| Subject: BREAKING NEWS: UNANIMOUS VOTE OUSTS MR. MCMAHON! Sun Nov 03, 2019 9:22 am | |
| Earlier today the shareholders held a private meeting to discuss the recent actions of Mr. McMahon and his alleged inappropriate behavior both with the talent and his actions as The General Manager Of Anarchy. His Wife Linda McMahon made the motion to remove him from all positions of power and merely be a namesake when it came to The XWL brand. While some felt this was harsh especially given his success as Owner Of XWL...ultimately the room unanimously agreed to do just that and thus Mr. McMahon no longer holds ANY power, that power has been put on a freeze until a later date when they reconvene to discuss any possibility of revisiting their verdict.
Following this meeting, they took a break for lunch and returned to then address the newfound issue of what this meant for the management of The XWL Brand. Anarchy was now without a General Manager and going into The Season Premiere next week, this could not stand. Half the room made a joint motion to bring Ric Flair one of the most decorated and known Superstars in all of Wrestling history to take the helm. They believe that experience is what Anarchy needs, someone to play dirty when it's needed but not be filthy like Mr. McMahon because after all the show is named Anarchy. So the motion was made to elect Ric Flair The General Manager of Anarchy.
However, that motion was met by a second one from the other half of the room that disagreed completely with their thinking. Anarchy didn't need someone that was going to be set in their ways, it didn't need someone that was going to make the show about them or their tactics to get ahead. It needed someone fresh, someone, who would bring a new perspective to the position and bring current ideas to the table. Former Superstar Paige who recently had taken up the passion of managing Superstars was their chosen lead. Because not only did she know the wrestling business as much as someone like Ric Flair due to her family roots but she also knew Wrestling needs to continue to evolve, something they don't believe Ric Flair has exhibited the ability to do as his career spanned.
They could agree to get rid of Mr. McMahon but their positions when it came to what type of person should take his place could not have been more polarizing. Thus Linda McMahon again spoke up and stated that if they couldn't agree, why not agree to disagree and allow their body of work to speak for itself? Anarchy has always been a one-man or one-woman show, maybe it's time to have two perspectives, two creative minds, two completely different people in charge to jointly run things and provide what they believe the best experience is? Thus effective immediately BOTH Ric Flair AND Paige are The NEW General Managers of Anarchy.
What will this decision mean for the future of Anarchy, for it's Champions, for its events, for the matches? Tune into The Slammy Awards next week when they have their first night on the job.
