*As Breakdown returns from it's last segment we hear the sound of a familiar theme.*

*At the sound of this theme the crowd lets out a huge mixed reaction, the split comes from those who love the DX Army and those who can see where Seth is coming from or who don't like DX that much. Seth comes out expecting the same reaction he's been getting these past few months but when he hears the boos in there he realizes what he's done, he stops moshing and just walks down the ramp holding his hand out for slaps but only a few people do it while everyone just gives him a blank stare or some even boo.*

[King]
Seth didn't expect this.

[Cole]
How can you not expect it from these fickle fans? I still don't like Seth because he's a pansy for apologizing to that stupid cameraman but what he said was the truth.

[JR]
Guys, I think Seth's just under some pressure right now, I mean It's Final Stand season we all are, but threatening the GM ins't the best move.  Especially when it's a McMahon and DX are the champs.

*Seth then heads to the ring and then grabs a mic from the ring announcer and you can hear him say "Thanks" he then turns to the camera and begins to speak.*

[Seth Rollins]
Look guys, I know what I said was a spur of the moment.

*Seth then looks down at the canvas for a few quick moments scratching the back of his head, not knowing how to explain calling out the fan favorites, Triple H and Shawn Michaels.*

[Seth Rollins]
It's just that I.........

*Seth then looks down at the ground for a few moments the crowd has become restless and has started to chant "Boring!"

[Seth Rollins]
I'm the best damn wrestler that this company has ever seen! That's right I've said it, I know what you're thinking "Who doesn't say that" yeah chant boring now but when I hold a title up at Final Stand you'll pay attention.

[Seth Rollins]
I have the daredevil mind of Jeff Hardy, the showmanship of a young Shawn Michaels, the razor sharp mic skills of Punk and the technical prowness of a Jericho. Don't believe me? I've beaten Dean Ambrose and the Miz in big time matches and I'm undefeated at Final Stand. And that's not going to change. Did I mention that I also beat Triple H in the Finals of King Of The Ring 2012? I don't think Trips forgot about me,he just wants to. And he wants you people to believe it. Honestly though, DX are good guys but that doesn't mean a damn thing to me. They've gotten targets on their back. Well Shawn does anyways. And they say he's the weak link huh?

*The crowd then does a big "Ohhhhhhhhhhhh" chant and then most start to boo.*

[Seth Rollins]
*Seth then smirks* Whatever. You can add Stone Cold and The Rock to people I share traits with because I don't care who you are, if you're standing in my way to the World Heavyweight Championship, you're getting Blacked Out. Love me or hate me people but in a few months I WILL be on those posters and coffee cups and you will respect me! Believe That!

*Seth then drops the mic forcefully and then sticks his tongue out disrespectfully sending a message to a certain general manager as Breakdown heads to the next segment.*

Feedback would be greatly appreciated! And thanks to everyone who gave me thoughts on Skype from my last one!

The camera goes to a shot of our World Heavyweight Champion backstage as he exits his locker room, Alberto Del Rio seems all smiles following last week with Ricardo in tow.

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 Sd010612-00909

{Jim Ross}
Up next our World Champion Alberto Del Rio has been asked to join us at ringside, he will be guest commentating this next match-up with us.

{Michael Cole}
Why? Why on earth does he need to be out here?!

{Jim Ross}
Because, possibly, XWL wanted the fans to hear the perspective of the top guy in company about some up and coming talent?

{Michael Cole}
Who cares! He got lucky against Miz and now he's gonna lose to Dean, I don't see the point!

{Jim Ross}
Michael, are yo-

{Jerry Lawler}
Don't bother J.R.

The camera cuts back to Alberto and Ricardo who start laughing and discussing what they plan doing once they get to the ringside. Just as they turn the corner ALBERTO GETS BLASTED! The camera spins around to see none other than Alberto's challenger Dean Ambrose standing above him.

{Jim Ross}
Oh, this is not good...

Dean stalks over Alberto for a few moments before he snaps and starts viciously stomping Del Rio up and down the body, each stomp more vicious than the last as he just stares with the look of hate built up on his face. He stops kicking but only for enough time to allow him to drop down to a single knee, grab Albert's head, and start firing closed right hands to the champions head!

{Jerry Lawler}
Is no one back there that can stop this?!

Ambrose starts raking at Alberto's eyes feverishly, grabbing him by the face and dragging him up. As he does this he feels a shot to the gut as Alberto manages to start firing off fists to Ambrose's abdomen! The fans erupt as their champ starts firing back! Alberto breaks Dean's grip and stands up on his own, measuring and connecting with a fist to Dean's head! He pumps himself up and goes to fire another fist but as he does Dean throws a kick right to the groin of the champion. Alberto collapses to his knees and Ambrose glares down at him.

{Michael Cole}
If you're going to jump a guy at least fight like a man!

Dean tees off a few more shot to Alberto's head before grabbing Alberto by the back of the head and gets him to his feet. He yanks and pulls him over to a lunch table backstage. He throws Berto into the wall next to it as he starts throwing all the food that's resting on the table to the ground. Dean immediately goes to the champion once it's cleared off and slams him head first onto the table! He repeats this again and again till Del Rio seems out cold. He then goes and props up Alberto, placing him face down onto the table. The camera looks to Ambrose's face which now has a maniacal grin on it. He walks to the other side of the table and starts to climb up onto a equipment crate!

{Jim Ross}
Dean, you've made your point! Stop it!

{Michael Cole}
Finally someone is standing up to Alberto!

{Jerry Lawler}
Cole! Shut up!

Dean raises his hypothetical gun and pulls the trigger, leaping from the crate and delivering a splash that sends both men crashing through the table!! Dean rolls out from the wreckage holding his ribs, clearly in pain, but chuckling at what he has done to the champion. Dean gets to his feet and starts walking away, but something stops him. He turns around and sees Alberto pulling himself from the broken pieces of the table. Dean storms back over and grabs Del Rio by the hair but before Dean can do anything else Alberto mutters something at Ambrose.

{Alberto Del Rio}
Is that all you got......puta.

Alberto smiles as Dean starts to shift but Alberto spits right into his assaulter's face?! Dean's expression goes to that of blind rage he get Alberto to his feet and wraps his arm around his neck and hooks his arm behind his back, locking in a crossface chicken wing! He immediately wrestles the champion to the ground and starts berating him as he chokes him out!

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 Normal_v00042

{Dean Ambrose}
Who's the prey now, Alberto?! Huh?!

Dean starts wrenching the neck and trying to choke him out! Alberto struggles for a few moments before he slowly starts fading. His arm goes from flailing in the air to being limp as Ambrose finally relinquishes his hold and gets to his feet.

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 Normal_v00061

{Dean Ambrose}
This is just the beginning, Del Rio, the pain you're feeling now will be nothing compared to what I have in store for you at Uprising.

Ambrose continues to stare at his fallen adversary until he hears the yelling of Ricardo accompanied by security and medical assistance coming from the distance. Ambrose makes his signature gun gesture once again and backs off Del Rio, taking off in the other direction. The medical staff and Ricardo check over the unconscious Alberto while security goes and hunts for Dean as the show goes to commercial.

*We go backstage where Matt Striker is with Brad Maddox for his first ever official XWL interview.*

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 2yNOyq4

[Matt Striker] Brad, I'd like to welcome you onto the set. I know this is the first time you've been interviewed for XWL, well, legally and-

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 Io9fRgz

[Brad Maddox] Let me correct that for you, Matthew. It's the first of many interviews in XWL because you best believe me when I tell you Brad Maddox is going nowhere! When I arrived to the building tonight, I had superstars and divas left and right sniggering at me, making comments about how I'm going to be gone after Uprising. But the joke's going to be on them at Uprising when I walk through the curtain after defeating Mark Henry and gaining my well deserved XWL contract, they better roll out the red carpet and have the champagne at the ready because it's going to be a celebration like no other! I would like to take this moment to thank my close and personal friend, Vince McMahon. If it wasn't for Vince seeing my true potential and giving me this shot I wouldn't be here right now, I'm so thankful for him and the fact that he can overrule his biased General Manager of a daughter, Stephanie.. And really quick, I know you're watching Stephanie!

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 DCXyIuD

[Brad Maddox] I know you're watching in that office of yours, your blood's probably boiling, your fists are clenched, you hate the sheer sight of Brad Maddox on your TV screen but here's the fun part.. There's not a damn thing you, Mark Henry or anyone else can do about it! This is my time and I'm not going to let anyone take it from me. I know on paper it looks like I'm screwed against Mark Henry, I DID see him pull two huge trucks by himself at the start of the show and while I'll admit I was impressed, it didn't really intimidate me. Mark Henry could have all of the strength in the world, and believe me he does. But what he lacks is brains and that's going to be his ultimate downfall at Uprising, he could pull a jumbo jet to show how strong he is for all I care but at Uprising Brad Maddox is going to have his hand raised and that's final.

[Matt Striker] It's good to see that you're confident in yourself, Brad, but don't you think if Mark Henry gets his hands on you.. well, it's game over?

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 1dfrPyB

[Brad Maddox] You could say that.. But who says Mark Henry is even going to get the chance to get his hands on me? He's slow, I'm fast. People are quick to doubt my in ring abilities but little do they know I'm like Muhammad Ali in his prime, well, he wishes he was as good as me in his prime. I'm so fast, Mark Henry won't know whether to turn left or right. I'm gonna run circles around him, wear him out and once he gets tired, that's when I take him out. It's simple, Matt!

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 MEU55FV

[Matt Striker] Okay.. Hypothetically, let's say you beat Mark Henry, it's the week after Uprising, what's next for Brad Maddox?

*Brad puts his hand on Matt's back patting it confidently.*

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 Kd26QhA

[Brad Maddox] Well Matt, after Uprising it's the beginning of a new era. The Bradditude Era, Mark Henry is just the first of many people who will know who the future of this company is. I have my back against the wall with an unfair General Manager having it out for me but I fight against the odds and damnit I'll come out unscathed. When a guy like Vince McMahon see's potential in you, you're destined to go places and that's exactly what's going to happen.

[Matt Striker] Interesting, well Brad I admire your courage. Best of luck against Mark at Uprising, thank you for your time.

*Just as Brad is about to walk off Mark Henry appears on the set as he towers over Brad. He doesn't even say a word as Brad stands in fear looking up at Henry, Matt Striker moves back leaving Brad and Henry on their own as they face off. They continue to stare down as you can see the fear in Brad's eyes as we fade away to a commercial.*

With Breakdown returning from a brief break, Divas Champion Layla and her friend Paige are shown standing by a man, for what seems to be the start of a joint interview.

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 KyQa49Y

{Interviewer}
Please welcome my guests at this time, formally known as the United Queendom, the self proclaimed “Anti-Diva,” Paige and the current Divas Champion, Layla. Both of you ladies have been on quite a roll as of late, with Paige's starting after defeating you, Layla, and you managing to turn that around and become the Divas Champion six days later at X-treme X-mas. Since the demise of The United Queendom in August of last year at Supremacy, it appears that both of you have found your groove in the Divas Division. With that said, You've been on an absolute hot streak as of late, do you believe it will continue tonight when you take on Michelle McCool?

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 OMwjYbz

{Paige}
With each victory I attain, with each stepping stone I climb, with each page I turn, I inch closer and closer to a shot at what I desire the most: The Divas Championship. For weeks now, I have defeated every “diva” that has stood in my way, from my opponent at Uprising in Kaitlyn, to the reigning Divas Champion standing right besides me in Layla, to Nikki Bella, who I beat last week, and tonight will be no different when I defeat Michelle McCool yet again. I've done it before, and I'll do it again. It's rather unfortunate that a once dominant “diva” has fallen so far from grace, and your downward spiral will continue for at least one more week.

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 BhnK37c

[Layla]
Paige has been on a roll as of late, and while 'Chelle has a special place in my heart, and is no doubt a very challenging opponent...she's in for a challenge against this tough Brit. A challenge that will no doubt make her a tough opponent for my my other friend Kaitlyn to overcome. I just want to assure you that at Uprising I will call it right down the middle, Paige. No matter who wins, I know we'll give Final Stand the biggest diva showdown it's ever had.

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 TDqUtky

{Paige}
“No matter who wins?” You and I both know that if Kaitlyn continues this little losing streak of hers, she doesn't stand at Uprising. Deep down, Kaitlyn knows it as well, but her pride won't let her admit it.

The confidence of the Anti-Diva shining through tonight. Layla, if you had to decide which person to face at Final Stand, between Kaitlyn and Paige, which would you choose and which would be the greater threat to your Divas Championship?

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 5Tix0aU

[Layla]
Obviously I'd choose the greater threat, there's a thrill in a good challenge, and it allows you to test yourself as champion. That's something I take great pride in as Divas Champion, wanting the best of the best, to prove I'm the best. That's the motto of any champion, Kaitlyn and Paige are both very different, but they're both very good in their own ways, Paige literally has wrestling flowing through her veins, and Kaitlyn's been a force to be reckoned with since her first night here. In this business things can change within a blink of an eye, that's what makes this situation really intriguing, Paige has no problem defeating anyone lately, while Kaitlyn now has a problem defeating anyone. But Uprising is a different playing field, it's the big fight feel, one victory will catapult them into a Divas Championship match against me at the biggest event of the year. I welcome the challenge of either of them, I know them very well, and they know me the same, it more or less comes down to who is the better of the two on that night.

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 CTsWZl0

{Paige}
I like how you avoided answering the question directly, Layla, instead choosing to go the cliché way with a vague reply. Is it because I'm standing right here? I know you're trying to be unbiased but it's only a matter of time before you have to make a choice, and what a choice it will be. On one hand, you have the “diva” that broke your record for longest reigning Divas Champion, and on the other you have the Anti-Diva that teamed with you for the better part of five months and the Anti-Diva that you kicked in the face, which led to us disbanding.

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 35zpo8m

{Paige}
The way I see it, we're at a stalemate right now, with one win a piece, and I couldn't think of a better way to break that tie than by a match at Final Stand, but before that could happen, I have to defeat Kaitlyn, which shouldn't be too hard, but the last time I underestimated a “diva,” I ended up in a seemingly never ending war with a certain “Foxy” diva, and I won't make that same mistake again. I was already robbed at becoming Divas Champion once, and I'll be damned if I let it happen again.

[Layla]
Final Stand would be the ultimate tiebreaker, believe me I'm looking forward to it. But that's out of my hands, it's up to you to make that vision come to fruition. I don't want to choose sides because you're both very dear to me, I understand if you two might not see eye to eye, but to me, all I see when I look at either one of you is a true threat that I'm happy to also call a friend. Kaitlyn's tougher than she looks, it took the biggest Layout I've ever done to put her away in The Elimination Chamber, make no mistake about it, she might be on a bit of a sour path right now, but so was I last month, and look at me now.

{Interviewer}
Look at you indeed, clearly an example as to why you Paige should heed your own warning and watch Kaitlyn very carefully. So Layla we've never quite delved into the whole situation regarding the demise of The United Queendom. Obviously you didn't intend to kick Paige, but because you did, that allowed The Bella Twins to defeat you two with a little help from Alicia Fox of course. Do you ever wonder how things would be now had you maybe aimed a bit better?

[Layla]
It was a mistake, they moved at the last second, and unfortunately I hit Paige. She knows it was an accident, I don't think she's held it against me, we're still as close as ever, we might be technically "partners" but The United Queendom is forever, and I have no doubt that we'd be where we are today regardless of if we came out of on top of that match. One of us would be champion, and the other would be gunning for the chance to face each other on the grandest stage of them all, for the biggest prize in this division.

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 31HIyUq

{Paige}
The only difference would probably be AJ Lee not nearly breaking my arm a few months ago, but that's all in the past, and why dwell in the past when there's a potential shot at the Divas Championship in future? Just imagine XWL's only two British women going one on one at Final Stand, for the Divas Championship. Before that could become a reality, I have to defeat Kaitlyn again. As much as I may not like her, I have to give her credit where it's due, she's resilient and can take as much punishment as she can give, but history isn't in her favor, she has yet to pin me in that ring and I plan to keep it that way come Uprising.

{Interviewer}
And at Uprising, it will be Kaitlyn taking on Paige, where the winner will walk into this years Final Stand and face Layla for the Divas Championship, and that's not all, the special guest referee for that match? None other than our Divas Champion, Layla. You have stated multiple times that you will be calling that match down the middle, but what if either Kaitlyn or Paige feel that you're favoring the other and decide to take matters into their own hands, how would you handle that situation?

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 VhLisZG

[Layla]
Like in any friendship, trust is the factor. They have my word that no matter what happens in that match, I will call it exactly as it is, and nothing else. Just like I trust that when all is said and done, they won't hold my decision against me.

{Interviewer}
But what if they did? Championships have been known to tear apart friendships before, do you truly believe the bond you have with Kaitlyn and with Paige is strong enough to withstand the turmoil that is sure to come about when you're not just friends, but now also enemies.

[Layla]
I wouldn't say we're enemies by any means, sure we all want to call ourselves Divas Champion, right now I can, and that's because I've earned. If they earned the right I'd be happy for them, just like I know they're happy for me.

{Paige}
Let's get one thing straight, Mr. Interviewer, Layla and myself were partners for five months, and in the end, she kicked me in the face and cost us our partnership. If I haven't tried to get revenge for that yet, what makes you think a championship will cause us to become enemies? Actually, I got a better question-

Before Paige can ask that question, they're suddenly greeted by the unexpected appearance of the General Manager, Stephanie McMahon. Caught off guard, they all stare at her, she smiles while remaining silent, seemingly endeared by something.

[Stephanie McMahon]
Aren't you two just precious? You know, it warms my heart to see such a strong friendship.

Both former members of The United Queendom look back at one another, confused by Stephanie's random interjection.

[Stephanie McMahon]
I just hope that it's strong enough to not let...

Stephanie points to The Divas Championship resting on Layla's shoulder.

[Stephanie McMahon]
THAT, come in between you.

Immediately both Layla and Paige's attention shifts to the Divas title.

[Stephanie McMahon]
Well anyways, I'm sorry for intruding on your interview, please carry on.

With a coy smile Stephanie turns away, heading off in the direction she was heading into before she stopped to interact with the two potential Final Stand opponents. But her remark seems to have stopped this interview entirely, both Brits are silent, and their eyes haven't left The Divas Championship. It's a sight we watch for just a few seconds more before we then fade away from.

Breakdown returns from a commercial break to find Kenny King making his way through a busy hallway. He bumps into a man, causing him to spill his coffee all over the ground. But Kenny ignores it and continues on, turning back to check if the camera is still following him. He arrives at a blue door and knocks on it three times, loud enough for everyone to hear. After only a few seconds he throws his head back and knocks another three times, even louder. Someone finally answers the door and the fans are glad to see that it's Xavier Woods. Kenny brushes past him, entering the room without an invitation. Woods shrugs and closes the door, turning to Kenny and smiling.

Xavier Woods

What's up, man?

Kenny, with a devious expression on his face, steps forward and puts his hand on Woods's shoulder.

Kenny King

Not much, just filling in for Josh tonight. He's ugh, he's not feeling to well so I offered to help him out a little. You know, interview some people for him.

Xavier Woods

Wow, man. That's really cool of you. So, what? Are you going to interview me?

Kenny nods his head.

Kenny King

That I am. You're not busy or anything are you? Cause I can come back-

Xavier Woods

Nope nope, I'm all yours. Let's get it started!

Kenny laughs, bringing the microphone that he stole from Matthews up to his mouth. He looks to the camera, then to Xavier and clears his throat.

Kenny King

Okay . . . I'm live backstage with Xavier Woods! One of the newest additions to the roster. Xavier, you got a big win in your debut match last week over Prince Deadbeat, how did you feel going into that match, and how does it feel to be a *lowers his voice* complete failure . . . ?

Xavier Woods

I'm, I'm sorry, I didn't catch that last part. How does it feel to be a what?

Kenny King

My bad, man. These damn mics, am I right!? Ha ha, but really. What I said was, how does it feel to be a superstar here in the XWL?

Xavier Woods

Oh, ugh, it feels great! You know, I've worked hard my entire career and I *Kenny yawns loudly as Woods is talking* . . . I ugh, I'm glad to be somewhere where I can truly show everyone what I've * Kenny sighs heavily and looks at his wrist, acting as if there's a watch there*  . . . I've ugh, I'm sorry man, is there some place that you've got to be?

Kenny looks surprised, as if Xavier's question has no meaning.

Kenny King

What!? No. Of course not, please continue!

Xavier

Okay . . . Ugh, yeah, like I said it's great to be somewhere where I can really hone in on my skills and show everyone what I'm made of. This is a great company and It's great to be here!

Kenny dazes off into the distance, making it obvious that he just doesn't care about what Woods is saying. Xavier takes offense, sighing heavily.

Xavier Woods

Alright, dude, what's wrong with you, huh? Why are you acting like a douche?

Kenny King

What- a douche!? Man, just who do you think you're talking to?

Xavier Woods

. . . A douche.

Kenny King

. . . Alright, I'll tell you what's wrong. What's wrong is that you're stealing my spotlight, and I don't very much appreciate it. I'm the top dog here, but no one seems to give a rats ass about me. The King! It's madness, it's unthinkable, that you are more important than me. You're nothing compared to me. Just like Eric Young. You're a no good, waste of space, joke. You won't last long here, Woods. Trust me. So step off, or get stepped on!

Kenny steps towards Xavier and pokes his chest, laughing a small bit.

Xavier Woods

First things first, *Xavier smacks Kenny’s hand down* I'ma need you to not do that. Secondly, you say you’re the top dog around here . . . Then where is your title, hmm? Don’t worry, I’ll wait . . . Exactly, You don’t have one. And don’t give me that BS about you not getting your rematch. After your little hiatus, did you really think that you would get that match? The reason that nobody gives a rats ass about you, if you really can’t figure it out, is because you don’t deserve it. Back before you left, yeah, you actually had respect from people because you earned it. Now you demand respect and to be back where you once were, yet you refuse to work for it. Now you were my boy. We used to be as cool as polar bear balls. But now that you see somebody else getting the shine, all of a sudden you’re better than me?

Kenny King

I've always been better than you, Woods.

Xavier Woods
Whatever helps you sleep at night, Kenny. But when you go home and take a deep look into the mirror, we both know who the better man is.

Kenny King
Yeah, it's me. You and I, Xavier, we were never "cool". Shit, being around you makes me less cool. It's a shame that you can't just admit the truth. That I always have been and always will be better than you. Hopefully Kurt Angle will knock some sense into you tonight. Maybe open your eyes a little bit. But . . . I doubt it. You're blind, Woods. Just like Young, just like Shelley, just like everyone who's stood in my way. Who's doubted me. Now, step aside. I've got a match to get ready for. One that I'm going to win. And ugh, you've got one to lose. Ha ha, we'll continue this later . . . Pal.

Kenny crumples up the page of questions that is in his hand and throws it in Xavier's face, bumping into him as he exits the room. King turns back and looks over his shoulder, laughing once more then walking off down the hall. The camera stays on Woods as he picks up the piece of paper and shakes his head, sighing heavily.

Later in the show

1 . . . 2 . . . 3!

Woods rolls off Angle, holding his arm up in victory. The fans are going crazy as Xavier uses the ropes to hoist himself up, once again shooting his arm up into the air.

Ring Announcer
Here's your winner . . . Xavier Woods!

The fans grow louder as Woods climbs the nearest turnbuckle, nodding his head up and down. The fans and Xavier himself have little to no time to react as Kenny King rushes the ring, sliding underneath the bottom rope and springing to life once inside. He sprints over to Xavier, who's still up on the top rope, and low blows him, sending the valedictorian crashing back down onto the canvas. The fans aren't happy as King attacks Woods with a flurry of nonstop stomps. Over and over and over again, Kenny kicks Woods in the face, stomach, legs, arms, and back. He finally seizes his assault, stepping back and smiling at what he's done. He then quickly exits the ring, walking over to the ring announcer and grabbing the microphone out of his hand. Kenny pushes the announcer back into the barricade wall, a loud thud ringing throughout the arena. He reenters the ring just as fast as he left it, moving over to the still downed Xavier's side. Kenny kneels down so that he's as close as he can be to Woods's face.

Kenny King
Do you get it now, Woods? Huh? Do you get it now? I sure hope so, because until you do, I'm going to be coming out here every single week. Making sure that your life is a living hell.

Kenny stands up, circling Xavier's body, laughing loudly.

Kenny King
 . . . The King is back . . .

Kenny drops his microphone and steps back, glaring at Woods for a few moments. He then slides out of the ring and walks backwards up the ramp, watching the ring the entire time. Just before he's about to exit to the back, King takes a deep breath and gesticulates both of his arms outwards.

Kenny King
And he's taking back his kingdom!

(Feedback for us both would be keen.)

Breakdown returns from commercial break finding John Morrison standing in the center of the ring. He seems hopping around and prepping himself for his upcoming match, if there may even be one.

{Jim Ross}
Earlier tonight John Morrison's opponent, the World Champion, Alberto Del Rio was jumped and assaulted by his challenger at Uprising, Dean Ambrose. I'd be surprised if we even see Alberto make it out for this match.

{Michael Cole}
Good! He got what was coming to him after everything with Miz!

{Jerry Lawler}
Are you kidding Cole? Alberto beat him! And may have even made him realize that his strategy was flawed!

{Michael Cole}
He ruined him! Entirely!

{Jim Ross}
No, Alberto basically showed him what it would take! He wa-!

{Jim Ross}
What?! How on earth is he even able to walk after that attack earlier?

{Michael Cole}
Oh, OF COURSE! He has to be a big show off and act likes he's gonna come out here and compete! It's all an act and he'll just stumble his way out here before Ricardo pulls him out!

{Jerry Lawler}
Oh brother....

Alberto, with taped ribs, wanders out onto the stage and starts heading to the ring. He slowly marches down the ramp but is chased down by Ricard who begins pleading with him.

{Michael Cole}
Ha! Told you!

Ricardo gets shoved away by Alberto who orders him towards the back. Alberto finishes his way into the ring and Ricardo obliges with his command. The referee confirms with Alberto he wants to actually compete and then calls for the bell.

10 Minutes Later...

Winner:
XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 H5YFn6p

Morrison celebrates his victory insides the ring for several moments before exiting and heading up the ramp towards the back. The camera returns back towards the ring where Alberto Del Rio struggles to his feet, dragging himself up. He finally reaches feet after his struggle and loss to Morrison and grasps at his ribs. He goes to exit the ring and head to the back bu-!

{Jim Ross}
Oh god.

{Jerry Lawler}
Security! Come out here now!

{Michael Cole}
YES! Finally a real man worthy of being champion!

Dean Ambrose walks out onto the stage and takes a stand at the top of the ramp. Ambrose, for the third time in the evening, raises his gun towards Alberto Del Rio in the ring. Alberto struggles to his feet and lock stares with his challenger. Ambrose grins and figuratively fires his gun and charges the ring where Alberto Del Rio is standing telling him to bring it!

{Jim Ross}
Alberto can hardly stand, how is he going to fight?!

Ambrose dives into the ring and both men start firing closed fists back and forth! Ambrose and Alberto continue rocking each other until Ambrose finally get the edge, he tees off rapid fire strikes until Del Rio becomes dazed. Ambrose sprints backwards and bounces off the ropes and as he returns towards Del Rio delivers a vicious clothesline flooring Alberto! Dean stomps around the ring, mocking the crowd who boo him for his constant assault against Del Rio tonight. He turns towards the fallen Alberto and reaches down, grabbing and lifting Alberto up once again but this time Dean grabs Alberto into a side headlock, prepping for his side headlock driver!

{Jerry Lawler}
No more! Haven't you done enough?!

{Michael Cole}
DO IT! YES!

Dean turns to all four sides of the crowd, yelling at them, mocking their admiration for Alberto Del Rio. Finally he turns towards the ramp and just as he seems about to strike, a large group of security charges the ring! Dean shoves Del Rio away and readies himself for the oncoming group. Before they hit the ring, Del Rio braces himself and charges back out Ambrose is back, delivering a solid forearm to his upper back! The two men resume brawling again until security dives into the ring and separates them.

{Jerry Lawler}
Finally! Someone stops Ambrose's attack!

Both men tear through the guards and for a moment come to blows again! They are quickly torn apart and Ambrose is dragged from the ring. Alberto is held in his place, dead center of the mat. As Ambrose reaches the top via security he seems to calm down entirely and calmly and collected strut back behind the curtains. Alberto is releases by security but the champion is still fuming as he tries charging the stage area but is quickly restrained again, after a few moments he himself is escorted to the back as the show fades to a CM Punk promo video.

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 004_zps97e47fcf

A familiar theme hits to a huge ovation from the live audience.  Trish Stratus appears at the top of the stage and poses for the fans with a big smile upon her face.  Her injured arm still in a sling, she makes her way toward the ring under a wave of cheers and applause.

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 008_zps38ec9ff2

Jim Ross: There she is folks!  Trish Stratus is in the building!

Jerry "The King" Lawler: And she's still hurt!  I feel so bad for Trish... maybe I could look after her while she's hurt!

Jim Ross:  She may not look it, but Trish is as tough as a two dollar steak.  Hurt or not, Trish can look after herself King.

Michael Cole: We all saw last week how Trish shocked the world by aligning herself with the former Divas Champion Madison Eagles.  Trish gave Eagles her full backing and claimed that the two of them would revolutionize the Divas Division.  It's hard to doubt anything coming from the words of a legendary Diva like Trish, but I have to wonder, what is she thinking by teaming up with the egomaniacal Madison Eagles?

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 017_zpsa850ee55

Jim Ross: I'm sure Trish knows what she's doing.  She has an eye for talent and even coached on the old Tough Enough show.  Trish truly believes that Eagles can become the face of women's wrestling in this era.  And she's trying to bring Eagles around to that idea and to not only allow her to fulfill her potential, but to embrace the XWL fans.

Jerry "The King" Lawler: I'm looking around right now and I can already see a lot more Madison Eagles shirts and signs!  People are really buying into this duo of Eagles and Trish!  And so am I!

Trish is now in the ring with a mic in hand.  As her music fades away, she takes up a few moments to soak up the noise of the crowd as her grin grows before addressing the audience.

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 059_zpsc3812ec2

Trish Stratus:  Good evening Las Vegas!  Wow, what a reaction.  Sadly, as you can see, I'm still hurt so I won't be able to compete for all of you here tonight... but don't worry!  You see, I wouldn't let all my fans in Sin City go without their weekly dose of Stratusfaction!  So whatever my physical limitations, I made sure I was on the flight out here.  There was no way I was missing out on the bright lights, the sights and the wonderful people of Vegas.

The crowd pops in a big way, bringing a big smile to Trish's face.

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 044_zpsdaf42ff6

Trish Stratus:  But anyway, moving onto business.  Last week, I kinda shocked the world by coming back with an injury.  Everyone wondered what I was doing back obviously in no condition to wrestle, but I had other plans.  It was time to revolutionize women's wrestling again... but this time I have a partner in crime.  She's the most athletically gifted female I've ever seen with stacks of potential to become the face of and define this current era of women's wrestling.  With my backing, we'll take this division to places it's never been before... heck... you guys might even start enjoying the Divas more than the Superstars!  Imagine that.  Okay okay, this woman I'm talking about... sure she can be hot-headed and maybe... you know, a little bitchy... which is probably why a lot of you don't like her... but hey... you could say she has the right to be that way if she's so talented right?  Of course, I'm talking about my new associate... all the way from Australia... Madison Eagles!

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 056_zpse06c284f

Trish motions to the stage and proudly introduces Eagles as her theme music hits.

Eagles walks out with as much confidence and swagger as ever to a mixed reaction from the XWL Universe as Trish claps her onward.

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 1-1

Jim Ross: There's not much more that needs to be said about this woman, Madison Eagles, who as Trish just mentioned are now on the same page as each other with the same goal in mind.

Michael Cole: I don't think anyone saw that coming when Trish interrupted Madison last week, but for whatever reason Madison was more than happy to side with Trish, and with these two diva's fighting along side each other, the question has to be asked, can they be stopped? Trish is arguably the most successful diva of all time, and Madison in many peoples minds including Trish could be the the next biggest diva around.

Jerry "The King" Lawler: Trish has seen something in Madison that many others have, she certainly has an attitude problem, that's no secret, but when she steps in the ring there aren't many like Madison Eagles.

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 2-1

As Madison reaches ringside she walks around the ring over to the timekeepers area where she's handed a microphone by a member of the ring crew, then she walks over to the climb apron and climbs up to the top rope and gazes out into the crowd of thousands upon thousands of XWL fans

Jim Ross:  She's a vicious competitor, she'll do whatever she has to do to get the win, she hits hard and doesn't take an prisoners, if you're going to have anyone by your side Madison Eagles will be at the top of the list, and if these two can co-exist then they will make a formidable team.

Michael Cole: That might be a big if, but at the moment you have to say there might not a better duo than these two, and when Trish's arm heals they'll only get that much better.

Jim Ross: That's something that the rest of the diva's wouldn't dare think about, they want to take this division to new heights, and with it being Madison Eagles and Trish Stratus saying it, you don't have a choice but to take them seriously.

Now in the ring Madison walks up to Trish and slowly starts applauding her as her music fades out then she begins to speak

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 11

Madison Eagles: Wow, Trish, I guess I should thank you for such a kind introduction, and you're not wrong a whole lot of people don't like me, not one bit and I guess... Well let's be honest here normally I would of made sure coming back early was the biggest mistake you've made in your entire career, and I wouldn't of happily done that under any other circumstances. But I didn't do that, did I? And you want to know why I didn't do that Trish? You're the first person in this entire company I show me the respect that I've earnt, you're the only person since I first walked into this company over a year ago to tell it how you see it. Sure others have but there's always a downside to it, "sure, Madison's great but...", BUT NOTHING! That's not how it was last week with you. You're the only person who said you respected me, and that coming from someone like you, Trish actually means something to me. Who else in this industry has achieved what you have, two time XWL Diva's champion and everybody already knows what you've done before you got here.

Madison pauses as she applauds Trish's accomplishments briefly before continuing to speak.  Trish soaks up her admiration.

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 4-1

Madison Eagles: So for that Trish I have to thank you for that, and now that we're on the same page just who can stop us? Together once you're fully healed and ready to step back in the ring and wrestling we will be an unstoppable team making this place better in the long run. You and me, Trish as a team can take this place to heights it's never seen and the only way we're going to be able to do that is if we're on the same page, and that I agree with you completely. I might not want to admit it Trish, but I need your help to do that, just like you need mine. Let's face it we've both tried it by ourselves and unfortunately failed, but together we're unstoppable.

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 049_zpse335ba2d

Trish Stratus: And why should we wait until I'm fully healed?  We can be unstoppable right now if we want to.  Injury or no injury, with me at your side, the possibilities are endless.  So starting tonight, we're going to show the world exactly what Madison Eagles and Trish Stratus are all about.  Madison, your path to regaining the Divas title starts tonight.  I like to think that all of this has lit a fire under you and that I'm responsible for that.  All of these other Divas had better sit up and notice, especially Layla, because we're coming for the gold and nobody, and I mean nobody is going to stop us.

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 Eagles3_zps2c451054

Madison Eagles: That is of course IF she's still champion when I become number one contender, the truth is we don't know who the champion will be at that point, whenever that moment is ANY one of the dozens of women in the back could be Diva's champion, and when I do get that chance I will become the two time Diva's champion and with that title around my waist and you at my side Trish we would of done everything we set out to do, and it will be an honor to make my first title defence against you. But I'll think about that when the time comes, yet right now all I can... no, all WE can do is focus on getting to that point which starts tonight when I face Alicia Fox tonight and after that's done everybody in the back won't have a choice but to recognize exactly what we're about. So if you ask me, Trish it's time for all of the Diva's in the back to either put up or shut up.

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 041_zpsdc4f1f00

Trish Stratus:  Tonight we'll make an example of Alicia Fox.  I respect her for having the self-confidence and the tenacity to think that she has what it takes to hang with the best of them, but the fact is, Madison Eagles is in a league of her own.  Alicia barely knows a wristlock from a wristwatch and she's never connected with the XWL Universe at all while Madison here knows more holds than everyone on the roster combined, and despite her past being the woman everyone loved to hate, she's turning a corner.  I can see right now that all of you have taken an interest in Madison since last week, you're all sat up in your seats hanging onto her every word ever since I gave her my support.  It says a lot.  You were crying out for the next Diva to revolutionize a division and I gave you that Diva.  I hand-picked your hero and our work has just begun.

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 Eagles2_zps0304bb88

Madison Eagles: You couldn't be more right, Trish. When it comes to me and Alicia Fox the differences couldn't be more obvious, now not to give credit where it's due, so Alicia Fox congratulations on... You know what Trish? I've got nothing, however rest assured it's the thought that counts, and I'd just like to take this moment to wish Alicia the very best of luck because she's going to need every last bit of it if she's going to cause the upset of the century against me tonight, it's like you said Trish, I know more holds than anybody else combined, I could even stand out here and make a list of every single hold I know right now, I don't know quite how long it is but it's at least 1005. So here it is, hold number one Armdrag, hold number two Armbar...

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 046_zps1a522fcb

Trish Stratus: Uh, Madison?  Sorry to interrupt but...Yeah... I realllllly don't have all night to stand out here, as much as I would love to.  I know how good you are and deep down so does everybody else.  We don't need you to list every hold you know... heck I bet you know more than 1005 if you put your mind to it!  Why waste your breath and your energy standing out here when you could be back there preparing to beat Alicia Fox and kick off this new alliance of ours with a bang?

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 043_zps8c27d15c

Trish Stratus: And then at Uprising, it will be your uprising as the face of the Divas Division Madison.  That's why I've taken it upon myself to set you up a match against stiff competition.  She's a former Divas champion just like you and someone with the skills and the talent to match your own.  I think she could push you to your limit and bring out the very best in you.  It'll be a close one... but the only problem is, she doesn't know what she's getting into.  Because you Madison, are the best in the world.  And Eagles... fly high.

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 062_zps26768210

Trish lowers her mic and smirks at the arguably horrible pun as Eagles seems to soak it up taking in the compliments thrown her way.

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 Eagles1_zps16df4f8e

Madison Eagles: You know Trish, I couldn't agree with you more, so why wait any longer? I say why don't we get the ball rolling, we've said more than enough and now it's time to back it up where it counts, so if we could get a referee down here right now, I say it' time the entire world discovers exactly what we mean when we say we want to take this division to new heights. Now Alicia, I know you're scared, and if you're not you should be, because when you step into the ring with me, you'll find out why I'm the best thing going today, present company excluded of course and you'll know exactly what we mean when we say we're here to change things for the better.

When Madison finishes speaking she drops her microphone on the mat as her music starts to play briefly before Breakdown heads to a commercial break

As Breakdown returns the camera returns to the ring as Madison Eagles is join by her opponent Alicia Fox, with Trish Stratus now stood on the outside of the ring as the referee signals for the bell as the match quickly begins

Breakdown returns to the face of Paul Heyman and the sound of thousands of boos. He can be seen walking down the hallways with a purpose. He finally stops at a locker room door and knocks. The door finally opens revealing the face of…

JTG: Whatchu want bruh?

}}Paul Heyman}}
Bruh?.. What I want is for you to take a good look at this..

The Ryback reluctantly walks up behind Heyman.

}}Paul Heyman}}
And that..

Goldberg walks up on the other side and smirks.

}}Paul Heyman}}
You see JTG, these two men are a combined weight of over five hundred and fifty pounds of pure muscle. They’ve both been instructed to tear you into a million different pieces if you defeat Edge tonight, not because we think that you can defeat Edge, but because we’re here to prove a point, and you’re our unlucky victim. So here’s the deal, let’s just say that you somehow do pull off a lucky victory, then that means that these two monsters of men will walk into that ring and tear you limb for limb. And if you lose, well, no one likes losing right? So let me present you with another option. You don’t show up. You pack your boots back into your bag and head back to the hoodlum that you came from. How does that sound?

*JTG reluctantly looks at both men and than says...*

JTG: Man....... ya'll layin' some cheap ish on me huh? What did I ever do to ya'll to deserve this? I ain't done nothin' and you bastards can't mind ya own damn business. You see "Mr Heyman" I wasn't raised to be a spoiled bitch like you and I know a phony when I see em'. You just trying to fool me into your fishy scam and I ain't having any of it! You don't know struggle, you don't know hard work, you don't know the gratitude of making it from da bottom. You just know how to manipulate these two dumbasses right next to ya because they ain't got nothin better to do. I don't give if a damn if ya bring an entire army I'll take down anybody!

JTG smirks

JTG: As for Edge, I ain't letting him win either cuz I want to be the best damn wrestler in this company and I am. So Heyman you can just walk yo phony ass out the door before I bust yo face wide open boi....

Heyman gives off a fake looks of surprise, looking at Goldberg before turning back to JTG

}}Paul Heyman}}
Alright then, it looks like we’ve got a fighter here boys. JTG, we’ll see you in the ring, I hope you have medical insurance, that is, if you even know what medical insurance is, “boi”.

JTG shakes his head as he slams the door. Just then Edge approaches the group.

{{Edge}}
What are you doing Paul?

}}Paul Heyman}}
Just trying to give you the edge tonight.

Paul laughs at his own joke as Edge retorts.

{{Edge}}
I appreciate you looking out for me and everything, I really do. And even more so I appreciate you letting me become a Heyman Guy. I believe that my career, as great as it has been, needs that, you know, defining moment, a reign so impressive that it will have to solidify my name at the very top where I belong. I’m sick of the likes of Randy Orton or John Cena looking down their noses at me, thinking that they’re better than me! I know that I’m better than them, all of them.

{{Edge}}
When I lost to Ted DiBiase I knew that I needed to take a break. I knew that I needed to make a change. I mean don’t get me wrong, Ted DiBiase is a great.. oh who am I kidding, Ted DiBiase has done great things. But that doesn’t make him great. That doesn’t make him better than me.

}}Paul Heyman}}
Not even in the slightest. How could someone like Ted DiBiase even hope to compare to you? He’s like Christian. A man clinging to his hopes and dreams but lacking the talent to make it a reality. He was a sidekick to Randy Orton like Christian was to you, and for good reason. You’re Edge. You’re the Ultimate Opportunist, The Master Manipulator. You’re a 4 time WWE Champion, 7 time World Heavyweight Champion, 14 time World Tag Team Champion, 5 time Intercontinental Champion, former WCW United States Champion. You’re a former King of the Ring, the fourteenth triple crown champion, and you’ve won a Royal Rumble. What haven’t you done? And that was all before the XWL! Sure Ted DiBiase is a former World Champion here. Sure He’s held the XWL World Heavyweight title for 105 days, but so have you, 105 days on the dot, and not only that, you’re also the first ever of only three XWL Champion, and you beat Ted DiBiase to do it! And it doesn’t just stop there you’re also a former X-Treme Champion.

}}Paul Heyman}}
And of course, a former Mr. MITB, just like Ted is now. Anything that Ted has done you have done better!!! You’re Mr. Money In The Bank for crying out loud!! You’re the first ever MITB winner! You’ve done it twice in the WWE and once here, if anyone knows about climbing ladders and retrieving that briefcase it’s you. And more importantly if anyone knows how to use that briefcase, that opportunity to his advantage it’s also you. Final Stand is right around the corner Edge. You know me, always looking towards the future. And if we play our cards right and if everything goes as planned, I may just be looking at a future four time Mr. MITB.

Edge looks off into the distance, nodding, as if plotting.

}}Paul Heyman}}
I see what you’re doing there Edge, but leave the planning to me, that’s what I’m here for. You just focus on defeating JTG tonight, and remember, Goldberg, The Ryback, and myself will be there just in case.

{{Stephanie McMahon}}
Actually, no they won’t.

The crowd cheers as Stephanie McMahon enters the scene.

{{Stephanie McMahon}}
Hey Paul how are you?

Paul opens his mouth to respond but Stephanie keeps talking

{{Stephanie McMahon}}
I was just talking to Don West earlier and he informed me that you’ve been trying to call the shots around here as of late. Making Pay Per View Matches. Integrating Stipulations. Well Paul, this isn’t ECW, I don’t need you to do my job for me. So for tonight’s match, Edge vs. JTG, I’m officially banning any Heyman Guy from ringside!! Because I’m the boss here Paul, not you.

And with that Stephanie walks away leaving Heyman fuming.

}}Paul Heyman}}
Don’t worry Edge, I’ll find a way around this, the-

{{Edge}}
It’s okay Paul. Don’t worry about it. It’s just JTG,I ca-

}}Paul Heyman}}
Just JTG? The man’s 6’ 2’’, and 243 pounds of pent up anger, and how do I know that? Because I do my homework. And because I do my homework I know that JTG is not one to be underestimated Edge. You should never underestimate your opponent, no matter who it is. As much as I talk about Sangriento the way that I do, I don’t underestimate him. He’s a fierce competitor, the man’s got more heart than most of the superstars in the back, and not to mention he’s faster than any man I’ve ever seen in that ring. The guy’s got talent. I know this. Now if my client was anybody other than Brock Lesnar than I’d be in my office, yes I have an office, doing all my homework, working on the best plan to insure that Brock Lesnar will come out the victor. But, luckily for me my client is Brock Lesnar, he is a former UFC World Heavyweight Champion, he is a former NCAA Champion, he can’t be beat. Now Edge. Are you Brock Lesnar?

{{Edge}}
Well no, but I’m Edge. All that stuff you were jus-

}}Paul Heyman}}
Don’t get me wrong Edge, as far as XWL Superstars go you’re right there up at the top, just like Goldberg. You two are the best that this business has. But Brock Lesnar, he’s on a whole different level. He’s a former UFC Champion. Would you want to get in the cage with him?

{{Edge}}
No, actually that’s half the reason that I became a Heyman Guy, so I wouldn’t have to face Brock Lesnar!

}}Paul Heyman}}
Exactly. There’s no shame in being afraid to face Brock Lesnar. You’d have to be a fool to not be afraid of Brock Lesnar. He’s not a superstar, he’s an ass kicker. Sure Goldberg, you defeated him back in the WWE. And you want to know why? Because you’re one of the best in the business, just like Edge, and he might have been able to defeat Brock Lesnar back in the WWE as well. But now? Now Brock Lesnar is a whole ‘nother creature. He’s not the same Brock Lesnar that he was back in the WWE. Back then he was a great wrestler, but now, now he’s the best fighter. Period. Sangriento found out the hard way what happens when a superstar meets a fighter. His arm is proof that Brock Lesnar is truly here to legitimize this industry. Now as for you Edge, we need a plan. A Heyman Guy never goes out to the ring without a plan.

{{Edge}}
Paul, really. I’ll be fine.

}}Paul Heyman}}
I don’t want you to be fine Edge. I want you to be World Heavyweight Champion. I want to help you show everyone exactly what you’re capable of, exactly why they need you as their champion. Aren’t you sick of being thought of as great, but not the greatest?

{{Edge}}
Yeah, I really am.

}}Paul Heyman}}
Well in order to reach the top, you need to listen to me. You need to trust me.

{{Edge}}
I do Paul. I just think that I’d be okay on my own.

}}Paul Heyman}}
What if Christian gets involved? What if Big E does? Or the West Side Army? Or even Kane? In order to be the best you need to make enemies along the way, and we’ve already made quite a few. If you really want to do this one on your own, I’m not going to stop you. Just know, I’m here for a reason.

{{Edge}}
I’ll tell you what, if anyone gets involved in the match that shouldn’t, then by all means send out Goldberg. And The Ryback I guess. Even though he’s useless to us.

{{The Ryback}}
Hey, you better watch the way you talk you little puke.

{{Edge}}
Ohhh, I’m shaking in my boots.

}}Paul Heyman}}
Alright, alright. Edge, I think that awful sound is JTG’s theme, so you better get going. Goldberg, go with him and be ready to go out there if he needs you to. Ryback, stay back with me for a second I need to talk to you about something.

Heyman wishes Edge good luck as he and Goldberg leave the scene. The Ryback sticks around with Heyman.

{{The Ryback}}
So?

}}Paul Heyman}}
So? So have you thought about my offer?

{{The Ryback}}
Yeah.

}}Paul Heyman}}
And?

{{The Ryback}}
Fine. I’ll do what you wanted me to do. But as long as you uphold your end of the bargain.

}}Paul Heyman}}
Of course. I’ll see to it that you get to face whichever opponent that you want the Breakdown before Uprising.

{{The Ryback}}
And?

}}Paul Heyman}}
And at Uprising you will face Goldberg.

{{The Ryback}}
With your stupid stipulation not in effect. That is if I even am a Heyman Guy still!

}}Paul Heyman}}
Yes of course.

{{The Ryback}}
And you’re sure that you can pull off getting me that Breakdown match? Whichever opponent that I want. Even after what Stephanie just said.

}}Paul Heyman}}
Oh don’t worry, I’m Paul Heyman. If Edge wanted me to get tonight’s stipulation’s reversed I could have, but he didn’t. Now, go join Goldberg, after all you’re still my client!

{{The Ryback}}
For now.

And with that The Ryback leaves. We are shown a video hyping up the contender matches for the IC and US Title. Find out who will face John Cena and Eric Young next week! As Breakdown returns we are brought to ringside where JTG’s theme is coming to a close.

}}King}}
Ladies and gentleman welcome back! It looks like JTG is all set for action here tonight!

The crowd begins to boo as Edge enters through the curtain.

}}King}}
Here he is! The Rated R Superstar!! Edge!!

Lillian Garcia introduces The Master Manipulator as his stage pyro shoots off.

}}JR}}
It’s nice seeing a “Heyman Guy” actually going into a match one against one.

}}King}}
Hey, Paul Heyman knows how to win, you’ve got to give him that!

Edge slides into the ring in his rock star fashion as the crowd continues to boo.

}}JR}}
Well let’s see if Edge’s decision to take this match alone will come back to haunt him!

Edge hops down from the turnbuckle as the bell rings, signaling for the match to begin!

}}JR}}
And this one is under way!

The two circle one another before locking up!! Edge is able to get the advantage first, gouging at his opponent’s eyes out of the ref’s sight before going for a quick pin..1..2… Thrr- No! The ref sees that Edge was pulling on JTG’s tights!! Edge begins to argue with the ref, JTG gets sick of waiting and begins to taunt to the crowd!! Ohhhh nooo! A clothesline from behind!! That’s what happens when you turn your back on the master manipulator!! Edge goes for another pin!! 1…2…..3..!-Wait! No! The ref catches Edge’s feet on the ropes just in time!! Edge argues with the ref once more but this time JTG isn’t having it! He charges at Edge but The Rated R Superstar pushes the ref in his opponent’s way!! JTG stumbles into the ref!! Edge sneaks his way behind JTG, who is still apologizing to the ref, and hits him with an Edge-O-Matic right into the pin!!!! 1…2…. Kick Out!!! Edge wastes no time, immediately slamming JTG’s head against the mat repeatedly before stumbling back into the corner where he begins to pull his hair back!!!

}}JR}}
Edge is setting up for the spear!!

JTG slowly gets to his feet as Edge charges!! Spear!!! Edge goes for the pin!!...1…..2……!!!

}}King}}
No way!! JTG was able to get his foot on the rope!!

Edge looks bewildered as he begins to argue with the ref! JTG slowly gets to his feet and charges at Edge!! Only to be hit with a gut kick and an Edgecution!! Edge stumbles back into the corner and sizes his opponent up

}}JR}}
He’s going to try to hit him with another spear!!

Edge waits for JTG to get back to his feet before charging and…

}}JR}}
SPEAR!! SPEAR!! SPEAR!!

Edge watches in horror as JTG rolls out of the ring and onto the floor from the impact of the spear!

}}JR}}
Oh no!!

Edge slaps the mat, clearly frustrated that he hasn’t put JTG away yet. He then slides out of the ring, reaching under the ring apron.

}}JR}}
What is he doing?

Edge pulls out a chair!! The ref is quickly upon him, taking the chair out of his hands. This is just enough of a distraction for JTG to get to his feet. He grabs Edge and throws him into the steel steps!!! The crowd lets out an “ohhh” at the impact of steel and flesh!! JTG picks Edge back up and throws him into the ring!! He then slides in after him and sets up for Da Shout Out!! Edge slowly gets to his feet, dazed, and turns around right into JTG’s finisher!! 1…2… Kick out!!!

}}JR}}
That was a close one!

JTG climbs the top rope as Edge slowly gets to his feet before diving and hitting a Mug Shot!!! Edge slowly uses the ropes to get to his feet before charging at JTG, swinging with a right hook but missing!! JTG responds with a Belly to Back Suplex lifted and dropped into a Neckbreaker!! The crowd lets out another “ohh” as Edge hits the mat!! JTG goes into the corner and begins to taunt Edge, who is slowly getting back to his feet. JTG charges at The Rated R Superstar and hits another Da Shout Out!!! He goes for the pin..1…2… Kick Out!!!

}}King}}
Another close one!!

[i][b]JTG slaps the mat, frustrated this time. He picks Edge up and irish whips him into the corner. JTG then charges at Edge, but The Rated R Superstar is quick enough to get out of the way. JTG slams into the corner and stumbles into an Electric Chair Drop right into the ref!!

}}King}}
Oh no!! The ref is down!! The ref is down!!

Edge slides out of the ring and throws the chair he took out earlier into the ring, he then proceeds to take another chair out and slide back into the ring!! He sets JTG on top of one of the chairs, and lifts his chair high into the air!!

}}King}}
Oh no! Not a One Man Con-Chair-To!

JTG is able to roll out of the way last second!! Edge stumbles backwards, holding his hands in pain!! JTG picks up one of the chairs and swings at Edge. Edge dodges and delivers a gut kick, forcing JTG to drop the chair. Edge throws JTG out of the ring and throws the two chairs out on top of him!! He then exits the ring and takes yet another chair out from under the apron. JTG gets back to his feet and charges right into a chair shot!! The ref begins to stir as Edge throws JTG into the ring!! Edge slides in and stumbles into the corner for the third time that match. He pulls his hair back and waits for JTG to get to his feet. The ref is back up now, shaking off the butterflies. JTG is on his feet now as Edge charges!! SPE—Wait no!! JTG side stepped the spear!!! Edge crashes into the turnbuckle and stumbles right into a third Da Shout Out!! 1….2….3….!!!

JTG quickly exits through the ropes, escaping through the crowd as Goldberg charges out to the ring. Heyman makes his way out as well with The Ryback, who looks to be in no rush to catch JTG.

}}King}}
Well it looks like Edge needed Heyman after all!

Edge is slowly getting back to his feet. The Heyman Crew looks on at JTG who is disappearing through the crowd still. All of a sudden...

Christian enters through the curtain, onto the stage with a mic in hand.

{{Christian}}
You see all those chairs around the ring Edge? I hope you like them, because I pulled a trick out of Paul Heyman’s book and got Stephanie McMahon to pull some strings for me and, well, Uprising. E vs. C. Edge vs. Christian. A Chairs Match!!!

The crowd goes wild as Edge shouts at Christian, daring him to come into the ring.

{{Christian}}
See you then buddy!

Goldberg rushes out of the ring but Christian quickly disappears behind the curtain. We then go to a commercial break.

A few commercials and a hype up video for the main event later, we can see Paul Heyman with his crew backstage. Matt Striker approaches the group, mic in hand.

}}Matt Striker}}
Hey Paul, you mind answering a few questions?

}}Paul Heyman}}
Of course not Matt, why would I mind using the limited time that I have with my clients before their matches to answer a B-Rate interviewer’s questions.

}}Matt Striker}}
I can come back later..

}}Paul Heyman}}
No, no, it’s okay. You’re already here. Just make it quick.

}}Matt Striker}}
Alright thanks. I’ll start with you Goldberg. Last week you defeated The Devil’s Favorite Demon, even if it was with the help of The Ryback and Edge. Then Paul went on to force The Ryback to try and take Kane’s mask off, which backfired, resulting in both him and yourself almost getting double choke slammed had it not been for a timely spear by Edge. That all being said, do you really think that you and Kane will be able to work together?

Goldberg chuckles, looking to Paul, shrugging, then looking back to Striker.

[Goldberg]
Do you realize who you are talking to? Every single week I speak to you STUPID interviewers, I get asked these stupid questions about whether or not I think I can handle myself this week, or next week, or at the pay per view, or yada, yada, yada. I am not the least bit worried about my match tonight with Kane on my team because I don't need him. I am Bill freakin' Goldberg. I don't need Kane's help to beat two jerk offs like I am going to do later on tonight. I wish you people would finally see that I have everything under control on my own.

Striker goes to continue but The Ryback angrily cuts him off.

{{The Ryback}}
Listen pal, those “two jerk offs” you’re talking about is myself and my best friend in this business. You must be as STUPID as you look if you think that you have a chance against Sangriento and myself or any West Side Army member for that matter. Although you did willingly become a “Heyman Guy” so that in itself proves that you are.. STUPID. Don West put together an army. He picked the perfect combination of men, a unit that together, can be unstoppable. Paul here is using you. He’s found a bunch of stars with big names in the past who he can exploit. He plans on using what you accomplished on your own to make him money. Can’t you see that? Paul doesn’t care about his clients. He doesn’t care about you. You’re nothing to him but a dollar sign. He proved that at X-Treme X-Mas when he refused to throw in the towel for a bloodied Brock Lesnar, and he proved it again last week by blackmailing me, his supposed, “client”. You might think that you’re big and tough and that you don’t need a partner tonight. But with Sangriento’s speed and my strength you’re not going to even know what hit you! And when you’re laying with your back to the mat I’ll be there standing over you shouting “STUPID!” Because that’s my damn line!

Goldberg steps up to The Ryback, looking him in the eye. The duo stand there, both breathing heavily, until Goldberg speaks up.

[Goldberg]
The only reason I don't bash your skull in right now is because Paul doesn't want me to. The other reason I don't bash your skill in right now, is because I want to do it later in front of an arena full of people, chanting your name, wanting you to overcome Paul's little army. You and your little foreign friend stand no chance against me. I, am the ultimate combination of genetics. I have speed, power, and everything you want, Ryback. You're wrong about Paul. He wanted to see if Lesnar could hang with the garbage that is known as Sangriento. Which resulted in your so called, "best friend's" arm being injured to a degree. I wouldn't ever ask Paul to throw in the towel for me. Just like Brock I can handle my own business, kid. Matter of fact, I get a chance to prove that tonight.

Goldberg then cocks a smile in the face of The Ryback. Paul rushes over, getting in between the two, pushing Goldberg back.

}}Paul Heyman}}
Alright, alright. We all know what harsh words lead to, and everyone knows that my clients never fight for free. So let’s just take a deep breath and answer Matt Striker’s questions. After all I don’t feel like having to mop up the remains of The Ryback tonight.

The Ryback looks like he is about to angrily respond but he is cut off by Heyman

}}Paul Heyman}}
So Matt. I apologize for my client The Ryback here bursting out. Any more questions?

}}Matt Striker}}
Actually yeah. I have one for The Ryback. Last week Paul here made a deal with Stephanie McMahon where if any Heyman Guy puts his hand on another Heyman Guy then Paul will have the right to suspend them from ring action for what was it Paul?

}}Paul Heyman}}
Three months. And it is only to ensure the safety of my clients, something that Don West obviously cares little about.

}}Matt Striker}}
Alright, so three months. What are your thoughts on that Ryback? Is that why you so clearly let Big E hit you with that E-Train last night to even the odds back out of Heyman’s favor?

{{The Ryback}}
Christian is a friend of mine. I wasn’t about to stand around and watch Goldberg and Edge tear him apart limb for limb. If I were to have taken on Big E, even if it wasn’t after one of his matches, we both know that he would have been face down outside that ring wondering what hit him.

}}Matt Striker}}
But you didn’t.

{{The Ryback}}
No. I didn’t. Paul said that I can’t touch any of his clients. He said that if I were to disobey an order of his that he would have Goldberg and Brock take Sangriento out in the parking lot. Not to mention the three month suspension.

}}Matt Striker}}
Is that why you tried to take Kane’s mask off last week?

{{The Ryback}}
That’s exactly why. I might not like Paul but I know what he’s capable of. What was I supposed to do? Say no to him? If I did that I might as well have been ending Sangriento’s career myself. I mean sure, Sangriento is a fighter, and a damn good one at that, but even with Ambrose watching his back the odds are just too great for me to take that chance. I mean we’re not only talking about Goldberg, we’re talking about Goldberg, Brock Lesnar, and Edge. And I wouldn’t even be able to raise a finger to help Sangriento without being suspended, which is something that I won’t allow. I’ve been working my whole life to make it where I am, I know how quick it takes to fall back into irrelevancy, I’m not about to let that happen, not after I’ve worked for so hard.. No. I had to do what I did last week Matt. There simply wasn’t any other choice.

}}Matt Striker}}
Well, that is for now. What do you think about Paul putting your contract on the line at Uprising? If Brock Lesnar wins then Sangriento will be forced to lose his mask, however, if Sangriento wins then you will be back in the West Side Army, free of Paul Heyman and his crew.

}}Paul Heyman}}
Does it really matter what The Ryback thinks? Does it matter what anybody thinks for that matter? Brock Lesnar is going to hurt Sangriento, he’s going to defeat Sangriento, he’s going to unmask Sangriento, but more importantly he’s going to embarrass Sangriento regardless of what The Ryback thinks. Because Brock Lesnar doesn’t give a damn about what anybody thinks. Brock Lesnar is a former UFC Champion, former NCAA Champion, and current ass kicker. You can think what you like, that’s fine, but if you dare say one wrong thing to my client Brock Lesnar, you’ll end up in a bed surrounded by four walls, simple as th-

The Ryback suddenly talks over Heyman.

{{The Ryback}}
When… Sangriento defeats Brock Lesnar at Uprising and I go back where I belong, to the West Side Army, I’m going to make it my personal mission to look each and every one of these men standing around me in the eyes before hitting them so hard that they’d have trouble telling Paul Heyman from a walrus, which, now that I think about it is pretty hard to do regardless of being punched…

Goldberg takes a step towards The Ryback but Paul holds him back.

{{The Ryback}}
Once the West Side Army is back to full strength we will show you Paul, we’ll show you what Don West’s army is truly capable of.

}}Edge}}
Yeah. Okay. Good luck with that.

}}Matt Striker}}
Well speaking of luck it seemed like you didn’t have any tonight. Losing against JTG. Any thoughts about that match?

}}Edge}}
Paul was right. Never underestimate your opponent. I made the mistake of doing so and I paid the price. But the thing is Matt, fool me once, shame on me, fool me twice, well you know how the saying goes.

}}Paul Heyman}}
We’re looking at this as a learning experience Matt.

}}Edge}}
From now on I’m listening to Paul 100%. No matter what. Because Paul Heyman knows best.

}}Paul Heyman}}
That’s correct. I might not be West, but I sure am right!!!

}}Edge}}
I left because I needed a change. I needed that “it” factor to put my career on the path that I want it to be on. I’m not getting any younger. I’m not getting any healthier. Time isn’t on my side. Paul Heyman is my best shot at solidifying my name with the rest of the greats. He’s my shot at securing my spot at the Final Stand Money In The Bank Match. That’s my chance. That’s my opportunity. That’s the match that I’m best at, the match that I was born to be apart of. I was the first ever MITB winner. I’ve won the briefcase both here and in the WWE, twice!! I need for this to work out, it’s the light at the end of the road, and I know that Paul is my best shot at making that a reality.

}}Paul Heyman}}
Edge returned as a Heyman guy because he wanted a second chance. A chance to be at the top again. A chance to become the legend that Edge, The Rated R Superstar, should be. A chance to thrive. And I’m that second chance. And to prove that, I’ve set up a rematch for next week. Edge vs. JTG. Only this time the Heyman Guys, myself included, are not banned from ringside!! It’s time to show the world exactly what being a Heyman Guy is all about.

}}Matt Striker}}
Sounds like it will be a match to watch! What do you think about what Christian had to say earlier?

}}Edge}}
If Christian wants to face me in a Chairs match, then so be it. He thinks that we reinvented the chairs match, but the truth is that I did it, all by myself, he was just there to ride off of my hard work. At Uprising I’ll defeat Christian in a chairs match. Then come Final Stand I’ll become Mr. MITB while he’s doing what? Huh? Teetering in and out of the mid card? After all that’s what he does best.. I want to be at the top, I want to taste it, I want to smell it, I want to feel it. I need that MITB match Matt, and I’ll do whatever it takes to get there. If defeating Christian along the way is necessary, than so be it.

}}Matt Striker}}
Fair enough. And will any of the other Heyman Guy’s here be present during the match?

}}Paul Heyman}}
Of course we will. We all will. And Christian is going to become an example, because let’s be honest right now, no one seriously thinks that Christian can beat Edge!! Robin can’t beat Batman!! At Uprising that chairs match will be nothing more than an opportunity for us to show our strength. Next Question.

}}Matt Striker}}
Okay. Ryback. You made a deal with Paul Heyman earlier. What was that all about?

}}Edge}}
Well Matt. The Ryback agreed to do Paul a little favor. In return he’ll be able to choose whichever opponent that he wants for the Breakdown before Uprising. And he’ll be able to tell us who that opponent is next week on The Cutting Edge. When he is the guest alongside his Uprising opponent. Goldberg!!!

}}Matt Striker}}
Sounds interesting. Okay Paul. CM Punk. What’s the deal with you two?

}}Paul Heyman}}
CM Punk is my friend. Why? Am I not allowed to be seen talking to my friend without accusation? Brock Lesnar, Goldberg, and Edge are my clients. CM Punk is my friend. What he does is up to him. I have nothing to do with it. Next Question.

{{Matt Striker}}
So Goldberg, you're officially facing The Ryback at  Uprising, and will be on The Cutting Edge with him next week. What are your thoughts?

[Goldberg]
Matt, my wish has just came true. I finally get to put this punk in his place, which is beneath me. The guy who wants to be me, finally gets to be beat by me. But, then before that, I have to share a freakin' interview with him? It's bad enough that I do that when Paul asks me to, but now, I have to for Edge's show? Man, Edge is lucky I like him. But, is he lucky enough to have a calm show? I guess that's for you to decide, chump.

Goldberg cocks a rather cocky grin at The Ryback, who grits his teeth and stays quiet, preparing himself for the fight still to come.

}}Matt Striker}}
Alright, last question. Brock Lesnar vs. Sangriento. What will the match type be?

}}Paul Heyman}}
Actually..

Paul checks his phone really quick.

}}Paul Heyman}}
Sorry, I’m expecting an important phone call. Anyways, as far as the match type goes, I was told that Don West was looking for me to talk about that very subject. So for now, I don’t know what to tell you Matt other than we’ll see. But really, does it matter? Brock Lesnar can’t be beat no matter what the stipulations of the match may be. He’s the best fighter, the best athlete, the best wrestler, the best in this business. And that’s that. I have to go now, like I said I’m expecting a very important phone call.

Paul looks back at his phone once again before leaving with his crew. We then roll onto the next segment.

We’re whisked away to a spot backstage where Paul Heyman is shown speaking to somebody on the phone. Whatever, the conversation is about Heyman appears to really into it, giving the person on the other end of the line an earful. Seconds later, a hand reaches over Heyman’s shoulder, grabs the hand that is pressing the cell phone against his ear, then slowly lowers the arm. Angrily, Heyman spins on his heels prepared to really let this rude bastard get it but when he sees who the person in question is, he actually cracks a smile. Heyman tells the person on the phone that he’ll call back before hanging up and now gives his uninvited guest his undivided attention. The camera slowly pans out to reveal that the man in question is none other than Don West. The two bitter rivals stare each other down silently allowing the background noise to fill the void left unoccupied by their words. Finally, West speaks up, keeping his eyes locked on Heyman while he gets down to business.

Don West
Well if it isn’t just the man I wanted to see! Good to see that you’re still alive and kicking, Paul. I would have thought by now you would have you would have been hit by a truck or sat on by Matt Hardy, but I guess karma takes longer to get some than others!

West chuckles at his awful joke but cuts his amusement short to resume speaking before Heyman can share his thoughts.

Don West
But since you are still here, I guess I might as well try to get some business done. Business that includes killing two birds with one stone because I don’t only want to get Ryback’s contract out of your possession, but I want to be there when Sangriento creams Brock Lesnar at Uprising! You may have tried to pull a fast one by making it a contract vs. mask match, which I’m all for by the way, good on you ffor inally coming up with a good idea… but there’s still one thing left to settle on, Paul, and that’s just what kind of match this will be.

{{Paul Heyman}}
Do you really think it matters? How many times do I need to tell you, Sangriento doesn’t stand a chance against…

Heyman clears his throat.

{{Paul Heyman}}
My client, Brrrrrock Lessssnnarrrrrrr!!! He’s a former UFC Champion Don. UFC!!! He’s a NCAA Champion, former WWE Champion. How do you possibly think that Sangriento will be able to defeat Brock? Let alone with his arm in the condition it is. Now, I know how much these people would probably love to watch Sangriento and Brock Lesnar fight at Uprising with The Ryback’s contract and Sangriento’s mask on the line, but lets face it. If Sangriento steps in the ring with Brock Lesnar there will be no fight, there won’t be a match. There will only be a massacre. Brock Lesnar will end another one of your client’s careers before your very eyes Don, can you really just sit back and let that happen? Really Don, can you? Because the way I see it, unless you make the right decision. Unless you call off the match, then that is exactly what is going to happen. So, the choice is yours, either you can throw at me a stipulation,  any stipulation, I don’t care, my client can defeat yours no matter the match.. Or, you can call off the match right here. We can shake on it, and Brock Lesnar can go on to fight a superstar closer to his caliber, and Sangriento can get the rest that he so desperately needs. So Don, what’s it going to be?

Don West
SHUT UP! Brock Lesnar is NOT in the UFC! Brock Lesnar is NOT in the WWE! Your client, Brock Lesnar is now a member of the XWL roster! He’s in a company where he hasn’t done diddly-squat to make an impact here but waste money that could go to paying MY clients – a list that DOES include Ryback - even MORE money as a token of gratitude for showing up here each and every night and being heads and tails better than anyone else in this company! You can write off Sangriento like he’s nothing more than an ant at a picnic or mosquito buzzing in your ear, but those with a lick of common sense saw that match at Xtreme Xmas for what it was: a display of dominance! And Brock Lesnar wasn’t the one who came out looking like a beast, oh no-no-no, it was Sangriento who looked like the lion, the tiger, the bear… HE was the predator while Lesnar was the prey!

West's face begins to turn red.

Don West
Don’t even think for a SECOND that anything is going to change when those two stand face to face once again at Uprising. I’ll admit, Sangriento didn’t leave that match without a scratch and his arm may not be 100% when the pay per view rolls around, but that doesn’t put him at a disadvantage, no, not even in the slightest, Paul. We might as well tie that arm behind his back because he’ll only need one good one to put “the cage fighting carnivore” down once and for all! And as for the match, oh, I’m sure you’re going to love this. I rang up some of my old contacts in TNA and I said, “I need a favor. There was a match… a match that epitomized what it was to be a high-caliber performer in that company and I need you to help me bring that to XWL in a jiffy!” I think you know where I’m going with this, Paul, because I got EXACTLY what I wanted, which means it’ll be Sangriento taking on Brock Lesnar in an ULTIMATE X MATCH! What do you think about that?

Paul has a look on his face that you rarely see, shock, helplessness, for the first time in a long time Paul Heyman looks like he doesn’t know what to do next, like he doesn’t have a plan.

{{Paul Heyman}}
But… How do you…

Paul shakes his head, and gives off a more confident look.

{{Paul Heyman}}
Fine. An Ultimate X Match it is! You know what, it doesn’t matter, Brock Lesnar is an athlete, one of the best in the world, he can jump through your silly hoops and climb up and down that stupid playground of a match that you hold so dear to your heart. You think that an Ultimate X Match will stop Brock Lesnar? You think that anything or anyone can stop Brock Lesnar? You’re on Don! Tell Sangriento not to get too attached to that mask of his, because come Uprising, he’ll be forced to take it off of his beaten, bloodied, and battered face. Brock Lesnar is the best in the world, even when it comes to Ultimate X Matches, he’s just that good.

Don West
No, I have a better idea. Go run along and tell your little lackeys that their days of using Ryback as a scape goat and guinea pig are over! You hear me? Over! There is absolutely, positively no way that the big oaf you so foolishly claim is the best in the world will climb up over 20 feet in the air and grab that X. The real best in the world is the man who defies gravity and the laws of physics on a weekly basis! The real best of the world is the man who is advertised for every Breakdown show because that’s the ONLY way that the arena will sell out. If it were Brock Lesnar being advertised for a show you know that XWL would sell record lows in tickets. Brock Lesnar is a novelty that’s worn its welcome and you better believe that he’s every bit as washed up as those other clowns that proudly stand under hole-filled umbrellas and call themselves Heyman Guys. Who needs Edge when Dean Ambrose is every bit as cerebral as he is? Who needs Goldberg to be big, bad and bald when Ryback does it TWICE as well? Who needs Brock Lesnar when Sara Del Rey screams like a woman too and actually looks the part? And who needs CM Punk when Sangriento made waves in 2013, while Punk nearly drowned! Sangriento’s keeping his mask at Uprising while you’re going to lose EVERYTHING you’ve worked so hard to build.

{{Paul Heyman}}
You really think that Sangriento will be able to climb with his arm in the condition it is? You really think it even matters in the first place? Yeah sure, your clients may be younger than mine, but that doesn’t make them better. Sure, you’re a visionary. You’re looking towards the future. Well I’m here in the present so that’s what I’m going to work towards. Making my clients champions now not tomorrow, not in a couple years from now. Now.

Don West
You’re working in the present with clients who are a thing of the past! All you’re doing “now” is leeching on the success and the longevity of The West Side Army to make a name for yourselves but I swear, when we finally get you monkeys off of our backs you guys won’t last a punching chance and if I were a betting man I’d give you all a day before you self-destruct! Don’t get me wrong, I’m focused on the present too; tonight when Sangriento and Ryback team up in that ring it’s going to be like magic… like poetry in motion and I sure do hope you brought your calendar because I want you to mark it and forever remember the day you finally realized that you may have Ryback’s contract but you don’t have his heart and you DAMN sure don’t have his respect.

{{Paul Heyman}}
I won't lie, The West Side Army's resilient, I'll give you that. But the fact of the matter is I'm Paul Heyman, my client is Brock Lesnar, and we're better than you.

Heyman abruptly walks off the screen leaving West alone who shakes his head at his managerial adversary. Needing to vent, West speaks to the camera and subsequently to the millions of people watching.

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 Westbrown8_zps654a9bdd

Don West
I am at my wits end with that guy! From day one he’s been nothing but a pain in my backside and I’m SICK of it! When I had the vision to go where no man had gone before, when I was struck with the idea to take those who had been cast aside, those who had been forgotten about, those who XWL had given up on and give them the fighting chance that they deserve, mI never imagined it would come to this: me figuring out a way to deal with the bitterness of Paul Heyman who just couldn’t accept with an ego that big that there was a new manager on the block. A guy who had the balls to take a chance on the likes of Corey Graves or Kharma, people who had almost given up on themselves and Heyman just could not stand the fact that there was someone being brought up in the same breath as him.

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 Westbrown7_zps9a003cd9

Don West
Well how do you think that made me feel, huh Paul? Here I was, a man who showed up week in and week out doing everything I can to show XWL what real talent looks like, only to get slapped in the face each and every time someone compared me to a man who was never around! ECW is dead, Paul! And so are the careers of the clients you held so near and dear! You’re coasting on name-value alone while I’ve been building my empire from scratch and even then your star is fading and the more you target me or my clients, the dimmer that star will get until it completely burns out. The difference between me and you Paul, is that I’m not afraid to admit when things have gone wrong, I’m not afraid to admit when I’ve been bested because learning from our mistakes and our shortcomings is what makes us human!

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 Westbrown11_zps70c702ae

Don West
But at Xtreme Xmas you showed that you don’t have a heart or a soul as you watched your client get elbow after elbow to the crown of his head and refused to throw in the towel and admit that on that night Sangriento was the better man. On that night you showed that you don’t have a conscience and I wouldn’t be surprised to hear that you slept like a baby that night, while I stayed up tossing and turning all night and every time I see Sangriento with that taped shoulder I feel a pang of guilt, because he’s not just my client I consider him a friend. Brock Lesnar to you is nothing but a cash cow and the moment you’re finished milking him for what little he’s worth these days you’ll do to him what you did to Curtis Axel or what you’re doing with Ryback. This is another man’s career you’re playing with, Paul… his life! His livelihood! But you have absolutely no problem using him as a pawn in some sick little game and that just goes to show that you’re nothing but a selfish PRICK!

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 Westbrown9_zps7e3dd912

Don West
You know something, though? You were right about one thing…. You were right when you said that The West Side Army is resilient because we’ve had the odds stacked against us, our backs are basically glued to the wall and that cozy little spot between a rock and a hard place is like a second home to me yet despite everything we’ve gone through we’re still going strong seven months later and while some of the faces may be different, the goal is the same: we’re taking no prisoners, we’re sparing no one who gets in our way. At Uprising, I’m going to finish what you started, Paul. The old cliché goes it’s not about the size of the dog in the fight, but the size of the fight in the dog and that perfectly sums up the situation we have at hand here. If Brock Lesnar had the gall to show up on any given Breakdown this would have been settled by now and delaying this fight is only going to make Sangriento healthier and hungrier and that’s bad news for you and your client.

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 Westbrown5_zpsbcf38226

Don West
You like to talk about all the astonishing and awe-inspiring things that Brock Lesnar has achieved outside of XWL, and I’ll admit that some of it is indeed impressive, but let me ask you this, Paul… and I know you’re going to see this because whether you want to admit this or not I know you’re hung up on my every word, so pay attention: do you think I just found Sangriento in some random Mexican bar, drinking himself into a drunken stupor walked up to him and said, “Hey pal, you look like you’d be pretty good at this wrestling thing if you just slapped on this mask.” Sangriento was already the hottest thing going, he was a marquee name, selling out shows no matter where he was because he just had a knack for being that much better than everyone else. He innovated moves on the fly, he’d twist and turn his body in ways that no one and even ever THOUGHT of doing before. His off-day was everyone else’s A-game and when he gave 100% his competition was left in the dust; they had no way of keeping up!

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 Westbrown4_zps8a3d9895

Don West
He was a living legend yet there was one thing he wasn’t able to do: become a star in America. XWL refused to give him a chance; they told him they’ve had so much failure with the likes Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara that they were a little hesitant to hire another masked guy. Those fools saw what this man could do between those ropes and STILL didn’t hire him on the spot. Are you kidding me? When there was a void left by Amazing Red’s departure, I knew I had to step in and get this kid a shot in this place so that he could blow these people’s minds, and he hasn’t let me down yet. The fact that he beat a submission specialist with one good arm, your World Heavyweight Champion, the man who conspired to get rid of Corey Graves yet you still cheer and put on a pedestal… well that goes to show that Sangriento is every bit as good as I say he is and sometimes I even feel that I’m selling him short.

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 Westbrown3_zps4ff97beb

Don West
He’s going to get a chance to set the record straight at Uprising when he competes in a match that won’t be decided by myself or Paul Heyman, and when he puts Brock Lesnar out of his misery we’ll move on to what really matters. You’ve been calling the shots from the moment you resurfaced but now it’s my turn to shift the odds in my clients favor. Ultimate X was made with guys like Sangriento in mind, I’ve seen the best in the best go at it in that match type and only the very special have risen to the occasion and won it, Sangriento will join the ranks of those greats. The West Side Army will keep marching on and in the grand scheme of things, Paul, you and your “guys” will just be another casualty. You played the game as best as you could, but you made the mistake of challenging someone who can play it better than you and when you mess with West you go down with the rest.

With those final words uttered, West smiles and walks off screen. Sangriento and Ryback are set to team up later in the night thanks to the power of Stephanie McMahon and being banned from the arena means that West, as well as Heyman, will have to watch the tag team match unfold from backstage.

The arena is quiet, many fans in attendance taking advantage of the commercial break to restock on refreshments, refill their drinks, and of course shell out money on overpriced edibles. They're finding their way back to their seats, wondering what might be next, what exciting match-up they'll be treated to, what superstar or diva will have something to say? A question that isn't around long enough for them to wonder for long, because as the majority have known taken their seat, they soon jump right out of them as Jeff Hardy's theme blasts throughout the building.

The lights flicker, flashing in a bold purple, and a bright green soon combining with it to create a lighting spectacle only befitting a superstar like Jeff Hardy. Smoke filling the stage soon after, and there Jeff walks out from the back, slowly stepping through the fog to reveal himself.

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 N9eGxwG

[King]
I know we're supposed to welcome you back from the commercial break, but all I can think about right now is what Jeff Hardy did last week...I've never been so creeped out.

[JR]
You're not the only one, King. Jeff Hardy dabbled in a bit of his own mind games to use against The Wyatt Family, in a way only Jeff Hardy could.

[Michael Cole]
I never understand what the hell Jeff Hardy is saying, but last week, that had to have made the least sense of anything he's ever said. It was like, buzzards this, buzzards that, we're all buzzards, something something end of society, and more buzzards. What the hell was he even saying?

[JR]
I don't really know myself, but whatever he meant, it seemed like The Wyatt Family didn't appreciate it one bit. What I did gather from his message, is that he intended on leaving Bray Wyatt for the buzzards at Uprising, and that's a strong enough statement to make The Wyatts maybe take Jeff a bit more seriously now.

The camera pans out, showing the fans all standing, holding signs for the ever so unexplainable superstar. He's heading down the ramp, touching the hands of his creatures, giving back the love they've always given to him. He may be someone that many can't quite understand, but he's also someone fans can relate to, for being different, for being a little crazy, a misfit that's done more wrong than he's done right, and yet he comes back stronger each time.

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 N4RPnUb

As he touches the last hand, he stands at the bottom of the ramp, looking up with the lids of his eyes shut, yet because of the paint plastered on his face, they're wide open.

[Michael Cole]
Okay then...why is he just standing there staring with those creepy eyes...

[King]
Jeff is a tough case to crack, I don't think we'll ever truly understand him, and I think that adds to his appeal.

[JR]
He's highly unorthodox but that's what has made Jeff Hardy into a household name, whether you love him or hate him, his story has had ups, it's had it's downs, and you never know what you're going to get with him.

After standing there for a few more seconds, he opens his eyes, then rushes into the ring, running over to the nearest corner, mounting on the second rope, and tilting his head to the side as his arms spread wide like wings.

Jumping back down to the mat, Jeff walks over to the far side of the ring, retrieving a microphone from Lillian Garcia, the lights in the building still illuminating the ring while he wanders his way to the middle of it.

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 SLNKbaF

With his music cutting out, the fans chanting "Hardy!" is something that we couldn't hear that well at first, but now it's quite prominent in the building.

[Jeff Hardy]
Fear not my creatures, for the day is nigh, the moment of redemption is upon us! The act of revenge is inevitable, fate's hand shall be played, and it is in OUR favor!

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 GfvusQc

[Jeff Hardy]
Uprising shall be the downfall of The Wyatt Family, and it will be by our hands! We will leave them for their buzzards to feast on, they will fall victim to their own cause, and we will rise from the ashes, stronger than we've ever been, with a purpose that has never been more defined! My entire life has always been said to be nothing but a mistake, but those mistakes, have lead us to this day, mistakes that with each one I've made, have immortalized me! Nothing can kill me, and what can't be killed, can't be avoided. Bray Wyatt has tried, he's tried, and just like at Uprising, he has tried, and he will fail! His loyal subjects he calls his family, will have their eyes opened for the first time since Sister Abigail poisoned all of their minds!

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 CAevr6t

[Jeff Hardy]
Her toxic message has destroyed each and every follower she has, they no longer can think for themselves, they no longer see error in their ways, and they no longer follow their own path, only hers. You use her message as a means to bring about change, but the only change that's brought about, is a crime against humanity as we know it. It doesn't bring peace, that's yet another one of your lies, just like everything else! A lie just like the very existence of Abigail herself! She doesn't exist, she's a spawn of your own imagination, your twisted sick lies have corrupted everyone around you, EVEN YOURSELF! You put belief in a being that has no existence, but worst of all, you take advantage of the weak minded, those that can't think for themselves, and you use that against them to build your own little "family."

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 Tx95FoN

[Jeff Hardy]
But family doesn't lie to each other Bray, and that's all you've done since this twisted tomorrow popped into your head! Abigail's message does nothing but manipulate fools, take advantage of the weak, lead the lost to a salvation that will bring about their utter destruction! Because you don't care about them, "Abigail" doesn't care about them...all you're doing is using them as stepping stones to create a world only YOU want! A Wyatt World, a world where you rule, a world where you're always right, never wrong, but that's what makes you more wrong than anything else!

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 Wfl3Xom

[Jeff Hardy]
To see a kid who just didn't quite fit in when he was little, try to punish the world for the people that treated him so lowly so long ago, it does nothing but continue the cycle whether you realize it or not! You've been lead to your own insanity, but that gives you no excuse to lead others in that same direction. We're two halves of the same coin, I didn't belong when I was growing up, HELL I STILL DON'T BELONG! But I've accepted that, I learned a long long time ago that I was different, that I wouldn't always be the most liked, that I wouldn't be popular, that I wouldn't have a normal life...because I'm not normal, and neither are you...but that's what I've accepted, and what you've denied. The Jeff Hardy that stands in this ring tonight has been through hell and back, he's made mistakes, he's screwed up every chance he's ever gotten from everyone who's ever believed in him...and he's risen above it, risen out of the burning ashes to still stand stronger than ever!

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 ZoWgd20

[Jeff Hardy]
It's not about changing everyone else, it's not about changing yourself, it's a matter of acceptance, Bray! You don't accept who you are, you build up this messiah complex, a false idol to believe in like Sister Abigail, and you use that to change everyone else into carbon copies of YOU! That is why I say...that is why I SCREAM! ABIGAIL BE DAMNED! MAY SHE AND HER MESSAGE ROT IN HELL! DO YOU HEAR ME, BRAY?! DO YOU HEAR ME ABIGAIL?! YOUR LIES AND DECEPTION WILL BURN WITH YO-!

{? ? ?}
SHUT YOUR MOUTH!

Hardy's rant is cut off by an unknown voice, the voice is fuming with anger. After a few moments we see the obvious answer to the question of "Who?" walk on to the stage as Bray Wyatt emerges from the curtain.

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 Normal_By_Rulez_TXN_2013_01_10_HDTV_mp40013

{Bray Wyatt}
You shut your damn mouth right now Hardy. I have down worse things to better people than you and I won't hesitate to put you in the ground myself! I never said to these people I was a good man, they know the dark, horrible things I do to lead them to salvation and they know it's the only way to save them from this world! They knew Ryder was a necessary sacrifice, that your brother was a required, and now they know that myself and my companion in mind and soul, Sister Abigail, NEED the blood of Jeff Hardy spilled, they know your sacrifice is necessary for the good to survive Jeff! I'm the devil of this world, and it's time to destroy it! Damnation by Wyatt is coming for all of you who refuse to heed this shepherd's call because soon myself and my brothers, Harper and Rowan, will use the fires of Abigail to burn the old structure of this world, destroy the machine of lies and deceit that blind you all and then....as you all burn and your world falls, you will hear one thing above all else, the call to my followers.....FOLLOW!! The buzzards.

Bray pulls the mic from his mouth and starts violently passing boack and forth on the stage, staring at Jeff Hardy who watches the madman on the top of the ramp. Wyatt stops pacing briskly and calms himself, he slowly starts simply walking his same pattern and resumes his speech.

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 Normal_By_Rulez_TXN_2013_01_10_HDTV_mp40022

{Bray Wyatt}
That all is the grand scheme, there is no lie. I plan to end this world and those unfit for salvation along with it, but first I need to single you out and make the ultimate example of why ignorance and sin have no place in this new world. You and I need a fitting environment to end this back and forth, to put you down for good.....and I have something in mind. Back when I was a boy, before my father's accident, he and his peers had a brutal, primitive method of sorting their issues....they would take a leather strap and bind each man by the other's wrist and would have the other encircle them and both men would fight, fight for their lives! They would beat each other within a inch of their lives.....and then, whoever could light the lanterns in each of the 4 corners, would be the greater man. It's save and disgusting but I feel it addresses a certain need in our situation. The question, can you stand the torture that comes with it? Can you stand being tied up to a man who has everything to lose?! CAN YOU STAND BRAY WYATT?!

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 YwpkpP7

[Jeff Hardy]
I can't stand YOU! You're everything that's wrong with this world, it's not the other way around, it's you that's the problem! I don't care how our fight happens, all I care about is that it FINALLY happens! You've hid behind your "brothers" for far too long, and at Uprising, you prove to me, you prove to all of your doubters, that Bray Wyatt might not be an honorable man, but he is at least A MAN! I will play your games, I'll bind myself with a strap, and I'll beat you within an inch of what you call life, and then I'll light the lanterns signaling the demons that they can come pick you up and carry you far far away. Never will you hurt another soul after I'm through with you, never again shall you poison an innocent man's mind with your tainted words. NEVER AGAIN shall Bray Wyatt and his family corrupt this world!

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 Normal_By_Rulez_TXN_2013_01_10_HDTV_mp40030

{Bray Wyatt}
Jeffery, I am more than a mere man, I am salvation! And my words are not what taint and poison a mind, it's this world's leadership that has done that, this CORRUPT world has drug you and everyone else along for your whole lives and I am the only one who saw it......so I started my family to save those I deem worthy and with Sister Abigail we are poised to save them, and then end this world we stand on. Jeff, this match you've agreed to is what help shape me into what I am....I was thrown into the pit several times, beaten into an inch of my life every time but growing stronger as well. It molded me and made me realize the fallacies of this world had descended those at the very bottom into a primal, blood lusting madness! And I would harness that madness, that which had been instilled in me and find salvation. Jeff your just another of this world's blinded and lost sheep, but you have teeth.....and claws.......and a mind that can't be reasoned with. You're an animal Hardy, the devil to my cause! Life or death is irrelevant to me Jeff, I transcend it, and that's why to me your threats hold no weight, I will decimate you and erase your from the face of this world in the name of Wyatt and of Abigail as to bring around a safer path for my people to find their salvation!

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 ZENoHrn

[Jeff Hardy]
Salvation? Is that what you call it, Bray? For I call it HELL. Pure undeniable hell that you put your "family" through, and for what? A message that has no purpose? You want to rid the world of it's evil? You and every other prophet out there, and just like them...you're fighting a battle you can't win. You can't change the world, you can't force people to believe in your ideals, such foolish behavior will only awaken a resistance against your oppressive legion! We are not blind, we see the world clearly, while you see it through tinted glass, seeing only what you want to see, what helps your cause, but you're zoning out what defeats it! But you won't look past it any longer come Uprising, because I will finally shatter that glass you look through, I will open your eyes wide, and you will see yourself, and your family for what you are! Nothing more than pathetic, over idealistic, unrighteous sorry excuse of living beings!

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 Normal_By_Rulez_TXN_2013_01_10_HDTV_mp40040

{Bray Wyatt}
You may see it as hell Jeff, but that's because you lost the privilege to enter salvation. This is your own hell Jeff, what you're living now....in this moment is what will lead to your eventual end, I am your and this world's judge, jury, and executioner and I have deemed you guilty, you are guilty of contributing to the poison that the world's leader continue to pump into all these sheep's lives! You are the one that helped cripple this world, your actions helped give birth to ME! Society created me Jeff......but now, I'll destroy it! How can you question the need for salvation when a world like this creates a monster like me? I am a product of this world's poison, the pinnacle of this planet's evil, and now this world will pay it's penance as I and Abigail will burn it to the ground! And you personally, will be handled by me....I will be your personal executioner in two weeks, your demise is now my own personal task and for you Jeff there will be no future. I take such joy in this task that I give you my word, I assure you that until Uprising myself and my family will leave you at peace, to mull over your eventual end!

[Jeff Hardy]
How kind of you, but I'm afraid I'm not willing to do the same!

In a blink of an eye Jeff tosses his microphone down to the ground, then leaps over the ropes flying to the bottom of the ramp where Bray stood taking him out! The fans scream and go crazy cheering as Jeff pounds away on Bray with fist after fist, but it doesn't last long because Harper and Rowan dash down the stage pulling Jeff off of their leader. Luke grabs Hardy by his hair, looking at him with menacing yet dead eyes, Jeff kicks him only for Harper to catch his foot! As he hobbles there for a second Hardy quickly spins around kicking up his other foot to knock Harper away and into the nearby railing. Rowan pulls Hardy back to his feet before he could rise himself but is quickly sent stumbling backwards by a swift jaw breaker. Hardy rises to his feet letting out a battle cry scream, staring at fallen Erick, Luke, and Bray as they stare back. This silent staredown comes to an end when we fade away to another commercial break.

Jim Ross
And we are back from commercial break folks and now just moments away from what is bound to be an explosive tag team match.

Michael Cole
On one side you have The West Side Army reunited for one night only because unlike the rest of you fools, I haven’t forgotten that Ryback’s contract is in the hands of Paul Heyman.

Jerry Lawler
Luckily, the power of Stephanie McMahon supercedes Paul Heyman’s ego, which is how we got the match in the first place.

Jim Ross
Don’t forget that earlier in the night it was confirmed that Brock Lesnar and Sangriento will be going head to head at Uprising one more time in a match where Sangriento has a chance to win Ryback’s contract.

Michael Cole
Until then, this is as good as it gets for those two. Ryback needs to realize being with Heyman is what’s best for him and his career.

Jerry Lawler
We’ve already seen numerous times that Heyman doesn’t have Ryback’s best interest  at heart.

Jim Ross
But tonight, in this match, it’s not about what Paul Heyman or even Don West thinks, it’s about which of these two teams are better and one would have to think that The West Side Army has the advantage here.

Michael Cole
I, for one, am shocked that Goldberg and Kane aren’t already tearing in to each other.

Jerry Lawler
The desire to win must be overriding their hatred of each other. Then again, look at them, they can’t even agree about who’s starting the match.

With Sangriento already in the ring ready to start things off with Ryback giving him sound advice from his position on the apron, Kane And Goldberg are locked in an intense staredown with the ref screaming at them to hurry things up so the match can start. Finally Goldberg chuckles as he steps through the ropes to get onto the apron while warning Kane that he better not screw things up.

Jim Ross
Looks like the two masked men are set to kick this match off.

Michael Cole
Might as well write this one up as a win for the other team, Sangriento isn’t going to last long in there.

Jerry Lawler
You can’t seriously say that after watching the wars he’s gone through with Brock Lesnar.

Kane and Sangriento inch closer and closer to each other as the crowd progressively gets louder as they chant the Mexican native’s name. In the center of the ring they lock up and though Sangriento has a valiant showing, Kane eventually muscles up and forcefully pushes the smaller man to the ground. Sangriento slowly rises to his feet, the chants of the crowd supporting him as he wipes his  hands on his tights and inches closer and closer to Kane. The Big Red Machine lunges and grabs air as Sangriento ducks under his arms then kicks Kane’s legs several times until the big man simply pushes him away. Sangriento bounces off the ropes and launches his small body into Kane, nailing him with a forearm that barely fazes him. Sangriento ducks under a Kane punch, races over to the other side of the ring to pick up momentum only to get floored by a hard right-handed uppercut by Kane.

Jim Ross
Sangriento tried to use that speed of his to give him an upperhand but it wasn’t enough to negate the power of Kane.

Michael Cole
What did he expect? This guy needs to realize that he isn’t David and none of his opponents are  Goliath.

Jerry Lawler
It’s funny how quickly you turned on the members of The West Side Army now that they’re showing they can be decent human beings.

The crowd explodes in a chant of feed me more as Sangriento lays there on the mat looking up at Kane and the masked man gets up and walks over to his corner while Kane arrogantly watches as though believing there’s no way he can lose this match no matter who he’s in the ring with. There’s a big pop when Sangriento makes the tag and Ryback wastes no time getting into the ring. He and Kane have a staredown until Kane pushes him back. Ryback chuckles then muscles up and uses his immense strength to give Kane a monster push that sends the 300 pounder stumbling backwards into the ropes where Goldberg makes the blind tag!

Jim Ross
Oh boy, there’s already plenty of history between these two. Business is about to pick up.

Michael Cole
You mean the history that involves Goldberg and the other Heyman guys repeatedly putting Ryback in his place?

Jerry Lawler
Well it’s just that… history. With everybody banned from ringside, Ryback now has a golden opportunity to get some sweet revenge.

If we could see under Kane’s mask, there’s no doubt that he’d look pissed that Goldberg tagged himself in like that, but Goldberg doesn’t seem to care. Eyeing his tag partner, he says that Kane had his chance to have some fun with “the little guy” and makes the statement that Ryback is “his.” Goldberg meets Ryback in the center of the ring and The Human Wrecking ball immediately unleashes a flurry of punches that makes it look like Goldberg’s knees are actually made of rubber. Goldberg is finally able to block a punch and returns the favor with some stiff rights of his own. Finally Goldberg kicks Ryback in the gut and it looks like he’s about to go for the Jackhammer and the attempt fails when Ryback muscles his way out and the two men separate. Goldberg claps sarcastically, telling Ryback “you’re better than I thought… but you know what you need to do.” Ryback freezes in his tracks.

Jim Ross
What’s going on?

Michael Cole
Something Goldberg said has paralyzed Ryback… probably in fear.

Jerry Lawler
That had to be a powerful statement.

Ryback looks down and Goldberg repeatedly screams out “do it!” Finally Ryback turns to face Sangriento grabs him by the neck, the contact counting as a tag, then tosses him into the ring! The boos are deafening and are immediately followed by “You sold out!” Sangriento sits up watching as Ryback exits the ring, pauses at the foot of the ramp and doesn’t turn back around.

Jim Ross
That son of a bitch, Ryback just betrayed the only man who gave a damn about him!

Michael Cole
I knew he’d come to his senses!

Jerry Lawler
I can only imagine how loud Don West is screaming after seeing what we all just did.

Sangriento rises to his feet and leans over the ropes trying to get Ryback’s attention but doesn’t receive a response. The masked man turns around and leaps over Goldberg who was charging in for a spear and lands on top of him with a double boot stomp! The crowd pops, trying to believe that Sangriento will rise above the betrayal and overcome the odds. The man who doesn’t even weigh two-hundred pounds drops down to his knees and pounds on Goldberg’s back who is trying to make his way back up to a standing base.  Goldberg pushes Sangriento backwards but Sangriento remains on the offensive throwing a wild kick that Goldberg ducks under though he sticks with it and connects with the second! Goldberg is dazed on his feet, and Sangriento races to the other side of the ring and right into Kane’s arms! Chokesla-! No! Sangriento turns it into a DDT and spikes Kane’s head into the ground! The Big Red Monster rolls into a heap on the outside as Tijuana’s biggest export stands to his feet but he doesn’t see the spear coming this time and damn near gets broken in half by Goldberg.

3!

Michael Cole
Yep! This one is over!! Kane and Goldberg have won!!

Jerry Lawler
Well had it not been for The Ryback’s timely betrayal, I’m sure that the results would have been a little bit different!

Jim Ross
I wonder what prompted The Ryback to do what he did! Even on his own though Sangriento proved that he’s a true fighter, but it just wasn’t enough to take down the two monsters. I wonder if the same fate will befall Sangriento at Uprising! Or if that fighting spirit will be enough to take down Brock Lesnar!!

Back in the ring Goldberg is having his arm lifted high in the air by the referee while Kane is still down on the outside from the DDT. Goldberg looks down at Sangriento for a few moments before lifting the masked man up, and putting him in position for the Jackhammer!!!

Jim Ross
It looks like Goldberg might not be finished. Maybe he’s going to give his buddy Brock Lesnar a head start for Uprising!!

Goldberg’s attention is brought to the stage as Dean Ambrose charges out to the ring!! He meets Goldberg head on and the two begin to exchange blows!! Edge can be seen charging to the ring from the stage, Paul Heyman huffing and puffing behind!! Sangriento, resilient as ever, is back on his feet, refusing to let his fellow West Side Army member fight alone. Edge slides into the ring and begins to exchange blows with Sangriento!

Jim Ross
All hell has broken loose here folks!!

Goldberg is able to drop Ambrose with a huge uppercut just as Edge take Sangriento down with a heel kick!! Both of the West Side Army members begin to use both the ropes and each other to get back to their feet. Edge and Goldberg both look at each other and nod before charging at Sangriento and Ambrose, looking to hit a double spear!! But Ambrose is able to sidestep Goldberg while Sangriento literally jumps right over Edge, and the two Heyman Guys momentum send them sprawling over the ropes and to the outside!!!! Sangriento and Ambrose hold their hands in the air as they look down at Edge and Goldberg. The two West Side Army members turn around… right into a double chokeslam!!!

Jim Ross
Bah Gawd!! Kane just chokeslammed them both!!!!

Kane shoves the two West Side Army members out of the ring as Goldberg and Edge enter. Kane and Goldberg stare each other down as the crowd buzzes, anticipating a fight. But instead of a fight, they see the two shake hands!! The crowd begins to boo as Paul Heyman makes his way up the steps and into the ring, an arrogant smile never leaving his face. He walks right up to Kane and raises his hand in the air!!! Kane throws his hands down as pyro shoots up from the corners of the ring.

Jim Ross
Wait!! What does this mean!!

We go to a commercial break to the faces of Paul Heyman, Kane, Goldberg, and Edge all holding their hands in the air in unison.

We return from commercial break and the titantron lights up to reveal Josh Mathews standing by.

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 NHT9UVg

[Josh Mathews]
Ladies and Gentlemen my guest at this time, one of the two Divas who'll be competing at Uprising with a shot at the Divas Championship on he line, Kaitlyn.

The camera zooms out as Kaitlyn steps into view of the screen, smile gracing her face as she looks towards the camera.

[Josh Mathews]
Now Kaitlyn, pretty interesting week if I was being honest. Paige, who has been on a winning streak as of late, lost to Michelle McCool while You, who has been on a losing streak as of late, defeated Nikki Belle earlier! Would you say this means anything?

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 Jxvl77p

[Kaitlyn]
I'm sorry, but just hearing that I actually won for once in so long was nice to hear so I'm basking in it for the time being. I mean, I lost to Eve Torres, Alicia Fox, Ashley Massaro and probably someone else that I'm just forgetting to mention. It was a painful couple of weeks dealing with that and so winning again just means a lot to me right now and I'm hoping to get back into my old ways of winning week in and week out. Maybe this week could be my path to getting back onto my old ways or maybe this week the stars just aligned and they decided to give me a win for once. But besides that, what was it you asked? Do I think this win meant anything? That's a good question so just give me a second to think about what this vice-versa week could mean.

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 GRJZ7NE

[Kaitlyn]
It could mean something but at the same time like I said, it could just be luck. It could mean a turning point for the match because people were saying that Paige is so winning this while Kaitlyn is losing and this could just be a turning point in the entire thing. Now Paige is the one losing and I'm winning, I'm on the higher ground as of now while she's on the lower ground. I've got the advantage while she has the disadvantage. I know I can beat Paige while Paige knows she can beat me, but one thing I won't shake is this. Paige can beat me, that's a fact, but I can beat Paige when it matters and when something is on the line. I beat her at Final Stand last year with the Divas Championship on the line, regardless of if I pinned her or not, a win is a win. I've done it before, I'll do it again.

[Josh Mathews]
Interesting points to say the least. Now this has been another question on fans minds, but how do you feel about Layla being the special guest referee in the match?

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 3kOO5Bj

[Kaitlyn]
Sadly, I'm unsure because sure, Layla is a friend. But in the end, Layla has been friends with Paige longer than she has been friends with me. She has been a tag team with her with a fancy name and a fancy theme, all that kind of stuff. Layla and I haven't had that, we are just friends, not partners or anything like that. Layla and Paige probably have a closer bond then I do with Layla. I don't mean to go against Layla or anything, but in the end, their can only be one winner in this and she'll have to choose between Myself or Paige. You can't have a Draw or a Double Countout or a Double Disqualification. In the end, you've got a winner and a loser. We just have to see what happens because honestly, I'm not sure of what will happen because in this company, anything can and anything will happen.

*We return from a commercial break to see Matt Striker alongside Daniel Bryan.*

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 VnFtNTg

[Matt Striker] Daniel, earlier tonight you had an impressive win over former World Champion Dolph Ziggler, after the match The Showoff had some harsh words to say about you, any response to him?

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 A7IgR4R

[Daniel Bryan] You know, I usually try and stray away from guys like Dolph when they comment on me like that because quite frankly a guy like Dolph Ziggler isn't worth my time when he runs his mouth minutes after tapping out in the center of the ring. But he did say a thing or two that got to me so.. First of all, Dolph had the nerve to call me an indie reject who has a job that I don't deserve in this company. This is coming from the same Dolph Ziggler who was handed a developmental contract on a silver platter back in the day after a tryout, I guarantee that if Dolph Ziggler set foot in a Ring of Honor ring he wouldn't last. Those guys would wrestle circles around him, he wouldn't know what hit him. And as far as being an indie "reject" goes? Far from it. You can talk down on me and about how great you looked in defeat but there comes a time when all you're known for is making other guys look good and you're not taken as seriously as you once were, maybe that time is now for Dolph..

[Daniel Bryan] I don't mean to just tear into Dolph like this, but if he thinks he can dish it out he better be able to take it. Let's get real here Dolph, you said that I have nothing left to offer in this business when the reality is I'm just getting started. I think the real guy who has nothing left to offer in XWL is a guy who is a former two time World Champion who failed so miserably he's back to square one trying to seem edgy and cool to get peoples attention again. You say wrestling is the fifth best thing you do? Well maybe you should go and make a living off of those four things you do better because a guy like a Dolph Ziggler is dispensable, there's a million other guys who could be called up to replace you no problem. Showoff or not Dolph, no amount of sarcastic comments can hide the fact that you tapped out.

XWL Breakdown: 1/12/2014  -  1/24/2014 - Page 3 BlVvQ3k

[Daniel Bryan] It's guys like Dolph Ziggler who walk around with a god complex in this company thinking that anything they do in a wrestling ring is gold because their developmental trainer liked it. Guys like that are the ones who aren't put to the real test here in XWL and that needs to change, I think it's time to start weeding out the a-list "superstars" in XWL and see if they can really go. When I joined XWL I was thrown in the deep end, I wasn't protected like guys like Dolph, or Alberto Del Rio. I had to fight for my contract, just like I have to fight to even get a match on TV every week. Take a look at last week, Chris Sabin and I left our hearts out in the ring after our match, counter after counter the fans were on the edge of their seats! I'm not taking no for an answers, I'm overdue for a lot of things in XWL and it's time to take a stand for once-

*Suddenly Daniel is cut off mid sentence by the arrival of Chris Sabin on the set!*

{Chris Sabin}
And congratulate Chris Sabin on his hard earned victory over Anderson Anderson. There was a lot of back and forth action out there, and Anderson Anderson almost put me away but what Anderson Anderson didn't count on is Sabin Sabin adding yet another move to my arsenal and finishing the job, finally ending the losing streak once and for all. I agree with you, the fans were on the edge of their seats, some had even fallen off their seats and watched in amazement from the floor, there were even some that tried to climb back onto their chairs but ended up falling back down because they couldn't take their eyes off of match we were having. And as far as I know, my heart is still in my chest, if I left it in that ring last week, then I wouldn't be standing here talking to you. So thank you for congratulating me on my win over Anderson Anderson.

*Bryan opens his mouth to speak but he's quickly cut off by Sabin once again.*

{Chris Sabin}
No no, I know what you're going to say so you don't have to say it, you already did, twice actually. Your generosity tonight is really something, isn't it? Not only did you make Dolph Ziggler tap out, you congratulated me twice on my victory, what a guy. Why weren't you this generous last week, Bryan? You know I sent you the bill from my trip to the doctor after our match, but did you know that my jaw still hasn't recovered from that knee you drove into it? Did you hit me with a loaded knee pad or something? Or maybe it's just one of your goat powers. Speaking of which, do they call you a goat because you look like one or because you're the Goatiest Goat of all the Goats?

*Daniel looks at Sabin with a confused look on his face not expecting the interruption.*

[Daniel Bryan] Look, Chris. I don't know what's going on with you but ever since Alex Shelley left XWL you haven't been right. It's great that you beat Mr. Anderson and all that but I don't see why you have to interrupt my interview to get your point across. I was kind of in the middle of something.. And generosity is a rare thing around here, you ask why I wasn't generous last week? I shook your hand showing you respect and I think that's just enough. I don't know whether you're trying to get on my bad side or not right now but I advise you choose your next words carefully because interrupting my interview to call me a goat isn't exactly the wisest thing to do..

*Screen cuts off.*

*Screen comes back.*

[Jim Ross] What a lengthy and heated confrontation by Chris Sabin and Daniel Bryan!

[Jerry Lawler] You can say that again, JR. Stephanie McMahon herself had to intervene and make a match between both men at Uprising to settle their score, I can't wait!

8 minutes into the match

Jim Ross: Reigns with the Superman punch! He damn near knocked Orton's head clean off with that one, Reigns is going for the cover and it could be over here!

1!

2!

Orton kicks out at the two count.

Michael Cole: That was a close call for Orton, there's no doubt about it. Roman Reigns caught him completely off guard with that big punch to the jaw. That's just pure power and athleticism there.

With Orton dazed from the Superman Punch, Reigns walks over to the corner and goes down to a three-point stance waiting for Orton to get back to his feet with only one thing in mind.

Jim Ross: Reigns is sizing him up, you know what's coming next, he's looking to put Orton away with the Spear, and if he connects he might just do that.

As Orton slowly gets to his feet and turns in the direction of his opponent, Roman charges at Orton going for the Spear, however before he can connect Orton reacts quickly planting Reign's with a Snap Powerslam completely catching him off guard.

Jerry "The King" Lawler: What a counter by Orton! And now the match has turned in his favour!

When Reigns gets back to his feet he's met by a second Snap Powerslam by Orton as The Viper starts to gain control of the match grabbing Reigns by the head and throwing him in-between the ropes draping his legs over the middle ropes before planting Reigns with a DDT before going for the cover

1!

2!

Reigns kicks out at the two count

When Reigns kicks out Orton sits up in anger, not believing that Reigns had just kicked out  and he gets up to his feet and starts to confront the referee adamant that it should of been a three count, as he backs the referee into a corner

Jim Ross: Orton's got to keep his cool, he's got to stay focused on his opponent. His anger problems are well documented and it could cost him right here.

As Orton distracted by the referee, Roman takes to opportunity and attacks Orton from behind and starts beating him down in the corner as the referee squeezes himself free as Reigns continues to attacking Orton as he's pinned in the corner

Michael Cole: That could of been a huge mistake by Orton, and he's paying the price for it now!

With Roman continuing his attack, Orton in a move of desperation rakes the eyes of Roman Reigns temporarily blinding him allowing Orton to tide the tide in his favour forcing Reigns into the middle of the ring

Jim Ross: This one's just completely broken down, the referee's just lost control. He needs to restore order in this match, but that could be easier said than done with these two.

As Reigns is reeling in the ring, Orton quickly goes for an RKO, but Reigns blocks it launching Orton off of him directly into the referee who calls for the bell to the dismay of the fans

Jerry "The King" Lawler: They left the referee with no choice, they're just tearing into each other.

With the referee on the floor Orton turns back around as he's met by a big Spear by Roman Reigns who lefts out a big war cry cry as he stands over Orton's body

Michael Cole: Spear! Roman Reigns with the Spear!

As Roman connects with the Spear he kneels up looking down as the laid out Orton on the mat

Justin Roberts: The referee has decided that this match as ended as a no count, therefore this match is a draw!

The crowd start booing the announcement of the referee's decision as Roman Reigns stands tall his music starts to play as he stands over his fallen opponents body

With his music starting to play Roman Reigns slowly exits the ring happy with the message delivered to Orton

Jim Ross: The match might of ended as a no contest, but Roman Reigns certainly made a statement tonight.

Jerry "The King" Lawler: You can say that again, he just flattened Orton with the Spear.

Michael Cole: Let's just quickly go back to how the match came to an end, it looked like Roman Reigns was about to pick up the win, when Orton countered with a Powerslam, then after Reigns kicked out following the DDT Orton lost his cool, shortly after that the referee lost control of the match and it broke down.

The screen cuts to some highlights of the match and how the match came to an abrupt ending

Michael Cole: These two were going at it, and that's when the referee had no choice but to call for the bell then Orton raked Reign's in the eye, however he still blocked the RKO and quickly hit Orton with the Spear. If you ask me this one isn't over, not by a long shot.

Jim Ross: I don't think so either, but for now at least Roman Reigns is standing tall, but I'm not sure Orton will take this lightly, not one bit.

As Reigns walks up the ramp obviously disappointed in how the match panned out the camera cuts back to Orton in his ring who's holding his stomach feeling the effects from the Spear as the cameras fade out ending the segment[/b]
