Perhaps the only good thing to come from the state of New Jersey, it's LIV!

Liv Morgan's theme song washes over the arena and without even a moment of hesitation, the crowd instantly follows suit with boos. The Delinquent pops out onto the stage like a firecracker in Jordans, plucking her suspenders from her shoulders as she twirls around on the stage before finding her footing and flicking her hair back over her shoulder, only this time, it's pink?! That's right, it seems the Jersey-native is sporting a new bubblegum-pink 'do to mark her first PPV appearance in nearly a year. Liv takes it all in, before clasping her hands innocently behind her back while she nonchalantly trots down the ramp.

Making her way to the ring, from Elmwood Park, New Jersey.. Liv, Morgan!

What's this? Is there something wrong with my monitor?

[Corey Graves]
Your screen does not deceive you, Mauro! The Juvenile Delinquent decided to freshen up her look as a means of "coming into her own" since her big return to XWL not too long ago. You might have known that if you followed her on twitter, Mauro, @YaOnlyLivvOnce.

[Mauro Ranallo]
Regardless Corey, two weeks ago we witnessed what was supposed to be a match between Ronda Rousey and Liv Morgan, but instead turned into a street fight when Liv delivered an illegal hard right shielded with a set of her pal Sasha Banks' metal rings. Understandably so, the ref called for the bell, but Liv wasn't done there. The Problem Child continued to mercilessly unload onto the Baddest Woman on the Planet until there was practically no life left in her!

[Corey Graves]
And it was GENIUS, Mauro! You, me, and everyone at home fully expected Liv Morgan to walk right into the lion's den and be ripped to shreds by Ronda Rousey that night. However, Liv's street smarts that can only be acquired from growing up in Jersey paid off, and the Delinquent executed a masterful plan with just the right amount of poetic justice on top. How can you not appreciate that?

[Mauro Ranallo]
I can tell you who didn't appreciate it, Corey, and that's Ronda Rousey. The following week, Rousey surprised us all by bouncing by quicker, and fiercer than we could have expected after the damage she sustained at the hands of Morgan's savage ambush. That led to Liv channeling her inner Roadrunner and taking for the hills with Ronda hot on her trail all the way through the arena! Which brings us to tonight, Corey.

[Corey Graves]
And now that we know what this new Liv Morgan is capable of, it will be interesting to see what she has up her metaphorical sleeve tonight, or if Ronda's raw power will be enough to trap Liv early on and settle this feud for good.

Morgan rolls inside of the ring and makes her way over to the ropes. She hopes onto the middle rope, perching herself on it with her legs crossed before letting her bright blue tongue hang out loudly and proudly. As her theme song fades out to an end, Liv rotates her legs back into the ring and unclips her suspenders from her tights and tossing them aside. Following suit, she also removes her beanie to reveal her signature pigtails underneath.




The theme of Ronda Rousey hits across the arena to a huge ovation from the XWL universe! Only a few seconds pass by before she appears!



[Corey Graves]
Ronda Rousey means business tonight!

[Mauro Ranallo]
I wouldn't like to be Liv Morgan right now, look at the look on Ronda Rousey's face!

The stern look doesn't leave the face of Ronda Rousey as she darts down the ramp, throwing off her jacket and jumping into the ring. She's wasting no time trying to get hands on Liv Morgan. The second Ronda enters the ring, she tries to dart across the ring to Liv but the ref steps in her path!

The ref is holding her back as much as he can, Liv Morgan just dances around behind the ref! sticking her tongue out at Ronda Rousey once again! This just infuriates Ronda Rousey even more...  

[Corey Graves]
Bold strategy by Liv Morgan here! I don't' think I'd be pissing off Ronda more than she already is!

The ref manages to finally hold Ronda Rousey back to the corner, as we await the wheel spin to decide the stipulation!

[Mauro Ranallo]
Let's find out what type of match it'll be Corey!



[Corey Graves]
Falls count anywhere!

Now the stipulation has been decided the ref rings the bell! Ronda instantly darts across the ring, pouncing onto Liv! Liv backs up into the corner the best she can but Ronda lays shot after shot across the head and body of Liv Morgan. Ronda then grabs hold of Liv by the head and throws her across the ring!

[Mauro Ranallo]
Ronda is fired up!

After Liv crashes to the ground, Ronda follows up by mounting Liv, delivering more shots! She grabs the arm! Holding it up straight, ready for the arm bar!

[Corey Graves]
I don't like how this is going for Liv!


Liv is kicking and screaming, trying her best to wriggle free...and she does! The kicking and screaming worked as Liv breaks free from the grasp and slides out of the ring! Liv tries to escape up the ramp, but Ronda is right behind her! Ronda grabs her by the hair drags her back towards the ring, Ronda slams Liv face first into the apron! Liv falls into a slump, Ronda drags her back to her feet and throws her back into the ring.

Ronda is dominating Liv Morgan!


Ronda is still in full control, at this point it's almost like she's playing with Liv! She throws Liv to the outside, Liv crashes down to the outside. Ronda takes a moment alone, in the ring to regain Focus, but as she heads towards the ropes Liv Morgan pops up out of nowhere with a Kendo Stick! She smashes it across the head of Ronda Rousey!

[Mauro Ranallo]
Did you hear that?!

The sickening smack is heard across the arena, as Ronda falls back, Liv now stands up, Kendo stick in hand and a huge smile across her face! Ronda is collapsed in a heap, and Liv is taking full advantage of this! She jumps into the ring, and delivers shot after shot across the back of Ronda Rousey! Ronda attempts to get back to her feet after each shot, but Liv with just hit after hit to keep Ronda down!

[Corey Graves]
These shots are sickening, Mauro! How is Ronda Rousey still getting up?!


Each time Ronda gets up the shots seem to get harder and harder. Ronda gets back to her knees, and Liv hits the most sickening shot yet across the head of Ronda! Ronda collapses to the mat, Liv goes for the cover!

RONDA KICKS OUT! The look of shock across the face of Liv Morgan!

[Corey Graves]
How did she kick out of that?

Liv is getting more and more frustrated that Ronda will not stay down...She goes for a huge swing..BUT RONDA CATCHES IT! Ronda blocks the Kendo Stick with her hand, grabbing onto it. Ronda begins to get to her feet, with a vice like grab on the Kendo Stick. Liv is in shock that Ronda is back up...Liv ditches the plan. She lets go of the Kendo Stick and makes a run for it! She jumps out of the ring, and heads up the ramp!

Ronda throws the Kendo Stick down the mat and gives chase!


[Corey Graves]
The chase is back on!

Liv heads behind the curtain, Ronda follows by just behind....but seconds later Ronda comes falling back out from behind the curtain!

[Mauro Ranallo]
What the hell?!



Whatever happened to Ronda...hurt the Baddest Woman on the planet... Ronda tries to get back to her feet but staggers and falls back down!... Seconds pass and a figure appears from behind the curtain!

[Mauro Ranallo]
ITS SASHA BANKS!



Sasha walks across to the beaten Ronda Rousey, standing over her with a huge smile across her face! Seconds later Liv Morgan reappears with a huge a smile. Running circles around Ronda as Ronda lays in agony. Sasha takes a moment to soak in the moment, as she finally gets her revenge on Ronda for breaking her arm! She stops Liv in her tracks, and with a nod..Liv knows exactly what to do!

[Corey Graves]
This has to have been the plan all along!

[Mauro Ranallo]
What are they doing now?!



Sasha and Liv grab a arm each of Ronda, dragging her towards the edge of the stage.... Sasha and Liv grab an handful of hair each, drag Ronda to her feet...... Seconds later....





THEY THROW RONDA OFF THE STAGE CRASHING THROUGH MULTIPLE EQUIPMENT TABLES!


[Corey Graves]
Oh my god!

[Mauro Ranallo]
MAMMA MIA!!!

Ronda crashes through the tables and down to the concrete below with a thud heard around the arena! The crowd are stunned into silence. Sasha stands on edge of the stage looking down on Ronda who hasn't moved an inch. Liv knows this is her opportunity and runs down to the stairs leading off the stage, officials are on scene to help Ronda but Liv pushes them all out of the way....and makes the cover!

Multiple officials try to talk Liv out of it, but she screams at them to count...One finally does..

She's done it! Liv Morgan has just beat Ronda Rousey!

[Mauro Ranallo]
She was double teamed and thrown off the stage, Corey! This is too far!



Liv Morgan makes her way back up to the stage to Celebrate with Sasha! She jumps towards Sasha in celebration. Medics arrive on the scene to help Ronda as much as they possibly can. Ronda finally with movement, does her best to try get up...But she can't! Ronda collapses back down to the floor as the cameras pan back to Sasha Bank and Liv Morgan admiring their work, and the destruction of Ronda Rousey.

An old theme song once again plays. Fans recognize it right away and they boo.



It's the second time tonight that we've seen the World Heavyweight Champion make his entrance, but it's not the same man as before. The Alpha, your CO-WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION alongside Johnny Gargano, Chris Jericho steps out from behind the curtain with the strap worn over his shoulder.



[MAURO RANALLO]
There he is, Ladies and Gentleman. The record-setting eight-time World Heavyweight Champion. The championship is not on the line in this match but like earlier, there are World Heavyweight Championship implications on the line. We do not know who Chris Jericho is going to be going up against but whoever that may be, if they can defeat the Alpha, they will be added to the World Heavyweight Championship match at Breakthrough to make it a triple threat match.

The Alpha stands at the stage and glances out into the sea of fans who hated his guts.

[COREY GRAVES]
I kind of feel sorry for whoever this is going to be. Not only are they about to step into the ring with the Greatest of All-Time, but they didn't know about this match until today. They didn't have a week to prepare. And, as we saw earlier, it could be someone who was already in a match which places them at a distinct disadvantage. I don't see someone like Chris Jericho complaining though if he gets an easier win. He's looking to get that match with Johnny Gargano at Breakthrough so that he can defeat him and become the one true World Heavyweight Champion of this company.



Jericho walks down that ramp with a purpose in his step. You cannot see his face behind that mask to see what emotions are running through the Alpha. Is he confident? Is he nervous? Is this a mind game to his opponent? Who knows anymore. Jericho has become quite the unstable, unpredictable, unmatched figured over the last couple of months - the transformation from the loud-mouthed, over the top Y2J to this dark character who we all know as the Alpha of this business. Jericho walks up the steel steps, championship still held over his right shoulder, grabs the rope and enters the squared circle.



The Alpha paces around the ring before eventually coming to a stop. His championship is sat down on the ground before Jericho stands up straight - front focused in the direction of the cameraman who stood in front of him. Jericho slowly brings his hand to the black mask which he wore, holds it and pulls it off... only to reveal a white mask beneath it! Clearly, at this point, Jericho was trying to play mind games... or maybe he was showing a little more about who (or what) the Alpha really is. A man of many faces. A man who changes the questions just when you think you had the answers.




Jericho awaits, the wheel appears on the screen as the spin begins to decide his opponent tonight...




[MAURO RANALLO]
Things just got even more interesting, Corey! WOW! The best friend of the Jericho's fellow Co-Champion....Tommaso Ciampa!





The theme of Ciampa blasts across the arena to a huge ovation. Jericho just stands in the corner, with the title over his shoulder with a slight smirk across his face

[COREY GRAVES]
Tommaso Ciampa has the chance to join his best friend in a match for the World Heavyweight Championship! That's must be the dream for those two! Yet another dream of Johnny Gargano that Chris Jericho will be looking to crush!



Ciampa bursts out from behind the curtain, with a clear look of focus..This is his chance. Ciampa with a quick and focused walk down the ring

[MAURO RANALLO]
Look at the focus on his face, Corey!

[COREY GRAVES]
He should be focused! He needs to be focused, Mauro! Look who he's coming up against, with no time to prepare! This is the biggest moment of his career!


Ciampa enters the ring, throws off his jacket. Jericho just stands in the corner, still with the championship over his shoulder. Ciampa is fired up, with jumps up and down on the spot. Jericho removes his jacket, places his World Championship over the corner and takes a step forward. Ciampa joins him, and both stand face to face in centre of the ring.
The ref separate both men...and calls for the bell!




The moment the bell rings....Jericho kicks Ciampa in the groin!

[MAURO RANALLO]
WHAT THE HELL?


Ciampa instantly drops the mat, the ref' questions Jericho and calls for the bell!! The Referee has just disqualified Chris Jericho!

[MAURO RANALLO]
Chris Jericho just got himself disqualified! Does this mean Ciampa is in the World Heavyweight Championship match at Breakthrough?

[COREY GRAVES]
....I mean...He's won so it seems so Mauro! I don't know what Chris Jericho is thinking, but he must have planned this!

Jericho doesn't seem to care one bit, he picks up his World Championship, places it over his shoulder and exits the ring! Jericho clearly knows what he is doing here, with the championship placed over his shoulder, Jericho with a cocky walk up the ramp. As Ciampa is left rolling in pain after the low blow.

[COREY GRAVES]
Think about it Mauro! Now Johnny Gargano has to deal with his best friend in the World Heavyweight Championship match....Could this be more mind games by Chris Jericho?

[MAURO RANALLO]
But now Chris Jericho has to deal with two men who will be out to get him in one match for the World Heavyweight Championship, Corey!

[COREY GRAVES]
Trust me, Mauro! Chris Jericho knows exactly what he is doing! And whatever  it is, Will be genius!


Jericho just walks back behind the curtain, not even taking a look back at Ciampa...It's clear his work is done here. Ciampa is helped back to his feet....and his hand is raised!

[COREY GRAVES]
Well Mauro, Tommaso Ciampa is now in the World Heavyweight Championship match at Breakthrough! So it will now be Chris Jericho vs Johnny Gargano vs Tommaso Ciampa!


Ciampa still in pain from the low blow, removes his hand from the ref'. He might have "won" tonight....but it's clear The Pyscho Killer isn't happy about what just went down.

[Mauro Ranallo]
Coming up next we have tonight's main event where we will crown the first ever XWL North American Champion.  The brainchild of General Manager JBL, the second championship to be added to the Women's Division has already added fuel to the already red-hot roster of females to grace the XWL ring.

[Corey Graves]
I have to agree with you Mauro.  We've seen so many new faces appear.  So many others have risen up to make a name for themselves.  The Women's Division right now is better than it's ever been.  A second championship for the women was nothing more than a mere fantasy, but now, after all their hard work, after all the blood, sweat and tears over the years, now it's a reality.

[Mauro Ranallo]
Tonight is going to go down in history as one to remember.  The match we are about to witness will be talked about for generations to come.  Every single woman to ever grace an XWL ring - from the true greats... from the Laylas to the Natalyas, the AJ Lees and Aprils... and even those who had much less of an impact like Alicia Fox and Portia Perez... every last woman has put in the work to make this moment possible.  The moment we crown a second champion in the Women's Division.

[Corey Graves]
I just can't wait!  It's going to be awesome!  It's going to be epic!  And the wrestling fan inside me is going nuts at what we are about to witness!

The sound of familiar music begins to play.



[Corey Graves]
There's a storm a comin'!

Right on cue, "The Lightning From Down Under Toni Storm" emerges.  She has a look on her face not seen before. One of pure determination.  There is no sign of the cockiness she has been associated with in recent weeks.  Instead, it looks as though she has one thing on her mind - walking out with the gold.



[Mauro Ranallo]
Toni Storm has had quite the impact ever since she appeared on the scene back at Cyberslam where she decimated Dakota Kai, shelving the courageous Kiwi indefinitely.  Ever since then, Storm has talked the talk, but tonight in her long awaited debut match-up in an XWL ring, we will finally find out if she can walk the walk.

[Corey Graves]
Like I keep saying every week Mauro, I have no doubt in my mind that Toni Storm has everything required to be a major player in the XWL Women's Division.  And tonight, she has the opportunity to prove that straight out of the gates by becoming the inaugural XWL North American Champion.

Storm reaches the bottom of the entrance ramp and pauses.  She analyzes her surroundings intently.  From the fans to her left, the squared circle directly ahead, to the fans on her right.  This is the moment she has dreamed about.  This is the moment she has worked for.  This is HER moment.  She takes
a deep breath and continues, slowly climbing the ring steps.

[Mauro Ranallo]
Storm's attitude hasn't resonated too well with the XWL Universe, but as we saw earlier tonight, maybe she isn't all that bad.

[Corey Graves]
She never was bad Mauro.  She was doing what it takes to make a name for herself.  You come in to a company like XWL, the greatest wrestling company in the world... and you just go through the motions?... You're asking to be a failure.  Toni knew that.  She needed to be different.  She needed to stand out.  She needed to make an impact.  And she's done just that.  She's been the talk of the locker room and of the entire wrestling community since Cyberslam which proves that point.  That's also why she's in a championship match in her debut match-up right now!

[Mauro Ranallo]
Maybe so Corey.  She does look all business here tonight.  There's none of the arrogance or smugness we have grown accustomed to these past few weeks.  I know she's world-traveled and is a ring veteran given her young age so I'm intrigued to see how she fares tonight among-st some of XWL's elite.

[Corey Graves]
I think you'll find that you'll be pleasantly surprised Mauro.  There is no glass ceiling in Toni Storm's world.  She smashed that to pieces years ago.  I'd say the sky is the limit, but she's already in outer space when it comes to her potential in my opinion.

Storm has been in the ring for several seconds before she swings around in her trademark pose, throwing up the devil's horns.



Some fans even throw a few ribbons in the ring, showing that maybe Storm has regained some new fans!  She lets her icy expression break into one of pure joy.  She's here, finally in an XWL ring!  And what a night to debut and show the world what she can do!



Smoke rises from the stage as Ember Moon makes her way out, facewrap over face. As the music hits the crescendo she pulls away the face mask and lets out a war scream, before continuing her way down the ramp.

[Corey Graves]
Oh look, it's little miss can't win the big one. She touts her win against the Women's Champion but what has she really done besides one fluke win here in the XWL?

[Mauro Ranallo]
You know as well as I do Corey that it isn't all about wins and losses here in the XWL. Regardless of her win loss record, Ember has taken every one of her opponents to their limit, regardless of whether or not her hand is raised at the end of the night.

[Corey Graves]
Clearly your vision has been clouded by the fancy colors and smoke, but regardless Ember is a hell of a competitor but has a lot to prove to show she belongs with the likes of the rest of the competitors.

Ember pulls herself up on the apron, making her E symbol with her fingers before making her way into the ring and focusing on the task ahead.



The sounds of horses gallop away in the distance, then the creaking sound of a carriage and the atmosphere changes completely. Out from the back slowly appears Shayna Baszler with a towel perched over her neck and her hands holding onto it. She steps to the top of the stage and rolls her shoulders. Looking to both sides of her she then raises out both of her arms and then comes together with them and opens her fingers to form an Ace symbol.

[Corey Graves]
The two women in this ring are trying not to take the focus off each other as Shayna has made her arrival. In efforts to make waves, Shayna has already been dominant throughout after taking out Asuka, and last week Lana.

[Mauro Ranallo]
Not only has she been dominant, she brings a completely different element to this match. I mean.. can you feel the surge of fear that has embedded into these walls surrounding us Corey? The Submission Magician taking this place in the palm of her hands as she makes her presence known.

[Corey Graves]
Dialing the notches back a few, these three women had choice of words for one another going into this contest, and one word to sum up the mayhem is advantage. Which one of these will get the advantage as Baszler looks to seize the opportunity in front of a sold out rocking crowd in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Her eyes are fixated on the ring and she has a stern look on her face not going away any time soon, she’s in a different mode and everyone else notices it too. Shayna power walks down the ramp as the music picks up slightly.

[Corey Graves]
It’s about to get real ladies and gentleman, our main event is closing in on us, and so is Baszler.

She pushes the camera man out of the way and he takes a stumble to get a better view of Shayna as she reaches the end of the aisle. All you can see is the fan and their somber tones. She is fueled by this and bursts up onto the apron, Toni and Ember keep themselves at a nice distance.

[Mauro Ranallo]
If I were those two, i’d keep myself at a safe distance as well, it’s about to descend into bedlam and chaos for supremacy, to crown the first ever XWL North American Women’s Champion!

The camera focuses in on Shayna and the next movement she’s about to make. She grabs a hold of the towel around her neck and then takes it off into her right hand, bawling a fist. Pumped up and ready to get into the ring, She wipes her feet off on the apron roughly and slaps her face a couple times to get her riled up. Baszler ducks her head down to enter the ropes and suddenly the titantron appears with a Roulette wheel.



Shayna squints her eyes and becomes instantly confused as her music fades out of the PA system. Her hands are now on her hips and she stares at the tron perplexed. The towel is now thrown down to the ground below her, the wheel zooms in on the screen immediately after.

[Corey Graves]
What is this? This wheel is rigged, where was Alexa's name? It's not like she won earlier in the evening or anything.

[Mauro Ranallo]
Earlier tonight, we saw Alexa Bliss redeem herself for her loss against Kairi Sane a few weeks ago in Sane's debut, and now, we get to see Kairi attempt to do the same as the final participant in this Fatal 4 Way match.

[Corey Graves]
You can call it what you want, Mauro, the fact is that once again The Goddess has been overlooked.





Kairi's theme begins to play for the second time in the evening, but this time it's actually for her. Cheers emanate from the live audience in attendance in anticipation for the arrival of the Pirate Princess. Many moments pass before the woman in question emerges from behind the curtain and slowly brings herself out onto the stage, favoring her right elbow. She stands on the stage, no signature coat, no pirate hat, no wheel and clearly still hurting both physically and mentally from her match earlier in the evening against Alexa Bliss, suffering a loss at the hands of her rival.

[Corey Graves]
She looks like she could barely stand. She shouldn't be out here, much less competing for the newly minted North American Championship.

[Mauro Ranallo]
That's called heart, Corey.

[Corey Graves]
And how did that “heart” work out for her earlier tonight?

[Mauro Ranallo]
One loss isn't anything to be ashamed of, you should know that. She has a victory over Alexa Bliss, and tonight, it could have gone either way so take nothing away from our resident Pirate Princess.

[Corey Graves]
Only you would call that a victory, Mauro. Alexa wasn't in the right frame of mind to issue an open challenge then was caught off guard by The Pirate Princess. She literally stole that “victory,” she should be made to walk the plank.

Kairi begins to make her descent down the entrance ramp, no theatrics and no smile etched on her face, the only things on her mind are redemption and victory and she has the opportunity to do both in the shape of the North American Championship. She makes it to the bottom of the ramp, stopping in her tracks as she surveys the landscape of talent and competition standing in front of her. Locking eyes with every woman in this match, Kairi turns to her left and takes a few steps towards the nearby set of ring steps, scaling them up onto the apron and slowly entering the ring, the final participant of this match with Championship repercussions now inside the ring. With a woman in each corner, Kairi's theme begins to fade into silence, every woman in the ring ready to become the first ever North American Champion.

The official in charge of this match is in possession of The North American Championship as he stands in the corner, while reigning Women's Champion respectfully with her title around her waist rather than on her shoulder in full focus of this moment enters the ring and smiles at all four Women on the cusp of making history.

[Mauro Ranallo]
As we learned earlier in the night Natalya indeed the special ring announcer for this upcoming match, as the current representative of the division she's adamantly spoken of how much this night means, to now be able to up the level of competition that much more with a second title in the division.

[Corey Graves]
And who better to ring in perhaps the beginning of a incredible career than the Woman that has turned her career around this year and now stands as the most dominant female in all of 2018.

[Mauro Ranallo]
Roulette began her rise to this height, and one year later...Toni Storm, Ember Moon, Shayna Baszler, and Kairi Sane all have the opportunity to do the same.

[Natalya]
The following Fatal Four Way IS THE MAIN-EVENT...and it is to determine The First EVER North American Champion!!

The camera switches to Toni Storm.  The Aussie is sporting the same determined look as before.  She casts her icy gaze on each of her opponents before she is introduced by the reigning Women's Champion.



[Natalya]
Introducing first, making her XWL in-ring debut...from Gold Coast, Australia...TONI STORM!!

After the introduction, Storm again throws up the devil's horns, turning to face the XWL Universe who give her something she hasn't heard before - a cheer.  You can tell this means a lot to her as she lowers her arm with a grin from ear to ear.  Maybe she's turning over a new leaf and this is a sign of things to come, or maybe this is just them being nice and courteous on this historic occasion.

[Natalya]
Next, The Shenom herself...from Dallas, Texas...EMBER MOON!

After Ember's name is announced, she looks down at the North American Title and let's out a war scream before Natalya moves on to the next competitor.

[Natalya]
Now, The Ace of Spades...from Sioux Falls, South Dakota...SHAYNA BASZLER!

The Submission Magician comes out of the corner and goes to each individual woman's spots in their corner. She takes out a playing card as she tells them to watch this. Shayna goes to the middle of the ring, and raises the playing card. "I AM THE ACE!" Posing for the entire crowd as the spotlight is directed onto her. The card is tossed to the crowd in a unique way. Baszler makes an ace symbol with her hands as she eyes up Natalya before smirking and stretching her back off the ropes.

[Natalya]
And their opponent, The Pirate Princess...from Yamaguchi, Japan..KAIRI SANE!

With that said, Kairi pulls herself away from the turnbuckle she was leaning on and stands in the center of the ring, the cheering of the live audience in attendance filling the air. She slowly raises her right arm into the air, lightly tapping her elbow with her left hand before aiming it towards Toni Storm, whose eyes narrow at the sight and motions for her to try. She then aims it towards Ember Moon, her fearless gaze prompting a similar response. Finally, she turns it towards Shayna, a sick smile forming on her face as she takes a step forward, resting her chin on said elbow before mouthing, “I dare you.” Kairi removes her elbow and stands face to face with Baszler, prompting the referee to interject himself to defuse the situation prior to the bell ringing. With the situation resolved, both Women return to their respective corners, as the official now raises The North American Championship into the air to remind everyone what this match is all about.



[Mauro Ranallo]
It's not often you get to watch history unfold before your very eyes, but that time is right here right now. We are about to see a Champion crowned, for the first time ever for their young careers in XWL...one of these Women will be CHAMPION.

[Corey Graves]
An incredible line-up, with such a rich build up from when the division began to where it is right now. We crowned The FIRST Women's Champion at this exact time 10 years ago, the FIRST Women's ONLY Main-Event took place at this EXACT event 2 years ago, and now...we will see a perfect marriage of those 2 moments as it has led us to The FIRST North American Champion being crowned in The Main-Event. It does not get any bigger or more special than that.

Natalya begins to exit the ring, taking one last time to wish all the Women the best of luck in their venture to leave tonight as Champion. Once she's back at ringside she takes a seat and eagerly sits on the edge of it as she like all of us can't wait to watch it all go down. Now that everyone is apart from one another, the referee signals to ringside to call for the bell, bringing a start to this contest.

Kairi Sane assesses her drop zone.  Within it are three targets.  Her opponents each turn their attention to the preying Sane simultaneously before she soars from the top rope taking each of them out at the same time with one giant crossbody!

[Mauro Ranallo]
Mama mia!  Sane just flew from the top rope and took out everyone in this match!

[Corey Graves]
She's best friends with The Genius Of The Sky, so you can only assume some of that has rubbed off on Kairi.  That crossbody was a thing of beauty.  Almost on par with her patented InSane Elbow!

[Mauro Ranallo]
All four women are down and the crowd are going crazy!

The applause and cheers in recognition of the efforts of the four competitors reaches another level at this point.  A "This is awesome!" chant begins to echo around the arena, as slowly but surely, the women regain their footing.  The match continues...

As the referee's hand hits the mat for the third time and he calls for the bell, Toni Storm rolls off the downed Shayna Baszler.  The fatigue and emotion is clear for all to see.

Toni Storm has done it!  Toni Storm is the inaugural XWL North American Champion!

[Corey Graves]
What a match!  What a moment!

[Mauro Ranallo]
Toni Storm has realized her dream of becoming a champion in XWL!

A groggy and dazed Storm is helped to her feet by the match official.  It seems as though the last few moments of the match took place on instinct alone.  When she finally realizes that her hand is being held up in victory, she breaks into tears.

[Natalya]
Here is your winner, AND THE FIRST NORTH AMERICAN CHAMPION IN XWL HISTORY...TONI STORM!!

Natalya's announcement adds even more to the moment, the words echoing through Toni's ears as her emotions continue to run wild.

[Corey Graves]
Say what you will about Toni Storm, but that woman right there is the present and future of the women's division.

[Mauro Ranallo]
Who can argue after a debut performance like the one we just witnessed.  Her methods may have been questionable in the lead up to tonight, but when you look into her eyes right now you see pure emotion and passion for this business.  You see grit, determination and the realization that all the hard work to get here has finally paid off.  Toni Storm has just had the match of her career at the very start of her young XWL career.

Storm looks around at the XWL Universe full of emotion.  Each of them are applauding her efforts and those of her defeated opponents.  Kairi Sane and Ember Moon begin to leave up the ramp, one with her head bowed, the other shaking her head in complete disappointment.  Shayna Baszler has retreated to the outside, leaving the spotlight to solely shine on Storm.

[Corey Graves]
Take nothing away from Kairi Sane, Shayna Baszler and Ember Moon... every last one of them showed up here tonight.  This match could've gone either way.  But Toni Storm proved that she is the real deal.  She backed up everything she has said since Cyberslam by completing what must be one of the greatest debuts of all-time.  She is now the proud owner of the newly-minted, brand new North American Championship.

Storm wipes her eyes on the back of her hand, before turning to lock eyes with the Women's Champion Natalya. Natalya is clapping while holding the NA title over her shoulder. She wears a proud look on her face and a wide smile as she takes the title and holds it, outstretched with both hands, for the new champion to collect.

[Mauro Ranallo]
What a show of respect, from one champion to another.  It only makes sense that Natalya is the one to hand over the gold.

[Corey Graves]
This moment to remember will be made even more memorable by the presence of the most dominant Women's champion in recent times.  

Storm approaches Natalya and grips the title. Before taking it completely she thanks her and bows her head a little.  Now the title is in her posession, Natalya embraces her in a hug and whispers something in her ear that only the two of them will share and know about.  The fans cheer this action and several capture this image forever in the form of a photograph.

[Mauro Ranallo]
This is why I got into this line of work, moments like this.  Moments that defy expectations.  Moments that will last a lifetime and more!

[Corey Graves]
Two great women with two great careers right now and ahead of them.  Both sitting atop the division with championship gold.  I have to say that the division is in good hands.

Natalya breaks the hug and resumes her clapping as she slowly backs out of the ring, letting Storm have her moment.  Storm looks down at the title long and hard.



She takes several deep breaths, the tiredness taking over her for a moment as she looks around at the masses.  Several continue to cheer and some have even begun to chant her name.  Storm nods her head in recognition of this and then proudly raises her title upward for the first time leaning into the ropes, again succumbing to her emotions.

Soak it in Toni!  You deserve it!

In a little over a month Toni Storm has gone from a relative unknown in XWL to becoming a history-maker by becoming the first ever North American Champion.  Her meteoric rise has been nothing short of extraordinary.

[Corey Graves]
I told you Mauro!  I told you ever since she first appeared back at Cyberslam that she had what it takes to be a major player here.  And look at her now!

[Mauro Ranallo]
We had all the warnings that a storm was coming.  Many people doubted it.  Toni Storm was considered by many to be just another arrogant upstart, doing whatever she could to try and make a name for herself.  Many people wrote her off entirely.  But right now I think we can all safely say that the what she said was true.  And that the Storm has definitely arrived in XWL.

Storm has returned to the middle of the ring.  She holds the title in one hand, still in disbelief.  She had all the self-belief in the world that she could win the title, but even so you can tell she's still finding it hard to believe her dream has come true.  She looks down at it, shakes her head, then again looks towards the fans.  With one final deep breath she strikes a pose once again, raising the title upwards with one hand.



This is the final image we see in the final moments as Roulette comes to a close, the curtains coming down on this historic night in XWL's history.

What a night we have had, from start to finish I have been on the edge of my seat.  The main event more than lived up to all the hype and fanfare leading up to it, but when it was all said and done Toni Storm emerged as the inaugural North American Champion!  We thank you all for tuning in tonight on this momentous occasion.  Thank you all, and goodnight!
