Eye for an Eye comes back from commercial straight to the backstage area where The Coach is waiting alongside the World Heavyweight Champion, The Rock! The crowd pop massively at the sight of the peoples champion and when the finally die down Coach begins to speak....



[Coach] Dwayne....The Rock.....Johnson, tonight could very well be the biggest night of your career, for the first time ever you will step into the harsh, unforgiving steel that is the elimination chamber to defend your World Heavyweight Championship! Now to make matters worse, you are in there with five other me.....



The crowd let out a huge cheer when The Rock stops Coach from finishing, The Rock looks into the camera and almost instantly the people react by chanting his name, "Rocky!""Rocky!""Rocky!"....



[The Rock] Do you feel the electricity Coach? It can only mean one thing, and that is FINALLY! THE ROCK! HAS COME BACK! TO PHILADELPHIA!..............Can you hear that? That, is the sound of each and every person in this arena behind The Rock! Every man with an ounce of testosterone in his body! Chanting The Rocks name! Every woman within a five mile radius, fainting at the sight of The Great One! Every child looking up to The Rock and saying, damn, I wanna be just like him when I'm older! That Coach, THAT is what it's all about, making an impact on both the business and the people! [The Rock] Ok, first off, for the second time in this very short interview you have gotten the name wrong, the name, is The Rock! We aren't that close Coach. [Coach] Rock, after what happened last week with Justin Gabriel beating you in a match up, you've gotta at least be a little bit worried about your chances, a little bit scared of......



[The Rock] WOWOWOWOWOWOWOAH! Justin Gabriel did not beat The Rock! CM Punk cost him the match! Justin Beiber had absolutely nothing, and The Rock means NOTHING! To do with it, simply put, The Rock had that match won, he hit the rock bottom bam! Center of the ring, one, two, three, four, five, six, hell if the ref was conscious he could still be counting! But none of that matters because if The Rock recalls correctly at the end of the night, he was the one standing tall, he was the last man standing, standing high above every other jabroni in that chamber, on the top turnbuckle with his World Heavyweight Championship in one hand and the people in the other! Tonight, tonight will be no different! When the dust has settled and the smoke has cleared The Rock will once again be the sole survivor! So to answer your first query, no The Rock is not scared, Because The Rock is scared of NOTHING! No one man could scare The Brahma Bull!

Coach begins to look on at The Rock in fear, he raises his hands up in front of his face and backs up a little, The Rock laughs, snatches the mic from Coach and begins to question him...



[The Rock] What in the name of god are you doing now Coach? You don't have to be scared of The Rock! He isn't gonna hurt you!

Coach's fear turns to terror as he spins round and runs off down through the corridors almost as if he is running for his life! The Rock gets confused and angry...



[The Rock] Where the hell do you think you're going!? Come back here! This interview wasn't finished! You don't just run away from The Rock during his air time!.........i'll never understand that freaky little son of a bitch.....getting scared for nothi......

Before The Rock can finish his sentence he turns around to find the source of Coach's fear, a very angry, big red machine! Kane!...


[Kane]
Hey, Rock! Can't find someone your own size to pick on? Funny, because they call you the People's Champion, right? What kind of a champion of the people pick on harmless and weak people like Jonathan Coachmen? Oh right, a champion of all these sheep around the world! They just disgust me, just like you, Rock. You are simply the lowest form of scum on the earth! You leave this business for a failure of a movie career, and then you come back after bashing? Then all of these brainless sheep just welcome you with a warm hug and plate of cookies? I've been here non-stop for the past fourteen years, throwing myself through fire and everything else, for what? For all of these sheep to turn their backs on me? When I was injured last year, I had NOTHING from these people. Even after I saved them from Team Perfection and restored the image of the Intercontinental Championship.


[Kane]
And Rock, it makes me pretty angry that you can come back after trashing all of this and be welcomed back! Now, come to think of it, I never got to pay you back after our match after Final Stand five months ago. *Kane chuckles.* The Brahma Bull is scared of no man, you say? Guess what, Rock, I am not a man, I am a MONSTER! And as you see, I'm a PISSED OFF monster. *Kane puts his hand on Rock's shoulder, but he shows no fear and throws it right off.* Okay, Rock, I see. You do whatever you want to guys like Coach and seem like the big bad dog, but when the real one comes, you want no part of it. You're just like everyone else. You think you can do whatever you want, to whoever you want, but god help them if they want to do the same to you! Rock, I think.....



[The Rock] IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT YOU THINK! The only thing that matters is that you learn The Rocks three golden rules! Rule number one, you know your god damn role! Rule number two, you shut you god damn mouth! And rule number three, the most important rule of them all, you never! And The Rock means EVER, touch The Great One! Is this some sort of a joke to you, Rock? I am no joke, Rock, get that through your thick skull. I don't back up my claims? Ask anyone from Rob Van Dam to Ted DiBiase, I back up my claims. You're lucky that you're in the World Heavyweight Championship Chamber Match, because the pain and suffering you will go through tonight will only be a little taste of what would happen if I ever got in the ring with you again, Rock. Did you see what I did to Carlito before? I'll have no problem finishing the job with you, Rocky. You bet your ass that I'll be watching the chamber tonight; and I'll be laughing as I watch one of the only sensible men in the world, Chris Jericho, throws you around the structure like the rag doll you are. I hope that Jericho and Punk cut you open and throw you through every damn pod in there! As long as they leave something of you, because it would only get better if I did it myself.

*Kane laughs, but the Rock puts his hand up, and beings to speak, Kane not pleased or as delighted by the crowd, who are the ones laughing now.*



[The Rock] Do you hear that Kane? Do you? That is the sound of the entire city of Philadelphia laughing at you! Because once again you make it very hard for these people to take you seriously, you interrupt The Rock and brag about beating some apple chewing social reject? That would be like The Rock going out there tonight and pinning Mae Young and then opening a hall of pensioners that The Brahma Bull gave the ass whooping of a lifetime! Let The Rock say this, that's not what's gonna happen here tonight, oh no, what's gonna happen here tonight is The Rock going out to that ring, into that steel and OUT of this arena still, The World Heavyweight Champion, the greatest champion your two defect eyes have ever seen! The Rock and Kane stare each other down, both of their intensity only matched by the others, Kane begins to get very, very angry but before he can make a move or speak again The Rock walks into him as they bump shoulders and he keeps walking down the corridor with redemption cutting to a hype video for XWL's own, Wade Barrett...

*The words "Earlier Today" flash up onscreen and the following image is displayed along with some horrible generic rock music.*





*Wade Barrett is shown with a stern expression on his face in an empty arena. An off-screen interviewer fires a question his way...*

[Interviewer] Wade Barrett, you've been known as something of a rebel these past several months with your refusal to compete on several occasions. Most recently, you walked out on a tag team match when you were booked to team up with your arch nemesis Randy Orton, and we haven't seen you in weeks until now. Do you have any explanation for your actions, and what are your thoughts heading into tonight where you will once again face off against Orton, but this time with 4 other men inside the Elimination Chamber for the Intercontinental Championship?



[Wade Barrett] I'm known as something of a rebel? Is that what they call people who stand up for their rights now? On more than one occasion, I have been victimized by XWL management. They must think it's hilarious to try and have me team up with Randy Orton, or to compete just hours after falling from the top of the Hell In A Cell. I'm not the rebellious type... Believe it or not, I just actually enjoy being a fit and able human being and I am not one of those false types who shakes someone's hand for the sake of business. If I don't like you, I will make sure that you know it. And I definitely don't like Randy Orton... I despise him. If there is one man on the face of this earth who I would enjoy watching suffer it would be him... and the higher-ups think it would be funny to force me to team up with Orton? I don't think so... So to answer your question, my explanation for walking out for a few weeks is to protect my own personal well-being and to protest against the poor decisions of XWL management. It has also given me time to recover from last month's Hell In A Cell match and I am now 100% and ready to reclaim my Intercontinental Title. Tonight is about ending this conflict of interest Randy Orton and I have once and for all, and trust me I have something special planned for afterwards. The other four men are nothing more than cannon fodder... slight obstacles in my way of achieving my goal of becoming Intercontinental Champion once again and ending Randy Orton.

[Interviewer] Speaking of Orton, he's been pretty confident as of late even defeating you a few weeks back in a brutal Unsanctioned match...

*Wade is visibly annoyed as he cuts the interviewer off.*



[Wade Barrett] Did you just not listen to a single word I said? I am only now back at 100% which is the sole reason why Orton was able to defeat me a few weeks back. Tonight will be different. I guarantee it. Now I suggest you listen to what I have to say or get out of my sight and stop wasting my time.

[Interviewer] Ok. Um, this next question isn't meant to offend you in any way, but how do you feel about your old friend and ex-Corre partner Justin Gabriel getting a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship tonight? Just a few short weeks ago, you two were part of The Corre and that group has vanished from XWL television in recent weeks. What is the situation there and are you at all jealous of Gabriel's ongoing success in the World title division? I mean, many people claimed you would be the star of the group and Gabriel was living in your shadow... if anything it has turned out to be the exact opposite. Gabriel is the one having all the success and is now in the biggest match of his career, whereas you...

*Again, Barrett interrupts and is clearly pissed.*



[Wade Barrett] Are you mentally retarded? I suggest you shut your mouth before I do it for you. Justin Gabriel and I were a part of the greatest group to ever grace this pathetic company. As The Corre, we dominated everyone who stood between us and our goals. The problem is, Gabriel became jealous of me. He could not stand being a sidekick to the best talent on the roster so he decided to leave The Corre and in doing so, disbanded our group and our friendship. I have no doubt in my mind that Gabriel will flop in the main event tonight, as I know for a fact he does not have what it takes to become World Champion. Then he will slowly fall back down the pecking order to where he belongs - in the abyss of mediocrity. I'm just puzzled as to how he even got a World title shot in the first place, as I was clearly the star of The Corre and he was riding my coattails. But I shouldn't be surprised because XWL Management have this vendetta against me. The only reason why I have a title shot tonight is because they know I draw and they know I will make them money. Unlike Gabriel, I don't belong in the lower card and I am not mediocre... and after tonight I will be Intercontinental Champion again and this time noone will be taking that title from me. I aim to be greatest Intercontinental Champion of all-time and I have my sights firmly set on Shawn Michaels' record. Now unless you have any other dumb questions I suggest you leave before I make you myself. I'm not in the mood for people like you and your judgmental opinions.

*The screen fades to black and another commercial plays as Eye For An Eye continues...*

*Wade Barrett is handed the Intercontinental Championship and he is clearly feeling the effects of such a grueling match as he holds the back of his head in pain. The bruises and battle scars on his body from the match are clear as he mounts the turnbuckle and holds the title aloft for all to see to a vastly negative reaction from the XWL Universe.*

[Jim Ross] And there we have it folks! Wade Barrett is once again the Intercontinental Champion. What a slobberknocker of a match that was!

[Michael Cole] You're actually right for once JR! I can't wait for the World Title Elimination Chamber if this was any indication of how great that will be.

[Jerry "The King" Lawler] I agree, but I'm upset that Wade Barrett's Reign Of Terror over the Intercontinental Title division has started again...

*Barrett dismounts the turnbuckle and stares down at the motionless Orton. A sick smirk creeps over his face and he puts his IC title down...*

[Jerry "The King" Lawler] This can't be good...

*Wade takes a few steps towards Orton, bends down and lifts him up. Orton is dead weight at this point and is clearly out of it. Barrett is seen shouting "Who's the champ now huh?" before slapping the taste right out of Orton's mouth and he slumps to the mat - not that Orton was even conscious enough to have any taste...*

[Jim Ross] Oh come on! Orton is unconcious! Someone stop this!

*Barrett isn't done however, and as the fans make their opinions of this attack heard, he picks Orton up once again and throws him over the top rope onto the steel outskirts of the chamber. Barrett's expression at this point can only be described as satanic. He lifts Orton up and and forcefully throws him into the glass of the chamber pod head first! The glass shatters with a deafening crack and the crowd's gasps echo around the arena.*

[Jim Ross] BAH GAWD! SOMEONE GET HELP! ORTON HAS BEEN BROKEN IN HALF! WITH GOD AS MY WITNESS, ORTON HAS BEEN BROKEN IN HALF! SOMEONE GET SOME HELP OUT HERE!

[Michael Cole] There's no need to overreact JR. It's just glass...

[Jerry "The King" Lawler] How about I throw you through some glass?

[Michael Cole] And why would you do that? We can't have The Best Commentator In The World being incapacitated now can we?

[Jerry "The King" Lawler] Whatever. This is a sick attack and it needs to be stopped. Orton is defenseless!

*Barrett shouts a few insults to the front row of fans before turning his attention once again to the broken and destroyed Viper. Orton is bleeding profusely at this point from both his head and his arms as a result of coming into contact with the broken glass. Wade again picks up the lifeless Orton, but this time mounts him onto his shoulders...*

[Jim Ross] SOMEONE STOP THIS ALREADY! GET SOME HELP FOR ORTON! GET SOME HELP FOR ORTON!

*Barrett delivers the exclamation point of his attack by delivering a devastating Wasteland onto the steel of the Chamber. Orton is a lifeless crumpled mess and the fans show they don't appreciate Barrett's actions at all by raining heat down upon him. Barrett then finishes his attack by rubbing Orton's blood on his chest, like something of a trophy. He smirks once again as he retrieves his newly won Intercontinental title and raises it in triumph over the destroyed Randy Orton. Confetti begins to rain down on Barrett signifying his title win as the screen fades to black for another commercial break...

**After the grueling Chamber match, we go backstage where we have an XWL.com Exclusive with XWL's recent signing, "Davey Richards". The interviewer is XWL.com's John Jones and he starts to talk to get the short interview on the way.**

John Jones: Welcome Ladies and Gentlemen, to an XWL.com Exclusive with me John Jones, and with me I have XWL new superstar Davey Richards. Welcome Davey, I am glad that I have managed to get this interview with you before the end of tonights PPV. Davey you made a surprise a appearance when you accepted Bryan Danielson's Open Challenge, What made you join XWL and accept the open challenge??



Davey Richards: Its Ok, John I am happy to talk to you and give the fans an insight into who I am. I joined XWL for one simple reason, to be the best. This is the place where all the best wrestlers are, XWL has shown on many occasion that it is one of the top companies in the world. I have spent my career travelling the world, having great matches, having won championships but that was as an independent wrestler. The thing with that is yes it is where the best wrestlers are in the whole world, but the I need to prove that I am the best wrestlers in the world. So XWL I am not here just for a few matches, I am not here to take a few beatings and leave, I am here to have great matches and my ultimate goal, the dream, the hunt is to win the World Championship thats when I will prove that I am the best in the world. As for your second question, I feel that I answered that when I came out to accept it, its simple as that Bryan is one of the best wrestlers in the world, me and him are compared so much and I know that we would put on one hell of a wrestling match so be prepared for Breakdown.

John Jones: [/b]Well I for one, will be looking forward to that this week on Breakdown. Davey in this world of wrestling alot of superstars are here for the money, the stardom, the fame but thats not all in this wrestling world, there are certain people who want to compete, who want to have wrestle, who want to win championships to be the best like yourself am I right??



Davey Richards: Your right John, I am not one of them "superstars" in the wrestling business in it for the fame and money, but before you think I am berating them for that I am not, each to their own right? thats there path and I choose not to join that. There is a few companies that showcase nothing but that side but I have wrestled for companies that focus on wrestling and thats why I have joined XWL the big stage but focuses on the fun and competition of Wrestling as well as all the stardom. I am here to be the best, like I know I am. That is not arrogance, that is not a big ego, I just know that I am one of the best wrestlers in the world as I have said before and I am sorry if I do come across arrogant because I am not.

John Jones: Davey, before we finish up here what are your thoughts on tonight's PPV what you have seen and what you can't wait to see? and what are your thoughts on XWL past events.??



Davey Richards: Tonight's PPV has been great there has been some great matches tonight's, there have been a couple that I have caught when I haven't been busy sorting out my business stuff, but that United States title match was a good match, I know Kevin well and as much as a crazy person he has show himself to be he is a great wrestler and what about El Generico huh? and I just watched that chamber match that was a great match match but I am looking forward to the World Title Chamber match, because I gurantee you I will face the champion one day and it could be one of you all. I think the World Title match is going to be interesting as The Rock is going to have a tough time in there but so will everyone. Good luck to all you in that match but I will being seeing you in the near future because as of tonight the World Championship is in my sight and THE HUNT IS ON!!!!!!

*Gabriel laughs before begining to speak*

[Justin Gabriel]
I'm not going to let what Wade said bother me in the slightest. I'm not sure what Wades problem is, but if I remember correctly I was making a name for myself, whilst he was out of a job. Wade could be jealous of my recent success... Sure He's the Intercontinental Champion now, but I've reached hightes that He couldn't and probably never will. Whilst In the Corre everybody thought Wade was the next big thing, but i've proven that all along that I was the leading star of the Corre, whilst Wade was gone from XWL I became better than I ever was. It's obvious to me that The Corre was just holding me down. It seemed to be all about Wade and it held me back, I couldn't reach the potential I had.


[Justin Gabriel]
I don't care if Wade thinks I deserve this tonight or not, I was bringing the best out of the likes of Chris Jericho, whilst he was losing to Randy Orton. I've proved I'm better than Wade, I knew it all along but instead He wanted me to wait in his shadow whilst he took all the glory, and He hates the fact that it all changed. He hates that when people think of The Corre they will no longer think of Wade Barrett as the break out star, but they will think of me.. and that kills Wades ego. He was no longer the centre of attention so he wanted out, he hated that I was out shining him. and Tonight, I outshine him once again by walking out of this arena... with the World Heavyweight Championship.

Just as the referee is about to make the final count, both Tyson and Evan leap into the ring breaking the count and keeping this match alive for both.

King: Wow! Now that's what I call a close call, this great match was almost ruined by a double count-out.

Michael Cole: That certainly would've been a shame.

Following a well made video package featuring Ted DiBiase and Maryse, the cameras take us backstage where Josh Matthews is standing by with the ex million dollar couple.



Josh Matthews: Ladies and gentlemen as you can see I'm joined by one of the men that will challenge for the World Heavyweight Championship later on inside the demonic Elimination Chamber, please help me welcome Ted DiBiase!

Ted politely clears his throat then points his eyes at Maryse, who is standing beside him and Josh nods raising the microphone back up.

Josh Matthews: And the woman that came out victorious against Eve earlier tonight, Ted's "friend" Maryse!

Josh Matthews: Now Ted, I know tonight is a big night for you, and I don't want to start off this interview bad, but you're getting your first ever World Heavyweight title shot, and in your first ever payperview main-event... It's a lot and some are unsure if you're ready for it. Anything to say about that?

Ted DiBiase: Well Josh, people are entitled to their opinions, I'm respectful of that, but I know I've worked my ass off to get to where I am right now. Just last year I was another face among the crowded locker room, I was just another nobody, simply known for being the son of the million dollar man. I wasn't satisfied with that, I wanted to get better, I wanted to prove myself, and while it came in an unexpected way, I finally had the opportunity to do just that. I've clawed my way up the rankings here in XWL, I've defeated some big names, and no matter what I've refused to be told I can't do something. The Undertaker was a huge test for me, he disrespected me, I could've just walked away with my tail between my legs accepting the role that was placed upon me. But I didn't do that, I stood up to him, I took him for a ride that he and no one else expected. When I issued that Buried Alive challenge last month, it was a personal test for myself. If I couldn't defeat him, then I deserved to be Buried Alive. But I wasn't, he was, I don't know what will happen tonight, but what I do know, is that the moment my pod opens up, I'm coming out like a bat out of hell on anyone. CM Punk, Chris Jericho, Alberto Del Rio, Justin Gabriel, hell even The Rock!

Maryse made an odd expression at Ted from behind, at his strange expressions

Josh Matthews: Do you think it might be weird being in a match with The Rock? You're close friends it seems, and you're in a position to take his title, it can't be easy to know you could potentially end his title reign.



Ted DiBiase: Honestly, it is what it is, do I want to end his title reign? Well obviously not, I find him to be a great friend, and he and I are a lot of like, we have the same sense of humor, we love kicking ass, and whoppers with fries! But this is about more than that tonight, we're going in friends, but once that chamber door is locked, that friendship is left outside. He and I have an understanding, we both have the same goal, we both want that title, and only one of us can get it. No matter who wins tonight, when we step outside that structure, I have no doubt in my mind we'll still be friends. But just because I may not want to end his reign, doesn't mean I'll hesitate for even a moment to do so.

Josh Matthews: Very well. Do you think that you'll be able to-



Maryse: Wo wo wo wo wo wo wo wo, wo. Of course he will.

She placed her hand on Ted's chest and looked at him

Maryse: Ted is going to go into the chamber tonight, and he is going to come out the World Heavyweight Champion. And I'm going to have to go-..

Maryse cringed and looked back to Josh

Maryse: fishing.

Ted smiled confidently, excited about the trip they may possibly be taking

Maryse: The thing is, Ted is going to win, and I'm going to be right there in his corner. Just like he was for me earlier tonight when I defeated that who-

Ted cleared his throat knowing something unacceptable in his eyes was about to be said, and Maryse paused and looked at him before continuing

Maryse: ... -ell of a competitor, Eve.

She looked at Ted and he smiled, she on the other hand was not so amused

Josh Matthews: Maryse, you did have an incredibly intense match tonight with Eve Torres, a lot of people, including myself, were surprised that you kicked out of some of the predicaments that you did.

Maryse: You see Josh, when you're as talented, and committed as I am, you can't help but put on a show every time you're in a ring. And that's exactly what I did. I showed, Eve, how real women do it. I'm a former champion, what is she? She is nothing. What was she even thinking challenging me?? Well, I'll say, I'm sure she's only thinking about one thing now-

Maryse was cut-off by Ted, obviously disapproving what she had to say



Ted DiBiase: And what's that? How you two put on a great competitive match earlier? Or how even when you come out victorious, it's just never enough to be happy about that...

Ted rolled his eyes but finally held his hand up and stopped her

Ted DiBiase: Maryse, I didn't understand French when we were dating, what makes you think I do now?

Maryse looked at him with a, "like I care" expression on her face

Maryse: ..Whatever.

Maryse put her hand in the air and shrugged it off, as the interview went on



Josh Matthews: Right...So Ted, we heard from Justin Gabriel earlier tonight and he didn't say much, but he did have something to say about you being in the Elimination Chamber. If I can recall correctly, he said that you deserved nothing, and that it made him sick you were even considered a potential champion. Do you have anything to say in response?

Ted DiBiase: Well you see, Josh...



Ted DiBiase: I'm growing tired of Justin Gabriel, and I think tonight's match is just what I need to shut that overly cocky mouth of his once and for all! I used to like Justin, I used to think he was an alright guy, we won a few tag-team matches together, we even played a game of monopoly once, but then Wade Barrett happened. He convinced Gabriel to screw me over in a tag match, and went on to be his bitch for about four or five months? He's been United States Champion, whoopty freaking do, does he want a gold star? I think you'll agree with me that being United States Champion, is a hell of a lot different from being World Heavyweight Champion! The way I look at it...He needed help to defeat The Rock...He couldn't get the job done himself, so CM Punk being the charitable guy that he is, helped him get the "biggest" win of his career.



Ted DiBiase: While I managed to do the very same thing two weeks ago, but get this, I didn't need someone to spoon feed me a victory. Justin Gabriel is a great athlete don't get me wrong, but just like Evan Bourne last year, he's just too cocky for his own good. But the difference them isn't just their jaw dropping aerial maneuvers they're known for, no, it's the fact that Evan actually could back up his big talk, while Gabriel is just boasting about lackluster success. I'm not trying to be mean, but if he wants to go around saying I deserve nothing, then he needs to take a long hard look in the mirror.

Josh Matthews: You seem very confident. Maryse, as for you and Eve, what do you think is next? Are you going to continue your rivalry after Eye for an Eye?

Maryse: Am I going to continue it? Of course I'm going to continue it, I'n going to continue it until Eve is so embarrassed that she is forced to leave this company. I'm surprised she hasn't left of embarrassment already judging by those god-awful attires she comes out to the ring in.

Josh Matthews: Maryse, you seem to have a lot of built up anger and criticism towards Eve, may I ask why?

Maryse: Josh, I don't just have a problem with anybody, I have one with Eve because she thinks she can beat me, because she thinks that she can come into this business and tell me how I should be acting? I'm a former Divas Champion, she just showed up a few weeks ago! She should be happy I even payed her any attention at all. Although I doubt she'll want anyone to pay her any attention after I humiliated her tonight in the ring.

Maryse smirked, seemingly proud of what she had just said, while Ted just rolls his eyes again, clearly not thrilled with Maryse's arrogance.

Josh Matthews: Alright well it should be interesting to see what she has to say in response to that...So Ted, we've gotten your feelings on The Rock and Justin Gabriel, but what about CM Punk, Alberto Del Rio, or even Chris Jericho?

Ted DiBiase: Alberto Del Rio...Classy guy, loves his cars, love his money, loves to wink a lot,

Maryse began to think about what Ted was saying and a slight smile came across her face. Ted just happened to look over and noticed this and she instantly whiped it off, avoiding eye contact, so Ted continued

Ted DiBiase: but one thing you can't say about him, is that he can win a match.



Ted DiBiase: Last week is a perfect example, now before when first faced off in a match about a month ago, I may have had the Rock's assistance, but I think I proved that I didn't need any aid to defeat him. He comes out every week, in a different car, with the same old smug grin on his face, what's he so happy about? Does he think we don't know those are rentals? I've said it before, but I'll say it again, are we supposed to believe that he owns fifty million cars?



Ted DiBiase: Then there's CM Punk, outside of The Rock, he's the only other man in that chamber I have mad respect for. He's honest, he speaks his mind, but more importantly no matter what he says, he can back it up. You don't see him spouting off nonsense filled broken promises. He's the King Of The Ring, he's a former World Heavyweight Champion, all accolades I have yet to achieve. It'd be incredibly stupid of me to even downplay all of that. But that doesn't effect how I'll handle tonight's match. He said before that everything he does is to help superstars like me get a chance. But he's going to regret that, because I don't need help in proving myself to anyone who doubts me, I plan tonight to show that I am someone to be taken seriously, I like to joke around, I like to play games, monopoly to be exact, but he just like everyone else tonight will witness a Ted DiBiase no one expects. I want to prove myself to people like him, I shouldn't care what they think, but he's been in this business longer than I have, and tonight is my chance to show I'm not just a mean monopoly player, I'm a World Heavyweight Champion.

Maryse mocked Ted in a somewhat sarcastic manor, and grinned about it behind his back



Josh Matthews: Maryse, what do you think about the participants, including your "friend" Ted DiBiase, in the Elimination Chamber match tonight, what are your thoughts?

Maryse perked up and her face looked a little surprised

Maryse: What are my thoughts? Easy, Teddy is going to win the Title, no doubt. I know Teddy, and if he has anything, anymore that is, it's determination. I know that he has what it takes to become World Heavyweight Champion and I do believe he will become just that by the end of this Pay Per View.

Josh Matthews: You seem to be very confident in Ted, why exactly is that?

Maryse: Come on, have you seen who he's competing against? First we have Mr. King of the Ring, CM Punk. The guy has so much grease on the top of his head, you could cook bacon off of it. Then we have the parasitic hypocrite himself, Chris Jericho.



Maryse: Seriously, are those the only comebacks he knows? I mean you'd think someone with so much time on there hands, after being booted off of Dancing with the Stars, would at least be able to come up with something better than that! Onto Justin Gabirel, does anybody else think he looks like Rihanna with those cheap haircuts? Or is that just me?

Maryse: And of course, Alberto Del Rio. So he's a Mexican aristocrat, you'd think somebody a, self-proclaimed, "classy" and "extravagant" as him, would have better taste in ring gear. It looks like somebody volunteered their baby to barf on his attires, it's just sad. And finally, we have none other than our World Heavyweight Champion, The Rock. He comes out to the ring in his tank top and track pants, asking us if we "smell what he's cookin'?" I mean what is that? He's supposed to be a champion, not a joke. Oh, and by the way "Rock," I do the eyebrow thing, way better.



Maryse looked into the camera and raised her eyebrow as we've seen her do in the past, with of course a little smirk on her face.

Ted DiBiase: Are you finished?



Ted DiBiase: Because I didn't bring you along on my interview just so that you could insult my opponents tonight, especially not my friend! You call him a joke? Are you kidding me? Haven't ya noticed Maryse? I'm a goof, I'm as cheesy as it gets and damn proud of it, and you know what else I'll be after tonight? The new XWL World Heavyweight Champion! So have fun with Josh, continue to insult The Rock or anyone else, I'm not dealing with that, not on the biggest night of my career, I thought you'd be supportive tonight, and maybe just maybe you'd be nice for the first night in your entire life, but I guess that's too much to ask, huh?

Before she can even reply Ted sighs

Ted DiBiase: You know what...Not even getting into this with you right now. Thanks for the interview, Josh.

Maryse's eyebrow raised once again, but this time not in a sarcastic manor, but as she took a breath in to begin her defense, Ted turned his head away from Maryse, then walked off not even looking back or giving Maryse time to say anything. Maryse's jaw dropped and after Ted was gone, she looked over at Josh in shock

Maryse: Did he just walk away from me?

Maryse's jaw was still dropped but her face also added the emotion of disgust. Josh shrugged, stuttering, but Maryse payed him no attention. She placed her hands on her hips and stared off into the distance trying to assess the situation as the screen fades and we cut to a video package hyping the XWL World Heavyweight Champion, The Rock.
