Redemption returns from a commercial break and the Motor City Machine Guns are huddled in the ring talking between themselves about a subject unknown. Finally they pop up, do their secret handshake and with mics already in hand, Shelley begins to speak.
{Alex Shelley} I don’t know what to tell you people… I don’t what to say that will make the travesty that went down at Final Stand hurt any less than it already does. But it’s okay because I’m right there with you and you better believe that the Motor City Machine Guns were just as disappointed that The American Wolves robbed this company of what would have gone down as one of the finest tag team matches to ever go down on that pay per view. We were ready to go out there and fight, we were ready, willing and able to put the coveted Ersatz Tag Team Championships on the line and all The Wolves had to do was say the word, any word. We waited for them to say it, we waited and we waited and we waited some more, and then after an unexpected nap the next thing we knew Chris Jericho and Joey Ryan were on the television screen and the time for showcasing tag team wrestling on the grandest stage of them all was far gone.
{Chris Sabin} Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards knew that the time for fun and games was over, and that the time for fighting was drawing closer and closer. Instead of standing their ground and fighting a great battle, they decided to tuck their tails between their legs and call it a night. Week in and week out, we're proving that the American Wolves are nothing more than a bunch of cowards who talk a big game but can't seem to back it up when it matters.
{Chris Sabin} Maybe the Wolves aren't who they claim to be, maybe they're just here to distract us from seeing what's really going on around us. Maybe this is management’s way to throw us a bone because we've been very vocal about how we feel about this tag division. Or maybe I'm just not getting it, what do you think, Alex?
{Alex Shelley} I think that I may have left the Xbox on, but that’s neither here nor there. What I really think is that it’s time to formally declare ourselves the winners of the match at Final Stand by way of no show. But I’m not going to let it go down like this; I know there’s still some fight left in you, Wolves. Wherever you may be I know that you’d love nothing more than to get your hands on us, which is why we’re going to tweak our previous challenge just a bit and officially make it a best of 5 series. Now, we’ve already taken the first match in dramatic fashion last night at Final Stand, but you can make it an even series if you find your way out here and somehow manage to defeat us. It may seem that we’re asking too much of you, but I have a feeling that if you dig way down inside you’ll find the will to face us like men instead of hiding behind your threats. And just like that The Motor City Machine Guns are up in the series, 2-0, but it’s okay, Wolves… it’s okay because next week you have a golden opportunity to prevent the sweep and extend the series a week longer. I think I know what’s going on, you want to try for the dramatic comeback by winning three straight matches and taking these titles from us. While it’s adorable that you think such a thing is even possible, I can’t fault you for trying to get some hype around you after your lackluster run so far.
{Chris Sabin} Things are not in your favor, Wolves, but then again, when are they? Next week will be the third match but it's not going to be a normal match, The Motor City Machine Guns are challenging the American Wolves to a Steel Cage Match. Why? Because when we went into your neck of the woods, no pun intended, you ran like cowards. With a steel cage, there's nowhere to run and there's no where to hide, and that's just how we like it. After that match comes to an end and we shut you out three to zero, we'll make sure that the hunt... is over.
There’s a pop from the crowd as the Machine Guns’ theme hits after they’ve taken a commanding 2-0 lead in this best of five series. The Guns exit the ring and raise their championship belts proudly in the air as they back up the ramp. After another night where the American Wolves oddly failed to show up, The Machine Guns could very well be back to square one as the only legitimate tag team in XWL which no doubt puts a damper in their unforgiving quest to bring tag team championships to XWL. Redemption fades to black as The Guns step through the curtain and a video package starring them begins to play.

No! MsChif just dropped Lita onto her head with The Obliteration… onto her surgically repaired neck and she hasn’t moved at all since the moment of impact. My God.. she could be paralyzed, this could be the end of Lita after everything she did to battle back from her last major injury. The Ref pushes MsChif away from Lita and the Tormentor of Souls doesn’t object and leaves the ring as her work here is done.
The crowd has fallen silent as they watch as medical officials race down the ramp to tend to the injured diva. After putting a neck brace on her, they gently place her onto a body board and wrap her tight then they shine a small flashlight into her eyes because a pulse and a heartbeat isn’t enough to ensure that someone is conscious.
They remove Lita from the ring by sliding her under the bottom rope and onto a stretcher. By now the crowd is on their feet chanting Lita’s name hoping to will her to recovery. For a moment it seems to have worked as Lita weakly raises her arm into the air and makes her signature rocker gesture with her hands and they applause gets even louder.
Perhaps it was only a minor scare and the injury isn’t as severe as it once seemed. Maybe this is something that Lita can sleep off and then return stronger than ever next week, or maybe we won’t be seeing her for quite some time. Either way there’s no denying that MsChif left her mark tonight.

[Ring Announcer] "This next bout, is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, from Tampa, Florida.... 'The Master of the Backbreaker'... Roderick Strong!"
The theme song of Roderick Strong plays throughout the arena. As Roderick walks out onto the stage, he is followed by Truth Martini. They receive loud boos from the audience in attendance. They look out into the audience as the arena darkens and a spotlight shines bright on them. They make their way down the ramp and into the ring. Roderick climbs to the middle rope, facing the audience. He begins talking trash to people in the first row, while Truth Martini holds the 'Book of Truth' high above his head. Roderick steps down from the ropes and awaits the arrival of his opponent.
[Ring Announcer] "...and his opponent from Aberdeen, Washington... Daniel Bryan!!!"
The fans are on their feet with a mixed reaction for the man that is about to enter. After a few moments Bryan has yet to enter the through the curtain. The theme song stops playing.

Roderick climbs to the middle rope and faces the audience and begins to celebrate his "hard fought" victory. Truth Martini holds the 'Book of Truth' up once more. The audience boos. They exit the ring and begin walking up the ramp. A little kid sticks his hand out, hoping to slap hands with Roderick. Instead, Roderick SPITS on the little kid. Truth Martini points and laughs at the little kid. As they walk through the curtain, we see the little kid crying as an angry father wipes the spit off the child's face.

Dolph Ziggler is shown walking down a hallway and there are some audible boos from the fans who are watching things via the titantron. Ziggler turns a corner and there is a clapping sound heard off screen and Ziggler turns to the source and there is an immediate look of disdain on his face. The camera slowly zooms out and the source of the clapping is revealed to be none other than Alex Shelley and there are some cheers as the people see the friendly face that nicely contrasts Ziggler’s. Even with Ziggler staring at him Shelley continues to clap until Ziggler finally grabs his hands forcing them together and then pushes them down.
Alex Shelley Ah, not a fan of clapping I see. That’s fine, that’s fine. Feels a little like déjà vu doesn’t it, Dolph? I mean with me standing here and you standing there, it’s almost like we’re back in time to when I went out of my way to ask the great Dolph Ziggler to tag with me when Chris was taken out and you shot me down. My, how we’ve grown since then, huh? Fresh of Final Stand, both Dolph Ziggler and Alex Shelley are one win away from competing in a championship match, and while I admit that I’d like it better if our positions were switched, you know since I’ve done more than enough to earn a shot at the World Title… like beat you for instance, just a random example off the top of my head, I’ll take what I can get.
Dolph Ziggler What exactly have you done to earn a World Title shot? I'm a multiple time Intercontinental Champion, I've defeated former World Champion after former World Champion! And you? All you're known for is hanging around with someone as immature as you in a dead division. You're not even worthy of a United States title shot but let's face it, you're not gonna even get that far are you? You're just gonna choke and stick to your fake tag titles in your make believe tag division. You take what you get because you know you don't really deserve it, see, I know I deserve a World Title match so that's why I've been working harder than anyone else to get it! You on the other hand just whine and complain, if you ever think you're going to have a real championship around your waist here you better act serious for once in your life, kid. Alex Shelley Mhm, I see where you’re coming from, Dolph. So what you’re saying is that you’ve been given chance after chance, what with your Intercontinental title reigns and multiple opportunities to challenge for the World Title, to make something of yourself but you’ve come up juuuust a little bit short time and time again. I mean, last night wasn’t the first time you couldn’t get it done in a money in the bank match, and hey bud, if things work out for you maybe it won’t be the last time either. For all your maturity, and history and my god, your humility too, you’re no better off than I am right now, your waist is as naked and bare as my own, and that’s all that matters at the end of the day, isn’t it? And for the love of god don't try to compare us at all, we're not equal, we're nothing alike, we're not friends and we never will be. There's no "us", it's just Dolph Ziggler. Hell, we both like dyeing our hair blonde, that’s a start! Though I am going au naturel myself tonight, but I’m there with you in spirit. Hmm…what else, what else. We both love channeling our inner Shawn Michaels and busting out that superkick from time to time, though it ever quite seems to work for us the way it does for him. Oh, I’m sure there are others, but hey at least that’s something. You know what else is something? Your weak game plan heading into your huge match against Dean Ambrose. Why settle for the 1 2 3? You could bust out that boring yet admittedly effective sleeper hold of yours and try to make him tap. Dolph closes his eyes and sighs at Shelley's remarks.
Dolph Ziggler Do you really expect me to do that? Stack the odds against Dean? I don't need to because beating him is no sweat and as a matter of fact I'm the one with the odds stacked against me tonight. That's right! Did you see his crappy little video he had earlier? He challenged me to have our match as a Chicago Street Fight, albeit incorrect since we're in Canada.. As a matter of fact, I know you're watching Dean and I accept. How's that, Alex? You expected me to stack the odds against Dean and I'm sure everyone else did but now the tables are turned and I'm going to prove exactly how worthless he is tonight when I beat him at his very own game. You may think we have similarities but tonight everyone's going to bear witness to a Dolph Ziggler nobody has seen before, a ruthless Dolph Ziggler set out on hurting Dean Ambrose and ending his career before he tries to end mine, it won't be pretty.
Alex Shelley Uhhh, no Dolph, I can’t say that I have seen a Dean Ambrose video, but I have seen you change right before my very eyes and I’m so proud of you that I could shed a tear. But I won’t, and neither should you because tonight more than any other night we can’t afford to let emotions get in the way of us achieving our goals. So dry your eyes, Dolph, we’re both one win away, one win, from taking the next step in our careers and making 2013 a year for us to remember. And the best part about all of this is that we get to defeat our rivals and knock them out of the spotlight on our way to the top. You get to show Dean that he’s not the only one that can stab himself with forks and stick pipes in his boots while I’ll show Antonio Cesaro why it’s really The Motor City Machine Guns who reign supreme. Shelley smiles as he sticks out his hand and waits for Dolph to shake it. It goes silent for roughly 10 seconds as Dolph contemplates what to do. He's always been known as a man who has a strong disdain for anyone who isn't him but he slightly nods his head in a positive manner and shakes Shelley's hand! He quickly breaks the handshake and walks off almost as if he's been defeated as the camera pans back to Shelley who watches on with a smirk at the newly motivated Ziggler. We head off to a video package.

*We return from commercial break and an oh so familiar theme begins to play throughout the arena, triggering the fans to boo.*
*Cameras move to the stage as the new Mr. Money In The Bank, Captain Charisma, Christian, makes his way out from the back with his newly won briefcase in hand. He has a sly little smile on his face and a microphone held in his left hand. Christian reaches the top of the stage and stands their as his theme begins to fade out, waiting to speak but is interrupted by the boos of the fans. After a while he eventually just raises his microphone to speak, cutting them off himself.*
[Christian] Hey, why don't all of you close your mouths for once and let me have my moment. This isn't about any of you and I won't let it be about any of you or anyone else in the back because this right now is my moment to celebrate my big victory that came from Final Stand V when I won the money in the bank ladder match and I guaranteed myself a World Heavyweight Championship match in the near future. Not just one man stood in my way, not just two men, but three men stood in front of me and all tried to stop me from ascending a ladder, and before I go on, let me just remind you that I was one of the people who made ladder matches what they are today back when I teamed with the pathetic excuse of a partner, Edge, but that is a whole different story I'll tell some other time. But like I was saying, three men, three men tried to stop me from getting this briefcase and the three men failed. They made promises to win this, they said they would win this, but the only man who was able to keep that promise of his was me, the new Mr. Money In The Bank and the next World Heavyweight Champion, The Instant Classic, Christian.
[Christian] I had a 75% chance of losing the match and a 25% chance of winning the match, meaning the odds of me losing were greater then me winning. I was expected to lose this match for many of reasons, some of which include, my age, the fact I've always been in the shadow of Edge, the fact that I'm just not good enough to be in contention for the World Heavyweight Championship and never will be good enough. I'd always be at the Intercontinental or United States Championship level and would never go any higher then that. And now you shouldn't be afraid to admit it, but if you were wrong then if I could, I'd take the time out of my busy schedule to laugh at each and every one of you for following the bandwagon that said I couldn't win this. Those of you who aren't ten to twelve years old and cheer for Ted DiBiase, those of you who are mature adults and know real talent when you see it were the ones who actually believed in me. Not that I need anyone to believe in me because I'm perfectly fine with proving people wrong, but those are the people who sit down and watch this show each and every week that I respect. You know who is the best and who isn't the best but will say they are the best.
[Christian] The man who I'm talking about, Chris Jericho, the World Heavyweight Champion. He is the man who dared me to cash in on him at Final Stand but being the nice guy I am, I didn't want to ruin his moment so I decided to hold on this briefcase and save it for another time. I could've beat him then and there if I wanted to, but I want to cherish this moment and save it for the right time, maybe save it for a time like tonight where we are in front of a Canadian crowd! Like Toronto, Ontario, Canada! *The crowd cheers Christian as he mentions the city we are live from.* Oh, so now you cheer me because I suck up to this place? There is a reason I choose to live in Tampa, Florida and not this piece of crap city you know. I'd give you reasons on why this place sucks but then I'd be out here all night talking about that and I'm sure none of us want that. So let me go back to what I was talking about, Chris Jericho daring me to cash in because It's a pretty funny subject. On the outside the man may seem as cocky as ever and he knows he can beat me but on the inside, he knows he'd lose his championship. His mind games are pretty predictable and It's not that I fell victim to them, I noticed them and I'm letting him live his dream before his dreams become nightmares.
[Christian] Now I know Chris Jericho isn't my only option, I could wait till a new World Champion is crowned but where is the fun and that? I want to be the one who proves why he is one of the best in the world by beating the so called best in the world at what he does. The man who has won every championship in the company nearly. I'm going to prove why I am one of the true best wrestlers in the world and I'm not going to be painting it on the back of my t-shirt, I'm not going to run around and say I'm the best. I'm going to do what I do each and every week and that is come out here and prove why I am the best in the business through actions, not meaningless words. Better then The Rock, better then Dean Ambrose, better then Joey Ryan, better then Ted DiBiase, better then John Morrison, and better then anyone else in the back. I'm here to prove why I am the definition of underrated. It's been five years and now I am finally on my rise to the top and I'm not gonna stop till I reach the top. *The fans are a little confused, they don't know whether to cheer or boo the arrival of CM Punk, he has placed them in an odd situation where they don't quite know who is the better of two evils. Punk walks down the ring to a mixed reaction, Christian stares a hole through the Straight Edge Superstar, he doesn't know what to make of CM Punk's appearance. Punk climbs in the ring and gets himseld a microphone and stands opposite of Christian.*
[[Punk]]:: I’m sorry if I spoiled your little moment in the spotlight but I wanted to come out here and get a few things off of my chest but more importantly, I wanted to say them to your face because it seems every time I speak everybody likes to pretend that nothing happened, everybody likes to pretend that what I say was not aimed at them and they like to brush off my words and carry on as though nothing has happened. That to me, shows true weakness and I refuse to allow my words to fall onto deaf ears anymore, especially when it concerns you Christian. You see, I came out here for two very important reasons, one of which has been rattling around in my mind for the past few weeks, one that I just can’t shake or get out of my head and it has been eating away at me and to be quite honest I just can’t stand it anymore. The other reason, isn’t that important to be frank. It’s more of a nicety if you will, something that I don’t hold in any sort of regard but it’s something that I have to do to get to what I truly want.
[[Punk]]:: So what say we get the “Nicety’s” out of the way? I came out here to congratulate you on winning the Money in the Bank ladder match. Take it from a guy who knows what it’s like to have the odds stacked against you and then to come through the other side victorious, there’s no feeling quite like it and to do it in one of the most dangerous matches in this industry and against three of the top rising stars in this company is an accomplishment in itself. I know the feeling, you’re on cloud nine, you’re at the top of the mountain but I’m here to pull you off of your high horse and bring you back down to reality. Yes, you defeated the odds but truth is you never should have been involved in the match to begin with. The only reason you’re Mr. Money in the Bank is due to technicalities, truth is you never really won the World Series tournament, that little idea fell apart at the seams and truth is there was no true winner but for some reason you were handed the golden ticket and you ran with it but as soon as you faced real competition, a real threat you couldn’t quite get the job done.
[[Punk]]:: You seem a little confused, maybe it’s all a little hazy in your mind but that’s understandable, so please allow me to enlighten you a little. The reason you couldn’t quite get the job done, was because I was the man standing opposite you in the ring and I had the upmost pleasure of putting you to sleep with the GTS. Any man with the power of logic or common sense would realise that I would have been the superior choice when it comes to Money in the Bank participants, I mean I did after all just beat the apparent winner of the “World Series” but nothing came of it, the same people who handed you your golden ticket on a silver platter decided that they didn’t want me anywhere near the match, they decided it would be best to keep me down and not even allow me in the building on the night of the biggest PPV in this company. Truth is if this was a perfect World where logic and fairness was used then I would’ve been included in the Money in the Bank Ladder match and let’s face it, if you can win it then it would’ve been a cakewalk for yours truly because I am the Best in the World.
[[Punk]]:: And I noticed your little jabs at me before I came out here, you can make your little jokes Christian but I’m going to give you a little piece of advice that I highly suggest you keep in mind, you do not throw rocks at a man who’s got a machine gun. You came out here and you claimed that you’re the best and they’re just that, they’re claims but the one thing you’re lacking is the ability to back up those claims. Yes, you competed in the Money in the bank. Yes, you somehow managed to escape with the victory but may I remind you that all you have done is won a single match. To be the best, you’ve got to be the guy who leaves the people talking about them each and every single night throughout your career, no matter where you appear on the card. To be the best you’ve got to be the best on this microphone and in this ring, you have to back up every single thing you say you’re going to do. To be the best, you have to be is CM Punk and let’s face it you just don’t quite meet the standards.
[[Punk]]:: You, Christian are none of those things. You don’t match a single criteria, what you are is a man who made his living by riding the coat-tails of that “Pathetic excuse of a partner” of yours and you were quite riding his success for as long as you could. Truth is you didn’t break out from the shadow of Edge, you didn’t take the spotlight for your own and prove that you’re not the Marty Jannety that everyone thinks you are. What you did was the exact opposite of what you supposedly like to do, you proved everyone right when you hid away in Edge’s shadow for as long as you could until the time came when Edge zipped up your big boy trousers and he pushed you out to fend for yourself in the big bad World. You never seized a chance, you never had your breakout moment, all you had was a partner who was sick of the sight of you, cast you out on your own and while you curse him and condemn him you fail to realise that you no longer have the safety net that you have required for the majority of your career, when you fell it was Edge who took you by the hand and helped you back to the top but now when you fall you have nobody to save you, no one to help and now the pressure lies on your shoulders to succeed because when you fail, you’re done, you’re finished because there is pack of lions who are just waiting to pick up the scraps and fight for their chance to call themselves the alpha male.
[[Punk]]:: You don’t qualify to be the best, what you are is nothing more than a coward who hid behind his partner and somehow got lucky. You and I could not be any more different if we tried, you need the help of gimmicks, partners and others to help people remember you, while I on the other hand make everybody remember the name CM Punk. You shouldn’t be angry about me interrupting your little moment, what you should be doing is thanking me Christian, because everything that I do turns to gold, these people will be leaving this arena talking about this moment all because of me and what you can do is thank me by giving me what should rightfully be mine. You’re the reason why I was kept off of the biggest PPV of the year, you’re the reason why I’m not carrying that Money in the Bank briefcase. I beat you, 1, 2, 3 in the middle of this ring and by all rights I should have taken your spot, by all rights I should be Mr. Money in the Bank so I would appreciate it if you hand over what is rightfully mine.
[Christian] You've got some points, Punk, I'll give you that. You beat me, congrats, but the past is the past and all that matters is that I'm the holder of the Money In The Bank briefcase and you are not. And their are reasons for this, not just because people are against CM Punk and things like that, no, it's because you've had your chance to be the star of this company and now it is time for you to move on because now, it's my time to be that star. I've watched you come out here, week after week, to run you mouth about how you feel mistreated, that is basically how we would sum it all up. You come out here each and every week to air you grievances because rather then take action, I've nothing more then a so called "adult" act like a child by whining about how he doesn't get what he wants. He wants this briefcase, he wants in that match, he wants this, he wants that. Punk, it's getting old, your "rebellious" act is getting old and everyone is starting to truly forget who CM Punk is because his time has past and he should just accept it.
[Christian] You've reached the peak of your career and now you are on that long steep fall down to the bottom. It's sad, and you don't want to admit it, but the last time I actually recall you being completely relevant in this company was when Rock was out here, kicking your candy ass around this ring as if it was a game of football. And I'm willing to admit, I never technically won the World Series but I saw an opportunity sitting in front of me, ready for the taking and I took it and I didn't look back. You would have done the same thing as me if you were in my boots, any would have, their isn't any reason to lie about it. When you've been in a near four year slump in this company because of the way you are treated, if you have the golden ticket handed to you, you'd take it and you'd run with it. And to be the best, you just don't have to be CM Punk, you just have to do what I've done at Final Stand V and that is win and place yourself on the map.
[Christian] I'm pretty sure I'd consider a few others "the best" even though their names weren't "CM Punk." A name who you like to drop every now and then, the late great, Eddie Guerrero. The best there is, the best there was, the best there ever will be, Bret Hart. His name wasn't CM Punk and he declared himself the best numerous times. It's a common flaw you make, we both share a big ego, except your ego clouds the vision of reality and you don't realized that you are far from being the best. So you can go on, wear your shirts that have "Best in the World" printed on them, it proves nothing. You've proved nothing over the past couple of weeks, months, it's been a while since you've proved anything. I've got better things to do then stand out here and go on and on about these things with you in case you didn't know, I've possibly got a World Heavyweight Championship match to prepare for, something you won't be preparing for anytime soon as long as you keep this silly child's play up. Something my former partner won't be preparing for anytime soon either, because just like you, his time has past. Leave the past, enter the present, accept the future, Punk. It's the only thing you can do now.
[[Punk]]:: It always strikes me as odd that those who somehow stumble blindly into success become naïve. I find it funny that you should stand there and try and contradict my words when I tell you and the World that I am in fact the Best in the World and you state a list to somehow try and prove me wrong but yet a few moments ago you yourself stated that you’re one of the true best Wrestlers today. A little newsflash for you Christian, you’re not even close to being on my level, you’re not even within reach of being the Best and if Bret Hart was still wrestling today, I would slap him in his face, beat him down, make him realise that he wasn’t even close to being deserving of his moniker and show him who the true Best in the World really is. You can stand there and try to belittle everything I say but truth is that won’t get you anywhere because I am bulletproof. Better men have tried and better men have failed, when I speak I shake the company to its foundations and every word I say becomes undeniable fact because the difference between you and I is I back up every claim I make.
[[Punk]]:: I don’t just claim to be the Best in the World, I prove it night in and night out, every single time I step into this ring I prove to the entire World that I am the very best Wrestler walking this Earth today and there is not a single soul out there who is better than me. You can say that I come out here and I whine and I complain but in reality you couldn’t be further from the truth. For months on end we have heard your little story, how Edge is a pathetic excuse, how you’re the star and how you’ve never got your chances but all you’re really doing is standing in the ring bitching and moaning and never capitalising on a single moment. Somehow you’ve managed to confuse what you do, with what I do. You see I don’t just come out to this ring and talk a big game, I state what I’m going to do and then I go on to succeed in my task. My voice is a doomsday siren for everybody in that locker room because when I state that I’m going to something then your time is good as over because when I set out to do something I cannot be hurt, I cannot and will not be stopped and I will continue on no matter what is put in my way.
[[Punk]]:: You like to think that I’m on a downward spiral, that I have surpassed my peak and I will never regain my foothold, if that is true then I can at least say that I have truly accomplished something in my career, I can go out knowing that I am truly the Best in the World but truth is I’m only getting started. They say there is no such thing as the perfect package, that every man has their flaws and Achilles Heel. Well I am the rule of thumb, I am the exception because I have no flaws, I have no Achilles heel, I am perfect in every sense of the word and many people have tried to prove that fact to be wrong and all have ended out as another notch under my win column. You, on the other hand are a different story. You have become so bitter and jaded due to the success on your partner people will no longer remember you for being part of one of the greatest tag teams of all time. You have yet to succeed on your own and truth be told, you fell off your peak years ago and you’re just tarnishing your already tarnished legacy.
[[Punk]]:: Maybe that’s why you’re getting so defensive, maybe you see me and it disgusts you that you have never been able to reach the same level of success, maybe it sickens you that after all your efforts of trying to deny it you will always be the Marty Jannety and while I was taking the World by storm, while I was proving to the World that CM Punk is the Best in the World you were bitching and moaning about never getting your chances, never getting your shot and when your moment finally arrived it was short lived. A bittersweet moment because it was over before it even began, you’ve been trying this long to make a name for yourself as your own man, to prove to the World that you can stand on your own two feet and you fell at the last hurdle. You crashed to the floor and your flame went up in smoke, that’s why Chris Jericho wanted you to cash in that briefcase. It wasn’t out of some misplaced sense of accomplishment and it wasn’t his ego getting the best of him, the true reason was Chris Jericho knows you’re not a threat. Jericho knows that you will never defeat him because every time you step up to the plate, you strike out and you fail.
[[Punk]]:: Whilst you cry out for “One more match”, I defeat the odds, I prove that I am better than the rest and every time I do I have another person just like yourself who comes into my ring and disrespects me by doubting me. Despite proving my point time after time, people like you don’t seem to get the message, so they come into my ring and they scream until they are blue in the face trying to persuade the World that CM Punk is not the Best and then those people become just another statistic because those people meet me in the ring, those people try to the best of their abilities to prove me wrong and then those people fall by my hand, they can’t achieve what they set out to accomplish and there is one very simple reason for that and that is that I am better than each and everyone of you. I am the standard to which people should strive to be, I am the definition of the complete Wrestler, I am CM Punk and I am the Best in the World! and if you disagree with the words that I say then I dare you, I beg you to just try and prove me wrong because it cannot be done. You’re standing there with a look of confidence on your face but I look in your eyes and I see the same look that Dwayne had, that Chris Jericho had, that look that every single person that stands before me has and that is a look of fear because you’ve realised that you have bitten off more than you can chew, you realise that this story doesn’t end well for you and your little speeches are just your way of trying to save face but if you continue down this path, it will end in disaster because I’m like nothing you’ve ever come against before.
[Christian] Like nothing I've ever come against before? I realize what you are saying, Punk, but I don't think you realize something that you should have realized the second you decided to come out here. I don't think you realize that whatever decided to come out of that big mouth of yours, it has no effect on me. I don't think you realize that as of this moment, you are all talk and no actions because unlike you, I've been a key figure for this company for weeks, look at this briefcase if you want anymore proof. And I don't wanna hear the "Oh, people are against me" excuse as I've had authority figures like Vickie Guerrero and Eve Torres go against me and even fire me, I've been in that situation, Punk, so that is something you can just throw out the window. That play is no longer in your play book and if I were you, I'd suggest you head to the back and draw up some new plays before you come up with one that could easily be back fired against you like that one just was.
[Christian] You're bulletproof, Punk? That won't help you because I'm no bullet, I'd say I'm more so like a missile. I'm not a small, weak bullet, I'm a big, explosive missile that will make an impact that you'll remember for some time once I hit. And I'm not sure what type of world you live in because the things you say are continuing to confuse me. I'm the Marty Jannety? I may have been at first but look at me and look at Edge now, who is the one with the briefcase and who is the one that no one truly and honestly cares about now? Me, that's right, I'm the one who has moved on to bigger and better things and I don't know if you just running your mouth too much has clouded your vision of everything that tends to go on in this company, but Edge hasn't been relevant for some time now and I don't see him being a big name again for a long.... long time. I'm no where near your level of success, Punk, you said something logical for once and I'm going to applaud you for that because it doesn't happen too often so suck it in while you can.
[Christian] I'll never reach your level because I don't want to reach it because if I wanted to do, I'd have to step off my level and take a fall down to the level you currently rest on. You think your level is the top, but you fail to look up and see that their are others above you who are much much more successful then CM Punk is. I'm up there, I see Chris Jericho up there, I see in "Dwayne" up here but one person I don't see, you, Punk. Honestly... Why am I even wasting my time with you? I've got better things, I've got a World Heavyweight Championship waiting for me, I never took the time to calculate a pointless argument with a child into my schedule. I've got bigger and better things to do than to go back and forth with you, Punk, and until you give me a reason to believe you are truly the "best in the world," reasons that aren't I can just come out here and say it and put it on the back of my shirt, I'm only looking at the "best joke in the world."
[[Punk]]:: Well, I wasn’t prepared for that, I guess I am truly in over my head here and I’m a little out of my comfort zone so maybe I should just leave well enough alone and save face while I still can. What was it you said? You have been a key figure in this company for “Weeks”? Congratulations Christian but what you’re looking at is the best thing in this company for years. I am not a “Key figure” as you like to put it, I am the single foundation that keeps this company standing tall, I am the person that everybody turns to and while everyone was about ready to pack up and leave I was the man that made this company interesting and fun again. So congratulations, you’ve had your brief run of success and I’ll give you that but what you’re looking at is a completely different animal. I am the man who went to war with Dwayne, Brock Lesnar and Vince McMahon and pulled through and I should slap you where you stand for even comparing what I went through to having to deal with Eve Torres and Vickie Guerrero. Truth is if you were truly relevant, you never would’ve found yourself in that situation because the tiniest smell of success and money then Eve’s knickers would’ve been around her ankles faster than you can blink. Truth is you have nothing to complain about, truth is you have nothing to brag about, so you can talk your big game and you can make your jokes as bad as they may be, let me tell you I’m actually starting to miss Dwayne right about now but truth is you have nothing to brag about because you have accomplished nothing, you're nothing more than a one hit wonder and now you’re out of your depths.
[[Punk]]:: Face facts Christian, you’re not at the kiddy table anymore. Your little jokes and your over confidence won’t get you anywhere because I have the history to prove that I can back up my words, I have the history to prove that I can defy the odds while you have ego that has went into overdrive and convincing you that you belong in my ring, that you rightfully deserve to step in the ring with the likes of Chris Jericho and with the likes of CM Punk and you’re basing it all, every single bit of it on one single event, on one accomplishment, on that Money in the Bank briefcase and you’re fighting so hard to prove that you are the real deal but you’re basing it all on one single event. While I base everything that I say on fact, you name it and I have done it, I have been to the top of the mountain numerous times, I have beaten Satan’s Structure and I am a King amongst fools and for years I have been the most consistent being in this company, I am the only person who has been entertaining without the use of some corny shtick, lame jokes or only being relevant because I provide a sense of nostalgia that disappears faster than it arrived and I have done it because I am the Best in the World and that is an undeniable fact, but if you have an issue with that then I dare you to prove me wrong!
*Christian laughs at Punk a little bit before raising his microphone to speak once more.*
[Christian] You want me, to prove you wrong? You don't know what you are in store of when you ask for that because you just don't know exactly what I'm capable-
*Christian stops mid sentence, quickly dropping his microphone, and attempts to clock Punk over the head with his briefcase but Punk saw it coming and ducks the attack. Christian turns around to attack again but Punk lifts him up, setting up for the Go To Sleep as Christian drops his briefcase. Punk wants to hit it but Christian squirms out of the move before making a be line out of the ring, grabbing his briefcase on the way up. He looks back at Punk, who isn't too pleased as he stands in the ring, not stopping as Christian continues to make his way up the ramp. He heads through the curtain, leaving Punk there and the fans in a mix of confusion as they don't know who to cheer for or who to boo. The show then begins to fade to a commercial break, the last image being CM Punk standing in the ring.*

Joey Ryan’s theme blasts around the titantron and out he comes. Making his first appearance of the night.
Even though he lost last week in the main event he doesn’t seem to have missed a beat as he quickly hops out on one foot before spinning around and laughing at the crowd as he makes his way down the ramp and into the ring. The crowd are booing as Joey staggers down the ramp and stops, looking at sets of fans on the front row before laughing at them and walking around the ring to the side where he hops up on the apron.
Joey jumps up and places his leg on the second rope and stretch out on the side of the ring. The crowd boo and show disrespect but Joey just soaks it all up and rubs his thigh, smiling to the camera. After a few seconds he heads into the ring where he takes off his jacket and sunglasses and goes and rests in the corner as a ref slowly walks up the steel steps and into the ring. It looks like we are going to see Joey Ryan in action right now!
A few moments pass and we await the opponent of Joey Ryan when all of a sudden the Viper, Randy Orton’s theme blasts around the arena. The crowd are on their feet cheering for the viper as his theme continues to sound out. Moments pass and still no sign of The Viper. Joey begins to laugh after initially looking worried. The theme of Randy Orton slowly dies down and a few jeers from the crowd can be heard. Joey asks the ref what’s going on and “who does he Randy think he is?” The ref is just as confused but time goes on and still no Randy Orton. Joey looks confident and goes over to the ref and demands him to raise his hand in victory. The ref says no but Joey gets up in his face and begins to shout and make threats. The ref then reluctantly goes over to the centre of the ring and raises Joey’s arm in victory. The fans are not happy with this and show their distaste for Joey.
As Joey is celebrating the weird victory the lights suddenly go off. The crowd begin to jeer and everyone is confused. A saxophone begins to play.
The lights go to a purple tone and Joey can now be seen. He is in the corner of the ring, confused at what is going on. It looks like someone is trying to be sleazy and pull tricks on him. Then all of a sudden a spotlight hits on the centre of the ring as the music suddenly stops and the lights go back to normal and another note is there. Joey slowly heads over and picks up the letter as the camera shows what the letter says from over his shoulder
"Hey Joey Sorry about your loss last week baby. Hope you bounce back this week
? xoxoxoxo"
Joey is looking around to try and find who left this note and heads over to the ref and shouts and demands but the ref is just as confused. Joey quickly heads out of the ring and walks up the stage, always looking behind him incase the mystery crush is nearby. The camera fades out with Joey putting on his sunglasses and tucking the note into his trunks…

[Interviewer] Beth Phoenix, this past Sunday at Final Stand, you picked up a huge victory over arguably your toughest opponent and fiercest rival to date Layla, in the first ever Divas I Quit match in XWL history. The match was spectacular to say the least, and it had everything from top-class wrestling, to shocking moments and unparalleled emotion. You were even busted open. The question on everyone's mind now is "What's next for Beth Phoenix?"
*A smile creeps over Beth's face as she recalls her victory over Layla.*
[Beth Phoenix] You're right, it was a great match wasn't it? And to hear Layla utter the words "I Quit" felt soooo good. To finally put her in her place, and on the grandest stage of them all no less... was an amazing experience for me. I'd say that was the greatest match of my career to date.
[Beth Phoenix] I'll give her credit where credit is due for lasting as long as she did and for hurting me as much as she did, but I always knew there would only be one outcome. But the physical and mental pain I went through for the end result was worth it. My knee is still pretty busted up, but I think in a couple more weeks I'll be back to being the same Glamazon you're used to. Right now, I'd say I'm at about 70%, but I still have more than enough left in me to beat Velvet Sky tonight.
[Beth Phoenix] As for what's next for Beth Phoenix? Well, I haven't really thought that far ahead. I'm just focused on getting back to full fitness and picking up wins, then we'll see how things play out. One thing I definitely want to accomplish this year, sooner rather than later, is to once again become the Divas Champion. I need to have a defining title reign. A reign fitting of someone like me. I've had reigns in the past but they've all been pretty boring, short or forgettable. I need to change that. When there's divas like Layla making history and holding records, that just isn't right. The records are there to be broken and I intend to do that one way or another. But one step at a time... right now I'm working back to full fitness and I'm focused on my match against Velvet here tonight. Wins can only lead to opportunities and that's what I need to pick up tonight.

**Redemption continues as we are at ringside.
Suddenly Antonio Cesaro's music plays out throughout the arena and is followed by a chorus of boos. Cesaro steps out and the boos and jeers get louder and lounder. Cesaro stands on the top of the ramp then he lifts the mic to talk as his music fades out.**
Antonio Cesaro Tonight, I do something that I never got the chance to do on the grandest stage of them all and that is beat my opponent and go on to face the United States Champion. Final Stand was a big deal to everyone involved including me but it never quite happened for me did it. I never got my match on the show, I never got to be apart of the show of shows when I am far superior than most who roam the locker rooms backstage. I am a superior being and I lost my chance at showing how dominant I would of been at Final Stand. But I will let that go for now because I have the exact same goal tonight when I face a new opponent but with the shame prize on the line. Alex Shelley, you and your partner Chris Sabin think you can go around joking this place and get a shot at championships. Well Alex, I know who you are, I know that by the end of the match you will know who I am when you are hit with an uppercut and knocked into obilivion. Tonight Alex, you can joke, you can laugh, you can think tonight is a good time, but after a few minutes in that ring with me you will forget the good times because you will be in a world of pain.
Antonio Cesaro Tonight I got through you Alex, then I go onto to whenever I get my shot at Wade Barrett to regain what I never rightfully lost to anyone and that is my United States Championship. That's right Wade, you maybe in awe of that your championship around your waist but remember you are only keeping it warm until I get my shot. After tonight it will be confirmed that I will be your next opponent and my match with you could be the following week, it could be two weeks from now or maybe my chance will be at Dead Mans Hand!! But whenever it is I will prove to you like I am going to prove to Shelley, I am the most dominant force in XWL today.
**Cesaro drops the mic and then lifts his arms up and does his gun shot taunt before making his way to the ring ready for his #1 Contendership Match for the United States Championship.**

He did it! The crowd pops when Shelley’s music hits and he slowly stands to his feet but then drops to a knee and holds his neck after taking a vicious European Uppercut. But he managed to fight through the pain and here he stands one match away from holding his first title in the post-Xtreme Championship era in XWL.
Lillian Garcia Here is your winner and the number one contender for the United States Championship: Alex Shelley!
Sabin rushes into the ring with both Ersatz Tag Titles in his hands and one of them to Shelley before The Referee takes both of their arms and raises them in the air. Sabin and Shelley do their secret handshake then Sabin congratulates his partner on a job well done. The Guns exit the ring and walk backwards up the ramp with their tag titles raised above their heads. Shelley turns to the camera and says, “You’re next, Wade,” then he shoots the camera with his finger before turning and heading backstage with Sabin. Redemption then fades to a video package of the man who Shelley had a chat with earlier show and who may experience the same luck in his own number one contenders match: Dolph Ziggler.

Once we return from a commercial break we're immediately taken inside the arena, and straight to the ring where Redemption General Manager is shown standing inside the ring with a table set up, and a lone contract laying on top of it. The fans are booing the very sight of Vickie, and who could blame them, she's never been a favorite, but firing Ted and screwing him every step of the way definitely made matters worse.
{Michael Cole} Welcome back to Redemption ladies and gentlemen, and in just a moment we'll witness what can only be described as a travesty...because Ted DiBiase will be rehired and sign his contract right there in that ring, knowing full well he doesn't deserve it.
{JR} Doesn't deserve it? Cole, you know full well that's not true at all. Ted endured every single one of Vickie's dastardly plans to keep him far away from XWL, and proved he deserved to be here when he defeated Shawn Michaels last night inside Hell in a Cell. He beat one of the greatest of all time, on the grandest stage of them all, Ted's a different man than he used to be, and this Ted DiBiase sure as hell deserves to be apart of the XWL roster.
{King} I couldn't have said it any better myself, JR. Ted may still have doubters, but after last night, he has nothing left to prove, all he asked for was one match, a match where he could get the chance he never got at regaining his job. It was bad enough he was fired in the first place, but to be barred from a second chance? That's just not fair at all no matter who it is.
{Michael Cole} A second chance? DiBiase had chance after chance to prove his worth to this company for years, and it wasn't until it was too late that he finally showed a glimmer of hope, but of course, when Vickie needed him to step up the most, he failed her, and he got fired for it.
{JR} It doesn't really matter what happened in the past, because that's all behind Ted, he's officially back, all he has to do is sign that contract and this is all over.
Vickie puts her hand up to silence the booing, usually you wouldn't expect this to work, but given the fact that they know this is leading to Ted DiBiase finally getting his job back, they cease their booing towards Vickie for the most part, and she starts to raise her microphone up.
{Vickie Guerrero} Excuse me, I realize that I deserve every last bit of that, but please, this isn't about me tonight, it's about giving a man something he's desired to get back since the very moment it was taken from him...the past is the past, maybe I was a little harsh on Ted, I was angry at the time though, Supremacy was supposed to be the night Redemption reigned supreme, and instead, I had my champion, my top superstar, fail me...regardless of how he lost, he still lost, and it was a loss I could not ignore. But am I really the bad guy here? Look at what being fired has done for Ted. He's finally proving that he belongs, that there's more than meets the eye to him. While I know it doesn't excuse my extreme interest in Mr. DiBiase's career, I'd like to think that we can all just put this behind us, and look to the future, a future where Ted DiBiase is an XWL superstar again. Which is why I've decided to handle his contract signing in front of you, the XWL fans, and his, DiBiase Posse. You're the reason Ted's found success, he credits you for refusing to give up even when all hope was lost..
Vickie's strange attitude keeps the fans quiet, they're not exactly sure if she's sincere or not but she seems genuine in what she's saying, though just a few weeks ago she was still trying to screw Ted so it's hard to believe that could all just fade away like that.
{Vickie Guerrero} I want to share this monumental moment with the world because Ted's the kind of man that prides himself on those that are around him. Which is why, cameraman could you please point over there, I want everyone to meet Ted DiBiase's wife, and his beautiful baby boy, Tate.
She motions for the camera, and a second later we cut away to the front row where Ted's wife Kristen is shown sitting rocking a sleeping Tate, she seems a bit perturbed while smiling, she knows full well what Vickie's done to her husband and how she's taken a sick pleasure in abusing her powers to make his life hell, but she just keeps smiling while the fans in the arena cheer her.
{Michael Cole} Isn't that just so wonderful of Vickie? Inviting Ted's wife and son to witness first hand Ted being rehired, it's truly such a gracious act by our general manager.
{King} She's really gone all out for this, maybe she is sorry for the way she treated him...
{JR} I never thought I'd see the day, but I think you might be right, King. It's unusual of Vickie for sure, but maybe Ted not only impressed everyone around the world last night, but Vickie herself.
We then switch back to Vickie who is just standing smiling in the direction of Ted's wife and son, before raising her microphone back up.
{Vickie Guerrero} Aw, it looks like Tate's all tuckered out, I hope he wakes up in time to see his daddy sign the most important contract ever. But, without further ado, ladies and gentlemen, allow me to welcome to you, the guest of honor, XWL's newly acquired superstar, the Man of the People, Ted DiBiase!
She begins to applaud while looking at the stage, that's when Ted's theme sounds and the arena erupts with a loud pop, signs in support of him soon are high up by fans all around the audience, and we soon turn our attention to the stage where we await his arrival. Just mere seconds later Ted makes his way out with a hop skip and a jump, he just went through a hellacious match last night, but he's not here to show any wounds of war, he's here to reap the rewards, and that's being able to call himself an XWL superstar again. The cheers get louder as he stares from the top of the ramp, looking around the entire sold out arena, before he starts heading down the ramp high fiving fans along the way.
{JR} There he is, the man of the hour, Ted DiBiase. It really warms my heart to be able to see him smiling again, this young man has gone through a lot unnecessary obstacles, but to show you just how much it means to him, he's overcome it all and there's not a single person in this company that can say he doesn't belong here.
{Michael Cole} Okay maybe he did do all of that, but does that really prove anything? Sure people get more chances than he got, but you have to realize it took him three years to prove he was worth anything.
{King} You don't realize your potential overnight, Cole. Sure it took Ted a while to find it in himself to stand toe to toe with the best of them and climb that mountain, but he did it, and had Edge not screwed him at Supremacy, and had Vickie not fired him directly after, Ted could very well be World Heavyweight Champion right now. He's got all the tools to do it, he proved he could, and he could do it again. For his sake, and after everything he's gone through, I sure hope he does, he's earned it in my eyes.
{JR} It's going to be a while though before Ted can reclaim his glory of last year, he's gotta start all the way at the bottom again, but there's no doubt in my mind that he'll soar back to the top in no time at all.
{Michael Cole} He just better hope he takes this seriously this time, this isn't about playing games or cracking jokes that no one finds funny, it's about proving you're not a waste of space now that you're back.
{King} You can see it in Ted's eyes, he's different, he's more ready to conquer the day than I've ever seen him. If he wasn't focused enough he wouldn't be here just moments away from signing his new contract, and that's really all that needs to be said right there. Vickie tried to keep him out of XWL, so did others, but he's back, and there's nothing anyone can do about that now.
Ted's made his way down the ramp and is shown posing for a picture with a super fan with a banner hanging down the barricade that reads "Welcome back!" he smiles before turning the corner and he spots his wife and son, he smiles brighter than he was and heads over towards them, greeting his wife with a kiss before staring down at his son, then looks over at Vickie who is oddly smiling and applauding, then back at his wife, he looks at her for a moment before saying "This is what we've been working for, let's do this." Ted turns back around and slowly walks up the steps, staring at the contract, then steps inside the ring walking over to the table grabbing the extra microphone off of it. He starts to raise it up but that's when a large "Welcome back!" chant kicks off.
{Ted DiBiase} Thank you, thank you...it means a lot to be able to stand in this ring again and not have to worry about decking a few innocent security guards...although, if they wanna get decked a few times for old times sakes who am I to say no?
He looks over at a few members of security near the far barricade, they're there to make sure fans behave, but they look over at Ted, and shake their heads.
{Ted DiBiase} No? Ah well, there's always next time! But seriously, I know I joke around, but things are going to be different this time, I'm finally back, my contract is all but signed, but before I sign it, I wanna promise you my fans, the people that shouted my name throughout packed arenas and held signs in support of me, those that sent me tweets telling me not to give up, it was hard, but I didn't...I came close, not gonna lie, just hours before I faced The Rock a few weeks ago I really didn't think it was worth it anymore...you know, Vickie screwing me every time I finally gained traction, it just got to be too much.
{Vickie Guerrero} Um, excuse me, Ted?
{Ted DiBiase} Trying to give a speech here, Vick.
{Vickie Guerrero} I know, and it's a wonderful one, but I just wanna tell you how sorry I am for that.
Ted stares at her silently, he's confused by her sudden "kindness" naturally he doesn't believe her, just because he beat Shawn last night doesn't mean that the last seven month are just forgotten about, and it surely doesn't mean Vickie's opinion of him has changed, yeah despite Vickie trying to act like she's overjoyed to have him back and is extremely sorry for what she's done, he's not buying it.
{Ted DiBiase} Sure you are....now as I was saying, I hate to admit it but I almost just said the hell with it, but hey, I'm not perfect, no one is, so that's bound to happen right? But what I'm trying to say is, we've gone through too much together to just piss it all away now, we may have won the fight, but the war is still very much on. Vickie, you can say you've had a "chance of heart" but I believe I speak for EVERYONE in the ENTIRE existence of humans when I say, you're a TERRIBLE liar!
She starts to shake her head in a defensive way as the fans pop at Ted seeing right through her and calling her out on it.
{Vickie Guerrero} What? No Ted, you've gotta believe me...
{Ted DiBiase} This isn't about some half hearted apology from the woman that's taken a seriously sick pleasure in making my life hell for the better part of a year, you really need to seek help for that, that's just not normal...like me or not you took that to extremes! But what did it do for you? Absolutely nothing! No, instead you get to stand in this ring, act as fake as you want, and all because that contract right there is calling my name just begging me to put my signature on it to take back what you took fro me. I don't care if you're genuinely sorry, because as far as I'm concerned? You take your apologies and stick 'em straight up where the sun don't shine!
The fans pop in a big way, while Vickie's smile fades, and a slight glare beams from Vickie's eyes and straight at Ted.
{Ted DiBiase} Don't think I'm just going to forget about everything you put me through, or even the fact that you fired me in the first place! Sure I needed to fine tune how I carried myself, but that didn't give you the right to fire me! Especially not the minute after I was screwed out of my title. The problem with you is you haven't had that person to tell you what a disgrace of a general manager you are, and for some strange reason, management has their heads up their asses when it comes to actually doing something about you! Get mad if you want, in fact that's what I want, I want you to be angry, I want you to be foaming at the mouth to say something, because let me tell you this, you thought I was a difficult employee before? You ain't seen nothing yet!
{Ted DiBiase} See, last night, I went through hell and back to get my job back, and that's exactly what I did, I beat Shawn, I hurt Shawn, I put him in the hospital and now there's no one to fight your battles for you, that's why you're not yelling at me now, that's why you're not kicking and screaming at the fact that you can't stop me from signing that contract over there, because Ziggy? I kicked his ass before and he knows not to mess with me, so you've got no one! No one to foolishly fight your battles for you, no one to stick up for you for a false sense of job security, and no one to kiss your ass for a title shot that never comes! Shawn's still waiting on his, and he ain't EVER getting it!
{Vickie Guerrero} Ted please, I'm only trying to make up for everything.
{Ted DiBiase} That's just it, you can't! You can't give me back that time, Vickie...You can't put me back at the top of the mountain, I've gotta start from square one all because you decided to take things too far. Because of you all my hard work to rise to the top was all for nothing! The years of struggling to prove that I'm more than just some screw up, wasted! You don't mess with a man's career, and Shawn learned that last night, now if you wanna continue this little ordeal, I'm sure my wife has no problem teaching you the same lesson.
{Vickie Guerrero} Excuse me?!
{Ted DiBiase} You heard me, she didn't take too kindly the way you treated her hubby and let's just say while she's no black belt, she's got a heavy ass purse and she ain't afraid to use it!
{Vickie Guerrero} I try to make things right and this is how you treat me?! By threatening me?!
{Ted DiBiase} There's nothing else you can do, nor is there anything else I want from you. I've got my job back, the contract's right there waiting for me to put my John Hancock on it, and that's that. I'm back, you don't like me, I SURE AS HELL don't like you, and that's how it's going to be, so drop the nice act, quit insulting my intelligence by acting like you're so "sorry" for what you did, you're only sorry now because all your efforts to keep me out of XWL were all for nothing. So let's do this, I'm going to sign that contract now, you're gonna march your old wrinkled ass out of this ring, and that's that.
{Vickie Guerrero} EXCUSE ME?!
{Ted DiBiase} I didn't stutter.
{Vickie Guerrero} You've got some nerve....
{Ted DiBiase} Me?! I'm the one that has some nerve? Coming from the power hungry maniacal bi....no, you know what, I'm sick of doing this, I've got nothing left to say to you, but A LOT to say to them, so I'm going to sign that contract now, and you're going to leave. THEN once you're back there bitching and moaning to Teddy Long about the way I treated you, I'm going to be out here enjoying my first night back, and telling everyone how good it feels to be back because while I've got a boss like you, standing in this ring around some of the most amazing fans in the world, it just makes it all worthwhile. Now zip your lip so I can sign this, but first we should make sure it's actually what it's supposed to be shouldn't we? After all, I wouldn't put it past you to pull the same stunt twice.
Ted puts his microphone down on the table as Vickie fumes with anger, he looks over the contract, making sure it's what it's supposed to be knowing full well what happened last time...once he flips the last page where he's to sign his name, he grabs the pen....
[???] ATTENTION PLEASE
{King} Is that?
{JR} We all know that voice...
*Ted drops the pen and he immediately looks up at the stage. The fans are already confused as the lights go out.*
{JR} What the hell is this? What is going?
{King} JR... I don't like this!
After a few seconds of confusion, the lights come back on and the "Dashingly Insane" Cody Rhodes is in the ring!
{Cole} YES! YES! YES! HE'S HERE! HE'S HERE!
{King} Ted! Turn around!
Cody has a devious smirk on his face as Ted stands at the table, confused. Vickie laughs at him and points behind him. Ted turns around in confusion and Cody goes into the air!
{King} Ah!
Ted has no time to react as he is hit by the stunning Beautiful Disaster kick. Ted’s skull is rocked as he tumbles over his chair and Vickie laughs.
{JR} By god! Cody Rhodes just hit Ted with that amazing Beautiful Disaster Kick! Vickie was trying to play Ted the entire time!
{King} Somebody has to help Ted and get Cody out of there!
The fans are booing as they have gotten over the fact Cody Rhodes is once again standing in a XWL ring. Ted is on his hands and knees, but more importantly at the mercy of one of the most twisted men in XWL history. Cody kicks him in the gut and laughs along with Vickie.
{Cole} Yes! Get him, Cody!
{JR} This isn’t right, this isn’t fair!
Ted is trying to use the table to get up as Cody drills right after right into his skull. Each punch seems to be more vicious and fierce than the last as the smile is effaced from Cody’s face. He snares as he continues to drive punches into Ted’s head, the evil side coming out of Cody.
{King} Ted is helpless!
{Cole} I love this! Cody has been waiting eight months to get his hands on Ted DiBiase! Eight months!
{JR} That’s a load of bullshit, Cole! All of this is!
*Suddenly, Cody grabs Ted and sends him shoulder first into the steel ringpost! Ted slumps down to the apron, but Cody isn’t done with him yet.*
{King} Ted’s was just thrown right into that steel ringpost, this is sickening.
{JR} This is a trap, a mugging, and a damn assault!
As Ted tries to get back up using the ropes, Cody knocks him off of the apron. Ted goes crashing to the floor, landing in front of his wife and son. Cody drops down to the floor and walks over to Ted, who is crawling towards his family. Cody grabs him and looks at his family with a smile before tossing him into the barricade! His wife covers her mouth with her hands and Tate looks away. Cody continues the assault by stomping away at the midsection of DiBiase.
{JR} Look at that sick son of a bitch! That is the man’s family! Does he have any remorse in that black heart of his?
{Cole} Would you stop with your bias commentary, JR?
{King} Do you condone this, Cole?
{Cole} Of course! Ted is responsible for all of Cody’s problems in the last year! He deserves this!
{JR} Cody is the only one to blame for his problems, this kind of assault is a testament to Cody’s true character.
Ted’s shirt is ripped and torn as Cody grabs him by the collar. He hits him with a right jab and tosses him like a dart into the steel ring post. The camera zooms in on a nasty gash on Ted’s forehead, the blood dripping down to his chance.
{King} I can’t watch this anymore!
Ted is crawling once again on the floor as drops of blood drip down to the floor with each movement. Cody grabs him once more and bangs his head against the announcer’s table and the ring apron. He tosses him back into the ring, right to Vickie’s feet.
{Cole} Now Ted is at the mercy of Vickie once again. This is great!
{King} Why is no one stopping this?
Cody slides back into the ring, stalking Ted. Vickie looks down at him, bursting out in a sick laugh. As Ted staggers back to his feet using the ropes, Cody yanks him away and hits the Cross Rhodes!
{JR} And there’s the exclamation point of this all, the Cross Rhodes onto the beaten and bloodied DiBiase.
As Ted lays on the canvas, motionless, Cody picks up the microphone on the table. He spins Ted’s chair around and sits on it, placing his feet on Ted’s back.
{King} Just no respect from this kid at all.
{JR} Oh, we established this a long time ago, King.
Despite the frenzy of jeers from the crowd in the packed arena, Cody raises the microphone and begins to speak for the first time in over five months.*
[Cody Rhodes] ATTENTION PLEASE.
The fans boo even louder now as Cody is still trying to speak.
[Cody Rhodes] It has been five months since I have been in a ring for this god forsaken company. I understand there’s a lot of questions you all have for me at the moment. Why did I come back? Why am I aligning myself with Vickie Guerrero? Why did I just leave Ted DiBiase in a pool of his own blood? All of these questions have a very simple answer that even you people should be able to comprehend. Of course, you’re going to wait for all of my answers. I just want to make sure everybody know the Dashingly Insane has returned. Redemption’s Finest has returned. The Savior of XWL has returned to be the one final hope of salvation for this company. The dark ages for this company began last year at Final Stand IV when I lost my job as Breakdown General Manager, but I have found it in my heart to try and save all of you in the back and all of you fans one last time. Now, this all starts with you Ted. I could end this right now and rip up your contract, but I’m not going to take the easy way out like you did. Let’s sign this contract!
Cody drops the microphone and picks up the pen. He takes it and jams it right into the open wound of DiBiase, getting blood on the tip. He grabs him by the collar and throws him onto the table.
{King} What’s he doing?
Cody puts the pen in Ted’s hand in and flips the contract back to the final page. The fans boo as they realize what he’s doing. As he hits the last page, he takes Ted’s hand and signs his name on the contract in his own blood.
{JR} Ted DiBiase is an official XWL superstar again, but because of that damn Cody Rhodes the contract is signed in his own blood!
{Cole} Wow! This is even better than I expected!
Cody throws Ted back to the mat as Vickie approaches him. The two shake hands and Vickie does her signature laugh as Cody does his evil cackle. Redemption goes to a commercial break with the sight of the unlikely duo in Cody Rhodes and Vickie Guerrero laughing over the bloody body of Ted DiBiase.

Antonio Cesaro This is wrong, this is all WRONG!!!! I was not suppose to lose out there tonight, I was suppose to go on to regain my championship back. I was screwed out of my chance twice now. First I had to put up with Sheamus and not getting my chance at Final Stand, then I have to go out there tonight and face Alex Shelley when I should of been handed the shot after Sheamus decided to take a leave of absence. But that's not what happened is it?What happened is I am put in that match and it was an unfair match, it was not right for Alex Shelley to have his partner at ringside with him. I was put off my usual excellence due to having that happy go lucky idiot at ringside. I put my body through pain everyday to train to become the dominant machine that I am and those bunch of idiots play there computer games, they play their terrible music and run around thinking they are "cool. Well Alex good luck with that chance at the United States Championship because you will need it.
Antonio Cesaro I have vented my anger towards Alex, but now it is time for me to vent my anger against XWL management, Vickie or whomever is in charge of this show should be reviewing this situation right now because I should of just been able to get my chance, I should of been going to Dead Mans Hand to face the US Champion not having to jump through more hoops to prove myself. It wasn't my fault that Sheamus decided to take a leave, it wasn't my fault that the whole Final Stand situation screwed this up for you. I am sick up to here in being treated this way by XWL management. I was stripped of that US championship a few months ago because I had to take a bit of time off due to personal reasons. That was a wrong choice and a choice that I lived with because I was put in that failure of an idea, the "World Series". You knew that I was going to dominate that series so you ended it and handed it to one of XWL's golden boys in Christian. Oh and what did he go on to do?He went on to win that Money in the Bank briefcase. That should be mine, I should be the one stalking and preying on Chris Jericho for my opportunity to become the first ever Swiss XWL World Champion.
Antonio Cesaro So what is next XWL?What are you going to put in my way next?I know that you don't want Antonio Cesaro to climb that ladder, you don't want me to dominate your roster, you don't want me as you champion because you know that 2013 would be the year of Cesaro and it would be a whole year with Cesaro as World Champion and beyond. Following a short commercial break, we are taken backstage to the parking lot area where Samoa Joe has just arrived at the arena. Jeremy Borash catches up with him.
[Jeremy Borash] Samoa Joe. I'm not sure if you saw but earlier tonight AJ Styles was... well... to put it politely... pissed off at what went down at Final Stand. He's not exactly taking the loss very well. Of course, you were the one to pick up the victory in a very impressive display on your XWL debut I might add. Do you have any response for AJ?
[Samoa Joe] ...
[Jeremy Borash] Anything at all?
[Samoa Joe] ...
Joe remains silent and doesn't even look in JB's direction. JB gives up and focuses on the camera.
[Jeremy Borash] Well, Samoa Joe isn't very talkative tonight folks. I'm sure we'll hear more from the Samoan Submission Machine when-
Suddenly a van screeches onto the scene. Joe is taken by surprise as the van almost hits him.
[Jeremy Borash] My god!
The doors to the van open and two hooded figures emerge and tackle Joe against the van before attacking him with lead pipes. They land hard shots as they assault the big Samoan. Joe tries his best to fight back but the numbers game catches up to him and he takes one heck of a beating. Blood spatters the parking lot floor as Joe falls victim to this brutal assault.
[Jeremy Borash] Help! Someone get some help!
Joe is unconscious on the ground and completely out of it at this point. The two men bend down to lift his carcass from the floor and with an effort they are able to throw Joe into the back of the van.
As the van doors slam shut, a clear Georgian accent is heard.
[???] How'd you like that huh Joe? I told you! I told you to keep looking over your shoulder! When you mess with the Men Of Honor, you face the consequences!
[Jeremy Borash] AJ?... AJ is that you?
As Borash steps closer, one of the hooded men makes a run for the driver's seat. The other shouts after him.
[???] Go Dean! Get out of here!
The van screeches away into the darkness as the other hooded man is revealed to be AJ Styles as the camera gets close up. AJ sprints away barging past JB as he seeks refuge into the confines of the arena.
[AJ Styles] Get out of the way JB!
[Jeremy Borash] AJ?!?
The screen fades to black for a promotional video of the United States Champion Wade Barrett...

[Kane] Everybody thought I was going to lose. Everybody thought Randy Orton was going to hit me with the RKO, that he was going to punt my head off of my shoulders. Each and every single one of you thought Randy Orton would walk out of Final Stand finally having gotten his revenge on me. I proved you wrong. I proved all of you wrong. I beat Randy Orton, I defeated him, but above all... I ENDED Randy Orton. I pushed him to both his mental and physical limit. He couldn’t handle it anymore, he couldn’t bare the suffering for any longer. I broke the “Viper,” and I have ended him. In turn, I finally have the feeling of vindication. I am once again the monster I was born to be, the monster I have to be. I have finally become immortal with my victory, and there is nothing anybody can do to stop me.
[Kane] Did you see the amount of punishment, the amount of pain Randy Orton inflicted on me? He hit me with at least three different RKOs. He threw me into the announcers table, the steel steps, the barricade, hell he threw me into just about anything around us. In the end, nothing could keep me down. Nothing could stop me and the pain I felt was nothing but energy, fuel to drive me to hurt and punish Randy even more. The punishment that he could not withstand. I choked him out, I hit him with chokeslam after chokeslam, and I put him through the ringside barricade. I’ll admit he was a fighter and he kept pushing, but in the end he fell. In the end he was destroyed, beaten, and effaced from the world. I am the one who is standing in the ring victorious tonight, and I couldn’t feel better.
[Kane] With my victory over Randy Orton, I am like a phoenix rising from the ashes. The ashes of the fire that I started, of course. I am now stronger than ever before, and that is a very scary fact once you start to think about it. I am back and I am better than ever! The man that is responsible for my collapse has been defeated and now I can move forward. I can move forward and destroy all that lays ahead of me. Cody Rhodes wants to talk about the supposed “Dark Ages” for XWL, but trust me the dark days have only just begun. People will cry, scream, and flee in terror as he make my war path. I will leave nothing standing or moving behind me. Nothing will get in my way in my path to the ultimate prize at the end. The one thing that symbolizes my monsterhood. The Intercontinental Championship.
[Kane] The Intercontinental Championship is what defines me being a monster. When I returned to this company in 2010, I set my sights on Rob Van Dam. I ended him like I did with Randy Orton, and I got my shot at the Intercontinental Championship with Dolph Ziggler. I beat Dolph and stuffed his body into a casket. I ended Dolph Ziggler. The Intercontinental Championship is a symbol for my reign of terror. It is symbol for the fact that I cannot be beaten. I cannot be defeated and I cannot be destroyed. Above all it shows I am still that monster you all should be afraid you, the monster you check under your bed for at night. Three years ago it was stolen from me and I have yet to get it back. I WILL get it back and if anyone steps in my way, I will end them. Just ask Randy Orton.

Don't really like this promo. Was going to be an in-ring segment, but I don't think it was long enough. I have been trying to write this promo for a number of days, but I haven't come up with anything I liked. Just an off week.

The camera follows on from our last segment where we cut to a black screen for a few seconds before slowly fading in to a bathroom where Joey Ryan is shown smoking a cigarette, relaxing after his so called victory over Randy Orton
Joey Ryan Tonight, tonight Joey Ryan beat The Viper in what was the easiest victory of my career. You see I have had opponents scared to face me, opponents are scared to face me each and every week and tonight Randy showed he was a coward. He couldn’t beat me and he knew it so he didn’t even try. It’s fine though, this is natural. Joey Ryan is the man in this company. Joey Ryan is the man who is taking this company to the next level. Just look at some of the records I have set. Randy Orton feared those records. Randy Orton knew what he was up against. Randy knew that after Final Stand I was going to be on a mission. A mission to prove myself and beat down the next man to step in the ring with Joey Ryan, just so I could show people I mean business.
Joey Ryan If we go back to last week at Final Stand I will be the big man and admit I lost out to Chris Jericho. It was the big finale, the end show and Joey Ryan’s name unfortunately didn’t make the end credits as World Heavyweight Champion. Now Joey Ryan could have beaten Chris Jericho, every man and his dog knows that Jericho is out of shape and not as good as he once was. Joey Ryan is the younger man, the man who has a hunger to win titles and succeed in this business just to prove that guys can work their way up and be known as big time players. The reason Joey Ryan didn’t get the job done is because of one little thing. There was something in the back of Joey’s mind. I was distracted and again the same thing happened this week….
Joey Ryan I’m not sure what is going on but some mystery lady has taking a shine to the sleazy and wants a piece of Joey Ryan. Now I’ve tried it on with a lot of the divas and woman workers backstage. I’ve had a lot of hotel one night stands but unfortunately the divas here don’t seem to like my approach. They all think I’m a little too old school for them when in reality they know one night with Joey Ryan will leave them a different woman. They will never be the same again because I am just that damn good. Now one woman in particular has been leaving notes, she got into my locker room and planted a note in my bag. I found that right before I went out and all I was thinking was who wrote that. I am blaming this woman for my loss to Chris Jericho.
Joey Ryan Joey Ryan is a man who loves attention from the ladies don’t get me wrong but this girl is going to need to give Joey Ryan a few special happy endings to make up for Final Stand. I don’t know what she was trying to pull tonight but these are tricks that are up Joey Ryans sleeve…or should I say one of the tricks down Joey Ryan’s trunks. You see there is no man who can be as classy or sleazy as Joey Ryan. Whoever this lucky lady is I’m on a mission to find out. The next few weeks I am going to be going around each and every female in this company and I will find out who wrote this note. Joey Ryan does not let a girl get away and this one likes to play mind games and try confuse me. So, mystery girl, prepare for some Joey Ryan sleaze…
Joey laughs as he stands up and leaves the camera running. The feed cuts off after a few seconds and goes to the next segment of the show.

Angelina Love & Michelle McCool Vs Layla & Paige
*As Michelle starts to pull Paige over for a tag to Angelina, Love suddenly steps off the apron, looking quite confused, yet angry at the same time....the cameras cut over to where she is while Paige begins to fight free from Michelle's grasp. Velvet Sky is shown standing outside the barricade, Angelina and Velvet share a stare before Velvet starts to hop the barricade, but that's when Angelina starts to chase after her.*
*Now being put in a two on one situation, Michelle quickly kicks Paige in her midsection, doubling over the Anti-Diva, before setting her up for her finishing maneuver, the Faith Breaker. Before Michelle could lift Paige into the air, Layla enters the ring and lands a swift Roundhouse Kick to the side of her former best friend and tag team partner, allowing Paige to escape and quickly follows up with a Paige Turner. She goes for the pinfall attempt.*

*The theme of the Anti-Diva begins to play, signaling the end of this contest. Layla enters the ring and both of XWL's only British born women celebrate in the center of the ring. Layla exits the ring and walks over to the timekeepers area, grabs two mics and reenters the ring before handing Paige one, who begins to speak.*
{Paige} And just like that, two more “divas” fall before this company's only two British born women. I told you all that we are superior to any and every American Diva, but did you listen to me? No! Because you're to busy making googly eyes at these “divas.” While true women like myself and Layla have to get by on our pure wrestling ability, all these other “divas” are handed everything on a silver platter. Just take Kaitlyn for example, she couldn't wrestle out of a wet paper bag, yet she's the Divas Champion. “Divas” like the Bella Twins, specifically Brie, who was handed opportunity after opportunity to regain the Divas Championship and failed every single time.
{Layla} While I was thrown into a triple threat, where I was not the one pinned, yet Brie gets a dozen one on one rematches, and I don't even get one? It's clear that saving this division isn't a one woman job, it takes two....two widely talented females both looking to do the same thing, and that's restore credibility back to not only the Divas Championship, but the division itself. As the longest reigning XWL Divas Champion in history I find it hard to even acknowledge the state of the divas division. You've got a champion like Kaitlyn that brags about winning triple threats, when she's not proven a single thing because while she's won those matches, she's taken out the weaker of the two challengers, and forgotten about the person that she DIDN'T pin. Like my dear friend Paige last night, she was the victim just as I was at November to Remember. Do you think Kaitlyn's going to offer her another chance, no...and why is that? Because she knows the only way she'll be about to prance around with our title is if she hides from the only threats she has...some "champion" she is.
{Paige} Kaitlyn isn't half the champion you are, she isn't half the champion I will become, she's a coward, just like every other “diva” in this division. She pinned Fox because she knows that she would never be able to pin me. You took the easy way out, Kaitlyn, just like you took the easy way out at November To Remember. Your biggest claim to fame is beating Brie Bella countless times and winning two triple threats where you pinned the weakest person in the match, that says everything about your reign, doesn't it?
{Paige} You're a disgrace to that butterfly, and the fact is that I have pinned you in the past, you, however, have not pinned me. So where's my one on one rematch, where's Layla's one on one rematch? I'm starting to believe that this company has something about British born women, don't you think, Layla?
{Layla} I think you're on to something, and what does that say about this company? Do we deserve to be treated differently just because of where we come from? Didn't Martin Luther King put an end to unfair discrimination? Why are we being discriminated against? You should have won last night, I should've won last night, but the Kaitlyn took the coward's way out and pinned Fox, just like the referee screwed me...you'd think he'd recognize a recording when he heard it, but no....the nimrod actually thought I quit! Do you know how many tweets I've gotten in the last twenty four hours with the hashtag "Quitter?"
{Paige} I've been saying this since day one, those referees have something against us, Layla. It's like they hate real women like us and would rather hand the victory to a bunch of barbie dolls instead of real women wrestlers like us. As for your I Quit match last night, that didn't even sound like you, it's obvious, as you stated, that it was nothing more than a recording.
{Paige} There was a point in time where I actually respected you, Beth, but after your actions last night at Final Stand, I'm glad that it's nothing but a thing from the past. I'm not surprised that you had to sink that low and used a recording, I mean really, Beth, you couldn't just accept the fact that you were bested and had to resort to shady tactics to walk out the winner.
{Paige} That wouldn't be the first time, I recall a Last Woman Standing match that took place at November To Remember, where I made my grand return and basically handed you the victory. Did I get a thank you card or a gift basket as thanks? No, because you were too busy sitting on your pedestal because you did something no other woman had done, and that's keep Kharma down for a ten count. And all that happened because of me.
{Layla} But that's what women like her resort to when their own skills, or lack of in this case, aren't enough to even defeat the weakest of the weak. Need I remind you all that this is the woman that lost her title to Kelly Kelly? Remember the chick that came back here last year plugging her stupid little Maxim cover? What happened the next week? I beat her, and sent her packing...like Beth should have done over four years ago, but as they say, once a failure, always a failure. That's all Beth will ever be, and that little "victory" last night won't change anything. I give it six months before you once again take a leave of absence, just to make everyone forget about the big giant failure that is you, and plan yet another lackluster return that everyone goes crazy for, but ends exactly as all the others have. When will she just accept the fact that being strong doesn't mean you can make it in this business. Look at Kaitlyn, she was a power lifter turned wrestler, and she's ALMOST as bad as Kelly Kelly. The fact that she's "champion" doesn't change that one bit, she's terrible, and if she ever met you one on one, she'd be outmatched and defeated within the first minute.
{Paige} And that's the reason why neither one of us has been granted a one on one rematch, because Kaitlyn knows that she doesn't have what it takes to defeat us. That's why she chose to make the match at Final Stand a triple threat, because she knew that if she faced me, I would be the Divas Champion right now. There's no other explanation. As far as your pathetic reign goes, I plan on ending it soon enough, and there isn't anything you or anybody else can do to stop the Rise of the Anti-Diva.
Right as Paige puts the microphone down. . .
The music of the Bella Twins play and out comes Brie Bella in the usual matching attires. Brie and Nikki stop at the top of the ramp and begin to stare down at both Paige and Layla. Brie looks at Nikki and begins to smirk, Nikki soon returns the gesture.
[Brie Bella]: Cut the music. Cut the music. Nikki, do you see what we have here?
[Nikki Bella]: Yes Brie, I do. We have a code Bella42.
[Brie Bella]: Indeed we do Nikki. For those of you people who fail to realize what that actually means, let me break it down for you. Right now, we have two divas in the ring, claiming that their superior to every other diva in this locker room, sounds familiar right? I mean, don't Nikki and I always utter those words constantly? Next thing you know, these two will start coming to the ring with matching attires, twirling at the top of the ramp and then backfliping into the ring from the apron. How cute Nikki, we have a bunch of impersonators.
[Nikki Bella]: Cute, really cute. And you know what's even more cute? The fact that these two so-called superior Brits have the nerve to mention our names and think that we're actually not going to come out, you must have mistaken us with two other divas, the Bellas always take action. Paige has some nerve saying that you've constantly been receiving opportunity after opportunity. Did you ever stop to think that maybe she actually deserved the opportunities and earned them? Maybe you should think next time. Maybe it's because she's just better than you, not just a thought, that's a fact.
[Brie Bella]: I also find it funny that Layla is in my ring, Paige too, but the fact that Layla is in my ring upsets me. I was the weaker one? Bitch, please. I knew you always had it out for me ever since that tag match where it was you and I against the team of Michelle McCool and Kelly Kelly. I stepped in and outshined you, you couldn't accept the fact then and in our triple threat match too. Brie Bella being better than the Divas Champion at the time, you just couldn't accept it, you sad wrench. I always wanted to say this and I'm sure everyone here agrees with me, you're title reign, the longest in XWL history, it's clearly over hyped, excuse my language, but it was a shit reign. You faced Michelle McCool and Eve for gods sake, point proven.
[Nikki Bella]: Paige, I thought you were different. I actually thought you were one of the good ones for a second but I was completely wrong. You've aligned yourself with Layla, for what reason, because she's a Brit? I've come to the conclusion that everything and everyone from Great Britian is scum, Layla is scum and so are you. Anyone in the crowd can hate us for that statement, we don't care.
[Brie Bella]: You guys are really pathetic. You call yourselves "real women" yet your out here making excuses for why you lost last night. Do you see me complaining about Money In The Bank? I was close, I lost, big deal, I never needed a briefcase to be on top, oops do I just go there? Yeah. . .I think I did. You're here complaining about last night being a recording, well how about you be a real women and admit that you just gave up last night? You couldn't take the pain and the suffering and the tears so you gave up, simple.
[Nikki Bella]: Admit it Paige, you just suck, that's it. You and Layla aligned yourselves together because you are IRRELEVANT, I-R-R-E-L-E-V-A-N-T. The two of you have never been able to compete with the likes of Brie and I so now you're forming this little duo to get some recognition, seems like you can't recognized without it. I mean, Layla, just look at you. Old, ugly, no skills, there isn't much room for you here, without the title, the thing that actually brought some attention to you, you faded to the background. It wasn't you people were looking at it, the title is shiny, it attracts the eye, sorry to break it to you sweetie.
[Brie Bella]: Exactly, at least someone realizes the truth. The only thing that makes Paige barely stand out is her skin tone, she's like the female Sheamus.
Brie and Nikki walk up the steel steps with their eyes focused on Layla and Paige, not taking an eye off of either one. They step through the middle rope and continue to speak.
[Nikki Bella]: So you say no one can stop the Rise of the Anti-Diva, I beg to differ. Brie and I are right here, in your faces, and we're here to stop anything before it gets out of hand.
[Brie Bella]: You see, if anyone deserves a one-on-one match with Kaitlyn, it's Nikki and I. We make up in areas where potential contenders like yourself. . .I think I pushed it a bit by saying potential contenders, but people like you lack beauty, brains, and skill and we so happen to possess each and every one of those characteristics. May I point of Layla, you couldn't even beat Beth in a normal match, I got the job done in one try, could you?
[Nikki Bella]: So divas, the real women are here, step aside, you don't belong in the ring with women like us.
Nikki lowers her microphone and starts to motion for them to leave, Paige looks at Layla, and Layla at Paige, are they serious? Whether they are or not Paige and Layla seem to be slightly annoyed by what they said, but then suddenly Layla's annoyance fades as she raises her microphone up.
{Layla} Rewind that last bit....did you just refer to yourself as a "REAL" woman? Aw Nikki, that's just precious.
{Paige} No Layla, that's adorable.
{Layla} See Nikki, while you can call yourself "REAL" as much as you like, I'm sure there's a plastic surgeon somewhere willing to prove otherwise...
Layla begins to point to Nikki's chest, waving her finger from side to side with a smirk. Nikki looks disgusted starting to go off on Layla but she's cut off.
{Layla} Not so fast, I wasn't finished. You think you two are better than us?
They begin to mouth that they are saying all kinds of things that aren't picked up on the audio. She looks at Paige, who looks at her, then the two share in a quick laugh. Suddenly Layla stops, then looks directly at Brie and Nikki
{Layla} Real Talk?
She adverts her gaze back to her partner Paige, before the two share eye contact and seemingly speak to each other without words because once Layla turns her attention back to The Bella Twins, she and Paige suddenly tackle the twins to the mat and begin to lay into them much to the fan's delight. Paige and Layla pound their heads against the canvas, not letting up a single moment, and the fans are cheering louder and louder as this catfight continues on! Brie and Nikki manage to turn things around now being the ones on top of the situation and return the favor banging the Brit's skulls againdt the mat, but it doesn't last long as Layla and Paige almost at the same time roll back into control, and begin to fire away with unrelenting punches, the Bellas however manage to grab onto the ropes during this chaos and soon pull themselves away and fall out of the ring just barely getting free. They stumble back to their feet throwing a fit, that didn't go at all like they wanted it to and they begin to glare back at Layla and Paige as they slowly back up the ramp. The British born women walk over to the ropes, still raring for a fight, they invite them into the ring, but the twins decline, still backing away shouting "You're not worth it!" to which Lay and Paige smirk knowing they got the better of the twins tonight. These two teams share a staredown before we fade out to a commercial break.

Chicago Street Fight
#1 Contendership for the World Heavyweight Championship
Dean Ambrose Vs Dolph Ziggler
*Dean Ambroses' theme hits which signals that it's time for the Chicago Street Fight, Dean walks onto the stage alone in jeans and a sleeveless shirt as he's really living up to the name of a Chicago Street Fight.*
*There's mainly a negative reaction for Dean as he walks down to the ring at a fast pace looking pumped up for the match, even though we all know it's going to be more of a brawl.*
*Dean reaches under the ropes and pulls out a trash can that's filled with weapons and chucks it over the top rope and into the ring, he takes a steel chair and throws it in too. He climbs onto the apron and gets halfway in until he glares back at the fans giving him the middle finger.*
*Dean jumps off the apron and walks over to the fan and shoves them out of the way taking the fans chair and shouting "MINE!" and throwing it into the ring.*
*He slides into the ring and paces around waiting for Dolph to enter with anticipation.*
*Dolph immediately emerges through the curtain with his arms extended not wasting any time doing his pose, he walks down the ramp alongside Vickie Guerrero looking as focused as ever.*
*Dolph makes it to ringside as he stops, he turns to Vickie and says something to her and then points to the stage where Vickie heads to the back. It's obvious Dolph doesn't want Vickie at ringside knowing this match won't be a pretty sight. Dean motions for Dolph to bring it, Dolph takes off his hood as the fans begin to cheer with excitement, he pumps himself up on the ramp before taking off his entrance jacket and sprinting right into the ring! The fans explode as Dolph slides in only to be attacked by Dean right off the bat, Dean pummels Dolph's back with forearms nonstop until Dolph sweeps the legs and takes him down! Dolph begins to lay in hits nonstop to Dean until Dean gauges Dolph in the eyes and pushes him off, he reaches into the trash can and takes a baking tray out before cracking Dolph in the head with it. He goes back to it and takes out a kendo stick, he tries to hit Dolph in the head with it swinging the stick but Dolph ducks it and full on low blows Dean! Dean gasps and holds onto his prized possessions as Dolph takes the kendo stick and nails Dean right in the head with the kendo stick making him fall out of the ring.*
*Dolph throws down the cane and empties out the trash can before lodging the trash can in between the top and middle turnbuckles, Dolph turns around as Dean is back in the ring running at Dolph at full speed but Dolph leapfrogs over Dean causing him to smash head first into the trash can. Dolph seems confident in himself as he turns his back to Dean and slicks his fingers through his hair before throwing his hands in the air but as he taunts Dean gets back to his feet and recovers his kendo stick hitting Dolph in the back of the head making him drop to the mat like a sack of potatoes. The crowd turns to severe boo's as Dean starts to hit Dolph over the back time and time again until red welts form on Dolph's back. Dean picks up Dolph by his hair and spins him around before throwing him shoulder first into the steel turnbuckle causing him to fall outside because the impact was so strong. Dean points at Dolph's motionless body on the outside and shouts "Time's almost up.." He exits the ring with a steel chair in hand.*
*Dean moves the double set of steel steps to the middle of the ringside area and lay's Dolphs head on it. He walks up a couple of the steps before raising the steel chair about to drive it down crushing the head of Dolph between the steel but Dolph dodges it at the last second. But even though he escaped that hit Dean jumps off the steps with the steel chair driving it across the back of Dolph. Dolph cringes in pain and turns around only to be met by the steel chair again as Dean throws it with full force making the chair wrap around Dolph's head with a sickening sound. He drops to the ground as a sinister Dean smirks and reaches under the ring looking for more weapons. He pulls out a table and slides it into the ring and he picks up his steel chair again but as he walks towards Dolph, Dolph musters up the strength to superkick the chair into his face! Dean falls back dropping the chair as blood starts to trickle down his forehead but he doesn't fall, Dolph then jumps with a big dropkick making Dean fall back hitting his head off of the steel steps beside him as the fans cringe.*
*Ambrose holds the back of his head, checking to see if there's blood, allowing Ziggler to lay in a series of hard rights to Dean's exposed face. After a few moments, Dolph temporarily stops his assault and spots a lead pipe sitting under the bottom turnbuckle. A sinister smile comes across his face as he slowly reaches for it, fully aware that it's the signature weapon of his bitter rival. With the lead pipe now in his hand, The Showoff takes a second to take this moment in, a moment he's been waiting for since his and Dean's paths crossed four months ago. He begins stalking the psychotic member of Men of Honor, waiting for the perfect opportunity to strike. Ambrose slowly begins to rise to his feet, using the steel steps to his advantage, and the second he's up, Ziggler takes a swing with the pipe, hoping to hit Ambrose across the head with it.*
*Dean manages to avoid contact at the final possible moment and drives his knee into Dolph's gut, forcing him to drop the pipe to the floor. Ambrose picks it up and grabs Ziggler's hair before trashing talking him right to his face. He raises the lead pipe above his head and goes for the kill, but Dolph is able to catch it and lands a swift kick to Dean's knee. With the lead pipe back in Ziggler's possession, he uses it to hit Ambrose in the gut with it, causing him to drop down to a knee. Dolph begins shouting at Dean, “Not so tough now, are you Mark?” before hitting him across the back with the lead pipe. He tosses it aside and lifts Ambrose to his feet, throwing him into the ring. Dolph begins searching under the ring and pulls out a ladder a few moments later, before sliding it and himself back into the ring.*
*Ziggler pushes the table, that Dean threw in earlier, aside and walks over to Ambrose, dragging him towards the nearest turnbuckle. He lifts him up and sits him up on the top turnbuckle with his back facing the ring. Dolph then grabs the ladder he threw into the ring a moment ago and positions it at an angle on the the turnbuckle. Ziggler begins to scale said turnbuckle and positions himself behind Dean, possibly going for a back suplex from the top rope. Before he could set it up properly, Ambrose begins laying in back elbows to Ziggler's face, causing him to go flying off the turnbuckle. Dolph is able to roll through the impact and quickly makes it back to his feet. Without wasting a moment, Ziggler runs up the ladder and grabs the back of Ambrose's head, sending both himself and Dean crashing into the ladder, breaking it in two instantly!*
*The fans break out into a huge "Holy shit!" chant as both Dean and Dolph are down, Dolph manages to drape his arm over Dean's chest as the referee counts.*

*Dean just barely manages to get a shoulder up despite the nasty fall both men just took, Dolph gets to his knees and crawls over to the ropes using them to pull himself to his feet as Dean does the same on the other side. Once they both get to their feet Dolph slaps Dean across the face when they reach eachother and Dean replies by spitting in Dolph's face. A disgusted Dolph wipes his face with anger and they both begin nailing eachother with hits over and over as the fans cheer with both men going wild. They lean against the ropes still hitting eachother and they fall inbetween the middle rope with a hard spill on the outside and once they get to their knees they just continue to hit eachother until Dean comes up with a vicious headbutt to Dolph! Dolph falls down and an angered Dean rips the ring mat on the outside and pulls off the protective padding leave the cold cement arena floor! The fans gasp, Dean pulls Dolph over and sets him up for a piledriver but Dolph resists it. Dean tries again but Dolph manages to fight out of it yet again before flipping Dean over his head onto the exposed floor!!*
*Dean immediately sits up in pain with a look on his face of pure agony, Dolph looks back as if he almost can't believe what he just did. Dean begins seething with a mixture of anger and pain as he gets back to his feet filled with adrenaline and jumps at Dolph making both men fall over the barricade! Security tries their best to keep the fans at bay as Dolph and Dean fight it out in the crowd, they fight back until they reach steel railings as Dean drives Dolph head first into one of them. They slowly begin to fight walking up a set of stairs where the fans are until both men reach a balcony. Dolph looks down and turns around noticing the height they're at but Dean quickly sucker punches Dolph making him fall off the balcony through two concession tables! The crowd pops bigtime as Dean looks down at the wreck of Dolph barricaded underneath tables and merchandise, Dean slowly makes his way down the stairs before going to pin Dolph. But the referee reminds him that the match must be ended in the ring.*
*Dean swears at the referee in frustration and begins to drag Dolph out of the wreck that is the tables. He picks up Dolph's dead weight and holds him in a fireman's carry position carrying him back to ringside before dumping him over the barrier. He drags him to the ring and manages to slowly roll him into the ring and he covers.*

KICKOUT!
*Dolph manages to get a shoulder up due to how long he had to recover, Dean pulls at his hair in frustration. He moves to the far side of the ring and poises himself for a knee trembler stalking Dolph but Dolph all of a sudden rolls out of the ring! An angered Dean shouts "Get in here!" and storms over to where Dolph is but as he goes to pull Dolph in he's blasted by a fire extinguisher! Dean staggers back as he's blinded and Dolph runs into the ring and hits Dean in the head with the fire extinguisher. Dolph sets up the table that was slided into the ring earlier but as he has his back turned Dean reaches up and low blows Dolph before collapsing back down as both men are out on the mat.*
*Ambrose uses the table to make it back to his feet before he leans it on the turnbuckle and takes advantage of the moment by lowering his knee pad and raising his arm at the fallen Dolph Ziggler in the shape of a gun. Dean metaphorically “shoots” Dolph before making a beeline towards his rival. Ziggler manages to move out of the way in time, avoiding contact completely, as Ambrose stops himself from crashing into the turnbuckle. He turns around and ducks an incoming Superkick, forcing Ziggler to kick the top turnbuckle instead, barely missing its mark. Dean follows up by lifting Dolph up to his shoulders, possibly going for the Midnight Special, but Ziggler's one step ahead and shifts his weight, locking in his signature Sleeperhold on his psychotic rival. Ambrose tries to fight out of it by landing elbow strikes to Dolph's exposed ribs but to no avail.*
*He backs into the nearest corner and begins slamming Ziggler into it, trying to shake The Showoff off of him, but it yields the same result, Dolph's grip is just too strong. Ambrose uses as much strength as he can muster to stay on his feet, unfortunately for him, he's slowly but surely losing this battle. Dean drops down to a knee a few moments later, causing Dolph to have a smirk appear on his face, knowing that this one could be close to being over. Ziggler applies a bit more pressure, forcing Ambrose to drop down to both knees and uses his forearm to stop himself from falling to the mat. Without a ladder or a stage to throw himself off of, how will Dean be able to get out of this hold? Or will he just be the latest victim to fall to the Sleeperhold?*
*Ziggler's confidence begins to quickly grow, knowing that he has Ambrose right where he wants him. He's now on all fours and with his pride refusing to let him admit defeat, he slowly begins to fade. The ref is forced to raise Dean's arm into the air, before releasing it. His arm crashes onto the mat with a echo as the ref shouts out, “One!” He raises it a second time and has the same result. The ref shouts out, “Two!” before raising it a third time. A hush falls over the arena as the crowd could be mere moments away from witnessing Dolph Ziggler becoming the Number One Contender for Chris Jericho's World Heavyweight Championship at Dead Man's Hand. The ref releases Dean's arm for what could possibly be the third and final time, but just a few inches from crashing into the mat and ending this brutal contest, Ambrose's arm hovers over the mat, and begins to show signs of life as he begins to slowly rise back to his feet with Ziggler still on his back.*
*With now having a second wind, Ambrose is back to his feet as a look of disbelieve appears on the face of Dolph Ziggler. He thought he had it won but that couldn't be further from the truth. Ambrose begins to run, with Ziggler still on his back, towards table he set up a few minutes ago. With a few feet short from the table, Dean throws himself forward, sending himself and Ziggler through the table, breaking it into a million pieces. Ambrose's kamikaze attempt wasn't in vain, as Ziggler took the brunt of it, but that didn't stop Dean from feeling the effects for his actions. Ambrose rolls Dolph over to his back and goes for the pinfall attempt.*

*The look of almost disbelieve fills the Dean's face, as he thought that he had Dolph beat. Ambrose begins to argue with the ref, saying that it was a three count. The ref tries to explain that it was only a two count, but Dean is having none of it and knees the ref below the belt before throwing him to the center of the ring. Without wasting a single moment, Ambrose backs himself into a corner and raises his arm into the air in the shape of a gun. Then without a second of hesitation, “shoots” the ref before dropping him with an uncalled for Knee Trembler. The second that Dean shifts his attention back to his rival, he's leveled with a teeth shattering Superkick, courtesy of The Showoff. Ambrose drops down to the mat instantly as Ziggler goes for the cover, but there's no ref to make the count.*
*Dolph shouts "Come on!!" as a referee darts down the ramp as fast as they can, they slide into the ring for the count but it's only a 2 due to the long wait. Dolph shakes his head and stalks Dean waiting for him to get up, he shakes his head and pulls down his knee pad and moves to the corner as he's thinking knee trembler! He runs at Dean with his knee exposed only to walk into a superkick! Dolph drops to the mat as Dean looks like he's going to cover but he wags his finger and exits the ring, he gets a ladder from the outside and sets it up in the ring near a turnbuckle, he picks Dolph up and headbutts him for good measure to keep him down. He heads outside again and comes back in with a new table! He sets up the table in front of the ladder and lays Dolph on it, he begins to climb the closest side of the ladder as many fans can be seen getting on their feet to see. Dolph gets off the table and hits Dean in the back and then climbs the opposite side of the ladder. Dolph and Dean are fighting on top of the ladder now, Dean looks as if he's about to suplex Dolph off the ladder through the table but Dolph prevents it.*
*Dolph gauges Dean in the eyes and tries to flat out push him off through the table. But Dean fights out of it, he grabs Dolph's arm in a punch attempt and slings it over his shoulder, Dean steps up another rung of the ladder and grabs Dolph's leg as Dolph shakes his head shouting "no!" Dean stands up fully on the second highest rung of the ladder with Dolph on his shoulders and drops back off of it with a midnight special as Dolph is brought through the table with a sickening impact! The fans break out into huge "Holy shit!" chants as Dean drapes his arm over Dolph, the referee slowly makes the count.*

Dean's theme begins to play, signaling the end of this contest. Ambrose slowly begins to rise up to his feet, obviously still feeling the effects of this brutal match. The ref holds his hand in the air, but Ambrose quickly pulls it away and moves his arms towards his waist, motioning that he now has his sights set on the World Heavyweight Champion, Chris Jericho. Dean looks at the broken body of his rival with a sick smirk, content with the damage he's caused, as he slowly exits the ring. Redemption fades to its final commercial break of the night as Ambrose begins walking up the ramp, while backstage personnel begin running out to the ring to set up the final segment of the night, Chris Jericho's Highlight Reel.

Following a commercial break, Redemption resumes with the arena being plunged into darkness.
A silhouette of small lights appears at the top of the ramp, signalling the arrival of the World Heavyweight Champion. Despite not exactly being a fan favorite to the XWL Universe, this crowd bursts into a loud array of cheers to welcome their national hero.
The stage explodes in a brilliant flash of light and pyro as Jericho's music begins to play.
As the lights come back on, Jericho spins around and looks around at the thousands of fans in attendance. They are each on their feet for his arrival and a resounding "Y2J!" chant is echoing around the arena.
[Jim Ross] Welcome back to Redemption folks. It is now time for Chris Jericho's Highlight Reel, with the new number one contender for the World Heavyweight Championship, Dean Ambrose!
[Jerry "The King" Lawler] Would you listen to this reaction? This is insane! Chris Jericho is one of the most hated men in XWL!
[Michael Cole] Well, you could fool me King! These people love Jericho! Canada loves Jericho!
Jericho can't help but break into a grin as he sees the masses of Canadian fans cheering for him as he begins his descent down the entrance ramp. This is unusual for Jericho as he gives in to his emotions and absorbs the fans' unusual adoration.
[Jerry "The King" Lawler] After everything Jericho has said over the years about the fans being parasites and hypocrites... including Canadians... he gets this hero's welcome? I don't get it!
[Jim Ross] Well, you can't deny talent King. One would assume that these Canadian fans are proud of Jericho being as great a World Champion that he is, and after his resounding victory over Joey Ryan this past Sunday at Final Stand, they are showing him the respect he deserves as a fellow Canadian.
[Michael Cole] For once, the fans have got this right! Jericho is a great champion! He deserves this! Let's all cheer for Jericho! Y2J! Y2J! Y2J!
[Jerry "The King" Lawler] I really can't believe this! If we were in any other town, city or country, Jericho would be booed out of the building!
[Jim Ross] It's very surprising to say the least. What's even more surprising, is that Jericho seems to be enjoying this. Look at the smile on his face!
Jericho is now in the ring and points up to the rafters at the fans, acknowledging their appreciation. The resounding Y2J chants are still booming throughout the arena.
As Jericho's music dies down, the chants and cheers fail to follow suit. The smile on Jericho's face has been a constant ever since he entered. He appears to be overwhelmed by the reaction.

[Jerry "The King" Lawler] This is unbelievable. I'm speechless.
[Jim Ross] Even the most hated men have their supporters King. You need only look at the history books for proof of that.
Jericho raises his mic as though he is about to speak, but the chants still continue. He smirks and shakes his head. Lowering his mic so he can once again absorb the fans' appreciation.
[Michael Cole] Can all of our shows take place in Canada? These fans are smart. They're showing Chris Jericho the appreciation he deserves!
[Jim Ross] How would that be fair?
[Michael Cole] Who cares if it's fair, everyone else can watch on TV!
Jericho again raises his mic and this time, he does begin to speak.
Jericho's opening statement, obviously a treat for all the fans in response to their reaction, is met by a somehow louder than before volley of cheers.
[Chris Jericho] And here tonight I am not standing before thousands of parasites and hypocrites... no! I am standing in this ring in front of thousands of amazing Jerichoholics!
Again, the crowd go crazy. Jericho is also loving the response.
[Chris Jericho] You know, it's been a long time... a LONG time... since I've stood out here and been cheered like this and appreciated in the way that you fans have appreciated me here tonight. And, I have to admit... I've missed this feeling. I've missed being appreciated for doing what I do and for simply being Chris Jericho. I've missed the cheers and I've missed all of the Y2J chants and I've missed all the love and respect I used to get from all of my Jerichoholics, so I want to thank you. Thank you each and every single one of you for allowing me to relive that here tonight! God bless Canada!
The crowd are electric at this point. The Y2J chants again rise up.
[Chris Jericho] But moving on to business... in tonight's main event we all saw what happened. Dean Ambrose defeated Dolph Ziggler to become the number one contender to MY World Heavyweight Championship...
The crowd boos loudly.
[Chris Jericho] Now, Dean Ambrose... okay, he has potential. But he's running around being as violent as he can possibly be and he's basically carrying out gang warfare on a nightly basis with his buddy AJ Styles. How he can expect to get anywhere in this business with that mentality, I will never know. To me it just seems like he's on a path to self-destruction and all of this anger and blood-thirstiness can only be a bad thing. Either way, he has potential and he's the new number one contender. But what Dean needs to realize is, that he can have all the potential in the world... but when you set foot in this ring with the best in the world... all of that potential means nothing. I am the greatest professional wrestler alive today. There's no doubt about it. My accomplishments and accolades speak for themselves. I am in my prime and there is no disputing that fact. So-
Jericho is interrupted by familiar music beginning to play...
The music of the two renegades, Dean Ambrose and AJ Styles echoes around the arena. The fans respond with a majority of deafening boos as Ambrose appears on the stage, shortly followed by his comrade AJ Styles. The two menacingly eye up the champion from the stage, before making slow strides towards the ring. AJ and Dean hold their bloodied fists courtesy of Samoa Joe up high for all to see.
[Jerry "The King" Lawler] Well, this can't be good for Chris Jericho. Dean has AJ with him. There was only supposed to be one guest on the Highlight Reel here tonight.
[Jim Ross] What business does AJ Styles have out here?! This is between Dean Ambrose and Chris Jericho!
[Michael Cole] Don't you understand JR? They're Men Of Honor! Brothers in arms! They're comrades in the war against injustice and guys like Chris Jericho who take away their chances at opportunities and championships! AJ has as much right being out here as you and I!
[Jim Ross] Wherever the Men Of Honor go, destruction follows. Just look what happened to Samoa Joe earlier tonight! I smell a rat!
Now in the ring, Men of Honor begin to stare a hole into the reigning World Heavyweight Champion. Jericho and Ambrose don't take their eyes off one another, engaging in an intense staredown. Dean looks towards the crowd, scanning every person that's booing him as loudly as they possibly can. He looks back at Jericho before beginning to speak.
{Dean Ambrose} I don't know how you did it, but you managed to convince these “hypocrites,” as you once called them, to cheer you. They believed your words because they're stupid, but myself and AJ, we know better. We know that your words weren't sincere in the slightest. These people were too blinded by your ego that they didn't see what we saw, they didn't hear what we heard, the fear in your voice. The fear of Men of Honor, but more specifically, the fear of Dean Ambrose. You know that I'm willing to do what ever it takes to send a message, you know that I'll do what ever I have to do to my body to live another day.
{Dean Ambrose} You look in my eyes, just like you are now, and you know that you can't defeat Dean Ambrose, you know that come Dead Man's Hand, you're losing that championship to me, and you know there's not a damn thing you can do to stop me from winning. You have the weight of the world on your shoulders, Jericho, because you know that when I defeat you in a few weeks, this company, this entire sport, will never... ever be the same... again.
[Chris Jericho] You're really going to stand there and steal my catchphrases? Well, I guess you'd have to because you don't exactly have any of your own now do you? There isn't an ounce of originality about you Dean... you think you're the first guy to run around causing as much havoc as possible to make a name for himself? You think that you're something special for attacking guys from behind and being as violent as you can be? You can whine and complain all you want about how the world is so cruel to you, and about how everyone in this business holds a personal vendetta against you, but you know it isn't true. Or else you wouldn't be in XWL - the biggest wrestling company in the world - right now and you wouldn't be standing across this ring as the number one contender for the most prestigious championship in this industry. People know you have potential Dean. They know you have talent. But to me Dean... you're just another opponent. I don't think you're anything special at all. I'm not intimidated by you. I'm not afraid of the "Men Of Honor". You're just a young punk who thinks he's better than he is. Just like Joey Ryan. And you have a misplaced self-belief in yourself which has made you over-confident. Just like Triple H. And look what happened to them...
{Dean Ambrose} That's where you're wrong, Jericho, I'm nothing like Joey Ryan, I'm nothing like Triple H, they've been handed everything in this business, they're what's wrong with this company. They can be gone for a few months, then when they decide to make their grand return, they get a World Championship match. While I had to scratch and claw my way to the top, they were handed everything, just like Dolph Ziggler was, and look at what I did to him earlier tonight.
{Dean Ambrose} You have faced a lot of surefire Hall of Famers and countless Legends in this sport, but you've never faced anybody like Dean Ambrose. And as far as this company having nothing against me, how do you explain me getting fired while I was in a hospital bed at the hands of that disgrace, Evan Bourne, last year? In just a few short weeks, we will meet again in the center of this ring for the first time in our careers, and trust me when I say, I'm walking out of Dead Man's Hand the new World Heavyweight Champion.
{Dean Ambrose} The fates have already decided your future, Jericho, you may as well just hand that championship over to me now to save yourself the unbearable pain you will suffer in just a few weeks. I know your ego and your pride won't allow you to do that, and that's fine, it'll make the moment when I do defeat you all that much more sweeter. After the night comes to a close on April 21st, while you lie there a broken and bloody mess, you will be known as the person who was responsible for allowing Dean Ambrose to take over this company before I burn it to the ground and piss on it's ashes!
[Chris Jericho] That's heartwarming Dean. Really... It almost brings a tear to my eye. I mean, when people normally think about winning championships, it's about reaching the pinnacle of their career. It's about showing that hard work does eventually pay off and that you can't hold down true talent. It's about accomplishing your dream and writing your name into the history books. But you, Dean... you want to be a champion for all the wrong reasons. You think that you're some kind of anti-hero for all the guys struggling to make a living in this business... and that you're this victim of the evil corporate suits that run this industry. If you did somehow happen to win the World Heavyweight Championship, you would honestly think you'd won some sort of war against injustice. But the reality is that nothing will change. Because it's all inside your head. You're right, maybe some guys like Joey Ryan and Triple H do get preferential treatment. I've witnessed it firsthand myself and I even had to get my lawyers involved to get my World title rematch. But the logic of what you're saying week after week, about conspiracies against you, about how you're under-appreciated and mistreated by this business... it's all inside your head. Stop lying to yourself Dean. Be grateful that you can do what you love and earn a living while doing it. It's because of this business that you're not still selling drugs to kids or smashing people over the head with pipes or whatever it is you claimed to have done before wrestling...
{Dean Ambrose} You don't understand what I had to go through to survive in this unforgiving world, Jericho, don't pretend like you do. The pain I put my body through would kill a normal man, the hate that fills my soul would drive an ordinary man to the brink of insanity, but not me. I'm no mortal man, I can't be beaten, I won't be beaten, not by you and not by anything or anyone. It's really ironic that you called these people hypocrites, when you yourself were the biggest hypocrite of them all. The way I see it...
[Chris Jericho] Would you please... SHUT... THE HELL... UP!
A vein throbs in Dean's neck as the crowd cheers Jericho's signature line.
[AJ Styles] Don't you tell him to shut up! You disrespectful-
[Chris Jericho] Oh hey AJ! I didn't even realize you were there. Did Dean say you were allowed to talk now?
AJ gets visibly mad and takes an aggressive step towards Jericho but Dean holds him back.
[Chris Jericho] Have you even listened to yourself speak Dean? All of this garbage about you being immortal and stronger than the normal human being... it's ridiculous. One second you try to be this ultra-violent tough guy, and the next you come out with something as ludicrous as that. How can you expect anyone to take you seriously? I think you've either watched one too many movies or taken too many shots to the head... kid.
{Dean Ambrose} Maybe I have taken too many shots to the head, but that's not the only thing I'm taking, come Dead Man's Hand, I'm taking the one thing you hold dear, I'm taking the one thing that gives your pathetic career meaning, I'm taking that World Heavyweight Championship. Believe that!
With that, Ambrose drops his mic and signals to AJ to leave. Both Men Of Honor begin their exit under a volley of boos from the fans.
[Jerry "The King" Lawler] Where are they going? They're leaving?
[Michael Cole] They've said what needed to be said King. Dead Man's Hand will be the place to add to that.
Jericho smirks and looks around at the fans, who egg him on. As the MOH continue to walk up the ramp, Jericho raises his mic once again.
[Chris Jericho] Where are you going? We're just getting started! I could go on and on all night about how I'm better than you or about how I'm going to beat you, but you obviously have better things to do than lose a war of words against me. I guess Dean has to run on home before his bedtime so his alcoholic mother doesn't get mad.
A loud "Ohhh!" rises up from the fans along with a "Y2J!" chant. Jericho just shrugs his shoulders and mischievously grins as both Men Of Honor freeze in their tracks.
[Jerry "The King" Lawler] Uh-oh...
[Jim Ross] Well... I don't think that was the best idea Jericho has ever had. Enticing the Men Of Honor just as they were leaving...
[Michael Cole] This one could be about to turn ugly!
You can almost see the anger levels build in the face of Dean Ambrose as the camera zooms in on him. Finally he can't contain it anymore and spins around in a fury. His eyes are like a bull that has just seen red as he charges back down the ramp, with AJ in tow.
[Jim Ross] Look at those eyes! He looks like a man possessed!
Ambrose quickly slides into the ring and tackles down Jericho before laying in a series of stiff rights to Jericho's semi protected face. He manages to get Dean off of him and makes it back to his feet. Jericho blocks a punch from Ambrose and begins unloading rights back at Dean. AJ takes this moment to slide into the ring and hits Jericho's back with a forearm, stopping him in his tracks and dropping him back to the mat. Like a pack of wolves, Men of Honor begin unleashing their onslaught on the World Heavyweight Champion. With fists, forearms, kicks and stomps flying all over the place, one has to believe that Jericho may have bit off more than he could chew.
[Jim Ross] This is uncalled for! This is a two on one assault!
[Michael Cole] Normally I'd agree JR, but Jericho needs this new attitude beaten out of him. I want the old Chris Jericho back! What kind of a man insults the other man's mother!
Just when it seemed like this assault would never end, Ambrose does an uncharacteristic move and motions to AJ, telling him to stop. He begins directing traffic as AJ is shown nodding before he drops down and rips Jericho's shirt off of his body, leaving his back exposed to whatever Dean has planned in his sick and twisted mind. He undoes his belt buckle and removes it from around his waist as he shouts out, “Not so tough now, are you Jericho!?” at the fallen World Champion.
[Jerry "The King" Lawler] Oh no... I think I know what's coming here.
Ambrose raises his belt above his head, before bringing it down with as much force as he can muster, causing the sound of the belt colliding with Jericho's skin to echo throughout the arena. The live audience in attendance collectively gasp as the psychotic member of Men of Honor repeatedly strikes Jericho's back with the belt. Each blow seems to be more forceful than the last and Jericho screams out in agony with each shot.
[Jim Ross] This is brutal! This is sick! Someone stop this!
Many members of the audience have turned away or have shielded their eyes from the brutal assault taking place in front of them. You can see the skin of Jericho redden and bruise as each second passes by. After what seems like an eternity, AJ steps in and stops Ambrose, whispering something in his ear. Dean nods in agreement to whatever it was.
[Jerry "The King" Lawler] Oh, what now?
AJ removes his necklace containing his wedding ring and wraps it around his fist, with the ring sticking out of his knuckles. He kisses it as Dean smirks maniacally and shouts "Get him, AJ!". AJ kneels down next to the already battered Jericho, and begins laying right hand after right hand into the head and face of the champion, using the ring to cause as much damage as possible.
The face of Jericho breaks and splits into open wounds as AJ continues his relentless assault as Ambrose cackles away. The sickening assault continues as the XWL Universe watch with baited breath in pure shock. The Men Of Honor have reached new levels of brutality here tonight. Blood spatters the ring as the champion can do nothing to protect himself from this onslaught.
[Michael Cole] This is genius! What a way to send a message!
[Jim Ross] How can you support this Cole? This is disturbing! This is sick!
Ambrose puts his hand on AJ's shoulder, causing him to subdue his assault for the moment, and looks up at Dean, who motions to the turnbuckle. A smirk appears on his face before he makes it back to his feet, exiting the ring to stand on the apron, and begins scaling the turnbuckle. Meanwhile, Ambrose is shown trash talking Jericho with words that aren't picked up on camera, as he begins to slowly lift his opponent at Dead Man's Hand up to his feet.
[Jerry "The King" Lawler] Just leave him alone already. He's in no position to defend himself.
Dean looks at a beaten and battered Jericho, with blood covering a good portion of his face, before he locks eyes with his possibly injured opponent and latest victim of Men of Honor. Ambrose shakes his head in disgust then quickly lifts Jericho up to his shoulders, possibly for a Midnight Special. He looks around the hostile crowd before throwing his hand up and flicking off the live audience in attendance. Ambrose quickly follows up with a Midnight Special in the center of the ring and motions to AJ to put the exclamation point on the assault.
AJ flies off the top turnbuckle with a picture perfect Spiral Tap, possibly knocking the air out of Jericho. Men of Honor stand on either side of a bloody and broken Chris Jericho as they absorb the hostility of the crowd. AJ and Ambrose share a smirk but something catches Dean's attention, the World Heavyweight Championship just sitting a mere few feet from him. He walks over to it and drops to a knee before raising the championship up from the mat and into his grasp. Ambrose looks at it with a cold dead stare, but what's on his mind? Dean rises back up to his feet and exits the ring, with AJ landing a few stomps for good measure before he exits the ring as well.
Ambrose walks up the ramp and turns around about halfway, raising the World Heavyweight Championship into the air, as well as a middle finger to both Chris Jericho and the hostile crowd. Jericho sits up, furious at the events that transpired, as boos rain down from the rafters, directed at Men of Honor.
[Michael Cole] Consider the statement made!
[Jerry "The King" Lawler] Jericho needs medical attention. Get some help out here!
[Jim Ross] What we just witnessed is pure brutality. This was a disgusting assault. One of the most cowardly attacks I've ever bared witness to. One things for certain, when Chris Jericho is back to 100%, he won't take this lying down. Be it next week or at Dead Man's Hand, there will be hell to pay...
[Michael Cole] If Jericho was smart he wouldn't show up here anymore. I have a feeling this is just the beginning...
Redemption slowly begins to fade to black as the last image shown is AJ Styles and Dean Ambrose, with the World Heavyweight Championship in his possession, standing tall at the top of the ramp, while Jericho is shown fuming in the center of the ring.
