XWL Breakdown: 6/20/2014 - 7/4/2014

XWL Breakdown returns from commercial showing various shots of the crowd until a familiar theme hits across the arena.



It's the theme of Daniel Bryan, The crowd instantly jump to their feet with Yes! Chants as they await the arrival of Daniel Bryan



Bryan comes out from behind the curtain before stopping at top of the ramp and taking a look around the arena before jumping down the ramp with Yes Chants of his own

Do we really have to put up with this guy again?

[Jim Ross]
Regardless of what you think Cole, I'm sure Daniel Bryan has a lot to get off his chest. Two weeks ago he was victim of an assault by the hands of Brock Lesnar.

[Jerry Lawler]
Daniel was trying to make up for his loss to Randy Orton, but got more than he bargained for when Brock Lesnar made his first appearance in a month.



Bryan is now at bottom of the ramp, still leading the Yes Chants as the crowd follow Bryans lead with huge Yes chants from all around the arena. A huge smile comes across the face of Daniel who is clearly happy to see he still has the support of the XWL Universe. Bryan enters the ring and is handed a microphone by the crew at ringside. He takes a few moments to soak in the still on going Yes Chants as a smile is still across his face. After a few minutes the chants quieten down as Bryan begins to speak



[Daniel Bryan]
You know, I had a list of things I wanted to get through tonight but first...Thank you...From the bottom of my heart I thank each and everyone of you. If it wasn't for you, I wouldn't be standing in this ring today. If it wasn't for you I would still be wrestling in front of 100 people in high school gyms, if it wasn't for you there would be no Daniel Bryan. I feel like I owe my entire career to you people, no matter what you people have stood by me. Not for one second did you people ever let me down. Even just chanting my name before the show even starts shows your support for me. Your support is what gives me the motivation to keep going, it makes me keep fighting to get to the top of this business.



[Daniel Bryan]
That's why it hurts me even more when I seem to fail time and time again. I'm not just letting myself down, I'm letting down each and everyone of you. When I lost to Randy Orton, I let down all of you. I was determined to make it up to you, I wanted to make things right and show that Daniel Bryan still had what it takes...then Brock Lesnar gave me a beat down like I had never felt before. I asked for a fight and I sure as hell got one, but it didn't go exactly as I expected. My whole career I've overcome obstacle after obstacle and I will continue to do that till I get where I want to be! Brock Lesnar wanted to make an example out of me and he did that..but he made me realise I need to stronger, I need to become faster. I take it that one step further to make it in this business! If that means I have to train harder than ever before, if it means I have to wrestle over and over...I will do whatever it takes to make it! I will do whatever it takes to make it up to you people for showing me the support that made Daniel Bryan!



[Daniel Bryan]
Time and time again I've failed when mattered the most...But that isn't going to happen any more. I WILL make it to the top, I WILL make it up to you people and show you that I can be the superstar you want me to be! I am more determined than ever to not let you down once again! I will keep working, I will keep fighting until I give you people what you want. You've let your voice be heard, you've shown your support despite everything I've been through..and now is when I thank you and now is when I begin to make your support mean something. I will go through whoever I have to go through and I will show what made people once call me the best in the world. Your support is what made me be here today and now I will repay you and I will make it to the top of this company, the Yes Movement begins right now!....YES! YES! YES!

As Bryan starts the Yes! Chant all the crowd follow on once again as they are all on their feet chanting along with Bryan. The Smile returns to Bryan's face as the chants continue

Bryan exits the ring as the Yes Chant still is strong around the arena, Breakdown fades away to commercial

[AJ LEE]
This doesn't look anything like a hospital in Chicago to me, how about you?

AJ asks the camera man, waiting a second or two for a response before her eyes start to wonder around the scenario before coming back to meet with the camera. Slowly shaking her head in response to her own question, letting her lips curve up into that of a smile which soon turned into a quick snicker.

[AJ LEE]
I dunno if it's just me, but this hospital oddly enough looks like backstage of the Quicken Loans Arena.



The sarcasm present in the way she spoke was easy to pick up as she continued to allude to what Alicia had said earlier in the night, about how AJ was supposedly still in a hospital bed after the attack on her last week. Her smaller hand raising up to brush back some of the darker brown strands of hair to behind her ear, still looking towards the camera as he facial expression changed to a more serious look.

[AJ LEE]
You wanna know why I'm not in a Hospital after the attack by Alicia Fox? It's because of one reason and one reason only: I'm a fighter. It's gonna take a whole lot more to keep me down than a little attack from behind before our match, Foxy. A match made by Stephanie herself, a match made so you could get your grubby little hands on me, and a match made so you could get revenge... Yet you still took the easy way out, and I gotta ask, why? Why, Foxy? You had the chance, it was right there, but you blew it. You had the chance right then and there to lay me to rest, put me down and beat me within' an inch of my life... But you still resorted to an attack that did nothing to me but make me want a little taste of revenge myself.



[AJ LEE]
Sadly though, revenge won't come to tonight as I'm stuck against Bayley.

The familiar laughter coming from parted lips once again, the opponent tonight that AJ is scheduled to face is obviously not being taken too serious by the former Divas Champion as she followed the laughter with that of a 'pssh' sound. Regaining composure of herself once again, taking a smaller breath to calm herself from laughing more than she already was and wanted to.



[AJ LEE]
Bayley, she's an interesting one, I'll give her that. But sadly the outcome will just be like the rest. Tap... Tap... Tap... She can try and fight, try her best to be a winner for once in her life, but it's just wasted effort I tell you. Tap... Tap... Tap... You'll end up just like the rest who have doubted me, and that'son the floor with a big, far 'L' placed on your record. Maybe with a win tonight I can sway the... What's the word I'm looking for? Pathetic XWL Universe to vote for me to face Madison Eagles for the Divas Championship? I highly doubt it, they don't like me, so it's just pointless to even try and pander to them. So if you wanna vote for me, I'll be surprised if you do, then go right on ahead. For now... I have one mission...

AJ leaned a little closer to the camera, the corner of her lips curving up into an obvious smirk as lips parted and her words began to flow out at a softer, more quiet tone of voice.

[AJ LEE]
Make the Fox... Go extinct...

Breakdown returns and we are brought backstage where a camera is shown outside of a locker room, a loud crash can be heard, followed by a scream

WHY WON'T HE LISTEN!! Either he refuses to hear my words or he foolishly chooses to ignore them! WHY OH WHY DOES HE REFUSE TO SERVE HIS PURPOSE???

The camera slowly peeks into the room so that we can see Bray Wyatt standing over a turned over table. We can see Erick Rowan standing close behind as well as Luke Harper, who is holding a lantern which provides the only light in the room. Bray sinks to his knees and looks up towards the ceiling.

Bray Wyatt
You told me that this wouldn't be easy, and you were right.. You told me that I would have to… Do what's necessary to create the change that this world needs…

Bray begins to laugh to himself

I offered my hand, I extended my arms, I did my part… Now it is time to-

We hear a creak as the cameraman accidentally knocks the door ever so slightly. Bray pauses for a moment. The cameraman holds his breath as he slowly backs the camera out of the room. After a few moments the camera is slowly peeked back into the room, showing Bray standing once again. The Eater of Worlds puts his hands on the shoulders of Luke Harper and Erick Rowan.

Brothers, it is time to get our hands dirty once again. Like Sister Abigail always said, you can't just whisper and expect the world to listen, you need to pry open their ears one by one and shout at the top of your lungs.. Only then will you truly be heard… The wolves hide the truth in the shadows because the sheep fear the darkness, they won't look where they don't want to be… We fear neither shadow nor light for we ARE the shadows of this world and we ARE the light that cast the darkness away. We are EVERYWHERE, and we are EVERYTHING.. We are the change that will save this world..

John Cena intends to make a mockery out of me. Adam Cole claims to have no fear for you, brother Harper… Fools.. They don't know what we are capable of, they don't know the things that we are willing to do. They think that they know pain? They think that they know fear?

Bray quickly swivels his head so that he's looking dead on at the camera.

We're here.

Luke Harper blows out the lantern so that the room is filled in darkness once more. The camera man stumbles back out of the room, but the sheep masked face of Erick Rowan fills the camera.

Run

The masked giant grabs the cameraman and pulls him back into the room, causing him to drop the camera to the floor. The camera is laying outside of the room, facing the door which slams shut. The screen goes black.

Following a brief commercial break, we return to the sight of Tom Phillips standing by for an interview. Who with, well with a lot happening nowadays, there's no telling who he's got lined up...but one things for sure, the excitement thus far tonight is far from over, and this will be no exception. Digital Decision is but a few weeks away, and everyone wants to be apart of it, because it's the one night a year where the fans have the final say on every single match. Tom clears his throat, focusing fully on the camera, ready to welcome us back.



[Tom Phillips]
Welcome back, I'm Tom Phillips now XWL is typically known for it's drama, high paced action, and extreme moments...but tonight while we have, and will continue to see all of the above...tonight is special for a different reason. XWL's very first diva, very first champion in the women's division...turns another year older, but by just look at her you'd never be able to tell that she's aged a day since arriving on the scene in XWL. Please welcome my guest at this time, the history maker, the woman that can bring it in the ring, and on the dance floor...The Birthday girl....Layla!  


Suddenly the lights in the surrounding area emit a pink and purple hue, the silence in the background is soon drowned out by the sound of Fandango's theme mysteriously playing...balloons float across the screen, and The Beautiful Birthday Girl spins onto the set, her movements sending the balloons flying away as she dramatically strikes a pose. A few seconds pass, and the lights return to normal, the music stops, and Layla is all smiles stepping to the side of Tom who didn't expect that type of an entrance.




[Tom Phillips]
Wow, I...I'm speechless.



[Layla]
I have that effect on people. You're in awe....of me....I get it, don't worry Tom. Just pretend I'm not this gorgeous, not this faantastically dressed, and that I'm not the greatest diva to grace this company with her presence. It'll be hard, because I'm all of those things, but just try, can you do that? Oh who am I kidding, of course you can't do that. That's like asking Picasso to not paint The Mona Lisa...a crime against humanity, a violation of...everything that is...right.


Well do try to be a little more modest there Layla, no? Okay then, just as we of course are now, Tom is a bit at a loss for words after Layla's...declaration. People typically get a pardon on their Birthday to act however they want to, but this is a bit ridiculous.  

[Tom Phillips]
Somehow I'll manage.

[Layla]
You brave soul, well go on now, don't waste my time get on with it. It's my Birthday you know, that means that every single second of this day is all about ME! So don't stand there with a stupid look on your face and waste another what, thirty more seconds of MY day?

[Tom Phillips]
I'm sorry...so Layla, today you're thirty seven which is quite the astonishment for myself and many others because you don't look anywhere close to that.



[Layla]
Oh, you're buttering me up now? Okay, I can see you've learned the error of your ways, just never let it happen again, okay? Of course I don't look it, because I'm FLAWLESS! REAL TALK! The rest of the divas back here need to get in line, and realize that I'm far superior to them in every sense of the word. Look at me, I look so damn good, they wish they'd look this good when they were my age, but you know what? They won't, because they don't even look this good NOW!

[Tom Phillips]
Tonight is also the year anniversary of your Birthday being spoiled by The Bella Twins when you and Paige were embroiled in a rivalry with them...are you hoping things will go better this year for you?

[Layla]
Who do you think you are? The Bella Twins haven't been relevant since I made them relevant, they don't get screen time during MY interview. Who cares what happened last year? This year is going to be great, I've overheard Faaaan....Daaaaaaan...Go making plans for tonight, don't tell him because I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be a surprise...but he's getting the whole locker room together for a big Birthday bash all for me! Normally I'd be against allowing such...mongrels in my presence, especially on MY day. But he means well, and far be it from me to deprive my fellow superstars and divas of sharing in the festivities of, well...me.  

[Tom Phillips]

[Layla]

[Tom Phillips]
The Mr. Money in The Ba-



[Layla]
That was a rhetorical question, god are you that stupid? What about him? In case you haven't realized, we've moved on....sure, he tried to cling to what little relevancy he has left by interrupting our celebration last week...but it doesn't matter. Faaandaaan...go is still undefeated, still the best....BY FAR! And if you ask me, Punk got off lucky...like I've said several times, I could have gotten him fired for what he did, but instead of getting mad...I did as the old saying goes, I got even....


[Tom Phillips]
Not to put a damper on your thought, but...CM Punk isn't exactly the type to just let this go, last week was pretty much the tell tale sign that he's just getting started. He beat Fandango to a bloody pulp in front of you, that's not all going to just go away because you say you're done with him. CM Punk as history shows is usually the one to say when it's over.



[Layla]
Well boo hoo for him, huh? I say it's over, that means it's over. He may have delusions of winning me over, and I bet he's dreamed about that kiss every single night as he lays alone in that bed of his...but that's all it will EVER be, a dream. To me, a nightmare...because it wasn't his crusty lips on yours, or anybody else's....oh no, it was mine. To say that the very sight of his lips still haunt me every time I close my eyes isn't even the half of it. But with the help of REAL man, and someone that respects women, and knows how to treat them...I'll one day be able to forget this horrible experience. Now as fun as this has been for...you...I do have to go...my day, my time...and you've wasted enough of it, you're welcome.


With that last bit of arrogance to cap off a...highly...bitchy...interview, Layla rolls her eyes and waves Tom off with a motion that reminds you of a wave slightly....but it was so halfheartedly done that it just comes across as snobby. The Birthday girl is excited to celebrate herself, and we know one thing...Tom's glad that he's no longer going to have to be apart of this celebration. But apparently the party for Layla is not over just yet, Fandango seems to have something up his nonexistent sleeves..and for Layla's sake, let's hope it goes better than last week, and last year. Because if it doesn't, we'll no doubt hear about it even more than we've heard about Layla's thoughts on that one kiss, hell....who are we kidding, we're going to hear about it either way.

Breakdown returns to the scene of a secluded room backstage decorated to the nine. Balloons all about, a streamer that reads "Happy Birthday" hangs in full view, and the most notable of all of those things, a huge layered Birthday Cake that reads "Happy Birthday Layla." Yes tonight is the very own Birthday of XWL Diva Layla, and what a night it will be, no doubt Fandango has reservations for the two, but first comes an intimate celebration for the both of them, how sweet. We begin to hear idle chit chat coming from behind the shut door, and slowly it begins to open, revealing the arm of Fandango leading a blindfolded Layla into the room. He's got his other hand over her eyes, which makes little to no sense because she's got a blindfold on, but that's logic for you. Excited to see what his big surprise is, she can hardly wait until her vision is restored.

[Layla]
Oh my goodness....I'm so excited, you're the best....when can I look? Is this a surprise party? Is everyone I know in here? Wow, they're so quiet, they're going to jump and yell surprise when you take this off of me, aren't they? You're the greatest...oh, I should stop talking, they can hear me, can't they? I'm totally surprised, I don't expect anyone to be in here, wink...wink..you can't see it because of the blindfold but I'm totally winking right now.


Fandango just stands there, awkwardly keeping his mouth shut, there's nobody in here but them...no friends, no coworkers to share in the delight...and there's not going to be a huge crowd yelling "surprise" when her eyes are freed...but there is going to be a surprise for her....a surprise that what she's expecting, isn't at all what she's actually getting. Leading Layla in a few steps further, so that she's in full view of the extravagant set up, and not so much the lack of anyone in the room, Fandango then leaves her side and scurries over to the cake. Leaving Layla to circle in place, wondering when she's going to get to see "everyone."  

[Layla]
You know guys, I just want to say...it means a lot that you're here, I mean....you're NOT....wink wink...see I winked again but you can't see it, but if you were....here it'd mean so much.


Fandango shushes Layla, and she quietens up, locking her lips tightly as she eagerly awaits her Birthday Celebration. For their sake let's hope it goes better than Fandango's undefeated streak celebration last week, because you can still see the wounds of war, a one sided war, of when CM Punk had his revenge over what happened at Supremacy. With everything in place, Fandango grabs a hold of the blindfold, then Layla's hand, and twirls her over to the cake, nearly knocking her into it, but thankfully the blindfold was removed in time for her to stop just before she did.

[Layla]
Oh my.....GOD! I LOVE IT!

After seeing her Birthday Cake, Layla turns around expecting to be surprised....and she is, just not in the way that was expecting.


[Layla]
Um, babe...where is everyone?


The Dancing Dynamo steps in closer to Layla, pulling her hands in close to his chest, and staring into her eyes to the point that she soon forgets what she was just thinking about.

[Fandango]
We're here....and that's....that's what matters m'lay....day.

[Layla]
Aw, you did all of this, just for me?

[Fandango]
I did all....of this.....just.....for.....you.

He could have just said yes like a normal person but it doesn't seem to have bothered Layla, as she's lit up like a light bulb right now.

[Fandango]
Last week may have been the worst night....of m'ife....but tonight....is the best night of yours.. For you see, you Lay...la...get to celebrat....ion with a maaaaan....that's....undefeated...that's...far better looking than that chimpanzee...and that's named....Faaaaaaaan....


Fandango slides his finger across the cake, raising it up to his lips with he licks it off, then let's out a satisfied "mm" sound.  

[Fandango]
Daaaaaaaaaan.....

Suddenly Layla's pulled in close, dipped back and bridged over Fandango's knee as he begins to lean in close to her...she's not sure what to think...as slowly his lips get closer and closer to hers...and as he opens his mouth....she opens hers....

[Fandango]
Gooooo.....


Not quite what Layla was expecting, Fandango breathes into her mouth with that last exhale, and then lifts her back up. The British Birthday girl puts on a smile, trying to not bring attention to that miscommunication there. While Fandango turns around, and then in one hand is a vase filled with...milk...and two champagne glasses in the other.


[Fandango]
Some moo moo....for m'aly's cake...

Fandango grabs the jug of milk that is on the table, the Birthday girl grabs the two glasses and Fandango starts pouring the milk into the glasses. Worryingly, he starts rotating his hips as the milk begins to flow into the glass, his breathing becomes heavier and he seems to be going into some bizarre part of his head, Layla looks up with a confused expression, what is she supposed to do in a situation like this? Luckily for her, Fandango is snapped out of the trance by a voice from behind him.

[???]
Can I get some of that?

Fandango snaps around, the camera pans and reveals none other than the Best in the World: CM Punk standing behind Fandango. A loud cheer can be heard from the arena, the crowd can be heard chanting “CM PUNK! CM PUNK! CM PUNK!” at the top of their voices, Fandango goes to speak but Punk raises his finger to stop him, he can hear the capacity crowd and he is rather enjoying the chanting. Fandango looks to press the matter with Punk

[[CM Punk]]
Whoa, whoa, whoa...Look, I'm not here to make trouble. Tonight isn't about you and me, I can look past everything that has happened for one night because this is more important because tonight is about her.

Punk points a Layla, who is hiding sheepishly behind her man

[[CM Punk]]
So tonight you get a rarity here in XWL, you get a free pass, now you can spend it however you like, you can continue your perverted ways unpestered for the next 24 hours but as soon as today bleeds into tomorrow and this little cause for celebration is over, then you will once again find yourself with a huge problem on your hands because I don't forget quickly, I hold grudges and what you two did to me and Supremacy is still fresh in my mind but I digress, I'm getting ahead of myself, tonight is about you two and a birthday.

Punk places a hand on Fandango's shoulder

[[CM Punk]]
Congratulations, I hope you have a good night.

Punk slaps Fandango on the shoulder, causing the dancer to almost drop the jug of milk as he is rocked forward by the slap. He stumbles but manages to keep hold of the jug, he stands tall again to realise that CM Punk has disappeared from view. He shakes his head, uses his free hand to wipe his shoulder of the filthy germs that CM Punk's grotty hands have just left on him. He turns his attention back to the British Beauty and his jaw drops. The camera pans to the left and reveals Layla standing there, drenched from head to toe in milk. While he may have saved the jug, he inadvertently covered his woman in milk. Always the person for the right time, Fandango appears to like what he sees, this appears to be right down his alley as it were but I fear that Layla does not share the opinion.



[Layla]
....AAAAAHH!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!


Freaking out over spilled milk, Layla's fingers run through her milk soaked hair, and down her body...and Fandango is...digging it. His hand caresses her lactic embellished face, gently stroking her cheek until his palm leaves the side of her face and returns to it's home, his chest. Sliding his milky fingers across his chest, to make her feel more at ease, but yeah...it doesn't.  

[Fandango]
Got milk?

[Layla]
YOU THINK THIS IS FUNNY?! LOOK AT ME!


Layla's frantic freak out shows no end, she can't believe this is happening, and on her Birthday at that, but Fandango's determined to calm her down, or at least fail a little more at that not so simple task. Grabbing Layla with both arms he pulls her in for a tight embrace, her face mashed up against his chest, and he begins to sway in place, making his milky chest, return the milk he got from her face, back to her face....immediately prompting Layla to shove both hands in front of her, pulling away from Fandango in disgust.  

[Layla]
What the hell is wrong with you? I WANT YOU TO GET THIS STUFF OFF ME NOT PLAY TRADSIES!

[Fandango]
But Lay....you're...lacta...licious...

Did he really...REALLY....REAAAAALY just say that? Layla's fuming mad, failing to control her anger in the slightest, but after slowing  her breathing down, and fighting the urge to slap him....she calmly addresses him. 

[Layla]
Fandango....get me a...

[Fandango]
It's Faaaaa-

[Layla]
NOT THE TIME!

[Fandango]
Time is....but a clock...a clock that spi-

[Layla]
IF YOU DON'T GET ME A TOWEL THIS INSTANCE I WILL CLOCK YOU!

[Fandango]
Well, all you had to do was ask...

Layla lunges forward to no doubt strangle him, just as he had turned around to retrieve a towel from the table nearby. Missing yet another wonderful moment of Layla's Birthday....luckily, we don't. Because as she stepped forward to let this man have it...her foot slipped on some residue milk that had spilled on the floor when it spilled on her. Her screams instantly fill the room as she starts to slide backwards, managing to turn around just in time....for her face to plant into her own Birthday cake! Muffled screaming, icing and cake flying everywhere follows as she pounds into the cake like a baby throwing a tantrum. Pulling herself up, her face is covered in all sorts of icing, pieces of cake stuck to her like she were a paper mache project that had gone horribly wrong. Fandango turns around to see what all the screaming was about, and there he sees Layla throwing a fit on the floor, as she glares at him through her frosting covered eyes. Being the attentive partner that he is, he kneels down, and begins to wipe at her face with a singular paper towel....yeah, that's going to help. Swatting his hand away, Layla covers her eyes with her hands, having an absolute emotional breakdown over how her Birthday's been ruined.  

Fandango flees the scene in search of more paper towels, preferably more than one this time. Layla can't believe what has become of her special day, this was supposed to be her night, her celebration and in the matter of seconds it has all went tits up. Layla wipes the cake away from her eyes, she parts her cake encrusted hair, looks up and begins screaming furiously, the camera pans to the right to reveal the source of Layla's misery being CM Punk who had wandered back to find out what all the commotion was about. He see's Layla sitting on the floor covered in cake, milk and God knows what else. A smile creeps onto his face but he quickly covers it with his hand and shakes his head, he kneels down next to Layla at a safe distance to make sure he doesn't get any mess on him.

[[CM Punk]]
Awww, how so very unfortunate. I know that it's kind of wasted now and it is probably the last thing that you want to hear but...

[[CM Punk]]
Happy Birthday to you,
Happy Birthday to you,
Happy Birthday dear Layla,
Happy Birthday to you...

Layla looks up at Punk

[[CM Punk]]
Hip, hip...

Layla screams

[[CM Punk]]
Hip, hip!

Layla screams slightly louder

[[CM Punk]]
Hip, hip!

Layla leans over to CM Punk and screams directly into his face, bringing a smile to the Best in the World. He can see that he has gotten under the skin of the Brit and feels like the mission is accomplished. Punk runs his finger down Layla's cheek, gathering parts of the cake onto his finger and eating it. His face twists, he quickly removes his finger from his mouth and flicks the remnants of the cake onto the floor and spitting out the rest

[[CM Punk]]
Eurgh... Coconut.

Punk gets up to his feet and walks off screen, just as the returning and unaware Fandango arrives to attend to his "Lay-Day. But right now she just wants to be left the hell alone. This is her day, this was supposed to be great in every way, but instead...it's gone wrong, in EVERY way. Layla's emotionally drained, tried of screaming, tired of crying, but yet she feels like doing all of those things still...Fandango one towel at a time begins to wipe away the icing, the tears, the cake, and the memories of this experience from Layla, who just sits there enraged by this whole experience, frozen in time and secluded in her own mind where she no doubt is imagining the birthday she wanted to have...but now for the last two years...has not. It's becoming a tradition for the lovely Layla's Birthday to go horribly wrong, and all we can think of as this segment comes to a close, is that hopefully next year goes better. But who are we kidding, next year she'll probably suffer a far worse experience like breaking a nail or something.  

Breakdown fades away from the ring to the familiar face of RVD.



Having already competed earlier in the night, he is obviously sweaty, smiling over his win and drinking a water. The camera backs out to show him somewhere in the backstage area, alone. Somewhere off camera, a voice is heard saying "Hey" causing Rob to turn around.

Oh, hey dude!

Matt Hardy steps into view, extending a hand which Rob takes and pulls him in for a bro hug.

Hey man I saw that match out there earlier tonight. It was sick man. Really impressed. Also, I'm super excited for Digital Decision.

RVD
Me too dude, we're going to blow the roof off of that place. And I'm glad you enjoyed the match, Sandow was clearly no match for R-V-D!!

RVD smiles as the crowd chants his name along with him while he does his famous taunt

You see my little message at the end of the match?

Of course! The chair match stipulation! I love it. But, I got the other two already figured out. How about, a Ladder match, because who doesn't love a ladder match, or the always interesting, ECW Extreme Rules match? Those two as the other stipulations will make for some tough voting. What's your thoughts on it?

I love it dude! You see man, this is why I like you! You don't care about hyping up our matches with words, you're not one to go on and on and on before finally getting to your point a bathroom break later. You say it how it is, short, sweet and to the point. No unneeded breathes taken! That's what's up!! Ladders Match? Extreme Rules Match? You're on dude!!! I can't wait to blow the roof off of that place!!!!

With that, Hardy turns around, leaving the camera view. RVD stands, smiling alone as the camera cuts to the next segment.
