Layla ran last week, but this week she has nowhere to hide… that is if she wants to keep her championship. Which means more: her title or her physical health?

Randy Orton vs. Brock Lesnar
Lesnar made the champ look like a chump and Orton punted Chavo into oblivion. Both of them have the momentum but only one can win this match.

XWL Redemption begins with nothing but a black screen with the company logo on the bottom left corner. Soon ‘We Want Chavo!’ can be heard being chanted faintly in the background almost as if they were coming from way off in the distance. The volume of the chants begin to steadily increase until you feel like you’re practically in the arena surrounded by the chanting fans being tempted to join in yourself. The image of last week’s arena fades into view where the source of the chants are finally revealed for those who weren’t able to catch last week’s show. The image on the screen is in black and white and the words ‘Last Week’ appear where the XWL logo just was.

The feeling and mood of the arena last week at that moment was that of hope as the people tried to convince Chavo to make his way out so they can see the man himself in person. But as we know by now it was a while before Chavo showed up, and once he did appear on the replay a melancholy piano tune starts to play in the background as key moments from Chavo’s promo are played again for the viewer’s benefit.

Once I hit my stride I’LL be main-eventing, I’LL be the one people debate about when they talk about the best, I’LL be the one who will be remembered for eternity when I’ve decided to call it a day. It’s a song I’ve sung, a story I’ve told and a sermon I’ve preached over and over and the words have yet to ring true.



He probably thinks he’s in my head right now, that deep down inside I’m fearing and shaking in my boots at the mere thought of our next encounter. Hah, let me tell you something Kash, as long as I can walk and as long as I can lace these boots then you haven’t done a damn to me. If you want to get rid of me for good, if you want to make sure that you never had to deal with me again, then you’re going to have to kill me, and if you do I’ll take you with me.



Like I said, there’ve been times when I’ve lost hope, when I didn’t have any faith in myself anymore and thought about retiring… a fan gave me a note and it wasn’t until last night that my wife told me to read it…

In a world that has been covered in darkness, you have been the light.
The proof that people really can change if inside they can find the will.
You taught strength even when I wanted to cry myself to sleep at night.
There’s never an excuse to give up, even if of pain you’ve had your fill.

Instead of Chavo being heard reading the poem, the voice of a girl is heard instead and she continues to read the rest as the video cuts from the scene of him speaking in the ring to his encounter with Randy Orton last week. Everything is in black and white but as the replay of their match goes on the music goes from sad and heart-wrenching to aggressive and violent to go along with the big spots that went down during that battle. The replay of the match and then the fateful event that occurred just after the bell rings is then shown beginning with Orton climbing up to the turnbuckle to celebrate his victory.

I always thought you were another jerk, but you were just misunderstood.

Orton climbs down off the turnbuckle and sees Chavo struggling and then beckons him over as if he’s asking for Round 2. Orton takes a step over to Chavo when suddenly Kid Kash bum rushes the ring and tackles the hurting Chavo to the ground! Kash lifts the wobbly-kneed Chavo up to his feet and is about to tuck his head between his legs when Orton grabs Kash by the shoulder and spins him around and hits an RKO out of nowhere!

You became a better man and the weight on your shoulders disappeared.
No longer jaded, no longer bitter you showed all sins can be atoned for.
Despite what may have been said it’s clear now that you’ve always cared.

Orton backs into the corner looking for the punt. Feeling the effects of the RKO, Kash slowly works his way onto his hands and knees and that’s when Orton charges forward… right into Chavo! Chavo turns to go after Kash, but Orton spins him back around and strikes with an RKO! Orton backs into the corner and when Chavo pushes himself onto his hands and knees Orton charges and nearly knocks Chavo’s head off his shoulders with a sickening kick.

You may not know it, but you’ve been an inspiration not to one, but many.
When they ask me who helped make me who I am I’ll proudly say: ‘Chavo.’
When it comes to those who’ve made a bigger impact there hasn’t been any.

The image of the incapacitated Chavo being tended to by the medical officials after the punt remains on the screen as the sound of the ‘We Want Chavo’ chants return as everything fades out.

After a loud and exciting pyro display and as the opening theme continues to blast through the speakers, XWL Redemption officially goes on the air and the people packed into this sold-out arena are on their feet cheering and waving their signs around as they all join in together for a loud chorus of ‘X-W-L’ chants. What they saw go down last week has gotten them all sorts of hyped as they prepare to see if what happens this week can equal or perhaps even surpass the show they were given last week. A girl wearing a Ted DiBiase shirt is shown on the titantron and when she sees that she’s on the big screen, she grabs the man next to her wearing a Maryse shirt and pulls him in for a kiss while the people around them hoot and holler.

The camera then cuts to a small child in Zack Ryder sunglasses being teased by an older kid wearing an old-school Cody Rhodes mask. But before we can see how that conflict plays out, we’re quickly whipped around to a conflict on the other side of the arena where security rushes to break up a fight between two fans who have already gotten drunk. They both hold up their arms innocently but it’s far too late for that as they’re escorted out of the arena leaving the XWL audience two members short. This just goes to show that XWL has all kinds of fans, though they probably prefer the ones who don’t make them look bad. In its final stop, the camera cuts to a boy who quickly takes a mouthful of water and spits it into the air à la Triple H and the people around him don’t seem to take too kindly to getting spit on. Unfortunately the viewers at home are left hanging because before they can see what happens next, the camera cuts to Michael Cole and Joey Styles at the announce table.

Hello everybody, and welcome to XWL Redemption! This is Joey Styles and as always I’m joined by my shamelessly vocal broadcast partner Michael Cole as we get ready to call what should be a spectacular XWL Redemption.

{Michael Cole}
Shamelessly vocal? I call it not being afraid to say what’s on my mind. I say what I see and call it as I see it. I mean one of us has to be unbiased around here.

{Joey Styles}
And considering how your favorite superstars can just do no wrong in your eyes I guess I’m the unbiased one. Anyway before this gets out of hand… Last week were treated to a great show that had plenty of action and jaw-dropping moments to go along with them.

{Michael Cole}
Yeah I mean we had--

Kid Kash’s theme almost instantly elicits a negative reaction from the people as they almost can’t believe that he would have the audacity to show up tonight after the things he’s done to Chavo and the things he’s caused to happen to Chavo the few times he’s been in an XWL arena. You can feel the hate just pouring out of their hearts and one can only guess what will happen when he shows his face… if he shows his face. Chavo Guerrero, a superstar that they have slowly grown to love, is rumored to be out for an unspecified amount of time due to an alleged concussion suffered when he was punted by Randy Orton, and that was all caused by Kid Kash once again getting himself involved after the bell rung.

{Joey Styles}
These people don’t really to seem to be happy to have Kid Kash showing up, especially not this early in the show, it’ll definitely get the night started on the wrong foot.

{Michael Cole}
And I don’t see what the problem is; it’s not every day you get someone like Kid Kash showing up around here.

{Joey Styles}
You say that like it’s a bad thing.

{Michael Cole}
Well it is a bad thing that we’ve gotten so little of him for so long. XWL needed a guy like him, he’s just… just so cool!

{Joey Styles}
Cool isn’t the word I would use. Asshole, egotist, sick bastard, now those are words that I could be see being used in the same sentence as Kid Kash.

{Michael Cole}
Oh whatever, you think everyone who doesn’t kiss up and doesn’t play by your rules is a bad guy. I’m tired of you and the fans’ one track mind.

{Joey Styles}
Well usually the people who act like that are pricks and you’re no different for agreeing with their methods.

{Michael Cole}
Hey! Randy Orton is the one who kicked your precious Chavo in the head, I don’t see why you’re taking out all your anger on Kash who was innocent.

{Joey Styles}
Kash was just as much to blame as Orton, and believe me I have my qualms with both, but unlike you I know the right and wrong times to give my opinions.

When Kash steps out you can instantly see that he just doesn’t give a damn what the people think about him. Every step down the ramp is filled with such swagger and every grin he takes is filled with such arrogance that you can’t help but want to punch him in the face to get that smug look off of it. You also can’t help but think that Kash actually enjoys the fact that he’s been able to get the people riled up like this. That’s evidenced by the way he tries to give high fives on the way down the ramp and how he goes out of his way to knock some guy’s cap off his head. The people already hated Kash and all he’s doing now is adding more fuel to the fire. Kash gets to the bottom of the ramp when a sign a fan is holding catches his eye.

Kash and the fan, who has a big smile on his face and must think he’s the greatest thing ever, exchange a fist bump. Kash pretends he’s making a move towards the ring but then he lunges at the guy’s sign and rips it up before he tosses the shredded pieces back into his face. Kash jaws off with the fan until something Kash says immediately makes the guy sit down and cover his face with his hands. Kash nods and mouths ‘That’s right, that’s right’ before finally making his way to the ring. Kash climbs onto the top corner and poses and the only thing that does is draw more heat from the crowd. He leans out of the ring and grabs a mic as it’s handed to him and he looks right at at the sign guy he just had that confrontation with.

{Kid Kash}
That’s right, you little shit, keep crying them tears. Don’t let the name fool you, I ain’t no punk kid who you think you can impress and melt my heart with your crappy sign, I’m a grown man who don’t need no people out here to like me or to cheer me. Who the hell do you think you are anyway? I ain’t doing this special for you or to make you happy. You mean nothing to me and I couldn’t care less what you think of the things I do and for all I care you can go get shitfaced after this and go jump off a bridge because your life ain’t nothing compared to mine, and you ain’t shit compared to me. Let’s get one thing straight, I’m kicking Chavo’s ass up and down this arena because it makes me happy and because I’ll be getting a big ol’ pay check for doing it. So listen here man, you can keep your signs to yourself or the next time… next time I won’t be so nice to ya and I’ll shove it straight down your skinny little throat. And the next time you think that you really have the balls big enough to hang with the likes of me then I’ll do more to you than make you cry in your seat like a little baby.

The camera cuts back over to the man that Kash just verbally ripped apart and emasculated and he’s currently trying to hide the fact that he’s crying but the tears run down the length of his arms as he continues to cover his eyes. His friend tries to console him while the people around them watch and the rest of the crowd boos Kash for his words and his actions. Kash licks his lips and looks around at the people as some give him thumbs down while others take it a step further and flip him off. Kash responds to some of these with smiles and others with waves, and his attempts to play nice with the people only piss them off more, if that’s even possible at this point, because they all know he’s just messing with them.

But you’re not the only one so there’s no need for you to feel bad for singling you out because I’m surrounded by a room full of hundreds of thousands of little babies who are upset with me because I hurt their precious little Chavo Guerrero. Well excuse me for doing my job better half of you do yours while the other half of yas probably don’t even got one. This makes me glad that I got better things to do than be in XWL full time because dealing with you people week after week after week after week would get old quick because ya’ll seem to think you’re entitled to something when what the doctor really ordered is for you pricks is to be put over someone’s knee and get your asses spanked because since you won’t act like adults when I’m around then you deserve to get treated like children. I’ve spent 20 years in this business and I’m beyond needing people cheering my name to feel good about myself and I’m not going to degrade myself to kissing your stanky asses to make you feel better about yourselfs. I’ve already done did and seen things you can only dream of but you don’t have to dream no longer about seeing Chavo Guerrero get what’s coming to him because that day has already come and gone.

Boos erupt from the crowd as they dig down deep into the black pit of hatred in their hearts to let Kash know how much they want him to drop dead right there in the ring. They want Kash gone and out of their faces as soon as possible and they also wish they could go back in time and somehow prevent Randy Orton from punting Chavo onto the disabled list. If Chavo were around they know he would already been here to shut Kash up and get him out of their lives, but they seem to be stuck with this asshole who cracks his neck and takes a deep breath.

The only thing I regret about what happened to Chavo is that it wasn’t by my own boot, but it was just as beautiful to watch from a distance like a sunset or a car crash. And that just makes life easier for me because now I get paid to do what another man has already done for me and now I don’t have to worry ‘bout wasting my time at Digital Direction or whatever the hell it’s called and wrestling in front of the likes of you. I’ve grown accustomed to wrestling in front of real fans of this sport, in front of fans who actually know what a suplex is and who don’t just cheer for the flavor of the day. They cheer for the people with talent and the people who actually know what they’re doing in the ring. And judging by the five minutes or so that I done already stood here and listened to y’all boo me for absolutely no good reason, I know that that is surely not how things work over here. So as far as I’m concerned, now that Chavo’s is gone I have no reason to be here anymore and I can go back and wrestling in front of people with class.

A new chant joins in with the boos as the people have now become desperate to get Kash the hell out of XWL. Chavo is injured and he claims his job is over, so why is he still here? Why does he seem to have nothing better to do than antagonize them just because he feels like it? The best way they can seem to combat Kash is to drown him out and they seem to be onto something with that plan because when Kash brings the microphone back up to his mouth…

If nothing else this seems to at least be messing with Kash’s composure at least in the tiniest way and you can see the balance of power shift away from Kash in the favor of the people who seem to have finally found a way to rattle the man who just moments ago seemed unaffected by their jeers. Now that they’ve smelled the blood the fans have grown relentless with their verbal assault and they’re determined to boo Kash right out the building. They’re battling through tired legs and sore throats and whoever said attending a live show was a relaxing day away from life’s troubles has obviously never been to an XWL show. In a way while clearly showing their disdain for the man talking his nonsense e in the ring, the people are also subtly showing their support for Chavo who they hope is watching from wherever he is recovering from his injury. Kash takes another deep breath, coughs dramatically and runs a hand over his face as he listens to before he tries to speak again:

Now y’all best stop booing me before I step out of this ring and slap all of your faces. I’m not saying anything someone else hasn’t already said y’all are just too ig-nint to want to act like intelligent folk. And I suggest you cut that nonsense out because you’re settin’ a bad example for the kids who is just gonna end up as dumb as their ma and pa. These kids should be getting taught how to respect their elders, hell I’m old enough to be some of your fathers but it would be an insult to me to be called a friend of one of you much less a relative. And I don’t care if you’re a boy named Adam or a girl named Ash, unless your name is Kid Kash you ain’t got the right to think you’re hot shit. You all got that? Or are you having trouble understanding the words that are coming of my mouth? Let me explain something to you all, you shouldn’t be shooting the messenger, you shouldn’t be booing me for doing the job I was paid to do when you cheer and boo who you’re told too. That’s the definition of the pot calling the kettle black and the fact that you’re all hatin’ on me instead of the company that hired me come back or the man who kicked Chavo in the first place show me that you are dumber than you look. In fact I’m the most innocent of them all, and the fact that y’all are gonna sit there and act like I’m the bad guy is just purely disrespectful. But you people don’t wanna get it through your minds that it wasn’t my fault, so I hope that this refreshes your memory.

Kash motions to the titantron where the replay of Randy Orton punting Chavo in the skull is shown again and again and again. The people have to have seen it about 20 times now thanks to Kash and he smiles as the control of the situation has shifted away from the people and back to him. The screen fades to black and the camera goes back to Kash who’s laughing and isn’t bothering to hide the fact that he’s loving watching Chavo get hurt. Kash points to the titantron and one more time the replay is shown and by now the people are more than sick of Kash and that video.

Ya know, now that I think about it, that guy with that sign may have had a point, and the point is that Chavo is a traitor and should be considered a disgrace to all real men. He used to be a tough guy just like me, he never used to care what anyone used to think and he could back up everything he talked in the ring and I loved that about him. But then he started to go soft, he started to act like a little bitch and I became ashamed to admit that I once considered Chavo to be on my level. I used to go around saying that if I could choose two men to go battling in the trenches with me it would be Shawn Michaels and Chavo Guerrero because all of us show that age is just a number and we still put on a better show that most of these youngin’s that wanna call themselves a professional wrestlers when the only thing they are, are professional wannabees who think they’ll be Ric Flairs and Triple H’s the moment they step foot in this business. But Chavo has disappointed me greatly and the only reason he’s still being allowed in XWL is because he and the general manager share the same name. But when Aunt Vickie called me up and told me she needed a little help with something I jumped at the chance to make Chavo a man again. All she wanted was one match, she told me, to make Chavo remember what being a wrestler and being a Guerrero was all about. I told her ‘yes, of course’, because you gotta tell women what they wanna hear, but I knew from the beginning that I wasn’t just going to give Chavo a measly old match, I was gonna come in and drag him through hell. And that’s what I did, until that son of a bitch got lucky and frog splashed me through a table and couldn’t even pin me, what a disgrace.

I decided to watch Chavo a little closer, even if that meant having to watch XWL, and when I saw Chavo acting a little tougher when he picked a fight with Del Rio and throw that other guy of the stage, I was actually content, I thought I did a job well done and I was just about to give myself a pat on the back when my business phone rang. And when I picked it up, you know who it was? XWL Management, and apparently they felt the match I had with Chavo at the pay per view was the best they ever seen of him in a long time, and they wanted one more. So I named my price and I accepted their deal under one condition: Nothing I do to Chavo can be held against me, and they agreed. And that means giving him that Money Maker at Unforgiven, that unfortunate incident in the parking lot, the punt to the skull… NOTHING can be declared my fault. I’m doing it all because it was fun and Chavo, the poor sap, just made it so easy. He made himself a target and I never miss the bulls eye.

You can keep chanting all you want but the boy ain’t gonna be walking down that ramp anytime too soon and I can always show you the replay again if y’all already forget why. And it’s a shame he couldn’t make it because I came all the way here and took time out of my busy schedule to come see him only for him to now bother coming. For all I know he’s just faking being hurt to avoid getting in this ring with me. I would have had no problem saying all I did to his face and then slapping him to remind him of the bitch he let himself be. And I blame all of you for making him that way, and now because of you he may never be wrestling again. So you should all be kicking yourselfs for leading him down this path, send yourself hate mail for not realizing that softening Chavo up was just gonna lead to him getting his ass kicked , not just by me but by anyone else who has five minutes to spare outta their day. This is one of those rare moments when the people are actually relieved to see Vickie Guerrero. Because although she can be a bitch, she wasn’t the one they had to listen to drone on for what felt like forever, and between her and Kash, she’s the lesser of two evils. When Vickie walks onto the stage she actually gets a few scattered cheers.

And just like that the cheers are gone and the people are reminded why Vickie and them really never saw eye to eye. Vickie is standing on the stage staring daggers at Kash who returns her piercing gaze with a grin and he’s the first to try to break the ice.

Now if there’s one thing I like it’s a women who’s a little feisty and knows how to carry herself. Ya know Vick, I never really got the chance ta really thank you for helping me get a quick buck by hiring me to take out your nephew. I can always make it up to you by taking the money you were going to put in Chavo’s paycheck and putting it to better use than he would.



{Vickie Guerrero}
You listen here, Kid, I don’t have time for the games what I want you to do is shut up and get the hell out of my ring! You’re wasting valuable Redemption time with your nonsense and I couldn’t care less what you have to say, and if I don’t care then neither does anybody else. You may think you’re untouchable but…

{Kid Kash}
Silly girl, I don’t think I’m untouchable…. I am untouchable. If anyone so much as knocks a hair on my head out of place, they’ll be fired on the spot. Randy Orton gets a free pass because I loved the way he took care of Chavo, but he used up the only get out of jail free card available and if anyone else even looks at me cross-eyed they’ll find themselves on the unemployment line. You don’t have any power or control when it comes to me Vickie, I was hired by the people above you until the next pay per view and they made a pretty big investment for me to get hurt before then. So if I want to show up every week until then to hang out, then I will, and you’ll just have to hush up and deal with it. Oh, and don’t think you can just put me against just anyone at the pay per view. If his name ain’t Chavo Guerrero, then I ain’t contractually obligated ta face him, so you can go and blame yourself for putting him in the same ring as someone so mentally crazy.

I’m getting sick of you, Kash. You’ve barely been here for a full show and you’ve already overstayed your welcome.

Hey, there’s no need to go and fussy yourself up. Me and the people out here were having a great chat before you decided to come out and mess everything up. And you wanna complain about me taking up time? Well who’s gonna get me out of the ring? You? Chavo? Ha! Don’t make me laugh, girl, so why don’t you go on and scurry onto the back and make me a sandwich and a slightly warmed glass of milk so I can continue talking to these wonderful people on a full stomach?

Vickie is cut off as a video begins to play on the titantron and it’s live footage of Redemption right now as a town car sits in the parking lot. Vickie, Kash and all the people watch the footage with their breaths held, though deep down inside they all have a feeling about who it could be, but it just seems too good to be true. The driver of the town car steps out and walks over to the back where he opens the door and waits for the man he was driving to step out of the car. Seconds pass and then a minute, and some people stand to their feet as the anticipation becomes nearly too much for them to handle. Finally a foot steps onto the pavement, but this isn’t Cinderella and they need more than a shoe to identify the person. Seconds later the second foot hits the pavement and the man exits the car and…it’s Chavo! Chavo’s really here! Everybody is on their feet now as they cheer for the moment they never thought they’d get, the moment where Chavo actually seems to be all right… but how?

Chavo uses his index and middle fingers to rub his temples and that seems to soothe him a little as he closes his eyes and then takes a deep breath. When he opens them his expression is serious and he looks like a man on a mission, a man with some unfinished business to take care of. That unfinished business is standing in the ring right now and Kash can’t hide the shock on his face. He was so sure that Chavo was out for good, yet there he is in the parking lot. Is this real? Are his eyes playing tricks on him? Is this pre-recorded footage? Those questions have to be running through his mind but when Chavo looks right at the camera smirks and says ‘Guess Who?’ that confirms that this is the real deal, and though it’s possible that Kash would love to hightail it out of there, there’s something keeping him glued to his spot in the ring. Is it fear? Curiosity? The feeling that Chavo could strike from anywhere? It’s hard to tell and then Chavo steps through the double doors leading into the arena and the footage goes dark leaving Kash in the dark when it comes to knowing exactly where Chavo is.

The camera moves over to Vickie who has a broad smile on her face and is clapping in excitement knowing that her nephew is okay. Or maybe it’s because there’s finally someone who can get rid of Kash… who really knows with her? Vickie looks dead at Kash and a wicked grin spreads across her face as she, just like the thousands of people here in England are dying for Chavo to show up. ‘You’re gonna get it now!’ she shouts over to Kash who in turn yells back ‘He touches me, he’s outta here.’ Vickie laughs and shakes her head and she shouts ‘I don’t think he cares.’

Chavo’s theme hits and the Mexican Warrior gets an amazing reaction from the people so thankful for him being here. For them it’s like being depraved of food all day and then having a double cheeseburger plopped in front of them. Chavo is here to settle their hunger and give Kid Kash the ass whooping they’re dying to see him get. Everybody is looking everywhere for Chavo wondering where he will decide to show up from. Nearly a minute passes and the people are getting restless. What’s taking him so long? They know he’s there, but is he planning a last minute strategy to make it look like the one who attacks Kash isn’t him to preserve his spot on the roster? Whether he’s a heel or a face, Chavo loves having the people wrapped around his finger, and right now is no different from the rest. Chavo is taking his time to get inside the arena and you can see the effect it’s having on Kash who can’t seem to stand in place anymore. His pacing back and forth in the ring has led to him working up a sweat and he pulls his shirt up over his face and tries to soak up the liquid. The people suddenly explode with a huge cheer and Kash pulls down his shirt to see what they’ve seen:

Chavo has opted to take the straight forward approach as he comes out where Kash can see him clearly and where Kash can see that he’s in no danger of being attacked… for now. Chavo hasn’t even acknowledged Kash’s presence as he plays to the crowd getting them even more hyped up for the confrontation that’s about to happen. Chavo and Vickie exchange a look and Chavo can seen mouthing ‘I can handle this’ and Vickie nods and begins making her way backstage, but then Chavo suddenly grabs her by the arm and pulls her in close to whisper something in her ear. That mischievous grin returns to her face as she makes the walk back to her office leaving Chavo and Kash alone… with a room full of hundreds of people. Chavo and Kash stare each other down and Chavo just shakes his head and grins as he raises the microphone to his mouth, but he’s interrupted by something before he can begin to speak.

There’s no reason for you to look like you’ve seen a ghost, Kash, I’ve only been gone for a couple of days. But you know, I was actually going to milk this and give you a false sense of accomplishment… of safety, I was going to make you feel better about yourself, but then I thought better of it. I thought it would be much better if I showed up on Redemption to make you see with your own two eyes that once again I wasn’t down and out like you thought I’d be. And what a pleasant surprise it was when I find that you’ve decided to show yourself, but only because you thought the coast was clear. I’ve long since learned that you only like to do your work when you have the advantage over your opponent. At Bad Blood I didn’t know it was you Vickie hand-picked for me to wrestle, at Unforgiven there’s no way I could have seen you coming, and last week I had to deal with Randy Orton before you decided to pop in for a visit. But at Digital Decision I know where you’ll be: in that ring waiting on me, and now that I’ve been studying you and preparing for this match there’s no way history will repeat itself. At Digital Decision, a man will walk out as the winner, and when I do I don’t ever want to see you in an XWL ring again. The element of surprise has been your friend, but that’s the only advantage you’ve had over me. You know that you can’t beat me in a straight up fight, so you’re doing everything you can you soften me up, but all you’ve been doing is decreasing your chances of a victory, because you’ve been making me mad and when I get mad I get reckless and when that becomes the case then someone like you will find yourself in danger.

I’m gonna have to stop your right there, sonny, because your mind might not be working right if ya really think I’m really afraid of you. The only thing I feel for ya Chavo, is pity. Pity right here in my heart because you’ve become a pathetic shell of someone who I realize now wasn’t even much of a man to begin with. All you’ve been doing is hanging on tightly to the Guerrero name to make yourself feel like you’re worth something, when all you’ve done is take away from its value and at the pay per view I’m gonna beat you so bad that you’ll be shunned from the family. Your empty threats mean nothing to me, I’m a veteran too, I know you’re just trying to convince yourself that you’re ready for our match but when push comes to shove you know who the better between the two of us really is and so will these people.

So if you really feel that my threats mean jack, and that there’s nothing I can do to hurt you, why don’t you take that little stipulation out of your contract so we don’t have to wait until Digital Decision to have our match? That way you don’t have to waste your time coming here and I don’t have to waste my time dealing with the joke of a wrestler you’re proving yourself to be? You’re a veteran by name not by experience, because it seems you’ve learned nothing in all your forgettable years in the business if you think you can beat your opponent by underestimating them. And I figure that the reason why you don’t want to be in XWL is because you that you wouldn’t able to cut it here.

And you have? Tell me Chavo, tell me what you’ve done here that I’ve been so jealous of? We all saw you having a love fest with the world title at the last pay per view, so don’t go on pretending like you don’t care, because ya’ do and if were half as good as you think you are then you would have been a champ already and I wouldn’t have been called in to knock your head on straight in the first place. You’ve been walking around acting like a whiny little brat, and it says a lot about these people that they’ve been able to stomach your crybaby crap for all this time.

Don’t flatter yourself, Kash you were brought in to be my warm-up as I prepare myself to face better competition, and the same can be said for our match in a few weeks. Thing is that you’ve started to get a little too big for your britches and you’re starting to feel like you are somebody when the greatest you’ve done was avoid being pinned by me in a match. There’s no need to worry about me and my past, all you have to concern yourself with is our future at Digital Decision, because unfortunately for you, Randy Orton didn’t take me out like you hoped so it looks like the match is still on. And you seemed to get a kick out of showing the punt earlier, so why don’t we take a look at it one more time…. from a different perspective?

The replay of Randy Orton punting Chavo is shown again from a different angle this time, and when Orton brings his leg back the video begins moving in super slow motion and we see that Chavo was able to move his head along the path Randy’s leg traveled down so that he didn’t feel the full force of the blow. The camera cuts back to Kash who claps sarcastically.

So you moved your head at the last second… you want a cookie or something? All you’ve done is jump outta the frying pan right inta the fire because instead of letting Randy Orton end you, you’ve given me the chance to, and I promise you that I won’t miss.

You won’t even get the chance to go for it, and you seem mighty confident for a man who doesn’t even know what type of match we’ll be wrestling in. I told Vickie just now to pick the three most brutal matches she can think of and let the people vote for how you’ll get torn apart. Because that’s what going to happen to you, you know. I’m going to systematically work every limb until they don’t work the way they’re supposed to and once you’re stuck in a wheelchair with half a good arm, you’re going to wish that you took the high road. They brought you in for a one-off match? Hey, that’s great, but you took it too far, with the cheap shots and nearly running me over, and it seems you have nothing better to do with your life then try to ruin mine, and if picking you apart is the way to get rid of you then so be it.

Ah, you talk the talk, but can you walk the walk? How many times have you threatened your past opponents in the same way only for them to knock you silly in the end? This is a game you’ve played before, boy and it’s one you haven’t learned to beat yet. It’s a circle of disappoint for you, and no matter the opponent and no matter the situation, the result is always the same with you getting beat and then moving on to the next guy who doesn’t realize until too late what a joke you are.

You know what Kash, you’re right, I do talk too much sometimes. It’s time for that to change.

Chavo drops his microphone and begins making his way down the ramp while loosening the buttons on his cuffs of his shirt and then he rolls his sleeves up his forarms. Chavo takes off his watch and tucks it in his pocket while he gets to the steps and takes his time walking up them. Chavo stands on the apron and Kash yells ‘What do you think you’re gonna do?’ until Chavo finally steps through the ropes and gets inside the ring.He gets right in Kash’s face and the two men begin trading some words as the crowd is on their feet waiting to see the fists fly. Kash slaps Chavo in the face and Chavo keeps his face turned away as he rubs the red spot on his cheek but then Kash pushes him forcefully down to the mat and before Chavo can get up, Kash speaks into his microphone.

You better watch it Chavo, because if you touch me on any date that isn’t the pay per view then you’re just asking to get fired and you’ll never get your match. So why don’t you just call it a day, huh? Go to the back, ice your cheek and take some time to think about how I just showed you who the man around here is. You’re lucky you got this far I mean getting hit with the Money Maker, getting punted… Chavo I’m getting worried that you’re losing all your brain cells from them shots to the head. You should take it easy, before your luck runs out.

Chavo remains where he fell on the ground while the crowd continues to show their support for him in the background. After a few moments where neither man make a move, Kash is the one who breaks the silence with a chuckle and he makes his way over to the ropes.

Okay Chavo you obviously have a lot to wonder about, so once again I’ll be the bigger man leave ya to your thinking.

Kash drops his mic and leaves the ring walking backwards up the ramp so he can make sure that Chavo hears everything that he yells at him. The people are booing, quite sick of the games Kash is playing, but there’s nothing that can be done until Digital Decision when they have the power to put Chavo in the best position to give Kash the beating he’s been begging for. Kash is midway up the ramp when a man covered in head to foot rushes out from the back and whacks Kash hard on the back with a steel chair, then runs out of the arena before anyone realizes what happens. Kash is in some pain on the ground, and when Chavo hears the chair shots he snatches up the mic Kash dropped and rolls up the ring. Chavo walks up the ramp as Kash hisses through his teeth as he reaches for the sore spot on his back.

Now ain’t that something? I was all the way in the ring when it happened so it definitely wasn’t me behind the mask, but I’m not gonna pretend I didn’t have anything to do with it. I saw these two drunk guys getting hassled by the police and security outside of the building and as it turns out you’re not the only one who will do anything for money. Let this serve as a warning, Kash, that you’re not untouchable, you’re not unshakable and you’re not unbeatable. You will get what’s coming to you, and I’ll be the one who delivers it. I’ve been warning you that you’re playing with fire, and you’re going to end up getting burned and scarred for the rest of your existence. So you can go back to your house, ice your back and think about how I showed you who the better man is. Looking forward to your next fancy video by the way, maybe that one will actually scare me.

Chavo drops his mic and he says ‘oops’ as it falls on Kash who’s still on the ground favoring his back. Chavo’s theme hits and the people are happy that they have something to cheer about as Chavo makes his way up to the stage. He pauses before heading backstage and his expression turns serious ‘This ends at Digital Decision… for good.’

*John Cena comes out onto the stage with a purpose.. Clearly remembering the attack by... well, we don't quite know yet, but it was by someone. We take a quick view of some members of the CeNation showing their appreciation for the man who could very well be one of the most liked members of this company.*



*John Cena quickly approaches the camera and speaks a few quick, but very meaningful words.*



[John Cena] I'll just have to Rise Above Hate.

*After looking at the camera and saying that, Cena puts his hand up in the saluting position.*



*With the sold out crowd on its feet cheering for Cena, he throws his hand forward and runs towards the ring. John takes each stride quickly before slipping into the ring.*



*Cena slips into the ring and begins to run the ropes as the fan cheer him on. They know what has to be on his mind, who attacked him? But for now it's all fun and cheers. After running the ropes, Cena throws up both of his hands with a huge hustle loyalty and respect as the fans wildly cheer. John requests a microphone which is quickly delivered for him.*



[John Cena]
Well, last week was going great for me... I made my return here to Redemption and greeted the fans... I won my return match, I even had a friendly little conversation with a backstage security guard! But someone, now I don't know who, but someone thought that a good week for John Cena? Now that just couldn't happen! Someone, someone who I expect to be in the backstage right now was responsible for an attack on me. Now in a perfect situation, there's some video evidence of who did it, maybe that man even comes down here right now, but I've checked around, there is no evidence of who it was. I have about as much of a clue who it was as anyone here does. But I can tell you that whoever it is is definetly a coward. They were afraid to come out and fight me earlier in the night when it would have been even, so they wait for after my match, and they wait to jump me out of nowhere.



[John Cena]
Whoever that person is, I just want you to know that this proves nothing for your career. When the world knows who you are, you're not going to be anymore liked than you are now. You're not going to receive all this attention I bet you think you are. No, all you've done is angered me. Once I know who you are believe me I'm going to make your life some kind of hell. You hurt me last week, you destroyed my property inside my locker room, I was even in the hospital for a couple of days. I might be light-hearted when I'm out here talking with the fans, but when I finally get whoever you are in the ring, you'll see what I can really do.



[John Cena]
Now I'll admit, I have a few suspects. Since whoever it was clearly had the size advantage over me, that limits it to a handful of guys. Now I don't want to go accusing anyone yet, but I know that someone in the back does know who it was. I want to find out because I could clearly tell from this attack what this man wanted to do. He wanted to take my career away, whoever this is is very sick of me. They wanted to cause personal pain and suffering by destroying my property. With every show I could feel the hatred this person has for me, but you know what, don't dish out what you can't handle back because once I know who you are it'll all start coming back to you.



[John Cena]
This person even took the time to use my own Attitude Adjustment against me, maybe because they know they'll have it hit on them enough times once I catch them. And-














*John Cena is cut off as "The Great White" Sheamus theme hits as he begins to walk to the top of the ramp. Sheamus looks around at the crowd Cena has a confused look upon his face. Everyone is wondering why Sheamus is even out here he lifts up a mic and begins to speak*

I'm sorry fella I just couldn't stand to listen to this anymore. Aren't you suppose to be the man who stands up against hate who stands up for himself? What it looks like you're doing right now is bitching. This is what I was talking about last week people like you are what's hurting XWL. I understand that you were attacked that would bother me also but to come out and complain like a school girl is just beyond me. You said that all it did to you was just anger you why don't you be a man about it? If I was you I would go to the back and find out who did it and give them what they deserve. John you need to learn when you come out and complain it just gives the person who attacked you the satisfaction. It makes it look like they got one over on you. Your becoming paranoid and that isn't going to help anything.



[John Cena]
But Sheamus, why would I go to the back when I figured if I waited out here long enough, that person would come out here themselves. Now Sheamus, don't get ahead of yourself, I'm not accusing you... Yet. But when you were saying that me coming out here gives the attacker satisfaction, you seemed pretty satisfied yourself... Now I don't know if that's just from the fact you could hear yourself talk over the loud amounts of boos you got, or because it's you who actually attacked me, but I'll be fair. Sheamus, what were you doing while I was being attacked? Come on, give us knowledge of what it is exactly that you were doing.

First of all buddy if I was to attack you, you wouldn't be here right now. You'd most likely be unable to walk. If I was to attack you don't you think I would be more sly about it. Are you trying to insult me because it sure as hell look's like it. I came out here to attempt to help you out and find out who attacked you. A real attacker would have jumped you as your backs turned in the ring. The real attack wouldn't of came out to the ring. There is no way that I could have attacked you I didn't even do much last week. You're asking me for alibi here's my alibi. Last week I entered the XWL arena as I was walking I did an interview with Todd Grisham after that I went to my locker room. I greeted about two people then began to view the television that was showing what was going on out in the ring. I'm pretty sure I was watching the world title match between Michael McGillicuty and Ted Dibiase. That was basically my whole night so there was no possible way I could have attacked you, you got the wrong person Cena!



[John Cena]
You know that's actually really funny Sheamus, because by time the World title match came on TV, the whole attack had already been finished! So that means yes, sure you watched the world title match, but what were you doing before that? Gee, I wonder, maybe I'll ask the crowd if they have the slightest idea. So XWL Universe, where was Sheamus during my attack?

*A loud, "Sheamus did it", chant begins to break through. Sheamus seems a tad bit nervous now, but not very noticeably and Cena again raises his mic.*



[John Cena]
You even said yourself you came out here to try and help me find who did it, but I think you've done just that. Hell, you were a lot more of a help than anyone else possibly could have been! Sheamus, you've messed with the wrong man. Sheamus, now that I see you out here, the man who attacked me was just about your size and when the mask came off for just that one second, I swore that I saw red hair. Sheamus, I can see right through all of your plans now... But you.. you just can't see me.



[[Sheamus]]
Sorry, I meant another match I must of thought that match was going on but it wasn't. People make mistakes I suppose, It wasn't me Cena! What would I have gotten out of attacking you, nothing, that's what. Again you continue to insult me, do you understand this that I would never do that to another human being. If want to fight you I'll fight you one on one not from behind. John you're really starting to piss me off. Explain how I could have attacked you that's right you can't because you don't have any proof it was me. Just because I messed up when I was speaking doesn't mean it was me. You are one insane man if you'd think I would stoop that low and assault somebody like that. To get the fans behind you just shows how much of a little girl you actually are. I'm telling you right now Cena it wasn't me!

*Just as Cena is about to speak once again, Sheamus points behind to behind John and shouts Cena! A masked man comes out from behind and attempts to punch in the face of Cena. However, unlike the other night, John Cena is able to reverse the very first punch and ducks it, the man goes past Cena with the momentum of the punch and he turns around to see a quick you can't see me taunt and then a kick to the gut and he lifts him up for the AA! Cena flips him over and delivers a hard Attitude Adjustment as the man lays in the center of the ring, the crowd are pumped that Cena has got him back. John turns around to walk to the turnbuckle, but...



*Sheamus hits a devastating brogue kick! Cena falls flat to the mat and the crowd begin to boo, and we now come to realize that no matter who the man in the mask is, Sheamus has a role in this. It's clear he is up to no good at all and he may just know what exactly happened, but Sheamus rolls out of the ring and his theme song begins to play.





*Sheamus smirks as he stares back at the ring with Cena out cold. The masked man has since rolled out of the ring and hopped the barricade to get away. We now know that Sheamus is involved, but we're still left to wonder; who is this masked man? We then fade into a video package for Intercontinental Champion, Christian.*

*XWL comes back from commercial as the match between Heath Slater and Sheamus is about to begin*




*The camera comes back to the ring as Heath Slater is already in the ring awaiting Sheamus to come to the ring. Heath is taunting and attempting to get the crowd behind him the crowd is dead until Sheamus's theme hits.*



*Sheamus theme hits as he begins to walk out to the ring*



*Sheamus continues to walk to the ring he walks down the ramp then walks up the steps. He steps into the ring and stares right at Heath Slater the crowd is roaring with. "You did it chants" referring to Sheamus giving huge hints to the attacker of John Cena*



*Heath Slater and Sheamus stand in the ring staring each other down both men are awaiting the sound of the bell*



*Heath and Sheamus lock up the start the match to test there strong with one another*



*Sheamus pushes Heath to the mat, Slater stares up at Sheamus as he didn't realize how strong Sheamus actually is*

Slater runs towards Sheamus who side steps Slater. Sheamus starts to tee off on the back of Slater. Sheamus throws Slater into the corner and starts to punch him in the stomach and the head. Sheamus picks Heath up and lifts him on the top of the ropes. Heath is trying to fight out of it Sheamus grabs Heath by the neck and throws him off the ropes straight to the mat. Sheamus begins to stomp on Slater, Sheamus lifts up Slater and pulls him in for suplex he hits the suplex with no problem Slater is just getting man handled. Slater attempts to fight back but there is no use Sheamus lifts Slater up and puts him on his shoulder he's going for a powerslam ! Sheamus gets elbowed in the head a few times by Slater to stop from executing the slam. Sheamus runs at Slater with a double handed hammer fist....



Sheamus drops some hard knees on to Slater who can't take all this abuse. Slater pushes Sheamus and jumps in the air for a dropkick he hits it. Sheamus falls back as Slater is fighting back now he kicks Sheamus and grabs him by the head. Slater hits a huge ddt to Sheamus, Slater rolls over fast and goes for a pin but Sheamus kicks out before there is a count of 1. Slater kicks Sheamus in the stomach a few times and sets up for a gutbuster he lifts up Sheamus and puts him on his shoulder. Sheamus does what Slater did to him and elbows him in the head until he falls off. Sheamus wipes Slater over the ropes, Slater smacks Sheamus across the face and attempts to jump over the ropes. Sheamus punches Slater in the mouth he falls onto the apron Sheamus lifts Heath up...



He starts smacking Slater on the chest with some vicious fists. Slater can't handle it he's trying to fight out of it. Sheamus continues to punch the crowd is trying not to watch because it's just so painful to watch someone assault another person like this. Sheamus backs up a little as Slater is beginning to turn around he steps over the ropes still shaken by what just happened to him until...



Sheamus hits a huge brogue kick to the face of Slater he just flew outside of the ring and smacked his face against the barricade. Sheamus follows Slater outside of the ring he lifts him up and throws him into the steps. Slater is still very hurt after what just happened to him. Sheamus lifts Slater up and attempts to throw him back into the ring. Slater jumps in the air for a jumping complete shot he hits it on the outside of the ring the crowd is just shocked after the comeback of Slater. Heath lifts up Sheamus and throws him into the ring he begins to get on the apron then to the top rope. Slater jumps onto Sheamus with a jump elbow drop! Heath is stalking Sheamus for a sweetness! Heath jumps in the air once more Sheamus holds onto the ropes Heath falls to the mat Sheamus turns around and pulls him in he's going for the white noise! Slater fights out and....



Hits a huge neckbreaker that sends Sheamus to the mat. Slater is once more stalking for the sweetness he goes for it! He decides to go for the E-Minor instead he trys to life up Sheamus but its just to hard. Slater pulls back Sheamus for the causal reserve ddt. Sheamus reserves and lifts Slater up for a irish curse backbreaker! He hits it Slater falls to the mat..



*Sheamus is stalking for the brogue kick*



Heath rolls outside the ring avoiding the kick he's acting all jump and tough to the crowd as they give him no reaction. Sheamus looks over the ropes and grabs Slater by the hair Slater pokes Sheamus in the eye and rolls back into the ring Sheamus turns around and looks at Slater!



*Sheamus hits the brogue kick he goes for the cover!*



*1....2......3.... and this match is over Justin Roberts announces Sheamus name and the ref lifts up his arm, Heath is on the mat the crowd is now screaming what they did in the beginning that is "You did it!". Sheamus screams back it wasn't me I can explain it wasn't me! Sheamus is getting very upset as he's walking to the back he doesn't bother to get a mic as he's not in the mood to talk to the crowd that is just screaming how they feel to Sheamus. XWL cuts to commercial once more*

*As we return from commercial break, the camera shows our Redemption commentators Joey Styles and Michael Cole as they begin to talk.*

-Michael Cole-
"Well Joey, it has been a great night so far. But we have a lot more to come."

"Like our main event betwee..."

*The lights in the arena shut off as the announcers are silenced by the excited fans.*

"Well Ladies and Gentlemen, It seems as if we're experiencing some technical..."



*Before Cole is finished a theme song hits and the lights come back on. Everyone in the audience is on their feet in anticipation for the man that is about to enter.*

*As the theme song picks up, none other than Batista walks out on to the stage. In his wrestling gear, Batista walks over to the left side of the stage pointing at fans with his signs. He makes his way over to the right side of the stage and does the same. He begins to walk down the ramp. Just before he reaches half way, he drops in his signature pose as pyro blasts off behind him.*



-Joey Styles-
"The Animal is back!"

-Michael Cole-
"And it looks like he's ready for a fight!"

-Joey Styles-
"I wouldn't want to pick a fight with him, he looks bigger since last time we saw him!"

*He continues down the ramp and slaps hands with his fans. He makes his way up the steps and into the ring. Batista climbs to the middle rope and faces the crowd as they cheer for him. He smiles and does the same in the opposite corner.*



*Microphone in hand now, Batista looks as if he is ready to speak. But before he can a loud "Batista" chant spreads loudly throughout the arena.*



*As the chant dies down Batista brings the mic next to his mouth and begins to speak.*



-Batista-
"It feels good to be back. Some of you may be wondering, "Dave. What happened? Where'd you go?" I'm not gonna sugarcoat it, I took a bad fall out of this ring and got a concussion. Not just that, I'm sure you've all heard the rumors and yes it's true. I was indeed working on set for XWL Films new movie, 'The Legendary Chaperone 2' which I might add will be in theaters this holiday season. But now, I am back. And I am better than ever before."

*Batista chants begin again.*



-Batista-
"You don't know how much I missed that. I talked to the GM before the show and they have granted me a match right here, TONIGHT! Although their choice of opponent for me is well....uhh...it's Tyson Kidd."

*The crowd cheers at Batista wrestling tonight.*

-Michael Cole-
"Tyson Kidd? Isn't he supposed to be debuting tonight?"

-Joey Styles-
"Poor Tyson..."

-Batista-
"Although there is a noticeable size difference,..."

-Michael Cole-
"I'd say."



-Batista-
"Do not count the kid out. He's a great wrestler and I believe that.... Who am I kidding, he has no chance in beating me." *The crowd and Batista jokingly laugh.* "Tonight I will show everyone in the locker room who exactly is the NEW alpha male here in XWL. And trust me, it's not just gonna be tonight. Each and every week, I will climb the ladder and when i get on top, there will be no one that will be able to knock me down."



-Batista-
"Unfortunately for you Tyson, you will be the first rung of this ladder and since this is my return match, I gotta make sure to shake off ALL the cobwebs right?" *The crowd simultaneously answers with a "Yes!"* "Who here wants to see the old Batista again?!" *They answer yes again.* "You heard 'em Tyson. Tonight, I won't go easy just because your smaller than me or weaker than me. It's a dog eat dog world and tonight an Animal will be unleashed."



*The audience remains cheering as Batista makes his was back to the middle rope, this time he poses in all corners before leaving the ring and starting up the ramp.*

-Joey Styles-
"Strong words from 'The Animal' Batista, but can he back it up?"

-Michael Cole-
"We'll find out when he goes one on one with Tyson Kidd later tonight."

Josh
Thats Josh. But I'm doing good.

Truth
Did I ask for you're name?

With a sudden outburst from R Truth, the shocked Josh Mathews shakes his head no

Truth
Alright then. Now go on and ask Lil Jimmy what you wanted to ask him!

Josh
Ok. Lil Jimmy---

Truth
Why are you askin him the questions? You called me here so ask me the questions you dummie!

Josh
But Truth you told me... So Truth with your noticed absence as of late, why did you all of a sudden step up and take the challenge for the title when it was announced?

Truth
Well I have a good reason for not bein here for the last month. You see this managment or whoever books is out to get me because if you look at my last four opponents, they all wear sunglasses and all act weird... especially the one who is always rubbin and touchin himself a lot and Lil Jimmy here is a huge fan of the said man. Whats worse is he started copying him and lil Jimmy just can't keep his hands off himself. Don't even get me started on the place he touches the most. It's just stupid, there should be a limit to how many people can wear sunglasses because there are way too many weirdos and crazy people here and if they wear them, then it will make them look like one of them older folks who do bad stuff to younger people.

Josh
Um, Truth you didn't need to fill in anyone in on that.

Truth
Well I am just givin people a heads up so if they see me with lil jimmy and he's goin crazy, then they'll know and not look at me like a crazy person.

R Truth then looks over at the ground and signals Josh to also look

See he's doin it right now!

Josh
Please R Truth lets not get distracted from the interview. So if you'd be so kind as to continue what you were saying about challenging for the title.

Truth
If you didn't wanna here anymore just say so. But before I got into the story, I was going to say that I was quiet for weeks not only because my opponents were wearing sunglasses, but none of them were good.

Josh
Care to explain on that?

Truth
Well, as everyone knows I haven't been the same Truth since splitting from the Miz and putting me up against the likes of Jolly Morrison and that guy who likes to touch himself wasn't goin to do much for me that I thought. So I stayed hidden for a while and when I heard the announcment last week that they needed someone to challenge the X-Treme champion I made sure I was the first to do so.

Josh
How were they no challenge to you?

Truth
It's like a board game or a videogame. You will get bored of doin the same thing ova and ova. I've already faced Jolly Morrison before and same with that no banjo showin James Storm. I never faced that Joey guy before though. Thats why I was the one that needs to challenge Zack for the title. If I can win then people will realize I'm not a pushove and learn to take the Truth seriously. It seemed like people only took me serious only because the Miz was around. I'm getting treated like nothin more than a JOKE!

Josh
Just calm down please.

Truth
NO! I'm tired of people like John Cena, CM Punk, Randy Orton, and Undertaker getting treated like gold. I'm not young, but dammit I deserve to be in the same spoitlight as them. I know I will have people tell me that I need to work my way to the top, but if I'm always facing people like Jolly Morrison who is no where on their level, then how am I goin to show I can hang with the best? A lot has changed over the many years. Before it was about the people who could do their talkin in the ring, but now it's only about the people who can bring in the big bucks and thats exactly what the top guys are good for. Now I'm not sayin I need or demandin to be in the spotlight with them, I'm just sayin. I feel that pro wrestling is only a white man or any other color except black.

Josh
Woah, Truth isn't that going a little far to say that?

How is that goin to far? How many black men have made their names big in the world of Pro Wrestlin? Only names that really come to mind that almost anyone back then and today will know is Booker T. Other than that not many other names will spark todays generation of fans unless they go back and research it. I want to be one of those black men that everyone will know and not just forget years later. It's just no matter what I do or how hard I try I don't get the respect or chances I deserve. You know what? I'm done with this interview thing mr interviewer man.

Wait R Truth!

Josh tries to stop R Truth from leaving, but R Truth nudges him aside and storms his way into the other hallway and Redemption goes into a break

[Aries]: Good evening Ladies & Gentlemen, here I am The Greatest Man That Ever Lived, A Double Austin Aries and I stand before you with a problem. It’s not just my problem; this is a problem for everyone around the World. See I know what you are all thinking, all of you sitting here in the arena and those of you who are sitting at home choking on whatever greasy substances you are shovelling down your throats, I know exactly what it is that is on your minds and it is quite simply, “Where is Austin Aries”? Ladies and Gentlemen week after week you are being robbed of seeing the Greatest man That Ever Lived doing the Greatest Things Imaginable inside that squared circle and it is a travesty that I refuse to allow to go on any longer. Now while I can’t book myself in matches I can find ways to get this handsome mug on Live Television so all of you can get you’re A Double fix and that is by becoming The Single Greatest Interviewer That Ever Lived.

[Aries]: That is right Ladies & Gentlemen you heard it here first, thanks to my lack of appearances as of late, A Double Austin Aries has been demoted to “Mitch” status. But I will do what Mitch fails to do on a weekly basis and that is make interviewing look good, in fact scratch that, I’ll make interviewing look great. Of course for this to work I will have to find somebody to interview, but I refuse to interview nobodies, you will only see Austin Aries interview the highest class of talent in XWL and seeming as I can’t interview myself, what say we go looking for our first interviewee?

Austin Aries and the cameraman begin walking around backstage in search of somebody to interview. They walk through a door into the locker room and in the distance they can see the “One Man Rock Band” Heath Slater walking towards them. Aries places his hand over the side of his face as though to block his view of Heath and turns towards the camera while continuing to walk.

[Aries]: Oh, this is awkward. Pretend you can’t see him, keep walking.

Aries gingerly walks by Heath Slater trying his hardest not to try and draw any form of communication from the XWL Superstar and as soon as he becomes clear of Heath he begins to quicken his pace to get as far away as quickly as possible. Aries stops and surveys the area, trying to find somebody to interview.

[Aries]: There has to be somebody worthwhile to interview around here somewhere.

Aries continues to look around the backstage area until he sees somebody in the distance, as he walks closer it’s revealed to be the current World Heavyweight Champion Ted Dibiase.

[Aries]: Isn’t that Ted Dibiase? Finally we might be getting somewhere.

Aries and the cameraman run over to Ted, Aries taps Ted on the shoulder who turns around with a very confused look on his face. Ted is being on his guard around Aries, but the cameraman seems to have caught him a little by surprise as he’s still trying to get his head around it.

[Aries]: Ted Dibiase… You wouldn’t happen to know of anybody worthwhile to interview do you?

[Ted DiBiase]: Um, you mean that can interview you? I did just see Josh over by catering.

[Aries]: ...... I already regret walking over to you, but alas I made my poor decision so now I guess I have to stick with it, so you will do for the interview. Ted, you are our current World Heavyweight Champion, how does it feel knowing you have amazing talent like myself gunning for the top spot in this company? That's a big target on your back right now.

[Ted DiBiase]: Amazing talent, huh? Guess that explains why you're trying to interview me? I joke really, seen your stuff, impressive.

He smiles looking at Aries.

[Ted DiBiase]: I welcome all challenges, being World Heavyweight Champion was a long time goal of mine and so now I just wanna ride this out for how ever long it may be. Whether it's against someone like CM Punk, The Rock, Chris Jericho, Shawn Michaels, Edge, Randy Orton, you get the picture. I'm in it for the long haul and I kinda like having a target on my back, never a dull moment!

[Aries]: You're a funny guy Ted, I guess that's why the women love you. Oh wait. Excuse my lack of sympathy, I've never been one for the typical "soap-opera love triangle". Although it does bring me onto my next question, in fact it's something everybody has been wondering since the PPV. Michael McGillicutty had you in the palm of his hand, he could've cashed in his MiTB briefcase and made your reign as World Heavyweight Champion nothing more than a distant memory. I wouldn't have been so... How do I put this? ... Stupid to have not cashed in the MiTB. Tell me, why do you think McGillicutty did what he did?

[Ted DiBiase]: While I'll agree Michael's not exactly the sharpest knife in the drawer, I mean messing with me? Definitely a long term decision he'll soon regret. But I think not cashing in on me was actually the smartest thing he's done in a long time! Ya' know why? Because I'm the kinda guy that you always expect to be out of a fight, but then, when you least expect it...when you think there's no way I could possibly win, I do. So maybe he could have cashed in, maybe that's what you would've done, but if you really think that I was so ripe for the picking, well then I guess you don't know me very well now do you?

When the camera returns to face Aries, you can see that he is clearly not paying attention to a thing that Ted Dibiase has said, as Aries is now flirting with one of the make-up ladies who happened to be near at the time of the interview. The cameraman clears his throat which catches the attention of Aries, who quickly shoo's the make-up woman away and returns his attention to the interview.

[Aries]: I'm sorry, I was attending to some important matters and while I wasn't paying attention I'm just sure your answer wasn't any less than riveting. Now we are running out of time, so to get the most out of the time remaining I'm going to quick fire some questions to you and you answer them as quickly as you can ok?

[Ted DiBiase]: Shoot.

[Aries]: Who do you look forward to facing in the future?

[Ted DiBiase]: CM Punk.

[Aries]: What is your favourite venue to perform?

[Ted DiBiase]: Madison Square Garden

[Aries]: Why do you think XWL are using me so poorly?

[Ted DiBiase]: Erm, I don't know what to tell yo...

[Aries]: Who has better calves? Me or Bully Ray?

[Ted DiBiase]: ... Wha..

[Aries]: Do you think that chick goes all the way on the first date?

[Ted DiBiase]: I don't...

[Aries]: Well that's just wonderful, I'm sorry but that's all the time we have. Ted, I would love to stay and chat but quite frankly your breath stinks. But thank you, you've made a happy man very old. Ladies & Gentlemen, you have been watching the Greatest Man That Ever Lived, A Double Austin Aries.



Aries' theme begins playing in the background as he walks off down the hallway, leaving a very confused Ted Dibiase standing there trying to piece together what just took place. XWL then fades out into a commercial for the upcoming movie: The Dark Knight Rises.

Kidd’s plans to make his debut against Heath Slater fell through, so he’ll just have to settle for former money in the bank holder ‘The Animal Batista’ and if Kidd wants to show he can be a title contender again, this would be the time to do it.

*XWL Redemption comes back form commercials as we cut to a shot outside the arena in the bright daytime, and a small logo in the top right hand corner says "Earlier Today"*



[[Interviewer:]]
Curt! Curt! Curt Hawkins!



[[Curt Hawkins:]]
Yeah, that's me. What do you want?

[[Interviewer:]]
Sorry Curt, I was wondering, after getting released for the stunt you pulled on Breakdown, why are you back here on Redemption?

[[Curt Hawkins:]]
What, it's not obvious to you? Vickie Guerrero is an intelligent woman. She knows who draws in the big bucks, and "The Gatecrasher" brings in the big dollars, baby.

[[Interviewer:]]
Sorry Curt, but "The Gatecrasher"? Who i....



[[Tyler Reks:]]
That's him, moron.

[[Curt Hawkins:]]
Oh crap, sorry Reks. Allow me to introduce this man as well. This guy right here next to me? This is Tyler Reks. I've hired him onto my staff as my official bodyguard here in XWL. You know, to keep pesky nerds and drunks who beg for autographs in airports away from me, the usual.

[[Tyler Reks:]]
All good, Mr. Hawkins.

[[Interviewer:]]
I see...so, Curt...what are your plans here on your return run to Redemption?



[[Curt Hawkins:]]
What are my plans on Rede...are you freaking kidding me? What's everyone's freaking plan around here? Come on now, man!

[[Tyler Reks:]]
Mr. Hawkins's plans are obviously to become the XWL World Heavyweight Champion, an honor that only he really deserves.

[[Curt Hawkins:]]
Exactly. Winning titles, making big money, and taking Ted DiBiase and his gold digger girlfriend down a peg or two. And off his peg too, if you know what I'm saying. *Hawkins raises his eyebrows twice and slyly smirks into the camera* Yeah...




*Realizing that both Tyler Reks and the interviewer is awkwardly staring at him with a major "WTF" look on their faces, Hawkins clears his throat and looks around embarrassed.*

[[Curt Hawkins]]
So..uhh...yeah...any more questions for me dude? Like, about my opponent, or what diva I'll hook up with next, o...



*Reks immediately starts cracking up laughing, turning away out of camera for a second.*

[[Curt Hawkins:]]
...the hell you laughing at, Reks? Need I remind you that I pay you to watch my back, not to laugh at me.

[[Tyler Reks:]]
Uh, erm...sorry Mr. Hawkins...hey, interviewer, you're supposed to be asking him a question. ASK HIM ONE!

[Interviewer:]]
Alright, alright...sheesh...uhh, let's see....are you looking at any other titles? Like the Intercontinental Championship, Xtreme Championship, the XWL 15 medal.



[[Curt Hawkins:]]
I'll be glad to take any championship that hasn't been in Joey Ryan's pants off any XWL superstar. They'd all look better around my waist than their's anyway.

[[Interviewer:]]
Alright, Curt that wraps up this interview. Good luck later night against Homicide.



[[Tyler Reks:]]
Luck? Luck? Mr. Hawkins doesn't need luck. He's the premier superstar in XWL, and he doesn't need luck to prove that.

*Hawkins and Reks leave and enter the building as we cut to the next segment...*

Redemption is back and the interviewer is awaiting the arrival of Ezekiel Jackson to try and get his thoughts and feelings after his match didn't happen at unforgiven while the the interviewer and the cameraman devise a plan Zeke Jackson arrives

Interviewer:
Wait Zeke its up hold up a minute I know how busy you have been lately but please at least have one interview.

Ezekiel Jackson:
An Interview, an interview? If you really understood why I have been busy lately you would realize why I am so close to just walking away right now but go on ask me your pathetic little questions.

Interviewer:
Well Zeke to start off the who XWL Universe is wondering why your match at Unforgiven not happen. Is it this so called conspiracy or did Aries totally chicken it out?

Ezekiel Jackson:
Well you got to understand as much as it is hard to for a lot of people since I'am the Personification of Domination, I'am only a superstar I don't know these things I was just waiting in the locker room like all the other superstars. I never got called out to do my match. I never saw Aries that night so I presume he chickened out of the match, don't blame him myself if I was in his situation I would do just that. So to tell you the honest truth I REALLY DON'T KNOW OK?

Interviewer:
Fine Zeke fine but tell me why have you been so quiet lately. Last week you got an impressive win against Kofi Kingston and tonight you face Stone Cold Steve Austin but there has been no official statement on why. Anything you could tell us at this time?

Ezekiel Jackson:
Well I have a suggestion for you in the future. If you see a man bigger then you please don't temper him with questions like that or he may have the urge to attack you and I really mean it when I say that nobody has the right of knowing nobody, not even the XWL universe. Whoever tells them anything are just stupid . So Mr interviewer I suggest you back off RIGHT NOW before someone goes to a hospital for the rest of the night.

The Interviewer obviously had more questions that needed answering but decided for his health to back off with the camera man as fast as he could. Zeke Jackson then walks to the locker room with a smile on his face seeing the cameraman and the Interviewer running for there lives

Redemption returns from an advert to find the screen pitch black, As fans are wondering what is going on a man can be heard speaking on the tron

Man
When you're given an oppertunity to live out your dream do you sit back and enjoy the ride or do you take the wheel and forge your own path ? It's decisions like these that can make or brake a superstar's career in this industry and this decision in particular has lead to the down fall of some of XWL's elite competitors ever to set foot in the squared circle. Some men are unable to cope with the pressure generated from this company and quit alltogther. There are a select few men and women who are able to rise up and be the best this company has to offer.

The screen transitions from it's darkened state to show a man pacing around backstage in a hallway. Whilst the fans try and find out who it is the man continues to speak



Man
However those who are unable to seperate themselves from the rest of the locker room find that earning a title shot takes perserverance, it takes strength and most of all it takes heart. No matter how hard you try there'll always be another person in your way, Another obstacle for you to overcome and so much young talent becomes stuck in obscurity always being overshadowed by another superstar.

The man backstage starts moving closer to the camera as the fans continue to wonder who it could be.



Man
Many young superstars are held back so that legends can come out of retirement and steal the spotlight from where it should be on the younger and better athletes. This debacle with the United states championship over on Breakdown is a prime example the older Shawn Micheals holding the younger Daniel Bryan back just so he can relive the glory days once more. Just because they were good a few years ago doesn't mean that they deserve to hold championships now, Thankfully we have a much more worthy Intercontinental champion in Christian.

The man backstage is finally close enough for the fans to see who he is and it turns out to be...Crimson ! Crimson leans on the wall clearly worn out after a strenuous work out session.



Crimson
I'm former Breakdown superstar Crimson, You know my last outing with this company was disgraceful. I didn't take advantage of the tremendous oppertunity I had been given, But wait that's not my fault. I was only booked twice ! Mick Foley decided to screw me over despite the fact that I was, Am and forever will be the future of this company. Fortunatly redemption General Manager Vickie Gurrerro noticed my potential and got in touch as soon as my cntract with Breakdown had expired. I'm here for one reason and one reason only and that's to show everybody why I'm the future of this company, No this industry.

Crimson then looks down at the floor as Redemption fades in to the next segment

Redemptions returns from a commercial break. Redemption goes backstage or to be more specific outside as we are going to have a few words from the former Intercontinental Champion Davey Richards.



Davey Richards
Tonight has been very eventful and I hope you the fans are enjoying yourselves but that is not what I am here to talk about. A mere couple weeks have passed since I lost my Intercontinental Championship to Christian at Unforgiven. I remember before my match with Christian I said that the name of the PPV had a relevance to certain things such as how Unforgiving my kicks would be, how Unforgiving my ankle lock would be when I make you tap but what I didn't expect was the relevance it would have on me. What I mean is that it was Unforgiving to lose my championship, it was Unforgiving to not put my all into one of the biggest matches of my XWL career and it was Unforgiving for me not to do it for all of you fans. I was distraught like anyone would be to lose there championship but I knew that I didn't deserve to leave the champion. Christian goes around saying that he is bringing back prestige to the Intercontinental Championship and bring back the respect it deserves but he didn't do that. He lost the respect when he through the old title belt away and brought in a new design. He through it away which the reasoning that previous holders had tarnished it notably me.



Davey Richards
Well Christian you don't deserve that Championship, you don't desrve to have that title around your waist. Yeah you beat me, you beat me cleanly but that is not the reason. The reason is that you show your competitors a lack of respect and you don't bring back respect or prestige you are the one who.has tarnished that championship. Well this will only be for a small amount of time because if you know the rules well which I can imagine you do as hey have worked in your favour before and the rules state that the competitor who loses his championship gets a rematch when he desires. That doesn't mean I could demand a title shot now or anything but it does mean I get a chance to fight you one more time.



Davey Richards
Christian, when I lost like I said I was distraught but I knew that I would have my rematch which I refocused on. I was contemplating requesting a rematch on the aftermath show, but i didn't, I was going to request one this week but I decided not to do. So after talks I have chosen the day I will get my rematch and that is at a PPV that the fans have a say, a PPV that will end your disrespect and a pure wrestling talent and somebody who will bring back prestige and respect to that title. At Digital Decision I will take it back and I will put you back in your place and remember Christian I am not the one being hunted, YOU ARE!!!!! The hunt is on!!!!!!!



Davey does his vintage cut throat taunt to the camera and then we fade away to ringside.

Davey Richards vs. Michael McGillicutty


After a back and forth match the referee gets taken out, Michael dodges a super kick and lays Davey out with a clothesline, then grabs a steel chair, but before he can use it Ted's theme hits. He runs down the ramp jumping on apron, Michael yells at him tries to swing, but misses as Ted hops off the apron at last second and the chair ricochets off the ropes causing MM to hit himself. He then staggers around into a DR driver which Davey quickly covers and the referee finally comes to and counts the three.

**The match ends and Davey is celebrating his win. Davey then exits the ring to handclap a few fans around ringside. He walks around the ring before making his way up the ramp.



Davey is dripping with sweat from that tough match. Davey starts to stroll up the ramp but keeps looking back to thank the fans for the their support. Davey nears the top of the ramp and is just about to go to the back but turns back to the fans once more. He stands there for a few moments before he does his cut throat taunt, then points his hand to the sky.



The fans pop for Davey once more before leaves for the rest of the evening. Davey is just about to turn and leave but.......





Before he can turn around.........CHRISTIAN runs from the back and clocks Davey in the back of the head with the Intercontinental Championship. Davey goes down to his knees and clutches the back of his head. Christian then turns back after he stops. He looks at Davey who is holding his head in agony.**

Joey Styles: What the hell is he doing out here? Who does he think he is attacking Davey like that?What did Davey do to deserve this Cole?

Michael Cole: Davey deserves every single moment of this attack, he decided to talk down about the champion backstage earlier and now he is getting his just desserts.

**Christian is looking at Davey and an evil smiles comes across his face and the next thing that happens is Christian runs at Davey and hits him square in the face with the title again and busting Davey wide open. Davey is down on the metal ramp and the blood is starting to pour out of the cut on his forehead. Christian stands over Davey's motionless body. Christian starts to talk trash to Davey whilst slapping him across the face showing him disrespect. But not only that he doesn't look like he is finished.**

Joey Styles: Oh My God!!!! What a sickening shot with that title. What a heinous thing to do. Somebody get out here and stop this before he puts Davey out of action.

Michael Cole: I don't like to say it but I agree with you, Christian has done enough here its time he just walks away. But I don't think this is about to end just yet, we may need to get security out here.

**Christian has woken Davey up a little bit and starts to stalk him as he tries to get up. Christian grabs Davey and lifts him up. He looks Davey right in the eyes as Davey is literally out on his feet. He slaps Davey in the face which is pretty much a crimson mask. Davey's eyes suddenly open and he throws a fist at Chrstian which stuns him, but its the only bit of offensive he gets as Christian hits him with a closed fist of his own. Christian then grabs him and sets him up for the..... KILLSWITCH.....**

Joey Styles: Don't do it Christian, don't you do it!!!

**Christian hold him in the position for a few moments with a sadistic smile on his face before he drops hitting the KILLSWITCH..........a loud bang is heard as Davey hits the steel ramp face first knocking him unconcious. Christian gets up and lifts his Intercontinental Championship above his head whilst the fans are booing furiously at him, a fan even attempts to throw something at him but it misses. Christian crouches down beside Davey and starts to say something before getting up and walk away.**

Joey Styles: Get some EMT's out here right now, Davey is hurt somebody get out here now.

**Redemption cuts to a video package of the dvd release of Unforgiven coming soon.**

Joey Styles: Welcome back to Redemption ladies and gentlemen. Before the break we saw some disturbing scenes. Davey Richards was leaving after his match and was brutally attacked by Christian on the ramp. He busted the American Wolf open then decided to finish it off with a sickening Killswitch down onto the steel ramp.

Michael Cole: Davey deserved some type of payback for what he said about the champion earlier in the show, but I think Christian went too far right there and that attack could put Davey on the shelf for a while maybe even for good. For the viewers at home, Davey was taken to the back on a stretcher and it didn't look good for Davey. We understood that Davey has been taken to the local medical facility.

Joey Styles: We hope to get some more news about Davey condition later on in the show.

Chavo’s theme elicits a warm reception from the crowd as the Mexican Warrior makes his way down the ramp. Chavo does his signature flip into the ring and then paces back and forth in the ring waiting for Jericho to make his entrance, but instead he gets Vickie on the titantron.

Chavo, I’m sorry to break the news to you but, Chris Jericho isn’t in the arena right now.

Chavo:
What do you mean he’s not here?

Vickie:
I don’t know Chavo, he just ran into my office saying something about band practice and he was gone before I could say anything.

Chavo:
So what am I supposed to do now?

Vickie:
You can prepare for your match at Digital Decision because just like you said I picked some violent matches for when you finally get your hands on Kid Kash. And it doesn’t matter which one the people vote for because you’ll win either way.

Chavo:
All right, I like the sound of that, so let’s see them.

Cena was assaulted last week ruining his grand return to Redemption, but he’ll need to remain focused if he hopes to put down the Intercontinental Champion who’s coming off a tough loss against Brock Lesnar. Can Christian bounce back? Or will Cena make it two straight losses?




























*After Christian quickly slides out of the ring, he proceeds to walk over to the time keepers area, grabbing his title in the process. He begins to walk past the ring as Cena stands there, confused about whats happening, as he shouts "C'MON" to Christian as he walks beside the ring. Christian replies by simply ignoring Cena as the referee begins to count. 1... 2.... Christian continues to make his way away from the ring, no sign of turning around as Cena stands in the ring, a bit upset of whats become of the match. 3...4...*

[Joey Styles]
What is Christian doing? He's the champion, he shouldn't be running away from a fight.

[Michael Cole]
He's the champion, Joey. He has nothing to prove. Beating John Cena would mean nothing to him. Just let the man be.

*5....6.... Christian makes his way up the ramp, smirk now grown across his face as the referee continues to count. 7....8... Cena doesn't attempt to stop Christian, instead he stands there with his hands on his hips accepting the victory already even though it wasn't how he wanted it. And now Christian is on the stage and he turns around as the ref reaches a nine count. 9.... He raises the title up high as the referee finishes the count. 10...*

[Michael Cole]
Look at that Joey, even though Christian lost he still won in his eyes. He has the title, he's at a better point in his career then he has even been in.

[Joey Styles]
Champion or not, I think he was afraid to lose to John Cena again.

[Michael Cole]
Afraid? Pfft, does that look like someone who is scared? Is that the face of someone who's afraid? No. That is the face of a champion.

*Christian continues to smirk as he holds his title high in the air but the confidence disappears as a theme begins to play...*

























*Davey Richards! Davey Richards! Davey wastes no time coming out from the back as the fans erupt in cheers as the man who was attacked by Christian earlier stands behind Christian with a bandage on his head and the roles switched. Christian slowly begins to turn around to see Davey and he quickly dashes at him, looking to hit him with the title once more but Davey saw it coming and ducks the attack. Davey begins a series of attacks on Christian, thirsty for revenge because of the attack earlier.*

[Michael Cole]
No! C'mon, this isn't right! Security stop that man!

[Joey Styles]
Isn't right? Did you not see what Christian did earlier?

[Michael Cole]
I sure did, but that's different. This is just revenge, Christian was making a statement.

*Davey continues the attack until Christian, out of desperation, quickly hits Davey in the eye with his thumb. Davey stops the attack and grabs his eye in pain as Christian manages to rise to his feet. Christian grabs Davey by the back of the head and throws him into the minitron. Christian takes a few steps back and begins to set up for the spear.*

[Michael Cole]
Spear! Do it Christian! Show Davey why you're the champ!

*Christian charges but at near the last second, Davey sides steps and sends Christian crashing into the minitron shoulder first. Christian quickly grabs his shoulder as he lays on the ground, letting out a sign of a possible injury to the shoulder. Davey is about to go back on the attack but security rushes out an stops him and some medical staff walks out to tend to Christian and not far behind is Vickie Guerrero who has a microphone in hand.*

[[Vickie Guerrero]]
Security, please escort Davey back to his locker room and make sure he stays in there. We don't need him hurting the champion even more, especially when this is Christian's first XWL Championship and Digital Decision is less then one month away. I know that we all want Christian to be at perfect condition so we see a good, memorable and fair match up. But speaking of the match, we still have to find out what the contest will be contested under, so let us announce these matches now. Your first option, a chairs match. Your second choice, now I admit I didn't really like the sound of this because this seems to benefit Davey more then Christian but, a fight without honor match. And lastly, a lumberjack match!

*Vickie Guerrero finishes her announcement as she leaves the stage and heads back to the back. All attention is focused on the titantron as the graphic for the match at DD is shown, until the fans begin staring around at the staff now also returning to the back, until from out of nowhere....*

Is that... Who is that?

[Joey Styles]
I think it's Sheamus! This can't be good for Cena!

*Out of nowhere Sheamus can be seen running through the crowd and the fans begin to boo. John Cena, who had almost been forgotten about midst the drama between Davey and Christian, turns around to see what all of the boos are about to see Sheamus just sliding into the ring, Sheamus runs at Cena and tackles him to the ground, delivering punch after punch. Cena is finally able to roll over and reverses so he is now on top! Sheamus takes punch after punch until he's able to push Cena off. The two quickly regain their balance and are on their feet, staring into each other's eyes and the crowd can feel the tension. John Cena does a quick 'You can't see me' and Sheamus clearly wants none of that as he immediately charges Cena, going for a signature Brogue Kick, but John ducks it! Sheamus collides into the corner turnbuckle and bounces back where Cena hits spin-out powerbomb and holds his hand high in the air, signalling for the Five Knuckle Shuffle. Cena runs the ropes and while he's doing his taunt before finally planting the fist into Sheamus's face, Sheamus low blows him!*

[Michael Cole]
What tactic by Sheamus! That is going to hurt Cena for a long, long time!

[Joey Styles]
That was just downright unsportsmanlike. It's uncalled for, I don't care how much the two can dislike each other.

*Sheamus gets to his feet and Cena falls to the ground. Sheamus begins to repeatedly stomp John Cena, taking more life out of him each time. Finally, Cena is able to roll out of the way just before a quick and Sheamus stomps the floor hard, and a shout can be heard as if he's pulled something. But at this point, Cena doesn't care, he just wants to hurt Sheamus, Cena shoots for a takedown from behind and hits it followed by locking on the STF! However, Cena can't fully get it locked in because despite being a little hurt, Sheamus rolls through it before massive damage can be done.*

[Michael Cole]
Reversal by Sheamus! Cena doesn't stand a chance here. John Cena can't even gain the upperhand because Sheamus is just too good for him.

[Joey Styles]
If Sheamus is so great, how did he get in that position to begin with? Neither man has a clear edge Cole, and if you weren't so biased you would see that.

[Michael Cole]
You? Calling me bias? You're possibly the most biased commentator yourself!

[Joey Styles]

*Sheamus and John once more come face to face while we can hear the fans in attendance chanting, "Let's go Cena, Sheamus Sucks, Let's go Cena, Sheamus Sucks!". Sheamus says something that no one in the arena can hear, but apparently that something was pretty vial because Cena charges towards Sheamus and takes him down with a Lou Thesz Press, nailing punch after punch. The crowd go wild for Cena's offense now, but it's cut short because security once again rush to the ring to pull the two men apart. Cena is pulled off first and can be seen trying to lunge at Sheamus, but can't break free. Sheamus is simply laying on the ground staring up towards Cena mouthing off. The security guards tell him it would be the best idea to shut up, but he doesn't listen at all, further aggravating Cena. Sheamus continues to yell things at Cena until finally John gets enough strength to throw all the security guards to the ground (About 4), and dash towards Sheamus. Sheamus has no words to say now and isn't as cocky as he had been a moment earlier when Cena was restrained. John Cena pounces on him and throws punch after punch as the four security guards who had been assigned to restrain Sheamus, are now trying to restrain Cena. They succeed in pulling him off, but not until after he's already hit a number of punches. However, while they were busy restraining Cena, that left no one to attend to Sheamus and Sheamus dashes in, knocking down all the security guards and delivering punches back to Cena.*

[Michael Cole]
The force of Sheamus, he took down all of the security guards to get to Cena and now he's pummeling him. Sheamus is an animal.

[Joey Styles]
... With their backs turned. Sheamus is just taking cheap advantages given to him.

*By this time, fans have restarted the chants of "Let's go Cena, Sheamus Sucks, Let's go Cena, Sheamus sucks", but Cena has no way to get Sheamus off. The security are then able to once again take control of the situation and the men have to settle with the damage they've already done. This rivalry has almost just started, but even the fans can tell it's heating up quickly. The men are backed up into corners by the security where it's hard for them to get away from the security, but the men are each clearly tired from all of this fighting. Each also have their set of bruises and marks from the scrap. The last sight we see are the security guards escorting each man respectively to the backstage. We then head to commercial.*

Big Zeke has been strangely quiet since his encounter with Austin Aries while Austin hasn’t been up to his usual shenanigans since his recent short comings. Could a win tonight be enough to get one of these guys back in their groove?

As Redemption carries on from the last segment we go to the back where Teddy and Eve can be shown talking in Teddy’s office.

Eve Torres
Hey, Teddy! I just thought I would drop in and make sure that everything is going well for you tonight?

Teddy Long
Well Eve the show is running pretty smoothly at the minute, I mean we’ve had a few bumps but all in all it’s going good. How are you tonight Eve? Anything I can help you with?

Eve Torres
I’m good Teddy. There is one little thing, the divas match tonight involving Layla and Kharma. Do you know if Layla has arrived yet? Or is she just playing one of her stupid games and hiding from Kharma like last week?

Teddy Long
Well don’t worry about that Eve, the show is still pretty early. You have a lot of time to wait yet and don’t worry. I don’t know the situation on Layla right now but what I do know is that she will probably want to not relinquish the title.

Eve murmurs something under her breath…

Eve Torres
Well she might not have a choice…

Teddy Long
What was that?

Eve Torres
Oh nothing. I just had a slight cough…

Eve does a fake cough trying to cover it up

Eve Torres
Teddy, you are doing a really good job and I just wanted you too know this decision to have Layla give me the title tonight was a really good decision.

Teddy Long
But you might not get the-

Before Teddy can speak Eve cuts him off by placing her index finger on his lips.

Eve Torres
Like I just said Teddy it was a really good decision. I can’t thank you enough and quite frankly if there was anything I could do to make it up to you I would. You know what I deserve and you make a good choice. This is what everyone wants. Even Layla knows deep down that I can make this division good again. I am the model diva and I deserve to be divas champion…

Teddy Long
Well Eve-

Before Teddy can finish his sentence the sound of a door slamming open can be heard and out comes an enraged Layla. Eve looks shocked and is speechless as Layla storms in.

You no good manipulating egotistical self righteous bitch!

Layla stares at Eve with her eyes sending a piercing glare straight at her.

Teddy Long
Pardon me, Layla?

Eve Torres
Layla for one night can you just stop with the lies. You always have to have it your way and when things don't go well for you and you get backed into a corner you choose to blame other people....Look last week Teddy booked you in a fair impartial match against Kharma. I was just getting back from my match when Teddy told me you decided to not show up for the match. I checked everywhere for you and you were nowhere to be found. It is not my fault you didn't want to get hurt but don't be silly and try pawn off your problems on me little girl...

Eve's last comments seems to have irritated Layla even more than she already was.

Aw, isn't that precious, little miss goody two shoes couldn't hack it as a sweet and innocent little nobody, so now she's trying to act all important. Isn't it funny that you an XWL contracted diva have been spending so much time with the assistant general manager? I'm all for taking your work home with you, but you seem to take that to a whole nother level! I guess you could say you've got 99 problems, but bagging a GM ain't one.

Eve lets out a fake smile as Layla smirks at her comebacks..

Layla, Teddy Long is a man who I have respected throughout my career. He is a man who brought me into the WWE and gave me the opportunities which enabled me to come to XWL. Me and Teddy are nothing more than friends and business associated. He makes good decisions and I support that. Layla over the last few weeks I think I know what has brought you too mock Teddy Long. He hasn't done anything wrong and he understands what I am going through. He knows that I did deserve to beat you and he gave me one more shot. When you cheated again to win at Unforgiven he helped me get revenge. I think that was something which I deserved. You were too scared to face Kharma so you ran, and now you have consequences. If you don't face Kharma tonight you will be stripped of that title and I will take over as the rightful divas champion!

Oh sweetie, is that what you think? You're the rightful Divas Champion? I've been making strides in this division since before you even got here! Who was XWL's first go to diva when they added a division? Oh, that's right, me! Who ended The Beautiful People's reign of tyranny last year at Digital Decision? Was it to you? Ha! You wish! No I gave those two skanks their walking papers and then sent them both out on a matching set of stretchers taking the Miss Money In The Bank briefcase as both my prize, and the key to unlock my destiny. Fast forward eight months later, while you and every single other diva had fallen to The Chickbusters, I successfully cashed in my contract and walked out of the fourth anniversary of Final Stand as the new Divas Champion! What have you done, Eve? What makes you so special? What makes you the rightful Divas Champion? Because I'm quite curious to know as to what you have to offer other than the generic sob story like so many before you.

I don't have any proof that you locked me inside my locker room, but I see it in your eyes...This isn't about revenge, you don't really want me to be "fed" to Kharma, no, you want this title....So much so that you've orchestrated this little stipulation tonight. But the jokes on you, because I not only will go out there and face Kharma, I'll beat her! I am scared of no one, and Kharma? Well she's gonna find out who the real big bad bitch of XWL is, and spoiler alert, it's me.

Eve Torres
That's cute Layla. The fact that you think you can take on the monster who practically everyone around here is scared off. The woman who could quite easily do us all a great favour and get you out of our lives for good. Kharma might not be a monster after all, tonight we might actually look at her as a saviour. Someone who has taken out the one true diva who is just so stuck up and obnoxious she cannot see just how much of a laughing stock she is making this division. Layla you have not sucessfully beaten me when it comes to defending that title and you have just managed to scrape wins through evil little tactics. What you see tonight is just the start of a whole hell of payback of which I have planned for you.

Eve let's out a sly grin for a moment before briefly looking at Teddy

Now Teddy Long is a smart man and a man who can make some great business decisions. Layla you haven't seemed to show Teddy any respect since day 1 of his arrival. Didn't you know he is the assistant to Vickie. He has a lot of authority and I think he could even take that pretty little title from you. Count yourself lucky you are only going against Kharma tonight because after this little showcase of lies and skipping your match last week Teddy could have punished you and even gotten you suspended. You are a superstar here and you are just not allowed to go willy nilly and wander away when you please leaving people not being able to see a match they wanted too. The games are over now Layla, all the lies, the acting and the tantrums are not going to get you anywhere. Until you beat me for that title fairly I will not go away and I will make sure I am the next diva's champion.

The only one that's pathetic is you, Eve. Two opportunities as becoming Divas Champion, and yet, are you the one standing here with the title on your shoulder? Oh, you're not? Tell me, Eve, who is the one with the title? Who is the one that goes out every week and proves why she's the best damn accusation this division has ever had? Since you're clearly a little slow, I'll tell you, it's me! It started last year at Digital Decision when I sent those two bitches packing, and ever since then no one has been able to stop me! Then as she's seemingly knocked out Kharma grabs Layla by her arms hooking her tightly before lifting up the Divas Champion and connecting with the Implant Buster. She covers Layla 1....2...3.
