Contract approved. Aksana's overall will need to be set to 75. The Neutralizer and Giant Swing will need to be further discussed by the admins but for now the Divo Drop and High Knee are approved as your fin and sig, respectively.
I'd personally recommend giving Aksana either the Spin Headlock Elbow Drop or Sidewalk Slam 3 as her second signature for now and leave Second Finisher unchecked in Skills until we come to a decision.
