XWL Anarchy: 4/10/2017 - 4/17/2017 - The Guest Host Edition

Tonight's show The General Manager will NOT be used by ANYONE. Instead, a Guest Host will "run" the show if you need a segment where an authority figure of sorts is involved message me and I'll let you know what can happen instead of using Layla.

1.   "The Gold War"


It all started back in 2009, when Evan Bourne ended The United States Championship reign of R-Truth, the first title either had won in their early beginnings...a victory that would be the start of many reigns, of many titles for Evan, but a loss that would send R-Truth questioning whether he even had what it took to succeed. Two years later, Evan would lay claim to The X-treme Championship, defeating countless men until one man stepped up to stop him, and dish out a little back, R-Truth. He would dethrone Evan, but ultimately this match would prove to be one of the last clashes for a title both gentlemen would have for quite some time. Now almost eight years after their first encounter much has changed, but the more things change the more they stay the same. Matt Sydal as Evan rebranded himself, would succeed upon returning, transforming into "The Golden One"  While R-Truth would win The Money in The Bank Ladder Match and have a contract to cash in whenever he pleased...soon once Matt got closer to the gold,  Truth began to become enamoured with gold, almost as much as Sydal...and a vendetta would be cast, reminding us of what happened, Truth vowed to settle the score once and for all, and pay for Bourne ending his first reign as champion...but before he could Sydal fell defeat to the man he had dethroned, and on the grandest stage of them all...R-Truth, would strike gold, cashing in, and becoming The NEW World Heavyweight Champion. Now here we are, the third match, each holds a championship reign over the other that they've ended, and tonight...we wonder if Sydal will do it again. Or perhaps R-Truth will seize this golden opportunity to finally get the last laugh over his long time rival. Who will leave tonight's Main-Event as World Heavyweight Champion? Will The REAL Golden One please stand up?



2.   When The General Manager's away...The Guest Host Will Play?



Last week after passing her surprise performance review, General Manager Layla was granted a week off, to enjoy a vacation thanks to the generous Vincent Kennedy McMahon...and he would take this opportunity to announce an idea he's had for a while, that he's finally going to put to the test. As XWL nears its impressive 10th anniversary, he'd like to hype that up and celebrate what has lead us to this very year, by having past Superstars come back and host the show, to remind us where we come from, and inject a little blast from the past onto Anarchy. So as we come live from Canada, we've been left with only one clue, they're a native Canadian...and with a lot names listed off in the rumor mill, we ask ourselves...who is returning tonight as Guest Host?


3.   The Demon Vs The Deadman


At Final Stand in the inaugural Stand-Off, Finn Balor was eliminated after a brutal chokeslam off the apron courtesy of The Deadman. But Balor wouldn't let that be the end of him, he walked right into that ring the next night on Anarchy during The Undertaker's match and sent a message...The Undertaker's own signature cutthroat taunt, which would give Barrett enough time to spin him around and connect with The Bullhamer, The Demon costing The Phenom. And the next week Balor would give us an explanation, stating The Undertaker cost him an opportunity, and so he would see to it that The Undertaker didn't receive any of his own if it was the last thing he did. Promising that his end would come at the hands of The Demon King. Balor would strike again later that night walking onto the stage during Undertaker's match with Seth Rollins prompting The Deadman to follow pursuit of him...but while Balor avoided comeuppance for the moment, after his victory over Kenny Omega The Undertaker would appear, choke slamming him. Things escalated from there, The Undertaker holding him captive the next week, brutalizing him into bloody spewing frenzy, before telling him to heed his warning, he was done with him....and if he knew what was good for him, he'd stay out of his way...but The Demon King would not be deterred from his mission, despite being broken, and bloody, he'd challenge The Deadman to a No Disqualification Match, promising he will take him to a world so evil, he can't stand being there. And as the bell tolls, and the stage is set for a clash of unnatural forces, only one will stand tall, will Balor be put to rest, in pieces...or will he claim the soul of the reaper?


4.    Come Get Some


Last week was meant to be the reigniting of a rivalry unlike many of John Cena's throughout his career, a man that he couldn't easily defeat, a man that had made him abandon his "Never Give Up" mantra before...but after fifteen minutes of high paced incredible action, as John Cena sporting a crimson mask, stared down at the man that had just evaded an Attitude Adjustement...a man hopped the barricade, rushed the ring with a chair in hand, and changed....everything. The hood flipped back, and it was none other than AJ Styles, the man that had "quit" two weeks prior. He looked at Matt Sydal, the man he went to war with for 5 months over The World Heavyweight Championship, the man whose career he had tried to end...and SWUNG....AT JOHN CENA?! The Leader of The Cenation fell in a heap of his own blood, and The XWL Universe was in shock, what just happened? Better yet, WHY?! With The General Manager's vacation falling at the worst possible time, there's now a rogue former Superstar on the radar of John Cena, and as John has said before if you want some....come get some, so will AJ strike again tonight? Or will we get some insight as to why he's targeted him?



5.  LETS GO: The Wrestling God Edition


On The Biggest Night of his career, on the grand stage of them all, Sami Zayn defeated The Champion of The Year Leo Kruger, a man that couldn't be stopped, until The Underdog from The Underground did just that. What makes Sami Zayn unlike any Intercontinental Champion before now, is the fact that when he arrived on the scene, he already was Intercontinental Champion of another promotion, a promotion that had fallen, effectively making his reign at the time fall with it. It's been his mission to lay claim to XWL's I.C title, to pick up where his feet were cut out from under him before...and now he's here, he's done it, and he faces his first test, A Wrestling God. JBL is perhaps more dangerous than ever, wiping a new upstart in TJ Perkins out of action after a brutal assault, sending a message to the champion. Not only can he brutalize a man like Sami Zayn as proven with TJ Perkins, but he's got a dangerous new friend in The Big Show. A man that would help him defeat Bad News Barrett to get this opportunity tonight, which poses the question can Sami Zayn overcome the odds? A giant? A brutal match? And an assistant like Virgil that could prove to be a good investment if the right opportunity arises in tonight's championship match. Sami Zayn is a man up against a very tough challenge tonight, but he's also a man that doesn't back down, the odds may not be in his favor, but that's never stopped him before, and it's that heart that could very well lead him to a successful defense. After all, money can't buy you everything, sometimes it all comes down to what happens in that ring if Sami can thwart a Giant, a lackey, and a Clothesline from Hell, he may still reign as Intercontinental Champion when the night is done.

Welcome to XWL Anarchy! We are live in Montreal, Canada, still riding out the high of Final Stand just a few short weeks ago. I'm Mauro Ranallo, here with my broadcast colleague, Corey Graves. And Corey? We've got a very special guest host tonight!

[Corey Graves]
That's right, Mauro. Quite the curve ball sent our way by XWL Chairman Vincent Kennedy McMahon, who decided to give Layla the night off, and employ the talents of mystery guest host. Since we're in Canada, some big names have been tossed around in speculation over who the host will be. A slew of legendary individuals such as Bret "The Hitman" Hart, Trish Stratus, Christian, and even the likes of Bobby Roode. BUT, the time for speculation is over, and it is NOW time to figure out, who's running the show tonight?

The camera shifts from the announcer's table and fades into the tron as a brief video package is soon to be displayed, revealing the identity of...

The Montreal crowd blows up as Maryse's theme song fills the booming arena. The cameras zoom in towards the stage, where we see a familiar figure begin to emerge from behind the curtains.



[Corey Graves]
Pick your jaw up off the floor, Mauro! It's former XWL Diva, Maryse! Maryse has not been seen on XWL television in almost FIVE years. She is a former Miss Money in the Bank holder, a former XWL Divas Champion, and tonight? She's taking the reigns of Anarchy!

[Mauro Ranallo]
A surprised, but exciting welcome home to one of the women who put the then XWL Diva's Division on the map! Maryse, along with Eve Torres, Michelle McCool, and our very own Layla, were just a few of the original "Diva's" back at the start of the company!

[Corey Graves]
Of course they know who she is, Mauro! How can you not know Maryse? She's a star! and arguable one of the brightest XWL has produced.

In true Maryse fashion, and with a mic in hand, the returning Maryse holds her arms up wide to soak in the overwhelming glory coming from her hometown crowd in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.



The Sexiest of Sexy flips her hands outwards, a menacing yet vengeful grin on her face. She struts over to the other side of the stage, and delivers the same treatment to a wildly enthusiastic French-Canadian crowd.

[Corey Graves]
Would you look at Maryse, Mauro? She looks fantastic! Better than ever!



After holding her pose for a few more moments, surveying the crowd, Maryse cracked an infamous wicked smile as she made her way back to center stage.

[Mauro Ranallo]
She looks to be on top of her game tonight, Corey. The years have treated her well, that's for certain, but is this the same Maryse the XWL Universe knew all those years ago? Certainly some things must have changed, don't you think, Graves?



[Corey Graves]
Absolutely not! This is the same beautiful, successful, and confident Maryse that we've always known. You can't make 'em like Maryse, Mauro. She's one of a kind.



Maryse takes one more look around the sold out arena, nodding her head slowly as she raises the mic to her lips.



[Maryse]
Mesdames et messieurs, bonsoir!... Surprised?

Maryse laughs at the crowd's reaction before continuing.

[Maryse]
My name, is Maryse.. but you already knew that.

The camera pans over to a few suspecting French-Canadians the crowd who are holding up signs that read: "WELCOME HOME MARYSE" and "JE T'AIME MARYSE."



[Maryse]
and I am, your host for Anarchy.. So consider yourselves lucky, because you have the honor to witness the most important show in XWL history.. This night, is bigger than anything you have ever seen on this show. I am the greatest Diva to step foot in XWL, and some of you I think need to be reminded of that, which is why Mr. McMahon chose me to be in charge of tonight.. Talk about a- how you say-.. upgrade?

Maryse cackles to herself playfully. Her thick, French accent is definitely still prominent in her speech as the XWL Universe cheers in excitement for the night ahead.



[Maryse]
And I am what's best for this business, because when I walk? People stop and they stare, and dream about what it would be like to be me.. And when I talk? They shut up and listen, because I am still the Sexiest of Sexy.



[Maryse]
J'ai toujours beaucoup de surprises pour ce soir, et il y a eu beaucoup de temps depuis que j'étais ici dans XWL, et ça va être beaucoup mieux avec moi, au lieu de ce gérant ennuyant, Layla. Monsieur McMahon a fait une énorme amélioration. Vous ne voudrez pas manquer cela.. So stay tuned..

Maryse laughs with the same evil grin she has sported in the past, giving the crowd her famous hand as her music began to play over the PA once again.



[Mauro Ranallo]
Well it's clear that Maryse has stayed true to character, Corey, ending her return with a lovely sentiment in her native language of French, forever leaving us out of the loop.

[Corey Graves]
Welcome to Montreal, Mauro. I actually took a little French back in high school, and if I understood Maryse correctly, we've got a lot to look forward to tonight.

[Mauro Ranallo]
When it comes to Maryse, I think that goes without saying.

[Corey Graves]
You're absolutely right on that, Mauro, but that doesn't mean she doesn't deserve to be talked about! Now, let's take a look back at the amazing career, and stunning return of the beautiful and talented, Maryse..

The screen shifts to the massive tron to display a video package for Anarchy's special host.



The screen fades to black as we head to a commercial break before the next segment is introduced.

A loud burst of cheers can be heard within the halls of the backstage as we return from a commercial break following a graphic that promoted tonight's Main-Event for The World Heavyweight Championship. This match is unlike any World Title encounter we've seen in a while because the fans have a horse on either side, they've grown to love Sydal's arrogance, and respect how much he truly loves what he does. And seeing a guy like R-Truth scratch and claw this last year to go from unsigned, to signed, to Mr. Money in The Bank, to World Heavyweight Champion, truly gives them hope that all you need in life is a little opportunity to take control of your destiny. As the cameras head further inside the backstage portion of the arena, we see none other than tony Dawson standing outside Matt Sydal's personal locker room, we know because of the gold plaque on the outside that reads "Superstar of The Year." He gets a nod from the cameraman to know we're now live, and then knocks on the door, before slowly opening it and we step inside along with him.


[Tony Dawson]
Excuse me, Mr. Sydal?


As we peer in, we see his luggage scattered on the ground, several of his "Find Your Golden Ticket" t-shirts, including the new limited edition gold versions that feature his new Slammy logo of himself at Final Stand. But beyond that sitting by a locker with his Golden Ticket Crown hanging on the door is The Number One Contender tonight himself, Matt Sydal. The longest-reigning World Heavyweight Champion in XWL history is stretching out his shoulder, preparing for tonight's "Gold War" but gives Tony a nod that he can come closer. As we all come further in, we see his prized Slammy Award sitting on the bench beside him, keeping true to his promise to hold it near and dear.


[Tony Dawson]
Sorry to barge in, but I was hoping I could get a word? Specifically regarding what happened at the end of last week's show? Some within The XWL Universe have been critical over your decision to, abandon Cena in his time of need.


[Matt Sydal]
I'm sorry, did you say abandon? You mean like he abandons them? He makes all these "big" returns, and what does he do? Break about a million promises, and when he isn't handed the world on a silver platter, he walks off into the sunset, never to be seen again....UNTIL HE DOES IT AGAIN LIKE 6 TO 12 MONTHS LATER! That's his whole deal, he comes out, it doesn't work, so back to the drawing board, god knows he can't have a little patience, no the second he's not the center of the attention, The Leader of The Cenation ABANDONS his crew, without the decency of a simple "I'll see you later."  No, no...what I did last week? Was the same thing he'd have done to me if AJ dropped me first, THE SAME THING HE'S DONE TO ALL OF HIS SO CALLED "FRIENDS." He's never anywhere to be found when they need help, but oh, when Superman is in dire straits, everyone is supposed to drop everything and help him?


[Tony Dawson]
I mean, it is the decent thing to do don't you think? Especially after everything you yourself endured at the hands of AJ Styles?



[Matt Sydal]
SEE, that right there is why I didn't lift a damn finger. I've got my rematch for The World Heavyweight Championship to worry about, the rubber match that's been ALMOST TEN YEARS IN THE MAKING! Do you really expect, does ANYONE really expect me to risk getting injured again before my big match with that Golden Fool? AJ almost ended my career before, not that long ago, about 6 months, and I've just NOW recovered from that, so excuse the hell out of me if I took the "coward's" way out. But I actually plan to win back MY World Heavyweight Championship tonight, and I may have defied all logic, and reason by doing so back at Breakthrough while medically unclear, on practically one leg, but I wasn't willing to go through all that again. If that makes me the "bad guy" then so be it, but I'd wager a good chunk of the fans that saw my struggle, that saw how I busted my ass to keep my spot in the face of a career threatening injury, have my back, and can respect the fact that I didn't want to put myself in the position to go through all that again.


His tense expression softens after a pause, and Sydal continues.



[Matt Sydal]
Does that mean I think Cena got what he had coming to him? No, absolutely not. I might be a prick, but I'm not heartless. He didn't deserve what AJ did, if you ask me, what AJ did is the coward's way out. Because he goes and quits when he's not thrust into another title scene immediately, and then comes back to ruin quite frankly one of the best Main-Event's Anarchy's seen in a while. I respect what Cena threw my way last week, me and him just, we synced, and that's what I love about this business. You can dislike one another, or have differences, but when you step in that ring? Magic, it just happens. And he gets a lot of credit from me for withstanding The Lock of Perfection, granted I haven't used it in a hot minute, so maybe in it's prime, back when it was my go to...that may have been another story, and it's why he gave up then. But that dude had blood dripping down his face, I had just spiked his head into the mat, and he wouldn't give up. AND not to toot my own horn, but when he tried to AA me right after slipping out of it, I didn't fall victim to it. Hell, who knows when that match would have ended, we threw each other's best in simply 20 minutes, honestly, I'm kind of personally disappointed we got interrupted for the simple reason I was really feeling what we were putting out. I think that's why I have such an issue with him as a person, he could be a big deal here, but he just can't accept he's no longer "The Face That Runs The Place." Anyways, I wish him the best with AJ, it's not a fun gig, but when a man leaves you lying in a pool of your own blood? It's not over until you drown him in a pool of his.


[Tony Dawson]
Well with that aside, tonight you do challenge for The World Heavyweight Championship, in what has been titled "The Gold War" What's your honest opinion of The Champion R-Truth?


[Matt Sydal]
I mean, he holds a worse grudge over me than I do with John Cena. All I did is end his United States Title reign, a reign that wasn't exactly making headlines, it's not like it was personal...I just wanted to be champion, it was a dream, I hate of course that it kickstarted a pretty lengthy nightmare for him, you know, becoming an afterthought, while I pretty much cemented my legacy all within my first year. But this business has it's ups and downs, can he really blame "THEY" or me, or anyone else for his failures? Like, I'd love to bitch about AJ ending my reign at Final Stand, but who am I gonna blame? I lost, straight up, and it happens. You don't dwell on it, you move on. I think in another life, maybe Matthias could help us on this, we'd be the best of friends, I mean has anyone ever been as drawn to gold as us?  The problem is, I question his sincerity. He's been doing well, and I'm happy for him, to see where he's come from. But, what happens when things go south, and they always do...are "THEY" behind it? I don't know, Tony...something about him, I just, I can't put my finger on it, but something tells me this isn't gonna last. That it'd be great to see this heroic journey from rags to riches have a happy ending, but we're all realists...we all go through rough patches, even me, so can he really handle anymore after reaching the top? I don't think so, he just seems like the kind of guy that is happy when he's successful, but blames the world when he's not.



[Tony Dawson]
You briefly spoke of Broken Matt Hardy, the man whom will challenge the winner of this match at Downpour for The World Heavyweight Championship...what's your analysis of him? Considering you could be facing him next if things go in your favor tonight?


[Matt Sydal]
Well, he's abusive to his brother, he doesn't like spotted monkeys, like REALLY detests them, has a drone that can bend time and space...and if you can get past all of that, you'll find out he's a pretty damn skilled competitor. I mean Final Stand was his night, he beat his brother, and he won The Innagural Stand-Off earning him a huge opportunity, a GOLDEN opportunity as R-Truth would put it, at facing The World Champion for their crown at Downpour. I don't really know what to think about him, and in a way that's worrisome. Because he's so out of the realm of anyone I've dealt with, that I don't know what to expect. And apparently, he's got a drone that could take him to a future showing of our match and prepare him for whatever I may have up my sleeve. Granted, that didn't exactly help him in our match a few weeks ago, but maybe he was jetlagged or, however all that works. But beyond everything I don't know, I know one thing, I'm one of, arguably THE best GOLD DAMN SUPERSTAR THAT HAS SET FOOT IN THIS PLACE. So, if I've powered through an injury to do the unthinkable, done more in my first year than most will ever do their entire careers, and have proven people wrong since day one, every single day, I can go through the "unknown" knowing that I can take whatever he throws my way, and dish it back ten times harder.



[Tony Dawson]
Any final thoughts for your opponent tonight?


[Matt Sydal]
I've got several actually, but they all kind of lump into the same thing. I was going to go the "nice" way and not address The Elephant sized truth in the room, but then I remembered...I was brutally assaulted not that long ago, my career almost ended, and do you know what I did the next week, and the week after, and EVERY week after that? I showed up, because this, this business, this is important to me, and I'm not going to let ANYTHING take that away from me. The fact that our World Heavyweight Champion had the audacity to skip out on last week's show, for whatever reason, is disrespectful to not only the title he holds, but the fans that paid to see their champion show up. I get it, you're confused by what Matthias showed you, but while you were at home questioning your existence, everything you've ever known, most importantly wondering why the hell your name used to be Scodrick, seriously...terrible name. I was here, like a champion is, proving that tonight I will without a shadow of a doubt, reclaim what YOU didn't take from me at Final Stand! I'm the real blast from the past you need to worry about, I ended your reign before, and you know what they say Truth? History ALWAYS repeats itself.




With that emphatic statement, tonight's challenger for The World Heavyweight Championship stares right into the camera, past Tony Dawson, and at R-Truth mouthing "I'm taking back MY title" as we fade.

Backstage, we see Maryse conducting a phone call in French. It seems fairly important, to her at least, based off of the tone in her voice.

[Maryse]
Je vous l'ai dit, il faut juste attendre le bon moment... J'ai bien l'air bien, huh?.. J'ai fait?

"You uh, you got a minute?"

John Cena appears in frame, the crowd popping from another part of the arena. Cena smiles at Maryse as she shoots him a look.

[Maryse]
.. Je vais vous rappeler.

John Cena takes a moment as she slowly pulls her phone away, clicking it to end the call. Cena then runs a hand over his neck.

[John Cena]
It's been a while, hasn't it? Since you've walked around back here. I don't mean to interrupt you Maryse, but I mean, we have a lot in common you and I. We both come back, claiming big spots at the top of the company, and use them the best we can. Myself two weeks ago and you tonight. After all they do call Montreal the home of the screw jobs, and us getting you is- I'm kidding, don't give me that look! It's a small world and I'm glad I get to see you tonight.

Cena smiles that usual smile, but realizing it isn't going to be returned John quickly continues.

[John Cena]
But enough of that, I wanted to run something past you since you're my boss tonight and are in charge of the bookings and what not. I realize I'm supposed to fight Matt Hardy later and don't get me wrong, I'm super excited about it. The number one contender and I? Going to town on each other? I can't wait. But I have something else in mind for tonight.

Cena gets serious, straightening up and looking Maryse in the eye.

[John Cena]
I want you to reinstate AJ Styles. Do whatever it takes. I need him, in that ring, later tonight.

The French-Canadian gives John a hard look up at down with an expression that almost gives off amusement more than anything else, pointing her finger back and forth between the two of them.

[Maryse]
"We" have a lot in common? No, no, no, John, let me tell you something..

Maryse retracts her hand an now places it on her own collarbone while she speaks.

[Maryse]
I enjoy nice things. I enjoy a life of luxury and success. I wear the finest clothes and I am driven wherever I want to go in the finest, most expensive cars. You?

The pompous Guest Host for Anarchy snickers to herself, placing her should on Cena's shoulder briefly.

[Maryse]
You still dress like a little kid on a playground or something. You look like-.. You look like you shop at WalMart, John Cena.. Over the years, I became even more beautiful and classy, almost like wine. But you? Still walking around like a giant box of- what was it?.. Oh right, Fruity Pebbles.

Maryse laughs as she picks her phone back up, sending a quick text with a smile still glued to her face before looking back up at John Cena.

[Maryse]
But I am glad you mentioned AJ Styles, actually, because he is going to be here to chat with us later in the show... ON SKYPE. So, be sure to stop by and say "hello!"

After another small cackle, the former Diva's Champion narrowed her eyes at John Cena, who was obviously agitated by Maryse's games.

[Maryse]
Aw, is that not what you wanted to hear? Is John Cena upset now because he's not getting what he wants?

The smug grin slowly returns to Maryse's face, knowing full-well that this isn't what John had in mind.

[John Cena]
That's fine. Maybe I even deserved that a little bit. I wouldn't say you aged like wine though. Maybe like a cow. Or, a chicken. Your feathers do a seem a bit ruffled every now and again. Anyways, since AJ won't be here in the flesh, I guess I'll go out there and take care of what I need to take care of, and wait to hear what he has to say.

Cena goes to leave, stops, smirks, and turns back to Maryse with a grin.

[John Cena]
Oh, and by the way. Just for the record, I was more excited for Season Five of Orange is the New Black than I was to hear that you were General Manager. And from the reactions I've heard so far, that's the general consensus of the people. Chow.

Cena winks at her, walking out of frame as Maryse sits there, jaw slack at what John just said to her while she mumbled to herself in disgust.

[Maryse]
What?.. "Ciao?"

Camera then cuts to the locker room where an interviewer is standing outside of the male locker room.

Interviewer: Ladies and Gentlemen I hope you are enjoying the show tonight it's only going to get better. Now next I am interviewing Jake Roberts who has requested it be done in the locker room so we are about to go in now.

The interviewer and the camera man heads into the locker room and starts to look for Jake Roberts. Eventually they find him standing in the shower in his shorts with Damien wrapped around him.


Interviewer: Erm Mister Roberts’s sir we are here to interview you did you not know?

Jake Roberts: Yes I know now come here I am just cooling Damien off you don't want him to bite you now do you?

The interviewer looks shocked at that statement and a little shook whilst looking at the snake but in any case the interviewer steps forward and stands next to Roberts in the shower and begins the interview.

Interviewer: Well ladies and gentleman I am here now with one of the most deadly partnerships in wrestling today which would have to be Jake the Snake Roberts and his pet snake Damien. Jake Roberts I am sorry but why are we doing this interview in the shower can we not go and do a normal interview?

Jake Roberts: No this is my time. You wanted to talk to me I didn't ask or want to talk to you and neither did Damien either did you boy. So come on little interviewer ask your questions and be quick about it.

Interviewer: Well tonight you look to make your XWL debut against CM Punk. Now I had a little word with the straight edged superstar off camera before and he said he isn't afraid of you or the snake I would just like to get your opinion on that first if you wouldn't mind sharing your thoughts Mr Roberts?

Jake Roberts: Yes I have heard this today, people telling me that Mr Punk isn't afraid off Damien and I, well let me tell you something Punk it is more shameful to deny fear then it is to run from danger. Now you are stepping where no man in XWL has stepped before and that’s into the snake pit, my yard, my den so I wouldn’t be shocked if you are a little weak at the knees in anticipation at facing me here tonight. Now if you believe that Punk isn't scared and that he can beat me tonight you must be crazy. Do you believe that my man.

Roberts then pushes the snake forward at the interviewer.

Interviewer: No Sir he doesn't hold a candle to you.

Roberts smiles and pulls the snake away

Roberts: That's what I thought. Now don't get me wrong Punk you had a great year last year until you crumbled, you crumbled under the pressure at the biggest show of them all against the beast incarnate Brock Lesnar and lost everything you had, your precious title, your dignity, you are a laughing stock now boy, nobody is scared of you I am sure not but I know you are scared of me and you I am sure don't want this match tonight against me. You are not at your best. In fact you are not even close to that. Samoa Joe made you look like a jobber last week. It isn't looking good for you my friend. I mean come on the way you lost the title to brock so quickly you must be so ashamed. You couldn't even last 5 minutes with the guy so why should I worry about you when I know I could beat the beast. So you better watch out at the man with the most deadliest finishing move is coming for you tonight and once I lock it in clamp down on your head and hit you with the DDT it will be over and I will be one step closer to gaining a title opportunity so good luck tonight because you are going to need it. Now interviews over get out before Damien decides to use you as a chew toy.

The interviewer and the camera man don’t think twice about it they leave immediately as the camera cuts to another segment.

.... 15 minutes into the match, Sasha and Alexa are the two legal women in the ring. Sasha ushers in Alexa to make the first move and Alexa snaps back telling her to “talk to the hand”. Sasha circles around and Alexa unimpressed refuses to lock up. The referee stands in between them and Sasha is hot on her trail and unbeknownst to the ref, Alexa kicks in the knee of The Boss. With Banks in her mercy, Bliss takes a handful of hair and sends her crashing down to the mat instantly hitting the back of her head. Sasha is laid on her back and Alexa turns and puts both her arms out and sways her hip, mocking Sasha’s pose. Immediately into a back handspring and with the rotation her knees come together. Unable to dodge out of the way, Sasha gets both knees of Alexa in the midsection. Alexa thinking she has her right where she wants her, grabs the arms and legs of Sasha and pulls her close to the corner. Through the ropes, scaling up to the top is Bliss. She gains her balance and looks to the right side of her and it’s Rosemary sneaking up, Alexa catches her and tries to evade her by going for the Twisted Bliss and that doesn’t work out in her favor. Once in the mid air Alexa gets blasted by the red mist of Rosemary, we still have no idea what it is made of. Her eyes burning, Alexa has a look of disgust on her face and then covers it with both of her hands rolling around violently and kicking her legs up and down like a toddler. Rosemary laughing maniacally and slowly utters a phrase “More like, Twisted Miss!” Dana not having any of this, waits for Bliss to roll in her direction during her freaking out. Finds the right moment and extends her hand to graze Bliss’s shoulder. “TAG!” The referee shouts and Dana enters only to be met with a slap from Sasha Banks who has had enough time to recover. Sasha refusing to stay down, against her will is stomped down instead. Dana looks down to Bliss who is lying on the apron now and nods her head. Dana lifts herself up onto the 2nd turnbuckle and flexes her muscles and spirals through the air, doing her OWN rendition of Twisted Bliss, from the second rope! Banks once again sees it coming and has no way to move because of the misdirection, the impact bounces both off of them off the mat. Dana instantly covers her down, convinced Sasha is done for.

The referee slaps the mat loud and clear.

THR- Sasha jolts her body up just enough for her shoulder to leave the canvas. Besides herself, blaming everyone within a 4 foot radius that Sasha is still alive in the match. Not to fret, Dana decides to put her own twist into the mix. Using brute strength and all the way from down below, hoists up Sasha to her shoulders and stamps off to the center. A smirk comes across her face.

Wait a second. WAIT A SECOND!


Without warning, the commentators and crowd burst at this woman charging down the ramp. Dana takes a second to look, now distracted and it’s Charlotte Flair!  Dana stuck without anywhere to go, tries to take matters into her own hands. Sasha still on the shoulders, Charlotte dashes under the second rope and up to her feet, as soon as her feet enter the ring. One of her boots come up and it hits Dana smack dab in the middle of her cheek. Tumbling down goes Sasha and Dana. Charlotte lets out a scream and flips her hair out of her face.

An emphatic statement, inked with her own feet.


Charlotte Flair isn’t in this match is what the referee suddenly realizes and throws it out, ruling it a disqualification. Nobody cares who the winner is anymore. Rosemary wants to take part and come face to face with Charlotte. The two square off for a millisecond and Rosemary charges at Charlotte with her mouth wide open about to spew more mist, Charlotte has no time for her silly parlor tricks. Rosemary gets a big boot to her face courtesy of the second generation superstar. Rosemary drops to her back and starts coughing, possibly swallowing some of the misguided mist she tried to attempt on Charlotte? Charlotte doesn’t let up and mounts Rosemary with clubbing blows, and a forearm to top it all off.

Pushing off the chest of Rosemary, Charlotte glares around the ring and the arena. Raising her brow, the camera zooms in and she points to the side of her, and the camera catches a glimpse of Alexa Bliss who is still not knowing where she is. Bliss is minding her own business and Charlotte pulls her through the ropes, letting her neck ricochet off of it, naturally. Another natural thing is about to happen. Alexa putting her hands all over the place trying to see where she’s at, and then even with her mist soaked eyes she opens them and sees Charlotte before it’s too late. Charlotte is in transition and spikes Bliss face first. Laying waste to all 3 females, she takes her place in the middle. “THIS IS THE COMPETITION!?” she exalts.

She stuck her nose where it doesn't belong, how can you praise her Corey?

I - I.. There is no denying the physical prowess of one, Charlotte Flair. I just cannot wrap my head around why she would do such a thing. A perfectly good tag team match up ruined.

[Corey Graves]
It's because she can, Mauro, it's because she CAN and that's all you need to know.

The attention is on her, she warned everyone that this would happen and so it did. Charlotte wipes her feet and slaps her hands. Her theme plays and her dominance is apparent. She takes one last look at the damage she caused and sees Sasha getting up to her knees whilst everyone else is down and out all over the place. Charlotte shrugs as if The Boss is not worth it, perhaps some pity. Exiting the ring is Charlotte and Sasha in a mess recognizes that Charlotte is here to stay. Charlotte raises her arms above her head proud of her work smiling ear to ear as the segment comes to a close.

The crowd boos as the camera pans on Kevin Owens who stomps his way through the backstage area. His eyes dart in multiple directions until they finally light up. Kevin quickly walks up to his target

[Kevin Owens]
Hey man, what the hell last week?!

The man he's talking to is none other than Chris Jericho. Jericho turns around with a raised eyebrow, obviously confused

[Kevin Owens]
Don't give me that look! You were supposed to have my back against the Wyatts last week but bray had you running up the ramp! Yeah I still won but what the hell?! I would have never left you against those freaks like that!

Owens breaths heavy, obviously very emotional about his partners abandonment of him

Jericho
Look I wasn't scared, I had gotten a text message from my wife ok? She needed me to call her right away

Jericho pulls out his phone and shows him the message but dated an hour before the match, Jericho just plays it off like nothing is wrong

Jericho
and I KNEW you could handle yourself you're Kevin FREAKIN' Owens! You destroyed Sami Zayn months ago and dominated a DEMON! Most importantly you're MY best friend!

Jericho pats Owens on the chest and smiles

Owens looks as if he gonna explode and say something else. But he doesn't. Instead he just smiles back at Chris

[Kevin Owens]
Ya know what...maybe you're right Chris. And as my best friend I'm glad you have so much trust in me. I did have that match in the bag against Luke just like tonight I know you have your match in the bag against Bray. Still, I'm gonna be in your corner to watch you dominate him

Owens pats Jericho on the shoulder and walks off before Jericho can get a word in edgewise. The camera follows Owens down the hall whose smile has gone back to its former snarl. Owens cuts a corner down another hallways and finds himself in a darker atmosphere. He shrugs, not thinking much of it until a shadow steps out in front of him. It steps into the light, placing Owens on his guard to reveal Luke Harper.

"He's got it all figured out, doesn't he?"

Owens whips around to find Bray Wyatt, lurking out from behind a container. Both exits are cut off and Owens is sat in between the Family. Bray holds his hands up, surrendering in a sense.

[Bray Wyatt]
I come in peace, my friend.

Wyatt lowers his hands as Owens does as well, Owens only making it halfway down though. Wyatt crosses his hands behind his back, beginning to pace in front of Kevin.

[Bray Wyatt]
You and I, Kevin, we have a lot in common. We share values. Dominance. Eagerness. But most of all, Loyalty. We prefer for those that we are close to, to stay close to us. That's why I have Luke here, Kevin. Luke above all else is there for me when I need him the most and I, him. We share a bond, unbreakable. By anything. You, you want that. I saw it in your eyes last week when Chris left you. I saw it on your face when you rounded that corner.

Wyatt begins to walk towards Kevin, swaying with his words, hands still behind his back.

Chris Jericho, he has it all figured out. Or at least he thinks he does. He is working you, Kevin, and you know it.

Bray stands a few inches away from Kevin Owens now, speaking directly to him, serious as can be.

[Bray Wyatt]
Chris Jericho left you last night, without knowing if you could handle yourself because he was afraid. What's to stop him from doing it again? The most he cares about in this world is the materialistic things. A certain, "list" comes to mind for me, and I'm sure it does for you. He abandoned you, Kevin and then he had the audacity to stare you in the eye and lie about it! That, that is no friend.

Wyatt pulls away from Kevin, shrugging his shoulders and running his hand across the wall, pondering over it as it would seem.

[Bray Wyatt]
But who am I to judge? I am a mere observer, from the outside looking in. Later tonight you have an option in front of you. Get even, or fall victim yet again to a backstabbing liar. That, that is up to you. I'll see you soon, Kevin.

Wyatt cracks a grin followed by a giggle, moving away from the area, towards Luke Harper. The duo disappear into the darkness of the hallway as Kevin stops, taking a moment to let everything sink in before turning around and darting the way he first came, not wanting anything else to do with the Family.

We go backstage to see Sami Zayn pacing back and forth.

I've done nothing but let all of you down since winning this Championship...The fame went to my head and it costed me some important matches as of late. I thought I was so high on this pedestal, above everyone else, but it's clear to me I let winning the one title I've been trying to acquire since coming into XWL go to my head. I thought I was better than everyone else here, I now know I have a long path ahead of me if I want to be the best, and that path starts TONIGHT against JBL! The man who had to cheat to get the first shot against me and he even tried it the following week but I wasn't having it. I made sure that match went down fairly, and I'm sure you'll try something diabolical against me tonight but I'm ready for you John...The ONLY thing you're taking home tonight is an icepack for your jaw once I kick your teeth out. Then I'll go on to Downpour against the man that actually DESERVES a shot at my belt.

I just got this and there's nothing that I won't do to keep it! I beat a VERY dangerous man to win this belt and If you think for one second, John, that you're better than the man I won this from you're sadly mistaken. Tonight I prove that when the chips are down and everything is on the line is when I'm at my MOST dangerous! Have fun in the spotlight while you can John, it won't last very long.

Samoa Joe's infamous theme hits the airwaves within the arena causing the Joe marks to rise to their feet and give him as a big a pop as they possibly can, but most members of the XWL universe don't know how to really react at all following Joe's actions last week, if anything, all it does is make the XWL universe fear this seemingly uncontrollable monster in Samoa Joe.

Joe makes his way out onto the stage looking as angry as ever and wastes no time in blazing his path right down to the ring, he opts not to use the steps to enter the ring and decides to just slide in under the bottom rope. Joe rises to his feet and tosses his towel to the outside signalling to the XWL universe and whoever the hell his opponent is tonight that Joe means business.



Much to the surprise of just about everyone in the building tonight and watching at home, HORNSWOGGLE IS LIVE ON ANARCHY!!!! The crowd get a real kick out of it upon seeing the wee man on stage jumping around and showcasing his excitement and pure happiness to be here this evening. Swoggle makes his way down the ramp while making sure to slap the hand of every fan along the way. The angry and intense look on Joe's face has not changed one bit since he's come out here, and it's clear, he's not very amused to see the Irish Leprechaun out here right now. Swoggle steps through the bottom rope and enters the ring, he climbs to the second rope to raise his hands to the fans and get them behind him as much as possible for this seemingly insurmountable challenge that lies before him right now.

The referee orders both men to opposite corners from each other and once they both give the signal that they're ready to go he signals for the bell to be rung.

DING DING DING!!!!!!

Joe charges at Hornswoggle like a raging bull and nearly decapitates his head with a vicious and sadistic big boot that turned Swoggle inside out and caused him to land on his neck on the way down in horrific fashion. Joe rolls Swoggle onto his back and hooks the leg for an easy 3 count. The camera zooms in on Joe's sadistic all red facial expression as the bell rings to signal the end of this bout. Joe rises to his feet but shoves the ref to the side as he attempted to raise Joe's hand in victory, Joe walks over to the side of the ring and demands a mic, he receives one and immediately begins speaking in an enraged tone.

It seems as though no one has been receiving the message that I have been echoing for a number of weeks now. It seems to have fallen upon deaf ears around here, because this (Joe points to the motionless Hornswoggle), this is a joke. See, all this does is anger me, enrage me, INFURIATE ME!!! I came here to DESTROY the BEST OF THE BEST, just like I did to Seth Rollins AND CM Punk last week, I didn't come here to destroy some midget REJECT!!!

But I'm not gonna stand out here and complain about it, because quite frankly, talking has never really been my thing, so instead, I'm gonna communicate my displeasure in the ONLY way I know how, BY GOING BACK THERE AND TEARING THAT ENTIRE LOCKER ROOM APART LIMB BY LIMB!!!!!! YOU WANNA IGNORE MY WARNINGS XWL? WELL SO BE IT, NOW THE BLOOD OF THOSE STUPID PUNKS IN THE BACK ARE GONNA BE ON YOUR HANDS!!!!!!

Joe throws the mic to the side and looks as though he's about to race out of the ring when all of a sudden. [/b



[b]The crowd get off their feet when they see Seth slowly walk out the back with a microphone. He stares done at joe with lightning in his eyes

It never ceases to amaze me when's like you show up. Guys who attempt to solidify themselves using MY success because they're too lazy to earn their stripes around here. You beat a man from behind, a man who just got back into the ring coming off of the biggest and quickest loss of his career, and hornswaggol. Yeah, you're a real tough guy let me tell you. Guys like you are a dime a dozen. And by guys like you, I mean bullies who could never hope to touch me in that ring!

(Seth Rollins)
In that ring I'm untouchable. Ambrose had to learn the hard way. And joe you're about to find out that you not off more than you could chew taking on the architect!

Seth rips off his shirt and takes off down the ramp. Seth is still bandaged and looks a little banged up. Joe stand his ground as Seth slides into the ring. Before Rollins can get to his feet joe charges him. Rollins however rolls through his legs and bounces up to his feet. He immediately turns and hits Joe with an enziguri. The loud smacking sound echoes around the arena and Joe stumbles into the ropes. Seeing the big man dragging is all Seth needs as motivation to charge full speed at the opposite ropes and back at Joe.

Rollins hits Joe with a clothesline that takes him over the ropes and down to the floor. Joe doesn't stay down for long though so Seth once again charges the ropes. He bounces off the ropes and launches himself out of the ring with a quick as lightning suicide dive. Instead of Joe going down though he instead catches Rollins. With a roar gets lifts Rollins and slams him down with a brutal uranage! Rollins howls in pain as the crowd boos. Not done yet Samoa Joe grabs Rollins by his hair and drags him to his feet. He pushes Rollins back slightly before pulling him back with a strong Irish whip that sends Rollins chest first into the steel steps. The top of the steps fall off due to the force. The already damaged back of Rollins is on fire now!

Joe looks down at Rollins and shakes his head. He turns his back on Rollins and begins to walk away. He's stopped by a hand on his foot. It's Rollins! You can hear Rollins saying "Don't turn your back on me...". Joe snarls and grabs Rollins once again, bring him to his feet. He drags Rollins on top of the exposed steel steps. Once again with a roar he lifts Rollins up and slams him down with a uranage! The force of the slam leaves a sickening sound all around the arena. This time there is no sound that comes from Seth. The architect lays limp and joe puts his foot on his chest, seemingly conquered Seth Rollins. The camera fades to black on this gruesome scene

A good chunk of the crowd boo's at the sound of AJ's name but then again, a fair amount of support can also be heard for AJ beyond the boo's. Overall, a rather mixed reaction.

The titantron goes black for a moment before transitioning to the skype call with the Phenomenal One. AJ appears to be sitting on his sofa and checks his pc to make sure the skype call is live before leaning back on his sofa and beginning to speak.

Before I start, before I shoot or on my rant or whatever the hell I'm gonna do, I wanna make one thing clear. In return for doing this skype session with you the XWL universe, I was promised total and complete freedom to say whatever the hell I wanna say. That means, no Renee Young, no Charly Caruso, no Tom Phillips, NONE OF EM! No interviewers WHATSOEVER!!! Just me speaking to all of you from the heart.

So I'm gonna get right into it, I'm sure there's 2 questions on everyone's minds, #1, why did AJ Styles come back last week? and #2, why did AJ Styles blast John Cena over the skull with a steel chair when he could've done it to the golden weasel instead? So I'm going to address both of those questions right now starting with the 1st one, why did I come back?

Lemme preface this by saying, I DAMN SURE didn't have to come back XWL last week, hell I'm still not even officially a contracted XWL superstar at the moment. After I quit live on Anarchy the week after Final Stand, within minutes of leaving the arena I was getting phone calls from top representatives from both New Japan Pro Wrestling and Ring of Honor. The first question both companies asked me, "was it a work? you really gone?" My answer, "you're damn right I'm gone, the hell with this company".  It was like music to their ears as they both laid out BIG MONEY pay per appearance deals within days of me leaving XWL, and trust me when I say this, I would've made a hell of a lot more money working 60 dates a year for both companies, then I would've staying here working over 300 days a year, But I digress.....

So exactly one week after I quit the company I had both deals on the table in front of me ready to sign. All I had to do was sign on the dotted line and AJ Styles World Tour 2017 would've gotten underway, but then, my wife turned on Anarchy because above all else, she's a fan of wrestling herself, I can respect that, I had no issues with it whatsoever. I looked down at the contracts and popped the cap off the pen, and as I'm about to sign on the dotted line I hear my wife raise the volume on the tv and I hear none other then John Cena's voice coming through my tv screen. It's almost like I was frozen, I couldn't move my hand to sign the deals that lay directly in front of me, I was paralyzed at the sound of Cena's voice, all that kept going through my head was "what in the hell is this chump doing back here?"

So I sat there paralyzed and listened to what he had to say, and I couldn't believe my ears, the son of a bitch booked himself in a main event match against Matt Sydal for the very next week on Anarchy and he did so because "he's John Cena!" More thoughts rushed into my head, who the hell does this guy think he is? he may have been something in some other company but he hasn't done HALF of the things AJ Styles has done in XWL and yet he's going around and handing himself main event matches? It made no sense to me, UNTIL, until I began to put the puzzle pieces together. It started to all make sense, this was Layla's going, she handpicked this phony thinking that he could replace AJ Styles void in the top of the card. Right then and there I broke out of my paralysis, capped my pen, grabbed both contracts, walked over to my fireplace, and tossed them into it, at that moment I realized, I needed to come back and show the ohhh so idiotic Layla and the board that you just can't go around replacing "The Phenomenal One" with some half as talented, fraudulent, jackoff like John Cena. I'm ONE OF A KIND, I'm UNTOUCHABLE, I AM THE PHENOMENAL ONE!!!!! and NO ONE REPLACES ME!!!!

So I booked a flight and before I knew it I was inside of the arena last week. I used my good relationship with the security staff to my advantage to enter the arena, and then I hid, I waited, I bid my time, and when the time felt right, I struck! I made an impact so big that every single wrestling dirt sheet is covering this story right now, ESPN covered it, Bleacher Report, Fox Sports, Meltzer, you name it, the whole freakin wrestling world is talking about what AJ Styles did last week. And now, in case you haven't already managed to pick up on why I chose to strike Cena rather then Sydal, I'll give you the short and sweet explanation. Sydal, he's a weasel, he's a prick, and I can't stand him, but he's got my respect because he forced me to respect him at Final Stand, he's paid his dues around here. John Cena? he doesn't have my respect, he's a fraud, he's a chump, and he's nothing more then just a NAME! That's right a name, he's a brand, he's not a wrestler, he's not a main event caliber superstar like I am, he's not a guy who can carry a company on his back like AJ Styles can, that John Cena is long gone. I've done more for XWL in this year alone then he has in his entire career, and John, if you wanna dispute that, then you're more then welcome to do so next week to my face, because next week, AJ Styles is coming home to ANARCHY!

And John, don't waste your time trying to find me, because at the end of the day, YOU'RE THE ONE WHO CAN'T SEE ME, because AJ Styles is just on a WHOLE NOTHER LEVEL!!!

AJ leans forward and cuts the skype call off leaving the XWL universe pumped up for a potential confrontation between Cena and Styles next week!

Corbin hits the End Of Days on Steve as he attempts to land a running dropkick on Corbin, the ref counts but only gets a two count, the ref turns around to signal to the time keeper a 2 count as he does steve mists Corbin in the face one last time as Corbin stands up grabbing his eyes trying to clear them to see Steve hits the DDT and takes the 3 count for the win.

Winner:

The camera cuts to Bad News Barrett walking out of the locker room,
closing the door behind him. He almost bumps into Renee Young who was about to enter.

Oh! Hello there Wade. I was just coming to speak to you.

Well, I'm right here.

Um, yes. I'm assuming you just saw the match between JBL and Sami Zayn. How do you feel about the result?

-Bad News Barrett-
I've gotta give it to them, it was a helluva match and Sami really brought it.

-Renee Young-
Just Sami? Not JBL?

-Bad News Barrett-
Look, I'm not here to talk about him tonight. He won the title, but we all know it was a fluke. Sure, it was closer than I expected, but Sami owned the match until the very end. This doesn't change anything that I've said about him. He is still an old overweight has-been who doesn't deserve to have his hands on the gold. Once Downpour arrives, he's going to have his hands full with not just Sami, but the Barrett Barrage as well. He can gloat all he wants until then, and I guarantee you he will, but once the match is over it won't be him holding the belt. I'm going to make sure of that.

-Renee Young-
Don't forget, it will be a triple threat match at Downpour. How does having to deal with both JBL and Sami Zayn play into your thought process?

-Bad News Barrett-
I've got nothing but respect for Sami. He went in and beat Leo Kruger for that belt and I know first hand that that is no small feat. However, the Bull Hammer doesn't discriminate. Whether it is hitting him or JBL doesn't matter. Heads will roll come Downpour. Now if you'll excuse me, I have a match to prepare for.

Barrett  walks away from Renee and the camera fades away.

We go to the back where Strowman, Steiner and Bayley are, Strowman has a piece of paper.

STROWMAN
Since we are in Montreal Canada, this poem i have dedicated to Decay is only fitting
(coughs to clear his throat)

Good to see us back on track and you back to your poetry braun.

STEINER
See Decay at Downpour, payback will be ours. Abyss you fat bastard wont stand a chance against Me or Braun. And you got that little kid with you. Stevey boy knows he doesn't want to step to either of us unless he wants to get hurt.

BAYLEY
Calm down Scotty we have matches tonight. Don't work yourself up.

STEINER
Those sons of bitches need to  pay especially Stevey because he cost me my match against Harper.

Renee Young comes into the frame  and asks the crew a question as they look at her.

RENEE YOUNG
Can I get an interview?

Strowman takes a step back as Steiner and Bayley are in front as Bayley responds to Renee's question.

BAYLEY
Yeah sure ask away.

RENEE YOUNG
Tonight Bayley, you go against Asuka. Your thoughts on here tonight.

BAYLEY
Shes a good competitor and I'm sure we will have a great match.

RENEE YOUNG
You also go into your match tonight undefeated since you came back. What are your thoughts on that.

BAYLEY
It's just another match for me if I win then its on to the next one. If I lose then its on to the next one but strengthen my weaknesses.

RENEE YOUNG
What is your take on the current situation with Braun and Scott vs Decay.

BAYLEY
I know Braun and Scotty will teach Decay a lesson come Downpour.

Scott Steiner interrupts.

STEINER
What kind of stupid question is that Renee. The current situation is Decay has no chance at Downpour.  See I am the man with the LARGEST ARMS IN THE WORLD.

Steiner flexes and kisses his bicep.

STEINER
And Braun doesn't need nothing to say just look at him. He's a beast. So with that being said Decay better go crawl back into the hole they came out of because at Downpour we are going to put there asses down. Now with that being said we all have matches to get ready for.

Bayley, Steiner, and Strowman walk off the frame as XWL Anarchy cuts to a commercial.

A graphic flashes on the screen promoting The Hell in a Cell Match between Natalya and Sister April for The Women's Championship at Downpour. A match that was officially declared The Main-Event, and will be the first time in 6 years since anyone in The Women's Division has completed in such a match type. As it fades, we see none other than Tom Phillips standing by moments away from conducting an interview.




[Tom Phillips]
Ladies and Gentlemen, last week The General Manager Layla not only officially granted Number One Contender Natalya's request for her Championship Match with Sister April at Downpour to be contested inside Hell in a Cell...she named it The Main-Event. Social media is a buzz, the locker room is a buzz, this match is over 8 months in the making, and I believe I speak for everyone when I say I cannot wait for these two women to wage war inside Satan's Structure. So please welcome my guest at this time, Canada's own...NATALYA!



She steps into frame, nodding and letting out a deep exhale, it's been a crazy month, and there's still one more surely equally as crazy month ahead of her final encounter with April.




[Tom Phillips]
Natalya, as such a huge advocate for Women's Wrestling, and the admiration you've had for Women who have found themselves in this top position before, how does it feel to be named The Main-Event of Downpour?





[Natalya]
Honestly, with everything aside, I'm so happy that all my hard work has finally paid off. It's not been an easy ride up until now, but it fills me with such pride to see the confidence Layla has in this match, that it is the marquee match, and you know 7 months ago I'd have been jumping for joy, so overwhelmed by emotions, and dreams I never thought would come true, finally a reality...but a lot's happened in that time, and while all of this is truly all I've ever wanted, for Women's Wrestling to be at the forefront, I can't be happy. Because if I let that part of me that's truly happier than I've been in a very long time, then that's the moment I lose before I even stepped inside Hell in a Cell. My opponent isn't your average competitor, no...she's something, that this division hasn't encountered before. An anomaly that can't quite be put into words...she's, a force that keeps fighting, in a way like myself, no matter what you put her through, she refuses to stay down, but there's a sense of terror in that, she's like the horror movie slasher that is burned alive, chained to the bottom of the lake, and then at the end of the movie, her hand raises up out of the water, and you're just sitting there, completely frozen in fear, repeatedly asking yourself, HOW?!  


[Tom Phillips]
She is someone you yourself have had trouble defeating on numerous occasions, but last month you did finally do just that. You not only beat her, you made her tap out with an unbelievable bridged variation of The Sharpshooter. Walk us through that moment, and how it felt?





[Natalya]
I've just....I've fought so hard, so very hard to prove that I am just as good as anyone back here, if not better...and when you wait for that opportunity, to have The Champion or the new threat in the division, to have them in that ring with you, that is your chance. That is when you put up or shut up, and I've put up EVERYTHING, tried so hard, and it just wasn't enough. Our third encounter about, what 2 months or so ago, I came closer than I've ever come, and she still beat me. I put her through table after table, after table, embraced the dark parts of me, left respect at the stage as I headed down for a fight I didn't plan on losing, and then, I did. It was like, what do I have to do? Am I even capable of doing that? Am I not the one that stops her? Am I just fighting a losing battle? There's only so many times you can fail before everyone loses faith in you before you lose faith in yourself.





[Natalya]
But deep down, I KNEW, I just knew that I am the one that can end this, that, maybe I was holding back, that my mind was too fixated on the fact that I still saw a little bit of AJ Lee in her, and I didn't want to hurt her. But whatever became of her, I know that for now at least, she's gone, and the second I stopped trying to save her, I could finally put to use what The Dungeon taught me. EVERY opponent can be broken, you just have to be willing to go there, and on the night after Final Stand, I went there. I locked in The Sharpshooter, April wouldn't give up, I had been in that position before, questioning WHY SHE WOULDN'T TAP OUT, HOW COULD SHE NOT TAP OUT? But something clicked, an old memory maybe from when I was training, but as she screamed refusing to tap, I gave her no other choice. I bridged back, I bent her spine, I let her shrills of pain be music to my ears, and that's when she saw what Natalya Neidhart is truly capable of. That is when everyone went from seeing me as the woman they WISH could stop Apri, to the woman that CAN, and WILL.


[Tom Phillips]
The first woman to truly face April in a match with stakes as high as this upcoming battle was Mia Yim. A prospect that had arrived on the screen with a lot of momentum, she ended the career of our General Manager Layla, and after losing the title to Sister April, she wasn't seen again, until last week when a member of The Sisterhood challenged you to a Steel Cage Match, and she when removed her hood....Mia Yim had undergone a terrifying transformation, you overcame that challenge but I'm told she's issued you another one tonight?





[Natalya]
Seeing what has become of Mia, fills me with a bit of sadness, but I'm past that point, nothing shocks me anymore. I gave April a taste of what I can do when there's a cage trapping me that ring with my prey, and I guess I didn't prove enough to her, or her "Sisterhood" because as I was arriving in the building earlier, I pulled in the parking lot, which was unusually dark, and immediately hit the brakes as Mia Yim and two her her "sisters" stood in front of my car and said "Join us, tonight, you, versus us...." and then they backed away, the lights suddenly came on, and they were gone...so naturally, I accept. Why turn down a chance to hurt April by punishing her misguided "sisters?"


[Tom Phillips]
Well the biggest question I have is regarding two weeks ago when you shocked the world and challenged Sister April to step inside Hell in a Cell with you...what made that your match type of choice?





[Natalya]
She's put me through nothing but hell for these past 8 months, from being this terror I couldn't comprehend, to being the boogeyman in my closet, the monster under my bed, I have gone through so much because of her. The mental warfare, it's exhausting, it makes you question everything, and no matter how much you try to put it behind you, to just face facts that you can't beat her, no matter how much you thought you could...she just didn't quit, she wouldn't stop clawing her way inside my head, trying to manipulate me, to be my "sister." I mean in all my years in this business, never did I expect one day someone would leave me lying in a pool of my own blood, and then...drag me away to who knows where, and torture me, for weeks on end, the anguish, the mental mind games, the pain...the feeling of your own blood, dried on your face, tears streaming down, BEGGING FOR HER TO STOP, TO LET YOU GO, TO...TO JUST, TO KILL YOU ALREADY AND BE DONE WITH IT!



Tom's jaw drops as Natalya's eyes widen, her lip quivering as if she were having flashbacks of what to this day, we haven't truly learned the extent of what torture April put her through. But that outburst, that raw admission, it fills the air with an emotional silence for a moment. But then she looks up, a cold expression her face, a darkness in her eyes.





[Natalya]
I've been put through Hell, Tom....do I need to spell that out for you any more than I already have? Do you need to question my challenge? To ask me if I'm in my right mind to willingly throw myself into the most dangerous match known in Wrestling? OF COURSE, I'M NOT IN MY RIGHT MIND, HAVE YOU EVEN BEEN LISTENING? HAVE YOU NOT SEEN EVERYTHING, EVERY LITTLE THING SHE'S SAID, AND DONE TO ME?! This isn't about being "The Main-Event, and as much as I want to be Women's Champion, this isn't about that either no, this is about hurting her. This is about torturing her, making her feel unimaginable pain because as witnessed last month, I...I can make her feel pain, I can make her beg for mercy, but there will be NONE. I will break every bone in her fragile little body if I have to, I will shatter her spirit. I'm going "there" and when I do? She'll be left to rot in Hell, where she belongs.



Blunt, intense, and personally driven, Natalya looks into the camera, showing us how intense this situation between her and April, how serious she's taking this. Then she turns and walks away, leaving Tom utterly speechless, along with the rest of The XWL Universe.







Tom's gaze remains fixated on the direction Natalya left, as we fade.

Normal Match





[Mauro Ranallo]
And here he comes Corey! The face of "Hustle, Loyalty and Respect!" I can't be more excited.

[Corey Graves]
He is hardly the face of his own t-shirt, much less anything else.

The crowd comes to life with the theme of the one and only John Cena coming over the airways. The intro comes down as Cena comes out onto stage, throwing his hands up, smiling. He looks to the camera, smirking and pointing.

"I might not get AJ but I'm still going to stir up the pot around here by beating the number one contender tonight!"

He then reaches into his back pocket, pulling out his banner, displaying it in front of him allowin the world to read "Hustle, Loyalty, Respect" laid out on a piece of cloth. He wraps that up, tossing it out to the nearby crowd members before raising a salute to his head, pausing for only a moment.

[Corey Graves]
As much as I don't like Cena I have to admit that I'm excited for this match Ranallo.

[Mauro Ranallo]
You swallowed your pride? What is the occassion?

[Corey Graves]
Oh will you shut up?

Cena begins his signature sprint down the entrance ramp, running past the boos and cheers emanating from the crowd on either side of him. With the proverbial finish line within his sight, Cena begins to transition his weight so that he's able to slide under the bottom rope with ease. He swiftly reaches his destination but just before he could make it inside the ring, he's sent crashing onto the thinly layered padding surround the outside of the ring. The sound of Cena's skull meeting his roadblock in the shape of a steel chair echos throughout the arena, denying him entry into the ring.

[Mauro Ranallo]
What on earth was that!? Who was that!?

[Corey Graves]
Cena's out! Cena's out!



The sound of Cena's theme coming to an abrupt end mirrors the sound of the steel chair in question hitting the floor as it's tossed aside, doing its job for the moment. In its place, a mixture of boos and cheers fill the arena as the culprit responsible is revealed to be a man who hasn't been seen in over three years: The Miz. With his wife, Maryse, hosting Anarchy this week in her hometown, one would have expected The Miz to show up in some capacity, but like this?

[Corey Graves]
This just got Awesome! I am so excited!

[Mauro Ranallo]
You're excited for this blatantly uncalled for attack!?

[Corey Graves]
You don't mess with another man's wife!



Cena remains with his back on the bottom of the ramp, clearly feeling the effects of the steel chair that was just driven into his cranium. The Miz remains stoic and while his intentions are clear, his reasoning is not. He slowly begins walking towards a barely stirring John Cena, each step as careful as the last, knowing full well of what Cena is capable of when he's down. Instead of going straight for the kill like he would have in the past, The Miz decides to savor this moment while he has it. He opts to deliver a swift but precise stomp, driving it into Cena's abdomen.

[Mauro Ranallo]
The Miz is giving it to John Cena here and there isn't an ounce of security stopping him. One would think that Maryse has something to do with that!



He tries to hold back the pain, but The Miz is just getting started. One stomp has turned to two, yielding the same result. He goes for the hat trick but inches away from Cena's abdomen, he stops and instead looks down towards the Leader of the Cenation. Maybe he's second guessing himself? Almost instantly that's quickly thrown out the window as The Miz drops down to a knee and begins unloading fist after fist, punch after punch to Cena's head. Cena tries his best to cover up from the assault but it proves to be futile. After what must have felt like an eternity to Cena, The Miz rises up from the ground and lets out a yell, showing that he's clearly fired up and begins to remove his shirt before tossing it aside.



The crowd seems to be split down the middle, as with anything involving John Cena. Half of which are loving the assault by the returning Miz, while the other half are cheering on their fallen hero in John Cena. After being the recipient of this uncalled for assault, Cena tries to at least make it to his feet so he'll have some sort of chance to repel his attacker and get some offense in. But The Miz isn't going to let that happen so easily, taking the opportunity to kick Cena in the ribs while he's on all fours, causing him to roll off to the side of the ramp. Not allowing him to catch his breath, The Miz takes a hold of Cena and drags him towards the center of the ramp before tossing Cena's arm over his head, leaving it resting over his neck.



It's evident what The Miz has in mind and his intentions become solidified when he takes a hold of Cena's belt. Without wasting another moment, The Miz uses as much strength as he could muster and tries to lift Cena into the air to slam him down into the unforgiving steel with a suplex. Cena has other plans as he begins unloading fists into The Miz's abdomen, marking his first bit of offense since this assault began. With the tables seemingly being flipped on him, The Miz is now the one in danger of being suplexed onto the entrance ramp. Cena begins to life Miz up off the ramp but not allowing this attack to be turned on him, he manages to shift his weight to land behind Cena. He quickly spins him around and lands a swift knee to Cena's already targeted abdomen. Without hesitation, The Miz takes advantage of this moment by sending Cena and himself crashing onto the entrance ramp with a snap suplex.

[Mauro Ranallo]
Right onto the steel. I thought Cena was making a comeback there for a moment.



It isn't apparent who got the worse end of that maneuver as both men are feeling the effects of the snap suplex. As Cena rolls around on the ramp, The Miz slowly finds his way towards the barricade along side the ramp to aid him back to his feet. He puts a hand on him and pulls himself up off the floor, a few of the nearby fans taking this as an invitation to begin slapping him on the shoulder and encouraging him. The second he's on his feet, he swats their hands away and shouts at them, “Don't you dare touch me!” A negative reaction emits from the general area but it doesn't seem to bother The Miz.



Meanwhile, Cena has managed to crawl up the ramp, creating some distance between himself and The Miz in an attempt to give himself some breathing room. The Miz begins to make his way towards Cena to continue the punishment but stops himself as he looks up towards the Titantron, which is showing a brief replay of the snap suplex on the entrance ramp. Seeing this brings a cold smile to The Miz's face before he returns his attention to Cena the second it ends.



The Miz begins making his way towards the fallen John Cena, who slowly struggles to make it to his feet. Instead of attacking him directly, The Miz circles around his prey, delivering weak kicks towards the downed Leader of the Cenation. It's clear that they aren't doing any real damage, but that doesn't seem to be their intent as it appears that their purpose is moreso for insult over injury. Like a cat toying with a mouse, The Miz lets Cena make it to his feet, a “miztake” he quickly regrets.



With a right hand heading in his direction, Cena quickly blocks it and begins unloading his own rights, sending The Miz stumbling backwards up the remainder of the ramp before being forced to defend himself on the stage. Momentum quickly begins shifting towards Cena's side with each successful blow that connects, causing a portion of the crowd to boo in unison. The Miz goes for a stray right hand, with the hopes of stopping this onslaught but Cena easily avoids it and without warning, lists The Miz up off his feet and onto Cena's shoulders.



Struggling to break out of Cena's grip, The Miz desperately resorts to using rapid fire elbows directed at Cena's jaw. This proves to be a successful endeavor as The Miz is now on his feet as Cena holds his jaw. Not letting this opportunity go to waste, The Miz kicks Cena in the knee, causing him to fall down onto the stage and allowing The Miz the opening he needed to wrap his arm around Cena's head before planting him into the stage with a DDT.



Both men lie on the stage as a quick replay showing off multiple angles of what just happened appear on the Titantron. The Miz slowly begins to stir, quite the opposite from Cena, who has yet to move an inch. Upon making it up to his knees, The Miz is heard shouting, “Is that all you got?” at Cena, who has slowly begun to show signs of life. This infuriates The Miz, causing him to shout out, “Don't you know how to stay down?”



Cena struggles to make it up to his knees and after a few moments he finally does, prompting The Miz to finish catching his breath and lift himself up off the stage. The Miz makes it up first while Cena is a second or so behind, giving The Miz the first shot in this brawl. Cena takes the first hit in stride and retaliates with one of his own, causing The Miz to stumble backwards towards the Minitron. A brief moment later, The Miz fires another shot back, causing Cena to repay the favor with another shot of his own. A few more shots are swung from both sides before The Miz decides he's tired of this back and forth and makes a move to turn the tides back in his favor.



A swift low blow is all that's needed and The Miz is back in the drivers seat. Cena falls back down to the ramp beneath him like a sack of potatoes as The Miz drops down to his knees, spotting the metal structure holding up the XWL logo on the far end of the stage. The cogs in his head begin to turn as an idea manifests itself inside his brain. He takes a moment to catch his breath before rising back up to his feet and making his way towards Cena. The Miz begins to lift Cena's carcass up off the stage but struggles to do so as Cena is all but knocked unconscious.



The Miz wraps his hands around Cena's head and with as much momentum as he could get, he sends Cena flying into the logo with enough force that it causes it to spin and nearly tip it over. Another replay shows up on the Titantron, and in addition to the multiple camera angles, a slow motion shot of Cena being thrown into the logo closes out the replay.



Cena lies motionless on the ramp as a sick smile appears on his face, clearly admiring his handiwork. A portion of the live audience in attendance begins to rally behind Cena in an attempt to keep him in this fight but it may too little too late for the Leader of the Cenation to turn this around. But that doesn't stop The Miz from participating with the crowd, clearly mocking their “Let's go Cena” and “Cena sucks” chants, which draws the ire of the audience.



While The Miz was having his fun at the crowd's expense, Cena has slowly begun showing signs of life. The Miz hasn't noticed this as his focus is still on the crowd he's mocking. The cheers of the crowd increase as some fans begin motioning for The Miz to turn around but to no avail. He couldn't care less what they have to say and opts to turn his attention back to Cena, who he now notices is slowly but surely making it up to his feet.



Instead of sending Cena back to the floor with a strike of some sort, The Miz decides to let Cena rise to his feet and begins stalking him. Cena doesn't know this and is too busy trying to gather up his remaining strength to make it up to his feet. With each passing second, The Miz gets more and more anxious until his lack of patience gets the best of him.



The Miz locks him a full nelson and pulls Cena up to his feet. He tries to fight out of it but to no avail. That is until The Miz goes to sweep the leg for his finishing maneuver: The Skull Crushing Finale. Cena, with a last ditch effort, swings his head backwards, catching The Miz across the face and causing him to release the hold. Trying to keep the momentum going, Cena lifts The Miz onto his shoulders one more time with the Attitude Adjustment in mind but The Miz telegraphs it, almost as if he was expecting it. He slides behind Cena and locks him the full nelson again. And this time, he swiftly sweeps the leg, driving Cena head first into the metal structure with the Skull Crushing Finale.



The portion of the audience that were cheering Cena throughout this brutal assault fall hushed, knowing that it would take a miracle and then some to get Cena back on his feet. Meanwhile, the other half couldn't be more excited, despite it being The Miz who was doing the deed. Instead of making it back up to his feet, The Miz stays seated next to the metal structure that he just used to his advantage, enjoying the sight that lays before him.



One final replay graces the Titantron, as The Miz looks on, proud of what he accomplished tonight. After various camera angles and slow motion shots, the cameras cut back to the arena, where The Miz is now on his feet. He begins to make his way to the back, stopping a few feet short as his wife and tonight's host of Anarchy, Maryse, walks out onto the stage. She examines the scene for a few moments before looking at her husband, causing a smile to form on her face. A smile appears on The Miz's face in response before Maryse takes a few steps towards him and rewards The Miz with a kiss. They break away after a moment, causing Maryse to do her signature hand gesture directed toward Cena before they both make their way towards the back. The final shot shown is of a laid out Cena being shown receiving aid from medical personnel before Anarchy fades into a commercial break.

Broken Matt Hardy walks out upon the stage alone, but has a microphone in hand. The "DELETE" Chants begin pour from the crowd which causes a smile to break upon the face of the Broken One himself. He brings the mic up to his lips, and begins to speak.

What a WONDERFUL reaction from all of you, but I am here to deliver some unfortunate to you all. Due to the fact of Brother Nero's breaking point finally being achieved as we all saw last week what he did was ABSOLUTELY insane. No mere mortal would be able to come back the next week like nothing happened. His vessel has been harmed by his actions, but he did prove to me.. that he has finally become Broken He shall join my side in my quest to prove why the name Hardy is the greatest of all space, and time. The proof starts at the pour that is down while myself, and Scodrick shall go to battle over gold, and that is what I am here to PROCURE. With the guiding light of the Seven Deities I swear to you that I shall come out on top. Then my Broken army shall be in full force, and we shall DELETE everyone who crosses our path...

Broken Matt drops the mic, and starts doing his DELETE taunt as his music begins to play as we go to a commercial break.

The "Handicap" match has gone on for about 15 minutes, and to the surprise of most, the two women on the side of the ring, still cloaked by their robes haven't tagged in once. No instead it's been all Mia and Natalya, reigniting a budding rivalry that had begun last year, with tensions even higher after Natalya's victory over her in The Steel Cage Match they had last week. But as Natalya spins for her Discus Clothesline, Yim ducks, and Natalya accidentally lands in dangerous territory, the corner where The Sisterhood were. Immediately each grabs one of Natalya's arms and begins to hold her trapped, Mia then rushes forward driving her boot straight into Natalya's face! She slumps over, probably would've dropped to the mat, but she's still being restrained by the other members of The Sisterhood. Mia then begins to repeatedly kick her over and over, the referee tries to intervene, but one look into her white eyes, and he backs away. Natalya's Canadian fans boo in drones, getting louder and louder, but they're as helpless as she is right now.


[Mauro Ranallo]
This is absolutely savage...Natalya's not in a good place right now.

[Corey Graves]
That's putting it lightly, she's being dissected by Mia Yim! This is what made Mia such a danger to the division last year, and it's as if whatever April did to her, only amplified that danger.



Sister April stands on the outside, stroking her title, shouting "RESISTANCE IS FUTILE, NATTIE, WHEN WILL YOU ACCEPT US, WE'RE YOUR SISTERS, STOP FIGHTING IT!" After several straight headshots, Natalya's completely sunk to the mat, The Sisterhood releases their grip, and you can see the sinister thoughts enter Mia Yim's mind. She grabs Nattie by her blonde locks and drags her out of the corner. Mia turns to April who gives her a nod of approval, then slowly she kneels down yanking Natalya up by her hair, and begins to set her up for The Package Piledriver!  



[Corey Graves]

With Natalya completely dead weight, it takes Mia a little extra time and effort to get in position, having to literally hold her whole weight up while trying to hook her. The fans look on in horror, trying to rally behind her, to somehow give her a surge of energy, but as Natalya's lifted up, all hope dwindles....until she pushes herself back down to the mat just like she did last week! A second wind coming within her, she breaks free of The Package Piledriver, then just like last week shifts the power in her favor, LIFTING MIA YIM UP FOR THE N-POWERBOMB! BUT MIA'S FIGHTING IT! She delivers several temple blows, then pushes out of Natalya's grasp, landing to her feet, sweeping Natalya's legs out from under her, and....the BOOS REIGN IN ALMOST INSTANTLY AS MIA LOCKS IN THE SHARPSHOOTER!

Without hesitation, Natalya claws the mat screaming in defiance, she's been flipped over onto her belly, so the real fight begins now because she's trapped in a move she perfected, so surely she has a way to break free? But after all, she endured by the pack of The Sisterhood just moments ago, she might have found that second wind, but it's not granting her immunity from the wounds she's already dealing with from this Handicap Match. All you can hear are boos, the arena is deafening, there's no other sound you can hear but the absolute ire of Canada. Even a "Natalya" chant trying to pick up steam can't seem to due to the fact the boos are so continuous. The referee kneels down, trying to keep his distance from Mia, asking Natalya if she gives up but instantly yells "NO!" She tries to dig her nails into the canvas further, to drag herself to the ropes, but Mia just sits down further, cranking the pressure on even more! The referee asks again, getting closer to truly grasp the situation when the bell suddenly sounds to the utter dismay of the Nation of Canada. NATALYA JUST TAPPED?

As the fans quickly get past their dismay, they realize they've been deceived, because the camera cuts over to the time keeper's area and holding the bell is none other than April! April's face is morphed into a twisted grin as Natalya just looks on helplessly. The crowd boo April with all their might

Natalya sits on her knees, staring at April in disbelief, almost frozen from everything around her. Before Natalya can do or say anything she is kicked in the back of the head by Mia! Without stopping Mia mounts Natalya and begins to throw punch after punch, elbow after elbow. She eventually stops her assault and drags Natalya to her feet. Once again it looks like Mia is setting up for the Package Piledriver! But SOMEHOW Natalya finds the strength to back drop Mia before she can even begin to lift. Mia gets to her feet and turns back around, intent of regaining control. However when she turns around she's damn near decapitated by a Discuss Clothesline! Mia's body hits the ring hard. Natalya breathes heavy, regaining her wind. Almost instantly her gaze locks with April and she charges. She's stopped when the two other Sisterhood members of the match step between her and the ropes. April smiles and snaps her fingers. The lights flicker for no longer than three seconds but when the come back the entire rampway and outside of the ring are filled with women in black cloaks

Natalya looks at the situation she's in. There is nowhere to run. Nowhere to hide. All she can do it fight. So she does. Nat spins around and launches herself at the two women in front of her, taking them down with a double Discuss clothesline! Meanwhile April has grabbed a mic

(Sister April)
Don't you see Natalya! We just want to help you!


The more Sisterhood members slide into the ring and charge Natalya. One goes down from a knee to the stomach. The next tries to punch Natalya but Nattie grabs her arm and pulls her into a shoulder block. The last runs and tries to grab Natalya but The Queen of Harts back peddles a little and reaches out, grabbing the Sisterhood member by her head. The veteran of the ring uses the woman's momentum and sends her flying over the top rope! The woman lands into a sea of other women, knocking them down to the ground

(Sister April)
Why won't you just accept us?! We don't want to have to hurt you Sister Nattie!


Natalya's enraged eyes lock back onto April's. However in that moment of distraction, a member of the Sisterhood slides into the ring armed with a kendo stick. The crowd is screaming for her to turn around but it's too late. The woman cocks back and with all her might strikes Natalya with the stick. Nattie's eyes close in what looks like pain as April grins. The grin slowly goes away though as Natalya doesn't fall. Actually, she doesn't even move. She simply opens her eyes and stares back into April's. The woman cocks back and hits her again. But it seems to have no effect! April stares at Natalya in pure awe. The woman tries one more time but Natalya turns and catches the stick. The woman's eyes go big and she tries to pull the kendo stick out of Natalya's grasp. Instead, it is Natalya who rips the stick out of the woman's hand! And like something has snapped inside of The Queen of Harts! Natalya hits the woman in the gut with a shot that echoes around the arena. The shot knocks the woman to the ground and Natalya starts to tee off on her. Shot after shot Natalya hits her again and again as if she's hitting April herself. Finally Sisterhood members begin to interfere. Women rush the ring and tries to take down Natalya but each woman is met with a shot to the chest or back or even head. Natalya is a one woman army laying waste to the Sisterhood!

HOW IS SHE DOING THIS?!

You could say she's got a lot of HART, Corey! Natalya has endured so much from April, and now from her sisters, she's fueled by all the anguish and pain.

What I wanna know is where the hell this Natalya's been? THIS is the woman that can be champion, that can beat April, she's dropping sisters left and right!

It took a lot of poking and proding, but April has brought out a new itensity within the third generation Superstar.


At last, there's an opening and Natalya slides out the ring and begins to make her way to April. April simply smiles and make a 'come here' motion with her finger. More women try to get in the way but armed with that kendo stick and due to the fact that there is only so much space to try and get to Natalya, the numbers game has almost become a disadvantage. Finally through the broken bodies of the Sisterhood Natalya stands across from April. The two are locked into an intense stare down, neither making a move. It looks as if Natalya is gonna do something when she feels someone tugging at her leg. Natalya turns around, kendo stick raised high into the air, ready to bring it down on whoever was dumb enough to get involved! But she stops. Natalya instantly drops her kendo stick. While yes, it's a member of the Sisterhood this member is unlike the others. This member is a little girl. A little girl with black hair stares up at Natalya with almost emotionless like face. Natalya bends down slowly, staring the girl in the face. After getting over the initial shock she feels like she's seen them before

(Sister April)
You know her...think Natalya!

Natalya squints her eyes at the girl and suddenly the girl smiles. Natalya's eyes widen in shock and she leaps back!

(Sister April)
So you realize now. That's the girl from Final Stand. Your little fan. When you join our Sisterhood you will have to give up your current relationships so I thought you'd enjoy a little something from your past. Do you like her? I'll admit, I've grown very fond of her myself. I even named her Abigail! She even has my eyes

Sure enough she's right. "Abigail" has that dulled eye look in her eye that April gets. Natalya shake her head continuously. The little girl simply continues to smile at Natalya. The look on Natalya's face is one of rage. She turns to April, intent on ending her there, but April quickly grabs her and delivers a Sister Abigail! Natalya goes limp on the outside and April simply stares down at her with a sick smile on her face. Abigail comes next to her and April runs her head affectionately. April then turns on her heels and snaps her fingers. A member fetcher her title while other members grab Nattie's prone body. Once again it seems af if Natalya is gonna be taken prisoner by April.

The crowd is left silent at the sight of April and Abigail walking up the ramp hand in hand while the Sisterhood and Their prisoner walk behind. The camera zooms in on April's and Abigail's face. April simply smiles but you can see Abigail mouthing the words....

Please welcome my guest at this time: the Rated R Superstar, Edge.

As Edge begins to step into the view of the camera, far off in the arena the fans can be heard going absolutely crazy, cheering their fellow Canadian. Edge couldn't help smiling as he heard the crowd go insane just at the sight of him-- it was something new to his ears; all this time he only got boo'ed out of the building, but now for once the fans were embracing him. Edge steps closer to Renee Young so they can begin the interview.

Ah, it feels great to be somewhere where people support you for a change.

Now that Edge got his opening statement out of the way, Renee only smiles and begins the actual purpose of this camera time.

Edge, as we all know last week, During the match including The Undertaker, and your apparent rival, Austin Aries, You attacked Aries potentially robbing him of a could be huge win over the Undertaker, why would you do that?

Edge looks almost confused on why Renee would ask him that question.

Renee, I know you are just doing your job and all, but why would you ask me such a question? That is like asking: " Why did Hitler gas the Jews? ". Look, I absolutely despise Austin Aries. And over the past few weeks, he has been acting like a parasite, bugging me during my matches. Last week, I had enough of him acting like the cocky dickwad he is, and I made it known that he wasn't gonna walk all over me. If you haven't read my shirt Renee, I am the " Best DAMN Wrestler " and I'm not gonna allow some glorified bottom card wrestler act like he owns this damn place. Why don't you ask me why he keeps interrupting my matches, why he assaulted me because to answer your question last week, he had it coming. Me intervening last week was inevitable, it was gonna happen; and he deserved every bit of what he got last week and it only made it sweeter to see him dropped on his head by the Undertaker. This man thinks he is untouchable, but if you ask me, He is another superstar struggling to keep on his feet in XWL. I had my moments too, but I found a way to get up, without dropping good competition. Aries, last week was a warning, but just in case you didn't here me as you rolled in pain, If you try to walk all over me, I won't hesitate to end your career in XWL, and send you back to the Indies like the unsuccessful cruiserweight piece of shit that you are an-.

Mid sentence, in the distance a voice can be heard.

OH REALLY!?

As soon as those words caught Edge's ear, he snapped in the direction that it came from with a crazed look in his eye. However, upon looking in the direction of the shouting, a chair came hurdling towards Edge and bouncing off his face. Without time to react Austin Aries pounces on Edge, throwing punch after punch at Edge. They began to drift through the arena, Edge just trying to evade an attack from Aries long enough to grab his wits, but it wasn't happening, as Aries would continue to lay waste to Edge. Finally in attempt to stop Edge from escaping, Aries hops on the back of the Rated R Superstar and wraps Edge in a chokehold. Thirty seconds in the hold see the attempt from Aries a success, as Edge lay unconscious on the floor. Aries had twice now got the jump on Edge, but Austin wasn't done. Aries began eyeballing a soda machine and he picks up Edge, who is now groggy, but has no idea where he is. Pulling his head up to put a look of hatred in Edge's eyes, Austin Aries launches Edge into the soda machine. Upon impact, glass shatters and some shards stick into Edge's back. Edge makes no reaction, but just collapses to the floor, it also seems Edge was slightly electrocuted from the soda machine. Finally referees separate Aries from the defenseless Edge who lay prone, knocked out. Aries put his hands on his hips and spits in Edge's direction.

We return to a familiar room, in the middle of the room sat a chair which could be argued that it looked like a throne. On the wall in in front of the chair, pictures of every man that is in XWL-- some of the faces were marked out including Bray Wyatt, T.J. Perkins, and Austin Aries. However, out of all the faces on the wall, one seemed to be the biggest on purpose, and a lot of inspection wasn't need to tell who the picture was of. The picture was of one beaten and battered Finn Balor. Going back to the chair in the room, on the back was the insignia of The Undertaker, and it appeared the Dead Man himself was sitting in the chair, looking up at the Photo of Finn Balor. The room was silent, until the Dead Man began to speak.[/center]

It appears you didn't take my warning to heart... Finn, you have made the worst mistake of your pathetic life. But as you beg I want you to remember: YOU brought this on yourself. You wanted to play with the fire and now it will burn you. I told you your time would come and I was wiping my hands clean of you, but it seems you didn't take your chance to run. So in return I will take your soul and end your days of pretending to be a demon... But tonight will only be the beginning...



The Undertaker rises from his throne and walks towards the picture of Balor.

I told you I was going to make you suffer, and that is a promise I won't break. It seems as though torturing you wasn't enough for you to listen to reason, so now I will make you suffer in far worse way. Finn, destroying you isn't enough, so now I will turn my attention to your goals, your dreams. Tonight after I claim your soul, as you stagger without any meaning to your life, I will go on and take everything you so desire. That's right, after I finish collecting your soul, I will turn my attention to Brock Lesnar. To be honest with you Finn, I had no desire to destroy him, I had " bigger" plans, but now I will destroy him like I have done Wyatt, and Perkins, and now You, to make you suffer even more. To make you realize everything you want, every dream you have will disappear. Finn Balor, I wish to kill not only you, but your will, and by night's end I will claim your soul, and You will. REST. IN. PEACE.

Undertaker turns towards the camera, staring into every man's soul through the screen.



And to you Brock Lesnar. Get ready, a far worse storm is coming.

The Undertaker begins to laugh as he turns around, back towards the photo of Finn Balor. His sounds echo until the camera fades.

look, I just ain't got it in me to do entrances. I'm tired. This is due to go up tomorrow. I'm just not willing nor able to. Enjoy what I give you and watch the match. It's pretty alright.

The crowd is in a hype as Bray Wyatt and Chris Jericho stand in the ring across from each other. Luke Harper and Kevin Owens stand on opposite sides of the ring. Kevin jumps up, calling Chris over before the ref can call for the bell. Kevin whispers in Jericho's ear, more than likely giving him advice.

Kevin Owens pats Crhis on the shoulder and jumps off the apron as the ref calls for the bell. As soon as he does, Kevin turns, walking around the ring. Without even looking towards the ring, he heads for the ramp.

Kevin just left him high and dry!

Chris turns, yelling to the stage, clearly confused and upset as to why Kevin has left him, apparently forgetting what happened just last week. Kevin never looks back, disappearing into the back as Chris sighs, slowly turning back to the monsters he has to deal with as the match comes to a begin.
