XWL Anarchy: 5/2/16 - 5/9/16

Anarchy returns from a commercial break and we are greeted by a quick static playing throughout the arena, leading into the familiar theme of the man who stepped inside of Hell in a Cell at Final Stand. That's right, CM Punk is here tonight even though he may not have been scheduled for a match. The man, clearly not dressed in his usual wrestling gear but instead sporting a more casual appearence, makes his way out from behind the curtain and his welcomed with a nice pop from the crowd. He has just a little bit of a limp in his step to show the war that the man went through inside of Hell in a Cell with the current World Heavyweight Champion. He may not have won, but he survived and still stands on his own two feet despite the beating he received.



[MICHAEL COLE]
And we welcome you back to Anarchy, Ladies and Gentlemen. Joining us at this time looks to be CM Punk!

[JERRY LAWLER]
We saw Dean earlier tonight talking to the new number one contender and I've gotta say, the man didn't look one hundred percent either. He is scheduled to take on Austin Aries later in tonight's main event but I've been told nothing regarding CM Punk.

[JBL]
I haven't heard a thing either, but lemme tell the both of you something, I can assure you we're about to find out the reason why. But first, why don't we take a look back what exactly happened last night inside of Hell in a Cell.



The feed then fades to black before a recap of last night's main event begins to play. It is shown highlighting a couple of key points from the match, a couple of the near falls where both competitors looked as if they had the win, and of course the end. The ending where Punk was about to his his signature Go To Sleep but it was countered into a Dirty Deeds, topped off with one giant 'fuck you' to the Authority, literally. We once again see Dean and Punk sharing a sign of respect between the two men who have both stood against the system and everything it stood for and the closing moments of Dean celebrating in the crowd. It was an amazing end to what was an amazing event. The cameras fade back to the arena, specifically focusing in on Punk who was seen watching the video in the ring. His face showed a little disappoint in it because he couldn't get the job done at Final Stand, not for the Authority, but for his own selfish want to once again become the XWL World Heavyweight Champion.



He then turns himself back to move into the center of the squared circle while also being handed a microphone from one of the workers at ringside. His theme music begins to fade off into a silence, the only noise now coming from the fans in attendance. A couple of seconds pass before the microphone is brought up to Punk's mouth.

Final Stand was something else, I've gotta tell you. I've been through a lot of hell in my career but Dean Ambrose gave me a beating almost like no other. Take a look back at some of the men that I've fought, from guys like The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin to Chris Jericho and Matt Sydal and you'd realize why that's saying something. I may have got my ass beat and I may not have won but dammit, I survived. I may have a little bit of a limp in my step and I may have woken up sore as ever but I am still here, I am still standing on my own two feet and I am still ready for a fight... But someone in the back is apparently not ready to give me a fight because when I got to the arena and I looked on that little board in the back, my name wasn't to be seen. I saw Dean Ambrose's name, the man who went to hell and back with me, but I didn't see mine.

The microphone was pulled away from him for a second as he showed a little bit of annoyance.

And no one could tell me why either.

The microphone was twirled around his fingers as he began to pace around the ring.

So here's the deal I propose: Either someone get's there ass out here to tell me why I'm not competing here tonight or I'm going to head backstage, grab the first person I see and I'm going to give myself a match despite what any board has to say.

The threat given was enough to get a little pop from the crowd as the microphone is once again lowered. The Straightedge Superstar's attention focuses solely on the stage as he waited for someone to come out. That someone could've been anyone for all he cared, as long as he got some answers. It could've been anyone from the man he faced at Final Stand to even Triple H himself. And while the theme that began to play throughout the arena was certainly a person in power who could give answers, it was certainly one of the people Punk wasn't exactly friends with either.



It was Stephanie McMahon who was greeted by a series of boos from the crowd in attendance. After all that she's put the fan-favorite World Heavyweight Champion through, it was no surprise that her and her husband were anything but liked anymore. That didn't seem to faze her as she came out from behind the curtain, a microphone already in her hand.



She marched to the top of the stage where she stood and stood there, her glance looking down the ramp and to the ring where Punk stood with his own microphone ready to respond to whatever it is she had to say. But she didn't start talking quite yet, waiting for her theme to die down and the crowd to get out their boos so that they wouldn't interrupt her.



[STEPHANIE MCMAHON]
Now Punk, while we appreciate your enthusiasm, there will be no need for you to "give yourself a match". Those of us who are in charge of booking a show take a lot of things into consideration when deciding who will take on who and we also have our reasons when we feel as if a superstar shouldn't be competing. Those of us who are in charge like to look after our superstars. They wanted to give you a match tonight against an individual who's name I can't remember off the top of my head but I told them not to in good reason and I'm sure you would like to know these reasons, correct?

The camera cuts back to Punk who could vaguely be heard shouting the words 'You're damn right' directed towards the woman on the stage. That only causes Stephanie to show a smirk stretched across her features as she once again brought the microphone up to continue where she left off.

[STEPHANIE MCMAHON]
A couple of weeks ago, my husband and I, we started this tournament to see who could put down the current World Heavyweight Champion, Dean Ambrose. We had high hopes that this tournament would bring us the best of the best and said superstar would do what no one else could. As we all know, it was you who won that tournament and earned himself a match against Dean Ambrose after defeating three formidable opponents in Stone Cold Steve Austin, Roman Reigns and Matt Sydal...



[STEPHANIE MCMAHON]
... But you couldn't get the job done, could you?

And on queue, Stephanie lets out a little laugh

[STEPHANIE MCMAHON]
You might now be wondering how this all ties together with you not having a match tonight, and trust me when I say I'm getting to the point. We here in XWL look to produce the best possible show that we can and we want to send the fans home happy! And after I decided to step in earlier today and remove you from tonight's card, everyone was in agreement that we shouldn't waste a spot on tonight's card on someone who can't get the job done when we could give it to someone who we know can. You wasted our time, Punk, and you couldn't get the job done at Final Stand so what makes you think you could get the job done tonight?

You expect me to believe that? You expect me to believe any of that for at least one second? I know the kind of person you are, Stephanie, and I know the kind of person who your husband is too. You can put on that fake little smile and pretend that you're doing what's supposedly best for this show when all of us, including you, know what's going on here. And this isn't me trying my hand at being some conspiracy theorist because this is no secret plan. You've accidentally shown your cards from the moment you opened your big mouth. You aren't too happy that Dean Ambrose once again made his way around another obstacle that you guys put in front of him. You aren't too happy that Dean Ambrose is still your World Heavyweight Champion.

Just the mention of Dean Ambrose being the World Champion still brings a cheap pop from the crowd.

And rather than pushing your weight around on one person, you decided to make it two people by doing the same to someone else and clearly that someone else is now myself. Which, lemme tell you, is one big fucking mistake on your part, Stephanie.



[STEPHANIE MCMAHON]
No, Punk, the only mistake here is you running your mouth a little more than you should've. We were going to leave you without a match tonight and let you roam the arena to your pleasing, but now I'm starting to get the feeling that you'll be better off not being in the arena anymore. For your own good, it might even be best for you to be sent back home... Unless you want to do it again yourself, am I right? So, as of right now, what's Best for Business is you heading back to the locker room, gathering your things and then waiting for security to escort you from the arena. And I will talk to Hunter and we will see what we got in store for you next week but I will make no promises.

Stephanie didn't even give Punk a chance to reply before her theme once again began to play. The smirk she wore showed that she was getting exactly what she wanted, and knowing that she managed to get herself under Punk's skin just a little ways. She made her way back to the back as Punk stood in the ring, his face showing the bits of annoyance he felt inside of him because of the boss' decision to cut him from tonight's show completely now. The camera focuses in on Punk before it begins to fade to a black screen.

The scene cuts backstage as we find none other than the intercontinental champion himself, Sheamus. He was of course dressed to compete tonight as he was once again in his white wrestling gear, the very same wrestling gear he wore to retain his intercontinental championship. He had a massive smirk on his face and who on earth could blame him, he still was the intercontinental champion. He looked into the camera and then started to speak.

SHEAMUS | INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPION
"Ladies and Gentlemen, I only have one thing to say to you right now to start things off. Are you not entertained?"

The crowd would boo him as he looks down at his intercontinental championship that hangs from his shoulder and he merely plants a little kiss on it.

SHEAMUS | INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPION
"History will remember me for defeating not one, but two men last week. I put them both down to keep a hold of this championship right here. You see I went into that match with one thing and only one thing on my mind, I went into that match to hurt those men and retain my championship and I did just that. I am at the top of my game, my enemies have been put down and now I am ready for another fight. The last thing I want right now is another sort reign, I have too many of them in my long career, I want this reign to last, I want this reign to be remembered, I want this reign to be the one that defines me and makes my career here. I have held championship gold here before, yet nobody can remember any of my reigns, because they are not one bit memorable. In my reigns I have not notched up any memorable or classic title defences hell until now. I normally lose my championships before I get started, I can never make them last, I can never make them memorable and that is all going to change, it all has changed. I have a iron grip on this intercontinental championship and I will not be letting go of it any time soon and if Raven things he can change that, then I welcomed his foolish challenge."

The intercontinental champion would let out a small chuckle as he once again looks down at his championship that he has held for many months now with no sign of letting it go.

SHEAMUS | INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPION
"Guys like Raven think that they are walking into this company with a free pass to take the intercontinental championship, but that’s not how it is going to be. I know Raven is looking to make his own name here, I know Raven would love nothing more than to take my intercontinental championship away from me, but the problem is this reign has only just truly started and I have no intentions of letting be stopped. This right now is my longest reign in this company to date and I want it to continue like that. I know nobody thinks highly of the championship I hold, it is seen as the lowest championship here, and even though I have won it from the best nobody seems bothered, nobody gives the intercontinental championship the time or the day and just like me the intercontinental championship is overlooked and underrated. I have been here and I am still not taken seriously, even with my comeback from my defeats and my undefeated run against men that where expected to crush me I am still seen as just a beginner, I am still just as someone who cannot get the job done. Well just ask Dean Ambrose, Matt Sydal and Eric Young if I am to be treated as a joke, I beat them all and I could do it again, easily."

The crowd would boo him as he brings up the men who he has defeated while he has worn the intercontinental championship, it is all true and that is what makes it all the more worse.

SHEAMUS | INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPION
"I know Raven having only been here for a short time and he sees me as nothing more than a joke, everybody knows about my history here and all failures that even when I try to turn things around I am not taken seriously. Raven thinks that he has this match in the bag, a walk in the park, that I have through cage matches, ladder matches, TLC matches all in the space of a month, I don’t know what park he is walking in, but this is not going to be easy for him. I cannot lose to someone new here, I cannot be beaten by some geek, I cannot allow it. If I was to actually fail tonight then everything everyone has said about me would be true. I am not just fighting for the victory tonight, I am fighting to prove people wrong about me and that’s what is most important about this match tonight. I am fighting to prove why I am the best, that I am a better champion than anyone else, that the intercontinental championship is best around my waist and with it around my waist it is more important than the World Heavyweight Championship."

Again there would be boos from the crowd as Sheamus removes the intercontinental championship from his shoulder and holds it in his hand, up to the camera.

SHEAMUS | INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPION
"I have a dream, no I have a goal that I will achieve. I want to be the guy. I want to be the man, I want to be the face of XWL. I want The Authority  to say that Sheamus is best for business, because it is true. I am what is best for XWL. For nearly three months I have killed everyone who has stepped into the ring with me and Raven will be no different. He thinks he is special, he thinks he can do what Matt Sydal failed to do? Matt Sydal battled me for four long months and every time I kicked him down, you are telling me you have the fight that he has? I don't think so. All you are is a fat old sad little reject from ECW who is leaching of his past success to gain leverage here, will when we step into the ring with one another you will see how out of touch you really are. Tonight I may not be facing you, but I invite you to watch, watch what happens to AJ Styles tonight. Watch what happens to someone younger, faster and better than you. I am going to Brogue Kick AJ head clean off and send a message to you Raven. I am intercontinental champion for life! You will not take this away from me, because all you will be taking from me is these words."

(laughs)

As we come back from a commercial break, we see a still image of Layla connecting with a stiff roundhouse kick. The background noise is the sound of a referee, along with the audience counting along....1.....2...3!!

SHE'S DONE IT, LAYLA'S THE NEW WOMEN'S CHAMPION!


[King]
The Red Queen has FINALLY been knocked off her throne!


The image fades into the next, The New Women's Champion raises her championship high in the air...as the background noise now...is the chant that made Layla an emotional wreck immediately after it rang through her ears... "YOU DESERVE IT!"






The digital fades again, to the now third one that shows Layla staring down at HER title, with tears rolling down her face.





Flowing into the last...Layla looks up, overwhelmed by the chants, the cheers, the moment...unable to do anything but scream in joy and excitement. For this picture, we just hear the loud cheers as the new champion celebrated...it was her return, her night to avenge her fallen fellow divas, and her night...to come full circle.  





As the final picture goes away, we next are taken ringside, where Layla's music immediately fill the air.




Much like last night, given it's most of the same audience that shared in her moment...the reaction is incredible. Loud cheers, signs all around scattered congratulating XWL's longest tenured Diva.


[Michael Cole]
What an emotional roller coaster Layla has been on, to go from public enemy number one....to the public's triumphant hero in a matter of months...Layla truly has earned this type of reception.


[JBL]
That's right, she was everyone's prime suspect when it came to the mysterious attacks against the division's finest, even when she fell victim to an attack herself...but her perseverance is what got her through those troubling months...it's what helped her overcome the hatred expressed towards her...and it's what got her to the TRUTH.


[King]
Given Layla's past antics, when the division fell victim to a mystery attacker...obviously all eyes turned to the woman that was forced to sit back and run things, as opposed to take part in matters herself...which, lead to everyone...



[JBL]
Including you, who flat out verbally attacked her during her medical update after being assaulted...


[King]
I said sorry...


[Michael Cole]
You and everyone else, King. Layla proved her innocence by unmasking Eva Marie after ironically a roundhouse kick...which started the shift in Layla's position in XWL who at the time was still in charge of the division.


[JBL]
That kick, which was completely out of line...lead Eva the Women's Champion, longest reigning might I add...to call for Layla's firing, and after Layla tried to grant herself a title match...Stephanie had no choice but to fire Layla.



[King]
Only to immediately rehire her as a Diva, and grant her that title match.


[Michael Cole]
Eva Marie tried to get in with The Authority feeling her reign threatened by the woman that had a major role in making it possible, but it wasn't enough. Last night, at Final Stand...Layla returned to the ring for the first time in years, and won the championship that started it all for her. She came full circle last night, and now...tonight, our new champion wants to address the people that essentially through their hatred, and then love...lead her to this night.



After much anticipation following the start of "You're Not Enough For Me" suddenly a large poster drops down over the ramp...and instantly riles up the ENTIRE arena. For it's a blown up shot of Eva Marie with The XWL Women's Championship wrapped around her waist, flashing an arrogant grin. We're not sure what's going on, considering she lost the title at Final Stand...but after the boos reach a high pitch....suddenly something bursts through the blown up photograph! Tearing through the middle...is LAYLA! She stares at the arena that goes from ONE HUNDRED PERCENT BOOS, to ONE HUNDRED PERCENT CHEERS in a matter of seconds with a huge smile on her face!  




[JBL]
OH COME ON! Have some respect for The Red Queen!


[Michael Cole]
Eva had none for Layla, or any other Diva for that matter, so why should she?


[King]
Talk about making an entrance!


[Lillian Garcia]
Please welcome, your NEW XWL Women's Champion....LAYLA!


Beaming from ear to ear, Layla stands in the middle of the ripped photo, then throws her index finger up telling us to "wait" as she turns back around and steps back through the hole she made. A few seconds later she steps through again, this time...with The XWL Women's Championship snugly around her waist! The British Beauty then does what she does best, using her mocking talent for good by posing exactly as Eva had in the photo. Once a few seconds pass after her "five second pose" Layla yells "Eat your heart out, Eva!" then begins to head down the ramp as the resounding cheers continue.




[Michael Cole]
The New Women's Champion having a bit of fun at the expense of Eva Marie.



[JBL]
Why? You already beat her, you ended her historic reign, you stole her crown what more does Layla want?



As Layla proceeds down the ramp further, she touches hands with fans, then stops as a sign in particular catches her eye...it shows Bayley, Paige, and Madison Rayne with the words "Thank You Layla" written in glitter. She points at it, nodding in approval, before mouthing "I did it for them, I did it for you, I did it for me." with that, Layla reaches the ring now, and steps inside of it, heading to the other side where Lillian's waiting with her mix extended out. She knows Layla has something to say, and much like the XWL Universe, she wants to hear it.    






Taking her position in the center of the ring, Layla's removed her title from around her waist, and now has it resting over her shoulder. She starts to raise her mic up when he music dies out, but before she can get a word out, a chant starts to pierce through the short moment of silence... "Thank you Layla!" they chant, over and over..making her smile get even bigger. But her mic raises up with a quick quip.  


[Layla]
You're welcome!

She laughs, and the chant stops, being replaced now by just cheers.





[Layla]
But no, seriously...thank YOU...This is all a bit out of character for me, I don't do the sappy pandering stuff because well it's never been me...but honestly, if it wasn't for ALL of you...this wouldn't have happened. I wouldn't be here in this ring, the night after Final Stand, the night after I FINALLY returned to the ring, the night after I captured The Women's Championship again for the first time in EIGHT YEARS! There'd be no THIS....


Layla looks down at her championship, before then looking around at the jam packed arena full of passionate fans.


[Layla]
Without all of you. I'm serious, in the past I've never really looked to you guys for support because, let's face it...I'm a bit of a, well...a bitch. But, these last two months have just, they've felt....right. Like, coming out here, hearing cheers...not boos, it kind of puts everything into perspective. Especially after that whole mystery attacker debacle, where...you know, everyone kind of attacked me like an angry mob because they thought I was responsible. You guys don't even know how close I was to just biting the bullet and accepting my fate...I was so tired of being overrun with hatred, tired of...nobody believing me, or believing in me...





[Layla]
But then I FINALLY cleared my name, and vowed to give you a reason to believe in ME...by stopping the monster I essentially created, and avenging those that fell victim to it. Which, I can happily stand here tonight...and say, I DID IT!



The Women's Champion hoists her prize into the air, garnering more cheers.




[Layla]
We did it, we survived The Red Storm...and now, we're left to pick up the pieces, and start anew. It's safe to say that this division has come full circle, just as I have. I can't tell you how much it means to me to be here, over eight years later...holding this championship again, everything it stands for. I can't lie, I was worried about how my return would play out...I mean, I was out of this ring for several years, could I really come back and reclaim my former glory? But to stand here, having done just that...I feel like, it's finally time...finally time that, I retire...





Within an instant, the cheers fade, the room silences...did Layla just announce her retirement? She stands there, filling the silence with her own...before flashing a smile and throwing her hand up.





[Layla]
Retire, the term...."diva!"


A HUGE pop follows the realization that she's not talking about herself, but instead the word that has always had controversy around it from fans, to "divas" themselves..





[Layla]
I'm the one that started it all for the "Divas" in XWL. The word didn't exactly depict us in the best light due to how we were portrayed in W...W...E...but I took it as a challenge, a challenge to change the perception of what a "diva" could be. But, no matter how many glass ceilings we shattered...we were always trapped under one ceiling we just could not reach. A ceiling that separated us from the men in this company. We, were not equals...we were lesser citizens no matter what we did. I stepped inside Hell in a Cell....and did that change the misconception surrounding the word "diva?" No, sure...it showed we were tougher than we were given credit for...but, at the end of the day...we were still for the most part, your bathroom break. For while a large portion of you have seen that women are just as much of an attraction as the men...some of you, can't get past that word. To be honest, neither can we...for over the last year, you've probably seen little snippets of WOMEN calling themselves WOMEN, not "divas" and that's been in protest...a united one I might add.







[Layla]
It started with The Divas Championship, let's face it...NOBODY liked that godawful Barbie Learns To Wrestle Dream-Set Accessory Lookalike. It was degrading, we weren't chasing true championship glory, we were chasing freaking butterflies. That's why when I was put in charge of the division, I maybe didn't have authority to change the "brand" but I damn sure had power to do something we've wanted for so long....which was to ditch that butterfly, and get back what should have been with us all along, The WOMEN'S Championship!



She looks to her title again, and much like before the audience is completely in agreement.





[Layla]
Let's make one thing clear, I...nor ANY other WOMAN back there...are your "piss break" we are just as good, if not BETTER...than the men back there...so you guess what? That doesn't make us "divas" that makes us, SUPERSTARS! That's right, I am not a "diva", I never have been...Mia Yim, is not a DIVA....Michelle McCool, is not a DIVA, Natalya Neidhart is not a DIVA, Becky Lynch, Sasha Banks, Emma...every WOMAN that steps foot into this company, is NOT a "DIVA!" No more, no longer will we sit here and accept that degrading term, as of tonight...You're looking at a bunch of SUPERSTARS, competing in the WOMEN'S division, for The WOMEN'S Championship! That is what we have wanted all along, and tonight.. that era FINALLY starts!



Layla's announced the end of The Divas Division, and the Start of The Women's Division and the fans are ecstatic! She is a "DIVA" no longer, she's much like her male counterparts, and all her fellow women back there... a SUPERSTAR.






[Layla]
Thank you all for your support, it's what made this happen...ALL of this...and before I go, because I've got a match to go get geared up for in my Anarchy debut...I'd like to send a special shout out to my opponent tonight. For those of you that don't remember, Mia Yim was my last signing as The Head of The Division. I saw great potential in her, I saw pieces of me in her....and last night before I made my return to the ring, she made her Final Stand debut...and she KILLED it. I am incredibly honored to compete against you tonight, but...the "nice" Layla goes away when she steps through these ropes, so while I'm so excited to give these fans a true example of what Womens Wrestling has to offer...don't think I won't be knocking your head off your shoulder by the end of it. I did it to Eva, I'll do it to you...and I'll do it to EVERY single WOMAN that steps up to challenge me....for THIS!




The Women's Champion lifts her title up, pointing to it with her freehand mouthing "Come and get it ladies" ensuring us that the old Layla is still around when it comes to the ring, Layla has sent a message to her fellow female superstars, and as her music hits...we see her grab a hold of her championship with both hands, confidently displaying it for all to see, until we fade to an advertisement promoting Downpour, which coincidentally enough...features The New Women's Champion herself, Layla!

Normal Match



This was a match that people wanted to see and they have not been disappointed at all as Roman Reigns and Kevin Owens have truly tore the house down. We where near the end of the match, Kevin Owens had the Crossface looked in tightly on Roman Reigns who was trapped right in the middle of the ring. He was in alot of pain, screaming and shouting as the fans where behind him, Kevin Owens just put on more and more pressure as he was looking for the submission victory. Roman Reigns continued to drag himself to the ropes and just as he was about to reach out and grab it, Kevin Owens rolled him right back into the middle of the ring. Roman Reigns was in some serious trouble right now as he only one way out. He bent his arm and pulled Kevin Owens to side and then moved to get onto one knee and then with all his might he moved his other hand to grab Kevin Owens, the hold was broken as Roman Reigns stood up and then dropped down, hitting a massive side slam on Kevin Owens. Roman Reigns gets up and stumbles back into the ropes as he rests a moment as Kevin Owens pulled himself up by the ropes. Roman Reigns goes to grab him but Kevin Owens from out of nowhere at all connects with the superkick!

It was one hell of a superkick as Roman Reigns hit the ground hard. Kevin Owens would then start to slap himself around the face as he yanks Roman Reigns up and throws him into the ropes, Roman Reigns comes back and is flung high into the air for the Pop-up Powerbomb, but roman Reigns drops behind him, spins Kevin Owens around, kicks him right in the gut and connects with a DDT. Both men were down as the crowd where now up on their feet cheering for Roman Reigns, but also a lot of the older members of the crowd where cheering for Kevin Owens. Both men now start to get up and stand before one another as they start to throw punches at one another, Roman Reigns gets the edge and then runs off the ropes, going for the spear, but Kevin Owens counters him with the Double knee facebreaker! He almost breaks Roman Reigns face as Roman Reigns slumps down onto the ground. Kevin Owens then looks down at Roman Reigns and then at the top ropes as he has an idea. He would then go to the corner as he starts t climb up, but as he does, Roman Reigns springs back up, he looks at Kevin Owens and charges at full speed and jumps up into the air and connects with a Superman Punch!



Kevin Owens is hit at full force as his eyes roll into the back of his head, he slumps backwards and falls from the turnbuckle, not inside the ring, but outside the ring. He hits the outside mat with a loud thud as Roman Reigns would shrug his shoulders in a cocky manner and smirk as he rolls out of the ring.

Roman Reigns would walk over and stand over the fallen body of Kevin Owens.

He bends down and would slap the back of the head of Kevin Owens as this act would get him some cheers, but also some boos from the crowd.

3!

Roman Reigns would now grab Kevin Owens and attempt to pull him up onto his feet.

4!

He is trying, but Kevin Owens is totally out of it, that superman punch to the face did more damage than he fought and he was deadweight.

Roman Reigns drops Kevin Owens again and this time he grabs him by the shorts and the back of the head and tries to pull him up again.

He manages to get Kevin Owens up and slumped onto the apron, his head is under the ring ropes, but it is not enough, he has to get the whole body in, so he knows he will have to roll into the ring and pull Kevin Owens in at that side.

Roman Reigns was about to slide into the ring, but as he does, something, or rather someone grabs one of his legs and is pulling him back out.

9!

Roman Reigns starts to kick backwards, but his other leg is now grabbed as well, stopping him from getting into the ring.

DOUBLE COUNTOUT!

The referee rings the bell, the match is over and Roman Reigns feels who ever held his legs letting go of him and so he rolls into the ring, gets on the ropes and looks out rather annoyed at what happened.



He looks ahead as sees J&J security backing up the ramp and retreating to the back, Roman Reigns looks pissed as he knew he had the match won if only he got Kevin Owens back in the ring but J&J security made it so that was not possible for him. His theme music would then start to play, but he knows this match was not won, he knows J&J security screwed him out of a victory over Kevin Owens. He just jumps of the ropes and stands in the ring, the fans cheering for him as he looks pissed as XWL goes to commercial.

Match became a One On One because reasons

As we return from commercial break after another sermon by "The New Face of Fear", we see a video labeled "EARLIER TONIGHT". It showcases the one and only "Lass Kicker" Becky Lynch making her way to the arena, tugging her luggage behind her. However, as she enters the parking lot she's attacked from behind with a tire iron!

As the camera catches Becky hitting the ground, it then pans up to reveal "The Boss" Sasha Banks herself as the culprit, positioning Becky's left hand and then crushing it between the concrete below it and the cold tire iron, causing Becky to scream out in agony. Multiple XWL staff and referees come to break up the unprovoked mugging by Sasha, leading her away with her hands in the air as doctors check on Becky.

Sorry, Becky...but it's definitely broken...it might be at least a month, maybe more before I can clear you.

Becky sits on the doctor's table with her left hand in a bright orange cast, slamming her good hand down on the padded table. A loud "FUCK" from the Lass Kicker is bleeped out by XWL's censors, but the frustration in the young Irish Superstar's face is very, very clear. Sasha Banks is a wanted woman, and the Lass Kicker is on the hunt..

The camera cuts to backstage area where we see Raven the number one contender about to address something.

Sheamus your recent triumphs grant the confidence that you clearly show.  You do have brawn I give you that Sheamus, but you are oblivious to the fact that I am simply more intelligent then you.  As soon as I heard you ramble on and on with your injudicious diction and poor level intellect, I could see that I am going to win the Intercontinental title because of you ignorance.  So Sheamus with that in your mind, I want you to take a good hard look in the mirror.  If you are as confident as you come across, and think that I really am as you say “a fat old sad little reject from ECW who is leaching of his past success to gain leverage here.” Then you are greatly overlooking who you are going against and you will regret it.

You want to be “The guy” and “The face of XWL”, but all I see you really want is to be a one of The Authority’s puppets just like you were when they made you face Dean Ambrose.  The Authority also tried making me one of their puppets and put me up against Dean Ambrose.  I also beat Dean just like you.  But the difference was I did it to help Dean understand what pain and suffering really is.  At Final Stand Ambrose came out victorious and he said “FUCK THE AUTHORITY” while doing so.  I applaud him for doing that.

Now, Sheamus if you really hold that victory against Dean Ambrose ever so close to your heart and as confident as you come across then why don’t we make our title match a Raven’s Rules match.  Unless that confidence is really a facade of the man you really are.
