Colorful pyro explodes around the titantron, on the stage and even above the ring; an elaborate and extravagant display fitting for one of the Breakdowns on the ever rocky, yet highly entertaining, road to Final Stand. The biggest wrestling event of the year continues to draw near and many stories are continuing to take shape as battles with championships and pride on the line are slated to occur. The camera does a sweep around the arena, giving the individuals packed into the building tonight – sporting the shirts they spent their hard-earned money on and the signs they took the time to craft by hand - their 15 seconds.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 FILE0004_MOV0028

-Jim Ross-
Breakdown is underway folks! Thank you for joining us tonight as we draw ever closer to Final Stand.

-Michael Cole-
And it looks like Stephanie McMahon wants to kick this show off herself! I wonder what she has to say.

-Jerry Lawler-
We saw her get very hands on throughout the show last week as she continues to show that she is more than capable of running this brand.

-Jim Ross-
Some of her decisions has drawn some criticism, but as is the case with any person in possession of power, from Vickie Guerrero to Hulk Hogan, there are some things that have to be done, even it if seems like a poor choice in the short-run.

-Michael Cole-
Don’t even mention the name Hulk Hogan. I’m surprised this company lasted as long as it did with him in charge. Those were some of the darkest days in the company, but thankfully Stephanie has brought the light back.

-Jerry Lawler-
You better tone it down with the brown-nosing Cole or Triple H may personally pull you aside to have a word with you. Actually, keep on doing it, Cole, it would only benefit the company.

Stephanie’s theme draws a mixed reaction from the crowd as her impending appearance elicits both hate and adoration from the people in the audience. Stephanie struts onto the stage oozing with confidence while wearing that signature smirk on her face. As she walks down the ramp a video begins playing on the titantron.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 FILE0004_MOV0031

A recap of a specific moment on last week’s show highlights Stephanie’s meeting with Don West who pleading for Amazing Red’s job back, although as time went on it became apparent that Stephanie wasn’t going to be persuaded so easily, especially with mere words. The recap ends with Stephanie saying that she’ll make a decision on the incident on the next show.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 FILE0004_MOV0047

Back in real time, Stephanie is now standing inside of the ring with a microphone in her hand but with  the crowd is in the middle of a deafening “We want Red!” chant, speaking is out of the question. Stephanie doesn’t appear to be rattled at all and in fact seems to be taking it all in stride as she waits for the people to get it all out of their system before she opts to get a word in. Finally after nearly a full minute of nonstop chanting, the noise gradually begins to fade away, giving Stephanie the opening she has been waiting for.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 FILE0004_MOV0048

-Stephanie McMahon-
If I was a pushover like some of the … other General Managers who shall not be named, I would hire Amazing Red on the spot because if I’m not mistaken that is what you guys want, right?

The question invites the people to respond with another round of chants that they belt out at the top of their lungs. This time it’s “Red! Red! Red!” Over and over again.

-Stephanie McMahon-
All right, settle down now people, because it’s not that simple and it won’t be that easy.

Immediately the vibe in the arena shifts over to the opposite end of the spectrum as boos rain down at the thought that Stephanie would come all the way out here to deny them the pleasure of having Amazing Red back.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 FILE0004_MOV0049

-Stephanie McMahon-
While there’s  no denying that Amazing Red was one of the more popular, one of the more exciting and one of the more dedicated wrestlers we’ve had in XWL for quite some time, that doesn’t excuse his absolutely deplorable actions. He lied to XWL management, he lied to all of you but worse than all of that… he lied to me. I don’t like being lied to or deceived. Beyond my personal feelings on the matter, on the business end Red violated his contract by wrestling under a completely made up persona and because of that he was justly punished by having that contract terminated.

The boos rise up again as Stephanie shamelessly reminds the people of her adding salt to the wound at Uprising when she fired Red on the spot when he was revealed to actually be Sangriento.

-Stephanie McMahon-
You people can boo me all you want, you bought your tickets and have a right to voice your opinions but I want you to realize one thing: firing Red was taking it easy on him. I could have sued both him and West for every penny they’re worth and put them on the street! I could have called for the end of The West Side Army! But  I didn’t... because contrary to what is slowly becoming the mass opinion, I’m not some stone-cold, uncaring, ruthless bitch, I am the General Manager of Breakdown and I am out to do what’s best for business… even if it means making an example of one of the top names in this company.

Stephanie pauses to let that sink in then continues before the crowd gets worked up into a frenzy again.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 FILE0004_MOV0050

-Stephanie McMahon-
What’s not best for business is having superstars thinking they can circumvent trouble by hiding under a mask. If Red and West had chosen to go about things the right way, we wouldn’t be in the situation we are right now. But I can’t pretend that what they did was a travesty or a crime against humanity. In fact, compared to what happens on Breakdown on a weekly basis, what Red and West did was relatively harmless. You have fights breaking out every other second, people destroying company property, wrestlers putting their hands on company employees while all Red wanted to do was wrestle. Considering my background, part of me can respect that a little bit.

Stephanie appear to be changing her mind and the crowd holds their best, hoping that she’ll deliver some good news.

-Stephanie McMahon-
Then of course you have the guys who treat this company like a revolving door, getting chance after chance after chance after chance, only to let it go to waste. Why should Red be any different? Why can’t he be invited back with open arms? Well the answer is an easy one: He crossed the wrong person. But I’m also a reasonable person and I told Mr. West that I would make my decision tonight and I didn’t want to let an entire show go by with so much left up in the air. So Don, if you could come out here so we can settle this once and for all…

-Jim Ross-
Oh man, getting called out personally by the General Manager must send chills down a person’s spine.

-Michael Cole-
I’m just hoping that Stephanie is calling West out here so that she can look him in the eye and tell him that Red won’t be allowed back.

-Jerry Lawler-
I’m sure you would love that, Cole, but luckily you’re in the minority because there’s an arena full of people here that would love to have Red back.

-Jim Ross-
I’ll admit that Red rubbed me the wrong way when he first came and was such an arrogant little prick, but he looks to have honestly changed his ways.

-Michael Cole-
You guys hate anyone who doesn’t drop down to their knees and kiss your asses and it’s a damn shame that Red sold out because he was going places.

-Jerry Lawler-

Red sold out?  Maybe unlike you he just got tired of being a self-centered jerk all the time and wanted a fresh start.

-Stephanie McMahon-
Any day now, Don.

It starts off barely audible at first, but it soon feels like the chants of “Red!” can be heard all around the world! Stephanie stands there in the ring, eyeing the stage as she awaits West’s appearance. She said her part, making it sound like she could be convinced and West may have to use every salesman technique in the book to get Stephanie to buy the idea that XWL can’t go another week without Amazing Red on the active roster.

Seconds go by and finally Don West steps through the curtain onto the stage, the cheers of the crowd the only entrance music he needs at this time. He has the people on his side, he has the will to do right by Red in his heart: anything less than a new contract tonight will be considered a failure. Behind West is World Champion Dean Ambrose, The Ryback and The Queen of Wrestling: Sara Del Rey, who all walk down the ramp behind him, and surround the ring while West climbs inside.

The two personalities stare at each other from across the ring. West has a microphone in one hand and the mask of Sangriento in the other, still holding onto the last memory he has of Red, which will become even more valuable to him if it decided tonight that his client won’t be allowed back into XWL. West looks Stephanie in the eye, raises the microphone closer to his mouth, and begins making his final stand.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 Westten4_zps6a3956d2

-Don West-
Stephanie… Miss McMahon, I appreciate you giving me the opportunity to come out here and speak on Amazing Red’s behalf, but everything that I’ve had to say on the matter was said last week, and I’m sure it’s not so hard for you to believe that I haven’t changed my mind on this issue. XWL needs Amazing Red, Stephanie, this place isn’t just the same without him. Who’s going to fill the void that he’s left? There’s not a damn person on this roster that brings what he brings to the table. Dean brings the ruthlessness, Ryback brings unmatched strength, and then there’s Sara Del Rey who gives this group a woman’s touch. But what they don’t have is Amazing Red’s speed, his agility, even they’ll admit that Red does things inside of that ring that shouldn’t be humanly possible; yet Red busts out those moves in his sleep and makes the impossible look like a piece of cake!

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 Westten9_zpsc967e771

-Don West-
Stephanie, how can you ignore the chants of these people? How?! At this very moment  they only want one thing and that’s for Amazing Red to given one more chance to do what he loves to do; to do what he was born to do! Wrestling is in his blood, it’s all that he’s ever wanted to do and him being told that he can’t do that? Him being told that he may never get the chance to step foot in one of the greatest wrestling promotions in the world is killing him inside. I’ve visited Red at his home on more than one occasion and it nearly brought tears in my eyes to see him in the condition that he’s in. He’s given up hope, he’s lost the will to carry on and he has this mindset that if he can’t wrestle in XWL and become the legend in this company that he’s always wanted to be… then he doesn’t want to wrestle at all.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 Westten16_zps5021f7d5

-Don West-
On one of my visits I sat on his couch, looking at the man as he watched a replay of Uprising, trying to figure out how things went wrong, how he could have stopped that piece of garbage Paul Heyman from ripping that mask… this mask in my hand, off his face. I walked up and I turned off the TV, then I looked at Red and I said, “Red, everything happens for a reason. Right now we may hate Heyman and Lesnar for everything they’ve done, but in the long run we can at least thank them for one thing: because of them the pressure to continue the lie is over and we can finally move on.” The poor guy didn’t even look my way, Stephanie, he just shook his head and he asked me, “Don, is the truth worth the end of my career?”

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 Westten13_zps018f757b

-Don West-
Meanwhile the careers of the likes of John Cena and AJ Styles are allowed to carry on without a hitch? Why is that so when a much more worthwhile and valuable piece of talent has to beg to get his job back? What has John Cena ever done for this company?  What impact has AJ Styles made in XWL? You’ll  have to dig deep for an answer but at the end of the day you’ll realize that if they left tomorrow no one would give a damn? Why? Because them leaving is nothing new, men like that are only here to collect a paycheck and nothing more. Meanwhile Amazing Red was out there WEEK AFTER WEEK showing his worth and this is the thanks he gets?

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 Westten14_zpsb07271a4

-Don West-
All he did was wear a mask. All he did was go out of his way to put money in this company’s pocket. Do you know how much Sangriento masks were sold before Uprising? Do you know how much they’re going for right now? What is Brock Lesnar doing, huh? With every superstar he hurts, that’s money out of XWL’s pocket that has to go to paying for medical bills. What about your United States number one contender? What about Roman Reigns? With every referee that he spears, that’s another employee you have to replace. Red didn’t attack security guards, he didn’t force his way into the arena, hell he hasn’t said a single bad word about you or his company, yet he’s being treated like a criminal and it makes me absolutely sick to my stomach.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 Westten15_zps57faae0c

-Don West-
At the end of the day, Stephanie the choice is ultimately up to you and if you put this petty… yeah, I said it… this petty anger aside then you’d see that if your intentions were really to make a move that is really best for business then there is only one right choice in this situation. This arena is just a small sample size of how the rest of the world feels right now. We’re in freakin’ Canada, but these people are cheering their hearts out for a Puerto Rican and you wanna know why? It’s because they respect what Red’s done and they see in him what apparently you don’t: a man with oodles of potential that is still untapped. Stephanie, there’s a lot about the future that is hard to predict but I can promise you this: if you let Red go, it will not only be the worst business decision you’ve ever made, but the biggest mistake of your life.

West takes a rag out of his pocket then uses it to wipe the sweat off his forehead. After saying all that he can say in Red’s defense, he lowers his microphone and watches as the gears turn in Stephanie’s head. She raises her mic, but is cut off by a round of chants in West’s support. He yells out, questioning of Stephanie can ignore this and in response that old familiar smirk of hers makes an unsettling return.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 FILE0004_MOV0052

-Stephanie McMahon-
You know something, Don? You’re right.

-Don West-
I am? But of course I am!

-Stephanie McMahon-
There are superstars who have done some terrible things in the past; things that get swept under the rug and forgotten about when they want to come back to XWL. I’ve seen with my own two eyes the kind of man Amazing Red is. He’s a workhorse as competitive as a man three times his size and just as you said, Don, he’s one of the most dedicated wrestlers on this roster. It’s not Red’s character that was ever in question: not Dean’s or Ryback’s or Sara’s… it was yours, Don.

-Don West-
Mine? What do you mean, Don?

-Stephanie McMahon-
From day 1, I’ve always questioned your motives, Don. I always wondered how much of this was really about getting Amazing Red his job back, and how much about this was you saving face so that you’d still look like the superior manager compared to Paul Heyman… and I guess Zeb Colter now.

-Don West-
How can you even say or think that after everything I’ve done?

-Stephanie McMahon-
Because even after everything you’ve done your motives are still unclear and I doubt that I’m the only one that feels that this little rivalry is more about you and Heyman and less about Red and Lesnar. At Xtreme Xmas you showed a glimpse of a man who truly cared about his client but I can’t say that I’ve seen that again.

-Don West-
So what do you need me to prove? What do you need me to do?

-Stephanie McMahon-
What I need, Don, is for you to show me that Amazing Red is your best friend as you like to say that he is. Prove to me that you’d be willing to put his needs over your own and he can have his job back. Basically what I’m saying, Don, is that if you want Amazing Red back in XWL, a current member of The West Side Army will need to go in his place.

West’s eyes widen in shock at the ultimatum he’s been given. He looks outside the ring at Ambrose, Del Rey and Ryback as the crowd boos Stephanie for putting him in this predicament.

-Don West-
Stephanie please… there has to be another way.

-Stephanie McMahon-
Tick tock, Don, time’s running out for you to show if you really care about Red or if this was all for show.

West repeats that he can’t over and over, and Stephanie replies that that answer isn’t good enough. Suddenly a hand appears on West’s shoulder and he looks behind him to see none other than Ryback. The crowd screams out “No!” as it looks like Ryback is going to take the fall here, but West shakes his head and steps in front of his client.

-Don West-
You want me to choose a member of The West Side Army for Amazing Red to replace? Well, the choice seems obvious doesn’t it? How could I choose anyone but myself? If there’s someone that has to go so that Red’s career can continue, then it should be me.

-Stephanie McMahon-
If that’s your decision, Don, then I’m fine with it. Next week there will be a brand new contract for Amazing Red to sign while you Don… well, YOU’RE FIRED!!

West’s head lowers as Stephanie decides his fate and the boos are louder than ever as the GM walks by him with that grin on her face and exits the ring. West runs a hand through his hair, as what just happens begins to sink in and soon the boos dissolve and are replaced by a chant of “Please don’t go!”

West and Ryback stand alone in the ring, while Ambrose and Del Rey continue to look on from the outside of the ring. West can be heard telling Ryback, “You look after him, you hear?”  West turns to leave the ring, but then pauses and turns back to face Ryback. He hands Sangriento’s mask over to The Big Guy, and then his own tie. After the two exchange one last glance, West finally leaves the ring.

With the chants still going strong, West approaches Ambrose and tells him that he better not lose that belt at Final Stand. Ambrose nods in response and the two men shake hands. Next up is Sara Del Rey who assures Don that when he’s back the AJ problem will be taken care of. With that said, West makes his way up the ramp with each step getting a little harder to take, but he makes it to the top of the stage and turns around to look at the people chanting for him to stay and it must suck to know he doesn’t have the power to. West raises a hand in the air, thanks the people, then steps between the curtain and disappears backstage.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 Westten34_zps98c6eb55

-Jim Ross-
I can’t believe that it’s come to this. Why did West have to go through all of that just to get Amazing Red his job back?

-Michael Cole-
Boo hoo. As far as I’m concerned Don West is still a selfish old man who just wanted to look like a hero tonight.

-Jerry Lawler-
You’re really something else, Cole.

The cameras cut back to ringside where Ambrose, Del Rey and Ryback exchange a look almost as if they’re asking each other silently, how can there be a West Side Army without West?

Breakdown returns and we are shown The Ryback and Stephanie McMahon talking in the backstage hallways.

Stephanie McMahon
I’m sorry, I’ve been really busy as of late, and what with Paul Heyman trying to make my life even more difficult every week.. Look. I’ll take you off the card. Sheamus can face Brock Lesnar!! After all it’s Brock who put you in this state. What did you say? Fracture?

The Ryback
Yeah. The doctors said it’s a really small one though and that I should be back just in time for Final Stand! Between this and what happened with my jaw after that Super Kick by Shawn Michaels, I’d say that I’m really lucky when it comes to avoiding serious injury!

Stephanie McMahon
When I saw Brock Lesnar lock on that Kimura, well, I thought that was it for The Ryback. You got really lucky. I just ho-… uhm.. Yes?

An unknown man walks up to The Ryback, hands him a letter, than runs off. The Ryback looks at the piece of paper in confusion. After he finishes reading it he looks up at Stephanie with a twinkle in his eyes.

The Ryback
This note is from AJ Lee!! She said that she can’t wait to see me compete against Sheamus!! You know what Stephanie, forget about Brock Lesnar, I’ll take on Sheamus tonight as scheduled!

Stephanie McMahon
But your arm! Didn’t the doctors say that if you compete tonight then you could risk injuring it further and might not be able to compete at Final Stand!!

The Ryback
Eh, If Amazing Red can take on Brock Lesnar with a broken arm then Sheamus should be no problem!! Plus, AJ will be watching!!

And with that The Ryback runs off and we are brought to ringside where Sheamus’ theme is playing and the Celtic Warrior is making his way out to the ring

King
Welcome back ladies and gentleman! It looks like The Ryback is going to take on Sheamus tonight!!

Cole
I don’t know what The Ryback is thinking. He shouldn’t even be here tonight after what Brock Lesnar did to him after last week’s Main Event!!

Sheamus stands in the ring as Ryback’s theme hits and The Human Wrecking Ball makes his way to the ring.

JR
3 Spears from Edge, Christian, and Goldberg, a Triple Powerbomb, a People’s Elbow, and a Kimura Lock!! Yet The Ryback is still competing tonight!!

King
And all because AJ Lee said she can’t wait to see him compete tonight?

JR
I don’t know what has gotten into The Ryback as of late, but I sure don’t like it!!

King
Well because of AJ Lee he’s about to face Sheamus, and I’m sure that the number one contender for the IC Title isn’t going to show any mercy to the already injured Ryback!!

JR
I hope that The Ryback knows what he’s doing! If he gets injured tonight he might not make it to Final Stand!!

Sheamus stands over the broken body of The Ryback.
JR
Tables are broken!! Steel Steps are everywhere! The Ryback.. Well I don’t know if he’s going to be able to stand after tonight’s match!!

Sheamus celebrates his victory before leaving the ring and heading to the back.

AJ Lee skips down the stage.

JR
What’s she doing here! She’s the reason that The Ryback competed in the first place!!

AJ skips around the ring before heading back up the ramp and disappearing the way she came. We are shown The Ryback still laying in the middle of the ring as the medical team make their way out to aid him.

Michael Cole
Hello ladies and gentleman, welcome back to Friday night Breakdown! We are just five short weeks away from the biggest pay-per-view of the year, Final Stand! And the man currently making his way down to the ring has had some choice words about that very event over the past few weeks.

J.R.
Kenny King feels as though he's been left out of the big picture, that he's been forgotten. He made some bold points during last weeks show, just before he got into a little altercation with our broadcast partner, Jerry "The King" Lawler.

King
But he got what had coming to him in the end, J.R.! Xavier Woods pinned Kenny King, 1, 2, 3, in the middle of that ring, and I got a front row seat!

Michael Cole
Oh- it was your fault that he was beaten, Jerry! If it weren't for your loud mouth, Kenny King would have ended Xavier Woods's career and you know it!

King
Believe me, I know it!

Kenny King ascends the steel steps, quickly entering the ring once he's on the apron. He wastes no time barking orders at the ring announcer to go and get him a microphone. While he waits, King turns his attention to Lawler, who's still talking to both J.R. and Michael Cole. But once Jerry sees Kenny looking over at him, he looks back and the two share an intense stare down. It's interrupted by the ring announcer who finally hands Kenny his mic. King turns his back to Jerry and positions himself in the middle of the ring.

Kenny King
Ladies and gentleman, boys and girls, my name is Kenny King. But you already knew that . . . You see, I'm in a bit of a good mood today! Why am I in such a good mood? You might ask. Well, Stephanie McMahon has finally opened up her eyes and given me what I wanted. Well, not exactly what I wanted, but close enough. She's a bit slow so I don't blame her. Anyway, I've been entered into the quest for gold tournament! Now of course I should have just been automatically entered into the match at Final Stand, but hey, things don't always go your way. Now I'm seeing a lot of confused faces out in the audience, more than usual. I'm going to go ahead and guess that you all don't know what the quest for gold tournament is. Stephanie McMahon tends to forget about things from time to time, so allow me to fill you in. It's a match similar to the Money in the Bank match. It's not a ladder match, and you're not trying to pull down a briefcase, no. But four men, including yours truly, are going to compete in an elimination style bout at Final Stand with the winner gaining a contact that grants them a United States, or Intercontinental championship match whenever they so choose. I know, I know, it's very exciting! But I think that we all already know the outcome . . . Kenny King is going to win the quest for gold tournament, and then he's going to cash in on whoever the United States champion is, and win back what's rightfully his! It's been a long time since I last felt that belt around my waist, too long. And nobody, not Kurt Angle, not Xavier Woods . . . Not even Jerry Lawler, is going to stand in my way!

Kenny lowers his microphone, smiling down at Jerry who's looking right back at him. Kenny then hands his mic to the ring announcer and awaits his first obstetrical on his quest for gold, Kurt Angle.

Normal Match
XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 VGEZSqT XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 TdRPj0R

-Ten minutes into the match-

Kenny fires off a few shots that connect directly with the side of Kurt's head. It's been a very back and forth back, with King now in control.

Michael Cole
What a match this has been thus far, the first qualifier in the quest for gold tournament! Which we didn't even know about until Kenny King informed us.

King
I still can't believe that Stephanie McMahon would give this guy a championship opportunity after all that he's done.

J.R.
I'll have to agree with you, King. Kenny has done nothing but insult Stephanie and wreak havoc backstage for the past month. It just doesn't make any sense for her to place him in this tournament.

Michael Cole
How does it not make any sense, J.R.? Kenny King is one of the best athletes in this company. He deserves to be in this match, and I think he's going to win it. No, I KNOW he's going to win it!

King
Let's hope not . . .

Kenny King ducks between the top and middle rope so that he can get out onto the apron. He then points to the corner and begins to climb to the top rope, looking to finish his opponent off once and for all. When he finally makes it to the top, he pauses and glances over at Jerry, smirking and nodding his head up and down. He is then caught off guard by Kurt Angle who rams himself into the corner, causing Kenny to lose his grip and fall groin first onto the top turnbuckle. Angle follows this up by putting both of his feet on the first rope and grabbing Kenny by the head and feet. Angle Slam off the top rope! The crowd goes crazy as Kurt throws himself on top of King, trying to secure his place in the quest for gold match! 1 . . . 2 . . . 3! Angle rolls off of Kenny and uses the ropes to lift himself up. The referee grabs his arm and shoots it up into the air, his theme song blasting throughout the arena. Kurt then exits the ring, rolling underneath the bottom rope and leaving up the ramp. He stops at the top of the ramp and raises both of his arms in the air, his fans marking out. Once he's gone and his theme music has faded away, Kenny King begins to stir in the ring, the arena almost silent. He gets to his knees and begins to shake his head back and forth, realizing that his one opportunity is now gone. He angrily pounds the canvas with both of his fists, yelling out in a fit of rage. Ge gets to his feet and begins to circle the ring, grabbing his head with both hands. It's not long before he notices Jerry who's once again laughing at his defeat. Kenny himself then starts to laugh, but it's not a normal laugh, it's a creepy, angry, sad laugh. The announce team prepares for the worst as Kenny rolls out of the ring and slams his hands down onto the front of their table, screaming as loud as he can. Jerry, not afraid of King's rage, stands up so that he's face to face with the former United States champion. Jerry removes his headset and stares down Kenny, not moving a single muscle. J.R. tugs at Lawler's shirt, telling him to sit down while Michael Cole has now backed away from the table, wanting nothing to do with what happens next. Kenny takes a deep breath and backs away from the table, acting as if he's going to take his leave. But he quickly snaps back, grabbing Jerry by the collar of his shirt and yanking him over to his side of the table. He throws the throws legend down onto the floor and mounts him, shooting off a barrage of lefts and rights. Over and over and over again, Kenny lays into Jerry with no sign of giving up. J.R. sits behind his table and simply watches as Kenny ravages his broadcast partner, Michael Cole calling for security. Finally three referees and two security guards come sprinting down the ramp, surrounding Kenny and yanking him off of the defenseless legend. King tries to fight them off, even knocking one of them in the jaw with an elbow, but it's no use. Two of the referees tend to Jerry while the third ref and the two guards drag Kenny up the ramp. King yells out, "this isn't over Lawler! This is far from over!" as he's hauled backstage, the fans in a frenzy. The segment ends as the medical team arrives with a stretcher, the two referees helping put Jerry onto it. The camera watches as Lawler is pushed up the ramp, blood seeping from his nose and mouth.

As Breakdown returns from a commercial break, we see Jeremy Borash standing by backstage.

-Jeremy Borash-
Ladies and Gentleman, welcome back to what is already shaping up to be an epic episode of Breakdown, but what else is new, right? Normally I’d be back here interviewing anybody who would give me the time of day. But right now, I’m proudly representing Paparazzi Productions and folks it is my pleasure to introduce to you me guest at this time: Alex Shelley!

The live crowd watching via the big screen in the arena can be faintly heard cheering way in the background when they see Alex Shelley step into the frame with a camera attached to a tripod in his hand.

-Alex Shelley-
Hey JB how’s it going? Sorry I’m a little late, but this time I’ll have you know it’s not because I got caught up playing video games. I was actually in the lab editing some of the footage we shot together in preparation for the big reveal tonight.

-Jeremy Borash-
You mean when we…

-Alex Shelley-
No not that, the other thing.

-Jeremy Borash-
Oh! That time we…

-Alex Shelley-
Bingo!

-Jeremy Borash-
I had my doubts at first, and I’m a little sore, but it was a lot of fun, I’ll have to admit.

-Alex Shelley-
Well it pleases me to hear you say that, JB, because there’s a lot more nights like that coming your way in the near future.

-Jeremy Borash-
Before you talk about that night, I want to get your thoughts on last week really quickly.

-Alex Shelley-
You mean when we…

-Jeremy Borash-
No, when you were scheduled to take on both Daniel Bryan and Bobby Roode in a triple threat match that never came to be.

-Alex Shelley-
I hope you’re not blaming me for that JB, because as you saw last week I was stoked, I was pumped I was all stretched out and ready to stretch some guys out in that ring, but you know what I heard?

-Jeremy Borash-
No, what did you hear?

-Alex Shelley-
I heard from my Paparazzi Productions inside source who knows the ins and outs of everything that goes on in this company that Bobby Roode left the arena in tears last week after Kevin Nash made fun of his name.

-Jeremy Borash-
That’s terrible!

-Alex Shelley-
It really is, and with the way bullying as become such a national hot-button, we can only be grateful that Roode hasn’t chosen to sue us for everything we’ve got.

-Jeremy Borash-
And we don’t really  got much to begin with.

-Alex Shelley-
Now wait a second there. It’s been a bit of a slow start, I’ll admit, but all Paparazzi Productions merchandise is selling like hotcakes. In a few weeks we’ll be billionaires, you can bank on that.

-Jeremy Borash-
Did your source have anything to say about what happened to Daniel Bryan?

-Alex Shelley-
Come on, JB, you don’t need an inside source to figure out what happened there.

-Jeremy Borash-
Oh… well do you think he skipped out on the match because of his current rivalry?

-Alex Shelley-
Man, you were so close, but I’m afraid that’s not it. I heard that Daniel Bryan got so caught up grooming his beard that he simply lost track of time and never made it to the ring.

-Jeremy Borash-
Wow, wasn’t expecting that.

-Alex Shelley-
But can any of us really be surprised, though? That’s the price you pay for having a beard like that. I can tell you from personal experience that it takes time to keep your beard looking that magnificent.

-Jeremy Borash-
Is that why you keep your beard short these days?

-Alex Shelley-
Short, but no less magnificent.

-Jeremy Borash-
We can only hope that your opponent tonight, Christian does make it out to the ring so we can be treated to an excellent match.

-Alex Shelley-
Who knows how he’d react when he sees the video?

-Jeremy Borash-
The video!

-Alex Shelley-
That’s right, JB, it’s just as I said earlier: I was putting the finish touches on it and now it’s ready to be seen by the outside world.

There’s suddenly static on the screen and once it clears away we see Alex Shelley holding the hand-held video camera extremely close to his face.

-Alex Shelley-
Folks, this is Alex Shelley live and in color and since we’re in Canada for the week I thought what better way to experience the joys of the country by sneaking around and seeing how Christian spends his free time. People have been wondering what pushed him to align himself with the same man who put him through hell, and I hope that you’ll have your answer by the time you see this footage.

More static again and this time Shelley appears to be inside of a car, with the camera pointed at the front door of a restaurant. Seconds pass and a long-haired man walks down the sidewalk and stops in front of the restaurant. He has a bundle of flowers in his hand and impatiently checks his watch.

-Alex Shelley-
All right, JB, it’s game time. Keep that camera steady.

-Jeremy Borash-
Got it.

There’s a cut in the feed as an unknown amount of time passes but the same man is still in  front of the restaurant. A car pulls up and another man steps out of then approaches the first man.

-Jeremy Borash-
Wait, hang on a second.

-Alex Shelley-
Keep it down, they’ll hear us.

-Jeremy Borash-
But is that Kevin and Jay? What are they…

-Alex Shelley-
Sharpen the focus on that camera because you’re not seeing the picture clearly. That’s obviously Edge and Christian.

“Edge” hands “Christian” the bundle of flowers and “Edge” attempts to pull “Christian” in for a hug who tries to resist before finally giving in. “Edge” then escorts his tag partner into the restaurant.

-Alex Shelley-
I can’t believe what I’m seeing.

-Jeremy Borash-
Neither can I..

-Alex Shelley-
We can’t lose sight of them, we need to get inside.

-Jeremy Borash-
How do you propose we do that?

-Alex Shelley-
JB… I have a plan.

There’s some more static, but this time when it clears up we’re back in real-time.

-Alex Shelley-
Of course we can’t give away all the good stuff, so if you want to see the whole tape get your pre-orders in today, folks.

-Jeremy Borash-
To think Edge would go through those lengths to woo Christian over to his side.

-Alex Shelley-
And that Christian fell for it so easily.

-Jeremy Borash-
It is a bitter pill to swallow, that’s for sure.

-Alex Shelley-
Don’t worry, I’ll do what I can to knock some sense back in to him during our match.  Let’s see if a bullet to the heart can’t do the trick.

Shelley makes a hand into a gun and “shoots” it at the camera and Breakdown carries on.

Normal Match
XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 O5MeLwwXWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 XsPpt1z

Breakdown returns from a commercial break and we’re tossed right into the heat of the action as Christian keeps Shelley grounded with a single leg boston crab. Shelley howls in pain as Christian sits on the submission making the pain even more excruciating for the Detroit-native. The crowd breaks out into an “Alex Shelley!” chant willing the fan-favorite over to the ropes and he’s just a finger-tip away…. Then Christian drags him back into the center of the ring getting booed in the process.

Realizing he won’t last in this hold much longer, Shelley fights Christian until he successfully manages to roll over onto his back then kicks the Canadian in the face successfully causing him to break the hold. Shelley scrambles to his feet then charges at Christian who slyly evades the move while taking Shelley down with a drop toe hold at the same time. Shelley finds himself draped neck-first over the middle ropes and that’s where Christian stands on his back and pulls up on the top rope in a painful, yet illegal, maneuver.

1! 2! 3! 4! Goes the referee and just before he can scream out five and dish out a disqualification, Chrisian uses Shelley’s back as a springboard to launch himself out of the ring and lands feet-first on the outside. He’s about to go for his signature slap but is caught off-guard when Shelley sends a lob of spit his way. Ordinarily that would be looked down on as a dick-move, but Christian just turned his back on the XWL Universe so they don’t really mind.

As Captain Charisma wipes the loogie off with a look of disgust on his face, Shelley races across the ring gathering up a ton of momentum then dives through the ropes and misses as Christian side-steps him! Shelley crashes ribs-first into the barricade and Christian adds salt to the wound by slamming Shelley backwards on the thin padding outside the ring.

Christian grins cockily as he pulls Shelley to his feet then attempts to irish whip is opponent into the steel stairs, but the attempt is reversed and Christian crashes into the stairs hard with his right arm taking most of the damage. Shelley rolls in and out of the ring to reset the 10-count, then takes Christian by that right arm. Shelley twists that arm while pulling Christian over to the ring post, then wraps the limb around the unforgiving metal structure not once, but twice then rolls Christian into the ring.

Shelley climbs onto the apron where he slaps the top turnbuckle pad repeatedly until the fans catch on and clap along. With the people firmly in his corner, Shelley climbs to the top, remains perched there until Christian slowly gets back to his feet then leaps off with a rider kick but misses as Christian ducks at the last second. Shelley manages to land on his feet but stumbles for a few steps and when he turns around…

SPEAR!!!

But Christian can’t capitalize as he rolls around the ring in agony clutching his right arm. Shelley rises to his feet, a slight grin on his face then nearly decapitates a now standing Christian with a superkick. Shelley hoists his opponent onto his shoulders before he can fall, then plans him into the mat with Automatic Midnight. 1! 2! 3!

The crowd bursts into cheers as they watch Shelley’s hand get raised in victory. After basking in his moment, he rolls out of the ring and stands in front of the camera on a tripod he had set up outside the ring. He can be heard saying, “All in a day’s work” before switching off the camera and carrying with him up the ramp. Breakdown fades to a commercial break as Shelley steps through the curtains and disappears backstage.

-Renee Young-
Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome back to Breakdown! This is Renee Young, and at this time I’m being joined by The Queen of Wrestling: Sara Del Rey! Sara, thank you for joining me at this time, and I’m sorry if this is still a sore spot, but we all watched earlier in the night as Don West gave up is job so that Amazing Red would be able to return next week. How is it not having Don by your side for the first time in weeks?

-Sara Del Rey-
I’ve stood by my own, before Renee. I’ve made it as far as I have in this business by working alone, but it’s a little different this time.

-Renee Young-
How so?

-Sara Del Rey-
See standing alone in XWL was getting me nowhere in the past. Sure I was better than the other women in this company, but for some reason or another they refused to give me the opportunity to showcase the fact that I’m on a completely different level. Then along came Don. And he saw the potential in me that the others ignored, and he fought management tooth and nail to make sure that they didn’t let me slip through the cracks again. When you have someone like that on your side you don’t want to see them go down like that.

-Renee Young-
So what’s next for you? Are you going to try to help get West his job back?

-Sara Del Rey-
Of course I am, that shouldn’t even be a question. We are still the West Side Army, but now there’s an important piece of the puzzle missing and even if I have to walk into Stephanie McMahon’s office myself and put her in the Lebell Lock until she sees the light.

-Renee Young-
But don’t you think going after Stephanie will just add to your problems, with AJ apparently…

-Sara Del Rey-
AJ is not a problem, AJ is nothing to me. She may think that there’s some unsettled business between us but I did exactly what I set out to at Uprising and that was to hurt and embarrass her.

-Renee Young-
Where does that leave you at Final Stand? As of now you don’t have a match at all.

-Sara Del Rey-
Final Stand is when I’ll make an impact. I don’t need to pin a diva in the middle of the ring or grab some money in the bank case to do it. Look at all the damage Kharma caused, the diva’s division has never been the same since. Maybe I’ll go ahead and finished what she started and deliver the death-blow. Then I’ll reshape the division so that it is worthy of a Queen. At the end of the day I’m…

Sara stops mid-sentence as she is distracted by AJ Lee skipping onto the scene. AJ Skips around Sara and Renee before coming to a halt

[AJ Lee]
Sara..Sara.Sara... this "dominance" you think you hold over the diva division is all in your head...and now without Don West to fill your head with false hope you'll fall back to where you came from. Personally I hope Don never comes back. This place would be much better without Don West running his mouth each and every week. As far as you thinking I'm not a problem? You're wrong...you're dead wrong. Not only at Final Stand am I entering into Money in the Bank...I'm issuing a challenge.. to you. You proved nothing at Uprising...but without Don West in your corner..do you think you can even get close to my level?

Sara nudges Renee out of the way so that she can get right in AJ’s face.

-Sara Del Rey-
I, for one, like having Don around if it means there’s someone else to drown out the stupidity that comes out of your mouth, and I don’t think that I’m the only one who feels that way. Look at you AJ, you keep compensating for your size by biting off more than you can chew, and with the way you’ve been acting, you don’t have any friends around you save you when you choke on your words. So you better skip along before I actually give your pathetic little challenge some serious thought and make you regret getting what you wished for.

AJ fakes walking away then turns to face Del Rey with a smile on her face

[AJ Lee]
I'm not going anywhere till I get what I want..You can give my challenge a serious thought because It's exactly what I want. I can't think of anything better than beating you on the biggest stage and shutting your mouth for good. Last week... I pinned the Divas Champion...I beat 3 other divas in one match...That's more than you have ever accomplished in XWL and it's more than you ever will. I don't need to beat you to prove my point...but I want to.

Del Rey chuckles when AJ mentions her pin.

-Sara Del Rey-
Congratulations, AJ! You finally pinned the big bad champion, it’s a shame the belt wasn’t on the line, though. I guess it’s true what they say about even a broken clock being right twice a day, and wow, AJ, there’s really no clock as broken as you are. So you snuck away with a win in a match where there was chaos everywhere, makes sense, can’t really imagine you picking up the victory in any other way. But don’t you realize, AJ? There won’t be two other women in the ring to distract me, and me giving you my undivided attention means that you’re going to be in for a tough night.

AJ shakes her head while she begins responding.

[AJ Lee]
I don't need any divas to distract you, infact I wouldn't want you to be distracted because it'd just be another excuse after I beat you...because I will beat you...then you'll be left with nothing. You'll have no Don West, no big victory to brag about...You'll be left at bottom of the pile just rotting away...where you deserve to be. The fact that I'm even issuing a challenge to you...should feel like a honor...a privilege. Just think about it Sara..I'm offering you a match on the biggest stage in this business..against the best diva in this business. Even when you lose...Think of what that could do for your career...assuming you have a career after I've finished with you.

Del Rey sighs a sigh of pity.

-Sara Del Rey-
Are you kidding me? Where is the honor in having a washed-up AJ Lee challenging me to a match? Where is the privilege in having a psychotic little girl following me around everywhere I go? You may think getting into the ring with you is what every wrestler aspires to do, but little do you realize that a match with you is a major step down from having no match at all. You really want to do me a favor? You really want to help out my career? Then get out of my face and stop wasting my time with this petty little grudge you have against me just because you can’t sleep at night knowing that there’s a new woman in this division who has the spotlight and the eyes of the XWL universe all on her.

A demented grin finds its way onto AJ’s face.

[AJ Lee]
Nobody is watching you, nobody would even know your name if it wasn't for me. Don West has miss-leaded you into thinking you're relevant and thinking you mean something to this business. After Final Stand, you'll fade away never to be seen again...While I...I will go onto regaining my divas championship, I will bring the title back to where it belongs.

AJ pats her stomach as though her precious title were still there.

-Sara Del Rey-
Ha! No one would know my name? Just because someone like you wouldn’t last a minute outside of XWL doesn’t mean there isn’t an entire world out there filled like people who were dying to see me come to this company and wipe the floor with these so-called “wrestlers.” As far as that title is concerned, you all are just keeping it warm for me, because the only place it belongs is around my waist.

AJ wipes the strands of hair out from in front of her eyes then leans in closer to Del Rey.

[AJ Lee]
People were dying for you to come here? I honestly had no idea who you was. As far as the Divas Championship goes... You will never get close to holding my title..and before you can even dream of holding that Championship...because let's face it, that's all it will ever be. You will have to get through me...and I've given you that chance at Final Stand, you can finally at least attempt to prove you are worth something in this business...and even though that will never happen...You might as well at least try and accomplish something in your poor excuse of a career.

Del Rey pats AJ on her head as though she were nothing more than a child.

-Sara Del Rey-
It’s just as I said from day 1, AJ. I don’t need to go through you to get anywhere. I can easily step over you, or if I want on you to get to the places I want to reach in this company.

With that said, Del Rey walks away but not without first bumping shoulders with AJ. The former Diva’s champion at first looks pissed off, but then the scowl gives way to a slight grin and before Renee can get AJ’s thoughts on what just transpired, AJ skips away down the hall.

Breakdown returns to the annoyed face of Stephanie McMahon. The crowd immediately begins to boo as the camera pans out, showing why Stephanie is looking so annoyed.

Paul Heyman
And don’t even get me started on Stone Cold Steve Austin!! He-

Stephanie McMahon
Enough!!.... Enough Paul. I get it, your clients are all huge names with huge paychecks and yada-dada-da. I get it. The Rock, Brock Lesnar, Goldberg, Edge, Christian. The names speak for themselves. And you’re right, one of your clients does deserve an opportunity. So I’ll tell you what, there’s something huge in the works, I can’t tell you what it is, and I can’t tell you who it involves. But there is one spot left and Goldberg has been very impressive as of late and, well Paul, that spot is his..

Paul Heyman
Thank you!!

Paul turns around where we can see The Heyman Crew in full.

Paul Heyman
You hear that Goldberg! I told you that she would listen to re-

Stephanie McMahon
If..

Paul’s shoulders drop as Stephanie smiles.

Stephanie McMahon
If… You agree to let one of your Crew Members go. Seeing as what you did to The Ryback last week cannot go unpunished.

Paul Heyman
What?

Stephanie McMahon
You terminate one of the contracts of one of your clients, and Goldberg gets his opportunity.

Edge angrily steps forward.

Edge
Paul would never do that! We’re a crew! We’re lik-

Paul holds his hand up.

Paul Heyman
Edge it’s okay…. I’m sorry Christian..

Paul turns back to Stephanie.

Paul Heyman
Deal. Goldberg gets this secret opportunity and Christian is no longer a Heyman Guy.

Stephanie McMahon
Alright. Works for me.

And with that Stephanie walks off.

Edge
So what’s the plan Paul? How are we getting around this?

Paul Heyman
I’m sorry Edge. There is no plan. Goldberg, Brock.

Goldberg and Brock turn towards Christian.

Brock Lesnar
You better get lost. You’re not one of us.

Edge
Sure he is. He’s as much of a one of us as I am!!

Brock Lesnar
Well I’ll be happy to give you the two for one beating.

Edge
Oh come on.. Goldberg, buddy..

Goldberg shakes his head.

Brock Lesnar
Goldberg is like me, he’s a Heyman Guy. Not an Edge Guy, not a Christian Guy, a Heyman Guy.

Christian
Paul I-

The Rock clearly had enough with the talking, clothes-lineing Christian!! Edge goes to rush to Christian’s aid but is stopped by Heyman.

Paul Heyman
Goldberg..

Goldberg picks up Christian and hits the Jackhammer!!!!

Edge
No!!

Paul nods to Brock, who smiles like a dog just given permission to get his bone. Lesnar bears down on Christian, looking to lock on the Kimura!! But that’s as much as Edge can take!! He pushes Heyman out of his way and shoves Brock off of Christian. The Beast looks at Edge in disbelief, not being able to comprehend that The Rated R Superstar had the guts to push the former UFC Champion.

Paul Heyman
Brock don’t!! Please don’t!!!

Lesnar backs off

Brock Lesnar
You’re lucky Edge..

Edge stands, walking over to Heyman.

Edge
Look.. Fine, Christian doesn’t have to be a Heyman Guy, I get it, Goldberg has a better chance of making it to the top here in the XWL, that’s fine. But don’t break his arm, save that for John Cena or Stone Cold or Big E or whoever else thinks that they can oppose us. But let Christian go. He won’t be a problem, I mean what can he do to us? Brock Lesnar, Goldberg, The Rock, Edge..

Paul thinks for a second before smiling.

Paul Heyman
Fine. Your loyalty to Christian is compelling. Hopefully you can show the same loyalty to The Heyman Crew when we need you to… Let’s go boys..

And with that Paul, Brock, Rock, and Goldberg all walk off. Edge lingers for a moment, looking down at Christian, before following the Crew.

Camera Man: Kurt! Kurt! Can have minute of your time. How do you feel after winning an important match in your career here in XWL?

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 Impact11

Kurt Angle:
I feel great. Kenny King put up a fight but the true champ won this match. This is only the beginning. I won the first match of the Quest for Gold Series. Now I am in a fatal four way match with 3 other guys at Final Stand. If I win I have a contract for the United States Championship or the Intercontinental Championship. I should already have my match for a championship at Final Stand. Next week I will be back stage watching next weeks Quest for Gold Series to see who my opponents are at final stand. Let me tell you.. it only gets harder from here.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 Randy-Orton-vs-Edge-randy-orton-12417930-456-200

Edge enters alone, his mind clearly on what transpired earlier with Christian, the crowd gives a boo heavy mixed reaction. Orton enters next, hate in his eyes, the crowd can’t stop booing. Orton gets the early advantage and keeps it, dominating the match. He hears voices, RKO!!! 1..2.. Kick Out!! The crowd begins to cheer Edge. The match continues, Edge tricks Orton by playing possum before bringing the match outside where he is able to gain the advantage. Orton turns it around, throwing Edge into the stairs. Orton throws Edge into the ring, rope hung DDT!! He pounds the mat as he hears voices. He then smiles before going into the corner, deciding to hit the punt instead of the RKO!! Orton charges but Edge is able to dodge out of the way!!p Spear!! 1…2.. Kick Out!! The crowd is now chanting Edge’s name, clearly wanting Orton defeated, even if it means a victory for The Rated R Superstar. Edge leaves the ring and begins to walk up the ramp, looking to have had enough!! Orton slowly gets to his feet and chases after Edge!! As soon as he reaches the Master Manipulator he is struck with an eye gouge!! Edge throws Orton against the barricade and begins to run towards the ring as the ref counts 5!! Edge begs the ref to count faster!! Orton gets to his feet and stumbles towards the ring!! The ref counts 9 as Orton slides in!! Edge goes to punch Orton but The Viper dodges and strikes with a dropkick!! He picks Edge up and irish whips him against the ropes!! Scoop Slam!! Edge slowly gets to his feet… RKO!! This one is over!! 1…2…3.!!

I Hear Voices In My Head!!

Orton has his hand raised in victory! He glares at Edge and goes into the corner!! The crowd boos as Orton readies himself for the punt!!! Heyman enters the stage, not looking too concerned though!! Goldberg, Brock, and The Rock rush out to the stage as Orton hits the Punt!! Where was the Heyman Crew!!?!? Lesnar, Goldberg, and The Rock rush out to the ring as Orton exits and makes his escape through the crowd!! The crowd boos as Lesnar, The Rock, Goldberg, and Paul Heyman enter the ring and tend to Edge.

The camera cuts backstage, where CM Punk can be standing.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 TjifsBk

[[CM Punk]]
As some of you may have noticed, there was a little issue surrounding my match last week. Now I was going into this match with full intention of kicking somebodies teeth out but as it so happened somebody beat me to it. Sadly my match was thrown out, sadly I didn't get the chance to beat somebody up because quite frankly I was having a pretty bad day and I wanted to relieve some of that built up anger and frustration on my opponent and despite the ass kicking he took off of some cronies, believe it or not Ryback got off easy.

A Voice comes from off screen]

”It's The Ryback

[[CM Punk]]
What...

”His name is “The” Ryback

[[CM Punk]]
… What the hell is a Ryback?

”No, I'm just saying that is his name. The Ryback

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 8Eq5l3T

[[CM Punk]]
That makes absolutely no sense. If he used “Ryback” as just a name that would make sense because we have all kind of bizarre and strange names in this industry, but the fact that he is using “The” in front of his name implies that the word has an actual definition which it doesn't. I understand what he was trying to do, he was trying to make his already stupid name sound cool but that only works if the word has an actual definition!

”Don't take it out on me!”

[[CM Punk]]
No, no,  I will take it out on you because not only are you the moron that interupted me to bring up that useless fact and interrupting me isn't the smartest thing to do in the first place by the way but you're also stupid enough to go along with that stupid name! If the man doesn't want to seem like a fool and I know it's stupid to insult this guy because he will take to twitter with some qwip that I'm sure will cut me deep but if the man wants to redeem himself, he will think up a definition of his name, go down to Oxford Dictionaries and beg them to have it included in their dictionary, meaning he will have an actual definition. Make it anything you want...

[[CM Punk]]
Ryback – A Human Wrecking Ball
Ryback – An idiot who should've known better
Ryback – A Fat mans lacky
Ryback – The fear of Steroid tests
Ryback – Somebody who should change their stupid name!

”Can't you just let it go?”

[[CM Punk]]
No, not until he makes sense. How am I supposed to take the guy seriously when his name makes no sense? That's like saying The Kane... NO! It's Kane! Just Kane! If it was anything else it would be stupid wouldn't it?

”Well yeah but...

[[CM Punk]]
Exactly!

[Punk looks at the guy off screen

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 9e0W00r

[[CM Punk]]
Don't you roll your eyes at me! It was you that got me onto this stupid topic, I had an idea in my head of what I was going to say but now I've spent five minutes ranting about a name, about a guy that I could not care less about but do you know what? Now that I know that is his name, it will not stop annoying me until it is changed!! The Ryback... THE Ryback...What the hell is a Ryback?! God! If he was so eager on having “The” in his name why couldn't he have followed suit like everybody else and named it after something logical, something that perhaps strikes fear into the heart of their opponent.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 D7FdWLm

[[CM Punk]]
Like The Rock... Ok, maybe not so much The Rock because afterall that's just a rock, a mean yeah it can hurt if you get hit by it but who stands there trembling in fear because of a rock? Just throw it! Skim it! It's a rock!

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 QocByvx

[[CM Punk]]
Maybe more like The Hurricane. A natural disaster that can sweep devastation across entire cities, it can wipe out objects, buildings, it can throw cars miles in the air, it can bring lift to an absolute stand still and cause global mourning for those that have been affected by this disaster. Then again, that doesn't really make sense either. I mean, yeah the name strikes fear but the mind naturally imagines somebody that could cause this kind of devastation and then you see Helms and it just doesn't quite add up. You're a little rocked, prepared for what could be the worst and then you see him and I'm not exactly a big guy and even I can say that. You know what, this is quite difficult.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 J3hvawV

[[CM Punk]]
You know what, I don't care. I came here with the intention of talking about what happened last week, letting the “Heyman Crew” which is also stupid, I mean he uses the “Heyman Hustle” for everything else, his paper article, his social media outlet, so why wouldn't he call the team that, I mean “Crew”? What are we? Little kids who are trying to act tough in their little make believe gang? I don't care... I came here to perhaps give some words to my opponent tonight, Chris Jericho. Y'know, the guy that whenever I have a match with it is always a classic but it doesn't matter, the huge announcement I had doesn't matter because now all that is going through my head is a stupid name!

[The guy off screen comes into shot

[Guy]
Look, I can see that I perhaps shouldn't have brought this up. It has clearly got to you, so I have brought you something to perhaps take the edge off, calm you down a little bit so maybe you could move past this.

[Guy hands Punk a bottle of whiskey

[[CM Punk]]
What's this?

[Guy]
That, my friend. Is the best known cure for a case of the grumpies.

[Punk looks at the bottle and then stares back up at Guy

[[CM Punk]]
I think I know what you want me to do with this...

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 Zbmdlci

[Punk slams the bottle into Guy's head

[[CM Punk]]
You're right... I do feel better.

<3 you

As the camera open up, it reveals a scene that is rarely seen from such an angle, many buildings coincide with one another, all of various shapes and sizes, and the water below making a picture perfect reflection of what has become known as the Montreal Skyline. The breathtaking beauty remains on the screen for all of a few more moments before it robs the live audience in attendance and the viewers watching at home from its majesty, cutting to another shot, one not as captivating as the one before it.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 GLtLxwW

It shows the reigning World Heavyweight Champion, Dean Ambrose, walking up a flight of stairs, clearly being one of the people affected by what the West Side Army believe to be the “unjust” firing of Don West, who sacrificed his own job so that Amazing Red would get another shot to live his dream: A brash and impulsive decision that might come back to bite The West Side Army as they are now apparently leaderless.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 QNdXEXE

Ambrose walks past the cameraman and makes his way past the frame of the already open door before stopping in his tracks. He remains in an almost frozen state, as if he wants to leave but can't seem to. A few moments later, Ambrose turns around, looking directly into the camera. His eyes tell a different story, a man who has just seen what some call his mentor, and who some believe is the reason that Ambrose is the current World Heavyweight Champion, be fired right before his very eyes, a look of what appears to be almost uncertainty masked by hate and anger.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 OOlurfc

The thoughts must be racing through Ambrose's sick and twisted mind, but what does the ever psychotic member of The West Side Army have to say about the firing of Don West? Ambrose steps back through the door frame, and gives the camera a stoic stare, almost as if he's just moments away from saying what he has on his mind. Silence fills the empty corridor, the calm before the impending storm. The seconds feel like minutes, which, in turn, feel like hours, as Ambrose remains standing in front of the camera.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 IDkWSZfL9memv

Ambrose leans forward, his stare remaining the same, but it seems like he's looking past the camera and towards the woman solely responsible for Don West's firing, Breakdown's General Manager, Stephanie McMahon. The only thing heard, aside from the chilling cold air that's being let in through the open door, is Ambrose's breathing, which remains inconsistent, as anger slowly begins to overtake him. His eyes remain locked on the camera, no words leaving his lips or being uttered. He takes a step back, but not before almost snarling at the camera.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 IbYSXdwfoU5UJ

Different emotions begin to appear on Ambrose's face, starting with what appears to be faux happiness, an almost sincere smile showing up on his face before what comes across as the beginnings of a laugh becomes apparent, but it's quickly replaced by a more serious expression, almost symbolic of what has transpired at the start of the show. It started with Amazing Red being given his job back before being put on a brief halt and the inevitable “but” rearing its ugly head and putting Don West between a rock and a hard place.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 IbqaT7OdfkzoYa

Ambrose tilts his head to the side, almost motioning towards the camera that he's sent a message directly towards Stephanie McMahon, his eyes saying everything that he can't seem to verbally say. After the past few minutes of ear piercing silence, it appears that Ambrose has been affected just as much, or maybe even more so, than the other members of The West Side Army. The same question must be going through not only the mind of Dean Ambrose, but also the minds of Sara Del Rey and The Ryback: Was it worth it?

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 ISN6snrTkbUwa

Where does that leave The West Side Army now that its leader and founder has been fired from the company? How long before they turn on each other for a chance to be the leader? Or has Don West prepared them for such an unfortunate turn of events? It appears that only time will tell how The West Side Army will cope with the loss of its fearless leader. Ambrose's eyes remain fixed on the camera, seemingly not done “speaking” his mind, the cameraman unsure how to respond to what's going on in front of him.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 GpJnQbs

A wounded man stands across him, a camera separating them, not physically, nor mentally, but psychologically. A man, a self proclaimed “God Among Men,” the reigning World Heavyweight Champion left helpless earlier in the evening, with no way to save the career of a man that saw something in him, a man that led him to the World Heavyweight Championship, a man that he could call “friend,” without putting his own career at risk.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 FvqEnLl

Just when it seemed that Ambrose would break his apparent silence, he stops himself, but what's stopping him from speaking? Has Don West's firing really silenced the World Heavyweight Champion or is this just a ruse to make Stephanie McMahon and anybody else that opposes The West Side Army that their proverbial armor is weakened? How much pain can one man take, especially one as unstable as Dean Ambrose, before they reach their breaking point?

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 Cdv7mn2

It would seem that the question would find its answer just moments later as it would appear that Ambrose was debating with himself whether or not to take out his aggressions on a helpless cameraman. His answer becoming apparent as he storms back out through the opened door and out of the cameras view. The screen fades to black after a few more moments, leaving a question in the minds of the live audience in attendance: Has the World Heavyweight Champion been silenced?

Breakdown returns from a commercial break, well into DX's music.  The fans are on their feet and thousands of arms are locked into the "X" sign as they show their support for the rebellious duo.

Only one of the Degenerates are present in the ring though.  "The Game" Triple H stands in the middle of the squared circle, soaking up the crowd's love after what has been a hellish few weeks for him.  He's not only had to endure both physical and mental beatdowns at the hands of Chris Jericho, but he came very close to losing his best friend Shawn Michaels and the faction he loves deeply known as DX.  Thankfully, both made a triumphant return last week and DX is now back in full effect as can be seen by the Universe's actions.  The Cerebral Assassin raises a microphone, talking over the deafening cheers.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 Vlcsnap-2013-11-28-19h36m59s58_zps2baba1f3

[Triple H]
As you all saw last week, Chris Jericho's claims of DX's demise were greatly exaggerated.

A huge roar of approval can be heard before The Game continues.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 Vlcsnap-2013-11-28-19h38m20s113_zpse95ce4ce

[Triple H]
Jericho came out here week after week, claiming he would be the one to kill D-Generation X, to put an end to both mine and Shawn's careers.  But what Jericho failed to realize, is that DX is evergreen.  DX is immortal.  And because of each and every single one of you, despite whatever happens to Shawn and I, DX will live on through you.

The crowd's cheers somehow become louder.  Triple H turns to each of the sides of the arena, acknowledging the fans.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 Vlcsnap-2013-11-28-19h38m28s189_zps28fca896

[Triple H]
That's what makes DX what it is.  It's all well and good that Shawn and I come out here making jokes, having fun while wearing the lime green and black... but you people are what makes DX so special.  By you guys supporting us, wearing the shirts, locking your arms in the X sign, chanting our names... you make DX what it is.  You make DX immortal.  It'll live on long past this generation because of you.

Again, a huge cheer of a approval.  A loud dueling chant of "Triple H!" "D-Generation X!" begins for several moments as The Game allows it to continue for a while before continuing.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 Vlcsnap-2013-11-28-19h38m48s135_zpsfaa694f8

[Triple H]
Chris Jericho doesn't understand that.  He likes to think that because he talks a lot more than everybody else that somehow he's better.  And because he sees DX generating some kind of fan appreciation, he feels it's his responsibility to try and put an end to it.  So not only did he come pretty damn close to ending the career of my best friend Shawn Michaels, but by doing what he has done to both of us and saying what he has said over the past 2 months or so, he's spat in the faces of you people and the name of D-Generation X.

This time, the crowd lets out a thunderous array of boos and jeers.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 Vlcsnap-2013-11-28-19h40m47s36_zpsa6d42f58

[Triple H]
And by doing that, Jericho has started something that he can't finish.  He's opened a can of worms that contains something far worse than worms.  What Chris Jericho has so far failed to realize is that he's pissed me off.  And if you ask anyone who has ever pissed me off, you can bet your ass that they'd tell you it didn't turn out too well for them.

The King Of Kings has a fire burning in his eyes.  He has an aura of determination and confidence about him as he continues.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 Vlcsnap-2013-11-28-19h44m46s135_zps5143e300

[Triple H]
So Jericho, I hope you're preparing your hardest.  I hope you've forgotten all of this "best in the world", self-righteous crap that comes out of your mouth every single week and I hope you're focused on one thing and one thing only.  Your survival.  Because mark my words Jericho, when you set foot inside this ring with me... in 4 more weeks at Final Stand... surrounded by the tonnes of unforgiving steel of Hell In A Cell... I guarantee that you will be faced with not only "The Game"... not only one half of D-Generation X... but you will be facing off against a man hell-bent on your destruction!

The crowd goes crazy as Triple H delivers the final words of intense dialogue before staring into the camera for several moments with a look that could kill, clearly all fired up.  He continues, backed by the cheers of the audience...

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 Vlcsnap-2013-11-28-19h38m14s33_zps6198a2cb

[Triple H]
And when all is said and done... once all the dust has settled and you're left an unrecognizable broken, bloodied mess Jericho... I want you to look up in a daze at Shawn and I standing over you and before you pass out, I want you to hear two final words...

A resounding "SUCK IT!" booms around the arena as the crowd adds the exclamation point to this very emotionally charged segment.

DX's music hits once again as the thousands of "X"s re-emerge.  Triple H mounts the turnbuckle and locks in his own "X" much to the approval of the fans as the screen fades away to a promotional video of XWL Superstar, CM Punk.

*We head backstage where XWL interviewer Renee Young is shown on screen.*

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 JpM1PQC

[Renee Young] Ladies and Gentlemen, please welcome my guest at this time, Daniel Bryan!

*The fans can be heard cheering as Daniel walks onto the set nodding at Renee.*

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 UP7CNkw

[Renee Young] Daniel, last week you got into quite a heated conversation with Chris Sabin over your past interactions in the past few weeks. It all culminated when Chris accepted your challenge for Final Stand and then the match was made into a 30 minute Iron Man match! How are you feeling now that we're 4 weeks away from the showcase of the immortals?

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 JWDcXX0

[Daniel Bryan] I'm feeling calm, Renee. I honestly wish it was Final Stand this week because I'm ready to go, I can't wait until that bell rings and I get Chris Sabin one on one in the ring. Sure, he got his little cheap shot in last week and got away with it but come Final Stand it's just going to be 30 minutes of suffering for him and 30 minutes of payback for me. And there's not a better stage to put on the performance of a lifetime shutting Chris Sabin up for good than Final Stand 6. As you called it it's the showcase of the immortals and it's the perfect platform for Daniel Bryan to shut Chris Sabin out, that's right, I'm not going to let him get a single fall in that 30 minutes. Whether it be 1-0, 3-0, 5-0, hell, maybe I'll reach double digits and make it to 10-0. All that matters is Chris Sabin is going to be defeated again and again and again as much as possible in 30 minutes.

[Renee Young] What kind of mental and physical preparation goes into a match like this? 30 minutes in the ring with a world class athlete like Chris Sabin is no easy feat.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 EA1D5EI

[Daniel Bryan] I'm no stranger to matches like these, I'm sure you remember back at The Monster Bash when I drew with Chris Jericho in a 30 minute ultimate submission match. As you said Chris Sabin is a world class athlete but Chris Jericho is top tier in terms of pacing a match and controlling it, so I'm well experienced when it comes to this kind of match. I actually think it favours me quite well because while I took Chris Jericho to his limit in a 30 minute submission match, in just a regular iron man match like I have with Sabin that means I can do more than just tap him out. Maybe I'll make him tap out to The Yes Lock, maybe I'll knock him out.. again.. with my running knee. The choices really are endless and I have 30 minutes to put Chris Sabin through well deserved hell at Final Stand. He really doesn't know what he has gotten himself into, you think 30 minutes bothers me? I've wrestled over an hour multiple times so this is child's play to me.

[Renee Young] Chris Sabin's attitude has definitely drastically changed, do you think his attitude might change again after Final Stand?

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 EwOZtg9

[Daniel Bryan] Well my goal is to ultimately knock some sense into him, I hope I can make him realize the error of his ways after I teach him a well deserved lesson. It just really got under my skin how he turned his back on the people who supported him for years and years as part of the Motor City Machine Guns. Everybody in the back loved Chris! He was a humble, respectful, all around great gut who was a pleasure to be around, he was the perfect XWL wrestler! But then his attitude changed.. he turned sour and he cast aside everyone who made him what he is today. He worked so hard to get to where he was and he threw it all away for selfish reasons and has become as self obsessed and delusional as I've ever seen anyone. He likes to claim that I use a loaded knee pad for my running knee but I'm going to do him the honour of rolling down my knee pad before knocking him senseless at Final Stand to prove a point to him.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 YNv41P7

[Daniel Bryan] You crossed a line at Uprising Chris, I tried to let this new attitude of yours slide but you just kept at it and you better pray you can back up your words at Final Stand because if you can't you're in for 30 minutes of hell.

*A determined Daniel Bryan walks off screen as we head off to a video package.*

Breakdown returns and we are brought backstage where we see Stephanie, Paul Heyman, The Rock, Brock Lesnar, and Goldberg all standing over The Rated R Superstar, who is laying in a bed holding his head.

Edge
I don’t know, but they said that I will be cleared before Final Stand so you don’t have to worry about that!

Steph
Well I do worry. After all the Money in the Bank Match is one of the most important parts of Final Stand. I need to make sure that all four of the competitors not only deserve the shot, but are ready to capitalize on it.

Edge
Steph, I’m the Ultimate Opportunist, I’m always read to capitalize on opportunities like this one.

Steph
Well you meet one of the requirements then. You’re ready for the match, that much is for certain. But I’m wondering, do you deserve it?

Edge
Do I deserve it? Of course I do! I’m The Rated R Superstar!! I’m Mr. Money in the Bank!! I’m the only man fit for that match, the only one who needs it!!

Steph
Well I was thinking, out of all the competitors that we were thinking of putting into that match, you’ve done the least as of late. I mean you lose to JTG, you just lost to Orton, you’re not even at 100% now due to that punt… Maybe I should be looking for somebody more fit for the job..

Stephanie turns to Brock Lesnar.

Steph
Paul keeps saying how great Brock Lesnar is. Maybe I should let him have your spot? Seeing as The Rock just returned and Goldberg is already getting his opportunity at Final Stand…

Edge
Stephanie, no!! I’m begging you!

Steph
… Hmm. You know what. Paul, you love calling the shots so much, how about you make this decision.

Paul
Me?

Steph
Yes. Next week Paul, you pick any opponent for Edge. It doesn’t matter who it is, anyone. If Edge wins, than he gets to keep his Money in the Bank Spot, and if he loses, than he loses it..

Edge
But.. My head!! The doctors said that I’m not going to be cleared to compete for at least two weeks!!

Steph
Well than you better rest up!

Paul
Don’t worry Edge. She said we can pick anyone! I’ll just pick myself and lie down for you!! Piece of cake! You can’t manipulate two manipulators Stephanie!!

Steph
You’re right. But here’s the thing. If you pick Goldberg, The Rock, or Brock Lesnar… and they win.. Than they get to take Edge’s spot in the Money in the Bank.. So just think on that… I have places to go.. People to see. You know how it is.

And with that Stephanie walks off, leaving an uneasy feeling in the room before we go to a commercial break.

A graphic promoting The Main-Event of The Sixth Anniversary of Final Stand appears on the screen following a quick return from a commercial break.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 3qzYXEk

Once it fades away, we find ourselves given a closeup view of The Commentary team, JR, Cole, and King.

[JR]
Welcome back ladies and gentlemen, and as we learned last week, Ted DiBiase has elected to cash-in his Money in The Bank contract in a way that has never been done before in XWL.

[King]
That's right, for three years he's competed at Final Stand, putting on quite show, though never ending it.

[Michael Cole]
He's battled Wade Barrett, he's stood toe to toe with the likes of The Rock, and just last year, he took his job back.

[JR]
Just as he's decided this year, that he's going to take The Main-Event that has always managed to elude him.

[King]
I'll give it to the guy, that is a smart move, but is it really smart to give a man like Dean Ambrose that much of a notice? Dean is unlike your average man, he's a different breed of champion, and against a guy like that, you need every advantage you can possibly have.

[Michael Cole]
Which some might say Ted's thrown away the biggest advantage of them all, the element of surprise. But I disagree, a guy like Dean is going to be wondering why Ted's waiting until then, why he would even tell him this soon, and it's his suspicions that might blind him from being truly focused come Final Stand.

[JR]
Nonetheless, we're in for a huge match in just four weeks, but tonight...The Main-Event of Final Stand, Dean Ambrose and Ted DiBiase. Will be meeting Cody Rhodes in a two on one handicap match as voted for by The XWL fans.

[King]
It looks like Cody pissed off the wrong person to be on the opposite end of this match, but I think the most interesting thing to note, is the fact that according to the results, Dean was the very last option people wanted. In fact, Ted had even more votes. Do you think this is because Dean screwed his chances of having the crowd's support when he screwed John Cena last week when he faced Ted DiBiase?

[Michael Cole]
I didn't see a screwjob...Dean did a fine job as referee, but it's like Ted said, these fans are fickle, one minute they're cheering Dean, the next they're too angry over the fact that he did his job last week to actually vote for The World Heavyweight Champion?

[JR]
A fine point there, and what's even more interesting is the fact that the fans had a choice of either Dean, Ted, or both of them...and they wanted to see DiBiase and Ambrose both face Cody. Do they despise Cody that much, or maybe...least? Because with their impending match on the horizon, on their minds...will they truly be able to work together, or is the advantage truly...Cody's?

[Michael Cole]
That of course is our Main-Event, now we'll take a moment to head backstage with our corespondent Josh Matthews, and he's got two very special guests with him right now.

A few seconds after Cole's setup, we see Josh Matthews standing in the middle of Number one contender Ted DiBiase, and World Heavyweight Champion Dean Ambrose. Dean's staring off into the distance, as if his minds elsewhere, the expressions coming and leaving his face tell us that he's not at all focused on being interviewed, but more so that he's upset over what happened with Don West at the start of the show when he was fired. Ted's stance however seems to be the exact opposite of Dean's, he's ready to speak, his foots tapping the floor impatiently, and his eyes are staring right at The World Heavyweight Championship that rests on Dean's shoulder.

[Josh Matthews]
With me now, is our Main-Event of the historic Sixth Anniversary of Final Stand. To my right is a man that has caused quite the controversy as of late when he turned his back on the fan-

Before Josh can complete that thought, Ted's palm covers the top of the microphone, in so many unspoken words telling Josh to stop right then and there.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 ZWi5APA
Correction, they turned their backs on ME.

Matthews stands there quiet, unsure of if Ted's finished, or if he can continue with the interview. On the other side of the scene Dean's still in his own world, unresponsive to the situation in any way, not even a slight change in eye contact. DiBiase releases the microphone, nodding at Josh.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 ZWi5APA
Well? What are you just standing there for? Carry on.

Getting Ted's apparently much needed approval to continue where he left off, Josh turns to face Dean Ambrose...who is still not facing him.

[Josh Matthews]
And to my left, is The World Heavyweight Champion, even though many including himself never thought it'd be possible. He's had to endure a lot to get to where he is right now, and unfortunately for him and his fellow members of The West Side Army. Just weeks after attaining such a huge accomplishment, he Sara Del Rey, and Ryback now find themselves leaderless after Don West was fired by Stephanie McMahon at the start of tonight's broadcast.

Getting closer to Dean, placing his hand on his arm, Josh's tone changes to a very overly calm one.

[Josh Matthews]
For whatever it's worth Dean, I'm very sorry for the loss that The West Side Army has taken tonight.

Out of the corner of our eyes we can see Ted rolling his, almost laughing at the big deal that's being made over the firing of a "Salesman" turned manager. Meanwhile Ambrose immediately pulls away from Josh, glaring at him, raising his hand up to him, tightening his fist, ready to knock him out right then and there. Just as Josh starts to flinch, fearing the impending shot, Dean's grinds his teeth, his upper lip curling, his breathing intensifying, all before he throws his arm back down to his side and looks down at the floor, as if he didn't even have it in him to enjoy hitting such a simple minded interview like Josh Matthews. Having been spared by The World Champion, Josh turns back to Ted, hoping to get more from him than he did Dean.

[Josh Matthews]
Back in October you Ted DiBiase won an opportunity that would give you a World Heavyweight Championship match whenever you wanted, giving you a power that comes typically only once a year. Given the horrible journey you had to that very night, when it was in your hands, when your name was on the contract, what kept you from taking back The World title as soon as that next week?

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 Boata6f

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 ZWi5APA
It's quite simple, see my "Posse" they wanted me to cash it in immediately. End the terror that never seemed to go away, but that's why I don't listen to them anymore, because my crowning as World Heavyweight Champion? It'a a YEAR in the making! Last year, at the fifth Anniversary of Final Stand, I finally got my job back. I beat Shawn Michaels, I escaped HELL, and you know what? In four weeks, I escape the past, enter a future that's been waiting for me since the day I stepped foot in this company.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 XfaDaS4

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 ZWi5APA
I'm the only person I've ever needed, and I was fool to believe anything else. A Posse of One, is stronger than any force that has ever existed. Because I don't have anyone holding me back, I don't have to worry about putting my neck on the line for anybody else, I don't have to worry about being "correct" in the eyes of people that have no room to judge anyone until they fix their own pathetic lives and careers...I'm stronger than I've ever been, did you see what I did to John Cena last week?

[Josh Matthews]
Well, I saw what Dean Ambrose did to John Cena last week..

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 ZWi5APA
Excuse me?

[Josh Matthews]
He deliberately fast counted him...surely you saw that?

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 GCRgUdS

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 ZWi5APA
Maybe you need to get your eyes checked, because Dean was the fairest referee I've ever had the pleasure of calling my match. In fact, here's a little career advice for ya Dean buddy ol' pal, since your little mentor won't be living vicariously through you anymore...you know, since he's fired...gone, poof. You should look into becoming one full time, I mean...no offence, but that's kind of the only way you belong in a Main-Event.

Perhaps he's still in a state of disbelief over what happened to Don West, but Dean's demeanor hasn't changed at all, not even after Ted's insult towards him as a competitor. Ted seems to have expected some kind of a rise out of Dean, but to no avail.

[Josh Matthews]
Moving on, tonight you two will be partners for, what I believe is the first time ever?

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 W0S53vy

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 ZWi5APA
The first, and damn sure the last. Have you seen what this guy does to teams? The Men of Honor? GONE! The Shield? GONE! The West Side Army? They were doing fine until he showed up, and now they're as good as, GONE!

For a slight second, Dean's head turns towards Ted's direction, his eyes telling us what his words right now can't. You could almost hear Dean say something like "The only thing that'll be gone are your teeth when I knock them down your throat." But as he stands there, fuming second by second, he sighs, once again turning away from the situation. It's as if West's firing has drained Dean of who he is, it's like he can't function knowing that the man who saw something in him that nobody else did, is now gone.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 ZWi5APA
Aw, I think I hurt his feelings, Josh can you me a favor? Go fetch Dean a tissue, I think he's about to cry.

His head still lowered, his eyes still staring at the cement floor, Dean's fists are clinched, and his breathing is heavy. But each time it looks as if he's going to respond in some way, be it some form of backlash in a physical form, or a verbal one...he doesn't. He's struggling right now to move past what happened earlier, to focus on his challenger just a few feet away from him, to focus on the match at hand tonight, to focus on telling Ted off. But he can't, he's trying, you can see it on his face, he wants to tackle Ted to the floor and unleash all of the rage inside of him. There's something stopping him though, there's some force preventing him from going off, maybe he's just that unstable right now, he's usually quite unhinged, but this is different. He's experiencing a multitude of emotions, and they're all attacking him at once. Ted shoos Josh away, telling him to go get some tissues for the soon to be tearful World Heavyweight Champion. He then inches closer to Dean, kneeling down so that he stare into Dean's stone cold eyes. There's not a single sign that he's about to cry, in fact he seems more angry than sad.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 ZWi5APA
I don't know what to say, this must be so hard for you. For years you struggled to find someone who accepted you, who loved you, who would stand by your side.

Getting closer to Dean, so that he can't miss seeing Ted's mug right in front of him.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 ZWi5APA
You found a true father figure, and now just like dear old dad, he's abandoned you too!

The words don't seem to faze Ambrose, not at first anyways, but after a few moments, Ambrose locks eyes with Ted, the far away look being replaced with one that's a mixture of being on the edge of carelessness and a lethal combination of hate and anger.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 ZWi5APA
It's funny really, when it happened the first time...I bet they tried to tell you it wasn't your fault, but now that it's happened again...you have to wonder, huh?

One would have to think that there's a limit to how much verbal abuse one man could take, let alone someone as unstable as Dean Ambrose. With each shot fired by Ted, from the failure upon failure with factions all the way to the abandonment by his father, one has to believe that at some point, Ambrose is going to fire back, but when? Is he simply biding his time, or is he truly at a loss for words?

Ted places a hand on Ambrose's shoulder, before shoving him backwards and nearly causing the World Heavyweight Championship to fly off towards the ground. Ambrose doesn't move back, instead opting to look towards the cold and unforgiving concrete floor, two words that could be used to describe himself, and right now, could also be used to describe the person that will stand across the ring from him at Final Stand.

A smirk graces the face of Ted DiBiase, who believes that he's beaten the seemingly broken Dean Ambrose, but just like that, just like a switch being flipped, a spark appears in Ambrose's eyes for just a split second. The next second proves to be the turning point in Ambrose's brief “slump” as he is shown unloading closed fist upon closed fist on Ted's face, taking the third generation superstar by surprise and knocking the proverbial “silver spoon” out of his mouth.

Ambrose continues the assault, all the verbal abuse Ted used against Ambrose is coming back to bite him, and all he could do is attempt to cover up but all the anger and hatred Ambrose has had building up inside of him is being unleashed on the man that looks to regain something he believes he should have never lost: The World Heavyweight Championship.

Blood begins to slowly pour out from Ted's lips, Ambrose managing to draw blood within the first minute of getting revenge on Ted after his verbal dissection of Dean Ambrose with a physical dissection of his own. Almost as if being Ted's saving grace, a referee runs into the scene and tries to put himself between Ted and Ambrose, quickly proving to be a feat that can't easily be achieved.

The referee struggles to stop the fight on his own, which is easier said than done, causing Ambrose to turn his attention to the “nuisance” that is the XWL official. One rage filled toss later and the referee is sent into a wall, seeing imaginary stars go in a clockwise pattern around his head. This brief distraction is all Ted needed to get back into control, returning the favor with closed fists of his own.

Ambrose staggers backwards, Ted managing to get the upper hand and turns the tide back in his favor. Just like a few moments ago, a small amount of blood appears at the corner of Ambrose's mouth before it begins to go down his jaw. Within a moments notice, a wave of referees appear on the scene, somehow managing to pull apart the two men that will Main Event the biggest Pay-Per-View of the year. The numbers game provides the referees the advantage they needed to put an apparent end to this interview turned heated brawl.

They may only be a few feet apart but both men are engaged in a heated stare down, and if looks could kill, both of them would be six feet under right now. Knowing that as long as the referees remain between them, they can't give each other the beating they believe the other deserves. Almost simultaneously, they begin to attempt to dwindle the population of referees between them by striking an official across the jaw, dropping two of them instantly.

Just like that, both heated rivals begin to fight off the referees that stand in their way of proving who's the superior one of the two. A few moments, and a couple of referees being floored, later, the brawl is back on, both men going right at each other when the opportunity presented itself. Forearms, elbows and closed fists are exchanged in this preview of Final Stand, but before anybody could regain the upper hand, they are pulled apart once more, this time, Breakdown's General Manager makes her presence felt.

[Stephanie McMahon]
What the hell do you two think you're doing?!

For just a moment, their eyes leave one another to stare at the visibly upset General Manager, but the attention her appearance gained soon loses it's power, and they're back to struggling free from the referees.

[Stephanie McMahon]
When I speak, I demand your undivided attention, now look at me when I'm talking you!

Neither are one for following orders, but given the tone Stephanie's taken, they know if they don't, things could become bad for the both of them very quickly. So after getting in one last cold stare, Ted and Dean redirect their focus to the steaming General Manager.

[Stephanie McMahon]
Dean, I don't know if this is you acting out because of what happened earlier tonight with Don West. But you are my World Heavyweight Champion, so I suggest you start acting like it, unless you want to join him.

Snickering like a kid in the schoolyard that just watched another kid get scolded, Ted finds it hard to hide his amusement at the situation.

[Stephanie McMahon]
Is something funny, Ted? Perhaps you'd like to take a trip down memory lane too?

No longer giggling after Stephanie's threat to fire him too, Ted just stands there biting his tongue, knowing that no words he could say right now would do him any good.

[Stephanie McMahon]
You might be The Main-Event at the biggest Pay-Per-View event of the year, but that can change very quickly, so I trust you'll both be on your best behavior from here on out. And that's not a suggestion, that's an order! Because should either of you put your hands on one another until Final Stand itself, you will be terminated effective immediately. Let me clarify something this does not give either of you, any of you the right to ruin tonight's Main-Event. You are to go out there, you are to tag each other, you are to be the best of pals, because that's what The XWL Universe wants, and that's what it'll get!

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 ZWi5APA
But I don't care what they wa-

[Stephanie McMahon]
And I don't care what you have to say about that. These my orders, and you will follow them, or you will follow Don West out onto the unemployment line.

Neither Dean nor Ted have any sort of desire to team together, especially not after their altercation just a moment ago, but it appears as if they have no choice, not if they want to keep their place in The Main-Event at Final Stand anyways.

[Stephanie McMahon]
One more thing, since you two seem to have a lot of issues with my referees, you'll be pleased to know that you'll have the platform form to work all of those out next week live in the ring. Because I'm ordering you both to go out there together, hash out any differences you have with them, and then TOGETHER you will decide which one of those referees will be officiating your match against one another at Final Stand. So I suggest you start getting on each other's good side, because you won't be leaving that ring until you agree on one name.

Raising one finger up in the air as she finishes that last sentence, she then looks at both gentlemen, then at the fallen referees, as well as the ones who were holding Ted and Dean back initially, then takes her leave. Number one contender and World Heavyweight Champion share a brief stare down, eyeing one another, before briefly examining all of the referees around them, and almost at the exact same time they turn around and leave in opposite directions as we fade away to an advertisement for Final Stand VI.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 1-7

[Kristal]
Shawn, last week you made your return to XWL after a brutal attack by Chris Jericho at Uprising. How did it feel to get some revenge on Jericho?

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 9-6

[Shawn Michaels]
You know, I've won many titles in my career, had many battles...but last week, was one of the highlights of my career. I'm not a guy that normally enjoys inflicting pain on others but to get my revenge on Jericho after everything he put me through...well, it felt good. It felt great, in fact. I was left sitting at home unable to be here and I couldn't take it anymore, I thought about staying at home, I thought about calling it quits. But I couldn't let the last image of The Showstopper be one of me being beaten to a bloody mess by Chris Jericho. Jericho will get everything that is coming to him at Final Stand, I've been locked inside the Cell with Hunter in the past, and let me tell you it was one of the most brutal matches of my career. Hunter is free to do whatever he wants to do inside that Cell and we've all seen what he can do. I've felt it first hand and I still haven't recovered from some of the beatings Hunter has given me.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 8-7

[Shawn Michaels]
Jericho better be prepared to take a beating of a life time, if he thought what happened to him last week was bad then he hasn't felt anything yet. I know exactly what Hunter will do to him at Final Stand and I can't wait to see it, as much as I'd like to be out there supporting Hunter at Final Stand, I've got my own matches to prepare for. That's right, I said matches. Not only will I be defending this Intercontinental Championship at Final Stand against Sheamus but it's now official that Mr.Final Stand himself will be in the Money in the Bank Ladder match. Mr Final Stand will become Mr.Money in the Bank! Final Stand is the show everybody wants to be on, careers are made at Final Stand but in Jericho's case careers are ended and at Final Stand my career turn around will be complete when I climb that ladder and unhook that briefcase.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 2-11

[Shawn Michaels]
I've gone from a career low to what could be a career high in a matter of months, I wouldn't have done it without The Game by my side and come Final Stand... after Hunter is done with Chris Jericho and after I'm done with Sheamus and the 3 other men in the Money in The Bank match..me and Hunter may even go celebrate in typical DX Style.

Slow clapping can be heard as Wade Barrett walks into view.  It's clear his clapping is sarcastic as he approaches with a smirk on his face and begins speaking in a condescending tone.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 7wLgLSv

[Wade Barrett]
Bravo... bravo.  I almost believed you for a moment.  But then I remembered just how easily Chris Jericho was able to beat the living daylights out of you at Uprising.  If Jericho, who himself is a shell of his former self is able to do that to you... just imagine what someone younger... tougher... and just plain better... can do to you Shawn.  Say for example... someone like me.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 FnVCfBl

[Wade Barrett]
Because I'm afraid I've got some bad news for you and the three other men in the Money In The Bank Ladder Match.  My huge announcement is that I, Wade Barrett have just been officially added to the match and I will be the one to walk out of Final Stand with three broken bodies in my wake and with a guaranteed World Heavyweight Championship opportunity against my name.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 UZgDqOs

[Wade Barrett]
It's about time I picked up where I left off 2 years ago and continued my dominance as the greatest talker.. the greatest fighter.. and the greatest wrestler this business has ever seen.  The Barrett Barrage will reach new heights at Final Stand.  I personally guarantee it...

Barrett shoots an intense stare in HBK's direction, full of purpose and self belief.  Both men square off almost nose-to-nose as Krystal steps away out of this volatile situation as the screen slowly fades to black for a commercial break...

After a back and forth match-up with a very fired-up crowd, Barrett is able to push Bryan off him from a tie up and out of nowhere hit a vicious Bull Hammer elbow, knocking Bryan out cold to pick up the three count and the victory.

Winner: Wade Barrett via Bull Hammer

Breakdown returns from a brief advertisement for the biggest Pay-Per-View of the year as a countdown shows up and begins ticking down the days before Final Stand arrives. It fades shortly after and cuts backstage to where Chris Sabin is shown walking down a corridor, making his way towards the ring for his match against the current Intercontinental Champion and one half of D-Generation X, The Heartbreak Kid, Shawn Michaels. Sabin continues down the hallway, ready to go to battle with the intercontinental Champion, slowly inching towards the Gorilla Position, before being stopped in his tracks by a voice.

{Backstage Worker}
Good luck out there, Jannetty!

{Chris Sabin}
What did you just call me?

But the man doesn't stop to chat, instead opting to continue walking away from Sabin, clearly having more important things to attend to. Sabin stands still for a moment, trying to figure out why he was just called, “Jannetty,” before beginning to make his way back towards the ring. A few more steps later, another voice stops him again.

{Backstage Worker}
Good to have you back, Marty.

Putting the pieces of the puzzle together rather quickly now, Sabin turns around towards the man that's walking away from him.

{Chris Sabin}
Why don't you say that-

Sabin quickly stops speaking, and the reason quickly becomes apparent: Daniel Bryan standing down the corridor, talking with a man. Sabin clears his throat before mumbling, “That's what I thought,” and quickly turns around to make his way towards the ring, clearly wanting nothing to do with Bryan until their Iron Man Match at Final Stand. A small amount of text appears on the bottom corner of the screen that reads, “Up Next” before the camera fades.

Cameras cut back to this scheduled contest already beginning, the first image being Chris Sabin being in control of the match by having a side headlock locked in on a downed Shawn Michaels. The Heartbreak Kid begins to use the chants and cheers from the live audience in attendance to his advantage in an attempt to take control back in this match.

Slowly but surely it appears to be working as Shawn begins to make it back to his feet, much to the dismay of Chris Sabin, who tries to keep the Intercontinental Champion down. After failing to do so, Shawn is back to his feet and shoves Sabin off of him, but his grip is far too tight to break out of it that easily. Not letting The Heartbreak Kid be the one to take control, Sabin quickly changes positions and ends up behind Shawn, his arms wrapped around his waist, before he shoves him forwards towards the ropes on the opposite end of the ring.

Shawn ricochets off the ropes and runs right into a reverse atomic drop, leaving him vulnerable to what ever Sabin has in mind. Sabin runs towards the ropes behind him, getting a bit of momentum before attempting to drop the reigning Intercontinental Champion down to the mat, but Shawn has other plans, hitting a reverse atomic drop of his own on the incoming Chris Sabin, stopping him in his tracks.

But he isn't done there, he follows up with a swift punch to Sabin's head, dropping him down to the canvas. Sabin rises back up to his feet, quickly proving to be a mistake as Shawn takes a hold of Sabin and puts him back onto the canvas with a scoop slam, causing the live audience in attendance to break out into a wave of cheers, as they know what's coming up next.

Shawn exits out towards the apron and begins to scale the turnbuckle, much to the approval of the crowd. He makes it to the top and does his signature DX chop before launching himself off the top rope, soaring through the air with his elbow aimed directly for Sabin's heart. Just when it seemed like it was the beginning of the end for Sabin, he manages to roll out of the way at the final possible moment, causing the Intercontinental Champion to drive his elbow into the canvas.

Boos rain down as Sabin narrowly avoided something that would have surely put an end to this match. Shawn slowly begins to make it up to his feet, favoring his elbow after that failed dive from the top rope, clearly showing that high risk may equal high reward, but that could easily backfire in a moments notice. Sabin quickly rolls up Shawn, going for what is the first, and after that missed dive, could very well be the final pinfall attempt of the match.

Th- Kickout!

The Heartbreak Kid gets his shoulder up off the canvas and both men get up to their feet simultaneously, with Shawn having a card up his sleeve and nearly knocks Sabin's teeth down his throat with a jaw jacking Sweet Chin Music, sending Sabin flying out of the ring through the middle rope.

The referee begins to count out Sabin, but that proves to be a challenge in and of itself as Shawn exits out of the ring and begins to drag Sabin's lifeless body up off the thinly layered padding on the outside and tries to slide him back into the ring so he could end this match.

With his task complete, the Intercontinental Champion begins to climb up onto the apron but the second he starts to enter the ring, Sabin takes a hold of the referee and moves him aside, not allowing him to see Sabin kick the middle rope, causing Shawn to nearly fall into the ring after that blatant use of the ropes as a means to low blow the reigning Intercontinental Champion.

Sabin takes a hold of the falling Shawn Michaels and lifts him up onto his shoulders, as boos rain down into the ring, before dropping him onto the canvas with a Cradle Shock. Sabin quickly hooks the leg for what could be the final pinfall of the match.

3!

Sabin's theme begins to play, much to the dismay of the live audience in attendance. Shawn lays on the canvas as Sabin begins to celebrate, seemingly content with taking the easy way out of this match. He scales the turnbuckle and begins to imitate DX's signature “X” sign by lifting his arms high above his head, causing more boos to fill the ring.

Behind him, Shawn is shown making it back up to his feet, using the ropes as leverage, and spots Sabin mocking DX. He makes it up and stands a few feet behind Sabin, causing the crowd to give a positive reaction, knowing that Sabin is about to get what he has coming to him. Sabin hops off the turnbuckle and turns around, taking a step back due to being caught off guard by the Intercontinental Champion.

Sabin extends his arm towards Shawn, perhaps attempting to be a “good sport” after he blatantly cheated to hold a win over the champion. Shawn looks towards the crowd, almost asking them if he should shake Sabin's hand. After a ear piercing and dominant “No!” chant, Shawn shrugs and hits Sabin across the jaw with Sweet Chin Music!

DX's theme hits as “Yes!” chants fill the air, leaving the live audience clearly content with what they just witnessed. Shawn takes his Intercontinental Championship from the referee before telling Sabin to “Suck it” and drops down to the canvas, rolling out of the ring with his championship in hand. Sabin remains laid out on the canvas as the screen fades to black.

*Cameras cut backstage where the reigning Divas Champion, Layla, and the person that will challenge her in just four weeks at Final Stand for the Divas Championship, Paige, stand on either side of the interviewer, as they prepare to reunite for one night only to take on the unlikely duo of former Divas Champion, AJ Lee, and Alicia Fox. After a few moments, the interviewer begins to speak, getting this interview under way.*

{Interviewer}
Ladies and gentlemen, allow me to introduce my guests at this time, the current Divas Champion, Layla, and her Number One Contender, Paige, the duo known as The United Queendom. It's been seven months since the last time you teamed alongside one another, ever since Supremacy last year, due to some unintentional circumstances that led to The Bella Twins leaving victorious on that night and as a result, put an end to the both of you being a team and were forced to disband.

{Paige}
Unintentional circumstances? Really? She kicked me in the face and it led to me being pinned, and if that wasn't bad enough, it was by a Bella no less. We've talked about this before, and apology after apology isn't going to change what happened, what's done is done, and we're past that. At least, one of us is.

*Paige looks towards Layla, a serious expression overtaking her, only for her to smirk at the Divas Champion, who's wearing an innocent smile on her face.*

{Paige}
Tonight, we're reuniting for one night only, and I couldn't think of two better than two “divas” that myself and Layla have history with. Well, I could think of two but for some reason, The Bellas were busy tonight, so little AJ Lee and Fox will have to do tonight. I still haven't forgotten about the time you broke my arm, AJ, and I look to get a bit of revenge for that.

{Interviewer}
Speaking of AJ, you Layla were pinned by her last week during a match that allowed you to scout for the potential next Miss Money in The Bank. Was that a fluke that you plan to rectify tonight?

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 DwCyNZc
That was absolutely not a fluke, I'm a woman that can admit when I've been bested, and hey last week was AJ's moment and I'm not going to take that away from her. I already took her Divas Championship, so if she wants to brag about beating me the week after I beat her, then more power to her. But if she expects tonight to go anything like last week, then she's in for a bit of surprise because Paige and I alone are two of the best women in this division, and together? We're unstoppable.

{Interviewer}
What about Alicia Fox, she almost became your number one contender at Uprising when she last faced Paige.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 DwCyNZc
Almost? She lost, flat out. I was the referee of that match, remember? Paige beat her fairly, and left no doubt that she's the one who deserves to face me for this title. The only thing Alicia deserves, is to fall to The United Queendom tonight, and leave no doubt about it, she will. She's the one that caused the end of us as a team, so tonight, the past comes back to haunt her.

{Paige}
And the past will do just that. Some may say that I got my revenge on Fox when I denied her from becoming the Number One Contender to Layla's Championship like she denied me from becoming the Divas Champion at last years Final Stand, but that couldn't be further from the truth. Tonight is the night that I get my revenge, and no one will forget it when it happens.

{Interviewer}
Regardless of what happens tonight, win, lose or draw, the both of you will walk into Final Stand as opponents, wanting the same thing: The Divas Championship. There's still four weeks left between now and the “Showcase of the Immortals,” what are your thoughts heading into not only the rubber match between the both of you, but also the first ever match that pits two British born women against one another for the most prestigious prize in the Divas Division?

{Paige}
I've said this for months, since myself and Kaitlyn were announced to face one another at Uprising to see who will walk into Final Stand to fight for the Divas Championship. Layla and myself have history, The United Queendom, this being our third encounter with one win a piece, everything we've done since we disbanded last year has led us to this moment, everything we've done has led us on the path to make history, at Final Stand no less, and I don't mean the match being the first Brit exclusive match for the Divas Championship, I mean me finally realizing my destiny and becoming the Divas Champion for the first time in my career.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 DwCyNZc
Which trust me, is going to be a lot easier said than done.

*Layla Flashes a friendly, yet competitive driven smile, while Paige doesn't seem to find any reason to do the same. She's not looking to mess around, Final Stand is a huge opportunity for her, she might have let last year slip through her fingers, but this year is going to be different, and that starts with her attitude towards the match itself.  *

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 DwCyNZc
I had to endure a month long hell of being handcuffed to AJ Lee before I regained The Divas Championship. She used to talk to this, as if it could talk back, she read it stories, she laughed at it's jokes...that month of craziness was worth it, because at the end of it all, I walked away with this. She was left with the voices in her head, and I left on my journey to Final Stand where I would meet the first challenger on the start of the  road of many more to come. With all due respect to you Paige, there's a reason I came out on top of our first match as the victor, and it's the same reason why I'm standing here The Divas Champion right now, and still will be after your "Final Stand" against me.

{Interviewer}
Clearly you've got a lot of respect for one another to be able to maintain such a competitive relationship. What is it exactly that's caused such incredibly different people, to find such a rare bond in this business?

{Paige}
A common enemy known as The Bella Twins, the need to have someone watching your back because you never know when someone is going to try to take you out, I mean, just look at what happened to Kaitlyn. After each battle with The Bellas, the trust we had for one another grew, and it blossomed to what is now known as The United Queendom. It didn't always start that way but what's the old saying, “Rome wasn't built in a day?” neither was The United Queendom.

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 DwCyNZc
I couldn't have said it better myself, it's nice to have somebody you can trust to be there for you when you need them the most, because Kaitlyn shut me out a few weeks before Uprising, and wanted to go it alone, which as we saw the second she was alone, someone was there and waiting.

{Interviewer}
Speaking of Kaitlyn, she hasn't been seen since she was attacked at Uprising and was forced to drop out of the Number One Contenders match because she wasn't cleared to compete, have either of you seen or talked to her since?

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 DwCyNZc
The last I heard from her she was an emotional wreck over what happened. I tried to calm her down, but when she started to put the blame on Paige, I just knew there was no talking to her right now.

{Paige}
And we both know that I had no reason to attack her before the match, I thought she “hurt” herself to get out of being humiliated once again, but Layla quickly made me realize how silly that sounded and how Kaitlyn wouldn't do that. I was really looking forward to beating her again, shame really.

{Interviewer}
With a match as big as the one at Uprising, even with the last minute replacement that was Alicia Fox, have you heard anything, any rumors of who was behind the attack? I mean, I know both of you aren't culprits in the-

{Paige}
Let me stop you right there, I am not a culprit in that “investigation,” Layla on the other hand...

*Paige looks at Layla, almost teasing her with the false accusation.*

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 DwCyNZc
I don't know Paige, you benefited an awful lot from her getting taken out.

*Layla continues the intended joke of an accusation, by flipping it back around on Paige all in good fun, but Paige's expression changes the second that Layla finishes that sentence.*

{Paige}
Is that what you think? That I attacked Kaitlyn?

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 DwCyNZc
You obviously found out that I intended on screwing you again just like I did at Supremacy.

*Thinking that Paige is still on the same page, and that they're just joking around, obviously neither believing a word of what they're saying to be what they actually think...but as Layla starts to laugh playfully, Paige goes silent and starts to nod to herself, as if she took that as an actual confession. With Layla laughing, the only one laughing at the situation, Paige turns around and leaves, finished with this interview, and perhaps missing the joke, and seeing what she seems to believe is "the truth"coming out." Layla's laughter stops as she notices Paige walking away, and a puzzled expression overtakes her.*

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 DwCyNZc
Paige? I was kidding...

*But she doesn't turn around, where Layla was just playing around, not at all serious in what she said, Paige apparently has taken it to heart and has now left Layla there by herself in a state of confusion.*

XWL Breakdown : 2/28/14 - 3/7/14 DwCyNZc
Paige?

*The interviewer awkwardly steps away, leaving Layla alone as she isn't sure what to think right now. They're supposed to reunite in just bit a after seven months, and everything seemed to be going fine between the two despite their match together in just a few weeks being on both of their minds. But perhaps Layla chose her words poorly, and now Paige believes that Layla did in fact screw her at Supremacy? She's left to wonder what caused Paige to walk off like that while we head to a commercial break.*
