The words "Earlier Tonight" appear in the bottom left corner of the screen as we see a video of what happened during a commercial break earlier during Anarchy.

I... I don't know what to say partner. What have we just witnessed?
As Jay White makes his way through the curtain, we get a shot of the XWL ring. On the mat, we see all four members of Kyohi laid out. All lay motionless except for one member. As Jay's theme song fades out, silence fills the arena. We see Kenny Omega slowly crawling toward the nearest set of ropes.

How does Kyohi come back from this?

Look in the ring, Mauro! I think we just witnessed the demise of the Kyohi.
Kenny pulls himself into a seated position against the bottom rope. He holds his neck, just being choked with the same T-shirt he offered his attacker. As he opens his eyes, he shows a look of terror as he sees a sight he never thought he would. Kenny looks at his fallen, lifeless brothers sprawled out around the ring.

I can't imagine what Kenny is going through.
Kenny begins calling out the names of his friends. He calls out to his best friend Shinsuke Nakamura first, but Nakamura doesn't respond. He then calls out to Naito, but gets the same result as before. He looks to EVIL who still lays motionless. Kenny struggles to get EVIL's name out, choking on his words now.

This is hard to watch.
XWL medical staff finally rush the ring and begin checking on the lifeless men. The staff roll EVIL onto his side as we get a shot of EVIL's face. His eyes are open, but he is unresponsive to any of the medical staff's questions. Next to him, Nakamura has come to and is grabbing at the medical staff in attempt to try and pull himself up, but has no luck as he seems to be dazed from taking a vicious Blade Runner from the "Switchblade".
Kenny shakes his head, not believing his eyes.
Across the ring, Naito still lays on the mat after taking the most brutal Blade Runner of all. He is face down, not responding to the medical staff. After a few moments, we see a member of the medical team wave for a stretcher to be brought to ringside.

I agree with you, Mauro. He might just have ended Naito's career.
Medical staff roll EVIL out of the ring to two staff members waiting outside. Each staff member place their head under EVIL's arms and begin helping him to the back. EVIL looks to still be out of it as he looks around with a confused look. It's almost as if he doesn't know where he's at.
A few more medical staff members rush past EVIL, pushing a stretcher toward the ring. As they make it to the ring, the staff inside the ring have rolled Naito onto his back. A neck brace is strapped onto Naito, stabilizing his head. A spine board is slid into the ring and is gently pushed under Naito.
A teardrop can be seen rolling down Kenny Omega's face. He begins crawling toward Naito. Kenny doesn't make it as Naito is slid from the ring and placed onto the stretcher outside. Naito is quickly strapped in and the medical staff push him up the ramp, hurrying the Japanese superstar to the back.
In the middle of the ring now, Kenny looks over to see his best friend Shinsuke Nakamura still being tended to by the medical team. Kenny makes his way toward his friend. He makes it to Nakamura who has his hand stretched out toward Kenny. Without hesitation, Kenny latches onto it.
The two friends make eye contact, but Kenny can tell something is off with Shinsuke. Shinsuke's eyes are glazed over. Kenny looks into his friend's dead stare as Shinsuke is quickly pulled away by the medical team. As they help Shinsuke to the back, Kenny is left in the ring watching his friends all disappear to the back.

Jay White just took out the only people Kenny Omega cared about in this business.
More tears roll off Kenny's face, splashing to the canvas below. Once surrounded by his brothers, Kenny is now alone in the ring and it's all because of one man. A man that Kenny thought would join his brotherhood. A man that Kenny thought would help his cause. A man that Kenny brought into this company. Jay White has just ripped away the only people Kenny cared about.
Slowly, Kenny crawls out of the ring. He picks up an ice pack one of the medical team members dropped at ringside. He places the ice pack on the side of his neck, trying to relieve the pain from being strangled by Jay White.
He makes his way to the back.
