated him here tonight. With Pillman Jr's hand still extended, Bryan internally nods to himself and extends his own, interlocking them with one another and engaging in a handshake as a show of respect. A few words that aren't picked up by the masses are exchanged, causing Pillman Jr to nod with a smile on his face before breaking the handshake and exiting the ring, leaving Bryan as the sole Superstar in the ring. Or he would be if the lights didn't shut off, causing the arena to be consumed by darkness. The sounds of the crowd's reactions are all that is heard for a few moments before the signs of a struggle begin to reverberate from within the ring, culminating in a single thud as a body roughly collides with the canvas below. When the lights return to their former glory, Bryan is laid out in the center of the ring and his culprit is nowhere to be seen. The last question we're left with before we cut into a commercial break is, who attacked Daniel Bryan?

Meanwhile backstage, Liv Morgan is seen standing outside of a large door with the nameplate of: "VINCE McMAHON" plastered across the front. The Juvenile Delinquent is pound pound pounding away at the door with the base of her open palm relentlessly.

[LIV Morgan]
Mr. McMahon..? Mr. McMahon..! OPEN UP, I GOTTA TALK TO YOU!

The door finally jerks open and Liv whips her hand back to avoid smacking the new GM square in the face amid all obnoxious knocking. Instead, she juts her arm forward to offer her hand in a shake.

[LIV Morgan]
Hiya there sir, Liv Morgan here! Pleasure to meetcha.

After an intimidating glare that wholly displays Mr. McMahon's annoyance at the present time, the Problem Child subtly slides her hand back and clasps her hands behind her back with a guilty grin.

[LIV Morgan]
I'm a REAL BIG fan of your work. You know, the suits, the walk, the rough, tough, gravely voice. ANYway, I wanted to talk to you about my Women's Championship match at Final Stand.

[Mr. McMahon]
The match you lost to the new XWL Women's Champion, Tessa Blanchard?

Liv's jaw dramatically drops as she gasps in shock at the audacity, taking a step back while placing her hand over her skipping heart.

[LIV Morgan]
I WASN'T THE ONE PINNED IN THAT MATCH!... But yes, that one. Actually, that's what I wanted to talk to you about. Y'see sir, I've had both of my title opportunities robbed from me in triple threat matches. Both of those times, I walked out with no title and the short end of the stick all because somebody else cracked under the pressure. All I want is the one on one match that I deserve! I know I can outdo Tessa. One on one? She's got:... NO CHANCE IN HELL!!

Morgan bursts out into laughter, bending over to catch her breath as she rests her hands on her knees and wipes her brow comically before regaining her "composure," as if she ever really had any to begin with.

[LIV Morgan]
What I'm trynna say is... I just want you to do the RIGHT thing here Mr. McMahon sir, and give me my one on one match with Tessa at International Incident... Soooo, what'dya say? Do we have a deal? Wanna shake on it..? Do ya, do ya, do ya??

[Mr. McMahon]
You do raise a fair point, Miss Morgan. You've certainly altered the landscape of the Women's Division in XWL over the last year, I'll give you that. You're dangerous, unpredictable, sometimes vile in your methods, all fine traits of an up and coming future Champion. However, you were still an important factor in both of your matches, and if you didn't want to lose them, then perhaps you should have stopped them. That being said, it does seem unfit to leave XWL's "Juvenile Delinquent" out of action for International Incident... Tell you what: next week, I'll have a high profile match set in place for you. Whether that be against Tessa Blanchard, Shayna Baszler, their new contenders Kairi Sane and Mandy Rose, or somebody completely different. Point is, Liv Morgan, YOU will have plans at International Incident, and most importantly an opportunity at redemption.

Liv squeals in rejoice as she clamps her hands together in front of her chest and hops up and down in place eagerly. Letting her extremely erratic emotions get the best of her once again, Liv leaps into Vince and squeezes her arms around him, hugging him tightly as she bears a cheshire grin from ear to ear. Before Vince even has an opportunity to reprimand the Delinquent, she bounds off down the hallway, continuing to shriek and laugh and torment every individual she comes across.

[LIV Morgan]
You're the best, Vinny! I mean-.. SIR!

Vince, on the other hand, turns his head to watch her disappear like a wild cat into the forest while he straightens out his gray blazer and shakes his head in hopeless confusion before returning to his office, swinging the door shut behind him.

As we return to XWL we see a the arena shrouded in darkness except one spotlight in the ring. Under that spotlight sitting on a stool lies Elias who smugly smiles at a crowd that looks less than enthusiastic to see him. Still, Elias tunes his guitar as a voice above him say "Ladies and gentleman, Elias". Elias takes this moment to speak in his mouthpiece.

[Elias]
Ladies and gentleman let me welcome you to XWL or as it will be known, The Elias show!

The crowd start to drown out Elias before he can continue you. The drifter looks a tad bit annoyed but waits patiently for them to die down before continuing on

[Elias]
There were winners and losers at Final Stand but I will tell you right now that the sweetest victory did not go to someone who won or retained a championship. It instead went to me, who got to spoil the new start for Cesaro and Roman who hasn't been seen since I humiliated him in front of everyone. Because I took a boring show and I breathed life into you it just like I do every time I come out here on an episode of XWL

The crowd let Elias know they disagree with him but he quickly waves it off

[Elias]
It's okay, you don't have to thank me. The same goes for tonight, I will save this show from becoming the dumpster fire that everyone show without Elias sadly becomes. Just remember folks..



That really turns the crowd against Elias but he simply carries on and finishes tuning his guitar. After finally being satisfied Elias turns his attention back to his "adoring" fans

[Elias]
Now...I'm gonna need you all to sit and shut your mouths so I can concentrate. This here is a song I call...The Final Man Standing. Alright...here we g-





Just before Elias could strike his guitar and take off into glorious song, the lights in the arena shut off spare for a bright, blue spotlight on the stage where XWL's Gorgeous one began to strut out onto. We get a close-up shot on his custom fur boots before the camera pans out into a full body view.



As the camera then briefly flashes back to Elias who remained seated in the ring, he appeared to be furious, tossing his hand up into the air in frustration. Breeze, on the other hand, doesn't even take his eyes off of his phone even as he is blatantly disrupting Elias's performance. Completely mesmerized by his own reflection displayed via his front-facing camera, Prince Pretty finally moves his gaze away from his phone when the lights come up in the arena, just long enough for him to pose atop the stage for the fans.



Returning his eyes back to his screen, Breeze continues to admire himself as he strokes his chin slowly and walks down the ramp. The King of Cuteville floats passed the fans who, as much as they disapprove of his pompous self, they seem to be thrilled by his timing.



Breeze climbs the steel stairs, removing his hand from his chin in order to collect the microphone that was conveniently placed by the ring post. He ducks through the ropes, entering the ring with Elias, but still continues to stroke his own ego by observing himself on the screen of his phone a few moments longer even after his theme song has long been stopped. Eventually, he sighs in relief and grins at himself before lowering his phone and raising his mic, looking around rather confused.

[Tyler Breeze]
Excuse me, but what is the meaning of this? Who are you and what are you doing here right now?

Elias blinks not once, not twice, but three times as he stares at Tyler Breeze, shocked that not only would someone interrupt his song, but be so blatantly rude about it

[Elias]
Well, lost fan. I was gonna perform something for all these ungrateful here. But it seems I have a critic. Don't worry people, I know how to handle critics. It is easy to write me off behind a blog but in person...your expression will be to true to lie about. So you stand down there and prepare to be amazed by the music of...Elias

[Elias]
If you watch closely, You see him come around
He walks through every church, every city and every town
Strumming his guitar, singing everyone a message
"The end is near" he sings as he walks through the wreckage

When people hear him talk, they stop to listen
They stop to see him coming in the distance
He's known to be quiet the shifter
But people know him better as the drifter

Elias suddenly cuts his playing short before looking at Tyler Breeze with a bored expression

[Elias]
That is all I give for free. If you wanna judge my music further you'll have to but my album when it releases which I still have not decided yet so to all my fans who send me fan mail asking me when, you will still have to wait sadly

Tyler looks less than impressed

[Tyler Breeze]
Ah, yes. I remember now. You must be that ill-dressed drifter everyone has been murmuring about. Unfortunately, I'm afraid that I still don't see what all of the fuss is about. The voice of an angel, a poor man's Bradley Cooper even. But right now, in this ring, up close and personal, it's clear to me that despite your exceptional voice, your talents are tainted by the face-... of an UGGO.

The crowd laughs in the face of Elias, taunting him with Breeze's self-righteous insults. However, they would soon discover that no one is safe from the ridicule of Prince Pretty.

[Tyler Breeze]
Oh, as if the hideous herd of you fashion felons are in any favorable position. Listen to me, Elvis, don't let the unpretty peanut gallery get to you. Deep down, somewhere, you DO possibly have some mild scrap of talent in you! You're just-... missing something. Might I suggest a paper bag, perhaps? You know, I'm willing to wager that you could find a great deal of success on that trendy new Masked Singer show.

Elias looks actually annoyed now and levels Tyler Breeze with a glare as he shifts his guitar to a more comfortable position

[Elias]
I'm being punk'd right now right? I know that the walking abercrombie and fitch didn't just come out here and start insulting me

This gets a laugh out of the crowd who are more or less egging these two on

[Elias]
This face? This is a rugged look that compliments my music well. I'll have you know that no self respecting woman can resist this. I mean, we can't all look like we got stuck in the early stages of puberty like you Tyler. And the Elvis comparison? Don't insult me like that. I am and have always been in better shape than the fraud King of Rock N Roll AND most importantly, I write my own music. Now see here

Elias points past Tyler up towards the stage entrance

[Elias]
I'm gonna need you to put it in reverse, walks right back up that ramp and into the back, and evaluate your life choices one of those choices being the one where you rudely interrupted me because next time I might not be so nice. Now people, if I could have your attention back on me, the one that matters in this arena we can continue

[Tyler Breeze]
"Rugged?..." I believe the term you're searching for here is: RAGGED. Do you really consider these-... these-!... drapes to be some sort of a fashion statement?! Uggo-lias, you said that any self-respecting woman would not be able to resist you. Well, in my beautiful and professional opinion, no self-respecting man would let himself this far go... But looking beyond your questionable fashion choices, your mediocre guitar playing, and your unsightly face, talking to you now has gotten me curious... Did you become an XWL superstar before or after your family's famous duck hunting show got cancelled? You know, the one with you and all of your brothers, and your wives, and children, with the beards, in the south. Admittedly, I've never seen it. I prefer to spend my time watching pretty people do pretty people things. For example:

Prince Pretty halts the conversation at hand in order to whip his phone back out and admire himself through his camera again. Being directly connected to the tron, his handsome face immediately appears onto the titantron while he brushed a strand of blonde hair back behind his ear and strokes his chin.

[Tyler Breeze]
Come to think of it, it's probably a good thing that you don't spend your time gazing into a mirror. It might be the only thing that would crack more than your voice during one of your dreadful "performances."


The crowd let out an echoing: "OOOOOOOH!" but Breeze barely even notices them. He remains enchanted by his own reflection. The knock against Elias' singing evokes more than a reaction from Elias. The Drifter gets up and if you can read body language than you know exactly where this may be going

[Elias]
Dreadful...

Elias grips his guitar between his hands and with all his might swings for the fences at the head of Tyler Breeze. It seems Breeze was paying more attention than anyone thought because Breeze ducks the swings and drops to the mat to roll out. Elias isn't that quick to let him go though and drops the guitar to make a grab for him. While Tyler's feet hit the ground he can't exactly get away due to Elias gripping at his fur vest! With his superior strength Elias tries to pull him back into the ring as Tyler tries to pull away. Eventually the strain is too much for the vest and it tears! Breeze's brows go through the roof as his jaw drops in shock. His feet fully land on the floor at last. As he slowly turns to look back at Elias, the realization hits him square in his gorgeous face when he is greeted with the sight of the beefy musician holds up the fur tightly in his grasp high into the air like a trophy while he grins like a loon!

[Tyler Breeze]
WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING? GIVE IT BACK, YOU ANIMAL!... THAT'S CUSTOM PERUVIAN CHINCHILLA!!

The King of Cuteville places his hands on the sides of his head, screaming in horror at the mere sight. Seconds later, he quickly moves his hands from his head to instead cover his chest and his delicates now that he has been stripped of his prized fur vest. Elias simply smirks to himself, hooking his finger on the collar of the piece before slinging it back over his shoulder and exiting the ring, leaving an exposed Breeze among the common people to be heckled as he prepares for his scheduled match against Kyle O'Reilly.
