AJ, At X-Treme X-mas you get a shot at Kaitlyn's Divas Championship. It will be a fatal four way match. You get your shot along with Eve and Maryse. Will your friendship with Kaitlyn come in the way of becoming a two time Divas Champion?

It's the same questions by everyone,every time. And, it's going to be the same answer. Me and Kaitlyn aren't going to let anything get between us, We've shown that our friendship means too much to let the title get between us. Aslong as the title is in the Chickbusters, then we are both happy. We've shown that no matter what, We are still the best Diva Team in the history of XWL. We put each other through hell in a ladder match, and we came out still best friends. I know that If I do win at X-Treme X-mas, Kaitlyn will be happy for me, just like I was for her when she won the Divas Championship.

[Jack Korpela]
You have already realised your dream of becoming a Divas Champion one time before, how much would it Mean to you to Do it again?

[A.J]
Becoming Divas Champion was a amazing feeling. To know that I was the top Diva in this company was awesome. And, if I get the chance to realise the dream again, then I will take that chance. It'd mean so much to me to become a two time Divas Champion. Sadly on the other hand, it'd mean that Kaitlyn's dream would have to come to an end. But I know that Kaitlyn feels the same as I do and as long as one of us walks out of X-Treme X-Mas with the Divas Championship, then we will both be happy.

[Chavo Guerrero is shown sitting in front of curtain and isn’t even dressed for is match against Curt Hawkins coming up shortly. In fact, it doesn’t even appear that Chavo is in the building! What exactly is going on here? He’s about to no-show three matches in a row, and with XWL steadily growing into an elite organization, they wouldn’t hesitate to fire him and find someone to replace him. Not to mention his well-known intentions to hold a championship before he finally decides to call it quits. At this rate he won’t have a job, must less a title. Could this be some retaliation for the odd jobs he was ordered to do a few weeks back? It’s hard to say. Only Chavo really knows for sure what he’s doing, so thank goodness he’s here to put out our burning questions.]

As you can see, I’m not prepared to wrestle tonight… in fact, I haven’t been prepared to wrestle for quite some time. All those months ago I was more than mentally ready to get back in the swing of things. I couldn’t wait to hear my theme music blast through those speakers and have the people sing and dance along to it as they rejoice that their favorite wrestler has once again returned to grace them with his presence. I longed to have my arm raised in the air in victory as I took down yet another opponent foolish enough to stand across the ring from me. And I would be continuing on that trend until my hand was raised with a title belt firmly in its grasp. It didn’t matter the title: World Heavyweight, United States, Intercontinental, I just wanted a taste of that success that everybody seems to crave. But thing is, it always wasn’t that way, I used to believe that I could reach legend status without ever having a championship associated with me. I threw away my money in the bank briefcase to prove that point. My title matches against Shawn Michaels and Dolph Ziggler were half-assed to prove that point. But things are different now…

See, I was mentally prepared to return all those months ago, but not physically. My body didn’t seem to want to do the things it used to. I can’t jump as high or throw as far, it’s finally time for me to admit that my age is starting to catch up with me. But that’s not an excuse, guys like Shawn Michaels and Undertaker are out there still doing their thing despite having considerable wear and tear on their bodies. I may be getting up there, but I still have the experience, knowledge and expertise that other wrestlers would kill for and all of those combined give me the edge over my much more athletic counterparts.



{Chavo Guerrero}
If only things worked out that way, if this would play out as easily as I’m able to fantasize them, if only, if only, if only. I tried, I honestly did. I came out every week and did my best to pump myself up. I get all sappy talking all this crap about how I don’t care if I lose, as long as I’m out here doing what I love, but it’s exactly that… crap. I don’t want to lose every week, it just happens, my opponents just get lucky, and I just end up with another tally under the loss column. But like the man I am I kept getting up and fighting because I’ll be damned if the story of Chavo ends on such a note. I told you that the next week would be the week I turn thing around, it would be the week I finally get that big win, the win that puts me on the map, the win that finally gets you people to recognize me for the talent that I am.



{Chavo Guerrero}
I don’t think you guys truly understand how much your booing really hurts me. I understand that you boo me because you’re upset that I’m not living up to my full potential, you’re mad because I promise you amazingness but can only deliver greatness. But you don’t realize the things I go through to make sure you leave with your money’s worth. I worked in that damn department store, I signed autographs, I dealt with disgusting Cody Rhodes dolls shoved in my face because I live for this business, yet I don’t get the respect I deserve, just because I can’t be the hero and the savior to this business that you expect me to be. Believe it or not, I’m just a man, despite what you may have been led to believe.

Loss after loss after loss after goddamn loss really starts to wear thin on you. And despite my thick skin, it was starting to wear thin on me too. Suddenly… suddenly winning a title didn’t seem that bad after all. Maybe a belt compensate for the direction was career was heading. I was hoping that we would all forget that slump that Chavo went through in favor of celebrating what he has achieved. But that doesn’t seem to be happening, and it pains me to see the disappointment in all of your faces every time a promise falls short. I see the disappointment in Vickie’s eyes every time she looks at me. I can hear it in Eddie’s voice every sentence he speaks that doesn’t have my name in it. These are the times where you really find out what kind of man you are, the kind that fights or flees… the kind that struggles to find the diamond in the rough, or the kind that runs away to live in a blissful ignorance.

I used to think I was the former, but now I need more time to think it over. I needed time two weeks ago when I was scheduled to wrestle McIntyre, I needed time last week when I was supposed to wrestle Rey, and I need time this week instead of taking on Hawkins. But this Sunday at Xtreme X-Mas is when I will make my final decision: will Chavo wrestle into the new year? Or will he give up mid-way through his journey? Thing is, I will always love this business… I’m just not sure if I want to be a part of it anymore.

[The crowd cheers and Jillian’s theme hits signaling the return of The Pop star princess, and when she steps onto the stage she’s all smiles. She does a little jog down the ramp and slaps a few high fives before stepping into the ring. Jillian runs her hand through her hair and gazes upon the cheering fans before adjusting her headset.]

It’s been a long time, and I know that you guys missed me, but you have nothing to worry about now because your favorite diva is back and ready for some action. Don’t think I was slacking while I was away either. No no no, I’ve been working hard and I’m going to kick some butt when I return to the ring after Xtreme Xmas. And don’t think I’ve forgotten all the love you showed me while I was away, your tweets and posts really got me through a tough time in my life. I was suffering from a little laryngitis and as you guys know I’m nothing without my golden voice, but all is well now because I can sing again and trust me, I’ve never sounded better. In fact…

Redemption comes back from a commercial break, and we head backstage where Ted DiBiase is shown leaned against a wall fiddling with his iPhone.

{Ted DiBiase}
C'mon, there's no way I could roll double three times in a row! I can't go to jail, I'm too pretty to go to jail!

Just as Ted is ready to chuck his expensive phone at the wall, the cameraman recording all of this steps closer causing Ted to act as if he was simply stretching. He then rubs the back of his neck with an embarrassed grin on his face, and the cameraman gets even closer.

{Mitch}
Uh hey Ted, what are you doing?

Ted slips his phone into the pocket of his sweat pants then flashes his well known grin again.



{Ted DiBiase}
Um, would you believe me if I said I was stretching?

{Mitch}
No.

{Ted DiBiase}
Was worth a shot...

{Mitch}
So anyways, what's everyone's favorite goofball up to?



{Ted DiBiase}
Not much really, obviously being cheated by this damn computer, but other than that I just thought I'd kick back and relax since my match isn't until much later.

{Mitch}
That's right, you're in the main-event again this week, what's your thoughts on that?



{Ted DiBiase}
It's pretty awesome! I mean I'm coming off a big victory over one of my good friends last week, who by the way is also a former World Heavyweight Champion...So for Vickie to put me in another main-event, with yet another top competitor here on Redemption, really it can only take me in the right direction!

{Mitch}
You face The Miz tonight, a man that's had a lot to say about you in the previous weeks, and he's also apart of a new rivalry with a man you "buried alive" The Undertaker. No one's asked you really, but what are your thoughts on his return?

{Ted DiBiase}
Well obviously I'm glad I didn't actually kill the guy...I just wanna know how he does it! He's been buried alive like what six, maybe seven times in his career? Yet he keeps coming back, and this time he's riding a pretty bad ass motorcycle! I know I buried him alive and all, and he and his brother and Abyss kinda did try to kill me...But do you think if I send him like a muffin basket or something he'd let me ride it?!

{Mitch}
I do not know...

{Ted DiBiase}
Maybe a muffin and a fruit basket...Perhaps my lucky set of dice too?

{Mitch}
He practically tried to muder you though...

{Ted DiBiase}
Yeah, but have you seen that bike?!

{Mitch}
I have...

{Ted DiBiase}
But back to my opponent tonight, I'm not going to take him lightly by any means, I mean he's another young up and comer in the main-event scene. He wants exactly what I want, to reach that next level, to get a World Heavyweight Championship title shot, and a win here tonight for either of us would just get us that much closer to just that.

{Mitch}
Speaking of Miz, I said before that he's had some choice words for you over the previous weeks, including stating that he's better than you and pretty much everybody else, thoughts for his um, confidence?



{Ted DiBiase}
Hey if he wants to go around claiming that he's better than me, then by all means he can have at it. Talk is after all cheap, what really matters is who can get the job done in the ring. Now can he back up his big talk? I guess we'll find out later on in the main-event, won't we?

{Mitch}
So you're not really bothered by him insulting you?

{Ted DiBiase}
I would be if his insults were actually good!

{Mitch}
Haha, very well then. So let's switch gears and discus what happened last week, while you may have picked up a big victory over your friend, John Cena. It didn't end in a high note for either of you, because your former friend, and Cena's latest rival, The Rock, decided to come out and crash the party so to speak.



{Ted DiBiase}
Good ol' Dwayne, always the life of the party.

{Mitch}
You seemed annoyed last week when he came out, care to elaborate as to what really went wrong with you two?

{Ted DiBiase}
It's no secret that we were friends, and whether that be due to him not being able to take a loss, or just because it all was an act this entire time, that's no longer the case. Obviously at Eye For An Eye things didn't go as he would've liked, I sort of played into his elimination, not like I did it on purpose. I did pin him like two weeks before that, so I don't think I needed to conspire against him just to beat him no matter how much he'd like everyone to believe otherwise.

{Mitch}
So do you think you played a role into him turning on the people?

{Ted DiBiase}
I think if anything I played a role into revealing the real Dwayne Johnson that was under a "Rock" mask all along. See a real man doesn't throw tantrums and blame everyone but himself when he's not at the top like he'd want to be. You think I wouldn't like to be World Heavyweight Champion right now? But for some reason, a reason that is at my own fault, I'm not. And I just like Dwayne, have no one to blame but myself. Instead of bitching like he did, he should have just worked harder to get back in the title scene like I am every week.

{Mitch}
Interesting, very interesting, so lets move on again to another subject, your current rival, Michael McGillicutty.

{Ted DiBiase}
Hold on a second...

He raises his hand up towards the camera to silence Mitch, then clears his throat and in a mockingly deep tone says

{Ted DiBiase}
Fear...The McGillicutter!!!

He starts to crack up laughing.

{Ted DiBiase}
Nope, still sucks, carry on.

{Mitch}
Last week you told me you were giving Michael a "free pass" I'm guessing due to the events that transpired just a few hours later, that's been revoked, right?

{Ted DiBiase}
Damn skippy!

{Mitch}
You were clearly, and justifiably very pissed off when he tried to assault your brother, Brett. Has this changed your opinion of Michael?

{Ted DiBiase}
Well yeah, before I thought he was just an overconfident, too good for his britches, sorry son of a witch! But now he's just a bitch!

He throws his arms out with a grin on his face.



{Mitch}
If we can be serious for a moment...Clearly things have heated up between you two, with just two more weeks until you finally clash at X-treme X-mas, what do you foresee happening from now until then?

{Ted DiBiase}
Look am I pissed off that he had the audacity to actually come after my brother? Of course I am! Hell if I saw him walk by us right now I'd probably throw him into that wall over there, then make Stone Cold Steve Austin proud by stomping a serious mudhole in him! I tried to be nice about this, I saw a naive young guy, with potential sure, but now I just see red. I guess my goofy exterior gives off the wrong impression, but contrary to what he thinks, if you push me, I'm going to push you back with all that I've got! Last week was an example of how much pushing me will not benefit Mikey McGillicutty.



{Mitch}
I'm guessing you're aware of his match tonight? Where he'll meet The X-treme Champion, The Brian Kendrick, in a title match.

{Ted DiBiase}
Well aware of that, and all I really have to say to that is good luck. Because that match is after all an extreme rules match, is it not?

{Mitch}
Well yes, yes it is.

{Ted DiBiase}
So disqualifications are off, yes?

{Mitch}
Yes?

{Ted DiBiase}
Just putting that out there, Mitch. Now I'm not saying I'll get involved, but I'll just say that last week is something he'll live to regret. You don't come after my family, my DiBiase Posse, or anyone in relation to me, and get away with it! Whether his punishment be not achieving his "dream" of being champion tonight, or by ending up on Dream Street in the most uncomfortable way possible, remains to be seen.

{Mitch}

Oh trust me, it will be!

Ted then grabs the camera by the lens pulling it in closer with a slight smirk on his face.

Last week was a big week for me, I showed just how dominant I will be on this level of competition when I took out both Evan Bourne and Sheamus who are both former World Heavyweight Champions. I showed that my time really is now. I showed that there is no one who can stop me. When my tag partner wasn't able to make it to the show I didn't let it affect the outcome of the match, I just took out both men by myself. That's what a true champions needs to be able to do, that's what a true dominating force has to be able to do. I've been unleashed for every superstar to fear me on my path of destruction. I've been here a couple weeks and every week I've asked my opponent, Can you handle Mason Ryan? Well the answer is no, because no one can handle Mason Ryan. But that was last week and this week has a new challenge, but first, I have an important call to make.

*Mason Ryan reaches down to pick up his cellphone which was placed on the ground of his locker room. Mason begins to dial some numbers on the phone and raises the phone to his ear while it begins to ring. The XWL Redemption screen switches into a split screen and Curt Hawkins comes into view on the left side of it with his phone ringing. Curt Hawkins picks up the phone and raises it to his ear.*

[[Curt Hawkins]]
Hey, Mason. I'm glad you called because I'm going through a young-life crisis. Ya know how I always wear pants to the ring? Well I've been thinking about switching to trunks starting this week... What do you think? I'm thinking about going with Trunks because my lady fans out there would probably like those better because, well you know why.

[[Mason Ryan]]
I'd go with the trunks, but watch out, Chavo might be a little more into the tights than any girl you can find. And well, that Chavo has always been a little creep. If I got put in a match with him I'd want it over as fast as possible!

[[Curt Hawkins]]
I know, he seems like such a dirty little creepy mexican. Speaking of creeps, this fan named Brent Thompson sent me a tweet asking if I could tweet him on his birthday wishing him a Happy Birthday. And Curt, it's funny that they book you against a creep like Chavo, and book me against an old wrinkly skinned hag like Kevin Nash. It seems like they missed out on me beating two former World Heavyweight Champions last week! And they missed out on you well... You didn't face Goldust like you were scheduled to, but if you did face him we all know you would have won!

[[Curt Hawkins]]
Yeah, also you know what I realized? Last week I was suppose to face Goldust and this week I'm suppose to fight Chavo. Does XWL think I'm some Creep Magnet? This calls for a #AreYouSeriousBro! I bet I can guess who I'm fighting next week. Okay Hawkins, just think of who's a creep in XWL on the Redemption brand. We got Frightmare, Brodus Clay, Yoshi Tatsu, El Generico and a few others most likely. Well, incase they are watching then the chances of me facing any of you are high because I'm assuming that Vickie thinks I'm a "Creep Magnet" but in reality, I'm a babe magnet.

[[Mason Ryan]]
And Vickie must also think I'm suitable to put up against washed up old talent who couldn't win a match if they faced well... Each other! In my first two weeks booked here I got put against Mark Henry and then Sheamus and Bourne. And now, this week I'm against Kevin Nash! I mean, I take out two of them at once, two! And they still think they can book me against them! Well I'll just prove to them again that no one, especially not Kevin Nash, can handle Mason Ryan!

[[Curt Hawkins]]
Curt Hawkins could handle Mason Ryan, true fact.

[[Mason Ryan]]
Curt, we've been over this, in the Opposition, we don't oppose each other we oppose the people who undeservingly get title shots and put into Main Events. It doesn't matter if you're better than me or if I'm better than you because we're never going to fight each other. But I wouldn't be so quick to say you could handle me because a lot of people have said that before, and you don't know what I'm really capable of until you've gone face to face with me yourself.

[[Curt Hawkins]]
Well, Mason, if you look back at the segment where we met I said I would just go along with that little whatever. But I know that I am the greatest superstar to step in an XWL Ring and I know deep down you think that about yourself. Everyone thinks it Mason, don't try to hide it but moving on... Hear about Riley? He's apparently not cleared to compete for two weeks for some unknown reason. You know who i blame, Mason? I blame Lucky Cannon because he was seen with him last. Next week, I say we go down to his trailer park and take him out and shove the lucky charms where lucky charms aren't meant to be.

[[Mason Ryan]]
I say we just shove his face in the bowl and drown him in it. I think that damn valet is the one really responsible for this, but hey, I can't back down from a good old fashion beat down! Especially on someone who thinks they're so great like Lucky Cannon.

[[Curt Hawkins]]
Then... Then our target can be Shawn Michaels because sooner or later he is going to have to defend that title against one of us. So why not give him a little preview? Sure, he can tune up the band all he wants but no body is buying tickets anymore considering a fifty something year old man is calling himself "Sexy Boy" and "Heartbreak Kid." This is so generic but he's more like the "Has-Been Kid" and if anyone is going to be breaking hearts, its going to be Curt Hawkins. Hell, maybe I should tune up the band once and I could see how things go considering Sweet Chin Music is nothing more then a superkick with theatrics. I could do that pretty easily.

[[Mason Ryan]]
Yeah, Shawn Michaels calling himself a sexy boy is like Batista trying to call himself Mason Ryan, it just doesn't work. And just like Shawn Michaels just has a special superkick, all Batista has is a fancy powerbomb. He's not an Animal, he can't even stay healthy because he's too damn old to wrestle and his bones are breaking every time he moves. I can't believe people say we're anything alike, I'm the next generation, new biggest superstar while he's only the past. Now he's nothing more than what we remember him as when he really did dominate.

[[Curt Hawkins]]
True, but you know that Batista could be World Champion whenever he wants considering he is Mr. Money in the Bank. Sure, he beat Rob Van Dam who is also washed. Infact, I think it should go a little something like this, Mason. *Hawkins does RVD's taunt and says...* Washed! Up! Druggy! Am I right, Mason? But sadly, Rob couldn't be here with us because he's fired. But knowing XWL, he will be resigned in a few weeks most likely considering the XWL General Managers love people who just love to entertain the fans. Hell, I entertain them in a way they don't like.... Wait, I think I just confused myself. Well, moving on... I just wanted to know if you'd buy my shirt and now we are talking about your pants. The people in the arena and fans watching at home probably think we're gay. Just to confirm it, I am not gay. I don't know about Mason but I am not gay. I am single though ladies, just putting that out there.

*Mason's phone buzzes on his ear and he lifts it off a second to look at what's on the screen before raising it back up to his face.*

That was XWL Offices Hawkins, they said we're not allowed to use that word on TV or we'll be sued! We might be filthy rich but money isn't endless! Let's talk about something else... How about Randy Savage being in a match for the World Heavyweight Championship? A lot of people seem to be talking about that so hey, let's try it too! Well I'd like to say that Randy Savage is the typical type of person I've been trying to erase from XWL. He's old, he's overrated, he's boring, and he has no real talent anymore. Randy Savage is in the World Heavyweight Championship match faster than any superstar in recent memory. And he's not deserving of it. He deserves to go to the back of the line and wait behind Mason Ryan.... And the rest of the Opposition of course! If we're not in World Heavyweight Championship matches, there's no way Randy Savage should be. What do you think Curt?

[[Curt Hawkins]]
I think that Savage is undeserving to be honest. I don't see what he's done in XWL to deserve won. He's won matches and done a few promos. Woo hoo, I've done the same so should I get a World Heavyweight Title match? I do think Wade and Gabriel deserve a shot but Savage is just a mystery to me. Now excuse me, Mason but I gotta go get ready for my match against Chavo Guerrero later.

*Hawkins hangs the phone and his part of the screen moves off the screen so only Mason is seen sitting on a bench. The camera continues to zoom out until the whole bench is in view. All of a sudden, Hawkins walks into view of the camera with a bowl of lucky charms in his hand, he sits down on the same bench as Mason.*

This world is evolving, Mason. Your going to have to get use to cell phones like XWL is going to have to get use to either Me, You, or Riley as United States Champion. You don't have to be smart, dumb, tall, short, fat, skinny or whatever to know that when you see Mason Ryan, you see a future champion... When you see Alex Riley, you see a future champion... When you see Curt Hawkins, exactly what do you see, Mason?

[[Mason Ryan]]
I see a man who was once just a boy. A man who since he's arrived in the wrestling business has come a long way, Hawkins, I see a future champion. I can see the work you've put in, and I can see just the spot where the title will some day fit around your shoulder.

[[Curt Hawkins]]
I agree, but now... It's time to deal with Chavo and maybe you could be at ringside for that match. Now, let's leave this locker room in style.

*The theme of the Opposition begins to play as Mason and Hawkins walk out of the locker room.*



*The camera follows them as a backstage employee walks up to them, the theme stops plating and the backstage worker begins to speak.*

Curt, one second. I don't know if you saw earlier but Chavo isn't here tonight meaning you don't have a match.

[[Curt Hawkins]]
Seriously? Okay Mason, you know what to do.

*Hawkins snaps his finishers and points to the man. Mason walks up to the worker and lifts him up in the clutch for his signature, House of Pain, finisher. Mason spins the worker around, slamming him down onto the concrete. Mason stands up and walks back over to Hawkins. Curt and Mason high five before walking up, leaving the backstage worker on the ground as we fade to commercial break.*

*A video package is shown, it is a replay of last week when The Undertaker drove down to ringside on his motorcycle to cost Miz his match to Justin Gabriel by distracting him. The replay fades out to Miz looking for Taker only to have Taker grab Miz by the throat and leave him gasping for air. The camera fades to the backstage area where The Miz is shown alongside Scott Stanford.*



Scott Stanford- Miz, you requested this interview time so I'll go right ahead so you can say what you want to say.



The Miz- Throughout The Undertaker's career, I've seen it all. I've seen his transformations from character to character, his alliances and his rivalries. Growing up he was a wrestler that I feared as a kid, simply because of how terrifying he was when I was younger. But now, I'm in his game. I'm a grown man, I don't fear anyone in this company because I'm the one that's feared. People have been telling me about how frightening it is to be in The Undertaker's bad books but it doesn't phase me. Last week after he cost me MY match, I was the one who went looking for him. Just because he thinks he's so tough by grabbing me by my throat and blocking my air, that doesn't prove a thing. That doesn't make him in any way shape or form better than me. It shows that he's the coward who costs matches and attacks me from behind, do you understand that you simple minded idiots?! You people should all be boo'ing The Undertaker, not me!



The Miz- People keep on telling me that I should face The Undertaker at X-Treme X-Mas, but why would I do that? If I was going to have a match at X-Treme X-Mas I'd like to face someone with a shred of talent. Not just some washed up has-been who thinks he's still in the glory days. Those days are long gone, but believe me. I know that if it wasn't for people like The Undertaker that I wouldn't be here today, blah blah blah. That's all in the past because the matter of fact is that all of the up and comers aren't looking up to the broken down veteran clinging onto his spotlight. They're looking up to me, the hungry talented superstar who is proving himself to the world week in and week out. And tonight I'm going to prove myself against a poor excuse of a wrestler, Ted DiBiase Jr...



The Miz- Every week when I see Ted DiBiase on Television it makes me want to vomit, that's not just an expression. He's over the top, corny, and panders to the crowd like there's no tomorrow. He's nothing more than a loudmouth who rode The Rock's coat-tails to the spotlight he's in right now. He does the most ridiculous things every week and it gets even more cringeworthy as the weeks go on. He looked like a complete goof wearing that Santa hat earlier tonight. Oh, and just for the record, for all of you little kiddies in the crowd right now. I hope you're all looking forward to Christmas, oh, I bet you are. But here's a newsflash, SANTA IS FAKE! There's no such thing as Santa, that's a cold reality check for you. All of you stupid Ted DiBiase fans in the crowd with your stupid Christmas hats need to take them off and shut up.



The Miz- Tonight I'm going to do something that The Undertaker has never done. You were in such a heated rivalry with Ted DiBiase, you were so dedicated to putting an end to him. I'm going to do that tonight, I'm going to shut him up for good and beat him. Something you could never do, and something I will do in my first try. It's the main event, The Miz vs Ted DiBiase. It's nice to be where I belong, in the spotlight, in my spotlight. Because I'm The Miz... And I'm...

*All of a sudden the lights go completely black, The Miz is heard shouting “What the?!” A loud crashing sound is heard, along with the sound of a steel biker chain. After a few seconds the lights go back on and The Miz is seen laying against the interviewing background with a biker chain on his chest, a loud pop is heard from the crowd. Miz sits up holding his back and grabs the chain, he looks furious as we head off to a video package.*

Some things you just don't say

*Redemption returns from a commercial break as the camera is seen scanning the audience, who seem to be enjoying themselves thus far. Their smiles and laughter quickly changes to boos and jeers as Michael McGillicutty's theme plays throughout the arena.*



*McGillicutty walks out to the ramp but not with the usual energy he normally does.*



*He makes his way down to ramp but not in his usual manner as he seems to have something on his mind. He makes his way up the ring steps and grabs the mic under the bottom turnbuckle and begins to speak.*



McGillicutty: Last week was tough week for me, first an attack that backfired then later in the night a humiliating defeat to The Rock. But that's not what what hurt the most. It was the fact that DiBiase defeated John Cena. That was the insult to injury that annoyed me. John Cena went easy on Ted while The Rock kicked my ass like if I owed him money or something. It wasn't all bad though, Vickie Guerrero was kind enough to give me a title match for the X-treme Championship tonight. And before the night is over I'll have something else over Ted other than the two wins I already have over him and that's a championship, the one thing that has eluded him since he started here in XWL.



McGillicutty: Which brings me to the current and soon-to-be former X-treme Champion, the so-called “Wizard of Odd” The Brian Kendrick. A man who is obsessed with justice and a man who was tired of being overlooked but a man nonetheless. You see Brian I don't hate you. If it weren't for my quick thinking and picking a fight with DiBiase, I would've been in your position, overlooked and left sitting on the sidelines, while people like Ted DiBiase are in the spotlight because they pander to the fans. While guys like me, you, and the rest of the X-treme division are left in the shadows, along with our pure wrestling talent. What these ingrates, known as the XWL Universe, fail to realize is that every time there's a match for the X-treme Championship, you know it's gonna steal the show.



McGillicutty: And look at you now Brian, you did what you wanted to and won the championship, and to that I say congratulations. You are now the face of the X-treme Division and take on all comers whether they deserve it or not. It's a shame, however, that your first championship defense is against me because, believe it or not, your first defense will surely be your last when I defeat you and put and end to your precious undefeated streak. Our match is under Extreme Rules obviously, therefore I'm expecting interference from your buddies in the Resistance, so I'll be ready for that. Even if I lose in our match, which is mathematically impossible, it'll be a great warmup for my match against Ted DiBiase, which coincidentally, is also under Extreme Rules as well. And when I win tonight, Ted, you will have yet another chance to win some championship gold for the first time in your pathetic career. And at X-treme X-mas...

*Before McGillicutty can get another word out...*



*He is interrupted by none other than "The" Brian Kendrick's theme. McGillicutty is seemingly annoyed by the interruption from the X-treme Champion.*



Kendrick's theme continues to play but The Wizard of Odd is nowhere to be seen.

I would prefer to be defeated than to defeat injustice in unjust ways..

The camera finally is able to spot out The Brian Kendrick back up on the rafters

You see Michael I would rather have you beat me for my X-Treme Title then win by means other than my own, so you don't have to worry about The Resistance getting involved tonight, in fact if I beat you because of any of the Resistance Members interference then I'll forfeit the title to you, that's how confident I am in my own abilities and how committed I am to being a true fighting champion. I don't wish to be given anything, unlike you I choose not to cheat to win but rather trust that I'm capable of victory on my own. You have proven time and time again that injustice runs through your veins, greed is the inventor of injustice as well as the current enforcer and you have an abundance of greed and this I know. The X-Treme Division is for wrestlers who have been denied what they deserve and wish to prove their talent in the ring for the sake of competition, not cheat their way to victory. So I give you my word that Tyson, Cody, Chris, or Layla won't interfere tonight, no, when I defeat you there won't be any excuses you will be able to come up with, I'm going to leave Redemption tonight still as the X-Treme Champion and there is nothing that you can do about it because you can't defeat me, I won't allow you to defeat me, I won't allow this title to fall into the hands of a cheater, in the hands of injustice, I just won't allow it.. Tonight your ego meets it's end..



*The camera quickly changes back to McGillicutty, who is looking up at the rafters trying to find The Brian Kendrick. A few seconds pass and Michael, who is unsuccessful in his attempt to locate Kendrick, looks at the titantron and raises his mic to speak.*



McGillicutty: I don't know nor do I understand most of what you just said but then again I don't really care. However you are right about one thing, you and I are complete opposites. You, on one hand, do things the “right” way. You fight for justice . I, on the other hand, do whatever it takes to win. And I do whats best for me regardless of what happens to the people around me. Like I said before I debuted, I'm only here to win championships and make money. You clearly stated that I “have an abundance of greed,” well you are correct about that and I'm proud to admit it. In this business you can either make friends or make money. I think it's pretty damn obvious what side I'm on. And before the night is over, I'm walking out of New Hampshire the new X-treme Champion, making your rise to the top of the X-treme division nothing but an afterthought.

Really? An afterthought? I already am an afterthought to the likes of lesser men, this title in my hand is already an afterthought to "superior" titles where greed and jealousy overcome all things, Michael, you, me, The X-Treme Division Wrestlers, all of us are just afterthoughts to bigger names that refuse to share the spotlight that we have earned. I'm not here for fame and glory, I'm here for something more rewarding, and until you know that which I seek you shall never be the X-Treme Champion!



McGillicutty: That is where we have to agree to disagree. No one in this company is my superior. I am a third generation wrestler, I am better than over 75% of the roster. The only reason why people like Ted DiBiase, The Rock, John Cena, and many others are treated like royalty is simply because they have been here long than me, but that doesn't mean they are better than me in the ring. Granted, have been pinned by two of the three men I mentioned due to the fact that Ted paid off the ref and The Rock got me on an off night. The fact is like I stated a few minutes ago, it doesn't matter what matches are are on the card, if there's a match for the X-treme Championship, it gonna steal the show. As hard as it may be to believe, since you “promised” that the Resistance will not interfere in our match, then for one night only, I, Michael McGillicutty, will not use underhanded tactics in our match tonight.

Oh. Well I'll be honest I wasn't expecting that at all, but regardless of whether or not you're going to hold true to that promise I think I might just have had you all wrong, perhaps you truly are worthy of facing me for this title, defeating me for it though? Not a chance. This title is about competition, wrestling actually matters to the X-Treme Division Wrestlers and if you're willing to fight for the love of this sport and for the love of this industry then there is nothing more that I can ask, for if you're willing to fight me for what is right then I could care less what underhanded tactics you use in our match as long as you face me alone with no outside help I'll be happy. Tonight we're facing off in an Extreme Rules Match, you can do anything with any weapon in this ring but I promise I will never fall victim to defeat no matter how battered and bruised I am, most of your "underhanded" tactics will be legal tonight as will mine, but if any outside interference changes the outcome of the match, if you somehow defeat me with any help other than your own and trust me even with help it will take a lot more than you think to keep me pinned, but if you do then that will make you an undeserving champion and that I will not stand for! I'm not Ted DiBiase, no, unlike Ted I'm willing to do what must be done in this ring to win as do you and I respect that, wrestling is an art and only those who can use "underhanded" tactics successfully have perfected the art, but those who need help from others to win, well they are the lowest of all creatures and this I know to be true. Ted is the worst type of wrestler imaginable, he refuses to use "underhanded" tactics yet he relies on Maryse to fight his battles for him, I truly do hope that you defeat him at X-Treme X-Mas but I promise you that your match with him will be for no title for I shall still be X-Treme Champion then and forever on! But I ask you Michael, do you really think that you are worthy? Do you really think that you are worthy of the burden that this title holds? Do you really think you are worthy to become a target of the likes of Mr. Fn among others? I am The Brian Kendrick, I am The X-Treme Champion, I am the face of the X-Treme Division, and you are NOT worthy!... Not Yet, Not While I Am Champion!



*McGillicutty remains silent for a second as he thinks about the question asked. He raises the mic to speak.*

McGillicutty: Am I worthy to be to X-treme Champion? To be quite honest, hell yeah I am. Like I stated earlier, I'm a third generation wrestler, wrestling is in my blood. You, however, have a different opinion than I do and I have nothing against that. Like you, I don't doubt my abilities to get the job done. Doubt is the mind killer, or so I've been told. So tonight I will walk to this ring without doubt in my mind, fight for a long as I have to, and walk out the new champion because I can. With that said, don't mistake my confidence for arrogance, all the people that have fallen to the McGillicutter before you only fell because they thought I was all talk and no action. I only wish you do not make the same mistake as them. Somehow you have gained my respect, but not because you talked bad about Ted, although I did like that. Now my question to you, The Brian Kendrick, is are you worthy enough to continue to be the X-treme Champion?

Alex Shelly, Chris Sabin, JBL, Zack Ryder, Edge, Mark Henry, Christian... All of these men held the X-Treme Title since I returned yet none of them earned it. I watched on for months as I was denied that which I and only I deserved, the title which only I desired, I had to wait with this dream, with this vision of an X-Treme Division which I knew only a truly worthy X-Treme Champion could bring about, and Michael that champion was.. is... me! So yes, I am worthy, it has been ages since anyone took enough interest in this title to challenge the champion for it in the middle of this ring face to face, yet last week Bobby Roode, Sin Cara, John Morrison, Drew McIntyre, Mr. Fn, Bully Ray, and Christian all took an interest to my title proving that I am in fact a worthy champion for I have made this title interesting again, to the point where none other than The Rock would go live via satellite from Redemption to well, take the time to trash talk each and every X-Treme Division Wrestler but the fact of the matter is before I was champion there was nothing to trash talk about regarding the X-Treme Title because no one cared about it! This is just the beginning of the rise of the X-Treme Title and I promise you that!





McGillicutty: You make a valid point. No one, up to this point, gave a damn about the championship you hold so dearly. You, and you alone, have risen the X-treme Division to heights it has never seen before. For those of you who think I had a change of heart, you are sadly mistaken. I'm am simply giving credit where credit is due. If I am unsuccessful in winning my first championship in this company then so be it. At least I'll have the satisfaction of knowing I was defeated by the better man and that he is doing everything in his power to bring honor and prestige to said championship. Now if there is nothing else you wish to talk about, I need to prepare for our match later tonight. But before I go I just want to say good luck, your going to need it.

When I interrupted you earlier I did it out of disrespect and for that I apologize. Tonight you proved to me that you are more than just a cocky loudmouth who refuses to win on his own. Tonight you proved to me that you are in fact a true X-Treme Division Wrestler, one of the best in fact, and you have done something that only a few others have done here in the XWL, you have gained my utmost respect Michael. Tonight we will prove in the middle of that ring just why, no, just who.. no, just what we are capable of. There will be a time when we are not only at the top of the X-Treme Division but the top of the XWL as a whole, good luck tonight, and thank you for your time.



*With that being said, McGillicutty drops the mic and exits the ring. He walks up the ramp and makes his way to the back as Redemption fades to commercial.*

I'll say! McGillicutty could be out right here, this could be it!


The referee places his hands over on his face, shocked at the sickening shot that McGillicutty just took. Kendrick takes a deep breath, then manages to roll Michael over onto his back, and covers him barely hooking the leg due to exhaustion...

But Michael McGillicutty pops the shoulder off the canvas much to Kendrick's surprise. Kendrick rocks back n' forth in a seated position as Michael McGillicutty lies on the mat trying to find the strength to get back in this match. Kendrick continues rocking forward then backwards until he shouts "This is it!" He staggers over to McGillicutty, pulls him off the mat, only to be met with a huge right hand! Kendrick staggers back then charges forward at him only to be met with another right hook, then almost instantly McGillicutty connects with a third one until Kendrick backs against the ropes, McGillicutty grabs him by his arm, throws him into the ropes, awaits for him to rebound but Kendrick stops in time, swiftly raises his boot up connecting at the top of Michael's skull, runs off the ropes for a running cross body, but McGillicutty catches him! He then drops him across his knee, keeps hold of him and drops him across his knee again before slamming him to the mat with a front slam. He covers hooking both legs

But Kendrick manages to get his shoulder off the mat to stay in this.


{Joey Styles}
Wow, Michael's made a hell of a comeback but Kendrick just will not give up.

{Michael Cole}
He will not, Kendrick feels that title is in his hands to create something that the X-treme division wrestlers can be proud of, he doesn't want to fall fate to the previous champion's ways.

{Joey Styles}
Very true, the last four champions have lost the title in their first defense, I guarantee he doesn't want to be number five.

{Michael Cole}
He certainly does not, not to mention he's undefeated for going on eight weeks, you know he doesn't want to lose that streak just as much as he doesn't want to lose his title.



Michael argues with the official, but he insists it was only a two count, he then grabs Kendrick and throws him hard into the corner, then charges at him with a body splash, but Kendrick manages to regain his composure and use the ropes to spring himself up sending the boot of Kendrick straight into McGillicutty's jaw. He staggers back, Kendrick takes to the top rope, starts to prepare to take flight, but McGillicutty comes charging at him causing him to lose his footing and drop down into a seated position on the top rope. Michael then props himself up onto the first rope, then the second rope, connects with a few shots to Kendrick's skull, hooks him for a superplex, slowly standing him up, but Kendrick begins to fight back with strike after strike until McGillicutty's grip over him loosens just enough for Kendrick to nail a huge round house kick to his skull. The force of the kick sends him off the top rope, but he remains standing! McGillicutty charges back at Kendrick even though he's dazed from the kick, but Kendrick meets with a second round house that stuns McGillicutty even more until he collapses on the mat completely knocked out on his back.

{Joey Styles}
Dear god what a kick!!

{Michael Cole}
McGillicutty is completely knocked out, Kendrick needs to capitalize and quick.

The fans begin to cheer for Kendrick to do what he had planned, he shakes off what grogginess he had, props back up onto his feet on the top rope, then dives off with a huge somersault corkscrew plancha! The fans are amazed by that brilliant move, they cheer as he covers yet again....

Michael McGillicutty just will not quit here!

{Joey Styles}
Despite that jaw dropping move that Kendrick just pulled off, it just wasn't enough to put away this third generation superstar.


A frustrated Kendrick drops down to the mat, rolls under the ropes, throws up the ring apron skirt then pulls out a trash can. He tosses it over the ropes and into the ring, then grabs a lid to go with it. He grabs the Singapore cane that was on the outside flooring and then finally slides into the ring with a plan in mind. As McGillicutty starts to rise up, Kendrick grabs the trash can off the mat, he stalks him waiting for him to get up, he slowly turns around, Kendrick charges trying to nail him with the metal trash can, but McGillicutty ducks it, grabs the lid off the mat, then nails Kendrick with a huge sickening shot to the side of his skull! He drops the lid as Kendrick drops to his knees stunned, grabs the trash can off the mat, and places it over Kendrick. He then grabs the Singapore cane looks at the trapped Brian Kendrick then wails at him with sickening shot after sickening shot! Kendrick collapses to the mat but the shots just keep coming! Kendrick lies on the mat trapped in the can and continues to be struck by the cane over and over with these fans boo'ing McGillicutty clearly Kendrick is their favorite in this match.


{Joey Styles}
My god!! He's just savagely destroying him shot after shot!

{Michael Cole}
McGillicutty is frustrated, you can just see it on his face, he's come far too close to losing, and it looks like he's going to keep striking him until Kendrick's beaten senseless!


He nails him with one final blow, and the cane snaps breaking against the trash and McGillcutty tosses the remnants to the mat signaling for the end. Michael grabs Kendrick by his legs, dragging him out of the trash can, pulls him up by his hair, and hooks him slowly for his father's famous finishing maneuver. He looks behind him noticing the flaming table, then pulls the almost lifeless corpse of Kendrick closer to the targeted area, then yells "He ain't getting up this from this!" with a sickening grin on his face.

{Joey Styles}
Dear god! This could be it, he's gonna kill him! That tables set a blaze, this is not going to end well, not even close!

{Michael Cole}
If I were Ted DiBiase I'd be worried now, if McGillicutty has this in him, he's going to pose more of a problem then Ted anticipates.


Just as Michael is hooking his leg in a fisherman suplex position, Ted DiBiase's theme sounds throughout the audience garnering a HUGE pop from the fans and immediately stopping Michael from what he had planned next due to the shock.




{Michael Cole}
What the?! He's not apart of this match, what's he doing out here!

{Joey Styles}
I don't know but it looks like Kendrick owes a great debt to Ted here, he was about to be destroyed with that suplex!


The cameras immediately direct to the stage's view where out comes Ted DiBiase sporting a Santa hat, and a sack filled with toys!



{Michael Cole}
...What the hell?

{Joey Styles}
Looks like Santa is real after all, how about that Miz!

{Michael Cole}
That's just that goofball Ted DiBiase acting like him, obviously!

{Joey Styles}
Or is it?


{Michael Cole}
It clearly is! Santa doesn't have six pack abs, nor does he wear bright red trunks!

{Joey Styles}
Maybe he adapted a new costume and cut back on the cookies?

{Michael Cole}
You can't seriously expect me to believe that's the real Santa Claus?

{Joey Styles}
Of course not, I just wanted to see what it felt like to talk out of my ass like you do every time Miz is out here.

{Michael Cole}
That wasn't funny...

Michael's left shocked, he throws Kendrick down to the mat, yelling at Ted shouting at him to get lost. But Ted simply responds by showing off his famous cheesy smile and proceeds to pull numerous XWLshop.com action figures and wrestling shirts out of his sack as he gallops down the ramp.



{Michael Cole}
This is ridiculous, there's a title match going on, he couldn't wait five minutes to hand out those stupid presents to these fans?!

{Joey Styles}
Oh lighten up will you? He's not doing no harm, he's just handing out gifts.

{Michael Cole}
During Michael McGillicutty's match...

{Joey Styles}
And? It's not like he's throwing the gifts at him, really Michael should focus on winning this match instead of worry about what Ted's doing.


Ted stops by the barricade near the hardcamera side of the ringside area. Then as Michael McGillicutty still shouts at him, Ted begins to pull out CM Punk, John Cena, Randy Orton, and Sheamus shirts tossing them out to all the fans near him. A little boy makes his way over to Ted's area hoping to get a shirt too. Ted smiles then says "Just one second little guy" and reaches in his bag and pulls out another shirt, but looks at it with a goofy grin, shows it to the cameraman which reveals it a "I bring it" shirt. Ted then mouths "How'd this get in there?!" then says "You don't want this, trust me!" and tosses it to the floor and pulls out another John Cena to which he gives the excited little boy instead. Michael shouts at him to get lost yet again but Ted just grins in his direction and continues his way around ringside excitedly.



{Michael Cole}
Security! Someone get this goofball out of here before he costs Michael this match!

{Joey Styles}
All he's doing is handing out gifts...

Yeah well I'm watching him, I wouldn't put it past this jealous buffoon to interfere physically. This is all just an act, to distract McGillicutty until he takes advantage of the no disqualification stipulation and costs him this match.

{Joey Styles}
Ted doesn't do that though...

{Michael Cole}

Ted makes his way over the commentary team, he simply grins in Cole's direction, then pulls out a Miz action figure, he walks closer to Cole with his hand holding the figure extended outward. He then mouths "Merry Christmas, Cole!" to which Cole responds by showing a change of heart smile, that maybe Ted isn't so bad after all. He reaches for the figure, but just as he's about to place his hand on it, Ted grins then chucks it into the crowd behind Cole! The audience gets a huge kick out of Ted's little stunt as he simply shrugs at a now even more livid Michael Cole with his signature cheesy grin well in place.

{Michael Cole}
How dare he! Who the hell does he think he is? I'm the voice of XWL, how dare he do that!

{Joey Styles}
Oh come on, it was kind of funny.

{Michael Cole}
It was not! He lured me into a false sense of security, thinking that maybe just maybe he's not all bad, but of course he proves just why I cannot stand him! Honestly, the nerve of Ted DiBiase!



Ted then turns away from Cole laughing lightly at what he just did. Then reaches in his sack as he turns his attention back to Michael McGillicutty who finally just says "You know what, watch this Ted!" then turns his attention back to Brian Kendrick, starts to pull him up by his hair...But suddenly Kendrick shoves him away and with desperation nails a huge super kick busting Michael McGillicutty open instantly!

{Joey Styles}
What a shot!

{Michael Cole}
Kendrick's just busted McGillicutty open! He's bleeding!


Ted continues handing out toys and shirts all while McGillicutty staggers back stunned from that hard kick, Kendrick then realizes this is his chance, then grabs hold of McGillicutty, points to the leaned ladder near the corner, then runs towards it, running up the ladder almost near the top until he springs off it sending Michael McGillicutty through the flaming table with the Sliced Bread #2!! The fans are astonished, as is Ted by that amazingly devastating finishing maneuver.

Oh my god!!!

{Michael Cole}
McGillicutty's gotta be finished, that was unbelievable!


Kendrick quickly covers desperately hooking the legs pulling them in tightly as the referee counts cautiously...

The Brian Kendrick's theme sounds throughout the audience, the fans react with a mixed reaction of excited cheers and with those who dislike him booing him.

What an amazing match between these two X-treme division wrestlers. But Kendrick manages to use the ring's surroundings to his advantage to pull off that beautiful move we just saw.

{Michael Cole}
I'm not knocking how impressive that was, but you have to think that had Ted not interfered then we could have had a new X-treme Champion.

{Joey Styles}
He didn't even interfere, not once did he throw anything at, nor touch McGillicutty. He simply shared the Christmas spirit with the members of his DiBiase Posse and Michael McGillicutty showed a rookie mistake by letting that distract him.

{Michael Cole}
While I'll admit that was a rookie mistake, it still shouldn't have even happened! Ted DiBiase had no right to come out here, no right at all!

As Kendrick's hand is raised with his X-treme Championship raised high, we cut to the stage where a more than pleased Ted DiBiase watches at the middle of the ramp.



He shouts "Congrats champ, towards Kendrick then tosses a few more XWLshop.com exclusive action figures into the crowd.

{Joey Styles}
We witnessed just what the X-treme division has to offer here tonight, and I just cannot wait for Kendrick's next defense at X-treme X-mas. I have no clue who his challenger will be but one things for certain is that it will be exciting!

{Michael Cole}
Oh it will, but with that said I firmly feel Michael McGillciutty deserves a rematch in the near future. He was cheated, he had the win, Kendrick was completely destroyed and perfectly hooked for the end, but Ted decided to interrupt this contest and that changed the tide immensely.

{Joey Styles}
Maybe, and maybe not, who knows Kendrick may have countered just in time. The way I see it Ted didn't get physically involved at any point so while he may have distracted McGillicutty...He didn't really interfere. He got in Michael's head, so much so that he made a mistake, a mistake that lead to the finish of this amazing match.

{Michael Cole}
Obviously we differ in opinions.

Talk about stating the obvious, Cole.


Kendrick holds his injuries in agony, he's obviously feeling the effects of this one and takes to the second rope raising his title up in celebration. Meanwhile Michael McGillicutty remains lying on the mat, his face covered in blood, and you can just see the disappointment and anger on his barely conscious being. We then switch back to the ramp where Ted shouts "Merry Christmas!!"



Then proceeds to toss the rest of the contents of his sack into the crowd as Redemption heads to a commercial break.

*Mason Ryan's theme sounds yet again as the big man celebrates his win in the ring. The crowd can be heard loudly booing as Mason Ryan has picked up his 4th straight win. Mason requests a microphone so he can begin the promo that is now regularly after his matches.*



[[Mason Ryan]]
That is my fourth win in a row now, and just like I said when I debuted here in the XWL, I have never lost here and I will never lose. I've faced Evan Bourne, Mark Henry, Sheamus, Nash, and I even had a handicap match yet every time the man whose name will get called in the end remained the same; Mason Ryan. Let's just face the facts, no matter how much all of you hate me you can't change the fact that I am the most dominant competitor to be set loose into XWL since... Ever. I've been able to come out here every week and talk on the mic like no big man before me has been able to do. I've been able to go into the ring and not only beat my opponents, but destroy them. Any man who can take on two men at once is someone who is truly dominant because do you know who else has taken on multiple people at once and won? Wade Barrett. And I'm sure all of you know that Wade Barrett has won the Intercontinental Championship several times, and is now in the World Heavyweight Championship match.



[[Mason Ryan]]
That's the type of dominance I am capable of. None of you believe it but I'll continue to prove to each and every fan and superstar that knows anything about XWL. I'll dominate from this day til the day this company ends. There's been many men before me who have made the same claims, the same promises, but no one has shown that they can back it up more than me. There's men like CM Punk who walk around claiming to be the "Best in the World", but you know what Punk, you're not the best in the world. There's plenty of men better than you, I'm better than you Punk. Wade Barrett is better than you. Hell, The Miz is better than you! It's men like you Punk that ruin this business for others. You talk a load of trash that you can't back up, but the General Managers fall for it and begin to believe it. They believe whatever you say Punk, and if I were you I'd continue to say how great I was because every time I said it it'd be believed. But the fact is I'm not you Punk, I have to show I'm the best in the world. I have to work while you get a free ride at the top. You're not going to hold that World Heavyweight Championship much longer because someone more deserving will end up taking it from you. And one day I'll become the most dominant champion imaginable, you'll see. I'll be the real "Best in the World" because not only will I tell people, but I'll prove it. And when that day comes, when I'm finally the best and the people like you are finally out of the World Heavyweight title picture I won't have any mercy, I will make sure you're gone for good.



[[Mason Ryan]]
When I've finally got the spotlight that I deserve I'm not going to share it with anyone. Sure, Curt Hawkins and Alex Riley are my friends but friends won't get you everywhere. I'll let them have a flashlight pointed at them so they can shine a little, but the main spotlight, the fame, the fortune, the glory, that's gonna be all mine. Not CM Punk, not Justin Gabriel, not Ted freaking DiBiase will be able to take it from me. Shawn Michaels, CM Punk, Brian Kendrick, you're all the current champions so look out, because I don't care what title I have to win, I'm going to win a title because that's one of my goals here. I'm going to win a title and I'm not going to lose it, I'll defend in an Elimination Chamber, a Handicap match, hell, I'll defend it in the Royal Rumble! The point is I can take any title I win and turn it into the biggest prize in this business. Sheamus, I bet you're listening right now thinking you can put an end to my reign of domination, you can stop me from beating every opponent put in front of me... Well you can't. You've fought me by yourself, you've fought me with Evan Bourne and it just didn't matter because I came out victorious in both.



[[Mason Ryan]]
You may have won a World championship in the past, but a lot of other men have done that as well. Men like Jeff Hardy, Edge, Evan Bourne, have also won World Heavyweight Championships, but yet, where are they now? That's right, they're in the same place as you, jobbing out to people who they'd have destroyed at one time. The key word is that they're former World Heavyweight Champions and I'm a future one. It may have been your time before, but it's my time now. Sheamus, I'm not done with you until I take your career away, I said I wanted to make an impact like no one ever has, and that doesn't mean just simply beating my opponents, people have done that before, I am going to take the career of someone all of you once thought was a great competitor.



[[Mason Ryan]]
As of late, a lot of people have questioned me for forming an alliance with two other stars, saying "If you're really so great, why do you need the help of two other people just to get somewhere?" And the answer to that is simple, I'm not getting somewhere with them. Rather, by having them around it gets us all more noticed. I may defeat Evan Bourne, Sheamus, Mark Henry, or whoever else I face, but I wouldn't be given one glance because no one cares. I knew that if I was really going to get somewhere I'd have to get myself noticed, I have to have all eyes on me. With Riley and Hawkins around, all eyes really are on us. We're going to continue and continue to rise through the rankings until we finally get to where we deserve to be and then we won't have a need for each other anymore. And for anyone whose too stupid in the crowd to realize this, and trust me I already knew that means a lot of you, the Opposition have not interfered or even been involved with any of my matches so far. I do everything in the ring by myself, I'll end careers by myself, I'll win titles by myself. The Opposition has been referred to as "Redemption's Resistance" but we aren't that at all. We don't have a desire to take over the show, we don't want "special" contracts. And we don't want to get extreme with our GM... Especially since it's Vickie Guerrero. We just want what we deserve, we deserve to be at the top of this company. The Resistance is just selfish, they are at the top of this company yet all they do is bitch and complain about wanting more. It drives me crazy that people even relate us two groups.



[[Mason Ryan]]
And at X-Treme Xmas I'm going to do something that The Resistance can't do. I'm going to actually hurt someone cleanly, I'm not going to call on the rest of my group because there's strength in numbers, it's going to be me.... And Sheamus. Just us two, and I'll use my brute strength to make Sheamus not only lose the match, but lose the career he's been working hard for since he debuted here in XWL over a year ago. I'm going to make the type of impact that is remembered, because NO ONE, NO ONE can Handle Mason...

*Sheamus's theme hits and the Celtic Warrior comes out from the back. Sheamus stares down towards the ring as his theme blasts and the crowd cheers Sheamus. Sheamus pulls out a mic and begins to talk as Mason Ryan seems annoyed he was cut off before finishing his catchphrase.*



[Sheamus]
Mason. Before you even say I can't handle you I had to cut you off because that is a lie. Mason everytime you come out to cut your fancy little promo you tell everyone you're the best there is, and the best there ever will be. Well here's a newsflash for ya Mason, you're not Bret Hart. Fella, you'll never be nearly as successful as I have been in my XWL career. I've had more World Heavyweight Championship matches in my career here than you've had matches at all and I've won more matches against bigger opponents than you've even faced! I've got the blood of a champion, the Irish Blood flows through me and for you to say that you're the best is like me saying that you actually got the better of me in our matches.



[Sheamus]
Mason if there's one thing that you've said that's really a lie is that you're smarter than any big man we've seen. Mason, if you're so smart you should start showing it. Because you're not the best, you're not anything. You're just the same kind of new guy trying to make a name for himself who will eventually fade off. The name Mason Ryan will become a memory to us... Or not, because no one will remember you, Mason. My name is already etched in history as a World Heavyweight Champion but what have you done? You've won a handicap match and that's it. And if it wasn't for Evan Bourne standing around instead of breaking up the damn pin, you wouldn't even have that to your name.

*Mason doesn't like Sheamus being out here one bit and he begins to respond to what has just been said by Sheamus as the crowd boos at the sound of Mason's voice.*

[[Mason Ryan]]
Sheamus how can you say "But if this didn't happen, then you wouldn't have won the match", Sheamus, it doesn't matter about the "ifs". Because you're forgetting, the if didn't happen, but what did happen was I swung you around for the House of Pain and nailed it on you for the 1...2...3. If you want to talk about the if, then if you didn't kiss so much ass, you never wouldve gotten a World Heavyweight Championship match! Sheamus, you just have to face the facts that I am better than you now. You're time has passed Sheamus, you've had every moment in the XWL you ever will have. But it's my time now, my time is just beginning. I have a long future of destroying opponents to the point where they can never wrestle again.



[[Mason Ryan]]
You need to stop living in the past Sheamus because the past is never coming back. You're not winning the World Heavyweight Championship again so stop talking about it, you're not going to defeat me so stop acting like you would. When we step into the ring at X-Treme Xmas I'll show you that you'll never be able to beat me, it's just not possible.



[Sheamus]
Oh really? Well if that was true then maybe I'd already be out. You see, you may have won each of our little battles, but it's not over yet. You can beat me time and time again but I'm still standing. I despise people like you who think they can walk into my show and pretend to be the next big champion. It's not like that, Mason. You've beaten me many times, yes, but you keep promising to end my career. Well if you're going to end my career why don't you just do it? We've all heard you time and time again say you'd end my career but I'm sure the fans agree with me when I say that I won't believe it until it happens. So Mason, are you going to do it, or are you just bluffing?



[[Mason Ryan]]
Oh no, you don't want me to really do it because trust me, I can and I will. I was saving it for the Pay-Per-View because a beating that spectacular can't be used on a free show. Sheamus I thought I'd let you have some last moments here, and I'm just warning you ahead of time so you can enjoy it while it lasts. You're time here is done in two weeks at X-treme Xmas. And the legacy that is Mason Ryan.... That shall just continue. I don't have to prove it to you because you know what I'm capable of. The war between us is not over, that's right, but I've won every battle we've had and how do you expect to win the war when you can't even win one battle?



[Sheamus]
You bring up a good point Mason, how am I going to win the war? Well it's simple, fella. I don't need to win a damn match against you to take you out. Because going into X-Treme Xmas all the previous fights won't matter, it won't have any affect on what goes on inside the ring on that night. I'm going to fight you harder than you ever could imagine I was capable of, I was a former World Champion, and lately I'll admit I haven't been as great but that doesn't mean I can't become great again. I'm going to force you to shut your mouth when I finally defeat you and show you that you aren't the greatest thing here. You say you're the best but how do you even know? You don't have any experience Mason, and that's going to come back to get you.



[[Mason Ryan]]
Sheamus, that's where you're wrong. I have experience fighting all over Wales, fighting the men who live for fighting, they have to fight just to survive. Back home if I wanted to eat I'd have to fight the guy next to me for his food, Sheamus you don't know what I've been through and I know no one believes me, but I am the best in the XWL, no one here can defeat me and those who try, well they're just gonna get their asses kicked. When I chose who to go after when I debuted, I knew I had to choose you because I knew you wouldn't back down from a challenge. You're just the type of person whose perfect to go after because you don't know when you're outmatched. You're going to keep trying to fight me and keep losing, just proving to the world how great I really am. But the bottom line is Sheamus, you just can't handle me.



*Sheamus chuckles a little bit before responding.*

[Sheamus]
You make me laugh. If you don't remember after the Handicap match, I more than handled you. Me and Evan Bourne were going to give you the punishment you deserved but you ran off showing that you really are a coward. You claim that you hate people who just talk about themselves and never prove they are as great as they say they are, but that's the exact definition of yourself. You've won a couple matches, but you haven't even faced half the people I have. You're just an unexperienced rookie, you're nothing more. And Mason, you tell us you fought on the streets of Wales? Well let me tell you a story of my grandfather. My Grandfather was in the great war in Ireland and his troops were having a hard time. My grandfather was a great fighter and fighting all the men he could in Ireland... But then his hand got caught on fire... But do you know what he did? He didn't roll over and die, he cut off his hand and used it as a weapon to kill all of his enemies. That's how far the Irish would go to hurt another man, they would inflict pain on themselves to inflict even more pain on another man. Mason I WILL go to those lengths to hurt you.



[[Mason Ryan]]
Will you? Because I haven't seen any kind of fight out of you. But really, in order to hurt me you have to hurt yourself too? Any kind of idiot could do something like that, look at Japan with their Kamikazes, look at terrorists, Sheamus, I'm so much better than you because I can hurt you without breaking a sweat, because you...

*Sheamus cuts him off.*



[Sheamus]
I don't need to hear it from you any more! Fella, if you can really do so much just bring it.

*Mason doesn't respond, he just backs up giving Sheamus room to charge down to the ring and signals with his arms waving them towards himself that he wants Sheamus to come at him with everything he has.*

*Sheamus charges down the ramp with the crowd's cheers following him and growing louder as he gets closer to the ring. Sheamus slides into the ring and Mason is ready, preparing a big boot. Sheamus knows the big boot is coming and ducks under it, beginning to run the ropes. Mason Ryan turns around and lifts up his boot for a big boot off the ropes, but Sheamus is also preparing a move of his own and connects with a Brogue Kick at the same time! Both men hit the ground with impact and lay motionless on the mat.*

*We head to commercial break with both men on the ground and the crowd as well as staff worried for their safety.*
