I found this on caws.ws. Over the past 2 years the guy has made a notebook of moves wrestlers do pretty often and has put it all in a topic. I think he still has more to add too.
While some of the moves aren't named exactly as they are ingame, I find the topic really useful. Maybe you will too, so check it out.
