*Following the intro and opening pyro, we are greeted by Jim Ross and Jerry "the King Lawler.*

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 02

Jim Ross:
Folks welcome to Break.....

[???]
ATTENTION PLEASE.

*The crowd erupts into boos for the Co-Breakdown General Manager as he appears on the stage, microphone in hand.*

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Normal_015

Jim Ross: As I was saying before, welcome to Breakdown! I'm Jim Ross and I'm joined by my broadcast partner Jerry "the King" Lawler; and now apparently the Co-Breakdown General Manager, Cody Rhodes.

Jerry "the King" Lawler: Ugh, nothing will shut this guy up! Not even that beating Ted DiBiase gave him last week.

Jim Ross: Of course, Cody had the last laugh as he helped the Rock hit Ted with the Rock Bottom, but more on that later.

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Normal_031
[Cody Rhodes]
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Breakdown! I am your Co-General Manager, "Dashing" Cody Rhodes. Last week I was in the main event of Breakdown against my will by orders of my Co-General Manager Mick Foley, and it was against none other than that lunatic Ted DiBiase. I mean, I don't even understand how he's even employed by this company any longer. He's gone off the deep edge, and he even put me through a table last week! I'm just glad that Ted DiBiase finally got what was coming to him following the bout, as the Rock delivered the Rock Bottom with thunderous impact. I'm not out here to talk about the conceded schizoid that all of you people so dearly look up to. I am out her to talk about Final Stand IV. In less than three weeks I will be in the demolition derby known as tables, ladders, and chairs. Never the less, it is against another schizoid, Edge. Not only will it be against Edge, but my title as the Co-Breakdown General Manager will be at stake. I honestly fail to fathom a reason to why the board couldn't base their decision on my intelligence and actions; but I guess I will just need to beat Edge once more.

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Normal_033
[Cody Rhodes]
It's funny, because one again people are doubting my ability to defeat Edge at TLC. They think just because he broke his neck in a few TLC matches before, he has some sort of "experience" factor over me. The fact is, just like all the other times, I will prove all the doubters wrong. I will beat Edge. The so called "Rated R Superstar" is nothing more than an impertinent, demented, and egotistical fool who would has a snowball's chance in hell a beating me. I defeated Mick Foley in a Hardcore Match in Madison Square Garden. I defeated Edge in an Extreme Rules match at X-Treme X-Mas. Hell, I beat them both in a virtual handicap match at Over the Limit. Cody Rhodes is uninhibited. Cody Rhodes is unbeatable. I thought Edge would have learned this by now; but I was wrongful in to believe Edge would actually let something pass through his thick skull. At Final Stand I will end his career. I will win the TLC match. And I will no longer be the Co-General Manger..... I will be the PERMANENT General Manager.

*Cody laughs to himself as the crowd boos, but suddenly Rhodes takes off his hood and drops to his knees in a bizarre act.*

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Normal_053
[Cody Rhodes]
I just hope. I just beg. I plea. I get down on my knees. I pray. I pray that someone, just one person, hears my solicitation. Or better yet, Edge hears it himself. What I hope for is after Final Stand, Edge will retire. I hope all the chair shots, all the falls from the ladders, and all the tables that I break with his back get to him. It's a real shame this had to come to an end like this, but that is the price you pay when you fail to comply to a simple request. Or, I could just just simply say, it's what happens when you cross the boss! *Cody laughs to himself as the crowd boos, but he quickly stops and begins talking.* The point I'm just trying to get across is simple. After I crush and humiliate Edge at Final Stand, I hope he makes the right decision and rescinds his career. Because in our TLC match I will break his neck and every other bone in his body. I'm sick and tired of losing control of my show.

*Cody gets up to his feet again and looks around at the crowd in disgust. He eventually climbs into the ring and begins speaking again.*

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Normal_088
[Cody Rhodes]
For example, for the THIRD time last week, Edge hit me with the Spear. A vile, dangerous move that was banned by me in concern of the health for all of my superstars; but was reinstated by Mick Foley just so he can try and give Edge an advantage at Final Stand. Of course, some people may be questioning my ability to run a show if one of my goals is to end a superstar's career. Judging by what I just said, and the countless of other attacks Edge has executed on me, I think it would be safe to say Edge has been trying to end my career, because he knows I'm a threat to his spotlight. Hell, even Stone Cold saw that when he gave me a Stone Cold Stunner in this ring last month! These washed up goons, who have been frantically clutching to that light, want nothing more than to see me gone for good. Starting right now at this instance, it is my personal commission to counter act them and end their careers. I already took care of Mick Foley, and now Edge is up next.

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Normal_093
[Cody Rhodes]
As for tonight, my road to Final Stand will continue. I have personally set up training matches for myself and Edge before our match. I need to make sure Edge is ready for our match at Final Stand, and in an act of fairness I decided to put myself through the same routine. Last week I put Edge against the World Heavyweight Champion, Wade Barrett. Hanging by a thread, Edge was able to defeated Barrett. Tonight, I guarantee that will not happen. For Edge's training match tonight, he will face the "World's Strongest Man" Mark Henry. As for myself, I decided to give the opportunity of a life time to somebody. I have decided to put up an open challenge to anybody! That's right, I have given one soul a one in a life time chance, to step in the ring with "Dashing" Cody Rhodes. So, what's the hold up? Let me give this person the great night of their poor, doleful, lugubrious life. Get my opponent out here.

Jerry "the King" Lawler: What!?

Jim Ross: Bah gawd! Business has picked up!

Jerry "the King" Lawler: JR, look at his face!

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Normal_097

Jim Ross: I think Cody is regretting his decision!

Jerry "the King" Lawler: We're going to get a little preview of Final Stand.

Jim Ross: I think so too, King.

*The crowd erupts as Edge finally comes on to the stage, but..... it's an impostor!*

Jim Ross: Aw, son of a bitch!

*The crowd boos as Cody takes off his jacket and points to the impostor, saying "I'll end your career, Edge!*

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Normal_106

Jerry "the King" Lawler: Is he really pretending that's Edge?

Jim Ross: Yes he is, King.

Normal Match
XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Xwlbreakdowncodyrhodes
Cody Rhodes vs ???

*"Edge" finally makes his way into the ring and the crowd boos. The ref rings the bell, and "Edge" already sets up for the Spear!*

Jim Ross: Well folks, our opening contest is under away and it looks like that impostor is already setting up for the Spear!

*"Edge" charges at Cody, but Rhodes holds his hand up; telling him to stop. "Edge" complies and stops.*

Jerry "the King" Lawler: This is getting beyond ridiculous.

Jim Ross: Tell me about it, King.

*Suddenly, Cody goes off the ropes and hits the Beautiful Disaster on the impostor. He makes the cover and the ref counts.*

1!

2!

3!

*The crowd begins to boo after the match as Cody stands up, smirking, and putting a foot over the impostor.*

[Justin Roberts]

Your winner of the match..... "Dashing" Cody Rhodes!

Jerry "the King" Lawler: What a joke.

Jim Ross: You know, it's a damn shame, King! These fans spend their money to get here; and they have to watch this mockery!

*As the crowd continues to boo, Cody takes a bag from his bagger and places it over the head of the impostor Edge.*

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Normal_424

Jim Ross: This is a disgrace.

*Cody leaves the ring and taunts the crowd about his so called "victory."*

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Normal_433

*Breakdown goes to a commercial as Cody walks up the ramp, smiling.*

No Edgehead Hawkins or Ryder caps because their fansites suck.

This was a well crafted promo with a twist at the end that was executed nicely. Cody threatening, or rather promising, to end Edge's career gave this promo a fairly serious tone which was nice. The thought of Cody becoming permanent GM is an interesting one, and you could have talked about things you'll do once you hold that position since you're quite certain you'll be walking of FS as the winner. I wanna see how Edge responds to what Cody pulled, should be good.

[Backstage, Kurt Angle is seen storming through the halls and he knocks a few people out of his way. He finally reaches a door that has ‘Shelley’s Room’ scrawled over it in permanent marker. Angle tries the knob but the door is locked and he resorts to pounding away at it.]

{Kurt Angle}
Shelley! Open the door I know that you're inside!

[Angle puts his ear to the door to listen for any movement inside while continuing to pound on the door.]

{Kurt Angle}
Damn it, you're going to have to come out sometime!

[As Angle knocks a man comes up behind him and starts knocking on the door as well. The camera zooms out to see that it’s Shelley!]

{{Alex Shelley}}
Shelley? Shelley!

{Kurt Angle}
I already tried that.

[Angle looks at the man to see who it is.]

{Kurt Angle}
Son of a-

[Before Angle can react further, Shelley bangs his head against the door flooring him, then Shelley quickly unlocks the door and heads inside. Angle rubs his forehead as he stands to his feet and he kicks the door hard.]

{Kurt Angle}
You'll need to come out eventually, I'll wait all day!

[Just then a paper is slid under the door, and the camera zooms in over his shoulder as he looks at it.]

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 43Y6o

{Kurt Angle}
I don’t want to play tic tac toe, come out and face me like a real man!

[Shelley responds by rolling a pen under the door, and Angle sighs heavily as he scribbles on the paper.]

{Kurt Angle}
When I beat you in your own game you better get out here

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 WSaas

{Kurt Angle}
Are you serious?

[Angle crumples up the paper and tosses it at the door then kicks it hard for good measure.]

{Kurt Angle}
Final Stand is only a couple of weeks away Shelley, by then, I'll be getting my revenge on you one way or another. Oh it’s true, it’s damn true.

[Angle walks away and mutters under his breath.]

{Kurt Angle}
Damn cheater, doesn't even know how to play tic-tac-toe.

Ladies and gentleman!

*Anderson pauses and looks about as he soaks in the fans who are still cheering for him*

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Normal_PDVD_0095~18

Standing before your very eyes is not just any man. A man who comes in at 246 ibs and hails from GREENBAY, WINSCONSIN!!! He is Breakdowns... NO! XWL's biggest and only Asshole, MMMRRRRR ANDERRRSONNN!!!

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Normal_PDVD_0101~17

[Anderson]
Now it has come to the attention of this asshole, that I am supposed to be home out of a job. Now I don't know what moron came up with that idea of me being let go, but I have a feeling! A certain man who goes by the name of Arn 'Anderson'. Well let me tell you something Arn! If it was indeed you who started this crap, then I will personally make sure I thank you for that. Now there's no doubt in my mind that you are one of the all time greats, but it doesn't matter if it wasn't for you or you have paved the roads for younger generations. None of that will stop me from kicking your ass and once again claiming the title of being the only Anderson in XWL, because you may be a legend but there's only room for 1! And if we do cross paths, then I will make sure that the person is ME!

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Normal_PDVD_0103~18

[Anderson
I have been in the shadows for the past month or so. What I mean is, I have been quieter than I have and feel like you fans and everyone in the back have forgotten who I am or what this asshole is capable of. I'm not like most of them in the back. I don't have any special talents. I can't turn almost any move into a submission like Daniel Bryan, I can't throw my opponent to the side like their nothing the way Brock Lesnar can, I can't scare my opponent using cheap lighting and a fog machine in the back like Undertaker can.. well used to, I can't fly around the ring like Rey Mysterio, I can't do those neat tricks that Sin Cara does, I can't hold the crowd in the palm of my hand the way Chris Jericho or the Rock can, and I most certainly don't need any of that crap. All I need is to lace up my boots and a ass for it to kick.

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Normal_PDVD_0103~18

[Anderson]
I just want to take the time to apologise to all of you. I'm sorry that I can't show how much I love you people the way John Cena or CM Punk can. I believe that I shouldn't have to act like an idiot to get you guys heated up or come out here saying I "Will never give up." Now don't get me wrong I respect the hell out of them both and ain't saying it with any disrespect. But prancing around like some idiot is just plain dumb to me. Hey thats just me. I don't do any of that for the fact that I know that you guys appreciate what I do. I could choose to, but I'm just not the kind of guy you would see doing something like that. I prefer to let my actions in the ring do the things for me. And by the reactions I get from you people I say I do a pretty damn good job at what I do. And hey I can be a nice guy when I want to. And like most I don't care if you cheer, boo, or wish I was dead. Because I'm an asshole.

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Normal_PDVD_0105~18

[Anderson]
With that little part out of they way, I need to get something else off my chest. It gets on my nervs the way some of the jokes walk around like their hot stuff. I'm not gonna mention any names, because you know damn well who you are. And let me tell you guys something. I took my first step into the big leagues back in 2005 when I joined WWE. Not long after doing so I tore by bicep muscle and was expected to be out foe a long time! However with my dedication I returned 5 months a head of my original expectation. It did take a toll on me, but just like that injury and the one I susstained bck when I had a mingle with R-Truth, it made me come back stronger! And this time I don't plan on getting injured. I'm a former Intercontinental champion and the first to compete for the XWL World title. So, soon enough after fighting my way up, I will once again reign supreme and become a 2x Intercontinental champion!

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Normal_PDVD_0106~18

[Anderson]
And I didn't need a little sob story to do it. Noone had to worry about Mr anderson telling everyone that he grew up poor or in a tough nieghborhood. He didn't need to say that he was orphaned with his parents being dead, growing up with abusive parents, or even growing up not knowing who one or both of his parents were. I can say I did have a tough life as a kid, but so did everyone else. Although probably not like all the kids right now who are dealing with those type of things or even worse that that. Coming into the wrestling world and telling a story like that is a no no. All you'll end up doing is mking yourself look helpless and looking for sympathy. Those are the type who piss me off to no end.

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Normal_PDVD_0108~18

[Anderson]
If you're a smart person, then you'll know that sob stories aren't the answer. I don't thrive off that. Before I continue. I know for a fact that a lot of the guys and gals in the back have a HUGE problem trusting Mr Anderson. And hey I can't blame them. I have a reputation for not being a very trustworthy guy.I do admit that I possibly cross the lines way too often.. And I sometimes I may regret doing it. Yeah it is true if you have someone watching your back, but at the end of the day they end up just being another block that needs to be passed. Just look at Triple H and Shawn! One minute they're the best of friends and the next, they can't even look at eachother without wanting to bash the others face in.

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Normal_PDVD_0125~16

[Anderson]

But what I'm trying to say is I could find someone who will have my back, but I'm not looking for it. Simple reason is I need to fight my own battles. I can't have someone else do it for me, because they will end up getting seriously hurt and I don't need someone else getting hurt over something that was mean't for me. I came into this business with two things. And that is dedication and passion. That's what I believe all a wrestler needs. If you put your mind to it and show you want it, then eventually you'll get it. And that is exactly what I aim to do.

*As he finishes the fand begin to cheer his name, because they know what part is coming. Anderson gets in his finishing possision*

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Normal_PDVD_0112~16

[Interviewer]
Justin, Last week not only did you suffer another defeat, you was victim of a brutal attack by Wade Barrett.. Are you are 100% To compete tonight?

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 XE7Fo
[Justin Gabriel]
No, I'm not at 100% but I'm not going to let that stop me competing tonight.Last week, I went through a hard fought match against The Undertaker, then Wade Barrett once again attacked me from Behind like the coward that he is. But, I've healed up as much as I could, and I'm ready to compete tonight and hopefully improve on recent weeks. I came up short again last week, but I'm not letting it get to me. I'm just going to have to work harder to beat The Rock tonight, and just get back to winning ways. I'm not like other people around here, I'm not going to walk over whoever I need to just to pick up a win, and I'm not going to stand here and talk trash about other people to just try make myself feel better. That's not who I am. I know that The Rock is going to be a hard test, and I'm going to pretend otherwise. If I do lose again, Then I'll move my focus onto the week after, and Just keep getting better and better.

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 L4NBQ
[Justin Gabriel]
Like I said last week, these loses are just motivating me more. And I know for a fact that there's people out there that still doubt my ability to cope with the Main event of Final Stand, But that's fine because Whilst I bust my ass off every week trying to improve and just show to the people who actually believe in me that I have what it takes, most of the people around here who doubt me are the ones who will do whatever it takes to get that win,even if it means they have to walk over everybody else to do it and make them self look better. But I'm out to prove them doubters wrong, If I don't do it tonight or next week then I know for sure, I'll do it at Final stand. I know I have what it takes to become World Champion, I haven't shown it in recent weeks but that counts for nothing. It doesn't matter how many times I lose, All that matters to me is the facts, and that fact is I'm going into the Main event of Final stand and challenging for the World Heavyweight Championship. That's something only very few people can say, so to be one of that few is a huge achievement.

[Interviewer]
Thanks for your time, and good luck tonight.

*The camera opens up on a seated James Storm with a black background. The interviewer welcomes and thanks Storm for the interview time and jumps right into the first question.

{Interviewer}
So over the last couple of weeks Steve Austin has been intervening in situations involving you and usually assisting in making you look like a fool at the end of each scenario, what is your opinion on this?

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Normal_Before_The_Bell_World_Heavyweight_Title_Match_mp40026~1

{James Storm}
Intervening? Scenario? Are you some kind of fruitcake? Talk like a man! Those words may sound cool and all but they make you sound like a loser and that's why you got beat up in high school! So grab a beer, grow some facial hair, and....

{Interviewer}
Well I don't drink alcohol......

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Normal_Before_The_Bell_World_Heavyweight_Title_Match_mp40027~1
XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Normal_Before_The_Bell_World_Heavyweight_Title_Match_mp40028~1

{James Storm}
You're joking, right?.....Dear god you aren't. What a sad, sad life you must live. But I'll just answer your question instead of embarrassing you further. Austin has been trying to force my hand and make me agree to his ridiculous offer of a Steel Cage match on the night of my biggest opportunity in my career. Either way you look at it, it's a lose, lose situation for me. If I do my Money in the Bank match before the Steel Cage match, after I win the briefcase I'll enter the cage and risk injury just to show up Stone Cold once again, and then can't compete and cash in my briefcase. If I do the Steel Cage match first I'll whip ole Steve Austin's ass but I'll wear myself out for the Money in the Bank ladder match and I can't take out 5 men unless at peak condition. So they way I see it there is no reason for me to accept his challenge.

{Interviewer}
Well what if he keeps up his antics?

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Normal_Before_The_Bell_World_Heavyweight_Title_Match_mp40029~1

{James Storm}
Then I'll kick him in the jaw! He's just jumping me from behind and catching me off-guard when I'm in matches and in the middle of something. He hasn't took me on face to face and hasn't had the balls to man up and fight me. James Storm is always up for a fight, and if you can't walk to the local bar and find me sipping on some nice, cold brew and ask for a fight then you need to stop getting in my business!

{Interviewer}
Well that's all for now, but we'll be back for part 2 of this interview later in the night....

*As The Undertaker's theme hits the crowd begins to cheer*

Jim Ross:
There he is King, The Undertaker!

Jerry "The King" Lawler:
I wonder what's on The Deadman's mind tonight!

*The Undertaker begins to make his way down to the ring on his bike*

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 11-2

Jim Ross:
If you go on XWL.com you'll be able to see an exclusive interview where Brock Lesnar gives his opinion on The Phenom.

Jerry "The King" Lawler:
Oh I saw that interview, all I have to say is that Brock better watch who he talks you know what about if he wants to stay in one piece!

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 10-3

Jim Ross:
Well tonight The Undertaker is scheduled to face off with Kurt Angle, the same man who Brock was set to go against a few weeks ago before The Undertaker interfered in the match before it could even get started!

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 9-4

Jerry "The King" Lawler:
And Brock is going to be going one on one with none other than Arn Anderson! I can't wait!

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 8-4

*The Undertaker waits for the cheers to die down before speaking*

The Undertaker: Now this is the part where I can the whole little spiel about me and Brock, about how he doesn't respect me, and how he doesn't respect this business. About how he's been running his mouth about how I'm scared of him. Scared of you? Maybe I rattled your brains a little too hard boy, but I'm not scared of you, or anybody. You came to Breakdown you stared me eye to eye and you disrespected me. Then after Over the Limit you had the nerves to come out here and tell the world I fear you, that I knew you had my number? I'm done with you Brock, you WILL know who has who's number, and you WILL respect me. You will respect me like everyone else does. You'll find out first hand exactly why they call me the American Bad Ass, and why they call it two decades of destruction. But I'm going to keep this real short and real simple for you. Brock, I know you're watching so get your big ass down to this ring right now, Brock it's time to find out whether you're the Next Big Thing or just the next...big...bitch!

The crowd's cheers towards The Undertaker's verbal jab at Brock turns into boos as The Next Big Thing himself quickly enters with a mic in hand

{Brock Lesnar}
Cut the music.

Brock's theme abruptly comes to a halt and the crowd's boos become even more apparent

{Brock Lesnar}
Did you see what I did to Mark Henry two weeks ago?

A small portion of the crowd gives a small pop as they remember the long back and forth match between the two behemoths while the rest boo at the mention of a Brock Lesnar victory. Brock continues to walk to the ring as he speaks on

{Brock Lesnar}
Well if you did than you'd know just like all these people know that not only can I defeat The World's Strongest Man, but I'm capable of beating each and every man in the XWL.. even you. I know it, you know it, Bobby Roode even knows it which is why he was too scared to face me last week just like the countless other opponents who put their tails in between their legs and fled when they saw that they were set to face off against me.

Brock jumps up into the ring and climbs through the ropes until he is finally face to face with The Undertaker

{Brock Lesnar}
I'm not afraid of you Undertaker, I'm not afraid of any man, you once were worthy of fear, you once were more than just a man, but it seems like you left what makes you The Phenom underground because now you're nothing more than a sad excuse o-

The Undertaker: A sad excuse of what? Huh? Now I don't know who you think you are, or where you came from. but I'm still the exact same guy I've always been. Now I don't look the same and I sure as hell don't act the same, but inbetween these ropes it's still MY yard, and boy you're standing in the middle of it so you better be real careful about what comes out of your mouth.

*The Undertaker glares at Brock for a moment before continuing*

The Undertaker: Tell you what boy, why don't you just step up and we'll see what happens won't we? But I'm telling you right now, you mess with me Brock and it won't be long until you go running off again because you can't hack it in this business yet again.

{Brock Lesnar}
You really want to do this? You really want to dig your own grave?.. Again? I'm not the kind of guy that you're used to fighting Taker, I simply don't care about your legacy, and I sure as hell don't mind ending it. Last time we stepped in the ring I proved that I can hold my own against you, I showed you your limits, but Undertaker... Mark, just walk away, don't make me prove to all these people that you're time is over and that I, Brock Lesnar, am the next Phenom, the next immovable object, the Next Big Thing. I don't care about rope breaks, disqualifications, DDT's, Powerbombs, or any of that, all I care about is making the man standing across from me bleed, making my opponent know exactly what being at the brink of death feels like. I'm not out here to ask to face you in a match at Final Stand.. no. I just want to fight you, one on one, forget the rules, forget the crowd, just two men in a good old fashion fight.. so Mark.. Here comes the pain..

All of a sudden Brock smashes Taker over the head with his mic but The Deadman stays on his feet and the two begin to trade punches in the middle of the ring before The Phenom is able to get the advantage and sends Brock over the top rope!

The two men glare at each other as we head to a video package for the main event.

*Breakdown returns from the break and heads to the back where Christy Hemme is standing by*

[Christy]
Ladies and Gentlemen! Please welcome my guest at this time, none other than Mr Anderson.

*As Anderson appears in front of the camera, the fans loud cheers could be heard*

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Normal_PDVD_0088~4

[Christy]
Now Mr Anderson, earlier you had quite a lot to say out there. One of the things you happened to mention was about making friends! From what I heard it sounded like you were telling people that they shouldn't or don't need to make some friends here.

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Normal_PDVD_0118~3

[Anderson]
Before I answer Christy! I must say that you are looking very georgeous tonight!

[Christy]
Why, thank you Anderson.

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Normal_PDVD_0120~3

[Anderson]
To answer your question now Christy. Yes I did mention about making friends here, however it wasn't mean't to sound like the way you had out it. I wasn't saying that people here shouldn't make friends here. What I was saying was, its ok to make friends and have someone watching your back, but they are just a block on the road in the end. Because sooner or later the two friends are going to face eachother and from what I've seen it won't be the same after. Look at Triple H & Shawn Michaels and both Undertaker and his younger brother Kane, they both are united at first, but at eachothers throats in the end.

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Normal_PDVD_0128~3

[Anderson]
When it comes down to the two friends facing off for lets say... the right to face the World Heavyweight Champion. You think that their both going to decide who should get that shot now and the other friend will get it next time? Hell no! They both would want the belt and therefor they end up becoming enemies. So if you have friends, then my advice would be to leave the friendship for another place and another time. This is Pro Wrestling! You come here to compete against others, not make friends.

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Normal_PDVD_0090~4

[Christ]
Alright Mr Anderson, thank you for your insightful thoughts on that. But tonight you are facing Alex Riley! Can I get your thoughts on him?

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Normal_PDVD_0134~3

*Mr Anderson puts a goofy look on his face at the sound of Alex Rileys name*

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Normal_PDVD_0138~3

[Anderson
Ok, then! I have no real problems with the kid. Matter of fact he kinda reminds me of.. well the old me and how I used to be. Hes taking a tep into the big leagues and is looking to make a name for himself anyway he can. He certainly has the potential and the ego like I did. BUT... I feel that his ego is a tad too big. From the way I hear things, this kid doesn't know how to shut his mouth. Hey its good to have people hear what you haave to say, but it all depends on who you say it to and how! And he seems to piss a lot of people off!

*The camera zooms in on Andersons face*

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Thumb_PDVD_0164~3

[Anderson
Alex, if you piss off Mr Anderson the president of Assholes worldwide, then by the power invested in my boot! It will go somewhere that you won't like it. So my advice to YOU my preppy high school jacket wearing friend is NOT to piss this asshole off!

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Normal_PDVD_0146~3

[Anderson
Now Christy! After the show why don't we get together and Mr Anderson will show you what a real Asshole can be like?

*Christy gets a weirded out look after hearing Andersons proposel*

[Christy]
Excuse me?

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Normal_PDVD_0148~2

[Anderson
Awe, come on Christy! It was a joke. See Mr Anderson can be a comedian to?! But yeah, just lighten up ok? All joking aside though.

*Anderson turns his attention to the camera*

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Normal_PDVD_0162~3

[Anderson
Alex! You better bring your best, because your going to need every ounce of your skill if you hope to beat this Asshole!

*Anderson then looks at Christy and shakes his head before exiting from the interview*

[Christy]
Thankyou for your time Mr Anderson!

*Camera than fades into antoher commercial*

Alex Shelley vs Goldust

.
.
.
.

[Seconds go by and Alex Shelley's hand is raised as he celebrates a victory against Greydust and Shelley's theme begins to play, but quickly it is cut short as another, familiar theme song begins to play.*

*Kurt Angle runs from behind the curtain all the way down into the ring where Alex Shelley waits for him, upon ring entry Kurt Angle ducks a super kick from Shelley before locking on an Ankle Lock.... Shelley can't break free from it! Shelley has to tap out and Angle continues applying pressure a few seconds more before letting go, pushing Shelley aside, and demanding a mic.*

[[Kurt Angle]]
Shelley, I told you that if you didn't accept my match willingly that you would accept it unwillingly. I don't know if you're just plain stupid or you forgot what I've said, but this is the price you have to pay for it. You're going to lie there with a broken freaking ankle, probably unable to compete next week. And it's all because of me. It's true, it's true. Shelley these beatings will continue until you accept my match so you better think of your choices better.

*Angle pauses.*

[[Kurt Angle]]
Shelley it's been a long time that we've been fighting, we've had our ups, our downs, mostly downs, we've had you STEALING MY TITLE SHOT, I'll never forget that. You stole MY title shot, mine! And for that I'm going to steal your career, you can't live this way Shelley, you're going to have to face me whether you like it or not. As the saying goes, you can run, but you can't hide because I will find you and just like earlier when I couldn't get into your room, well I've found you in the one place you had to go, this ring and I want to find you in this ring for another fight at Final Stand or you'll be finding yourself knocked out because I will strike you again, I'm not going to tell you when or where, but I will strike you.

[[Kurt Angle]]
Shelley you and me are going to have our last match at Final Stand, the biggest show in all of XWL. It's going to happen. It's true, it's damn true.

*Kurt Angle's theme song hits as he exits. Kurt Angle glances back at Shelley a few times as he walks out, wanting him to accept the match so badly as we fade into a video hyping the return of the Cerebral Assian; The King of Kings; The Game.*

*On the titantron appears...*

As a video package for one of the Miss Money In The Bank participants at Final Stand comes to a finish, we head backstage where Josh Matthews is shown in front of the interview set.

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 1S2T5

{Josh Matthews}
Ladies and gentlemen, the 2011 diva of the year, and the woman that will meet AJ Lee for the Divas Championship at Final Stand, Layla!

The camera's show Layla stand off to the side with her Slammy award in her hand, and her specially designed Miss Money In The Bank briefcase in the other. She's wearing one of her signature corset sleeveless style jackets and is already geared up for her match later.

{Josh Matthews}
To say you've been on a roll as of late could constitute as an understatement, but do you still feel as confident as you have been regarding your Divas Championship opportunity at arguably the biggest show of the year?

{Layla}
Of course I do, why wouldn't I? This isn't just some moment that I happen to come across being apart of, it's been a long time coming. The entire past year there has been not one diva that's been as entertaining, as dominant, or as prominent as I have. And I've got this Slammy award as proof of that. Every single former champion last year was nominated for this award, but who won it? I did! If that doesn't speak volumes then I really don't know what does. It's as if I've been the true Divas Champion all this time, I may not have had the object of desire that many use as a common hot potato, but there is no doubt in my mind that I've been THE diva of XWL. I've made history, I've gone above and beyond the call of duty, and I'm the only one that truly has helped this division. Just like at Final Stand, I'll snatch that little accessory that The Chickbusters have passed around for the past couple months, and be the champion that this division has needed for a long long time.

{Josh Matthews}
While you've been impressive no doubt, do you really give no credit to any other diva in this division for it's current state?

{Layla}
Answer me this, who besides me has really drawn you into the divas division?

Josh ponders to himself for a second, and Layla quickly cuts him off before he can even respond.

{Layla}
My point exactly. If you can't think of anyone within the first few seconds, then obviously no one else has really been even close to the diva I have been. Some people could knock me for my lack of accolades, that I'm only the first ever champion for women in this company...But see, that doesn't speak badly about me, just because I haven't won and lost the title an obscene amount of times. If you can't hold onto it, then obviously you don't deserve it, and judging by the previous years of champions, oh so many of them didn't even come close to deserving it!

{Josh Matthews}
Clearly confidence is not lost in you, but can you perhaps explain your evolution in this past year? You went from seemingly the ugly duckling of Lay-Cool, to perhaps the real mastermind behind it all. Ever since you two disbanded due to the brand split, it's almost as if you've flourished and changed, while Michelle McCool really hasn't.

{Layla}
That's another thing, the entire time that we were a team, the only thing that people said was that she "carried" me. Carried me, really? Do you know how many times I saved her? How many times I sacrificed myself for her? How many times I did the dirty work while she reaped the rewards? She needed me, and while I still consider her a great friend, I've proven that I don't need her to be successful. That was my mission once I got cleared to wrestle again, to try and separate myself slowly so that I could finally be the star I knew I could be. Vickie splitting us up in the draft, actually turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Because I was finally on my own, I finally had the chance I needed, and just look at me now! On the grandest stage, at the biggest pay-per-view event of the year, I will not only be in The Divas Championship match, I'll win it! I've shown the world that the true star, and the true gem of Lay-Cool, was me all along!

{Josh Matthews}
Are you worried Michelle might take offense to that?

{Layla}
Offense? She should thank me! Because of her she was THE diva for an entire year, racked up several title wins, and some high pay bonuses. If anything she should be thanking me, we all know she hasn't been relevant since she sent Hyena packing anyways.

{Josh Matthews}
You'll have to excuse me, but it's just really odd to hear you speak bad of the woman you've been so close to for so long.

{Layla}
How am I speaking bad of her? She hasn't been relevant, that's called the truth, Josh.

{Josh Matthews}
You could put it a bit more nicely though.

{Layla}
Friends are honest, I've never lied to her, and I'm not about to start lying now. Do you want me to say oh it's just a rough patch you'll get back on the horse soon enough? Trust me, a month or two is a rough patch, this is just sad now.

{Josh Matthews}
What do you think about your opponent tonight, Eve Torres? She's in the 2012 Miss Money In The Bank match, and is hoping to be in the same position you've been in for a while, do you think you'll be able to defeat her or will she pose a challenge?

{Layla}
I really don't know a lot about Eve, haven't faced her too many times, but I do know from what I've seen of her she's quite the little talent, but I definitely don't see myself losing tonight, I'm on a roll, and sadly for Eve that means she'll be Lay'd out!

{Josh Matthews}
As I've mentioned there's a 2012 Miss Money In The Bank coming up at Final Stand, do you have any words of advice for the divas that will do battle in this match being that you were one of the participants in last year's match?

{Layla}
You've got an opportunity to make yourself a star, whether you win or lose, though winning would be better, just remember to think of how this is a big moment for you, and seize it like never before. A title opportunity anytime you choose within a year's time is a really big chance that doesn't come but once a year, and believe me it really does come in handy. Look at me, because of this briefcase I've got a guaranteed one on one Divas Championship match at Final Stand, and because it's AJ Lee, I've also got a guaranteed title win!

{Josh Matthews}
You don't seem to give AJ much credit, why not?

{Layla}
Because she's still a rookie living in the big world full of professionals like myself. In a few years she'll have her time, but as of right now, it's only been a year since I last kicked her little juvenile butt, and unlike me, she just hasn't changed that much in a year. She's become a two time Divas Champion sure, but that just means she wasn't good enough to keep it the first time, and that's going to be the case at Final Stand when she loses it once again, and sadly for her, she won't be getting it back anytime soon!

{Josh Matthews}
Well thank you for your time, have you got any closing comments?

{Layla}
Well being the true professional that I am, I want to wish Eve good luck tonight, she's made a long trip over from Redemption, but unfortunately for her she's going to head back to Redemption branded a loser!

She confidently smirks almost smiling before she struts off the scene and we head to a commercial break.

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 02

Jim Ross: Folks, welcome back to Breakdown, and what a night it's been so far.

Jerry "the King" Lawler: Yeah, would've been a lot better if it wasn't for that idiot Cody Rhodes.

Jim Ross: As disgraceful as that was, we still got some great matches to look forward to tonight, King. Including Justin Gabriel versus the Rock, and Ted DiBiase battling the World Heavyweight Champion, Wade Barrett!

Jerry "the King" Lawler: Oh yeah! But JR, you know what I really look forward to? Final Stand IV! And What a card we've got so far.

*A Final Stand IV graphics appears before they run down the card.*

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Ks7Ms

Jim Ross: The Money in the Bank returns; and what a huge match it will be! Michael McGillicutty, R-Truth, Dolph Ziggler, Kevin Steen, James Storm, and John Cena all fight for the right to become Mr. Money in the Bank.

Jerry "the King" Lawler: I can't wait for this Money in the Bank match, JR, the Miss Money in the Bank!

Jim Ross: Of course, King.

Jerry "the King" Lawler: It will be Eve, Maryse, Madison Rayne, and my favorite; Trish Stratus!

Jim Ross: How about this one King, this feud hasn't been able to be contained on one brand; it will be Rhino versus Davey Richards!

Jerry "the King" Lawler: The self proclaimed "Hash tag Heel" Dolph Ziggler will defend his Intercontinental Championship against Joey Ryan and AJ Styles.

Jim Ross: Over on Redemption, with an attitude change and all, Shawn Michaels will defend the United States Championship against John Cena! John is sure in for a busy night, King.

Jerry "the King" Lawler: You want to talk about busy nights, JR, how about the X-Treme Champion Michael McGillicutty? Not only will he be in the Money in the Bank with Cena, but he will defend his title in a gauntlet match! Announced competitors so far are Drew McIntyre, Matt Hardy, and Sin Cara.

*A graphic appears hyping up the Rock versus Ted DiBiase.*

Jim Ross: These two men will go to hell and back at Final Stand, who will survive? Ted DiBiase! The Rock! Three stages of hell!

Jerry "the King" Lawler: I don't think they can wait for Final Stand, JR! Ted has snapped recently, and after he eat the Rock Bottom last week; he must be a ticking time bomb!

Jim Ross: If the Co-Breakdown General Manager, Cody Rhodes, doesn't have anything to say about it.

Jerry "the King" Lawler: Oh.... right....

*Next, a graphic appears for the TLC match between "Dashing" Cody Rhodes and Edge.*

Jim Ross: Oh boy! After this match, everything on Breakdown will change. Either Mick Foley and Edge will shut Cody up for good.....

Jerry "the King" Lawler: Or Cody will become the General Manager, I sight I hope to never see!

Jim Ross: That could be the case, King. Cody promises he'll put Edge down like Edge is Old Yeller, but in TLC, I wouldn't be so sure about that.

*The Divas Championship match between AJ Lee and Miss Money in the Bank, Layla, is featured in a graphic next.*

Jerry "the King" Lawler: Yeah! More Diva action! Woo-hoo!

Jim Ross: Well it is the match that has been literally a year in the making.....

Jerry "the King" Lawler: ..... and it will be the beautiful AJ Lee defending against Layla.....

Jim Ross: You had to announce the Divas match, huh, King?

Jerry "the King" Lawler: You know it, JR!

*Finally, a graphic appears for the World Heavyweight Championship match between Wade Barrett and Justin Gabriel.*

Jim Ross: From their beginnings as the Corre, what a storied history these two have.

Jerry "the King" Lawler: They were once the biggest team in XWL, holding both the United States and the Intercontinental Championship.

Jim Ross: Fate had a different plan for them, and the draft between Breakdown and Redemption split them apart.

Jerry "the King" Lawler: That was until the Monster Bash, where Justin Gabriel chased off Barrett after Wade defended the Intercontinental Championship against Kurt Angle.

Jim Ross: Ever since then, those two haven't stopped going at it. They've fought each other everywhere, from TLC... to Last Man Standing.... to even in the catering area backstage.

Jerry "the King" Lawler: They've already proved this feud means much more than the World Heavyweight Championship after Gabriel put both himself and Wade though the stage with a power bomb at Over the Limit!

Jim Ross: It will all come to ahead at Final Stand, King. Justin Gabriel versus Wade Barrett, the World Heavyweight Championship on the line!

*Breakdown returns from a commercial break and shows Fortune member AJ Styles standing in the middle of the ring with a mic in hand as the crowd boos him.*

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 AJ65

{AJ Styles}
After a grueling twenty minute match with Sin Cara seven days ago, my hand was raised as the victor in that match. Sin Cara gave me a hell of a match but just like his matches in the past, he fell short of coming out victorious. I will give him credit where credit is due, he would just not stay down, he would not fall to defeat, that was until I hit a second Spiral Tap on him, which signaled for the end to the match. Even with your questionable and faulty lighting, even with your little fancy tricks, you could not defeat me, “The Phenomenal One” AJ Styles.

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 AJ66

{AJ Styles}
Following that match, the XWL Universe, as well as myself, were informed of a match at Final Stand IV involving the Intercontinental Championship that is currently being held by Dolph Ziggler. What was basically said was that the current champion, Dolph Ziggler, will have to defend his championship against not one but two men. Those two men are Joey Ryan and myself. I have yet to taste championship gold here in XWL but that all changes at Final Stand when I defeat two men and am crowned the new Intercontinental Champion.

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 AJ67

{AJ Styles}
One of my opponents in that match is Joey Ryan, a guy who thinks it's still the '70s and a guy who thinks he defines the word “sleazy.” Joey, get with the times man, it's not 1970 anymore and I will be damned if you somehow manage to win the Intercontinental Championship. In the independent scene, you were a somewhat big name but here in XWL, you are a nobody. Since arriving in XWL, you've gotten wins over people no one really cared about and now you've somehow got yourself a title match at the biggest Pay-Per-View in XWL, Final Stand IV. It seems somebody got a little sleazy and I mean that in the worst way possible. If you ask me, you don't deserve a title match at Final Stand, let alone being an employee of this company. You should just take your precious mustache, your sleaziness, your fascination with a mustache ride, whatever that means, and just leave XWL for good.

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 AJ68

{AJ Styles}
Which brings me to the defending champion, Dolph Ziggler, who weaseled his way to win the championship by controversial fashion at Over The Limit. Honestly, I don't see him even close to a threat, nor do I listen when he talks in front of a camera and tries to act like a tough guy. At the end of the day, Dolph, you can act like a tough guy all you want but the fact of the matter is come Final Stand, that championship will no longer be around your waist, it will be around mine. The way I see it, neither of these men deserve the championship as much as I do. I don't want the Intercontinental Championship, I need it. At Final Stand, there will be no Mustache Rides, there will be no hashtags, all there will be is two Styles Clashes, one for Dolph; one for Joey and a new Intercontinental Champion.

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 AJ69

{AJ Styles}
Later tonight I face another roadblock on my road to Final Stand in Kofi Kingston. Kofi has some flashy moves in his arsenal and a match ending Trouble In Paradise but that's all he has. I have no worries going into this match because I know I'm already going to win. Kofi, allow me to give you two pieces of advice. First, don't show up. Don't waste your time coming out here later tonight because you will get dropped by a Styles Clash. Second, don't trust these people who call themselves “fans” because just like many men before you, they will turn on you because you don't entertain them anymore. A couple of examples are Kazarian and myself. We were just like you Kofi, bouncing off the ropes, jumping off the top turnbuckle, going high-risk and for what? Only to be betrayed by these people. I know I probably sound like a broken record right about now but to be honest, I don't really care.

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 AJ60

{AJ Styles}
All I am doing is simply trying to shed light on a very serious problem, the ignorance of the XWL Universe. You people don't care about what us professional wrestlers have to do to put food on the table for our families that we only see for a couple weeks out of the year. You don't care what we put our bodies through to get you to cheer for us. And you surely don't care what happens to us if we get injured. These reasons and many more are why Fortune turned on you people. If you still haven't figured it out yet, it's because you don't care, nor do you respect what we have to do to make it in this business.

*Before AJ can continue, he is interrupted by a very familiar theme...*

*AJ is left standing in the middle of the ring confused as to why his Fortune partner, Kazarian, would interrupt him. Kazarian walks out from behind the curtain and stands on the stage for a few seconds throwing up the Fortune hand sign before walking down the ramp and entering the ring with a mic in hand.*

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Kaz1

{Kazarian}
Sorry to interrupt but I just had to come out here to congratulate you on earning an Intercontinental Championship match at Final Stand. Do me proud and win that championship for Fortune. There is another reason I came out here for and that is to talk a little bit about my opponent last week, X-Pac. AJ, I'm pretty sure you saw that “match” but if you didn't see it, you didn't miss much. I defeated, no, destroyed X-Pac in record time. While he was telling me to suck it, I drilled him with a Wave of the Future and pinned him. I saw your match with Sin Cara last week as well and it was “Phenomenal”. So much back and forth, a lot of nail biting suspense on who would get the victory but not for me, you see I knew who was going to win since before the bell rang. It's quite obvious who was going to win the match, my boy right here, AJ Styles.

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Kaz2

{Kazarian}
I'm going to take a few steps back and talk about your Intercontinental Championship match at Final Stand for a second. You made some valid points on how the current champion and the challenger don't deserve to even be in the match and I'm here to strengthen your claims. If Dolph Ziggler can't even defeat Wade Barrett by pinfall or submission, how exactly is he going to be able to defeat a man of your ability and cunning. I'll tell you how, he's not. Next is Joey Ryan, who has he defeated to earn this title shot, a bunch of nobody's. Anyone can defeat a group of nobody's, it takes a man of unnatural talent to be able to beat AJ, so what make your opponents think they can beat you at Final Stand? It's real simple, they're living in a dream world where everything is how they want it to be but the cold hard reality is they can't and they won't be able to win at Final Stand and before that night is over, the Intercontinental Championship will come to Fortune and there is nothing Joey Ryan, nor Dolph Ziggler can do about it.

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 AJ55

{AJ Styles}
Truer words have yet to be spoken. It's no surprise that I'm siding with Kazarian on this and saying that he is completely correct and that I have nothing to worry about at Final Stand. Tonight, however, you have to face an opponent similar to one I had to face last week, Rey Mysterio. I'm not saying you're going to lose, what I'm saying is that he might give you a run for your money like Sin Cara did to me last week. I know you're going to win, it's just that it's going to be a close match. Hopefully you prove me wrong and completely destroy him, but there's no need to go into this match overconfident, no matter how much you know you're going to win.

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Kaz4

{Kazarian}
Don't worry about me, I've already won the match, these people just know it yet. Rey is no threat to me, he's half my size and half my weight. If I cared about this match, even in the least, I would be trash talking him now but as you can tell, I could care less. Tonight, Fortune is facing two high flying, crowd favorites, who don't know who what they have gotten themselves into by facing Fortune tonight. These people in the crowd will probably keep chanting “Rey Mysterio” and “Kofi Kingston” like if they have a chance of defeating us in our respective matches. Their chants will fall on deaf ears because no matter how loud they chant, Rey will not defeat me and Kofi will not defeat you. Because we are Fortune...

{AJ Styles}
And we are “Phenomenal!”

*Both men drop their mics and throw up the Fortune hand sign for a few seconds as Fortune's theme plays in the background. They exit the ring and walk up the ramp with their hands still in the air as the live audience boos them. They reach the stage and turn around one last time and AJ shouts at the camera and the live audience, “Next Intercontinental Champion!” Breakdown fades to black as Fortune makes their way to the back.*

The camera cuts backstage where we see Matt Striker standing by with a mic in hand

{Matt Striker}
Ladies and Gentleman I'm standing backstage with none other than Brock Lesnar, how's it going Brock?

The camera pans out so that we can see "The Next Big Thing"

{Brock Lesnar}
Fine.

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 AT5whRIMLi4-_-wwe-12-brock-lesnar-the-interview

{Matt Striker}
Well Final Stand is in the air and everyone seems to be predicting who they think will be victorious on the grandest stage of them all, so Brock, who do you think will be the new Mr. MITB?

{Brock Lesnar}
Honestly Matt, I simply don't care, I don't even know who the participants are other than R-Truth, Mr. Perfect's son, and uhmm oh whatshisname.

{Matt Striker}
Bobby Roode?

{Brock Lesnar}
Who? No, I was talking about Dolph...

Brock begins to snap his fingers as if he is trying to remember something

{Matt Striker}
Ziggler? Dolph Ziggler, the current Intercontinental Champion? You mean him?

{Brock Lesnar}
Yeah! Ziggler. Haven't been following what he's been doing but from the little I've seen I have to say he's pretty impressive.

{Matt Striker}
He may be arrogant but he's a great wrestler, whether I like it or not that's why he's the champ.

{Brock Lesnar}
Yeah well lucky for him I'm not here in the XWL for the Intercontinental Championship. I'm here to do what I do best, I'm here to hurt people, I'm here to dominate, I'm here to prove that I'm the baddest son of a bitch not only in the WWE, not only in the UFC, hell not only in the XWL, but in the world. When I knock into someone by accident they better say excuse me, when I'm traveling in my customized "Here Comes The Pain" tour bus other cars get out of my way because they know who's inside.. they know.. and soon each and every wrestler here in the XWL will know just who I am and what I can do. It doesn't matter what their name is, who their enemies are, what their background is, all that matters is that they're standing across from me in the ring, all that matters is that they are my opponent, my prey, and that they will fall victim to The Next Big Thing.

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 1_2776057_19452555,192x108,b,1:2

{Matt Striker}
So you don't keep up with what's going on in the XWL at all?

{Brock Lesnar}
I'm not here to spectate I'm here to fight, I don't have the time to care about who's doing what here in the XWL it's not my job to care, my job is to march out to the ring and kick the shit out of whichever unlucky son of a bitch Mick Foley or Cody Rhodes or whoever's in charge now a days decides to book me against, that's what I get paid to do so that's what I'm gonna do, I'm gonna fight, and I'm gonna win, simple as that. I don't care who's champion or who's feuding with who, I don't care who gets cheered and who gets booed, I don't need to know, I don't want to know, all I know is that regardless of who my opponent is, regardless of what he's done, I can defeat him, and I will defeat him. I'm not here to respect or get along with anybody, I'm here to fight.

{Matt Striker}
What about The Undertaker?

{Brock Lesnar}
What about him?

{Matt Striker}
Do you follow what he's been up to seeing as you must have some interest in the Deadman's whereabouts and doings?

{Brock Lesnar}
There are a few wrestlers here in the XWL that I've been keeping up with, The Miz and R-Truth for example. You want to know why I keep up with what they do? Because they're entertaining. I mean sure some of the newer wrestlers like themselves deserve to be on a children's show rather than Breakdown but their antics are still fun to watch to say the least, and well, I'll give credit where credit is due, they sure know how to work a mic, but the main reason that I've been keeping up with them is because I don't see either of them as a threat, they're fun to watch but will be easy to destroy in the ring, simple as that, they're entertainers, comedians, but not fighters. Fellow fighters like DiBiase, Punk, and Wade Barrett on the other hand I haven't been keeping up with, and I'm not saying they aren't entertaining they probably are, but I don't want to respect them, I don't want to get to know them, I just want to hurt them, they are at the top of the XWL and that's where I know I'm heading, so when I do finally face off with one of them, one of the top dogs, I won't need to know what they've done, who they've beat, all I need to worry about is bringing the pain. But to get to your original question Matt, I have been keeping up with The Undertaker, after all I have an invested interest in the "Phenom" and his doings.. which as of late is a whole lot of nothing. Ever since he stood face to face with me and looked in the eyes of his end he knew that his story would soon be coming to a close, he knows that his time here in the XWL will soon be over and he's afraid.

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 YtjObI2aWyUmc

{Matt Striker}
I doubt that The Undertaker can feel fear.

{Brock Lesnar}
Oh he can, he can also feel another emotion... Jealousy. He can't do what I did or what I currently do, no one can. There is no other man backstage that can switch from Professional Wrestling to UFC and dominate both like I did. And now I'm here to dominate a new show, a new era, a new breed, The XWL, one by one my opponents will fall, legends will be humbled, and I will become the most dominant force once again. CM Punk may be The Best Wrestler in The World but I'm not here to wrestle I'm here to fight, The Rock may be the most electrifying man in sports entertainment but I'm not here to electrify I'm here to fight, and because of that I will one day be the best, simple as that. The Undertaker thinks that he's the best, that he's The Phenom, the top dog, and it's no secret that we've never liked each other, so I'm killing two birds with one stone Matt, I'm not only proving that I'm better than The Undertaker, that I'm the best, I'm also shutting him up.. for good.

{Matt Striker}
So does this mean that you two will be facing off at Final Stand?

{Brock Lesnar}
If he accepts my challenge.

{Matt Striker}
What challenge?

{Brock Lesnar}
This one.

Brock snatches the mic out of Striker's hand and pushes him out of the camera's view, he then glares right into the camera and begins to speak

{Brock Lesnar}
Undertaker, you're looking at the true Phenom of the XWL, you think that the ring is your yard? Than prove it! I don't want to wrestle you, I don't want to put you through a table or smash your skull in with a chair, I want to fight you, I want the two of us to redefine the meaning of hell, I want to face you in a MMA Challenge! No DDT's, no Suplex's, no mercy, no escape, just our two fists and our guts, I don't want to wrestle I want to fight, and hell even if you don't accept the challenge I'll find you backstage at Final Stand and I'll kick the shit out of you there, your choice Deadman.

Brock drops the mic and walks off camera before we fade to a commercial break

*The theme of Edge begins to play throughout the arena and the crowd is mostly silent, some cheers and boos mixed, not knowing if this is the real Edge or another one of Cody Rhodes' tricks. But all of a sudden, Edge steps through the smoke and all the fans begin to cheer him*

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 8Uq4J

*Edge begins to walk down the ramp and when he reaches the middle of it, he stops. Edge then raises his arms and his fireworks set a blaze on the stage behind him. After a bit of time, the fireworks come to an end and Edge once again starts to walk down the ramp.*

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 J2p10

*Edge is now at the bottom of the ramp, he stops for a little bit and stands there. Edge then runs to the ring and slides into it. He picks up a mic which lays in middle. He raises it and begins to speak.*

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 WY45s
[[Edge]]
As you can tell, I'm obviously not the fake Edge. I'm the real one. The Rater R Superstar, Ultimate Opportunist, Master Manipulator, and most importantly, The Master Of The TLC Match. Tables.... Ladders.... And Chairs.... A Match that my opponent at Final Stand has never competed in and yet, he still thinks that he's going to walk out victorious. A man who is apparently some magician who can pull out lucky wins each and every Pay-Per-View. He faced Mick Foley in an Extreme Rules match, he won. He faced me in an Extreme Rules match, he won. And finally he faced Me and Mick in a tag team match and even after Hero betrayed him, he still won. Cody, I've got to give you some credit you annoying little weasel.

[[Edge]]
But other then that, let's talk about tonight. Opponent number one on Cody Rhodes' training program is against Mark Henry. May I remind you what happened last time I faced him? I defeated him a few minutes and damn, I bet Henry was saying "Wow, that was A Very Grueling Defeat" when in reality, I squashed him. I'll do the same tonight and I'll do the same the next time I face him because Henry isn't a good wrestler. Hopefully whoever Cody books me against next week is more of a wrestler and not just someone who has a weight advantage.

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 U3Mg4
[[Edge]]
A man can dream, can't he? But sadly, I know Cody wants me injured a little bit before Final Stand so he could have the upperhand. But I'm not really out here to talk, I'm out here to prove a point. I've been doing that for weeks now. I defeated the Intercontinental Champion, I defeated AJ Styles and I defeated The World Champion Wade Barrett. There is only two things left for me to do now. One, beat the living crap out of Cody and two, become the world heavyweight champion. I promise that by the end of 2012, both will happen.

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 CmkGB
[[Edge]]
Cody can have some fake Edge come out here and make me look weak if he wanted to but that doesn't effect me. There is only one thing that Cody Rhodes. Only one little thing that Cody has had coming at him for the past three months. Something that begins with a S and ends with a pear. Anybody know the answer?

*Edge holds the mic up and the crowd yells "Spear"*

[[Edge]]
Yes, a Spear... Cody Rhodes is going to get Speared!

*Edge drops the mic and begins to exit the ring as we fade to commercial break.*

**Breakdown returns from commercials and we are ringside with Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler.**

J.R: Welcome back folks we have a lot of action so far here tonight but before we get back to the action, I understand that we have a video message from "The Amerrican Wolf" Davey Richards. The video package is from earlier today from his home due to his injuries but we will let him get into that.

Jerry Lawler: Well, JR last week Rhino once more made his way over to Breakdown and decided to cause some more chaos and try his usual attacks on Davey Richards. The brawl started when Rhino interrupted Davey during an interview conducted by Jim Cornette.

J.R: That's right King, but that wasn't the end of it, they went all throughout the backstage area putting a beating on one another and well it ended when our Co-GM Mick Foley was brought to the parking lot by Jim Cornette and security. Mick then went on to ban Rhino from Breakdown and security escorted Rhino away. But we heard that the brawl took its toll on Davey and he once again is hurt. We here from him now.

**J.R and King stop talking and we go to a video message that starts in an empty room in a house. It is not empty for too long because Davey Richards appears in front of the camera and sits down in a chair. He sits there for a few moments rubbing his stubble that has formed on his chin and cheeks. Davey then stares at the camera with an angered look before starting to talk.**

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 XJCjY

Davey Richards: Sorry for keeping you XWL fans. I was scheduled to be at Breakdown and even compete tonight, I mean coming up is the biggest show of them all Final Stand and I wanted to get as much matches as possible to get me ready for my match. Well that plan has been scuppered many of times, I have missed a couple weeks of competing due to injury. Last week I was in the arena and I was set to have a match versus John Morrison. John is a man who I have a lot of respect for and I have already apologised to him for me having to pull out but I would once again to say, Sorry John. Anyway so back to the point as I don't want to keep you. Like I said my road to Final Stand has been difficult, very treacherous and very dangerous. Why? Well its due to one man, one man-beast if I am to be exact. Rhino once again you thought you would arrive on Breakdown and try to further my injury, you broke up a interview I was having with Jim for what? To further any pain that I was already in last week when I was already out of that nights match.

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 ZgGWN

Davey Richards: That interview was about what I had to say about everything, but it had a lot to do about our match at Final Stand. Well I have already mentioned that it won't be a wrestling match. It won't be a match of techincal ability and it won't be any time of skill involved to win the match. It will be a pure fight, a brawl, a slobberknocker and like I said last week Rhino, just because I am known as a pure wrestler who uses aspects of MMA in my wrestling and I like to compete in "wrestling" match this doesn't mean I cannot fight. Because Rhino I can fight, I can stand toe to toe with you and I can kick you teet down your throat and you'll wish that this problem you had with me was a distant memory. But anyway last week you decided to attack me once more but I gave as much as you could give and I hope that 60% of a Wolf was just a little taste of what I bring to the table.

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 ZRDzO

Davey Richards: Well its a shame that you have been banned from Breakdown because I won't be able to fight you again when you decided to nose your way into my business. But its also a relief because I don't have to worry about you showing up during my matches. I don't have to worry about you attacking me whilst I am in catering, whilst I am training, whilst I am in a meeting, whilst I am doing anything. Rhino last week that little brawl may of been a taste of what you can expect from me at Final Stand but it has put me in a little bit of a muddle because it has caused me to be sitting here at my home twiddling my thumbs, full of anger and wanting to do nothing but kick your sorry ass back to your memories of ECW and being a champion back then. So Rhino, I hope that your putting enough thought into whats going to happen at Final Stand, I hope your ready for a 100% Amercian Wolf ready to bite back and I hope your ready to face one pissed off Davey Richards. There will be no rules and I welcome that because if it takes a chair to the face to keep you down, or a ladder,a mop, a kendo stick even a SLEDGEHAMMER then I will do it. I will not hesitate to put the beast down. Before I get out of here, I would like to apolgise to the XWL fans once more for not being there to compete. But I promise you that I will be back next week and I hope XWL management have got me a match because I will be ready, I will be more than ready to get in that ring and prepare for Final Stand. Goodbye and see you next week.

**We that final message Davey does his cut throat taunt then points to the camera as we fade to black and to a video package of a new XWL DVD coming out soon, "XWL Presents The Beginning Years of XWL".**

*The theme of Mick Foley hits to a huge pop and the Co-General Manager of Breakdown make his way down to the ring. Foley get into the ring and grabs a microphone as chants of "Foley! Foley!" get louder and louder*

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 007
[Mick Foley]
We are just two weeks away from the biggest show in this wrestling business. At Final Stand, rivalries will end, new ones will begin and anything can happen. We'll crown a new Mr. Money In The Bank and we'll crown a new Miss Money In The Bank. Who knows what else will happen? You see that's the best part of Final Stand to me, it's always so unpredictable. No match at Final Stand has that clear favourite to me, It's always a equal playing field at Final Stand... Those superstars who are usually the underdogs get their chance to shine, they get their big moment.. and it can lead to some of the most shocking moments in XWL History. Just look back an entire year, to Final Stand 3 when Ted DiBiase beat Wade Barrett in the Last Man standing match... I know that I didn't see that coming, and I'm sure not many of you saw it coming.

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 008
[Mick Foley]
But at Final Stand this year... in the main event we have one of the most historic main events in XWL History. These two man have had over a year of history together, from being friends and a tag team known as The Corre... to going as far as one power bombing the other through that stage. And honestly, I can't think of a more deserving match to main event at the grandest stage of them all. These two men worked their way up from the very bottom of this company, they became two of the fastest rising talents we had, as a team they were one of the most brutal and dominating teams that I've ever seen pass through his company, they ended careers, handed out brutal beatings to anybody who would try to stop them. But like any team in this business they faded apart and now they are set to go one on one for the World Heavyweight Championship. Both of these men are at the top of this company and have earned their way up. Justin is always damn entertaining, and whilst I don't agree with how Wade Barrett goes about his business there is no denying that he too is a hell of a competitor. So now, I'm out here to over see the contract signing between these two men, and I'm sure you all know how our contract signings always end up in a brawl so I took it upon my self to make sure that this one doesn't. I'm usually all for a big brawl, but tonight is not the night. These men need to save their animosity towards one another for Final Stand. So let's get them out here and get this over with. Introducing first he is the Challenger... Justin Gabriel!

*Justin Gabriel's theme hits to a huge pop from the audience. Justin Gabriel walks out onto the ramp.*

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 EfSxY

*He continues to walk down the ramp, touching hands with fans on his way down. He get's into the ring and shakes hands with Mick Foley before taking a seat at the table.*

[Mick Foley]
And his opponent for Final Stand.. he is the World Heavyweight Champion... Wade Barrett!

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 X1KPx

*Barrett begins to make his entrance to the usual assortment of boos and jeers from the XWL Universe.*

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 J9dEA

*Barrett's trademark smirk creeps over his face as he eyes up Gabriel and Foley standing in the ring. As he climbs through the ring ropes Gabriel gives him a stare that could kill.*

[Mick Foley] Take a seat Wade.

*Barrett looks around at the XWL Universe who are ferociously booing him before picking up a mic from the table.*

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Uepha

[Wade Barrett]
I'll stand. Unlike Justin Gabriel, I can actually stand up on my own with no assistance. How are you feeling Justin? Still sore after last week? Well let me tell you something... what happened last week will be nothing compared to what will happen at Final Stand. If you sign this contract tonight, you will be making the biggest mistake of not only your career... but the biggest mistake of your life!

*Barrett leans over the table and is almost nose to nose with Gabriel. Foley wedges his arms in the middle and pulls them both apart.*

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 UE2Ko

[Mick Foley]
Hold on there Wade. We're not out here to fight tonight. We're here to make one of the biggest matches in XWL history official. Let's save the action for Final Stand...
Now gentlemen, in front of you is the contract which will sanction the World Heavyweight Championship match at Final Stand. I've taken it upon myself to "tweak" things a little, so you may want to take an in depth look through it before signing...

*Barrett appears confused and reaches for the contract, but it is snatched away at the last second by Gabriel who starts to read through it first. Barrett is clearly infuriated by this.Gabriel then lifts up a microphone and begins to speak*

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 IcwAp
[Justin Gabriel]
Great idea Mick, Infact I can't think of a better way to take away Wade's World Heavyweight title than in a ... No Holds Barred Street Fight!

*A huge pop is heard for the new match stipulation*

[Justin Gabriel]
There really is no better way to end this. The biggest stage of them all, in the main event and now whatever I want to do to you is legal.I can't wait to be in the middle of this ring, in front of 70,000 fans whilst standing over your lifeless, bloody and battered body as I hold up that World Heavyweight Championship. Sure you got the upper hand on me last week and I've barley been cleared to compete tonight but the difference is at Final stand is I won't be beaten down I'll be at 100% and You won't be able to attack me from behind. We'll be face to face at Final Stand 4 in the match that every superstar aims to be in. We both have risen to the top of this company together but at Final Stand only one of us will walk out of that arena World Heavyweight Champion.

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 SbWum

[Wade Barrett]
Really Mick? A No Holds Barred Street Fight? Do you want Justin Gabriel's career to come to an agonizing end?

[Mick Foley]
Well no, I...

[Wade Barrett]
Because you've just signed his death warrant. I hope XWL is ready for a big lawsuit, because I'm certain the Gabriel family won't be happy with the outcome of our match at Final Stand... Everything that I have done before is nothing in comparison to what I will do in 2 weeks time. You have just given me free reign to do exactly what I want to with no consequences whatsoever. Gabriel, you can talk a big game all you want, but I can see it in your eyes right now that you're afraid. You're afraid of what I will do to you, and you're afraid if you'll ever be able to walk again, let alone stand after our match at Final Stand. You know first hand exactly what I am capable of because you helped me make people suffer when we were together as The Corre. How does it feel to be on the other side of the fence now Gabriel?

*Barrett picks up the contract and pen lying on the table and signs it quickly and confidently before throwing both back down on the table.*

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 PlQhs

*Barrett breaks into a sinister grin as he eyes up Gabriel, who stares down intently at the contract. The fans begin chanting his name as he once again raises the mic up to his lips...*

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 ZY8kv
[Justin Gabriel]
You're right I do know what you're capable of, I was there when you slammed Bob Orton's head into a door and I've felt exactly what that feels like.. But you also know what I'm capable of, I've thrown you through windows.. it was me who power bombed you through that stage a month ago. And at Final Stand, I have the chance to become the the top star in this business. Not only become World Champion but to win in the main event of Final Stand. So with all that on the line, I'm willing to do anything to defeat you, I showed you at Over The Limit just how far I'll go and If I have to go that far again at Final Stand, then that's what I'll do. I'm capable of far more than I've shown and you'll see exactly what I'm talking about at Final Stand.

*Gabriel picks up the pen and signs the contract as the crowd pops in a big way.*

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 014
[Mick Foley]
There we have it, ladies and gentlemen! It's official! Wade Barrett will defend his World Heavyweight Championship against Justin Gabriel in a No Holds Barred Street Fight, at Final Stand 4! Now if you would all direct your eyes to the titantron...

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Wadegab

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 L8cPp

I had the guys in the back put together that awesome graphic, which is only fitting for a match of this caliber. For those of you who witnessed this historic moment you can remember it in your minds forever. For those who aren't here tonight and had to witness it at home, well there's also posters now available on xwlshop.com... with FREE SHIPPING. Have a nice day!

*As Foley makes a quick exit. It leaves the two rivals, Gabriel and Wade alone. You can cut the tension with a knife and there is a deafening silence as Foley's music fades out. As the two men share a hatred-filled stare, chants of Gabriel's name begin to rise up from the ranks of the XWL Universe. Both men stand face to face without either man taking their eyes off the other. Wade Barrett raises up his World Championship, Gabriel looks up at the World Title and smiles back at Wade who just shakes his head. Both men continue to just stare at each other as Breakdown fades to a commercial break.*

AND YOUR WINNER OF THE MATCH...... "THE RATED R SUPERSTARRRRRR" EDGE!

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 10hn7kn

Jim Ross: Good God almighty! What a spear!

Jerry "the King" Lawler: JR, that Spear took Edge himself down! What a match!

Jim Ross: Edge overcomes more odds from the Co-General Manager, what a physical bout that was.

*Edge finally gets up to his knees again and the crowd gives him a standing ovation.*

Jerry "the King" Lawler: Let me tell you something, JR, that was no impostor. Edge just beat the "World's Strongest Man." Cody better be ready in two weeks.

Jim Ross: Cody will be in for the fight of his life, that's for sure, King.

[???]
ATTENTION PLEASE

Jerry "the King" Lawler: Speak of the devil.

*The crowd goes insane with boos as the theme of "Dashing" Cody Rhodes hits. Edge finally gets up to his feet and looks towards the stage.*

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 2rx6tfq

*After a few moments, Cody still doesn't come out and his theme dies down; Edge irate in the ring.*

Jim Ross:
Oh, I knew it! There's no way Cody will come face to face with Edge before Final Stand.

Jerry "the King" Lawler: What else is there to expect, JR? He's been making a mockery of our program for the past month!

*Edge shrugs in the ring, throwing his arms up in the air. He goes to leave, but suddenly Cody Rhodes is seen running through the crowd; and he quickly enters the ring!*

Jerry "the King" Lawler:
Edge, quick! Turn around!

*Edge turns around, but it's too late and Cody hits him with a clothesline! Edge goes down and Rhodes puts the boots to him. The crowd boos as Cody kneels down, striking the forehead of his rival multiple times. He then grabs the head of Edge and violently smashes it into the canvas. Rhodes does it a few more times before getting back up, grabbing Edge with him. He grabs him by the tights and throws him right into the ring post! Cody jerks Edge out of the corner and into the ring, where he hits the Beautiful Disaster on the "Rated R Superstar." The ref tries to convince Rhodes to stop the assault, but he simply glances up at him with eyes full of rage and hate.*

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Normal_529

Jim Ross:
Enough is enough already! Dammit! Somebody stop this!

Jerry "the King" Lawler: JR... if Cody hasn't already..... he's gone off the deep end.

*The Co-GM gets back up to his feet and looks around. He looks down and with a twisted and sadistic look on his face, he grabs Edge.*

Jim Ross:
You've made your point, dammit! Somebody needs to put this kid in his place already!

*Rhodes takes another glance over his shoulder before he hits Edge with the Cross Rhodes! The crowd boos as Cody takes another trip around with his eyes, almost in a world of his own.*

XWL Breakdown: 2/26/2012 - 3/4/2012 Normal_624

*Cody walks up the ramp, still not uttering a word. The camera zooms up on him as he shields his face, but Rhodes soon pushes it out of his way; causing Breakdown to go to commercial.*
