Subject: XWL Anarchy: 10/22/2018 - 11/5/2018 - The Slammy Award Edition Mon Oct 22, 2018 5:00 pm
LIVEFROM: Staples Center Los Angeles, California
DEADLINE: 4:30 P.M. EST / 9:30 P.M. GMT
By The Skin of His Teeth As good as Dean Ambrose has proved he is, the odds were not in his favor going into Cyberslam. Johnny Gargano and Chris Jericho were as determined as they ever have been and a less chaotic match definitely favored both men. The match was fast, it was hard hitting, and it was painful. Pins were broken, traded, and strategies came to fruition. But at the end of the match it was Dean dropping Gargano for the pin. But it was as close to close as it could be since Jericho leaped to break it up. None the less, Dean retained. And he's ready to move on with his life. Right?....Right?
A Mysterious Challenger Rusev and Aiden had a gameplan and they stuck to it at Cyberslam. Attacking Jeff earlier in the night put the newly returned Broken Matt in a bad spot. Broken Matt had to take on Rusev and the enforcer Aiden, in a match that he shouldn't have had a chance in. That is until a mysterious stranger called the Willow, who Corey swore up and down was Jeff Hardy even though he had been rushed to the hospital earlier, came out to even the odds allowing Matt to roll up the Television Champion. After that loss Rusev will find himself face to face with Jeff Hardy in a match with the Televison Championship on the line. This is a must watch
Anguish In The Division Natalya has made a history of showing her opponents the respect that she wants. And she did just that as she faced Kaitlyn in a match for the ages. When the dust settled it was once again Natalya left standing tall. That is until Kaitlyn speared Natalya multiple time nearly breaking the champion in half. Meanwhile we watched Asuka depart from XWL as Shayna made her debut softening Asuka for Bliss to send her packing. Sadly Asuka would not be the only one who's arm was broken as Sasha went up against Roddy Ronda in a match where Ronda snapped Sasha's arm because Sasha refused to quit leaving Liv and EMTs to rush to her aid. To add to the misery April faced off against the Demon Allie in a casket match where Nikki was basically the special enforcer. Hard hitting moves and emotional abuse was spread far and wide especially at the end where Nikki Cross lit the coffin on fire with Allie in it. April sat, horrified watching her rival go up in flames. This leads April to a match where she's not emotionally prepared for and physically she's outclassed. April will go against Nia Jax in a match dubbed Class of the Titans. April, longest reigning Woman's Champion and overall dominant figure in the Women's division will clash against the Women with ONE loss one on one in over her whole career. And it will be a Last Woman Standing Match.
Champs, But Still Rivals The team whose name I will not name did what they set out to do and defeated the Alpha Club to claim those tag titles! It should be a time to celebrate and I'm sure they did. But now that the dust has settled Chad Gable and Chris Sabin will once again lock horns in the middle of the ring as one half of the tag Champions Chad Gable will face off against the other half of the tag team champions Chris Sabin. What a dysfunctional team!
A Fresh Start For The Season Premiere Starting the season premiere be prepared to see new faces back in XWL! The likes of Randy Orton as he faces John Cena! Toni Storm after her shocking debut at the expense of Dakota Kai! Will the Ravishing Lana make her solo debut? Will Shayna explain her unprovoked assault on Asuka? We will see Drew McIntyre in action against a returning face in Shelton Benjamin! Will Tommaso Champa get revenge against James Storm? WHAT IS GONNA HAPPEN AT THE SLAMMY'S?! And perhaps most of all, WHO is leaving tonight with a coveted Slammy? Tune in as we crown your Male, and Female Superstar of The Year...The Champion of The Year, your Tag-Team or Stable of The Year...and many more. There's 10 awards up for grabs, so it's sure to be a momentous occasion.

Subject: Re: XWL Anarchy: 10/22/2018 - 11/5/2018 - The Slammy Award Edition Mon Oct 22, 2018 5:06 pm
As Anarchy begins we see fireworks blast throughout the arena and the sea of fans go crazy. For they have every right to be, it is the beginning of a brand new year, a brand new season for XWL, as it was just concluded with the annual XWL PPV Cyberslam. As the fireworks finish off and the crowd continues to cheer in excitement for tonight, a brand new intro begins to play.
Mauro Ranallo Welcome back ladies and gentlemen to XWL’s weekly episodic show, Anarchy.
Corey Graves It’s only been a week Mauro, but it seems like it’s been years!
Mauro Ranallo I completely agree Corey. We had so many high notes at Cyberslam leaving the entire XWL universe on the edge of their seats in anticipation for tonight.
Corey Graves Your exactly right Mauro. I mean we FINALLY saw the woman behind the mask for all these weeks reveal herself as none other than former Women’s Champion, Ruby Riot before she issued a challenge to current champion Natalya.
Mauro Ranallo Talking about champions, what about the fact that Natalya retained her championship with a very much earned win right before she was sucker punched by Kaitlyn.
Corey Graves Come on Mauro. She was simply making a name for herself and getting noticed. You wanna talk about sucker punches how about what happened to the man who SHOULD have faced Eli Drake for the International Championship, Drew McIntyre. He was blindsided by the jealous fruity pebble John Cena, and continues the attack until the point Drew Mcintyre could no longer compete forcing him to be replaced.....
Mauro Ranallo Oh please Corey. It’s not like he didn’t have it coming. After what McIntyre did to Cena just a few weeks prior to Cyberslam it was only a matter of time until he got what he had coming to him. Besides it’s not like we didn’t get a five star match out of the deal. We saw the rivalry rekindle it’s fire as Kenny Omega faced Eli Drake once again, this time for the coveted Intercontinental Championship, and after one hell of a match Eli Drake emerged on top to retain his championship.
Corey Graves And how about the Main Event we had last night Mauro. We saw Chris Jericho DOMINATE that match beginning to end.....
Mauro Ranallo Dominate? Please Corey. It was completely even all the way through, but Dean Ambrose once again proved why he’s champion by retaining it once again, even if there was a bit of a controversy in the final moment. But I’ve gotta admit it would have been nice to see the gold finally wrapped around Gargano’s waist.
Corey Graves Gargano’s waist? What about Jericho? We’ve never seen Gargano have to carry the weight of the company, for all we know he could choke under the pressure. We KNOW Jericho has what it takes, not to be a guy, but to be THE guy.
Mauro Ranallo Agree to disagree Corey. I have no doubt in Gargano’s ability. But enough about last night, tonight is the beginning of a new year for XWL, and with the beginnings the new year we will befitting a HUGE announcement from our “almighty” General Manager to kick things off tonight.
Corey Graves Speaking of almighty, here comes JBL now!
The crowd erupts into a loud sea of deafening boo’s as XWL GM rolls out onto the stage in his wheelchair. He smiles and waves as if pretending he hears nothing but cheers of his name. In his lap is something covered in a small red blanket, however no one really seems to pay much attention to it. He is followed by Virgil, as always. They both begin to make their way down to the ring, but there is something new. On the side of the ring closest to the ramp, there is now an additional ramp going up towards the ring, which allows JBL to roll up it and enter the ring as Virgil hold the ropes apart. JBL tips his hat and extends his arms soaking in the “cheers”. Eventually he reaches into his jacket and pulls out a microphone as he prepares to address the XWL universe.
$JBL$ Welcome ladies and gentlemen of Los Angels to Anarchy, the greatest professional Wrestling show in the world, thanks to, well, me hahaha. Now tonight is huge for XWL, for as I’m sure you all know it’s the beginning of an all new year. A all new “season”. And what’s a better way to kick it off than the annual Slammy Awards!
The crowd cheers at JBL’s announcement for once, as there is much anticipation to see who will win awards for their accomplishments over the past year.
$JBL$ There are so many awards to win here tonight, but not that many that actually deserve them. But nonetheless, deserving or not, they will be awarded or handed out one way or another. But that is not all. Tonight is the first night on the road to the next XWL ppv, Roulette! Now as I’m sure many of you are not smart enough to remember allow me to refreshed your brains. Roulette is the annual PPV where every match stipulation, match type, and match competitor will be put into a wheel. The wheel will then be spun and whichever option the wheel lands on, that is the option that must be fulfilled. This goes for EVERY match, championship or not, it will involve the spinning of the wheel.
$JBL$ Speaking of champions I’d like to be the first to congratulate the champions who retained last night. Eli Drake. You retained, and I’ll give it to you son, you can give a beating. But hell. That isn’t saying much seeing as to how Drew McIntyre, the man who should have faced you for that championship at Cyberslam, weakened Kenny Omega not one, but two weeks in a row before you match with him.
$JBL$ Dean Ambrose. Bullet Club member, or I guess I can say leader now since AJ Styles just randomly disappeared from the face of the earth. Once again you defy the odds by somehow beating Johnny Gargano AND Chris Jericho in a triple threat match to retain your championship. An incredible feat to say the least. But remember this.....ALL good things come to an end hahahahaha.
$JBL$ And let’s see, who else.....Oh yes. Natalya. Congratulations. You truly proved to the world that after all those years of jobbing to the division, you finally had enough. You finally grew the pair of balls you needed to take what you “deserve” and you don’t plan on letting anyone take that away from you. You truly proved you are a worthy champion, but at the same time you proved that it’s easier to blindside your over-trusting ass than it is to take a 50 year old single mom home with you from the bar.
$JBL$ But I must be truthful. Out of every match. Out of every moment and Cyberslam, there is one that stands out in my mind. There is one person that truly showed that they are willing to do ANYTHING to be successful here on the Anarchy roster. Someone that proved they have what it takes to be a great champion. Someone that proved the have the “it” factor. Someone that I can honestly say, that without a doubt I see them as the future of this company. And that someone is none other than the WOMAN I welcome out here right now, TONI STORM!!!
As some music never heard before begins to play, it is met with a chorus of boos. The fans have not forgiven Storm for her actions at Cyberslam. Not by a long shot.
Corey Graves And here comes XWL's newest acquisition! All the way from the Gold Coast in Australia, Toni Storm! I'm excited Mauro!
Mauro Ranallo These fans don't seem to feel the same way Corey. Not after what happened at Cyberslam.
Storm marches out onto the stage and stops in the center. She looks around, from left to right with no emotion on her face, taking in the view in front of her of thousands of angry people screaming at her. She appears to be completely unfazed. Her eyes are lit up and you can tell that this means the world to her to be in XWL and on an Anarchy show for the first time.
Corey Graves What happened at Cyberslam was that Toni Storm sent a message. She sent a message to the rest of the Women's Division and to the rest of XWL that she will do whatever it takes to make a splash here. That she's an impact player. And there's no doubt in my mind at all that someday soon, she will be champion.
Mauro Ranallo If making a splash or an impact is attacking an already injured and defenseless Dakota Kai...
Corey Graves Listen Mauro! Dakota Kai was damaged goods! She was weak and didn't have the killer instinct needed to survive in the shark-infested waters known as the XWL roster. But Toni Storm definitely has what it takes to hang with the best of them.
Storm has begun her journey to the ring, ever so slowly, soaking in the atmosphere. She continues to look around at the XWL Universe with no remorse and no sign of caring about all the hatred being directed her way.
The GM and Virgil are clapping her onwards, the former wearing a huge grin on his face.
Mauro Ranallo I in no way approve of Toni Storm's actions at Cyberslam, but I do agree with you on one thing Corey, and that is that what happened will be remembered for a long time to come.
Corey Graves Exactly! And I'm sure that was the whole point. I'm sure Toni Storm only had the endgame in mind. No sane person would enjoy doing what she did, but she made her mark and in this business, that's all that matters. Trust me on that one Mauro.
Storm climbs the ring steps and Virgil sits on the middle rope, allowing her an easier entrance into the squared circle. She nods in acknowledgement and approval as she enters, before approaching JBL who still wears the Cheshire cat grin on his face. He hands her a spare mic. As the music dies down, the fans' boos are emphasized. Storm looks down at the canvas, pondering her first words as the hate rains down upon her. She takes a breath, raises her head and begins to speak.
[Toni Storm] Look! Ok! I'm not proud of what I did at Cyberslam.
Her opening statement is met with an increase in the volume of boos. She snaps back in response angrily.
[Toni Storm] I did what I had to to make a statement! A statement that I will do whatever it takes to make sure that the name of Toni Storm goes down in history!
Again, an increase in volume from the angry mob. Storm is clearly frustrated by this.
[Toni Storm] Any one of you would've done the same in my shoes! I worked for years... years... just to get a tryout with XWL. I didn't have some famous father to get me a job instantly. I wasn't a supermodel, a failed actress or a washed up MMA fighter that XWL could ride my momentum to turn me into a star. I was just me. I was just Toni Storm, wrestling my ass off around the world, chasing a dream!
The boos kind of die down a little as some fans decide to hear the newcomer out. Others, are not so forgiving and continue their hate campaign.
[Toni Storm] When I finally got the call with an opportunity, I seized it without hesitation. I needed to make an impact and make sure that everybody had no choice but to take notice of me. I turned on Anarchy and I saw Dakota Kai. And I saw weakness.
The roar from the fans returns, louder than before.
[Toni Storm] Dakota Kai was a star-struck little girl, playing dress up as a professional wrestler. She didn't have what it takes to be a champion. You can lie to yourselves all you want to, but deep down you know that what I'm saying is the truth. And I thought to myself, why on earth does Dakota Kai get the phonecall before I do? Why is Dakota Kai on Anarchy every week living out my dream? What does Dakota Kai have, that I don't?
The emotion and sadness in Storm's words appear to be genuine.
[Toni Storm] I was hurt, I was confused but more than anything I was angry. I had my XWL contract signed, sealed and delivered at that point and I just knew that Dakota was the stepping stone I needed. She was the catalyst of the impact I needed to make. I took her out backstage with ease because she didn't expect it. Rookie mistake. You need to have eyes in the back of your head in this business and that's another reason why Dakota Kai didn't deserve to be here.
Storm sighs as she continues to talk over the rabid mob of fans.
[Toni Storm] Then, it was just the waiting game. That was just a preview of what was to come. I knew that Dakota wouldn't miss Cyberslam for the world because she's a huge fan of wrestling, just like me. And I was right. She showed up unable to stand, unable to walk and unable to feed herself let alone wrestle. She wanted to be at Cyberslam so badly that she was willing to showcase to everyone just how weak she was. So under the guise of a doctor, I helped her out to the arena and... we all know what happened next.
The Aussie shows genuine remorse as she again looks to the ground. The fans are louder than ever at this point. Storm takes a breath and looks up at theme with a fire in her eyes.
[Toni Storm] And I would do it again! I'm not proud of what I did, but if that's what it takes to get noticed, if that's what it takes to make an impact... I'd do it again! Dakota Kai was occupying a roster spot that should have been mine, and now that I'm here, now that I'm finally an XWL Superstar... I'm here to stay! And I'm here to prove to all of you and to the rest of the world that I am the best!
Storm shows a newfound confidence and self-belief as she roars above the fans' roar herself with her final words...
[Toni Storm] So let this be a message to everyone in XWL! Up til now you've been getting by and living on borrowed time! As of this moment... as of right now... it's Toni Time!
With that she lowers the mic and her eyes narrow as she looks around at the fans, booing her louder than before. JBL and Virgil clap.
$JBL$ Very VERY well put Ms. Storm. I saw every bit of this passion and desire you have and just COULD NOT allow the mistakes of our former General Manager to continue here on the new and improved Anarchy.
The crowd begins to boo as JBL obviously bashes The former XWL GM, Layla El.
$JBL$ Oh please. You people boo me yet you know that everything I say is one hundred percent accurate. We all know that our former General Manager claimed to be An advocate for women’s wrestling. She claimed she would be the one to one day make XWL a level playing field between men AND women. That’s she would knock over the pedestal that men have been set upon since the beginning of time in professional Wrestling. Now many, herself included, would say that she way successful in her attempt to break down the barrier for TRUE equality, but not me. If that were the case then you people tell me this, why is it that women like Toni Storm, Rhonda Rousey, and Shayna Baszler were never offered a spot on this roster? Why is it that they were not only offered a spot on this roster, but begged to join it? These are just a few of the many women that I would be honored to sign XWL contracts for. Women that our former “equal rights” activist of a General Manager we used to have, would never allow here. But like I’ve said before, I’m no Layla. This is the era of money. The era of green. And trust me, the three women I just named, not only are they the future of this business BUT.....they are all money!
Corey Graves He’s exactly right Mauro. If it wasn’t for him our roster wouldn’t have three of the biggest names currently on it.
Mauro Ranallo Please Corey you can’t be serious. He claims he’s the reason for such a successful Women’s division here on Anarchy, but the reality is if it wasn’t for Layla we might not even have a Women’s Division right now. She made it what it is today, not JBL.
Corey Graves Agree to disagree Mauro.
JBL pauses for a moment as he gets a somewhat positive reaction from the crowd. Virgil nods as JBL fixes his tie and continues.
$JBL$ Now since I have made it a priority on my list to make the XWL women’s division a force to be reckoned with and equal to the men’s roster, I’ve had a realization. There is a MAJOR change that need to occur before that can happen. A change that will alter the fate of XWL as a company forever. You see for the longest time in the women’s division there has only been one goal set fourth to attain. The XWL Women’s Championship. A championship that has made many careers, as-well as been the prize of some of the best matches this company has ever seen. But unlike Layla, I say it isn’t enough. No longer is it enough to prove that the women’s division is the forefront of this company. I need more. The women need more. Hell you people need more. So that is why I, John Bradshaw Layfield, General Manager of Anarchy, am introducing the newest addition of GOLD to the lineup, the brand new North American Championship!
JBL rips the red blanket off his lap revealing the brand new championship for all to see upon his lap. He picks it up and smiles into the camera as the fans actually begin to cheer for him, in what seems like the first time ever. Toni storm looks on in awe as JBL places it back into his lap.
Mauro Ranallo Oh my god, what the hell is that?
Corey Graves It looks like a championship Mauro.
Mauro Ranallo I know that, but I’ve never seen that championship before in my life. What’s he doing with it out here, right now?
Corey Graves I’m gonna just guess Mauro, but I’d say if you’d shut up we’d find out.
$JBL$ Ive told you all since day one, that I am the true hero of this company. I do things for the best interest of not only myself, the men and women of this roster, but all of you people aswell. Unlike our former General Manager, I don’t just say I’m an advocate for the Women of XWL, I PROVE it. At Cyberslam I witnessed a storm roll into the women’s division with a fire unlike one the division has EVER seen. I saw hunger and desire. I saw someone that is willing to go places our current champion is to “pure” to go. I saw.....Toni Storm!
Toni nods in agreement with JBL’s words. She obviously knows what a statement she made at Cyberslam, and she is quite happy with the results. Hell, who wouldn’t be?
$JBL$ That is why I am announcing, Toni Storm as Number One contender for the North American Championship match that will be taking place at the first Pay Per View of the season, XWL Roulette! Not only will the first ever North American Champion be crowned at Roulette, it will be THE MAIN EVENT!
Corey Graves Wow that's huge news! Our GM is delivering the goods once again! This is a history making moment right here!
Mauro Ranallo I never thought we would see the day that a secondary women's championship would be introduced. XWL continues to revolutionize this industry and I simply cannot wait until Roulette!
Toni Storm's eyes light up. She looks down at the brand new championship lovingly. She can't overcome her desire however, to grab it and she raises it up high above her head!
Corey Graves Toni Storm continues to send her message to the roster. What we are seeing right here could be a preview of what's to come at Roulette!
Mauro Ranallo The number one contender may be untested in an XWL ring but she definitely has the self-belief and confidence that she has what it takes to be a major player in the women's division. Her arrogance could serve her well amongst the many strong characters on the roster.
The fans boo as Storm steps onto the middle turnbuckle and again raises the championship. She talks some trash to the fans as Virgil attempts to reclaim the title under JBL's orders. The GM didn't approve of Storm taking the title this early and doesn't want her overshadowing his big announcement. After all, JBL loves the spotlight as much as anybody. Storm finally dismounts and reluctantly hands over the title to Virgil who then hands it back to JBL before it is once again placed in his lap.
$JBL$ Now don’t get ahead of yourself just yet Ms. Storm. You may have proved yourself to me, but you have one test left before you are awarded the gold. For you see, you are only one of four women that will compete for the brand new championship in Roulettes Main Event. The other three women will be decided one at a time each week by the Wheel from now until Roulette, BUT because of your initiative and desire, I am awarding you a guaranteed spot in this match!
Storm retrieves a discarded mic.
[Toni Storm] A guaranteed spot? I would expect nothing less. I should just be handed the championship right now but I see where you're going. You're thinking of the money in a big pay-per-view main event match involving Toni Storm. I get it. I can't think of a better match as the exclamation point to my debut here in XWL.
Storm smirks.
[Toni Storm] Roulette is a game of chance. But come XWL Roulette, there is NO chance... NONE at all... that any of the other women involved in the match to crown the first ever North American Champion will be walking out with the gold.
Corey Graves Oh my god, he does it once again! History being made right here tonight by our great General Manager, John Bradshaw Layfield!
Mauro Ranallo I can’t believe this. I mean I love that he’s doing this for the women but Toni getting a guaranteed spot in the match? For attacking someone? That seems.....wrong Corey!
Corey Graves Wrong? She proved that she will do whatever it takes to be at the top, and that’s why I’m putting my money on her to walk out of Roulette as the first ever North American Champion.
Mauro Ranallo You don’t even know the rest of the participants of the match. How can you already suspect that she will win?
Corey Graves Call it a gut feeling Mauro. When you know, you know.
Mauro Ranallo Well like it or not, it will be one hell of a Main Event, for the first time ever the North American champion will be crowned, and in the Roulette Main Event no less!
Corey Graves What a way to kick off the new season of XWL. Props to JBL!
The final image we see is Toni storm standing beside JBL, as the camera zooms into his lap showing off the new Gold that is the North American Championship.

XWL returns to the screen with the sounds of horses galloping away in the distance, and the creaking of a carriage. The commentary gets fired up by this and little kids in the crowd turn to their parents not sure on how to react. Out from the back comes the woman solely responsible for the demise of Asuka. She takes one giant step at a time and has a towel perching over her neck. Wearing a leather jacket, and her hair tied up in a messy bun, she sniffs the air and adjusts it in one single motion.
[Mauro Ranallo] There she is, the power of Shayna Baszler is truly unmatched. The Submission Magician, she did what many would think is impossible. Shayna broke the arm and the spirit of the Empress, Asuka. She was forced to leave XWL battered because of her.
[Corey Graves] Baszler has been making marks among the wrestling world for years, and now she’s landed in a place where she can become the Ace once again.
[Mauro Ranallo] A former MMA champion, proud member of UFC and her tactics speak for themselves, I don’t need to list her accomplishments.
Shayna then struts her way down the ramp and ignores the fans besides her, with a sinister smirk on her face for a few seconds. Once reaching the end of the ramp, she wipes her face with her forearm and then charges up the steel steps and inside the ropes.
[Corey Graves] There is no disputing the pure energy she gave off when she entered the room, it was magnetic.
[Mauro Ranallo] Almost other worldly is Shayna Baszler, a hybrid athlete in many realms of sport.
She begins to gallop in a circle around the ring and then stops in the center. The towel is pulled off and thrown to the corner. Lifting both of her hands up, pushing together her index and middle fingers on each, and parting the thumbs. Shayna stands tall with her signature “Ace” pose, the camera zooms in on it. Rolling her shoulders, she does a punch combo taunt, laughing to herself.
Baszler heads over to the corner of where her towel is, kicks it to the outside and then takes a microphone from a stagehand, before retreating back to the center of the ring.
The crowd chimes in before she’s able to talk and she tilts her head, not really phased or pleased by it, still plays along. The crowd is chanting “We want Asuka!” from every direction possible.
][The Ace Of Spades; Submission Magician][ (丂卄卂ㄚ几卂 乃卂丂乙ㄥ乇尺) You can yell, you can.. chant and you can scream, it won’t bring Asuka back. I, only I.. made sure of that.
She jostles the microphone in her possession, and then lifts it back up to speak.
][The Ace Of Spades; Submission Magician][ (丂卄卂ㄚ几卂 乃卂丂乙ㄥ乇尺) I did, and I really wish her all the best. I hope I taught her a valuable lesson. I bully people around because I can. I’m not here to play games, I’m not here to set a standard, I don’t want the reputation as being a dangerous woman. I already KNOW that I am because I know what I am capable of in this ring. I’m the Ace Of Spades, The Submission Magician and that means just like that *The sudden snap of a finger* I can take you out.
Baszler holding her finger snap and scans the entire arena, and nodding her head.
][The Ace Of Spades; Submission Magician][ (丂卄卂ㄚ几卂 乃卂丂乙ㄥ乇尺) Out, another word for going to sleep. Oh and XWL management wanted me to explain why? Here let me lay it all out for you. Asuka was left, Asuka was left lying on this very ring canvas and she was begging me with every last breath in her body, when I applied the Kirifuda Clutch, it didn’t matter. I don’t care, I really don’t care about any of your well beings. I’m here to make statements, dominate this entire division and there’s nothing you can do about it. I was voted in as OMG! Moment Of the CyberSlam Pay-Per-View and that was the first.
Shayna unzips her jacket and gets a bit more comfortable.
][The Ace Of Spades; Submission Magician][ (丂卄卂ㄚ几卂 乃卂丂乙ㄥ乇尺) I think I like it here, I think that I need to set the course. I think you all need to shut the hell up, and look at what the new era brought you. Me. Toni Storm came out here tonight and rectified that it was Toni Time. I hate to break it to you but you’re only holding, Shayna’s Spotlight.. And Mr.Layfield you’re a businessman, I hope you’re watching what I do to poor Ember later in this ring. If one thing is for certain, it's that I win championships everywhere I go. The North American championship would be no different, if by chance it does go in my favor. Bully for all of you, It's inevitable.
Shayna stretches out her arms and tells the camera to come closer and get a better view at what she’s about to say.
][The Ace Of Spades; Submission Magician][ (丂卄卂ㄚ几卂 乃卂丂乙ㄥ乇尺) I’m the Dark Horse of this female uprising, and if I have to make everyone have a sudden reality check, I have no problem doing so. My calling card is right in my pocket, and I am calling my shot. I’m calling all of you ladies out, are you crazy enough, are you brave enough? Come get choked out, I’ll be waiting in the shadows. Let nothing be misheard and understood. I’ll strike when you least… expect it. You can beg, you can plead.. And if you bleed I will succeed. These are my grounds for punishment, STEP UP!
Shayna pulls out her playing card and shows it to each side of the arena, before flicking it at the mat and then striking her pose, along with her music sending us off to commercial.

The lights in the arena dim down to draw the audience's attention to the tron as we see an interview table set up backstage with Renee Young. Renee flashes the camera a warm smile before beginning her introduction.
Renee Young Thank you for tuning in and joining me, ladies and gentlemen of the XWL universe. Tonight, I've got a very special guest. Some might even refer to her as "Ravishing." After showcasing a little teaser for us at Cyberslam, the wife of the current TV Champion Rusev announced that she too will soon be entering the ring and becoming a full-fledged member of the increasingly competitive XWL women's division. Without any further delays, please welcome my guest, the Ravishing One herself, Lana.
Lana smiles and nods at Renee, letting her continue with her questions before the poised wife of the Bulgarian Brute would bother to chime in.
Renee Young Now Lana, in the video package that you prepared for the XWL Universe at Cyberslam, you had an interesting choice of footage. Instead of using shots of you training like we just saw with your husband earlier tonight on XWL.com, or practicing in the ring, you opted to show off your dance moves. First of all, let me just say they are fantastic, but I think the XWL Universe was expecting a little more physicality with your big announcement. Do you have any thoughts on that aspect of your upcoming debut, and what we can expect to see in the ring from Lana? Certainly not burlesque dancing or chopping wood, I assume.
LANA First of all Renee, of course I can dance. I can do all things ravishing, and that is because I am ravishing. I am the living, breathing definition of the word. My mission here in becoming a part of this barren and ungrateful women's division is quite simply this: to make XWL ravishing. Not again, you see, because XWL has never known what it means to be ravishing. I look back on the history of this division Renee, and not ONE woman who has ever stepped foot in an XWL ring is as ravishing as I am. Truly, think about that for a moment. Let that sink in slowly and tell me, is that okay with you, Renee?.. Let's go down the list: Natalya? Resilient, but not ravishing.. April? In need of a psychologist and a restraining order, but definitely not ravishing.. Even if we think back further to women like Layla. Is she a legend in XWL? Maybe, I don't know why you American's have such horrible taste in heroes so trying to understand your thinking here is useless and totally futile to me. But even so, she is absolutely not ravishing.. Eva Marie, who is possibly the closest example that this company has to offer, is still not quite ravishing. As much as she did to put this division on the map, even she cannot personify this one, single word. And do you know why that is, Renee?
Renee Young ... I-, I don't, no. Why is that, Lana?
LANA Because you people do not even know what it means to be ravishing. That is what I am here to show you. I had no choice but to join this division because if I do not set the standard here, no one else will, and that is simply because no one else can.
Renee Young Interesting.. For a moment there you seemed to speak pretty highly of former XWL Women's Champion Eva Marie. Would you consider yourself a fan of hers, or has the Red Queen had any kind of influence on you and your aspiring in-ring career? I mean, she too came from a non-wrestling background and in many ways defied the odds and quickly rose to the top.
LANA This "red woman" was good in her time, but do not make the mistake of comparing the only ravishing superstar in XWL history to anyone else. Why? Because these women are nothing like me. These women NEED me. Again, why you ask? Because none of them know what it means to truly be ravishing.. When I first came to the fallen America from Great Mother Russia, I was shocked, Renee. Utterly, shocked. The women here, they all want to be treated like the men. They want to be equal to the men. They want to prove that they can do everything the men can do. This is simply a mass delusion of you western women. Wayward women who need to be reminded of their place, and that is exactly what I am going to do. If I need to play by your rules to teach you that lesson, then I will play your silly little game and I will do it much better than any of you can. The point here is Renee, that little by little and by my example you will all learn what it means to be ravishing, and only then will you realize why YOU, are not.
The host takes a moment to blink a few times and process that load before moving onto her next point, clearly not with the possibility of finding any middle-ground with the Russian Ice Queen in that respect.
Renee Young Right, I get it, you've got the whole culture clash thing going on but come on. Even you have to admit, our women here in XWL have been killing it lately. Just look at arch rivals Natalya and Sasha Banks for example. Making history, being nominated for so many slammies, I mean that alone speaks for itself, doesn't it? The women truly can play just as rough as the guys can.
LANA Trust me, Renee, what you western women want is not true equality. You want the privileges that the men have without any of the consequences. Sure, the women here can get physical, but there is no amount of physicality on this roster that is going to compare to what Lana has prepared for you. That is physicality that cannot be learned in this soft, sensitive western culture of yours. What I bring to this division is going to be a level of fierceness and physicality that can only be gained from being raised in the real world, not this juvenile, fantasy playground that you village people like to call a country.
Renee Young We have seen you put yourself in some rather dangerous situations on behalf of your husband Rusev before, but you do realize why the women on the roster and the XWL universe might be a little bit skeptical about all of your big talk, don't you? I mean with all due respect, you're not exactly a brute like your husband.
LANA It is a shame that the same cannot be said for you and your husband, Renee.. But you know, I have gone my entire life with people underestimating me. Yes, I am the most beautiful woman in America, yes I have the sharpest and most cunning mind in XWL, and yes of course I am ravishing, but I do not scare easily, Renee. No man or woman on this roster or any other can look into my eyes and sense fear. I have been trained my entire life to be as vicious as a killer, as precise as a laser, and as cold as the ice during the Russian winter.
Renee Young And we were definitely able to catch a glimpse of that in the footage of you training with your husband Rusev during XWL's 2 week hiatus. You seemed to be having a difficult time at first, but suddenly it was like a metaphorical switch was flipped inside of you and you became a completely different person. Have you been able to tap into that side of you more since your training began and can we expect to see that side of you inside of the XWL ring in the near future?
LANA Of course, Renee. Much like the Ravishing Revolution, I can ignite on a moment's notice. Even the most beautiful and graceful animals can become the most dangerous in certain situations. That only becomes MORE true when you underestimate them. Powerful women like Ronda Rousey, Natalya, Shayna Baszler, Charlotte, Nia Jax, even the weaker ones like Sasha Banks and Liv Morgan, they all want to mock me and look down on me because I did not grow up watching your stupid television program. No, I did not spend my childhood fantasizing about foolish old men who are dead now, or pretending to wrestle in somebody's back yard. Instead, I grew up in the REAL world, gaining REAL experience, and becoming sincerely ravishing in the process. Don't you see it, Renee? That is what this entire revolution is about. Injecting the ravishing reality into this division, this company, even this hideous country!
Renee Young Speaking of America, huge news for the women of XWL tonight courtesy of our current standing GM, John Bradshaw Layfield, who delivered the information that we will be receiving a second championship for the women's division. The title is going to be known as the North American Championship, and the winner and first ever champ is going to be crowned at XWL's next special event, Roulette. Lana, as a newcomer into the women's division and as the wife of a current champion in XWL, what does it mean to you to see the women receiving all of these opportunities, and now having the opportunity to capitalize on those yourself?
LANA I became a champion of North America when Rusev and I stepped off of the private jet months ago. We came to this forgotten land with a mission, a goal, to revitalize this spoiled culture and be role models for you and your little people.. Everywhere I go Renee, I walk, talk, and act like a champion. I am ravishing. If climbing to the top of your division is what it will take to make my message heard, then I will gladly take my place as the first EVER Ravishing North American Champion.
Renee Young I'm sorry but.. you aren't in the tournament to crown the North American Champion, are you Lana? So how could you possibly become the first North American Champion?
LANA You are not listening carefully to my message, Renee. Your big Canadian moose ears have fooled you. I said I am going to be the first RAVISHING North American Champion. Why? Because that is a title that no one else can claim but me. Toni Storm and Shayna Baszler? They are not ravishing people, Renee. In fact, they are very, un-ravishing. It is only a matter of time until I, Lana, make my debut in XWL and claw my way to the very top of this pathetic women's division of yours. It will be the biggest success story in history, the entire world is going to talk about it! Even that "The Rock" man will want to make a movie about it. You will soon find this to be true.
Lana smiles warmly at Renee, sitting back in her chair now only to turn her attention t'wards the camera as if she were some pageant girl who had just knocked the "Miss Congeniality" contest out of the park.
Renee Young Moose ears, right.. Well, Lana, as always it's been a pleasure. Thanks for coming on.
LANA You are welcome, Renee. Truly.
Renee Young Back to you, fellas.
Renee glances down at her papers and sighs as Lana continues to hold her awkward and seemingly frozen smile at the camera while we fade back to the action at hand.

As The 2018 Slammy Awards resume, we head backstage where Dasha Fuentes is standing by ready ready to conduct an interview ahead of all the incredible things that await us tonight.
[Dasha Fuentes] Ladies and Gentlemen, on this night The Season Premiere of Anarchy, we take a look back and celebrate on the season that is now behind us. There are a total of TEN Slammy Awards up for grabs, and my guest at this time is a heavily featured nominee in half of them. 2018 has been her year, and every month that has passed, she has proven that again and again...so will she claim a Slammy Award this evening? We'll find out later on, but first please welcome my special guest The Women's Champion Natalya!
After the very warm welcome from Dasha, The Champion steps into frame, her prized title around her waist proudly as she beams from ear to ear.
[Dasha Fuentes] Nattie, ever since you became Women's Champion you've fought with everything you have to remain as such. Now as you headed into your third defense at Cyberslam, you knew one thing, and ONLY one thing. That The XWL Universe would choose between a selection of Women to face you one on one, and that challenger would be able to choose the type of match it would be contested as. Fellow Veteran, Kaitlyn who made her inspiring return earlier this year after she thought her career had ended years ago...was chosen as your opponent and the two of you absolutely killed it. She became the first Woman since you became Champion to pin you on Pay-Per-View, only the second time anyone had since your Iron Man Match with April at International Incident. She made you work for that defense, but you did it...you retained and as everyone thought it was a warm moment of everything you envisioned your reign to stand for, respect at the forefront...well, this happened.
We see Natalya score the final fall in her 2 out of 3 falls match with Kaitlyn, evading a spear and quickly using that momentum to deliver The Hart Attack 2.0. The joy on Natalya's face is impossible to remove at this point, she successfully defended against a a very game Kaitlyn and was proud to be able to have her hand raised and the title still be hers. But while happiness was on hers...the camera cuts to the fallen opponent, a veteran that's been trying to reclaim her former glory much like Natalya a year before, Kaitlyn. Tears have streamed down her face, frustration overcoming her. She wanted this, she needed this, but as close as she came...it wasn't enough. Natalya being the competitor she is noticed Kaitlyn's lowered spirits and pulled away from the referee, extending her hand to a Woman she knows very well. She couldn't celebrate when someone she cared about was so destroyed by that victory...she raises Kaitlyn's hand then the two embrace in a hug.
When they pull away Kaitlyn returns the favor raising The Champion's hand before telling her to go ahead and celebrate. With her blessing Natalya mounts the corner and raises her title high to a huge show of love from The XWL Universe. Showing the wounds of their war she dismounts soon after, sluggishly turning around....AND GETS SPEARED BY KAITLYN! The screen turns black and white as we zoom in on the pure look of anguish on The Champion's face. The camera cuts to show the shocked faces of many fans, dropped jaws, hands on the side of their head, even broken hearted quivering lips as they see the woman they've loved Kaitlyn...do something so out of character.
Kaitlyn's expression is no longer sad, she's filled with anger...pummeling The Champion unleashing every ounce of frustration on her, before leaving as the audience loudly boos her actions. The last sight we see before it comes to an end is Natalya being helped up the ramp, trying to figure out what just happened...until Kaitlyn comes back out and SPEARS HER AGAIN! And her final words after doing so echo several times as the screen fades "I'M GOING TO BREAK YOU!"
[Dasha Fuentes] Obviously it's been a couple of weeks since that all transpired, but can you talk to us about Kaitlyn's unexpected attack on you?
[Natalya] You know, as much as it pained me to be speared, again...and again. What pained me more was to see, a fragment of myself in her. I know what it's like to be where she is in her career...you reach the top of the mountain, and you just can't seem to climb your way back up, not because you've lost "it" but for whatever reason despite your best efforts it's just, it's not enough. You question everything, if you're as good as you thought, if you're doing something wrong, if you're going about everything all wrong. I was her, just a year ago in fact. I was the veteran that night after night was "destroying" the name she once built for herself. You get frustrated, you feel like giving up, you want to lash out at someone, blame them, find any excuse to not feel like such a....failure.
[Natalya] I look at what Kaitlyn did, and...I question whether or not I would have ever been pushed to that breaking point myself. Would I have lost one too many times and just went off on everyone and everything? Would my raw emotions have caused me to do and say so many terrible things within the blink of an eye? I should be mad, upset...I should want answers, but I have them. I know what she's going through, and that's the difficult part about what happened. I should be out in that ring right now calling her out to make her "pay" for what she did. But I can't...I can't because if I know her, if I truly believe I knew her...I know that she's spent the last 2 weeks beating herself up over what she did. I know that she's hidden herself from the public and shies away from any mirror because she's ashamed of what she allowed herself to become in that moment. I feel sorry for her, because she gave into that weakness. Kaitlyn was a world-wide favorite for many years in this division...and what we saw from her, what she said...that isn't her. And it's not too late...one bad night doesn't have to define you or shape who you are.
[Natalya] I'm proof that you can fall flat on your face a thousand times, but if you get back up that next time can be your ascension to something far greater than you or anyone ever imagined you could be at this stage in your career. This is MY year, not because I've lucked out or changed who I was, I fought hard, for a long time, picking myself up even when I just wanted to lie there and give up. I didn't let my failures shackle me down into an eternal prison. Did I have my moments where I didn't feel so "empowered" in myself? Yes, but that is all part of the journey, those moments are worth it for moments like this, for moments like I've had this entire year. I am standing here as Women's Champion, after going undefeated on Pay-Per-View for a year. Kaitlyn, that can be you next year. ANYTHING is possible, you just have to believe...you just have to trust in yourself and cling to the idea that you ARE enough. That next time will be YOUR time. So unlike any other Woman in my position, I'm not going to hold what you did against you. I forgive you, but my forgiveness isn't what you're searching for right now, is it? It's finding a way to forgive yourself. And that's the hardest kind of forgiveness isn't it? Because beyond your fans, or your friends, you let yourself down. And speaking from experience, that is the worst kind of guilt. But it doesn't have to eat you alive, you can be a Woman and admit that in one moment of weakness, you gave in to that voice that's in all of our heads...and you let your anger consume you.
[Natalya] You are an inspiration, you had your career taken from you and you fought to get it back...that same fight CAN and WILL lead you to become Champion again one day. With that said, if my words of encouragement do not sink in, let these words tell you how important it is to not continue down this road. The last Woman that tried to make a name off of doing what you did? Found out the hard way that my kindness is not to be mistaken for weakness. So it is in your best interest to remember who you are, before you become an example to the next Woman, like she did.
Natalya's gear shifts into a "word of the wise" showing empathy to the Woman that assaulted her after their Championship Match at Cyberslam...but also informing her that if she persists in her ill-advised behavior...she will she as a warning to the next Woman just as Sasha Banks became herself. Before Dasha can ask another question her attention is taken from Natalya. Natalya herself looks down at the feeling of someone tugging at her outfit. The Women's Champion looks down into bright red eyes. Before Natalya stands her biggest fan Abigail. Natalya naturally smiles at her but the look Abigail gives is a depressed one.
[Abigail] I need you to come with me. Mom...is-shes....You just need to see her
Abigail walks off leaving Natalya to thank Dasha for her time and quickly catch up to the young girl. A few turns leads the two girls before a dressing room. Abigail doesn't say anything as she opens the door and walks in, Natalya following afterwards. They find April sitting on the counter in front of a mirror, staring deeply into it. Like a trance April doesn't even acknowledge the two women in front of her. April's eyes are locked on a spot of the mirror. It looks like it's empty but from April's point of view there is another April standing next to Natalya and Abigail. She's been there the only time. The other April acknowledges the other two women's appearance with a smile towards April
[Alternate April] Aww, looks like your little girl went to find you get out of jail free card, Natalya! How nice is this little girl. Even to a MURDERERlike you
April flinches back at the word before furrowing her brow and aggressively retorting
[April] I'M NOT A MURDERER!
The sudden scream from April makes both Natalya and Abigail jump a little since obviously they can't see any other April besides the one in front of the mirror. Abigail sends Natalya a worried glance and gestures towards April
[Abigail] For months now she's been like this. She sits in front of that mirror and talks to herself with this really far away look in her eyes. It started when...that woman showed up!
The way Abigail says woman shows her distaste. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that the woman she is referring to is none other than Nikki Cross, April's would be lover
[Abigail] Ever since Nikki...burned Allie mom has felt responsible. She has hardly spoke a word since Cyberslam. I just find her talking to mirrors or herself at times. I've tried to snap her out of it and i'm not getting anywhere. I was really hoping you could help possibly
[Alternate April] You hear that? Your own "daughter" thinks you're crazy! And she'd be right. Crazy and a would be killer. What a combination
[April] I didn't mean to. I was trying to help. It wasn't my fault
[Alternate April] Why don't you go to the hospital and ask Allie how much you helped her? I'm sure she'll be waiting to thank you
[April] It was Nikki...I didn't want this to happen. I never asked for any of this to happen! I changed! I changed I changed I changed! This isn't fair to just pin this all on me when I just want a normal life!
Again, it just sounds like April is screaming to herself at the mirror making Natalya and Abigail exchange worried looks once again before Natalya approaches April slowly.
[Natalya] April? It's me, it's Nattie.
April remains unresponsive no doubt hearing an earful from her sinister reflection to the point that it must be hard to hear Natalya's voice or anyone's for that matter.
[Natalya] Listen, I need you to hear me...I need you to take a deep breath, and REALLY hear me. I know this isn't easy for you, I know you're blaming yourself...I know that, you're looking in that mirror and seeing everything in distortion...but what you see isn't reality. I've been there, I've sat in front of a mirror and seen my former self berate me, and tell me that I would never succeed unless I let her come back. I was losing my mind, and I know it feels so real. It feels like you're literally seeing the darkest parts of your being tell you all these nasty things...spreading vile "truth" as if it's fact when in reality...none of this is real. What you hear, or what you may see, is the doubt in yourself rearing it's ugly head. You ARE good, you HAVE changed, and what happened to Allie...isn't your fault.
April's head tilts towards Natalya and she seems to be listening to her words but her sinister reflection simply laughs lightly at Natalya's words
[Alternate April] She doesn't actually believe any of that. I don't agree with Nikki the rapist Cross on a lot of things but what I do is the fact that Natalya isn't your friend
April tries to ignore her other self
[April] But it is my fault. I could have talked Nikki down possibly. I should have tried. But I resorted to action and I should have learned by now you can't force everything. Instead of helping Allie...I put her in the hospital. She hurt bad Nattie. Maybe I shouldn't feel sympathy for someone so set on destroying me but I do. Her screams of agony are like nails in my ears and no matter how much I try to ignore them I can't
April grips her head tightly, still not looking directly at Natalya, just staring in the mirror at her. And her other self
[April] This goes beyond Allie even. Look what she did on my behalf. This was her idea of helping me. This won't stop here. What if next time It's Liv or Sasha? What is she decides someone has roughed me up too much and wants revenge? What...What if something happens to you? No one who comes into contact with me is safe anymore. That is if there is even a me anymore. Cyberslam put me through lots of pain and now I have a last woman standing match with Nia Jax who is more monster than woman? Keeping her down for the count of three is asking a lot but now I have to keep her down for ten seconds? You're the only one whose even beaten her! She gonna squash me like a bug and even if I somehow get the edge that little witch will show up and then I'll for sure lose. This is bad Natalya. My head isn't on straight right now and I'm losing it. You say none of what I'm seeing is real but...it feels very real to me.
[Natalya] That's just it, April...you're NOT losing it...that part of you, the darker half...is losing control, and it is taking every opportunity to make you believe otherwise. It wants you to feel responsible, it wants you to feel like you're hopeless, like you are a burden, that you need to embrace it again and isolate yourself but that's because ironically...your darker half...is afraid of you. Afraid of the progress you have made, afraid of how you've learned to maintain control. It's using Nikki, it's using the circumstances you deal with to try to make you believe that the only way you can survive...is by letting it consume you again. Change is scary, you worry about every little scenario and overthink every single thing. But look what happened last year when I had become a husk of who I am...I was destroyed by you...
Even though she's in a MUCH better place now, you can see the mention of it bring a pain to The Champion's eyes.
[Natalya] You had told yourself every moment up until then that what you were doing was right, that you were trying to help me...and once it happened, the good part of you that had been led to believe that by your darker half stood up and took control. You had remorse, you felt sorrow...don't you see? You may battle your own demons within, but deep down you DO care about people...and that part of yourself is what gives you strength. You may not be like me, or all the other Women...but you have a heart, and you wear it on your sleeve like in this moment. You blame yourself for what happened to Allie, even though you know it WAS out of your control. Nikki Cross went out there with an agenda, to drive you mad because if she could push your buttons the right way, she could get to you...she could make you lose that strength and submit to her...but I won't let you do that. Just like you wouldn't let me give up when I fell against you. I won't let you blow out that torch and surrender yourself to the person you used to be.
Natalya's empowered speech shines a light in her eyes as she stares at April with true compassion and care...even though she's got her own problems, even though their history isn't great...she feels love for her, she feels compelled to help her, because she's seen how far she's come. The person she's proud to call her best friend.
[Natalya] Nia may be intimidating, Nikki may be infuriating, and your "reflection" may be trying to tear you apart from within...but there is NOTHING that can destroy you. I should know, I tried...and it wasn't the "bad" in you that survived everything that went down in our war...it was the strong resilient woman that is before me tonight. She may feel like she's weaker than ever...but that weakness is your strength you just need to harness it. Take your feelings of sadness, and make that be what fuels your fight. Stand up to Nikki now more than ever because of what she did to Allie. Go out there and BEAT Nia, as a message to Nikki that when ALL of this is over? YOU will be the last woman left standing.
April actually smiles for the first time in a while. Natalya's confidence in her is inspiring and it begins to lift the spirits of Ms Money In The Bank. Until clapping is heard by April. Her crooked reflection grinning at her as she continues to clap
[Alternate April] Wow...she really is good! I needed to witness this first hand to see but oh wow...She's such a good manipulator!
April sends her reflection a confused glance as she continues on
[Alternate April] To assume Natalya has forgiven you for being the little monster you were is crazy. As crazy as you are. You can see it in her eyes when she brings up the past you two have shared. She's still angry. She only being kind to you to save herself! For a year she tried and tried and tried to beat you but she couldn't! Even with her freedom on the line she couldn't! But she finally got her win after your body was broken. After Ruby ripped out your heart. She parades her win over you when you weren't even at one hundred percent, something might I add, that she knocked Ruby for. What a hypocrite. She's scared of you. And even worse now...
Alternate April points to the Money in the Bank briefcase sitting across the room
[Alternate April] ...You have that. She could never beat you one on one when you were at one hundred so what would be her chances if you decided to cash in on her when she was down and out? Zero. Cause you're better than her and she knows it. Cross knows it too. So what does she do? She gets all buddy buddy with you. And you promise not to cash in getting rid of her biggest threat! You had to look over your shoulder for months but she gets to coast now! She's pulling your strings like a puppet. But you could end this...You could take that briefcase and remind her why it's not Sasha or Layla or these other no ones who is her biggest rival. It's YOU. Remind her that Natalya is only the best there is when you aren't in the room!
April's gaze follows to the briefcase and Natalya sees her line of vision. Seeing April staring at the case makes Natalya give a slightly startled look towards April. April herself says in a whisper
[April] No...no I'd never do that to her
April shakes her head and finally turns around to face Natalya who still looks a little uneasy. April brings her hand on Natalya's shoulder and smiles
[April] You spend so much time worrying about me. I really appreciate it Nattie. You've put a little fight in me tonight. So I hope you'll be watching when I kick Nia's head in tonight. And know, that when the time comes, whether its Kaitlyn or whoever, I got your back. I'll always have your back. Our friendship means that much to me. If you get into trouble all you gotta do is snap your fingers and I'll be there in a second. Abigail, could you grab my briefcase?
Natalya smiles at April's words as the two share a moment. That is until Abigail hands April her Money in the Bank Briefcase. For a split second Natalya's eyes narrow at the site of it while April grips is hard, like it could disappear. If there was any obvious tension it leaves when April embraces her best friend in a tight hug before thanking her once and making her way out of the room. Before she leaves she takes one more look at Natalya
[April] I'd never use this on you Natalya. I mean it
And with that April and Abigail exit, leaving Natalya staring after them...before her eyes trails over to the mirror April was so entrapped by as we head to a commercial break.

XWL Anarchy comes back from commericial break with cameras backstage as we see a familiar face. And close to a locker room that his name on the door.
Scott Steiner Now ladies there's gonna be enough of the big bad booty daddy to go around back at my hotel room after the show. But right now the booty daddy has to get ready to beatdown some fat son of bitch. So if you’ll excuse me ladies.
Steiner makes his way past the crowd of women and to door of his locker room, but before he is able to open the door the voice of Renee Young saying “excuse me Scott do you have a moment” is heard as Steiner turns around. The camera pans out as we see Renee and the big bad booty daddy eyeing her body up in front of his locker room door.
Scott Steiner I got more than a moment for you baby.
Renee smiles and eyes up the physique of Steiner as she then asks her question.
Renee Young Tonight marks your return to XWL. Coming up next is your match against Kevin Owens. Any words about your opponent?
Scott Steiner For the past year I’ve been training for my comeback. And as you can see I’m in the best shape I’ve been in years.
Steiner flexes his arm with an awe look on Renee’s face.
Scott Steiner See Renee, I’m the man with the largest arms in the world! So with that being said why am I put up against some fat, out of shape, donut eating bastard. I mean look at him and look at me. I’m a GENETIC FREAK. That fat bastard has fat oozing out of his belt line. But enough about that fat ass. Tonight is about Freakzilla baby.

The screen begins to static as Finn Balor is seen standing in front of the camera smiling.
Finn Balor: I’m not gone yet. I’m far from over here in XWL. Something has reawoken inside of me ready to tear its way through XWL. The demon has been caged in for far too long. Next week, XWL will witness the rise of a friend of mine that has been gone for far too long.
Finn’s eyes blink and when he lifts his eyelids once more, Finn’s eyes appear to be completely black. Fun begins to laugh in a distorted Demon voice.
Finn Balor: I will single handedly burn this company to the ground. There will be no extinguishing the fires of hell as this place comes falling to ashes. Everyone of you in XWL listen closely because there’s no running. There’s absolutely no hiding… from the Demon King.
The screen fades to black as XWL goes to commercial.

As Anarchy returns we go backstage to JBL’s office. JBL is rolling around the room in his wheelchair as Virgil stands there listening to his rant.
$JBL$ I give everything to make Anarchy the best show I possibly can. The announcement I made to kick off tonight’s show was monumental. The biggest the women’s division has ever had. It will revolutionize XWL.....however. That isn’t enough. I have been so hell bent on showing that I truly care about the women’s division I seem to have lost track of another huge factor here in XWL. The World Heavyweight Championship.
JBL rolls over to his desk and looks into the camera, as if knowing it was there all along.
$JBL$ I know many of you are upset with outcome of Cyberslams Main Event. It may be because Dean Ambrose is still the World Heavyweight Champion, or it may be that a majority of you feel that the referee made a bad call. Maybe he wasn’t paying attention, maybe he counted too fast, or maybe Dean Ambrose threatened him. I do not know. What I DO know is that there is a zero percent tolerance for this, especially in a Main Event match for the World Heavyweight Championship, therefore I have FIRED the former XWL official who refereed Cyberslams Main Event.
$JBL$ No I know that this may not be enough for some of you that feel Mr. Gargano and Jericho were cheated, but not to worry. For you see, this is the Slammy’s, and as your General Manager it is my duty to give you people what you want. And what you want is a REMATCH! The Main Event of Cyberslam stole the show. It was match of the night. The rating were off the chart. And I’ll be damned if I let some high school drop out screw two STARS out of an opportunity they have busted their ass to get. But tonight’s match deserves a conclusive finish. It deserves to cast away any controversy and give XWL a champion without any blemishes.
$JBL$ So that is why I have decided to make it official. Tonight’s MAIN EVENT will be Dean Ambrose defending his World Heavyweight Championship against Johnny Gargano AND Chris Jericho in a TLC match.....
The crowd can be heard cheering in excitement. They obviously can not wait for tonight’s Main Event.
$JBL$ Followed by a two out of three falls match.....
The crowd gets even louder now, as JBL proved he knows how to give the people what they want.
$JBL$ And finally ending with an all out death match, IF it makes it that far. For tonight’s main event will be 3 STAGES OF HELL for the World Heavyweight Championship!
The fans all put loose their minds. Yet another HUGE announcement from our new GM. JBL smiles into the camera.
$JBL$ It seems you are all quite pleased with my decision. It is with great pleasure I give you all what you want. I have proved yet again why I am the BEST thing to ever happen to this show. Thank you all, and goo———
Suddenly the door busts open as it seems to have been kicked by someone on the outside. JBL stops and looks up with a disgusted look upon his face.
$JBL$ You son of a bitch. You think you can just barge into MY OFFICE whenever the hell you want to. I’m in the middle of making yet another HIGE announcement regarding the future of XWL, and you go and barge in here without a single knock? You need to learn some god damn respect son. What do you have to say for yourself?
The camera slowly begins to turn as everyone is wondering who the hell he could be talking about. The camera shows the floor first where nice dress shoes can be seen. Those that are quite expensive and classy. As the camera moves up it shows nice suit slacks followed by a suit jacket. But before we even move up to the face, the crowd begins to cheer as there is an obvious object telling everyone exactly who this is. For upon the shoulder of this figure sits none other than the International Championship, meaning this can be none other than Eli Drake
[The Elite Superstar of XWL Eli Drake] Do you think you deserve an ounce of respect from me based on the way you talk to me? I've already held onto this belt longer than you have ever held one so show me some damn respect, because I have fought hard to get to where I am. While you just wear a suit, and tie then abuse the system with your power. Don't you think I didn't catch on to you rigging the votes you son of a bitch. I am just glad John did what he did to Drew, because that would have robbed Kenny of his moment. You may not know this because people just don't like you at all, but there is no greater feeling than walking out from behind that curtain then walking out onto the stage.
JBL starts to talk, but is cut off completely by Eli
[The Elite Superstar of XWL Eli Drake] Why might you ask? The sound of the crowd as they pop when they see someone that they like. Within the XWL universe they are not afraid to voice their opinions on who they like or dislike. For example like when you walk out there. The crowd loves to voice their hatred for you though you may not like it. It is their choice, but back to what happened at CyberSlam it was very obvious that you rigged the voting to put your boy directly in line for a title. You could tell when Drew's name was announced the arena filled with boos, and you expect me to buy that somehow he was picked. If you really believe that you are more delusional than I thought you were.
JBL simply smiles. He doesn’t get angry as what was expected, and obviously what Eli was trying to get to happen. He is actually cool headed and looks at Eli.
$JBL$ You see Eli I have learned that there is no teaching an undisciplined dog anything. You can’t have my respect because you OBVIOUSLY don’t have respect for yourself. You barge in here, and after saying what you had to say you make a fool of yourself yet again. You talk about championship reigns? How about I throw a date out here for you. December thirtieth, two thousand seventeen. Breakthrough. A night that I still remember, but I have a feeling you remember it even better than I do. For that was the night that I was left alone to fend for myself not only against you, but Sami Zayn aswell. Even being the Wrestling God I am, the odds were not in my favor. But, because of your selfishness and foolishness of underestimating me,I pinned not only you but Sami Zayn one after another to win the Elite Championship. A feat unheard of. A feat done without outside interference, without help. A feat that deserves some god damn respect. But you just can’t comprehend that in that one night, I, JBL made myself more relevant that you have in your entire career.
$JBL$ You and John both are obsessed with the idea that I committed some sort of “crime” by rigging the votes for the International Championship match at Cyberslam? You make accusations about me, when all I did was a damn good deed. Something that NEEDED to be done. Something to truly make XWL great again. So yes, maybe Drew was placed in that match when Omega was the “real” winner. It was something Drew didn’t ask for, yet something I knew he deserved. His debut match he beat the living hell out of Omega. A “legend” of this company being beat by a fresh, new addition to the roster. Yet people like you, John Cena, And the XWL fans, you all praise Omega as if he’s a god. As if he’s the next Hulk hogan of our generation. THAT is the crime. THAT is what’s wrong with XWL. THAT is why I did what I did, but quite honestly I don’t have to explain myself to an expendable member of this roster such as yourself, do I?
$JBL$ I’ve done nothing but prove time and time again since I’ve become General Manager that I am doing everything possible to improve XWL. Look at what I did just earlier tonight. I made history by introducing a brand new championship for the women’s division. Something they have wanted and craved for so long, yet our former GM, which you continue to praise, would never allow. I proved that im all for women and men equality. That I care about this company. That I’m here to make a difference. That I’m actually VALUABLE. But you. You come in here and brag about how my plan failed, and how you retained. Newsflash son. It doesn’t make you better than anyone on this damn roster. Your a hack, with a somewhat catchy catchphrase. Nothing more. You won that championship around your waist by the skin of your teeth, and thanks to John Cena, you retained it just the same. But your time has come and gone. Your five minutes of fame is up, and I’ll make damn sure you relinquish that title to someone worthy of it. That is why.....
suddenly JBL is cut off by Eli Drake slamming his hand down on JBL's desk.
[The Elite Superstar of XWL Eli Drake] I am real sick of your shit old man. I have reminded your ass time, and time again. Thank Sami Zayn that ginger fucking dummy is the reason why you walked out with that fucking belt. He broke the damn pin and I had your ass beaten in the middle of the ring, and there isn't a damn thing you can say or do to defend yourself you fat piece of shit. I am sick, and tired of listening to you spew this bullshit. Let's get to the point so I have to hear you less. I have a feeling on why I am in here anyways, and it's regarding this belt on my shoulder right? You want me to defend at Roulette say no more. I am a fighting champion, and I will take on anyone. Any place. Any time. Anywhere. You name it.
$JBL$ Well if you’d learn to shut the hell up and listen, instead of running your fat damn gums maybe you know what I have planned for you son.
Eli’s eyes grow wide, and his face grows an expression saying “I beat the fuck out of you even if you are crippled old man”. But JBL continues anyways.
$JBL$ You walk around here like your shit doesn’t stink kid. Like your the hottest damn thing to ever walk through those doors. You had to come up with some dumb catchphrase to become somewhat relevant and even get a shot at gold. But the more I think of you Eli, I think back to when you were Elite Champion. You always said you can't spell ELITE without ELI. And you know as a true businessman, I've given it a lot of thought as to what your next challenge as Champion is. You're already "Elite" but are you a survivor? Can you truly combat the biggest challenge? Because while you can't spell ELITE without Eli...there's another word that comes to mind, that is only possible with ELI.....
A sinister smile grows upon JBL’s face and he leans across his desk towards Eli Drake.
$JBL$ ELIMINATION! You see Eli, you have yet to have a true test of your skills as Intercontinental Champion, so I have decided to give you one. You call yourself the most Elite wrestler in XWL? Prove it. All you have to do is beat two men that stand in your way. Now I’m sure your asking yourself. Who has the almighty, powerful, and handsome General Manager of XWL picked for me me to defend against? But you see Eli. I’m not as bad as you make me out to be. I’m not going to handpick your opponents and ensure you’ll loose. I’m going to let you do that to yourself. Which means your opponents will be chosen by.....
JBL turns to Virgil who stands in the corner of the office beside a large object covered in a large red blanket, much like the one concealing the new North American Championship earlier tonight, but on a much larger scale. Virgil grabs the blanket and snatched it revealing the “Roulette Wheel”.
$JBL$ The Roulette wheel. Now I’m sure you have other things you could be doing, and Im sure as hell I could, do without further a-due. Virgil...SPIN THE WHEEL!
Virgil grabs the wheel and with all his force spins it.
The wheel stops and JBL looks disappointed, with plenty reason. I mean Undisputed Era is the reason he can no longer wrestle, or even walk for that matter! He turns to Eli who is smiling. He obviously can’t wait for the challenge Pete Dunne will give. But he loves the fact that it isn’t going the way JBL has envisioned.
$JBL$ ROLL IT AGAIN!
JBL’s face turns as white as a ghost. He can’t believe his eyes. Eli begins to cut up in laughter as JBL turns to him.
$JBL$ You find this funny you son of a bitch? You obviously haven’t thought this through. Not only do you have to defend your championship in an elimination match at Roulette, already putting the odds against you, BUT you have to face two members of the same tag team! You have NO CHANCE of walking out as Intercontinental Champion!
A laughter emerges from Eli which shocks JBL once again.
[The Elite Superstar of XWL Eli Drake] You think that scares me? No. This actually puts the odds in my favor.
JBL looks confused by his statement.
[The Elite Superstar of XWL Eli Drake] How so you may think? Well.... LEMME TALK TO YOU DUMMY! So I have a good example for you even maybe someone as dumb as you JBL can possibly understand. So lets say I am knocked out of the ring by one of those two. Do you expect them both to chase me? Because my brain says no. They should be worried about one another, because you never know who is going to get greedy between the two. If anything JBL you may have tried to screw me, but in reality you actually have given me help. I have no problem beating both of them. There is a reason I am The Elite Superstar of XWL, and JBL you are gonna find out exactly why at Roulette. Like it or not.. I am walking out with my Intercontinental Championship raised high into the air above my head looking at the camera directly laughing at your piss poor attempt to stop, because I can't stop being Elite. I can't stop the undeniable kavorica. I can not stop being Eli Drake, and most importantly I can not stop being Intercontinental Champion, because
Eli leans forward, and lightly taps on the face of JBL with his right hand.
[The Elite Superstar of XWL Eli Drake] that is just a fact of life, dummy.
Eli leaves JBL's office laughing to himself leaving JBL completely stunned by what Eli has just done.

A sea of boos cascades over any other sound in the building the moment the theme of none other than Little Miss Bliss herself begins to play. While tonight is The Season Premiere, and we've had a couple of weeks to get over what took place at Cyberslam, it is beyond evident that The XWL Universe have not at all softened their disdain over the controversy surrounding the outcome to Alexa's match with Asuka. It's not long before she steps out onto the stage, the backs of both hands raised to the camera, and a more devious than usual grin displayed on her face.
[Mauro Ranallo] Well this is going to be interesting...she's not scheduled to appear tonight, but after the huge uproar over her involvement in Cyberslam's most shocking moment of the entire event, an event that was riddled with "Oh My God" moments...I suppose we shouldn't be too surprised to see her making her victory lap over Anarchy tonight.
[Corey Graves] I'm sorry did you just expect her to sit out of tonight's festivities? You're damn right she's here, and the fact that she's not involved in a high profile match tonight after the massive victory she claimed against Asuka in a SUBMISSION match...is BEYOND a crime. She had to listen to you, and EVERYONE backstage, in the audience, all over social media that she was going to lose, and it wasn't even up for debate. You sealed her fate, you told her she wasn't good enough, and I bet you all feel really small after doubting her ability, don't you?
While not scheduled to compete, Alexa's not letting that keep her away from coming out here and seizing the night to remind everyone of their foolishness in ever doubting her. Her fists soon clench as her fury is put on display and her eyes look out into the angry masses completely reveling in their bitterness. Because they made it a point to call her a sheep headed into slaughter, well this sheep became the slaughterer, and she knows that eats them up inside to see her here, while Asuka...is GONE.
[Mauro Ranallo] I suppose you want to just completely gloss over the fact that SHAYNA BASZLER came out here out of nowhere, and destroyed Asuka while both Alexa and the referee were down? And then when Alexa came to she quickly got rid of the "Ace of Spades" card that was placed in Asuka's mouth to hide any evidence of what ACTUALLY led to the end of the match?
[Corey Graves] Don't act like Asuka wouldn't have done the same thing...yes a new arrival burst onto the scene making an immediate impact that shocked XWL to it's core...but Alexa knew that she could lose by disqualification in a Submission Match...and as we saw, the consequences THE FANS voted, was a tie...where the loser not only had to kiss the boot of the winner, THEY HAD TO LEAVE XWL. If Alexa hadn't disposed of the evidence she wouldn't be here right now. Her bully would've won, so yes it wasn't entirely "clean" but her hands were. You think she planned that? If she wanted help she would have had fellow anti-bullying activist and her best friend Nia Jax step in. But she wanted to prove the entire world wrong, and I think she did.
[Mauro Ranallo] Look there's no denying that Alexa did show a lot of fight at Cyberslam, but ultimately what it boils down to is this...Asuka was screwed, that's the biggest takeaway from all of this.
As Alexa descends down the ramp she sees bitter and anger across many faces, even signs raised up in protest of the events that transpired in her match, in protest of the dismissal Asuka suffered as the result of that loss. But despite all of this she just keeps her eyes forward, focused on reaching the ring, clearly with a purpose.
[Corey Graves] The biggest takeaway in my book, is that in a rivalry that consumed most of this year, with a big topic affecting the world today, bullying...we learned that bullies NEVER win. Asuka took a sick satisfaction in everything she said and did to Alexa. She tricked Alexa into a match at Final Stand, a nominee for Promo of The Year because it was supposed to be the signing of an END to BULLYING...and then in that match, in their first ever one on one encounter EVER? ALEXA WON!
[Mauro Ranallo] You're forgetting how all of this started, Alexa assaulted Asuka with her Bliss Stick about two dozen times, and then CURB STOMPED her face into that reinforced kendo stick of hers.
[Corey Graves] As she has said time and time again, Asuka had just KNOCKED OUT Alexa's idol Trish Stratus and she refused to let The Empress get away with treating a legend in such a manner. Did she cross the line? Maybe a toe went over it, but her intentions were to stand up for the woman that played a role in inspiring her to become a Wrestler herself.
[Mauro Ranallo] I still don't buy that story 6 months later.
[Corey Graves] You don't have to buy anything, the logic is free for anyone that welcomes it. Asuka was out of control, and we knew this would eventually lead to a match of that caliber, where one of them was cast out of this company. And that is what happened. Asuka is gone, who knows if we'll ever see her again, but to fault Alexa for how she achieved that victory is just wrong. She went through hell for 6 months, she had already accepted the terms and agreed to face Asuka in a Submission Match, clearly the lesser experienced between the two...but she gave it her all, and in spite of what everyone in the world thought, she did it. The history books will say that Alexa Bliss defeated Asuka VIA SUBMISSION.
Circling around the ring, her gloved hand slides across the ring post before stepping up onto the apron, and gripping both sides of the middle rope as she turns to face the audience that still continues to boo her.
She doesn't waste too much time before slipping through the ropes in a rather showy way, then places both feet on the bottom rope as she towers over The XWL Universe, the only time she ever physically can, but it's symbolic. She's showing them that despite how they voted, how they tied it purposefully so that she would be humiliated and then forced to XWL...their vote came back to haunt them when their head bully herself Asuka was forced to suffer the consequences.
[Mauro Ranallo] A question on my mind as well as many others is what's next for Alexa now?
[Corey Graves] I'm sure you'll have your answer in just a moment, but as a Bliss-fit...I think she's been overlooked for far too long...and after her huge victory at Cyberslam? There's no looking past the star that she is.
As she steps off of the bottom rope, she walks over to the side of the ring closest to the announcer's table and time keeper's area and begins to beckon for a mic. A ringside crew member quickly passes one to her to which she then turns back and talks her place in the center of the ring. The boos have only grown in this time, and once her music stops...they're even louder with nothing to drown them out. The camera pans out to show all the angry faces in the audience, as she just stands there letting them get it out of their systems.
Something that is not at all instant, because while it's not a straight non-stop boo...it's consistent, and in the midst of boos you hear all sorts of small chants that fail to breakthrough the stereo disdain coming from them. Alexa however, despite the boos not stopping starts to raise her mic with her arrogance on full display. She starts to clear her throat in a hugely dramatic way, tapping the bottom of her chin with her hand.
[Alexa Bliss] Ahem...
This small act does not silence them, if anything it makes them want to boo even more.
[Alexa Bliss] Ding dong...THE WICKED WITCH IS NOT DEAD!
She starts to cackle, laughing at all of the anger they all share...despite their best efforts, she's here...while their Empress is GONE. Cyberslam wasn't the end of her, if anything it was the mark of a new beginning now that this chapter is behind her.
[Alexa Bliss] I'm sorry, does that upset you?
Of course boos follow in response to that and her eyes roll.
[Alexa Bliss] Good, because it should...not because it should be that was forced to leave XWL...no, because right now in this moment, a MOMENT of BLISS...you are forced to look at yourselves and admit you...were wrong. Wrong to side with that monster, wrong to brandish me as the "bully" when all I've ever been is a victim, a victim that refused to be a statistic, a victim that refused to let someone gain satisfaction in bringing her pain and anguish. No, you should be upset at how you treated me, at how you voted for the loser to leave XWL because you bought into everything she was, and now...you're left to see yourselves for the fools you were this entire time. Because it wasn't I that had to leave, that had to bend down and kiss The Winner's boot...no, it was your precious Empress that STILL won't be here tomorrow!
She's certainly not doing herself any favors...but at this point we're not too sure she even cares if they're happy or not. All that matters in this "Moment of Bliss" is that she's happy, and she very much is.
[Alexa Bliss] Soak it all in Ladies and Gentlemen...because THIS is your future, today, tomorrow, next week, next year...FOR EVERY YEAR TO COME! I may not have had an immediate impact like all your little favorites...but I've certainly outlasted many of them, now haven't I?
Yet again, Little Miss Bliss does nothing but draw the ire of every man, woman, and child in the building.
[Alexa Bliss] You can boo hoo all you want, it changes NOTHING. I bravely accepted Asuka's challenge to a Submission Match...not because I was skilled in that art, no we all know Asuka had the advantage there...not that any of you would let me forget that. But because when there is a bully in your life, you have to stand up for yourself, even if it means facing your fears and stepping out of your comfort zone. Even if it means having the ENTIRE WORLD...repeatedly tell you that you are stupid, that you sealed your fate, that you made the most idiotic decision in XWL HISTORY! Not just a stupid mistake, BUT IN THE ENTIRETY OF XWL'S EXISTENCE...that somehow was single most ridiculous decision anyone ever made. And it was going to haunt me for the rest of my life, because that is when my career as I know it would come to an end, and all I'd ever be remembered as, is that stupid girl that was bold enough to, here's a crazy thought, BELIEVE in herself! God forbid you ever think you're capable of stepping into The Lion's Den and living to tell the tale, right? No, let's all just lower our expectations and shun anyone that buys into the "crazy" idea that you CAN accomplish ANYTHING!
Obviously the people aren't mostly booing because she beat Asuka, but HOW she beat Asuka. That, and her attitude isn't exactly inspiring anyone to throw their hands up and shout "WE'RE SO HAPPY FOR YOU!" No, she's talking down to them and that never goes over well.
[Alexa Bliss] And I know what you're going to say..."BUT YOU DIDN'T BEAT ASUKA, YOU WOULD'VE LOST IF IT WASN'T FOR SHAYNA!"
She rolls her eyes before continuing her thought.
[Alexa Bliss] First of all, I specifically told Nia to stay in the back no matter what happens because I recognized the significance of my match with Asuka. If I could beat her, then I would finally be free of her tyranny, I would be the example that all little girls need in the world...I would show them that BULLIES NEVER WIN! And to do that, I needed to prove that you are enough, that no matter how hard they try to belittle you, YOU can stand up to them and render them POWERLESS. But, that's not what happened...I mean I did lock in a submission and the referee render her unconscious, so sort of feels like I won despite Shayna's involvement...BUT that brings me to my second point. Bullying is an epidemic that has taken this world by storm for decades...it's only gotten worse, and while you can try to move past it, if you never receive closure, then something can trigger those memories back to you, like...being newly signed, and seeing a blatant bully pick on someone that maybe doesn't remind you of yourself physically...but you still can't help but see yourself in her shoes.
[Alexa Bliss] I think it's obvious that, she felt she couldn't stand by and watch a bully potentially claim another victim...not on her watch. So, she interfered, and then left the ring, leaving me to try and pick up the pieces, and that's when I saw her calling card, the ace of spades...I knew if the referee saw it, I'd be disqualified, unfairly...but that would happen, and then the bully WOULD win, then Asuka would be here and I wouldn't be....so yes, I disposed of the "evidence" but it was a necessary evil. Now I'm not out here tonight to defend myself or talk about the past...as far as I'm concerned this is now all behind me and I can look to my future...but before I get into that, I do want to take this time to thank Shayna for coming to my aid, not that I needed it...but it shows she's a good a person, like me...and she did what she felt was right, and isn't that admirable?
Alexa may think so, but the boos that follow seem to suggest they don't feel the same way. She shakes her head, then lowers her eyes to the mat where she prepares to get into why she's out here tonight, if it's not to talk about the past as she calls it...then what perhaps does she see in her future?
[Alexa Bliss] When I first started in this business, my goal was like anyone else's, to be the best...to become Champion, to make my mark on this industry by being the best version of myself. And, you know I've been patient...I know this isn't a sprint, it's a marathon, and anything worth having, is worth waiting for. You don't become the best overnight, you have to work toward it. And, really...I get that, but...I stand here tonight with one question. WHEN is it going to be MY turn? What hoops do I have to jump through to even get that opportunity, huh? Let's run down the list of the opportunities that have been at stake since my last title opportunity, which by the way wasn't even one on one, everyone knows Carmella is the reason I lost...but like I said, let's go down the list.
[Alexa Bliss] Money In The Bank, not just ONE of them, not just TWO, but THREE Money In The Bank Ladder Matches have taken place...two of which included Carmella, ALL of which, DIDN'T include ME! But our General Manager at the time Layla had no problem just handing those opportunities to a newcomer in Liv Morgan, did she? No, YOU GET A SPOT, AND YOU GET A SPOT, EVERYONE BUT ALEXA GETS A SPOT!
She obnoxiously points doing her best Oprah impression.
[Alexa Bliss] Surely I got a spot in The Elimination Chamber though, RIGHT? WRONG! No, EVEN ASUKA got a spot in that match, the bully was rewarded and SHE GOT ELIMINATED FIRST! If I was in that match not only would I have not been eliminated first, I wouldn't have been eliminated at all. But yet again, I was overlooked...and so like a good person I supported my best friend Nia Jax because you know, if I couldn't get that opportunity I was happy she could. But then, came The Iron Woman Classic...a TOURNAMENT designed by our Women's Champion to feature the BEST of the division...yet, that included AGAIN...EVERYONE...but ME! After that, even Nia was like, Lexi...why aren't you getting these opportunities? And you know, I'd stand there and say...maybe I haven't earned them? Maybe I just, haven't impressed them enough? So what do I do? AFTER a bully TRICKS me into agreeing to meet them one on one at the grandest stage of them all...I BEAT HER, CLEAN, NO EXCUSES, NO NEFARIOUS MEANS, one, two, THREE!
[Alexa Bliss] So, surely...SURELY that was impressive enough to EARN an opportunity, ANY opportunity, right? NO! No, still...STILL...when the next opportunity came around, a vote to determine Natalya's challenger at Cyberslam...I was overlooked AGAIN. What more did I need to do? How hard did I need to work? This wasn't even a contenders match, it was a vote, by you....so I would've lost anyways, so what would the harm have been in including me so I didn't feel so underappreciated? Why has it been OVER 9 months since my last opportunity, huh? Do ANY of you have a LEGITIMATE answer? No, you don't...because while you may hate me for some reason...even you cannot deny that after all this time, after EVERY WOMAN on this roster has had an opportunity of some kind this year...I should be at the front of the line.
The Wicked Witch is venting all of her frustrations, that is still met with boos, though they're not as loud, whether they've gotten tired of booing or maybe they somewhat agree we're not sure but she does have somewhat of a point, right?
[Alexa Bliss] But then I showed up tonight, and after my "big" victory over Asuka? I'M NOT EVEN BOOKED! I'm not scheduled to present a Slammy, I am NOWHERE! So I'm sitting back there, ranting to Nia, at the point of tears because I don't know what it is, why I'm not getting ANYTHING...and the monitor in the background is showing the start of the show, and there's The General Manager, and he brings out this newcomer Toni Storm...and so I'm curious...I turn up the volume and I hear all this talk of a NEW Championship! FINALLY after a decade the division isn't just limited to one title, we have TWO. I immediately perk up, I dry my eyes, I tell Nia...THIS IS IT! THIS IS MY MOMENT! THEY HAVE TO GIVE ME AN OPPORTUNITY AT THIS!
Her eyes brighten and her smile gets big, until it suddenly fades.
[Alexa Bliss] Oh, but then I hear him say "AND BECAUSE YOU'VE BEEN SO IMPRESSIVE, IN YOUR ONE NIGHT IN XWL, WE'RE PUTTING YOU IN THE NORTH AMERICAN CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH, WHICH WILL MAIN-EVENT ROULETTE! So I'm like, really? This girl just shows up, attacks someone and THAT impresses you enough? YET ALL I've done this entire year isn't enough to even get a contenders match, or be included in a vote? So I march right to his office to confront him, and of course he's not there...so I ask his assistant, hey Drake...am I going to be on that wheel? And you know what he says? "Sorry Alexa, I know you want an opportunity but the timing just isn't right, check back next month." As if that's going to be any different, right? It's been the same answer every time, I get passed over for the latest sensation and you know what? I'M NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANYMORE!
[Alexa Bliss] If I'm not going to be "given" an opportunity, then I guess I'll have to take matters into my own hands. So that is why I'm out here tonight, not to beg for them to reconsider, not to take the show hostage until they change their mind...no, I am in the middle of this ring, to talk to you, Nattie.
Her eyes stare intensely into the camera as if she were looking The Women's Champion right in her eyes in this moment.
[Alexa Bliss] I'll keep this short and sweet, the ONLY reason you still have that title? Is because I've been kept away from you, and I'm starting to think that our "model" champion...is the reason. So much for respect, and "honor" huh?
The boos ramp back up and even louder than before the second Alexa has the nerve to even insinuate something so extremely out of Natalya's character.
[Alexa Bliss] Oh, I'm sorry? Am I ruining the name of our "beloved" Champion? This idea that she's such an "inspiration" that her story is one of the biggest "feel good" moments in XWL history? It's time to face the facts people. Her entire story is fraud, she got a million opportunities until one finally clicked, is that supposed to change anything? That's supposed to be inspiring? Really? We should all aspire to be so pathetic. But hey, I fell for it too. I let you pull on the strings of my heart like everyone else, Natalya...but tonight, I see you for what you are. There's not a doubt in my mind that you're trying to use your veteran status to hold a promising newcomer like myself down. You see me as your replacement, the inspirational anti-bullying activist, that won't need 2,945 days to succeed...or a sob story to make people care about me...no, you're right to try and keep me far away from the forefront of this division, because once I ascend to the top of this division? I will take my rightful place as THE WICKED GODDESS OF XWL!
The boos only grow the more she speaks, but their jeers don't bother her, she's focused only on her message to Natalya.
[Alexa Bliss] But that all ends here, it's time to come back to reality, you're not a "Queen" you're not the "Hart" of this division...you're a relic of the past that has overstayed your welcome...and I'm here to personally Bliss-miss you once and for all! Because I know a bully when I see one..and I'm starting to realize you're the biggest one of them all. However in spite of your best efforts to keep me away from you, I'm afraid there's nowhere left to run, and nowhere left to hide...you WILL defend The Women's Championship against me, and you're going to do it right here...RIGHT NOW!
The audience is rather mixed in their opinion over Alexa's bold "challenge" most of them booing for some do cheer because it would mean we'd see a Women's Championship Match tonight and that's always exciting. Alexa lowers her mic, and backs into the corner motioning toward the stage.
[Mauro Ranallo] Well this is an interesting turn of events...Alexa Bliss just threw out a lot of accusations at our Women's Champion Natalya, all of which I find very hard to believe are in any way legitimate.
[Corey Graves] I mean, you're right...it's a stretch, I mean if it were anyone but Natalya I'd say oh for sure that's what this is...but Natalya's not exactly the type to behave like that, at all. She's far too good, you do have to question why Alexa's been kept away from so many opportunities though, if not Natalya using her veteran status to hold a promising up and comer down, then what?
Just when Alexa was about to raise her mic again, growing impatient for The Champion's arrival...Natalya's theme sounds and everyone on all sides rises up to their feet screaming loudly and proudly in support of The Queen of Harts. Who wastes little time in raising the microphone in her hands up, as her title pridefully rests over her shoulder.
[Natalya] Alexa, sweetheart...you REALLY need to settle your teakettle.
The Wicked Witch of XWL rolls her eyes and crosses her arms, uninterested in Natalya's "advice" as The Anvilette's theme now comes to a halt.
[Natalya] Of ALL the excuses I've ever heard over the years...THAT would win The Slammy tonight for the most ridiculous and unfounded accusation in XWL history.
Hard supporters of The Women's Champion cheer as Natalya takes a couple steps more before stopping at the top of the ramp.
[Natalya] I spend every waking moment EMPOWERING the division, and EVERY woman in it. I don't need to, nor have I ever used my veteran "status" to hold you or anyone back from ANY opportunity. I don't have that kind of power, nor would I want that kind of power because that isn't what this business is about. It is about making a name for yourself, and using that name to stand for SOMETHING. What I stand for is respect, a lost art in some cases, but my entire reign has been in the interest of bringing out, and showing RESPECT. So respectfully, I'm afraid what they say must be true, ignorance really is BLISS.
Alexa sarcastically laughs and even more sarcastically shouts out "GOOD ONE!" before showing pure disgust all over her face.
[Natalya] I respect the hustle, and the determination that embodies you...but coming out here and slandering my name, with material that not a single person in this building, or watching around the world right now believes...isn't exactly the way to go about getting what you want. The truth is I agree, you SHOULD have been apart of those moments, why you weren't isn't an answer I can give you because as you can see by The Championship on my shoulder, I've been a little preoccupied this year.
"YOU WOULDN'T HAVE THAT IF I HAD MY SHOT, NATTIE! IT WOULD BE MINE! ALL MINE!" Alexa furiously shouts to which Natalya just responds with a smile.
[Natalya] You know Alexa, there's something powerful in humility...and it would benefit you in the long run to lose the attitude and show a little respect.
The camera cuts to Alexa who rolls her eyes so hard she almost imitates The Undertaker clearly not interesting in Natalya's "empowerment" spiel.
[Alexa Bliss] I'm sorry, are you going to accept my challenge or not? Because I didn't ask for a lecture, or for you to defend yourself, I asked...actually...I DEMANDED that you defend YOUR TITLE! It's a yes or no answer, but be warned Nattie...there's only one right answer. And if you answer wrong? You'll be exposed as the fraud, and fluke of a Champion that you are. I don't care if you defended that title in The Elimination Chamber unlike any other Champion in XWL History. I don't care that you made history defending that title in The Main-Event of Final Stand...because you and I both know that if I had been in ANY of those matches? Your story wouldn't have had a happy ending, it would've had a harsh example of what REALITY looks like! THAT is why you are a fluke because you have been avoiding me like the plague that will render your reign extinct.
[Natalya] Are you finished?
[Alexa Bliss] No actually, I'm not. See, I see that holier than thou attitude...you're about to tell me that someone like me doesn't deserve it, and I can't ask for handouts and you'll do so in a 10 page essay of how hard your journey to being Champion was and that's all well and good, but as XWL's resident failure, you've done everything this year to change everyone's perception of you, and bravo...however, I wonder what all of those people will think when they see The Women's Champion refuse to defend her title at The Slammy Awards when April had no problem doing so last year, and even your dear best friend Sasha Banks had no issue with it the year before, ironically enough you were the challenger in both situations weren't you? But please, go on and tell me how it's so different we're all waiting Nattie...let all of these people see THE MIGHTY NATALYA NEIDHART...for the pathetic excuse of a Champion she truly is. Besides, I'm actually undefeated on The Slammy Awards...unlike you...we both know how this night would end...ME standing over YOU...as THE NEW XWL WOMEN'S CHAMPION!
The boos have gotten louder by the second as Alexa unleashes all five feet of her fury in a venomous speech in preparation for Natalya to deny her challenge...despite Natalya giving no sign that she was going to. Natalya stands there trying to mind her manners, and not let Alexa's words get to her, but you can tell it's irritated her, even if it's only slightly...you see the bright smile become less bright.
[Natalya] Before you so rudely cut me off, I was going to say that I seem to be geared up tonight, with no one to compete against...so I'd LOVE to accept your challenge and defend my Women's Championship against you...RIGHT HERE....RIGHT NOW!!
A HUGE wave of cheers follow in response to Natalya agreeing to give the fans a blockbuster match right here right now as she defends The Women's Championship against a woman that in her own way has made quite the impact this year, Alexa Bliss. Alexa smiles with a devious gleam in her eyes, as Natalya takes this moment to raise her title high in the air as if to say "if you want this you're going to have to prove you deserve it."
[Mauro Ranallo] Did I just hear that right, Corey? Natalya just agreed to defend her title against Alexa Bliss, RIGHT NOW?
[Corey Graves] I have said all year that Alexa Bliss is underappreciated, and is on the cusp of greatness...and well, it's safe to say greatness has arrived. I will not even try to speak ill of The Women's Champion who has had a tremendous year full of monumental matches and HUGE victories. But there is one Woman that has been left on the sidelines all year, getting angrier by the second with each opportunity that passes her by. Alexa is fueled by that frustration, and as long as she's waited for an opportunity, ANY opportunity...she is not going to let this slip out of her grasp. I have vehemently supported our Champion ever since her historic defense inside The Elimination Chamber, a dominant defense at that...but I'm going to make a bold prediction right now. Alexa Bliss is about to become THE WICKED GODDESS OF XWL WHEN SHE TAKES HER THRONE AS WOMEN'S CHAMPION!
[Mauro Ranallo] As hard as Natalya's fought, I find it hard to root against her...she's proven she is a new Woman ever since this year first began...as incredible as Alexa has been and she has been...I don't believe the title is changing hands tonight.
[Corey Graves] Well one of us is going to be correct, so I guess we'll see won't we? But like I said...if my words don't convince you Alexa is leaving this night as Women's Champion...let her record speak it into existence. She defeated Charlotte at The Slammy Awards 2 years ago, and last year defeated Carmella. You know what they say about the third time.
[Mauro Ranallo] Nonetheless, I have received word from Assistant General Manager Drake Maverick that this match has been made official, when we come back from the commercial break, Alexa Bliss WILL challenge Natalya Neidhart for The Women's Championship...will we crown a new Champion tonight? Is The Era of The Wicked Goddess upon us? Or will The Queen of Harts yet again retain her title against a very game challenger? Stay tuned, because this match is next.
As The Slammy Awards return from a commercial break, Alexa Bliss and Natalya are backed into opposing corners with The Women's Championship raised high into the air signaling that this match is indeed for Natalya's prized title.
[Mauro Ranallo] That is what it's all about, The Women's Championship that Natalya has held since April 2nd when she defeated Ruby Riott in a Steel Cage Match risking her very place in XWL to receive that opportunity that finally yielded success on her behalf.
[Corey Graves] Since then she's defended it three times, her first defense The Elimination Chamber that infamously set the tone for the reign she would have. Going on to Main-Event Final Stand alongside her former best friend Sasha Banks inside Hell in a Cell and finally have a Final Stand moment she could be proud of.
[Mauro Ranallo] And at Cyberslam just weeks ago she defended it against XWL's chosen challenger fellow Veteran Kaitlyn in a 2 out of 3 falls match.
[Corey Graves] Kaitlyn of course showing a new side of herself in defeat, and while it's been a couple of weeks since her assault...you wonder if Natalya's recovered completely from it. Has her pride gotten the better of her and did she just agree to the match that will end her storybook reign?
[Mauro Ranallo] I believe Natalya's prideful yes, but also someone that's shown she is on a level of her own despite having brutal matches all year...she has remained as strong as ever. I would never try to discount the challenge that Alexa Bliss poses to her throne...but, if Alexa hopes to claim her first Championship right now...she's going to have to really have the performance of her entire career. Let's not forget that while Alexa achieved huge victories over Asuka...Natalya in her first defense inside The Chamber eliminated The Empress FIRST in that match.
[Corey Graves] Well the time for talk is over, Mauro...the referee's about to ring the bell and we're going to see a clash between The Present and The Future...can Natalya remain on top? Or will her reign be a thing of the past by the end of this night?
Before the referee signals for the bell, Natalya leaves her corner approaching Alexa as the ref tries to keep her back, and simply extends her hand as she says "Good luck." But Alexa in the face of this showing of tremendous respect...looks at her in disgust and shouts "GOOD LUCK REMAINING RELEVANT WHEN I'M DONE WITH YOU!" slapping her hand away to which Natalya simply nods and backs away, the audience not pleased with Alexa's antics one bit.
[Mauro Ranallo] IN THE IMMORTAL WORDS OF JOEY STYLES, OH MY GOD!!
[Corey Graves] Alexa just pulled off a 450 SPLASH, RIGHT INTO BOTH OF NATALYA'S KNEES!
[Mauro Ranallo] The angle of which she landed was as if she just gave herself a reverse code breaker to her entire upper body!
A thunderous "HOLY SHIT!" chant makes its way in response to seeing the sickening impact Alexa suffered as her attempt at high risk had the opposite of a "reward." She's completely shaken from the landing into The Champion's knees, stumbling over, almost in a state of shock that's trying to keep moving to avoid acknowledging the unimaginable pain she has to be in. On a normal night Alexa would have went for Twisted Bliss, but given this is her first title opportunity since 2018 began...she tried to pull out all stops, and all it did is result in all of her momentum nearly shattering everything within her. As Alexa stumbles to her knee, Natalya's right there along with her, realizing that this is her moment to seal her victory. She quickly reels Alexa in, lifting her into the air with absolute ease...before bringing her crashing right back down with The N-Powerbomb!
[Mauro Ranallo] One sickening landing after the other...I'm sorry Corey but there's no way Alexa gets up after that.
Corey remains quiet, while everyone else in the arena is loudly roaring in excitement as...Natalya doesn't go for the cover as she typically would after that move...no, instead...she looks around, then looks at Alexa and sees an opportunity to extend some "humility" in her challenger's direction...the same way humility was no doubt instilled in her at an early age back when she was in The Hart Family Dungeon...for she soon pulls Alexa's legs up and the crowd gets louder, as Alexa screams out frantically still dazed and completely shaken from the previous seconds of this match but aware enough to know this is NOT where she wants to be right now.
[Mauro Ranallo] Looks like The Women's Champion is about to humble The Wicked "Goddess" before she even comes close to the crown.
[Corey Graves] Come on, Alexa! YOU'VE NEVER GIVEN UP A DAY IN YOUR LIFE!
With the building loudly chanting "TAP!" and cheering even before Natalya's got Alexa turned over for The Sharpshooter...Little Miss Bliss cries in agony as The Women's Champion finally locks in the hold and turns her over...feeling the title slipping out of her hands as they press deep into the mat immediately, not wanting to give up, not after she waited so long for a match like this.
[Corey Graves] GRAB THE ROPES, YOU CAN DO IT!
[Mauro Ranallo] This is a real test of Alexa's endurance...she's claimed that she's ready for this...but THIS moment of anything but "Bliss" determines whether she actually is or not.
In the process of being severely humbled by the Woman she spoke so ill of...Alexa is scratching and clawing, desperately trying to reach the ropes. After all, hope is not lost just yet...she's not in the center of the ring with nowhere to go. She's close to the ropes, not entirely at them, but if she can dig deep and pull herself a few inches more...she can grab the ropes and force a break. Hell that break could then allow her to do some underhanded move behind the referee's back and STEAL THIS MATCH. So as she starts to pull herself closer....Natalya yells "I DON'T THINK SO!" using her huge power advantage over Alexa to walk forward, carrying Alexa in The Sharpshooter right along with her, to the dead center of the ring. As much as she tries to fight it...it's no use, Alexa has no choice but to tap out!
Alexa wails in agony as she furiously pounds the mat with both hands, surrendering the only opportunity she's been extended all year...as the roof comes off of the building in celebration of Natalya yet again retaining her title.
[Mauro Ranallo] Good effort Alexa, but there's just no escaping The Sharpshooter...
[Corey Graves] She was able to get out of it earlier in the match but after that 450 gone wrong, and the powerbomb directly after...unfortunately she was as good as done.
[Mauro Ranallo] Still, I think even in defeat Alexa showed a lot of potential tonight. She's waited all year for any opportunity, and while it didn't yield her first Championship victory...she held her own against a woman that has straight up dominated 2018.
With The Anvilette's theme sounding in victory she releases the Hart Family's greatest weapon The Sharpshooter and stands proudly as the referee presents her Championship and raises her arm into the air.
[Corey Graves] I don't even know what to say...I thought this was going to be Alexa's night.
[Mauro Ranallo] There's no doubt Alexa really gave it her all, but Natalya waited 2,945 days for her time to come...and ever since she took possession of The Women's Championship she has fought with everything she has to remain in that position.
Alexa lies on the mat, her face buried into the canvas as she bangs both of her fists into it her muffled screams echoing while Natalya stands there celebrating her successful defense. Alexa called her out, she challenged her, and Natalya accepted that challenge, but unfortunately for Alexa her Slammy Award undefeated "streak" has come to an end...and after waiting so long for an opportunity, it slipped out of her grasp. As the referee lowers Nat's arm he goes to check on Alexa who flat out is ignoring him. Natalya steps out onto the apron raising her title with both hands to another loud "pop!" from The Staples Center. Then hops off of the side of the ring and begins to make her way up the ramp.
[Mauro Ranallo] If Natalya's journey proves anything it's that this isn't a huge setback for Alexa...she can use this failure to do better, to be better to motivate her to hone her craft that much more.
[Corey Graves] Maybe so, but you can tell how badly Alexa wanted this...
Natalya slaps several of the hands extended out along the ramp, then stops as she's a little over halfway to the top of it and turns around grabbing her title with both hands once more and raises it high to another loud cheer from the fans.
By this point Alexa's removed her face from the canvas and looks up, clearly upset over the outcome...and the sight of Natalya still being able to raise The Women's Championship up above her head. Once Natalya's done celebrating she turns around and makes her exit, leaving Alexa all alone in the ring as the fans start to pelt her with a "YOU TAPPED OUT!" chant, a chant that normally upsets people in this position, but given Alexa's stance of "never giving up a day in her life" it's especially more painful for Little Miss Bliss.
[Corey Graves] Really? Why are they being so mean to her?
[Mauro Ranallo] I think they took a great offense to how she spoke of the beloved Natalya and seeing her fail was something they took great satisfaction in. After all, sometimes you need that kind of moment where you have to look in the mirror and ask yourself if maybe...you deserve this. Maybe you whether intentional or not have been going about things all wrong, and this is that eye opening experience to turn it all around.
[Corey Graves] Look did she maybe go a little overboard tonight with her verbal tirade on Natalya? MAYBE. But her point remains true, everyone else gets opportunities but this was her first opportunity in NINE MONTHS...show a little compassion. She went after what she wanted, it didn't work out, you don't have to tear what's left of her down.
[Mauro Ranallo] Going after what you want is a great message, it's just how she went about it that rubbed people the wrong way. Natalya's reign is cemented on respect, and had she just spoken from the heart and asked Natalya for a title match tonight without all the extra nonsense...I think the fans would react a bit differently.
She sits on her knees, letting the chant upset her more and more until she's had it...she storms over to the ropes, and demands a mic, furiously tapping her foot on the mat shouting "GIVE ME A MIC RIGHT NOW!" Eventually one is passed to her and she shakes her head, seething with anger over how things turned out for her.
[Alexa Bliss] I bet you all feel SO proud of yourselves right now, don't you?
As expected, they cheer loudly, VERY proud of themselves.
[Alexa Bliss] Yeah, go on...CHEER YOURSELVES BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO LIVE VICARIOUSLY THROUGH HER TO FEEL BETTER ABOUT YOUR MISERABLE LIVES!
They go right from cheering themselves, to booing her, something that just makes her even more mad.
[Alexa Bliss] Just like you have too boo me to forget about how worthless, and PATHETIC...your own shortcomings are. No, you bring me down because the world brought you down a long time ago and making me feel even worse than this loss already makes me feel...is the ONE time in your everyday lives that you feel superior to ANYONE. Well give yourselves a pat on the back, you did it...you rooted against me, after aiding Asuka in bullying me for 6 months...and you get to laugh and cheer as I stand here angry at myself for GIVING UP!
She shakes in place, that is how upset she is, literally vibrating from the anger inside of her.
[Alexa Bliss] But unlike all of you, I'm not going to let ONE moment derail my entire life. I AM A ROLE MODEL! I STOOD UP THAT BULLY ASUKA AND I ENDED HER EVIL BULLYING REIGN OF TYRANNY!
Even in her anger, she's consistent, yet again playing the victim as she screams her words out.
[Alexa Bliss] I refuse to go up that ramp with my head hanging low...I WILL ONE DAY BE THE WICKED GODDESS OF XWL...RULING OVER ALL OF YOU AND YOUR MISGUIDED FAVORITES! So no, I will not leave this ring a loser...no...I still have a lot more to prove, I still can leave this night victorious...I WILL RISE ABOVE THIS FAILURE RIGHT HERE RIGHT NOW BECAUSE I GUARANTEE YOU I CAN BEAT ANYONE BACK THERE EVEN AFTER EVERYTHING NATALYA JUST DID TO ME!!
She is literally losing it, screaming, screeching, her voice cracking she's yelling so loud.
[Alexa Bliss] So ladies, consider this your "opportunity" to be the one to suffer ALL FIVE FEET OF MY FURY! Who thinks they have what it takes? Because I can't wait to crush your hopes and spirits just like our "empowering" Champion just tried to do to me. WELL? WHO DARES TO STEP IN THIS RING WITH ME?!
Fueled by furious anger, Alexa lowers her mic and turns to the stage...issuing another challenge tonight, this time an open challenge to any woman back there...clearly trying to put this loss to Natalya behind her by perhaps defeating someone right after? But in her emotional and exhausted state...that doesn't seem to be a good idea.
[Corey Graves] Uh, Alexa...I'm not so sure about this...
[Mauro Ranallo] Issuing an open challenge after the match she just had with Natalya? Yeah, that's not...that's not at all a wise decision.
[Corey Graves] I mean, bravo to her spirit...but, I'm pretty sure she's been out of it since her entire face smacked off of Natalya's knees when that 450 Splash became more of a crash and burn.
[Mauro Ranallo] But who, if anyone is going to accept her challenge?
With Alexa Bliss' words being a beacon of sorts, a theme begins to play throughout the Staples Center, one that is being heard for the first time, causing an air of confusion and uncertainty to surround the arena. In the ring, Bliss has locked her eyes on the stage, awaiting the arrival of what she believes in her mind to be her next conquest.
The words “Kairi Sane” appear on the Titantron, causing various sections of the live audience in attendance to cheer in approval while the remaining sections are unsure of how to react, but seeing as the alternative is cheering for “Five Feet of Fury” herself in Alexa Bliss, many of the unsure members make their side very clear. A figure appears under the Titantron, seemingly donning an all white entrance attire before the woman in question makes it out onto the center of the stage.
[Corey Graves] Who is this? And what is with that getup?
[Mauro Ranallo] If the name appearing on the tron is to believed that's Kairi Sane...and I believe she refers to herself as The Pirate Princess.
Covering her face with the all white coat she's wearing, the woman only known as Kairi Sane, this knowledge courtesy of the nameplate on her Titantron, keeps her identity a secret for a while longer but sooner or later, the masquerade has to come to an end. A few brief moments pass before she swings the part of the coat she's holding to reveal her face but much to the annoyance of “Little Miss Bliss,” she's looking away, keeping her face hidden from the cameras as Bliss stands in the ring, almost on the verge of shouting, “Who are you!?” at the woman who is seemingly about to accept her open challenge.
Her question is soon answered as Kairi turns towards the camera, a smile etched on her face as she locks eyes with the woman across the arena from her in Alexa Bliss. She raises her right hand and hovers it a few inches above her face, an almost salute of sorts, leaning forward and rotating her upper body in a cone in front of her before extending her arms outwards all in a single motion.
She lowers her head for a moment, bringing her arms down to her side before looking up and towards the ring. The smile reappears on her face as she reaches into her coat and pulls out a miniature telescope from within, extending it to its full length and bringing it up towards her eye, getting a closer look at what is in her future: A “Blissed” off Alexa Bliss on the horizon. Using both her hands, she returns the telescope back to its compact form and returns it to where it once was, a nod to herself follows before she begins her descent down the entrance ramp.
[Mauro Ranallo] Talk about seizing an opportunity, Kairi is one of XWL's newest signings..and instead of waiting for her first match to be booked by our General Manager...she looks to be deciding the time for her arrival is NOW.
[Corey Graves] Didn't she see what Alexa did to the last Japanese Superstar that was in XWL?
[Mauro Ranallo] I'd say perhaps she did...and that could be part of her motivation for coming out here right now and maybe fighting not only on her behalf but the behalf of The Empress of Tomorrow as well.
Kairi begins slapping the hands of the members of the XWL Universe on either side of the ramp before she ultimately reaches the bottom. She looks into the ring to see Bliss impatiently tapping her foot on the canvas, almost wanting to get this over with so she can show the world that she deserves, no demands another shot at the Women's Championship. Kairi is now on the apron and enters the ring through the bottom rope, standing across the ring from XWL's resident “Wicked Witch.” She removes her hat and coat, placing both articles of clothing under the bottom turnbuckle before preparing herself for the impending match against the other woman in the ring. Alexa looks unimpressed, looking Kairi up and down before having the nerve to lightly laugh.
[Alexa Bliss] I'm sorry, are you lost?
Kairi stands there, no real emotion or ire at Alexa's question, she's all business.
[Alexa Bliss] Listen little girl, I don't have any candy for you, but cute costume...you ALMOST look like a threat, you know...if I squint really hard and severely lower my own expectations.
Fans do not take kindly to Alexa's "belittling" of Kairi Sane, someone that they may not know a lot about...but she seems like more than Alexa's giving her credit to be.
[Alexa Bliss] Well, let's get this over with, I assume you wanna swing by a couple houses after this is over, so I'll make this quick.
Bliss hands over the microphone to the referee and begins walking towards the center of the ring, slowly turning her head to face Kairi.
[Mauro Ranallo] I don't know if I'd be as brash as Alexa is being right now...referring to Kairi as if she's a random trick or treater?
[Corey Graves] I mean, she's coming out here dressed like a pirate...it's an easy conclusion to come to.
The referee calls for the bell, giving Kairi the green light to charge forward and level an unsuspecting Alexa Bliss with her trademark spear: The Interceptor. A roar of cheers fill the arena as Alexa is sent to the canvas in record time.
[Corey Graves] HEY! What happened to a traditional lock up?
[Mauro Ranallo] Are we forgetting how Alexa began her match with Natalya?
[Corey Graves] I don't know what you're talking about.
[Mauro Ranallo] I'm sure the rest of the audience remembers Alexa taking The Champion down with a rough clothesline as soon as the match started.
She instinctively begins crawling towards the nearest turnbuckle in an attempt to avoid any more offense from her second impromptu opponent this evening. Bliss reaches her safe haven in the bottom turnbuckle, knowing full well that nothing bad could happen while she tries to regather her breath after the Interceptor knocked most of it out. Kairi, on the other hand, stops in her tracks when she sees that Bliss has inadvertently set herself up. She does a quick one eighty and begins stomping away from Bliss towards the opposite turnbuckle, each stomp serving a purpose. This causes the XWL Universe to join in, stomping their own feet in unison. Those in the crowd that want to participate but don't want to fully commit to wearing out their soles instead opt to slapping their thighs or clapping along, a lazy alternative to say the least.
[Mauro Ranallo] The Staples Center coming alive for this unorthodox display.
[Corey Graves] She takes this pirate thing too seriously...
[Mauro Ranallo] If I were Alexa I'd start taking Kairi more seriously this could be over within seconds.
Kairi reaches her destination, taking a hold of the top rope with her left hand while her right hand is in the shape of a fist, with the exception of her index finger and thumb, pointing towards her actual destination, showing that the turnbuckle was nothing more that a pit stop along the way and her true destination is Alexa Bliss.
She charges out from the turnbuckle and makes a beeline towards the downed Alexa Bliss, her arms wildly waving in every which way until she gets within striking range, focusing all her energy into a single sliding forearm shot, catching Alexa perfectly. The force of the strike sends Bliss crawling forward towards the center of the ring, leaving her wide open for whatever Kairi has in mind. It quickly becomes apparent what that is when she, now on the apron, begins to scale the turnbuckle.
[Corey Graves] What on Earth is she about to do?
[Mauro Ranallo] Kairi Sane is known around the globe for her Elbow Drop...and I think Alexa might be about to be introduced to it.
Upon reaching the top, she looks down towards her target, nodding to herself for affirmation, a single salute like gesture is all that's needed to see where this is going. Kairi places her arms above her head for a moment before swinging them downward, leaping off the top turnbuckle with all of the upward thrust she can manage and soars through the air, landing an elbow across Alexa's cold and calculating heart.
[Mauro Ranallo] MAMA MIA, WHAT AN ELBOW!
She quickly goes into the cover.
1...
2...
3!
[Mauro Ranallo] Kairi Sane has done it! She made her XWL debut tonight at The Slammy Awards, and just claimed a very quick and DECISIVE victory over Alexa Bliss!
[Corey Graves] This can't be happening...HOW DID IT ALL GO SO WRONG? Alexa was supposed to become Champion, she was supposed to defeat Kairi to avenge her previous loss...I can't believe it.
[Mauro Ranallo] I think it's clear Alexa bit off more than she could chew tonight, calling out Natalya, then calling out any Woman in the locker room thereafter, and having the nerve to underestimate the woman that came out here to accept that challenge.
Kairi's theme begins to play throughout the Staples Center for the second time in the evening, the referee raising her hand as the victor while the live audience in attendance cheer at her successful debut, it looks like Bliss was wrong, the witch is in fact dead. Kairi continues her celebration for a bit longer before rolling out of the ring and begins making her way up the ramp, slapping the hands of the live audience in attendance in the front row, leaving a semi dazed Bliss to throw quite the tantrum over her less than spectacular night.
[Mauro Ranallo] An impressive new addition to The Women's Division in Kairi Sane...you gotta believe that's a statement delivered to the entire locker room. She is here, and her elbow is primed and ready for every last Woman back there.
[Corey Graves] She defeated a Woman that clearly was in no condition to compete...
[Mauro Ranallo] Perhaps if that's the case then Alexa shouldn't have issued an open challenge. But she did, and Kairi Sane made the most of that opportunity to make a huge splash here at The Slammy Awards.
The Pirate Princess reaches the top of the ramp and turns around to face all of The XWL Universe that have so warmly embraced her arrival tonight and she smiles waving at them. The camera having shown enough of Alexa's huge downward spiral this evening opts to steer clear of the ring and instead our final sight is Kairi bowing as you can hear Alexa pounding the mat with her fists and feet in the background. It wasn't her night, but for Natalya she added another defense to her reign, and for Kairi? She started her XWL career off right with an impactful debut.

Anarchy returns as the fans are cheering for the two men standing at the Slammy podium, they are non-other than Edge and Christian soaking in the love of the XWL Universe.
Edge Christian my good buddy, it's great to be back isn't it?
Christian You can say that again, It's been awhile XWL!
The fans cheer for the duo again as they smile back at the XWL Universe
Edge But tonight isn't about us, we're out here to announce the Slammy Award Winner for Stable/Team of the year!
Christian And the nomonies are, Bullet Club, Alpha Club, Kyohi, The Cabinet, Undisputed Era, and the Trash City Stupid Idiots!
Edge Some great teams right there, each have had a great year but sadly only one can win, and that winner is...
Edge and Christian open the envelope together containing the information.
Edge and Christian ALPHA CLUB!
The fans break into the biggest boos they can muster as Edge a Christian have to slightly cover their ears from the defening sound.
Sami and Kevin make their way out of the back very excited as Sami jumps on Kevin hugging him. Kevin is carrying a Chris Jericho action figure while chewing on some gum and Sami is carrying some type colorful stick. The fans still booing as Sami and Kevin milk the moment, they come face to face with Edge and Christian who extend their hands to the two men. Sami and Kevin look at the legendary tag team's hands and it doesn't take long for Kevin Owens to reach into his mouth--pull out his gum-- and place it in the hand of Christian, who quickly tosses it with a look of pure digust. Sami laughs enjoying the moment and walks past Edge bumping his shoulder, Edge and Christian just shake their heads and walk into the back as the fans are letting Sami and Kevin know how they feel about them, the two men get to the podium.
Sami Zayn WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! WE DID IT KEV! WE WON OUT FIRST SLAMMY!
Sami is grabbing two of the three Slammys on the podium, jumping up and down as Kevin holds his ear in slight pain.
Kevin Owens DUDE my ear drum! I'm right here you don't need to scream...
Sami leans into the mic and nearly whispers
Sami Zayn sorry, my bad.
Kevin Owens Don't get me wrong, I'm super happy we won these but one thing confuses me.
Sami Zayn Whats that Kev?
Kevin Owens Why was there even a vote? Alpha Club were the CLEAR winners, Bullet Club isn't even a thing anymore, the Kyohi or whatever hasn't been seen in MONTHS, and the Trashy Morons had to lock you in a cage and cheat to win the Tag Titles!
Sami Zayn Don't even get me started on Undisputed Era, we have Leo Kruger--Who I beat for my first Intercontinental Championship by the way, two no bodies in Kyle O'Reilly who stole your initials and that Fish guy. Some Brittish dude who has terrible hair, and the worst of all Matt Sydal WHO COST ME MY WORLD TITLE NOT ONCE BUT TWICE!!!
Kevin Owens Sami calm down man, it's alright.
Kevin pats Sami on the back, Sami calms down a bit.
Sami Zayn But I'll get my revenge tonight, no worries. Right now it's time to celebrate Kev! Three of the BEST Canada has ever produced has done it. We've won STABLE OF THE YEAR! Granted we didn't have big comptetition, but we never would here in XWL with all those loser in the back.
Kevin Owens Very true Sami. Many of you may be wondering why Chris Jericho isn't out here with us right now, unfortunately he has a World Title match the get ready for and normally would love to be out here and tell all of you how much...he DESPISES all of you!
Kevin and Sami laugh to themselves as the crowd boos them, Kevin holds the JEricho Action figure up to his ear.
Kevin Owens Whats that Chris? You want us to talk about the injustice at Cyberslam a little more?
Sami Zayn Oh will do Mr. Jericho will do! We all know that Gable and Sabin are cheaters, alright? But did you know, both Chad and Chris have CHEATED on ALL of their significant others!
The crowd boos at Sami's obvious lies but Sami uses the boos to suit his needs
Sami Zayn I KNOW! Not only that but they're just plain bad people! They locked me in a FREAKIN' CAGE SUSPENDED 20 FEET IN THE FREAKIN' AIR! I got super horrible Virtigo that has lasted over these two weeks and now puts my match against Stupid Idiot number 1 Matt Sydal in jeopordy tonight because I wont be 100%!
Kevin Owens That's just aweful Sami, I'm sorry they put you through that...but thats not all. They also took MANY obvious cheap shots CLEARLY bending the rules to fit their needs, but it's fine it's whatever. We'll get our rematch... and when we do? You'll be known as the one hit wonders!
Sami Zayn Aaaaaand on the bright side, we are the LONGEST REIGNING TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS IN XWL HISTORY!
Kevin Owens And now you can add Slammy famous Tag Team to that as well!
The two men clink all three trophies together, Sami holding two of them.
Sami Zayn No other Tag Team or stable has come even a smidge close to the accolades we've completed in our short time as a Team. Slammy Winners, longest reigning Tag Team Champions, taking out the Bullet Club, voted best dressed, and lets not forget the greatest Superstars to EVER come out of Canada!
Kevin Owens And it's only a matter of time before each of us holds a singles Championship at the same time! Me with the Intercontinental Championship!
Sami Zayn Me with the Televison Title! As soon as "Rusev" stops hiding from me anyways.
Kevin holds up the Chris Jericho Action figure
Kevin Owens And Chris Jericho, with the WOLRD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP!
Sami Zayn We WILL go down in History as the three greatest Superstars in XWL HISTORY, and there's not a damn thing anyone in the back or any of you can do about it.
Sami Zayn holds up both Slammies and Kevins holds up his and the Jericho figure
Sami Zayn Goodbye, and goodnight, LOSERS!
Sami and Kevin strut off the stage as we go to commercial

Anarchy comes back to commercial break after a night of action already, and it's about to get even more violent.
Mauro Ranallo Here he is Corey. The sick psychopath who nearly put Cody through a flaming table in front of his wife Brandy. And he has a confident swagger of someone who feels like he proved something at Cyberslam.
Corey Graves Didn't he Mauro? He told everyone that he was going teach Cody a lesson in respect for death match wrestlers. To prove he was better than Cody. But enough of this Mauro, Jimmy clearly has something on his mind.
Jimmy Havoc I tried to tell every single one of you. You sided with him. You all decided I wasn't a real wrestler. That I wasn't worth your time or respect. So I showed every single one of you just how dangerous I am. I showed you just how beatable your hero "Cody" is. And I showed you just how afraid his wife was.
Do you all understand why Brandy was so scared? Do you understand the power I held in that moment. I held the power of life and death. Had I chosen, I could have scarred Cody's pretty little face and made sure he could never cameo on "Arrow" again. But no. I felt sympathy for her in that moment. But it was a moment of weakness...so I beg you. Cody, please come out here so I can apologize to you face to face.
Cody’s theme hits as the crowd cheers. Cody makes his way to the ring, microphone in hand in some new ring gear. White tights with a red white and blue personalized symbol in various spots along with a red cut off t-shirt with his personalized symbol. Once in the ring Cody gets in Jimmy’s face.
Cody
Do you really think Brandi throwing in the towel was my idea? When I went into preparation for this match, the Doctors, Signing the necessary papers to hold ourselves accountable for what we were about to do. I was prepared for that match, I was willing to put my life on the line, hell I put my life on the line to prove my point, I told Brandi to stay back but She, SHE made the decision to throw in the towel to end the match...
Jimmy Havoc Let me stop you right there Cody. I asked you out here for a specific reason, and your litany of excuses is not the reason. You see, I asked you out here to apologize. That's right. I'm sorry Cody...I'm sorry that I didn't just ignore the towel and put you through the table regardless. But I felt sorry for Brandy. See, you claim to be "wrestling royalty." You claim to be on of the best the XWL has. And yet, whether you wanted her to or not, your own wife felt she had to step in because you were in over your head.
Jimmy starts pacing the ring, laughing as he thinks about what happened at Cyberslam.
Jimmy Havoc You see Cody, you can't stand with me on my land. You can't stand with me in my yard. You learned that at Cyberslam. So, unless you have something else to say...
Cody steps up and puts his index finger on Jimmy’s lips.
Cody Actually, I do. Being “Wrestling Royalty” doesn’t stem from acceding in any one territory, or yard as you might say it stems from the background I have. I am a Rhodes, that name in particular speaks volumes, my father helped build a legacy that YOU take part in, that YOU wrestle in, whether it be a Deathmatch or a normal wrestling match. You see, it's been the same thing over and over time and time again, you're not good enough you can’t hang in my territory in my line of work. It was a shame Brandi got involved in our match because I have no doubt we would have fought until the very end, and to be honest you probably would have won. But were not done, I’m challenging you again at Roulette where the wheel decides what match we have, this time these fans won’t get to choose, its entirely out of luck, the best of both worlds on one wheel. Pick your poison and I'll pick mine and I'll see you at Roulette.
Cody drops the mic exits the ring.
Jimmy Havoc Uh, Cody. You may want to stop there for a second. You see, I'm not only better than you. I'm smarter than you. See, I've grown to have a great relationship with our current General Manager, and after speaking with him and showing how the results of our match were, how should I put this, disappointing? That he was open to suggestion. So tonight, my dear Mr. Rhodes, you will be facing The Bruiserweight Pete Dunne. Oh, and just to make it slightly more interesting, it will be an extreme rules match.
Cody looks shocked as Jimmy laughs and walks down the stage past him, flipping Cody off as Pete Dunne's music hits and turn to a commercial.
We return from a commercial seeing both men in their respected corners just before the bell rings.
Extreme Rules Match

60 Minute Iron Man Match
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Corey Graves Sami got the knees up again! Come on Sami you can do it!
Mauro Ranallo He's had that move scouted all match, but Sydal won't give up that easy. Sami Zayn delivers a kick to the gut of Matt Sydal then lifts him up for a Brainbuster Sami drops Matt Sydal on his h-NO! Sydal knees Zayn straight to the top of his head, Sydal slips out of Zayns grasp as the clock reaches 6 seconds Sydal runs off the ropes but gets caught up as none other than Kevin Owens has made his way down the ramp and is holding onto Sydals leg! The clock reaches 4 seconds as Sami wastes no time and rolls up Sydal! The ref slides into the cover with two seconds remaining!
1!
2!
TIME HAS EXPIRED! The ref's hand was coming down for the three as the clock runs out! Sami is beside himself getting into the face of the ref for taking so long to start the count. The ref rolls out telling Sami to pretty much "deal with it"
Corey Graves Sami got robbed! How could this happened! It should've been tied!
Mauro Ranallo The Ref tried Corey, he isn't perfect. It was one hell of a match though so you gotta give Sami props!
Corey Graves Sami doesn't care about your props Mauro! He's a winner and winners hate being screwed over!
Kevin gets into the ring as Sydal is getting up and boots him in the head!
Mauro Ranallo Come on this is uncalled for!
Corey Graves They're getting their revenge!
Sami jumps right on top of Sydal laying punch after punch to him, next is Kevin's turn as Sami gets up. Both men take turns beating Sydals stupid face in until none other than the stupid idiot Pete Dunne shows his ugly face and for some reason attacks Sami! What did Sami ever do wrong for this to happen?
The fans break into a cheer as Pete Dunne bloodies Sami face with a vicious elbow after vicious elbow, Kevin takes his eyes off of Sydal and rushes to help his buddy, but instantly he's attacked from behind by a recovered Sydal!
Corey Graves This is sickening! How could they do this to two of the best wrestlers to ever set foot in XWL!!
Mauro Ranallo Really Corey?
Pete Dunne grabs Sami and slams him onto his best friend Kevin Owens, both men are down as Sami is on top of Kevin almost like he fell asleep on him, but they're about to have a rude awakening as Sydal is perched on the top rope!
Corey Graves NO! Don't do it, Matt!
Sydal jumps off the top with a beautiful Shooting Star Splash! He crashes onto Sami and Kevin nearly sounding like a gunshot from how hard the impact was!
Mauro Ranallo DID YOU HEAR THAT?!
Corey Graves That sound is going to haunt my dreams! How could they?!
Sami and Kevin roll outside the ring barely moving they crawl themselves towards the top of the ramp as the audience settles down following Pete Dunne & Matt Sydal of The Undisputed Era running off Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn of The Alpha Club...we notice that Matt, nor Pete are heading out of the ring just yet, in fact...Matt makes a motion to someone at ringside and he's soon passed two microphones, one of which he hands to Pete, and the other he takes for himself. The two men that will challenge Eli Drake at Roulette in an Elimination Triple Threat Match for The Intercontinental Championship as revealed earlier tonight now stand in the center of the ring and that is when Matt raises his mic to address The XWL Universe, and perhaps the news of his upcoming Championship Match.
[Matt Sydal] Behold, for I may not be "The Golden One" as of this moment right now...but standing before you is THE IRON MAN OF XWL. If there was ever any doubt if I still have "it" Lay them to rest, correct your misguided thoughts, and come face to face with the facts. Because I've always been better than the rest, and as all of you just saw...I stood as The ACTUAL "Alpha" But was there ever any doubt? The Undisputed Era is a combination of nothing but top tier talent, we just don't have to form a "club" to make everyone believe it. When we step in this ring, we are second to NONE.
Hard to argue with a man that's made a career off of exceeding expectations and defying his supposed "limitations." He continues on as Pete stands there in full support of his brother's words.
[Matt Sydal] Now ever since JBL became "GM" we The Undisputed Era have done our best to forget the miscarriage of justice of that his entire regime is. That he's our "boss" that he's the one we have to answer to...because quite honestly, we don't recognize him as our General Manager, because NO ONE whether authority, or Superstar...can MANAGE us. They can try, oh how they can try...but we're our own man, together. We take what we want, we say what we say, and we do whatever we want. Because our era is inevitable, no matter who is at the helm, we are the forefront of EVERYTHING. But, as we were going about our night, ignoring his very existence, talking about how much we love our General Manager, you know...Layla...because in our word she's still the one in charge, and some senile old man that's lost the grapefruits it takes to defend himself doesn't change that.
Boos follow at the mention of McMahon who infamously was part of why Matt had to go through hell with The Cabinet.
[Matt Sydal] You know side note, Pete? I once shook Vince's hand, when I was World Heavyweight Champion and he presented me The Slammy Award, on a night like this as THE BEST SUPERSTAR OF THE YEAR 366 DAYS A YEAR! But I shook his hand, and...at the time I had too much respect to really ever say this out-loud, but when I shook his hand? IT WAS LIMP!
Pete opens his eyes wide and his mouth too, shocked at this news, clearly exaggerating then shrugs.
[Matt Sydal] I know, right? THE MIGHTY VINCENT KENNEDY MCMAHON...doesn't have a firm handshake? Isn't that the makings of a "man?" But I suppose we shouldn't be too surprised since he loves bending down and kissing JBL's ass, first with me...then with Layla...it's really an eye opening year, huh? But I'm getting off track, besides I can only imagine Vince is angrily trying to dial JBL right now to cut my mic but unfortunately he's got one of those newfangled smartphones and well, it's not going so well.
Pete taps on the microphone a couple times and gives Matt the signal that we’re still on the air too.
THE BRUISERWEIGHT’ Pete Dunne Looks like everything is still in working order, i’d imagine that Vince is too preoccupied with counting JBL”s money that he gave him in order to become general manager. Typical, yet oh so sad.. Still oh so sad. Speaking of Vinny Mac, I think we’re due for another random appearance by him soon, hopefully this sped things up because the Undisputed Era are dying to meet you.
[Matt Sydal] BUT, like I was saying...normally we just zone JBL out, but as we're getting ready the monitor is on so we see JBL in his office with The Intercontinental Champion Eli Drake...and phew...Eli is just LOSING IT. You'd think that JBL forced him to join The Cabinet, then turned the company he's always supported against him, and make him fetch his coffee, and interfere in matches, and threaten to fire him on the daily. BUT THEN, it happens...we see a wheel, and we notice...HEY...OUR NAMES ARE ON THAT WHEEL! So it spins...and you just see JBL's entire world crumble down around him, as the first name it lands on...IS PETE DUNNE! THE SAME PETE DUNNE THAT DUPED HIM INTO THINKING HE'D JOIN THE CABINET ONLY TO LURE HIM INTO AN AMBUSH OF THE DEBUTING UNDISPUTED ERA! HE WAS PISSED!
Loud cheers follow in response to Sydal's words, just as happy as he is about the news.
[Matt Sydal] BUT, THAT'S NOT EVEN THE BEST PART! I mean, both parts are equally great you know I don't mean it that way Pete...BUT considering I've been campaigning for a title opportunity, and all our esteemed General Manager would do is throw opportunities to everyone in The Undisputed Era not named Matt Sydal in an effort to drive a wedge between us, as if he ever could...I find it HILARIOUS that he quickly acts like whatever I'm not mad it landed on Pete...even though he totally was...but as he spins that wheel a second time...it stops...and his heart stops right along with it as his worst nightmare came true...he had inadvertently. in his efforts to screw Eli...given not ONE but TWO title shots to THE UNDISPUTED ERA! Because that final name it landed on? Was yours truly, and now Pete and I have a date with "The Elite" at Roulette in an Elimination Triple Threat Match for The Intercontinental Championship! It just doesn't get ANY better than that, aye Pete?
THE BRUISERWEIGHT’ Pete Dunne You are completely on the money, mate. I have got to say I sure do love it when a plan comes together, despite all the odds stacked against us in the form of JBL and those who deny the inevitable that is WE, the Undisputed Era. It seems as if we are under the skin of Lazyfield, aren’t we? He did this to himself, letting his ego get the best of him. Now Eli, don’t you find it amusing, quite funny.. That you’re in this position friendo? You couldn’t keep your cool next to JBL, that I don’t blame you.. Not one bit. Once our names were pulled you went on a tangent, because you have to put on a brave face, yet we both know. Yes, Matty and I know you’re going to shiver in your boots when the cameras are off your kavorka, whatever the hell that means. The only Elite thing you’re going to remembered for is Undisputed Era putting you down, humbling you.. Once and for all.
[Matt Sydal] Now I know what you're all thinking, but Matt...isn't it going to create tension within The Undisputed Era especially between you and Pete Dunne given that you're going to be opponents at Roulette? And to that I say, why? Are we competitive as hell? Yes. Do we individually want nothing more than to leave that match as Champion? Yes. But a win for one of us, is a win for ALL of The Undisputed Era. Quite frankly all that matters is that ONE of us leaves Roulette as The NEW Intercontinental Champion....and we will. Besides by the time we're done we're going to have ALL of the titles, so really it makes no difference to me who carries those titles, or what titles they are because I have said this before and I will say it again. EVERY title becomes the greatest prize in this industry when it is in my hands. And now that I've aligned myself with a group of like-minded and equally talented men? That notion remains true all the way through each and every man in The Undisputed Era. We are a collective of prideful bastards, and we will take great pride when we can come out here on a night like this, with EVERY LAST PIECE OF GOLD AVAILABLE IN XWL...in our possession. Because in OUR era, no title is "beneath" another...they will each be the pinnacle because WE...ARE THE PINNACLE.
The Bruiserweight then puts his hand on the shoulder of Sydal and then nods in agreement.
THE BRUISERWEIGHT’ Pete Dunne Not only are we THE PINNACLE of this industry, we warned you when we set claim to the golden gates that led us to the treasure that is OUR championship gold itself. You can put all these obstacles in front of us and we knock them down with ease. Sami, you tucked your tail and ran because you thought he was alone did you now? You really thought that I wasn’t watching the beating that he gave you, of a lifetime from the back? You can’t handle tasting bitter defeat, so you have to get Kevin to even the score. That afforded me to come down and smack you two around for testing the Undisputed Era’s wherewithal. We are always watching, and we never forget either. This is our company now, and if you want to show your face, you better come correct. That was a mighty error on your part, and do you know what we do to problems Matt? We solve them, and we End them, take them out of their misery. You can’t stop us, you can’t beat us, you can only avoid us.. For so long. This is far from over, because we’re just getting started. Thank you Alpha Cubs, you Shocked Our Systems enough to want to kick your ass.
[Matt Sydal] The Undisputed Era is the greatest collection of Superstars ever assembled. So let this be a warning to The Alpha Club, to Eli Drake...and to ANY Superstar that dares to try and stand in the way of our era...our rise is inevitable. Your downfall? Is UNDISPUTED!
Matt and Pete throw their mics into the air in unison and they land on the mat with a sound of static as the two look at one another then their armbands. They both pose in the middle of the ring together, flashing their Undisputed Era symbol as the camera fades to commercial break.

Subject: Re: XWL Anarchy: 10/22/2018 - 11/5/2018 - The Slammy Award Edition Sat Nov 03, 2018 1:07 pm
The Slammy-edition of Anarchy returns from commercial and we’re taken to ringside as the commentators prepare to hype up the next awards presentation
Mauro Ranallo We’ve had one heck of a night already and now it’s time for one of the most coveted awards of the night
Corey Graves That’s right Mauro it’s time to talk about the amazing Women that put their bodies on the line every week. Just who is going to be revealed as Female Superstar of The Year?
The arena comes unglued at the sound of a familiar theme that they haven’t seemed to hear in a long time. After a few minutes of silence the camera darts to the stage and as it zoom’s in the XWL audience cheers wildly
Corey Graves Oh good grief, this is who is presenting Female Superstar of the year?
Mauro Ranallo Mama, Mia. Corey who better than a mutli-time champion…
The camera focuses again on the stage and we finally see it’s none other than Michelle McCool. She does her signature spin, looking stunning in a silver evening gown, before smiling she approaches the podium and speaks
Michelle McCool Hee-eeyyy. Y’all didn’t expect to ever see me again now did ya? Listen, when XWL always approaches this time to the year, they’re always in a rush so to speak to scramble to find presenters for every award. Now, with everything this company has been through, y’all didn’t think I wouldn’t jump at the chance to help now did you? I mean, someone like me, to be able to pass down words of wisdom to these amazing women? Who better.
She pauses for a moment and smirks at the camera again before speaking
Michelle McCool Real talk. I just have to come out here and commend these women for the amazing job they’ve done each and every single week. There’s so many fresh new faces, but, not surprisingly some familiar ones as well. So how about we get right down to it. The nominee’s for Female Superstar of the year are April…. Nia Jax…..Sasha Banks… and finally… Natalya..
Michelle pauses for a moment and then opens the envelope and speaks
Michelle McCool The slammy for the 2018 Female Superstar of the year goes to…. Natalya!
Thunderous cheers echo from within The Staples Center as a Woman that no doubt claimed 2018 as her year steps out from the back with a humbled smile on her face as her Championship is proudly on display around her waist.
Mauro Ranallo You cannot name another Woman that has risen up to the height that Natalya has this past year.
Corey Graves I was a doubter, I never believed she would ascend to the top of the division, and not only has she...she's been there for quite some time Mauro.
Mauro Ranallo The Woman's Champion who famously brought her title to The Main-Event of Final Stand and has not been beaten on Pay-Per-View in the last 12 months.
Corey Graves I don't think this is a shocker to anyone watching right now, it's been a given that Natalya was the most improved and most impressive Superstar in the Women's Division and with an impromtu defense earlier against Alexa Bliss she's still working hard to be the best champion she feels this division deserves.
As Michelle extends The Slammy to her she mouths "Thank you so much" as she goes to pull it away, but no stranger to this award herself...Michelle doesn't let go. Instead as both stand in front of the podium and it's mic, Michelle takes this time to address Natalya. Given that she's the reason for Natalya's downfall almost 8 years ago on the grandest stage of them all via a "screwjob" that defined Natalya's entire career in a tragic fashion...it's interesting to see these two face to face given up until now their relationship has always been tarnished by that night.
Michelle McCool Now, I don’t mean to ruin y’all’s moment or anything but I just wanted to say something here real quick. Nattie, y’all and I go way, way, back. We’ve been through it all. You’ve had to endure so much to fight to get to where you’re at. Perhaps nothing more though than from… well.. Me. I just wanted to take this time, in front of all these people, to tell you… I’m sorry. I know I never made working with me here easy and if I could take it all back I would. The truth is, girl, you’re one hell of a worker and I was just scared I couldn’t keep up. We’ve had some crazy matches that I’ll cherish forever and I just want y’all to know you’re amazing. You’ve worked hard for this and deserve nothing but the best and that’s real talk.
Michelle smiles and gives Natalya a big hug, whispering more words in her ear as the two give the audience a feel good moment that is responded to with nothing but loud cheers. Finally they pull apart and Michelle steps aside, passing the "torch" of this award essentially to Natalya and stands there applauding her as Natalya turns to the audience to make her acceptance speech.
[Natalya] Thank you Michelle, and thank you everyone for all the love and praise...I still don't know what I've done to deserve such an incredible year but I can happily say I could not be anymore proud than I am in this moment. This award has been presented to the best of the best, Women that have been trailblazers of this division, and fought for moments like I've been fortunate enough to have this year. Women like Layla that from day one believed The Women were capable of more...Women like Michelle who every opportunity she had, worked to make the title, no matter what it was called or what it looked like...into the most prestigious prize in this entire industry. Women like Apirl, who proved that WE could be The Main-Event when she won her first Women's Title 2 years ago in The Main-Event of a Pay-Per-View that is coming up next, Roulette.
Upon mention of that night, and the fact the anniversary of that is upon us, and how far the division HAS come since that causes fans to cheer even more.
[Natalya] It's incredible to see the division be stronger than ever, and it's all because of EVERY Woman that has taken part whether it has been major or minor, their effort made this into reality. It made me want to be better, to work harder, to achieve something of my own that could inspire others just as they inspired me. Earlier tonight, it was revealed that on the anniversary of The First Female Main-Event of a Pay-Per-View...we will see a Fatal Four Way to determine the FIRST EVER North American Champion!!
The love from the fans is now extended to that incredible announcement that Natalya seems so proud to even make mention of.
[Natalya] We as Women have always taken great pride in having something of our own, to make our one title compete with the many that the Men have...and I'm so excited for every Woman in this division for the change that is upon us. Because while I cherish The Women's Championship, as does every competitor back there...and that will never change...having another title ups the level of competition that much more. You will see more Women competing, more Women carving their own lane and being nominated and WINNING this award. So I'd like to take this time to wish Toni Storm and the other 3 Women that will be revealed one by one every week...the best of luck in your match and I am rooting for all of you to steal the show just like Women have done since this Company began!
Michelle's clapping becomes even more filled with excitement and pep as does the fans as they all rise up and get louder.
[Natalya] I dedicate this award to The Women's Division, then, now, and forever...we may not all think the same, we may not all believe the same thing...but one thing that unites us is our desire to be the best, and to have our division be respected by our peers and all of you. I am proud to be apart of this era of Women, to be the forefront and to empower my fellow competitors to never give up because I didn't and look at me now. I didn't have an easy journey to where I am...but this division's journey was even more challenging to where it now is too. The division was scrapped twice, we had to fight to be given more than your "standard" match...we had to work twice as hard to get our own Money in The Bank LADDER match...and to be even considered worthy of closing out the biggest show of the year.
Natalya stands there looking at her Slammy as it's held tightly in her hand.
[Natalya] Beyond the drama, beyond the differences we share, beyond the lines some of us cross, we are FIGHTERS. We have fought every day to this point, and that is what we will continue to do. I am so grateful that all of you have crowned me your Superstar Of The Year. This year has been life changing...and to follow in the footsteps of my best friend April is scary...this year has been challenging because I'm finally on top...I'm finally where I've always wanted to be and I never want this to end. For 2,945 days...I was your beloved failure that you believed would one day put the pieces together and make all of it worth it. And as I stand here tonight...with The Women's Championship around my waist, and this Slammy in my possession? It WAS all worth it, every moment, the tears that fell, the pieces of my heart that slowly were chipped away until almost nothing was left of it...every moment I let you down and questioned whether or not I should just hang my boots up.
She pauses, losing her smile for a moment as the memories of those nights flood her mind, before her smile returns because every moment made her into the Woman that has seized 2018 as hers.
[Natalya] This award, and the last 12 months...have shown me that you truly can never say NEVER. No dream is too big, no obstacle is too great, and no failure is too demoralizing to STOP you from fighting for that little girl that once stood in front of a mirror in her bedroom one day and said "I'M GOING TO BE A SUPERSTAR!" Thank you for this, for your support, for your belief that I wasn't just that delusional failure that would never become Champion again. Thank you so very much for naming me your 2018 Female Superstar Of The Year.
With that heart-warming speech, she thrusts The Slammy into the air to a loud "pop!" as Michelle once again embraces her in a hug and the two walk off together as the scene closes out.
Thanks to Kyle for reprising his role as Michelle McCool for this presentation.

The XWL Cameras cut backstage to see Paul Heyman walking into the arena, an interviewer approaches Heyman
[Interviewer] Paul, I was just wondering if I could get your thoughts on behalf of your client Ronda Rousey regarding the huge announcement made earlier tonight regarding the Womens Division here in XWL..
[Paul Heyman] Huge announcement? You call somebody walking into this company and just being handed a championship match a huge announcement? See, when I did this when I ran my shows....my champions EARNED that right. They earned the right to be in that championship match. It wasn't just handed to them for nothing. Toni Storm walks into this company blindly attacking another superstar and that's called impressive? No, Whats impressive is what my client Ronda Rousey did to Sasha Banks. Ronda made one promise and that she was going to snap the arm of Sasha Banks? And THAT is exactly what happened.
[Paul Heyman] But is my client being handed a championship match? Of course she isn't because that isn't how things work around here. Ronda Rousey not only beat, but destroyed one of the best this company has to offer. Now THAT is something huge, now THAT is something to talk about and ask my thoughts on. My client isn't concerned with a championship that will brand you second best. No, My client is only interested in the best. That's why my clients one and only goal is to be the Womens Champion. Ronda Rousey has smashed doors and smashed faces everywhere she has been, and XWL is no different. She took out Sasha Banks and now Natalya is her goal. It's not often a fellow competitor earns the respect of Ronda Rousey...but Natayla has done jus that. She has dominated her way through the Womens Division..
[Paul Heyman] But before there was Natayla...There was Ronda Rousey. Ronda dominated strikeforce, Ronda dominated the UFC. Natayla may have dominated XWL...until now. She hasn't faced anybody like Ronda Rousey before. And when my client earns a shot at that championship....There is only going to be ONE outcome, ONE winner...ONE baddest woman on the planet.
With that said, Heyman walks off past the camera heading towards the locker rooms.

Anarchy continues as the cameras cut to the merchandise area where many fans are in line picking up merchandise of their favourite XWL Superstars! When the fans attention suddenly turns to two men pushing their way through the crowd with signs stating "WE DESERVE A TAG TITLE MATCH" As the men get through the crowd it's clear that the man holding one of the signs is Bobby Fish! By his side is his tag team partner...Kyle O'Reilly!
[Bobby Fish] Ladies and gentlemen! You all know this is true! You all know we deserve a tag team titles match! You've suffered through Alpha Club for long enough! Let us show you what a real tag team is like!
Fish approaches a fan just about to buy a t-shirt
[Bobby Fish] Erm..excuse me...What are you doing?
[Fan] Buying a Rusev shirt!
[Bobby Fish] What..Why...No. Attendant...This man will have an Undisputed Era shirt! Put that Rusev shirt back in the pile of unsold shirts and give this man a proper shirt!
The attendant does as he's told and gives the fan a Undisputed Era shirt, the fan reluctantly takes it and puts it on.
[Bobby Fish] Now that...is a shirt! Now you've got the right shirt...How about you sign our petition to give me and Kyle here a well deserved tag team title match!
Fish shoves the petition into the hand of the Fan, the fan signs the petition, intimidated by Fish.
[Bobby Fish] Now everybody...Form a line ready to sign our petition!
The fans are a little sheepish and O'Reilly notices this.
[Kyle O'Reilly] Come on! You must be tired of the makeshift tag teams in XWL right now. We are a real tag team! We've traveled the world, honing our craft. Our chemistry is like no other. I know what Bobby's thinking before he even knows it!
Fish nods in agreement until he realizes what O'Reilly said then he looks at him with a confused look on his face..
[Kyle O'Reilly] We are the best tag team in the world! It's about time we had some gold to show it! Trash City Stupid Idiots are exactly that. They're trash, they're stupid... and they're idiots! But we... we are two of the best athletes on the planet. We are two of the best wrestlers to ever lace up a pair of boots! Together, we combine to form the greatest tag team in history!
O'Reilly is all fired up as he's delivering his speech trying to convince the masses. A few seem to come around to the idea and willingly sign the petition, but the rest are just going about their business, purchasing merch and food.
[Kyle O'Reilly] Guys! Guys! You know what? If you sign this, you'll get a free... that's right FREE... Undisputed Era t-shirt, courtesy of my good friend here, Bobby Fish...
Fish rounds on O'Reilly with a glare. There must be several hundred people in this area! It'll cost him a fortune. O'Reilly cowers a little and backs down, changing his statement slightly...
[Kyle O'Reilly] ...and me... of course!
O'Reilly isn't happy with the cost of all of this himself, so he changes his statement one final time.
[Kyle O'Reilly] And the rest of the Undisputed Era! We'll all be happy to finance the cost of the shirts if you can help our cause!
[Bobby Fish] That's right! Matt Sydal has also kindly offered to pay for each of you a free pair of Undisputed Era socks! So not only do you get a free Undisputed Era T Shirt...You get free Undisputed Era socks! And all you have to do is sign our petition! Free T-Shirts, Free Socks and Tag Team Champions that's actually a tag team! What more can you want?
O'Reilly whispers into the ear of Fish.
[Kyle O'Reilly] Socks? We have socks now?
[Bobby Fish] Yeah... shh... they're brand new. Ya know....SOCK THE SYSTEM! They're not even on XWLshop.com yet.
[Kyle O'Reilly] Gotcha.
O'Reilly turns back to the fans.
[Kyle O'Reilly] That's right! Get your free shirt and free socks just from signing your name on this sheet of paper right here! It doesn't cost you anything other than maybe 5 seconds of your time! What do you have to lose!
Many of the fans have now begun to gather and form a line. O'Reilly grins from ear to ear as Fish greets each of them and makes sure they sign.
[Kyle O'Reilly] Thank you! Thank you very much!
A lot of people come and go as O'Reilly is like a kid in a candy shop with his expression as the number of signees grows and grows. Eventually a large gentleman approaches. He must be 3 or 4 times the size of either Fish or O'Reilly.
[Kyle O'Reilly] Oh, um... sir? Here's your socks, but I don't think we stock size 5XL. Bobby?
Fish is rummaging around in the merchandise box.
[Bobby Fish] I could give him two 3XLs and he can stitch them together?
[Kyle O'Reilly] I don't think that's how it works, Bobby....
[Bobby Fish] Well....You could just give him a 3XL and it'll be inspiration to lose that weight! Just to wear an Undisputed Era T-Shirt! That's better than all the DDP Yoga!
The fan not impressed with the jokes about his weight, throws the socks at Bobby and storms away!
[Bobby Fish] I was just trying to help you! How dare you throw these socks! THEY'RE BRAND NEW!
[Kyle O'Reilly] It's okay Bobby...Calm down.
[Bobby Fish] I WAS UP ALL NIGHT MAKING THESE!
[Kyle O'Reilly] ...You made these?
[Bobby Fish] Well..erm...WE WANT A TAG TITLE MATCH!
O'Reilly shakes his head laughing to himself as the fans continue to approach the petition. It seems as though the Undisputed Era's scheme is working out well as the list of signatures continues to grow.
Anarchy fades to a promotional video showcasing the talents of "Rowdy" Ronda Rousey!.

The camera cuts back on from a commercial break and the first thing we see is Braun Strowman standing in the ring with his theme music playing in the background. The arena then goes dark. Heartbeats can be heard as the lights in the arena flash red.
Corey Graves: Can it be? Are we gonna see the demon tonight?
Mauro Ranallo: Probably so Graves! Finn Balor has been hinting toward his return but on Anarchy? This is insane!
As the final heartbeat makes its sound, The bright lights of the arena turn on and Finn Balor’s music hits. The young superstar walks onto the stage but to the sadness of the XWL Universe… no paint. The man, Finn Balor walks out into the stage laughing with a mic in his hand.
Finn Balor: You people really thought I was going to give you the satisfaction of seeing my alter ego tonight? You must be literally out of your minds. He only comes out when he wants to and he obviously didn’t want to in front of the terrible city of Los Angeles. So, Braun Strowman.. let’s hurry up and finish this so I can leave this crappy city.
Finn takes off his entrance gear and throws down the mic and the Ref rings the bell.

Anarchy comes back from commercial with the lights out in the arena. The cameras go to Corey and Mauro but both men seem to be confused as to what is going on as well.
Smoke begins rising from the stage, and as the crowd looks on Aleister Black rises up from the stage, hands crossed. As he comes standing straight up, he steps down and makes his way to the ring.
He steps up onto the apron, and rolls over the top rope into the ring, landing in a legs crossed pose.
Mauro Ranallo Oh my God Corey! It's the man we've been hearing rumors about. One of the most lethal strikers to come from across the pond, the man who honed his craft in the Netherland kickboxing circuits before coming home to his main love, wrestling. Aleister Black!
Corey Graves That's right Mauro. The man made his name in Progress, coming in and laying waste to anyone who got in his way when he was known as Tommy End. And now he's here, in XWL, to undoubtedly make an impact.
As the cameras come back from Corey and Mauro, Aleister is standing in the middle of the ring with a mic close to his mouth. He looks around, but before he can speak his simply tosses the mic aside and leaves the ring. The crowd stands shocked, and an unruly fan jumps the barricade feeling he was ripped off. Security chases after the fan but the fan is closing with Aleister faster than security can get to him. But as the fan is about to strike Aleister, Aleister swings around and lays out the fan with a Black Mass, knocking him unconscious.
Aleister looks at security and motions them to take the man away as he goes backstage and Anarchy goes to commercial with the crowd looking incredibly shocked as to what they just witnessed.

This was history, this was a moment in the making. This is something you will sit down one day and tell your children. NO YOU GRANDCHILDREN. You will sit before a lemon tree and you will look them in the eyes as they sit on your knee and you will tell them with a smile on your face and a sparkle in your eye that you were there. That you were one of the lucky ones, that you were there when HE made his debut, that you were there when CURT HAWKINS came to XWL.
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, TONIGHT CURT HAWKINS WILL STEP INTO A XWL RING FOR THE FIRST TIME.
The theme music would begin to play as the crowd were now up on their feet as they looked ahead to the entrance way. It did not take that long for the man of the hour, the man that was going to change this sport for the better, the man who could do it all and has done it all - twice, Curt Hawkins to make his appearance as he walking out onto the main ramp. A smile on his face as he twirled the cane in his hand as he walked forward.
THE FIRST RULE OF CURT HAWKINS IS: YOU DO NOT TALK ABOUT CURT HAWKINS.
IF YOU CAN SEE CURT HAWKINS, HE CAN SEE YOU. IF YOU CAN'T SEE CURT HAWKINS YOU MAY BE ONLY SECONDS AWAY FROM DEATH.
CURT HAWKINS COUNTED TO INFINITY... TWICE.
That was a spring in his step as he walked down to the ring. The cane he held onto would twist and twirl in his hand as he reached the end of the ramp way as he turned to the steps. Slowly, one by one by one he would walk up the ring steps until he reached the very top of them as he walked on the apron. He stood there for a moment, his cane raised high into the air, as high as it could be as he lowered it down and pointed into the ring, as he bent down, slipping his right leg through the middle rope as he slowly but ever so surely lowered his foot onto the ground with nothing more than a light tap as he quickly pulled it back - he had stepped into a XWL ring.
FACE THE FACTS
His music had only stopped for what seemed to be like a heartbeat as he turned, dropping down from the apron he would walk slowly back up the ramp way, the crowd would boo of course - he did afterall do so little as he walked right back up the ramp and backstage.

Anarchy returns to Mr. Money in the Bank Aiden English at the awards podium once again, dressed in a suit and tie just like we saw him last time.
[Mauro Ranallo] Once again folks Mr. Money in the Bank Aiden English out here to present an award, however this time it’s a real ward, unlike that “general manager of the year” stunt he pulled earlier in the night.
[Corey Graves] Stunt? He was rewarding the hard work JBL has been doing night in and night out for this show tirelessly and thanklessly!
Like clockwork, Aiden English clears his throat and begins to speak before Mauro has a chance to rebut Corey’s statement.
{Aiden English} In this business of ours, it can become easy to focus our attention entirely on the brutal contest that takes between those ropes every night as two gladiators go head to head in a true contest of wits and skill to determine who will overcome and humiliate his opponent. However, it is important to remember what is often the driving force behind these contests. Emotion.
{Aiden English} The art of the “promo” is one that we as sports entertainers use to quite the effect. It is a tactic to promote oneself, to shame one’s opponent, to prepare the crowd for the matchup they are about to lay witness to. Its origins can be traced back to the ancient days of sportsmanship, as participants would spew insults at each other in an attempt to throw their opponents off mentally. And I am honored, but not surprised, that XWL has chosen I, the Drama King and future of this company, as the representative for this art. And the nominees are……
English motions to the titantron behind him, as videos of the nominees begin to play as he reads them aloud, clearly a feature added by English to ensure this presentation had exactly the flair he felt it deserved.
{Aiden English} Sasha Banks challenges Natalya to a Buried Alive match, Anarchy.
{Aiden English} Dean Ambrose’s Cincinatti Experience, Breakthrough.
{Aiden English} April’s Farewell, International Incident.
{Aiden English} Dean Ambrose’s Stormy Night, Downpour.
{Aiden English} Matt Sydal Returns, Anarchy.
{Aiden English} Rusev & Lana make their debut, Anarchy.
{Aiden English} Chris Sabin exposes Chad Gable, Anarchy.
{Aiden English} Asuka tricks Alexa Bliss into a Final Stand match, Anarchy.
{Aiden English} The Kyohi, Eli Drake, and Johnny Gargano, Final Stand X.
{Aiden English} A Knife to the Heart, Kenny Omega, XWL.com.
{Aiden English} Matt Hardy’s Awakening, Cyberslam.
English takes a moment to compose himself after taking the time to read out every single nominee of the list of many.
[Corey Graves] Say what you will about Aiden English, but he certainly knows how to get everyone on the edge of their seat in anticipation!
After some time Aiden English finally picks up the envelope on his podium, tearing off the seal and flipping up the part covering the paper within.
{Aiden English} And the winner is……
He looks out into the crowd at the sea of fans, which contains surprisingly fewer people booing than one would expect, but is predominately made up of fans simply desperate to find out which XWL superstar is walking away with the award. Finally, English removes the paper from the envelope, and unfurls it…. Very…… slowly. However, once he is able to read what is written on the paper, rather than simply yell the winner into the microphone as one would expect, he has a rather, unusual reaction. He freezes in place, like a deer in headlights, before flying into a fit of rage.
{Aiden English} This can’t be right! No, no no no no no no no…..
He continues to shout the word ‘no’ into the microphone over and over again until eventually a stage worker is forced to rush the stage and push him to the side, taking the paper as well, as Aiden English begins to attack the workers attempting to control him, shouting insults to them while doing so.
{XWL Employee} I’m so sorry about this situation folks, however, your winner for promo of the year is Matt Hardy!
The sound of glass shattering echoes through the arena.
The fans erupt within the arena as "Broken" Matt Hardy walks out onto the stage as piano begins to play.
He stops at the top of the ramp with his arms extended.
I WILL DELETE YOUUUUUUUUUUAHAHAHHAHHAHAHAOOOOOOOOOOOOOAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA
As soon the word DELETE echoes through the arena "Broken" Matt Hardy closes his mouth, and a look of pure confidence oozes off of him. He drops his arms, and begins doing his trade mark DELETE taunt as the titaintron as the stage is now covered in the word. The XWL fans in unison being chanting DELETE. "Broken" Matt Hardy walks over to the podium, and begins talking.
["Broken" Matt Hardy] YEAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAHAS my Broken Army has spoken even in my absence. They shall still stand by the side of their Broken leader. Their King. Our connection will never break! Even through time our bond is still just as strong. It feels like it has been forever since I stepped into a ring before last night, and it was ENERGIZING how you all welcomed me back with open arms, but you all didn't stop there! You all voted me for best promo of the year, and that is without a doubt DELIGHTFUL! My awakening was a gift of The Seven Deities. I could not believe their incredible, and generous gift of restoring my vessel to it's proper form to fight for my dear brother, Jeffrey Nero Hardy also known as The Notorious Brother Nero. The power I felt waking up that early morning was ORGASMIC.
"Broken" Matt Hardy takes in a deep breath, and continues to start talking again.
["Broken" Matt Hardy] Ever since my Broken condietion occurred. The soul that was known as Matthew Moore Hardy was DELETED from this vessel, and something incredible took over which changed my vocabulary and expanded it to new horizons. I do not think like a normal homosapien as my soul is over two thousand years old. I have shared meals with the greatest minds that history has ever heard from, and it appears that their knowledge has rubbed off onto me winning this incredible prize. I compiled all of their knowledge into this one vessel, and dare I say that it has paid off. With this, but it seems that someone is not happy that I have won this award...
"Broken" Matt Hardy looks to Aiden English.
["Broken" Matt Hardy] Do not think I have forgotten you, Ai Den! Last year you, and I danced in the squared circle at the slammy's. You came out VICTORIOUS.
Fans in the arena begin to boo.
["Broken" Matt Hardy] No. No. Don't boo him he bested that night, and it was well played sir, but now I wish to step in the ring one more time with you. To see who is the better man here tonight, but it appears you are ready for a fight Ai Den so let's take this to the ring right now...

As Anarchy rolls into its next segment, we hear the theme of JBL’s newest prodigy fill the arena.
The arena fills with boo’s as Drew McIntyre walks out onto the stage. He looks around, the usual grin not upon his face, but instead one of disgust. For last night he was in an Intercontinental Championship match with Eli Drake, or at least he would have been if it wasn’t for John Cena. McIntyre wastes no time as he begins to make his way down to the ring, microphone in hand. He climbs the steps and through the ropes before looking back to the stage.
“The Chosen One” Drew McIntyre I’m not here to pan to you ingrates. I’m here for one reason and one reason only. JOHN CENA, GET YOUR ASS OUT HERE!
With little to no hesitation, the theme song comes over the airwaves. The titantron is lit up with pictures of Cena. The man himself comes walking out onto the stage, mic in hand, smile on his face. He looks around at the crowd, then back to Drew McIntyre.
[John Cena] You ask and you shall recieve Drew. Here I am, front and center, just for you. Much like I was at Cyberslam. You weren't too fond of things then were you? But now you want me front and center once again. This time to maybe even the score? What you don't get is that I was already evening it with what happened at Cyberslam. You and your daddy JBL wanted to start a war, well you got my attention and my commitment to it now, champ. Or should I not be calling you that?
“The Chosen One” Drew McIntyre As a matter of fact you fruity pebble looking son of a bitch, no you shouldn’t. But let’s get this straight right here right now it’s not because I wasn’t good enough to destroy Eli Drake single handily in this ring, because you, me, and all these people know that if it wasn’t for you XWL would have a NEW Intercontinental champion. But you just couldn’t keep yourself from the spotlight could you? You found the most high profile match of the night, and inserted yourself into it. Somewhere you had no damn Business being. But that seems to be your thing doesn’t it John? Putting yourself into spots and situations you don’t deserve nor need to be in!
[John Cena] It's always the Fruity Pebble joke, isn't it? Time and time again, some guy who wants to take a jab at me compares me to cereal. Does no one have time to be original these days? I say this, as I stare down a watered down version of Sheamus, with half the talent. Let me put it real clear to you, Drew: I've earned every damn thing I've had. I didn't kiss the bosses ass like you to get into the title picture. I worked my way into it, against everyone else. I busted my ass, much like AJ Styles and The Miz did at the time. It appears that these morals have been lost upon this new generation of wrestling.
[John Cena] I'm going to clear something up: you wouldn't of beaten Eli Drake. You can't beat Eli Drake. The only thing that I inserted myself in was the crosshairs of a corrupt and phony general manager who has a guard dog with a bark far bigger than his bite. If you want to pick a fight Drew, you can have one. Because I do not back down, and I do not quit. No matter how many obstacles or stunts your sugar daddy JBL throws at me, I will not, give, up!
[John Cena] So if you want me, just ask for me. I don't need number games or help unlike you to get the job done.
“The Chosen One” Drew McIntyre Firstly I’m Scottish you fucking imbecile, not Irish. But you probably dont even know the difference do you John?
“The Chosen One” Drew McIntyre You talk about earning and morals, as if you have some sort of honor. I EARNED my spot in that intercontinental Championship match by beating that shit eating grin off your face. I was handed NOTHING. Nor do I ever desire to be handed ANYTHING. You see John, I may have found a valuable ally in JBL, but make no mistake. I’m not some “lap dog” that does as my master commands to benefit him, and award him all the glory. I’m in this for one person and one person only...ME. You talk about me not having half the talent as someone like Sheamus, or how about someone like Kenny Omega? But in my FIRST match here in XWL I pinned him right here in this ring, due to No one but MYSELF. Yet people like you will continue to call me a talentless hack and praise Kenny Omega as if he is some sort of god? THAT is the problem with Wrestling today. THAT is the problem with XWL. THAT is the problem with America!
“The Chosen One” Drew McIntyre Now, you can stand up there and act all “high and mighty” and praise the NEVER-has beens and jokes of this business like Eli Drake, The Miz, and AJ Styles, OR you can bring your ass down here so I can remind you what it feels like to have your skull bounce off the floor!
The camera moves back to Cena who smiles, shaking his head.
[John Cena] Obviously, someone didn't get the joke, but hey, what did I expect from someone who aligns themselves with John Bradshaw Layfield? They can't be too bright.
You can see Drew practically begging Cena to walk down the ramp as John once again pokes fun at him.
[John Cena] Listen Drew, I'm going to level with you. I've met tons of people in this industry. A lot of them, just like you. Young, full of talent, but arrogant. More arrogance inside of them than talent or wit. I'll give you credt where credit is due: you did pin Kenny Omega in your first match back here in XWL. You have bulked up and just seem like you're a forced to be reckoned with. However, you know the difference between you and someone like Kenny Omega? Kenny is consistent.
A Kenny Omega chant starts but dies out soon as Cena begins to speak once more.
[John Cena] I don't even have to like Kenny to see that. We had our issues back a few months ago, and the same with Eli Drake. We don't have to see eye to eye for me to see their hard work and consistency that got them to where they are. Styles too. They aren't a splash in the pan that makes you go "ooh" for a moment which as of right now, is all you are. You're a carbon copy, much like a lot of the young and hungry guys that come and try and make a name off of me. You make a big eventful debut, you challenge me to a match, and then you disappear. You try to make your name off of John Cena and when you can't do it, you tuck your tail and run. Don't believe me? Ask Shinsuke Nakamura. Ask people like Bray Wyatt or even Dwayne Johnson. People come and go in this business and they always try to be in the spotlight and for a second, they might just be. But you won't ever be what I am in this industry kid. I am this industry. I am the Franchise, I am John Cena and this is my house, that is my ring, and no one will ever deny me the pleasure of competing in it for as long as I live.
Cena throws his hat off onto the ground, eyes locked with McIntyre who is in the ring.
[John Cena] You want to make a name for youself kid? Here's your chance because I'm done talking. It's time to put up or shut up.
With that, Cena drops the mic. He pulls his shirt off over his head and sends it sailing out into the crowd. He begins to walk down the ramp, ready for a fight as McIntyre prepares for one himself.

JBL quickly rolls out onto the stage microphone in hand as he is followed by Virgil.
$JBL$ Hold it right there Mr. Cena. Take another step towards that ring OR Drew Mcintyre and your ass will be thrown out of this arena and into the streets. You may have gotten away with your screw job at Cyberslam, but I’ll be damned if I let you come out here and try to run MY show.
JBL looks down the ramp at Cena who looks right back at him.
$JBL$ Now you obviously seem to think that this isn’t my show. You think it’s yours. You insert yourself in an Intercontinental Championship match at Cyberslam, you attempt to take out your competition by brutally assaulting them from behind. You attempt to lay your hands on your boss, the XWL GM, appointed by Vince McMahon I might add. But let’s get something straight right now. Your just another washed up member of this roster that doesn’t know his time has come to pass. Your just another guy who thinks he can take me on and get what he wants. But you’ll learn the same as all the rest. I’m no push over John. And if you go against me, your life will be a living hell!
[John Cena] Is that what you think this is? That I want the lime light? I could do without that. All I want is a boss who isn't a prick and out for himself. But if I get fired, me getting you out of that office won't ever happen. So what else would you have me do Mr. all high and might GM?
$JBL$ Are you truly that delusional John? You say I’m out for myself? What do you call the announcement I made to kick off the show? I introduced a brand new championship that the women have wanted for a long time, and championship that even if I wasn’t paralyzed I couldn’t even compete for. You call that selfish? I call that honorable. Now as for getting me out of office, it doesn’t matter if I fire your ass or not, that simply will not happen until I am ready. I wish I could just get rid of you like ripping a thorn from my side, but unfortunately these people like you. You make XWL money. And you are good for ratings. After all I am a businessman, and as much as I hate to admit it John, you are good for business.
$JBL$ Now you ask me what I would have you do John? It’s simple. I’d have you stop making attempts to do my job. I make the matches, NOT YOU. But seeing as to how you so clearly wish you were in my position, I’ll tell you what. I’ll give you the chance. I’m gonna institute a new rule for every match you have from now until Roulette. For every match you win, you will be able to choose one option for the Roulette wheel, BUT for every match you loose Mr. McIntyre gets to choose. That is because I have decided to book it. John Cena vs Drew McIntyre at Roulette!
John Cena nods knowing now what he needs to do as Drew smiles and nods showing that he WANTED this match.
$JBL$ You want my job John? Earn it!
the camera now goes to Drew who stands in the ring looking down at Cena
“The Chosen One” Drew McIntyre Good luck John, your gonna need it.
With those final words Anarchy fades to a commercial break as Drew exits the ring and begins to make his way up the ramp.

The Camera cuts backstage to what looks to be an irate wrestler kicking up a fuss backstage. As the camera gets closer it turns out to be Shawn Michaels.
HBK: That mother fuckers going to screw me like that! Really! That's it I have had it with that no good broke back mountain cowboy wannabe! JBL where are you! I know you are back here somewhere! you can't hide from me.
As Shawn walks a little bit further he finally stumbles across JBL office and starts banging on the door.
HBK: Open up JBL I want to speak to you.
The door stays shut which seems to irate Shawn Michaels even more who then barges the door down and enters JBL office. JBL is seen to be on the phone as Shawn Michaels starts to shout at him.
HBK: A steel cage are you serious!? You are putting me in a steel cage match with him! You should be rewarding me after what I did to Leo Kruger last night after what he did to you but instead you are putting me in a cage with him!? Have you lost your marbles? I am your franchise player, the icon, the main event, what if I get injured huh? what if he tries to end my career in that cage? I am the best god damn wrestler there is in this company and I wont stand for the disrespect JBL! DO YOU HEAR ME!
JBL who was still on the phone finally puts it down and looks at Shawn Michaels mouthing the word “again?” Michaels looks like he is about to burst as JBL starts to speak
$JBL$ Who in the hell do you think you are bursting In here? I already had to deal with one uninvited guest tonight and now this bullshit?
$JBL$ Now Look Shawn. I put you in a steel cage tonight because last night you proved you are a man that can get the job done with Kruger that son of a bitch. Because you ARE the Franchise Player. Because you ARE the Icon. Because you ARE the Main Event. Now if you have worries I can gladly remove you from the card AND the list or worthy opponents for the championships XWL has to offer. Take your pick. But me Shawn? I have no doubts, no worries that you can END Leo Kruger.
Shawn seems to calm down especially after JBL threat. He then begins to grin.
HBK: You are damn right I can end Leo Kruger he is beneath me like every other superstar on this roster and if Leo Kruger decides to turn up tonight after what I did to him last night well he will live to regret it as I put him on the shelf permanently as he becomes another footnote in my legacy as I am the showstopper, the main event, the icon and to quote a friend of mine because I am that damn good. So don’t you worry JBL old Shawn here will take care of your problem but I’ll be looking for a repayment down the line.
Shawn walks out of JBL office and into the hall way. As he is walking along he bumps into a wrestler in the corridor.
HBK: Hey watch where you are going punk do you know who I am? Did you see what I did last night that could be you next if you don’t apologise!
The camera then turns to the wrestler and it turns out to be Daniel Bryan.
Daniel Bryan:
“Listen, I meant no harm, honest.”
The leader of the yes movement would hold his hands upwards. It was an honest mistake, truly he meant no ill thoughts towards it. He was getting himself ready for his match this evening. Once again he was about to lace up his boots and go out there and steal the show. He looked at the man before him and a smile formed on his features, it had indeed been some time since he had last saw the legend before him, the man that at one point took him under his wing and trained him, teaching him everything he knows.
Daniel Bryan:
“Shawn, it has been a long time, really it is good to see you and you got to believe me when I say this, but you know me. You know I would never have disrespected you like that, I just - was not paying attention that’s all.”
He felt like an NXT rookie again. Like this was his very first day in the big leagues, but he knew very well that you had to learn your place and show respect and the man before him, was more than worthy of respect. He had done it all. He has seen it all and hell he has beaten them all and he still is going out there and he had not lost his step. Daniel would raise his hand outwards to shake hands with the legend, to show him that he did indeed mean nothing by what happened.
Shawn looks at the outstretched hand then looks Bryan up and down.
HBK: Well I’ll be damned you actually made it here. I mean I know I’m a great teacher and everything but still my hopes where low for you to get here. Now people around here go on like you are the best thing since sliced bread some people are even saying that you are better than me hah please you my son are not even in my league now get out of the way I don’t have time to waist with people like you. Why don’t you park your ass backstage in front of a tv and watch tonight as I finally take care of Leo Kruger you might learn something.
Shawn walks off as Bryan just smiles and goes back to getting ready for his match.

Camera cuts to the ring for the next match.
Announcer: Ladies and Gentlemen this next match is a steel cage match !
The crowd cheer in anticipation for the match.
Announcer: The rules are as follows. You can either escape the cage by climbing over the top or through the cage door or you can win by pinfall or submission.
There is a mixed reaction as some of the crowd boo whilst others cheer for HBK.
Corey Graves: There he is, the icon, the show stopper, the main event, Mr Final Stand himself Shawn Michaels the best damn wrestler in the world today. Now after last night I’m surprised Kruger can even make it to the arena after what HBK did to him last night I mean I haven’t seen Kruger all night I don’t think he is even here tonight and if he is he’s hiding in a corner not wanting to cross paths with HBK tonight if he wants to keep his career going.
Michaels makes his way down to the ring as he is crotch chopping some of the crowd and having his way with them.
Mauro Ranallo: Please do you really think Leo Kruger is scared of him? If anything Shawn is scared of Kruger. I mean take last night for example he attacked Kruger before the match could even start and took him out. Now why would he do that if he wasn’t scared? And look at tonight he threw a hissy fight when he found out he was stuck in the cage with Kruger tonight so please if anyone is scared it’s HBK.
Corey Graves: Are you kidding me Mauro. HBK isn’t scared of Kruger. He did what he did last night because Kruger doesn’t deserve to be in a match with HBK so HBK didn’t want to waste his time wrestling Kruger when he feels its underserved and as for the cage HBK doesn’t want to risk getting injured Mauro just imagine if the franchise player gets injured here tonight the rating would plummet ticket sales would drop it would be a disaster!
Michaels enters the cage and looks around his surroundings and takes it all in as he calms himself for the coming war about to take place.
Crowd cheer massively for Kruger but for some reason as his music plays he doesn’t come out.
Corey Graves: See Mauro I told you he’s scared!
All of a sudden the crowd start cheering. Michaels thinks it’s for him but what he doesn’t realise is someone is scaling the cage behind them.
Mauro Ranallo: I wouldn’t be so sure Corey! Look who’s scaled to the top of the cage!
Corey Graves: Turn around Shawn! He’s behind you!
Shawn Michaels turns around and as he does Leo Kruger makes a dive of the top of the cage and lands on top of Michaels.
Mauro Ranallo: It’s over ! It’s over ! What a dive cover him Kruger!
Kruger covers HBK who kicks out just in time.
Mauro Ranallo: That was so close it was nearly over within a minute of this match starting that would have been embarrassing for HBK.
Corey Graves: Come on Shawn don’t let him get you like this!
Kruger gets to his feet and starts stomping on Shawn as he lays on the floor. He then begins to lay into each body part as he drops a knee to Shawn arms, legs and then Shawns head.
Mauro Ranallo: Kruger is dissecting Michaels piece by piece and is enjoying every minute of it after what he did to him last night.
Kruger then picks Michaels up and drags him to the cage wall and starts to grate his face on the cage wall as Michaels yells in agony.
Mauro Ranallo: Look at Michaels face and flesh grate up against the cage. Kruger is torturing Michaels here and is loving every minute off it.
Corey Graves: This is ridiculous Kruger might disfigure him this isn’t on at all.
Mauro Ranallo: It’s a cage match Corey anything goes.
Kruger then pulls Michaels face off the cage talks some smack to him and then slams him face first into the cage. Michaels bounces off and falls flat to the Canvas. Kruger again starts viscously stomping away at Michaels and then begins to bite the forehead of Michaels.
Corey Graves: Kruger is an animal! This is sick!
Michaels lyes on the floor in pain as Kruger sits cross legged smiling as he looks down on his pray tonight. Kruger then gets up hits the ropes and drops an elbow to the top of the head of Michaels. Kruger then goes for a cover on Michaels but he kicks out at one which bring a smile to Kruger. Kruger then picks up Michaels and drags him to a corner of the cage and rests him against the turn buckle. Kruger then lays in some chops to the chest of Michaels which turns his chest bright red.
Mauro Ranallo: Kruger with chops after chops to the chest of Shawn Michaels. Look at how red his chest is! Kruger is laying into Michaels hard with these chops.
Kruger then picks Michaels up and places him on the top turnbuckle. He punches Michaels in the head and then climbs the turnbuckle himself and hooks Michaels up for a superplex.
Mauro Ranallo: Kruger is looking for a superplex here.
Corey Graves: Look at Michaels Mauro he is fighting back.
HBK starts to punch the gut of Kruger and eventually gets out of the headlock and pushes Kruger to the floor. Michaels then launches himself off the cage at Kruger but Kruger catches him.
Mauro Ranallo: Look at the strength of Kruger he’s caught Michaels in mid air.
Kruger the flips Michaels up into his shoulder and hits a sit out powerbomb to HBK.
Mauro Ranallo: Wow what a move by Kruger planting Michaels with the powerbomb. Kruger’s going for the cover it could be over!
The ref starts his count but HBK kicks out at 2.
Mauro Ranallo: Another kick out by HBK. Leo Kruger has him exactly where he wants him at the minute. Michaels is being punished and deservedly so.
Kruger then climbs over Michaels and starts trash talking him and slapping him in the face. Michaels though has lured Kruger into a trap. Michaels slams his leg up hard and hits a low blow to Kruger who drops down to the floor in agony.
Corey Graves: Yes brilliant by Michaels. Kruger deserves every inch of that.
Michaels then drags himself to the ropes and sits up against them as he sees Kruger on the floor in pain. Michaels then pulls himself up with a sadistic look on his face and begins his attack. Michaels begins to stomp away ferociously at Kruger and even spits in his face after. Michaels then picks Kruger up and sends him into the cage wall. As Kruger bounces back Michaels sends him crashing into the cage wall again. Michaels then picks Kruger up off the floor and begins to rake his face across the steel mesh. Michaels then drags Kruger and places him in the corner on a turnbuckle. Michaels then climbs onto the second turnbuckle and begins to lay punches into the head of Leo Kruger as the crowd counts along.
Corey Graves: Michaels looks to be in control here Leo Kruger could be in trouble.
Michaels hits the tenth punch and looks to gloat. As he is caught off guard Kruger catches a quick breath and then sends his head straight into shawns stomach. He then lifts Shawn up into his shoulders and goes for another powerbomb. Shawn jumps off and sends a sweet chin music Kruger’s way who ducks and then follows up with his devastating clothesline finisher which sends Michaels into a back flip and onto the canvas as Kruger drops down exhausted to far away to cover Michaels.
Mauro Ranallo: Oh my god what a clothesline by Kruger it nearly took Michaels head off! If only Kruger could make the cover it would be all over.
The ref checks on both competitors and after a while Michaels begins to stir and shouts for the cage door to be opened as he crawls his way towards the door.
Corey Graves: Yes Shawn escape come on you can do this!
As Shawn starts to stir however so does Leo Kruger as he crawls after him. Shawn is half way out of the cage door just as Leo Kruger grabs Shawns foot to stop him escaping.
Corey Graves: Come on Shawn shake him off your nearly out of the cage.
Shawn just can’t seem to shake Kruger off as he tries to grab the bottom of the ring apron to pull himself out of the cage. Kruger somehow manages to make it to his feet and begins to pull Michaels back into the ring but not before Michaels somehow manages to grab a steel chair from underneath the ring which Kruger hasn’t realised. Kruger pulls him back in and the cage door is shut. Michaels then manages to push Kruger off with his foot which gives Michaels time to get to his feet and when Kruger turns back around Michaels flattens him with the steel chair.
Mauro Ranallo: What a shot with the steak chair. It has echoed all the way around the arena. Oh my look at Kruger the chair shot has bust him open he is bleeding prefusely.
HBK sees his opportunity and begins to lay in shot after shot after shot to Kruger with the steel chair everyone more sadistic and sickening than the last. Michaels then places the steel chair on Kruger’s head. Michaels then climbs to the top rope and hits his signature elbow drop onto the steel chair causing all his wait and elbow to connect with the chair and Kruger’s head.
Corey Graves: HBK is showing just how sadistic he can be he promised to end the career of Leo Kruger here tonight and he looks to be doing just that.
Michaels then goes to the corner again and starts tuning up the band. Kruger eventually gets up and Michaels hits sweet chin music.
Mauro Ranallo: Sweet chin music there it is it’s over!
HBK however doesn’t go for the pin instead he goes back to the corner and waits for Kruger to eventually get back up. When he does Michaels hits another Sweet Chin music and Kruger falls down again.
Mauro Ranallo: For god sake Shawn go for the cover end it all ready this isn’t right damn it!
Michaels goes for the cover this time with the camera zoomed in on his face as it shows his sick grin as the ref makes the count. However somehow Kruger kicks out with a millisecond to go and the crowd and Michaels can’t believe it as Michaels bursts into a fit of anger at the ref.
Corey Graves: I don’t believe it Kruger still kicked out he will not die. One super kick is enough to put away most people, two shouldn’t be a contest but he has somehow kicked out he is superhuman!
Kruger begins to stir as Michaels composed himself and goes and grabs the steel chair and before Kruger can get up and do anything he starts viscously attacking him again targeting every part of his body as Kruger face is still pouring off blood. Michaels then grabs Kruger and sits him up right covers his hand in his Kruger’s blood and Michaels then wipes it on his chest smiling as he then slams Kruger back down to the floor.
Corey Graves: Michaels wiping Kruger’s blood on him like some form of trophy. Kruger looks lifeless Michaels may have kept his promise and ended Kruger’s Career.
Michaels then goes back to the corner and waits for Kruger to start moving again which the crowd can’t believe considering the punishment he has just took. Kruger stumbles to his feet and Michaels hits a third and final Sweet Chin Music which sends Kruger flying back to the canvas. Michaels goes for the cover.
Corey Graves: That’s it it’s over no way is Kruger makes it out of this pinfall.
The ref begins his count and he reaches three and call for the bell as Michaels music rings through the arena.
Mauro Ranallo: Can someone please send the medics down here Kruger is in trouble and it’s not looking good.
Michaels starts celebrating in the ring as medical staff come down to check on Kruger. They place him on a stretcher and start sliding him towards the door. Michaels turns and sees this and a smile goes over his face. He then goes over and pushes all the medical staff out of the way threatening them with the steel chair. Michaels then wedges Kruger’s Head and the steel chair into the corner of the door. He then climbs out of the cage and slams the cage door shut onto Kruger’s head which makes a sickening thud sound through the arena.
Mauro Ranallo: For god sake will somebody get him out of here. You’ve proved your point Shawn now stop it!
Backstage officials come down and manage to escort Shawn out from the ringside area. The medical staff finally get Kruger out of the cage and onto the stretcher. Blood is pouring down his face as they take him to the back.
Corey Graves: Well I think that’s the last time we may see Kruger here in XWL. Shawn Michaels said he was going to put Kruger on the shelf permanently and I think he may have just done that.
The camera follows the stretcher out of the ringside area and then cuts to the next segment.
