Really enjoyed that promo, AJ's actions were on point and that's what makes her character so fun to read about. My favorite line, came from Del Rey. "I’m the Queen of Wrestling, I’ll just step over you because in the grand scheme of things you’re nothing more than a peasant! "

LOVE that, shaping up to be a fun feud to follow, the divas division needs more of that, plus the West involvement makes it really unique in a sense for a divas feud so look forward to more from you both.

*The fans are in a frenzy as Daniel Bryan scales the top turnbuckle and poises himself for a diving headbutt on a downed Sabin. Daniel dives off and with full velocity comes crashing down with a headbutt right onto the chest of Sabin, instead of pinning Daniel rolls over to the corner prepping himself for the running knee. He raises his arms in the air signalling the Yes chants as Chris Sabin staggers to his feer. Daniel runs across ready to strike but Sabin sidesteps it and sweeps the leg pushing Daniel stomach first into the turnbuckle and rolling back with an O'Connor Roll! It's close but Daniel kicks out at two. They both get back up to their feet and Sabin catches him with a spin kick right in the stomach, he grabs Daniel by the arm pulling him up for a Cradle Shock and right as he's about to drop him Daniel rolls down off Sabin's shoulders and goes for the Yes Lock! He's trying to hook it in but Sabin rolls forward getting out of the move too but once he gets to his feet Daniel runs at him and drops him with the running knee! He covers!*

*Sabin is down and out as Daniel raises his arms on the ground, he gets up to his feet and the referee raises his hand before Daniel climbs the turnbuckle.*

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 HApgF0r

*The fans break out into huge "YES!" chants as Chris Sabin sits on the ground with his hand on his head looking shocked at the quick fashion that he lost the match.*

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 XCg53Hn

*He gets up to his feet and balls up his fists waiting for Daniel to get back down but once Daniel gets down to the mat and turns around Chris unballs his fists as they stare off. Daniel's music stops as they continue to face off until Sabin slowly extends his hand, Daniel looks relieved as he accepts his handshake and in a sign of respect Sabin raises Daniel's hand as the crowd cheer for both men.*

During the match...

Jack Swagger comes charging from across the ring and splashes into the corner, squashing Roman Reigns between himself and the turnbuckles. Reigns stumbles out of the corner but before he can stumble to far Swagger shoves him to the floor just in front of the corner. Swagger returns to the corner where he was previously located, he pounds on his chest with his fists before running to the other side, he leaps over Reigns and jumps onto the second rope but before he has a chance to jump once again Reigns gets to his feet and slams an axe handle smash into Swagger's lower back. Swagger remains clinging onto the ropes for dear life to prevent a perhaps match changing fall but matter only get worse for the All American American, as Reigns ducks under him and lifts him high into the air before sending him crashing down to the hard canvas with devastating impact from a Powerbomb. Swagger grasps at his lower back, the hard landing driving all of the wind out of his lungs. Reigns walks over to the corner, he lets out a primal scream and slams his fist into the canvas and waits for his prey to get to his feet. Swagger gets to a knee, still clutching at the base of his spine, he then gets to both feet and turns and before you know it Reigns nearly cuts Swagger in half with a Spear! Reigns covers...

Reigns gets to his feet, the ref walks over and tries to raise his arm but Reigns instead chases the referee away. He turns his attention back to motionless Jack Swagger, only God knows what is going through the head of Roman Reigns. He starts to slowly walk towards Swagger, the referee gets back into the ring to try and talk Reigns out of whatever he is thinking but to his surprise Reigns instead steps over the lifeless Jack Swagger and heads over to the corner and grabs hold of the “Don't Tread on Me” flag that Jack Swagger brings to the ring with him. He stuffs the flag into his back pocket and exits the ring through the bottom rope. He turns back to face Jack Swagger, a slight smirk shows on his face, as though he feels proud of what he has done before climbing over the barricade and exiting through the crowd.

Breakdown returns just as the theme of DX hits across the arena

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 Q1NQv4j

Triple H and the Intercontinental Champion Shawn Michaels appear from behind the curtain, HBK runs out ahead as HHH follows slowly behind water bottle in hand.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 7fIzAqj

They both stand at top of the ramp and raise their hands in the DX cross before walking down the ramp. Both men enter the ring and taunt for the audience, they stand on the second rope and once again do the DX taunt before standing in centre of the ring.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 4mftRZW

Both HBK and HHH do the crotch chop as pyro goes off behind them. Ringside crew then hand a microphone to Triple H.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 PoiKokw
[Triple H]
Shawn and I came out here tonight with one thing in mind....but before we get to that... There is one question. So....Utah... Are you ready?

The crowd all stand and cheer.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 LcDqQcX
[Triple H]
No..I said ARE YOU READY?

The crowd now get even louder for DX

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 WZ9RuYT
[Triple H]
Now...For the thousands in attendance, for the millions watching at home, and for that cowardly son of a bitch Chris Jericho.....Lets get ready to SUCK ITTTT!

The crowd shout "suck it" along with Triple H.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 L2d7f4H
[Shawn Michaels]
And of course, if you are not down with that then we have got two words for ya!

Shawn holds the microphone up as everybody in the crowd, right on cue shout "SUCK IT" one more time

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 C0N2j8n
[Shawn Michaels]
Now.. It's time to get down to business, we've had our fun but there's something that's been eating away at me and Hunter all week, something that we can't quite put our finger on. Chris Jericho... Y2J.... You see, last week when you attacked me and Hunter from behind, it's clear you were trying to send a message to 'ol D-Generation X, but we just can't seem to figure out what it is. We've been trying all week but we just can't work it out. It could be that you're jealous over the rise of DX, whilst you're quite obviously falling down.  Either way, you pissed off the wrong people.  Me and Hunter may make our jokes and we may have fun but when it comes down to it.. We've shown time and time again that we are two of the toughest sons of bitches to walk on this planet.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 RnP8HRB
[Triple H]
I just can't put my finger on it.  Why would Chris Jericho attack D-Generation X?  I mean,  we're smarter than he is... more talented than he is... better looking than he is... more charismatic than he is... more entertaining than he is... pretty much better in every way than he is.  So why would Chris Jericho attack D-Generation X?  Hmmm....

The Game appears to be deep in thought, stroking his chin for a few moments.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 O4I8Z7t
[Triple H]
Shawn!  Shawn!  I think I've got it!  I think I've finally got it!  If I can think of that many things off the top of my head that we're better at that Jericho, I think the reason why he attacked us is jealousy.  I mean, it makes sense right?  We're just plain better than Chris Jericho and that's why he attacked us.  He can't stand the fact that he sucks compared to you and I.  He hasn't been relevant since last Summer when he was beating nobodies to become King Of The Ring.  Some King right?  I'm the real King... I'm the King Of Kings.  And my good friend here is the Icon, the Main Event... the Showstopper.  Chris Jericho is nothing more than a whiny, spoiled brat who thinks he's much better than he is.  He should do himself a favor and disappear with his boyband Fozzy for a while because annoying us will only lead to bad things...

[Shawn Michaels]
Uh... Hunter... I think Fozzy is a rock band.  You know, heavy metal and all that jazz...

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 FRFV83E

[Triple H]
Hahaha... good one Shawn... good one... a rock band!  Wait... you're serious?  Fozzy is a rock band?  Come on... have you heard some of their music?  Motorhead is a rock band... but Fozzy?  I mean... wow.
XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 GtsKWvv

[Shawn Michaels]
Boyband..Rock band, It makes no difference. And now you've pointed it out, I believe you're right. Chris Jericho is obviously jealous of our success... I mean, I'm still the Intercontinental Champion, And you're still the United States Champion...if you ask that Kenny King guy. But either way, we have been two of the most consistent superstars in XWL and Chris Jericho clearly hates that. We come out here each and every week and we entertain these fans, and something tells me Chris Jericho hates that. Maybe, he still hates that fact that you once planted him into the mat and took his championship.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 E7bek54
[Triple H]
A year-old grudge?  I can see Jericho holding a grudge that long... he seems the type.  If that's really what it's about Chris, I don't understand why you've taken so long to do something about it.  Actually, maybe I do.  It can't be a coincidence how for most of 2013 you were untouchable.  You were the World Champion longer than anybody, picking up wins and accolades with ease... while I was rotting on the fringe of being irrelevant.  It's no coincidence at all.  In fact, I think it says a lot.  To actually get opportunities in this company you either need to be a suck-up, or be really, really lucky.  It's borderline impossible to achieve anything on hard-work alone and not to sugarcoat anything here... you're not exactly a work-horse Chris.  And something tells me, that you weren't "lucky" either.  So I get it.  I understand why you're only acting on the grudge just now... you were too busy kissing ass!

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 AHZ2iul

[Triple H]
So now that we've solved the great mystery as to why Chris Jericho attacked DX - jealousy and the year-old grudge - let's move on to-

The theme of Chris Jericho cuts off Triple H, as the crowd show their sudden disapproval

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 01-1_zpsebf5d44c

Jericho walks out onto top of the ramp with a smirk on his face, Triple H and Shawn Michaels just glance up to the ramp before sharing a look as Jericho walks down the ramp and into the ring, He paces back and forth just looking at Triple H and Shawn Michaels before begining to speak

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 02-1_zps2de4da4f

[Chris Jericho]
Is that what you two think? In your old delusional minds you think this is about a fluke victory over me? You're wrong. It's not about that, It's not about this apparent jealousy over your undeserved success. I decided to take you two out for one reason... to send a message. To send a message that Chris Jericho is as strong as he ever was, to prove that the era of Chris Jericho is far from over. You two have come up with this fantasy, a fantasy that you're two of the top superstars in this company.  You both came back to this company after failure time and time again, whilst I was wining Championship after Championship you two tried to come back over and over, and every time you came back.. you failed, you couldn't handle it and you once again tucked your tail between your legs and you left.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 05-1_zps5c039510

[Chris Jericho]
And just because you've managed to win a title each, won a few matches you suddenly think you've accomplished something, but let's face it..competition around here isn't exactly strong is it? So what exactly did you accomplish?...Nothing. You can continue to live this fantasy, but I'm going to bring you both back down to reality.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 LQSLKZq

[Triple H]
Oh, look Shawn.  It's Chris Jericho.  How are you doing buddy?  Do you still carry around that dictionary to find big words to use to try and hide your lack of intelligence?  Or maybe it's all that hair gel sinking into your head and brain which causes you to be so stupid.  Because the way I'm looking at this Chris, is that there's just one of you, and there's two of us.  How could you possibly think that you can do anything yourself to harm us?  You took us out last week with a chair from behind like the coward that you are, and look... we're still standing.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 HfLtd8V

[Triple H]
The thing is Chris, you call us old and delusional but the truth is, you're describing yourself.  Shawn and I, well, I'll admit, we've seen better days, but we still feel like we can hang with the best of them.  We're evergreen.  DX is evergreen and we've proved that point over the last couple of months.  But I look across at this ring right now, into your eyes, and I do see jealousy.  I do see the grudge.  And the reason why you feel that way is because you know that while we're standing here still stealing the spotlight, still entertaining these fans and still putting on some of the best matches in the history of this industry... you know that you're nowhere near our level.  You wish you could be but the fact is Chris, your career is on a downward spiral.  And you refuse to face up to the truth that you will never be as good as you once were.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 06_zps32feb48b

[Chris Jericho]
And once again you prove just how delusional you really are, I am still the best in the world at everything I do. I've proved that over the past year, throughout 2013 I was only pinned twice... Twice in a whole year. When have you two ever even come close to that? Ever since your fluke world title win, Hunter..You've fallen. You was on top of the world, You had everything handed to you and you still blew it. And Shawn, I don't think anybody even remembers the last time you've had a world championship. That's why yo...

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 UJZQtnc

[Shawn Michaels]
Whoa Whoa! Hold on...I'm sure somebody remembers when I was World Champion....Right?

Shawn looks over at Hunter expecting him to agree but Hunter just shrugs his shoulders

[Shawn Michaels]
Really was it that long ago?....Anyway, Chris... Me and you have had a long history. You've won some, I've won some but let's face it, You've never been the best in the world, You've never been that guy. You come out here with your long words..which quite frankly I never understand. But you want to send a message by taking out D-Generation X? You failed and now it seems you want a war with the DX Army, you're making a mistake, Chris. You're still upset over your world title loss, you're making a rash decision... You should just go back and think it over, because honestly..I think i've kicked you in the face enough.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 03-1_zps6dca64c6

[Chris Jericho]
Don't you ever interrupt me again. I've beat you countless times, Shawn. Just because you pulled off a couple of victories here and there mean nothing, Every time we faced when it really mattered, I was the one with my hand raised. How's your wife Shawn? Is she still mad that I punched her in the face? You can't get over that can you Shawn? I can tell by the look on your face that it still eats away at you. You've hated me from day one, you was always looking for a reason to bad mouth me to anybody that would listen to you, and the fact that year after year I showed that I was better than you, even when you was in your prime..I've always been better than you, Shawn. Just like I've always been better than you, Hunter.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 Qwl3Hcp

[Triple H]
That's where you're wrong Chris.  You're not better than me.  You're not better than Shawn either.  You don't have any kind of proof to back up what you're saying and your logic is flawed.  We've both defeated you when it mattered the most... at Wrestlemanias... and most recently I did about a year ago to win the World title.  And we'll do it again whenever you're feeling confident enough to step inside this ring with us in any kind of match.  So you can continue to brag about punching a poor defenseless woman in the face, but there's a big difference between Rebecca, and Shawn and I.  I'm no woman... and Shawn... well, he could have been mistaken for a woman a long time ago with some of those outfits he used to wear I suppose... but neither is Shawn.  If you hit us, we'll hit you back harder.  If you want to bad-mouth us, we'll just humiliate you.  If you want to talk about who's the better man... why don't you put your money where your mouth is?  Chris Jericho vs D-Generation X at Uprising...

The crowd cheers in a big way at the potential match-up.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 07_zpsd8d6ca90

[Chris Jericho]
How stupid do you think I am? Do you think I'd risk my career to step into the ring with you two? I've seen how careless you two are, I don't need to prove anything by beating the both of you at the same time. But you have given me an idea... See it was a year ago, Uprising 2013 where I defeated you Hunter, I took back the World Championship and sent you crashing to rock bottom. Do you really want that to happen again? I have nothing to prove by beating you once again... But, Shawn over here.. It's been a while since we've faced hasn't it Shawn? It's been a while since you've had the pleasure of stepping in the ring with me. So instead of trying to get yourself a Handicap match, Why don't you face me like a man? You don't even need to put that championship on the line, I am above that... So why don't we make it Chris Jericho vs Shawn Michaels...

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 R07dBAg

[Shawn Michaels]
So let's get this straight, you want to face me one on one at Uprising? I've never been a man to back from a challenge, and I don't seem to have a challenger for this championship so.. Chris, you've got it!

The crowd pop as a match between two men who have put on many classics in the past has been made for Uprising.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 16_zps97cec74f

The camera pans to Jericho who is smirking at the acceptance of his challenge, He raises the microphone to his mouth but before he can speak Triple H interrupts

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 BYbBJuu

[Triple H]
Well, I guess that settles it then.  If Jericho is too afraid to take us both on at Uprising, I'll let you handle this one Shawn.  But make no mistake about it...

The Cerebral Assassin steps in toward Jericho, getting right in his face.

[Triple H]
I won't forget what you did to me last week either.

As the two share an intense staredown, suddenly a foot comes flying into view, leaving Jericho unconscious on the mat as he's hit with a Sweet Chin Music from out of nowhere!  The crowd erupt into a joyful frenzy as Shawn does a little dance as Hunter breaks out into a smirk at his partner one-upping their rival.  DX have struck again!

As their music hits, DX share a brotherly hug before raising up their arms in the signature DX pose which is mimicked by thousands of the fans.  Jericho remains motionless in the middle of the ring as the celebrations continue and the screen fades away to a commercial break.

As Breakdown continues the cameras are rolling showing a variety of signs in the crowd as a familiar theme starts to play over the PA system as the attention of the cameras suddenly switches to the ramp

When Madison Eagles walks out onto the stage, the crowd watch on, as Madison hastily makes her way to the ring leaving no time for fanfare

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 Eagles4_zpsbaf48503

Michael Cole: Uh oh, this is something we haven't seen in a while. Madison Eagles is making her way to the ring, we've heard very little from Madison ever since she lost her rematch for the Diva's championship against AJ Lee just over a month ago.

Jerry "The King" Lawler: Can you blame her? That's what losing a big match can do to you, I can't tell you how many superstars and divas that have lost their voice, even gone AWOL after they lost a championship match, and clearly Madison Eagles became another name on that list.

When Madison reaches ringside, she turns and approaches the steel steps which she walks up and enters the ring as she's handed a microphone by a member of the ringside crew

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 2-1

Jim Ross: But she's back tonight, of course she is scheduled to be wrestling later tonight against Sara Del Rey, but that isn't until later, so you've got to wonder what she's doing out here right now.

Michael Cole: It would appear Madison has something on her mind, and I'm sure she won't hold anything back and shed some light on what's been happening since we last heard from her.

As Madison's music fades out she raises a microphone up to her mouth as she begins to speak as the crowd in attendance await to hear what she has to say for herself

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 Eagles2_zps0304bb88

Madison Eagles: I'm sure you all have questions that only I can answer. Questions mainly being where have I been? The truth to be completely honest with you...

Madison pauses, hesitating before she says another word, almost not wanting to say what she came out here to say, then after a few seconds pass Madison raises the microphone back up to her mouth as she starts to speak again

Madison Eagles: Last month when I had my rematch for MY Diva's championship...

Again Madison lowers the microphone, still not wanting to say what she has to say, clearly being frustrated with herself for not wanting to say it

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 Eagles3_zps2c451054

Madison Eagles: You know what, forget it, last month I lost my rematch and I expect better of myself then that. For just a short while I was undoubtedly the best thing going and it was cut short, and I have nobody to blame but myself for that, Not AJ, not anybody but me, and that's just not good enough for me. AJ beat me twice when I wasn't at my best and I blew it and I lost the one thing that mattered the most to me, the Diva's championship. And now I'm back to square one, back exactly where I started, and I've got to do everything I can to prove that I wasn't at my best when AJ beat me, I've got to show everyone that when I'm at my best nobody can stop me and I WILL reclaim my Diva's championship and prove once again that I'm the number one Diva around today. I've done it once and I'll do it again, I don't care who I have to beat, who I have to step on, whether it's Sara Del Rey and the West Side Army this week, or somebody else next week. I will do what I've done to everybody else and knock them out cold in the middle of the ring.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 11

Madison Eagles: That's what I've done since the very first time I stepped into the ring, but recently I doubted myself, I had forgotten who I am, I forgot that I was the one who broke the so called curse of the Money in the Bank briefcase, before me the person who won it either vacate it, lost the case or failed to win when they cashed it in, four years went by and they all failed until I came along. No Diva had EVER been in the mainevent of Breakdown until ME. They even had to invent a new Slammy just to give to me, because they knew I deserved one more than anyone else, and I forgot all of that, I lost that fire inside me, and I thought I wouldn't ever find it again.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 8-1

Madison Eagles: But then low and behold I just happened to tune in one week and I couldn't help but...

A theme not heard in XWL for some time hits and the crowd erupts into an excited frenzy as Trish Stratus appears on the stage.  Trish wears a huge grin and poses for the fans, clearly happy to be back.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 Hgd3UXK

Jerry "The King" Lawler: Is that?  It is!  Trish is back!  And she looks better than ever!

Jim Ross:  I wouldn't say that King... look at her arm!  It's in a sling!

Michael Cole: This is surprising to say the least.  We all saw the videos last week promoting Trish's return to action but she's obviously not up to it right now.  What business does she have coming back with an injury, and even more intriguing, what business does Trish have with Madison Eagles here tonight?

Jim Ross: I guess we're about to find out...

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 QZGpxYw

Trish is still able to excitably make her way towards the ring, still glowing despite her clear incapacity.  Eagles looks on with a confused and almost cold stare as the legendary diva makes her entrance.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 VQ0Qtdp

Eagles looks none too happy about being interrupted and shakes her head as Trish is handed a microphone.  As her music dies down she takes a few moments to soak up the crowd's deafening cheers, which are supplemented by a "Welcome back!" chant.  Trish appears to be almost close to tears for a few moments, before regaining her composure to speak.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 4dyHMhh

Trish Stratus:  Wow guys.  It's great to be back.  I didn't think you could top my other returns but you just did.  The overwhelming support and reactions you give me are always way better than I can ever imagine... so thank you.  Now that I'm back, despite this...

Trish motions towards her sling.

Trish Stratus:  I'll be making it my duty to entertain you guys and give you 100% Stratusfaction each and every single week.  Thank you.

The crowd begins chanting Trish's name.  Trish turns her attention to Eagles who has folded her arms in annoyance and has a sour face as though she's sucking on a lemon.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 KEPqN0q

Trish Stratus:  Okay, now that that's out of the way.  Madison Eagles, I'm sorry I interrupted you here tonight.  But I just had to.  While I was away, in between my injury rehab, yoga and everything else, I've been keeping up to date with XWL and the Divas Division.  Every week, I'd tune in to keep up to date with what was going on and every week I saw a shining star that didn't even know her full potential.  Underneath all the act of a cocky and arrogant... well I don't really know how else to say this... bitch... I saw this woman who had the skillset and the charisma to define this era of women's wrestling, just like Lita and I did around a decade ago in WWE.  And that woman, is you Madison.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 LrpwIDY

Trish Stratus:  So I'm out here tonight to not only try and make you realize that, but to stop you from throwing all of that out the window by continuing to be the horrible bitch that you are.  Just imagine if, for once, you were nice to people.  Just imagine if you had the support of these fans... what great heights you could reach.  How do you expect to leave a lasting impression on anyone if all you ever do is whine and complain when something doesn't go your way?  Nobody likes a crybaby.  You look at legends like The Rock, Hulk Hogan, Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Undertaker...

The crowd pops at the name drops.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 KEUmCI9

Trish Stratus:  Heck, you look at me, Lita, Molly Holly, Ivory, Victoria and all those other kick-ass divas from years past and do you think any of us ever came out here whining and complaining?  Sure we've had our fair share of crowd-hate, but never for being crybabies.  It has to stop Madison.  I see something in you.  You have everything any woman could ever want in this business.  You fit the mould of the perfect Diva and I see you as someone who can revolutionize this division and make things much better than they are right now.  It's time women's wrestling became interesting again, and not about just who shows off the most of their body or sucks up to the right people.  And it upsets me how women's wrestling has degenerated in XWL into nothing more than a bad soap opera filled with models.  And that's coming from a former fitness model!  We can show our ass and kick ass at the same time right?  That's how it's supposed to be!
The crowd begins roars in approval.  Eagles appears to be in deep thought pondering the words of the blonde Canadian.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 LH04Wwm

Trish Stratus:  So what do you say Madison?  Is it time to drop your pathetic attitude and be what you really can be?  As you can see, I'm in no state to wrestle myself, so I'll be more than happy to keep you on the straight and narrow if you'd have me.  Together, you and I can turn this division around.

Trish grins as she delivers her proposal.  Eagles remains with arms folded, deep in thought for a moment as the fans begin, surprisingly to chant her name.

Jim Ross: Well, this is certainly an interesting turn of events.

Jerry "The King" Lawler: I can't imagine Eagles warming up to this idea at all.  She only cares about herself!  I'm just happy that I get to see Trish every week again!

As Madison stares blankly at Trish ignoring the crowd around her as she slowly uncrosses her arms and starts to responded to Trish's proposal

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 Eagles1_zps16df4f8e

Madison Eagles: Attitude? Trish? Is that seriously all you've got to say? Just take a look at me Trish, you're right, I have everything any other diva or potential Diva could possibly want, I've already achieved more than most of the diva's in the back WITHOUT the fans on my side, but still I should listen to you? Why? Because you're Trish Stratus, right? Well I'm Madison Eagles, and just because you're standing there in your arm in a cast doesn't mean I won't hesitate to knock you out, you should know that Trish. I will do whatever it takes to whoever I have to to get where I want to be and gain what I want to have. And you have the nerve to come out here and interrupt me and call me a bitch?

While Eagles starts threatening Trish the crowds cheers turn to boos causing Madison as briefly pause before returning to what she was saying

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 9

Madison Eagles: But then again, I'm not going to pretend that I don't know everything you've done in this business. You're a two time Diva's champion, and you've won however many others outside of XWL as well. So don't think that I don't respect everything you've done, because I do. And you're right, this division does need to change, just take a look around, if this place needs anything it's change, and it's good to see that someone like you can see that as clearly as I do. So if that's what you really want Trish then I'm on board.

Upon finishing speaking Madison hesitantly extends her arm for a handshake with Stratus as the crowd wait for Trish's response.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 P4ECvpS

Trish Stratus:  You know, I have to give you credit where credit is due... you stick to your guns don't you?  You think this entire world is out to defame or double cross Madison Eagles... but you're wrong.  I look into your eyes right now with your hand extended to me and I see doubt.  I can see that you're thinking about breaking my other arm as soon as I shake your hand to make a statement and show how badass you are by taking me out...  But I'm here to help you Madison.  These people may not like you right now as a person, but they like your wrestling ability.  They like your matches.  There isn't another woman on this roster who can put on a better match than you and despite what's happened over the past couple of months, you're still the best that there is.  Everybody knows it but nobody admits it.  So think about that and think about what we can do together because if you and I team up together, who knows what we'll be able to accomplish...

Trish lets her words sink in for a few moments before accepting Eagles' handshake.  The fans give a mixed reaction to what is unfolding before their eyes.

Jerry "The King" Lawler: What are we witnessing here?

Jim Ross:  Who knows King.  This is an odd pairing to say the least.  To say I'm intrigued would be an understatement.

Michael Cole:  Two of the most talented women to ever lace up a pair of boots have joined forces in what appears to be an alliance built on a common goal.  How the two will co-exist remains to be seen.  To say there's a clash of personalities would be dumbing things down, but nobody can argue with the ability or the accolades of Madison Eagles and Trish Stratus.  This could be a historic moment in womens wrestling ladies and gentlemen.

The fans continue to give a lukewarm response to the alliance, as Trish holds up Eagles arm and points to her, promoting her as the star.  Eagles appears to be relishing the praise given to her by the legend, despite her initial hesitance at the offer.   The two continue to parade around the ring as the screen fades to black for a commercial break.

*BreakDown returns from a commercial break where commentator Michael Cole is shown standing in the ring with a microphone with a smile on his face.*

[Michael Cole] Ladies and Gentlemen, during the break I got some great news through my headset and was asked to announce it to you all in the ring. I was told that we have infact broken the attendance record right here tonight in this very arena!

*The fans break out into cheers but a lot of fans seem distracted looking off camera, suddenly Brad Maddox is shown jumping over the barrier as he rolls into the ring much to Cole's surprise. Brad asks for the microphone but Cole doesn't give it to him as Brad stands there, Cole begins to berate Maddox.*

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 TWcazaW

[Michael Cole] Brad Maddox.. It's one thing to climb the barrier and steal Jerry Lawler's place at the commentary table like you did at Eye for an Eye, but it's another thing to try and steal the spotlight from me when I'm in the ring trying to address the fans. I don't care what you want to say because tonight's not your night, pal, and I-

*Suddenly Brad reaches into his pocket and takes out his wallet, Cole stops talking as he looks on confused as you can hear Brad saying "20 bucks for the microphone?" He takes out 20 dollars and holds it out as Cole just shrugs and hands him over the microphone. Cole exits the ring and makes his way back to the announcers table fixing his headset.*

[Jim Ross] What the hell was that?!

[Michael Cole] What can I say? He drives a hard bargain...

*Brad stands nervously in the ring.*

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 HtU2fDA

[Brad Maddox] I.. uhm.. You know, I think this is the first time I've actually had the chance to stand in the center of the ring and talk to you guys. Before the security inevitably comes out here I have something I need to get off my chest, and then I'm gonna call out Vince McMahon!

*The fans suddenly break out into huge "We want Vince!" chants which highly irritates Maddox as he looks out to the crowd.*

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 H1kbxZj

[Brad Maddox] For weeks and weeks now, I've been trying to get your attention Vince. I was begging and pleading for you to come out just so I could talk to you and tell you why you should hire me. Ever since September I've been trying to show The McMahon's that I mean business, I'm entertaining, let's not lie! And you think there would be room for one more entertainer in a company like this right? Not when Stephanie McMahon has an unrightful grudge against you. But I'm not going to let one little authority figure hold me down, she doesn't have any real power and that's why I want to talk to the chairman himself.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 LgFAL3W

[Brad Maddox] For YEARS now I have been jumping through hoops and grabbing brass rings when it comes to tryouts. I've paid thousands of dollars just for tryouts only to have the door shut on my face but I'm not gonna stop until that door is opened even if I have to kick it in myself. I've been to live events, PPV's, TV shows, everything! Tryout after tryout they continue to tell me I'm not good enough. I've sent tapes to XWL non stop, to the front office, to other superstars themselves but nothing. I have Japan ringing me asking me to tour with them, Mexico, Germany, England, everywhere wants Brad Maddox but Brad Maddox only wants to be in one place and that's XWL. You think a guy like Vince McMahon would respect that right? A hard working kid giving it his all to get a shot in the company, but instead all I get is his spoiled daughter telling me I'm not good enough when in reality she should be sitting in some office in Stanford, not in an XWL arena.

*Some of the fans can be heard going "Ohhh!" at Brad talking down on Stephanie.*

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 IPIx5G1

[Brad Maddox] I'm not out here trying to drop a "pipebomb" or anything, I'm just asking for a shot. One match for a contract is all I ask, think of all of the hours of work I've put in trying to get an XWL contract, it's the least you could do. Think of Eva Marie, a couple weeks ago. She walked into XWL without the slightest knowledge of wrestling itself and the Billion Dollar Princess signed her to a contract on the spot yet the guy who has been busting his ass for years trying to get here can't even get the time of day from her. And where's Eva Marie now? She left, exactly. That's an example of the corruption and politics in XWL that you everyday fans don't see. I'm tired of sneaking into arenas, security chasing me, I just want an honest shot right now and-

*Stephanie McMahon's theme song hits as the fans actually boo Stephanie a little bit, Brad's words must be getting to them. She walks onto the stage shaking her head.*

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 S3PQMPW

[Stephanie McMahon] Brad.. Brad.. Brad.. If you wanted an honest shot at XWL you would've done it the right way, breaking into arenas and disrupting broadcasts is not the right way to get a contract. And as far as I'm concerned the XWL universe has heard enough of you to last them a lifetime so security, if you will..

*Security guards begin to show up at ringside surrounding Brad as he looks frustrated, just before the guards enter the ring as Brad's frustration grows.*

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 A9UfKXf

[Brad Maddox] Stephanie.. I don't want to talk to you, I want to talk to-

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 IsFJYj9chSscm

*It's Vince McMahon!! The fans break out into the pop of the night as Vince McMahon confidently walks onto the stage with his world known famous strut. Stephanie looks shocked at her father showing up as he has a microphone in his hand on the stage.*

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 H0FgDSP

[Vince McMahon] Before we get started I'd like to kindly ask the gentlemen surrounding the ring to leave Mr. Maddox alone, head back to your positions, I'd like to talk to him myself.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 Eot14L8

*Vince walks over to Stephanie and whispers in her ear and motions for her to exit as she doesn't look like she wants to but angrily walks backstage leaving it with just Brad and Vince as Brad is shown with a sly smirk on his face knowing he's finally getting what he wanted.*

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 Dve4vUk

[Vince McMahon] So Brad.. This is what you wanted, huh? All your years of hard work leading up to this very moment that you've been asking for. I'm not gonna lie Brad, I like you. You know what you want and you go for it at all costs, that's exactly what I like in an employee.  I know you and my daughter Stephanie don't see eye to eye which is why I took it upon myself to come to the show tonight so we could have a little talk. See Brad, I have been watching. I've seen all of the things you've done trying to get on the TV show and I do admire your courage, you've got balls.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 JUW9gKF

[Vince McMahon] Now this brings us to a contract.. The question is, do I simply give you a contract right here and right now? I mean, that wouldn't really be the fairytale ending the XWL fans would want to see. I heard you say it yourself, you want a match for your contract and once again there's that initiative thinking of the fans. I want to see you fight for that contract, give everything you've got in that ring and come out on top in all of your glory. Prove that you can live up to your own hype. So at Uprising, Brad Maddox. You've got your match.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 VPqjcjv

*The fans begin to cheer mostly for Maddox finally getting a legit shot at a contract as he looks on in the ring confidently as Vince has a smirk on his face.*

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 RqRtR6a

[Vince McMahon] If you can win your match at Uprising you will indeed be signed to an XWL contract, I don't need to ask if you if you accept because it's very obvious that you do. But the question I have in mind is.. who exactly should Brad Maddox face at Uprising? I've got a lot of names running through my head.. I could put you against Roman Reigns! That big hoss who has been tearing through the roster, or maybe I could put you against D-Generation X, Shawn Michaels and Triple H! Or maybe I could put you against... hmm.. There was one man I saw backstage right before I came out here and he's a man who's actually making his return to XWL. Brad Maddox, at Uprising you are going to be put to the test in the chance of a lifetime against this man...

*It goes silent as Brad anxiously waits in the ring to see who his opponent is at Uprising for a shot at an XWL contract.*

*It's Mark Henry! Mark walks through the curtain with a purpose as he makes his way down the ramp with a look that could kill, Brad shakes his head in the ring as Vince McMahon says.*

[Vince McMahon] Your opponent at Uprising is The World's Strongest Man, Mark Henry!!!

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 CjhGbth

*Vince heads to the back as Brad is alone in the ring with Mark Henry rapidly approaching, he's about to get into the ring when Brad slides out of the ring wagging his finger. Henry gets into the ring and takes off his T-Shirt throwing it to the ground daring Brad to get in but Brad just anxiously climbs over the barrier and makes his way back from where he came. The camera pans back to Mark in the ring who stares a hole right through Brad as he shouts "I'm gonna BREAK you at Uprising, boy! This is MY house!" The last shot we see before we head to a commercial is Brad Maddox standing in the crowd with his hands on his head not sure what he's gotten himself into.*

*Cameras return to the backstage area, where Renee Young is shown standing with a smile on her face, looking towards the camera. A moment passes by before she begins to speak.*

{Renee Young}
Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome my guest at this time, she's been on a bit of a winning streak as of late, holding a victory over the now Divas Champion and the special guest referee for her match at Uprising, Layla, as well as your opponent for said match, Kaitlyn, she is known as the “Anti-Diva,” Paige.

*After that introduction, Paige walks into the shot, standing by Renee and looking off towards the distance, seemingly prepared to take on one of her former rivals in Nikki Bella later on in the evening. A brief silence falls over the backstage area, but it's quickly broken as Renee begins to speak.*

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 ES3Uvaw

{Renee Young}
Tonight, you're reigniting a rivalry that lasted for a good portion of the year when you take on Nikki Bella later on in the evening. What is your mindset heading into the match that features one of the divas  who not only was responsible for putting an end to your partnership with Layla, but also eliminating you from the Queen of the Ring Tournament and going on to defeat Layla in the finals to win said tournament in the same night?

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 P8zH5T5

{Paige}
I spoke briefly about The United Queendom's battle with The Bella Twins last week, so I won't go into detail about that. As for her being responsible for getting eliminated in the first round, and going on to not only force myself and Layla to disband, with some help from a certain “Foxy” diva, then went on to become the “Queen” of the ring, I had completely forgotten about that. So, thank you, Renee. Thank you for giving me another reason to remind Nikki Bella exactly who I am.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 ZMrnNOf

{Paige}
Tonight, Nikki will be nothing more than another stepping stone, just another roadblock that I get past on my road to becoming Divas Champion. In the past, I've proven that I can outwrestle any “diva” on the roster, and Nikki Bella is no different. I think tonight is a good a night as any to get a bit of revenge on nobody's favorite Bella, wouldn't you agree?

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 NIldM7q

{Renee Young}
I'd rather not get involved in that, Paige. Switching gears, in four weeks, XWL will have it's first Pay-Per-View of the new year, Uprising, what are your thoughts heading into that match against the same diva you defeated last week, but with the special guest referee being your former tag team partner and reigning Divas Champion, Layla, where the winner will walk into Final Stand and face Layla for her championship?

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 4a3u7cI

{Paige}
If there's one thing that I know will happen, its Layla calling it down the middle. Over the past few months, Layla has developed a friendship of sorts with Kaitlyn, and prior to that, we stood side by side in a war against The Bella Twins. The way I see it, it's anybody's match to win, but if history has shown us anything, it's that Kaitlyn hasn't yet to pin me in that ring.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 C1sLOpy

{Paige}
I take nothing away from her in ring ability, I don't underestimate the power she puts behind that spear of hers, but she's never beaten me. Sure, she holds a “victory” over me but that wasn't by pinning me, she has that “win” on a technicality. I may have “lost” without getting pinned but that doesn't mean that she's beaten me. Last week, I showed the entire world what would have happened at last years Final Stand if it would have been a one on one match, something I'm still waiting for, something I will get after I defeat Kaitlyn once again at Uprising.

*Renee is about to continue when someone off screen is hear interrupting her by cleaning their throat. Kaitlyn, Paige's opponent at Uprising, soon walks into view of the camera.*

[Kaitlyn]
Sorry Renee, I never really got the chance to say this, but it honestly was a great match, still unpinned I see. I gotta say, it's weird knowing there is one diva in the back that I haven't pinned so by all means, go ahead and say it all you want, I'd do the same. I've pinned Layla, AJ, and every other possible Diva but kudos to you for being the exception, Paige. But the thing is, last week wasn't when things mattered, last week was just another match that in the end mean nothing. At Uprising is when it really matters.

Kaitlyn pauses for a second, looking dead into the eyes. The tension between the two could obviously be cut with a knife. Despite the fact they share a friend, these two could be anything but friends.

[Kaitlyn]
And victory or pinfall, all that matters is when the match matters, and I'm the one going in without any kind of advantage. I've lost these past few weeks, sure, I'll admit that and it sucks that I need to go and find my groove again but I'll find it by the time Uprising comes around because come Uprising, I'll be the number one contender and come Final Stand, I'll once again be champion. And you, will just be another paige in the storybook of my career.... See what I did there, funny, right?

{Paige}
Real clever, Kaitlyn.

*The sarcasm is Paige's tone is easily heard, but that doesn't seem to bother Kaitlyn, who is proud at her pun.*

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 K7fKpl1

{Paige}
As much as I don't like you, but you are right about one thing, Uprising is where it matters. And just like last week, I will defeat you again when the times comes. But tonight, you are none of my concern, I've got to face a certain Bella before you and I meet at Uprising, so if I were you, I'd pay really close attention to my match, because that's what you have in store come Uprising.

Kaitlyn lets out a slight chuckle before she starts to speak.

[Kaitlyn]
Bella, oh you mean like the Bella Twins? The two divas who I've beat more times then I can count? They aren't that hard to beat and that's coming from personal experience. I'll give them credit they are good, good enough to separate certain tag teams, but they were never good enough to beat me. I'll be sure to watch and I'll be sure to keep a close eye on things.

*Tensions start to get high, each woman stepping closer to one another, staring at each other with a look that says they're ready to go right then and there. But before anything can happen, before anyone can make one move, before anything else can be said...The Divas Champion and their friend quickly slides in between them from behind, separating them, perhaps in fear of seeing her two closest friends have bad blood with one another. She then places her arms around both of them as her title remains firmly strapped around her waist.*

[Layla]
There you two are! How are my two bestest friends doing? Making plans to grab a bite to eat together after the show? If not, we totally should, I mean we're all in action tonight, we should reward ourselves.

*Paige looks at Layla, giving her a look she knows quite well, a look that says "That's not going to happen." Once Layla's expression fades, she turns to Kaitlyn, only to see another look she knows quite well, and that's one that tells her she doesn't want to say no, but has no desire to hang out with her opponent at Uprising.*

[Layla]
Or not, dinners overrated anyways, who gets dinner nowadays? Nobody, that's who.

*Layla again looks for one of them to respond, but they're still, even though Layla's in between them in an effort to obviously keep her friends on good terms or at least, not pulling each other's hair out...it's no use. They're both competitive women, and they're focused on only each other.*

[Layla]
So listen I...

*However, before Layla can continue, Paige breaks the silent staredown between herself and Kaitlyn, and her attention shifts to her friend and former tag-team partner.*

{Paige}
Layla, I must be going, I've got a match,to win...

*Paige puts emphasis on the word "win" playing up the fact that while she's had no trouble in the department, her opponent at Uprising, the woman standing across from her, has.*

{Paige}
So I'll see you later.

*Giving off the closest thing to a smile, Paige looks at Layla who smiles back, but then stares right into Kaitlyn's eyes and starts to point at her in a dramatic way*

{Paige}
And I'll be seeing YOU at Uprising!

*Staring at Kaitlyn with a look of confidence, she turns away, heading away from the two, leaving Layla standing there as Kaitlyn watches her walk away.*

[Layla]
Anyways, you're going to knock 'em dead out there, Alicia Fox isn't going to know what hit her, but it'll be a spear, a spear that only YOU could deliver.

[Kaitlyn]
You're right, and that spear won't even compare to the one at Uprising!

*In a serious tone Kaitlyn makes a bold statement, a statement that Layla isn't sure how to react to, but she isn't given any time to either. Kaitlyn looks down at Layla's waist, seeing The Divas Championship she's held longer than anyone else has in XWL, then heads off in the opposite direction, leaving Layla there, staring down at her waist now as well. She unclips it from behind, holding it up in front of herself, seeing the very thing that's coming in between her two friends, and can't help but sigh, knowing that Uprising is not going to be easy for her. Just as it seemed like that was going to be it, out pops Renee Young, stepping back onto the scene now that the awkward moment between the three has passed. Layla notices her and immediately puts a smile on her face, and setting her title on her shoulder.*

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 3Bne0rY

[Layla]
Hey Renee!

{Renee Young}
Sorry if it's a bad time, but can I get your thoughts on, well what we just saw?

*Unsure of how to respond, Layla opens her mouth, and nothing comes out. Standing there like that for a few seconds, she finally realizes she's just standing there and not saying anything, which doesn't help the situation at all.*

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 0yL0vjX

[Layla]
Um, what ever do you mean?

{Renee Young}
Well they didn't exactly seem to be on the best of terms, is that difficult for you considering you're both their friend?

[Layla]
They're fine, they're just focused, that's good, they should be, it's a huge opportunity for both of them, I'm really excited for Uprising.

*That last bit came out in a tone that says otherwise.*

{Renee Young}
You sure about that? I mean, it's almost like you're caught in between them, that can't be easy for you.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 STABRBk

[Layla]
It's a bit difficult to know that at Uprising, I'll crown one of them number one contender, and declare one of them, the loser...but that's how it goes. This business is a whirlwind ride, you face your friends, face your foes, and sometimes like now, you have to be the one who decides which friend you face. They're both going to kill it at Uprising, and the weeks leading up to it might not be, one big party I guess you could say....but everythings going to be just fine.

{Renee Young}
Well that's good then, I may be reading mixed signals so I apologize for that.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 XlUFhP7

[Layla]
It's fine, everything's fine. Uprising is going to be great, really...having my two closest friends battling it out for the number one contendership to my title...being the lucky person to raise the winner's hand, what could be better?

{Renee Young}
Thank you for your time Layla, good luck tonight.

[Layla]
Thanks, nothing better than facing your friends, and you'll see that after my match with Michelle. Because nothing changes after a match, you head into it as friends, and that's how you leave...there's nothing to worry about.

*Renee nods, smiling, then backs away leaving Layla there by herself. She noticeably isn't herself right now, perhaps overthinking Uprising too much. She sighs, then looks at her Divas Championship, staring at it until we fade away to a commercial.*

The bell sounds and Layla's theme sounds, causing the fans to cheer after a great match between two friends.

[JR]
And Layla does it, successfully defeat Michelle McCool.

[King]
These two know each other better than any other two women here, and it showed.

[Michael Cole]
Had Michelle gotten the win she might have had a case to be added in to the battle of Layla's friends at Uprising, but while she came close, the champion proves why she's the one holding that title right now.

As Layla's hand is lowered, she notices Michelle still down from the Layout, she walks over to her leaning down, extending her hand to her much to the delight of the fans. Michelle stares for a moment, leaving us to wonder if she's frustrated by the loss, but proves she isn't by smiling and accepting Layla's hand. She's pulled up to her feet, sharing in a quick hug before pulling apart and giving the fans a trip to nostalgia land by keeping their hands locked together, then spinning in a half rotation, mirroring the entrance they used to do every single week as Lay-Cool.

[King]
A great show of respect there.

[Michael Cole]
But the question on my mind is, will we see a similar sight after Uprising? Layla seems to be worried about coming in between Paige and Kaitlyn, especially being so close to them...maybe she's worried with reason.

[JR]
I don't think Kaitlyn and Paige are friends by any means, but I don't think Layla has anything to worry about. She'll call it down the middle, and they know that.

[King]
Maybe so, but we've seen in the past, that sometimes friendships aren't as strong as we think. With an opportunity at Layla's title on the line, anything really can happen.

[Michael Cole]
The fact that Kaitlyn has yet to pin Paige, really does make an interesting point should that finally happen, but only because Layla was in charge of counting the pin, not an actual referee.

[JR]
Nonetheless, Uprising is going to be a match we don't wanna miss, we've got a great showing of friendship here before us right now, and that's what we should be talking about.

[King]
Lay-Cool giving the fans a trip down memory lane.

Layla and Michelle finally let go, saying unheard things to each other and smiling. Michelle starts to leave the ring, allowing Layla to celebrate her victory and allowing us to fade to a commercial.

We come back to XWL Breakdown after a short advertisement for Uprising to see cutie patootie Renee Young backstage with the recently-returned Alicia Fox.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 Normal_WWE_App__Alicia_Fox_Talks_AJ_Layla_Alliance_5B480p5D_mp4_000021721

[Renee Young]
Alicia, thanks for joining me. Now, last week you made your return to Breakdown, stating that you would win the Miss Money In The Bank Ladder Match at Final Stand VI later this year. Now, you're facing the longest reigning Divas Champion in XWL history in Kaitlyn later on tonight. Your thoughts?

Alicia fluffs up her hair, licking her lips with a smirk on her face as she looks down towards Renee, speaking into the microphone.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 Normal_WWE_App__Alicia_Fox_Talks_AJ_Layla_Alliance_5B480p5D_mp4_000024157

[Alicia Fox]
Kaity Kaboom is one tough cookie, Renee. Really tough, as a matter of fact. She's the longest reigning Divas champ for a reason, and it's not just because she can bench press a semi truck. No, no...there's a lot of reasons why she'll be tough to beat in that ring tonight. Her strength, her quickness, her fascination with mustaches...need I go on?

Alicia runs a hand through her dark red locks, licking her lips again with a soft laugh.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 Normal_WWE_App__Alicia_Fox_Talks_AJ_Layla_Alliance_5B480p5D_mp4_000026559

[Alicia Fox]
Her spears could rip holes through people. She could probably bust the ribs of some of the XWL Superstars. She did it to Paige and I at the same time last year at Final Stand. I've taken a lot of that girl's spears. They hurt. Like...a lot. Honestly? I think I'd rather get my wisdom teeth taken out again over taking a Kaitlyn spear. They aren't fun.

The "Fierce Foxy One" gives a pout towards the camera, slowly shaking her head and mouthing a "Not fun!".

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 Normal_WWE_App__Alicia_Fox_Talks_AJ_Layla_Alliance_5B480p5D_mp4_000029529

[Alicia Fox]
But! But, but, but, but...while she can spear her way through a small minivan, she shall get no such chance tonight! For you see, I'm going to be the one with my hand raised and theme playing tonight. Kaitlyn's a cool chick, and I respect her and the fact that she held the title for 234 days. But, unfortunately for her, she's a stepping stone for me to make it to 235 days as Divas Champion! She may have beaten me at Final Stand V, but tonight, by pinning her in that ring, I will keep on proving that 2014...is the Year Of The Fox!

She smiles wide, showing pearly white teeth with a triumphant nod as she walks out of camera-shot.

FEED… ME… MOREEE!

The crowd lets out a mixed reaction as Paul Heyman’s newest client walks out to the stage to Lillian Garcia’s introduction. He raises his left arm, then raises his right arm, then his left again, and his right, before finally lifting both of his massive arms in the air and bringing them down as his stage pyro shoots up while he shouts “WAKE UP!!!” The crowd’s cheers quickly turn to boos as Paul Heyman enters with a maniacal grin on his face, and Edge and Goldberg at his back. The Ryback turns and glares at his new manager before shaking his head and walking down the ramp towards the ring. Half way down the ramp The Ryback stops and shakes his head again, clearly giving second thoughts about competing against his friend Sangriento. He turns around and begins to walk back up the ramp but is stopped as Goldberg gets right in his face. Heyman can be seen shouting something at The Ryback as the two monsters continue to stare one another down. Edge finally gets in between Goldberg and The Ryback and pushes The Human Wrecking Ball towards the ramp. The Ryback takes a step towards Edge, looking like he might retaliate but Heyman steps in his way, shaking his head and using that silver tongue of his to convince The Ryback to turn back around and head back to the ring, which The Human Wrecking Ball ends up doing after much thought.

JR
Paul Heyman is sick. Making The Ryback fight Sangriento like this. It’s just inhuman!
King
Well we both know that Paul Heyman lost his humanity a long time ago!!
Two friends, once allies watching each other’s back on the front lines, are slated to become opponents tonight and we are moments away from seeing how they’re going to handle this situation. Heyman is on the outside of the ring screaming instructions to The Ryback who is doing his best to ignore him. Also, on the outside Edge and Goldberg look on like wolves, ready to make sure The Ryback goes through with this.

Cheers breakout in the arena, although they don’t come without some boos as the collective XWL Universe is still unsure of how they feel about Don West and his clients. West strolls onto the stage with Sangriento in tow and he looks down at the ramp at Ryback in the ring and for a moment neither man moves or changes their expression. Finally, Sangriento puts a comforting hand on West’s shoulder snapping his manager out of his trance and together they make their way down to the ring.

West has made an interesting move allowing himself to be outnumbered, and he takes a moment on the steel stairs to look at the guys surrounding the ring, before grabbing a microphone and stepping into the ring. Once against West and Ryback lock eyes, a wordless, emotional exchange taking place until Heyman’s voice, screeching as he climbs onto the apron causes West to shift his focus. Heyman is heard ordering West out of the ring so that the match could begin, but the leader of The West Side Army appears to have something to get off his chest. Once the noise from the people die down, he begins to speak.

Don West
Actually, Heyman, there’s no point in me leaving this ring because contrary to what you believe a match between Ryback and Sangriento will not be taking place, tonight, tomorrow, next week, next year…. never! You don’t think I see what you’re trying to do here, Heyman? You may have Ryback’s contract, but you don’t have his respect and this little bout was your way of trying to drive him into your arms, but it won’t work. I’m taking a page out of your book and refusing to have my client compete on Breakdown this week, and there’s nothing you, or Edge or Goldberg can do about it, because if either of them lays a finger on me or my client, I have eyes backstage watching who will be out here so fast it’ll make your head spin, just before it gets knocked clean off of your shoulders!

West watches as Heyman enters the ring with a microphone in his hands but begins speaking before his adversary can chime in with his two cents.

Don West
As a matter of fact, I’m out here looking at your group of guys, and I’m doing the best I can to hold back my laugher. This right here is the best you can do to try and take me down? Are you kidding me? Those two are less concerned about having you as a manager and a lot more worried about keeping themselves as relevant in this day and age by any means possible! It’s no wonder you’re still so obsessed with getting your stinking paws on Ryback… Guys like Edge and Goldberg aren’t enough to save a sinking ship when they can’t even keep their own careers afloat!

That was the straw that broke the camel’s back and after that killer line, laughter pour out of West in waves and waves until his face turns bright red.
Paul Heyman
You won’t let Sangriento compete Don?... Throwing in the towel before the match even begins? Like you should have done at X-Treme X-Mas? Well, that’s fine by me!! The Ryback doesn’t have to face Sangriento tonight, but these people sitting out here in the audience tonight paid good money for their seats. The Ryback versus Sangriento was what they paid to see, it’s what was advertised, and now they won’t be able to see it. Now that’s a waste of money if you ask me, and everyone knows I’m not one to waste these people’s hard earned money. When my clients are advertised for an entertaining match, I give these people an entertaining match. So if you won’t help me give these people what they deserve then I’ll just have to do it on my own!
Heyman begins to grin as he asks his clients to all enter the ring.
Paul Heyman
These people all paid to see The Ryback wrestle, so that’s what they’ll get. Now I could hold an open challenge but we all know that there’s no one in the back brave enough to try and fight one of my clients, so I guess I’ll just have to make a match of my own!! Seeing as Goldberg already wrestled tonight, and won might I add, and seeing as Edge has a match coming up later tonight and can’t use all of his energy right now.. I figure it only makes sense to have The Ryback face both Goldberg and Edge in a handicap match!!! Yeah! That sounds great!! What do you think West??

Don West
I think it’s funny that you went out of your way to not mention the name of the only one of your clients who matters to me at this very moment when everyone is on their edge of their seats, the edge, Paul,  waiting to hear what you have to say about the fact that Sangriento vs. Brock Lesnar is all but official for Uprising thanks to me throwing my weight around the way you love to. I thought you’d be excited, Paul, considering the way you’ve become so obsessed with seeing what’s beneath my client’s mask, I figured you wouldn’t be able to shut up about it! But you’re probably fuming deep down, aren’t you?

West smirks as he watches Heyman shift his weight from side to side.

Don West
For so long it was you calling the shots, it was you telling me and Sangriento when we’d see Brock Lesnar and we had no choice but you play along. But now… now it’s us who have demanded when Brock should show up and you know that if his ugly mug doesn’t make an appearance you’ll both look like the biggest cowards in all of wrestling. For weeks now you’ve been acting all high and mighty like you can’t be touched, but as I stand here in front of you I can see it, Paul…I can see that you’re falling apart at the seams and you’re doing everything in your power to make it seem like you’re in control… but you’re not, Paul! Not anymore, not now that I’ve wizened up and made some moves that have left you scrambling to try and keep up.

Heyman goes to speak but West cuts him off.

Don West
As far as this little handicap match goes, I’m calling your bluff right here, right now. There’s no way that you’d work so hard to get Ryback only to make him miserable, and you’re not going to make a fool out of me.

With that said, West turns around and together he and Sangriento leave the ring and begin to make their way up the ramp.

Paul Heyman
You think this is a game, Don? RING THE BELL!!!

As Heyman finishes that thought, the bell rings and in the blink of an eye Edge and Goldberg are on Ryback like vultures on rotting flesh. The crowds boos drown out Heyman’s maniacal laughter and he looks up at the stage to catch West’s reaction but he’s long gone. The crowd ditches the boos in favor of a chant of Ryback’s name, doing whatever they can to give The Human Wrecking Ball the will to fight through his disadvantage.

It seems their efforts are working and as Ryback begins to fight back – throwing hard punches, stiff kicks, brutal headbutts and vicious kness – their chants grow louder and when, with a burst of brute force, Ryback is able to push Edge and Goldberg away from him there’s an explosion of cheers. Ryback floors Goldberg with a hard right, then does the same to Edge but soon his advantage dwindles as the two men attack him simultaneously and then drop him with a double suplex.

Ryback slowly works his way to his feet, but the crowd is begging him to stay down because they see what he doesn’t: Edge and Goldberg standing on either side of him ready to deliver a vicious spear! Ryback works his way to his feet but then drops back down causing Goldberg and Edge to nearly collide but they stop just short of cracking their skulls together.

Groans of disappointment fill the air and the ears of the men in the ring who check on each other to make sure they’re okay when they’re suddenly knocked to the ground! After nailing the springboard double front dropkick, Sangriento kips up to his feet and gets ready to continue to attack when The Ref pushes him back and calls for the bell, this one is ending with a disqualification.

The boos come down forceful just before the people chant “Let them fight!” as Ryback works his way to his feet and stands defiantly next to his good friend across the ring from Edge and Goldberg.

Stephanie McMahon struts onto the stage with the cheers matching the volume of her theme blasting through the speakers. All eyes are on her and she looks down the ramp into the ring with an expression of disgust and annoyance on her face.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 S3PQMPW

Stephanie McMahon
It seems that I’m spending more time babysitting you guys than doing actual General Manager work and while it sure did make things interesting in the beginning, it’s starting to wear its welcome. So here’s how this is going to go: we have four people in the ring, the crowd clearly wants to see them go at it, so that’s exactly what’s going to happen right now. It’ll be Sangriento and Ryback taking on Edge and Goldberg in a tag team match! And if I have to come back out here you won’t like what I’ll have to...

Fire explodes scaring Stephanie as Kane marches out from the back! He’s out for revenge from earlier in the night! Kane storms down the ramp and enters the ring ready to finish the war that was started earlier in the night single-handily. Like the cowards they are, Kane and Goldberg stand back and watch as the one-armed, not even 200 pounds, Sangriento throws himself at the Big Red Machine only to get swatted aside like a fly.

Angered, Ryback charges forward and the two men begin changing heated blows in the middle of the ring with the crowd cheering with every punch Ryback lands and boos with every strike Kane throws back in retaliation. Ryback appears to be getting the upper hand until Goldberg jumps and together the two behemoths of men lay the smack down on The Human Wrecking Ball while Edge and Heyman watch on from the outside of the ring.

Out of nowhere Sangriento re-appears in the picture and does what he can to give Kane and Goldberg a run for their money but even with two good arms the odds would still be heavily against him. Don West and Sara Del Rey burst through the curtains and get ready to charge down the ramp until Stephanie screams out something at them that freezes them in place before she turns her attention back into the ring and raises the microphone up to her lips.

Stephanie McMahon
Enough… I said enough! The next person to so much as clench their fist will be suspended! Indefinitely! Without pay! Forget about what I said earlier, it was my mistake to assume that you could be treated like adults when all you’ve done is act like a bunch of children! The tag match is rescheduled for next week, and since you guys clearly love working together, instead of Goldberg and Edge teaming up against Sangriento and Ryback it will be Goldberg and Kane! And I swear when I say that all Paul Heyman Guys and all members of The West Side Army are banned from ringside, I MEAN IT! Got it? Good. Now get the hell of out my ring – all of you – so I can get this show back on the road.

The crowd pops for Stephanie laying down the law like that and even more for the interesting tag match she has announced for next week. How can four people who were opponents one week function as a tag the next? How will Ryback act when his contract is in Paul Heyman’s hands? In the ring, Sangriento and Ryback are in one corner and Goldberg in the next, while Kane stands alone in the center of the ring, raises his arms up slowly in the air… then quickly drops them as fire leaps out of the four turnbuckles. More important than the reaction of the superstars are the reactions of the two managers who stare down each other from their respective positions at ringside and on the stage. Breakdown fades to a commercial break as the hatred emanating from West and Heyman are the last thing we’re left with.

After a heated back and forth match, Gunner is finally able to put Sting away with The Gun Rack.

The still relatively unknown Gunner doesn’t get much of a reaction from the people here tonight, but after picking up a huge victory against The Icon, one of the legends in this business, some eyes, both in the audience and backstage, have to be on him now. Gunner celebrates all the way up the ramp, holding the back of his head, the effects of the match still weighing down on him, but soon he disappears behind the curtain and the camera’s cut back toward the ring to where Sting has finally managed to pull himself to his feet.

The crowd here tonight is giving him a warm reception, grateful that one of the greats in the wrestling business still has it him to come out here and put on a competitive match. Sting, sore and holding his back after that vicious finishing move, holds up his hand and thanks the people for their support and promises that he’ll do better next week. He refuses the help of the official, opting to leave the ring on his own, but before he can even get a foot through the ropes…

Darkness.

A thick sheet of black falls over the arena and the only thing that can be seen in this absence of light are the flashes of cameras that do nothing to help shed some light on what’s going on here. The crowd begins buzzing, trying to make sense of what’s going on here, but even when the lights come back on the scene is still had to make out. Sting is alone in the middle of the ring, no worse for wear than before the lights went off, but suddenly the cameras cut back over to the stage where a man is seen squatting just above the ramp.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 Vb4dTkP

It’s Leo Kruger! He’s back! The crowd isn’t sure what to make of this, and neither does Sting as he gives Kruger a curious glance from his position in the ring. Kruger remains in his squat on the stage, pulling on his ponytail and sticking his tongue in the hole where a tooth used to be and when the camera gets near we can hear the unsettling sucking sound that makes. Finally, after a long while of nothing but eye contact, Kruger begins to chuckle, one not born out of amusement but pure evil. He stands up right, and waves goodbye to the man in the ring, belting out, “Ta-ta, Sting!” Before disappearing as quickly as he can.

The crowd begins murmuring as so many questions were aroused by that peculiar confrontation. Why did Kruger choose right now to make his return? What business does he have with Sting of all people, a man who he has never crossed paths with before until this night? Sting, exits the ring, the roar of the crowd giving him support as he walks gingerly up the ramp, unsure of what lies ahead for his future with this new threat lurking just beyond the horizon.

AJ Lee is in control as she lands a nice neckbreaker on Brie, only to follow up with another neckbreaker. AJ raises up from the canvas and looks down at Brie and starts to skip around Brie before going for the cover but Brie kicks out right after the referee slaps his hand down for the two count. The former Divas Champion, AJ Lee, doesn't look satisfied at all. AJ picks Brie up to her feet slowly and hits a snapmare, followed up by a chin lock and starts to apply pressure to Brie. The referee hunches over close to Brie and asks her if she wants to give up but she insists on fighting through the submission hold. On the outside, Nikki Bella starts slapping the canvas and clapping to get the fans to start clapping for Brie as she fights through the hold. Slowly, Brie makes her way to her feet as the fans claps get faster and as she gets to her feet, she starts hammering away with some elbows to the midsection of AJ. Before she can get AJ to release her grip, AJ slams Brie down to the mat by her hair and goes for the cover...

Brie Bella kicks out and she's still in this. AJ backs up into the ring ropes and takes a seat as she waits for Brie to rise from the canvas. AJ tilts her head to the side as she eyes her opponent, no one in the arena knows what AJ is thinking about. AJ hops off the ring ropes and grabs Brie by the hair as she's almost about to make her way to her feet. AJ irish whips Brie into the turnbuckle and starts charging at her. Before AJ can connect with Brie, Brie hits a swift elbow to the side of AJ's face, knocking her back. Brie Bella hops up onto the second rope and the fans can see she's about to get fired up. Brie launches off the second rope and hits AJ with a nice diving dropkick to chest, knocking her down to ground. AJ Lee scrambles over to the bottom ring ropes but Brie doesn't let up. Brie starts charging towards the ropes and hits AJ with a running knee to the chest. Brie Bella shouts "Come on!" before performing another running knee to AJ's chest and going for the cover...

AJ Lee kicks out. Brie Bella picks AJ Lee up from the canvas and slingshots her towards the rope with an irish whip. Brie hunches over, hoping for a back body drop, but AJ thinks a step ahead and hits Brie with kick to the arm. Brie pops back up and AJ hits her with a spinning back kick. AJ irish whips Brie with great force into the ring ropes. Brie Bella comes running back and AJ attempts to go for a spinning heel kick but Brie ducks and slides through AJ's legs. As soon as AJ turns around, Brie kicks her in the gut and lands a huge Bella Buster! Brie pushes AJ over onto her back and goes for the cover...

[Lillian Garcia]:
Here is your winner, Brie Bella!

The theme of Brie Bella plays throughout the arena as she picks up her first win on her return match against AJ Lee. Brie Bella raises up from the ground and the referee raises her hand in victory. Brie then raises both of her hands in the air as the fans cheer her on, a victory she hasn't really received here in XWL. The former Divas Champion heads over to the turnbuckle and poses at the top, pointing one finger in the air as the fans continue to cheer her on.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 AuyNTxw

Brie Bella then drops down to the canvas and Nikki Bella enters the ring to help her sister celebrate her win. Nikki Bella takes her sister's hand and raises it in the air.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 AWSDElu

Brie and Nikki Bella, The Bella Twins, make their way through the middle rope and outside the ring. As the two divas walk up the ramp, fans from each side of the barricade reach over, hoping for a few hand slaps from The Bella Twins. Brie complies and slaps a couple of hands with a huge smile on her face. Suprisingly, Nikki Bella does the same, shocking her sister Brie. As the two divas get to the top of the ramp, they turn around and do their signature twirl, something we haven't seen in a while and pose one last time. Unexpectedly, the Anvillette, Natalya, sneaks up behind Brie Bella and covers Brie's face, scaring her in the process. Brie turns around to find out it's none other than Natalya congratulating her on her win and the two divas hug. The cameras close up on Nikki Bella, who doesn't look amused by Natalya's actions, and gives Natalya a very dirty look as her attention is elsewhere. When Natalya looks over at Nikki, her facial expression immediately changes to one filled with happiness, although she isn't genuinely happy. The last picture we see is Natalya and Brie side by side as Nikki Bella watches from the side and we head to the next segment...

[Interviewer]
First off John, congrats on the win against someone who could be considered not only a XWL Veteran, but a Wrestling Veteran in William Regal. Secondly, how did it feel to pick up the win?

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 Z3qRNfh

[John Cena]
It was great, especially when it was against Regal himself. The guy has my utmost respect for, regardless if he is one of the guys who you like to be around or he gets in that snobby mood of his where you can't stand to be around him. Either way, I'm going to respect the hell out of him because he's one of those guys you've got to respect. But in the end, respect came second, making sure I got the win came first and I made sure that is how things went. I went out there, I fought as hard as I could and I won. From what I've heard at least, Mister Regal didn't take the loss to lightly and he pretty much just got up and left the building. Good man, but I guess everyone can be a sore loser at times.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 DabIfgu

[John Cena]
And now, just like last week, I've got to look forward at the future to see what it may bring. This week it brought me a good match with one of wrestling's greatest technical performers, next week, who knows? It could be one of the great brawlers, grapplers, extremest, I'll just have to wait and see. But one thing is for sure, regardless of who it may be, they shouldn't expect an easy match because it won't be easy. It won't even be a match. It will be a fight and just like every time, I won't back down and I won't give up.

XWL cuts backstage to Gunner just after his match

[Interviewer]
Gunner can I have a moment of your time please?

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 Gunner1_zps0da5ff0f

[Gunner]
Sure but make it quick I have to be some where.

[Interviewer]
Well my first question is I know you just got out of a epic match with the one they call sting. How do you think that match went.

[Gunner]
I think that was one of the greatest matches I have had so far. Sting pushed me to the limits and gave me everything he could dish out but in the end the better man did emerge victory. And to that I thank you Sting that was one hell of a match man hope to do it again sometime soon.

[Interviewer]
My second question how do you think Sting is feeling after this match.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 Gunner2_zps8ede5d52

[Gunner]
To start of that question most tag teams and friends when they go one on one with each other know that someone has to lose. They know it can get competitive and they know what is on the line. Most tag teams and friends split apart weither it is a title match, a number one contenders match, or if its for the money in the bank briefcase. As for Sting he knew that one of had to lose and giving it all he could is the only thing he could do. In a match anything can happen and people will do what ever they can to win. I think Sting is a little disappointed with his self but hell who isn’t disappointed after losing a match at the end of it all I respect him and I know he respects me.

[Interviewer]
And my third and final question is how do you feel about what the big show had to say? How do you feel about him calling you out.

[Gunner]
Hahahahahaha Show is a joke you see he’s sitting at home mad because I am a new guy that has people cheer me on in my matches. Show how about you actually come to work instead of sitting at home scarffing down donuts, cheeseburgers oh wait double cheese burgers, and ice cream and maybe you’ll be booked and maybe you’ll have fans that cheer you on. And as for his challenge I accept but Show I suggest you start getting warmed up because I will put you in your place.

[Interviewer]
Well you heard it from gunner him self as he accepts Big Shows one on one challenge for next week

Scene fades away

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 0Mz5g

*A familiar image appears on the Titantron, signaling that only one person is behind its appearance, none other than the ever psychotic Dean Ambrose. The image fades after a few moments as a video begins to play. The shot opens up as Dean Ambrose is shown looking off camera, something clearly having his attention, with his head tilted to the side. A few seconds pass before it appears that he has lost interest in whatever he was looking at and turns to the camera, breaking the silence that was beginning to fall over the unknown location.*

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 ZUIrb

{Dean Ambrose}
Who would have thought that a fluke victory over Dean Ambrose after a distraction from a false champion would catapult Seth Rollins to a Main Event match on tonight's show? A triple threat match involving that “champion” and his challenger no less. Ever since your return, Rollins, it seems that I am the topic of choice whenever you're in front of a camera. It's just like you to try to get under my skin, to try and get into my head before our “match,” but it's not working.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 Pm7vs

{Dean Ambrose}
It appears that you struggle to keep yourself relevant, and you love talking about the good old days, the days where you were once a rising star, keyword there is “were.” How many more times are you going to talk about winning the King of the Ring Tournament? How many more times are you going to use that to hide the fact that you haven't done anything worth talking about since then?

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 1wxIZ

{Dean Ambrose}
You can talk about how you were consumed by the “darkness” all you want, Rollins, you can talk about your precious “Blackout,” but if you even think for a second that you stand a chance against someone like me, let alone someone like Del Rio, then you're in for a rude awakening later tonight. You're walking into the lion's den, Rollins, you're walking into your own demise, and you'll only have yourself to blame for it.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 JuEaY

{Dean Ambrose}
You should have just stayed down when I took you out late last year, but your pride wouldn't allow that, now would it? It is said that pride comes before the fall, Rollins, and tonight, you're playing Russian Roulette with Dean Ambrose, and the only possible outcome is you losing it all. You don't know how easy it was to take you out and that was just when I was sending a message. Imagine what I'm capable of when I set my mind to something.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 Jmep2

{Dean Ambrose}
I will admit to something, you weren't the weak link in The Shield, nor was Reigns, you were the sole reason for The Shield's demise. I got tired of carrying both of you on my back for the better part of four months, but more specifically, I got tired of carrying you, Rollins. Failure after failure to become Intercontinental Champion, failure after failure of unsuccessfully winning last years King of the Ring Tournament, the very same Tournament you brag about winning the year prior.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 Fh4K7

{Dean Ambrose}
While you were busy failing to succeed, I was busy taking person after person out of their misery. My wars in the past have gotten me a diverse list of “superstars” that I have taken out,  “Vipers” like Randy Orton, “Extreme Legends” like Rob Van Dam, “Showoffs” like Dolph Ziggler, some of the best technical competitors like Daniel Bryan and Chris Jericho, and the list goes on and on. And as long as ignorance and stupidity exist in this world, that list will continue to grow.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 RBw5S

{Dean Ambrose}
Del Rio will be the next person to get added to that list, but that won't be until Uprising, tonight is nothing more than showing our beloved “World Heavyweight Champion” what he has in store for himself in three weeks time. I don't want there to be any excuses for when I put you out of your misery and end your pathetic reign as World Champion, Del Rio, because it's inevitable that I'm walking out of Uprising the new World Heavyweight Champion, it's only a matter of time now.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 OGCJ9

{Dean Ambrose}
After that night comes to a close, the darkest of days will fall upon this company and there isn't a damn thing Del Rio, Rollins, or anybody else can do about it. It'll be a true “Blackout.” Your fifteen minutes of fame end tonight, Rollins, and when that clock strikes midnight, I will still be walking into the Main Event of Uprising, while you will become nothing more than an afterthought. Believe that!

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 AXcq4

*Ambrose stares into the camera with determination, causing the cameraman to take a step back. He remains focused on the camera for a few more second before walking past it and out of view, his footsteps departing are the only thing that's picked up on the camera's microphone, as said camera begins to pan around the desolated and seemingly abandoned area, before fading to black.*

The titantron for Breakdown cuts to a backstage area, looking down a hallway with people on either side of it, talking and what not. Suddenly, the speakers are filled with music.

As the music cuts out for a brief moment, a man slide into the end of the hallway, back to the camera. He turns around, wearing a fuzzy purple jacket, big purple and gold hat with a gold feather sticking out of it along with a pair of big golden shades. Eric Young stands, dressed as a funk maestro of sorts. EY begins to "funkily" walk down the hallway, drawing attention from all the bystanders. Young removes his hat, placing it on the head of a guy talking to a girl. He then walks forward a few more inches in front of a group of girls. He slowly turns to them, removes his coat and drapes it over the shoulders of one of the girls. He then continues walking down the hallway, not stopping again till he gets right in front of the camera. He then stops there, busting out a spin move of sorts, throwing a hand up, leaning back, and "pulling the rope." He stands up straight as someone right behind him clears his throat, he turns around as the crowd laughs at him. Young removes his glasses as a smile comes across his face. The camera pans out to show Xavier Woods standing face to face with Young, cocking an eyebrow at him.

[Xavier Woods]
What.... The hell..... Was that?

Young looks a little sheepish while still smiling.

[Eric Young]

That was er.... That was me just-

[Xavier Woods]
You know what, never mind. But one of these days, I'm going to teach you how to dance. How are you doing man?

Woods cracks a smile, extending a hand as Young takes it, smiling big back at Woods.

[Eric Young]
I've been good man. How about you?

[Xavier Woods]
Well, you know.

[Eric Young]
Yeah man, it's cool, it's cool. What exactly are you doing here, man?

[Xavier Woods]
Well I just happened to be in the area when I received an e-mail from XWL headquarters.

[Eric Young]
Really? What was it about?

[Xavier Woods]
Oh nothing just asking me to finish filling out that paperwork they sent me last week so I wouldn’t get thrown out of here when I showed up today. You can’t be backstage unless you’re a V.I.P or happen to be a part of the company.

[Eric Young]
True I know what you…….Wait? A part of the company????

[Xavier Woods]
Haha yep yep. The soon to be Dr. Woods is now officially a XWL superstar baby! Not only that I get to make my debut tonight. I’m fighting some guy named Prince Devitt.

[Eric Young]
Never heard of him.

[Xavier Woods]
Yea neither have I. Oh well I digress, so what’s been going on around these parts. I’ve done some research about the history here and to be fair it is kind of interesting. I’ve noticed that some of the same superstars have found their way into the title picture in this company too. You have Del Rio as the world champion. HBK is the Intercontinental champion. Claudio, I mean Antonio Cesaro is the United States champion. I saw that my old friend AJ Lee just lost the divas title. How is she by the way.

[Eric Young]
Still as crazy as ever, man.

[Xavier Woods]
Haha I was kinda expecting that but where is your title history?

[Eric Young]
See what had happen was…

[Xavier Woods]
Say no more my friend, I already know the story. You keep getting passed over time and time again, huh? Everybody is getting title shots but good ol' Eric Young isn’t. Yeah, I feel your pain on that. It seems pretty unfair how that happens. Hell Kenny King even got a title shot before you and we all saw how that turned out.

Eric looks a little disappointed.

[Eric Young]
Yeah man. That still kind of stings. But I'm not overly worried about it. Just happy to be here most days! But hey, from what I've heard around the back, they haven't gotten a contender yet. Maybe they will finally look my way. I mean, why wouldn't they, right? I have a beard, a great ass, and my bandana is kinda cool. Seems only right for me to be somewhere in the ideas for that. Maybe I'll swing by Stephanie McMahon's office in a bit and see if the ol' EY butt-tocks will swing some gold my way.

Young licks his finger, placing it then on his rear and making a sizzling noise. The duo then share a laugh, until being interrupted.

[???]
You've got to be kidding me . . .

Young stops dead with his laughter, seeing who's coming before the camera does. Xavier turns around to find Kenny King standing right behind him, shaking his head.

[Kenny King]
If it isn't Xavier Woods, alive and in the flesh! Man, has it been a long time. And, Eric? Eric Young? How have you been man!? Not winning any championships I see! Ha ha, you know I'm just playing around. It's really good to see the both of you. I was just on my way to locker room when I overheard your little discussion about the next contender to the United States championship. I'll admit it, I laughed a little bit when you said that you thought you actually had a chance, Eric! I mean, come on! Everyone knows that I'm next in line for a title shot! It's in my contract. My rematch clause! I never got my rematch!

[Xavier Woods]
Your- Your rematch clause!? Man, don't make me laugh!

[Eric Young]
Yeah, 'pal', your rematch clause went right out the window the second you were injured. The title already changed hands twice since then.

[Kenny King]
Even so, Stephanie McMahon still knows what's best for business, and Kenny King is most certainly just that! That championship is rightfully mine, fellas. Neither of you have had the honor to hold that title in your hands, to call it your own. And you won't. I'm not saying, I'm just saying!

[Xavier Woods]
You're always "just saying", that's all you do is "just say".

[Eric Young]
He's right, you know. You can talk the talk, but I know from experience that you can't walk the walk.

Woods and Young share a laugh then slap hands, Kenny grunting.

[Kenny King]
I'm sorry, have you ever been the United States champion? No!? Yeah, that's what I thought!

Eric suddenly lunges at Kenny but Xavier gets in between the two and breaks them up. A shouting match breaks out with Woods in the middle of it all.

[Xavier Woods]
Okay . . . Guys, guys, alright, hold on, fellas, guys . . . ENOUGH!

Xavier's voice echoes throughout the halls as Young and King look at one another and gulp, both lowering their heads.

[Xavier Woods]
Damn, you two are something else! Can't you get along? After everything's you've been through?

[Eric Young]
Maybe if he wasn't such a jackass!

[Kenny King]
And if he wasn't such a sore loser!

Xavier shakes his head.

[Xavier Woods]
Look, none of us are going to know who the the #1 contender to the United States championship is for some time anyways. So, until then, why don't we just try, TRY, to get along. Okay?

King sighs and looks away from Eric, Young taking in a small breath.

[Eric Young]
I can, I don't know about him.

[Kenny King]
Xavier, you know you're my boy, but there ain't no way in hell that I'm getting along with this chump! Like I said all that time ago, he's a phony. He's not a real wrestler, he's a joke. Don't fall in with him, or you'll end up just the same. A loser with a lackluster career and no championships to his name. Huh, see you around Woods. Eric, you better hope that I don't see you.

Kenny glares at Eric for a few moments than vanishes off screen. Woods turns to Young and shakes his head.

[Xavier Woods]
Don't mind him, man. He's a lost cause. Come on, we've got to get ready for our matches.

Xavier and Eric both walk off screen and the show cuts to the ring for the next match.

Josh Mathews
Ladies and Gentlemen, please welcome my guest at this time, Prince Devitt.

The camera pans over to Devitt who is stood beside Josh with a big smile on his face.

Josh Mathews
I'd like to get your thoughts on what transpired on Breakdown last week during your match with Samoa Joe.

Devitt turns to Mathews and scowls.

Prince Devitt
There really isn't a word that captures what happened out there last week, Josh. Last week, I told you and I told every single one of the fans that tune in to watch this show that Samoa Joe was nothing but a waste of my time, that he didn't deserve to be competing against someone like me, and it comes as no surprise to anyone that I was right. It didn't even take ten seconds after entering that ring with me for Joe to end up lying on the ground, crying like the baby that he is. What's more, he didn't even know what had hit him, Josh. The Bullet Club took him down, we destroyed him, we dismantled his entire being and the big lug didn't even realise it. I bet he still doesn't even know what we did to him last week, the beating that he took at our hands. Does that sound like someone who deserves to be here, does it Josh? He doesn't have the mental capacity to notice anything that's going on around him, he's a complete waste of human space and I promise you Josh, the Bullet Club is far from done with him, we will not rest until all of these talentless schmuck's are dealt with. That means Bobby Roode, Chris Hero, Sting, Big E Langston, Christian, Dolph Ziggler, and hell, even Mickie James will all become eventual victims of the Bullet Club.

Josh Mathews
The Bullet Club? This is the name that you, Karl Anderson and that rather tall man are calling yourselves?

Prince Devitt
Clearly you don't understand. We don't just call ourselves the Bullet Club. Anderson, Fale and I, we make up the Bullet Club. See separately, we're just three men, three powerful, gifted wrestlers yes, but still only men. But when we come together, when we unite, we become much more than just mere men. We become, gods. The three of us together, we're unstoppable, we're invincible, we're the most powerful alliance that this show has ever and will ever see. There isn't anything that we can't do, whether it be destroy the career of someone who doesn't deserve it in the first place, or beat the living shit out of a legend in the business like Stone Cold Steve Austin. It doesn't matter what it is, it doesn't matter how difficult it may seem, nothing is a challenge for the Bullet Club. We're going to steam roll over everyone on this roster, and it's going to start tonight with Xavier Woods and Mr. Anderson.

Josh Mathews
Those are your matches tonight correct? You're taking on the newest addition to Breakdown in Xavier Woods, while your partner takes on a much bigger challenge in Mr. Anderson, a big name in this business.

Prince Devitt
Sorry. Did you just insinuate that Mr. Anderson is a challenge? Clearly you weren't paying attention when I showed everyone just how pathetic the ring ability of Mr. Anderson truly is. In only my second match in this company, I tarnished the reputation that Mr. Anderson built for himself, he bragged to you all, and he guaranteed a victory against me, but he fell to me, he lost and I was victorious. And if that isn't enough, let's look back at that tag team match in which I was forced to team with Mr. Anderson, he did what he does best and lost again, and two people who weren't even a part of the company for more than a week. And you have the nerve to call him a challenge... Just you wait until my man, Karl Anderson gets his hands around his neck, Mr. Anderson will regret the day he decided to poke fun on Prince Devitt. As for Xavier Woods, I'm not going to underestimate him. I haven't seen much of his work in the ring so I can't be too sure what I'm walking in to, but I'll give it my best and I urge that he does as well.

Josh Mathews
Well thank you for your time Prince Devitt and thank you for...

Before Mathews can finish his sentence, Devitt snatches the microphone from his grasp and turns towards the camera.

Prince Devitt
Stone Cold Steve Austin... I hope you haven't forgotten what I said to you last week... You had the nerve to disrespect the Bullet Club, you made a mistake that I'm afraid you won't have the chance to regret. You'd do well to heed the warning that I gave you, because mark my words, the Bullet Club is far from done with you because we're fuckin' real!

Devitt tosses the microphone back at Mathews and laughs as he watches Mathews attempt to catch it. Devitt then walks off in the direction of his locker room.

After a commercial break, we had back to Prince Devitt who is backstage walking through the hallway, eventually he arrives at two big doors with the words 'Bullet Club' engraved into the wood. Devitt stops just beside the door and turns to face the camera, he scowls as he sends the camera man away.

Prince Devitt
What are ya doin'? Buzz of will ya'? This here is family business.

The camera man obliges to Devitt's request and heads around the corner, but as Devitt turns his attention away from the man and back to the door, the camera man returns back to where he was standing. We can clearly see Devitt as he prepares to open the door, he places his hand on the door's handle and before even attempting to turn it, the door opens ajar. Surprised by the easy access to the room, Devitt stares at the door in silence, it takes a couple of seconds for him to push the door open further. Devitt looks into the room and instinctively places his hands over his forehead. He moves his hands up slowly and brushes them through his hair, shaking his head he makes his move into the room, having to step over something that had fallen over. The Camera man quickly rushes over to the door and motions his view over to the inside of the room. Clothes all over the room, the shelves from their locker room's, the shower curtains, the showers, everything in the locker room is laying on the floor, broken and in pieces.

The camera focuses in on Devitt who is standing in the middle of the remains of his locker room, he surveys the chaos in the room and is alarmed when he notices blood dripping down the wall across from him, he rushes over to the wall to find his bodyguard, Bad Luck Fale left beaten down, he checks his injuries and moves to help him, but before he can do anything, he sees something else that catches his attention, his best friend Karl Anderson lying in the corner of the room, lifeless with blood trickling down his face. Devitt rushes over to his friends aid, he kneels down beside Anderson and checks his head, trying to find the source of the blood, he pulls his shirt off over his head and uses it to suppress the bleeding. As he's attending to his friend's wounds, Devitt notices something shiny behind Anderson's head, he lifts his friends head up and grabs the object, now drenched in blood, it appears to be a gift ribbon. Devitt scrunches the ribbon into his hand and throws it behind his back, he hears the camera man almost trip over something on the floor and with no hesitation, he quickly stands up and turns towards him with a look that could kill.

Prince Devitt
Is this supposed to be some kind of joke? Because I'm not laughing. And I'm tellin' ya now. When I find out who did this... You won't be either.

With that, Devitt grabs the camera from the man's hands and throws it out of the room, it crashes against the floor outside and the feed is lost.

DING! DING! DING!

The theme of The Prince of Parkour, John Morrison, plays throughout the arena and immediately the fans begin to boo, showing that they haven't forgotten about his heinous attack on Kofi Kingston and his harsh words last week. John steps out from the back decked in a new black and gray attire and with a huge smirk on his face.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 EQEiH

[Lillian Garcia]: The following contest is set for one-fall, introducing first, from Los Angeles, California, weighing in at 209 lbs, John Morrison!

The Shaman of Sexy struts to the top of the ramp and performs his signature pose as the camera slows down and fireworks shoot out from each side of the ramp.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 ROLFQ

The Prince of Parkour resumes struting down the ramp as he makes his way to the ring. Several fans of all ages hold their hands out, hoping for John Morrison to give them some recognition, however, John simply walks by and makes his way to the steel steps, not acknowledging any of the fans in the crowd. Morrison makes his way through the middle rope and steps into the ring, holding out his hands and spinning around.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 YTEze

[Lillian Garcia]: And introducing his opponent, from St. Louis, Missouri, weighing in at 235 lbs, Randy Orton!

Randy Orton steps out from the back to a chorus of boos from the fans that doesn't seem to phase him one bit. The Viper starts to make his way down the ramp slowly as fans reach out over the barricades. The Apex Predator gives the fans a couple of cold stares before slowly walking to the steel steps and entering between the top and middle ring rope. Orton then makes his way to the middle of the ring and looks over at Morrison with an unpleasant look before backing up into his corner.

The referee calls for the bell and the match kicks off! John Morrison and Randy Orton begin to circle each and other, slowing approaching each other in the process. Both men lock up and the struggle for power begins. The Apex Predator is eventually able to get Morrison into a headlock, applying pressure gradually. Morrison backs up into the ring ropes and launches Randy into the opposite ring ropes. Orton ricochets back and hits a nice shoulder block, knocking Morrison to the ground and he goes for the quick cover, but Morrison kicks out immediately. Orton goes back for the headlock and Morrison tries to break free from Orton's hold. Morrison makes his way to his feet slowly but surely and hits Randy with a series of elbows to the midsection. Morrison irish whips Randy Orton into the ropes yet again and Randy follows up with a shoulder block as he comes running back. Orton catches his breathe for a minute before running back towards the ring ropes as John Morrison kips up. As Orton comes running back, Morrison hits a huge dropkick to the face of Orton. Morrison goes for the cover...

1!

Orton kicks right out and gets back to his feet quickly. The referee instructs Morrison to back up as Orton gets close to the ropes. The two men begin to circle each other again and get closer to each other. Orton holds his hand out in the air for Morrison to lock up and looks like Morrison is going to do so until Morrison lands a gut kick to the midsection of Orton. John then gets a grip of Orton's arm and twists it. Orton drops down to one knee as Morrison applies more pressure and the referee asks Orton if he's throwing in the towel. Orton rises up from the ground and eventually reverses Morrison's hold into an arm wrench of his own. Morrison is able to get a grip of the ring rope in a matter of seconds, breaking the hold. The referee begins to count for a possible disqualification but Randy lets go at 2. The referee instructs Orton to move back and he complies but he goes right back after Morrison, only to hit with a kick to gut. Morrison drags Orton down onto the middle rope and starts to apply pressure on Randy's neck, prompting the referee to begin his count... 1! 2! 3! John finally lets go and attempts to get the cover...

1!

2!

Kickout by Orton. John Morrison seems to be a little agitated as Randy kicks out. Morrison brings Orton to his feet slowly and gets a grip around his neck with his arm. Morrison places Orton's arm around his neck and performs a nice vertical suplex. The camera closes up on Randy Orton, who looks to be in some pain after that move. The Prince of Parkour makes his way back to his feet and steps over Randy Orton. He mocks Orton with one his signature poses, holding his hands high in the air as the fans boo him. Morrison then makes his way to the ring ropes and gets a grip the top rope with his two hands. He looks back for a second before jumping up and performing a springboard moonsault but the Apex Predator is able to move out the way and send Morrison crashing into the mat. Orton makes his way to ring ropes to regain his composure and waits for Morrison to get back to his feet. Morrison rolls over and makes his way to the ring ropes, using it for leverage. He turns around and starts charging towards the Viper but Orton catches him with a clothesline knocking him to the floor. Morrison gets back up and charges at Orton again, only to be taken down by another clothesline. Morrison pops up yet again and charges at Randy, hoping to connect with a clothesline, but Orton ducks and Morrison goes running into the ring ropes. John ricochets back and Orton hits a nice snap scoop powerslam.

Orton spins around and drops down on the ground and starts pounding. The fans know what time it is. Orton pounds both fists before starting to alternate between fist. As Morrison makes his way to his feet, The Viper also starts to rise to his feet. As Morrison turns around, Orton jumps up and tries for the RKO, but John Morrison is able to push him off and exit the ring. Randy Orton goes right after Morrison he starts walking over to the announcers table. Morrison takes a rest at the announcers table only for Randy Orton to interrupt in a matter of seconds. Orton attempts to get a grip of John Morrison's head but Morrison hits him with a hard elbow to the stomach before slamming his head into the announcer's table. Morrison continues to do this before throwing Orton into the ring. Morrison hops up onto the announcer's table and poses again, just like Randy Orton, but as the referee reaches a  6 count, he hops down and makes his way towards the ring. Morrison hops onto the apron but before he can step through, Orton gets to his feet and hits him with a sharp kick to the midsection, stunning Morrison. Orton grabs The Prince of Parkour's head and pulls him through the middle rope so that his feet are hanging off the middle rope. The crowd begins to cheer as they've seen this familiar position before and the referee starts counting. After the three count, Orton slaps Morrison's back and plants him with a huge DDT.

Orton backs up to the turnbuckle diagonal of John Morrison and he holds the top ring ropes and stalks Morrison. It looks like Orton as if he's going for his signature punt. Morrison slowly inches up and is on all fours and Orton starts charging. Morrison is able to sense Orton coming and dodges right before Orton goes for the kick and goes for the roll up right after...

1!

2!

Randy Orton kicks out and rolls over onto his knee. Morrison is quicker to get to his feet and hits Orton with running knee smash, knocking Orton out. Morrison drags Orton away from the ropes and into the center and goes for the cover...

1!

2!

Thre...

Kickout by Orton at the last moment. John Morrison looks in disbelief as Orton kicks out. He makes his way to his feet and starts kicking Orton in the midsection over and over. The Shaman of Sexy then drags Orton over to the turnbuckle closest to him and steps over Orton. John Morrison grabs hold of the ring ropes...

To Morrison's surprise, the crowd start to cheer heavily as he prepares to take off for the Starship Pain, he looks to make impact with Orton, but Orton slyly rolls out of the ring, luckily for Morrison he lands on his feet, but the cheering isn't dying down it only gets louder, Morrison turns around and the source of the cheering soon becomes apparent from what he sees.

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 UAMU3M8

Kofi is at the apron, about to get into the ring, Morrison tries to take advantage of his leverage over Kingston and rushes over to the ropes, but Kingston pulls himself up with the ropes and connects with a vicious boot to the side of Morrison's skull. The referee calls for the bell and the match comes to an ends, but the crowd continue to cheer ecstatically as Morrison staggers backwards, leaving Kingston enough time to rush into the ring. As Kingston enters the ring, Morrison attempts to take him down with a quick clothesline, but Kofi manges to duck underneath Morrison, he uses his momentum to bounce off the ropes and as Morrison turns around, Kofi leaps up into the air and connects with a huge clothesline of his own, sending Morrison down to the ground! Kingston receives a huge pop as he stalks the fallen Morrison from the corner,

XWL Breakdown: 1/5/2014 - 1/12/2014 - Page 2 AFN6bBO

Morrison slowly lifts himself up, he's on all fours as Kingston urge him to get up to his feet. Morrison lifts up his left knee, halfway to his feet, Kingston readies himself, just waiting for Morrison to turn to face him, and that's exactly what he does. As soon as Morrison manages to pull himself up, he turns around and instinctively ducks as Kingston fires a lightning fast Trouble in Paradise at him. Kingston just about manages to stay on his feet as he misses his target, but before he can try again, Morrison slides under the ropes and back his way up the ramp, laughing at Kofi who is left annoyed with himself, having failed to execute his revenge. Morrison finally reaches the top of the ramp and takes his place on the stage, standing, watching Kofi Kignston who is still stood in the ring staring back at him. Morrison starts to smile at Kofi and he isn't sure how to react, the crowd's cheering is dying down and turning into a hoard of boos, but that isn't enough a warning for Kingston, he turns around...

RKO!!!!!

The recovered Orton looks down at the man he just face planted into the canvas, seething over his loss caused by Kingston. Orton lifts his arms up into the air and strikes a pose as the crowd fire jeers down upon him while Morrison watches on from the stage, a sick smile slapped across his face. Orton's music hits and the last picture we see on the screen is of Kofi Kingston laid out on the canvas with his eyes shut.
