1.  Mia Yim defends vs Sasha Banks!

Sasha Banks became the Number One Contender for Mia Yim's Women's Championship, but not without controversy. After Michelle got her foot on the rope unbeknownst to the referee, Sasha was originally declared the rightful contender only for it to be taken away and put up for grabs again, which Sasha won once more. This week, Mia Yim will have her first defense of the title she won at Downpour against "The Boss!"


2.  Monster vs Monster!

Leo Kruger has been on an absolute tear as he looks to destroy XWL from within with the help of his Pack, Batista and Luke Harper. After ousting the mastadon known as Braun Strowman, Kruger looks more dangerous than ever as he prepares to hunt the "Eater of Worlds", who has been on a tear in his own right, having taken out two of the four opponents he faced at Downpour to win the Intercontinental Championship with serious injuries. But with Sister April as his only ally, could Bray Wyatt be at a disadvantage against Kruger and The Pack?


3.  Who is truly ELITE!?

CM Punk is never at a loss for words. Last week the Straight Edge Messiah interrupted Sami Zayn's Celebration and made it known that he was challenging for the XWL Elite Championship. This week, the first of the best of three matches takes place as Sami Zayn looks to defend his newly-acquired title!


4.   Who's Next?

Paul Heyman has definitely stated his case to become the new permanent General Manager of XWL Anarchy over the last two weeks, albeit with slight favoritism towards his favorite client, "The Beast Incarnate" Brock Lesnar. However, the former mastermind of Extreme Championship Wrestling's two weeks in charge are now up, and Vince has set up another trial run. Who will be named the new General Manager come Emergence, and will it be the person in charge tonight?

5.  The Greatest Showoff That Ever Lived?

Dolph Ziggler and Austin Aries have been involved in a bitter rivalry for the last month in a game of one-upsmanship. Tonight, the Showoff and The Greatest Man That Ever Lived (#TGMTEL) will find themselves in the first ever "Poison Roulette" where both men shall pick a competitor for the other to face. Who will each man choose?

Kruger begins pacing back, and forth waiting for his prey. It seems Kruger can not contain himself.

It appears Kruger is more than ready for this war with Bray Wyatt tonight..

I have never seen anyone so ready to fight someone like Bray Wyatt..

A huge smirk crosses the face of Leo Kruger as he watches Bray Wyatt make his way down the ramp.

Leo Kruger has dethroned Bray Wyatt and is the New Intercontinental champion.

Kruger is on his knees before his fall prey looking down upon him. Kruger slowly raises his head looking directly into the camera with a smirk upon his face. The ref cautiously bring the title over to Kruger. He looks over, and notices the ref. Kruger stands up, and snatches the title right out of the refs hands. Immediately the ref backs away. By this time Bray Wyatt has been rolled out of the ring. Kruger holds the title before him as he gazes upon it. He goes down to his knees, and puts the title on the ground. Kruger now on all fours takes in the scent of the title.


.:Mauro Ranallo:.
He defiantly believes he is one of those wolves...

He bends down, and picks up the title up with his teeth. He looks up with the title in his mouth with a sinister smile.

.:Corey Graves:.
Look at him! He is proud of himself... after the carnage he has cause out here.

He then grabs the title out of his mouth, and goes to the corner. He stands up on the second corner, and raises the title high.




The screen darkens as we go to a commercial break.

As we come back from a commercial Renee Young is standing by with a smile on her face.

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen! Please welcome my guest at this time Mickie James.

Mickie James steps into view with a smile on her face as she hears the fans cheer inside the arena.

.:Renee Young:.
Mickie it has been a quite a while since we heard from you last. You have been on quite a roll as of late every since you defeated Madison Rayne, and upon her defeat she decided to leave XWL shortly after, but you didn't comment on your big win, or even boast about Madison Rayne leaving the company. Why is that?

.:Mickie James:.
See when I am new to a place. I like to to keep my head down, stay quite, and build myself up before I open up, and start talking to people. I feel that is the best tactic coming into a new work place. You have to make a name for yourself before you can be respected, and I believe that's what I am doing. I am an ass kicking hardcore country girl that won't stop until I climb the very top, and after last week I see I still have a way to go. Sasha Banks, I know your back here listening somewhere, and I just wanna say you may have got me this time, but...


.:Mickie James:.
But next time it will be a different story. I took this week of to
I was feeling really good about myself going into that match, because up until that match I was undefeated, but I will not let this loss affect me in the long run. Next week, I will be ready once again to get back in the groove of things, because I am the kind of girl that never gives up.

Yeah, I'm really mad right now! I mean... I had that win! I almost beat that crazy lady... but she had to do that really scary spider walk thing... and it made my head go all wonky. I turned around and saw... THAT coming after me. I didn't even have time to react and before I knew it I woke up and her theme was playing! Then last week Paige and Aj had to ruin the great Tag Match by not playing by the rules and getting it thrown out!

I want everyone in here and everyone watching this to look at me.  I look like a star.  Everytime I pick up a microphone I sound like a star.  Look at this ripped up body of mine. Im built like a star.  It doesn't matter if it's that Swiss punk or the juiced up stank ass punk I just knocked the dust off of. I perform like a star.  So tell me WHY im not the biggest damn star in wrestling.  WHY my first couple matches have been against some weak ass chumps. When are THEY gonna put me up against some real competition.  Tell me WHY, THEY didnt give me a call when I was busting my ass and rising to the top of the industry.  I'll tell you WHY.  It's because THEY are afraid that I am better then anything they ever got.  And tell me WHY I haven't even been asked to have an interview by anyone yet, and I'm the hottest star in XWL.  THEY are trying to make sure I don't make it to the main event scene and get the belt wrapped around my waist.  Come Emergence if THEY do put me in the Money in the Bank match, I'm gonna take whats mine.  Because I'm tired of being treated like an outsider and a second class citizen.



[R-TRUTH]
Now, don't get it twisted I'm not an angry black man, I'm just the damn truth, and the truth will no longer be denied!

R-Truth drops the mic, exits the ring, and makes his way up the ramp to the back.

Following R-Truth's rant, we switch gears and head backstage where Tom Phillips is standing by, awaiting his guest's arrival. He stares into the camera with a smile upon seeing something to his left, then begins to address us, The XWL viewers.





[Tom Phillips]
Ladies and Gentlemen, please welcome my guest, The Queen of Harts herself, Natalya!


She shifts over to his side from off camera, but doesn't say anything. Instead, she just stands there, silently looking down, which leads Tom to begin.





[Tom Phillips]
Tonight you go one on one with Nikki Storm, a woman that refers to herself as "The Best in The Galaxy" you've yet to compete against her during her two months in XWL, how do you feel heading into your match with her?






[Natalya]
Well, honestly...that isn't what I want to talk about, am I excited to step in that ring, just like I am every other night? Absolutely. But my match isn't the topic of tonight, this first ever encounter isn't what we should be talking about, this isn't about me, or her...tonight, is special, and the fact that it's been ignored, is really ruffling my feathers, Tom.

Unlike usual, her tone is very, irritated, as she continues.





[Natalya]
TONIGHT, is about The Main-Event, The Women's Championship Match between Mia Yim, and Sasha Banks. THAT, is what is important, THAT is what EVERYONE should be talking about, but instead...you've got everyone talking about themselves, when news flash, ladies? This division, isn't about you, it's not about any of us, it's about ALL of us together, as a group, and what we represent, what and who represents us. This is a big deal, this, is a step in the right direction of proving what we, WE are capable of.






[Natalya]
Like honestly, regardless of any personal feelings you may have towards either woman in that match, it is flat out disrespectful to not only them, but the entire division to act as if it's not happening, as if it's not important. Where's the excitement? WHERE is the respect? Because whoever leaves tonight as The Women's Champion? That is who we aspire to beat, to take to her limit so that we can call that title our own should we find ourselves ever so fortunate enough to compete for it.






[Tom Phillips]
Obviously you're very passionate about this division, and this topic in general, so what do you think about tonight's Women's Title Match which will see champion Mia Yim defend against challenger Sasha Banks?





[Natalya]
Truthfully, I'm just, so proud of them to be in this position. Do I deep down inside have a little bit of envy that it's them, and not me? Sure, but my time will come soon enough. As Stephanie said earlier, this place better have good insurance because they are going to blow the roof off this place! Sasha has done so much in such a short time, they both have, they are the future of this division, and tonight...they have their first, of I'm sure many clashes over the next coming years. This is the first mark in their future, in ALL of our futures. Either Mia Yim after retiring one of the most influential women to step foot in this company will once again prove why she is such a huge threat to anyone that hopes to one day be Women's Champion...or, The Boss...takes what is "hers" and makes a statement that she is here, and she...is LEGIT.

[Tom Phillips]
Well thank you for your insight Natalya, I do wish you luck tonight against Nikki Storm.


[Natalya]
I appreciate it, now if you'll excuse me I need to go get some snacks prepared, because once I'm sat in front of that monitor later on for The Women's Title Match, I'm not moving an inch. Good luck ladies, I know you're going to kill it!



With that, she heads off, having let loose a little steam at the fact the division is so silent regarding tonight's Main-Event. Perhaps this will inspire her fellow women to take notice and join her for the viewing of The Women's Championship Match? For now, we fade to a commercial break, as we grow that much closer to the big match.

Ladies and gentleman!!! Are you ready... for the first... Poison. . Roulette. . Match?!?!

The crowd yells in approval. They are amped and ready for the contest they are about to witness. Two men who will definitely put on a show and entertain the many in attendance and those watching from home. Sadly, there hopes are dashed when Matt Sydal's theme hits, which means Aries vs Young isn't what they will be watching at the moment.

Introducing first, from St. Louis, Missouri. Weighing it at 185 pounds. Matt... SYYYYYYDAL!!!

[Mauro Ranallo]
Welcome back to XWL Anarchy folks, and it looks like we're set to have the first of the "Poison Roulette" matches take place right now.

[Corey Graves]
And what a match it will be rolly polly, as we see the Golden Ticket, Matt Sydal take on the ACTUAL Greatest Man That Ever Lived, Dolph Ziggler.

[Mauro Ranallo]
I'm fairly certain that that is your opinion and yours alone, Corey. Though I do agree that Ziggler is a great talent in his own right, we will see if he can topple Aries at Emergence, the true holder of that title.

Sydal has made his way to the ring and continues to agitate the crowd by just existing in an XWL ring. Though, there seems a be a lot less stress being painted on his face since he's not facing a beast incarnate or Eric Young tonight. His music finally dies down and before the crowd had a chance to as well, Ziggler's theme booms through the arena.



Lillian Garcia
And introducing his opponent, residing in Hollywoo...

Before Lillian even had a chance to announce Ziggler, the man runs from behind the curtain, making a b-line to the ring. Ziggler instantly gets face to face with Sydal, temple to temple.

Dolph Ziggler
You wanna go man?! Huh?! You think you can take me?!

Matt Sydal
You know I can! Let's fucking do this!

Sydal almost commically gets in a ready stance with both arms extended and fingers apart. Ziggler cautiously gets down in one too and slowly starts to lock hands with Sydal. As soon as he does, the two let go and give each other a warm embrace. Ziggler looks at the crowd and yells.

Dolph Ziggler
YOU DON'T DESERVE TO SEE US WRESTLE!!!

They let go of their hug and Ziggler raises Sydal's arm before they both roll out of the ring, recalling memories of old and continuing to laugh at the crowd who thought they would seriously see this match. The referee begins his count as they walk toward the back. As they reach the ramp, the ref hits 10 and both men get counted out for a no contest. Ziggler and Sydal bow toward the crowd before walking behind the curtain for the night.

Unbelievable, WHAT A MATCH put on by two incredibly talent women!

[Corey Graves]
Can't argue with you there, they left it all in that ring, gave it everything they had...and Natalya, picks up a much needed, and statement making victory.


[Mauro Ranallo]
She expressed her excitement over the upcoming Main-Event for The Women's Championship...but if you ask me, I'd say her excitement should perhaps shift over to using this victory, as a means to why she should be next to challenge whoever leaves tonight as champion.

[Corey Graves]
I'm not a fan of her respect mantra, I feel like she isn't selfish enough, she's too focused on everyone, not enough on her...but tonight she did things her way, and she got the W, so perhaps...she may just be able to prove me wrong.


[Mauro Ranallo]
She's a different kind of competitor, but it's matches like this, that prove why she she shouldn't go unnoticed, why she shouldn't be underestimated.



An exhausted Natalya rises for a moment to have her hand raised by the referee, but quickly drops to her knees, completely spent from this encounter, the audience cheers, as she looks up with a smile. While just competing in this ring every night puts a smile on her face, the fact that she was able to take everything Nikki Storm had, and was pushed to her absolute limits in order to achieve a victory, it acts as the cherry on top of a great night. After a few seconds to catch her breath, she once again rises, mounts the second rope then throws her arms up soaking up every bit of this moment as we fade away. Has Natalya set herself up as the potential next challenger for whoever leaves tonight as Women's Champion? She's at least made a strong case, whether unintentional or not.

About 15 Minutes In..



[Mauro Ranallo]
Eric Young is ascending the corner, might he be looking for that Elbow Drop of his?


[Corey Graves]
If he is he better hurry up, Austin Aries is stirring.


[Mauro Ranallo]
He's got both feet on the top rope, here it comes...


[Corey Graves]
Aries is on his feet, you can't keep the greatest man that ever lived down for long!



Before Eric can launch himself, Austin Aries leaps up with a brutal elbow straight to the side of his skull, causing his balance to be lost, and just barely Eric manages to keep his position over the corner, avoiding a nasty fall to the outside.


[Mauro Ranallo]
That Elbow almost DROPPED Eric!

[Corey Graves]
These two are by no means rookies, this ring is their home and it'll take a lot to get either of them off their game. But that elbow is definitely a good start.


Dueling "Let's go Austin!" "Let's go Eric!" chants break out, as the audience is clearly enjoying themselves. Aries begins to climb up onto the corner, planting his feet on the second rope, he sends another elbow Eric's way for good measure, then throws Young's arm over his shoulder, and grips the rim of his tights, HE'S LOOKING FOR A SUPERPLEX!


[Mauro Ranallo]
If he hits this, Austin Aries may be surviving the poison roulette after all!

[Corey Graves]
But there's still fight in Eric Young!



With elbows of his own, Eric begins to fight, refusing to go down that easily. Aries almost staggers from the last elbow, nearly falling, but he maintains his grip, then DRILLS Eric with a wicked forearm that slumps him over again. This is what he needs, he tosses Young's arm over his shoulder once more, grips the waistband of his trunks...then brings himself up to the top rope, both men now standing in dangerous territory!


[Mauro Ranallo]
HERE IT COMES!

[Corey Graves]
And by IT, you mean the victory for Austin Aries, because after this Superplex, all he's gotta do is climb that top rope and nail him with that 450 Splash of his!


The audience are on their feet, watching as....MATT SYDAL AND DOLPH ZIGGLER HOP UP ONTO THE APRON? Before Austin Aries can take notice, Sydal and Ziggler as in sync as they once were before as "Team Perfection" over 5 years ago give a quick shove to each other's rival. Matt pushes Aries with such force he has nowhere to go but down, crashing to the mat, at the same time, The Showoff, shows off his strength and lack of care for his fellow superstar's well being when he shoves Eric and he has nowhere to go but crashing to the outside floor! The referee immediately calls for the bell, and the crowd's excitement, now turns to bitter angst.  


[Mauro Ranallo]
OH MY GOODNESS, WHAT A SICKENING LANDING FOR BOTH GENTLEMEN!

[Corey Graves]
Sickening, but most of all...effective. As we saw earlier, Dolph Ziggler and Matt Sydal are still the only man that either likes, and this Poison Roulette has brought them back together.


[Mauro Ranallo]
That and their disdain for their respective rivals. We need a referee to check on Eric stat, that was a horrifying fall, he could have suffered a number of injuries from that impact!


[Corey Graves]
Something tells me they're not done just yet...



As they stand on the apron, they each flash a grin, then share in a high-five to even more boos. But as Corey thought, they're not done yet. They each step into the ring, casually approaching a fallen Austin Aries, the one that took the lesser of the hard landings. Ziggler instructs Matt to lift him up, and without any hesitation Matt pulls the broken Aries up to his feet, interlocks his arms behind him, and Dolph begin to slap him around. "PICK YOUR POISON, AUSTIN! DO YOU WANT THE LEFT HAND, OR THE RIGHT!" With no answer, Ziggler proceeds to slap him across the face with his left hand, but then, as quick as one slap ends, his right hand follows up with a slap as well, giving him a dose of each "poison."


[Mauro Ranallo]
This is just uncalled for, what are they trying to prove?

[Corey Graves]
That they are that damn good, Mauro!



Ziggler laughs, but a slap was nowhere near effective enough to further inflict damage, it was...however effective enough to fire up the greatest man that ever lived. Catching Sydal off gueard, he swings his elbow back catching him in the jaw, then having broken free he swings at Ziggler, but as quick as he does....ZIGGLER CONNECTS WITH A SUPER KICK RIGHT TO HIS JAW, AND SYDAL AT THE EXACT SAME MOMENT CONNECTS WITH A SUPERKICK OF HIS OWN TO THE BACK OF AUSTIN'S SKULL! Both boots connecting in a sickening sound, Aries crumbles to the mat, motionless....



[Mauro Ranallo]
OH! Someone's gotta stop this, that double super kick was too far, his brain got knocked one way, and then another, this is getting serious.

[Corey Graves]
It's always serious, and when you've got two men that are as good as these two are working together, that is when you need to realize what a threat they are, and to stay out of their way.


With that, they each place the bottom of their boots on Austin's skull, raising their hands together to vicious boos from the audience. It's one thing to refuse to wrestle each other later, but to then ruin this match, and unleash this brutal attack, that's going way past too far. Having sent their message, they exit the ring, walking past the still lying Eric Young, and with no respect at all, they both step onto his chest, walking over him as if he doesn't matter, or the hard fall he took didn't make them feel any sort of remorse. The seemingly reunited "Team Perfection" strolls up the ramp, egging on the boos with smiles on their faces, and one hell of a statement made in the waste they've left behind.  

We head backstage after Sydal and Ziggler had ruined a perfectly good 1 on 1 match featuring Austin Aries vs Eric Young. Stephanie McMahon is standing in a corridor somewhere located in the venue. She is met with Shinsuke Nakamura who is still pretty banged up from Sydal’s blindside last week. Shinsuke with his hands in his pocket, was able to go head to head with The Cowboy’ James Storm despite it all. Steph looks at Nakamura almost knowing what he is about to say. Shinsuke slouches and puts his hand on the wall besides him pouting with a deep breath.

I’ve got a prop-o-sition for youh, It goes a little lie this.

Staring up at the ceiling tiles, Shinsuke widens his eyes and Steph follows each and every sudden movement he makes.

We have Pick Your Poison Rule-let this week, Ziggler vs Aries.. Two opponents as Eric and’ Matty’San. Had to ruin the second did Dolf and Matty’San attacking Eric and Aries for no reason at all. Come to think of it’ You kno what would be eeehven bet-ter?

Stephanie clasps her hands and gives a quick reply to the King Of Strong Style.



[STEPHANIE MCMAHON]
First of all, I wanted to tell you directly.. We take precautionary measures to make sure our superstars aren’t in harm’s way from outside interference. Matt took it upon himself to insert himself by attacking you when your back was turned. It won’t be tolerated as long as I am your General Manager.. For what that’s worth Shinsuke. As far as it concerns the idea floating around in your mind. In respect to you, I’ll hear you out.

Nakamura gives a smile and a slight blow before continuing on.

Since all 4 men want to find themselves in the ring together. How bou’ we throw them into a tag match?

Steph nods to Shinsuke and admires his optimism in suggesting such a blockbuster match.



[STEPHANIE MCMAHON]
You know what, Shinsuke.. Usually I’d not bare in mind the thought of someone trying to book my show. You’re onto something that’ll expand the grand scheme of things. I can see it now, next week it’ll be the team of Eric Young and Austin Aries against the two men who thought they could get away with what they pulled out there.. With that stunt. Matt Sydal and Dolph Ziggler. This was obviously a preemptive strike that needs to be in all fairness handled as soon as possible. Oh and Shinsuke...

Shinsuke after getting his wish is turning away to walk down the hall until he’s stopped by Steph’s hand around his forearm. The two stand there for a moment while Steph is thinking what to say.



[STEPHANIE MCMAHON]
I’ve been a fan of your work for a little over a few years, I’ve got to say I’m impressed. I won't hold you any longer, Thank you for making my plans a little bit easier for me. If you need me I'll be in my office making sure this show is ran smoothly. That’s what I’m here for, drop by my office any time you please.

Shinsuke and Steph have themselves a nice firm handshake and Nakamura walks off in the view of the camera cracking a smile that is all telling.

Anarchy returns and instantly we are greeted by the Lunatic's theme, that in itself causing the crowd to come to there feet even before Dean made his way out from the back. And when he did, he wasted little time making his way to the ring. A couple of air punches were thrown, signature Dean Ambrose style, before stepping up the steel steps and into the ring. The leather jacket he wore was ripped from him and tossed to the outside as his attention was focused directly on the stage.

With no theme now, out from the back walks Paul Heyman. He's sporting his usual business suit, rather a black track jacket, a pair of sweat pants and a casual pair of Nike shoes. Obviously it was something he just pulled out of his bag since it was pretty much the definition of a poor man's wrestling attire. But the one thing that should be noted was that he had a microphone in his hand of course, because when didn't Paul Heyman wield one of those?

[PAUL HEYMAN]
Ladies and Gentlemen, my name is Paul Heyman. And I... I am unjustly scheduled to compete in a match tonight. If you were to take a look at the contract that both I and Vince McMahon signed, no where does it say I am supposed to wrestle. Because I am not a fighter in this business relationship between Brock Lesnar and I. I am simply the man who talks the talk while Brock Lesnar walks the walk. That is why, if this bell rings, I might consider taking legal action against Stephanie McMahon and the rest of her Father's company for doing this to me, an innocent man who did nothing wrong.

Heyman said all this as he continued down the ramp.

[PAUL HEYMAN]
Dean Ambrose, you don't want to do this. Why go against me when... When we could work together and you, just like Brock Lesnar, could be a Paul Heyman guy! Look at Brock Lesnar and look at all that he has accomplished. How much of that do you think he would have been able to accomplish if he didn't have a man like me putting his name out there and helping him get signed to companies like New Japan and the UFC? And think about the wonders it could do for your career if you joined myself and Brock Lesnar. You might be a superstar now, but with me by your side? You'd be an icon. You'd be a Hall of Famer in no time. You'd have everything you've ever wanted. You'd be... the next, next big thing.

And to no surprise, Dean Ambrose didn't seem at all interested in the offer. He didn't even take the time to think about it. It was just a quick 'nope' and nothing more.

[PAUL HEYMAN]
Not interested, huh? Well Dean, that's your own fault. I gave you the offer and I don't want to hear you complain when Brock Lesnar beats your ass next week when he makes his Anarchy return! But until then... Our match? Will not take place. Hear me out, Dean. I forgot to tape up my hands. How am I supposed to wrestle without any tape? So referee, if you will, please consider me choosing to lose by forfeit and we can discuss doing this again at a diff-



Heyman stops mid-sentence, turning to the stage as AJ Styles appears, dressed in the same gear he was wearing earlier in the night. Heyman's eyes grow wide as Styles points at him, smiling. Without much of a hesitation, Heyman turns to run, realizing he's now out of time to waste. Styles darts for him, catching him before he can round the ring. AJ holds Heyman by the collar, spinning him around for the world to see as he screams for help. Styles then takes Heyman, tossing him in the ring. Paul then realizes where he's trapped.

[Mauro Ranallo]
Heyman is out of excuses and out of time, the ref has called for the bell and it's not official that these two will fight.

[Corey Graves]
This is blasphemy! He's not even a wrestler!

Dean stands over Heyman, who crawls onto his knees, staring up at the Lunatic Fringe. Outside the ring, AJ is clapping, pleased with his work. Heyman places his hands together, looking up at Dean as his voice can just barely be picked up over the camera. "I am begging you, please, do not do this to me!" Dean grabs Heyman by the throat, causing Heyman to be silenced.



Heyman begins to laugh in the face of Dean Ambrose as Ambrose slowly lets him go. On the stage appears the one and only Beast Incarnate, Brock Lesnar. He walks out onto stage, dressed in his street gear as he stares down at the ring. He smirks, as does Ambrose, Dean begging for it. Outside of the ring, AJ slowly begins to walk up the ramp, ready to go if Lesnar plans on interfering. Brock begins to bounce on the stage, warming up.

[Corey Graves]
Brock Lesnar looks ready to introduce both of these men to Suplex City!

[Mauro Ranallo]
Not only him, but both of these men look ready to fight the Beast Incarnate.

[Corey Graves]
It would take a fool to- Ranallo, who is that!?

[Mauro Ranallo]
OH MY GOD, SPEAR! THAT'S ROMAN REIGNS!

Roman Reigns now stands over Brock Lesnar, roaring a mighty roar as the Beast rolls on the ground, gripping his stomach. From the ring, Heyman screams for Brock. He turns around, right into Dean Ambrose who hooks him up for the Dirty Deeds, dropping him on his head. Ambrose then covers Paul Heyman for the pin, which the token ref counts with ease. On the stage, Reigns watches the ring as AJ styles climbs into it, smiling.

[Mauro Ranallo]
AJ Styles, coming to celebrate with his friend.

Celebrate what? A hollow victory? They beat a manager, nothing more.

Styles walks up to Ambrose, clapping and cheering just like the rest of the crowd. He grabs Ambrose's hand, going to raise it. As soon as he does, he himself is kicked in the gut and snatched into a double arm ddt stance, getting a Dirty Deeds himself.

[Corey Graves]
That's the best thing I've seen all night!

[Mauro Ranallo]
Dean Ambrose, just hit AJ Styles with a Dirty Deeds!?!?

The crowd isn't sure what to do but they sure are loud in response to Dean Ambrose not only dropping Paul Heyman with a Dirty Deeds, but also AJ Styles. Ambrose stands over both men as Reigns stands over Brock Lesnar, the duo finally meeting eyes. Ambrose then motions for the belt around his waist, informing Roman just what he has in mind for the future. Roman almost nods in response, the Shield having one more stare down prior to the camera cutting to something else.

First let me say, wow. That is kind of rude. But to answer your question, yes. I do think I deserve to call myself Elite, yes i may have lost, but I gave them a fight for their life. All that matters is what i do in that ring, win or lose. In the end...

So, what are your plans going forward. Your game plan?

CESARO
Well I still hope of making it into the MITB match at Emergence. If I make it into that I believe I can finally prove why I'm Elite and-

A voice is heard shouting off camera.

I was excited to fight this man, you people know him as Chris Jericho, because I was going to strip away the last bit of pride he had left. He claims he is the GREATEST OF ALL TIME, and I was going to take that from him. However I can't take this opportunity to rob him of his pride because he is too scared to fight. In fact, now that I noticed it, how am I supposed to rise through the ranks of XWL if my opponents are washed up Hollywood losers like Batista, and a wanna be rockstar like Chris Jericho. I'm in my prime and I will take people down if it opens doors to me holding the XWL World Championship over my head.

XWL returns from commercial break and the crowd is red hot and ready for tonight's main event. The cameras pan throughout the crowd before they eventually head on over to the announcers table where we see the Savior of Misbehavior, Corey Graves, sitting with Mauro Ranallo to his side.

[MAURO RANALLO]
Ladies and Gentlemen, I'd like to personally welcome you back to the this evening's show. We are just moments away from tonight's main event which will surely be one you wouldn't want to miss. Isn't that right, Corey?

[COREY GRAVES]
That's exactly right, Mauro. We're about to see two of this company's newest females go head to head with the championship on the line. On one end we've got the Dangerous Champion, Mia Yim, and on the other, the Legit Boss, Sasha Banks.

[MAURO RANALLO]
Any predictions, Corey? Anyone you think might have the advantage going into this match?

[COREY GRAVES]
Mia Yim, of course. I didn't just call her the Dangerous Champion for no reason at all.

[MAURO RANALLO]
I hate to say it, but I have to agree with you. Mia is on one heck of a hot streak, not that Sasha isn't, but she's been on fire lately! And I don't see Sasha Banks being the one to put that fire out, at least not tonight.

[COREY GRAVES]
Exactly! I'm glad we can see eye to eye here. But let's not count Sasha Banks out either. Even if she doesn't walk out the winner, she will certainly walk out looking like a serious threat to Mia Yim somewhere down the line.

[MAURO RANALLO]
But before we get going with this match, we have a little video package to show all you where we take a look at the pates each of these women took to get to where they are now. Roll the footage.

And both men went silent as the screen faded to a black...











Fading in from black as a cover of "Confident" begins to play in the background, we're introduced first to one of the two females in tonight's championship match. Sasha Banks first broke onto the scene when Layla, who at the time was in charge of the division, signed her to a contract. She was first put up against Becky Lynch, and while her first match might have seen her falling short to the Irish Lass Kicker, she immediately made it clear that she would become a danger to this division by not only attacking Becky post-match, but she'd go on to defeat her at Final Stand. All it took was Sasha slipping the 'legit' knuckles onto her fingers and when the referee had his back turned, it just one swift shot to the face to take Becky down for the three count. Onto the champion, who was not a champion upon her arriving onto the scene of XWL. Mia Yim originally was brought into the XWL banner by Layla much like how Banks was. Mia Yim took on several opponents, Nikki Storm and her went the distance in her debut. Mia Yim wasn't taken seriously however by Michelle McCool, who had it out with Mia on numerous occassions. This led to a fight for survival, Mia had Michelle's number with a 2-0 victory streak, A match at Final Stand solidified as her as a new commodity moving forward.. only to then be taken out by a concussion at the hands of Michelle. This took weeks and weeks of her career, Mia wasn't sure she would even be able to return to the ring soon, if at all.

Shortly after her encounter with the Lass Kicker did the Queen of Harts come into the mix. But just as quick as the Hart was brought in, Becky was taken out of the equation. Her hand was broken after the Boss attacked her in the back and ever since, we have yet to see Becky make her triumphant return. The rivalry became a little more personal quickly as a lot of doubt was thrown around between the veteran and the newer diva to the scene. A lot of doubt and disdain was thrown around because of her Sasha chose to treat the other women of this division, despite there being this revolution going on in Women's Wrestling. This was make or break for the Boss now. Here comes this experienced veteran calling her out on everything that she has not only done, but said. An audio clip from one of their segments now playing over the video as it continued.

[SASHA BANKS]
"Maybe yo- No, you don't get it. You don't get why I'm so
desperate to do whatever it takes because you were never
in my position. You say you do, or whatever, but you don't.
You don't get it because everyone always expected amazing
things from you because you were a Hart. You were Bret's
sweet little Niece and the Anvil's Daughter. I was Sasha Banks."

And that let them to a match at Downpour where a lot of people bet against the Boss, despite the Boss making a promise that she was going to beat Natalya without the need of any underhanded tactics. And as the match commenced, people began to realize that the Boss spoke a little more truth to her words than most realize. She not only held her own, but after planting two of her knees to the back of the Hart, she turned her around and locked her in the Boss' finishing maneuver, the Bank Statement, which left Natalya no other option but to tap out.

Mia Yim didn't bide her time, she saw the opportunity and held onto it. We go back to the moment where Michelle cracked her head off the apron with Mia forcing her down. It goes from bad to worse, Layla and Mia Yim toe to toe for the first time since she's been healing her wounds. Out with a vengeance, Mia Yim hits a Package Piledriver onto the championship sending a message that is heard around the world. Mia has cracked, she finally has her chance to prove everyone wrong. After a triple threat with many moments. It came to a close with a Sky-Yim.. a corkscrew moonsault that felt like forever. That was the move that defeated Layla and ended her illustrious career. Mia Yim holding the title up high, you can see the scene fade out slowly.

[MIA YIM]
"I'm not here to take part in the division, I'm here to BE the division."

Sasha Banks was minding her own business, conducting an interview with Jeremy Borash until she was rudely interrupted. Mia Yim and her had an exchange of words, and they wanted to prove to each other.. they weren't all talk. In each other's face, from that moment on it was about not backing down. One push set it off and they scrapped, both of these women were wanting to punk each other out. Not even the security or referee's could hold them back. Mia Yim with the chair, Sasha with a fury of fists. Tons of hair pulling and expletives, a symbol of dominance. Mia has the last laugh, with a wrench in her hand hovering over Sasha being escorted away before the damage can be fulfilled


BUT YOU'VE HAD ME UNDERRATED


The re-match between Michelle and Sasha is now set to once again determine the number one contender for Mia Yim's champion. A determined up and comer versus yet another veteran of this division who has stood atop of the division for some time now. But of course, with it being two people she had her own issues with, the champion had to get herself involved in this. This, of course, led to the downfall of Michelle and the uprising of Sasha Banks as it was set in stone now: Mia Yim would defend her championship against Sasha Banks. But the champion didn't stop there as she had to give herself the last laugh. She tried to attack from behind, but that failed. She may have blasted Michelle with the championship, but that left her back open to the number one contender. Bank Statement! Bank Statement! The double knees to the back were hit, but the crossface portion wasn't locked in all the way. It ended up with Sasha standing tall, Mia's championship held in her hand.

Two talented women who both have earned the right to call themselves one of the best female wrestlers this company have to offer now get ready to collide. Mia Yim with seven years of professional wrestling to her name while Sasha Banks holds six years. Both the champion and the challenger came into this company around the same time. when Layla was the one in charge of the division and signed the both of them to a contract. Both of them are young, fresh to the championship scene and hungry. The only difference is simple: one wants to be champion and the other wants to prove why they are the champion of this division.


IT'S TIME TO GET THE CHAINS OUT
IS YOUR TONGUE TIED UP?


The video fades to show a couple of clips of Sasha, providing a reminder to everyone watching to what it is she brings to the table in this match. From the Bank Statement to the Bankrupt, even those 'Legit Boss' knuckles that she has been known to use as a weapon in previous encounters. All of this happens as we hear her voice talking over the clips.

[SASHA BANKS]
I don't think anyone realizes just how dangerous I am.
Everyone says Mia is the 'dangerous champion' but I'm
just as much of a threat as she is. The difference is I
don't need people telling me that I'm dangerous. I go
out there and I prove that I'm dangerous. I prove that
I am Legit, and that I am your next Women's Champion.

The last clip of Sasha is shown with the referee raising up her hand following one of her previous victories in the company, that in it self being a possible scene of what was to come in tonight's championship match.

[SASHA BANKS]
And Mia Yim? She can bank on that.

Mia's pink & blue colored nails are seen tapping the plate of the belt and it zooms out to a most devious look on her face. On each side of her is a memory, the all out brawl with Michelle McCool and she pushes it with the magic of editing to the side and out of view. To the left is a memory of dethroning Layla and finally getting what she felt she belonged ever since she has had a wrestling career. Mia Yim isn't fighting only to prove a point, she's fighting for her livelihood and reputation.

[MIA YIM]
"The word dangerous isn't used often...
It symbolizes POWER
It symbolizes CONTROL
and last but certainly not least.
It's the epitome of a FOCUSED individual.
One of us has to fail tonight, and that won't be me.

The video transitions to Mia having her hand raised up by a reluctant Earl Hebner, the crowd's large amount of boo's and she shakes it off basking in the glory.

[MIA YIM]
If Sasha's a boss, who would want to work for her after she goes bankrupt? That's what I thought, nobody. All she can look forward to is utter.. disappointment.

Sasha and Mia are side by side in different screens posing against one another with their fists clutched and ready to go at it. Mia raises the belt high and Sasha puts together her knuckles to form Legit Boss and shuns her. Mia and Sasha in a complete staredown, one last voiceover is heard from the two.


[SASHA BANKS]
Tonight, it's my time to shine the brightest! I'm taking that title away from you, whether you like it or not.

[MIA YIM]
Once and for all, It's your performance review, I'm cashing in on your loss tonight. It's ALL.. or NOTHING!

With the music fading out and the feed also fading black, we transfer back to the packed arena. The crowd's attention already turned to the stage because of the video as the challenger's theme begins to play throughout the system, queuing the crowd to boo while some cheered, not because they liked Sasha, rather they just liked Mia a lot less.



A couple of seconds passed before the Boss eventually made her way out from behind the curtain and then to center stage, covering her face with her hands that wore her signature 'Legit Boss' knuckles on them.



[MAURO RANALLO]
And there she is, Ladies and Gentlemen! The challenger for tonight's match.

[COREY GRAVES]
I haven't changed my pick, but Sasha looks ready. She looks confident.

Sasha then pushes her hands out to the side, doing her signature taunt before they were brought back up to the white pair of lined glasses. She lifted them up onto the top of her head as her eyes scanned the arena.



[COREY GRAVES]
It sure must be odd for Sasha Banks to walk into a battle where these fans are actually hoping she wins. For the first time in her career, I'd say she is the crowd favorite... despite, you know, not actually being one of their favorites.

[MAURO RANALLO]
I don't think that'll change anything about her game plan, Corey. Her favorite wrestler was Eddie Guerrero after all, and Sasha has prided herself on making a career off a signature quote of his: If you're not cheating, you're not trying.

The Boss maneuvered herself to the side of the ring where the hard camera was and she lifted herself up onto the apron, then proceeding to show off the golden accessories that she wore upon her fingers.



[SASHA BANKS]
That's right. Baddest Female in X. W. L.

The challenger then entered the ring and once again posed, her arms out wide but with a slight bend in her elbows. She held it until her theme died out which caused her to lower her arms and turn her head, eyes now focused on the stage as she waited for the champion to make her presence known.











The fans are hitting the stage with boo’s in the direction of the champion about to make her entrance for this title defense until the music cancels them out. With neon green lights flashing on each side of the stage Mia strolls out with her hands resting on the top of the belt. Her eyes closed for a moment after staring bullets through Sasha from afar. Mia is headed into this match with the most confidence after getting the better of the exchange in their blow up last week. Nothing is stopping her but herself and she’s taking in consideration that if her emotions get the better of her, it’s inevitably her downfall. Not rushing into things, Mia lets the boo’s continue until they’ve ran their course.

[COREY GRAVES]
Is this any way to treat the champion, the woman who represents WOMAN’S wrestling? Unacceptable in every way possible, good for her not letting them get under her skin like that.

[MAURO RANALLO]
Mia Yim certainly not letting any background noise take her eyes off of Sasha Banks. As much as she may have the odds in her favor, Sasha is no easy feat and she’ll have to be on the ball to have a successful title defense.



In each passing moment, you can see Sasha get antsy and spoiling for a fight. Here you have Mia with her sights on not the challenger, but the championship gold. Down the ramp with each step admiring what she accomplished. Suddenly.. It hits her and she’s the champion and as a champion you have to own the intellectual property of a champion. Who had ever thought Mia Yim, the blue haired prospect would be facing the likes of many well respected women of our industry. The title is then shifted from her waist onto her shoulder after unhooking it and showing it off to her “adoring” fans. Saying that loosely because she’s being booed three ways from Sunday. She takes pleasure in knowing that she’s the talk of the place as she originally aimed for. Mia walking past the apron with her head held up high.

[COREY GRAVES]
Naysayers can say what they want, what they can’t say is Mia didn’t scratch and claw for everything she’s had. She's been on a tear, as in tearing up the competition.

[MAURO RANALLO]
She’s scratched and clawed alright, everyone who’s ever stood up for her. Anyone who ever said Mia was primed for better things other than tearing up friendships Corey.

[COREY GRAVES]
Look, it might be a bitter pill to swallow.. But you can down it from the size of your big mouth. Talking trash, absolute trash. She’s the champion, bar none. Zip your lip for now on if you’re going to patronize us. Mia wasn’t going to wait to be built from the bottom up. She was on top of her game, in her PRIME. It was now.. or it was never.. what don't you get about that? Let's just watch the match, shall we?

Off the steel cables she goes and heads to the middle to give the referee the belt. The belt keeps Sasha barely within reach with his arm blocking her from a potential cheap shot. Mia waves to Sasha and yanks the belt off teasing giving it to the ref. THEN gets right in the face of Sasha and the two look at the gold high above Mia’s head. She backed it up, her words were a prevision to the future. This is undisputed, Mia Yim has defined herself as a champion with a heart of gold because that's all she has to her name. Eats breathes and sleeps with this championship. It took everything and then some to get Sasha in a slip up, Mia Yim not only out wrestled Sasha, she fought fire with fire. Both combusted with the will to win and Sasha although tough in her defeat, couldn't get the job done. Mia finds solace in the fact that she was able to make Sasha eat her own words. Finger tips away from having that title slip from her grasp, and she managed to retain. Mia holding her back from the punishment attained. Sasha, after being nailed to the mat with that Package Piledriver to end the match, finally became to come to her senses. The first thing she did, of course, was push away the referee that was checking on her. She didn't need his help. She didn't need anything except for that championship which managed to slip out of her grasp. Coming up onto her feet now, the Boss rested one hand against her head that ached because of her opposition's finishing maneuver but that didn't stop her. She stood there and waited for the Champion to turn around. And when she did, the Boss didn't attack. She didn't do anything. She just stood there as her eyes switched back and forth from the face of the female who beat her to the championship she held.

The ref by now has passed the title onto Mia.. who then tosses it into the hands of Sasha and tells her demandingly to clean the smudge she made with the poke. Sasha reacts with a quick catch and snaps back like bitch you tried it. Until she starts to realize Mia is coming in full speed ahead. Without time to spare, Sasha tries to duck.. uselessly because it's not a fist. It's a swift kick to her naughty bits. Dropping to the mat, writhing in pain.. Sasha is rolling around on the mat trying to distract herself from the pain.

Mia takes the gold and reenacts the same pose The Boss did when she taunted her 2 weeks ago on Anarchy. This is the ultimate disrespect, not only did she flat out escape with the win. She escaped with her dignity, unlike Sasha. Yim takes one good look at Sasha before leaning down to get out of the ring.
