Anarchy returns from commercial, to see none other than Paul Heyman sitting in middle of the ring

I am the man, that brought to you the baddest woman on the planet and by doing so, I gave the womens division the boost it desperately needed with every single woman on this roster having to step up their game to match the level of Ronda Rousey. At Breakthrough, I'll admit that Tessa Blanchard did just that. She stepped up her game and beat my client....but, she didn't end my client. She didn't put an end to Ronda Rousey, my client sees it just as another obstacle in her way...It's a set back, but my client has never had it easy, she's never had anything handed to her. So Ronda Rousey will walk down this ramp later tonight, and she will prove that by simply destroying Ruby Riott. All the anger, all the frustration caused by Breakthrough will be taken out on Ruby Riott, my client has a point to prove and trust me....She's going to do just that.

But also at Breakthrough....I gave all of you, I gave this company something special, something it had missed for quite some time. A man that once dominated and carried this company on his back, to then become misused and an afterthought. They managed to take what was once the biggest star in this company...and ruin him. They took a man that once had the mind of a genius and turned him into somebody that thought "Mask vs Paint" was a smart decision, But all that is going to change, because Ladies and Gentlemen. At Breakthrough, I didn't just bring you any normal superstar, I didn't bring you the broken and shadow of a man that you saw months ago....I brought you THE BEST IN THE WORLD.

Right on cue, the theme of CM Punk blasts around the arena to a chorus of boos. CM Punk walks out from behind the curtain, with a huge smirk on his face. Holding his arms out wide, soaking in the hatred from the XWL Universe. Punk makes his way down the ramp, taunting fans as he goes. Entering the ring, he embraces Paul Heyman with a hug as more boo's ring around the arena. Heyman hands over the mic to Punk, as Punk now takes centre stage standing in centre of the ring.

Why Punk Why! How could you do that to the wonderful Cody? How could you viciously attack the son of the legendary Dusty Rhodes like that?



[CM Punk]
That is all I've had from all of you! I walked into that arena at Breakthrough, ready to make a point. Ready to make a statement...I needed to show you all that with Paul back in my corner, that the CM Punk you got to know last year...is gone. That CM Punks is done, that CM Punk is DEAD. I let myself get pushed aside, I let myself get drawn into battles that I didn't deserve to be in. It took a phone call from this man, for me to see what I was doing. I was ruining everything I ever did in this company, multiple world titles, Final Stand main events.... I was once at the top of this company, I carried this company on back. I was no longer a spoke on the wheel, I WAS the wheel. But I let all that go, I let myself slip down...and down.

That is because of all of you! I let myself pander to your stupid ideas of entertainment, I became everything I hated. But once again this man stepped up, this man saved me from what I had become and now the REAL CM Punk is back! I'm not back to be just another name, I'm not back to be pushed aside... I'm back to reclaim MY spot at the top of this company. You all better get used to seeing this face, because you'll be seeing a whole lot more of it. My face is going to be on all the posters, It's going to be on those soda cups you're indulging in...It's going to be back where it belongs.

Cody just happened to be in the wrong place...at the wrong time. It's clear Cody has no value in this company, taking out Cody does nothing for my career. In fact, despite sitting at home for months I walked in here and quite easily left him laying in the middle of this ring. I'm sure Cody is back there plotting his revenge, but quite frankly...I'm not interested in Cody, or anything he might try plan. When was the last time Cody even made a difference around here? But I'm making a difference right now...Cody is nothing more than a toilet break...but I am the main event, It doesn't matter if I come out here last, If I come out here first...Hell, I could walk out on a pre show and I would still be the main event.

You might all sit there and boo but when my theme music hits, when me and Paul walk down that ramp....Everybody watches, You all take your seats and your focus is on me. There isn't a single person changing the channel when I'm standing here with this microphone in my hand. You're all hanging on every word I say, because you all know that when I have a live microphone in my hand....anything can happen. There isn't a single person back there can match me in this ring, on this microphone. This is the real CM Punk...and I am THE BEST IN THE WORLD!



CM Punk drops the microphone down in the ring, as he and Heyman share a laugh in middle of the ring



Once again the theme of CM Punk plays across the arena, as Paul Heyman and CM Punk exit together as Anarchy rolls on.
